It is important to start at the beginning. The executive power shall be vested in the president of the United States of America. He shall hold the office during the term of four years and together with the vice president chosen at the same term to be elected. That is what the Constitution, Article 2, Section 1 says about the presidency.

The president shall have, go back. The president shall have the power vested. The executive is held within the presidential office. The man or woman that occupies the office as written via the constitution is the supreme executive power. This is critically important as it pertains to what is going on with Donald Trump and the illegality and unconstitutionality of it. Let us continue. The fourth amendment, unreasonable search and seizures. It must be written in this manner because the constitution is written in a specific manner to prevent what happened to Donald Trump from ever happening to an American. At the time, the crown would issue writs, warrants,

and basic searches of any property and premises. The crown would have red coats as it were, or their agents at that time, the British crown marching into your home with a simple sheet of paper, one slip of paper, boom, that's all they would need. A general warrant is what they called it. A general warrant is simply a signatory from an executive or governing order saying, hey, we want to search your premises. This is why the Constitution was written and why the Fourth Amendment exists, in order to bar and ban general warrants and basic writs from the power structures that be. Let's jump in. What does the Fourth Amendment say? The right of the people to secure in their persons, houses, papers, that's important,

and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated and no warrants shall issue but upon probable cause supported by an oath or affirmation and particularly describing the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the reason the fourth amendment exists because the founders of our nation would have agents of the government storm through their doors

in order to take anything inside of their home. The warrant process in America is finite and definitive and is extremely judicious and narrow. You are not allowed to burst into someone's home and to rummage through it. The reason why is because the founders had that happen to them. And then any piece of paper, any parchment, any bullet, any weapon, any knife, any pamphlet could be used to put them in prison forever. This is why the fourth amendment exists and why it is non-violatable in this circumstance. The warrant issued by the judge in Mar-a-Lago is a general warrant. Read it for yourselves. It says we can search and seize anything in Donald Trump's documents pertaining to his time

as president from the date he was sworn in with his hand in the Bible to the end of his term, to his last day in office. That is not a narrow warrant. Merrick Garland got up and lied to you. Narrow in scope is what Merrick Garland said as they violated the executive power of the office of the presidency. The office of the presidency is embedded into one man, and that man for the last four years was Donald Trump. Donald Trump has the right to declassify any document. Donald Trump tweeted in October of 2020

that he is going to declassify all documents that have to do with the political crime, and I quote from the tweet, of the Russia hoax. Why do they want him off Twitter? As of June 3rd, when the FBI officials and the Department of Justice had visited Mar-a-Lago to serve a grand jury subpoena for specific documents, these negotiations were cordial, according to this article, and presumably FBI agents and DOJ officials that knew about it. In the course of its investigation, the FBI and the Justice Department became aware of Donald Trump's private collection.

Two U.S. officials with direct knowledge of the situation tell Newsweek that while some of the intelligence documents may have dealt with nuclear weapons lie, because you know, if it was true, it would already have leaked. That was not the main focus. Read between the lines. Donald Trump kept documents of interest to him. The officials say sometimes Iran and North Korea, but Ukraine and foreign leaders were also included in these stash of Trump's private documents. It wasn't the subject matter per se that was of interest to the Justice Department.

The U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson in Washington, D.C. rejected Judicial Watch's suit by concluding there was no provision in the Presidential Records Act to force the National Archives to seize records from a former president. Correction under the statutory scheme established by the presidential records act, the decision to segregate personal materials from the presidential records is made by the president during the president's term and in his sole discretion. This was written in 2012. This decision was never appealed or overturned. So it is standing law that there is absolutely nothing that could compel the National Archives to go into someone's personal effects and to take their personal property, a former president.

Since the president is completely entrusted with the management and even the disposal of the presidential records during his time in office, it would be difficult for this court to conclude that Congress intended that he would be or have less authority to do what he pleases. And what is considered to be his personal records. Ladies and gentlemen. They went after Donald Trump's personal declassified records that he was holding. The case law defends Donald Trump. The case law defended Bill Clinton.

This is an appealed case. This case didn't make its way to the Supreme Court. This case stands right now. This is the standing law of the land that the National Archives has no right to force into a president's private quarters and to take his private documents. The Fourth Amendment proves that there is no right. Under any constitutional law for large writ general warrants, which is what they used here to search Donald Trump's effects. And the second article of the Constitution states that Donald Trump is the sole chief executive and that all classification power, all power exudes from the sole executive elected when it was originally written by the

Senate, now by the people of Donald Trump's property. This is a fishing expedition to go after the documents that Donald Trump had that exonerated him and implicated Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden, yes, Joe Biden, in the spying on his campaign and the promotion and fomentation of the Russiagate hoax, when they knew damn well that this Russiagate hoax was concocted by the DNC and Hillary Clinton's campaign, they went along with it and they're doing it again right now. What has Jim Jordan told Breitbart? He says that 14 whistleblowers have spoken to his office about the way the FBI is conducting itself. It started when we realized that the FBI was taking counterterrorism measures to investigate parents who it deemed as a threat. They were treating parents as domestic terrorists. These are what the whistleblowers began to tell his office in March of 2022. They raised questions about the progress and extent to which the FBI's investigation of two pipe bombs that the FBI said were placed at the RNC and the DNC the night before the January 6th Capitol riot. Wow, this is getting deep.

In May 2022, Jordan cited several whistleblowers who had contacted the office, claiming that the FBI was retaliating against agents who engaged in protected First Amendment activity. Jordan, who has served on the Judiciary Committee since he joined Congress in 2017, said that it is truly not something I've ever seen before where you have this many people, all FBI agents coming to us as whistleblowers. Jim Jordan says they come to us in the minority. Remember, the Republicans have no power. They're not in charge of committees right now. They can't call witnesses. They can't call hearings. They can't do anything. We must change it in November. And we will. We will get to what

to be the next senator in a must-win race. This, according to Breitbart.com, first poll post-Mar-a-Lago raid shows J.D. Vance Republicans have overtaken Democrats. In the first poll since the unprecedented Mar-a-Lago raid, Emerson College says that J.D. Vance is surging in the Buckeye state. Vance leads Ryan by three points in the most recent Emerson College poll. The poll found at least 45 percent of the 925 general election voters would vote for Vance, over 42 percent for Ryan. There were also four percent that said they'd vote for someone else. In fact, when the voters were asked regardless of who they support, which candidate would win, the majority of responders said Vance would win. Republicans

She would also be the only black Republican woman in Congress if elected. Green is seeking Speaker Pelosi's tear up of the state of the union address on national TV on February 4th, 2020, as ultimately what led her to the race. You remember this clip. This is the clip. Talk about backfire, man, backfire, backfire,

backfire. Wiley coyote, Looney tunes, open up the Acme box, set up the cannon. And you're the guy who gets the cannon backfiring right in your face. This is the backfire that led to this candidate running for office. Nancy Pelosi,

ripping up the speech. Thank you very much. Man, it spawned a thousand memes. It spawned a million memes. Nancy Pelosi tearing up that speech. The backfire, the perniciousness, the malevolence, the sickness of these people, the hubris. And what does the Bible say? Pride cometh before destruction. Green said, I saw her tear up the State of the Union speech and said, I will only listen to you if I have the same views as I do. In addition, the Cook Political Report, the University of Virginia Center for Politics, changed Greene's race to lean Democrat to toss up.
