How much capacity does Martha's Vineyard have to shelter refugees? Census data reports that there are 17,000 year-long residences and 14,000 homes on the island. Let's estimate that each home has four bedrooms and each bedroom can comfortably sleep three people. So that brings the island's carrying capacity

to 175,000 beds and 158,000 would be occupied. If anything, that likely estimates that the sleeping capacity of the island during the summer months on the island can house 200,000 people. So what's 50 to these people? The current population there is 194 people per square mile. That's around the population density of Indiana, Georgia, or North Carolina. If we were to raise the density to that of Washington,

D.C., which has 11,000 people per square mile, we could fit all the newcomers plus a million more. That would leave the plenty of room on the island. But we do know that last year, last fiscal year, nearly 11,000 of them had serious criminal records. And these were just the people that were processed that we were able to track down and figure out who they were. And we're talking serious crimes from murder to rape to other sexual offenses to obviously drug trafficking. And so this is the problem. Hey, look, we're all for legal immigration.

They it looks like demonically possessed. You go down to Venice Beach and we'll be there and we'll do we're doing a special on this in two weeks. But it just looks like a zombie town.

It doesn't it doesn't look real. It looks like a dark. It looks like a darkened pseudo reality where people are like wandering around. They're not clothed. They're shooting up in the street. There's nothing behind the eyes. It's sick. It's sick. They're they're melting the brains of people practically with these hardcore drugs. And and that's why I have such a tough border policy where we are going to shut down this illegal behavior and I'm going to go mano a mano with the cartels. This mama is not afraid of the cartels because what I'm afraid of is this country being destroyed. And so we're going to go after the cartels. We're going

to stop their business here. And we are going to then deal with at the same time our homeless crisis, because in the past four or five years, we've almost seen our population of homeless double. And the left likes to say it's all because we don't have enough housing. That's not true. It's because people, many of them are drug addled. They are their lives have been ruined by drugs. and then work to get these people off the street with some tough love, force them to get rehab and get back out there as a contributing citizen rather than somebody who's living on the street with a needle in their arm. You're right. It's like a zombie apocalypse. I've seen scenes from San Francisco and you can go downtown Phoenix and other parts of our state, not just in the big cities. And it's these people who are they're almost like animatronic

the way they're moving when they get this drug in them. It's frightening and we have to stop it or we will be ruined as a country. So you said that you want people to go through a port of entry. Now, Ted Cruz has a bill to make Martha's Vineyard a port of entry. You also said earlier that they have plenty of homes there. And earlier in the show, we actually did our due diligence. We looked through Redfin. We looked through Zillow. We looked through Realtor.com. And we looked through Airbnb.

And we found this, Carrie, and we would like for you to respond. Here are some of the homes that we were able to find in Martha's Vineyard that are available currently for for sale right now wow thousands of homes that are just pretty much city sitting empty we went to airbnb and found this uh over a thousand homes available pretty reasonable prices here's some of them for your viewing pleasure. Look at that beautiful place. I wouldn't mind spending a weekend there. That's private, private hot tub,

man, a little home in Eggertown. Can you, why aren't, why aren't the libs opening up these beautiful summer rentals that they own on Martha's? And of course, one of the most famous homes on Martha's. Now that is where we should be sending people right there.

There's plenty of room. If we need to set up even some, you know, a temporary like almost a temporary housing outside. We could set that up. That looks beautiful. We actually did a we actually did an artist's rendering of what Obama's property could look like. I like the port-a-johns. Those are great. Well, you'll need them, right? Obama does have eight bathrooms in that home, but you'll need more for the thousands and thousands of migrants that Martha's Vineyard could conceivably house, right? So according to Breitbart, there's thousands of unused rooms currently right now in Martha's Vineyard, and Barack Obama's house has many of them. The Obama port of entry right there that's amazing that is amazing um you know i i love that we're illustrating the point in these liberal states and cities that think they know everything

about what's happening with our our border states and what's happening in our border states is obviously especially thanks to governor desantis not remaining in our border states. The problem doesn't stay here. It goes to a city or a town near you or a home near you when it comes to the drug. So that's why we just are going to take a really tough stance on this. You know, these blue states are destroying lives and destroying quality of life for their citizens. It makes me sad for the people who live there, because, you know, there are people in California or in, you know, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, these blue states who are feeling the misery of these terrible policies. I mean, they're pushing a plan in California. Now, imagine you're on vacation there and you're in a hotel.

The plan they're pushing is at the end of the day, any hotel that has vacancy needs to offer those rooms up to the homeless. Can you imagine, Benny, you're at some nice hotel, you saved your money, you're taking a vacation, you decide to go to California and you're there with your children. And all of a sudden there's three rooms on your, in your hallway that are vacant at the end of the night. And you're going to get three drug addled homeless people right next to your room. This is going to destroy the tourism industry in California. And, you know, if they want to do that, fine, we'll take on, you know, our tourism industry is thriving in Arizona and we'll watch it thrive even more. But it's these crazy policies that they're conjuring up. They're asinine. And the poor people of these blue states

are suffering. That's why they're fleeing and coming to states like Arizona. Yeah. Well, speaking of fleeing blue states and California, Gavin Newsom saying that he should be investigated. He being Ron DeSantis for kidnapping in this instance. I think we have the article here, but but Gavin Newsom claiming that claiming that Ron DeSantis kidnapped migrants and begging the DOJ to investigate DeSantis. Your thoughts on this? You know, he's not interested in basically the kidnapping, in the child trafficking, in the human trafficking happening at levels we've never seen before on our southern border. He's not interested in looking at that. Don't look over there. Just check out what Ron DeSantis is doing in Florida. It's so obvious that he is

trying to elevate his national name because he's looking on to hopefully, I think, he's got a plan to try to replace Biden. And can you imagine a more awful choice? He is like Biden, I guess, a little bit younger. But when it comes to policies, he is he would do the same kind of horrendous policy if he ever did make it to the White House, which I don't think he will. Yeah. So, Rhonda Santus, you seem to have a contrarian opinion of this on Tucker, your Tucker hit two days ago. And we were very fascinated in it. We played it on the show and the audience went crazy and they were like, yes, Carrie, yes. Because what you said was in summary that moving criminal migrants who are here illegally,

who broke our laws further into the country might be fun and it might make for a great headline, but that's not the point. They need to go back to where they came from. Now, I wanted you to perhaps expound on that. You started by saying, hey, maybe you're going to change your mind. Talk to us. No, I'm not going to change my mind. You know, but what I noticed what the press did and the media did was they're trying to create this between me and Ron DeSantis. I love the guy. The guy is a rock star. He is an incredible, the best governor we've ever seen. And I think he's fantastic. And they're always trying to create like we're fighting or something, which is asinine. I am not for transporting and continuing the trafficking of human beings that are here illegally. I'm for stopping it and shutting it down.

And if we find people, we process them quickly, get them in buses, and I want to head them back across the border the other way. That's what I'm for. I will say this, they're making a great point. And I think what's happening right now by busing and flying these people into these blue states, it's really illustrating the plight that we have. And so for that, I do appreciate that because so much of it is getting the story out there and they're helping to do that. Eventually, I think we need to stop doing it, process people, get them back across the border and push like really hard to make that happen. If we just keep moving people further inland, that means it can be harder to get them out. You have said that you will have the toughest

border policy in America. Can you outline that policy for our viewers? Absolutely. We're going to finally do the right thing and what these governors should be doing. And on day one, we're going to call it what it is. It is an invasion at our border, the biggest invasion we've ever seen on our home soil since the founding of this great nation. We are going to I am going to issue a declaration of invasion and we are going to take over control of our border because the federal government can't be trusted to do it. What they're doing makes it appear, and I believe they are like they're working with the cartels there.

They're more interested in making the cartels business thrive than the protection of our citizens. And we're going to stop that here in Arizona. Send a strong message that this insanity at the border is going to stop in Arizona. We're going to get boots on the ground. Arizona National Guard, stop people from coming over. No longer are we going to be opening our arms and saying, come on in. We're going to say, stop and don't come in. And we're going to blow up the drug tunnels, shoot down the cartel drones and put some sanity on the border and take back control of our border on starting on day one. It would be incredible to hear that in contrast with Katie Hobbs's opinion on the Arizona border. But that

won't happen. Is that correct? No, unfortunately, it won't. I mean, she's breaking a long tradition. This state's history since clean elections came around. We have always had a governor debate every single election cycle. We've had a governor's debate and she is not going to attend because she knows she doesn't have a plan. on the border when she fumbled her way through that question, when one of her own supporters asked her, is basically let Joe Biden take care of it and give everybody amnesty. That's really what her plan is. She doesn't have a plan. And she's afraid to appear on a debate stage with me to show up for the job interview with the people of Arizona, lay out her plans for the state. We have serious problems, Benny, and we need some serious solutions. She's not willing to stand there on the debate stage, lay out her plan and discuss the solutions. And she's also afraid that I'm going to call her out for her defund the police effort, for her anti-police effort, for her anti-border security efforts and her votes in the past, and for her just outrageous policies. She's also afraid I'm going to call her out for being a twice convicted racist.

Two juries unanimously convicted her of racism and sexism in hiring when she paid women of color thirty thousand dollars less than the white men that she hired. And how funny is it that the left is always calling people who are on the right, who are conservative racists, when they, in fact, are the true racists. And because of her racism, it's costing Arizonans nearly $3 million in a settlement. And, you know, you think about what that $3 million could pay for.

It could pay for a $5,000 bonus for every single state trooper that we have in this state who's working overtime to try to keep our roads and our communities safe. Think of all of the potholes that $3 million could fix and all of the infrastructure that it could take care of here in the state of Arizona. So she's costing us nearly $3 million because she is a convicted racist, twice convicted racist, and she doesn't want me calling her out on that. And I will do that on a stage with her if she finds the courage to show up. Yeah, I won't hold my breath. Also, the migrants can't hold their breath that they'll get to stay

in the posh Martha's Vineyard community because they've been deported. I don't know if you saw this recent clip, but migrants are now actively being deported. They're leaving Martha's Vineyard. That's breaking literally minutes ago. Really? Where are they being deported to? I think we have the, I think, do we have the clip here? Yeah. Yeah. They're being deported to,

And John Solomon had this to say on Fox News of the catastrophic rebuke of the DOJ. This is a huge win for the Trump team tonight. It is. And it's also a rebuke of the Justice Department. The Justice Department has been making the argument. We have an honor system, Your Honor, where you can trust us. And the judge said today, you know what? I'm not willing to accept your representations. And when you think of that statement, you think of the last

six years of the history of the FBI, the honor system, they violated with the FISA warrant, the honor system, they violated when they failed to protect the young women on the Olympian team from the sexual abuse, the honor system they failed to do when they over-collected evidence at Mar-a-Lago. That judge's statement is a very strong statement that the judiciary no longer trusts the FBI to follow its honor system. So the judge essentially saying that the FBI is not to be trusted. The judge is essentially saying that the FBI cannot be allowed to have the material that they stole from Donald Trump, including among that material, Donald Trump's medical records, Donald Trump's taxes, Donald Trump's passports. They went through Melania's unmentionables. They stormed through Barron Trump's room.

What the hell is wrong with these people? What kind of country do we live in? And most importantly, who's going to hold them accountable? Well, it seems like the American people have the best shot at doing that by electing Republicans who will investigate these criminals. It's a criminal cartel and it's a mafia that runs this regime. And they're obsessed, addicted to power, and they need to be starved of that power by the American people. The DOJ has obviously screwed this up so badly that some of the most level-headed pundits on Fox, Greg Jarrett being one of them, saying the judge spanked Merrick Garland. And the judge

in diplomatic terms spanked him and said, look, you're arguing assumptions and you haven't given the other individual here, Donald Trump, an opportunity to make a counter argument. You're assuming that there's no executive privilege. You're assuming the alleged classified documents are indeed classified when Trump says they were declassified. And so the judge said, it's not up to you. These are issues of law and fact that are to be litigated. And we're first going to have an independent, neutral individual go through all of these documents, and then we'll litigate things

like classified and executive privilege. And the judge, you know, also once again in her order this evening sort of spanked Merrick Garland saying, you're your own worst enemy. Instead of seizing documents you claim you want, you took everything under the roof. Guys, they got destroyed. They got destroyed. According to the Federalist here, with an incredible breakdown of this order, it's a pretty long order, but it's a beautifully reasoned and well thought out, even handed order, but it destroys the regime. It's incredible.

The court selection of one of Trump's preferred candidates to serve as special master represented a sliver of Judge Cannon's Thursday order, which the remainder of detailed the order providing several additions, positives for Donald Trump. First, Cannon directed Deary, who's the special master now, to review all of the materials seized during the Mar-a-Lago raid, something the DOJ desperately wanted to avoid, especially for the documentation it segregated and marked as classified. Second, Deary must verify that the property listed in the detailed property inventory represents the full and accurate extent of the

property seized. Here, Cannon suggests that Deary may consider obtaining sworn affidavits from individuals involved in the raid. While not fail-safe, the sworn affidavits will lessen the chance that the agents committed or omitted property theft from the inventory list. Wow. Holy smokes. Judge Cannon also directed the special master to review the documents for privilege, including the formal assertions of executive privilege. That represents another victory for Trump because the DOJ had admitted, had adamant that Trump had no right to assert executive privilege. But without knowing what documents the DOJ has, Trump lacks the ability to develop an argument that he retains some vestiges of executive privilege. Why would Donald Trump think that these are executive privilege documents that were taken from Mar-a-Lago? Well, because he declassified the documents from Mar-a-Lago. Donald Trump said this many, many times. He said it yesterday. Trump said that he had declassified everything found at Mar-a-Lago.

He said this many times and he repeated it yesterday. Everything was declassified. Trump said Thursday and insisting that official records prove that he took only declassified. Trump told Hugh Hewitt this on the radio that he did nothing wrong and the DOJ has absolutely zero reason to indict him. Check it out. One of those district court judges approved your request for a special master in the papers. Now, I know something about presidential papers. I Actually, I know a lot about the presidential library system. Every former president has papers that should not be with them by accident. Did you take those papers down there after declassifying them intentionally,

or did you have any idea they were there? Remember this. Remember this. Everything was declassified, number one. And if you look at the presidential and if you look at the presidential if you look at the act that was passed it talks about what you can do what you can't do how you negotiate with nara and then if you look at what's running nara it's radical left run radical radical left and then you take a look at hill with her 33,000 emails that were deleted, and you take a look at Obama and others, and people say Trump's gotten treated very, very unfairly.

Hmm. Okay. Remember this. Everything was declassified. What is he talking about? The Russiagate documents, of course. We've said this many times on the show. We've had some of the largest experts on this issue, Rick Grinnell, Kash Patel, Mike Davis. Come on and tell us. This is the Russiagate documents. They're after these Russiagate documents that were declassified because they prove the collusion of the Obama regime with the Hillary Clinton campaign in the promotion of this sick lie about Donald Trump propagated by who else but Russian actors. Igor Drenchenko is currently being prosecuted by John Durham. And that trial happens next month. And there are bombshells already coming out that Igor Drenchenko was paid informant for

the FBI. Incredible. The guy behind the dossier. How evil, how sick is this world? How disgusting is the regime, the permanent political class or the deep state, whichever one you want to choose? It's all the same. These people who are absolute barnacles, they are pests. They are pestilence. They're parasites. They suck the blood of a healthy system here in America, and they do it for their own power and engorgement. And they leave nothing but destruction in their wakes.

And this is what they were trying to prevent, is the release of these documents that will absolutely destroy them. And Donald Trump, according to sources, was going to use these documents that were declassified as a failsafe when he runs again in 2024. He was going to use these documents to show exactly the criminal conspiracy against him and destroy that regime. So that's what they tried to take. That's what they tried to take. Ladies and gentlemen, Trump's lawyers have repeatedly invoked the Presidential Records Act in their defense of the former president. The law says the government shall receive and retain complete ownership, possession and control of presidential records. Trump's team

argues that the law allows Trump's to designate any government document, even classified ones, as his own property. This is, of course, argued and confirmed law. We know this. We had Tom Fitton on actually last week, one week ago, to confirm exactly this. Tom Fitton's the guy who sued to get the access to Bill Clinton's sock drawer. God help him. We don't want to know what's in Bill Clinton's sock drawer. Bill Clinton won that because he was able to say, hey, these are my private documents.

And there we go. That's the settled law of the land. To point to a provision of the law that says the presidential records of a former president shall be available to such former presidents and former presidents

designated representative claiming it gives him the essential ownership of the document. And Trump is right there. And we've had Mike Davis on to essentially say that Trump has the winning

legal argument here. And they're going to get destroyed if they go to the Supreme Court with this one, because the Supreme Court is going to say, whoa, it is our job as a branch of government in order to oversee the executive branch in order to keep you in line. And you are grossly out of order here. They're going to get smashed, man. So the DOJ is in a really, really bad spot. The DOJ is going to lose much like Don Lemon. Let's end on a happy note. Don Lemon lost his job this week at CNN. Now he's still technically with the company, but he no longer has a prime time show. Don Lemon was moved to the mornings to a struggling, uh, very sad morning show. It's called new day. All right. Nobody watched this garbage. New Day. Jeff Zucker also completely disgraced the head of CNN who's been fired.

This was his big thought process to make a show called New Day. Nobody watched it. They're going to move Don Lemon, demote Don Lemon to this show, make him like a morning show guy, and then they're going to fire him.

That's what's going to happen. That's going to happen here. This, according to Fox News, CNN's left wingwing host Don Lemon will end his primetime show, Don Lemon Tonight, and move to mornings later this year, the network announced on Thursday. Lemon will join CNN's hosts Poppy Harlow and Caitlin Collins on the reimagined morning show and will replace the long-struggling New Day. The move leaves CNN with a gaping hole in its primetime lineup. Chris Cuomo, of course, fired earlier this year, and CNN doing its best to live up to

its new owners who want to turn the organization back to its roots of actual reporting. So we'll see. We encourage them, if Kerry Lake wasn't going to be governor, to hire Kerry Lake because Kerry Lake was a newswoman. She was a anchor and a news reporter in Arizona for the last 30 years, I think. And so Kerry Lake was just an incredible facet. If you lived in Arizona, you grew up watching Kerry Lake, just like a lot of us grew up watching our local news anchors. And so Carrie Lake was an incredible fixture of Arizona life. Now, this is what makes Carrie Lake so good on the stump and what makes her so good in her engagement with the press. Too many times Republicans are just complete pussies when it comes to dealing with reporters and with the media.

They just don't know what to say. They cower. They let them ask the questions and define the argument. Carrie Lake does none of those things. Carrie Lake teased that we should go check out her rumble and find her latest video on law enforcement. And so we did that. And so because Carrie Lake joins us for the show, we thought we'd play you that video that she was teasing to to wrap up today. So here's what Carrie Lake was talking about. This is my first time watching it with you.

Let's see. Carrie, a lot of people of color feel like they're unfairly targeted by police. You know, is is are they wrong to feel that way? And regardless of whether there's any merit there, what can you as a governor do to improve perception of police people? You know, ensure that everybody feels like. Can you repeat the first part of that? I missed that. Yeah, a lot of people of color feel like they're a lot of people of color. A lot of people. How many people of color have you talked to about that?

I mean, if you look at surveys. Which surveys? I'm happy to. I'm happy to look at those stats because I will tell you this, that I talk to people of color. I talk to all Arizonans. They're all concerned about the crime. Just because your skin isn't the same color as yours doesn't mean you want your kids to be walking down the street

in an unsafe neighborhood. Every Arizonan wants safety and security in their neighborhood. It doesn't matter what your skin color is. And if you look at stats, you will look and see that police do not target people of color. That is a lie that's been perpetuated by the left and then spread and disseminated and re-spread in the media. Check the stats. Check the stats.

You don't believe that's an opinion a lot of people of color have? I don't. I think you guys find one or two people, three or four, and they're activists oftentimes, and then you spread that narrative. Go into a neighborhood and ask the people in neighborhoods that are minority neighborhoods, do you want fewer police? Do you want to defund the police? They will look at you
