Okay, so very interesting morning. There has been some real changes, tectonic plate shifts in the way that this country operates. I want to take a moment to appreciate it. Step back and look at the last 48 hours and say, hot damn, man, everything's everything's gotten so much better. In the start of the Obama era, there is this horrifying cringe video that didn't actually get the amount of attention

that it deserved at the time because we didn't really have the ecosystem that we have built out now. I'm gonna get into that ecosystem and why the latest hoax against Donald Trump has failed and failed disastrously, catastrophically for the Democrat party. What an epic and complete L.

Everything about that hoax has fallen to pieces, and we covered it in the last couple of days. The signal chat and sharing of classified information, the lawsuits right afterward. Of course, it goes to Judge Boasberg. It's all a setup, and it's all fallen to pieces. And it's such a change in the war landscape of modern day American politics. So here we go, ladies and gentlemen. We have the Hillary Clinton clip from her first meeting as Secretary of State. give you the understanding of the landscape of what we've come out of, what we've built, and what a muscular and important moment that we're all living in. We should really like take a second to appreciate. Okay, here we go. Hillary Clinton meeting with Sergei Lavrov, who is the Russian foreign minister, the longest serving foreign minister, very important guy,

longest serving like head of state in the entire world. She meets with him for the first time. And she does one of the most humiliating things ever captured on camera. Here we go. You know, Sergey, in anticipation of this important meeting and our time here together, I wanted to present you with a little gift which represents what President Obama and Vice President Biden and I have been saying, and that is we want to reset our relationship. SECRETARY KERRY, Let's do it together. SECRETARY CLINTON, So we will do it together, okay? SECRETARY KERRY, Thank you very much.

well we won't let you do that to us i promise okay thank you very much thank you so much well we uh we mean it and we look forward someone died that night you could tell you could tell somebody in the hillary clinton orbit died hillary clinton we couldn't even get the word right it means overcharged this is like the last thing that you want to hand over to the russians it was a humiliating moment then it didn't get the type of viral and mematic work done on it that it deserved at the time because we just didn't have the ecosystem that we have now. But we have this clip to sort of prove to us what the Obama administration was trying to do with the Russians. And the only reason I'm digging into the archives to show you this is to explain where we've come from and where

we are now. Because the same people that giggled and tee hee heed at Hillary Clinton, handing the guy a button and they were like hugging and drinking, sipping vodka together were the same people that when they needed to weaponize Russia, went after the Trump administration, were able to get Jeff Sessions to recuse himself simply for shaking hands with a Russian ambassador. This is how weak we were just a few years ago. Jeff Sessions just shook hands once with a Russian ambassador and now was forced to recuse himself for the Russia hoax. Please, articles up. Thank you. Jeff Sessions had himself a official and very serious meeting with a head of state. He was the attorney general for Donald Trump. He was the guy who could have put the entire Russia hoax, all of it to bed. And this corporate media ecosystem was able to pressure so heavily on the Trump was able to manipulate,

bend, break, and to humiliate the Trump administration in the first term, so effectively that they got the recusal of Jeff Sessions for nothing. He did nothing wrong. This is just open manipulation of the justice system. Open destruction of the American people choosing their own government. This was a play in order to take a player off the field. That was the goal of this. Remove a player, take away Trump's attorney general. And then what do they do? They set up a special counsel. They go after Trump. And if you speak with people who have been on this program, like Stephen Miller, who's just the architect of every policy that you liked in the Trump administration. Stephen Miller straight up tells you

that this Russia hoax was such a hand tie for them in the first administration. It was locked in. They couldn't order Russian salad dressing. If you got a martini at a bar, it better not be Russian vodka because you saw what happened to the attorney general and it could happen to you.

This was the full force of the deep state, of their media apparatchiks, of the entire culture that they had created in Washington, D.C. there to break Trump. And they did actually. This was successful. Just a few years after Hillary Clinton is handing Sergei Lavrov a button with a Russian word misspelled on it, that same media that praised that moment was sitting there using a handshake to gut the Trump administration and his defense against the Russiagate hoax. And it was successful. That's why they run these hoaxes. They run them because they've been successful in the past. And it's what was run on President Trump this past week. In the last 48 hours, there was a hoax run on the Trump administration.

And it was run by the same people, the same operators. It's run by this goblin named Jeff Goldberg at the Atlantic. Jeff Goldberg is somebody who has ramped up hoaxes against Trump before, the Suckers and Losers hoax, the 51 Intel experts hoax, the Russiagate hoax. He was part of this. Sessions did not disclose meeting with Russian ambassador during Trump campaign. Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.

He didn't have to. He was a senator. It doesn't matter. They got their result. That's how much power that they had. And this was the same operation with the signal chat. And we've talked about it at length. But the same ecosystem and structure exists, right? You try and capture the Trump campaign, the Trump administration officials in something embarrassing.

You splash it up on screen, even though you were literally handing these people buttons with misspelled Russian words and like hugging them and kissing them just a couple of years ago. Now, when Trump administration does, it's totally evil. It's all an op. It's an op to destroy Trump's team from the inside. And that's what you just saw with Hegseth, J.D. Vance, the Signal chat leak, Ratcliffe. But there's one distinct difference. It didn't work. It hasn't worked. This entire op, which would have crushed the first Trump administration, has fallen flat completely on his face.

It's been utterly decimated. It's been destroyed. Nobody cares. Outside of the Beltway, go talk to somebody in Walmart today. Go to Lowe's or Home Depot parking lot and ask anybody what they think about the leaked signal chat with the Trump administration. What? Don't care. What are you talking about? What's gas prices? What's eggs prices? We like Trump. He said something really funny the other day. They don't care. The op has failed

for two reasons. One, because they're the corporate media ecosystem has no audience anymore and no power. And two, because there have been so many hoaxes run on Trump that the the operation doesn't work anymore. Jeff Goldberg sitting there saying, it's so classified that I can't release the text. Then he releases the text 12 hours later. Which one is it? You're clearly lying. Then he's caught another lie.

Here's John Ratcliffe, CIA director, saying, yo, this dude is legitimately a propagandist. He's lying about me. He lied about me outing a CIA undercover. What do we know about people who lie to you? If your wife says she's going to the grocery store and instead she goes somewhere, why'd you lie to me? Like when people, when people are lying, right? Like for, for seemingly no reason, you know, that they're covering up something larger. You know there's a bigger problem there. Don't trust liars.

The Trump administration's approach to this has been so refreshing. Instead of bending the knee, groveling, begging for forgiveness like what was done in the first administration and allowing this to gain the kinetic energy and the terminal velocity, they've just killed it in the cradle. Here's John Ratcliffe just nuking this story from space, which he has the right to do as CIA director. You know, there's so much talk about this Atlantic article and about things that were said and that could have happened instead of a focus on what did happen. So my responsibility as CIA director, one of its responsibilities is to kill terrorists. And that's exactly what I did along with President Trump's excellent

national security team. That's what we should be focused on. With regard to that article, I also would appreciate the opportunity to relay the fact that yesterday I spent four hours answering questions from senators as a result of that article that were intimating that I transmitted classified information because there were hidden messages. Those messages were revealed today and revealed that I did not transmit classified information and that the reporter who I don't know I think intentionally intended it to indicate that that reporter also indicated that I had released the name of an undercover CIA operative in that signal jet in fact I had released the name of my chief of staff who is not operating undercover.

That was deliberately false and misleading, and I appreciate the opportunity to reflect that my answers haven't changed. I used an appropriate channel to communicate sensitive information. It was permissible to do so. I didn't transfer any classified information. And at the end of the day, what is most important is that the mission was a remarkable success, is what everyone should be focused on here, because that's what did happen, not what possibly could have happened. That's how you respond to a hoax. They're liars. They're lying.

They're making things up. They're not in charge of what's classified and what's not. This was an app that was preloaded on my phone that's permissible to use. And it's not up to them. They don't control the narratives. They've literally changed the narratives. Here's the attack plan.

Remember, it was war plans that were so classified they've literally changed the narratives here's the attack plan remember this was it was war plans that were so classified and so sensitive that jeffrey goldberg could never possibly release them they've changed from war plans to attack plans and then they've released them and there's nothing in them it was a hoax from the beginning. The CIA director outed CIA agents. No, dude, it's a lie. It was just his chief of staff. He's not an undercover. And so instead of cowering and bending to the pressure,

the Trump administration has come out guns a-blazing, literally. A man who comes out smelling like roses with these text releases on the Signal chat is J.D. Vance. The texts show that J.D. Vance is the same man that he is on the stage, on the stump. J.D. Vance is out saying, listen, guys, I don't want to start more foreign wars. I don't like doing Europe's dirty work. We don't have any business in Yemen. I'm America first. This could increase gas prices for Americans.

So F this. It's awesome. The real scandal here would have been if the administration was sabotaging the president and his vision. But instead, the entire text chain is every member of the administration sharp as a tack, tip of the spear,

figuring out what the best America First policy is. And it's a really thoughtful, I encourage you to go read them. Listen, if they were so damning and they're so hurtful i wouldn't be doing this i'd be like yikes man it's really bad listen i've said it before it's really bad that a journalist got on there the person who added the journalist should be fired i've said that and i'll continue to say it but if you actually read the messages themselves instead of being humiliated or embarrassed by all of this the trump administration is proud of it I'll continue to say it. the Trump administration is proud of it because it shows the inner workings of America first, foreign policy. It's actually refreshing to see. It's wonderful.

So J.D. Vance going out yesterday to a Marine Corps base and firing down rain. This is his response. J.D. Vance's response was, I'm going to go blow up as many things as I possibly can, look as badass as Good shot! Hit! Center chest! Wow! That's a fun one for sure! Then they go ahead and release a J.D. Vance Marine Corps ad. It's the first time I think in history that the vice president has voiced an ad for the Marines. But here's a new recruitment ad featuring J.D. Vance.

We care about excellence and we care about patriotism. And if you are awesome and you are a patriotic Marine, then we are going to do everything that we can to make you the most lethal fighting force the world has ever seen. And that is what we're doing every single day. No quotas no more ridiculous mumbo jumbo no more diversity training we believe the real strength and the real diversity in the united states marine corps is that you all come from every walk of life come from every corner of america and you have got the strength and the purpose to win the nation's wars, and that is what the Marine Corps is going to do, just like it's done for damn near 250 years.

now rip their guts out. Do things that are going to piss them off so much that they won't know where to even attack. Because it's a strategy, right? You isolate your enemy. You attack them where they're weak. They're trying to peel off Pete Hegseth. Oh, I need that Pegseth clip that his initial response is just perfect. Do we?

Okay. This is the way you respond. this is the way you respond this is the way you respond no no more coddling people who hate you no more going along with the hoaxes and the regime narratives like what's the number one thing that christy noam could do right now to piss off the left i love seeing the administration circle the wagons and say, we're not going to allow this to happen because quite frankly, the only what they want are scalps. They want firings. They want to manipulate and psyop Trump into firing his best people. And Trump's right now working with the best people. We have full confidence in Pete, full confidence in Tulsi. They've all been on the program. They've all been on the show.

Kash Patel was like a weekly regular on the program. Yes. And so the initial response here is pitch perfect by Pete. Go. One question. Can you share how your information about war plans against the Houthis in Yemen was shared with a journalist in the Atlantic? And were those details classified? I'm not going to be a deceitful and highly discredited so-called journalist who's made a profession of peddling hoaxes time and love to comment on the Houthi campaign because of the skill and courage of our troops. I've monitored it very closely from the beginning. And you see, we've been managing four years of deferred maintenance under the Trump administration. Our troops, our sailors were getting shot at as targets. Our ships couldn't sail through. And when they did shoot back, it was purely defensively or at shacks in Yemen. President Trump said, no more. We will reestablish deterrence.

We will open freedom of navigation. And we will ultimately decimate the Houthis, which is exactly what we're doing as we speak from the beginning, overwhelmingly. This is what it looks like to actually have a masculine response to something. You don't have to play the game. You can just say no. They're fake. We live in a ghost world. You turn on the lights, these people disappear.

The New York Times, the Washington Post, they have no power. We have more viewers on every single show than any of them when they're alive, than any of them when they're publishing. It's all fake. It's not real. How many times do we have to watch Rachel Ziegler fail or Michelle Obama fail when they try and launch a podcast or they try and launch a channel? Their audiences are manufactured and totally astroturfed. You turn on the lights, they go away. So really incredible time, and it's a really incredible strategy to see them all balkanize and then fight back and say, you're fake. It's all fake.

Kash Patel and Pam Bondi out this morning arresting terrorist leaders in Virginia, of all places. The top MS-13 leader arrested by U.S. authorities. And Pam and Cash were there in person. Let's go. First reaction is all of our law enforcement officers are safe. That was the number one thing. They're safe. They executed a clean, safe operation. And the bad guy's in custody. And thanks to the FBI, we got one of the worst of the worst of MS-13 off the streets this morning. We're able to be out here in force to show the American people to be here in person, that this means a lot to her and the mission.

Safety is our primary concern of these communities, and wedozed through it. It's great. This was supposed to become a news cycle. This was supposed to become a special counsel investigation. All of this was supposed to mean the scalping of multiple Trump administration officials, including, if they could get them, J.D. Vance. That was the purpose of this op.

Instead, what they got was Kristi Noem flying down to El Salvador, saying, if you're in this country illegally, we're going to send you to terrorist prison. Let's go. We're at CCOT today and visiting this facility. And first of all, I want to thank El Salvador and their president for their partnership

with the United States of America to bring our terrorists here and to incarcerate them and have consequences for the violence that they have perpetuated in our communities. I also want everybody to know if you come to our country illegally this is one of the consequences you could face. First of all do not come to our country illegally. You will be removed and you will be prosecuted but know that this facility is one of the tools in our toolkit that we will use if you commit crimes against the American people.

Okay. That and Gitmo. What a timeline. What an incredible reaction. Final thing, Donald Trump. Does this man look phased to you? Does this man look worried to you? President Trump just roasting libs and maskers inside of the Oval Office yesterday, along with the time.

There's so many good Trump clips from yesterday. He's like he's so comfortable in his own skin. He's not prickly. He's upset about the questions. He's rolling with it. He's calling him fake news again. And he's like in flow state. Check this out. California were to put in place education. You know, I haven't seen a mask in so long. You're wearing a mask. So nice of you. I haven't seen anybody wearing a mask in a long time. It's good. You feel more comfortable, right? Good. That's good. So go ahead.

You said you want to return education control to the states. How would you handle it if a state like California were to put in place education policies you disagree with? Well, I think that California is going to be tougher because they are they're doing badly at everything they do. You're wearing a mask. I haven't seen that. You feel safe. Do you feel like you're in charge? Right. Yes, that's right. And it's like we'll get we'll get to it later in the show. We got to keep moving. But like, there's so many hysterical Trump clips from yesterday.

The guy was just on a roll. He's having the best time. He's like in peak golden era Trump mode. So no, it didn't work. And now my entire, look, what should have been, again, a special counsel and a scalping of Trump's best people has turned into a balkanization and a war cry for the administration about the true scum that they are up against. It's so awesome to see.

It's just so great to see. You got to know, man, if you know people from the first Trump administration, you'll know how damaging Russiagate was, how many people they were able to get on their knees, to force to embarrass themselves, to publicly apologize. That's what all the lawsuits were against Trump. Remember Jenna Ellis crying to Fannie Willis, mascara running down her face.

It's all a humiliation ritual. They're trying to break people. And Trump didn't break. In fact, it's the Trump administration that's going to break people. Look at this image. It's like the image that... So they decided to put this image out. And then J.D. Vance launched them downrange.

This is Chrissy Noem saying, Coming to our country illegally, here's where you're going to end up. It's a beautiful thing. And why is it all happening? Like, why did the op happen in the first place? Well, because they're desperate.

They got, like, they're in extinction zone right now. They must have something. Democrats have to get something. Their actions betray exactly how dire the situation is. There are a number of reasons why the current state of the Democrat Party is collapsing. But I'm going to let Democrats explain it. Here's CNN walking us through exactly how popular President Trump is right now on the

heels of this current hoax that's being run against him. Go. I think sometimes it's important to do a little bit of reality check and take a little different spin at the numbers. I'm going to do that right here because all we talk about is how unpopular Donald Trump is. But in reality, he's basically more popular than he was at any point in term number one and more popular than he was when he won election back in November of 2024. What are we talking about? Isn't that favorable rating right now? It comes in at minus four points. Compare that to where he was when he won in November of 2024, when he was at minus seven points, or March of 2017, when he was at minus 10 points. So when you compare

Trump against himself, he's actually closer to the apex than he is to the bottom of the trough. And of course, that's so important because Donald Trump, historically speaking, has had his numbers underestimated. So I think it's very important to compare him to himself to understand he's actually more popular now than he was when he won or certainly where he was at this point back in his first term. The bottom line is Trump is more towards the ceiling than he is towards the floor. So when when you do that, it makes my knees hurt. So when you look at this compared to sort of historically, what does it tell you about the percentage of folks that think the country itself with him him at the helm, is on the right track. This, I think, is rather important because, again, if the polls have historically underestimated Donald Trump, what is a metric that might get at understanding at how popular he may actually be?

So let's take a look at the percentage of the country who say that we're on the right track. It's actually a very high percentage when you compare it to some historical numbers. What are we talking about? According to Marist, 45 percent say that we're on the right track. That's the second highest that Marist has measured since 2009. How about NBC News? 44%. That's the highest since 2004. The bottom line is the percentage of Americans who say we're on the right track is through the roof. And if you were to compare it to when presidents have historically been reelected, of course, Trump is not constitutionally eligible to run for reelection, but I think it sort of puts it in perspective. Forty two percent of the country says the country is on the right track when the incumbent party is reelected. And also keep in mind, back when Kamala Harris lost and Democrats were turned out of power, only about 27 to 28 percent of the country said the country is on the right track.

The bottom line is right now, a much higher percentage of the country says we're on the right track. And finally... So Trump's more popular than he's ever been after the ops that have been run against him and the hoaxes. More Americans think the country's on the right track than have ever thought that in the last two decades. And the Democrat Party, on the other hand, is hitting historic lows in popularity. Democrat Party hits new polling low. The lowest, in fact, that it's ever been.

Just a quarter of registered voters, 27%, say they have a positive view of the party. Party's lowest positive rating since dating back to 1990. George H.W. Bush years. Just 7% say that their view of the Democrat Party is very positive and it's going to get worse. Here's the apportionment forecast for the electoral vote for the national vote. You can hear that Texas and Florida are going to gain four votes and that Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, New York, Rhode Island, Oregon, Washington, and California will all be losing votes. Ladies and gentlemen, there you go. This is meaning something very important,

which is that Republicans won't need to win the blue wall any longer. They can win the National Electoral College. They don't need the popular vote. Who cares about that? But they can win it without Pennsylvania or Wisconsin or Michigan. It's nightmare time for Democrats, and it's starting to show. It's a totally different country. And more importantly, the people who Democrats are putting up to be their spokespeople are, I don't know, I'm not sure they're sending their

best in the words of President Trump. Jasmine Crockett is the rising star of the Democrat party. And there's so many exciting videos to play of Jasmine acting up in Congress. But let's just go quickly to some of the greatest hits from this week. Jasmine Crockett calling the governor of her state. She's from a Dallas suburb. Governor Hot Wheels. He's, of course, in a wheelchair and has been since the 80s in a horrible accident that left him paralyzed. His name's Greg Abbott.

And Jasmine Crockett speaking at the Human Rights Council, making fun of handicapped people. Because we in these hot-ass Texas streets, honey. Y'all know we got Governor Hot Wheels down there. Come on now. And the only thing hot about him is that he is a hot ass mess, honey. So, yes. Yes, yes, yes.

Got it. Has any Democrat disavowed it? I guess we'll find out. Jasmine will be joining us soon. I'd love to ask Jasmine. The reason why we're doing this interview remote, by the way, is because Jasmine attacked a reporter this week, a reporter who works for Laura Loomer, asking questions inside of the United States Capitol, which is his right. Try being a Republican for a single day on Capitol Hill. You are barraged and savaged by reporters.

How many times did you kill your wife? Like that's the life of a Republican on Capitol Hill. Jasmine Crockett couldn't handle one question. And so she attacked the reporter. Well, that sounds like fun. Wait, Congresswoman Crockett. Congresswoman Crockett, you were recently on a Tesla takedown call calling for violence on the 29th. Would you like to clarify your comments? As you can see. Congresswoman, will you condone violence at the test? Okay, well, the rules are that if Marjorie Taylor Greene had smashed a camera of a reporter, she'd be kicked out of Congress by that evening.

That's how it goes. And we love Marjorie. So why are there different rules for Jasmine Crockett. And also, more importantly, if Jasmine Crockett had been a Republican doing that, she'd probably catch a case. Instead, she has the police protecting her. Check it out. SNL would never dare parody it, so we're going to do our best humble job of doing that. However, you shouldn't attack reporters in the halls of Congress, right? You shouldn't call people in wheelchairs, you know, hot wheels. And you shouldn't like issue death threats to Elon Musk. Can we, can we like, can we like establish that? Do you think that Republicans who are in control of the house should like

potentially do something about that? Yeah, well, you know, it's, it's, it's unfortunate to see Benny. But the bottom line is, I think, you know, it's unfortunate to see, Benny. But the bottom line is, I think, you know, it's desperation. They don't control the House. They to show America that this is what this is what they're really like. This is what they're about. You know, they're not about policies that make it easier for Americans, make it safer for Americans. And so I wish they would figure it out. I wish they would put Americans first. But politically, it's great for us. So politically, what's not great for the Republican Party and what seems to be the only bulwark against the president, President Trump's administration, since we have unified control of government, is the D.C. court system. And you've been very public. Many of your colleagues have

shied away, but you've been very public about either defunding it, impeaching judges and pushing back since Congress. Well, it's a co-equal branch and you have oversight. So can you talk me through the one, the probability of Judge Boasberg getting every single Trump case, which is really unique and special? And two, what is Congress going to do about it to measure that weight and balance? Well, it's interesting, Benny, because we do have constitutional authorities to impeach judges. You know, I call I was the first member of Congress to call for the impeachment of Judge Engelmeyer when I saw the play call. The play call was obviously, like I said, they don't control anything right now. So they're going to use these radical left wing judges to try and, you know, stop the Trump agenda. And, you know, it's interesting, Benny, because I've heard

Republicans for a long time, you know, many of them are my colleagues who said, if we lost this election, the country was over, it was done, because they were watching the trajectory, they were watching the lawfare, you know, they were watching the authoritarian nature of the Democrat Party and what it's turned into. So you have an eminence there, right? And many of my colleagues also talked about if the Democrats get in power, you know, they're going to, you know, completely change the system to benefit themselves. But here we are, the Trump administration is absolutely crushing it. We have the Congress, we have the Senate, and a lot of my colleagues aren't acting like they understand the situation, how imminent and how just unbelievably, you know, historical this

opportunity is for us to start turning this country back around. And, you know, my, our friend Steve Bannon says to delay is to deny, and that's what they're trying to do right now. So it's so important that we do everything possible to, you know, send a serious shot across these judges bow so that they understand that they are not more powerful than the president of the United States. And we can do that in many ways. I'm just hoping that my colleagues understand the severity of the situation and that they rise to the occasion. Because if they stop President Trump from doing exactly what he told the American people that he would do, from doing exactly what they voted him in office to do, we're not going to get much done. And that's the bottom line. Congressman, this morning, Chrissy Noem dropped a video from the depths of the terrorism detention center in El Salvador, where Americans are now sending terrorists.

Let's just call them what they are. If you're here to rape, pillage, murder and to run a drug cartel, you're a terrorist on our soil. These judges did nothing to stop those terrorists from coming into this country. In fact, we paid for most of them to come into this country, flew them in ourselves. They did nothing, complete silence. But now that we're repatriating them or were, or I mean, worse in their eyes, putting them in prison where they belong, they're stopping those planes. This was, of course, the egregious ruling that Trump had to turn around military planes that were flying terrorists out of our country. That's the ruling. The ruling was turn the military planes around. If a judge is willing to do that, and I'm simply asking you

this as a Navy SEAL who I know has gone on many missions to go kill bad guys. As a Navy SEAL, what's the limiting principle here? When will one of these judges stop a military flight out to do a military mission to get bad guys? Like, at what point do the judges say, I'm the commander-in-chief? Because it seems like, prima facie, what's happening here? Well, you're exactly right, Benny. I mean, many of these judges, and I think there's

like 670 district judges in the country. That's what they're basically doing. They're trying to basically, in this case, they're trying to say that we're more powerful than the president of the United States. And we can, you know, usurp his authority as commander in chief to protect the national interests of the American citizens. And that's why this is so important. And that's why I hope that your audience continues to blow up members of Congress to help them understand how serious this is. This isn't just, irrelevant ruling from these judges. This is very, very serious. Had those pilots actually listened to the judge, they might have run out of fuel. They might have brought these very dangerous terrorists back to, you know, an airport here in the United States that didn't have the security footprint, you know, that we had overseas to receive them. And it could have gotten really ugly really quickly. So I'm proud of the president for

continuing to do what he knows is right, continuing to do what he promised the American people. And it is so important that members of Congress wake up and realize, you know, how serious this is and that we need to act because if we don't act then you know what's going to happen they're going to continue to do this over and over and stall everything that the president of the united states is doing there's no limiting principle eli they could have stopped i mean in this given the scenario here when you were on one of your i assume dozens hundreds of classified missions that you flew as a Navy SEAL, that a judge could have absolutely enjoined your flight and said, no, actually, given these powers, I'm going to command this military jet. I'm going to command your Navy

SEAL group. I mean, am I wrong in that assessment? No, I mean, it would have been extremely dangerous, and all of us operators, you know, on that helicopter or in that convoy would have been shaking our heads like, what the hell is this judge doing putting our lives at risk when we're trying to, you know, protect American citizens or protect our allies? And again, Benny, that's why this is so important, and I'm glad that you and other, you know, conservative, you know, commenters are, you know, railing against this to try and help give Congress the backbone necessary and apply the pressure necessary so that we actually do something about this. Yes. Okay. So very, very quickly here, because I'm no, I'm no congressman, right? I'm not an

elected office. I'm not a lawyer. I wouldn't consider myself a scholar by any sense. But this article from The Federalist that a third of D.C. district judges were not born in the United States of America, that they are foreigners by birth. Now, they might have been naturalized. I assume they were or they have dual citizenship. But that was this is shocking to me. And it seems like at the very least, you should ask that your judges not be dual citizens of a foreign power or maybe at best be born here. Right. Be Americans by birth. This is I'm not sure if this is shocking to you. I would love to see a new rule put in place that says judges should be Americans. This just seems very dangerous. Yeah, well, you know, it's honestly not shocking to me, Benny. Here in Washington,

D.C., it's kind of like being in the belly of the beast. For me, it's kind of like a political deployment where 95% of this town is Democrat. And I'm not surprised when I see laws on the books that don't protect citizens at all. I'm not surprised to see Washington, D.C. have some of the highest crime rates in the country. And quite frankly, I'm not surprised to see that a third of its judges weren't even born in the United States of America. But again, that's why it's so important that members of Congress understand what time it is, the unique opportunity that we have with, you know, a historic leader like President Trump, who is he's playing to win, Benny. He's playing like he's not trying to get elected. He's not playing politics. He's playing smash mouth ball.

And he's doing everything that he promised. And he's doing everything with common sense, Benny. All of this stuff is common sense. I mean, he's flying out, you know, radical, dangerous gang members, you know, and putting them in prisons overseas. And these judges are trying to stop him. And you mentioned on your show, they didn't do a damn thing to try and stop these guys from coming into the country. And it just shows how partisan they are. And it's

unbelievable to me that, you know, many of my colleagues, you know, are seemingly playing to get reelected and they're playing politics and, you know, kind of putting their, you know, finger in their mouth, putting it in the air and trying to gauge which which way winds are blowing instead of doing what's necessary to protect American citizens. And quite frankly, you know, to support the president of the United States, you know, who's doing a damn good job. So very quickly, would you be in favor of an amendment that says you should be a American, you should be an American citizen, an American citizen only if you're going to be ruling over our constitution. Yeah, I would have no problem with that at all, Benny. Yeah, it seems like, duh. We had that for the president, obviously, right? You can't have a

foreigner as president. That would be a huge problem. So why would we allow a constitutional branch of government to be foreigners? It seems insane to me, actually. I couldn't believe it when I read that. Final question. Are Republicans going, like, Jasmine Crockett got a police escort. Like, is anything going to happen? Like, is this just like a sideshow? Like, is there going to be no slap on the wrist here for Jasmine Crockett? She's just going to get extra police escorts. If there's anything, Benny, I think it'll be a censorship vote. But like I said, in ways, I think it's actually working to our benefit. And I think we should never forget that having, you know,

voices like Jasmine Crockett, you know, elevated, because politically it's great for us, for the country, and for the people of this country, it's horrible that we have representatives like her, you know, but at the end of the day, politically, and you talked about it earlier in your show. This is one of the reasons it's it's I think it's great because of, you know, they're they're pulling right now is that historic lows. clothes. And this is another example of why instead of having solutions that are common sense, you know, that protect and, you know, protect their safety and their prosperity. You know, these are the type of voices on the radical left. And they're completely disconnected from American people who are out there just trying to make ends meet. didn't actually read it. I didn't actually, I took a day off, but actually I was just sleeping. I wasn't really reading about reparations. It's just amazing. It's complete fraudulence. Would you be in favor of NPR being defunded, PBS being defunded? Like in what universe do you actually need these people anymore? Well, here's the thing I wanted to mention that coming together, because I and I people are shocked when I say this. I've I've said share this in other forums, but I listen to NPR. I listen to NPR. So you don't have to. I like to hear, you know, what the enemy is doing. And what's really amazing about NPR, it's almost like a

time capsule. And you can sort of see where this is all going. Because when you listen to it, it's just like a parody of itself. Like every story or everything that they do is one of two things. It's either this insane identity politics, kind of woke nonsense nonsense which just feels so old-fashioned now it feels like ancient history because everything you know because we've seen the backlash it's all gone it's ridiculous it's laughable but they are still doing it and and you know even their sort of non-political things about i don't know restaurants or whatever it's always you know two lesbian chefs with just you know what i mean it's always something like that so that's either the identity politics woke stuff still kind of

clinging on when it's time has passed or and this is actually in a way the more destructive everything is about more money right we need more money for this or that you let the local NPR in California my goodness like every story about the schools about housing about healthcare transportation the roads whatever it may be well we need more resources they have people on the you always demanding more resources so wait a minute we pay the highest taxes already in the entire country. Like, what are you talking about more money? And so the left, the sort of ingrained leftist, big government mindset is just the whole institution is riddled with it. And so, of course, it shouldn't get any public money. But, you know, how else would it survive?

I always, when I go out to eat, ask, do you have lesbian chefs? Like, I always do that. And if not, I walk out. Right. That's what I do. I mean, I mean, that is it's just a basic it's a hygiene. My God. So it's a really exciting time. I think that NPR will get defunded and more to the point of wokeness,

crashing and burning, like really buying in at the top, right. And cratering down a very famous California company called Disney released snow white. And it's the biggest bomb in the history, potentially of Hollywood, certainly in the history of live action remakes, it was made probably not too far from where you do your show. And it's a real nightmare. I mean, this is like a real reckoning for this industry. And it's not just Rachel Ziegler. It is. But like the entire thing

was a woke project to begin with. It was just seems so dated now. And I just wonder if the industry is going to learn. Do you think or no? I don't know. I mean, I think the leadership, you know, in the end, they're businesses. They want to make money. And so I think they get it at the leadership level. But it's so deeply held within these companies, you know, because the brainwashing and the ideological kind of one-way street

has just been so powerful in the college. You know, you've talked about it a million times. And so it's very deep within them. And I think it's going to be very difficult actually to kind of deprogram everyone throughout these organizations. But in the end, if it's failing commercially, you know, that is a signal that they're going to have to pay attention to. Running out of money. Running out of money is a great way to deprogram people, actually. Exactly. Being poor is a wonderful motivator. The other aspect of the Snow White story, I love this.

I don't even know what term to use, and I'll probably get in trouble for even talking about it, but the sort of dwarf flopping, right? Flip, flip. First, no, you can't have dwarves. That's terrible. No dwarves. And then, oh, wait, we've gone too woke. We do need dwarves, but we no dwarves and then oh wait we've gone too woke we do need dwarves

but we've already shot the movie so we can't have like actual actors who really are so we have to kind of to have fake dwarves which and then you've got the dwarves against you the dwarf actor because they're saying you denied us work and it's just so hilarious that whole kind of sequence was just brilliant when you try and please everyone, you please no one, right? You end up pissing off everybody when you're trying to just please, you know, if you try and like please everyone, there's always going to be somebody offended.

Unless of course, and they say ignorance is bliss, unless you're Rachel Ziegler, who just posted a video of herself alone in a theater, in a completely empty theater, cheering herself on. Now I'd like, you know, you're kind of a alone in a theater in a completely empty theater cheering herself on now i'd like you know you're kind of a master in clinical narcissism uh steve as i follow your programming and oh my goodness so yeah so here she is cheering herself on in an empty there's not a

single soul in the theater oh and she's so giddy about it. And I guess ignorance is bliss. And on some level, you're like, oh, wow, you know, like she doesn't know. And maybe that's good. But on another level, like you have to eventually become an adult. And this clinical narcissism is going to it's going to have a very bad end. Yes. I mean, by the way, not yet. Yes. But that's that's such a defining characteristic of of the left. I mean, it is. I don't want to go on about. I want to tell a story. And then I've got a couple of I just want to say one thing about my book, Califalia. Yes. The story I want to tell you, the empty theater has got nothing to do with politics or anything. It's just a great story. I've never shared it. This is the moment. So years and years ago in London with my friend, we went to see that movie about Muhammad Ali, the fight, the rumble and the jungle when we were kings. It's a great movie. And it was in the afternoon in London and it was an empty theater with one exception. As we walked in, just in front of us was Piers Brosnan, the actor, like James Bond at the time. And he was with a friend. And I don't know, we were little, we were young. We were kind of, I don't know, put off by this

and maybe he's doing something special. So we walked back out and Piers Brosnan came out of the empty theater and said, hey guys, come in, Don't worry about it or something like that. So I can claim that James Bond asked me to watch a movie with him. So that's my story about an empty movie theater. Califit, Califalier will pop the book up here. Tell us more about it. It's not just what everyone knows, the disastrous, you know, every failing on every front. That's the sort of simple, you know, we are the worst on every measure that matters in California with this one party Democrat rule, especially the things that they claim to care about. We have the highest poverty rate, obviously the highest

unemployment, lowest income growth, highest housing costs, highest price costs for everything, gas, electricity, water, you name it, worst business climate, highest tax, everything. It's worse, not just in the middle of the pack. But the question I wanted to answer was like, how did this happen? So there's two parts to that. There's the kind of steps that happened in terms of the unions building up their control over their lock on state government and the Democratic Party, but also the way that they've ended up with this gerrymanderedered illegitimate supermajority in the state legislature that's enabled them to push through this far left agenda without constraint.

So there's a kind of practical set of stories about how that happened. But the more interesting one, I think, is the ideological. Like, what are the components of this? The way I describe what they've done to California is it's become the Wuhan lab of modern leftism, right? They've just run this experiment in ideological craziness, and the results are in. It's a disaster. But what are the components? So I go through the pathologies of this nonsense that they've been pushing out, because it's not just enough to say it's left. It's other things. Narcissism, we were just talking about. That's a huge part of it. They're constantly puffing themselves up and saying, we're leading, you listen to Gavin Newsom in these general caps, we're leading on climate, we're leading on, you know, gender, you know, it's constantly leading, leading. Meanwhile, the people that they actually represent are totally being crushed by

this nonsense, especially working class people. Narcissism is a huge part of it. Elitism, cronyism. I talk about climatism that's making it impossible to build anything, you know, on and on. So it's the anatomy of the ideology. And the reason I think people should care about it is this is where the energy is now in the Democratic Party. You look at their response to the election. It's all, yeah, we want more. Bernie, AOC, huge crowds. We already have the AOC-Bernie agenda implemented in America. That's what we have in California. So this is a warning, this book, to the whole country. That's why I think even if you don't live in California, get Califalia and learn what's going on and how you can stop it coming to your state.

You have no water in your fire hydrants. Your homes are burning to the ground. There are homeless encampments everywhere. And your governor started a podcast. NPR had been dragged in front of the Doge committee and the Doge committee was on fire. I mean, MTG, Brandon Gill and Tim Burchett were, I don't know how they keep their fund. There's no way they can keep their funding after this. It was a humiliation ritual. Burchett, take it away. Failed to do that. Let me ask you, why did you call President Trump a fascist

and a deranged racist sociopath in 2020? Congressman, I appreciate the opportunity to address this. I regret those tweets. I would not tweet them again today. They represented a time where I was reflecting on something that I believe that the president had said rather than who he is, I don't presume that anyone is a racist. You don't believe anyone is a racist? I don't start by presuming anyone is a racist. Okay.

We're paying these people money. It's just like USAID. It's just a retirement fund for people with no actual skill or talent, for people that couldn't cut it in the private sector. That's what the entire federal government has become. It's a cancer on our nation, and it needs to be cut out. MTG doing the cutting right here.

Ms. Maher, your public statements and social media posts reflect left-wing ideology and blatant opposition to free speech. After all, you were the head of Wikipedia for many years, which is a platform that doesn't tell the truth. Let's walk through some of the public, some of your statements, so the public can understand your personal views. You said your fellow Americans just elected Donald Trump as president again this past November. You called him a deranged racist and sociopath. You posted on X that America is addicted to white supremacy. It's appalling. You've publicly chastised using the phrase boy and girl

which you said erases the language for non-binary people. There's only two genders by the way. Ms. Marr, the federal funding that your outlet receives comes from all American taxpayer dollars not just from your viewers who support such statements as these. Let me inform you so that your federal funding is also paid for by the other half of the country. They hate you. They hate the truth. They hate having fun. They would hate our show. And they hate competition, which is why they steal from all of us. We do our best to run a tight business around here. We hit our pay periods on time. We treat our employees well. And we try and provide lives for creators and people.

And we do our best at that, right? And it's tough because the government takes such a big fat bite out of what we're doing and creating here. We could be twice as powerful if we didn't have to pay the obscene amount of taxes that we pay. And you of course know this as a business owner, obviously it is cataclysmic, especially if you're a startup, it really puts a dent in what you're able to do.

And as a, somebody trying, we're trying to build a media business here to have our wages stolen and then hand it over to these goblins who hate us to artificially prop up other media sites and other media companies to compete with us with the garnishing of our wages, is such an on-its-face insult to every employee at this company, to everyone who's trying to cut it and create new in this ecosystem. They're trying to strangle us. And so, understand that that's what's at stake. It's not just that they want to compete with us and that they've been around for 70 years

and they have these massive buildings and they have all this staff and they have all this infrastructure. It's that they want to steal our money, what little we make on this show, and try and do everything we can to bootstrap and like provide careers for people to work here. They try and steal that profit to fund their left-wing activism and then use that money to demonetize us, to attack our programming, to strangle, to choke us out in the crib. This is what happens to all creators that are independent.

And so it's time to put this entire Black Sabbath, this entire insult to the actual media profession to rest, to totally defund it. If you can stand on your own two feet, do it. If you can't do it without stealing from the American taxpayer, then you deserve to go completely out of business. Nobody needs an NPR. Nobody needs their program. And if their programming can't stand up on its own in a free market, then it should be destroyed. Ladies and gentlemen, I can explain exactly how biased they are. Eighty seven members of their editorial board, 100% Democrat, not a single Republican at NPR. You're a rabid progressive. Do you not think it's a problem that your political leanings make it seem to the American people that you're not biased and you're not doing your job?

Because you agree that your job is to have journalistic integrity, right? Absolutely, but there is a strong firewall between the newsroom and anything that I do. Let's talk about the newsroom. You have 87 registered Democrats, not a single Republican in your editor boards. I mean, how does that work to give us the perception that you're doing your job of actually delivering unbiased information? Well, I would agree with you that that number is a concern if it is accurate. I do believe that we need to have journalists who represent the full breadth of the American society so that we can report well for all Americans. Well, I think that you are failing.

I realize you've only been there for a year, but I just really think that while it is a small portion of your budget, you very much should expect to restructure your revenue streams because I don't think that NPR is necessarily worth saving. They're going to defund them, man. They're going to defund them. We've been talking with members of Congress who are our friends. We've been talking with people who are telling us exactly how they're going to do it.

There's a number of ways to skin this cat, as they say. And what they've done by putting this wretched individual in charge of NPR is give a Republican, give people like us a wonderful punching bag, metaphorically, to go after this individual. Her name's Catherine Mayer. She's on camera saying that she doesn't believe in the First Amendment. The First Amendment is very challenging to her. Go. The number one challenge here that we we see is, of course, the First Amendment in the United States is a fairly robust protection of rights. And and that is a protection of rights both for platforms, which I actually think is very important that platforms have those

rights to be able to regulate what kind of content they want on their sites. But it also means that it is a little bit tricky to really address some of the real challenges of where does bad information come from and sort of the influence peddlers who have made a real market economy around it. Ugh, grotesque. The challenge for us is the First Amendment. What is she talking about there? She's talking about her work to deplatform shows like ours. This is what the entire ecosystem was. This is what all the USAID money,

all that USAID money being forked over to media companies that run hoaxes on President Trump. What do you think they're buying? Amazing the amount of dollar, federal dollars being spent with corporate media that run hoax after hoax after hoax on Donald Trump. Now those hoaxes don't work, sort of the start of the show. Those hoaxes are failing because they've lost the full faith of the American people. They've run too many hoaxes. They've broken the machine. But it doesn't get more broken than this.

The witch in charge of NPR saying there's no such thing as truth. Oh, OK, here we go. But one of the most significant differences, critical for moving from polarization to productivity, is that the Wikipedians who write these articles aren't actually focused on finding the truth. They're working for something that's a little bit more attainable, which is the best of what we can know right now. And after seven years there,

I actually believe that they're onto something, that for our most tricky disagreements, seeking the truth and seeking to convince others of the truth isn't necessarily the best place to start. In fact, I think our reverence for the truth might have become a bit of a distraction that is preventing us from finding consensus and getting important things done. That's a perfect setup for our verse of the day, the truth. This is why we do the verse of the day every day on this program. Because there's a lot of opinion, there's a lot of jokes and memes on the show, and sometimes we get things wrong.

Sometimes we have tough shows to do where it's nothing but bad news. But ladies and gentlemen, we will always give you the truth. We're not ashamed of the gospel of God, and we're not ashamed of our faith. And we're not going to apologize or try and find consensus with evil. Those days are over. The hoaxes don't work anymore. The lies no longer work. This is a time for light and strength, not for darkness and deceit.

And so, our verse of the day today. I hope Catherine Meher is watching. 1 Peter 4.8 Most important of all, continue to show deep love for each other. Love covers a multitude of sins. I think that the real way that you create a society that you'd want to live in is to say, my fellow American has a right, not the criminal alien, not somebody who wasn't born here and doesn't want to be an American, but somebody who is an American,

either naturalized or native born, that they have a right to dignity, peaceful life, a right to life, but also a right to peace. And this is something that creates a high trust society. If you love one another, if you're able to kind of shuck off the abrasiveness and frictions with other people, this is something that President Trump does actually shockingly well. He's about to have dinner with Bill Maher. Bill Maher, like the biggest Trump hater in the media ecosystem is about to go to the White House and have dinner with Trump. You may like it or you may lump it,

but that's an act of love. That's an act of like getting over something. All these guys that were at Trump's inauguration, these tech leaders, they'd all banned Trump. They had deplatformed him, tried to destroy his ability to even speak. Talk about something that the head of NPR would just love. She just loved it. She'd probably be behind it.

No. There is a way to create a high-trust society. It's what we should seek in this country. And ladies and gentlemen, doing that covers a multitude of sins. That's how we win the day.
