It's a special episode of the Almost Famous Podcast.
Starting point is 00:02:16 Ashley and myself are back from an amazing weekend in the mountains. We have so many stories to talk about and break down about the wedding. Most of those are going to occur in a podcast that we're recording with two other people. people who were at this wedding, Tanya and Becca, and they have some great stories as well. But Ashley and I have some personal things to figure out. I'm going to try to tell a little story here. And then we'll get into headlines today. And as I said, we'll deep dive into the wedding here in the next episode. But there's two stories that kind of happen that don't really give the details of the wedding. Leading up to this wedding, I had told Ashley, Ashley, it gets
Starting point is 00:02:55 really cold at night in Colorado. Like right now, it's down, it's down the 20s. It's amazing. It's amazing how cold it gets. It's beautiful during the day. Freezing at night. We were in the mountains. We won't get the location until the next episode.
Starting point is 00:03:12 Well, I tell her this and then, I don't know, 24 hours later, I'm on a text thread with like four girls. No, we were already on the text thread, though. They're freaking out on me. Like, oh my gosh. Are we going to, die. And I'm like, no. And then I start feeling guilty. Like, I think I've ruined Dean and Kaelin's wedding. And I've, like, given it a bad, like, name. But I was serious when I was like,
Starting point is 00:03:35 I love Ashley. And I love Ashley, um, like a sister to me. And I would not want a sibling of mine to go to the mountains unprepared. And there were people there unprepared. You prepared me. I took two good coats and I was not cold. I was never really cold. But you would have been. But you freaked me out thinking that there was going to be, well, one, you know that I was freaked out because, like, I wasn't going to be able to talk to Dawson, which I was because we were in a special little area with Wi-Fi. But again, I wasn't exactly wrong in saying if you aren't in the main cabin, their Wi-Fi is limited. So, yeah, I'm going to share this. So I'm on this thread and all of a sudden I get like,
Starting point is 00:04:12 these girls worrying how cold it is, they're freaking out. And I'm like, hey, it is going to be cold. I'm glad you've all asked, prepare yourselves, but Jessica and I will bring blankets. then at one point, I think somebody asked me or I just do it because I'm a jerk. They're like, what, let's just say somebody asked. Like, what kind of animals will we see? Yeah, because somebody is afraid of bears. Why are we keeping them anonymous? Because we're going to talk to him next episode.
Starting point is 00:04:42 And here's how the story goes on. They ask what kind of animals we're going to see. I take a screenshot of the place that we're staying like warnings for what animals will be around. And after bears, because there are bears there, it says they love a good tasty treat. The response that when I send this picture was this person said, am I a good taste these treat? And I'm like, you know what? At this point, my life, I want to have a little fun with this. So I said, you're only a tasty treat. If you've had sweets or a Snickers bar within the last five days, then Bears love you. You were being particularly particular. You said, you said a Snickers bar.
Starting point is 00:05:17 So I was like, oh, maybe there's something about the. nuts and caramel. Oh, it was panic on that text thread. Panic. Panic. So that's one story. We'll share more. The other side is I didn't get to say goodbye to Ashley. We won't talk about this next episode. And I don't know why.
Starting point is 00:05:35 Because we came down for brunch the next morning. And I specifically asked, where is Ashley and Jared? I really want to see them before I leave. And we waited around. We had brunch. And then we left because you weren't there. Yeah, because my full hate was at 9. that's what I was wondering because
Starting point is 00:05:51 then on the way home Jessica goes oh Ashley and Jared are already on a flight and I said I didn't know their flight was so early Yeah we had to leave at 630 It was poor planning on our part Oh so that's why you Irish goodbye Because you planned on seeing us the next day Not that I'm gonna find out of care
Starting point is 00:06:05 I was making fun I was like making fun of you Because I was like Ben got too drunk And he had I got a bed I had two cocktails on the wedding night Oh really? I didn't have to get put to bed like some No, I get, you know this about me. I get really socially exhausted.
Starting point is 00:06:23 And at one point, I was in a conversation with, well, because I go, go, go. And then all of a sudden, I was in a conversation with somebody that I really like. And I realized that, like, I wasn't listening. I wasn't engaged. I was tired. And so I just told Jess, hey, you don't have to. But, like, I know my best self is gone now. Like, it's not coming back tonight.
Starting point is 00:06:44 And so, nice. Instead of staying here and, like, fighting this, I had such a blast that I want to leave with a good memory of this wedding and not the fact that, like, I stayed up way later and I should have and I ended up being a jerk to somebody. Okay, I really respect that because I feel like a lot of us get to that social exhaustion point, especially when, you know, like the wedding is over six hours. But then you feel like it's rude to leave when you feel socially spent.
Starting point is 00:07:12 I learned it from George Costanza. you leave on top when the you leave at the peak of a party my mom always says that yeah because for me I wasn't trying to disrespect Dean and Kalin I wasn't trying to like we had given like it was all weekend it was a hundred percent of our weekend yeah you know we're around each other and I thought my best self would be offered to them if like I was still my best self now that might be selfish and you could probably argue there's some selfishness and that but I went back and it was it was 930 like and the way you know
Starting point is 00:07:47 we had done this yeah so and I had a big night the night before well so I kind of switched I when we were going to play games the night before on Saturday night yeah Jared and I had already planned we're like oh around nine we'll go to bed but then like a game started at nine and I was like
Starting point is 00:08:04 oh no I'm going to lose myself so we're like okay find the one game and then we got to go up there because if we don't go retreat from this then we'll be too spent for the next day. So we totally understand the balance. And what my, it's interesting that you say that you leave the party at peak because my mom always taught me, um, you have to like design your party to like, you leave when you're having, you want them to leave when they're having fun. So like whether the party like ends like an hour before, that's how it's how I felt like we were with our wedding.
Starting point is 00:08:35 We're just like, I had a blast and I will leave. I left the wedding and I woke up the next day and I was like that was one of the most incredible weddings I've ever been to. Yeah. But if I would have stayed at another hour and a half, I think I would have woken up the next morning, but like, I'm exhausted. That was a great wedding, but I'm so tired. But I didn't feel that way. Well, I love that social lesson that you just taught us all. Yeah, it's just something I found out about myself that you know when it's time. And it was time for me. I gave it my all. We walked into the cabin that night and I said, Jessica, I gave it my all tonight. Like I had
Starting point is 00:09:07 a blast. But I gave it my all. And my all is now gone. I have this Instagram reel that I'm going to post of you. It's like my work husband when he goes to weddings, basically. And you'll see peak Ben Higgins. And you'll see how much he exerted. I gave a little hot. Ashley, final question before we get into headlines. Speaking of work spouses, I wondered this on the drive home.
Starting point is 00:09:35 I was talking to Jess about this. You and I, you know, it's funny, like at the wedding, I think we both made the joke. we talk to each other every week multiple times. We see each other in person very rarely. But if there's five people in my life that I know, I think, the most about what's currently going on in their life, it's you. Like you fall in that category because there's not a lot that like slipped through the cracks
Starting point is 00:09:59 with us. We just talk about stuff and we talk about it all the time. Yeah. And so when you see me at a wedding and obviously we have a special relationship, one that like I could probably embarrass you, you could probably embarrass me, but we're also very endearing towards each other. Are you proud of me? Yeah, always.
Starting point is 00:10:18 Okay, good. I just wonder, I'm proud of you. I was proud of you. Oh, my gosh. I'm always proud of you. Um, it would be embarrassing if you're like, yeah, but like, he's my co-os, but he kind of sucks and like just, I have to do it because we're contractually obligated. I'm always so in all of you.
Starting point is 00:10:32 Okay. Well, it was a lot of fun. We have a lot to talk about. Like that, I know that feels like we just talked about a lot of the wedding. We did it. Like there's so much more to break down. and like amazing stories and memories. And Beck and Tanya will be coming on this podcast to record a separate episode
Starting point is 00:10:48 where we would go into the details of Dean and Kaelin's wedding. And we'll just tease it with this. For me, it was one of the most special weekends I've had in my memory, just with the people I love in one place together. Yeah. And I, there's another wedding coming up that I feel like a couple of the same people will be reunited soon. And it makes me feel good.
Starting point is 00:11:10 because I was having such a good time there. I was like, oh, I hope that we can like kind of have this round all over again in a couple weeks. Yeah, and I think we will. But just different, just different. So we'll go to Dean and Kaelin's wedding again.
Starting point is 00:11:22 We got a very special episode for you. We are just on the heels of it. I mean, we just got home late last night from the wedding. And so we are tired, but we are fresh with our memories. My boyfriend's professor is way too friendly. And now I'm serious. seriously suspicious. Well, wait a minute, Sam, maybe her boyfriend's just looking for extra credit.
Starting point is 00:11:44 Well, Dakota, it's back to school week on the OK Storytime podcast, so we'll find out soon. This person writes, my boyfriend has been hanging out with his young professor a lot. He doesn't think it's a problem, but I don't trust her. Now, he's insisting we get to know each other, but I just want her gone. Now, hold up. Isn't that against school policy? That sounds totally inappropriate. Well, according to this person, this is her boyfriend's former professor, and they're the same age. And it's even more likely that they're cheating. He insists there's nothing between. them. I mean, do you believe him? Well, he's certainly trying to get this person to believe him because he now wants them both to meet. So, do we find out if this person's boyfriend really cheated with his professor or not? To hear the explosive finale, listen to the OK Storytime podcast on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast. Hi, my name is Enya Umanzor. And I'm Drew Phillips. Open your free IHeartRadio app. Search Emergency Intercom and listen now. Imagine that you're on an airplane and all of a sudden you hear this. Attention passengers.
Starting point is 00:13:02 The pilot is having an emergency and we need someone, anyone to land this plane. Think you could do it? It turns out that nearly 50% of men think that they could land the plane with the help of air traffic control. And they're saying like, okay, pull this, until this. Do this. Pull that. Turn this. I'm Mani. I'm Noah. This is Devin. And on our new show, no such thing. We get to the bottom of questions like these. Join us as we talk to the leading expert on overconfidence. Starting point is 00:13:40 And then as we try the whole thing out for real, wait, what? Oh, that's the run right. I'm looking at this thing. Starting point is 00:14:59 We do have some big headlines to break down today. Big big, big. We're not just saying that. some follow-ups from past headlines. And here's one of them. Bachelor Nations, Becca Kufram gives birth to first baby with Thomas Jacobs. Yay. We don't, we haven't seen the kid yet.
Starting point is 00:15:22 But it happened, I'm presuming it probably happened September 21st or 22nd. People were speculating because both of their Instagrams, I got silent for two days. And we haven't, yeah, We haven't seen the baby, but what they did post was a cute picture of their front step. It says, there's a sign that says, baby sleeping, please don't ruin this for us. And then there's another hanging, that's what the mat says, which I'm like, hold on.
Starting point is 00:15:49 I need to get one of those because there's so many times, like the FedEx guy, Amazon guy, UPS was like ring the bell during the nap time. And I'm just like, don't ruin this for me. And then there's another sign that they had that goes, sh, baby sleeping. so then they both posted that and then Thomas wrote on Insta stories soaking in all the love and snuggles for the time being but we have a new little pumpkin thankful blessed and beyond words and like she shared that as well yeah it's a I mean there's going to be so much more we talk about when it comes to this new life into the world but I mean we both are so pumped for them because you know i know becca very well i don't know thomas as well but like i know
Starting point is 00:16:36 beca well enough to see her transition in life and how happy she is and how confident she is and how just excited i am to now have this new life in the world because of them yeah so actually at the time of this recording right now at 2 p.m eastern time they posted a picture and revealed the name of their baby. It is Benson Lee Jacobs-Cufrin. Oh, do we remember, do we know this? That they were going to do Jacobs-Cufrin? I feel like I did hear this. So they're putting her last name as like the last last name. Benson-Lee, Jacobs-Coop-Rin. Very cute. And he was born on September 21st. It's going to be Benny for short. And Benson is after the town where Becca's dad was born in race.
Starting point is 00:17:30 That's so sweet. And Lee is for Thomas's father, who sacrifices so much for this country and others. And obviously, she says, Jacob's Kufrin is pretty self-explanable. But we wanted both parts of us to make this little one whole. Can't wait till that kid gets called Bean like I do. Little Bean.
Starting point is 00:17:49 Little Bean. A little Bean author, really cute pictures of them. He was born at 7.45 a.m. September 21st, and he was eight pounds, 21 inches. And he's, we could barely see his face in the pictures. We're so cute. Another Bachelor in Paradise baby. A lot of them. You talked, you talked about babies a lot this weekend. Like, I feel like you're like the resident. Yeah, you're the resident parents now of Bachelor Nation. It's really weird the way that conversation divides now when you have a group of millennials together that like the parents are always like, so what stage are you
Starting point is 00:18:25 in? And there's so many people. Okay, so many. we were one of three couples that all had children within the same week of each other. Mm-hmm. Isn't that crazy? But yeah, everybody talks about babies. And I do like talking about it with you guys because I'd like to imagine you as parents. And we do like to, I guess, like kind of prepare. Because I think we, Jared and I, like, realistically prepare people.
Starting point is 00:18:47 Yeah. But not in like a scary way, I hope. No. Like a real way. A way that I always imagine parenting was going to be. But like nobody's really willing to tell you it unless they, feel comfortable enough with you and that they
Starting point is 00:19:01 know you enough where you're not going to like panic out or get angry at them for being like, you know, no, it's great. Okay. Weird transition here. I guess, um, I know where you're going with this. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:19:15 I don't even know how to transition, but I think people get it. Parenting. Yeah. Bachelor alum, Clay Neckard. Now we, we did highlight this on the racial episode. Yeah, on the Rachel, um, Actually, I don't think the Rachel episode's out yet because we're saving that for closer
Starting point is 00:19:32 to paradise, which is later this week. But you guys will get Rachel's insight because it was very much breaking news the day that we were interviewing Rachel. Yeah, it was breaking news to me too. I had no clue. Which made it even more fun. So here's the sitch. Clayton is in the midst of like a paternity debate, well, lawsuit. And it was filed in August. And it was filed by an expected mother who's actually expecting twins and she's demanding a paternity test from Clayton. She's supposedly a 33 year old podcast host from Scottsdale, Arizona, and doesn't he live in Scottsdale? She wishes, even though she's a podcast host, she wishes to remain anonymous. In the lawsuit, she claims that they engage in sexual activity on May 20th in a one-night stand. He talks to her
Starting point is 00:20:25 as if it was somebody not, say maybe not a one-night stand, but he actually very much does not like who he knows and does not like. So she's due with these twins in February and he has seemingly been putting
Starting point is 00:20:41 off the paternity test but now has agreed to it. So he posted on his Instagram story on Thursday. Let's pause here for a second, actually. Because I think when they listen to episode with Rachel. It was breaking news at the time. I was surprised. You were surprised
Starting point is 00:20:59 Rachel was reacting to it in the way that you expect somebody as close to the situation as Rachel to react. Like she's obviously wishing every party the best case scenario here, whatever that means, and the truth to come out. Like that the truth is told and that everybody's responsible for the truth that is highlighted and shown. You and I, I think our reaction that I about a lot this week was this whole situation feels odd. It's obviously shocking news or news that we haven't really ever had to break before on the show. Yeah. And we said, okay, if Clayton is is standing firm in the fact that these are not his kids, right? Because she's pregnant with twins. Yeah. Um, then why wouldn't he get the paternity test? That was our response to this was
Starting point is 00:21:50 nothing makes sense on his side unless he gets a paternity test. Now, yeah. That was before we knew that he has now gotten a paternity test. So I just want to make that clear that the timeline of this is going to feel weird. Smart. Because at the time, we're like, he's still refusing or she's saying he's refusing to get it. But now we're sharing, no, he has gotten one because he posted on social media. And we're going to still want to air the interview the way it was conducted because it's just more interesting like that to get the real raw reaction.
Starting point is 00:22:20 And to at the time have this breaking news where he wasn't going to get the attorney test. So he got it on, or he posted that he got it on Thursday. He had to pay $725 for it. I have no clue how much they cost. Yeah. And I thought in the initial interview, like the initial filing that she was going to pay for it, but maybe I'm totally wrong. He shared an email, I believe, between her and him, saying, thanks for the call, my confusion has been cleared up I will take my portion of the test on September 27th
Starting point is 00:23:00 so maybe the bottom line here is it's all cryptic honestly but by the end of September both sides because she has to obviously I guess take one two will be the test will be
Starting point is 00:23:18 taken and then the first week of October the results will come back. Yeah. And so... Yeah. That's what we got. But do you guys...
Starting point is 00:23:29 I think I need to reread the quotes that he has been sending her. And now, yes, there's screenshots between the two, and you can fake screenshots very easily. But this is supposedly what Clayton is saying to this pregnant woman. I don't believe you for a second. I legitimately hate you right now. You have lost your mind, and I hope you think about... how terrible this is that you would suggest me to subject me to this. My person, this is my personal hell. My personal hell would be having to be part, you being part of my life.
Starting point is 00:24:05 Now that's me. The rest, I hate you. That's mean too. But the rest, I can see where he'd be stressed out. Like, if this is not true, okay, so there's obviously two scenarios here. Either he is the father or he's not the father. If he is not the father, I can see where he'd be like, you understand how terrible this is for me. Like, it's stressful. He's obviously very anxious about it. He's saying some very mean things to her in the midst of this, but we don't know enough about the story to know if he's just literally like,
Starting point is 00:24:35 please stop, like, harassing. Now, if he is the father, if he is the father in this scenario, then he really needs to step up responsibility. He needs to apologize for the things that he said. My boyfriend's professor is way too friendly, and now I'm seriously suspicious. Well, wait a minute, Sam, maybe her boyfriend's just looking for extra credit. Well, Dakota, it's back to school week on the OK Storytime podcast, so we'll find out soon. This person writes, my boyfriend has been hanging out with his young professor a lot.
Starting point is 00:25:11 He doesn't think it's a problem, but I don't trust her. Now, he's insisting we get to know each other, but I just want her gone. Now, hold up. Isn't that against school policy? That sounds totally inappropriate. Well, according to this person, this is her. boyfriend's former professor and they're the same age. It's even more
Starting point is 00:25:26 likely that they're cheating. He insists there's nothing between them.

Starting point is 00:27:13 My name is Ed. Everyone say hello, Ed. Hello, Ed. I'm from a very rural background myself. My dad is a farmer and her mom is a cousin. What do you get when a true crime producer walks into a comedy club? I know it sounds like the start of a bad joke, but that really was my reality nine years ago. I just normally do straight stand-up, but this is a bit different.
Starting point is 00:27:36 On stage stood a comedian with a story that no one expected to hear. The 22nd of July 2015, a 23-year-old man had killed his family. And then he came to my house. So what do you get when a true crime producer walks into a comedy club? A new podcast called Wisecrack, where stand-up comedy and murder takes center stage. Available now. Listen to Wisecrack on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts,
Starting point is 00:28:11 or wherever you get your podcasts. we have more we have an other article here yeah that she has posted on reddit herself and in the reddit post she claims that he told her i these children if they are mine if they are mine i would like you to get an abortion or i or if you decide to have to have a them, I will have no part of their lives. Oh, goodness. Now, anybody could claim to be anyone on Reddit. I was going to say, so if we don't know who she is, if she's anonymous based on this whole
Starting point is 00:28:59 thing, how do we know that was her saying this? We don't, which is, this is like total hearsay. Okay. I'm telling you right now, right, this story only becomes, I think, a story when we know the final results. because right now we don't know he's claiming one thing
Starting point is 00:29:19 she's claiming another it was all so weird until he decided to get the paternity test now that that's happened I think we can actually like have a real journalistic story
Starting point is 00:29:30 with a start and a conclusion and truth added into it because right now it feels messy from both sides if he is saying these things
Starting point is 00:29:39 like shame on him if that's the stuff he's doing now if he is the father, he needs to step up. Or he doesn't want to. He said, I don't want to.
Starting point is 00:29:53 Supposedly, in this very unverified quote. Yeah. So yes, we are just gossiping at this point. So when will we know the results? We will know the results the first week of October, or at least they'll be in by then.
Starting point is 00:30:07 I, yeah, I mean, I just, I think this is a story that we need to, to really pause on until we know how this plays out because then I think it illuminates once we know the truth both sides and it really shows us okay who has who has who has walked through this thing with truth and who has walked through this thing just because they made a really bad mistake who's lying who's not like we just don't know right now all we know
Starting point is 00:30:38 and I think if we concluded this story is this is messy right now and there's There's so much yet unknown. And I think Clayton, by his social media post, by saying, yeah, the truth will set you free or something like that. I remember, you know, with these pictures. I think he thought that everybody's going to be like, oh, yeah, he can't be the father because he's getting a fraternity test. I don't think it did what he thought it was going to do.
Starting point is 00:31:00 I think people are still waiting on the results. To play Mori Popovich right now, Ben. What do you think the paternity test is going to say? Oh, that's such a good question. I have no idea. I cannot answer it confidently. Let's answer for fun. I can't, I can't answer.
Starting point is 00:31:17 I, I have a feeling he's a single dude. Like, my, my thought would be, it plays into the fact that he is involved in this more than he thinks he is. Okay. So he's also claiming that he only had oral sex with her. That's not how you make kids. It's not how you make kids. Yeah. It's not how you make kids.
Starting point is 00:31:40 So if I had to get, if I had to bet. my more recall is that he's not the father because why would he even lie and say it was just oral? Why would he even lie and say that? I don't know. Because then it's like we caught him in a total lie. Like now he has the night totally not remembered correct. This is just this is one of the,
Starting point is 00:32:07 this will go down as a top 10 most confusing headline that we've had to share. and the last, you know, seven or eight years of the show because there's just so much left unknown. And it can, and like either way, it's going to be bad, right? Like, if he is the father, he's not looking better after this whole thing in any way. See, I think if he's not, then I think it's like, hey, who is this? Like, why is this happening?
Starting point is 00:32:35 Oh, he's not the father. Then it's just like, why would she do this? But no, but then, like, he, like, spoke to a woman like this. But again, screenshots also are so. reliable. You can change anybody's name in your phone. And you can text yourself that. There's just so much we don't know. But we will have more. We'll continue to follow this story. It's obviously very popular on social media. And a lot of people are sending their thoughts on it. And I think that's what happens. You have a big story and you've been a part of Bachelor Nation. Another big story in Bachelor Nation. One that doesn't feel like it.
Starting point is 00:33:14 It's ending, you know, remember we talked about Caitlin and Jason and it's like, hey, this is ending in a split. And it feels like, yeah, I know at this point, maybe it's a less of an endearing split as we first kind of covered because Caitlin came out and said, hey, Jason is not supporting her well in this time or something. But the Daniel Maltby Michael A split. It felt weird from the getco, right? Because she didn't know it was going to be announced. And she made that very clear. Well, it was weird from the get-go because they didn't announce it and that they've been broken up for over three months. Yeah. And just decided to kind of ignore all the inquiry. Yeah, ignore it, right? And so then he does come out and he says it. Um, she, it's unexpected to her.
Starting point is 00:33:59 She, uh, then goes on her podcast and talks about a very small, um, it's a very small piece of the show. I know there's some questions that kind of get led into it. But here's the headline. Bachelor in Paradise's Daniel Malby claims Michael A broke up with her one day after her egg retrieval. There you go. So, like, that's the drama here. Well, it's also been, it's also come out this week. And Danielle was the one who said it, that, like, it was just not a amicable real split. Or, like, it wasn't on her.
Starting point is 00:34:35 Like, she did not want to break up. And that the breakup came as a huge surprise. So she says on her podcast, that they went to New York for the egg retrieval. Everything was so easy. He came with her. He even gave her the retrieval shot before she went to sleep. And we were having so much fun, she said.
Starting point is 00:34:55 Everything was so sweet. She woke up from the procedure. Everything went well. Michael was there with a macho latte for her. And then she felt very, very blindsided, understandably so. When they got back to Cleveland, whether it was the next day or a couple days later,
Starting point is 00:35:14 and he broke up with her. So obviously the timing was, like, very, very bad. To give Michael understanding in this situation, I'm assuming what happened was just the fact of Danielle not getting pregnant at this point, but like freezing eggs and just thinking about children with her at some point, probably freaked him out because he probably didn't see that much of a future with her
Starting point is 00:35:45 and just said that that would be the time that he had to break up with her because he was probably leading her on at that point. I don't know, though. But, like, everything's bad. Like, it's such a bad look. Yeah. I mean, you would hope your communication would be very clear,
Starting point is 00:36:00 especially when you're entering into these huge conversations about family and next steps. I'm not defending him, by the way. I'm just saying that. I'm seeing that was his thought process. Yeah, I mean, there's something that happened in between these two scenarios that made him go, whoa. That he had to do it so quickly after. Like, I get not leading somebody on, but like, yeah, come back from having basically surgery for your eggs, for your fertility future.
Starting point is 00:36:26 Wow. Well, the details are still so non-disclosed. I don't know if they ever will be. Daniel has said that she's not going to disclose details any more than she has because there is a kid involved. but it's it's uh my personal opinion is it's shocking that they split in the way that they did because watching them on paradise and knowing their story and her move to cleveland which is a big move huge move i just thought they were doing really well i expected this to be one that makes it um so it is a paradise couple that you would have said hey would you put your money
Starting point is 00:37:07 behind them make and i said yeah no question and then it doesn't and it ends like this and then it feels it feels weird and it feels very uncharacteristic of what we know about the two of them right like we would have thought i would have thought i guess that if they did break up it would be amicable there would be some type of warning some like just telling people so they stop questioning it yeah and then they would have both moved on peacefully and um and and you know wish each other the best it obviously ended poorly because there wasn't no announcement. Like I'm assuming you don't
Starting point is 00:37:43 make an announcement when you are very obsessed still. He also made the announcement on Jason's podcast like on a whim. It wasn't planned. It wasn't talked to with her. She said he said because he did a Q&A, you probably wouldn't have seen
Starting point is 00:37:59 this because you had no service this weekend. Not that you like are on Instagram as much as I am either. But he did a Q&A about their breakup which was like such a bad look. Michael, what? He like literally said, like, here's a Q&A. So what were the details that he talked about?
Starting point is 00:38:16 He said that he felt it was fine to, like, just come out and say that they had broken up because she had just deleted all the pictures of them together from Instagram. Okay. And might be like, you know, but, like, you'd still think that that was, like, something that maybe you talked about
Starting point is 00:38:33 and not just assumed and, like, warned. Unless they were not on speaking terms. it's tough right unless you're on speaking terms i don't know i think it's just it's shockingly sad to me because i really wanted them too to make it i thought they both made a very cute couple that understood each other i thought there was a lot of patience and understanding in their relationship from what we saw on tv um and then i was shocked at the way it ended i guess i just i don't know it just feels messier than i thought it would i wish i remember more things from his Q&A because I did watch
Starting point is 00:39:08 the whole thing, even though I thought it was a very bad decision for him to do that. It was one of those car accents. He couldn't help but look at. He also said, responded to somebody who said, like, you need therapy. And he was like, I am in therapy and like, blah, blah, blah.
Starting point is 00:39:25 I mean, I, yeah, there's so much here still that we just don't know. And you know, I don't know me either of them very well. I've talked to Michael more than I've talked to Danielle. And I hope he is getting surrounded by some good people right now because you don't want this to get
Starting point is 00:39:48 uglier than it needs to. And maybe it's all done now. Maybe they boast of their peace. It's public. I feel like it's more so much here now. Really? Well, that's the big headlines of the day. There's some big ones. There's some doozies. Again, we're going to be breaking down Dean and Kalin's wedding here and it will be released very shortly with two of our favorite people, Tanya and Becca, who are both at the wedding as well.
