But why has there never been any consequences for Hunter? Because he's an asset, because he's an agent, because he does the CIA's bidding as a cut out. This explains Ukraine. This explains China. All right. So in 2024, one month ago, the spy war, how the CIA secretly helps Ukraine fight Putin. Oh, this is interesting. five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen different CIA station houses in Ukraine. Well, what do you know about that? That they fund completely through the CIA,

Ukrainian intel operations against Russia. There's one more secret. The base is almost fully financed and partly equipped by the CIA. 110% says the top Ukrainian intelligence officer that the CIA is running military bases in Ukraine. When did this happen? This seems strange. Seems like something we should, we should have known about it. Did anybody give a sign off on this? Would we be okay with Russian Russia running Intel bases on the border with Canada or on the border of Mexico? Militarized intel bases? I mean, that would come as a shock, right? I would think that's a little alarming. Get a load of this. Here we go. Three paragraphs in. Around 2016, the CIA began training an elite Ukrainian commando force known as Unit 2245, which captured Russian drones and communications gear so the CIA

technicians could reverse engineer them and crack Moscow's encryption systems. Oh, wow. That's interesting. The CIA also helped train a generation of Ukrainian spies to operate inside of Russia, Europe and Cuba and other places with a large where Russians have a large uh where russians have a large presence so interesting the relationship is so ingrained that the cia officers remained at a remote location in western ukraine when the bite administration evacuated u.s personnel weeks before russia invaded in 2022. during that invasion officers relayed critical intelligence including where russians were planning to use drones and drone strikes. That's pretty interesting.

The details of this intelligence partnership, which are being disclosed by the New York Times for the first time, has been a closely guarded secret. For a decade and more than 200 interviews, current and former officials in Ukraine, United States, and Europe describe partnerships that they nearly floundered from mutual distrust before it steadily expanded into Ukraine as an intelligence gathering hub intercepted more Russian communications than the CIA stations in Kiev could initially handle. So they expanded their presence in Ukraine. So Ukraine is effectively a cia cutout state really interesting when did all this happen

They needed to establish a beachhead there, and they used the CIA to do it. Suddenly, after this Ukrainian uprising, which was totally and completely coordinated by Victoria Nuland at the State Department. In fact, Victoria Nuland, I don't know, Alex, if we can get this audio, but Victoria Nuland is on tape before the coup talking about who the new selected leaders of Ukraine were going to be.

Joe Biden's on tape after leaving office two years later, manipulating those leaders into closing down banks that would have facilitated, that would have shown the facilitation transaction between Ukraine and his family. Let's get that, ALX. I know we have that clip. So it all begins to make sense now. A intelligence agency that was completely and totally compromised by the Obama regime. The Obama regime made a bet with them. Obama came in and said, we're going, I'm going to flip the left into loving you guys. For the last 40 years, the left and Democrats have hated the CIA, the FBI, and the intel agencies. Obama's bargain with them was, I'm going to change that dynamic.

You're going to have to investigate my political enemies, plant evidence on them like the Russian dossier, hide evidence from the American people through lies like the Hunter Biden laptop. And you're going to have to protect my people like Joe Biden. He's going to have to get his. You're cultists who worship at the altar of power. And so this operation went really well until 2016 when Donald Trump became president.

This is really interesting. Of course, it's leading up to breaking news that the CIA is now blocking an investigation into Hunter Biden. Now, why would they do that? And that's what happened. But you need to have people that you trust. You need to have like a Biden on the board of these companies. You need to make sure that everybody's getting a piece in a system like this. And most importantly, you got to make sure that the incoming president, Donald Trump, that you don't run, that you haven't completely and totally converted yet or compromised yet, that that guy doesn't investigate and sniff around into what you were doing. Just a reminder that Donald Trump was impeached. Trump was impeached for just asking questions about Ukraine.

When something's, as Tucker Carlson said, when something's infected, when you press on it, it hurts. People recoil. Why would they impeach Trump for just asking a question about Ukraine? What exactly are they hiding in this place? Why do we still fund Ukraine? Even though they've already lost the war. Would we be okay with Russia setting up military stations on our borders? Of course we would not. We nearly got into nuclear volley with the Russians when they put nukes in Cuba.

Of course we wouldn't be okay with that. And really, it all ties beautifully together with audio we have of Joe Biden. Ladies and gentlemen, here's the audio. You're not supposed to ever you were never supposed to hear this. This is audio that was recorded. We don't know who recorded it exactly. This is audio of Joe Biden in the very last days of him being vice president, you'd assume that Joe Biden would be taking photos with his grandchildren, the ones that he claims, or would be, I don't know, getting mementos or knickknacks or maybe writing down some final thoughts at his desk at the end of his eight years as vice president. Right. Presumably this would be a reflective time to be at peace with the job that you've done and

so on. Right. Nope. Joe Biden, in fact, was engaged in calling one world leader, the leader of Ukraine, who was installed by the State Department in a 2014 coup, who the leader of Ukraine was responsible for allowing all of the board seats to go to Hunter, all of the cash to flow into the Biden bank accounts. This is the deal, right? Joe Biden's calling on on tape. I don't know why this isn't played every single night on every single cable news show shows how corrupted your media is. Joe Biden calling the leader of Ukraine, threatening him, threatening his physical safety. If he doesn't shut down the banks that facilitated all of the transactions between presumably CIA cutouts, his family, Hunter Biden, the Burisma board, and so on. We have it on audio. Why would Joe Biden be spending his last hours as vice president doing this? Just fill in the blank. Ladies and gentlemen, here's the tape.

Biden goes into overdrive to clean up loose ends. November 16, 2016, two weeks after Donald Trump's victory, Joe Biden is on the phone with Poroshenko. His voice, tenser now than before. This is getting very, very close. What I don't want to have happen, I don't want Trump to get in the position where he thinks he's about to buy onto a policy where the financial system is going to collapse and he's going to be looked to to pour more money into Ukraine.

That's how he'll think about it before he gets sophisticated enough to know the details. In other words, Biden does not want Ukraine asking for more money from Trump. Doing so would cause Trump to look into the details. So anything you can do to push the the the Pravod bank to closure so that the IMF loan comes forward, I would respectfully suggest is critically important to your economic as well as physical security. Wait a second, Joe Biden, hold on, they impeached Donald Trump for a quid pro quo. There's a transcript where Donald Trump's like, you should investigate the Joe, investigate the Bidens. They're corrupt as hell in your country.

And then they impeached Trump for that. When the Bidens were corrupt as hell in this country. But yet here's quid pro Joe on tape saying, for your physical security, you better close down this bank. The bank's called Privat Bank. We don't have enough time to get into it right now, but the bank's called Privat Bank. And it's the bank that was owned by a man named Kolomoisky, a Ukrainian oligarch. And this bank facilitated all the payments through Malta to hide where they're coming from into the Biden bank account. And it's why James Comer can't get these numbers. Joe Biden's demanding the closure of that bank.

We've done our homework on this stuff. All right. Now, we promise you we'll do a special with Mike Benz. How well did those go? On tape, in a leaked phone call, talking about how the State Department is selecting the new leaders of Ukraine. Ukraine is simply a 51st, 52nd, 53rd state in America. The Bidens were there to facilitate economic activity in order to mitigate Russian energy in the region. That was the goal of the that was the point of putting the Bidens on these boards. This was all an operation that was run by our intel agencies. And if you doubt that, have a listen. I think Yats is the guy who's got the economic experience, the governing

experience. He's the guy, you know, what he needs is Cleach and Tani Book on the outside. He needs to be talking to them four times a week. So here we go. Let's hop in here. All right. With that as sort of a appetizer course, let's jump into the breaking news of the day. IRS whistleblower says that he could no longer pursue

Hunter Biden's lawyer investigation into his sugar brother, Kevin Morris, due to the CIA. Oh, this is interesting. Let's have a look. IRS whistleblower Shapley said he could no longer pursue Hunter Biden's lawyer because the CIA blocked it. What the hell is going on here? IRS whistleblower, Gary Shapley, you know him, you're familiar with him. He's the he's the man with the beard who's done the testimony and done just an incredible job exposing the operation at hand here, says he was told he could no longer pursue Hunter Biden's sugar brother, Kevin Morris, as a witness due to information provided by the CIA, according to an affidavit on Wednesday. Fox News Digital reported earlier this year that

Whistleblower claimed the CIA stonewalled an IRS interview with Hunter's lawyer, who provided millions of dollars to pay for his son's tax debts. Those whistleblowers said the CIA intervened to stop the interview. The CIA told Fox News Digital these allegations were false. Schlappley's affidavit released on Wednesday shed further light on the CIA's alleged interference with the attempted interview with Morris. In and around August 2021, discussions were ongoing with the prosecution team on Hunter Biden investigation concerning witness who needed to be interviewed further in the investigation. Here's the affidavit you can see here on the script. Schlappley said that the assistant U.S. attorney Leslie Wolf, she's such a

wretched creature, but we don't have time to get into it, told the team that she and the DOJ tax attorney had recently returned from the Central Intelligence headquarters in Langley, Virginia, where they had been summoned to discuss discuss Kevin Morris. You can see here a photo of Kevin Morris. You might recall him from Hunter Biden's little antics when he went running into the GOP control. By the way, Hunter Biden, like how does Hunter Biden look older than Joe Biden? I mean, look at this guy. It's falling to pieces. Schlappley said Wolf stated that they were, so this is the DOJ stated that they were provided a classified briefing in relation to Mr. Morris

and result would no longer pursue him as a witness. Okay. So what does this mean? This is just my, this is just my initial takeaway here. My initial takeaway here is that, and based on the people that we speak to on the show and what we know about the Intel agencies, the CIA has an unbelievable amount of money. There's no way to tell exactly how much money they actually have. I I'm not talking like the budgets that they they're given. I'm talking about the, the CIA's operational assets that they've invested overtaking those black box budgets. Cause we don't even know how much the CIA takes every single year or what

they do with it. Investing that running that through various foundations and firms. It's amazing. Like 60 minutes, 60 minutes report on this from like 40 years ago, Mike Wallace talking about like the dark money of the CIA. Anyway, is the CIA protect, is the CIA protecting Hunter Biden by using the payments through his lawyer, by funneling payments through his lawyer to just get Hunter Biden off the hook. Knowing

that if Hunter Biden was pressed hard enough, he would expose what the operation was actually in Ukraine. What his dad was calling furiously the Ukrainian leader Poroshenko to fix would expose what they did to overthrow the government in 2014. Would expose that Ukraine is just effectively a client state of our State Department. If Hunter Biden, who is somebody who obviously just fell off the bandwagon, got himself in a ton of legitimate trouble, is a legitimate scumbag and garbage human, would this guy flip on the CIA?

Would this guy like tell everybody everything to avoid going to jail? Yeah, of course he would. So then is the CIA facilitating the payments? So this lawyer here, he's on screen right here. He's a guy in the plaid suit. This guy's named Kevin Morris. Would the CIA push money to Kevin Morris to effectively get Hunter Biden off the hook to facilitate these millions and millions of dollars in back payments? Most people don't have like millions and millions of bucks cash, especially a bong-smoking, pot-smoking, scumbag lawyer like Kevin Morris.

You don't have like sitting around. Why would he pay this off anyway? Like, doesn't his dad run the government? Do you see what's happening here? I think that this is what's going on. This is an incredible, incredible report. Investigations probed, uh, probed the DOJ, but since the briefings were classified, she was apparently sanitizing it to an unclassified form to share it on an open phone line. She did not elaborate with more information.

She reiterated that they were summoned to the CIA headquarters to be given a briefing on how Kevin Morris is not to be investigated or called as a witness by the CIA. Probably recall that Wolf proudly referenced the CIA, a CIA mug, and stated that she purchased it from the gift shop while she was there. It's uncertain how the CIA became aware that Mr. Morris was a potential witness in the Hunter Biden investigation, probably through spying on someone's phone, obviously, and why the agents were not told in a meeting in advance or invited to participate. It's a deviation from normal investigative process for prosecutors to exclude investigators from substantial meetings like this. The CIA told Fox News Digital last month that the allegations at Stonewall of the interview were

false. Without confirming or denying the existence of any association or communication, the CIA did not prevent or seek to prevent IRS or DOJ from conducting any such interview, says the CIA's Office of Congressional Affairs, wrote in a letter to Jordan and Comer. This allegation is false. The CIA said that in a general matter without specific reference to the issue of which you have inquired, the CIA facilitates the Department of Justice's access to national security information, context, and investigation proceed with various circumstances. So for example, the CIA engages with DOJ to enable prosecutors to understand the national security information that may have arisen in the course of assets or discovery obligations. So effectively, they're using this lawyer to get Hunter Biden off the hook. This lawyer is a front and a cutout for the CIA to try and get Hunter Biden off the hook because if squeezed hard enough, Hunter Biden will squeal

like a pig about what the entire operation in Ukraine was. This is absolutely remarkable. Here's the reporting on it from Miranda Devine, who's just so excellent on this subject matter. What a bombshell story. In a just world, this would be the biggest story on planet Earth. Our Central Intelligence Agency blocking, blocking witnesses from coming forward because they're intel assets. Incredible. Watch. Jesse, I think the lying, of course, is pretty important when he lied under oath. But we've seen other people lie under oath to Congress and nothing has ever come of it. So I'm not holding my breath.

I think that the CIA aspect of this is very curious. I've just been researching a book and it seems that the CIA's shadowy hand is behind a lot of the Hunter Biden, Joe Biden influence peddling saga, both during Joe Biden's vice presidency and beyond. And, you know, we've already seen that the dirty 51 letter, that dishonest letter written by 51 former intelligence operatives, most of them from the CIA, including five former CIA directors, that letter saying that Hunter's laptop was Russian disinformation, which it wasn't, just before the election was really amounted to election

interference. And if in fact, as there is suggestion that there were active CIA people involved in vetting that letter and clearing it, then we're talking about a very serious issue where the intelligence agencies will have been proven to have intervened on Joe Biden's behalf to rig the election. How far does the rabbit hole go on all of this? Why would the CIA protect Hunter Biden's lawyer and stop people from interviewing him? What do they have to hide? We know that they began operations in Ukraine at exactly the same time that Hunter Biden got a Burisma board seat without speaking Ukrainian or having any knowledge of the natural gas. Is Hunter Biden a CIA cutout? These operations in China and in Ukraine, is Hunter Biden a bag man? Not for the

Biden crime family, but for the intel agencies. That's the question. Why would they protect Hunter Biden's lawyer? Why would they shield the lawyer from being interviewed as a witness? These are questions. Watch. On top of the fact that here it seems that they were trying to intervene in the Hunter Biden investigation in Delaware on Hunter's behalf to prevent the investigators from talking to his sugar brother, who was an integral part of the tax investigation because, of course, he gave more than six million dollars or lent to Hunter to pay off his tax debts and to fund his lavish lifestyle. Yeah. And we also remember the whistleblower for the Trump perfect phone call. Such a perfect

phone call with CIA as well. So is the sugar brother an asset? And is that six million he loaned to Hunter even his money? Very good question. And look, if he's being protected by the CIA, he must have been useful in some way. And remember that Hunter Biden himself was on the board of a CIA cutout. He was placed on that just before he went to Burisma in Ukraine. Which cutout was that, that charity group? It's called, it's part of the NED, the National Endowment for Democracy. It's the subset of that that the Democrats are involved in.

Wow. Can't have a country that stands against itself, right? Wow. where he says effectively the exact same thing. You cannot have a nation that is running, you cannot have a clandestine intel services that is running operations against the American people. The people defrauded here, the people harmed here, is the American Republic. And our members of Congress that we, very naively, put up to represent us.

Well, I mean, this all ties together. There was a grand bargain that was struck where Barack Obama said, we are going to flip Democrat opinion on you, the intel agencies, and we are going to live in a permanent majority and we're going to install Hillary Clinton and you're going to have power forever. And we're going to increase your budgets. All you need to do is be our bag men. You need to use the power of the espionage services to spy on Trump, to plant evidence against Trump, to literally plant evidence at Mar-a-Lago. Julie Kelly's going to join in just a moment. meme of like a hippie driving like an old VW van. And it's like the, like, don't trust the CIA. Don't trust the government. It's like hippies in the seventies, like leftists in the seventies and leftists today. They're like, trust the government, believe the trust, the science, believe the CIA, believe the FBI with an FBIbi shirt on that's like a liberal today obama was able to negotiate the grand bargain full flip there was a cost the cost was we're going to be in business together democrat party and the intelligence agencies are going to be one and you're going to we're going to use the awesome power of american intelligence to harm destroy our political opponents, maybe get them killed, which is what they wanted to do in Mar-a-Lago with Trump. And you're going to be totally protected on our side. We're going to make them love you. And that's what they did.

They actually had a briefing in Barack Obama's White House about spying on Trump. John Brennan was there. We have the notes from it. We have James Comey's notes where they hatched the plan. Biden was there to spy on Donald Trump and to plant evidence and to smear him as a Russian agent. It's all operationally from the root of the tree, the rot at the root of the tree. As Kash Patel talks about, like the top tier levels of intelligence at the FBI and at our intel agencies that are totally, completely and wholly corrupted. This is why Hunter Biden feels the need and the privilege, actually, to lie again and again and again under oath to Congress. Most people wouldn't do this. Most people would be quite scared of doing this. Hunter Biden knows he's protected. Watch. House Republicans say they have new documents that show Hunter Biden lied to Congress under oath to IRS whistleblowers provided docs to the

House that they claim prove Hunter perjured himself at least three times. Hunter lied to Congress about using his dad's name to shake down a Chinese businessman for five mil. He lied about controlling a bank account for his shady firm. And he lied about helping a foreigner obtain a visa. Hunter's lawyer told Fox this. Here they go again, grasping at straws and twisting Hunter's testimony to try to revive an impeachment inquiry that was a complete and utter failure. The House is also releasing a document from one of the IRS whistleblowers

claiming the CIA blocked them from interviewing Hunter's sugar brother, Kevin Morris. According to the document, an assistant U.S. attorney, Leslie Wolf, had a classified meeting with the CIA at Langley and was told Morris was untouchable. maybe his son, maybe his wife, maybe Trump. Who cares? Whatever. Melania tries to stop you from raiding her closet, go see her hat collection. Then you just fire away. They had medical teams on hand. They told their agents to wear disguises so they could, so that you could create like mass confusion. And hopefully you just get rid of the problem like that. Yeah. There's one person who has been on top of this

and who actually exposed this assassination operation to the entire world. That person's name is Julie Kelly. She's a dear friend of the show. She knows this kind of stuff better than anyone actually. And so in times like this, fog of war, it's very important to have sort of a very sharp beacon and a siren for everyone to look at to clear the fog away. And Julie Kelly is that person. Just wow. What? I mean, wow. What a news cycle. I thought I thought this would be easy to talk about the Trump assassination. And we did talk about that yesterday. But now this morning we're hearing about Hunter Biden being protected by the CIA. Hunter Biden's a CIA asset cut out. And it just all seems to have the same. The root is the same at the base of the tree. The rot is the same. They're covering up and they're trying to get rid of their political enemies. And you exposed how they wanted to assassinate Donald Trump this week.

It's remarkable, Julie. Well, I mean, I know people use the word assassination. I'm not so sure that that is how I would describe it. But it certainly did set up circumstances that could have been extremely dangerous, violent and potentially deadly. And that is because you had 30 armed FBI agents who were not in uniform, who were in regular T-shirts and pants and shorts with no indication that they were FBI agents or investigators. You had top DOJ officials who also were involved in this raid wearing business attire. So it's very easy to imagine scenarios where this could have really gone sideways. And of course, a lot of people point to, well, Donald Trump wasn't there.

Well, Donald Trump has his own plane. He could have been at Mar-a-Lago within three hours after that raid started. And Benny, here's my question to those insisting this is standard operating procedure. First of all, it's not because there are specific federal laws to protect a former president. You are not allowed to make threats of bodily harm against a former president and his family. Did this standing order, this use of deadly force by the FBI, does that represent a threat against the former president? Of course. So, Benny, my question to those who, you know, we even had people on our side saying this is standard operating procedure. This is normal. The FBI came out with someone needs to explain to me how the FBI is exempted from making threats

against a former president, because that's exactly what that was. What if he would have showed up at noon at Mar-a-Lago, marched into his private residence and tried to stop armed FBI agents from going into his son's room, which is what they did, or ransacked Melania's suite, which we just got more evidence that that actually did happen. And he wanted to stop them and wouldn't move. What was the FBI going to do? Touch the president? There are specific laws that pertain only to former presidents and their families. So someone will have to explain to me how the FBI and some random magistrate judge in Florida, who's already compromised, that they can get around these federal laws. I've yet to see that. What we've seen, and of course, in times like this, we expressly seek out the most expert

opinions or the most thoughtful opinions on the moment because I've never been a law enforcement agent. I don't work for the FBI, nor do I know or have a Secret Service badge, right? I don't have any of those things. But Dan Bongino does, and Dan Bongino was a Secret Service agent for a very long time and understands this. And he's saying on social media, like, listen, this is insanity. And the create the the. The setup here is the creation for a blue on blue massacre where you have the Secret Service who is duty bound to not let anybody lay hands on or put a threat against the president. That's right. Who and they both have claims to the to the protection of the president. They both have federal orders. So this was designed, it seems to me, I mean, I use the word assassination because, quite frankly, this is what could have happened if things

spiraled out of control. As you just illuminated, there was nothing stopping Donald Trump from marching into his own property, guarded by Secret Service, and for there to be a massive standoff then that could have gotten really ugly. Am I wrong? No, you're absolutely right. And that's why shame on people. Of course, the National Review, people like Andy McCarthy coming out and saying this is by the book, this is normal protocol without considering where this could have gone really tragically wrong. And the whole fact that from beginning to end, Benny, there is nothing normal about how this raid went down. You had a really heated debates between top DOJ officials, including Biden appointees, including people like George

Tusk, whose dirty fingerprints were all over Crossfire Hurricane and protecting Hillary Clinton in the email investigation. They were the ones running the show from main justice. This is not how things like this work. So there was actually dispute in the Washington FBI field office saying we do not even need to do this armed FBI raid. Donald Trump and his attorneys are already cooperating. But you had Biden apparatchiks at Maine Justice and the National Security Division who led this from start to finish and went over the heads of FBI investigators and over the head of local U.S. attorney's offices to conduct this. So there's nothing normal and shame on anyone on our side who is defending this.

Because to your point, let's imagine, Donald, let's imagine Melania Trump found out that they were rummaging through her only son's bedroom and she flew to Mar-a-Lago and she went there and stood in front of Barron's room and said, you are not coming in here. What were they going to do? The FBI agents brought handcuffs. Who were they planning to cuff? I mean, yeah, kill the first lady. That's exactly right. Yeah. What happens there? Just just really quick. Just I wasn't planning on doing this, but just really quick. Like so Melania Trump is guarded by the secret service she's under service guard yes she is so is baron and so is baron and so yeah and so we cover baron's

graduation you can see the agents everywhere right and right and so a melania trump flanked by secret service agents walk into her house yes for the sake of argument here into her property um that it's not the government's property. It's her property. And she stands in front of her son's room and says, you are not going to violate my son's privacy. And then the FBI agents draw firearms and say, we have the authorization to use a deadly force.

You are not allowed to stop us. What does the Secret Service do in that scenario? My guess is the Secret Service would defend Mrs. Trump. That is my guess. That is their oath and their obligation. Because they have a duty and they are protected by federal statute to protect individuals in their care. Specifically former presidents and their spouse and their young children. They are duty bound to do that.

The FBI is a separate. This is the unanswered question, though, Benny, because it's never happened before. Who would have authority there? Some thug FBI agent from the Washington field office or some who knows what from the Miami FBI field office. They're going to come in and what threatened to arrest Melania Trump threatened to what put their hands on her because they have this search warrant from this magistrate drudge. We're allowed to do whatever we want. No, you're not

because there's actual laws to protect the president, former president and his family. So this is what people like Annie McCarthy and these FBI, some of these former FBI whistleblowers who I have a lot of respect for and former federal prosecutors saying this is normal protocol. No, it isn't. Show me where this has happened before. And you show me how these FBI agents can circumvent federal law and threaten the lives of a former president and his wife and potentially his child, because that's exactly with this use of deadly force policy embedded in this order designed by the FBI. That's exactly what this did. Speaker 1 Yeah.

Stephen Miller was on our show and is going quite viral from yesterday talking about how this is just this is. There's a document dispute that was already handled and more importantly, was facilitated in part by the federal government, putting boxes of classified documents into Donald Trump's home. And we have the paperwork to prove that we have the FBI emails to prove that. And at what point do you step back and say, wait a second, like either either ignorance or malevolence on the federal government's part is what led to this potentially deadly raid in the first place. Because they're the one GSA is the one saying, take the documents.

Right. So there are a couple of different troves of boxes, to your point. So there were boxes that left the White House and went directly to Mar-a-Lago. Now, Jay Brett yesterday was at the federal courthouse in Florida yesterday for another hearing in the classified documents case. And Judge Cannon, who's presiding over this, who is a warrior, she is a one woman wrecking crew. And this is why we're getting all this information. Benny, we need to step back for a minute. The DOJ and FBI never thought that the American people would see that operations order with the use of deadly force policy and guidance included in it. They never thought we would see it. There was no recording. It was not attached to the affidavit that was released. The Washington Post, their big story about the debate before the raid never mentions that there was this use of deadly force

policy. But for Judge Cannon, we would not have seen that. And that's why it was so explosive. I was waiting for that motion to post on Tuesday. It did. And that's how I picked it up and got the got the scoop on it. But now that's why they're scrambling to defend it, because they never thought that we would see it. And we're going to see a lot more. But there has never been any reporting now, almost two years later, that this policy was included that represents a threat, a deadly threat to a former president, his wife, and potentially his son, because that's where they live. Even though they weren't there at the time, it's still their main residence. They could have been there within hours. And this is the sort of thing that the people on the right defending this

are not entertaining at all and shame on them for not doing so. I want to talk about your day at the court yesterday in just a moment, but just since we're talking about president's sons and since the trending article and the trending topics across our social media feeds are the CIA protecting Hunter Biden saying you're not allowed to interview people in Hunter Biden's order, like bringing in Leslie Wolfe to CIA headquarters and telling Leslie Wolfe, you're not, you know not doing briefings to prevent the IRS from going after Hunter Biden. What does that tell you, Julie Kelly? I mean, I did an interview this morning when we're walking through all these latest revelations and

scandals. It's impossible to get your arms around the deep corruption that we're seeing unfold. And I think this is the frustration and it's part of why Donald Trump is ahead of Joe Biden in so many areas, because these people really represent a threat to our country, to the safety and stability of our country. And when you've got the DOJ threatening, basically saying, we'll use deadly force if you get in our way against a former president, his wife and child. And on the other hand, you've got a degenerate who is breaking the law every which way from being a drug druggie to having a firearm when he shouldn't and then lying about it to sweeping up millions of dollars from corrupt oligarchs in business interests across the world.

I mean, this is really a banana republic style territory. We continue to descend in where the elites are protected. They can get away with whatever they want. Well, now you can arrest, charge and possibly authorize law enforcement to use deadly force against former president. And this was a few months before he announced he was running for president. Everyone knew that that too. So it's just mind blowing on so many levels. But these people are exceedingly dangerous and no one should be defending them. No one on our side. It really is remarkable the more that you learn about Hillary Clinton and her illegal server and the more that you learn about the Bidens there. So they were I mean, these are this

is textbook for what would have been what should be a federal raid. And if you're looking at people who deserve a federal raid, who may be compromising American secrets and or breaking law, then you look at the Clintons and the Bidens and how they're handled versus how Trump's handled and there's the game. Exactly. And Joe Biden. I mean, months before this raid on Mar-a-Lago, we are now told that Joe Biden deployed people to go to the Penn Biden Center and look for classified documents. The same time of this raid, Joe Biden knew that he had classified documents, including

national defense information. He bragged about to his ghostwriter, Mark Zwanitzer, and they found classified documents and national defense information in several locations. By the way, we don't know what documents were taken out of the Penn Biden Center, never turned over to the government. We don't know where some of them went. They could have been destroyed. They could be hiding in Kathy Chung's vanity somewhere. We don't know because they weren't tracking this at the time. There was no rate of any. It was like, please, can you turn over Joe Biden? You know, these Afghanistan war plans that are still highly classified. So I think that that, that again represents such a double standard but now

that this has been revealed and you have the fbi coming out the other night after i posted all of this and you know justified outrage on our side saying that this is normal no nothing else it's just normal to just it's just normal to just go kill innocent Americans and presidents. Yes. Okay. Well, like we, you know, get rid of the illusion that you live in a free country, right? Like you just have to, then you just, okay, that's fine to take out the idea that this is a quickly yesterday you were at the court. You were the, I don't know who posted it. Maybe it was Mike Benz, but he's like, Julie Kelly's just a saint. She's just a saint. Maybe it's Jack Posobiec. She's a saint in this house. You were at the court and you said that Jack Smith's prosecutors were start are starting to like snap a lot. Uh, you know, judge Mershon and they're starting to like snap a la Judge Mershon. And they're starting to like lose their minds. And they can't believe that things are going so badly for them. Can you please elucidate for us what happened? So in addition to, and I think this was David Harbach,

who is one of Jackson's lead prosecutors, he usually is a pretty cool customer. Judge Cannon and Jay Brett, who started this investigation for the DOJ, they really clash. Jay Brat clashes with a lot of people because he's got issues. But anyway, so David Harbach was handling the morning hearing about a motion to dismiss for selective and vindictive prosecution. And this was a defense motion filed by Waltine Nauta, Trump's longtime aide in Valley, who also is charged in this case. So Stanley Woodward, the attorney, was going through a lot of this, you know, his motion, understandably. And then David Harbaugh got up. And he's usually a pretty cool customer. And he and Judge Cannon get along more, as I said, than with Jay Brat.

He just lost his mind. I mean, he was pounding on the podium. He said, this this is garbage that I have to sit here and listen to this defense motion being vetted in public. And he's bringing up arguments he never did before. Oh, OK, DOJ, please tell us how professional and your ethical standard professional standards are. And at one point she looked at him and said, I need to ask you to calm down. He was so worked up, but he wasn't just worked up about this motion. He's worked up because she is killing this case, a death by a thousand cuts. As I've written at my substack, she has now turned the tables, Judge Eileen Cannon, and she is putting DOJ and Jack Smith on trial. That's what started yesterday with these two hearings, because she did allow the defense attorneys to really go on about this selective, vindictive prosecution and evidence that they have about it.

And this is what is so upsetting to Jack Smith's team, that you have a judge actually doing her job, upholding her oath of office to protect the rights of the defendant and make sure that the government is not abusing their authority, which of course they have in this case since day one. She is holding more hearings into next month. I will be covering them as well. She authorized the unsealing of about 10 more court filings from early in this case, unsealing those. She wants the American people to know how dirty, corrupt, and sloppy this investigation is. They know that it's imploding. The revelations about a spoliation of evidence, telling the court

that the evidence collected at Mar-a-Lago was still in its original sequence, which it's not, telling Judge Cannon that some of the placeholders that were used to indicate where classified documents

were found in boxes at Mar-a-Lago don't match up in some instances to the actual classified documents. This is a disaster. So, Benny, not only was this a dangerous, unprecedented raid, it is now a bungled investigation because they've screwed up every step of the way, including how they handle their own evidence. So this is a debacle. So this is why David Harbaugh was having his little mini temper tantrums yesterday. It was great. It was awesome to watch.

Man, when evil breaks, it just happens all at once. And these people, you know, Juan Marchand is like screaming in the courtroom and making a fool of himself. And apparently we're going to get tapes of that, which we can't wait. And now we have the DOJ lawyers who are cracking. It's wonderful to see. It is really quickly, as an

aside, one of the hearings you're going to get into next month, according to the schedule, is is Jack Smith's special counsel appointment legitimate? Your thoughts on that? So this is another stunner. And again, you know, commending Judge Cannon. So she will hold a series of four series of four hearings, well, two hearings really over the course of four days. One is this motion to dismiss based on the unlawful appointment of Jack Smith. This is something that former Attorney General Ed Meese and Mike McCasey filed in the immunity question at the Supreme Court. And they argue very strongly that Jack Smith's appointment is unlawful because he was never confirmed by the Senate. This is an

extraneous position and he has no right to bring any of these charges. So she is going to hold a hearing on that the end of June. Then three days after that will be the big trial against Jack Smith. And that is collusion between the DOJ archives and Biden White House to concoct this case. Wow. As we as as we know, is profoundly and demonstrably evidentiary true. And that will maybe bring the whole thing crashing down just in time for what a debate between joe biden and donald trump here here's my here's my parting question for you and we have an optimistic show unfortunately julie we always have to book you for these horrible topics and this awful like assassination and raids and all stuff but you're an optimistic person and you're a very cheerful

person i don't know how you do it looking into the heart of darkness every day but here's my question for you. And my parting question, which is, has the system been broken enough that now it's pulling back and they've seen the failures and they've seen the polls and there's a new round of polls that are just devastating. And now MSNBC pundits are up saying there's no way Joe Biden's going to overcome what's happening in Georgia and Wisconsin and and Michigan. You can't overcome it. You just can't. We're starting to we're starting to see like the patterns that are building to an eventuation of a Donald Trump presidency. And we're even starting to see if you look close enough, you can see the guardrails

that are furiously being built around a Donald Trump presidency, a future Donald Trump presidency. Based on your expertise in this matter, do you believe that some of the powers that be have effectively said we've overplayed our hands here and this is now an embarrassment? And these people have been these these people are jackals and we should really just throw them to the wolves. And we to have this place keep running. We've got to like have a fair one and we've got to sort of rebuild here. Do you believe that that's like do you believe that's happening? I'm starting to get like the start to feel the energy of that. And I'm starting to see a lot of data points that point to that. I definitely think that that is the sense among definitely the base and then even really disgruntled Democrats who are like, this is not where we want our time and resources dedicated to this lawfare against Donald Trump and his family and his associates, etc. But there is no, no way that the left, the Biden regime, these prosecutors who I watch most of these judges, with the exception of Judge

They didn't think any of this material, most of it would ever see the light of day. They should have because Judge Cannon handled the special master case. She knew how corrupt they were from day one, but they never envisioned. And I think the team in Southern Florida has also done an

exceptional job. You've got upwards of 10, 15 motions to dismiss for various reasons with a ton of evidence. I mean, they had to FOIA to get some of these records and emails between the Biden White House, the archives and DOJ. They FOIA to get that. That wasn't even produced in discovery. They are extremely aggressive here. And that's something that Jay Brad and David Harbaugh, because they're arrogant, because they've been unaccountable and gotten whatever they wanted, didn't see this coming. So now they're left with this Alvin Bragg, this clown, this compromised judge who also is a lunatic and Michael Cohen and Stormy Daniels. This was not how it was supposed to be. So they're disappointed, but that does not mean that they are relenting or giving up because that's absolutely not who they are. They're Marxists through and through, and they are going

to keep punishing everyone, including Jay Sixers, as long as they possibly can get away with it. Yeah. Until we put a stop to it in 2016 and proved that there's still a little thread here in this country that says we're a Republic and that the people are in control and they're not. Brooklyn is blue. Queens is blue. The Bronx is blue. And he's got nowhere to go. And so he's decided to come to the South Bronx. He's broke. He needs to pay these legal funds and busing people in in order to to get those donations so that he can funnel them to his legal fees is kind of his business right now. Thank you, AOC. they're not sending their best ladies and gentlemen AOC says that, these places are blue. And yet we can see footage like this from our friends, Margo Martin on the Trump campaign, where it doesn't look like a blue city. It looks like a Trump rally in the streets of New York, which is exactly what it was. I count at least hundreds upon hundreds and maybe thousands by the time you add up, definitely thousands by the time you add up a couple blocks of this, of people showing up to support Donald Trump. And you can find that, shockingly, everywhere that you look, and in places that you may least expect, like for instance, in Harlem. Here, Harlem, shout yourself out. So were all those people bust in? Those little kids?

It's the Bronx, so Puerto Rican kids, right? Like getting, were they bust in? Where'd they come from, AOC? Did they come from the privileged, rich, leafy suburbs like you did? As you LARP and role play a jenny from the bronx operation nah baby no that's real that's real love that's actual love and you see it everywhere this is the streets of fulton county we're the only show the only show we deeply care about you and we love you and we say thank you for tuning in. We actually traveled to Nikki Haley's hometown of Vanburg, South Carolina, in order to ask people what they think about her. And nobody said anything nice to us. Everybody said that that woman has abandoned us and has destroyed this place. And so we are not fans of Nikki Haley. However, broke clocks are right twice a day. And also we are Christians. So we're fans of redemption. And we think that people can get it right. Nikki Haley shocked the world yesterday in her first

public speech after dropping out and not endorsing Trump. So she drops out. She doesn't endorse Trump. She doesn't tell her supporters to endorse Trump. Many said, oh, my, she's going to go for a contested convention because she does have a few delegates. Right. You run for president. You're going to get a handful of delegates. Vivek has delegates at convention. Right. You win some delegates when you run in these races and they allocate the delegates. Right. So she does have some delegates. She could have maybe tried to weaponize them against Trump or like try and hurt or get have some delegates. She could have maybe tried to weaponize them against Trump or like try and hurt or get concessions. She would have never like been able to get Trump to not run or or stop Trump from getting nomination, but she could have made it messier

than it needed to be. And so we are happy to announce that Nikki Haley, in a very sort of full throated way, endorsed Donald Trump yesterday in her first public speech after dropping out. Have a listen. I put my priorities on a president who's going to have the backs of our allies and hold our enemies to account, who would secure the border, no more excuses. A president who would support capitalism and freedom. Who would secure the border? no more excuses a president who would support capitalism and freedom a President who understands we need less debt not more debt Trump has not been perfect on these policies. I've made that clear many many times

But Biden has been a catastrophe. So I will be voting for Trump. Having said that, I stand by what I said in my suspension speech. Trump would be smart to reach out to the millions of people who voted for me and continue to support me and not assume that they're just going to be with him. And I genuinely hope he does that. So, hey, you know what? Like, what are we what are we what are we doing here? What are we doing? We're going to say good on you. We're going to accept that was good for Nikki Haley. It's actually hard to argue with anything that she said. She had major disagreements with Donald Trump. Fine. That's actually good. There's no such thing as like a perfect person. All right.

There are people who are better than other people. And Donald Trump was way better than neocon Nikki. But we're like, we should be a party that accepts the enormous amount of Americans, whether it's gang bangers from Fulton County or whether it's the people in the South Bronx. Uh, we should accept those people and say, we are here for America first. You're an American. We can also be a party for you. Screw the Republican Party. We can be America first together. Trump's our man. We will be America first. And I don't disagree with Nikki Haley, where Nikki Haley says you should reach out to whatever miniature coalition of, you know, Xanax PTA moms that she put together. Chardonnay suburb moms. Okay, fine.

Democrats who voted for Nikki. I mean, I still have yet to find a video of a Nikki Haley supporter. We have a lot of videos. We have too many to play for you of Democrats saying they voted for Nikki Haley just to scuttle Trump. And they never planned on ever supporting Nikki Haley in a general. We have what, how do we have of those ALX? We must have a dozen at this point. Democrats on camera being like, yep, yep, I support Nikki Haley. Why? Well, because I want to hurt Trump.

Are you a Democrat? Yeah. Will you vote for Nikki Haley? No. All right. There's your support. Either way, putting that aside, putting that aside, it's good to have a unified party. It's good to have a unified front. It's what scares them the very most. It's also another drop, another drop in the bucket of evidence that Nikki Haley, who has deep, obviously deep connections to the intelligence community and to permanent Washington, D.C., that the order has gone out that Donald Trump is going to win the election. I think Donald Trump is going to win the election. I think they're not going. I think they're going to. They said we've broken the system too much. That's my contention.

We've broken it too much. Trump will win. Let's put guardrails on a Trump second Trump term. That's what I believe. I believe it from the core of my being. I've just seen too much. I've seen too much of the patterns. I've seen too much of the pattern recognition to like, now I understand. I think I understand like this is what's going to happen anyway. I'm not trying to give you false hope or anything. I'm just trying to say, well, everyone's crying. Here's another salty lib, Nicole Wallace shrieking, literally shrieking over Nikki Haley endorsing Donald Trump. And Nicole Wallace is a true. If you had like an AI bot, like built in China, it's like a, like an eight, like an eight, like an AI, like robot who's just job it is to like repeat and vomit out, uh, permanent Washington, DC talking points, you get Nicole Wallace. Go into your laboratory,

you get Nicole Wallace. So Nicole Wallace, like having like a glitchy programming error over the fact that Nikki Haley just endorsed Donald Trump is delightful. It's our second Salt That Lib of the Day, but we have too much fun with it. Nicole Wallace, let's salt them. She did raise her hand in that Republican debate and said that she would vote for a convicted felon if Donald Trump was found guilty. And today has evidence that she's sticking to her word. We need shrinks and and cult experts to explain this, because with what you're reporting, it doesn't make a lick of sense to me. And it's so recent. I mean, J.D. Vance in 2015 said something similar. But for her and her husband to both have been

feuding publicly with him just days and weeks before endorsing him is inexplicable to me at a human level. I think it's power. And I think in American politics, access to power in a party that you identify with is a future. And I think that we have a great share of individuals that have proved this time and again that staying closely associated to Donald Trump is a guarantee that you are relevant within politics if you choose to remain in politics. But that's actually the lowest. That is actually the lowest for any candidate since George H.W. Bush back in 1992 when Pat Buchanan challenged him. Of course, we all remember, at least I remember, that George H.W. Bush lost re-election in the fall to Bill Clinton. I mean, listen, what is this? They're signaling what's happening. They're sending out the signals. Joe Biden's going to lose. Donald Trump will win. And I

think Donald Trump will win on election night. I really do. I think they'll call it. I think it'll be 9 p.m. I think Trump will win. I think Trump will win by 100 points. I do. I'm not a betting man. I'm not in favor of gambling. But listen, when MSNBC is saying that Donald Trump is winning by unsustainable margins, you got yourself a problem. Check out Simon and Garfunkel over here on MSNBC.
