I'm here today to acknowledge that I've made mistakes in my life. I've wasted opportunities and privileges of my support. For that, I am responsible.

For that, I am accountable. And for that, I am making amends. But I'm also here today to correct how the MAG rights have betrayed me for their political purposes. I am first and foremost a son, father, brother, and a husband from a loving and supportive family. I'm proud to have earned degrees from Georgetown University, a law school. I'm proud of my earned degrees from Georgetown University, to be a law school.

I'm proud of my legal career, business career. I'm proud of my time here for a dozen different boards and directors. And I'm proud of my efforts to support local business relations. For six years, MAGA Republicans, including members of the House committees who are in a closed-door session right now, have impugned my character, invaded my privacy, attacked my wife, my children, my family, and my friends. They have ridiculed my struggle with addiction, have impugned my character, invaded my privacy, attacked my wife, my children, my family, and my friends. They have ridiculed my struggle with addiction, they have belittled my recovery, and they

have tried to dehumanize me me all to embarrass and damage my father who has devoted his entire public life to service for six years i have been the target of the unrelenting trump attack machine shouting where's hunter well here's my answer. I am here. Let me state as clearly as I can. My father was not financially involved in my business, not as a practicing lawyer, not as a board member of Burisma, not in my partnership with a Chinese private businessman, not in my investments at home nor abroad, and certainly not as an artist.

During my battle with addiction, my parents were there for me. They literally saved my life. They helped me in ways that I will never be able to repay. Of course they would never expect me to. And in the depths of my addiction, I was extremely irresponsible with my finances. But to suggest that as grounds for an impeachment inquiry is beyond the absurd. It's shameless. There is no evidence to support the allegations

that my father was financially involved in my business because it did not happen. James Comer, Jim Jordan, Jason Smith, and their colleagues have distorted the facts by cherry-picking lines from a bank statement, manipulating texts I sent, editing the testimony of my friends and former business partners, and misstating personal information that was stolen from me. There is no fairness or decency in what these Republicans are doing.

They have lied over and over about every aspect of my personal and professional life. So much so that their lies have become the false facts believed by too many people. No matter how many times it is debunked, they continue to insist that my father's support of Ukraine against Russia is the result of a non-existent bribe. They displayed naked photos of me during an oversight hearing. And they have taken the light of my dad's love, the light of my dad's love for me, and presented it as darkness. They have no shame.

These same committee chairmen have engaged in unprecedented political interference in what would have already been a five-year investigation of me. Yet here I am, Mr. Chairman, taking up your offer when you said we can bring these people in for depositions or committee hearings, whichever they choose. Well, I've chosen. I am here to testify at a public hearing today to answer any of the committee's legitimate questions. Republicans do not want an open process where Americans can see their tactics, expose their baseless inquiry, or hear what I have to say.

What are they afraid of? I'm here. I'm ready. Mr. Biden, why not testify now, sir? Why not testify? And then he takes no questions. I'm here. I'm ready. I want to testify. And then he ditches Republicans. He leaves Capitol Hill with his little bubble of secret service. Hunter Biden says, I'm ready to testify.

I'm here. I'm ready. You showed naked photos of me at a congressional hearing. We'll get to that in just one second because we got the clips. Well, I just can't believe what I just witnessed. So Hunter Biden refused his subpoena, refused his congressional oversight, the responsibilities of Republicans, of course, to hold congressional oversight. Hunter Biden didn't do what Don Jr. and Eric Trump did for nine, 10, 12 hours on end. We know Don Jr. We know Eric Trump. Don Jr. suffered a nine-hour deposition run by Adam Schiff. Hunter Biden held a press conference. You just saw it there in total

and then fled Capitol Hill, ran away. Members of the committee are now demanding, screaming for Hunter Biden to be held in contempt. There is going to be an impeachment vote today to formalize the impeachment process for Republicans. This is going to happen in a few hours. Mike Johnson has already got it scheduled. This is not going to help. This is going to hurt hunter biden is already getting destroyed inside the halls of congress as soon as hunter biden decided to flee capitol hill to run from republicans the republican leaders james comer and jim jordan held their own press conference outside of the hearing committee room every member of congress was sitting there waiting to go a little placard with hunter biden's name on it inside the committee room. Now Republicans are saying they will push forward with contempt charges for Hunter Biden. And what's Merrick Garland going to do? What will Merrick Garland do? Say that Steve Bannon must go to prison and then for the exact same crime, Hunter Biden gets to skate? Oh, baby. Oh, baby. Here we go. Here's a Republican's response in full. This has been a serious, credible, transparent investigation from day one. We've published four bank memorandums. We've had countless press conferences. This is an investigation about public corruption at the highest level. We have accumulated mountains of evidence that's concerning to an overwhelming majority

of Americans. We have specific questions in there, and I think we're going to allow you in there to see the piles and piles of documents, of bank statements, of emails, of text messages that we've worked very hard on in this committee over the last eight or nine months. We expect to depose the president's son, and then we'll be more than happy to have a public hearing with him. With that, I'll turn it over to Chairman Jordan. Well, I would just echo what the chairman said. You know, we're disappointed that he didn't show up.

I mean, he was just across the way at the Capitol. You think you could come here and set the question. You do it in an open format now. You're going to get filibusters. You're going to get speeches. You're going to get all kinds of things. What we want is the facts. And the way you get the facts in every single investigation I've been involved in is you bring people in for an interview behind

closed doors where you can get those facts. And then, as the chairman said, we'd love for him to come public. Finally, I would say this. Mr. Biden's counsel and the White House have both argued that the reason he couldn't come for a deposition was because there wasn't a formal vote for an impeachment inquiry. in the House to say we are in an official impeachment inquiry phase of our oversight. And when that happens, we'll see what their excuse is then. They should have been here today, but once we take that vote, we expect him to come in for his interview, for his deposition. And frankly, we'll also, I think, look at contempt proceedings as we move forward. With that, we'll take your question. Why not just call his bluff? He's here and he's obviously not wanting to sit for a deposition. This could be one chance you get to hear from him. Why not just call his bluff and see if he's willing to sit? Because there's a way you do investigations and where you're not.

Everyone I've been involved with, from clear back to the IRS targeting conservatives, to Benghazi, to the impeachment people, everyone, you do it in a way where they come in for private. This is what the Democrats did. Don Jr. had to testify twice in a deposition setting, two different committees, but oh, somehow that doesn't apply to the Biden family.

That's not how it works in our country. It's supposed to be equal treatment, the same treatment under the law. Joe Biden says that his father had no involvement in his business dealings, period. How do you respond? That's not what Devin Archer said. There was telephone calls, meetings, dinners, you name it. We know what happened with Burisma in Ukraine in that December 4th through December 9th timeframe, where Joe Biden goes and leverages conditions that American tax money on the firing of the prosecutor who was looking in to the executives of the very company Hunter Biden was on the board of. We know those facts.

Remember, Joe Biden said he never met with any of these people or talked to any of these people. That was the narrative before we began this investigation. Now we know he met with and talked to every single one of them. So the president hasn't been honest about his associations with these people who have been wiring millions and millions of dollars to Hunter Biden and the Biden family. Look, I think every American has a simple question. What did the Bidens do to receive the tens of millions of dollars from our enemies around the world? Yes. That's a simple question. Chairman Comer, do you acknowledge that you haven't answered that question, that you found no evidence of wrongdoing or criminal conduct? We found some very serious evidence that, look at the checks. There's two checks to Joe Biden.

The money to give Joe Biden was through influence peddling. One was through the American loan repayments that we all saw. We showed you the loan documents. You don't understand loan documents, I do. Okay. If I wrote you, if you pay me back $240,000 for a loan repayment, I should have a check going to you. You're accusing Joe Biden's attorneys of inventing- The law firm that represented all the shell companies. That represented all the shell companies. You think those lawyers have- What do you think?

You're defending them. I mean, you're acting as a- That's a very serious crime to- Are you positive that that money came from Joe Biden? You bring it? Are you positive? Look, we have a lot of questions. Next question.

Are you going forward with contempt? I'll let you. There's a process you have to follow. You have to file a report. So we will begin looking at that. Both the lawyers for the oversight committee, the lawyers for the judiciary committee will move in that direction.

But look, Congress asked you to come. You're supposed to come and testify. Devin Archer, thank you. Last thing, we also found checks from one of Hunter Biden's shell companies that were going into an account for Joe Biden. They said that was a loan repayment. Everything is a loan repayment. But the President wanted Hunter Biden to have an opportunity and deposition to come in and

explain. Chairman, that was immortalized in emails that you guys leaked from Hunter Biden's laptop. I would like to ask Hunter Biden about the violation. Sex trafficking women across the state. Thank you all very much. Thank you. That would have been a good question. You don't seem to care about that. Thank you.

Who will be up there to simply ask, not to harass, not to yell or use ad hominem attacks or pejoratives, but to simply ask Democrats the same style of questions that Republicans get asked in these situations. Do you see how it works? This is so important. Democrats are caught dead to rights on a crime. They manufacture, they create the

wrap-up smear, right, where they accuse Republicans to do the same crime or create and manufacture a fake explanation for their crime. I never had sex with that woman, says Bill Clinton, time and time again, directly down the barrel of the cameras. The same thing is happening right now. And I'm being told by my producer that james comer and jim jordan just had another press conference a more formal one and that they made big announcements we are getting those clips clipped up right now but i'll tell you what so that was an informal press conference obviously that was just a gaggle in the hallway this is the cancer at the root of why washington D.C. is so evil. Did you hear that they're moving two major sports teams out of Washington, D.C. because the city is in total and

complete collapse? Washington, D.C. is a cancer on the body politic of America, and it is because of the institutions that fund corporate media reporters. I don't know who that reporter was, but you see how the reporters are the mouthpieces for power. The reporters are no longer people who fight on behalf of the American public. They are mouthpieces for power. They will defend the Bidens, the deep state, the cancerous state.

They will defend Washington, D.C. at all costs because they're getting paid by the overlords who like the systems of corruption as they sit. And the reporters are the attack dogs that go after the Republicans. It was just a law repayment. And then it puts Jamie Comer on the defensive. Now, Marjorie Taylor Greene had the right instinct there to look that reporter, that female reporter in the eye and go, what about the sex trafficking that the Bidens did? Do you defend that? There's a lot of breaking news coming out of Capitol Hill right now. Again, the Republicans are previewing their impeachment vote on formalizing the

impeachment of Joe Biden. So that gives full teeth and power to the committees. Now, ladies and gentlemen, we have all this breaking news coming in. This is the response from Democrats. It's shorter, but you deserve to hear Democrats walked out of the committee room. Of course, committees are made up of half Democrats, half Republicans chaired by whoever is the majority party Republicans. But the Democrats walked out and did their own gaggle. This is where I make a solemn promise to you. a credentialed reporter in the year 2024 to stand in these gaggles and to ask questions respectfully, not to scream, not to throw pies, but to ask questions based on fact so that Democrats feel that same pressure. Here is Jamie Ratskin having the Democrat response to this.

We'll see if he craps himself on live TV like Eric Swalwell, who's standing behind him, also standing behind Hunter Biden in that clip. Looks very creepily. Ladies and gentlemen, don't ever let Eric Swalwell stand behind you or in front of you. You may pass out. Jamie Ratskins, full defense of Hunter Biden being a no-show for congressional oversight. I'm going to love to hear this. Let's watch. The last 11 months, but we are in a remarkable juncture for the U.S. House of Representatives because this is an impeachment inquiry where no one has been able to define what criminal or constitutional offense they're looking for. We don't know what the crime is. You know, the mysteries are called a whodunit because it starts with the crime and then you try to determine who committed it.

This is more like a what is it, not a whodunit. We don't know what the crime is. There are thousands and thousands of pages of evidence, but all of the evidence demonstrates beyond any reasonable doubt that President Joe Biden is not guilty of any impeachable offense that we can determine. And with that, I'm going to call on my colleagues to come up and we'll take turns between oversight and judiciary. But perhaps I can start with the vice ranking member of the Oversight Committee and then we'll go over to judiciary. The ranking member laid out what's happening here quite clearly. Republicans do not have a case. And let's also remind everybody that this impeachment inquiry by the Republican Party has already begun in a public forum. They launched an impeachment inquiry without a House floor vote already.

And their own witness, the only Republican witness said that there are from what he has seen, there are not grounds for an impeachment inquiry or rather, frankly, impeachment in general of President Biden. But that has not deterred the Republican side from continuing to try to force through a completely groundless and unsubstantiated. I won't even call it an investigation. I'll just call it an exercise in futility. What we've seen from this deposition, Chairman Comer himself told Hunter Biden, you choose, whichever you choose, come in public and come in private. Hunter Biden, in an attempt to clear his name from what has been happening publicly, has stated that he is willing to testify to the public. But because the Republican investigation has been debunked,

exposed, and consistently covered and exposed as having falsehoods, they decided that they will take back and rescind their offer of a public investigation. So this is going to go on now with a parade of Democrats at the microphone. then we can anticipate Republicans at some point too. What card James Comer plays next is really the next. Okay, let's put up that photo of AOC. I see we got this ready. This is the face of congressional genius. This is the face of the Democrat party moving forward.

Are you prepared? Democrats, this is your prosecutor. This is your intellectual carving knife right here. Yes, yes, ladies and gentlemen, fear and trust stand and trem and tremble. That's great. Socialist AOC. Yes, indeed. Somebody who said that unemployment is low during the Trump years because everyone had two jobs. Got it. This is AOC. center in her district only to live literally inside of a Whole Foods and drive a Tesla. Somebody wishes to investigate Elon Musk whilst driving a Tesla. Hates Amazon while living inside of a building while living above a Whole Foods. Got it. This is your intellectual powerhouse. Prepare. Republicans tremble in fear. AOC is coming for you. Okay. So there was a new, more formal press conference that was held. I don't think anyone was prepared for this. And as we were getting information coming in right now from our Republican friends on the Hill, and again, we will be joined by Wesley Hunt, a Republican from Texas, soon member of Congress. We're working on getting a multiple other members of Congress on the show.

Obviously, we're going to show you what Hunter Biden was so upset about, Hunter Biden mewling and complaining, bitching and whining, that the crimes that were on his laptop that he documented, presumably just by strapping a GoPro to himself and committing every crime, like 200,000 felonies. Well, actually, what does Marco Polo say? Something like 450 felonies committed on Hunter Biden's laptop. Hunter's upset that you noticed. Remember, the crime is noticing. You're not allowed to notice these things. Well, Jamie Comer's noticing.

Here's what Jamie Comer said at the more formal press conference that just happened. Ladies and gentlemen, let's go. You feel like you've seen him now. I've said all along, I think the evidence is compelling, but we still need to talk to Mr. Schwerin, Mr. Walker, Mr. Bobulinski, Kevin Morris, Jim Biden, Hunter Biden. We need to talk to the two individuals who are part of Blue Star Strategies, Sally Painter and Ms. Tramitano. So those are people we need to talk to. We think with the vote this afternoon, we get those

individuals in in a more timely fashion, and we get the documents we want. And I would still go back to this. One hour ago, I think the biggest takeaway was the statement from Mr. Biden, where he said my father was not financially involved in the business. That is a huge change, which means it sort of means he's involved. I think that's how anyone with common sense would read it. He's been involved, just not financially. That is a huge departure from everything they've said now for the last three and a half years. So as the chairman pointed out, the White House's story has changed multiple times. The Justice Department story has changed multiple times on how they handle this investigation. But the story that hasn't changed, the testimony that has been consistent and stood up to cross-examination is the two whistleblowers.

Ladies and gentlemen, now that the evidence is stacking against the Bidens and they have changed their story once again, and we're going to get into it. We have all the clips pulled. We are a library of what Democrat strategy is and how to counter it. That is what the show does. This is why we play these clips. This is why we talk through what that strategy looks like. It is so humiliating, so embarrassing how many times they've changed the story. And we're going to detail how the story has changed. Because Hunter Biden now threw a new mile marker down, saying Joe Biden is not directly financially involved. That is now the new wall, right, that they have retreated behind.

Baby, this has been a long and grueling battle, and we are winning. Multiple members of the committee and multiple other individuals who are involved in lawfare in Washington, D.C., are saying contempt vote immediately. Let's do it. You need to hold Hunter Biden in contempt. The way that it works is subpoenas are not voluntary. When Congress, which is, of course, a governing body written into our Constitution, legally binding capacity to hold responsible those inside of our federal government and as citizens who pay taxes and who live in America, we are responsible to our governments. Congress has the authority to subpoena anyone at any time. And you need to comply with those subpoenas, whatever you think

of them. Now, of course, you always have the right to plead the fifth, to not incriminate yourself, and to simply just say, plead the fifth, plead the fifth the whole time. But you better just not walk up to Capitol Hill in an SUV, the stage of press conference where you cry and bitch and moan that all of your crimes were exposed on the laptop that you left in a repair shop because you were too high on crack and banging your brother's widow and lying to your wife about alimony,

among other things, abandoning your daughter with a stripper. So many things, so many things. Filming yourself doing crack rocks, weighing crack rocks with sex traffic hookers. You are upset that we just noticed those crimes, along with, of course, the enormous influence operation that you ran with your father? No, contempt. Okay, Stephen Miller, ladies and gentlemen, this was the man, obviously, the brains behind every Trump policy that you ever liked. Stephen Miller, the House must refer Hunter Biden to the DOJ immediately for criminal contempt.

If the DOJ declines, you need to impeach Merrick Garland because they are planning on throwing. In fact, they've already gotten a ruling that's in appeal right now to throw Steve Bannon in prison for the exact same thing. Steve Bannon told the J6 committee to go get bent. They referred him to for contempt. And Steve Bannon caught a case, I think six months in prison. It's in appeals right now. But if he loses that appeal, Steve Bannon goes to jail. How is Hunter Biden any different?

I thought we were all, I thought, I thought we were all equal before the law. Isn't that what I've been told? Nancy Mace, who's on the committee saying the oversight committee room, we are waiting. If Hunter does not show up, hold him in contempt. She would be a vote for that contempt. Nancy Mace is saying, let's do it. Corey Mills, also on the committee, friend of the show. Corey Mills saying Hunter Biden's press conference stunt in front of the Capitol was the closest he got to fulfilling his deposition testimony before Congress. I support holding Hunter Biden in contempt for his refusal to supply his deposition and ask our conference to support this action. Reminder, Hunter Biden said, I am here. I am here multiple times to answer. Now, this is, of course, manufactured in order to be clipped and then to be run through their propaganda machines. Hunter Biden showed up. Republicans were the ones who are illegal here. It's all manufactured. It's all centrally coordinated. It's all centrally planned. You almost have to respect communists for their efficiency in gathering capture over the control of media, mass media. But nonetheless, Republicans have the Congress hold them in contempt. And this is exactly what Jim Jordan is saying. Jim Jordan at the press conference saying contempt is on the table. Let's go. The argument that the White House and Hunter Biden's counsel

used to say he shouldn't come. OK, we disagree. We thought he should have been here. But when we take that vote this afternoon, what's our argument going to be then? We think he should come in. And so if he doesn't, we're going to we're going to move forward with contempt proceedings. There's a process we have to follow, but we plan to do that. We will move forward with contempt proceedings, says Jim Jordan. What does Joe Biden say about all this? Boy, this seems to be getting out of hand. Truly, Hunter Biden's being charged federally in California. Again, we covered this yesterday on the show.

Don't believe in the better angels. But have you read this charge? Holy cannoli. I mean, they really did bring the house down on Hunter Biden. Now we're waiting for the Foreign Agent Registration Act charge, but read the charges that they brought against him. He's not escaping this. Hunter Biden faces potentially the rest of his life in prison. And judging by the looks of this 53-year-old, he does not live a very healthy life. Obviously, we have evidence of that. What does Joe Biden say? Speaking of somebody who's diseased and deeply unhealthy in the Biden family, Joe Biden was asked, whilst he was running for president,

about this by Mike Allen, Axios, very like, you know, whatever you want to call him, but like Mike Allen, not afraid to ask an uncomfortable question. Mike Allen said, you have this business relationship with your son and it looks really, really bad. What say you? Joe Biden's response. We're going to go through the TikTok of what the changing narrative has been, because it's been it has been like just jaw dropping. OK, and leading up to, to this moment today. And then we have some more breaking news for you, ladies and gentlemen,

let's go. You think that everything that happened was kosher. You know, there's not one single bit of evidence, not one little tiny bit to this. Anything done was wrong. You know that, but you keep asking me these questions.

It's okay. He, you know, you're, you're, you know, you're doing what you have to do. But I'm not worried about it. Look, the American public knows me.

Not one tiny little bit, not one tiny little bit. Well, then why is Hunter Biden just revealed today on Capitol Hill. What Joe Biden says there is there's not one tiny little bit that Hunter Biden ever did anything wrong. The first thing the Democrats are going to do is they're going to say, we're doing this to politicize Joe Biden after they politicized President Trump literally for four years and continue to politicize him now when he is the leading poll guy for our party moving into 2024. It's pretty ridiculous, isn't it? And so for me, I'm a yes on this. Let's make sure we show all the receipts. Let's show the facts. Let's reveal the facts to the American public. And I think you're going to like what you see over the course of the next few months. Can you game theory this out for us?

You're obviously a military man. You're obviously good at tactics and tactician, logistics. What happens here? Because Hunter Biden is facing not just obviously Republicans in Congress, but now a dozen federal charges. Is Joe Biden just going to, is he just going to pardon them and be done? Like, what's going to happen? It's his daddy's love, of course.

I'm very doubtful that Hunter Biden will go to jail. That's not the point of what we're doing. The point of what we're doing is exposing them for who they are so we, the people, can make a decision in 2024. Look, we can do whatever we want to Hunter Biden. At the end of the day, if Joe Biden says, I'm going to pardon my son for all the crack and all the prostitutes and all the gun charges, all the tax stuff.

If he wants to do that, we can't stop him. But the American public could say, you know what? I am not going to support this hypocrisy next year. It's up to the Republican Party to show that dichotomy over the course of the next few months. So something that has been really driven home here is that this is about Joe Biden, not about Hunter Biden. Hunter Biden is obviously an access point, a vector, and quite frankly, an abuse that Joe Biden committed against his son, who was clearly an addict. Joe Biden was working Hunter Biden. That's become quite clear. And Joe Biden was very much in charge of this operation. How do Republicans intend on going about proving that? And as a note,

the Washington Post has a front page story today saying that this investigation of Joe Biden should have happened six years ago while he was still vice president. So even the Washington Post is beginning to come around to like, Joe Biden deserves to be investigated here. Seems like a massive win for you. Of course. And Speaker Johnson is doing is doing this the right way. We all know 10 percent to the big guy. We all know who the big guy is. You're not fooling anyone. The issue is, is how can we prove that that 10 percent did go to the big guy? And that's what these checks are all about, proving that there is an absolute tie between Hunter Biden and Joe Biden and their business dealings and how Hunter Biden used his father to gain financial access for the Biden family. It's right there in plain sight. It's undeniable. How do we tie the big guy

And I brought that up because that was going to be my line of questioning in the deposition about the proof that we have that Hunter Biden himself violated the Mann Act, which is human trafficking for sex. He paid women and paid for women to travel across state lines. And we have evidence of that.

And that is what I wanted to ask him about. And that is the one issue, Benny, that the D.C. press corps, that every single mainstream media outlet does not want to talk about. And, you know, if it was the shoe was on the other foot, if this was one of President Trump's sons, this would be the biggest news story on television. Yes. What is their answer to that? I mean, because it is voluminous, the enormous amount of crimes and just degenerate behavior. You cannot defend it, right? You cannot defend it. The way that he treated his children, the way he treated his wife, he lied now in his alimony payments. We now found that out from the federal charges that he caught last Thursday, that he is lying to his wife saying, I have no money. Yet he's spending three hundred and eighty nine thousand dollars.

That's more than the median house price in America, by the way, Congresswoman, on hookers in a single year. That's right. Well, you know, Hunter Biden's worse than a deadbeat dad. And this is the stuff that the Democrats don't want to talk about, of course, because they believe in defending all women, except when it comes to women that Hunter Biden has sex trafficked and women that he got pregnant and refuses to acknowledge his children and women that he refuses to pay and take care of his kids. And he's also claiming that he wanted a public hearing, which is a complete joke because Hunter Biden and every single person in Washington, D.C., and especially the media, know that we have a process here when it comes to our committees. There's always a private deposition first and then a public hearing to follow. Well, Hunter Biden refused to come to our private deposition today and then a public hearing to follow. Well, Hunter Biden refused to come to our private deposition today. So we are moving forward to hold him in criminal contempt of Congress. But then they accuse people on the right, like Brett Kavanaugh and many other men. They accuse them of these horrific crimes and lie about them, push it out in the press and the press constantly talks about it. But but today, Benny, the press was completely silent in the press and the press constantly talks about it. But today, Benny, the press was completely silent in our press conference outside the oversight committee room when I brought up the Mann Act violations. And you can see Hunter Biden was even making excuses saying that we were showing naked photos of him. No, not at all. That was actually pornography that he produced himself with prostitutes that he paid and paid them out of his law firm account,

the LLC that he used to launder money in, launder money from China, by the way. And we have the bank statements to prove it. Money came from China. The CCP went into a Wasco, that law firm account, then paid James and Sarah Biden. And James and Sarah Biden then wrote a check to Joe Biden calling it a loan repayment. So you see, we have great questions asked Hunter Biden. But the problem is, is he's terrified to show up and he doesn't want to face Republicans. He doesn't want to face our oversight committee and he doesn't want to tell the truth to the American people. He is terrified. I don't want to belabor the point, but we have the clip of just him responding to you. And I did want to roll this since he does sound shook here. No matter how many times it is debunked, they continue to insist

That was clearly a successful tactic. I mean, that must feel good because these are duplicitous individuals. Yeah, absolutely. But, you know, I think what's under his skin is the truth. And he's having a really hard time trying to figure out how to cover that up. So he's calling it displaying naked photos. But in all reality, and we have the proof, we have the evidence. He can't hide from the evidence. This is man act violations. This is human sex trafficking. And this is the president of the United States sun. This is very serious.

And for him to not show up to our deposition today, he looks extremely guilty. This was a ploy that was supposed to earn him pity from the American people. But the American people are already convinced at nearly 70 percent that Joe Biden should be impeached because of their corrupt business deals with foreign countries, money laundering and selling Joe Biden's power from Washington, D.C. in his entire career. But even worse, this is this is the violations that we really should be talking about his treatment of women, human sex trafficking and Man Act violations. So one one thing that I would like to know as it pertains to this specific investigation into the sex crimes of the Biden family involves a account in Politico

of a Secret Service agent stepping in to stop Hunter Biden from paying for a prostitute because he was using his father's card. And this has been reported out in the corporate press as something that happened to stop the Joe Biden connection to these sex crimes. Has your investigation found that that was true? And what will your investigation show about Joe Biden's involvement in this? Well, I don't want to go too far into the details. This was information that we were saving for the deposition and would like to save it for further hearings, Benny.

But you're right on the money right there. And here's the issue. You can tell that the press and the Democrats were ready to roll out excuses and say, oh, Joe Biden was receiving loan repayments. He's not guilty of doing anything. Hunter Biden was merely doing business deals and energy. And with these foreign countries, they were ready for all of the excuses. But when it came to these actual crimes, Man Act violation, human sex trafficking, paying prostitutes and possibly using his father's own credit card. They had nothing to say because there is nothing to say. These are the things that we have to keep pushing

for and we cannot let them go, Benny. So I really am grateful that you're allowing me to talk about this on your show today. Yeah, of course. It is beyond political party. It is beyond red or blue or wherever you come from or whatever state you're from. It's a moral issue. It's like a question of who's in charge of our country. Are they morally fit, which is, of course, a spiritual question and the most important kind of question. Yeah, of course. And it's also are they are they obeying the law?

And they're not. Hunter Biden is absolutely breaking the law. He's been breaking the law for a long time. And Joe Biden is guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors. This is this is plain and simple. And we also have to know who goes to their house in Delaware where Joe Biden spends a lot of his time on the weekends and even during the week at times. Who shows up there? Because we do not have a visitor's log of Joe Biden's personal home. And we don't know enough about who Hunter Biden is selling these paintings to. We know he's not an artist. We know this is influence peddling. And we know it's the same continuation of what the Bidens have always done, which is complete criminal activity, selling out the American people, selling out powerful logs, right? And figure out who's buying Hunter Biden's art. But can we start with just like who left the bag of crack in the White House?

Who left the bag of Coke in the White House? Can we start at step one? I guess it seems particularly easy. You've been to White House quite a bit. Like who did leave the bag of Coke at the White House? Well, this is also something interesting. So we questioned Secret Service about that through our committee.

And they told us that those cubbies where the cocaine was found was actually under control of the Biden administration. And the Secret Service couldn't answer our questions. And the Biden administration has refused to answer those questions. Well, Benny, you and I both know, they know exactly who the cocaine belonged to. They just don't want to tell the American people. Well, how is that possible? I thought all of the White House was under Secret Service protection. Maybe I misunderstand where the line of responsibility is. Those were the answers they gave us, and we found them to be very conflicting,

problematic. But the Biden administration doesn't play by ordinary rules because they're not an ordinary administration. They're a regime. I refer to them as a communist regime. And it's clear and obvious to see by the way the Department of Justice operates, the FBI, which is extremely serious. You see, we have concerns already about our criminal contempt of Congress that we will be pursuing on Hunter Biden for refusing to show up to the deposition today. Because remember, Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon have been prosecuted by the Department of Justice after the Democrat-controlled Congress held them in contempt of Congress. Well, we are concerned that Merrick Garland, Joe Biden's lackey that

runs the Department of Justice, will not follow the law and will very unlikely hold Hunter Biden to the same standard that he held to Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon. So what happens then? Impeach Merrick Garland? Of course, I would love to impeach Merrick Garland. I've already introduced articles of impeachment against him. But again, Benny, we don't have enough Republicans here in Congress that would follow through on a vote like that. It's been hard enough to actually talk them in to voting for an impeachment inquiry today. And will that happen? Final question for you, Congresswoman. I've been told that we have the votes. The whip count is that we will be able to pass the

impeachment inquiry today. This is something that should have been easy to do a long time ago, but I'm glad that it finally is happening today. Yes, we're very glad for you. The Leviathan is finally cracking, shaking, and it seems like they're running scared for the first time in a very long time. They're very shook. This was not a confident man that gave that little press conference today. No, not at all. This was fear, This was fear, clearly. Oh, yeah. He came out and made as many excuses as he could, and he looked terrified. I think that's what I saw. I think that's what the American people saw. He looked like such a coward because he did not come into our deposition. But we have serious problems that lie ahead, Benny, for our country. It's a long ways until the next

presidential election. And it's a long ways until we hopefully can control the White House and the powerful agencies that the White House control. Yeah. Godspeed. Long ways, man. in order to hold this family accountable. So one of the other individuals on the committee who just gave a bombshell interview on Fox was Byron Donalds. He's a favorite of the show and a friend of the show. Byron Donalds was explaining his reactions, ladies and gentlemen, to Hunter Biden dodging and how this is this dog is not going to hunt, as they say here in the South. Well, let me actually clear up exactly what's going to happen in this room if he shows up. Republican members will have an opportunity to question. Republican legal team will question him. The Democrat legal team will question him and it'll ping pong back and forth. So he'll have an

opportunity to speak with Democrat lawyers in the room as well. It won't just be Republican lawyers. And I'm quite sure towards the tail end, there will be Democrat members who will be in that room who will have questions as well. So let's not act like it's just Republicans all ganging up on Hunter Biden. That's not the way these things work. But if he comes in and says nothing, that is his prerogative as an American citizen. Everybody is afforded that. But it will also speak volumes, the things that he does not answer to. And like I said, not all of our questions are around the fact that he evaded millions of dollars in taxes. So that was Byron Donald's, ladies and gentlemen, I thought it was a different clip.

This is Byron Donald's previewing before Hunter Biden ditched out. This is Byron Donald saying, not all of our questions are going to be about taxes, okay? Don't expect us to be like, oh, tax code section B-21-9, section C-4-8. No, no, no. And you just saw there for Marjorie saying, we got the goods. Marjorie Taylor Greene just revealed that they have an entire series of questions lined up about Hunter Biden's engagement with his father in sex crimes. Holy smokes. Are you prepared for that? Are we prepared for that? Our show certainly is. So the big question on the table is, what will the committee chairman do?

Committee chairman is Jamie Comer. He is a friend of the show. Jamie Comer, we are efforting to be on the show potentially tomorrow along with Jim Jordan, But Jamie Comer does have a direct reaction to Hunter Biden ditching out on his hearing. This is the final clip that we will play as it pertains to what happened today on the Hill. I think we are now full up on what happened and where we will go from here. We'll let the chairman take us, send us off from this topic. Jamie Comer reacting to Hunter Biden dodging his committee hearing today.

The lawful subpoena to the president's side that we expect him to come in and be deposed. This is a normal process in an investigation. This has been a serious, credible, transparent investigation from day one. We've published four bank memorandums. We've had countless press conferences. This is an investigation about public corruption at the highest level. We have accumulated mountains of evidence that's concerning to an overwhelming majority of Americans. We have specific questions in there, and I think we're going to allow you in there to see the piles and piles of documents, of bank statements, of emails, of text messages that we've worked very hard on in this committee over the last eight or nine months. We expect to depose the president's son, and then we will be more than happy to have a public hearing with him.

With that, I'll turn it over to Chairman Jordan. Ladies and gentlemen, Speaker Mike Johnson has lined up an impeachment inquiry vote into Joe Biden today. Moving on, this hasn't happened yet. I don't know when this is planned for, but according to Marjorie Taylor Greene, according to Speaker Johnson, this is going to be something that moves forward and will have the votes. Of course, of course it should. Obviously, Speaker Mike Johnson, six points of evidence to support the Biden impeachment inquiry. Point number one, Biden family members and Biden business linked entities received more than 15 million dollars from individuals in Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Romania and China. All of our sworn enemies to Joe Biden spoke with Hunter Biden's business associates 22 times. Three,

Joe Biden lied about his involvement in the business. Four, Joe Biden received direct monthly payments from Hunter Biden's business account, which received payments from Chinese state-linked companies. Five, investigators flagged the Justice Department's deviations in a five-year investigation into Hunter Biden. And six, the FBI, FD1023, alleged that Joe Biden accepted a $5 million bribe while he was vice president. Again, ladies and gentlemen, there is a article in the Washington Post, let's pull that up, article in the Washington Post saying that Joe Biden should have been investigated while he was vice president. So now everyone is going back on this and saying, my God, like this is something that we should have done six years ago with Joe Biden. Even the Washington Post. Absolutely shocking.

And this is completely and totally triggering to the Biden family. The Biden family, of course, is falling apart. According to Axios, Joe Biden is in private, saddened and angry about the attacks on Hunter Biden, thus proving that we are over the target here. According to people close to the president who have seen his mood shifts when he feels bad, when there's bad news about Hunter. Why it matters for Biden, who privately has expressed guilt over Hunter's ongoing legal and political fights because he was directing Hunter what to do. The next year will be emotionally fraught as Hunter faces new criminal charges and will be the center of Republican led impeachment inquiry. The 81 year old president has suggested that close associates that if he hadn't run for president, that Hunter Biden wouldn't be facing the criminal prosecutions or be the target of daily stories.

Well, OK, Joe Biden's right there because Joe Biden should have been the topic of the criminal inquiry and it should have happened during the Obama years, all while trying to stay sober and rebuild his life. The ongoing criminal investigations of Hunter Biden has strained President Joe Biden's relationship with his attorney general, Merrick Garland, who appointed a special counsel in August to oversee the federal investigation and prosecutor requested status. Oh, my. As we say, the regime is completely and totally crumbling. Ladies and gentlemen, only a few long serving aides feel free to discuss Hunter's situation with the president and only at certain moments, knowing that it can prompt both fury and dejection.

Hunter Biden could face 17 years in prison if convicted of three felony charges and six misdemeanor charges, false tax returns, gun charges, and so forth. And they haven't even gotten to the real meat here. The real bruiser will be the charges for the violations of FARA. The charges for the violations of FARA, these are the kind of charges that, of course, catch you a case that you just can't recover from, the federal charges. CBS News, with the FARA violations potentially on Hunter Biden and what is to come, this is what they are the very most scared about, is what shoe drops next. This is, of course, a tactic to potentially get Joe Biden to eject from office with a blanket pardon of his son, saying that he is the one who is the criminal mastermind of this enterprise and that he is pardoning his son in order to pardon himself.

Ladies and gentlemen, these this is a preview of coming attractions for where the special counsel is headed next. In fact, in the charges against Hunter Biden that were filed on Thursday, you can see the roadmap for where they're going. I don't know what flip has switched, but they are now going full court press on the Biden's watch. Now, you mentioned there could be more charges. What makes you think that? It's just my reading of the document in the first page. I think the language is that they describe him as a lobbyist. Lobbyists have to register under what's called FARA, the Foreign Agents Registration Act, which is a government way of saying that if you're working on behalf of foreign interests, you have to tell the U.S. government.

In this case, the indictment spends a lot of time talking about Hunter Biden's business deals with the Ukraine energy firm Burisma. It also talks about his work with a Chinese energy firm, CEFC. And it also talks about his work with Romania. And that, to me, seems to leave the door open to potential FARA violations. I also would add that there has been some reporting—subpoenas have been issued for his business partner, the president's brother, James Biden, and that would go to the idea of a FARA, you know, working together, lobbying on behalf of foreign interests. Now, we say all of that, but their position has been that they he accepts responsibility for this this period in his life. But they've in no way admitted that they have been lobbying on behalf of those entities. so Catherine Herridge is a spectacular reporter don't take the fact that she works at CBS as a

mark against her Catherine Herridge is a spectacular reporter and she has been covering this in great detail and knows the intricacies of these charges and says that far charges are not far away so we will see ladies and gentlemen what will happen to the Biden. We will need, of course, the energy to continue this process. We have come this far. And whilst our blackout coffee can get us fueled for the morning, you're going to need some protein on the belly. but on the X platform. Tucker Carlson was, of course, somebody who has been like a mentor to me, as somebody who I deeply, deeply respect and just have learned so very much from. Tucker Carlson is now in the running to be Donald Trump's vice president. According to Axios, Tucker Carlson is the favorite of Melania Trump to become vice president. I asked him about that. Will you become vice president if Donald Trump asks you? Here's Tucker's response. Here we go. Tucker there. I'm sitting here looking at an article right now from Axios,

and this article says that Melania Trump wants you to be the vice presidential candidate for Donald Trump with Donald Trump in 2024. What do you say to Melania Trump? Well, she hasn't texted me that. And it's in, you know, a publication published in Washington. So I'm going to I'm going to kind of reserve judgment on that. Obviously, I'm flattered if it's true. I like Melania. I don't really know her, but she's Eastern European. So that suggests we have exactly the same attitudes about everything. So I'm flattered. Tucker Carlson had and I had a wide ranging conversation.

We also had a number of other great people asking questions like Candace Owens, Charlie Kirk, Patrick Beck David, various other members of Congress, attorney generals, and so forth. Even had a lib ask a question in there because we like the rolling capacity for people to hear from all perspectives and so forth. I love Twitter spaces. It is a spectacular feature. And we had a great conversation last night. It's been listened to by four million people. And those numbers just keep on ticking up. Tucker Carlson, of course, is a national treasure. The final clip, and I encourage you to listen to the whole thing. Final clip that I thought was really fascinating is to ask Tucker Carlson who did leave the Coke in the White House. A question for our time. Here's his response. You're talking about secure locations where you

can get information, you know, where we should you shouldn't be able to commit crimes. Yet somebody left a bag of Coke at the White House. I know that you've been to the White House. Oh, yeah. Who left the Coke, Tucker? I leave my blow in the truck every time, just on principle. I mean, they got dogs in there and everything. And I think most people do because it's the White House. And so, you know, I've been sober for 21 years.

But, you know, I have used drugs. And I know the paranoia that accompanies the use of illegal drugs and no normal cocaine user, whether chronic or habitual or casual, would ever think to bring cocaine into the White House because that's a no-no. I don't care how high you are. I'm not doing that. And so clearly it's someone who lives or works there who's so familiar with it that the, you know, kind of the fear of being around Secret Service and dogs, they got a lot of dogs at the White House, is not at all a motivator. So like, you know, it's someone from the family, obviously. And you've got a couple of heavy drug users in the family. I feel sad for the family. A lot of families have heavy drug. I'm not attacking the Bidens, by the family. I feel sad for the family. A lot of families have

But but, you know, Ashley Biden has had a publicly documented struggle with substance abuse and, of course, Hunter as well. So but what's amazing to me, so you sort of feel bad for anybody who's like got to get high so bad they're bringing cocaine into the White House. But on the other hand, it's like, stop lying to me. But the whole thing is a lie. The presidency is a lie. The guy's senile. His press secretary can barely speak English. She's like a functional moron. How does she have a driver's license? Like the whole thing. Toria Newland is the undersecretary of state, the person who helped start the Iraq war. It's like it's a grotesque painting. It's honestly, it's like a Salvador Dali portrait of

government. It's like insane. It's like the least competent, the most malicious, the least accomplished and the most personally damaged people are running everything. There's got to be a name for that government by freaks. Government by freaks. We were so honored to have Tucker Carlson on for two hours on the space. And it was really, really fun. We had a great time. I leave my blow in my truck, Tucker Carlson says. It obviously belonged to the Biden family. People are sort of sick of this. We play this old clip of Joe Biden time and time again about Joe Biden bragging about the crack rules, laws that he passed in the Senate and how how bad it would be for somebody

if they were found with just a quarter full of crack, just a quarter full of, here we go. If you have that much crack, well, then we're going to lock you up. And hundreds of thousands of people were of course locked up based on Joe Biden's laws. None of them were his son. And eventually that's going to have a decaying effect

on the people who are disproportionately affected by those laws. Joe Biden passed. And now you are seeing, of course, massive erosion of Joe Biden's support among all demographics, including, ladies and gentlemen, now black Americans. 70% of black Americans support Donald Trump, up nine points from 2020. This is, of course, beyond the margin of fraud. There is no coming back from this. Something close to like a parity of black men support Donald Trump. Something like a clear majority of black men support Donald Trump based on recent polling. The black vote is a key

demographic, heavily favored Democrats over the last 50 years because Republicans are so stupid and had the best stories about freedom as it pertains to black Americans, but like didn't tell those stories, didn't take the moments from like a generation ago. But the great society and all these things that have just wreaked havoc upon the black community. Like why haven't Republicans spoken out against that? Trump won 8% of the black vote in 2020. Gen forward polling found 70% of black Americans support Trump.

20% of black Americans said that they would vote for somebody else other than Trump or Biden. Well, that's of, very much not good for Joe Biden, far less relevant to Donald Trump. Trump also increases support among Hispanics by four points. And so it's possible, according to the pollsters, and we've seen it before, that a higher number, in particular black men, because of the kind of hyper-masculinity of Donald Trump, could vote for Trump again. Well, yeah, you say hyper-masculinity of Donald Trump could vote for Trump again. Well, yeah, you say hyper-masculinity. I say Donald Trump actually just got people a good economy and had

people standing on their own two feet. And like any self-respecting male, like wishes to provide for their family. And if there's no jobs and if there's no economy and if everything's in collapse, then you can't do that. And it's just a natural inborn genetic coded drive for every man. Speaking of standing on your own two feet, Ukraine certainly can't do that. The groveling, sinister little leader of Ukraine was scurrying around Capitol Hill yesterday someplace he shouldn't even be allowed anymore, quite frankly. Zelensky should be allowed inside of a cell at the Hague, and that's about it. But he was up begging for money again from Capitol Hill. He is a dictator. He's an anti-Christian, evil, anti-free speech, anti-democracy dictator

who persecutes journalists, priests. Zelensky is a bad person. That doesn't mean Vladimir Putin is a good person. It just means Zelensky is also a bad person. He's a bad person and we shouldn't be supporting him. Thankfully, we're not. Speaker Mike Johnson was not swayed in meeting with Zelensky, maintains that border security and clarity on Biden's strategy. Ukraine-Russia war needed to pass package for Republican support. Now suddenly Joe Biden is in favor of really strict border controls. I don't buy it. I don't buy it. It's complete and utter trash, complete and total garbage.

I'm completely over all of this. It's a fraudulence that's been pulled on the American people in order to enrich a very small few off the backs of all the rest of us and our children by by spending money we don't have uh unworth that mean nothing to us and securing a border that isn't ours so i just don't care i've run out of f's to give ladies and gentlemen uh but i will tell you this i do care sincerely about you and i care about this audience and i care uh about remaining independent as a show.
