We're joined now by Kevin O'Leary, the chairman of O'Leary Ventures and Shark Tank's Mr. Wonderful. Kevin, welcome back to the show. Thanks so much for joining us. Great to be here. Thank you. Now, before we get into your time at Mar-a-Lago and your assessment of where we are as a nation as it relates to these tariffs, I do want to talk to you about this story that we found on CNBC that suggests that China may consider selling TikTok or TikTok's US operations to Elon Musk. So are you going to be in a battle with Elon Musk at Mar-a-Lago?

You know, as you saw about 45 minutes later, the company and the government itself issued a release saying this is fiction. And so I don't think anything's gonna happen on this deal for anybody, Elon or my syndicate, until the justice renders their opinion on the hearing of last Friday. Because there's no wheels to put in motion until they either uphold the order

or they in some way modify it or change their minds about when it has to be considered. And so what we're all waiting for is will the order that is specifically tied to midnight, Jan 19th, is that going to be held up or not? In other words, will they implement it? The only way to save TikTok, regardless of what syndicate shows up, is

to get the 90-day extension that is the purvey of the president to the executive at midnight, the 19th, that's still Biden, until 1205, the 20th, when it's Trump. So Biden is the executive, because the Supreme Court will push the order back if they're not going to consider the trial. They're going to push it back to the executive. That's Biden. Biden can give me the stay of execution, so to speak, for 90 days. Then the company has to get into a substantive negotiation with an American syndicate of American owners under American law.

As far as I know, in this hour, this minute, the only papered offer that the company has and all shareholders have is mine with Frank McCourt. Very good. The two of us have only offer on the table. All right, well, you'll keep us posted on that, I hope because it's a very exciting. Listen, if you were to control TikTok, that's an exciting story. That's a very exciting story. But let's let's move down to the conversations, the couple of days that were spent at Mar-a-Lago, you were shoulder to shoulder with Danielle Smith. It feels to me based on the way you've been describing

her that she has been acquitting herself quite well as a spokesperson, not just for Alberta, but for Canadian interests at large. Think of the advantage she has now because she was bold enough to make this move. She has a personal relationship with Donald Trump, adversary or not. She has a personal relationship with many of his cabinet. She has a personal relationship with many of the staffers. I have never seen a woman work a room like that. What did he think of her?

What did Donald Trump make of her when he sized her up? He liked her. He liked her. I mean, the point is she's a very listen, I've taken her to sovereign wealth companies all around the world. We're raising $70 billion for Alberta right now. Even though it was impossible to do from the the butts policy that was put in place in Trudeau's first mandate, she had to litigate last October 23 to one that

Supreme Court will win that Supreme Court case to allow her to leave the province and go raise money for it. That's the damage buts is done. And the only reason I bring up buts is I heard that he is now running the campaign for Carney. Gerald buts is the anti-Christ of Canada. Okay. I got it. I got to ask you that is in that's inflammatory language.

What do you mean by that? If there's it's not inflammatory. It's fact, the blood on his hands is he impoverished 25% of Canadian citizens they live in poverty today, directly from his policies. We now know Trudeau had no idea what he was doing. These two met each other McGill and liberal arts, but does not understand Canada what makes it wealthy, how it works, how it created what it has for its citizens. Today, he put policy in place that pulled away the Butch does not understand Canada, what makes it wealthy, how it works, how it created what it has for its citizens today.

He put policy in place that pulled away the province's ability to issue permits for capital to come in and do projects around any resource. It takes 19 years to get a permit for a mine in Canada to now. That was the genesis upon how the country got wealthy and provides for all of its citizens. Gerald Butch is Beelzebub. An unholy union between he and Carney who wants to increase carbon taxes in April. That's what decimated our economy. That's what made people stop investing in it. I had to fly around the world with her to say, Canada's open for business again and we need $70 billion to develop the world's largest data center.

Because we have cast aside Bielsa's book. He doesn't have any say anymore. These guys fear evil. Hold on, Kevin, I wanna get one last question, and you got about 30 seconds to answer. But if Mark Carney is the presumptive winner of this leadership race, which means he's gonna hold the levers of power,

if Gerald Butts is on his team, what do you predict for Canada in the coming months? Look, I hope he becomes leader of the Liberal Party, because he will sit there in hell on earth as the opposition of a majority mandate against him. That is the worst job on earth for maybe eight years where he sits there. And if they don't get enough seats, he won't even be able to speak. That would be, by the way, Carney has not been in Canada long enough to know how it works.

And he may think Canadians know him, they have no idea. He's just another guy, he's a shape-shifter. He's Trudeau all over again with more carbon taxes with the Elzebub beside him, Antichrist beside him. Who would want that for Canada? And you can't speak more harshly about that guy. Kevin, we're gonna leave it there.
