Can you give us an update? Absolutely. For your viewers, I want to explain something. I can't believe this is happening. So back on May 31st, in my corporate and private bankruptcy,

the Justice Department appointed trustee, because most people don't know this. I didn't know it until it happened. The Justice Department has a whole office of bankruptcy, And they appointed two years ago when we went into bankruptcy, a federal trustee from the Justice Department that came in here and just, you know, just basically harassed the hell out of us, tried to find crimes we were committing. Just, and of course, nothing illegal was found. So they were really pissed off. They had admitted that. So then on May 31st, they just announced, we're closing the building. They had armed security show up with guns.

And I said to the armed security, I said, you have a court order? And they said, no. I said, call the head of the security company, talk to him. I said, have you ever heard of being sent to take over a building, a broadcast studio without a court order? He said, yeah, we're not going to do it. Then he said that a woman from the Justice Department was threatening him. That was the Justice Department trustee and her lawyer. She's also a lawyer. And it didn't happen. Two weeks later, we finally got an emergency hearing.

The federal judge fired her because federal judges can fire a U.S. trustee, remove them. But the Justice Department under law assigned a new one. And that happened on june 14th now this guy then says well since jones is in bankruptcy and since they won't settle uh we're going to move the sandy hook families the democratic party that's really just a front group now they admit that this big national gun control group every town's been behind the suits against me behind the onion behind this new auction i'm just giving people quick background uh they said we're moving to liquidated auction and i said okay this has been going on long enough sure if it's an open public auction i bet good guys will buy it let's

do it so they announced the auction in late june uh for uh november 13th and they made people sign the rules big public auction house, big online place, you know, billion dollar company. You know, the rules are non-disclosures. You've got to put a deposit down. You've got to prove that you have the money if you're a bidder. And so then two days before the auction on November 11th at 2 p.m., my lawyers get called and get sent an email by the U.S. trustee whose name is Chris Murray the new one and he and this is all public my lawsuit I filed yesterday that's all over the news huge exhibits every documents in there I'm claiming he said we're changing the rules

now all those previous first bids you put in won't count and there'll be one bid that anybody that's already following the auction will put forward. And it's just best bid. And when we open it, you can't bid up. So it won't be public and it's whoever we choose. But the fine print said, but we may take a lower bid. And I said to my lawyers on Monday, two days before, I said, it's a fraud. It doesn't matter. You watch.

They said, well, we've been doing this decades. Some of these lawyers are like top in the country. I mean, these guys are representing like $50 million, you know, companies and stuff. They said, no way, that's illegal. It violates all these laws. Well, then they quote, win the bid. That Wednesday, they don't tell us. And then they tell us at 8am, my lawyers call and they say, okay, the Onion won it with this gun control group behind it, and they're coming to shut the building right now. And I said, well, the judge said, even if there was an auction, which he hadn't even authorized yet, that was another subject. The judge had an emergency hearing the next day and said, I didn't even authorize this auction. I said,

you can have one in the future. You're supposed to get my agreement. And then I've got to certify it. You know, what have you done? Why have you kicked him out of the building? So it wasn't that they gave us the building back the day after that hearing on Thursday. They had to because they illegally grabbed it, came in. I wouldn't leave. I said, this is illegal. I want to see a court order. So they just called the internet service providers and bullied them under threat of violating court orders, which they didn't have to cut the internet, take down the website. And so I couldn't broadcast from here. I had a backup studio with satellite up links and servers and stuff, the radio and TV stations ready. I drove there. They didn't stop me from getting on air. Uh, but they announced the company was shut down. They announced the onion, uh, owned it.

None of that was true. I told everybody that my lawyers are like, yeah, cut and dry. The judge said the auction didn't happen. Uh, and, and the media ignored the part where he said that. My lawyers are like, yeah, cut and dry. The judge said the auction didn't happen. And the media ignored the part where he said that. And so then he said, I'll have an evidence sharing hearing soon. When do you want to set it? Well, the other side doesn't even want that evidence sharing hearing. We're totally freaked out. They thought that they could just do this. And it's just so historic. And it shows the desperation. When they tried to send in the Justice Department on May 31st, I went on air that Friday and went on air for like five hours that night. I broadcast like 15 hours the next day on Saturday. I slept here, and I said, this isn't about me.

The Justice Department wants me off the air because I believe they're getting ready to kill Trump or launch World War III with Russia or both. And then, of course, you know, on July 13th, they tried to kill Trump or launch World War III with Russia or both. And then, of course, you know, on July 13th, they tried to kill Trump. So we survived that illegal, unlawful, literal hijacking. I mean, it's like robbing a bank, okay? But, oh, it's the Justice Department, it's okay.

It's like a cop out of off-duty putting on his uniform and going out and, you know, pulling hot chicks over or something, but it's much worse. I mean, it's totally illegal. It's abuse of power. It's a whole bunch of crimes. And we've alleged the crimes in my lawsuit, another lawsuit filed by the real bidder

that actually won. Their lawyers and my lawyers said they've never alleged against a U.S. trustee or anybody this. This is the first time, but it's cut and dry. No auction. So you've always been picky about your produce, but now you find yourself

It was an auction, secret sale, and crazily enough enough in my lawsuit, we filed the documents they gave my lawyers Thursday night after they said that there'd been a sale with the minutes of the agreement with the Democrat Party law firms and the Justice Department saying, we don't want Alex Jones to get a friendly buyer.

We want him off the air. They actually say this. So we all got together and cooked this up and we didn't tell them that not oh it gets worse when on monday last monday two days before the fake auction they don't just say it's secret one-time bid you can't see what it is you can't overbid you can't up your bid which is the definition of an auction in Merriam-Webster's is property sold to the highest bidder. No, they then give the friendly bidder that I said I would work with, they then gave them a new rule saying you're not allowed to use credit. This is cash only. Well, they'd already thought that. That was the old rules. Well, they put in the documents they gave us like

it's okay. They're hiding it in plain view view the analogy is like killers that videotape themselves you know murdering people or something and then the police have all the evidence it's open and shut not saying they murder people it's an analogy they then give us all these documents that are in my lawsuit that's on action you know it's got like 10 million views the lawsuit you'll see it at real alex jones for anybody that doubts this it's been picked up by the news they're not denying it now that they had one rule for them other rules for for any other bidders, and then they didn't even put forward money. They pledged their future billion and a half dollars that is on appeal that you can't legally pledge that. That's beyond monopoly money. Bernie Madoff would blush at this. Shane

Bankman Freed would blush at this. And that was secret so that even if someone kept bidding up, bidding up millions and millions and millions more, they would never know no matter what they did, they were betting against fiat currency. So it was totally rigged from every angle, cartoon Alice in Wonderland tea party level, just like they were on 14 hits of acid when they wrote this. And then they gave it to my lawyers. They gave it to the real winning better, uh, who their lawyer is hands down the top, uh, bankruptcy lawyer in Texas. Walter Sissack is known as the bulldog, like one of the

most winning guys in us history. And this guy said, I've never filed stuff like this in court, but it's true. I can't believe this happened. They commit bid rigging. Oh, it gets worse. The U.S. trustee got up in the emergency hearing on Thursday and said all sorts of stuff like, the judge said, well, okay, it's not the biggest bid, but you call it the best bid. What did they pay? And he said, I can't tell you. And the judge said, you can't tell me? And he and he said no I don't know uh even though we had all the filings and he knew exactly what it was he didn't want to say your honor um it's anything they put forward we would beat it uh it's a magic floating it's like in a video game when you have the code to cheat where you can't

get killed and then and then and then it would be like a football team would not just corrupt referees the other team gets 11 players you get zero and then for four quarters they just run up and down the field and score 8 000 points i mean this is cartoon level and and when they got asked by george stephanopoulos when it's first coming out on good morning america friday uh the gun control national soros group, Everytown, that's a Democrat party group, the biggest one in the country, because they admit they're financing, quote, the future of the new Infowars that's designed to confuse people and pretend to be me. They claim they own my identity, all this other illegal, insane stuff. They, Stephen Alvarez said, well, how did your lower bid win? And they go, well, it's Alex Jones. So it's like,

well, he's Lex Luthor. Kind of like in the last CNN clip where they go, oh yeah, look at the Legion of Doom. There's Lex Luthor, you know, like Trump's Lex Luthor. No, you guys are Lex Luthor, except you're more like Wile E. Coyote trying to kill the Roadrunner. And we all know what happens to Wile E. Coyote. So this is like watching Wiley Coyote blow himself up or catapult giant boulders onto his head, and they're just betting, because it's me, that a federal bankruptcy judge who's got a respected background is going to certify this when the judge is the one that said,

excuse me, it didn't go to the highest bidder. That's not an auction. This didn't happen. And then the judge says, why did you kick him out of the building and he goes we go well because they're going to steal the equipment so they accuse us of felonies with no evidence as if we need this equipment this is old equipment we have a new studio with new equipment this is like seven eight year old ten year old on average one studio's got ten year in it, which is fine, but it's all breaking. So this place has to be refurbished anyways.

But imagine, oh, they're going to steal everything. We had to kick them out. And I'm going to say this again. No court order. Folks, when a cop pulls you over for speeding, there's a ticket, there's a record, you get due process. No due process for the second time.

So they're so arrogant. They're so used to the deep state control. They're so used to the Justice Department letting them do whatever they want that they are the true believers. So, you know, the globalist head is basically cut off. They're not in control of the government in 62 days, but they've got their wind-up toy zombie forces that are still attacking. You know, it's kind of like in the Gilligan's Island episodes,

But I am fighting basically Japanese soldiers in the year 2024. And they're just marching on like they're invincible, like they can do anything they want. And it's all been run by the Justice Department that came out in court. PR firms made up stuff I never did, lied, defaulted me in show trials. HBO produced them, the most produced show trials in history. Fake billion and a half dollar judgment, they asked for 2.76 trillion. We'll be out of money because of this. And literally because they hijacked the building, had a federal officer here saying, shut it off, get out of here and then now a lot of people believe that actually this is there so no one's buying the products so we need the money for the lawsuits and and and so it's kind of like shot at me and missed crapped at me

and there's an old saying you know hit he's actually sh-t but shot at me and missed crapped at me and hit but it doesn't matter these These are clear cut instantly in court now that they illegally grabbed this, did this, crippled, took down the main site, said they owned everything. And then he didn't know. They thought they would keep getting the money from it. They didn't know why the money went away. That's how dumb they are. So we are already at 400 plus thousand dollars damage. That sounds like a lot of money, not with satellites, crew, all the infrastructure. We're not a normal show, folks. so he beat them. Okay, I'm a target, and I'm not Musk or Trump with billions of dollars. That's why, and you say, well, $400,000, that's a lot of money. No, no, no. Well, there's been the former deputy attorney general under Trump saying from what he's seen, this is clearly criminal. And that and I did hear on there's a lot of interest. I'm not going to get into inside baseball, but I was told that Musk was going to get involved. And his lawyers were there. They've entered the case. They've asked for all the files, all the documents. And he said he would champion free speech he's been doing that for a lot of people so yes i'll just leave it at that um and and i know for a

fact trump is very concerned i'll just leave it at that i'm not going to talk about who i've been talking to let's just leave it at that and yes they intend once in in 61 days uh that this has now been elevated that they were already planning an investigation of the justice department bankruptcy division because there's so much corruption there that that was already going to be one of their main targets and that and that's been talked about in the news and so I can tell you that I've said to people I'm going to go to the local FBI which I've done before when we've discovered crimes even though the FBI is corrupt it's my job to report crimes I've been to the FBI three times the last 10 years to report crimes I've been to the fbi three times the last 10 years to report crimes i've been the secret service three times people got arrested three

times people were saying they're going to kill trump and we're serious they found one guy with a bunch of guns and weapons they stopped him in tennessee i mean i will report crime even if the system's corrupt they're not all corrupt um i i said to my folks and people i said i'm going to go ahead and go to the fbi uh and the way that works if I do that, it'll get assigned to where it was reported. So they said, wait until Trump's in the Justice Department, and then I'm going to talk to right to the top. And yeah, they are intending for a criminal investigation. I can tell you that. So, Alex, really quickly here. One, we stand by you. We support you. We believe that this is the last dying gasp of a desperate regime,

but a regime that has targeted you. We had the CIA video with the CIA contractor saying that they were specifically going after you. Would you like to see an investigation into the CIA contracts and find out exactly how they were targeting you and why? I never said his name, didn't know who he was. He'd sued me. And he gets up on the stand and testifies. He went and got the lawsuits going with the justice department. So yes, that's in court. The FBI admitted they went and created the lawsuits, created the PR, created the lies about me and then did all of this. So yes, we don't just have the CIA guy caught on tape admitting it all. The justice department admitted on the stand they did this, Benny. So that's the thing. They've been so arrogant. We've got them. So yes, the FBI agents involved need to be criminally investigated. The CIA needs to be criminally investigated. I mean, this is a real case of them literally

coming after a talk show host. Remember all the thousands of articles and hundreds of TV programs about me doing stuff I didn't do? That was all a giant psyop to demonize me and then use the demonized straw man of Alex Jones to say, oh, look, and Trump likes him and calls him an amazing person. Great reputation. I won't let you down. And so, yeah, this has been all a big psyop test against me and it's all coming out. that's why we're winning we're at a critical point but then i didn't think about how them saying their info wars people still see me in the info studios on air and they still don't believe it they're like well then how is abc news saying the onion owns it and it was a real sale it's all a giant lie and now they don't want to admit it's a fraud

and they're doubling down and it's all up to this judge there's a status hearing monday he said that's not enough he wants a full day hearing i don't know when that's going to get set probably after uh thanksgiving and so it looks like we're going to stay on the air until then uh but but again the building has been hijacked once attempted to be hijacked twice without as much a piece of toilet paper. The feds just show up with armed security and say, get out. And I go, I'm calling the police. Where's your warrant? Where's your court order?

And they go, we don't need one. They turn to security. I told you, throw him out. We're not doing that. Where is the piece of paper? So that was May 31st. Now they did this. These people are crazy.

But Republicans are hoping to slow down or halt that process. President-elect Trump urging his party to, quote, show up and hold the line. Florida Senator Rick Scott joins us now. Senator, the president-elect is calling out the troops to block these judicial nominees. How will Republicans in the Senate respond? We're going to show up. Republicans need to be a brick wall to these radical Biden nominee picks, judicial picks.

They're not people that should be judges. They're right at the end of the administration because they've been so controversial. So I think all my colleagues are going to show up. We're going to do everything we can. We're going to use every procedural move to make sure that these nominees do not get through. And then Donald Trump will have the choice to pick people that believe in following the law, believe in judicial restraint. So I'm very optimistic that everybody's going to show up and we're going to block these judges.

In terms of showing up, here's what Governor DeSantis of the great state of Florida had to say about the approval of Circuit Judge Embry-Kidd to the 11th Circuit. He said, quote, this leftist judge would have been voted down and the seat in the important 11th Circuit would have been filled by Donald Trump next year had Republicans showed up. Now the leftist judge will have a lifetime appointment and the people of Florida, Alabama Alabama and Georgia will suffer the consequences. There have been calculations that had all the Republicans showed up with Fetterman being absent.

You might have been able to at the very least temporarily pause his confirmation. Why haven't Republicans been showing up, I guess, is the question. Well, I think everybody's going to show up. President Trump's clear. We've got to block these judges. We're going to all we're going to show up. President Trump's clear. We've got to block these judges. We're going to show up and get this done. It's disappointing that Kidd got through. He's going to be a radical appeals court judge, and it's going to be too bad for all the states, including Florida, that's impacted by him.

But I think we're all going to show up, and we're going to do everything we can to block him. So J.D. Vance didn't show up for a vote. He sort of passed it off as, look, I have more important things to do. I was interviewing candidates for FBI director. He tweeted this. I tend to think it's more important to get an FBI director who will dismantle the deep state than it is for Republicans to lose about forty nine forty six rather than forty nine forty five. He later deleted that post and then yesterday he he showed up. Again, it begs the question, where have Republicans been? Why did it take the president-elect to say, hey, get your butts out there? Why didn't you do that before? Well, I think everybody's going to show

up. Of course, we all, you know, most of us were here. Some people had some other obligations. They thought it were important. But I think the president-elect has been clear that these people need to show up. And so I think they're going to start showing up. I saw J.D. Vance yesterday, and I think everybody's going to show up today. Yeah, he's there again today. One quick question. Where do you stand on recess appointments?

Mitch McConnell, it's reported, has said that there's not going to be any recess appointments. Would you support recess appointments? I think we've got to do everything. Everything's got to be on the table to get Donald Trump nominees approved as quickly as possible. When Trump became president in January 2017, his nominees did not get through quickly. That has got to change. So either we've got to get them through the Senate or if we need to do recess appointments, we should do recess appointments. All right, Senator, good to see you. Where, where is that? You're supposed to be the leader of the Republicans in the Senate. So why aren't you leading? I've seen nothing on John Thune. In fact, the only thing you've seen on John Thune is stuff on Israel-Gaza war. That's it. That's all you've seen him do. That's the only play that John Thune has made. who understands the fighting man defending me at DOD. I know this is something near and dear to your heart, Congressman. Well, absolutely. I mean, look, we've got a 42,000 personnel recruitment deficit. You've got almost 8,600 people who are unconstitutionally purged for the denials of their religious and medical freedoms from refusing the vaccination. In my opinion, I'm going to continue to fight for them to be reinstated with full back pay, full benefits, and be allowed to serve their nation, not serve a political agenda. But now you've got someone like Pete Hegseth, who is a good friend of mine, who is a multi-deployment combat veteran, who's led men in war, who is very well educated with a degree from both Princeton and Harvard. He's

going to come in and we're going to get back to what it was to prioritize not diversity, equity and inclusion, but increased lethality readiness to be properly equipped. This is what men and women in our armed forces want as the strongest, greatest volunteer force in the world, is they want the opportunity to know that when they're actually going to be going into battle, that they're going to be the best prepared and they're going to have increased lethality, not the person who identifies and can tell you what my pronouns are. You know, we can out-pronoun every one of our enemies. I have no doubt that we can she, her, they, them, he, him better than anyone else. And I'm sure China and Russia and North Korea and Iran are terrified by this

capability of not misgendering us. But the reality is that men and women who serve in our military just want the opportunity to serve. They want to know they're going to be taken care of. We've got to increase the better quality of life for them. We need to increase their pay. We need to make sure that child care is provided on basis, not two days a week, but five days a week. So the spouses who serve as well have the ability to pursue careers and further education and start looking at transition to get back into society. And so we have to do more, and that's what this administration is going to do.

elements of society. And it's like, it's not progressive. It's actually, it's regressive, right? It's like the military, it's regressive for Mark Milley, for Mark Milley to sit up there. And when was the last time Mark Milley passed a PT test? I don't know, Congressman, but for him to sit up there and to say, I want to understand white rage. It's white people who are the problem in our military, bro. You like you want to, you want a military deficit problem. Start with that. That's one of the first things that dude said, uh, in, uh said under questioning from your committee. And that's how you destroy a military, actually.

Well, I'll tell you, Benny, I remind every single American, if you really want to see what America is about, go visit any national cemetery or go to Arlington. Look at the fact that those rows and rows of headstones are not laid by your race, by your gender, by your faith. They're laid down there by those who were willing to fight and die beside one another. You know, when we're fighting in the military, I'm not looking at who's actually going to look a certain way or who came from a certain part of the country or what faith you have. I want the best, most qualified warfighter to be sitting there watching my six as I watch theirs. And that's what we got to get back to because at the end of the day, the military should be all about meritocracy and that's the only thing that should

matter the best the most qualified and the absolutely most prepared warfighter to be able to keep this nation this constitutional republic to be free and i'll tell you if you're not living your life after you go to one of those national cemeteries in a way that's worthy of those sacrifices then you're truly failing in my opinion because there is no there's no place on earth in my opinion that is more of a hallowed ground and more of a humbling experience than the rows upon rows upon rows of heroes who sacrifice in this country that's what the military is about that's what our government's about that's what the military is about. That's what our government is about. That's what our country is about, is service, not white rage and some social experimentation on pansexuality and gender fluidity.

Yeah, would you be, I mean, a lot of people saying that General Milley deserves a court martial for what happened January 6th. I think he certainly deserves a full-scale investigation. Your thoughts on that, because based on Milley's own testimony before the January 6th committee, he defied President Trump's orders to send the National Guard to protect the U.S. Capitol. In that circumstance, I know it because I watched the

National Guard deployed in my neighborhood, Congressman, there would have been no January 6th. There would have been no riot. There would have been no problems. People would have marched and gone home. So it seems like Mark Milley defied the orders of the commander in chief. That's a big no-no in the military. Well, we'd have to investigate whether the chairman, because remember, the chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff has strategic oversight, not operational oversight. That would have fallen to someone like General McKinney

or one of the others over the CENTCOM commander, McKenzie. And also, you would have to be looking at Nancy Pelosi, who was actually refusing to plus up our Capitol Police capabilities, even though she knew it. And actually, in one of the leaked tapes by her own daughter, where she's saying, I'm responsible for this. I'm the Speaker of the House. You know, look, we can say whatever we'd like to say. Did Mark Milley handle certain things correctly? Absolutely not. Did he absolutely try and undermine a lot of the president's decisions? In my opinion, he did.

But he's also a man who's served over 37 plus years. He's got multiple combat deployments. He was a special forces ranger qualified guy. I don't take anything from his service. But the problem is that if you're going to be a military flag officer to lead men, you need to be prioritizing leading men, not playing politics, not trying to think about what your next job is as you go into another board position, which is what all these guys are doing. I think we need a 10-year moratorium to be put in place so that these flag officers can't start prioritizing what their next board position is. They can focus on serving their country and carrying their service out. I'm not thinking about the half million dollars, a million dollars to sit on one of the defense boards or what political position they can take to try and benefit themselves financially. Yeah, I think that would clean so much of the waste and fraud and failed audits up.

What is the Pentagon on? Seventh failed audit? Seventh failed audit. Okay, all right. Yeah. I wonder why. They're more prioritizing the idea that warfare is good when it's not. You know, I would argue that last time that we've actually benefited financially from any type of warfare was in World War II when we actually owned all of our natural resources, all of our raw materials. We were an industrialistic society. That was back in the days

of Rosie the Riveter with everyone jumped in. But we didn't just thrust ourselves into warfare. We had war bonds that would go out to be able to raise money for the efforts. And we allowed other nations to fight their wars first before we realized it could be a threat to America or Americans or American interest. And so we need to get back to that type of mindset, not just trying to be the world police, these warmongers, these interventionists, but also not being an isolationist. And so I think that that's really where we're going to take ourselves in this America First agenda. We're going to see World War III kick off, man.

If we keep lobbing American-made missiles into Russia, this is a perilous time. The only reason that hasn't escalated is because they know in 60 days that there's a new chief in town. Yeah. And they know that President Trump is a peace through strength leader. They've seen what he's done. Everything from the China phase one deal to get tariffs and trade and commerce under control when China had to buy billions of dollars in agriculture, remain in Mexico to force Mexico to actually stop people from trying to go ahead and violate our sovereignty. Looking at listing the houthi rebels as a terrorist organization which they've now been delisted and disrupt 12 percent of global trade but every one of our adversaries were fearful of america whether it was china russia iran north korea this kind of geopolitical axis of evil they knew that

president trump is at the helm that he would take serious consequence in action they saw it with qasem soleimani they saw that with with Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. They saw that with Abu Median Mohandas. He eliminated in successful counterterrorism strikes with minimal impact, minimal damages, no American lives at risk, and sent a message very quickly that America will not stand for our men and women in uniform being threatened. And he told them, if you even kill a single armed forces member in Iraq, that I've got 20 plus targets that I've already designated and the first one's going to be your home. That's the type of strong leadership we need because weakness invites aggression.

And we would not have had October 7th and the 1200 plus innocent people who were killed in Israel if it would have been President Trump who was in the White House instead of Joe Biden. Briefly here, Congressman, you know Pete Hegseth. You've clearly worked with him. I'm not sure if you guys have worked from a military standpoint together or where you both serve, but I know that you've worked together from a comms perspective and from a nexus perspective of what the military should be. Your best elevator pitch for Pete Hegseth as Department of Defense Secretary, can you stiffen up the spines of some of these coward Republican senators

who are saying, oh, Pete Hegseth, I don't know, man, I don't like his tattoos? Well, it's funny. Everyone who wants to go ahead and knock Pete Hegseth about not being qualified have also never served a single day in the military, have never actually deployed and watched their soldiers die, have never actually led men in combat and had to actually run through austere conditions and make sure that the mission is completed. That's what Pete's about is successfully completing the mission. The mission is to strengthen our military to become a force that every other nation not only tries to emulate and it naturally looks at as a way of this is the

military of the future but they look at it and say i also would not challenge that government or that country because their military is so strong that was the reagan peace through strength mechanism look it's one of those old sayings where you know i don't want to go to war but if war and bad things are going to happen let it happen during my time so that my sons can live in peace in the future that's the type of military that we need to be building out pete understands what dei has done War and bad things are going to happen. But we need also every one of the viewers, Benny, to really blow up Mike Johnson's phone, the speaker, and say, listen, we need H.R. 1 Low Cost Energy Act, H.R. 2 Secure the Border Act, H.R. 5, our Parental Rights Act, H.R. 21, stopping our strategic petroleum reserves

from being able to be utilized by the executive branch. All the things that we pass in the House that the Senate wouldn't take up, I want to see every one of those bills voted on and passed in the Senate day one. I don't think we have time to wait around. We need to start executing what needs to be done, securing our borders, lowering costs of goods, and getting America back on the map as a world leader. And that starts on day one, not in day 100. Yes. Yes. I don't know if part of

any of those, uh, HR packages would be the stripping of the security clearances from those who ran psyops and, uh, distorted, uh, the American elections rigged American elections by you utilizing the credentials that were given to them by the American public and paid for by the American public. I really want to see that happen, Congressman. I want to see the people who signed the Hunter Biden laptop letter to be humiliated. You need accountability. Yeah. We need to understand our Article 1 legislative responsibilities and we need to execute those for the american people and if every single member will ask themselves one pertinent question do you care more about saving your seat for reelection do you care more about saving this republic for your children that's the question that every single person needs to ask themselves because we need to ban stock trading we need to start looking at how congress is actually operating we need to start thinking about the fact that it's people over party people people over politics. We've got to get back to being representative of states,

but not politicians any longer. Yeah. So yes, on stripping the 100% laptop signees. Yes. It was 51, if I'm remembering correctly. That's correct. Of their security clearances, because you can do it. We could, I don't know if there's a bill out right now, but it would sure be, it would sure send a message that this, this shit doesn't fly anymore. And I can tell you, the people who still stay on my mind every single day since August 26, 2021, are the 13 Gold Star families when a preventable incident that occurred in Afghanistan still has not had the accountability necessary. I don't know if it's General McKenzie, C.D. Donahue, or whether it actually goes all the way up to the sec death themselves, but somebody needs to be held accountable for those 13 preventable deaths and the sons and daughters, the husbands and wives, the mothers and fathers who had lost their life on that day when they shouldn't have ever have done that. Malice, murder, felony, kidnapping, bodily injury. Life in prison? Is that really the best that we can get? Is there a death sentence in Georgia? I mean,

just asking. Athens-Clarke County Supervisor Judge Patrick Haggard found him guilty after he waived his rights to a jury trial. Riley's family sobbed. The decision was read. Ibarra didn't show any emotion. After reading the ruling, the judge said that he was ready to proceed with sentencing immediately, but prosecutors asked for a break. The judge said he would proceed after an hour-long break. Do we know the sentencing? No? Let me know. If not, then good. Hopefully sentences him to hell. Georgia does have the death penalty. So I suppose we'll see, ladies and gentlemen. A reminder that this is and this is the this is the demonic murderer here.

The spinoff plan was first reported by Wall Street Journal. Comcast had announced during its quarterly earnings call in October that it was considering spinning off the networks. Now the president said that it's time to explore

creating a new well-capitalized company in order to comprise this portfolio of networks. But this of course means major, major reforms on at MSNBC. If you're not tied to the publicly traded parent company, there's no more free ride, free check, suckling on the teat of NBCUniversal. Now MSNBC will have to stand on its own or fail on its own, and that will be absolutely wonderful.

The free market forces, of course, are the most important thing when it applies to businesses like these. New research shows one in five adults regularly get their news from influencers on social media. The number is even higher among younger Americans, with almost 40 percent under the age of 30 getting their news from those sources. According to the Pew Research Center, the social media site X remains the most widely accessed platform, followed by Instagram and YouTube. I mean, that comes obviously for political news. And Mike, that's the challenge. You grew up in a newsroom like Gene grew up in a newsroom. I mean, that's a lot of challenge.

That's a challenge for a lot of mainstream media sources is do they make themselves relevant again to hear 20% of adults who actually get influencers on social media? I don't know. Maybe somebody who makes baskets. And while they're making baskets, they look up and say, vote for candidate X.

I don't know how they make themselves. Influencer on social media, says the guy with the show that is viewed by, well, less people than our show. Isn't that something? We have more viewers than the guy with all his fancy little cameras and giant studio and limousines.
