The Canadian broadcast company reported on Monday that Prime Minister Trudeau would invoke this act.

Scott Moe, Jason Kenney, Francois Legault voiced their displeasure, tweeting, the illegal blockades must end, but police already have sufficient tools. They did over the weekend in Windsor. What the hell is going on? Saskatchewan does not support Trudeau's government invoking the Emergencies Act. If the federal government does proceed with this measure, I hope it would be invoked in the provinces that request it as the legislation allows.
