This is the greatest country on earth, the country that should have the most secure elections on earth because it matters more here than anywhere else doesn't have these simple safeguards.

Why? What's gone so wrong? Well, it's cocked out Senate Republicans who refuse to get rid of the filibuster so we could just pass the Save Act, which would require ID to vote, which would require you to vote in person, would get rid of electronic voting, would get you the kind of system that you have all throughout Europe, all throughout Latin America. There are second world countries that have far more secure voting than we do. I don't like France. France is able to count all of their votes in one night. I don't like the results sometimes. Emmanuel Macron is still technically in power, but his parties lost all of their elections.

Emmanuel Macron's done. I think that the nationalists are going to win in France. Nonetheless, there are not major complications like we have in this country. And so thank you to preserve America. Yo, what's up, guys? We were outside of a very important place here in California. You'll see it's just home to a Porta John and a giant empty parking lot. But inside of this empty parking lot of something really important in the state of California.

You can see here, we have registered voters. 26 registered voters for this exact location. 100 Sunset Avenue in Venice. 26 registered voters. Right here, according to the registrar at the Secretary of State. 26 people registered to a quarterjohn. There you go. Okay, so you get the point, right?

And we could probably go back to California Klein and like find this. We didn't go there to uncover voter fraud. We went there to uncover homeless industrial complex fraud, which stay tuned on that. We're fine-tuning our edit on that. Anyway, this is true. Everything I said there in that video is true. Politi fact rated it false. Hmm.

Why would they rate it false? You will, you're not going to believe this. Politi fact rated it false because as they say in their fact check, and please scroll up to my commentary on it, what they say? in their fact check is the Secretary of State of California allows anyone to register from anywhere. Look at this. I'm reading to you directly from the Politifact article. They said the Secretary of State's website in the cases in which the voters have no home address that they can register, just describe where you live. They can describe cross streets or park addresses.

This is from the liberal fact check, liberal apparatic propaganda outlet, politic fact check of my video, where they said my video was false because in California, any person without an ID can register from literally a toilet. They just confirmed what I said was true, you idiots. Don't you understand? This is what I'm trying to show you that that's fraudulent. You can't have a secure election if any person can register from any toilet in the middle of an empty parking lot and then vote from there. You know, the fact check goes on to confirm that there are registered voters at that toilet. They did the work and they're like, well, actually, there are a lot of registered voters at the toilet.

But like, it's legal. So like, Benny's wrong. No, dude, I'm right. I proved that you can't run a fair election with a bunch of people registered at cross streets, parks, rocks, trees, toilets. And there's no punishment for these people. It's like adult daycare. It's like adult, like you just sit there. The prisoners just sit there all day eating seed oils on iPads. That's it. That's what prison is. Prison is not shawshank redemption. It sure as hell ain't lay misrab where everyone's doing hard time, hard labor. No, we have an under-incarceration problem and we also don't make prison harsh enough. Prisoners need to work. They need to pay back their debt to society. All right. I saw the murder rate is the lowest it's been since 1900. You know, that's, it's unprecedented. I mean, by definition, there's no modern precedent for that. And we did this. It was not complicated, Sean. Cash and I figured out very early on broken windows policing, if it could work in New York

City with Rudy Giuliani, it could work nationally. Long story short, about 70 to 80 percent of violent street crime is committed by 0.5% of the population. You go and get these dirt bags and these mutts off the street, these pieces of garbage. You use UFAP warrants, vicar, RICO crime, gang statutes, any federal statute we could dig up. Trust me, we used it. We were very creative with how we used this stuff. We got those agents out there rolling, and they were more than happy to go do it. When they picked these guys off the street, you know what? A lot of you don't know murderers out there, you don't, because there's not that many. So when you pick them off the street, that's what happened. And the president was all about it from day one. You know, we saw the fewest

overall number of killings nationwide. Since 1900, you got five out of the top 10 most wanted. That's more than Biden got in four years. The number of overall arrests increasing. You know what? The whistleblower who's in jail says that Tim Wall. and Keith Ellison were getting paid, baby. Convicted Minnesota fraud, alleges Walls and Ellison were aware of widespread fraud, and they took a cut. Minnesota woman convicted of one of the state's largest fraud schemes, alleges in a jailhouse interview that Tim Walls and Attorney General Ellison were aware of the widespread fraud,

and federal prosecution stepped in. Amy Bach, former head of the nonprofit feeding our future, spoke to Fox News from the Shelburne County Jail in Minnesota, claiming that officials knew of the approves, continued approving and paying claims after concerns were raised of potential fraud. Falk alleged that state approved program sponsors were responsible for monitoring the claims, but officials repeatedly failed to investigate or stop suspicious companies, even after she flagged them.

Goodness gracious, I honestly believe Keith Ellison and Governor Walls need to be held accountable. There needs to be an investigation. If they weren't aware, that's concerning, she told Fox News. I believe the governor's office of Keith Ellison were aware. All right. Let's go ahead and do the, let's go ahead and do the news clip. I don't want to take away from the congressmen. and it was like 65% pro beard, but that is, that's the Twitter verse. Well, you don't want to look too much like Sparkle Beach Ken, Gavin Newsome, you know what I mean? Like, and so he's getting roasted right now in, in Davos. And he wandered on stage. I don't know if you saw any of this. How does a guy like that even get an invite to something like that?

He's not a world leader. He's, he was kept out of like a speaking gig. Because like Trump's team shut him out of the buildings. You see that? He should have. He's a governor. He's not a world leader.

Yeah, that's right. Okay. So tell me about, I mean, listen, like you're on a number of committees, obviously that have sort of the overview of everything that's going on at Davos, like, you know, intel and military background. Greenland. I mean, a lot of this stuff. What is the, what is the chess board right now, Congressman? Like, it looks like America is firmly in control and empire building again. It's kind of awesome. Well, I mean, it's all President Trump. You know, he says we're going to, you know, negotiate with them.

And then he puts tariffs on them and says, hey, you guys don't want to negotiate with us. All right, we're going to put 25% tariffs on all the EU nations and we're going to put it on Denmark. And suddenly there's this huge deal. because they don't want to get tariff because our economy is so much bigger than theirs, and they import, obviously, into our country, and they don't want to lose all of that. We're talking about a very important strategic location, Greenland, for the United States, for the Golden Dome. The president's been very open about that. We obviously do not want China and Russia operating in our hemisphere.

He's been very open and honest about that. And look, we need to have the ability to operate and have bases there and do the type of things we need to do to ensure that the Golden Dome, when it's built, is successful to protect our country. And so whatever we need to do to do that and mission accomplished, I think we need to do that. And suddenly all of a sudden there's a framework in place because Trump put out this, hey, we're going to tear a few if you don't work with us on this. There was never a plan, at least to my knowledge, of like invading Greenland. And the left loses their mind, files impeachment articles.

There's literally a resolution filed to not allow the president to take military. action in Greenland is so ridiculous. When he negotiated a deal, there's a framework that he announced that's been put in place. We don't have the details of that yet, but it sounds like it's going to be, we are going to have the opportunity to operate bases in strategic places in Greenland to be able to protect our homeland. That's all we wanted in the first place. And it took leadership from President Trump to get it done.

So what you're saying is that President Trump just followed the art of the deal, like the exact same thing that he's been doing for the last 40 years. He wrote the damn book. Yeah, 100%. And what strikes me is, you know, you see Macron in the French sending troops to Greenland. Like, I would love to see the United States military up against French troops in Greenland because that would not last very long. It would be a very small skirmish.

But it's just interesting how world leaders like Macron try to buff up their chest to the president. And then lo and behold, there's a deal that's cut and he looks like an idiot for trying to push back on something that we need strategically. And we don't care about what Macron and the French want. We need to make sure that our hemisphere and the continental United States is secure from attack from our enemies. And Greenland is a strategic part of that. And we have a president who's willing to negotiate and to say things that is going to put

people at the negotiating table to get done what we need done for America. Yes. So, okay, zooming in now domestically, because obviously, I think that there has been such a wide attention vector on wars and other conflicts throughout the earth. And many people here in America are saying, okay, now it's time for some America-first policies. However, well, we're focusing on wars in Gaza or Ukraine or Greenland or potential conflicts in Taiwan. There's like a straight-up insurrection going on in Minnesota. And now there's whistleblowers out saying that like Tim Walls and Keith Ellison are in on the fraud.

There's audio tapes of Keith Ellison, effectively taking bribes. Keith Ellison's wife worked for the judge yesterday that refused to sign off on the Don Lemon arrest warrant. What a cesspool in Minnesota? What do you make of it, Congressman? Yeah, the level of corruption in Democratic states and quite frankly in the deep state in our country is just beyond the pale. It's taken years to try to get some of these bad actors out. You saw the weaponization of the Intel community with the Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia, collusion hoax when Trump first came into office.

And now you're seeing the systematic defrauding of the American taxpayer of all of these different welfare programs throughout democratic states. There's no way that the leaders waltz and the leaders of these states and cities didn't know that this type of behavior was going on. I surely hope that Pam Bondi and the DOJ is looking at this. and if there is any cause whatsoever to be able to charge these people for fraud, let's do it. I mean, they're obstruct, in my opinion, Waltz and the mayor of Minneapolis are obstructing justice by not cooperating with ICE in a legal federal law enforcement function and operation. To me, that is grounds to take these people, at least remove them from their office, charge them with obstruction, something.

I mean, you can't just ignore federal laws and not allow federal. law enforcement officers to come into your state or your cities to operate. And then you, you know, add on all this fraud and all these welfare programs. Scott Bissent the other day, the Treasury Secretary was saying that he believes that 10% of our budget is fraud. The number that's like billions of dollars, hundreds of billions of dollars in fraud all across the country and all these different programs. And the majority of this fraud are in Democratic states because they dole out all these programs without looking into seeing, uh, if, these people actually qualify. And Minnesota is a great example of that. And we're paying for it.

Floridians are paying for all of this. That's exactly right. I think that people don't understand exactly how the federal budget works. Perhaps you could educate them. They say that Minnesota or California, those are just liberal hellholes and they can light money on fire. That's not true. The vast majority of the money they're getting are federal dollars. They're our dollars from Florida. Yeah, they expand Medicaid. They do all these federal programs. There's a match. So obviously the city or the states matching some of that. But the majority of that money comes from federal taxpayers. I don't know the numbers I don't have them in front of me, but I would imagine that those are Florida is a donor state. We give more money to the federal treasury than we get back because

we haven't expanded Medicaid. We don't have fraud in our systems because our entire state is run by Republicans. But in Democratic states like New York, California and Minnesota, I can guarantee you they're a receiver state in the sense that they get more money in federal benefits than they expend into the Treasury because of all of this fraud and all of these programs. Yeah. Okay. So what's what's to happen, Congressman? We obviously have been seeing some motion to investigate Ilhan Omar's finances. You've been pretty strong on that issue. And you know, she goes from negative $65,000 net worth to $30 million. I don't even understand how that's why just a couple of years. Just a couple of years. Well, we've done some investigation.

And boy, like fake wineries, like her, it is, it is as crooked as a $3 bill, man. Like, if you go through her financial disclosures, it is, it is obvious that, like, someone is truly meddling with the numbers. But her husband worked for Keith Ellison. Congressman, her husband works for Keith Ellison. The, like, you put up the article from yesterday, the judge that let John Lemon off. And the DOJ is furious about this. I talk to the DOJ.

They should be furious, and they should appeal that decision to another court. The wife of the judge worked for Keith Ellison. It's such a cesspool in Minneapolis. Yeah, there's so much corruption. I don't know if Trump's administration and DOJ is going to have enough time in the next three years to get to the root of all of it, but we have to. The base wants us to put justice at the forefront. They saw what happened with Russia, Russia, Russia. They saw what happened with all the indictments of President Trump.

And look at how many Republicans got indicted while Biden was in office by Biden's DOJ and Jack Smith and all these crazy prosecutors who were abusing the law and charging all these people. And the basis is like what's what's happening to all these people? Why aren't we doing that on our side? So there's a lot of frustration the people I talk to in my district. What's happening to all these people that violated the law? Just very quickly, Congressman, because you just made a perfect point there. What's happening with people who violate the law? The Clintons violated the law this week.

They refused to show up. They were held in contempt to bipartisan vote. In fact, like a dozen Democrats voted to hold the Clintons in contempt. Yo, we always said that like the Epstein thing would backfire. And they are destroying the Clintons right now. Are you going to vote to hold them in contempt in the full vote? Yeah. So the next step, so that was in the committee.

The next steps on the floor, that vote will be on the floor. They should have the same fate as Navarro and Brennan. The exact same thing should happen to them. If there's already bipartisan support for it, it'll pass the House, and it doesn't have to go to the Senate because it's a House subpoena that they violated. That should go directed the DOJ. And I think after the House sent the Navarro contempt orders and the Brennan ones, I think it was like days later that they were charged. It was like seven days later that they were charged. So I surely hope that Pam Bonding the DOJ is going to quickly charge them for the exact same crime that Trump individuals were charged.

for just a few years ago. And Navarro and Brendan both went to prison for like six months, seven months for violating a lawful subpoena from a House committee? It's the, is the, it's the, the, find outing. We'll see if that's going to happen to Hillary and Bill. It's the F around us and find outingest. And you know what, Congressman, I know you've been a big supporter of the president. It, like, it is Trump's oldest promise.

I put you in jail, I'll put you in jail. It's his oldest promise, bro. Well, and you have a legal basis to do it. I mean, not even getting into all the other corruption that they've been a part of, but you are willfully violating a house subpoena. The legal precedent is just a couple of years ago when Navarro and Brennan did the same thing and went to prison for it. So both of them should go to prison for violating, willfully violating a house subpoena.

But we'll see if the DOJ is going to take the case up. And then you're going to have probably a corrupt leftist judge in the D.C. circuit that's going to say, oh, this is different than Navarro and Brennan. It's going to have to get appealed up to the U.S. Supreme Court. But I feel like with the precedent in place, they should end up in prison. Just very quickly, Congressman, I know we have Tricia McLaughlin from DHS on deck, but I have to ask you because we promised actually our chat that we would ask about the SAVE Act today. Now we have Anna Polina Luna this morning making quite a bit of news saying she's going to stop everything.

She's going to shut down the government. If the Senate doesn't take up the Save Act, if the Senate doesn't stop playing games and save the country by instituting voter ID and cleaning out our voter rolls and that only citizens can vote. This seems like this is what every democracy does on earth. There's not a single democracy that allows permanent mail and voting and no IDs. Can you please talk to us? Will you join? Will you join with APL in this?

Yeah, absolutely. And I've already signed. We've already passed the bill in the House that's sitting in the Senate. But the only way this passes the Senate is if Thune does away with the filibuster. I've been calling on him to do away with the filibuster since before the shutdown. and they absolutely refuse to do it. And so you're going to have a whole, I think there was like eight Republicans in the Senate

that are refusing to do that. And so the Save Act's going to die if they don't act. And you're not going to have voter ID. You're not going to have the things that we have to have. And you're going to continue to have fraud in our elections because of that. And we have the House, the Senate and the White House, and we can't get that done. And they're going to ask voters to show up in the midterms when they're like,

why should we send you guys back and have the House in the Senate, when you can't even ensure that our elections that we are voting, in our sound and you guys are doing what we sent you up there to do. It's very frustrating being a member of the House and watching the things that are going on with the Senate and them refusing. I mean, they have to work with Chuck Schumer to get anything done. I mean, you look at just yesterday we arrested a murder who's from Laos, another female secondary degree hominstein.

aside from Laos, an individual from Guatemala who was convicted of sexual conduct against a minor. I mean, these are disgusting individuals who should not be on the streets. And yet, Governor Walsh and Jacob Fry won't even let us into their jails when our law enforcement is being assaulted and they're being impeded from carrying out their legal duties. They won't even respond to calls for backup. That's a real problem. That's what we keep on calling for cooperation from state and local government.

We hear that Keith Ellison, as his, the wife of the judge that wouldn't sign off, work for Keith Ellison, that Keith Ellison's name keeps coming up as being so deeply involved in so much of the fraud and so much of the obstruction there. We do know that he is committed Marxists. He does promote Antifa. He's one of the most single radical, perhaps members of the Democrat Party that exists in office today. what's the what will happen with Don Lemon? Well, Homeland Security is going to enforce the law without fear or favor, whether you be a journalist or self-proclaimed journalist or you just be another one of those rioters in St. Paul.

We will make sure that justice is brought. So I'm not going to get ahead of the Department of Justice, but I know that they're looking at different options here. Okay. Let's talk about some fake news. Obviously, in my timeline yesterday, they found a new cause celeb, which is, that ICE arrested a five-year-old. That was the headline. Can you debunk that? Is that true, Tricia? No, and I saw a lot of headlines saying that ICE used this five-year-old child as bait.

ICE arrested and targeted this child, none of which is true. What happened was the father from Ecuador saw ICE approaching him, and he fled, abandoning his own child in the cold in Minneapolis. That's when our law enforcement officers stayed with the child, comforted him, And Benny, by the way, as this is all going on, as this child's father has fled from law enforcement, which is a federal crime, there's rioters who are starting to take over, and they're scaring the child. Things are spiraling out of control as they're impeding operations. So our law enforcement officers took care of the child, tried to bring them to the mother, which the mother refused to take custody of the child, which is just unbelievable on its face. Our officers, they brought the child McDonald's, played some of his favorite music, kept. to mourn when he was with them. And now he, the child is back with the father and he's at a processing facility down at Dilley. I do find this repulsive that the left so often uses children as props when it serves their purpose. But you never heard anything about the hundreds of

thousands, if not millions of abandoned children at the border. Here's just a photo from 2023 of a bunch of kids that were just dropped off in a raft. And the smugglers went back into Mexico and they just, here's just a boatload of kids. And that's it, you know, no parents, nothing. Here's just a bunch of kids. No, no leftist cried a single tier about this, Tricia. No, the humanitarian crisis that Colma Harris and Joe Biden manufactured those precious faces. You won't see them anywhere on CNN, anywhere on MSNBC or NBC. And you should. And the good news is, under President Trump and Secretary Nome. We have found 132,000 children

who are lost under the Biden administration's mismanagement. So many of those children have been exploited, traffic or otherwise abused, and we will continue until we find every single last one of those children, Benny. That's wonderful to hear. You did make a ton of news the last time that you were on this program, Tricia. You said that Hilton declined to have ICE members stay at their properties. that Hilton has now been decommissioned, in fact, and had had their franchise revoked.

Are you finding more of this? We're starting to see little bits of that pop up around. Like, for instance, there was a postal worker that flipped off a member of ICE yesterday. We published that video. We seen some McDonald's saying they're not going to serve ICE and so on. Are you seeing any more of this sort of corporate sabotage to your operation? We're certainly seeing discrimination against our law enforcement officers. A lot of this we're saying are rogue employees.

we actually saw one of our CBP canine on the feeding chart. It said ice out. They're targeting a poor dog. So, I mean, we are seeing this on a case-by-case basis, and we make sure that we're in contact with those companies at large, but also those individual franchises as well. And, you know, when we think it's appropriate to make those issues public, when we see that there isn't cooperation or isn't retribution and ramifications for these rogue employees,

we make sure that gets taken care of and the public should know about it. All right. Final question. I know you've got to go because you guys are going to be doing now big press conferences every single day on Minnesota. It's awesome. Just really quickly. Deportation numbers. Chrissy Nome was out with a big fat number yesterday. It was 2.2 million self-deportations. I think I'm getting that correctly. It is from memory. Can you please like project for us where are we headed this year with deportations, Trisha? So this year we had 675,000 deportations and then 2.2 million self-deportations as your memory served you correctly. So that's north of 3.1 million exits from this country. But, Benny, what we're seeing with we have a 120% increase in a workforce, thanks to that one big, beautiful bill, really speeding up our recruitment and more ICE officers on the ground. But what we're also seeing is that there's this virtuous cycle.

The more arrests we make, the more self-deportations. we have because those illegal aliens in the country are getting the message, hey, if I don't leave now on my own, I will be arrested, I will be deported, and I'll never be allowed to come back to the United States. It's a wonderful thing. Why are Libs like willing to risk their lives for the, I don't get it. I just, I don't get it. Maybe in closing, you're a mother, you know, you're a mother, you're somebody who's like educated. Can you please explain this? This is like the final question. Jesse Waters asked me this the other night. I like, I gave the best explanation I could, but like, Why is this? Why are they fighting you so hard for like criminal aliens?

I think that there's ice hysteria going on. And I think that this is just really an excuse to further a leftist agenda that has nothing to do with public safety as everything to do with politics, demonizing law enforcement, the Trump administration. And you've seen it time and time again in Minneapolis. There's a reason why CNN. There's a reason why Tim Walls. There's a reason why the gambit won't talk about these evil people who we've arrested and deported. And so we're trying to get the word out. out wow. dhs.gov. Go to it. See who we've arrested in your community, where they're from, what crimes they've committed, and get the word out to your neighbors. Deranged Jack Smith is being decimated for Congress. It was over when they discussed his past failures in unfair prosecutions. He destroyed many lives under the guise of legitimacy.

Trump wrote. Jack Smith is a deranged animal. Shouldn't be allowed to participate in law if he was Republicans' life since would be taken away or far worse. Trump shared his hope that Attorney General Pam Bondi would be looking and dismiss actions. Hopefully, Attorney General is looking at what he's done. the case against me. Okay, let's go ahead and check out some of the things that he's done. Let's pop on over.

Did you target my records and subpoena my phone toll records? My understanding is your records were subpoenaed by prosecutors before. I became special counsel.

Well, staff would put this up on the screen. I'm thankful for the great staff who discovered the email, where I learned for the first time a few weeks ago that my phone records were indeed targeted. We called AT&T, and we've learned that they were given to the Department of Justice, as this email indicates, because I've been in communication with Scott Perry, one of my colleagues here in Congress,

who literally had his phone taken from him in front of his family. And of course, we've already talked about in this document, it talks about you could be in violation of the privilege by even obtaining and possessing this information if the member objected to the disclosure. This happened four years ago in May of 2022, and I couldn't object because I didn't know. I didn't know until about three weeks ago. My question here is, was there any limits to your investigation or the investigation that preceded you, Mr. Smith? Because as egregious as a violation of separation of powers this is, is an egregious and abuse of power it is. it's far more concerning you are clearly targeting American citizens for merely being conservative or supporting the president. Because we hear a lot about members of Congress.

And we should because of separation of powers and the egregious abuse of power. But what we're not talking about enough, in my opinion, are the American citizens that have been targeted? Because frankly, are there any limits to the power of a special prosecutor or special counsel? So much so in your abuse of power that in the summer of 2024, the indictment involving classified documents was dismissed after determining your appointment violated the appointments clause of the Constitution, but you continue to sign your name on court filings until the time you reside from office in January of 2025. The federal judge has recently stated a prosecutor who continues to sign his name at court filings after a disqualification order should face disciplinary action or disbarment.

That's what they're calling for. To make sure that Jack Smith can't work again to be disbarred, Brandon Gill gutting, Jack Smith like a fish to the gills. Here we go. How many days after Kevin McCarthy was sworn in his speaker, did you subpoena his records? I don't recall, but those two things had nothing to do. It was 16 days after becoming the highest ranking Republican

in the House of Representatives, you subpoenaed his toll records. Do you agree that that might reasonably be considered a violation of the speech or debate clause? I do not, and I want to be clear that the toll record. The toll record, the non-content toll record subpoenas, we did say. secure non-disclosure orders for those subpoenas? You did. And let me ask you, Mr. Smith, at the time you secured those nondisclosure orders, was Speaker McCarthy a flight risk?

The non-disclosure order was based on concerns about- Was Speaker McCarthy a flight risk? He was not. He was not. Then why did your non-disclosure order refer to him as a flight risk? It says right here, the court finds reasonable grounds to believe that such disclosure will result in flight from prosecution. Sir, when securing a non-disclosure order, the risks don't have to be associated.

You think that the Speaker of the House is a flight risk? You're not your time? This is my time. You think the Speaker of the House is a flight risk? You think he's going to hop on a plane and leave the country? No. What I was trying to explain is with respect to a nondisclosure order. The risks aren't necessarily associated with the subscriber to the phone. There's the risks to investigation.

I think that you were using, this was clearly in reference to Speaker McCarthy, and you were using clearly false information to secure non-disclosure order to hide from Speaker McCarthy and from the American people, the fact that you were spying on his toll records. What they're doing is setting up a predicate to charge Jack Smith. That's what they're doing. They're setting up a precedent. They're creating a fact pattern that Jack Smith broke the law. wasted tens of millions of American tax dollars on doing this in hunting, in doing a dog hunt for Donald Trump. That's what they did.
