Starting point is 00:00:21 It's coming right for us. We are going to die. This morning, oh, if you only knew. I needed that this morning. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, are we going to war with Cuba? Yes, most likely, Cuba killed four Americans and took six hostage? That's what we know so far. How do you think that's going to go?
Starting point is 00:01:23 Is it a false flag? It's happening right now. It's crazy. We'll cover it. It's happening not too far away from where we're broadcast. So will I be leading the unorganized Florida militia to storm Cuba? I mean, we've seen this play before. I've seen this before.
Starting point is 00:01:38 It's a rerun. We've seen this Bay of Pigs. But I think that Cuban, Marco Rubio, has been waiting for this moment. We'll see. Little birdies tell us that there's a lot more happening here than we already know. Okay. Ladies and gentlemen, today is Thursday, February 26, 2026. February has flown by.
Starting point is 00:02:02 I mean, geez. Yeah, it's like this, you have like, it seems like just like a day, last week. Maduro was captured. President Trump at the World Economic Forum. President Trump's State of the Union. Bad Bunny Super Bowl halftime show, Kid Rock Super Bowl halftime show, Turning Point USA. All of it, like, what was that? It's crazy.
Starting point is 00:02:24 How is it almost March? Ladies and gentlemen, we'll be marching into the Bill and Hillary Clinton. testimony today. I got little birdies on the inside right now that are texting and telling us what's going on. I mean, you just saw James Comer on our show last night. On our show, the State of the Union, he was previewing all of this.
Starting point is 00:02:45 I don't know if we have that clip or not, but yeah. What's happening next? Starts at 11, ladies and gentlemen. It starts live during our show. And Bill and Hillary, Clinton will be testifying before Congress. Hillary Clinton will be today, live before Congress. Bill Clinton, tomorrow, live before Congress. Now, as I've been told by the committee, these will be taped. However, the members of Congress can live tweet. Members of Congress can send text messages
Starting point is 00:03:22 to your boy and to all of us. And they'll be under oath. I'm already getting data and information from inside of the actual hearing. The video bill will be released. So the video is going to be taped, but then they're going to release the video later. It's not going to be a live video. But we have live information and intel from inside of the actual committee.
Starting point is 00:03:45 It will be happening live on this program. Ladies and gentlemen, we'll also have assistant attorney for civil rights, Harvey Dillon, assistant attorney general, correction, the general. I'm the caller the general. I'm the caller, general.
Starting point is 00:04:00 And Brandon Herrera. Back by popular demand, Brandon Herrera, who will, I think, no doubt, be a congressman, the YouTuber to Congressman Pipeline, very strong. Should we test that? Should we test that? Around here in Florida? I don't know, man.
Starting point is 00:04:16 I think it'd be really fun one of these days, right, to actually mess with the system. But Brandon Herrera will be live on our program. And Bill Clinton will be live tomorrow. Okay. So everything will be recorded, I'm being told. They are limited in scope of what they can ask, which sounds like total BS. I need to figure that out.
Starting point is 00:04:38 They're limiting the scope of questions that we can ask, I hear, from members of Congress. They're getting the committee set right now for Bill and Hillary Clinton. Video will be released in the coming days. Everything will be recorded and released ASAP when the committee has completed and ready to post. all of its deposition content. So that's what I'm being told from inside of the committee hearing right now, which is underway. Apparently, Hillary Clinton is there already and or is in route to the Capitol and will be
Starting point is 00:05:15 live at 11. And unfortunately, what that means is it's going to be taped. But we have, again, we have people that will be there live asking our question. What should I suggest to our members of Congress, friends of the show, that Hillary Clinton gets asked. Let me know, chat. What should we suggest? Sorry, this long introduction. It has been already a wild week. My name is Benny Johnson, and this is the Benny Show. We wish to save children, whether that is Epstein and the thorough and complete and total exhaustion of everything that we know about Jeffrey Epstein, including but not limited to
Starting point is 00:05:55 the wild amount of files that have not been released and all of the archival tape and video that apparently is existent somewhere in a locker. That's interesting. Another little nugget from the Epstein files that Jeffrey Epstein hid all of this evidence in lockers around America and that that evidence has never seen public eye and that there's Logitech videos of his properties that are stored on servers that cannot be deleted and has the FBI given over subpoenas for those servers? I'm going to ask Cash about that directly today. Ladies and gentlemen, unfortunately, not live on the show. We weren't able to book him. We're trying. We're trying. Cash was live. Oh, when is Cash live with us? A couple of weeks ago.
Starting point is 00:06:46 The point is that we wish to save the lives of children. So whether it be the full the full investigation and exhaustion of the Epstein evidence, which, by the way, who was right? What did we tell you about Bill Gates? Who was right? We'll cover that in the show today. But who was right? Bill Gates admitted. Bill Gates straight up admitting to multiple affairs with young Russian women. The same ones that we told you about, the same ones we told you that Bill Gates was getting blackmailed for. We told you about it. Why? Pattern recognition. That's it. Like extreme autism and pattern recognition.
Starting point is 00:07:24 That's how we know these things. The point is, is that ladies and gentlemen, we also care about children being saved that are inside of the womb. And it's most fragile and in its most vulnerable state. That's what makes abortion so cruel. Which is what makes it so evil. The gift of life is precious. In fact, I was reading the Psalms last night.
Starting point is 00:07:51 I wish to, I'm planning on doing this, but I wish to share this with you. Reading in Psalms 104, where it says, when you send forth your spirit, they are created, and you renew their face. This is verse 30. This is talking about how God is the author of life and death. The verse before says, when you take away their breath, they die, they return to their dust. But when you send forth your spirit, they are created. God sends forth his spirit to create us.
Starting point is 00:08:23 We are created in his image. To steal and to kill that life is an immortal evil. It's a mortal evil. These lives should be seen as totally precious. Preborn is a network clinic that allows for free ultrasounds. So when a mother in crisis walks in, she can get comforted. she can see her baby and it doubles her chance of choosing life.
Starting point is 00:08:55 Trust me, ladies and gentlemen, there's nothing more wonderful than to hear that baby's heartbeat for just $28. You can provide one life-saving ultrasound. Let's make sure that this year is the biggest baby-saving year in history. Call pound 250 and say the word baby.
Starting point is 00:09:11 That's pound 250 and say the word baby or visit preborn.com slash Benny. That's preborn.com slash buddy. Okay. If you can't tell, this kind of stuff hits very close to home. Obviously, I'm proud to be, I don't know, what do you say these days? The father of many children? I'm not sure.
Starting point is 00:09:30 There used to be big families all over the place. Now there's not really that many big families. People don't even have kids anymore. It's too bad. We'd have a different culture if people had lots of children. It's something that really centers you, quite frankly, and you see things a little more clearly. Anyway, here we go. The Clintons, that's fine today.
Starting point is 00:09:51 Let's read the top line, and James Comer obviously previewing this on our live stream from the State of the Union inside the U.S. Capitol 24 hours ago. Clinton's plot games and explosive Epstein testimony as Republicans reveal game plan. Peter Mendelsohn is arrested by the police and it probe into alleged misconduct in public life. So there has now been a series, one after another after another of major arrests, major. departures, major collapses in careers. Larry Summer just left Harvard. Yesterday, he's Obama's Treasury Secretary, Kathy Rumler, Obama's personal lawyer inside of the White House, she got canned from Goldman Sachs. Now a math teacher from Harvard is put on leave, along with the absolute and total pillaging of multiple different departments and staffs throughout the Ivy League's that had
Starting point is 00:10:45 connections to Epstein. Totally humiliating. Peter Atia has lost his job at CBS and is disgraced for all time. He's a health and fitness guru. And the World Economic Forum? The World Economic Forum is not immune to this? Crazy news, ladies and gentlemen, the president of the World Economic Forum stepping down today. Another scout, president of the World Economic Forum, quits following speculation over links to pedophile Epstein. So you want to talk about the heart of darkness, W-E-F-C-E-O, his name is Borge Brandeer. He has resigned today as of like a few minutes ago.
Starting point is 00:11:33 He became the president of the World Economic Forum in 2017. So this is not some new fresh kid on the block. He's been around the block for a while, announced his decision in a statement following disclosures from the U.S. Justice Department that showed The Norwegian had business dinners with Epstein and also communicated with his Christ's financier via email and text message. President and CEO of the World Economic Forum, which of course organizes the Davos
Starting point is 00:11:58 summit, which organizes globalism, the beating heart of globalism, has stepped down. He had a relationship with the sex offender and of course these relationships all happened after he was a proven sex offender. I'm not going to sit there and say that that you shouldn't have been creeped out by Jeffrey Epstein before he admitted to being a predator. But do people even understand what he admitted to? You understand? Like what the guy, if you go ahead and read how he pled out in 2016 through 2008, I'm sorry, 2006 to 2008.
Starting point is 00:12:36 And again, to the great shame of the George W. Bush administration, this was under the George W. Bush administration. They're the ones who protected them. And then that continued through the Obama administration. who didn't prosecute him. And then that could, of course, continue through the Biden administration, who did nothing to release the files or do anything. But a black eye, I doubt there's many George W. Bush fans. Robert Mueller was the director of the FBI during this time. This was Alberto Gonzalez. There is Attorney General. So like what was going on? I mean, they were protecting and they'll an Intel asset, and they made that very clear.
Starting point is 00:13:14 But go ahead and read. There are 127 different allegations of underage trafficking from Jeffrey Epstein. He admitted to this. He pled guilty to this. He's pled guilty to trafficking and prostitution of underage women. That was his charge.
Starting point is 00:13:40 And nobody else was wrapped up in this everybody else got immunity it's a disgusting thing that he pleads guilty to and then after that he gets these relationships there is a distinction there is a there is a line that has to be drawn pre that plead and after he says yes i'm a pedophile because afterward it was then written in stone beforehand, according to President Trump, which is him being extremely creepy and leering at Mar-a-Lago, creeping everyone out, bothering women. This is why it was kicked out of Mar-a-Lago.
Starting point is 00:14:26 We've heard the full story from Rudy. And so there's a difference and a sharp distinction. And I think that distinction absolutely does, in fact, need to be made to be fair. And so, again, if you scroll through, if you scroll through this article, for instance, the World Economic Forum. You can see this guy, Borge Brandy. You can see all these photos of him having the time of his life with Jeffrey Epstein after he admits to pedophilia.
Starting point is 00:14:56 There he is with Steve Bannon. Woof. Guys, I don't know how, I don't know what else you want to like hear from me about Steve Bannon. I've read the text messages. I've read them live on the show. I've read them in various videos that we've done in recordings. We've invested. investigated this, it doesn't look great. There needs to be a like real conversation and this needs to be addressed, just like everything else. Just like the Clintons today. It doesn't look great. Before we hop over to the Clintons, because I think there's going to be like, I think we're going to get a lot out of this. It's going to be a wild couple of days. I want to talk about Bill Gates because something remarkable happened yesterday. You know, we have.
Starting point is 00:15:46 been telling you that Bill Gates is scumbagged for a long time. This was plainly obvious. How often does a guy go into league with Dr. Fauci? Dr. Fauci promises there's going to be a surprise pandemic. Bill Gates invest in all the vaccine companies. And then Bill Gates becomes the number one vaccine pusher during COVID. And it's like seems like just the biggest scam on planet Earth. And most likely was the biggest and deadliest scam on Earth. the damage of which will probably take generations to understand and to fully study. The fact that no one's been arrested enrages me. The DOJ has a referral for arrest for Dr. Fauci sitting right there in paperwork.
Starting point is 00:16:33 Grand Paul's been on her show. In fact, why don't we ask Hermit Dillon about that when she's on? Well, well, it's not exactly like inside of her, Dr. Fauci isn't accused of civil rights crimes. It's not exactly her wheelhouse, but we'll ask. Anyway, Bill Gates is a scumbag. There's this article from ages ago. It's about two years old from the Guardian. And it said that Jeffrey Epstein was blackmailing Bill Gates because Bill Gates was hooking up with a young Russian bridge player who's 30 years younger than him.
Starting point is 00:17:08 Her name was Malia Antonova. And Malia Antonova, if you can grab that Guardian article, please. is over two years old and it's something that we thunk our teeth into. When we see something like this, we just have an instinct around here in order to, you know,
Starting point is 00:17:25 dog with a bone, not let go of that sucker. And we said, well, wait a second. If Bill Gates is out cheating on his wife with these young, with young Russians, and Jeffrey Epstein
Starting point is 00:17:39 is facilitating this relationship for him, then this probably isn't like a solo instance because there have been photos and videos of Bill Gates publicly with Jeffrey Epstein all over the place. There's been so many different documents that point us to that reality that Bill Gates is very close with Jeffrey Epstein. In fact, I want to put one up on screen for you. ALX, let's grab the Bill Gates billionaire conversation. This is wild. I want you to know exactly how close these two were. Yeah, I mean, this is what pissed me off so much about the memo,
Starting point is 00:18:19 the unsigned memo from the DOJ about Epstein. Because that unsigned memo said there's no evidence of Jeffrey Epstein blackmailing anyone. Well, what the hell is this then? Here's the evidence of blackmail. Bill Gates getting blackmailed by Jeffrey Epstein based on this relationship that he was having, this affair he was having with young Russian bridge players. There's your evidence of blackmailed. Blackmail, but here's even worse evidence.
Starting point is 00:18:49 This email, which I won't read to you because it's very, very lengthy, but is an email from Bill Gates to Jeffrey Epstein. This dirty Bill Gates scumbag has lied so many times about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. I want to go through this because it's going to be a good precursor, a good preview and appetizer, to what we're going to hear from the Clintons today. Now, Bill Gates has time and time again, said, I did. nothing. I don't know nothing. I just went to dinners. It's just dinners. That's it. Epstein had a way of sexually compromising people. Is that what Melinda was warning you about? No, I had dinner with him and that's all. And that you regret the relationship, the acquaintance. That I had dinner with him. And the relationship between the foundation and Epstein, which was...
Starting point is 00:19:42 There never was any relationship of any kind. Lyer! You're such a liar. First of all, first of off. Jelaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein were serving within the Gates Foundation. They were bundling for them. I can prove it. Here's the document. I mean, you could prove it on the manifest. You can prove so many different ways.
Starting point is 00:20:05 Here's the document. Bill Gates, and this is in his own writing, is writing he has dinner with these billionaires to get their money, to have them donate to the Gates Foundation. He writes Epstein a detailed list of everything that happened at the dinner. Then Epstein responds and says, you're doing it all wrong. I'm going to facilitate your next couple of dinners. I will lead the conversation.
Starting point is 00:20:27 I'm going to be the one that's going to be hitting them up for money for the Gates Foundation. And then he goes on through all of this to lecture Bill Gates about how he's doing it all wrong to give these like descriptive and very, very acute notes to Bill Gates about what he's doing. absolutely critical that you understand how close these two were and how it wasn't just dinners. This was clearly a business relationship. You can see inside of this, inside this email, I suggest we have another meeting. Let me run it. I'm going to moderate it.
Starting point is 00:21:05 Epstein says to Bill Gates. It's not just a social relationship. Epstein was operating Gates' strategic advisor and philanthropic fundraising structure. The donor advised fund, the same financial arts. architecture documented across the entire investigation. The bottom of the email, he then says, you need to come to Epstein Island. Bring your kids. Obama's lawyer's going to be there.
Starting point is 00:21:28 Wild. A wild email. He says, bring Melinda. Melinda will take comfort with the fact that Obama's lawyer is going to be there. What a nasty, nasty witch's kitchen. Any interest in people visiting the island over the holidays? is you and your family are welcome. Kathy Rumler will be there.
Starting point is 00:21:50 Reading to you directly from the email. Women that Melinda might take comfort with. He's inviting Bill Gates to the island with Obama's lawyer. Now, Bill Gates in another email, it's very exciting, is named by Jeffrey Epstein. Now, this is an email that Epstein just sent to himself. I'm not sure why he was doing this. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:22:15 It seems like maybe just like insurance, like an insurance policy. But Epstein sends an email to himself saying Bill Gates, you had sex with too many Russians. And now you had an STD. Here's the email itself. We'll always show you the documentation. We'll always show you the direct documentation. You got that SDD and you gave it over to Melinda.
Starting point is 00:22:33 And this is, and now, and you asked me, I'm no doctor, but you're asking me to try and get like all these drugs in order to treat Melinda. Is this true? We told you it was based on our capacity for pattern recognition and also based on the, you, our understanding of who Bill Gates was as a person. And what do I mean by that? You know, I said I regret it having those dinners. And there's absolutely nothing new on that. Is there a lesson for you, for anyone else looking at this?
Starting point is 00:23:07 Well, he's dead. So, you know, in general, you always have to be careful. I just can't believe this clip is real. I just, every time I watched it, I can't believe it's real. He's dead. You got to be careful. Look at that smile. Look at that maniacal smile.
Starting point is 00:23:22 Look at this guy. You know, we've said this is pure evil. For a very long time, this dude is evil. Whatever you think about Jeffrey Epstein, and I think he's one of the world's greatest monsters, obviously, you can see that. But whatever you think about him,
Starting point is 00:23:38 like snicker and smile and sneer because he was strangled so aggressively that they broke three of his bones, clavicle, you know, how hard you have to strangle somebody to snap their neck bones? We think we know it did it. Anyway, whatever. Bureau of prisons won't give us the list
Starting point is 00:23:55 of who was on that tier block. We've seen the people going up to that tier block. Like, and so this is how Epstein died, all right? Maybe he deserved worse. I don't know. What I'm telling you is for Bill Gates, who's like, his bestie, to be sitting there sneering and snickering and smiling about it.
Starting point is 00:24:15 Like, this dude's warped, right? Crazy. Now we found out that we were right all along. We said there was more to it. We've been seeing the breadcrumbs. And just yesterday, Bill Gates admits that he did have affairs with multiple Russian women in a groveling apology. After canceling and backing out of event after event,
Starting point is 00:24:41 Bill Gates has now been a ghost. He tried to do a little media tour where he told all these lies. I could play you. Sure, it's worth playing right now. But we could play you some of the clips of Bill Gates. Like, again, he tried to bring up, he tried to continue the lie all the way, all the way up till, all the way up to a couple of weeks ago. Bill Gates was running this lie. The, that nothing ever happened.
Starting point is 00:25:11 Apparently, Jeffrey wrote an email to himself. That email was never sent. The email is, you know, false. So I don't know what his thinking was there. The email's false, he says. I just had dinner. He kept running the line. I just had dinners.
Starting point is 00:25:25 Well, here we go. Bill Gates admits he had two affairs with Russian women. Apologizes to staff over Jeffrey Epstein. Well, well, well. Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates has admitted two affairs with Russian women while married to his ex-wife, Malinda Gates. Groveling apology for his relationship with the convicted. pedophile.
Starting point is 00:25:50 Gates is 70 years old told staffers at the foundation Tuesday that he flew on the private plane with
Starting point is 00:25:54 disgrace financier. I spent time with him did you go to the island and abroad but didn't
Starting point is 00:26:00 participate in any crime. Isn't amazing like okay here's here is I'm no prosecutor I didn't go
Starting point is 00:26:07 law school I went to community college but if somebody is constantly changing their story you know that the truth is so
Starting point is 00:26:15 much worse than anything that they are currently telling you. If somebody is constantly like moving the ball and changing the story, if somebody is constantly changing the goalposts, if your girlfriend or significant others does this, even little lies, like white lies, there's something really nefarious going on. You should be very, very suspicious about this. Bad behavior, it's bad human behavior. Here's Bill Gates moving those goalposts.
Starting point is 00:26:45 Remember, it was only dinners, right? It's only dinners. But then here it is. He apologizes to his whole staff for flying with Jeffrey Epstein around the world, swearing he didn't participate in any crime while admitting multiple affairs with multiple young Russian women. Malia Antonova, who we have named, and then a Russian nuclear physicist who we met through business activities. Dude, doesn't this sound like he was a mark? Doesn't this sound like a spy operation?
Starting point is 00:27:20 Why Russians, Bill Gates? What information did you give Bill Gates? How many Microsoft contracts are there with the U.S. government? Shouldn't those now be under review? Does Bill Gates have a security clearance? Shouldn't that be under review? A Russian nuclear physicist and a Russian, like, sophisticated bridge player who's playing like on the international stage.
Starting point is 00:27:44 Doesn't that sound like he was just entrapped by a spy operation? Isn't this exactly what we've been saying about Jeffrey Epstein the entire time? This is insane. You can see here a photo of Malia Antonova. I don't know who that woman is. I'm not sure. Maybe that's the nuclear physicist. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:28:01 But Malia Antonova down at the, uh, there, there she is. She's a real person. She has videos on YouTube of her playing bridge. Herb who giving lectures about bridge. Of course, one of the many thousands of photos of Bill Gates and Jeffrey I've seen right here. So, yeah, like, again, the story is changing. The story is like, like the ball is moving.
Starting point is 00:28:22 The story is changing constantly. And that's how you know you have a liar on your hands. Anyway, what are we going to find out from the Clintons? So Bill Gates totally toppled, disgraced, humiliated, canceled all public appearances. He's finished, right? Will he be called in to testify? What will we see today? Hillary Clinton to test FI in approximately 10 minutes.
Starting point is 00:28:50 And we'll have Harmeet Dillon live on the show to preview some other interesting news. Here's James Comer 24 hours ago telling us what to expect with this. Oh, sorry, this is a Fox News clip. We'll have the clip from our show, but here we go. This is from this morning. We can just do both. We can just do both. Let's do the preview from this morning.
Starting point is 00:29:15 This is more recent. Here we go. House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer. Great to see you today. All right, lay this out for me. I mentioned the back and forth to get them there, and now you've got them. What happens next? Yeah, well, finally, they're going to have to sit and answer questions under oath to Congress
Starting point is 00:29:32 about their knowledge and involvement with the Epstein criminal activity as well as with Galane Maxwell, who was the primary co-conspirator, the one who was responsible more than anyone for luring the girls into Jeffrey Epstein's world. So one of the questions that we all have in both parties is how was Jeffrey Epstein able to surround himself with the most powerful people in the world? If you saw Hillary Clinton's interview a few days ago, she acted like they barely knew Epstein and Maxwell. Well, that's funny because Epstein was in the White House 16 times while Bill Clinton was
Starting point is 00:30:10 president, and then Bill Clinton flew on his plane 27 times post-presidency as well. as Jelaine Maxwell was at a front row seat at Chelsea Clinton's wedding. So, you know, no one's accusing the Clintons of wrongdoing, but we have a lot of questions because there's a suspicion that Epstein was either an asset for the U.S. government or he was a spile or even a double or triple agent. We're concerned from a national security standpoint. Was Epstein trading secrets with other governments? Was he trading secrets to be able to lure the most powerful and richest men in the world to his property? properties around the world. Just a lot of questions and hopefully the Clintons will answer our
Starting point is 00:30:50 questions and we can take this information and move forward with the investigation. I hate when people get too bogged down in all of the minutia, nomenclature, the unnecessary details, the foreign names, all of it like causes most people because most people don't have the time to just glaze over and sit back. So let me just like set a date. Lock it in time forever for you in your mind, just like it is locked in for mine. Jeffrey Epstein admitted to 120 different counts of underage child sex trafficking in the state of Florida. He is one of the world's most evil monsters. He pled guilty to this and became a permanent sex offender.
Starting point is 00:31:40 This was in the year 2008. in the year 2013, Chelsea Clinton gets married, and the woman who is the operational facilitator for all of this is in the front row of the Clinton marriage. This is after the fact. Like, in case you're wondering, if we have an equal opportunity around here,
Starting point is 00:32:09 I would be asking the same question if Jeffrey Epstein and Jelaine Maxwell were sitting in the front row of Don Jr.'s marriage, Laura Trump and Eric Trump are constantly on our program. Their marriage, of course, they weren't. But you better believe hell or high water, I'd be asking that question, what the hell is Jolene Maxwell doing at the front of your wedding?
Starting point is 00:32:34 If we could, can we put up the photo? What the hell? Is she doing there after it's obvious that she is a Israeli spy. Her father was an Israeli spy. Jelaine Maxwell is there front row, front seat. There's no, there is no defense of this. It is, by definition, indefensible.
Starting point is 00:33:02 This is after the admission of being a pedophile. Clinton's put her, put her right there in the front row. Klein, you're going to have to get a producer to actually just send you the photo. I don't know. I should just have it on hand, you know, at all times. But it's like, the timeline is critical here.
Starting point is 00:33:21 The timeline is absolutely essential to understand. What is like, why they need to answer these questions. There we go. Thank you. There you go. Clinton's got one kid. Got one kid.
Starting point is 00:33:34 And Jeline Maxwell gets the seat of honor after the pedophilia. Admission. No. Don't. go too, you know, you don't go too far down the rabbit hole. But all of the, you know, all of these victim, all these Jeffrey Epstein trafficking victims in their sworn testimony, some of them said Bill Clinton likes them young, virtually all of them to a letter,
Starting point is 00:33:58 say that Jeffrey Epstein is a lunk head. I don't know. He's like a goon. I don't know. You ever, you watch these interviews with him? He doesn't seem smart. I think he surrounded himself by smart people, he had a bunch of cash that he stole or was given by Les Wexner or was given to him by the CIA, not exactly sure where his money came from, probably all the above. He had money. He surrounded himself with smart people, perhaps to look smart. Fine. You surround yourself with bodyguards or Secret Service. You look important. Okay. People do this as pranks and stuff, right? So you surround yourself with all these physicists. You look, you look important. But you could tell in these interviews, he's not particularly smart.
Starting point is 00:34:45 He's not well spoken. There's this two-hour interview of Steve Bannon coaching him how to do like a 60 minutes profile. Again, Steve Bannon needs to answer for all of this. And like, he doesn't sound or seem remotely interesting, smart or sophisticated, like at all. Maybe he's playing dumb. But what all of the people that understood this operation knew was that Jolain, Maxwell was the one operating Epstein, not the other way around.
Starting point is 00:35:16 Many emails seem to suggest that. Jelaine Maxwell was a fixer, a handler of sorts for Jeffrey Epstein and maybe others. And so that is what makes it so utterly damning that she is the one sitting there at the Clinton wedding. So you heard Jamie Comer drop in that bombshell. Here's Jonathan Turley saying, what about the Clinton Foundation? Most attention is with Bill Clinton, who was on to this plan. of Epstein at least 16 times. There are some very embarrassing photos that have come out in these files.
Starting point is 00:35:49 But today, Hillary Clinton will face some equally difficult questions when it comes to their global initiative and foundation. Epstein seems to have played a role in helping the Clintons in that area. And also, Hillary Clinton had a relationship with Maxwell. And while both of them have tried to distance themselves, themselves as all of these files came out, Maxwell was invited to her daughter's wedding. So this was not a arm's length relationship. It's amazing. It's amazing listening to this Hillary Clinton response.
Starting point is 00:36:32 It's like, it's wild. I don't think it's going to fly. Well, we'll see. There's been very little confrontation from the Clintons. Now, Bill Clinton's never been asked on camera about Epstein. he was asked one time in a selfie line, but he just, like, looked at the guy like he was going to, he was going to kill him.
Starting point is 00:36:53 And we have the clip here. But it's Hillary Clinton, who has been asked most recently about this. And boy, did she have a very uncomfortable interview. She also lied. She also lied about this, like about their relationship. And so that, of course, gets you a perjury count in Congress.
Starting point is 00:37:16 So Hillary Clinton's going to be under the gun today. Here's the only time that Hillary's been asked, the only time that she's been asked about her husband's links to Epstein. Here we go. The links that there have been. You know, we have no links. We have a very clear record that we've been willing to talk about.
Starting point is 00:37:36 What are you talking about? My husband has said he took some rides on the airplane for his charitable work. Just a couple rides. I don't want to meet him. Did you ever meet you, Lay, Maxwell? I did on a few occasions, and thousands of people go to the Clinton Global Initiative. Do thousands of people go to your daughter's wedding? To me, it's not something that is really at the heart of what this matter is about.
Starting point is 00:38:05 They are accused, and in both cases, were convicted of horrific crimes against girls and women. That should be the focus. And we are more than happy to say what we know, which is very limited and totally unrelated to their behavior or their crimes. And we want to do it in public because let's make this transparent. Okay. Ladies and gentlemen, I don't know what else. I don't know. I just know that I have so many different members that will have Hillary Clinton before them today.
Starting point is 00:38:44 and they'll be texting us. I wish that it was a live stream that we could bring to you. But we do have somebody who is of impeccable character joining us right now from the DOJ. That would be the great Harmie Dillon, who has a number of major victories
Starting point is 00:39:02 that they've been rolling out the Civil Rights Division. So please welcome the General for Civil Rights. Assistant Attorney General, Harmi Dylan, the program. Harmeet, welcome back to the show. It's been a very successful week for the administration.
Starting point is 00:39:25 It's obviously something that has, you know, has been a, that was a rowdy state of the union. You've got to be, got to be very proud. It's very nice to, is like really neat to see what the team can do when everybody is moving the same direction. It's awesome. Well, absolutely, Benny. Thanks for having me.
Starting point is 00:39:43 Team is the right word. You know, the whole administration has poured its heart and soul into making everything a success here and even working on the state of the union behind the scenes and talking about all of our victories. And the president went on for two hours and he didn't even, you know, get to a lot of the things that we've done here at the DOJ and he can't. He's a very high level. I'm personally extremely proud to be part of this administration and a very small part of what you see us accomplishing here for all Americans. So perhaps maybe you could add an annex to the president's commentary from the civil rights division because we've never seen the
Starting point is 00:40:17 civil rights of vision be so active, but also so active in a kind of resetting of the table on behalf of all Americans, not just defending, you know, not just putting people in jail who happen to pray outside of an abortion clinic, but actually locking up like, like, violent criminals and also people who attack Christian churches, for instance. Like it's wrong, like it's, well, you know, wow, it's amazing how that's also wrong. It sounds like Don Lemon is actually going to have a really rough one. He just got sued in civil. A court. And I hear that that, won't be the last time. And so perhaps you could give us just a little bit of an annex as to what the civil rights division, what would you have added if there was a civil rights division portion
Starting point is 00:40:56 of the state of union? Well, I mean, I would add a couple of sentences at a very high level, but we are systematically dismantling racist DEI policies wherever we find them throughout the United States, be it in schools, be it in public hiring of cities and states, be it in racial gerrymandering in voting and be it in the preferences of aliens over Americans in employment. And so it is just so multifactored. And of course, one of the big areas here is our American universities. And we picked up on some private litigation, students for fair admissions at Harvard. And we are monitoring the extent to which Harvard and other elite institutions are complying
Starting point is 00:41:36 with the United States Supreme Court precedent on giving a fair and level playing field to all. applicants without looking at them on the basis of their race and you know this dates back to Martin Luther King Jr.'s inspiring words and credo really about treating all Americans equally but the civil rights movement as implemented by the DOJ has been anything but that it's been paint by numbers it's been affirmative action and it's been relegating certain people in our society to second-class citizen status and then that continues in the boardrooms it continues in government contracting and
Starting point is 00:42:11 One by one, we're taking that down. And so I'm really proud of that. I mean, this last week, we followed a lawsuit against Harvard, which is refusing to give us the data that we would need to prove, that they are, or verify, rather, they need to prove it, that they're complying with students for fair admissions. There's some evidence out there that they may have improved admissions rates for Asians, but not for whites.
Starting point is 00:42:32 And that really begs the question of what they're doing behind the scenes. And so we want to get that data. It's our duty for the taxpayers to get that data. and we took aim at Los Angeles Unified School District, which is similarly basically saying that if a school has more than 30% white students, it gets downgraded in its resources.
Starting point is 00:42:54 And if you have a majority minority district, by contrast, you get better student teacher ratios, you get better funding for magnet schools. This is illegal in America, and we're putting a stop to it. And then finally I would say, for the first time this Department of Justice is standing up for parental rights in education.
Starting point is 00:43:13 And again, Supreme Court precedent goes back to World War I and World War II, where there were some cases about what parents could and couldn't do to teach their kids. And the court said, no, parents have fundamental rights to control their children's education. United States Supreme Court very recently reaffirmed this in a case called Machmood.
Starting point is 00:43:32 In the Mahmood case, the court said that sexually oriented or sexually charged education is something that parents have a right to know about in advance in the public schools. and to opt out of. And schools all over the country are indoctrinating children with LGBTQ and trans and just plain old sexual content and not telling the parents.
Starting point is 00:43:53 And so we've taken on Michigan school system, which requires this for 11 and 12 year olds. And we're saying you can't do that to these kids. Parents have rights and they have to be informed. And I could go on and on, but those are just the things we did in the last week here at the DOJ. So this is obviously,
Starting point is 00:44:10 wonderful thing to hear as a parent myself and as somebody who knows that there is a vector inside of higher education and then government education that is intended to try and create progressives and leftists and to try and tip the scales because a lot of progressives and leftists frankly don't have children of their own so they need to use these institutions in order to subliminally and under the radar be able to convert our children and so it's I mean, like the opposite of what these institutions are intended to be. And I think a lot of Americans are waking up. You can see that in the homeschool rates, actually, across the nation that have skyrocketed.
Starting point is 00:44:51 This particular issue is one that I took on in private practice years before I joined the DOJ. And it was kind of novel. People looked at me sideways. Like, what are you talking about parental rights? And now, I mean, now it's the law of the land. And we're reminding people of that. And we're going back to natural rights and fundamental values. And I haven't even talked about our work on the Second Amendment, putting that first and foremost and making sure all Americans have their fair shake and their fair access to guns as promised by the Constitution, by natural law, and by the United States Supreme Court precedent recently.
Starting point is 00:45:27 And, of course, voting rights. This DOJ has been the most active in American history in enforcing the Attorney General's right to review voterless and voter data, compare it with our federal budget. databases and help states do their legal duty to clean up the voter rolls. Now, Benny, you'd be surprised to hear that we're getting resistance from red state, secretaries of state, as well as blue state secretaries of state. I've been going back and forth with West Virginia. I mean, you'd think that'd be a no-brainer. You know, some other states that have been resisting us, but we hope to get there.
Starting point is 00:46:02 We're suing 25 jurisdictions right now. It's just a massive undertaking here at the DOJ, but we are not going to be deterred by by anybody's name calling, stone throwing, or what have you, which we endure all day long. And the people here in this building, I mean, you know, we get subjected to pretty horrific threats for the work that we do every day. And it's just that important. We just have to do it to bring America back to the promise that it should be. You've spent a considerable portion of the last 10 years fighting for fair elections in this country. Very few from a legal basis would know the issue better. How critical is the Save Act, Save America Act, when it comes to that fight?
Starting point is 00:46:45 Well, Save America Act, in my opinion, and I'm going to take off my DOJ hat because we don't speak on behalf of legislation here. But personally speaking, based on all the work that I did before I joined the DOJ, it's critically important that we bring some regularity to at least federal elections. Now, I mean, some states have local and, you know, their own state elections, and there can be different rules associated with that. But generally speaking, states maintain a single voter list and it's really important that we have proof every American citizen needs to know that in federal elections only American citizens are voting and they're only voting once I can't say based on the work that I did in the 2020 election and and 2022 election 24 election recall election in California
Starting point is 00:47:31 states have deliberately sloppy procedures liberal activists like Mark Elias and others and the ACLU and legal women voters, whenever states try to do the right thing and clean up their voter lists, these activists go and sue them and say you're disenfranchising African Americans. Basically they say black people are too dumb to get ID, women are too dumb to be able to figure out
Starting point is 00:47:54 how to conform their ID to their legal name, and therefore nobody can have fair elections and nobody can be confident in the outcome. This is deeply offensive, and as I'm sure you've covered on your show previously, more than 80% of Americans of all political stripes and races and backgrounds agree that voter ID is important. I mean, I have to show my ID so many times in a week
Starting point is 00:48:16 to fly, to check into a hotel, to even, you know, sort of check into a doctor's office. To vote against voter ID. Democrats have to show their ID to vote against voter ID. To shovel show. Democrats have to show their ID to vote against voter ID. They have to show that to get into their state houses. They have to show their ID.
Starting point is 00:48:33 So this is craziness and it's gaslighting. In 2026, it's gaslighting. to say people don't have IDs, it's ludicrous, and we need to stand up for these rights. And why are some people so afraid of this? You would think this would be a bipartisan issue? We know why. There's been a massive effort to import illegal people into our country, and then they casually, by self-vouching, get onto our voter rolls. In the thousands, the work that has been done just in this last year to compare the voter rolls of those states that are voluntarily cooperating, has we've cleaned up over, we've, we've, we've, we've, we've
Starting point is 00:49:08 We processed over 50 million voter records, and we found hundreds of thousands of people who shouldn't be on the rolls, because they died, they moved otherwise. And there are thousands of, at least thousands, of people on the voter rolls who are not American citizens. And then the next question,
Starting point is 00:49:27 we have to go to the US Attorney's offices and they investigate that these people vote. It's a tedious process, but it's worth it. And so I think we can all agree that the lie, that, oh, fraud is extremely rare, existent and this is just, you know, talking points. No, I think it's been demonstrated by citizen journalists, by the work that we're doing, and otherwise. I don't care what your party is. I want every citizen to accept the outcome of our elections. And people just won't when we have these
Starting point is 00:49:53 loosey-goosey procedures. And so it's for the good of all Americans that we do this. It's validated by the Biden DOJ, which is one of the most astonishing documents that exist on the DOJ website is this charge of a young Chinese student. in Michigan who voted, I think we know exactly who he voted for in the 2024 election, and he was caught doing it. And then he used a fake, we took all of his passports, then he was smuggled out of the country by China. This should have been a huge story. The vote counted, by the way.
Starting point is 00:50:26 Nobody ever said, oh, we're going to go back and delete that one vote for Kamala. Vote counted. And it was just an, it was just, it was charged. You can see the documentation. We know the name town place. And they're just like, well, sucks to suck. he just deleted a vote for, you know, President Trump or for an American. It's a Chinese communist here.
Starting point is 00:50:45 Now, there are hundreds of thousands, if not millions of Chinese students that study here in America. You can't logic. Logic demands that you say this isn't the only time this has happened. This isn't the only time that this process has been run. And obviously, he was in almost military diplomatic exercise. as he was smuggled back to China under the radar, humiliation for our nation. Absolutely. You know, anyways, I don't mean to go on about this.
Starting point is 00:51:15 I just, for people that say that illegals don't vote, this is insane. I mean, it is, they do vote. And I do wonder what they're going to find in Fulton. Maybe you could keep your hat off for a second and, like, talk a little bit about this. Well, look, I went to court civilly to get the Fulton County ballots. And then my colleague, a United States attorney, went to get. the search warrant. And so those are being processed right now, so I don't want to get ahead of what the evidence is going to show. But, look, Fulton County is one of several counties in the
Starting point is 00:51:46 2020 election where irregularities existed. They existed in Wisconsin. They existed in Michigan. They existed in Arizona. They existed in Nevada. I could tell you chapter and verse of the different irregularities that existed in each of these jurisdictions. Courts refused to hear the challenges. The United States Supreme Court waft on taking up the case of the case of the case of in Pennsylvania, which I was involved in regarding how the court just simply unilaterally change the voting laws of Pennsylvania because of COVID. And so COVID has now been used as a downward ratchet throughout the United States to institutionalize mail-in voting.
Starting point is 00:52:22 And when you couple mail-in voting with insecure and bloated and inaccurate voter rolls, you have a recipe for disaster. And the rest of the world looks at us and laughs. It used to be the pinnacle of how a well-run republic exists and perpetuates itself for 250 years. The rest of Europe, which I kind of mock as, you know, cheese-eating surrender monkeys in France, they have better elections than we do. They're more accurate. And that's shameful.
Starting point is 00:52:50 And America needs to reclaim that title again. I spit out my coffee when I saw the Somali, the voter ID requirements in Mogadj. Dishu. You know, Mogadishu has extremely secure elections, Army. Yeah. And I couldn't believe that it was real, so we looked it up. And yeah, it turns out you need an actual, you need a passport with a photo ID in order to vote in Moga Dishu. Here, here it is. Oh, and not only that, they get the election results the same day of the election. That's crazy concept. Somalia, yeah. You know, we don't have that here in America. I recently, on behalf of the Civil Rights Division, partnered with the Solicitor General's Office down the hallway here,
Starting point is 00:53:32 to file an amicus brief in the Watson case in the Supreme Court, which is seeking to enshrine the crazy concept that you should stop counting the votes on Election Day and not keep having them trickle in by mail for a week or even longer after that. We need to have finality and certainty in our elections, and if you're too disorganized to get your vote in on time, I'm not sure that your votes should count.
Starting point is 00:53:59 And that's, in any event, we have election day in this country, not election month. we need to stop that too. Speaking very quickly of Mogadishu and Somalia, you must have had like some, you know, you've often like talked about immigrants and, you know, what it takes to actually like be a functional member of our civilization and Western civilization.
Starting point is 00:54:18 You're so versed on that. You love the Constitution. It's been like the core of your entire legal career. What was your reaction to watching Ilhan Omar, sort of smart off, scream, interrupt the president? We counted three or four times that she like yelled down the president at state of the union.
Starting point is 00:54:33 Look, for an immigrant, I'm an immigrant and I remember back to how proud my family was when my mom, my brother and I all took our oath. I was a child. I was, you know, I think 12 years old. My brother was even younger. You know, he didn't even have one of his teeth, I think, in his front and we were flying our little flags. It was a proud, proud day for my family.
Starting point is 00:54:56 And it really makes my blood boil to see any immigrant who's been given this most precious privilege in the world. American citizenship, spit on it, show her contempt for it. Show her contempt for it in the people's legislature there. First of all, embarrassing for the people who elected her, that they have no sense. But to see her contempt, and right next to her, Rashida Tlave, another person with an immigrant background.
Starting point is 00:55:25 Look, Elon Omar has some legal issues regarding her citizenship. I'll just leave it at that. I think that they've been well covered in the press. But it's shameful. And I am so happy to be an American. And people need to get out there and touch some grass in other countries and see what they go through to really appreciate how great we have it in this country.
Starting point is 00:55:45 But freedom isn't free. And every generation needs to fight for it. And if we're complacent about it, we will lose it. And history has shown us that civilizations that get fat and happy usually lose it. And we're so fat and happy that we're handing out billions of dollars. to scamsters in these blue states and not caring about it at the same time that
Starting point is 00:56:06 California has the lowest reading standards in the United States and has broken roads and has an open border and has you know there's sewage issues and you name it it's it's insane and so we cannot take this beautiful country for granted I will not as long as I draw breath always be very proud to be an American and fight for what America means and why my parents brought me here to this country yeah that was an interesting answer sir, could you like elucidate at all for us on these citizenship issues for Ilhan Omar? Will we ever see anything on that? I will, I will tell you that I was very,
Starting point is 00:56:40 but I think I think it's been well covered and I covered it certainly myself before I joined the DOJ, that certainly it's it's a truism of immigration law that if you commit fraud in the course of obtaining your citizenship, if you lie about being a, that you weren't a Nazi, you know, guard at a concentration camp you can be denaturalized if you lie about your marriage status that on which your citizenship depends or or your familiar status or what have you if you fake any of those documents or you lie that's a grounds for denaturalization and so I think it's been you know credibly alleged that there are you know serious questions about the circumstances of the paperwork around that naturalization I'll just leave it at that
Starting point is 00:57:28 I'm not working on that issue. That's not part of what the Civil Rights Division does. But I think we need to police that seriously. It is a precious privilege to be granted citizenship as a naturalized citizen in this country. And I don't think it should be taken away lightly. But it's just a basic concept of law that if you commit fraud in the course of obtaining a benefit, you know, you're not entitled to it. Yes, yes. Something that the chat did want me to ask you about. And I, you know, maybe it's civil rights, given the fact that your civil rights are deprived of you, when you die is Dr. Fauci.
Starting point is 00:58:01 I know that he's been referred to the DOJ by Rand Paul for criminal prosecution relying under oath. Something that maybe the Clintons are doing. Hillary Clinton just started her deposition right now in front of Congress. And so like I just maybe an update. I don't know if there is one on Dr. Fauci, the DOJ, is criminal.
Starting point is 00:58:21 Look, it's not the section that I handle. And so I really don't have anything to share with your viewers on that issue. I do handle criminal matters here at the Civil Rights Division. They include the Face Act, the city's church case in Minnesota is a notorious example of that. Hate crimes cases, those kinds of cases, attacks on houses of worship. These are all criminal statutes, the Klan Act, conspiracy to violate rights. These are all areas that we handle in the Civil Rights Division.
Starting point is 00:58:49 So I would leave that to my colleagues in the criminal section. Okay. Again, Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton up on Capitol Hill. I never thought I'd see the day. I couldn't believe it. You know, James Comer, we were just at the Capitol, and James Comer was like, me neither. I can't believe it's actually happening, but it is.
Starting point is 00:59:04 I'm getting photos right now of it going down. I mean, this is quite unprecedented. What's going to happen here, Armie? Look, people who were, you know, BFFs with shady people need to be held accountable for that. I'll just leave it at that. I think you covered it earlier before I came on. Some of the nasty characters involved in this sort of saga were close friends of the Clintons and invited to their daughter's wedding.
Starting point is 00:59:40 They should answer for that. I'm sure they are very skilled politicians, both of them, Bill more so than Hillary, and I'm sure they're going to tap dance their way around this stuff and try to drag other people down with it. So I'll just leave it at that. I think a lot of ink has been spilled on this issue. And we have a country to save. I'm really focused on looking forward,
Starting point is 01:00:03 dismantling DEI, restoring people's gun rights, making people have confidence in our elections again, or enabling that, making sure that American citizens are not discriminated against unemployment. We just reached a settlement this week in one of those kinds of cases.
Starting point is 01:00:18 And nobody's ever done that kind of work here in our department and the volume and with the zeal that, the team I have here does. And I don't want to take credit for it myself. I have dozens and dozens of lawyers who every day get up and open up their computers, excited about making America fair again for all Americans,
Starting point is 01:00:38 and so we're really proud of that. I know you have to hop. I just wanted to throw just one major accomplishment, something that's near and dear to our audience on the field here as opposed from you on X. and you're looking into people who are hiring only H-1B applicants. And we see this all around the country. This is, of course, a massive, massive scam
Starting point is 01:01:02 that I think makes Somali daycares look like chump change. And you see it for everything from, you know, people working at kiosks at a bank teller to 7-Elevens. Like, do we really need to hire, like, do we really need to hire like convenience store clerks on H-1B visas? And you say, hey, this is not legal, we're going to look into this, H-1B candidates only. But you see this all over the place in every sector of society. What's going on here, Harvey? Well, what's going on here is, let me just be very
Starting point is 01:01:32 blunt about it. It is a bipartisan problem, which is American employers, not just in the tech field, but I certainly saw it in the tech field in my many years practicing law in Silicon Valley. They want to pay workers as little as possible because they have, you know, they want to make more profit. That's what it is. You can exploit foreign workers. They are grateful to be here. They will work under illegal working conditions. They will not make a fuss when you mistreat them. They will happily bunk tend to an apartment in a sunny, veil, squalid squat,
Starting point is 01:02:06 so that they can take the jobs of Americans. And I don't blame them. They're trying to get a better life for themselves. I blame the employers who are violating American law and frankly exploiting people. That's a form of human trafficking. And on top of that, giving the finger to the American worker. Shame on them.
Starting point is 01:02:26 And as an American citizen, I have employed dozens and dozens of people and my law firm and a nonprofit that I found it. It would never occur to me to post a discriminatory job at. It's an American to do that. And many American employers do it. We just had a settlement in a case where the employer said, oh, my bad, it was a recruiter in Virginia, I think. And they said, oh, sorry, AI draft.
Starting point is 01:02:50 after the job posting. My goodness, that's even worse, because those are the biases built into these models that you want to get the cheap foreign labor, you want to give these call center jobs to foreigners. Look, Congress needs to smarten up, but guess what? Donors to members in both parties
Starting point is 01:03:09 are those very corporations that benefit from exploiting the foreign workforce. So we're very serious about it here at the DOJ. I do rely on the public. I mean, you say it's all over the place. Those kinds of ads where it says H-1B workers only, they're actually not that common. They use much sleesier tactics.
Starting point is 01:03:26 And I don't want to tip my hand, but in the coming weeks, you're going to see some prosecutions and cases by the DOJ, which will reveal some of the skanky, shady ways that these companies make it more difficult for American citizens to apply for jobs. And then they post, sometimes they post these postings on job sites that are frequented mainly by foreign
Starting point is 01:03:50 workers literally in other countries and otherwise. They advertise for jobs that can be remote only. And then they kind of advertise them in foreign countries. And who's going to raise their hand for that? Who wouldn't? You know, I don't blame some person in the Philippines or in India who wants to have a job and figure out a way to make more money than they would back home.
Starting point is 01:04:13 I do blame the American employer. And yes, we have discrimination against national origin statutes in this. country historically the DOJ has been prosecuting those vis-a-vis oh i'm not going to hire that person because they have an accent or they're you know latino or what have you but american citizen is a national origin and we are equally entitled to the protection of those laws as our foreign workers and that is how we're treating it in this civil rights division of this department of justice under attorney general bondie incredible it's uh it's again it's just it's incredible it's like breaking the
Starting point is 01:04:50 fever every time you would see a headline out of the civil rights division for the for the for my life right and i'm in the wrong way wrong side of 30 um you know it would always be something DEI related or you know something alphabet related or something you know putting yeah that's right police department under a consent decree putting the boot of the government on some hapless person that's not what we're doing incredibly refreshing it's incredibly refreshing everyone follow harm meat i know she has millions of followers pouring into the people who are fighting for you. God bless you, Harmeet. Godspeed. We're praying for you.
Starting point is 01:05:32 Thanks, Betty. Thank you. Ladies and gentlemen, that interview was a snack. I snack at home when I eat. My wife is saying, you know what? You got fat over the holidays. Chill out. You get on the scale, okay, you gotta drop 10 pounds. How do you do that? Well, you got to eat right, and it's all the inputs. Mastal chips, baby. Come on. Mastal chips are the way that I snack at home.
Starting point is 01:06:05 They're delicious. They contain just three ingredients. Corn is the whole. You feel really good when you eat them. What else can you say? Do you feel better after eating fast food? Of course not. Like maybe at the bliss point when you're actually biting,
Starting point is 01:06:21 but you don't feel good afterwards you feel terrible. You feel like you were, you feel like you were like, you know, eating fuel, like fossil fuel because that's what it is. It's all seed oil. That's bad for you. Mastal chips are good for you. Uh, no bloat. Great, great gut feeling afterwards. You don't feel sluggish, brain fog, no crash because it's like they're built for, they're built for human beings. Anyway, go to Monset Chips, uh, dot com slash Beny. Use the code Benny for 25% off your first order. Simply click the link, video description, or the QR code right here. Get yourself some Masta chips. Also available at Sprouts and Markets
Starting point is 01:07:04 Nationwide. Ladies and gentlemen, this rock and roll here. I'm very, very excited to talk about this next subject matter with our, uh, with our next guest, uh, which is not, which is not mossa chips. Uh-oh. Uh-oh. Klein, poor Klein. Klein was, uh, Klein got sick today and so Klein is out of the studio. Too bad. Here we go. Can we uh guys producers? Thank you. I'd be happy to talk with Brandon and rare about monster chips but uh, well, I don't think that's what he's joining the show for. There we go. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. It's a live in case you're wondering. We're actually live, unlike other shows, uh, that pre-record and then lie to you and tell you they're live. We're actually live and you know what? We do it live. Sometimes yeah,
Starting point is 01:07:54 I, you know, sometimes you got to talk about Mossachips with Brandon Herrera, who's a dude who I'm very, very excited to finally have on the show. What happened was last time he tried to join, and we just couldn't, I think, maybe he's like out in rural Texas, and we just couldn't get him.
Starting point is 01:08:10 He's running for Texas, 23 congressional district. He's gonna win. He's gonna win. He's running us an absolute scumbag. And we're proud to have him on the show. So please welcome Brandon Herrera. the program. Brandon, what's up, man? How are you doing? I'm doing good, man. I'm ready to talk about some mosa chips. Bro, we got it. It is what it is, you know? Sometimes you do it live.
Starting point is 01:08:43 My, my, uh, my text killer Klein, he's out of the studio today because he's sick. And so he's doing that running the show from home. And that's just the way it goes. Yeah, well, it's a pleasure. Thank you for having me on. Great gunwall. Obviously, the AK guy, uh, is a legend in the YouTube space and social media space. Uh, but now he's heading to Washington, D.C. I think that the recent poll numbers looks like you are just absolutely dominant. You are running against what Tony Gonzalez. He's had quite a bad week. Maybe you can give us a little update from the trail, Brandon. For sure. And you know, when I first ran last cycle and when I jump back into the race this time, it was mostly just due to his voting record. He voted for the January
Starting point is 01:09:25 6th Commission. He voted against Second Amendment rights with the bipartisan Safer Communities Act. he voted against border security. He voted against the Fourth Amendment. I just really had a problem with, you know, him being a rhino congressman, pretending to be a Republican on the hill. But especially in the last week or two, things have really started to blow up where people are realizing for the first time, I think, just exactly what kind of man he is. He was just recently caught lying about an affair with a subordinate. It was a staffer from Ualdi that he made sexual advances on, used his position of power as a predator to force himself upon subordinates. And in this case, it led to her tragic suicide via self-immolation. And so he lied and covered it up for several months, but now staffers have come forward. The husband has come forward with text messages between Regina, the staffer and Tony. And now he's getting called to the carpet on the fact that he's been lying to the people and lying to the voters and lying to the press. You know, I find it remarkable that It seems like Tony Gonzalez is going to be, he's never been on the show.
Starting point is 01:10:33 I don't know the guy. He just seems like one of the world's biggest scumbags. I like that our party is going to punish him for this behavior and replace him, take his seat from him and replace him with Brandon Herrera, who I endorse. This is what you should do. Hillary Clinton, right now I'm getting updates as testifying before the House Oversight Committee. in spite of the fact that we knew what Bill Clinton did in the White House, in spite of the fact that we knew what they did with Epstein, in spite of the fact that we knew about what horrible people they were,
Starting point is 01:11:09 70 million Democrats showed up to vote to put Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton back in the White House. It's quite a wild difference, actually, Brandon, between the parties. Oh, 100%. And it's been funny to see the Democrats grandstanding on the Tony Gonzalez situation, you know, trying to take full advantage, oh, well, look at this is your party of family values and things like that. And I do think it's important we hold our own accountable because if we are going to, you know, portray ourselves as the Christian values party, the family values party,
Starting point is 01:11:39 we've got to live up to those ideals. But they'll throw that shade in one breath and then they'll have their own egregious behavior on the side, you know, whether it's the Epstein stuff, whether it's, you know, again, like the Clintons or what have you, the Clintons have their own quite large trail of bodies themselves. they'll look the other way. And it suddenly doesn't matter unless they can try to make the other side look like hypocrites. Yeah. So anyway, it's just a breath of fresh air.
Starting point is 01:12:06 The primary is just in a matter of hours, right? Just a few days. Well, yeah, the early voting is still going on. Early voting goes until tomorrow. But the election itself is on March 3rd. So the joke I've been making before was it either becomes not my problem anymore or it becomes suddenly very much my problem. and it looks with the polling and the way things have been going, it looks like it's going to be the latter.
Starting point is 01:12:30 So I'm looking forward to giving West Texas an actual conservative that they can be proud of. Yes. So why don't we talk about what happens when you get to Washington, D.C.? I think that there's a lot of people that are just blown away. I'm seeing just nothing but love in my timeline for Brandon Herrera. Seeing just nothing but love for having somebody from the community joining up in Congress at a time when we just saw a Medal of Honor.
Starting point is 01:12:52 recipient, a guy who got his leg sliced up, right? And blackbagging Nicholas Maduro, that guy could stand during the state of the union, but Democrats couldn't. You know, everyone, of course, seems universally repulsed by Ohan Omar's behavior. What are you going to do up in Congress, Brandon? Well, I think the very bare minimum is you could stand for a medal of honor recipient when he's being commended. But no, we've got a lot of things that I want to, a lot of things that we want to get done specifically for the district. So if you're not familiar district 23 is the biggest border district in the entire country. It shares more border frontage with Mexico than any other district. We were with ground zero of the Biden border crisis.
Starting point is 01:13:33 You know, we have El Paso in the district. We have Big Bend. We have Eagle Pass, Del Rio, all the places you were seeing on the news. A lot of them were here in the district. And so while things are night and day compared to when I ran two years ago, thanks to President Trump and all the actions he's done, we need to get the legislature behind him and come. codify this stuff. We need to put it into law because now I hope after Trump's out of office, we get eight years of J.D. Vance. That would be fantastic. But the truth is, one of these days, we will have, whether it's next cycle, whether it's the cycle after, or so on, we will have another Democrat in office. And so if it can be fixed with the stroke of a pen, it means it can
Starting point is 01:14:11 be undone with the stroke of a pen. So we need to get the legislature behind President Trump and codify this stuff while we have the majority. We're going to pull up a math, of your district and I have a question for you about the border wall. Has it been completed? Is there border wall there, Brandon? So there's definitely, there's movement on trying to finish the border wall and trying to put up more sections of wall, which is actually kind of interesting. There's, there's some nuance to that now because there's areas like Big Bend where even the local conservatives, like the very staunch conservatives are pushing back a little bit on the border wall situation there specifically, A, because, you know, just geographic.
Starting point is 01:14:52 like topographically, sometimes it doesn't really make much sense. Like you're spending money to build a 20-foot fence on top of a 200-foot sheer cliff face. So like, okay, geographically speaking, that probably wasn't necessary. But they're also worried about pushback on like local tourism things and where the wall would be in reference to the actual Mexico border, basically taking land away from local residents. So I think there's some nuance there. And I think it's something that we need to take a multifaceted approach to, you know, more surveillance. It's more, you know, the technological edge that we can make sure that we can both keep the border secure while not affecting the one thing that that area has, which is tourism. Look at the size of that border, dude. That's like you just you just said it was huge. This is this is a crazy.
Starting point is 01:15:37 How many miles is that? I want to say it's something like 860, but don't quote me on that. It's like because it recently changed. We got a little bit of the border changed with the redistricting. Thanks to President Trump and the Texas state legislature that got. those new seats. Wild, bro. That it's, so this is going to be a monster issue for you. What's popping off with the cartels, man. So this has got to be, you know, what I find remarkable is that it's very hard to find a Texan who doesn't have a cartel story. Yeah. I don't think people quite understand.
Starting point is 01:16:08 Maybe it's not them, but it's somebody that they know that was robbed, that was held up at gunpoint, somebody that they know that had something stolen from them or was, you know, uh, you know, has, has a family member back in Mexico that has to live under cartel. So this is like a big and prescient issue for you. We saw obviously the total collapse of multiple states in Mexico this past week. And as somebody with a border district, presumably, that has to be the longest border district in the country, right? There's no doubt there's any other member of Congress. So like, this has got to be a critical issue for you.
Starting point is 01:16:41 How are you going to ensure that those cartels don't have operational control of Texas? Well, so things have gotten a lot better. And like you said, you'd be hard pressed to find a Texan, especially out in West Texas, who doesn't have a story about either the cartels or illegal immigration or feeling unsafe on their land or their property. I have a friend of mine who he stopped going hunting with his daughter because at one point they had an armed illegal. They had a rifle that was walking past them and they just had to stay quiet and pretend they weren't there. And everybody's got a story. It has gotten better.
Starting point is 01:17:12 But now where the cartel is now failing to bring in drugs and fentanyl and things like that through the southern border, they're looking for alternative methods of revenue generation. And at the end of the day, the cartels are a business. It's a business organization. So they're going to look for ways to make money. And a lot of the ways they're doing it now, especially in West Texas in my district, is oil field theft. So they're straight up stealing oil from these big oil corporations straight out of the oil
Starting point is 01:17:39 fields, and they're taking it, and then they're fencing it. And so that's become a big concern. There's a lot of equipment being stolen, a lot of oil being stolen. And it's something that really isn't being talked. about on a national scale. Wow. So what that I mean you have to have to follow up there. What does that process look like? I mean so they're so they're operational on American soil and then they're committing crimes like of theft of oil. Yeah or they or they're you know go-betweens the third parties whoever contractors I guess if you will. But yeah it's directly tethered to
Starting point is 01:18:11 cartels there's cartel activity especially in in areas like like loving county and and anywhere in like the Permian Basin there. It seems that, I mean, it just seems like this is going to be, that's going to be a pretty, pretty big story. Oh, yeah, I hope so. And I hope it gets more national attention because a lot of these, like, for example, Loving County is the least populated county in the entire country. It's in the district.
Starting point is 01:18:35 I think the permanent residents, they have like 64 people that live there. But it's very big in the oil world. And so you got the sheriff and the sheriff's deputies there, don't have the resources of the manpower to deal with all of the oil field deaths and all of the cartel activity that's happening out there. These people need help. And unfortunately, because it's not being talked about on a federal level, they're really not getting the support that they need. And at the end of the day, the way you have to frame it is you have cartels, which are designated now in a terrorist organization. A terrorist organization is operating on American soil to steal American energy assets.
Starting point is 01:19:11 That's a problem. I think we need to address it. Huge problem. problem. I'm not sure about, you know, it just seems like this election is going to be so critical because everything in South America seems to be in sort of spiral mode after the Maduro blackbagging. Obviously, that's why we got the Medal of Honor ceremony there at the State of the Union. But then Cuba popped off last night. Suddenly, like, Cubans are killing Americans, presumably, and then taking some captive in speedboats. We're not exactly sure what's happening here.
Starting point is 01:19:41 but it just seems like somebody with a district like yours, there's going to be a lot of, there's going to be a lot of kinetic action. It's south of the border. We know where the equator is. We're not aOC. But we, you know, we know that there's going to be, we're not exactly sure what's happening with Cuba.
Starting point is 01:20:02 I don't know. What are your thoughts on this, man? I just like out of curiosity. For sure. So I've heard conflicting things on it. One of the things that I had heard was that it was, It was the Cuban Coast Guard and that they were fired upon first by the American vessel. I've heard conflicting reports on it, though.
Starting point is 01:20:18 I'd be very curious to know more about that situation. But I wonder how Marco Rubio is going to take it when he learns. He has to be the president of Cuba now, too. He should grow a beard, like a long beard and get him. I saw plenty of eyes. The green cap. That's right. Yeah, I saw plenty of eyes.
Starting point is 01:20:35 He'd been waiting for this moment. And this is like, Marco's a friend of the show. He's been waiting for this moment. This would be the penultim. Like this is like why that man was born. It would be to go reconquer Cuba for his ancestors. Going the family legacy. That's right.
Starting point is 01:20:50 Okay. So family legacy for you. What would be like one really good solid thing that our audience, some of that may not be familiar with you, would know many of them though in Texas, millions and millions of subscribers in Texas. Like how, like how, what should they know that you are going to do when you get to Congress?
Starting point is 01:21:07 What would be like a marquee issue that you were going to fight for? Man, if I could just rapid fire a couple of them. Please. There is, like, there's a lot of work to be done. One is the border. Again, we have to codify all of the border policies that we're now seeing in place. So critically important. We need to get our spending under control.
Starting point is 01:21:23 The national debt is out of control. We're spending so much money just to service the interest on the debt we already owe, and we're printing more money. It's why cost of living is going up. Inflation's going through the roof. And the government's just stealing the value of our dollar. Obviously, I'm a big Second Amendment guy. We'd love to get some wins when we're in Congress.
Starting point is 01:21:40 that way. But there's also, this is one of the biggest veteran dense districts in the entire country as well. We've got in the San Antonio side, Military City, USA, you've got Fort Sam Houston, you've got Camp Bullis, out to El Paso, you've got Fort Bliss, and everything in between, there's a lot of veterans that aren't getting the health care that they deserve and that they were promised, especially in rural areas where they don't have access or easy access to VA hospitals. I think we're failing a lot of people that we promised that we would take care of when they signed on the dotted line to protect the country. I think that needs to change. what would be your message to Ilhan Omar when you have to share an elevator with her first time?
Starting point is 01:22:17 Oh, that's a good question. Oh, man, I'm not sure I should say publicly. I mean, in mixed polite company. No, I'm looking forward to hopefully her no longer being in office when I have to be there. I would like to see her. I would like to see her voted out ideally, but, you know, we'll see. Maybe just sent home. I mean, you know, you never know.
Starting point is 01:22:41 I was like, I don't know if that's too far or not, but you know what, if you're going to come here and vote to destroy American interests. I mean, it's just like the guys in Virginia right now in the Virginia legislature that are, you know, the guy who supported that or the guy who proposed that bill that would essentially cripple Second Amendment rights for Virginia, like a massive gun ban, was born in Bangladesh. It's like he's not even from here, but he's coming here to vote to change the makeup of this country and all the things that make us great. I think that we need to push back on that. Yes. We're getting updates right now. This will be my last question, but there's no doubt,
Starting point is 01:23:18 and we're close with James Comer, there's no doubt that you'll be able to get on a number of good committees. The oversight committee is a fun one. You get to, well, do oversight, and we've got some real rock stars on there and they're texting me photos and some of some updates from Hillary Clinton. She's getting asked questions about Jeffrey Epstein right now. What question would you ask the Clintons about Jeffrey Epstein? Oh my God. So that's the, well, for one, ask them, okay, what were you there for on the island? Because I don't think it was the jet skis.
Starting point is 01:23:50 But on top of that, you know, I'd be- The scuba diving. Well, we'd see like under oath, I'd really love to see them asked about the specifics. It's, you know, I mean, we've seen that Bill Clinton and the Clintons are willing to lie under oath about, you know, I did not have sexual relations. with that woman, but at the same time, I'd like to see there be some legal penalty under penalty of perjury. You know, tell us, did you or did you not? Because now with the file is being released, we should be able to tell. And I'd like to see more people coming forward and releasing more of those details because I think the American people deserve to know. I guess we'll find out.
Starting point is 01:24:29 Apparently Hillary Clinton is requesting the deposition be available for public within 24 hours. Bold move, cotton. We'll see if it pays off. That's right. That's right. I'm sure. I'm sure there's plenty of. I'm sure she'll be back snorkeling at Epstein Island. I have no time. Yeah, that's what they were. They were exploring the fish there. Of course.
Starting point is 01:24:51 Of course. Yeah. Beautiful wildlife I hear. Yeah. That and nothing else at all. Plenty going on under the sea there with all their trap doors. You see nothing, nothing shady about that. Every house has a trap door.
Starting point is 01:25:03 Dude, I'm sure you have a trap door. Everyone's a crap door. Everybody does. Yeah. What an evil place. I wonder what they're going to do with that island. I mean, there's, bro, I looked it up. I looked it up.
Starting point is 01:25:14 They're building a luxury hotel there. I'm not joking. You can stay in the temple. I kid you not. Are you kidding me? No, I'm not kidding you. You can go stay in the temple. Imagine being the kind of, it was bought by a developer.
Starting point is 01:25:30 Imagine being the kind of parent that would go there for a family vacation and trust the daycare center on Epstein Island. I would go there with an exorcist and a blowtor. It's the only way you can clean it. Some sage at the bare minimum. That's right. Bro. I hope that you will be back on the show all throughout the general. I know that the recent polling looks awesome for you.
Starting point is 01:25:57 Obviously, this is a district that has been woefully underserved or not served at all by its current leadership. And so we're proud to support you. We'll be in Texas a couple times in the next month. So I hope we can get up in. Well, I appreciate it, brother. Well, thanks again for having me on. And no, I'm looking forward to it actually giving this district a little bit of representation for somebody who wants to actually serve the constituents and serve the Constitution
Starting point is 01:26:23 and Republican values and not somebody that's in it to serve themselves and, you know, pray on their staff. That's right. That's right. We pray on, we'll pray on your campaign. And we'll say, well, pray on it, you know, that's what they say in the Southern Baptist. Here's Brandon Herrera's campaign website right here, cutting taxes, spending, and regulation, and of course, 2A,
Starting point is 01:26:46 the man who has also some AR-15s in his shot, as do we in our studio, Brandon Herrera for Congress. You can follow him here. He's got hundreds of thousands, millions of subscribers. You can follow him here on X. I have a feeling that's going to be a very popular X account when this man gets to Congress. Thank you, Brandon.
Starting point is 01:27:06 Godspeed, man. I appreciate it, brother. Yeah, I can't wait to throw some elbows in the PVP server that is X. So looking forward to it. But thank you again, man. Before you go, this is the greatest quote I've ever heard. Somebody told me X is the smoking section of the internet. Oh, yes. No, I can completely see that. That's exactly right. That's exactly right. I was born in the 80s. I remember smoking sections at restaurants. Zumers don't.
Starting point is 01:27:30 I was just talking about this. Like smoking sections out of Wendy's is crazy today, but we had that. bro, have you ever been to a McDonald's with a smoking section? I have. That's the generational difference. We used to be a proper country. You used to be a proper country. The smoking session was always near the ball pit. Yeah, I think we should bring by smoking on airplanes.
Starting point is 01:27:50 Dude, I was on an airplane the other day and they had an ashtray in the bathroom. You know, you can get on one of those old Boeing's that sell up the ashtrays, right? And I was like, man, these are like ruins of a advanced civilization. taunting you with days of old thanks brandon bro well done and godspeed we're rooting for you I appreciate it brother thanks again anytime ladies and gentlemen
Starting point is 01:28:25 we uh ALX I didn't know you grabbed them oh here we go we got the photos of the temple we got photos of the temple that is being turned into a luxury resort No, I mean, we hunted this down. A developer bought Epstein Island to turn it into a resort. Would you stay on Epstein Island chat?
Starting point is 01:28:49 Look what they've done. They Joanna Gainesed Epstein Temple. They went all, they went all, they went all, uh, modern farmhouse on it. Oh no. Okay. Great. I tell you what. I would
Starting point is 01:29:10 I would The answer is I would We would do it We would do it for the novelty We do it for the novelty We reached out to the developer I was like, well let us go You know, let us go to the island
Starting point is 01:29:25 This was during the Biden administration Where I thought like we would probably be arrested If we trespass and they'd look for any opportunity To throw us in jail Maybe we should just go Probably not even that far away Hillary Clinton is testifying before Congress right now. It is happening live right now. Well, right now,
Starting point is 01:29:43 their lawyers are just like sparring back and forth. So we'll be bringing you any golden moments from that. She's released a statement to ladies and gentlemen, speaking of golden moments, Advantage Gold, long time, friend of the show, sponsored our sort of last minute, unfortunately last minute because all the flights were canceled up until the moment we needed them. So we were able to get into D.C. just in the next time and get our show done. for the golden era and President Trump's epic State of the Union speech. Advantage gold was our partner in that and is our partner, long-time partner in the show. You can swap your savings accounts for gold-backed accounts or silver-backed accounts, precious metals.
Starting point is 01:30:23 It's been doing great. I mean, all the numbers are public, right? You can go and check in, price of gold, price of silver. Oh, boy, price of platinum and so on. Anyway, advantage gold, one of the number one rated precious metals companies in America. Get started today by texting Advantage gold. 85545 right now. That's 855545 right now.
Starting point is 01:30:43 Text Benny to 855454 right now, B-E-N-N-N-Y, and get in while the gold rally keep breaking records. Oh, boy. All right. Here we go. Hillary Clinton's statement. Hillary Clinton's statement. Here we go.
Starting point is 01:31:04 What is it? This is remarkable. Let's go ahead and read. Sorry. I wish we could listen. I wish we could listen in live. The committee justified its subpoena to me based on the assumption that I have information regarding the investigation into the criminal activities of Epstein and Maxwell.
Starting point is 01:31:21 Let me be clear as I can. I do not. As I stated in my sworn declaration on January 13th, I had no idea about other criminal activities. I did not recall ever encountering Mr. Epstein. I never flew on his plane or visited his island's homes or offices. I have nothing to add to that. Okay.
Starting point is 01:31:37 Yeah, but your husband did. So, we're going to like play dumb here. Maybe he'll, I mean, is Hillary Clinton testifying from, is Hillary Clinton testifying from the new millennial, modern farmhouse, I've seen island. Is it digital? No, it's actually in person. I know this because I'm getting information from inside of the actual
Starting point is 01:32:06 deposition right now. That's all I've got. It's like their lawyers are going back. forth about this is what happens with these stupid things. The lawyers talk for like hours ahead of time before any members of Congress can ask questions. Outline
Starting point is 01:32:24 ding, ding, ding. Here's what you have to do. Here's what you can't do. It's going to be annoying. But anyway, they're going to release it. They're going to release it. Hillary demanding that they release the video of her testimony within the first 24 hours. Cool. I'm down for
Starting point is 01:32:42 that. Honestly, I wish it was live. I wish it was live. But that's all we got so far. Ladies and gentlemen. That's all we got so far. Okay. FBI raids home
Starting point is 01:32:58 and offices of Los Angeles School District Superintendent. Who's in illegal? Been in this country for 50 years. And he's an illegal. Okay. What the hell? the federal office
Starting point is 01:33:16 conducted, sorry, a search Wednesday related to the superintendent of Los Angeles Unified School District. Investigators reportedly targeted Alberto Carvajos home in San Pedro and school districts downtown headquarters. FBI agents also rated the Miami property, linked to the school executive. Oh my. So is a school executive? He has an office in Miami. He has
Starting point is 01:33:37 like houses in Miami. But he's a California school executive? Oh, I wonder what's going on there. spokesperson for the U.S. Attorney's Office confirmed search warrants were judicially approved declined to provide additional details in nature of the investigation, noting the warrants remain under seal. The school district released a statement saying they were cooperating with federal officials. We've been informed law enforcement activity in Los Angeles Unified School District headquarters at the home of the superintendent. The district is cooperating with the investigation.
Starting point is 01:34:07 What is the investigation over? Cahoe has faced scrutiny over conflicts of interest in 2020. He secured a $1.5 million donation from a company that had a pending contract with a school district. Oh my. FBI Miami has also been activated. There's video of this dude admitting that he's an illegal alien, ALX. Do we have that or has that been confirmed? Perhaps I misread.
Starting point is 01:34:32 But I saw that this morning. Speaking of more fraud, a JD-Vans and Dr. Oz make dramatic move to withhold $260 million from Minnesota medical. Medicaid funds and the war on fraud. Woo, it's a lot of money. J.D. Vance says the amount of fraud being committed in Democrat states, by illegals, could be well over 300 billion. So they're taking this very seriously, ladies and gentlemen.
Starting point is 01:34:58 Let's listen to J.D. Vance from yesterday. So we're announcing today that we have decided to temporarily halt certain amounts of Medicaid funding that are going to the state of Minnesota in order to ensure that the state of Minnesota takes its obligations seriously to be good stewards of the American people's tax money. Now what is this going to mean? What this means is that first of all, the providers on the ground in Minnesota have actually already been paid. The state has paid those providers the money. What we're doing is we are stopping the federal payments that will go to the state government until the state government takes its obligations seriously to stop the fraud that's being perpetrated against the American
Starting point is 01:35:51 taxpayer. There are a few different ways that we're doing that. There are a few different affirmative actions that we're taking today. Dr. Oz is going to talk about those, but let me talk a little bit about the spirit of this and why we're doing it. So number one, one of the examples of fraud that we've seen in Minnesota that we verify that is just awful is that a program that existed to ensure that autistic children had access to some after-school services, has made a number of people rich, not by providing services to needy children, but by allowing fraudsters to take money
Starting point is 01:36:26 that ought by right go to American citizens and to American families and to set up sham businesses, set up sham clients, set up people who are not even autistic, but claim to be autistic, in order that they benefit from the money that's out there. Now, what does that mean?
Starting point is 01:36:43 Number one, it means that a lot of people are getting rich off the generosity of American taxpayers, but more fundamentally and more importantly than that, it means that there are kids in Minnesota who deserve these services, who need these services, and they're not going to those kids. They're going to fraudsters in Minneapolis. That is unacceptable, and that's the sort of thing that we're cutting off with this action today. Well, good to see something done on this, obviously. The JD V. Answers announced as the head of this fraud. operation or fraudulence, detection and elimination operation by the Trump administration
Starting point is 01:37:20 and by President Trump, I'll save the union. ALX, I'm asking a question here. Am I right? And we're doing a lot. Yes. Okay. Am I right? All right. So he said he's an illegal. What, what a, what kind of country are we running here? The superintendent of the LA school districts, who's now been raided by the feds and is now presumably under criminal investigation, admitting to being an illegal? So the guy in charge of all the LA schools isn't illegal? We loaded this client. What? Let's watch.
Starting point is 01:38:05 And I want to confess to you, for those of you may not know. Starting point is 01:40:41 Here's the story from the telegraph. Exclusive Epstein hid secret files in storage units across the U.S. The pedophile paid private detectives to remove equipment from his home in an apparent attempt to thwart investigators the telegraph can reveal. That's interesting. So Epstein hid computers and photographs from U.S. authorities in secret storage lockers across the country. Where are they today? Hmm.
