Yesterday at approximately 7 p.m., the Republicans voted to formalize the impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden. This had all the right people,

all sorts of pissed off. Ladies and gentlemen, the impeachment inquiry is now officially on. Watch. First, the House wanting information from the son, then the House turning to an investigation of dad. The House just voted to formalize an impeachment inquiry for President Biden, the vote 221 to 212. The House could have been on firmer legal ground enforcing its subpoena for Hunter Biden to appear for a deposition today had the impeachment inquiry already been in place. Instead, Hunter Biden skipped out. All we're trying to do is get the needed people who have been blocked or refused to cooperate to come in and testify under oath before Congress. The House lacked the votes to initiate the investigation for months,

but moderates from swing districts finally climbed on board. Democrats accused their colleagues of a phishing expedition. I want to give James Comer some credit because after 50,000 pages of depositions and secret hearings and closed hearings, I think if we give him enough time, he's going to prove that Hunter Biden is Joe Biden's son. Eric Swalwell successfully not crapping his pants on TV or sleeping with a Chinese spy. So great job there, Eric Swalwell. I got a little something for you, Mr. Swalwell. I got a handy little note card here. Now, Eric Swalwell was the guy who went on TV and was explaining to us, let's get the clip here, explaining to us that Donald Trump asked Vladimir Putin to help him cheat an election, right? You all know the clip, very famous.

Eric Swalwell was one of the most famous Russia collusion propagators. He was patient zero. He was typhoid Mary of Russia collusion with Donald Trump. Now, why is that? Well, probably because he knew that the intel agencies knew that he slept with Fang Fang. He did a bang bang on Fang Fang. And so they used that as leverage for Eric Swalwell to like go on

TV and launder all of their disinformation. Eric Swalwell is, of course, a compromised individual. This was the scene with Eric Swalwell disgracing himself on national TV, letting out all sorts of odious toxic fumes. And we're just talking about the lies he's spewing out of his mouth before he spews toxic fumes in another way. Watch. The evidence is uncontradicted that the president used taxpayer dollars to ask the Ukrainians to help him cheat an election. And the complaint that I've heard from... It'll never not be funny. Here's what's not funny. A very special list that we have put together here that shows you the impeachment evidence against Joe Biden and against Donald Trump. Now, you'll recall that Eric Swalwell went hard in the paint, not as hard as

he went with Fang Fang, but hard in the paint nonetheless against Donald Trump. Now, what evidence is in the Donald Trump column? This is a really important graphic, okay? Evidence. Democrat-affiliated whistleblower reported Trump wanted Biden corruption probe, and then they released a transcript that says Donald Trump talking with Zelensky going, hey, man, Joe Biden's dirty as hell. You should consider looking into this guy because what he did in Ukraine is wrong, which is true. And we've proved it. And we've played you the tapes. We've played you the clips. Now, here's what they have against Biden. Let's go ahead and check the other column.

The evidence against Biden. Again, they're impeaching Joe Biden for high crimes, misdemeanors, bribery, treason. All of part of a bribery scheme. IRS whistleblowers that, of course, reveal that Joe Biden was part of a bribery scheme. The big guy receives 10% from a communist Chinese linked deal that, of course, proves that he's part of a traitorous scheme with our enemies. Hunter's texts say that he kept 15% of his paycheck, along with emails that Joe Biden took half of his checks. Well, okay, there's bribery, treason. Hunter Biden's business dealings were illegal. That illegality spreads to Joe Biden. FBI undercover asset reported bribery scheme confirmed the big guy is Joe Biden. Uh-oh. Hunter Biden's business partner also confirmed the big guy is Joe. After Joe left VP office, Hunter's Burisma salary cut in half.

Not just cut in half, reduced down to zero by 2019, according to the feds. Eyewitness statements. More than 150 suspicious activity reports from U.S. banks. Joe Biden and Hunter Biden shared a bank account. Biden's two fake email aliases. Biden wrote a letter to Hunter's business partners thanking them. Biden vide two fake email aliases. Biden written, wrote a letter to Hunter's business partners thanking them. Biden videotaped confession. We played it in the cold open. Son of a bitch. He got fired. And we put in place someone who was solid, right? What happened to

that someone who was solid? They went to jail for corruption. It's true. Biden dining with Hunter's business partners and then lying about it. Obama administration not knowing Biden would demand Ukrainian prosecutors firing even the Obama administration, which, by the way, I'm not trying to simp for them. They are deeply evil. But this the the deaths to which the Biden corruption sunk even scared the Obama administration. There are multiple reports from Obama's State Department saying, what the hell is this? What is this family doing? How is Hunter serving on the board of Burisma in Ukraine? There were multiple big red flags that the State Department's like, what's going on with these guys? And of course, you and I both

know exactly what happened. This was the plum that was handed to Joe Biden after he decided that he wouldn't run against Hillary Clinton. There was supposed to be a bloodbath where Joe Biden runs against Hillary Clinton to run in 2016, and they were able to bribe Joe off and, of course, let him get away with it. That was the catch. You'd be able to do this forever. You'd be able to get all this money forever. You'd be able to do this uh forever you'd be able to get all this money forever you'd be able to sell the american public defraud us commit treason forever and nobody would ever hold you into account of course we stopped that with donald trump thank you ding biden helping hunters chinese business partners kids get into u.s colleges we have all the letters we have all documentation flight records that show hunter flew 411 times on government jets while Joe was VP. Why'd that happen?

Biden received kickbacks from University of Penn after school received 54 million in Chinese donations. Biden refuses to release records of his S-corps or bank statements during bribery scheme. So there's all the evidence stacked up, one versus the other. Yet Democrats are out here screaming from the rooftops about how innocent Joe Biden is. At the very least, at the very least, you deserve to have an investigation. At the very least, there's enough smoke that it's stinging the eyes. We must find where the fire is coming from. Daily Mail has a really good article today saying all the evidence Republicans compiled

against Hunter and Joe Biden's corruption culminating in a vote to formalize impeachment. So what has the what have the Republicans compiled? Just an absolute mountain, actually, of evidence. I love the fact that they have revealed that there was a three carat diamond handed to Hunter Biden. Where'd it go? There's photos of it. Where'd it go? Diamond the size of a fist handed to Hunter Biden by the communist Chinese. Where'd it go? It defies human nature. What George Orwell said in 1984 about the party is that they're going to ask you to deny your eyes and deny your ears. You're going to have to deny your own senses to understand what's happening around you. Do you believe that the communist Chinese are paying for nothing?

Do you get multi-millions from the communist Chinese? Have they ever wired you $5 million in the dark of night? What were they paying for? This is what all the bank statements say. Like, wait a second. We can't figure out all these suspicious activity reports. There's the diamond. What are these things? What are they buying? They're buying access. They're buying access to the American taxpayer dole. They're buying access to the printing presses for American dollars, and they're buying policies. They're buying insurance policies against our own American government. And this is what the Bidens were selling, ladies and gentlemen.

So yesterday, Hunter Biden went up to Capitol Hill and we covered it live and mulled and bitched and cried and whined, salty, salty, fake onion tears rolling down his face, saying that his father was not directly financially involved. OK, this I mean, this is not just moving the goalposts. This is getting a backhoe and ripping the goalposts up out of the ground and dragging them across the field into the next county. So we've gone from Hunter did nothing wrong to Joe Biden knows nothing to Joe Biden's not directly involved to Joe Biden's not directly financially involved. That is the new buckled up, tightened up, lawyeries speak for Hunter Biden. They rolled it all out yesterday on Capitol Hill. Watch. For six years, I have been the target

of the unrelenting Trump attack machine shouting, where's Hunter? Well, here's my answer. I am here. Let me state as clearly as I can. My father was not financially involved in my business, not as a practicing lawyer, not as a board member of Burisma, not in my partnership with a Chinese private businessman, not in my investments at home nor abroad, and certainly not as an artist. During my battle with addiction,

my parents were there for me. They literally saved my life. They helped me in ways that I will never be able to repay. Of course, they would never expect me to. And in the depths of my addiction, I was extremely irresponsible with my finances. But to suggest that as grounds for an impeachment inquiry is beyond the absurd.

Beyond the absurd. Yeah, okay, got it. They're scared. It's scared, finally. It, we're, like, we're winning. Know this, we're winning. We're not even getting, like, we haven't even gotten to what happened yesterday

with the January 6th cases. Like, expect, like, expect probably 80% of the January 6th cases to be thrown out. They've now stopped all the prosecution into Donald Trump. Do you have your eyes opened? We are winning. We have now taken ground. For the first time in my lifetime lifetime since the election of donald trump

like we are now finally taking ground back they're firing the presidents of ivy league schools now because of republican-led testimonies they're getting rid of dei and esg like like Bob Iger's out there being like we will no longer allow wokeness at Disney we're winning Bud Light is like groveling and like begging the UFC to like slap their branding on everything Hunter Biden is going up to Capitol Hill and crying oh baby and defying the subpoena, Hunter Biden said there's no evidence. But it's really easy to have the press lie on your behalf and to, of course,

never expose the American people to this kind of stuff. Hunter Biden, there's no evidence, please don't show me any evidence. I'm here to answer questions. And then he doesn't answer any questions. I'm here to testify that he doesn't testify. He runs away inside of his Secret Service hermetically sealed bubble. Here you go, Hunter. It's shameless. There's no evidence to support the allegations that my father was financially involved in my business because it did not happen. and their colleagues have distorted the facts by cherry picking lines from a bank statement, manipulating texts I sent, editing the testimony of my friends and former business partners, and misstating personal information that was stolen from me. There is no fairness or decency in what these Republicans are doing. They have lied over and over about every aspect of my personal and professional life,

so much so that their lies have become the false facts believed by too many people. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. There's no fairness. there's no decency in the republican hold on hold on hold on there's no decency in the republican party this guy's saying that we have no decency dude you you you slept with your sister-in-law once your brother died of brain cancer you swooped into sleep to you left your wife and kids and slept with your sister-in-law. Bagged your sister-in-law. Then you abandoned the kid you had with a stripper, denied it was yours. She had to take you to court to get alimony. Whilst you were paying $385,000 a year, which is the median price of a home in America on hookers and women who've been

sex trafficked, you were lying to your ex-wife over your own texts saying you had no money. You extorted your own employees for sex and nudes. We have the texts. When you couldn't pay their salaries, you extorted them. You are a sick, vile, reptilian human. Truly a rodent vermin is hunter biden the worst type of human being and you have the bloody cheek to go up on capitol hill and say republicans don't have decency you the man who crawled on your hands and knees to smoke carpet Parmesan off the floor at the same time that your father was bragging about locking up hundreds of thousands of young black men who did far less, a scintilla less than you. You had to have the Secret Service bust in your door in order to stop you from paying prostitutes with your father's credit card. The Secret Service had to show up to try and extort the records of a gun shop in order to try and hide the fact that you purchased a firearm while you were on drugs. Strung out of your mind. Got an argument and then discarded that firearm into a dumpster next to a high school. These are just some of just just off the top of my head. Some of the things that Hunter Biden is guilty of, the well goes much, much deeper. And this man goes to Capitol Hill and says that Jim Jordan and James Comer has no decency. Go ask Navy Joan Roberts that. Why is there a stocking hung for the dog at the White House, but not for Joe Biden's legitimate grandchild via Hunter Biden and his affair with a stripper. You're a child abandoning traitor to our nation who slept with your sister-in-law as soon as your brother died and have been a rodent, a parasite on your family's name.

And you deserve no sympathy. You get no points. May God have mercy on your soul. Hopefully Republicans won't. Jim Jordan yesterday saying, nope, we are going to hold Hunter Biden in contempt. You don't get to just make up the rules as you go along. You were subpoenaed today by Congress. You don't get to go hold a stunt and then run away. Here comes Jim Jordan, the man that Hunter Biden says is despicable. Your take, Jim Jordan, because you, along with Congressman Comer, put out the statement about Hunter failing to appear for the deposition and are now initiating contempt of Congress proceedings. Tell us what's going to happen next. Well, we'll do a report and then we'll then we'll mark it up, pass it through the committee,

and then it'll go to the full House. And I think, though, Sean, the big takeaways today were, number one, every single Republican voted to move forward with an impeachment inquiry and continue our oversight responsibility. Every single one. The conventional wisdom, oh, we can't get all Republicans. But a majority of the House is now on record in support of the investigation that we've been doing. Second is what you said in your opening line. Joe Biden went from no involvement to, oh, he participated in dinners and meetings and phone calls, but they were just talking about the weather to today. Hunter Biden saying my father had no financial involvement. That qualifier is huge. No financial involvement in the business. What a change. We would have loved to have Hunter Biden under oath in a deposition the way these investigations are supposed to work.

And the first question we would ask him is, who's the big guy? Who's the big guy, Mr. Biden? The confidential human source said it's Joe Biden in the 1023 form. Your partner said it's Joe Biden. Who's the big guy? And then what was on that call that you made from Dubai at the request of Burisma to get help from D.C. when you called your father? What did you ask him to do? Because we know what he went and did. What did you ask him to do on that phone call? Those are two important questions that I think the American people deserve to know about and the facts about. So there was only one question that was asked of Hunter Biden yesterday. Hunter Biden went on Capitol Hill and said, I am here. I can't do the

Hunter Biden impression because I don't have fake plastic teeth because I haven't done enough meth and cocaine to get those plastic teeth. Remember that photo of Hunter Biden with all of his teeth filed down to get those giant caps on? But that strange way that you talk when you have fake teeth? Hunter Biden goes, I'm here. I'm here to answer any question. And then he went off without answering any question. He literally ran away like a rat. Watch. Biden, was it worth it trying to sell the family name? Do you want President Biden to pardon you, sir? Is it worth it selling the family name? Move, move, move. Clear path, please.

Have you asked your father for a pardon? Mr. Biden, why aren't you talking to the committee today? How did you get into so much trouble? Run! Run! Hunter Biden defied a subpoena yesterday it's very curious here ladies and gentlemen because Joe Biden's on the record saying if you defy congress you must go to prison now of course this is when Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro defied congressional subpoenas you'd assume that this would once again apply to the Biden kids but it doesn't luckily we have the

tape go talking to you so much today you're not going to want to talk to me anymore congressional subpoenas on the january 6th committee i hope that the committee goes after them and uh holds them accountable do they get prosecuted by the Supreme Court? I do, yes. Do you support term limits for the Supreme Court? No. So Joe Biden's saying you got to lock them up. Saying you got to lock them up. Now, this follows a important series of events where Joe Biden says,

listen, if you're a traitor to our nation, you got to lock these guys up. If you do this, if you do enough crack, if you do remember the clip, if you do this, he literally holds up a quarter. He goes, if you do this much crack, if you're caught with this much crack, go to jail for five years. Judge doesn't have a choice, Joe Biden said. That doesn't apply to Hunter Biden. Joe Biden mules and bitches day and night about gun criminals in America, yet his son is one. No, doesn't even doesn't even mention it. I, I may I swear to you, I swear to you right here and now, this show will be putting resources into reporters in Washington, D.C. to ask these questions. Hey, President Biden, you talk a lot about gun criminals.

What about your son? What are you going to lock him up? Boom. And then just let him answer. It's as simple as simple as right. Hunter Biden scurrying around like a rat on Capitol Hill. Cringe Jean-Pierre was asked directly about this at the White House. Ladies and gentlemen, here is our cringe alert for the day. Cringe Jean-Pierre asked, is Joe OK with Hunter Biden defying the subpoena? Joe Biden's already said that people who defy congressional subpoenas need to go to jail. Let's listen. Is the president OK with his son defying a congressional subpoena? I'm just not going to get into specifics on that. I would have to refer you to the president's, not the president, but Hunter's personal representatives.

He's a private citizen. I'm just not going to get into it. Can you tell us when the last time the two of them spoke? I mean, I'm also not going to get into private conversation that the president has with his family we've been pretty consistent that's nothing new we're just not going to get into it from here so cringe shaken up she would normally have a slightly spicier uh less literate response there but couldn't even get joe biden's lawyer right couldn't even get the representatives straightened out correctly. Had to look at her notes. And I refer you to Joe Biden. I mean, Hunter Biden. I mean, some attorney. Let's go actually to Joe Biden's representative here.

There's a war room at the White House run by one of our favorites, a true triumph of medical science, a man who is the first human testicle hybrid named Ian Sams. Just him living and breathing today is a tribute to Pfizer and all that they are capable of. Ladies and gentlemen, the human testicle hybrid Ian Sams had this to say at the White House. We have really serious challenges and these House Republicans don't seem to be serious people. They're launching an impeachment inquiry based on lies with no evidence while jetting out of town and leaving Ukraine on the table. I mean, this is really frightening behavior and unserious behavior. Look, on the impeachment inquiry, you know, they've been investigating this president all year long. Actually, in fact, they've been investigating

this president for four years. The Senate Republicans, before he was even elected president, investigated these same allegations. And now, all year long, they've been probing and investigating and subpoenaing and doing all the things that they do to try to drum up some type of wrongdoing by President Biden to try to attack him and use politically. And over and over again, they found nothing after 100000 pages of documents, 40 hours of witness interviews. These are the things they've already gotten. And they haven't found a single shred of evidence of any wrongdoing by President Biden because there is no evidence of wrongdoing by President Biden. So as we move forward with this inquiry, whatever that is, they haven't really laid out exactly what they're trying to do here. We're going to keep pushing back and keep putting the facts out there for the American people to see that this is actually a baseless smear. Really, we're just so proud that Ian Sams could overcome the fact that he is a testicle hybrid. It was a

horrible accident that happened in the laboratory a long time ago. But again, a true tribute to medical science. And, you know, Godspeed, Ian Sams, truly. Somebody who we would love to have respond to this, Ian Sams, quote, Republicans are launching an impeachment inquiry based on lies with no evidence. Oh, man. I wonder what one of our favorites, Byron Donalds, has to say about that. I wonder what Representative Byron Donalds has to say. And luckily, we can find out right now because the congressman joins the show brawler byron donalds ian sams says you have no evidence and that you have launched this impeachment inquiry based on lies your response sir why would i respond to i Ian Sams? He's a joke. His job is to put out propaganda. His job is to spin. I don't respond to him. I'm telling the people the truth. Joe Biden used his son and

his brother to make millions of dollars overseas. They laundered it through 20 LLCs. We have the bank records for that. The banks themselves were so concerned about what was happening. They filed 170 suspicious activity reports. They were concerned about what was happening. They filed 170 suspicious activity reports. They were concerned about money laundering and tax evasion. We have those reports as well. And all of this was to get money to the big guy, a.k.a. Mr. 10 percent, a.k.a. Robert L. Peters, a.k.a. Joe Biden, the president of the United States. He used his office in a public corruption pay for play scheme. His brother and his son were operating as unregistered foreign agents, which is a violation of federal law. Joe Biden knows this and he allowed it to occur anyway. That makes him a

co-conspirator who took bribes from countries and companies around the world so he could use his office to basically influence Petal. Influence Petal. That's the case. Ian Sam says there's no proof. We have oodles of documents, records, text messages, emails, and bank transactions to demonstrate otherwise. What happens to Hunter Biden now? Because I've never seen somebody do this before. We've been covering politics for a long time. Come up there and hold a press conference on the Senate side, just in case something bad happened,

just in case you might have been walking by, Congressman, and then to say, I'm here to answer questions. I'm here, Chairman Comer, and then runs into his Secret Service-protected, hermetically-sealed bubble and speeds off. Well, the reason why he did it, a couple of things. The reason he did it on the Senate side is because if he was in the House triangle, you might have had two or three members walk over there and join the impromptu press conference.

And he didn't want to do that. So he wanted to go out there and make a statement. But listen, we've been very consistent in the House. This is not a House Republican thing. This is a House of Representatives things. If you're going to get it get if you're going to go sit in the open hearing as a witness, you get deposed before you sit as a witness. That's what happens. That's what the Democrats did. They did it with Don Jr. They did it with Ivanka. They've done it so many times. So what we're saying is Hunter Biden, why Biden, why don't you want to live by the same treatment? This is very, very simple stuff. But the problem is that when you're under oath,

you either have to plead the fifth or you have to tell the truth. Hunter Biden doesn't want to do that because if he told the truth, it would confirm what we already know, that his father knowingly let Hunter Biden go around the globe picking up bags of cash so Joe Biden could get a piece of the action. He wanted a cut. He wanted to cash in on all the influence he's built up being in politics for 50 years. Can you game theory this with me? You're a man who thinks ahead. What will happen next? So what's going to happen next is we're actually going to file um contempt of congress charges against hunter biden that's going to pass in the house um unfortunately i believe it's going to pass on a party line vote but that's what's going to occur

because he's in violation of a congressional subpoena now what's going to happen after that is the department of justice is going to look at the contempt of Congress and they're basically going to put it in a waste paper basket because the Department of Justice has been obstructing justice for the Biden family the entire time. So while they're trying to enforce it on Steve Bannon, they're not going to enforce it on Hunter Biden. And let me also say this. Steve Bannon actually worked in the administration. So there's an argument that there was executive privilege and he's not subject to a congressional subpoena. But Hunter Biden is not the part of the administration. He's a private citizen. He has a duty to respond to congressional subpoenas. But the Department of Justice will not prosecute. The reason why they won't prosecute that is because this is this is the same Department of Justice that tried to give Hunter Biden the sweetest deal known to man. They tried to bury Farah and tax evasion charges under a misdemeanor gun charge.

And the only reason that deal didn't go through is because a federal judge looked at it, actually read the deal and said, this is the craziest deal I've ever read. I'm not signing it. So I don't think anything's really going to happen but it's not going to deter us from continuing our investigations and actually getting to the nub of the matter of drafting articles of impeachment for joe biden what do the hearings look like when do those begin now that it's official and now that it's been you know officially uh crystallized in congress what what new teeth do you have? What new powers do you have? Will Hunter Biden actually comply? Well, now we have the ability to, I think the courts are

going to give us more latitude to enforce these subpoenas. We're all talking about Hunter Biden, but there are two DOJ officials that have been barred from the administration for testifying because they say that there's no impeachment inquiry. Well, that now changes. The former White House counsel is in defiance of a congressional subpoena. That person's now got to come in and testify. We have a series of other people, about six to eight other people that we do have to go and get depositions on.

When we compile all that information together, some might testify in open hearings, some may not. That's going to be to the determination of Jim Jordan and Jamie Comer. They'll make that determination. I think that when we're done with all of these transcribed interviews, I think we'll probably end up making the final decision on articles, maybe late January, early February, sometime around there. Eric Swalwell was seen yesterday helping Hunter Biden defy a subpoena. This seems like an obvious ethics breach in Congress. Will

something happen to Eric Swalwell? You know, that's a good question. I didn't really see Swalwell. I think I saw a clip of him over there, but I find it interesting that they used the guy that got kicked off of Intel because, you know, he was with the Chinese spy, Michael Cahn, on what he was doing, but he was. And that's the guy that's over there helping Hunter Biden get prepared for his press conference. Found that to be interesting. Maybe one of my colleagues will look into that. Yeah, that's right. I think that they could they could both serve on the Foreign Affairs Committee based on their extreme depth of knowledge. So we have a situation here where obviously they're trying to make they're trying to make fools of the Republican Party. And the administration is simply trying to say that you have nothing and we can do anything.

I don't think that dog's going to hunt. I mean, I know a number of I know you pretty well, Congressman. I know a number of the younger members of Congress and Jamie Comer and Jim Jordan are friends of the show. I just I don't think that they're dealing with the Mitt Romney Republican Party any longer. And this just isn't going to work. No, we're not going to stop. We're not going to be deterred. We're going to continue to do our work for the Bidens. If they think this is going away, they are fooling themselves. This is not going away. We know Joe took money. We know that Jim Biden, the president's brother and Hunter Biden

were selling influence across the globe. And there was only one piece of influence to sell. And that was Joe Biden. And the biggest thing overall, Benny, is, is the president compromised. We are now in two proxy fights around the globe. We know that the president's energy policy has been an abject disaster for us, but it is a boon to China because all these solar panels and all these wind turbines, the critical minerals to make them come from China. So is Joe Biden signing off our energy future to China just because he cashed in and has to repay the favors that were given to him through his son and through his brother? These are serious questions that the American people need answers to. And finally, and I'm going to restate, Joe Biden knew that his brother and his son

were acting as foreign agents, foreign lobbyists, and they did not register. That is a violation of federal law. Paul Manafort was thrown in jail by the Department of Justice for this very thing because they wanted Paul Manafort to flip on Trump. And that's why they went after him and threw him in jail. It's the same thing. So you have to understand that the sitting president, knowing

that his brother and his son are overseas doing his stuff, that makes you a co-conspirator. And they were definitely taking bribe money. So I think the case is clear. We're going to do our final work here, our final interviews to make that point. So Burisma, man, that's the best money ever spent. I mean, look, look at how much now how much we've shoveled into Ukraine will. What do you make? What do you make of these tax filing documents where you see that Hunter Biden was being paid a million bucks while Joe Biden was VP and then suddenly nothing when Donald Trump by 2019, they had cut his salary to zero when Donald Trump was elected. How how do you possibly explain that?

Because Joe Biden wasn't in office and there was no more influence to peddle and they didn't think Joe Biden was coming back. That was the other thing. One of the reasons why you see those payments go down is because go back in time around 2019. They didn't think Joe Biden was going to be president. Nobody did. So that's why those payments went to zero. I think the most interesting thing is, is that if the laptop, you know, the Russian laptop that was Hunter's, if that laptop was not discovered, they would be doing the same thing right now. And this is important for the American people to understand. They would be around the globe shaking down these foreign interests, getting money in the back door. Robert L. Peters, through his fictitious email, would approve what was going on. And they would have been making millions and millions of dollars selling influence while being in the

White House. What Joe Biden is doing right now is he's having to pay back favors for all that time. He's got to do that. I believe he's compromised. And this is why he should no longer be president of the United States, among other reasons, because there's other reasons as well. But these are the ones that delve directly with impeachment articles and impeachment procedures that the House of Representatives is empowered to bring. So final question for you. Again, a man who thinks through things and game theories a lot. What happens? Does Joe Biden pardon his son and then say, well, I'm done here? Does he push it through to 2024? You have some people on the right, myself included, being like, please, please, God,

don't take this man off the ballot. This is one of the best things that's ever happened to a Republican Party. What's the final endpoint here, Congressman? So what I think is going to happen is, is that the Department of Justice, their charges against Hunter Biden, they're going to meander through the justice system. I don't think you're going to have David Weiss looking to move the start of the trial next month the same way that Jack Smith is trying to do to donald trump they're going to slow walk this entire trial and then in the lame duck session of congress after joe biden loses the white house to donald trump i think he's going to go ahead and pardon his son and they're going to walk off into the sunset i truly believe that's what's going to happen wow well we we we hope that you don't let them get away with it um

When you can put somebody in jail for saying that, the American people who automatically, who by nature don't trust their government, begins to say, wait a second, this rigged system that I've been thinking about in the back of my head, maybe I should take action against that. And maybe the person that they're trying to rig the system against, Donald Trump, well, maybe that guy is going to be the bull that I need to destroy the China shop. And that's what you're seeing there in this polling result. Because what you'll notice here, and it's final time I'll talk about this, what you'll notice here is that Joe Biden's trend line is effectively, the median is effectively a straight line across the chart.

That's it. Boom. And that Donald Trump's actually gaining support, gaining voters, bringing new people in. That's what that giant jump upward is. There's a direct result of the Biden administration going directly after their lead opponent, criminalizing political thought and criminalizing political activism in order to try and create their tyranny state here in this country. And it just doesn't fly. Thank God, because we have it hard-coded into our DNA. That it shouldn't. And this isn't allowed here.

Yesterday, a judge dramatically paused Trump's January 6th election interference trial during his presidential immunity appeal. And potentially pushes the start date later than March 4th. You'd have to assume that this won't happen before the 2024 election. This, of course is going to have massive ramifications for january sixers peaceful protesters who were put in prison for decades on these same charges there's only one person of course that we would trust to come on the show and explain all this to us. The great Julie Kelly joins now. I know that you have you are very busy today and you are traveling. So thank you for joining us.

Just you're the only person that we trust on this. The audience knows and loves you. What happened yesterday? How monumental is this decision by the judge? It is huge. There were two, as you were explaining, two major developments yesterday. One is the Supreme Court agreeing to take up and review DOJ's use of obstruction of an official proceeding, the 1612c2 statute that was passed in the wake of the Enron Arthur Anderson accounting scandal that DOJ has weaponized to target more than 300 January 6th defendants and Donald Trump. This charge represents half of special counsel Jack Smith's indictment against Donald Trump. Two of the four counts are tied to 1512 C2. This is very bad news for Jackville. It's a decision we've

been waiting for. And everyone feels pretty certain that the Supreme Court is going to overturn how DOJ has misinterpreted, intentionally misinterpreted the language in that statute to apply to people who were somehow disrupting Congress that day. So that was the first blow. The second blow was Judge Chutkin finally admitting that because this is an immunity issue and Donald Trump is appealing her ruling denying him presidential immunity from prosecution, that because it's an immunity matter, all of the pretrial deadlines are automatically suspended. Now, you've got deadlines even this

week. You've got jury selection really beginning after the first of the year. You have what's called eliminate motions, which are motions that go back and forth to discuss what evidence or witnesses can be presented to the jury. So things were really going to pick up after the first of the year. All of that has been halted. So there's no way the March 4th trial date can proceed, even if it's bumped up a month or so. They're getting into really even more dangerous territory as that gets closer and closer to when we presume Donald Trump will be accepting the Republican nomination for president. So as I

tweeted yesterday, Jack Smith had a very bad day, which means the rest of us, the country and, you know, justice finally prevailed and had a good day. What would be the result for Jay6ers who were locked up, some of them on differing, obviously on some differing charges, but based on this charge alone, what would be the result? I mean, do they get, are they now freed? You know, Benny, I was getting a mixed bag of results texts yesterday. Some people texted me that they were crying in relief. As I said, this is a day so many have been waiting for.

Others were very angry and heartbroken because they had spent years in prison convicted or taking plea deals on this 1512 C2 count. You have the case of Matthew Parna, who after finding out that the DOJ was going to ask for years in prison after he pleaded guilty to this count, hanged himself in his garage in February of 2022. His family can't get his life back. The human wreckage left in the wake of this vengeful, bloodthirsty DOJ to throw people in prison on nonviolent charges like obstruction that they intentionally bastardized so they could turn these people into felons, take away their right to vote, take away their firearms, brand them as felons for the rest of their lives. And now there is a very high chance the Supreme Court is going to really scold the DOJ and 15 D.C. District Court judges who refused to dismiss this count, even though

the new DOJ was abusing it. Only one judge, Carl Nichols, dismissed this count against three defendants. And that's how it got to the Supreme Court. The DOJ appealed his dismissing of this count. So this is going to be such a black eye for the DOJ and the federal bench in Washington, D.C., who knew that the statute was being misinterpreted and abused so they could rack up felony counts against J6. There's really a disgraceful scandal that I hope people will pay for. People need to lose their jobs for what they've done to these individuals.

Yes, yes. And as you noted, some on the other side have lost their own lives. And it is a human tragedy and carnage that we mustn't ever forget. And Republicans should, at the very least, in my estimation, ensure that there is no district court. Washington, D.C. is not a state. There should not be a federal court there. This is not, it was never designed to be some type of vector to which you can entrap people.

And then you could charge them inside this like hyper-partisan uh gulag and it's just wild it's just wild distortion wild unbelievable distortion along with what they're doing with donald trump so what happens game theory with me julie what happens if two of the charts so half of jack smith's charges are now dead if if this goes uh if this spins the correct way, what happens then? Yes. I mean, this is how these legal matters are colliding. And this is why Jack Smith is going to have some serious decisions to make because they granted cert yesterday, which means they accepted this petition to review the appellate court ruling, which was very muddled. That's what the Supreme Court does. They are going to probably hold oral arguments in

March or April around the same time they still think Donald Trump can go to trial. Then a decision should be rendered in June when the term ends, which would be around the same time Judge Chutkin would be preparing to sentence Donald Trump if he was convicted on these charges. So this is really uncharted, as you know, legal territory. But the ball is really in Jack Smith's court right now. Does he dismiss those two counts and then file a superseding indictment with other charges, say seditious conspiracy? That would automatically move the trial date back. He would have an excuse then for doing it. They would still try to rush this trial, maybe April or May.

So at least the 1512 C2 counts would be removed from his indictment and he could pursue other charges. So that's an option. Does he roll the dice and just think the Supreme Court won't overturn how DOJ has applying it? He knows, though, and I'll tell you why he knows. Because in the Department of Justice, Matthew Graves, the D.C. U.S. attorney, that also should be shut down and defunded. We don't need a criminal prosecutor in Washington who's rounding up Americans. He has not charged anyone with obstruction in months because they knew this was coming. So that's why who knows what

Jack Smith is going to do right now. But the March 4th trial date, for all intents and purposes, is dead. And we're just going to sit by and see what Jack Smith does next. Wow. They're demanding. I mean, final question for you. It seems like Jack Smith is going to the Supreme Court on Donald Trump's immunity declaration, and the court is granting that. And I saw you posting about it. I mean, you get so much of this information from your ex-fee, and everyone must follow Julie Kelly, of course. Can you just give us an update on that? It seems like there are a number of conflicting cases that are really building and coming to a head right now at the feet of the Supreme Court.

So, you know, this Smith took even described as an extraordinary step to bypass the appellate court, which would be considering Donald Trump's appeal on this immunity issue. He wants to bypass the appellate court because that could take months to settle and ask the Supreme Court to grant his petition to take up the immunity issue before the appellate court does. The Supreme Court came back within a matter of hours and asked Trump's team to respond to Jack Smith's petition asking to bypass, asking for an emergency sort of order on this. The Supreme Court did not grant cert. So the Supreme Court did not say, yes, we are going to take this up right now. We are going to bypass the appellate court. They just want a response from Donald Trump's team as to Jack Smith's petition. I have this on my subsect declassified with Julie Kelly,

anyone wants sort of, I know it's a lot to throw at people, but sort of like synthesizes what's going on. So Donald Trump's lawyers have to respond by Wednesday, the 20th. Obviously, they're going to oppose this petition to expedite this directly to the Supreme Court. Then the Supreme Court will decide what they're going to do. If they grant cert, you're still talking kind of maybe the same schedule as the 1512 issue where oral arguments will happen in the spring and a decision quicker probably than that because they're asking for this expedited schedule. They've also covered their bases and asked for an expedited schedule at the appellate court.

But that deadline now they set yesterday, that's bumped into January as well. So this March 4th trial date is a facade. It's not gonna happen. It never should have. I have to remind people that Judge Chuck Kinn, she cut in half, less than half, the typical J6 case between indictment and trial. Usually goes 14,

18, some cases last two years before they go to trial. She set a seven-month window because that's what Jack Smith wanted. They created this crisis and now they are suffering the consequences for what for this expedited trial calendar that now is suspended. After their boat sunk, after the Titanic sinks, the Titanic being Hillary Clinton, after the Titanic sinks, they are the ones who are clinging to the broken doorknob floating in the ocean. Donald Trump colluded with Vladimir Putin to win the election. They still can't say it. They can't say it. They can't bring themselves to say live on air that Hunter Biden's laptop is real. And so you've got to actually call them out on it. This is called truth and reconciliation.

You can't have a country where we don't have, at the very least, shared facts. We can have a bunch of different opinions. We need shared facts that we all agree with. Okay. Hillary Clinton's a monster. She killed Jeffrey Epstein.
