Biden. It appears to be at the heart of the Justice Department's criminal investigation. The documents show that over a 14 month period between 2017 and 2018, a Chinese firm, which was founded by Yi and whose nonprofit wing was run by Ho, the arms dealer. So the guy who is connected to the military in China and the guy who's connected to arms deals around the world to benefit China. Paid four point eight million dollars to an investment vehicle controlled by Hunter Biden. During that same time, Hunter's firm transferred $1.4 million to James Biden's consulting firm, according to bank records. Hmm. Well, that seems interesting and very dangerous. Moreover, in September 2017, just two months before the Chinese businessman's arrest, Hunter Biden, who is a lawyer, this I did not know, and I found as a shock.

Hunter Biden signed a retainer agreement to represent Ho according to emails on his laptop that have since been authenticated by the Washington Post. Grassley separately obtained a bank record showing $1 million was paid to Biden in March of 2018 for representation, although it's not clear what work he did. Stop the presses. Here's the smoking gun. It's smoking and it's hot and it's melting through the floor to the center of the earth. Hunter Biden was the lawyer, the physical representation for a Chinese arms dealer and a man connected to the people's Republican army in China, the communist army. Let's call it what

Bobulinski has purportedly named Joe as the big guy in reference to emails whose 10% equity in a joint venture with a Chinese energy company run by the aforementioned Chinese spy chief and the Chinese connection to military operations, Yi and Ho.

That's what the Chinese energy company was. You must connect the dots here. It wasn't just a Chinese. It's not like a petroleum company in China that's run on the up and up said, hey, I'd like to pay you for lobbying. These people are scum. The people who are running this Chinese energy company were running all manner of operations around the planet, doing arms deals and advocating on behalf of the communist Chinese. These are the people that the Bidens chose to share an office with in Washington, D.C. These are the scum that they chose to take money from.

These men. It's not that it was some pristine chevron, the chevron of China, just decided to pay a little extra money for lobbying. In addition, there is evidence that the laptop that on the laptop, Hunter and his father had commingled finances and shared bank accounts, and also that Hunter paid for Joe's household bills, including monthly phone bills and maintenance and renovations of his Delaware properties. What is not understood, especially by the ketchup merchants and Biden's apologists in the left wing media, is that the millions of dollars wired by the communist energy firm to Hunter and Jim Biden, Joe Biden's brother, was payment for work done

in the last two years of Joe's vice presidency, using the Biden name to advance the interests of the communists in China. Goodness, this is the scandal. this is the treason they're advocating for communist china as a family they're bought and sold by communist china as a family this is the scandal this is what will bring down the biden the biden presidency we know that the del Delaware investigators issued a subpoena in 2019 to JP Morgan Chase for the bank account information for international and financial transactions involving Hunter and James. Most Americans, the vast majority of them, that's the most expensive bill that you have is your mortgage. It certainly is in the Johnson household. And we don't even live in that nice of a house. The mortgage for my family has always been the number one expense in my household every single month. So why is Hunter Biden paying Joe Biden's number one expense? Why does Joe Biden need to know about his future earning potential from his son? Hmm. It's almost as though they were inside of a crime syndicate together for influence peddling. Hunter Biden's federal probe could include Penn Biden Center's anonymous donations. Now, this from Fox News. This is absolutely fascinating. The Penn Biden Center.

It always comes back to the communist Chinese. Penn is a university in Pennsylvania, obviously Pennsylvania University. There is a Biden Center inside of this university. This university has received a ton of cash from, I don't know if this is going to come as a shock, the Communist Party of China. Of course, that should be illegal, but somehow it is just legal in this country. That doesn't make any sense. Suicidal. How much of that money was involved in the Biden Center? How much of that donation went to the Biden Center? Is the Communist Party of China literally paying for buildings named after Joe Biden? They've already shared an office in D.C. Let's see what the reporting plays out from Fox News. Have a listen.

Hunter Biden saying that investigation should include the University of Pennsylvania's Biden Center. That's a public policy institute. The watchdog group cites over 20 million dollars, it says, in anonymous donations to the university that came from China since 2017. Who wants to know the precise source of those anonymous donations? The National Legal and Policy Center, which is an ethics watchdog group, states that in total from 2013 to 2019, the University of Pennsylvania received more than $67 million from China. A large portion of that came around the time they say that the Penn Biden Center was opening up here in D.C. The NLPC noted that all gifts over $250,000 must

disclose foreign ownership. And if it was earmarked to promote Chinese interests, then the donation would trigger a registration as a foreign agent. The NLPC wants to see these transactions included in the federal probe, the tax probe, that is, of Hunter Biden. Chairman Peter Flaherty had strong words on this, saying, quote, Hunter Biden did not act alone in a crack-induced fog. He was part of a network of individuals and institutions that received millions from foreign interests. The federal investigation into Hunter Biden's foreign dealings has gained speed in recent weeks. Prosecutors have been seeking grand jury testimony. According to what a source told the New York Post, the questioning of one witness may even pull President Biden closer to the investigation. Here's Fox News contributor Jonathan Turley on why some media outlets are now just giving

this story some air time. I think the reason is that there is a real chance that the president's son could be indicted in Delaware. And that possibility has really forced the hand of the mainstream media. They have been bearing the story for almost two years. All roads lead back to China. Repeat it with me. All roads lead back to China.

The Biden family's downfall will be their business dealings with communist China. It couldn't come at a worse time because as we reviewed earlier, the vast majority of Americans see China as America's number one enemy. That's why we talk about treason here, because it will be seen as treasonous. At least 22 million in anonymous donations from China were given to the University of Pennsylvania, according to Watchdog Group, which it believes may have been earmarked to promote Chinese interests and would be required for the organization to be registered as a foreign agent. That doesn't look good, by the way, that you're a foreign agent of China. It's a very bad thing to actually have on

your resume as the majority of Americans see China as our enemy. The Watchdog Group alleged that donations from China ramped up after the Penn Biden Center opened in February of 2018, including a single anonymous donation of 14 million. Interesting. We've just covered that Hunter Biden and James Biden and Joe Biden have direct business connections and shared an office with Chinese billionaires, oil tycoons, and military attachés. Well, that's odd. Sure does not seem like too far of a stretch to say that the communist Chinese are now engaged in influence peddling

through the Biden Center. The high-priced donations from China continued, with the university receiving $27 million in donations in 2018, $26 million in 2019, and $16 million in donations in 2018, $26 million in 2019, and $16 million in 2018, given anonymously. $6 million in 2009, also given anonymously. The complaint filed with the Department of Justice in 2020 by the watchdog states that the fourth annual 2020 Penn China Research Symposium opening remarks were made by Ambassador Jiang Ping, Counsel General of the People's Republic of China.

The watchdog says that in the complaint, the Department of Justice should investigate these donations. In short, the Department of Justice FARA unit, which is the Foreign Lobbyist Registration Unit, should investigate Penn and Penn Biden Center to determine whether there was any explicit or implicit conditions attached to the $6 to $7 million in donations and contracts from China and Penn Biden Center to determine whether there was any explicit or implicit conditions attached to the $67 million in donations and contracts from China or general understanding to either

forego criticism of China and its policies or to espouse certain views of the country. The federal probe into Hunter Biden has intensified in recent weeks as prosecutors from the U.S. Attorney's Office in Delaware are now seeking grand jury testimony about the foreign income, which includes Ukrainian natural gas company Bersama Holdings and the Chinese energy company that we talked about, which was run by a war criminal. The spokesperson of the University of Pennsylvania told Fox News Digital that the Penn Biden Center has never solicited or received any gifts from China. A spokesperson for the Truman National Security Project gave Fox News the following statement. Truman is proud of its work and its ethical standards that we uphold. The Truman

National Security Project is the one pushing for this investigation. It's not too far and it must be looked into. We already know that the Biden family has their entanglements with the worst people in China, men who sold rocket launchers and grenades to African nations in war-torn places around the world that were committing genocide, and men that were directly involved in the Chinese military that are committing genocide inside of China. There is not a cash deposit that the Bidens would not take and their direct involvement with China as it pertains to undermine and actively usurp America as the dominant power in the world is certainly the most damaging political scandal in my lifetime.

It will bring down the Biden crime syndicate and it will expose once and for all the nature of the criminal cartel that was in charge of our country for quite a while. Selling us out to China is not a new thing. The Bushes did it. The Clintons did it. Obama did it. But it certainly has ramped up in its stupidity and has ramped up in its open criminality with the Biden family. Joe Biden is compromised. He was essentially a Chinese communist agent as it pertains to his business dealings and entanglements with his son. If anyone in any realm of power inside of the Trump family was so exposed to such nefarious activity, they would be behind bars right now. And you know it in your heart of hearts, you know it. Even Democrats are beginning to turn harshly on the Biden crime syndicate as it pertains to their destruction of this nation.

You see, because Democrats need to win races, they must win races around the country to stay in power. And they are realizing that maybe this whole collapse America thing is a really bad policy, specifically Democrats who are on the border or who have border adjacent districts. You see, opening up America to the 150 countries around the world for open crossing into our nation. They even get a cell phone now. According to recent reporting, they get a free cell phone when they walk into America. Wow. What a deal. Ladies and gentlemen, this is very, very bad in those border districts. filth and litter all across these districts. And for people having, of course, their properties trespassed on break-, and in fact, deadly murders, which has happened around the corner from me. I live in Tampa, Florida, and a legal immigrant smashed into a car. He was many times over the legal limit for driving, intoxicated, smashed into a car, and he killed a child. This happened a few months ago. It's devastating. It's horrifying. It destroys lives. Illegal immigration kills. It does. And it's one of the most wicked things that you can ever watch happen. I went to the border, the Yuma sector in Arizona, and I saw the rape tree. I saw the places where they rape

women, the places where the child smuggle, and where the most evil men in the world operate in cartels that essentially control entirely the Mexican side of the U.S.-American border. It's an extremely lucrative operation. It's very expensive to get across the border. You must pay the cartels and the Biden administration is openly enriching the worst people on the planet. You see a theme here? The Biden administration and Joe Biden, his family, Hunter Biden, have been at the business of enriching the worst people on the planet for a very long time. They continue to do it on the southern border, and Democrats are now turning on him, them, and the entire crime

syndicate. Eleven Democrats oppose Biden ending Title 42. Texas Representative Henry Quayle-Uar is the latest to join the bipartisan legislation to keep the pandemic era policy at the border. Representative Henry Quayle, you are. We can see him on Fox News. He's a relatively moderate Democrat who appears quite often in order to criticize the Biden regime and their border policy is the latest Democrat to join a bipartisan piece of legislation targeting Joe Biden's ending of Title 42,

which allowed for the immediate expulsion of illegal immigrants during the coronavirus health emergency. Cuellar's move makes him the sixth House Democrat and fifth Senate Democrat who oppose lifting the pandemic era rule. Title 42 should not be lifted, Cuellar told Fox News when announcing that he signed on to the legislation, saying that his party needs to stand up and do the right thing. They're going to be hit hard by Republicans in the 2022 midterm elections. Some of us are standing up and saying that it is the right thing to do for now on the border, the Texas congressman said, of keeping Title 42 in place. We all believe immigration reform, but we don't want chaos at the border. We want law and order at the border. Well, that's refreshing to hear.

Too bad. So many in his party do not agree with him. Henry Cuellar, abandon the Democrat Party. Switch sides. You will win again your race. If you do not, you will be doomed. Other estimates say that the number of migrants crossing the U.S.-Mexico border will triple when Title 42 is dropped. Right now, of course, Border Patrol is utterly and completely swamped and has no capacity to handle the onslaught and deluge of lawlessness and extreme criminality, child smuggling, drug smuggling, trafficking at the border. What is happening is demonic. It's evil.

It's wicked. It's meant to destroy this nation. And that's what the Bidens are dead set on. That's what the elites are dead set on. They wish to topple America. This is part of the system to do that. Democratic senators on board with the upper chamber to keep Title 42 include Chris and cinema of Arizona, Joe Manchin of West Virginia, Mark Kelly of Arizona, Maggie Hassan of New Hampshire, and Jon Tester. So all of these are, of course,

moderate Democrats from red states or swing states. On the House side, Democrats signing on for similar bipartisan bills are Tom O'Hara of Arizona, Jared Golden of Maine, Stephanie Murray of Florida,

Chris Pappas of New Hampshire. All Democrat House members on board with keeping the policy represent potentially vulnerable districts. This isn't playing well for regular Americans. They know that they are doomed and they know that the Biden administration is doomed along with them. They know that there comes a cost. The tab comes due. People cannot tolerate this amount of lawlessness and destruction for a nation, which they have absolutely no right to destroy. They didn't help build this country. They didn't
