when Greg Brady was filling in for me, but it got a lot of traction on the podcast. And before we start, I have to warn you, if you are sensitive to adult language, if you are sensitive to adult language, you may want to turn the radio off for this next segment. In other words, don't at me if later on you don't like the fact that you heard some language that was uncouth and not family friendly.

Some of the clips we're going to play have colorful language. And with that being said, it's time for this edition of Is This BS or Is This Real? See, now that's some bullshit. This is bullshit. Man, this is some bullshit. You want answers? I think I'm entitled. You want answers. I want the truth. You can't handle the truth. You are fake news. All right. Well done, George. And I told you at home, it was going to be colorful, a little spicy. Okay. I want you to play along at home. I'm going to tell you a story, give you a couple of seconds to think about it. And then your answer, if it's real or if it's BS. And by the way, I haven't read these yet. We're going to do this

together. Let's get started. The first story, Did a Buckingham Palace maid get arrested after a drunken brawl at work at a work Christmas party? Buckingham Palace is investigating after a member of the staff was arrested at the end of a rowdy Christmas party. How rowdy? Police were called to a bar in central London, a short walk from the palace, on Tuesday evening when a festive celebration turned violent. A 24-year-old woman who has not yet been identified was arrested on suspicion of common assault, criminal damage, and being drunk and disorderly.

The woman is believed to be a maid at the palace and was on a night out with around 50 members of palace staff at the time. She reportedly smashed some glasses and turned on a member of the staff of the bar staff management at the Royal residence say the matter is now being investigated and the disciplinary action could follow. All right. So what do you think?

I think this is BS. I think this is BS 50 people from the palace all going out for dinner or for like drinks after work. I, I, I just does not have the ring of truth to me. And I think they vet these people really well. So I don't know that that would happen. Oh, it's real.

Oh, is it possible this story is true? Yes, it is. Okay, yeah, sorry. I should have let, I should let the audio go first, but I was kind of, kind of surprised by that. Okay, interesting. Oh, well, I guess with a staff that big, you're bound to have somebody at some point go a little buck wild. All right.

Next story. Will the Panama Canal begin doubling fees for U.S. warships to hit back at Trump because he says he wants to take it back? So earlier this month, President-elect Donald Trump ruffled feathers when he reiterated his desire to add assets to the USA. Canada, being the 51st state, isn't the only comments he made. He also said he wanted to acquire Greenland and it's time to take back the Panama Canal. In response to that, the Panamanian president, Jose Raul Molino, wrote, in our country, we have an a-hole tax that kicks in automatically whenever anyone threatens us. When they sincerely apologize, the rate goes back to normal. Until then, we will double the fees of the U.S. warships that travel through our canal.

While they haven't passed legislation to do so, the statement was given to the state broadcaster in an interview the day after Trump's suggestion to take back the canal. Okay, so, okay. I'm not going to read the rest of it because it's long and I've gotten to the gist. And I believe based on that, that this is false. I do not believe. You don't, look, Donald Trump is Donald Trump. And you don't, you can't out Donald Trump, Donald Trump. So you can't say something like that

that's in the vein of Donald Trump. And no world leader would do that. None. And I know that Panama is a... No way. No way that's true. So what do you think? Think about it.

And the answer is... See, now that's some bullshit. Yes, I knew it. I knew it. There's no an a-hole tax. Forget it. Forget it. Okay, next story.

Was former President Barack Obama's daughter, Sasha, kicked out of Reagan Washington Airport? Earlier this month, staff at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in Arlington, Virginia, asked Sasha Obama, former President Barack Obama's daughter, to leave the premises. The incident that lasted less than 10 minutes was a case of mistaken identity after one staffer believed the passport provided was a fake. The staffer who hasn't been named didn't believe the daughter of a former president would travel without secret service.

After a quick check with officers and I can't read the next thing. George can get out and a call to an undisclosed person. Sasha was allowed to board her flight without incident. No word yet on if the staffer will be disciplined. This isn't the first incident with staff at this airport in early 2023. Staff couldn't let comedian Kevin Hart board due to suspicions of marijuana use. I don't think this is real. Frankly, I find it. I don't think she travels real. Frankly, I find it.

I don't think she travels without secret service right now. And not believing a passport. You just use the passport. You just run it through the machine. And you're going to know whether it's real or not. And who the heck would try to travel on a passport of Sasha Obama? That makes or Sasha Obama. That makes no sense.

That's the highest risk, lowest reward kind of crime. So I'm going with I don't think it's true. And the verdict is this is bullshit. OK, there you go. Did a man lose a testicle during arrest? Two Calgary police officers have been cleared of any wrongdoing in an incident that saw a suspect lose a testicle after being shot with an anti-riot weapon. God, I wonder about the guy who actually had to write this copy. The incident unfolded in 2022 after police received several 911 calls saying a man had broken into the municipal building and set several fires inside. Officers arrived to find the suspect still inside the building armed with a large machete. Two officers armed with anti-riot weapon devices shot the suspect nine times over the course of 35 minutes.

The suspect suffered extensive injuries to his genitals from the device. Sorry, I shouldn't be laughing. Despite undergoing surgery, the man lost one testicle. The other was injured and only a portion of the other one could be saved.

This has the ring of truth. This has the ring of truth. This has the ring of truth. There's too many weird details. Walking into a municipal building to light fires and being armed with a machete. I'm going with true. I'm going the fact that this guy has half a testicle is true

and the answer is it's fact it's fact yes it's fact look man come on you're lighting fires you got a machete you're lucky lucky to get off with half a testy alright next story did four men dress in bear suits to pull off

an insurance scam four California men may have been arrested in connection with an insurance scam after they allegedly dressed up in a bear costume and damaged several high-end cars. The four were charged with insurance fraud and conspiracy, $200,000 from insurance companies. Officials say the four men tried to claim that a bear entered and damaged a 2010 Rolls Royce Ghost. They shared a video of the insurance company, and they say they showed the so-called bear breaking into the car, which was a big mistake and eventually got them in trouble with the fuzz. The group allegedly tried to pull the fur over two separate insurers' eyes

with another two claims, with a Mercedes and another Mercedes, again with someone in a bear suit. Okay, well, if you believe as I do that criminals are idiots and no one would believe that a man in a bear suit is actually a bear, then this can be true. I begin with the belief

that almost every criminal, with the exception of Danny Ocean, are idiots. And so I believe that, uh, and California idiot, uh, criminals are some of the dumbest.

They're right up there with Florida criminals. So I'm going to go with true. And the answer is a similar event did take place. All right. So that, that, that that's true. Yes,

of course, of course it's true. Of course, these guys would try to scam, uh, by pretending to be bears. No one has ever believed that a man dressed in a bear suit is an actual bear. And so the fact they tried to pull it four times, of course it's real.
