Today is Wednesday, August 10th, 2022, and FBI agents have refused to hand over the warrant to Trump's lawyers. They kicked the lawyers off the property and stormed into Melania's closet. Are they cross-dressing FBI agents? Probably. Mar-a-Lago staff were told by the FBI to turn off the security cameras, but they kept them on, baby. And now Trump has the tapes. Ladies and gentlemen, get ready. Trump's got the tapes dead to rights, and we are in for the biggest bombshell explosion inside of the administrative state that we have ever seen.

And just because the FBI is conducting a search vis-a-vis a search warrant doesn't mean you can kick out the lawyers. Second, they told them they have to turn the cameras off. Absolutely not. You don't have to turn the cameras off when the FBI tells you to do it in a private place. And you certainly don't have to do it when the FBI tells you to do something in your own home. It's your own own home. You can have one camera. You can have 100 cameras. This is wrong. Yeah, they did. The cameras rolled. They had the tape and they watched a lot. They watched the whole thing. We begin our show with a breaking story, breaking literally minutes ago, minutes ago,

the Daily Mail speaking with Eric Trump revealed what happened and the criminality of the FBI. Last night, Dan Bongino was on Fox News saying, listen, this is the first time I'll ever say this on camera. FBI agents who were part of this raid need to be in prison. He said every one of them needs to be fired and they need to face prosecution because this entire thing is botched and you're starting to smell the stinky, disgusting rot of an administrative state that is terrified. Why is this happening? Because the administrative state, because the leftist world order, as they so proudly call themselves, they know that they are dying.

They know that they have lost the will of the American people. They know that they have lost the popular opinion of the consent of the governed. We are where power emanates from in this country, not the government. For many, many eons in human history, it was the government from where all power stemmed from. You may recall King George and the divine right of kings. If you studied Western civilization, the divine right of kings. That's how it was in Solomon's time. That's how it was in biblical times. That's

how it was in Roman times and Greek times. It's how it was throughout all of the middle ages. Kings were the source of power. The government was the source of all power. It stemmed from the government and our founders crushed that with a beautiful revolution and the revolution of the mind and the heart, because our founders said the power emanates from the people. And this is an absolute demon scream from the administrative state attempting to shred our constitution, destroy a former president, and to stop that man from running again. and they demanded that the staff turn off the cameras. That's enough. That's enough. That's enough. You got to impeach Merrick Garland. You got to impeach Christopher Wray. And these guys should face criminal penalties for what they've done. Eric Trump revealed FBI agents refused to hand over a search warrant on their raid of Mar-a-Lago and kicked an attorney off the property in a new incisive account of the Monday operation at the Florida estate. Speaking exclusively with DailyMail.com, the former president's son said that 30 agents arrived at the property, asked staff to turn off the cameras, but the staff refused. The bureau said they also brought safe crackers to break into his father's safe, and they slammed the investigators for rummaging through the first lady Melania's

wardrobe, searching for her clothes. He called the raid a coordinated attack on his father and insisted there was no way that Joe Biden was kept in the dark about the search. Wow. And it's not just him, ladies and gentlemen. There are so many different forms of this type of criminality. It is really, really, truly what you're watching, the end of the Biden regime for two reasons. And we think that there are a lot of layers here. But the reason that we believe that this is happening is because they have so much hubris and addiction to power that

they've got to attempt to take down their political enemies the way that Richard Nixon did it. Richard Nixon didn't direct Watergate to happen. He just knew it was happening, and then he lied about it. This is an impeachment trap. I'm telling you, it is an impeachment trap. And I think the darker reason for all this is that they're trying to take out Joe Biden. That's what I believe. I think they're trying to take out Joe Biden. What else did Eric Trump have to say? Eric Trump revealed that his father's lawyer, Christina Bob, was forced to stand at the end of the driveway throughout the raid. I've been to Mar-a-Lago many times. I've gone to many events in Mar-a-Lago. It's a huge property. It's gorgeous. It's right on the beach. It's got pools. It's got turrets. It's got these beautiful pink walls. It's got a display of Air Force One. As soon as you walk in, you got the Air Force One

They have cameras everywhere. Everywhere. Mar-a-Lago is a famous place, and also, because Donald Trump lives there, this is his residence, this ain't some club. It's his residence. This ain't some like this ain't some club. It's his residence. It's where he lives. They have upped the security there. bigly. And so there are cameras all over the place. So we may have footage of them kicking in the door of Melania's closet. There were 30 agents there. There were 30 agents there. Eric Trump recalled on Monday's search, they told our lawyer, you have to leave the property right now. Turn off all cameras.

How is this constitutional? This is against the Fourth Amendment. I'm telling you, man, this is going to end the careers of many people at the Department of Justice. This was a mistake, guys. The DOJ needs to answer for mistake, guys. The DOJ needs to answer for this right now. The DOJ has got to answer. There's one man who has no answers,

This is literally not where I ever thought I would be as a former national security prosecutor talking about the fact that the United States of America has a worse justice system than those that I involve myself with in East Africa and the Middle East to prosecute terrorists. That's a really harsh statement there. Well, it's true. Unpack that.

You're saying that the United States government is worse than tin pot dictatorships that we write human rights reports about. When they bring these types of politicized, unlawful, unethical investigations started way back in Russiagate, it continued to Ukraine impeachment, to Bounty Gate, to the Mueller probe. And now January 6th and they're running out of time. And of course, they're running out of the truth. They ran out of the truth a long time ago on that. Now we have the Mar-a-Lago raid or whatever name we're going to come up with it. And, you know, I know how search warrants are conducted. I know how they're executed. I know how to do it lawfully. I also know how to use the subpoena power of the United States judicial system when you have a cooperating party. And by all public accounts, this was a cooperating party for months and months and months

and months. And you didn't need to go do a daytimeating party for months and months and months and months. And you didn't need to go do a daytime raid with 30 FBI agents kitted out like they were going down to downtown Kandahar. And so it's just another, you know, let's shock the world with these sort of highlight real episodes and epitaphs from clowns, crooks like Mark Elias and company, because the left-wing media will eat it up. But as you pointed out, Benny, the left-wing media isn't eating it up. Cuomo ain't exactly on our side. The legal analysts on CNN aren't exactly pro-Trump. But they're finally coming around to what they see as coming down the pipe. When the midterms flip, it is going to be an ugly day for Merrick Garland and Christopher Ray and the FBI and anyone involved in this, what I can see as unlawful activity, politicized

You bring in the director of the FBI and the deputy director of the FBI and the heads of these field offices, such as the Washington field office, who is now run by the same guy that brought the entrapment case of Whitmer in Michigan, which led to acquittals of the individuals that were charged with said bogus crime. And let's not forget the same FBI agents, Otten and Thibault, who are at Washington field office or recently removed, surprisingly, who ran Russiagate, who called Hunter Biden's laptop disinformation, knowing it wasn't disinformation, and went to the federal court and lied for surveillance warrant on President Trump. These are the guys that have currently been reassigned magically. And, you know, there's going to be no accountability from within the FBI. Chris Wray has shown that to be true because he cares more about Adirondack vacations than the United States Senate and oversight. And so we are going to have to call these guys in ourselves in Congress and demand answers. And you know what? If they want to come

in and plead the fifth, that's fine. But we've seen how the game is played now. You want to plead the fifth? We'll go hold you in contempt of Congress. And then what? Does that mean that means it goes to trial like Steve Bannon? There you go. Yeah.

Yeah. So those are the new rules. Those are their rules that they said we must live by. So if you want to mark those rules up, then we will execute on those rules. And we better have a Republican will to do that come the midterms. I saw Kevin McCarthy put out a strong statement. I really hope that's what he's going to do. Yeah.

OK, so then Trump administration number two comes in, wins in 2024. What do you do, Cash? What do you advise Donald Trump to do? Personnel. You have to remove every person who has violated their oath of office, who has acted unethically, who has discharged their duties in a political fashion rather than to their oath of office and their oath to the Constitution. And there's example after example after example of FBI agents that did that, of DOJ prosecutors that have done that, and you eliminate them on day one, and you replace them with people who are going to act apolitically, not politically, apolitically. Because the DOJ and FBI I used to work for, that's how it used

to be run. And that's why it used to be the premier law enforcement agencies in the world. But right now, they are not. And it's a tragedy in America that we have these people politicizing these events, but failing to hold themselves accountable and failing to bring Hunter Biden to justice when we know he committed a myriad of federal offenses. And of course, the hypocrisy in the two-tier system of justice is what pisses me off the most. So now Merrick Garland can go raid the former president's house, even though standing DOJ policy is to never do anything so close to an election cycle. It's their reasoning for not bringing Hunter Biden charges. It's their reasoning for preventing John Durham from bringing additional indictments until after the midterms.

But they can do it. They also exonerated Hillary Clinton for the exact same reason. Yeah, and she's out there wearing a hat and saying and making money off the criminal conduct that she was given a hard pass on by James Comey and company, where we know she sent classified information repeatedly on email servers that were unclassified and in an unauthorized fashion. And then James Comey comes in and greets her with a party of FBI lawyers at her convenience who were conflicted in the case, who had political ambitions and who should never have been there. But they politely asked her, can we help you? They didn't go raid her home.

They didn't show up in 30 FBI agents. What would be stopping a second Trump administration and Trump DOJ from saying, hey, wait a second, here's all this demonstrable evidence that Hillary Clinton destroyed top secret documents and classified material, and it's time to do a full raid of the Clinton Foundation and Bill Clinton. Also, Bill Clinton happens to have these connections to Jeffrey Epstein. Also, Bill Gates happens to have these connections. Maybe it's time we start rating these people. Hunter Biden is sitting here on a pile of demonstrable evidence that is criminal, that is openly criminal. He's having sex on camera, smoking crack. His father passed the laws against these, by the way, and bragged about him on the Senate floor. I mean, what's to

stop this then from turning directly back around on the criminality of the left? The only thing that would stop us is the statute of limitations. And it depends on the type of crime brought and if there's a continuing conspiracy or continuing ongoing criminal matter to extend the statute of limitations. It's a technical argument, and I know it's not what the audience wants to hear, but we're not in power for another two years at best in terms of the White House. And so it's not to say it can't be investigated and you can't have those investigations, because if that conduct is ongoing in any fashion, it automatically resets the statute of limitations. But it might be a difficult process. So what would be your advice right now to Republicans when they regain Congress? Subpoenas. Yeah. And you better have

investigations going on day one. You better subpoena all the documents, all the tapes, all the records. And when they fail to abide by a congressional subpoena, you better hold them in a vote for contempt of Congress immediately and take that to an Article 3 judge for prosecution by a special prosecutor, not this Department of Political Justice. And you have to also subpoena the witnesses and make them show up for public hearings and not leave for private jet flights to the Adirondack Mountains like Christopher Wray so we can dodge important questions and put the screws to these people who have obliterated our Department of Justice and our FBI. We can restore it. We can get back to where we were, where I was, where I served. I'm not one of those guys that's saying

you have to blow it up and never have it again. You can't. You need the legal warriors and offense that was there back in the day doing the righteous work to bring down criminals and to protect our national security. What you don't need is the Department of Politics, which is what we have right now. So there's a lot of people saying, let's just do away with the FBI. Do you agree with that? No, I don't. I think it needs massive reform to restore credibility. But there's a place for the FBI. There's a place for the Department of Justice. I'm sure that's not popular because that's the knee-jerk reaction. It's the over-correction. Over-corrections never work. A lot of times, unfortunately, what Congress does is over-correct.

The 1998 crime bill by Joe Biden, perfect example. You don't over-correct criminality by punishing minorities to exponentially long jail sentences so you can have a headline. You don't imprison Black men more than any in the history of California than Kamala Harris did as Attorney General because it's an overcorrection. These two put more people in prison, minorities in prison, Biden and Kamala Harris, than any two figures in American history. And hypocrisy now is they're talking about some sort of criminal justice reform, but it only applies politically. Have you spoken with Trump? He went through Melania's closet. Have you asked him about that? Have you spoken with Trump about this? You know, we talk often. Those conversations I always keep pretty close hold for out of reasons for respect for him

and the family and the ongoing process. But I tell you this, he's ready for the fight. He's in great spirits. And, you know, when it comes to Christopher Wray and Merrick Garland, would you advise impeachment? Would you advise removal from office? I would advise they'd start the process. We can't just jump to it. Start the investigations when you have the gavels, bring in the documents and let the American people see those documents. And then if it is warranted by the facts, which I believe it will be, but you have to do

a righteous investigation, you can't just jump to the finish line and then say, OK, now we can impeach him because we've proven their unlawful or unethical conduct or their violation of their oath of office. And then we're going to have 30 FBI agents tell you to turn off the cameras. Again, you worked there. Your perspective is so important because you worked there.

I've never worked at the FBI. I've never worked at the Department of Justice. Again, on what grounds could they possibly do this? Yeah, I mean, neither did Morning Joe, and he's a political opinion guy. He's a guy that said Russiagate was a hoax and that Donald Trump is a Russian asset. That's all you need to know. These people who can't report on the truth and they're so-called journalists because, yes, we invalidated two of the FISA warrants against President Trump because the FBI broke the law. But as somebody who has met Melania Trump and as somebody who has written quite a bit on Melania Trump and look forward to writing more, I got to tell you guys, this is what's going to infuriate and make the blood boil the most.

The FBI stormed through Melania Trump's closet, he recorded in the New York Post. FBI searches Melania's wardrobe, spent hours inside of Trump's private quarters in their raid. Now, let me explain to you something. If you're going to infuriate and enrage the people who are the swing voters in this country, which would be suburban women, if you're going to really piss off someone like my wife, who, you know, is one of those people who's like kind of on the fence. She's like, I really like DeSantis and I really like Trump.

I really like DeSantis. I really like Trump. I don't know if they were running against each other. Who would I vote for? That's OK. A lot of suburban women are like that. Right. My wife, by the way, more based and red pilled than even I am. Men, get yourself a good red pilled wife. That is how you live a happy life. This is the kind of thing that makes suburban women. These kinds of stories is what makes suburban women crawl over broken flaming glass to vote for Donald Trump. My wife has been so red pilled by this black pilled by this story. She is so enraged. She shared this story with me this morning about the FBI storming

through her private closet. Ladies, would you like the FBI to go rummage through your private closet to go rip up your dresses? That's exactly what happened. FBI agents scoured Melania Trump's wardrobe, spent several hours combing through Donald Trump's private office, breaking open his safe, rifling through his drawers, raiding the first family's Mar-a-Lago home. Again, it's their home. This is where the residence is. This is where they pay taxes. This is their house. Women watching this right now, women watching this, and we still know what a woman is on the show. Do you want federal agents to go rummage through your closet, your drawers, pull out your shoes, throw your dresses on the ground? What a violation.

You're living in the Soviet Union. This has got to piss off Melania because she actually comes from the Soviet Union. She comes from Slovenia, which was part of the Soviet bloc in Eastern Europe. She knows this behavior. She fled this behavior. Man, we should really get the take from Melania on this. Melania, it's time to break your silence on this right now. The Post has learned that the search warrant used by the FBI to enter the palatial Palm

Beach property focused solely on the presidential records and evidence of classified information. However, the FBI decided to take that warrant and apply it to Melania's closet because who knows what classified information she may have knitted into that Louis Vuitton, the sole of that Louis Vuitton shoe. planted stuff because they were not allowed. They were they had not allowed Trump's attorneys inside the 128 room building to observe the operation, which lasted more than nine hours. The raid over 30 plainclothes agents in the Southern District of Florida. The FBI's Washington field office extended through the Trump family's entire 3000 square foot private quarters, as well as a separate office and safe. This was the safe inside of the basement. They had to break into the safe. This was the safe inside of the basement.

They had to break into this safe. The demeanor of the three DOJ lawyers who accompanied the FBI was described by one of the eyewitnesses as arrogant. They repeatedly told Trump representatives, we have full access to everything. We can go everywhere. The feds instructed Trump's representatives to switch off the security cameras, but they refused. They refused. Trump has the cameras, but they refused. They refused.

Trump has the tapes, ladies and gentlemen. Are you ready for the largest bombshell in American history? When Trump releases these tapes of these agents kicking in doors, by the way, can't be stated enough. Mar-a-Lago is empty right now. We spoke with someone who works there just yesterday morning with someone who observed this firsthand, and they said Mar-a-Lago is empty. Mar-a-Lago is closed for the summer, not because it's closed down, but because it always shuts down for the summer season. It's very hot in Florida. It's very humid in Florida. It's very muggy in Florida, and they shut the club down. That means no one's having dinner. No one's in the tanning beds. Nobody's in the pool. The place is empty except for a few gardening staff, some cleaning staff, and some repair staff.

That's it. And so when the FBI is storming through this residence, scaring Abuela, who with the feather duster, they are essentially raiding an empty compound nobody's living in right now. And they are doing it with the security cameras still on. Donald Trump apparently watched the entire thing from Trump Tower, according to Eric Trump. He was able to see the raid happen in real time. And so when the FBI is kicking in the doors and rummaging through the closets, and when eventually this footage is revealed of the FBI breaking open Trump's safe and smashing windows and breaking

through door handle, whatever they did, I haven't seen the tapes yet. Remember, Mar-a-Lago was empty. They were willingly and wantingly destroying this property. This is the American Gestapo. This is the American Stasi. As Newt Gingrich said last night on Fox News, this is the KGB. The FBI must rebrand to the KGB. Now, Cash Patel says, don't get rid of theGB. The FBI must rebrand to the KGB. Now, Kash Patel says don't get rid of the FBI. The FBI was an executive order. An executive order. What's done by the pen can be undone by the pen.

This footage is going to shock the world when they release these tapes. We are very, very, very urgent for the Trump family to release the tapes, please. The Department of Justice head who signed off on this. He's the attorney general. He had to have signed off on this. Who else signed off on it in the White House? You're looking at the end of the Biden regime. I'm telling you, this entire thing is a honeypot. They're going

to go after Hunter Biden. They're going to use this as the thread that they pull for impeachment. Why am I showing you this article? Why would I ever put up a New Yorker article? Look at that. Look at that. Look at this. New Yorker, the most savage, visceral, venomous, anti-Trump, anti-Republican, anti-conservative outlet in America. I'm putting this up to show you an example of how far gone the regime is right now, how broken the regime is right now. This is corporate Democrat media owned, operated and vertically integrated. and either strengthen or erode public trust in the institutions, the Department of Justice. The headlines and Trump himself have focused on the role of the FBI agents in a search of the Florida home. But the raid is an unprecedented action against a former president, was almost certainly approved by Garland, the soft-spoken 69-year-old attorney general famed for his deliberative style, caution, and retentence now faces a significant political dilemma. The raid may prove simply to have been an effort to recover classified documents that belong to a secure government facility. Trump and his allies immediately claimed that this was a deep state plot.

If Merrick Garland remains silent, he will prove him right and he will usher him in to a 2024 dominant victory. The New Yorker is sounding the alarm along with Andrew Cuomo and Andrew Yang and the rest of them saying what you have done here is you have given Trump the presidency. You have proven him right. And if you have some type of delineation or some type of deep state sludge that you can put out there and say, oh no, it was actually this, or it was because of the presidential records act. And we're just, we're just the old G man coming in and getting the old classified it's not going to work. You've already lost the messaging war. And when your silence continues, what you are going to do is continue to prove Donald Trump right.

Reinhart is reportedly linked to representing convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein's employees. Since 2018, Reinhart has been a Florida

federal magistrate. But earlier in the decade, he worked for Jeffrey Epstein's employees. Ladies and gentlemen, he represented the Jeffrey Epstein pilots who flew the planes to Little St. James. You know, the planes that had Bill Gates on them, the planes that had Bill Clinton on them. These pilots, these people are complicit in Jeffrey Epstein's crimes. They knew what was going on. Bill Clinton was on the planes, in the plane logs like 17 times. This judge, this scum is the person who signed off on the Trump search warrant. He should be disbarred. He has anti-Trump Facebook posts. He has anti-Trump social media posts. And he donated to Barack Obama. He also defended a Yugoslavian sex slave that was the scheduler for Jeffrey Epstein. So in case you're wondering how bad it can get, it can always get worse. The regime is scared. The regime is worried. The regime is panicking. And this is not an act of strength. GOP candidates blast FBI's Mar-a-Lago raid, horrendous abuse of power. Republican candidates are slamming the FBI's Bureau of Investigation, and we're going to shout them out. Last night we had Carrie Lake on. She has been one of the first to blast the FBI, an incredible and horrendous abuse of power. This is one of the darkest days in American history.

The day our government originally created by the people turned against us. This illegitimate corrupt regime hates America and has weaponized the entirety of the federal government to take down President Trump. Our government is rotted to the core. These tyrants stopped at nothing to silence the patriots who are working to save America. It's incredibly horrendous abuse of power. Her fellow Arizonan, Blake Masters, who's the state's Republican senatorial nominee, asserted that everyone knows this is politically motivated

and that it should terrify all of us. Republican nominee, Senate Ohio nominee, J.D. Vance slammed the execution of the search warrant for the former president as a disgraceful and unprecedented. The question is what comes next. We either have a republic or we don't, he detailed. If we do, the people who politicize the FBI in recent years will face investigation and prosecution. Good. Sarah Palin of Arkansas said we are outraged but not surprised to learn of the raid. The political establishment is so threatened by the American first movement that it will stop at nothing, including weaponizing law enforcement and agencies for partisan purposes. Gibbs, who won in Michigan by beating another pro impeachment Republican, said the Biden FBI just raided Trump's home at Mar-a-Lago and the powers of the state and his political rival. Absolutely shameful, terrible precedent for our republic. There must be and will be accountability. Ladies and gentlemen, you are witnessing biblical times right now. See the writing on the wall. This is an act of desperation.

This is not an act of power. This is an act of people who know and who see clearly that they are in the decline of power, that the 50 years since World War II, that they have clawed and scratched and invaded and infected every single edifice of the education system, Hollywood, entertainment, national broadcasting, national media, the government, the federal law enforcement, and are now trying to do law enforcement through George Soros with the district attorneys. This is the total and complete capture of communists in America, and people are rejecting it like an antibody reaction. They are spitting it out.

They are furious. And ladies and gentlemen, it's going to end badly. These are the actions of desperate people. These are not the actions of strong people. These are the actions of strong people. We're not here to say anything nice about Andrew Cuomo. This guy's a sleazebag, scumbag. This guy shoved, shoved COVID-positive people into nursing homes, and he slaughtered tens of thousands

of little old people. He should never hold public office again. He's also an attorney himself, and he's a man who fought Donald Trump tooth and nail while he was still in office. Now, Andrew Cuomo breaking his silence saying, yo, you just handed Donald Trump the biggest victory you could possibly hand him, and you are destroying the January 6th committee while doing it. Former Governor Andrew Cuomo asserted on Tuesday that if the Federal Bureau of Investigations Monday rated former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate was merely about inconsequential archives, then it will be viewed as a political tactic

and thwart any credibility of the January 6th committee. The DOJ must immediately explain, this is Cuomo tweeting, the reason behind its raid, and it must be more than a search for inconsequential archives. Viewed as a political tactic, it will undermine any future credible investigation. The legitimacy of January six. They know they're done. They know. They know, ladies and gentlemen, this is it. We have destroyed ourselves. They've destroyed themselves before the American people. They have wrecked any credibility that they have for any future investigations. And they know that they have essentially signed their own resignation warrants and impeachment warrants by doing this.

They are aware, ladies and gentlemen, that this is going to backfire. It's an act of pure and total desperation. They know they're dying. And so what does an animal do that's been mortally wounded and trapped in a corner? L lashes out. This is the lash out. What we must do as a movement is behave calmly. We must focus. We must win. We must vote. We must take back our nation. We are the majority. We are America first. We are the ones who are going to save this place. We are free men and women. We were born that way and we're going to behave that way. I encourage you not to travel to Washington, D.C. for any protests. Nothing the regime would love more than to see us head out and behave in

a manner which they can then, maybe we behave in that manner, maybe they entice people to behave in that manner, maybe they try and inspire people to do stupid things, and they get themselves another January 6th. Nothing would please the regime more than to have people act the fool. No, no. The way to destroy the machine is to stay in your local community. Run for school board. Become a precinct committee chairman.

Run for your Republican Party, the local one, the one in your town. Take over your Republican Party. Be the one who nominates the candidates, the America First candidates, to save this place. Be the person who knocks the doors. Be the person who heads out on a Saturday to volunteer for your local candidates. That's what we need. No more heading to the den of Satan himself inside of Washington, D.C. You ever been to D.C., man? It has a weird spiritual energy. I left because of that. I can tell you my life is tenfold. I have tenfold more of the blessings and the happiness down here in the free land of Florida where there

is peace and there's bounty and there's blessing down here. DC is a fallen place. It has a demonic energy to it.
