Republicans may have a solid little majority here on their hands. More solid than the two seats that they had. The Voter Rights Act has this obscene provision that allows for libs to draw districts like this and to say that it's constitutional. It is not. States that have districts like this need to be sued immediately. That right there,

look at that district and then look at the Republican district on the other side. So the Republican district has to flip over to the other side. The other one has to like somehow, in what universe does that make any sense? This makes no sense.

It's absolutely and totally rigged. I'll tell you the people who do it. The rigor of these election processes are left wing lawyers who come in with these massive nonprofits funded by George Soros, Barack Obama, Eric Holder. They have their hands filthy in districts like this. They have stolen through gerrymandering 40 to 50 House seats, Democrats across the country in dark red states like Louisiana. Can you zoom out again, Klein? Let's pop on over to Illinois. Oh, wait till you see this. The worst. You can tell Klein's from the, can you tell Klein's from Rhode Island? Can you tell Klein's from the East Coast? Doesn't know where Illinois is. How dare you? How dare you, sir? All right. So the Illinois map, we're going to spend some quality time on decision desk. What is going on here? Look at all those teeny little districts up there near Chicago. Look at that. Where they're

able to like give Democrats zoom in where they're able to give Democrats. Look at that. That alone, that alone is able to give Democrats 10 extra seats. You know, Illinois is losing like four seats in the next census. Guess what they're going to do? They're going to mash all the red Republican areas together and try and shove the end seats in here. This is the most important battle in America. Republican lawyers get ready. We're bringing on some awesome Republican lawyers on a program today. Republican lawyers get ready. This is the battle. This is how you make sure that the will of the people are known. The country shouldn't vote 5 million plus votes of Donald Trump, popular vote,

Donald Trump winning all seven swing states. Donald Trump wins 312 in the electoral college and then have a house as thin as this margin. This shows you that the will of the people is not pop it up. The will of the people is not being heard. I just put up the full election map, the full house map. Here we go. So there are all your house districts, ladies and gentlemen. We're going to attack these blue districts. We're going to say no to this obscene gerrymandering.

And one final little bee in my bonnet. Look at Minnesota. Look at Minnesota. You zoom in on Minnesota. Look at that. It's a red state. Is anybody else sick of this? You know that Minnesota has pop-up voting booths that only that exist like in a mobile van and they're all they only exist for one day and you go through and you and there's no voter id required so the same 200 000 people can just follow the pop-up voter booth everywhere it goes and rig elections for democrats look at this who's sick of minnesota being the one blue state in the entire Midwest. I am, I'm sick of it. Time for lawsuits to freaking fly. It's time for us to be done with this, ladies and gentlemen.

We gave you the evidence of this in Wisconsin. Wisconsin should not have had a Senate race. That flipped back blue in the dark of night. You can see the graphs from Wisconsin. They're insane. They are.

Somebody needs to explain it to me. No, no, no. The election night graphs. Somebody needs to explain the curves to me. ALX, grab me those. Somebody's going to have to explain why a state this red as every single county in Wisconsin that Donald Trump wins goes like this. What the hell happened at three thirty in the morning? These are the two people that were up for Senate. Oh, wow. Look at that. He only lost by twenty thousand votes by less. But he won't, he lost by less than 30,000 votes.

And, um, would you look at that three 30 in the morning lawsuits forever? I need to find out what's going on. Could somebody explain that to me? How about this? Are you an intellectually honest person? Are you a person that like deserves any type of respect. I will swear to you on this program, if president Trump or any Republican that we like was trending this way on election night, zoom, zoom right into that bump. I want to see that bump. If any Republican was trending this night and had that kind of a jump, the parabolic jump. It just, I mean, it looks like the Bitcoin price right now. Would you, I mean, would you assume that that's something fair is going on? Of course not. Of course not. I would not want to have to explain that. I don't want that on my soul. This is, as of right now, has to be assumed mass election fraud. You know, it's amazing as they try to do it with Trump. You can see the same map with Trump. You can grab the same maps with Trump. This is in the production chat, boys, where you can see that they literally tried

to do it and it was too big to rig. It's too big to rig. So they were able to figure out, and the Senate race was closer. It was definitely closer. A Senate race is an incumbent senator. This is what it looked like with Trump. Look at how close they were. Look at how close they were. Look at how close they were. Somebody explain that. Tell you what, we got balls of brass on this show. Nobody else talks about this stuff. Somebody explain that. That's the legitimate graph from the Secretary of State of Wisconsin. Please, please, I'm all ears. Slowly, in, in simple English secretary of state for left-wing, the left-wing government of Wisconsin. Explain that at 3.00 AM. This is Trump versus Kamala.

Look at how close they were. Look at how close they were. Look where Kamala was trending. You see, you don't have to be a geometry major to see where the lines were going. You don't have to be a great artist. You don't have to be Pablo Picasso to see exactly where that line was heading and where Trump's line was heading. Now, somebody explain to me 3 a.m. right there. We're going to start asking people on this program, what the hell is going on here exactly?

Where are the lawsuits? Has anybody from the state of Wisconsin explained what this was? Man, it makes me so angry. Nonetheless, you are in the right place if you actually care about the integrity of your elections. This audience is growing and growing massively, and we are going to muscularly use the size and the power of this audience to force compliance by our new Republican government into passing mandatory voter ID. That's step number one, mandatory voter ID. Step number two should be mandatory reporting times for federal

elections. You know, California is still counting. What's California at, Alex? It's like 70%. They're still counting in California. And what does that tell you? 63%. Still counting in California.

Okay. So yeah, that tells you something's up. No, no, no. Florida has all of their election day ballots counted on election night within an hour, I think, within minutes. Look at this. Here it is. Voter ID opinion. Should America have voter ID? This is the most popular issue in the country that Republicans are on the right side of. Republicans are clearly on the right side of the majority of the nation. And yet here we go. 84%. It's going to be hard for you to find, other than closing the border, that's probably the only other issue that Republicans have such wide margins on.

Their own little crisis. We have a crisis, obviously, where we wish to trust our elections. I want to trust our elections. I do! The way you trust your elections is you are open with the processes. You don't have any 3 a.m. ballot dumps that flip races and steal states. And you have voter ID, so we know who's voting in our damn elections. There's rumblings that there's going to be a complete cast change at The View and they're going to fire half The View and bring on like half Trump supporters. This is going to be very interesting time. The reckoning is officially here and it's all about the money. MSNBC has no more viewers. They know that they were lied to and it's all about the money. So here, watch them panic. Keep that in mind. And keep this in mind.

A revealing chart that ran in the Financial Times showed that white progressives, and this is how it has been for too long, white progressives hold views far to the left of the minorities they champion. White progressives think at higher rates than Hispanic and black Americans that, quote, racism is built into our society. And get this. Many more black and Hispanic Americans surveyed compared with white progressives responded that, quote, America is the greatest country in the world. God smacked. Democrats have reacted to the wipeout in different ways. Some think Kamala did not court the left enough, touting trans rights and repudiating Israel. Other Democrats feel the opposite, calling on the party to reimagine itself. Marie Glusenkamp Perez,

a vulnerable Democrat in a red congressional district in Washington, narrowly held her seat. The 36-year-old mother of a toddler and owner of an auto shop told the Times, Annie Carney, that Democratic condescension has to go. Maybe we're the problem. Maybe white, navel-gazing, fart-smelling liberal elitism inside of America's worst-run cities is the problem. Guess who agrees with me? All of America. Here we go. A rundown of which groups swung right and which groups didn't like the intersectional layer cake of oppression. Look at this chart. This chart is breathtaking. Breathtaking. congresswoman Annapolina Luna actually represents some of the groups that swung the hardest, right? Black men swung the hardest, right? Non-white 18 to 44 swung the hardest to Trump. Non-white 18 to 44 swung the hardest to trump non-white call it non-college educated men the working class latino men look at the top here non-white urgent urban african-american black latino hispanic high school or less 18 to 44 18 to 44 men young people, a diverse coalition of young people, black, Latino, Hispanic, Asian, and native American all swung to Trump by double digits. You're talking 25, 21, 21, 19, 17, 16%. Let's scroll all the way down to the very bottom of the list. Killer Klein. Who exactly did Kamala Harris keep? Well, would you look at this?

There's only three groups that Kamala Harris kept. The overeducated, postgraduate study, the smarmy white urban liberals, and white college men. We call them cucks for Harris. Other people call them white dudes for Harris. Don't care. All of them look like AOC's boyfriend

and they're all super humiliating. They were all called by the corporate press and shamed into voting for Kamala Harris. So essentially like low T, low testosterone, beta men who have like 200 college degrees, like a PhD, that's all. That's the only group that kamala won

that's it the only group that kamala harris made inroads in are the most uh annoying self-obsessive narcissistic a-holes at a party like the last person you want to hang out with the party smug sneering condescending, holier than thou, virtue signaling pricks. You know, it was interesting because they were doing the same thing to me that they're doing to trump with the fake polling saying that it was a toss-up race i ended up winning by double digits one by ten points which is a pretty solid win so the entire state of florida i mean i want to like extrapolate out but zooming out the entire state of florida red kingdom miami miami-dade look at miamiDade swings right. This is so awesome. You've been coming on our program talking about this. Younger people, Hispanics, like that's who makes up the Miami-Dade

County right there. And it swung hard right. Holy moly. Look at that. I mean, that is again, that is also a landslide. I mean, I think when you're looking nationally, just the trends, I mean, we started, I think I was talking to you about this years ago, but the Hispanic voting minority was going to reject this leftism, this Marxism that we're seeing coming out of the DNC. But, you know, I try to explain this to people. Washington is so insular and it's so isolated that people tend to live in their own echo chambers and they don't leave it. They don't understand what normal people are going through, whether it's the economy, inflation, for goodness sakes, facing World War Three. And so when people were saying, you know, Kamala Harris's rhetoric and the things that they're talking about in D.C., talking about wanting to imprison Donald Trump, censoring people, people were scared.

And so we saw that at the polls on Election Day. But I also saw that as a national trend. So very happy that people chose to give Republicans and conservatism a chance, voted for President Trump. But we have a lot of work to do and you're seeing that starting to unfold in the 119th Congress. Let's talk about that. So help us tee up what's on the table. Obviously, you were one of President Trump's earliest and most vocal backers in Congress. I was. And as I recall, you might have caught some hell for that about 18 months ago. I did.

Now look who's talking. What's on the table right now? What's getting teed up? Look, I'm actually going to make a public call for Governor DeSantis to appoint Laura Trump to fill Marco Rubio's term in office. I think that she is the best fit if he becomes Secretary of State, which I think he's going to. I think Laura Trump would avoid a really nasty primary in two years when that seat then comes open. And I think that she has the qualification. She proved herself not just, I think, as a national leader, but also as a stateswoman. You know, she fought for election integrity nationally and, I would argue, was largely responsible for securing President Trump's

win. And so if she'll take it, I think that she would be the perfect fit. I think that Governor DeSantis is looking for someone that would take that job seriously. And I think that she has all the qualifications to include the pedigree to be a wonderful US Senator. And so I'm giving her my full backing. I don't know if she's fully decided on whether or not she wants to do it, but I think that she'd be great. So I think that that's phase one. And then also we have an incoming Senate majority leader race. The reason why this is so important, I like to explain this to people that might not be in the inner workings of washington is the senate majority is whoever's in charge is going to

really be in charge of pushing forward president trump's agenda for this country so all those people who wanted to end taxes on tips who don't want foreign wars who want to dial back the funding on ukraine that can be killed by the senate if we don't have someone that's in charge that will do the right thing frankly what i'm saying and i know that i'm going to get a lot funding on ukraine that can be killed by the senate if we don't have someone that's in charge that will do the right thing frankly what i'm saying and i know that i'm going to get a lot of shit for this but i don't care because it's the right thing to do mitch mcconnell has been actively trying to knife senator scott he actually was the reason why they are requesting the voting to be done in secret because when senators have that wall between them and the American people, it makes them easier to vote for

I know that other people, to put people outside of politics, you actually elected office like Elon Musk, for example, has endorsed Rick Scott, but is a very important race. And so phone your senator, they accused us of bullying them.

I don't think that you phoning your senator and making your opinion known as being a bully. I think that that's you just voicing your opinion as a constituent and they should probably grow a backbone and do the right thing. How low testosterone do you have to be to be a grown ass man and cry about your voters calling you and asking for you to represent them in the federal government and in absolutely possibly the most important Senate vote this year, which will be the leader. I think it's inarguable, actually, because it will set the stage for everything else. You know, Benny, I was actually just talking about this earlier, but the reason why a lot of people don't want to run for office, the reason why it's they call these tough

votes is because people in general do they perform different under pressure, but specifically in the Senate, specifically in the House, when you don't vote the right way, all of a sudden there happen to be leaks and unnamed sources and you start having your reputation smeared on the national platform. It can be a lot. But the fact is, is that we have the juggernaut we have the house the senate and the white house and president trump has a very specific agenda to be clear there is going to need to be an absolute weeding of the corruption that took place no president running for office democrat republican or independent should ever go through what president trump went through with the government being weaponized against and that's's exactly what happens. It's very important that we have people

doing the right thing. If Cornyn and Thune wanted to do the right thing and be do right by Americans, they would stand aside. And if your Republican senator votes in favor of Mitch McConnell, they are not they are not engaging in the will of the people. They're trying to actively sabotage President Trump. You know, and I think that, too, you know, President Trump has to do what's right for his presidency. So he's being a statesman. He's, you know, he's not really weighing in right now. But I will tell you this. We can weigh in. And I'm telling you directly, these people, you have to look at their voting records.

id they want elections to run like florida's elections nationwide and this is also something that the Republican Party is in 100% favor of. Also, most of the nation, according to polling here, 85% of the country wants voter ID, wants mandatory voter ID. So please, is there a way for us to get this done in Congress? How hard can we push to make it a federal mandate that voter ID is something that you must have to vote in a federal election? I would say that we could push pretty hard for it. And I've argued both sides of this when coming up with the actual debate on this, right? Because you have some people that say, well, we're for voter ID, but it shouldn't be federalized. It should be up to the states.

Then you have people like myself that also agree that voter ID specifically is protecting the Constitution. And when you have states like what happened with this past election with every single state that Kamala Harris won did not have voter ID, and they see them being very sympathetic to illegal immigration, I would argue that it is our constitutional duty and authority to ensure that our elections are fair and secure. And that can only be done with federal voter ID. So I think that that would be probably something that we need to do day one. Also, too, I'm very interested to see what President Trump is going to do via executive orders as soon as he gets in. Obviously, we saw that he picked his new DHS secretary, Kristi Noem, who's going to be incredible. All these cabinet positions that he's choosing right now, there's a reason why he's going for them specifically.

So it's going to be an interesting 100 days. So just very quickly, since you won for office and won, what the hell is exactly going on in Wisconsin? Like, we couldn't believe these drops at 3 a.m. Like, people are so sick of this garbage. I think, you know, I think that there's to say that there was never voter fraud that occurred is simply not accurate. It's gaslighting Americans. You know, just here I use Florida for an example. We have very secure elections. However, there were arrests made in the 2020 election where people went to jail. Things eat, for engaging in voter fraud. So the fact is, is that you have to shine a light and you have to

ensure that that doesn't happen. The fact is, is that there shouldn't be random drops. There should be people delivering their ballots in person. If there's a medical reasoning for them not to be able to, it should be one or two at a time, not boxes. And so I think, again, you know, when we're going back to having fair representation in the Senate that would advocate that or even just advocating for this on a national stage, you know, I've been in favor of voter ID. I think it's a it's a constitutional obligation. You know, you have to have an ID to buy a cigarette. You have to have an ID in some states to buy a gun. So why would you not have an ID to vote when you have people that have come here? And by the way, thank God President Trump got elected because we had people on the known terrorist watch list that came to our

southern border that were released by this administration into our territory here in the United States. These are bad people. And so we need a massive cleanup. But I'm looking forward to, again, hopefully a Laura Trump appointment to the Senate. If Rubio takes secretary of state, I'm going to plug that again. I think it's a great idea. The judge has delayed a ruling on whether or not to dismiss President-elect

Donald Trump's criminal conviction. These are 34 counts that came in at the end of May, May 30th. And the former president's been fighting it ever since. And the judge is going to sentence him prior to the election, then delayed it given the election itself. And so this is the ruling here. Just reading from the AP, a New York state judge has paused proceedings in the already decided criminal case on charges stemming from the hush money paid to a porn star. All right. The document reads the judge had been set to decide by today

whether or not the conviction could be vacated due to the ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court midsummer back in July on presidential immunity. Trump had also been scheduled to be sentenced on November 26. So this now is a whole new ball of wax. Ooh, baby. Come on, baby. This is going to be very, very exciting to see what happens. And most importantly, to see the investigations into Juan Rashaun. As we have reported multiple times on this program, Juan Rashaun is committing illegal acts. There are rules in New York.

He has to recuse himself. You have to recuse yourself. We have the receipts. We haveuse yourself. We have the receipts. We have the documents. We have the paperwork. Juan Rashan's daughter is a blue and on sociopath who fundraises hundreds of millions of dollars off locking up Trump.

It needs to be determined what elements Trump could even be prosecuted for, what elements of evidence could even be adduced given the immunity ruling. And you don't get to say, you adduced evidence, and now I'm going to say, well, it's

in violation of the Supreme Court ruling, but it was irrelevant, which is why it was adduced as evidence. I predicted it. He's going to vacate the entire conviction. I stand by that. But at the very least, it looks like it's leaning in the direction of he's not sentencing Trump to jail on November 26th, if he does anything on November 26th. How could they possibly do that? Of course, the federal law is superior to state law, and there's clearly no way that they could ever get that over the line. But that's clearly what they wanted to do, right? This election result was whether President Trump spent the rest of his life in prison or died in jail. That's what their goal was, was it not? I think it was. I think if Trump had been not elected, it would have been a lot easier to go

ape poopy crazy on him. The fact that he was not only elected, but in a landslide popular vote clear mandate, their hands are tied, their hands were tied regardless. So whether or not they would have gone crazy had he not been elected, they've got to go law abiding now that he has been elected because federally, they're going to drop all of those cases. Jack Smith is already talking about winding it up. RICO was never going to get anywhere on its own weaknesses. But Merchant was always going to vacate this, I think, based on the Supreme Court ruling, because it's not something you can go back and just parse out what elements violated the Supreme Court immunity ruling and what didn't, what affected the jury, what didn't. Go back and retry it. If anybody is stupid enough to go back

How could anybody trust the results in Colorado, which swung shockingly blue when the entire rest of the country went red? Now she's under investigation. What should happen there, Viva? She should be fired and prosecuted in that order. Colorado probably was never going red this time around, you know, any more than the last time. It's like once you go blue, you're done through. There's a rhyme in there somewhere. But it's grotesque,

whether or not it's incompetence or corruption, although as Bongino says, layered incompetence is corruption or is intent. You cannot allow for this to happen. They couldn't access private information. It's it's it's not incompetence. It's outright corruption. It highlights a number of the problems with the systems they have in play for election. It should be paper and you don't have these problems, but she should go to jail. She should have gone to jail for election interference for what she did with Trump. And she's an overall nut case. But this is just

hard evidence. They are beyond correction, beyond redemption, corrupt. Get out and investigate and send to jail if necessary. So we're zooming all around the country, Viva. Let's say, since we're on the West Coast, let's do a real trip over to California. California Democrats got repudiated on a state level. California swung hard red for that state. Trump won plus 40% in California. The state effectively turned red if you're looking at a county by county map. And many people are saying,

hold up, the reason why the blue areas were able to succeed so strongly is because there is zero voter ID in California. This is a question that I've had. And we've had various voter ID in California. This is a question that I've had on the, and we've had various people weigh in here. What are the grounds for the federal government? And that's a great, that's a great map of California.

Pop that up so people can see. And if you layer it with 2020, it's incredible, the dominance of President Trump in this election. This is a mandate. People want voter ID. The public want it. What is the process to get it federally? See, this is where I couldn't really venture into this question. I'm a mere Quebec Canadian attorney. But the states determine their election processes.

But at some point, an entire country can be disenfranchised because of the state rules that allow for no voter ID or that outlaw voter ID. So I don't know what would need to be done in order to have some sort of uniform federal voter ID requirement. But it's a no brainer. It's not just a no brainer. I did an interview with the other day. It's a no brainer that there is no argument for not having voter ID, except for the fact that you want to be able to falsify, fraudulently fortify elections, period. The racism argument is racism. You say, oh, black people can't find the DMV or can't get voter ID. Well, then it's racist to ask them for ID when they want to buy alcohol. And then you say, well, buying alcohol is not a constitutional right. Voting is. Well, there's an argument that it's not actually in the Constitution regardless. But then, so are you saying that no voter ID to buy guns, like exercising your Second Amendment rights? These idiots have not thought it through

because they don't want to. It's a racist argument to say no voter ID laws because requiring voter ID disenfranchises minorities. But you see what happens in California, how hard you have to struggle. And then even still, from what I understand, like the local races are not reflecting the broader trend. And then you might ask yourself why that happens when they're still counting votes 30 days or up to 30 days later. Yeah, that's precisely correct. And we see these strange maps out of Wisconsin, these ballot dumps at 3 a.m. that flip Senate seats. Right. We saw the same thing with Kerry Lake in Arizona. I believe it's time for a federal crackdown on this.

I believe it's time for the federal government to say, wait a second, this is a federal election. We have jurisdiction here. It is. Look, they made the argument. You can't allow states to willy nilly disqualify a president on the basis of a 14th amendment, third paragraph, because one state can disenfranchise all of America if they so do. So the bottom line, I don't know what mechanism there would have to be. And I'm going to ask Robert Barnes and we'll talk about it most certainly at our next show. But audit, audit all of it. The Democrats are running around

screaming that Trump stole 2024. Audit 2024, but audit 2020 at the same time. And you may not like what you find, Dems. That's right. Can you explain this to me? Is this real? This is real. This is Wisconsin. This is Kamala and Trump in Wisconsin. You can see what the game was.

3.30 a.m. 3.30 a.m. is right there. I had on my channel Mark Robert, America's Untold Stories. He's a guy who's a genius as well when it comes to politics, pop culture, explaining how the ballot harvesting works and how it goes back to LBJ and how, you know, they just they find ballots in order to keep a lead that they have or in order to beat the lead that they know they need to beat. And you cannot have counting going on for days, weeks, and a month in California, because that is, I don't even want to say third world level politics, because third world government politics,

because it's almost insulting. It's corruption, pure and simple, period. And so what we saw in Arizona, we saw it in Wisconsin, we saw it in Pennsylvania to some extent. You know, they couldn't find enough votes for the popular vote, but they sure as heck could for the closer races. Bottom line, it's corruption audited. Find out what the hell is going on and put people in jail for bona fide election fraud, which I think we now definitively can conclude occurred in 2020.

You don't lose 10 million votes and say, oh, people were just not interested in voting, especially now that the final numbers are in and Republicans, Trump has more in 2024 than he had in 2020. So one doesn't continue the upward trajectory and another would have a spike and then disappear 10 million votes. So that's a mandate, Viva, which you just described there. And it's a mandate to clean house in Washington, D.C. We talked through this Politico article right before you popped on, and here we go.

They're terrified of the DOJ. They're so worried. I think the adjectives used in this article, it has me singing songs on a Sunday morning. They say they're shaking with rage. They're fearful and salty, and that people are losing their mind. salty and that people are losing their mind. First paragraph. People are losing their mind. Lawyers are losing their minds at the DOJ.

They never had minds to begin with. And this is so far. Hey, guys, you guys are nervous. Resign. Like if I'm if I'm Biden and I want to make these people calm down a little bit. Look, they'll be out of a job anyhow come January 20th. If I'm Biden, I pardon Hunter, I pardon myself, I pardon Trump as an act of unification. And I pardon all of these federal agents, federal employees who are nervous about persecution under Trump, give them a blanket, you know, a pardon in advance, and they be on their ways and the house will clean itself. But they're terrified because they know what they've been doing for the last however many decades. Michael Flynn knew what they were doing. And there's a reason why they went after the people they did with the ferociousness that they did. And now Trump is back in with a mandate.

And hopefully he puts together the proper team to open up the closets, bring out the skeletons and put the people in jail who need to be put in jail after a fair trial, of course. So last question here, Viva, but I think it's an important one. The process of firing a federal employee, they've written they've written the system in order to protect themselves, obviously. Right. And so there's going to be this internal resistance and friction against against the firing of these career federal employees. How do you get it done? I know Vivek has said, why don't we just go to the Social Security numbers and say every Social Security number that ends in these numbers, you're gone, right? There have been many people speculating about how to do it. What's the best way to begin cleaning house? Because you can already feel, you can already hear it, right? Ason talks about getting rid of these government agencies that's illegal you can't do that we'll

challenge you in court uh well so i'm picking the bigger brain of robert barnes cut funding defund these entities and they won't have the salaries to pay the bloated staff that they already have so you may not be able to fire them and come and say, you're fine. Cut the funding. These they are they are already operating on exceedingly high budgets, wasting it left and right. Cut it and it will it will eliminate itself. We're going to find out. The government is probably a lot like not Tesla, a lot like Twitter. And it can operate probably more efficiently with 25 percent of the staff. So get in there with your Department of Governmental Efficiency, DOGE. Defund some of these entities that don't need them. You want to defund the police? No, defund the FBI, defund the CIA, and make them do more with less, not less with more as they've been

doing. Yes, precisely. The black box of federal funding. We don't even get to know how much they spend. It's a black box. Isn't that great? What a country. When they can't pass an audit and the Pentagon can't account for trillions of dollars, they spend it's a black box isn't that great when the pentagon cannot what a country when you when they can't pass an audit and the pentagon can't account for trillions of dollars you have too much money to play with in the first place when you when your money's tight you know where you're spending it and if you're not knowing where you're spending taxpayer dollars it's because you got too much of it everybody head on over you know where to follow viva follow his channel as well 680 000 on your way to a million brother on your way to a million, brother.

Ladies and gentlemen, we are so honored to be joined by arguably the bravest single voice in the Senate, a man who has been talking about the corruption inside of our institutions and

our government and doing something about it, putting action to word, putting his shoulder to the wheel and making sure that the permanent state in Washington, D.C. is scared and at the ready for their permanent vacation. The great Senator Ron Johnson from the state of Wisconsin joins us now. Senator, you came out and you said President Trump has a mandate. It's time to deliver for him. You endorse Senator Rick Scott. And we just want to say thank you for that. I think it's time for a bit of a change in the way that Washington does business.

I'm sure you'd agree. Well, Benny, one of the ways I'm trying to explain this is, you know, I got here in 2011. One of the first things I noticed, how very few bureaucrats in the federal agencies, staff members, members of Congress have any experience in, which means very little knowledge of, and maybe even worse, very little sympathy for the private sector. And then even worse than that, they've never even been part of a functioning organization. And by that, I mean, you know, listen, those of us in functioning organizations, whether it's private profit or nonprofit, you generally have a mission vision statement. You set annual goals and people within the organization understand their roles to achieve those goals.

That's not Congress. We've been ruled in the Senate now by a one man dictator since about 2008. Our debt has gone from about $8 trillion to over $35 trillion under his watch. There's only been one constant in every budget negotiation, debt ceiling negotiation, appropriation bill negotiation. There's been one constant. That's Mitch McConnell. And so I'm personally offended by what he's engineered now with a vote less than 24 hours before we all get back in here to Washington, D.C. We were discussing this for a month prior to recessing for the election.

And what we were talking about is, OK, we all agree we need to elect a leader before Thanksgiving. That leader needs time to get his shop up and running before Thanksgiving. We wanted to have it a multi-step process, you know, have some candidate forums. We could ask questions. They could lay out how they want to be a leader. You know, let us digest that, maybe come back for follow-up questions, then take a vote. And right before we left town, all of a sudden it was announced, well, the election, the leadership election is going to be held Wednesday at whatever it is, 8.30, 9 o'clock in the morning.

You know, unbelievable. Mike Lee, to his credit, decided to use steering committee and offer a forum this evening where apparently a bunch of senators can't attend because Mitch McConnell has a dinner being thrown by AEI tonight. So, again, it's so abusive of the leadership role to ramrod through an election like this when we need a little more thoughtful consideration on this. Senator, we have your op-ed exclusively up right now with Breitbart, and we encourage everybody to go read it. But since you're live here now, can you please unpack very briefly why you call Mitch McConnell

a one-man dictatorship? What have you seen, Senator? Well, again, nobody, including his lieutenants, other people in leadership, knows what his strategy is. And I'll use the perfect example as the border bill. Nobody in our conference virtually, at least not speaking up, wanted an immigration bill. What we were talking about, and this actually led by John Hogan, who was the first one to mention the fact that, you know, no matter what we pass here, we can't trust President Biden to actually enforce the law. So our conversation immediately started talking about, well, we need an enforcement mechanism to force President Biden to use the

authority he has. We're happy to strengthen that authority, but use that authority to strengthen the border. You know, I proposed metrics and thresholds, that type of thing. For months, we kept prodding Leader McConnell and James Lankford, who was his negotiator. What are you negotiating? We're the board of directors here. What are you doing? We didn't find out until I called a conference meeting a week before they dropped that awful bill. And what we found out later is metrics weren't even brought up. McConnell told Lankford that's off the table. So to me, that was such a breach of leadership. And by the way, Benny, I think that cost us a couple of US Senate seats. Political malpractice on an epic scale to give Democrats political cover on the issue they were most vulnerable.

Oh, by the way, it was a big lie. I don't know one U.S. senator that President Trump called to tank that bill. That bill tanked itself when Lankford presented it a week before they dropped it. That bill was dead on arrival. But again, that's a one man dictatorship, not telling anybody what he's going to secret negotiations on a bill on an issue that the American people are in favor of what Republicans want to do. Eighty percent. That's something you debate in public. And again, you don't come up with a bill that actually reduces presidential authority, establishes a threshold of, I guess, a successful four to five thousand people. They, you know, being encountered on the border and being led in this country.

I mean, it was such an awful bill. And yet McConnell said, oh, it's the most significant immigration reform in 40 years, which is probably true, significantly bad. We watched Mitch McConnell link arms with Nancy Pelosi to persecute innocent Americans with the January 6th committee. We watched John Thune do the exact same thing along with John Cornyn. This is a major issue. And Julie Kelly was on our program yesterday. And I know, Senator, you want to hear this because she shouted you out as the one senator that actually stood up for reason, stood up for justice and law, and said that these people are being persecuted by permanent Washington, D.C. Julie Kelly said there's one senator and it's Ron Johnson who

actually defended people. And so a huge compliment to you. I think it is a I think it is a eternal humiliation for John Thune and for John Cornyn that they went along with this persecution of American political prisoners. I think it's disqualifying, frankly. We're going to hear a clip or you want my response? Yeah, I mean, we have that. We put it we put up the we put up. Yeah, we put up the statements before. So please, when I when I when I heard everybody, not everybody, I mean, when I heard Pelosi and others, Schumer immediately called an insurrection, an armed insurrection. Remember I'm the guy in one of our oversight hearings said, ask the FBI witness. I had no idea what the answer was. Okay. You're saying

it's an armed insurrection. How many firearms did you confiscate? For all I knew, they're going to tell me 300. Zero. Zero. Okay. So who is responsible for security? That's Pelosi and the majority leader in the Senate, which was Mitch McConnell. So those individuals were obviously all too willing to blame somebody else, you know, and called an insurrection when it wasn't to deflect the blame off of them. Now, I wrote a number of oversight letters. Unfortunately, I lost my chairmanship of the committee that held oversight hearings on this, timed out, and we were no longer in the majority. So we couldn't hold a decent investigation.

Of course, the January 6th committee in the House was completely corrupt. So to this day, we still do not know what happened on January 6th. How many government agents were in that crowd? I mean, did any of them help incite the violence? We just don't know. But, you know, I was getting creamed because I said, you know, I really wasn't afraid on January 6th because I knew who the vast majority of those people in that crowd were. They're God fearing, country loving law enforcement, respecting individuals. They would never even contemplate breaking the law. And now we've seen the persecution, the the SW-like raids on grandmas and their farmhouses. This is beyond grotesque.

The problem is, I've had no power to investigate this. And so no, it's incredibly frustrating. It's incredibly frustrating. However, the American people side with you and they delivered a mandate. We did have this clip that went viral yesterday of your home state of Wisconsin. Look at the work that you've done since you've been in the Senate here. We're going to pop it up. Do it as a play beside, please. And hop over to the map. The first time maybe MSNBC, you'll agree with MSNBC. Here's Obama's. Maybe you've seen the senator. Here's Obama's result in your. This is Obama's result in your state. Let's go ahead and have a listen. So many of these are small rural counties with blue collar

populations. Barack Obama could sweep almost all these counties. Democrats were competitive here. Take a look at this map and I'm going to call up what just happened this week. All that blue has become, look at all. Way to go, Senator. look at that flip this is while you have been in the senate that's what your leadership has done for this great state so let me tell you the secret to that because it's not widely known so after the 2018 heartbreaking loss of scott walker i think 30 000 votes you know reince previous and i did a post-mortem found out almost immediately we allowed 30 assembly democrats to run unopposed we allowed 30 assembly Democrats to run unopposed. We have 99 assembly seats, 30 ran unopposed. So, you know, we got people to support new Republican

candidates for the assembly. In 2020, we had 92 and we increased, I used to be the record vote getter. Obama was at a million, 680,000 votes. I was 200,000 votes below that as a record holder for Republicans because we had what I call trick up elections. You have more Republicans on the ballot, their second, fifth and 15th cousin come out voting for them. They'll vote for people up the ballot as well. So they increased my record by one hundred eighty thousand votes to a million six sixty one. So within striking distance of of. And in 2024 now, President Trump now is the record vote getter in Wisconsin at 1,697,000 with about 99% of the ballots in. So just shy of 1.7 million. That's trickle-up elections. We are focusing on supporting local, you know, state assembly,

state senate, local candidates as a way to trickle up, support up the ballot. So maybe you could, since you were the one who engineered this flip, which is just absolutely remarkable to go from a state that looks like that to a state that looks like that. You don't deserve enough credit, Senator. This is an election graph of Wisconsin vote totals. Can you explain what happens at 3.30 a.m. on this graph? Because it doesn't make any sense to us. It reminds us of some of the worst graphs we saw in 2020. And it also reminds us of Donald Trump saying too big to rig. But what the hell is going on there at 3.30, Senator?

So this is the reason i actually support allowing counties to count absentee ballots the day before with equal number of observers from both sides so we don't get these dumps in the morning this is i'm sure this is all milwaukee central count i haven't looked at all the detail but i'm almost positive this is milwaukee central count you know the party chair myself went down there that night because the person running this, first of all, the people who've been doing a lot of these elections said this is the most incompetently run election they'd seen. OK, in that in terms of that central count, this is where they bring in all the absentee ballots from all the areas around Milwaukee. But we knew that the total universe of ballots, somebody recognized that they hadn't sealed the power outlet box. Okay. So they had to take the 30,000 ballots that they'd already processed and reprocess them again. That made news

later on that evening. So we went down there and checked, but we did talk to the RNC lawyer, very capable individual, you know, our, you know, very professional election observers there. Quite honestly, they felt there's going to be a legitimate result, as sloppy, as incompetent as it was. But when you, you know, we just know that it's going to be an overwhelmingly, you know, Democrat-supportive vote total that gets dumped when Milwaukee Central finally put their ballots in. So I'm not saying there's anything nefarious about this.

The biggest problem in Wisconsin is we don't clean up our voter rolls. We have 3.5, 3.6 million eligible voters. We've got 7.5 million people on our voter rolls, and the Democrats refuse to clean that up. Go figure. Yeah, go figure. I would be your first donor if you decided to run for governor and you could have a secretary of state that could do that and fix that election. All we want is honest results. We got an honest result. You're obviously a strong ally of President Trump. I want to just give you an opportunity, the floor here, Senator,

with your seniority and in a new Senate Republican chamber, what kind of reforms do you expect to see immediately with the Trump administration? I'd like to start with the FBI. Christopher Wray, should he keep his job? He should be gone day one. I'm quite sure he will. I mean, he has been a total failure. I think he's probably as corrupt as the other ones.

I mean, the fact that under his watch, the FBI still briefed Senate Intel that the Steele dossier had integrity when they knew the primary sub source of the Steele dossier was somebody they were investigating as a Russian spy. So, I mean, grotesque. I mean, his main job was to restore integrity to the FBI. He's further destroyed the integrity of the FBI, which is really unfortunate. I actually had a retired FBI agent pass me on the plane today and thank me for doing what I'm doing. I mean, the rank and file members, they're patriots. They are getting pretty sick and tired of the radical left partisans in the upper echelons of these government agencies. Excellent. And what can you give us just very briefly,

agenda items that you would like to see in the Senate brought forward? Well, we obviously have to secure the border, okay? And what we should be doing is we should be putting on the floor of the Senate a bill that actually strengthens the president's ability to do so. Not some sham immigration bill like McConnell engineered, but like a real border security bill. We should be doing that. Obviously, we've got an automatic tax increase going to hit us in 2026. We need to start working on that. I want to take some time on that, though. I don't want to rush and just go a mindless approach.

We got to throw everything in the hopper. I would love to take the opportunity to simplify and rationalize our tax system. Wouldn't that be a good idea? So let's take our time. Let's do it right this time. And whatever we do should be permanent. So we're not facing a fiscal cliff like we are in 2026 after the Tax Cut and Jobs Act. So, you know, got to learn from our mistakes and do a better job this time.

You know, obviously, we have to start addressing the deficit. You know, Benny, we've increased other mandatory spending. Everybody says, oh, it's discretionary spending. What they've done is they've deviously transferred discretionary spending into other mandatory spending to open up a hole for more discretionary spending. So it doesn't look like they're increasing that by as much. So we've increased other mandatory spending by about $680 billion since 2019. And that was the unit party that did that. McConnell showed the Democrats how to do it. So instead of spending about $640 billion in 2019, we're spending $1.3 trillion this year. So that is, from my standpoint, a target-rich environment for offsets to make tax reform permanent. But we need a leader who's willing

to do that, which is why I'm so supportive of rick scott whose balanced budgets in florida went line by line and just cut out the waste and the fraud and the abuse out of out of florida to the point where he could cut taxes that's the model he knows how to do it and again he's also from the private sector so he understands the you know the horrible impact of over regulation over taxation is on people just trying to create good products and service and good paying jobs. So again, I'm a strong supporter and backer of Rick Scott from majority leader. So news broke seconds ago that Trump's coming up to the Hill tomorrow and going to be addressing the House chamber. He'll presumably be addressing the Senate chamber

as well. Yes, I would think so. And that's why I'm going to be, I think others are going to be asking for delay in that vote again. That is, I mean, it is grotesque the way that came down. Last minute is we're leaving town. It's announced we're going to be voting Wednesday morning. Go what? We're not going to be in town for less than 24 hours. No, no discussion, no candidate forums, no nothing. Just I'm sure McConnell figured he had, you know, whoever he wants, you know, grease the skids and just do it before anybody even notices.

Yeah, I think the American people are noticing. Oh, so there's going to be a delay. That would be great. I mean, again, it'll take a majority of our conference to basically vote for a delay. After being sworn in on January 20th, President Donald Trump will immediately axe the CBP One mobile app program billed as the legal way for migrants at the southern border to request asylum.

They literally made it as easy as a click of a button. The program is able to allow criminal aliens who probably get their phones provided to them by the federal government to just click a button and walk into the country. Everybody who is responsible for the creation of this app should be put in prison. They usurped American law. These are not real asylum seekers, clearly. And this system, again, is created in order to cause absolute and total chaos and the terror that it did cause in this country. Many Americans will never, ever get their loved ones back because of this system, because of the criminal aliens that Kamala Harris brought into this nation, murderers, rapists, ISIS members among them. Yeah. No more bogus asylum claims.

Trump's new aborter czar, Tom Homan, has expressed particular interest in removing asylum seekers who he believes are gaming the legal system. The U.S. is obligated to hear asylum claims, even though 60 to 70 percent of all cases ultimately are denied by the courts. The one group that are targeting immediately is fake asylum seekers. This is by far the largest group of asylum seekers. They're known and they have their addresses. Ending birthright citizenship. Homan has also been telling supporters that he's looking for a way to end birthright citizenship guaranteed by the 14th Amendment of the Constitution that gives automatic citizenship born on U.S. soil. He's mentioned that he's going to end birthright citizenship. This is just because somebody's born here doesn't automatically make them a U.S. citizen.

This is, again, a way that people game the system. Restoring the Remain in Mexico policy. Oh, yeah, delicious. New borders are intended to bring back controversial Remain in Mexico policy. It's not controversial at all, where you have to wait in Mexico to be granted access to the United States of America. Remain in Mexico policy will be back in place. They're going to attack it. We don't really care anymore. Your tears, they fill our cup. Ending temporary protected status. Temporary protected status, TPS, is how you get entire towns filled with Venezuelans and Haitians all across swing states that Democrats need to win. It's shocking how that happens. It's never in Martha's Vineyard that they send 50,000 Haitians. Maybe that's exactly what the

Trump administration should do. Move every single Haitian that was flown in the dark of night to Springfield, Ohio, to Martha's Vineyard. In fact, maybe the federal government should just declare that Barack Obama's 30-acre mansion in Martha's Vineyard becomes an emergency housing camp for the criminal aliens that his shadow government brought in the country. I mean, I've heard it floated that you just declare I've heard it floated that you declare this a national emergency based on the fact that there are ISIS members and terrorists here.

And you just do what needs to happen. Like after 9-11 or after some type of horrible attack, you take a moment and you say, wait a second, we're all under threat here. We are the federal government. It's our job to save the country.

And that's what you do. These violent murdering prison gangs, literal members of ISIS are floating all over the country. Now's the time. I would argue, however, that self-deportation would be one of the strongest mechanisms here. Here's the country. They're not skilled labor. They don't come here on work visas. They come here as massive family units, and that family unit can only be supported through government handouts, glut, welfare, and existing parasitically off the backs of the American taxpayers. So if you end those programs, well, then there really is no other option other than to self-deport.

My recommendation. But the recommendation of this show is knowing what we know and having some of the top administration officials come on this program, like Chad Wolf, who was in charge of DHS, last administration, Tom Holman, also a guest on this program,

is they're not effing around. You should get out. They're not effing around. If you're here criminally and you're breaking our laws and it is a federal law, 1964 Immigration Act and Naturalization Act, you are committing a felony by remaining in the country illegally. You commit a felony by entering the country illegally and you have to go back because you're a criminal. We've been calling them criminal aliens for years.

And that's why, because they're literally by definition criminal. And then of course, the next step needs to be prosecuting the people who engaged in this, like the NGOs, like these not, these NGOs that like allow for this to happen. I mean, it's not possible, right? To get from the tip of Chile or from China

all the way into the United States of America or Afghanistan or like these terrorist hotbeds. This is like literally impossible for like a single person to do that.
