Here we go. They're going to get Donald Trump again. Another prosecution, another indictment. Oh, my. What have they got him for this time? Did he rip the mattress tag off his mattress once in 1979? What happened with Donald Trump? Oh, well, let's see here.

Donald Trump was president of the United States. He has plenary power to classify and declassify the documents during his presidency or documents during other presidencies. Donald Trump chose to do those things, and now they're going to try and put him in jail for it. That's it. There it is. They indicted. They will indict Donald Trump, presumably today, according to an article from The Independent, which we shall read for you. We always show you our sources. This is what a considerable amount of the evidence today against Donald Trump is bundled up in. And this report from the independent saying the Department of Justice is preparing to ask Washington, D.C.

grand jury to indict former President Donald Trump for violating the Espionage Act. Oh, dear God. Oh, man. I'm going to need I'm going to I'm going to need my coffee for today. The Espionage Act. Do you know where that comes from? It was passed in 1911. The Espionage Act was like in the buildup to World War I before they had classification labels inside of our federal government. This was before there was such a thing as a classified document. This says that it's illegal to maintain military documents and hand those off to the enemy. That's what they're going to go after the commander-in-chief for. Got it? Interestingly enough, the Espionage Act was used primarily as a political tool

by a formerly right-wing FBI when the FBI was trying to suckle up to the power in the country that was predominantly right-wing and institutional to go after Marxists and communists and rabble-rousers. So now just the Marxists and communists have used those tactics against us. And what are these tactics exactly? Let's step back here for a second. We'll get into the details of what they're going to do to Trump. Donald Trump's been saying this for a long time. You should not act shocked. You should not be horrified. This is something that we've been talking about for a while. They've been transmitting this to your brains for a long time. That this is what they're going to do. They're going to get Donald Trump on a process crime. There's no actual underlying crime here

because the underlying crime, well, then you'd have to put Joe Biden in jail if it was mishandling classified documents. Joe Biden's doing that. But like 20x what Donald Trump's doing. So what are they really going at here? What's really happening here? Well, they're putting their political enemies in jail. This is Operation Dragnet 2024. Gotta get them all. Gotta catch them all. This is Pokemon level, Pokemon level Marxism. Pokemon go to the polls, as Hillary would say. So they throw their little pokeballs at Steve Bannon. What do we see over the last over the last like four hours? Steve Bannon, Pokemon go to the polls. Pokemon go to jail. Right. Steve Bannon throw Steve Bannon because

now they're asking Steve Bannon to testify against Trump. All of Trump's staffers, Mark Meadows, the former chief of staff, Pokemon go to the jail. It's funny because it's humiliating for this nation that this is where we've gotten to. This is what they're doing. They're going to dragnet MAGA or even the people who like made the populist messages. They aren't really hard MAGA even like Tucker Carlson is somebody who just kind of wants the country to be a common sense populist nation. He's a, you could call him an American nationalist. I would say they're trying to, they're suing Fox to keep Tucker on the sidelines. So now Tucker Carlson tweeted and Fox is saying to Tucker's lawyers, we're going to sue you for tweeting. They're going after everyone.

People that we've worked with very closely on Team Trump, you know, because we're asking for access. We're asking them to, you know, get interviews and things like those guys are now being dragged in. These are like just like the press people. It's what this is operation. Destroy MAGA before it can grow into something that we can no longer contain. Because that's what happened in 2016. They underestimated it. So now they're going to go scorched earth, salt the earth. Go after everyone before this can turn into a real campaign, a real populist movement again,

and stop them because they know they are not, they're not playing with a full deck here. They got Joe Biden. Many, many, many bad things could go wrong. Joe Biden's biggest defenders are turning on him. We have that later in the show. The FBI is turning on Joe Biden as of today. Today was supposed to be DEFCON 9 when they did a vote against Christopher Wray to hold him in contempt. So they are saying, you know what? We just got to we just got to scrape the field of MAGA entirely. That's what's going on. That's the greater play. OK, none of it's going to make sense unless you understand the greater play here. Wipe, salt the earth of every MAGA influencer, everyone. Deplatform them, kick them off Twitter. OK, we did all that. OK, we made sure they can't talk on social media. Now we go after the people who are actually in charge, like Steve Bannon.

Pokemon go to jail. Mark Meadows is testifying against Donald Trump. That's the play. And that's what they're doing. And so it all will make sense in that context. Zoom out just a little bit more. Okay, so that's what's happening in this country. Zoom out a little bit more.

Are we the baddies? Are we the baddies? Are we the baddies? Is America worth fighting for anymore? Like, how far gone are we? I'm saying that obviously as a red-blooded patriot. The answer for me will always be, yeah, of course. I mean, of course it's worth fighting for. I'm going to raise my kids here.

I'm an American. But you must understand your enemy when you're fighting a battle. So who is our enemy exactly? Who are they? Do they actually believe in an American century going forward? Do they believe that America should exist going forward or should we just become a satellite state of China? You know, China is putting a military base in Cuba now. We just learned. So China's putting a military base in Cuba in a billion dollar deal, a spying base. That's like 100 miles from where we do the show. So say goodbye to all of our military secrets. We also happen to have Guantanamo base, a base in Cuba, a military base in Cuba, in Guantanamo Bay. There's a ton of military bases in Florida.

There's one called MacDill that's literally down the road from us where we broadcast. It's where CENTCOM is located. It's where all central command is located for all of our special forces. And China is going to put a massive spying base inside of Cuba. Now, what does that sell you? How can China afford to do this? The American elites of whom Joe Biden represents and is protected by the deep state. The people who fund Joe Biden's think tanks. All those people have bet against America.

They're the reason why China has the cash to do this. China was a third world backwater when I was born. 1986, Tiananmen Square. China could barely keep the lights on. What happened in the time span of 30 years? Our elites, our greed, they bet on China. They bet against America. They enriched China. They strip mined America. They made sure that we had no manufacturing, that we had no military capacity to fight them, that China had the hypersonic missile technology that they stole from us. China's military was able to advance aircraft carriers, fighter jet technology. All of it ripped off directly from American military. And who was the one man that stood actually against this? Donald Trump was a good example. They are strip mining this nation. The bigger picture is that they are strip mining this nation. And so that's what they're doing to Donald Trump on a larger historical grand scale. This is the indication. This is the trademark. This is the signature of every despotic regime, every oligarchy, every tyranny, you lock up your political opponents. There's the through line to our present day, ladies and gentlemen. So let us get to our present day, OK? Trump indictment. Here's the breaking news. Fox News alert. We're beginning to hear whispers that former President Trump will be indicted by Joe Biden's Justice Department. This possible indictment would be brought by special counsel Jack Smith.

We believe he's making a case that Donald Trump improperly brought classified documents to Mar-a-Lago after his presidency. Trump's attorneys met with special counsel Jack Smith on Monday. And when a defense lawyer meets with a prosecutor face to face, that usually signals that a decision's near. So all the reporting from the New York Times, Independent, Washington Post, they're all saying that Donald Trump will be indicted. What is Donald Trump saying? First off, let's go to the man himself. Here's Donald Trump on Truth Social saying, nobody's told me that I'm being indicted. I have done nothing wrong. I've assumed for years that I'm the target of weaponized doj and fbi starting with russia rush russia no collusion mueller perfect ukraine called various

scams and witch hunts travesty of justice election interference at all levels he's right republicans in congress must make this their number one issue well what can they do exactly republicans in congress can barely get the fbi to hand over a document proving that Joe Biden is a criminal. And is Joe Biden a criminal? Well, let's look into whether Joe Biden actually ordered this raid on Mar-a-Lago. You see, it all stems from the FBI raiding Mar-a-Lago in order to retrieve documents that Donald Trump had a legal right to. We know Donald Trump had a legal right to those documents. We've known that for a long time, for nearly a year when Kash Patel came on the show and told us. But we didn't realize exactly how deep the rot goes. They needed

to construct, they needed to manufacture a process crime. Now, there are hundreds of thousands, millions and millions of crimes that the federal government could charge you with. There are so many statutes and rules. It becomes impossible to really keep track of all of them. Every person in this country is guilty of some type of felony based on some type of random crime. Imagine if you were president of the United States, how entrapped you could be if the system decided to come after you. I'm going to say something weird here because I don't want to give credit to somebody who I believe is very similar to the penguin out of Batman in his duplicity and in the way that he walks, talks and acts. But Chuck Schumer, who is our modern day penguin,

he warned Donald Trump in an act of like extreme courtesy, warned Donald Trump that the deep state has seven ways to Sunday of getting back at you. And hot damn, was that man right? Joe Biden ordered the raid on Mar-a-Lago. We know that now. This is what led to all of this, the special counsel, everything. Joe Biden ordered it. Biden's White House was involved in the raid at the Mar-a-Lago residence, and they didn't want you to know. The most important part about this is written thusly.

Records obtained from the investigation and the circumstances surrounding the Mar-a-Lago raid further confirm that the FBI obtained access to these records through a special access request that the Biden White House itself had to approve. That's just a long legalized way and a laborious way of saying that Joe Biden's White House said raid them. Because the White House is the keeper of their own documents. This was, of course, a. Librarian matter with the National Archives, angry blue haired librarian saying, where's my document? Ladies and gentlemen, Joe Biden looked directly into the camera and told you a lie. Now, he's done this many, many times. But here's the specific lie as it pertains to the raid of Mar-a-Lago that Joe Biden told.

President, how much advance notice did you have of the FBI's plan to search Mar-a-Lago? I didn't have any advance notice. None. Zero. Not one single bit. Thank you. Not one single bit. How unprecedented is this moment that a president orders the raid of a fellow and former president? What does this mean for our country? Well, we're sliding into despotism. That's number one. We are slipping into the black abyss of other regimes that round up their political enemies. And charge them with fake crimes. And that Democrats better hope to hell or high water that they never lose power. Because now turnabout is fair play. John Solomon, who's been breaking an incredible amount of news

on such said subject, he lives and works in Washington, D.C., is well sourced. He's become very, very much the it guy when it comes to the operations of the super state and the intelligence state saying this about the indictment. I reported a year ago and I reported it at the time a decade ago. There is a ruling in the District Court of Columbia that says that a president has wide latitude to determine what papers he takes with him as personal and that they're really it's not really challengeable in court. That's going to be one of the things that the prosecutors are going to have to overcome. The second thing is there's been these leaks about a tape where the president allegedly says, I have a classified document I can't show.

He doesn't use the word classified. The news reports are wrong. He uses words like secret or confidential, which could also mean colloquial terms, not the classified documents. And then the third thing is there is now this very serious allegation that the Trump team has made to the deputy attorney general and to the chief judge of the U.S. District Court in Washington. That allegation is a federal prosecutor working on the current case made to a lawyer with a cooperating witness in the case that he knew that the lawyer was up for a judgeship. So basically dangling a judgeship in connection with the investigation involving his witness.

That's a very serious matter. Those are going to be three thresholds that the Justice Department is going to have to tackle if they do decide to secure an indictment against the president. So, I mean, of course, that's a sober and clear eyed takeaway. But what sober and clear eyed John Solomon is missing is that people in Washington, D.C. jury pools are neither. They are blood shot, red eyed and furious, enraged and filled with Trump derangement syndrome. Trump is the bull that went into their China shop. Trump is the esoteric distillation of all evil on planet Earth, according to these lunatics. Why? This is a very important thing that I have the authority to speak about as somebody who's lived in Washington, D.C., worked in Washington, D.C., held high credentials in Washington, D.C., been inside of the most

sacred halls of our government buildings and worked hand in glove with a lot of people who run our government. And I've seen my friends, of course, go into service by the dozens into Donald Trump's administration and so forth. Ladies and gentlemen, let me tell you something. In Washington, D.C., these people are deeply and utterly talentless. It's where you go when you're a failure. It's where you go when you can't actually cut it in the real world. It is the equivalent of if you can't do teach. These people can't work in the energy sector, education sector. They can't work really. They couldn't education sector. They can't work, really. They couldn't cut it in health care and get an actual high-paying job. So they go schlep off to the FDA or HUD,

Housing and Urban Development. Like, that should exist. Give me a break. By the way, Housing and Urban Development building, you should go walk by it sometime in D.C. It's falling to pieces, literally crumbling under its own weight. And they're saying that they're going to build housing in urban development. The building is a disgusting, sickening, crumbling relic. They can't even keep up their own buildings.

Department of Energy. If you're not actually skilled at energy development, you go work in the Department of Energy. These people are slobs. They're talentless. The people who run law enforcement in Washington, D.C., similar in scope, except for one small thing. The people that run law enforcement in Washington, D.C., see themselves as more powerful than the president because they exist beyond the ebbs and flows of the political whims of the American public. You see, they live there forever. They're bureaucrats inside a system that is supposed to change with the will of the American people, but doesn't. And these bureaucrats saw Donald Trump as an existential threat because he comes from outside, not because he was a Republican. Certainly not that. My God, they would have loved

to have had a Mitt Romney or a John McCain. They would have loved President John McCain. They love President Barack Obama just as much. Freaking George W. Bush, come here. You're my boy, blue. The road to wisdom is understanding that Michelle Obama and George H.W. Bush are the same people. Same. They're the same. They come from the same party, same political party. They believe the same things. It's all fugazi. Fugazi. It's not real. Donald Trump was the first real thing, the real change that actually happened to D.C., and that's why he must be in jail. They must put it. He got too close. To upsetting a system.

That these people built in order to benefit themselves. And that is Donald Trump's major crime. Who's somebody who should not be defending Donald Trump? Who is right now? His name's Alan Dershowitz. Alan Dershowitz ain't a Republican. Alan Dershowitz, a criminal defense lawyer, pretty famously getting O.J. Simpson off when O.J. Simpson killed a bunch of people in the cold blood. Murder weapon, DNA, all the crime

scene, Dershowitz got him off. You could argue that that's like immoral, but whatever. A long time ago, I had nothing to do with that. But you can see here that Alan Dershowitz, a Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton voter and supporter, lifelong Democrat, going ballistic on Fox News over the fact that they're going to indict Trump, saying, my God, you've just broken every rule. There is no more law in this country. You've broken every rule that the system has. It's important to explain what's really happening here, the pressure behind what's actually happening. And clear-eyed sober people see it correctly. not go after them on the possession of classified material, but they would try to concoct some process, crime, obstruction of justice. But let's remember that citizens of the United States are not obliged to cooperate with investigations that are designed to get them. They can do everything in their power through their lawyers to obstruct, that is to plead the Fifth Amendment, to plead

this privilege, that privilege, to make a motion to suppress material. They cannot, however, cross the line from legal obstruction to illegal obstruction. Now, that line is very vague. It talks about corrupt intent. And it's so easy for a partisan prosecutor to say that legitimate Fifth, Sixth, Fourth Amendment defenses that are supposed to be raised by defendants have morphed into illegal obstruction of justice. This sounds to me like it may be another brag indictment, another indictment that doesn't pass the shoe on the other foot test, that would never, never be directed against a political friend, but only a political enemy. And it really endangers our system of justice, which is supposed

to be politically neutral. So you have this homie who's a Hillary Clinton voter. Who at the at his core, and Dershowitz was on my show just like yesterday or the day before. I'm not friends with him. I don't know him personally, but he's a legal expert and worth listening to. Screaming at the top of his lungs, and clearly screaming at the top of his lungs inside of a water closet, presumably, that this is going to destroy justice in this country. And, you know, without those rules and those guardrails, he doesn't have much of a career. At the very least, there needs to be a line, a black and white. Yeah, you don't go after the president for process crime. You don't go after the president for the espionage act, the commander in chief for the espionage act.

Wiser men are looking at this and saying, what have we become? Ted Cruz has argued before the Supreme Court. Ted Cruz is a prosecutor himself, very successful career. He clerked on the Supreme Court, argued before them many times, is himself a very accomplished legal scholar, among other things. Ted Cruz backing up Dershowitz there and saying, yo, they're going for obstruction here. Watch. He wants to indict him. I think the plan was to indict him over classified documents. And then he got the enormous problem that Joe Biden seemed to have classified documents everywhere, including in the garage by his old Corvette. I don't think Merrick Garland will indict Trump over classified documents. Here's my prediction. He'll indict Trump over, quote, obstruction of justice for hiding the classified documents. Now, mind you,

he's not saying the underlying classified documents were a crime because he'd have to indict Joe Biden, too. He's going to instead create a crime about a non-crime. That's going to be the basis of the indictment. And I think you're right. He will also indict indict Hunter Biden, but he'll do it on purely personal matters, dealing with drugs and guns and tax issues for Hunter that have nothing to do with Joe Biden, because this DOJ wants to protect and insulate Joe Biden and the Biden family's corruption. This would be the last day that Donald Trump was in the office of the president. Now, what does this say? It's somewhat lengthy, Donald Trump's signature at the bottom and so forth. This is directly from the historical accounts of Donald Trump's presidency, and this was arguably one of his last acts as president. What this says is that Donald Trump is declassifying all information that has to do with getting Donald Trump via the deep state. Now, you're talking about memos that CNN, I'm sorry, CIA, CIA boss John Brennan wrote about his meetings with Barack Obama and Joe Biden, briefing them on Hillary Clinton's plan to smear Donald Trump.

You're talking about the internal documents from the FBI to spy on a sitting president in the United States. You're talking about how joe biden and barack obama knew this operation and orchestrated this operation with the help of hillary clinton this is the bombshell of all bombshells it was uh having a couple of onion layers peeled back ripped back with the dur report. But I think there's so much that we don't know still to this day. And in fact, we know that people like James Comey, Peter Strzok, those people didn't sit for an interview with John Durham. That's strange. If the government interns a special counsel to look into your crimes,

try not sitting with that special counsel. See what happens to you. Yeah, you'll be in jail faster than your head can snap. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the crime. The crime is not that Donald Trump had documents or that they were an unsecure facility. You're going to hear all that propaganda. No, the crime was that Donald Trump found out. He found out that they're going to hear all that propaganda no the crime was that donald trump found out he found out that they were going to spy on him and that's why on his last day in office

the declassified documents that were never released? Yeah, I wish I had the authority. So I've seen a lot of this on Truth Social. And what happened was President Trump substituted me to be his representative at the National Archives because we did this big declass at the end of the Trump administration. And his cronies actually bureaucratically stopped the declassification process, if you believed it. The commander in chief said declassify to this mountain of documents. And he walked out and his cronies were like, well, we're not going to exactly do that. So now we're in this fight and people think I can just walk down to the National Archives and like throw it in my, you know, my backpack and walk out. I'm working on it. And of course,

the bureaucracy is getting in the way, but that's not going to stop us. I will be going to the National Archives in the coming weeks. I will be identifying those documents and I will be demanding that they be released because they are already declassified. The reason they're not released is because they show more corruption at the FBI and DOJ, just like we showed during our Russiagate investigation with Devin and I. With Devin and I, I've always said the American public has only seen 60% of what we've been able to see. So just imagine that, 60% and you have the biggest criminal scandal in US history. This is the first time that Kash Patel, to our knowledge, was asked directly about his declassification crusade against the federal government in order to try and get these documents that donald trump declassified so donald trump orders them declassified and then the federal government says no one of many times the federal government said no to donald trump we are actually in charge not you donald trump again just a vessel for the

american people a giant middle finger, giant orange middle finger directly into the heart of Washington, D.C., and that's why they hate him. The Independent has learned that prosecutors are ready to ask grand jurors to approve an indictment of Donald Trump for violating portions of U.S. criminal code known as Section 793. We'll get familiar with this one, which prohibits the gathering, transmitting, or losing of any information respecting the national defense. So that is a super broad piece of code. The use of Section 793, which does not make reference to classified information, is understood to be a strategic decision by prosecutors that have been made to short-circuit

Mr. Trump's ability to claim that he has his authority, just heard Cash talk about there, as president to declassify documents he removed from the White House and kept in his Palm Beach, Florida property long after his term expired on 20 March 2021. The section of U.S. criminal law written is written in a way that would encompass Mr. Trump's conduct, even if he were authorized to possess the information as president, because it states that anyone who lawfully having possession of access or control over being entrusted with any document relating to the national defense and willfully communicates, delivers, transmits, or causes to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted, or attempts to

communicate, deliver, transmit, or cause to be communicated to any person not entitled to receive it or willfully retains the same and fails to deliver it on demand to an officer or employee of the United States entitled to receive it can be punished by as many as 10 years in prison. Something also that constitutional scholars will have to grapple with here is, does this mean that Donald Trump will be allowed to stand for office? I take no joy in delivering this information to you, but ladies and gentlemen, if you are charged with an espionage act, so if they use the espionage act against Donald Trump here, which is just utterly laughable, but if that's what they're going for here, that would be seen as treason against your country

and you wouldn't be able to stand for office. Now, you might recall the same news cycle around Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server. Hillary Clinton, of course, many said, was unfit for office and may legally not have been able to hold the office of the president based on what the FBI and the Department of Justice decided to do with their investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server. To do what? Well, to transmit, reading to you directly from Section 793 of the U.S. Code, Hillary Clinton, lawfully having possession or access or control over the entrusted with any document relating to the defense, willfully communicates, delivers, or transmits that to somebody who doesn't have authorization. Now, who would that person be?

Well, anyone who had access to Hillary Clinton's private server, which was hacked. So Hillary Clinton is guilty of this. By every single letter, every single blood red dripping letter of the law, Hillary Clinton is guilty as charged for this and should have been in jail and maybe should have been ripped off the ballot in 2016. What would that have meant? I don't know. What other ding-dongs were running against Hillary Clinton? The Green Party, Green Party people, or Marianne Williamson. I'm not sure. Some people were running against Hillary Clinton in 2016. Who would have been the Democrat nominee in 2016? Not sure. But that would have been Bernie Sanders probably, right? That would have been that would have been Bernie Sanders, probably. Right. That would have been the play. Could Hillary Clinton even run for office? They're saying 10 years in jail for this. Super broad. Section 793. That's where we're at. That's what they're going to bring up against Trump. That's what we're going to chuck against Trump. And maybe Steve Bannon. Steve Bannon subpoenaed in special counsel's January 6th grand jury investigation. A federal grand jury has issued a subpoena for Steve Bannon, former Trump advisor, current War Room host, friend of the show.

A case investigating Donald Trump's alleged attempts to retain the presidency after the 2020 election. Special counsel Jack Smith is undertaking the investigation. The indictment under the Espionage Act is expected later this week in the case of Mar-a-Lago seized documents. Two sources familiar with the matter, NBC reports, stated that the subpoena for Bannon looking for documents and testimony was issued in May. The grand jury is looking into Trump's alleged attempts to interfere with the transition of power. Steve Bannon is already facing contempt of Congress for not cooperating with January 6th hearing.

tell you good news. The Mark Meadows news is bad. Mark Meadows was Trump's chief of staff. He's cooperating now with this. He's pled guilty, according to reports, to some things. I'm not sure if we have that article to show you, but this is accurate reporting. Mark Meadows, if this is accurate reporting, Mark Meadows has pled guilty to a few things. Again, they can manufacture process crimes here and then they can sting you with them. Mark Meadows is a straight laced dude. I know Mark Meadows really well, like Mark Meadows a lot. So if they're turning Meadows, I don't know, man, not good. I mean, listen, there's no doubt there's no there's no other way to spin it. Not good. I don't like to

be a doomer or a black pillar. I think the American people are going to obviously see through this fraud, just like they've frankly seen something that I have never seen in my lifetime, which is a level of fight and grit out of House Republicans that I think is shocking the system currently, because the system is used to Republicans who roll over and play dead. FBI Director Ray Caves to the House Oversight Committee, forced to release docs on Joe Biden's foreign bribery claims to lawmakers, and they will do it today. One of those lawmakers is going to be joining us very, very soon. Ladies and gentlemen, this is really big news. We've been covering this. Not only did they break the FBI, this is utterly shocking. They've broken the Treasury Department

that didn't want to give over the suspicious activity reports. This is good stuff. Jamie Comer, man, round of applause. Clap that man on the back. Well done. Here's the breaking news. FBI Director Christopher Wray finally agrees to comply with a subpoena and provide the House Oversight Committee with a document that allegedly links President Biden to a $5 million bribery scheme with a foreign national. Lucas Tomlinson is live in Washington. Lucas, what's the latest? Well, good morning, Carly and Todd. Late last night, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer scrapped plans to hold FBI Director Chris Murray in contempt of Congress. Comer's about face comes after the FBI agreed to let all members of

the Oversight Committee review that FBI document alleging then Vice President Biden accepted a large bribe. Comer saying in a statement, quote, allowing all oversight members to review this record is an important step towards conducting oversight of the FBI and holding it accountable to the American people. So this is happening. Now, we have been doing a lot of shows on this document. We've been breaking down this document to the best of our abilities, and we've been right every step of the way. We told you this was about Ukraine. We told you this was about the natural gas bribery. We have actually reached out to multiple anti-Biden whistleblowers and multiple members of Congress for this information. And one of those

members of Congress, Lauren Boebert, will be joining us in just a moment, hot off the presses from physically viewing this document. This may be the first time that somebody who has actually seen the document outside of committee leadership is able to come on and talk about it. And so we are getting Lauren Boebert hooked up and connected right now, my team is telling me, and she will be joining us in just a moment. But what is the purpose of all of the fanfare and all the reporting on all this? What's the point? I mean, the point is that the FBI has been colluding to hide this information from the public. fbi apparently knew about this information in 2017 when joe biden was running for president or not even running for president when they could have opened up a special counsel into joe biden over this and that this document has effectively like need be needed to be waged war over the fbi one said that this document didn't exist.

Then when Grassley and Comer said, yeah, it exists because we already have it effectively. We already know what it says. They're calling their bluff. Then the FBI said that people would be killed for the document. So what does this document say? What is inside of it? This should be some very, very damning stuff. The FBI caved in the House Oversight Committee. They're handing over the document today. The document exists today. People on the committee can go see it. The agreement ends a standoff on May 3rd when Director Christopher Wray was issued a subpoena to hand over the document. Spokesman for the Oversight Committee told Daily Mail that members can start reviewing the document today under lock and key inside of a secure compartmented information facility. But most members have gone home for the weekend. Ray had refused to share the unverified document with anyone except the chair of the committee, James Comer and Jamie

Raskin. We know that Jamie Raskin lied about this. Comer came out from viewing the document and said it was troubling. Raskin said it was nothing. Interesting. And then Bill Barr came over the top and BTFO Raskin, Jamie Raskin from Democrats said there's nothing here, nothing here. This is all closed down. And Bill Barr's like, no, it's not. I actually submitted this to the grand jury interned against the Bidens in Delaware. So they're lying. The FBI is lying. And then they're going to people, the new Adam Schiff, Jamie Raskin, in order to commit those lies and launder them through the corporate press. Comer wanted all members of the committee to be able to see the document unredacted. Ray refused. On Monday, Comer threatened to hold him in contempt.

On Wednesday, Comer called off the vote of contempt after Wray agreed to allow the full committee access to the redacted file. Comer praised the agreement and crowed that Wray had caved. And he's tossed up a couple of tweets saying precisely that. This comes on the heels of somebody inside of the Biden orbit being indicted.

Hunter Biden's ex-business partner, Devin Archer. You remember the photo of him golfing with Joe Biden? This man could be headed to prison for his role in swindling Native American tribe out of 60 million bucks. Yeah. Remember, ladies and gentlemen, they're the most moral people. Hunter's the smartest guy I know. And Joe Biden, the guy who showers with his daughter and doesn't acknowledge the existence of his legitimate granddaughter, that's the most moral man as their affiliates are sent to jail. What's happening here? Ex-business partner of

Hunter Biden lost his appeal to have his conviction sentence tossed Wednesday, could be next headed to prison for his role in swindling Native American tribes out of $60 million in bonds. Devin Archer's appeal was rejected by an appellate court. His lawyer confirms to The Post in an email on Wednesday. Archer was previously sentenced to a Manhattan judge's Ronnie Abrams February 2022 to one year and one day in prison, noting that the crime was too serious to let him escape by. He was convicted by a jury of securities fraud after trial in 2018. Man, these convictions take forever. Federal prosecutors argue that Archer and co-defendants bought more than $60 million in bonds from the Ogalla Sioux tribe, but didn't use them for an annuity. So, ladies and gentlemen, this could potentially just be convenient for

the Biden family. Just to make sure that all the people that could testify against us are already locked in prison. Devin Archer, the guy in all the emails, the emails that we showed you yesterday from Ukraine. All right, ladies and gentlemen, moving on here to Tucker Carlson and the new drama with Tucker. Fox News is threatening to sue Tucker Carlson. Reminder, ladies and gentlemen, Fox News, his entire business model is based on free speech and they're purporting to be a free speech company and allow people to talk freely like their hosts. But now Fox News is suing Tucker because Tucker had the temerity to go on to Twitter.com on his own Twitter account. Verified, owned by him, operated by him, not run by Fox News and to speak freely. Fox News is not a free speech company. Fox News is not on our side.

Now, we try and use, I work for Newsmax. I've signed these big lengthy corporate media contracts. These contracts do not entail that your Twitter account and your social media is owned by the corporation into eternity. What normally happens is actually there is a separate account that is made called Tucker Carlson Today, right? That like a Twitter account. They ghost that account once you leave the company. But your actual persona on paper doesn't belong to the company in perpetuity.

We stopped doing our Newsmax show this year. Very amicable, very kind. I like Newsmax. They were good to me. I had no problem with Newsmax. I enjoyed my show there. The thing about Tucker Carlson starting his own show is that he can say whatever he wants now without censorship, without gates, without people being in between him and his audience. He can speak directly to his audience. And he did that. It was a wonderful thing. It was a beautiful thing to see. Tucker Carlson on Twitter is the name of his show. And it's gotten 100 million views, his first episode. Check it out. But mostly they just ignore the stories that matter. What's happened to the hundreds of billions of U.S. dollars we've sent to Ukraine?

No clue. Who organized those BLM riots three years ago? No one's gotten to the bottom of that. What exactly happened on 9-11? Well, it's still classified. How did Jeffrey Epstein make all that money? How did he die? How about JFK? And so endlessly on. Not only are the media not interested in any of this, they are actively hostile to anybody who is. In journalism, curiosity is the gravest crime. So Tucker Carlson saying that he has the right now to ask those questions. UFOs, Epstein, JFK, 9-11. Hot damn. You can see why Fox wants to

silence him. Fox is trying to silence him from speaking on his own social media. Here's the news. Fox News has threatened to sue Tucker Carlson for violating his contract. The launch of his new Twitter show, already watched by more than 80 million people, correction, 100 million people. In a letter obtained by Axios, Fox News General Counsel Bernard Gundel said that they have sent correspondence to Carlson's lawyer claiming that he's in breach. Carlson's lawyer reportedly argued that any legal action by Fox would directly violate their client's First Amendment rights, as the newscaster is said to be looking for a way out of his $25 million a year contract with the company. He's right. The statement is very, very strong, actually, from Tucker's lawyer, saying that Fox is built on free speech. So how could they possibly be trying to stop the free

speech of one of their anchors? Well, what did we cover at the beginning of the show? This is Operation Salt the Earth with Matt, like MAGA salt the earth, Operation Dragnet, destroy MAGA. I mean, that's what the operation is here. Tucker Carlson, his last interview was a Donald Trump interview and then an Elon Musk interview. Got it? Ladies and gentlemen, Tucker Carlson

is the person they want off the air for 2025 and they'll do anything, anything to ensure that they get what they want in 2024. They do not want him to be contributing to the conversation in the year 2024, this election year, this crucial and critical election year. Fox News is anti-free speech. Fox News is a fifth column in our movement. There are good people who work at Fox, great hosts who work at Fox. I know them. I know people who are friends of mine that work there. But the corporate suits that run the place are against you. They're using their power to silence one of our greatest voices, and to silence their own talent. They're doing so for evil. And they should lose all of their audience. They should lose all their audience. If you stop watching Fox News, you bankrupt them. You should stop watching Fox News.

I can now say definitively, I have been critical of Fox in all of this. I'm obviously friends of Tucker Carlson. I've worked with Tucker Carlson and for Tucker Carlson. I like Tucker Carlson. We'll keep using clips because, you know, honestly, there's good people there at Fox News.

But we've canceled the subscription, the Johnson household, Fox Nation. We've cut the cable. We've ended all of the various things that we signed up for with Fox. We're not going to be contributing to that ecosystem any longer. This is an ecosystem that hates us. This is an ecosystem that hates our country. And that is anti-free speech. Congresswoman, I know you have some very important work to do, so we appreciate you taking the time to join us this morning, albeit a little bit late. Where did you just come from? What did you see? Yes. So I just came from one of our skiffs to view the 1023 documents from the FBI. Now, this is an FBI source that provided this information to the FBI just a couple of weeks ago. The FBI denied that this document even existed. And Chairman Jamie Comer pressed him on that and said, we we we know that this the area, we want to see it. And when Director Christopher Wray failed to produce those documents,

he was threatened to be held in contempt of Congress. We were supposed to be having a markup today to hold him in contempt so we could put that on the House floor to vote for it. But he said, hey, how about we let all committee members see this document, and then there's actually more documents that relate to this as well that we will also let you view. But, Penny, that's not enough. After seeing these documents, the American people need to see what is in here. These are not classified, but obviously they are secure right now. And the information is so damning, not just to Hunter Biden, but to Joe Biden, the big guy. And that is quoted in the

documents. We see the five million dollar bribery exchange. Obviously, everyone has viewed the public story that went out when President Trump was in office showing Joe Biden threatening, shocking and saying that this guy is corrupt and he wants him removed and some some information about bribery taking place in that. And then we're seeing that there was a coerced payment, a forced payment made in the sum of at least five million dollars. And it's not even for just one Biden, but also if you pay one Biden $5 million, well, you got to pay another Biden $5 million. This is corruption.

The American people need to see these documents. And I will continue every day to demand that these documents be released, or we will hold Christopher Wray in contempt of Congress. He is paid by the taxpayers, and they deserve to see what's what the president of the United States or the resident rather is is involved in. So this is a damning document. You've just seen it. Yeah. This has to do with Victor Shokin. This has to do with the

firing of the prosecutor. This has to do with favors for Bersama. Can you give us more and more insight? We now know that it has to do with Ukraine. Yes, absolutely. Ukraine has involved Burisma and just this exchange for United States-based oil and gas companies. And, you know, it's been going on for a lot of years. That is something that I can say, that this has been going on for quite some time. And the meetings that are documented show exactly that and and show this bribery scheme and this corruption. This has to do. I mean, this is amazing. So this has to do with what Donald Trump was talking about when he was president about Biden corruption in Ukraine.

Yes. President Trump was impeached over Joe Biden's pay for play. These forced payments, bribery, and corruption. And President Donald J. Trump tried to expose the corruption that was going on in the deep state, in the swamp of Washington, D.C., while Joe Biden was vice president of the United States. And what does the swamp do? They go after the truth teller and impeach him and try to criminalize him over it. When this is clearly criminal activity that is taking place while Joe Biden is vice president. And now he is sitting or wandering somewhere in the White House and no accountability has been taken. So if this is so damning, why hasn't the FBI done anything with these documents?

Well, like I said, the FBI even refused to acknowledge that these documents existed. This is Biden's DOJ. This is Obama's DOJ. They don't want to persecute their own. They want to go after conservatives, Republicans, those who are going to undo all the corruption that they have been involved in for so long. And this is why I'm still pushing to hold Christopher Wray in contempt of Congress. What what did you what went through your head when you were looking through this document? That everything that we have been called conspiracy theorists for asking questions about over the years is true. It's here. All of these pay for play activities with with Ukraine and and Burisma, it's all lined out in these documents. They are not classified documents. And the American people need to have them released to them so they can view it for themselves.

What would that process look like? Christopher Wray saying, here you go. They can see it. That's all it takes. And that is why still to this day, to this moment, Christopher Wray needs to be held in contempt of Congress because he is keeping this information from the American people. And they have a right to know what the president of the United States has been up to. So it's not just one document, it's multiple documents. There are more documents that I have not yet viewed, nor has the chairman. But I demand that those be released as well. What will become of the Department of Justice, the FBI, if they don't follow through on this? And there must be a special counsel. I mean, the only rationale here is that this agency is corrupt and there must be a special counsel appointed immediately to look into these crimes.

I absolutely agree with that. I think that there needs to be a cleaning of house and the Department of Justice and the FBI. And, you know, this is their source. This isn't a Republican source. This isn't a Democrat source. This is the FBI source who created this document and enlisted out these details. And so for other members of the FBI, for Christopher Wray to withhold that information from the American people is corruption in itself and deserves punishment for sure. And we need to start with contempt. So you saw it in a secure facility. So this document isn't public yet,

but it is unclassified. So you can go into detail about what was inside of this document. There are some details, you know, just dates, times, locations that we cannot express right now for the safety of the source. And so what I can say is this has been going on for many years. And there was a $5 million payment made to Joe Biden, not Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, the big guy. And this is, you know, we've been said that we're going after his son, that he has nothing to do with this office. But it's clearly laid out that they used Hunter Biden because he was stupid and that he could go through his dad for protection and that it would all just go away anyway. Wow. And so this does have to do with the natural gas

in Ukraine. This does have to do with the development of natural gas sources. And Burisma and Hunter Biden being appointed to the board where it is it is noted that he had no experience, that the Biden family business has no experience in these oil and gas companies, in these businesses, yet he was appointed to the board. They know he's not smart. They know he's stupid. And the payments were made for bribery. Shoken is certainly mentioned in these documents. And all of this really surrounds around that public statement made by Joe Biden threatening Victor Shokin.
