Truck month is on now.
Ask your GMC dealer for details.
It is Wednesday, March 13th, 2024.
I actually know what date it is.
Unlike Joe Biden.
We'll cover it with Joe Biden's disastrous special counsel meeting yesterday in front of Congress.
What a nightmare.
Joe Biden does not know the date his son died.
Doesn't know the date that he left office.
Doesn't know the date that Donald Trump won.
But baby Donald Trump is on his way to winning.
Ladies and gentlemen, multiple fronts have been absolutely
spectacular for the president.
Judge overseeing Georgia election interference case dismisses a massive load
of charges against Donald Trump ahead of his Fannie Willis disqualification decision that
should come at the end of this week.
We'll see.
It's been up, it's been back and forth as to when things are going to happen, but we'll
see.
Should come at the end of this week.
Big Fannie exposed for collision and collusion with January 6th committee and deleting evidence.
Oh, baby.
And Senator Mike Lee joins the show to talk to us about how we retake the Senate.
Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Benny Johnson, and this is The Benny Show.
We've been a-traveling.
We were with Donald Trump, in fact, this weekend, chilling at Donald Trump's properties,
and then actually literally chilling with Donald Trump, in fact, this weekend, chilling at Donald Trump's properties, and then actually literally chilling with Donald Trump.
I can't put up the photo enough,
so I'll just ask for the photo.
Just why not?
Quite frankly, so awesome to hang out with Trump at UFC.
Also to see Jared, Ivanka, Dan Scavino,
some of the awesome people on the campaign.
When we're traveling, ladies and gentlemen,
we always travel with the help of on the campaign. When we're traveling, ladies and gentlemen, we always travel
with the help of the wellness company. The wellness company is, of course, the company
that keeps us in tip top shape. Travel is sometimes a yucky business. Those airports can be kind of
dirty, filthy. Joe Biden's Department of Transportation not doing a great job. In fact,
the line for like TSA at the Miami airport. Have you ever seen that thing? It's like, like, like four miles long. And this is truly unbelievable. How much money we spend on
TSA every single year. Anyway, what we're saying here is that they're going to have to try and
stop Trump somehow. What are the global is going to figure out next? What new little, what new
little bug are they going to drop into the system next? We're not exactly sure, but you should be
prepared. You should be prepared with the wellness company, the wellness company and their doctors,
medical professionals. You can. Medical emergency kits are the
gold standard when it comes to keeping you safe and healthy. Be ready for anything. Go to TWC.health
slash Benny. That's TWC.health slash Benny and enter the code Benny for 10% off. All right, baby,
we are ready to go. Do we have the Trump victory stinger? Oh yeah. Okay. We haven't played this since election night. Ladies and gentlemen, Trump victory stinger. Let's go.
Gentlemen, Donald Trump is victorious. Ladies and gentlemen, Donald Trump is victorious.
Ladies and gentlemen, Donald Trump has officially won the Republican nomination.
Now, of course, all of his opponents had dropped out as of a week ago. And so I know this isn't a huge shock, but you do, of course, have to cross a delegate threshold.
And Donald Trump crossed that threshold last night. I think we have
the delegate count here. If not, Rolls Royce, Robbie sent it in the in the chat. Here we go,
baby. Donald Trump passed the magical twelve hundred number. Nikki Haley couldn't even get
one hundred delegates. That's good to know. Ron DeSantis, three. Vivek Ransomwami. Ron DeSantis,
nine. Vivek Ransomwami, three. And Donald Trump has crossed the 1200 threshold, ladies and
gentlemen, same night that Joe Biden did. And so we are ready for a rematch here. Joe Biden,
of course, had to use fraud and coercion to pass his delegate count. A matter of fact here, they switched up the
Democratic primary schedule to save Joe Biden. Joe Biden would have been running in Iowa, New Hampshire
without a massive change. They were able to change it to South Carolina and rig it for Joe. Joe Biden
would have lost the first two primary states. He would have lost in Iowa and in New Hampshire. Why? Because all the Democrat voters went and voted for Nikki Haley.
Anyway, here we go, baby. We are back. We are back. Now we have breaking news here,
a lot of news to cover on the show, but we are going to give this the celebration that it
deserves. This is the greatest political comeback in American history.
I would say human history, but quite frankly, I only know American history that well.
All right. The greatest political comeback in American history. Now, Donald Trump was already
the greatest shock in American history in 2016, as we all know, experience and remember lovingly
and warmly. When I need to go to bed at night and
i need a happy memory i literally think about election night 2016 where i was at the trump
headquarters i was like it's amazing it's amazing story i don't have time to tell right now but i
was like one of the few reporters that actually decided i know i'm gonna go to the trump
headquarters everyone was that like packed into hillary clinton's little sob fest there in new
york and i was like no man i man, I think Trump's going to win.
Everyone's laughing at me. I'm like, nope, I want a credential for the Trump event. And that made me
like one of like the only three reporters that were actually there. It's awesome because they
locked the building down. Right. It's amazing. Amazing experience. We'll talk about it later.
But I'm ready for that experience once more. Ladies and gentlemen are ready donald trump officially the nominee
cnn announcing we have too many salt that libs is this a long alx can we salt the libs on this one
it's a long enough clip to salt them i want to know how long is that clip cnn announces oh yeah
okay plenty of time for salt. OK. We got
plenty of salt for the today's show. It's going to be great. Fannie Willis is losing. CNN having
to announce that Donald Trump is now the Republican nominee, officially staging the greatest political
comeback in American history. Get your salt shakers out. Let's go, baby. Let's salt these
libs as they announce Donald Trump is your Republican
nominee. All right, everyone, everyone stand by just one second. We have a major projection to
make right here on CNN. CNN can now officially project that Donald Trump has eclipsed the delegate threshold to officially clinch the Republican nomination for president of the United States.
We can say that because CNN can project that the former president has won Washington state.
That milestone puts the country on a path toward a 2020 rematch.
David Tallien is back with us here.
David, give us an update on where we stand now in this delegate watch.
Yeah, you just said it, Abby.
Donald Trump has crossed the threshold.
The former president has yet again secured the Republican Party nomination for the third presidential election cycle in a row.
One thousand two hundred and fifteen delegates are needed to win. Look at that Donald
Trump number. He is now at 1,219 delegates. This is after we were able to allocate 31 delegates
from Washington state into Donald Trump's column. Boom, baby. Oh man. Speaking of people,
I should lay off the salt. the amount of salt that was pouring
through the streets of DC caused a national emergency. Get the FEMA boats out here. We got
to get the little rubber dinghies. The streets are flowing with salt. It'll never snow again.
It'll never be another icy street again in DC because there's so much salt in the roads.
And that's not just because of the Palestine protesters who are sobbing into the streets.
Not East Palestine, of course.
Not East Palestine, Ohio.
They could care less about Americans.
They can talk about Palestine.
Hamas and the terrorists is what they actually care about.
But I digress, ladies and gentlemen.
If you want a man who said, yeah, we shouldn't be importing people from terrorist hotbeds.
Yeah, I think we're going to ban immigration from countries that have active terrorism. If you want a man
that is going to say we're going to close the border and close the border up real tight.
And we are going to take the people who are here illegally and committing crimes and we are going
to send them away. I'm going to send them back to where they came from or at the very least send
them back over the border of Mexico. If you want a guy that brought you the greatest economy in American history, that was bringing America back, who was on his way to actually restoring what it means to be an American.
What it means to have American principles and have pride in your country.
ALX, I can't I can't help myself.
Please get me Donald Trump at the national championship,
uh, walking in. I gotta have it. I gotta have it. We gotta do, we gotta do, we gotta throw one down
for our boy, Donald Trump. Please get me that. I want to have those played beside, uh, along with
the, along with the Daytona 500. Ladies and gentlemen, if you want an American president
that makes you proud to be an American, again, if you want an American president that makes you proud to be
an American, again, if you want an American president that is not a woke Marxist communist
that locks up his political enemies, not saying that Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton and Joe
Biden shouldn't all be in prison, they absolutely should, but they should be actually real charges,
you know what I mean? Not made up stuff. We're going to get the family to trust.
The hot honey McCrispy is so back atald's with juicy 100 canadian raised seasoned chicken shredded lettuce
crispy jalapenos and that completely craveable hot honey sauce it's a sweet heat repeat you
don't want to miss get your hot honey mcchrispy today available for a limited time only at
mcdonald's me believe we're gonna get to Fannie Willis in just a moment.
If you want a president that wants to defeat our enemies through American might and not through boondoggles and botched surrenders that gets Americans killed all around the world. If you want an American president that brings world peace through
strength, if you want an American president that reinforces American values, reinforces
the American family, that passes bills and legislation that puts the choice of what kind
of life you're going to lead back in your hands and not the hands of the government. office holders with delusions and mandates and true, like true, sinister, demonic practices.
And quite frankly, there's no other way to describe it. If you are complicit in smuggling
10 million counts of human smuggling, many of them children, you are an agent of Satan. I'm sorry.
There's no other way to say it. There's no other
way to say it. And the reason why they do it is political power and it is grotesque. It is fallen.
It is sunken. And we need something better. If you want somebody that restores pride in this nation,
then ladies and gentlemen, you have your man locked in. It is Donald Trump. It's always been
Donald Trump. And Donald Trump is now officially the Republican nominee to make America great again, again.
Ladies and gentlemen, this was what America looked like under Donald Trump, the beast doing a lap at the Daytona 500, Donald Trump saying, gentlemen, start your engines right there.
And the engines roared.
And nobody gave a damn about the carbon emissions because we were there to enjoy the great American sport of driving a car as fast as we humanly possibly could in a circle.
While drinking beer and eating fried chicken.
Damn it. Because we're americans
and ladies and gentlemen we have the greatest country and the greatest culture on earth this
man made us proud once again to be americans and it was glorious for years traitors to our country, took it away from us. And it's time, ladies and gentlemen, for justice.
Too big to rig is now the rallying call for Donald Trump and his campaign. I fully endorse that.
I love that messaging. Ladies and gentlemen, a message from Donald Trump yesterday. This is,
we believe, that it is appropriate for us since everyone else in
the media thinks that it's time to censor Donald Trump. They literally cut away from Donald Trump
making historic speeches. We think it's time to let Trump speak for himself.
Donald Trump released a video upon winning the Republican nomination. And so we thought we'd
play it for you in total here. Ladies and gentlemen,
is the next president of the United States of America, 45 and 47, coming in hot. Let's go.
Hello, everyone. It's your favorite president speaking to you on a really great day of victory.
One week ago, we had something called Super Tuesday, and it was indeed
super because we won at numbers that nobody has ever seen before, records in virtually every state.
And tonight, likewise. But this one got us over the top. The Republican National Committee
has just declared us the official nominee.
And so we're the official nominee of the Republican Party, which is a big deal.
But most importantly, we now have to go on to victory because our country's in serious trouble.
We have millions and millions of people flowing in.
We have no respect on the world stage.
What we say doesn't mean a thing anymore.
And to have that happen is unthinkable.
We have an economy that,
outside of certain little areas,
is doing very poorly.
And we have something very, very important.
We have a United States military
that has to be taken care of.
Again, this was a great day of victory.
Last week was something very special,
Super Tuesday. But now we have to get back to work because we have the worst president in the
history of our country. His name is Joe Biden, sometimes referred to as Crooked Joe Biden,
and he must be defeated. Our nation is failing. We're a nation that is in serious decline. We've never had a situation like this
where we're not respected, we're laughed at, we're considered almost a joke. We're going to turn it
around. We're going to drill, baby, drill. We're going to close our borders. We're going to do
things like nobody's ever seen before. And we're going to make our nation's economy be the best ever in the world.
We had the best economy ever just a short while ago. And we're going to have that again.
We're going to have people come into our country, but they're going to come in legally.
And we're going to get your energy costs down by numbers that nobody would have said even possible. We have some sections
of this country that are paying the highest numbers in the history of our country and among
the most expensive energy anywhere in the world. And yet we have more liquid gold, I call it,
under our feet than any other nation. Just three years ago, we were energy independent.
And now we're going around begging for energy.
So we're not going to have that anymore. We're going to have a strong country. We're going
to have a respected country. We have to win an election and we should win it by a lot
because there's never been anybody worse at doing that job than Joe Biden. So we're not
going to take time to celebrate. We'll celebrate in eight months when the election is over.
November 5th, I believe, will go down as the most important day in the history of our country.
So start thinking about it. Start thinking about your vote, because this vote is going to be the most important vote you've ever cast.
And again, for this evening and for last week and for all the weeks before,
for the tremendous success we've had in this primary, I want to thank everybody. But much
more importantly, we have to get to work to beat Joe Biden, the worst administration, the worst
president in the history of our country. They are destroying our country and we're not going
to let that happen. Thank you very much.
Come on. Come on. Tell me you're not doing this at all. Come on. Tell me you're not doing this.
I'm doing it. Come on. You can do it. You can do it. We can all do it. Rolls Royce is doing it.
Rolls Royce is doing it. Royce, put yourself on camera. Come on. We're all doing it in the studio.
We're all doing it. Come on. Rolls Royce is doing it. There you go. There we go. Here we go. One
more. One more. ALX. ALX is going to do it. There we go. We're all more one more Al X Al X is gonna do it there we go we're all we're
all doing the Trump we're all doing the Trump dance there we go had to do it had to do it had
to do it had to do it that's that's okay this is the cue we all know we all know on the show this
is the cue to go to Fannie Willis stories right yeah right that's right that's right this is the trump victory dance this
is the fanny willis story okay all right we use sign language on this program ladies and gentlemen
the trump victory stinger we look forward to playing that a lot baby playing that a lot we
gotta we gotta bring in alx and rolls royce more like live during the show come on i mean come on
it's too good and man I love that Trump victory singer.
Okay, we got more stingers.
Here's our breaking news for the morning.
Come on, baby.
Let's go.
The judge is dropping the charges against Donald Trump. They're dropping like house
flies on a hot autumn day, on a hot August day in the South with an old grandmother,
with her newspaper tied up like this as flies. They're going down, baby. Let's go. Judge overseeing Georgia election interference case dismisses, not all, but many Trump charges.
Let's go, baby.
Come on.
Judge dismisses some charges in case against Trump.
This is not a great sign for Fannie Wills.
Let me just tell you something.
As a person who speaks to a lot of legal experts on the program,
who knows a lot of legal experts. I myself am not a lawyer. Not good, right? When the judge,
before you've even had a trial date set, before you've even had a single hearing,
when the judge is like, uh,
judge overseeing the Georgia 2020 election interference case on Wednesday dismissed charges against former President Donald Trump and others.
But some counts in the sweeping racketeering indictment remain intact.
Oh, wonderful.
Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee, you know him.
He's very quite, quite famous these days, wrote in an order that six of the counts in the indictment must be quashed, including three against Trump.
The presumptive 2024 presidential nominee. This must have been written before Trump clinched the nomination or the AP.
So, you know, low standards. But he left in place some other charges.
He said prosecutors could seek a new indictment
on the charges he dismissed.
The ruling is a blow to Fulton County's attorney,
Fannie Willis,
whose case has already been on shaky ground
with an effort to have her removed
as a prosecutor over a romantic relationship
with a colleague,
a man whose birth certificate says Nathan's hot dog on it.
It's the first time charges of any of Trump's four
criminal cases have been outwardly have been totally dismissed by a judge just on their face.
Bam. Right in your face, Fannie Willis, with the judge saying prosecutors failed to provide
enough details about the alleged crime. Ladies and gentlemen, the spawning indictment charges Trump and Moore
doesn't blah, blah, blah. This is amazing. This is an amazing paragraph here. Can you scroll down
in the article? This is an amazing paragraph here. This paragraph saying from the AP,
well, you can tell that their laptop didn't work while they were typing.
You can tell the ruling is a blow for Fulton County District Attorney right there.
You can tell that while they were typing, the tears, the salt was getting ingrained in their keyboard, and they couldn't quite hit the keyboard correctly because of the salt that they were
crying in this line. The ruling is a blow for Fulton County District Attorney Fannie Wills,
whose case is on shaky ground. It's the first time any charges have been outwardly,
totally dismissed before even a trial. They know they've lost. They know they've lost.
This is the writings of losers. And this comes from the Associated Press,
ladies and gentlemen. Oh, it's so salty. If you believe that the salt must flow,
if you believe that the salt, that salt is good for you, and that salt must fill, must fill our cups, ladies and gentlemen, must fill our cups,
and salt should overflow on this program, then please help me in salting another lib.
Here is MSNBC, the strong female characters at MSNBC reacting to the cases being dropped just on their face
by this judge in Fulton County. Again, never a great sign. Never a great sign.
The way this works is you only bring charges you think you can win.
This is the conversation we had yesterday with two bona fide legal experts, okay, Brett Tolman
and Mike Davis on the program. The point of a prosecutor is to only bring charges that you
know for a fact you can win. And so Fannie Willis, such a dumpster fire, such a dumpster of a person
bringing these charges and getting them just like stricken by the judge. The judge is like, okay, no, but getting the judge just to nuke your charges before even a trial.
Not a great sign.
We are not going to be sodium deficient today.
Let's salt that lib once more.
Here's MSNBC talking about it and crying on camera. I hope that they had those little,
I hope they had those little garbage bags that they put over the cameras because of
the sheer amount of salt in the studio at MSNBC. Go.
Breaking news, Blaine.
We wanted to ask you about the election there in Georgia last night, but we just got a filing from the court there in Fulton County.
What can you tell us?
Yeah, I've just obtained that filing.
And basically what is happening is that Judge Scott McAfee
is dismissing several of the charges here in Georgia against former President Donald Trump,
six of the charges in this order. The charges so far, and I'm still making my way through the
judge's ruling right now, but appear to do with a solicitation of violation of oath by a public
officer. Those were certainly some of the charges that he was facing. Other
people that were named, of course, Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani, Johnny Eastman, Mark Meadows.
And so this is certainly notable because the former president was facing a number of charges,
to have six of them removed is notable. Now, it's important to note he's still facing charges here
in Georgia, still facing charges in Fulton County. We're also still waiting on a major decision from Judge Scott McAfee as to whether or not Fannie Willis
can continue to remain prosecutor on this case. This is not that decision. So to see this
decision from the judge to come out this morning is a bit of a surprise. I've reached out to Trump's
Georgia attorney here, Steve Sadow, who, of course, has been representing him as the lead attorney to
see if he has any comment. We've also reached out to the DA's office to see if they have any feedback
or plan to push back on this ruling by the judge. Oh, hell yes. Let's go ahead and show the ruling
by the judge. Obviously, I want you to read it and I want you to weep. The salt, it fills our cup.
The salt, it is so salty. It gives us life. The salt must flow on this program. The salt must flow
should probably be Donald Trump's campaign slogan. We don't know if Donald Trump, what the name will
be. Trump what? What's it going to be? Who's he going to pick? But we know that the salt must flow
should absolutely be the campaign slogan. Six counts of Fannie Willis's indictment against
President Trump has been quashed, destroyed by the judge. The judge writes here at the very top of his ruling,
defendant's challenge. The defendant's challenge counts two, five, six, 23, 28,
and 38 of the indictment, by the way, of special demur. Demurs provide a means for
criminally accused to ensure that the state's charging documents satisfy the constitutional
mandates due process in the Sixth Amendment amendment see constitutional amendment special demurrer of these challenges form indictment claiming that defendant entitled
additional information or specificity and he writes that he is quashing them he's
he's he did he's throwing them out let's see if we can get sort of the uh let's see if we can get
all the way down here let's scroll down to the very bottom of the, let's see if we can get all the way down here. Let's scroll down to the very bottom of the document, please. Defendants have not provided any authority requiring that the
particulars of an overt act be alleged or subjected over to act to be standard standards
of general or special demurs. The defendant's challenges on these acts is therefore denied.
Ladies and gentlemen, it is quashed. Here we go. Here's actually, here's the actual part.
Okay. Under the standards, under the standards articulated by the appellate courts and special
demur must be granted and counts two, five, six, 23, 28, and 38 quashed. There it is right there
on the second to last page. So again, read it and weep, baby.
Fannie Willis is going down in flames. We've been predicting this for a very long time, but
sometimes we're even shocked at how accurate our predictions are. The judge overseeing this case,
Scott McAfee, who just seconds before we went live today, dropped this thermonuclear weapon on Fannie Willis,
is now saying that he's going to decide whether Fannie Willis will be disqualified
by the end of the week. And it is Wednesday. So judge overseeing Georgia election interference
case dismisses charges against Trump and then says that he's on track to rule this week as to whether Big Fanny and Nathan's hot dog can continue their 7-Eleven
hot dog rolling of the taxpayers in Fulton County, rolling the taxpayers in Fulton County.
The judge is going to decide, ladies and gentlemen, hopefully on Friday. I assume it's going to be on Friday. So get ready for a Friday
super fanny pack, if you might say, a packed fanny on Friday.
I carry lots of cash where I lay my head. Remember, wherever Fannie Willis
lays her head, she carries the cash. Here we go. Let's read from Yahoo News, the breaking news.
The presiding judge in the former president of Donald go. Let's read from Yahoo News, the breaking news. The presiding
judge in the former President Donald Trump's Georgia election subversion case says he's on
track to order this week whether to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fannie Willis.
In an interview last week on WSB radio in Atlanta to discuss the challenger he will face in his
re-election bid, Fulton County Supervisor Court Judge Scott
McAfee briefly spoke about Willis and his pending order on whether to remove her from prosecuting
Trump and remaining co-defendants. Now, this is very interesting, ladies and gentlemen,
because what he's saying here, what the underlying thing here is happening is that Fannie Willis is
running a judge against him. Isn't that interesting,
ladies and gentlemen? So this guy is ruling against Big Fannie, and Fannie Willis is running
a primary opponent against him. Meanwhile, Fannie Willis has a primary opponent against her.
I gave myself a deadline because I knew everyone wanted an answer, and I'll tell you that an order like this takes
time to write, McAfee said in an interview. There's a lot that I have to go through. And so I've had
to, again, and I'll emphasize this, I've had a rough draft in an outline before I ever heard a
rumor that somebody wanted to run for this position. So the result is not going to change because of politics uh-oh spaghettio ladies and gentlemen
somebody's eating way too much spaghettios fanny willis is gonna get some bad news now how do i
predict this because we've had a lot of really smart people on the program telling us a few
things one um when judges take this amount of time to write and theorize and put together large-scale legal theories and orders, that means that the judge is going to disqualify her.
That doesn't mean good things for her because the normal process is to simply allow her to remain on the case.
That's the normal process.
She's the DA.
You're allowed to remain on the case.
We'll see what the voters think next time you're up for election. The voters will decide whether you remain DA.
And so it goes in Fulton County. But the judge saying, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
Not only am I not only am I going to spend a very long amount of time thinking and pondering about
this again, let's read the judge's actual quote here. I gave myself a deadline because I knew everyone wanted an answer. I'll tell you that an order like
this takes time to write. Oh, that's not good. But then also he says. I am calling as best I can
and the law as I understand it. So I still feel like I'm on track to have something done by the deadline that I put before myself, which would be Friday. McAfee told the court at the end of the
Willis disqualification hearing that he would take at least two weeks to decide that would mean this
Friday. Trump and others on the case have been seeking to disqualify Fannie Willis after accusing
her of financially benefiting and hiring special prosecutor in the case, Nathan's hot dog,
otherwise known as Nathan Wade. But we think his we think his given name at birth was Nathan's hot dog, with whom she became romantically
involved. With whom she became romantically involved. Oh, you're pros, Yahoo News. Really,
truly. Remember, remember the romantic involvement is Fannie Willis being like,
do you want me to emasculate a black man?
That's literally what she yells during her hearing.
Do we have some of Fannie Willis's greatest meltdowns?
Man, like really, really interesting.
Oh, we have the actual interview, ladies and gentlemen, because, of course, the great ALX has that.
The actual interview yourself is can be listened to here.
I've been reading you the excerpts, ladies and gentlemen,
hear it from the man himself, Judge Scott McAfee. Pray for this man. This man is, of course,
fighting all the armies of hell because the libs are losing in every single court in the land.
They have no hope in Florida with the Trump documents case. No chance that's going forward. They've now been like completely kneecapped by the Supreme Court. They've been
able to get like whatever teeny little things they could squeeze out of like a Manhattan jury
just to try to financially hurt Trump. Good luck, Donald Trump, just sell more golden tennis shoes.
And well, Georgia is their last hope so
this judge is going to make a decision that will really like will really cause the salt to flow
pray for this man here he is in his own words talking about the weight of his decision um and
I'm and I know it's true uh so on that say can you tell us I have got to ask this question also
can you tell us are you any close or anywhere closer to that two-week decision on the election interference?
Are we closer to that? Are we sooner than two weeks or outside of two weeks? How are we looking?
I gave myself a deadline because I knew everyone wanted an answer.
And I'll tell you, an order like this takes time to write.
There's a lot that I have to go through.
And so, you know, I've had, again, I'll emphasize this,
I've had a rough draft and an outline before I ever heard a rumor
that someone wanted to run for this position.
So the result is not going to change because of politics.
I'm calling it as best I can in the law as I understand it.
So I still feel like I'm on track to having that done by the deadline that I put on myself.
So as the judge continues his march towards disqualification of the big fanny, ladies and gentlemen, we continue our march towards truth, justice in the American way.
And exactly what stands in the way of truth and
justice? Well, of course, the Cheney family, one of the evil, most duplicitous families in American
history. I ask all of your forgiveness for supporting Bush and Cheney in the year 2000.
I didn't know any better. I didn't know any better. OK. And 2004, I didn't realize how evil
they were. I now look back at that as the probably
the worst presidency, certainly the worst presidency of my lifetime, this side of Joe Biden.
The reason I say that is because Republicans, of course, stab you in the back. Democrats stab you
in the face. So at least I know what to expect with like an Obama or Biden. But I like I didn't
realize exactly what a deep state drooling mongrel and mongoloid George Bush was.
George Bush was there to, like, siren song us all to sleep.
Like us patriots.
It was only until someone like Donald Trump came around, like, shook us kind of out of the, like, malaise of us being.
It's like the scene in The Matrix, right?
When Neo wakes up. Like, you didn't realize you were being, like the scene in the matrix right when neo makes it wakes up like you didn't
realize you were being like force-fed through tubes like you will you will like your mitt
romney you will eat your mitt you will eat john mccain you you're gonna like it you're gonna like
it here you go eat the bugs live in the pod john mccain mitt romney support them nope there is a
better path and donald trump shook cage, like woke us up.
It's awesome. Ladies and gentlemen, the Cheney family name, of course, totally disgraced,
humiliated. Liz Cheney lost by what I think is like 50 points in Wyoming. So Republicans rejected
her. Liz Cheney conspired with Fannie Willis and the January 6th committee committee and shared video recordings and then deleted the evidence to prevent Republican lawmakers from gaining access to it.
Hot diggity damn. So it sounds like Fannie Willis lied.
Sounds like Fannie Willis lied when she said she didn't coordinate with the White House.
We already know she lied. She said, I've never coordinate with the White House. We already know she lied.
She said, I've never been to the White House.
It's like the most obvious thing.
She's in the White House records.
Secret Service keeps pretty fastidious records of who goes in and out of the White House.
Ladies and gentlemen, Fannie Willis lied again, coordinating with the January 6th committee.
Uh-oh.
What is this going to mean for Fannie Willis I mean when you have these kind of federal orchestrations on these state level cases it sounds like Fannie
Willis got herself her own Rico case going on Fannie Willis lied watch I wonder okay so in that testimony, did she deny the start date of this affair?
Yes.
She said it started in early of 2022.
There was some discrepancy between them, you know, a month or two here and there, whether it started.
Generally, it was around March is what Mr. Wade and Mrs.
What are the consequences for an attorney to give sworn testimony that she did?
If you're Bradley, what is it, Yerkey?
Yerkey.
Yerkey, your trackhawk data, your other independent verifications are found to be truthful.
It's a crime.
It's a felony.
You'd lose your license.
It's perjury.
Same for Wade.
Yes. And we have rules that are one of the, I mean, outside of privilege and confidentiality, we cannot suborn perjury.
So if I have a client who tells me I did it, I can't put them on the stand to say I didn't do it.
I mean, I would lose my license over that. I cannot do that.
Is Fannie Willis going to lose her license? I mean, are would lose my license over that. I cannot do that. Is Fannie Willis going to lose her license?
I mean, are you hearing this?
Let me tell you how it works at the White House, ladies and gentlemen.
Here's how it works at the White House.
I was surrounded by Secret Service all weekend.
I mean, were we not?
These are like Secret Service literally pushing us out of the way all week because we were sitting right behind Donald Trump at the UFC.
So trust me, these guys like are, are these guys guys know what they're doing you walk into
the white house the secret service has a piece of paper that has your name and all you like to even
get into the white house you have to submit your your name social security number date of birth
where you live and they do this full criminal background check on you people regularly get
bounced from the white house because they don't pass the criminal background check
bro if you like got if you got like tickets, you're not getting in the White House unless you're Hunter Biden. But that's it.
If you're the president's kids and you're a degenerate, that's one thing. You get waved in.
That's where all the baggies of Coke come from, right? Joe Biden's family getting waved into the
White House. But otherwise, you get scrutinized like crazy getting in the White House. Secret
Service stands there with your
name on a list if you pass all the background checks your name go on a list for a very specific
time frame that you're supposed to enter the white house you walk through you get drug sniffed drug
tested every test you could stand on a rubber mat and have a dog sniff you i mean it's really
you think tsa is bad bro try going to the House. And then the Secret Service does a big check
and makes a note that you were there.
There's a big box and they check it.
And they say, hey, Benny was at the White House.
He was here.
We have all of his vitals.
We had a dog sniff his balls.
And he's good.
He's clean. Okay, he's clean okay he's clean it's gold bond not coke
let's get you it's a hunter guy go to the hunter probably too much all i'm saying here we've talked
about the drug sniffing dogs the white house we've talked about this before okay if you listen to the
show we talked about this before um the the dogs literally come up and sniff you all over for drugs
right you're hiding drugs you
ain't getting in the white house that's why it's so confusing where all the coke came from
i digress ladies and gentlemen fannie willis makes this claim during her testimony i only
say that to say to show you this clip here's what fannie willis said during her sworn testimony the
court my next question is based on her opening the door, and therefore I'll just
ask it and your honor can decide whether or not it's appropriate. When you went to D.C.,
did you go to the White House? I did not go to the White House.
Apparently I'm going to get the answer anyhow. There you have it. Next question. Okay.
Oh! What's better than a well-marbled ribeye sizzling on the barbecue? A well-marbled ribeye sizzling on the barbecue that was carefully selected by an Instacart shopper and delivered to your door.
A well-marbled ribeye you ordered without even leaving the kiddie pool.
Whatever groceries your summer calls for, Instacart has you covered.
Download the Instacart app and enjoy $0 delivery fees on your first three orders.
Service fees, exclusions, and terms apply.
Instacart. Groceries that over-deliver.
Okay, well, here's the secret service.
Check mark of a one Fannie Willis at the White House.
The Dates and Times.
Turns out that Fannie Willis did go to the White House right there.
Five thirty twenty twenty three. Well, what do you know? She lied. She lied. She not only met
with Liz Cheney and then destroyed the evidence, she met with Kamala Harris. Check this out.
Open records for the White House access. And we had records that
Ms. Willis and the mayor of Atlanta were at meeting with the vice president.
Okay. And so this is the access history. How does it work? The White House keeps records
of anybody comes in and has any kind of official meeting for sure.
Yes. My understanding
is it's highly regulated who can access the White House. So you have to apply in person or apply
ahead of time. And then they give you a time when you make the appointment and they give you a time
when you're allowed to be in and when you have to be out by. And they track you. And I mean,
that makes sense. They don't want anybody lingering in the White House. But they keep that.
And so these are, they're called WAVE records,
I believe is what they're called. And I'm not sure what that's an acronym for,
but they're publicly available. They're open records.
And this record that's shown on the screen shows Fannie Willis was a visitor
with V. POTUS. I presume that's Vice President of the United States.
Yes. Yes, it was.
And what was the date of that back in, was that February sometime of 23? February 28, 2023. Is that before the indictment? Yes. Yes, it was. And what was the date of that back in? Was that February sometime of 23? February 28, 2023.
Is that before the indictment? Yes.
They're not sending their best.
That's what we've heard, ladies and gentlemen, from the president.
And now it turns out that he was right, actually
been right about a lot of things, right about Haiti, been right about the people that are
prosecuting him, saying it's a witch hunt and saying, of course, again, they're not sending
their best. I do have one one quick thing to play. We just can't help ourselves. We can't help
ourselves because we have a deep and abiding legal mind, a very, very smart man coming on the program here in just a moment.
Senator Mike Lee. We can't help ourselves with this with this clip.
Imagine having a lawyer and the lawyer's job is to defend you and the prosecutor delivers to them evidence of your crimes, right?
For me, the evidence would be blank, right?
But for Penny Willis, the page is like a straight ink stain.
Delivers evidence of the crimes, right, of your clients.
And your first response isn't,
Ha! This is specious, sir.
These are erroneous.
I'm doing my best lawyer speak, right?
Give me a powdered wig.
Erroneous, specious charges.
My client been innocent.
What if instead your lawyer goes,
all done.
All done. When he sees all the evidence brought against you. Not a great sign, okay? Not a great sign. And that's exactly what happened with Fannie Willis. When the lawyer, Terrence
Bradley, got handed the evidence, we just can't help ourselves. It's better comedy than anything
they're writing on TV right now. It's better comedy than anything they're writing. Here's the actual clip, ladies and gentlemen, of the text messages where the lawyer totally implicates his client in the crime and proves that they're lying to the court about when their relationship started and how the money laundering is working between Big Fanny and Nathan's hot dog. Let's go. Okay. In defense exhibit 26, which I showed you last time, was two pages of text messages between you and Ms.
Merchant, correct? Correct. All right. Now, the first page starts off by saying,
Ms. Merchant, like just date, don't hire him.
Do you think it started before she hired him?
You see that?
Yes, I see it, yes.
And your response to that was absolutely correct.
I'm going to object, ask and answer in cumulative. All right. So after the word absolutely, you on your own said it started when she left the DA's office and was judged in South Fulton.
They met at the municipalal Court CLE Conference.
That's what you said, correct?
That is correct.
We just can't help ourselves.
Here's the texting with Kevin.
Hey, don't date.
Like, why are you hiring people you're dating?
Oh, yeah, absolutely.
Oh, darn.
We slowed it down for you, by the way,
like an ESPN instant replay, just for fun.
We should do like an instant replay cam, actually.
We should have like a specialized,
like super slow-mo instant replay.
And then I can do commentary over it.
But we have the oh dang slowed down for you, just for fun.
Just cause it's like too good.
It's too good. Here's the, here's the oh dang slow it down for you just for fun just because it's like too good it's too good here's
these oh thanks yeah john uh here's the moment when the lawyer realized that he was totally and
completely asked try not to swear on this program.
Yes, that's not a great look, John.
We'll see what happens in the offseason,
but I have a feeling someone's going to get cut by Big Fanny.
And her fanny pack full of cash.
Ladies and gentlemen, somebody wants to talk to us about fanny packs full of cash.
Somebody wants to talk to us about the amount of government spending
that is happening on illegal activities like open borders and FISA renewals and not demanding voter I.D.
for our country is the great Senator Mike Lee, who joins the program now.
Senator, thank you so much for being on the program.
Never once in our multiple interviews that we've done have you ever gone, oh.
I think that's a good thing.
If you'd like me to do that during this program, I could schedule it in.
I want to talk really briefly about something that happened in the Senate yesterday when Democrats brought forth a bunch of witnesses on a committee I believe you sit on.
And none of them could say that only citizens should be voting in American elections.
Like, what the hell is happening? Yeah. So I asked these guys a couple of very simple questions.
One of them was, should you have to be a citizen to vote in a federal election?
And we had three Democrat witnesses. Not one of them could single answer with with a single affirmative yes.
I then asked the question, should you have to produce identification establishing who you are?
Also couldn't answer the question.
I used to think this was axiomatic. I used to think that this was just obvious.
You know, nobody would really reasonably debate whether you should have to be a citizen or prove who you are. After all, you've got to produce ID when you get on a plane, when you go to the doctor, in many cases, when you pick up a
prescription, to do all sorts of things. Why wouldn't you have to do that when you vote?
And why wouldn't they want people to have to produce ID when they vote unless they want
voter fraud to be sort of like the proverbial tree falling in the forest? It's not heard or
seen because no one's there.
Maybe that's what's going on. And that's what worries me.
So we're seeing a pretty shocking pattern here. And I guess our superpower, we don't claim to
have some law degree or I went to community college, right? We just claim to be alive
and we notice things. And that's our superpower. And we're starting to notice that on every front,
Democrats are beginning to give the game away.
Chris Cromo did an interview this weekend,
Candace Owens, PBD podcast.
And she goes, yes or no, should you have an ID to vote?
And he goes, no.
And it's like, how can you possibly admit that
unless the goal is fraud?
That there's a binary choice.
The goal is fraud.
And then it all suddenly makes sense. The open a binary choice. The goal is fraud.
And then it all suddenly makes sense.
The open borders, it all suddenly locks into place.
They want a bunch of illegals to vote because they need to have a bunch of people
that are on the government dole
to vote themselves goodies out of the American treasury,
exactly what Benjamin Franklin warned us about.
No, I think that's exactly right.
And regardless of who they intend to have vote and when,
the more they can sow confusion and chaos into the system and make it harder and harder for people to know who exactly someone is who is voting, whether or not they to get a photo ID as long as you are, in fact, a human being who is a U.S. citizen.
It's very easy to get one. This is not something difficult.
And in fact, people have IDs when you push some leftists on this issue.
Some of them will say, well, that will have a disparate impact on some minority groups. That's one of the more
racist things that I've heard when people make that in racial context. I'm aware of no compelling
evidence actually showing that anyone is more or less likely to have a photo ID issued by a
government agency based on the color of their skin that's nonsense and it's frankly racist
so i uh want to bring on somebody here who has been talking a lot about racism that we've never done this before on the show uh no oh okay ladies and uh hold on guys let's let's let's let's let's
do this let's do it yeah yeah let's do this okay um we had somebody pop on here senator we've never
done this before and i hope you can forgive me.
You're a deep friend of the show.
You're also, like, a pretty rad guy.
Everyone follows Bass Mike Lee.
I'm rad?
You're rad, dude.
You are rad.
Everyone knows you're rad.
I've been rad to you since the 1980s.
I know.
You're probably not born yet, buddy.
I mean, people were still eating pickled herring when the word rad was used last.
I love the word rad, okay? And we have a rad bad
dude to add to this conversation who really wants to hop in because he heard you talking about
racism and voter ID, and it's a man who has three Republican delegates in the Republican
nomination for president that Donald Trump just clinched. Vivek Rom, he joins the program now.
Yay!
Vivek's texting me.
He's like, okay, watching the program.
I love Mike Lee.
Pop me on.
So here we go, baby.
I was, you know, I saw him last time I was in D.C.
And Benny and I were texting real time. And you know what I said?
Let's do this.
I have to roll pretty few minutes.
But I heard Mike Lee saying some good
things. And so I thought we could, we'll chat for a few before I head out. So some quick thoughts,
both of you are, have been big time. I mean, Mike Lee, you did it before anyone else did it in the
Senate. Like I think you were ahead of your colleagues by a country mile endorsing Donald
Trump for president. And in 2024, Donald Trump clinches the nomination last night.
You're both very, very close to the president.
Can you give us sort of like an overview,
both of you, on the path moving forward and what's Donald Trump's sort of esprit de corps,
starting with Mike moving to Vivek?
Yeah, first of all, congratulations to Donald Trump.
I'm happy for him and happy for the country
to have the opportunity to move forward
with someone who loves this country dearly and understands that there is a difference between America, the country, and the United
States government. There is a vast difference. And America, the country, is much better off when
America, the government, respects America, the country, and allows her to operate as she would
operate without being dictated, having everything dictated from Washington, D.C.
So I think the path forward for him now is to unite Republicans and not just Republicans,
but anyone, including many Democrats who are so dissatisfied with President Joe Biden.
And Joe Biden has made Americans poorer. They're shelling out an additional $1,000 a month every single month per household in America
just to live.
That's what's going to win here,
along with Donald Trump's message of hope,
his message that we can do better
by getting the government out of the way.
Vivek?
Yeah, look, I agree with everything
Mike Lee says that I frequently do,
but I'll tell you that this is a rare election,
actually. It's rare in American history. And whoever you're supporting, it's actually
hasn't happened, I think, since Grover Cleveland. We're looking at well over a century
where you have two presidents to compare their track records back to back. Think about that.
That's actually pretty rare. Usually you have a challenger to an incumbent. So the incumbent has
a track record and the challenger, and admittedly, even if I was the nominee, I would have been in this position to say that here's all the things I'm going to do. Here's my vision, but it's not proven compared to an incumbent who can say that, okay, well, here's what I'm running Trump, and then you have four years of Biden. And just as a matter of American history, that's so rare that it's actually worth
commemorating that, right? You have four years of Trump, you've got a sealed border, you have a
growing economy, declining crime, and really no major conflict on the global stage that the United
States was enmeshed in. Four years of Biden, you have an open border, more porous than it's ever
been at any time in modern American history, rising crime as a consequence, inflation outpacing wage growth,
and closer to World War III than we've ever been in any of our lifetime. So that's the choice.
And so rhetoric aside, that's what I think the choice is going to come down to.
I still remain in the minority a little bit skeptical that Biden is going to end up being
the nominee. So we got to be careful not to just fall into that trap of bashing Biden when there's a bait and
switch coming later this summer. I also think that there is a unresolved tension in the Republican
Party that we can't just pretend doesn't exist, right? There's an old world Dick Cheney worldview
that still permeates some of the Republican Party. There's a candidate here in Ohio who I've endorsed.
I was with him last night. I drove two and a half hours to Cleveland to speak
at one of his events, Bernie Moreno, who Trump has also endorsed. That's a razor thin race right
here in Ohio. And I think that people should vote for candidates like Bernie Moreno over the
establishment old guard candidates that they've put up. And even though Donald Trump's endorsed
Bernie Moreno, it's a very, and I've endorsed Bernie Moreno, it's still a very close race here in Ohio. And so I do think that that's
going to continue to exist within the Republican Party. We're not going to do ourselves a service
by pretending like that doesn't exist. But nonetheless, this is about unity of not just
the Republican Party, but of an America First movement that goes beyond just Republicans,
to say that America first includes all Americans.
Success will be our vengeance. I love that line from Trump recently and own the message of
national unity in a way that we're not going to cede Biden to somehow have a monopoly on
as his message. And if we do that, I think we're going to be really successful.
Something I did want to touch on here briefly with both of you is the TikTok ban that just
passed the House. Your thoughts on it, starting with Vivek? Yeah. So, look, my thought is TikTok has major issues. There's at least three
categories of major issues. Number one is persuasion threats to the United States of
America, the Chinese government or Chinese affiliated entities determining what U.S.
users do or don't see. Number two is forced data transfers to the Chinese Communist Party from a
U.S. tech company. And number three is addictive tendencies in kids under the age of 15.
Major problems.
However, I think this bill fails across the board to address those issues.
It's incomplete in addressing those issues, while also creating a civil libertarian nightmare,
giving to the Biden administration exclusive executive authority effectively to decide
which kinds of so-called foreign adversary controlled apps or even websites are going
to be shut down or not, or are going to be owned by whom. And so if you're concerned with the Biden
administration engaging in backdoor censorship, using tech companies to do it, I think it's a
bad idea to give that Biden administration even broader executive latitude to do the same thing.
If you want to address the issue, as I do favor doing, address the issue across the board.
Social media and kids under the age of 16, it's an issue.
Address it.
Force data transfers to the CCP.
I don't like it if Google's doing it.
I don't like it if Airbnb is doing it.
I don't like it if TikTok is doing it.
Deal with it across the board rather than in a company-specific manner. And the specific manner in which this bill is written does two things.
One is it's designed to exclude the very companies that have been lobbying for it.
This is a Facebook lobbying bill. That's a dirty little secret in Washington, D.C.
It's designed to exclude U.S. companies from being burdened. I'd say include all companies,
U.S. or not, from stopping data transfers to the CCP. Look at Airbnb and what they've been doing for years.
Wall Street Journal reporting a few years ago put an end to it across the board, TikTok to Airbnb
to anybody else. And the other thing is don't give this much unfettered executive authority
to a president, including currently that would be President Biden, to even broaden the scope
of using tech companies, be they Google, be they TikTok, be they Facebook, be President Biden, to even broaden the scope of using tech companies,
be they Google, be they TikTok, be they Facebook, be they YouTube, to do through the back door what the government couldn't do through the front door. So that's my view is a wrong bill to at least
accomplish a worthy goal, accomplish it in the right way, ban the behavior rather than playing
whack-a-mole one company at a time. I'm sure, Senator, you tend to agree. Your thoughts?
Yeah. Look, Vivek and I rarely disagree, and we do not appear to disagree at all here.
One of the many things that he touched on that always needs to be mentioned is what relates to the separation of the powers between the three branches of government. When we find Congress
constantly legislating by granting authority to somebody else to act, to in fact create a law in
effect, authorizing the president to exercise sweeping authorities that could affect not only
this one company, but many others, that should always be a risk. Now, Vivek also correctly points out there
are some issues with TikTok, issues that I think we need to get to the bottom of.
This legislation, the one that just passed the House, passed, I believe, without a single
legislative hearing. We certainly haven't had any kind of full legislative airing of this
legislation on the Senate side. And that's not the kind of thing
you want to be messing around with, especially when you're pitching something as an approach to
ban a political, a particular business enterprise. That's dangerous. Now, I'm going to listen to the
arguments and I expect to get some classified briefings on this. But when you push something
this quickly, you got to make sure that you know what you're
pushing. Yeah. Yeah. Sincerely, Vivek, I know I've been pinged. I know that you have to hop.
We want to say thank you. We want to sign you off with something what we're doing new here,
which is our Donald Trump victory dance stinger. And so we're just going to play beside. We've
been working on our Donald Trump victory dances uh here we go uh let's hit it
there we go all right it's like this guys like kind of like that yeah all right
we're gonna get used to it we're gonna work on it i gotta get these moves down uh we missed you this weekend vivek in at the ufc we'll hit you up next time, man. I'll see you, man.
Take it easy.
All right. Thank you.
See you, Vivek.
Sorry, Mike.
Dance break.
Everybody needs one.
Yeah, sincerely.
So it's either a dance break or you can say, oh, dang, very, very lowly into the microphone.
You know what?
I appreciated that.
The use of the word dang.
I almost feel like they needed to pay a copyright royalty to the state of Utah.
We use the word dang a lot there. Any kind fake swear words we excel in those things i want to touch on fisa
702 um you've been tweeting about this and i want to pop up the base mike lee account with a big
time shout out everyone follow base mike lee uh 200 000 americans can't be wrong. Based, Mike Lee, the number one account you should follow in the Senate for based information,
FISA 702 is too often used to spy on Americans without a warrant.
The firm wants Congress to reauthorize FISA 702 next week without warrant requirements or meaningful debate.
And this is what they use to spy on Trump, right?
Right. And not just him, but hundreds of thousands of Americans. It's been used
hundreds of thousands of times to collect information about American citizens without
a warrant, not just information about them, but specific content that they've communicated.
In other words, this is not just about metadata, who you called, who called you, when you talked, how long you talked. It's about the recordings of the voice
conversation or the content of the email or the text message in order for them to search for that.
You know, some of that gets incidentally collected with 702. FISA 702 is about collecting information
communicated by foreign adversaries, terrorists, agents of
foreign powers outside the United States. It's not meant to be used here, certainly not against
U.S. citizens. Sometimes they accidentally collect some of it. I mean, legitimately,
somebody's talking to somebody who they are spying on. But in order for them to search the database
where they store recordings of all of this stuff, if they find out that you, Benny Johnson, have been communicating with some agent of a foreign power, unbeknownst to you, I'm sure very innocently, by the way, nothing untoward going on there.
But if they did and they decide to search for give me stuff on Benny Johnson, they need to get a warrant for that because that's that's that is akin to a wiretap.
It's like a backdoor warrantless search. So it's one of the things we've been pushing for.
I'm working on legislation with Democrats and Republicans, House members and senators to fix this.
Introducing a new bill tomorrow with Dick Durbin, a bipartisan bill to fix this.
They don't want to fix it. Why? Well, because they want to be
able to spy on people. I've been fighting this battle for over a decade, Benny. And every time
I bring it up with FBI directors appointed by three different presidents, they all say a variation
of the same thing. Don't worry about it. We got good people. We're not going to spy on people.
It turns out they've done exactly what they claimed they would not do hundreds of thousands
of times. And it's got to stop. So don't worry about it. We've got good
people. Seems to be the consummate line in Washington, D.C. It always seems to be the line
that the Republican Party tells the base and then they betray us and backstab us. And potentially
that is all coming to an end. Laura Trump is the now co-chair of the RNC. Ron McDaniel
has been ousted. Mitch McConnell has announced his resignation. Not immediately, unfortunately,
he's going to stick around. But the tortoise is inching towards the finish line.
What do you see in the leadership battle shaking up in the Senate? It seems like we've had
a pseudo announcement
from Rand Paul, is that correct?
Rand Paul's having a good time with that.
And gosh, I can think of nothing more fun
than Rand Paul as leader.
He has not made an announcement
that he will be running for leader.
And until then, I'm not necessarily holding my breath,
but it's fun to dream about.
In the meantime, I'm more focused on the what and the how and the why
than I am the who. And what I mean by that is we need a leader. We need our next Senate Republican
leader to be somebody who will unite Republicans behind a conservative agenda, because that's
really what makes us Republicans. We are the conservative party. Yes. Rather than sharply
dividing Republicans in order to team up with a small handful of senators to enable the Democrats to overcome the cloture hurdle with 60 votes and enact Democratic priorities.
We've seen that happen under existing leadership time and time again for many years.
It's part of why we're thirty four trillion dollars in debt. It's part of why we pass these bloated spending bills that produced two trillion dollar annual deficits.
And it's part of how we've advanced the Democratic agenda, not just on spending, but in countless substantive ways over many years.
That has to change now. We've got a real opportunity for new leadership.
And I think our new leader needs to be someone who will make a few commitments to, among other things, commit that when the leader backs particular legislation,
that's legislation that will unite Republicans around a conservative agenda
rather than dividing Republicans and benefiting Democrats.
Yeah, I mean, that's what we've gotten for the last 20 years.
Like, that'd be nice.
So you're not making any announcements here.
You're not going to, are you don't you're not gonna
are you gonna run senator look i'm not ruling out anything benny and if if it came to that
uh i'd consider doing it i i don't think it's right now for other people to get into the race
uh because we've got to have conversations in the first hand about our mission, about our purpose, about what it is that
the leader position consists of, about what it is that we want the Senate Republican leader to do.
And unless or until we get to that, these conversations focusing, rushing directly into
Hit pause on whatever you're listening to and hit play on your next adventure. Stay three nights
this summer at Best Western and get $50 off a future stay. Life's a trip. Make the most of it We'll prove unproductive.
They'll prove to be yet another popularity contest, which is not what we need.
Yeah.
Well, I can tell you this, John Cornyn, you don't have to say anything.
John Cornyn is not very popular with our
audience. I think our audience is agnostic on John Thune. Certainly is not a certainly is not one of
you know, like certainly not as a hero, not as a hero that would inspire the base. Maybe you can
do some work on that. But those seem to be underwhelming nominees. I think those are the
only two announced nominations nominations so far so we
certainly hope uh the based caucus of which you are a founding member uh gets somebody into the
ring and that we can like hype the hell out of them uh a mightily rand paul co-leader unity
ticket that would be fun yeah yes yes with uh with a ted with a Ted with a Ted Cruz, Ron Johnson, Rick Scott, Rick Scott and Rick Scott.
That's exactly right. Yes, that's now those would be some press conferences that I would tune into.
And I doubt I doubt, Senator, that if asked a question, you would just stare at the ceiling for like 60 straight seconds.
You never know.
And then need to be shuffled away.
Hey, what do we know?
Here we go.
On to the brighter futures.
The future does look bright.
God bless you, Senator.
Thank you for fighting for us.
Everyone follow.
Based Senator Mike Lee, ladies and gentlemen, on X.
Yeah, best account.
No cool sunglasses, no aviators anymore.
Those make an appearance every once in a while, just for special occasions. If you throw them out
too much, it tends to vulgarize the tradition, sort of like Christmas decorations in July.
You can't do that or it's not special anymore. But I'm open to tips on when you think I should
don them. I'm going to have my design team
send you something today because Trump clinched victory and you were one of the first people to
endorse him in the Senate. And I think maybe just for today, you should do an avatar update
with some with some Trump swag. Maybe we'll maybe we'll put you in some golden Trump sneakers.
Seems like it would be wrong not to.
Let's get on that.
You hear me, Jamie?
Okay.
Thank you, Senator.
Thanks, Benny.
All right.
That's pretty fun.
Pretty fun, ladies and gentlemen. We're providing the avatars. We're going to put Mike
Lee in solid gold sneakers. I think you should have solid gold in your bank account. That's why
you should go to Allegiance Gold. My friends at Allegiance Gold can protect you, can shore up
your investments. Have you seen gold hitting record highs? I've been telling you about this
for years. Get with my friends at Allegiance Gold, ladies and gentlemen.
Don't suffer the consequences of high inflation
and a fiat currency that is literally worth a penny
based on what it was worth a hundred years ago.
It's wild.
A dollar was worth a dollar a hundred years ago,
and now it's worth a penny versus that actual buying power.
It's insane what these people are doing.
It's illegal, it's criminal.
Protect yourself, hedge against that. Protectwithbenny.com today or call 844-66-BENNY
right now. Get up to $5,000 at a free silver with qualifying purchase. Do not get fooled
by these monsters. Protectwithbenny.com today. They want to steal your wealth. They want you
to be poor, actually. And that's why they're doing this. There's no other explanation for it.
There's no explanation for what happened yesterday in the Robert Herr hearing.
We were there to watch the Category 5 hurricane go rolling through.
That's the best we could come up with.
I don't know if we got something better for Robert Herr.
It was really sad to see a guy who seemed like a relatively principled prosecutor uncover all of this evidence against Joe Biden,
then be unable to charge him because he works inside of a justice department that Joseph Stalin
would be proud of. They told him what result he was going to get no matter what he found.
So what did he find? Really quickly here. Joe Biden willfully retained documents and broke the
law. He was never president. Joe Biden was doing this
while Senator shoving them down the old diapers and wobbling out with documents everywhere. Go.
My team and I conducted a thorough independent investigation. We identified evidence that the
president willfully retained classified materials after the end of his vice presidency when he was
a private citizen.
This evidence included an audio recorded conversation during which Mr. Biden told his ghostwriter that he had, quote, just found all the classified stuff downstairs, end quote.
When Mr. Biden said this, he was a private citizen speaking to his ghostwriter in his
private rental home in Virginia. He's speaking to his ghostwriter,
was he? Oh, OK. So then what did the ghostwriter do with all this classified information Joe Biden
was just lavishing upon him? Oh, he destroyed the evidence, actually, once he heard that there
was going to be an investigation. Watch. This is a quote. Joe Biden risked serious damage
to America's national security when he shared information with his ghostwriter.
Shared it with his ghostwriter, the guy who was helping Joe Biden get $8 million.
And oh, by the way, Mr. Herr, what did that ghostwriter do with the information Joe Biden
shared with him on his laptop? What did he do after you were named special counsel?
Chairman, if you're referring to the
audio recordings that Mr. Zwanitzer created of his conversations with exactly what I'm referring to,
he he slid, if I remember correctly, he slid those files into his recycle bin on his computer,
tried to try to destroy the evidence, didn't he? Correct. The very guy who was helping Joe Biden
get the eight million dollars, who was helping Joe Biden get the
eight million dollars, eight million dollars Joe Biden used the motive for Joe Biden to to disclose
classified information, to retain classified information, which he definitely knew was
against the law. When you get. Jim Jordan is a savage, savage man.
We need so many more like him in Congress, our Congress, such a bunch, savage man. We need somebody more like him in Congress.
Our Congress, such a bunch of weaklings.
Ken Buck just deciding he's going to quit Congress.
What are all these members of Congress?
Who are these people?
It's got to be coordinated.
It's got to be coordinated.
Ken Buck deciding he's going to quit Congress.
Like, you were elected.
Who are these cowardlyly spineless jackasses
who are these people they just quit in the middle of their term you were elected to a two-year term
you can't even serve your two-year term ken buck was somehow allowed to ask questions at this he is
a complete and total coward a chicken shearing. Not going to swear.
Not going to swear.
Family show.
Family show.
Children are watching.
Ladies and gentlemen, you might want to cover your children's eyes after this one.
Matt Gaetz going in on Robert Herr in what is an absolute slaughterhouse.
Rated R.
Matt Gaetz, not a chicken. Matt Gaetz, somebody with real,
real rocks and shorts. See ya. Go. February 8th, the White House question. Mr. President, why did you share classified information with your ghostwriter? The president, I did not share
classified information. I did not share it. I guarantee I did not.
That's not true, is it, Mr. Herr?
That is inconsistent with the findings based on the evidence in my report.
Yeah, so it's a lie is just what regular people would say, right?
Yeah, all right. So the next one.
And all the stuff that was in my home was in filing cabinets that were either locked or able to be locked.
That wasn't true either, was it? That was inconsistent with the findings of our investigation.
Another lie, people might say, right? Because what you put in your report was among the places
Mr. Biden's lawyers found classified documents in the garage was a damaged open box. So here's
what I'm understanding, right? As Mr. Armstrong laid out, you find in your report that the elements of a federal criminal violation are met.
But then you apply this senile cooperator theory that because Joe Biden cooperated and the elevator didn't go to the top floor, you don't think you get a conviction.
Ken Buck, because he's like in that clip, you see Ken Buck sitting there like while he resigns Congress.
These people are such cowards. Matt Gaetz going in. Also, ladies and gentlemen, Congressman Armstrong getting the clip of the day.
This is the clip of the day. Where did Joe Biden keep all of his classified documents? Oh, well,
hope you got time. It's going to take a second to get through the amount of locations that there
were classified documents that Joe Biden was squirreling away all the way back to the time
he was in the Senate, where he had to go into the secured skiff and then shove the documents down his pants to steal them.
What?
Mr. Herr, classified documents were found at the Penn Biden Center.
That's correct.
They were found in President Biden's garage.
In Wilmington, Delaware.
Yes.
And in his basement den.
Also in the same home.
Yes.
In the major and his main floor office.
Correct.
And his third floor den.
Correct. At the University of Delaware. Correct. And at the Biden Institute. Correct.
OK. Yeah, baby. Oh, man. So not great. Not good. The Republican side of the aisle obviously did
some really thorough and pretty sharp questioning. But the Republican side of the aisle obviously did some really thorough
and pretty sharp questioning. But the Democrat side of the aisle, well, they had their own
very special way of asking questions, which was really just like tuning in to any therapist's within a three-mile radius of a Zumba class
in Palm Springs
with a bunch of, like, divorcees.
Xanax rattling around in their purse in their yoga pants.
Like, oh, oh, oh, oh, my, oh, oh, I felt like Donald Trump.
I don't like Donald Trump. I don't like him.
Donald Trump is orange.
We don't like Donald Trump because he's orange.
That was it.
That was the whole argument.
I thought we were serious people.
I thought we were a serious country.
Nope, nope.
It was literally just end stage Trump derangement syndrome all day. The entire argument from the Democrat side
of the aisle was orange man bad. That was it. The whole thing was orange man bad.
Oh, and also this one, which is like my absolute, absolute, absolute favorite. Okay.
Lib, uh, this guy named Cohen, he's a congressman named Cohen.
He's from Tennessee.
I don't know how this guy still has a seat in Tennessee.
He must be one of those like little gerrymandered seats like right in the heart of Nashville.
No reason this guy, Steve Cohen, should be a representative from the state of Tennessee.
Get your act together, people. has what can best be described as like a apoplectic,
anaphylactic seizure inside of the House chamber,
declaring that Joe Biden is the smartest,
brightest man he's ever known.
Watch this guy quite literally in his seething,
crying tantrum that he threw about how smart Joe Biden is, literally break his own
brain. They're not sending their best, okay? They're not sending their best. This is the
lib I want to salt. I want to salt one more lib. Come on, we have two salt at the zoo hat trick.
Salt that lib. Steve Cohen literally breaking his own brain trying to talk about how great,
how smart Joe Biden is. Go. breaking his own brain trying to talk about how great joe so smart joe biden is go
and he did an outstanding job in the state of the union laying out the case for the future of
america for for the middle class for class, for democracy around the world, for
standing up to the Russians, not bending down to them.
That's what's important.
Not if you can be like on the $64,000 question, assuming it was legit, and answering every
single question correctly.
That's not what you need to be president.
To be president, you need to have values.
You need to have an understanding of what values America has and needs to maintain to
keep the world safe and peaceful.
That's dealing with Ukraine.
That's dealing with difficult people like Netanyahu in Israel to try to get something done that's correct.
That's what Joe Biden does.
And understanding Social Security and Medicare, Medicaid are important institutions that help seniors, not senile people.
I mean, I object to that comment.
People see he's not nobody suggests he's senile. And that's disrespectful of senior people with
any kind of memory disability. Lots of seniors have memory disability, but they're not senile.
And to do such was shameful. Joe Biden is a competent, good president. Those American values.
I turn the gentleman's time has expired.
Great job, guys.
Really.
You did an incredible.
You've done an incredible job making your point there.
Really.
Super good.
I'm totally convinced.
Continue to drool and continue to froth at the mouth and to spit on yourself and to spit up like my two-year-old.
Please continue doing it.
It's great.
You're really making your point.
Joe Biden isn't senile because...
I have a feeling that's going to be clipped.
Ladies and gentlemen, that's why we do this show. We do this show to have fun. We do this show to like have a feeling that's going to be clipped. Ladies and gentlemen, that's why we do the show.
We do the show to have fun.
We do the show to have a laugh.
These people are worthy of our ridicule.
These people are worthy of our contempt, but then also of our parody, right?

Ladies and gentlemen, we can't do what we do without being independent. If I worked for the corporate media, I would not have been even the best guys out there.
I would not have been able to be live for five and a half hours yesterday.
That's not how it works.
Okay.
Everything is so routinized and regimented.

obviously to yours truly giving us advice.
And we answer all of our, we answer all of our emails.
And so we take that to heart and we say, thank you.
Obviously it's a tough time right now.
So if you're dead broke, I know what that's like.
And Joe Biden is not making it any easier.
So we just say, we appreciate you for watching.
We just say, thank you for just being here. We're here to build a movement. We're to
have fun. We're to laugh a little bit while we're doing it. And also to like try and get the vague
and Mike Lee to dance to the Trump victory stinger. We tried our hardest. We said dance.
You know, you can you can bring a horse to water, but you can't make him drink.
My desk is soaked.
We'll see if I've destroyed any electronics.
Ladies and gentlemen, this day was a day of great news.
And so let us give you a happy little totem to take with you from the most important part of the show, which is the verse of the day.
I love the verse of the day because no matter what the news cycle is, we can always end on a high
note because we can end with a scripture. We can end on something true, something real, something
that's like of actual value. John 14, 6, Jesus said to him, I'm the way, the truth, and life.
Nobody comes to the Father except through me. Man, isn't that what you want? Like truth and life?
Isn't that what the point of all this is?
To provide truth and life
and have a society based on those things?
We are super pro-life
on this program. We want life
though to the fullest for you,
for your children. And that's like what we're
fighting for. I had this conversation with my wife this morning.
Like, I don't
want to be the generation that leaves a worse Americaica for our kids we have these three little beautiful kids
maybe we'll have more i don't know but like we have these three little beautiful kids right now
and like it's super motivating actually like and so stay centered the only p the only one who can
save us is jesus christ the only one who can save this country is jesus christ that is god that's
the person who can save the that that's who can save this country is Jesus Christ. He's God. That's the person who can save the country.
That's who can save the country, right?
So stay centered on that, ladies and gentlemen.
