Like, it was too late to get one of those broadcast booths. And we, there was no, there was no way to really like set up in like 24 hours, Klein. We can't set. It took us months to get our last R&C setup built and structured and locked in. And so like, we didn't have any time.

And Clinton that they knew it was going to happen. They did nothing about it. Sort of the state of the Republican Party a year after Charlie's murder is suboptimal, I think you could say. It's not what Charlie would want.

I think this is important, and I've been saying it. Like, it's not enough to just remember Charlie. That's not what he would want. I've been in rooms where Charlie knew he was going to be federally investigated. Charlie knew that the Obama Biden administration would come after him. Charlie had every right to be curled up in a fetal position in the corner crying, right? Like, you know, it was 2020. Everything had been stolen.

Everything had been rigged. Even the state of Arizona. The turning point was based, was under attack. Obviously, they totally stole that. from Carrie Lake, of course. But, like, Charlie was always like, no, we need victory. The only solution here is victory. Everything else is wholly inadequate.

We must fight and go 50 times harder. This is what Charlie would always say. Like, there was none of that, and it made me very upset. It made me upset. Like, that morning, I was very heavy. Like, it was, you know, it was very heavy, like weight on me. And instead of us having, like, like a charted path to avenge Charlie through victory,

they're still like infighting and retardation on our side. And so we're going to do our best to like level up here on this program. We went immediately from Dallas to Iowa. This happened live on Fox News on Kaylee McInney's show where some young kids like, I'm 25 and I just got married and I'm expecting my first baby. It's because of the cultural change. Like that, now that is unbelievably encouraging, incredibly encouraging. Yeah, like just a beautiful thing. And so, man, that was a tough shot.

I was like looking into the sun. I was looking, I was looking into the sun. And they set up all these lights. And so I was like, anyway, we had a blast. And it was encouraging. Do we have,

It's rooted in my love for the people that actually built this country and the ideologies that built this nation. Fundamentally, Christian and European stock of Christians, Protestant and Catholic.

uniting together to build the greatest civilization on earth. And that is what built America, and that is what America is the iconoclast America. It is important to maintain those traditions, and I want to see them advanced and protected, at the very least. And it's totally good to say that. It is an act of love to say that. Okay, onto this DHS Secretary, Mark Wayne Mullen, says authorities are investigating allegations that Congresswoman Ilhan Omar married her brother in connection with trying to get him here for migration status purposes. Watch this. All right. We know that she married her brother to try to bring him in the United States. We know he lives

now in London. There may be more to this to the whole family. family migration and possibly some illegal activity for them to come the United States to begin with. If we can prove it that then that you shouldn't have been here in the first place, we'll deport you. But when we move forward, it's not political. It's because you chose to break the nation's lawless. Okay, so we know she married her brother for immigration purposes. Yeah. What more is there to learn?

What more is to learn is, did she use that marriage to get into the country legally? If so, there's not just smoke here. There's a five alarm fire. There's absolute grounds for deportation. But as Trump once said, I think the brother got the bad end of the deal in that marriage. This is true. Yes. I really, I really cannot believe the meme, the offensive meme that has been sent in our chat.

I'm like, I'm upset about it. I can't, I don't, I'm just, I'm angry. Genese, nasty one. I'm just, I'm so, I'm angry about it. I'm crying. I'm shaking. On the inside, I'm shaking. And I'm not. It's totally inappropriate. I would never show this. I would ever show this to you without fully condemning it.

Okay, that's why I'm showing it to you. All right. It's so offensive that it deserves to be shown to everyone. And let's see here. Ilhan Omar did marry her brother and said she would do what she had to to keep them in the country. What is this? Some type of deep investigation. No, no. This is the Somali that Mary. him. Oh, all right. Why isn't this the biggest story? And why is this, this is like, the story's from 2020. Huh, Somali community leader. Alex Ilhan Omar for marrying her brother. Great. You know, they got married in a Christian wedding in a Christian building. Isn't that interesting? It's a paperwork marriage for brother who's a real twink, I think, would be the right. I don't know what the Muslim word for twink is, but that would be him. And yeah, he lives a fabulous life in

London. And a little DNA test, you know, would show you what happened. But the point is that, I mean, it's very hard to keep track of who's who and who does what. And the reason why that is is because, as we have proven time and time again, and I'm sorry if this offends you, This is directly from the United Nations and some of the more prestigious scientific inquiry bodies on Earth. But yes, there's a very, there's a high detectable genetic signal of consanguinity, which is another way of saying marrying family members in Somalia. And this is something that has been proven in research. It's something that is cultural. And, you know, Pakistan, Sudan, Afghanistan, Yemen, Gulf states included, you know, it's not like we're picking on Somalia, I guess.

But, yeah, cousin marriage and child marriage is also high in Somalia. Yikes. 42% of women were married before the age of 18. 24% of women in Somalia are married before the age of 15. and this is tribal. Again, what do I mean? Like, this is just third, it's third worldism, right? These are the cultures of the third world.

Do you like them or not? Well, it kind of depends on where you're from. If you're from Somalia, maybe you love them. But the point is that, like, Mark Wayne Mullen told us this. And then Tom Homan, you know, came in over the top and said, yeah, this investigation is actually happening. Here we go. Thank you about some comments from the DHS Secretary this week. He was at the convention and he said on a podcast, let me pull it up here, made some claims

about Democratic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar. He said something's going to happen. We know that she married her brother to try to bring him to the United States. We know that he now lives in London. There may be more to this. the whole family migration and possibly some illegal activity for them to come to the United States to begin with. If we can prove it that you shouldn't have been here in the first place, we will deport you. Congresswoman Omar, we should note, has repeatedly denied this allegation.

Her chief of staff last year called it a ridiculous lie. Can you say, though, whether the federal government has evidence right now that Congresswoman Omar committed immigration or naturalization fraud because the DHS Secretary appeared to be making a declarative statement there. Well, I'm not going to comment on ongoing criminal investigation. I know things are going on, but I can't give specifics of what's happening, but no, we'll see. I mean, if someone committed immigration violation,

someone committed marriage fraud or anything like that, regardless if they're a congressman or not, no one's above the law. So I'll leave it at that. We'll let the HSI, Homeland Security investigations, continue the investigation. Okay. So you're confirming that there is an investigation into Congresswoman Omar? Yes.

I'm confirming that ISIS, yeah, like I said months ago, that is something that's been reported. What does he say? What did he say months ago? Well, who's he talking about there? We win again. It was actually us talking with him at Baylor. And we said, well, listen, guys, you know, listen, Tom. Listen, Uncle Tom, which is what I call Tom Holman.

I said, is that incorrect? Am I allowed to make that check? I don't know. I said, listen, J.D. Vance. We don't have to replay it. We played it too many times. But J.D. Vance confirms, confirmed to us that Ilhan Omar committed fraud against the United States of America.

with all the department heads it was very impressive of course everybody's in favor of this and I asked about the Somali daycare fraud and he just straight up jumped right in and said Stephen Miller's upstairs and he has proof that Ilhan Omar lied on our immigration forms. We have that paperwork. We know she did this. And now we're looking for how to take action. Can you fill us in? Do you know what's going to happen? Is the Trump administration going to go there?

as long as this is the same person with the same name as her biological brother. They never lived together. They never had any children together. They were both students at the time. The wedding was held inside of a Christian church. It was a civil ceremony. There's nothing official or Muslim or Somali about it. And if there's one thing you know about this community,

it is that they hold fast to their traditions. They would never allow for a legitimate marriage to happen inside of a Christian church. No, the point here is to conquer for Islam as much as and as profoundly and as strongly as they possibly can in every direction. They've done that effectively. in Minneapolis. DNA evidence. Alex, you have that article? I don't know if they still got it. DNA evidence from reporter sleuths

have matched DNA on a cigarette. But we know that Ilhan Omar smokes. Match the DNA to her brother, Ahmed Elmi. And again, you're literally looking at the marriage license here. So they've matched up all the data and all the information. So, I mean, at some point, here she is. Ilhan Omar changed her birth year.

Bro. Bro. Somebody get these beggars out of here. Like, this is crazy. Congress had a job to monitor their own, and that's what they should do. She changed her birth year. She changed being worth $30 million to being worth $30. I mean, there's everything.

This is so, it's so shady. It's so, like, openly. and almost hilariously criminal. And it's just not, I don't think, it's just don't think it's going to fly anymore. I think people have had enough. We've had enough of people coming to this nation in order to strip mine it

and take advantage of our generosity, our culture. The more you learn about Islam, the more you learn of a Jiza is what it's called. This is a tax on Christians that happen in the Muslim countries. And some of them do get deported or criminally prosecuted and they're forgotten about. And Ilhan Omar, if she was to be prosecuted, if she was to be imprisoned, if she was to be found guilty and then either deported or made to be punished for her crime would be such an example, such a signal to the rest of the world that we're not taking this anymore that America has done, like this experiment in globalism, this experiment of letting

parasites from around the globe come here and take advantage of us, that it's over. That it's over. And it would be a reassertion of American independence strength. Right now, we've been humiliated by these people and proven that they can come here and totally take advantage of us and strip mine. And this would be a signal in the opposite direction. Minnesota Democrats, media, and the Department of Justice have continually ignored strong evidence, supporting the fact that Ilhan Omar may be directly involved in tax, marriage, and immigration fraud. In 2002, Omar married Ahmed Hersey in a religious ceremony. Hersey is the father of Omar's three children, and it's pictured often with Omar and their children on their campaign website. In 2016, Minnesota journalist Scott Johnson received a tip about a post from a Somali community website containing marriage certificates alleging Omar married her brother, Elmi, in February 2009, in order for him to immigrate to the U.S. legally, despite the facts she'd been married to the father of her children, hersey, over a decade. This clearly proved that any such second marriage might be bigamess under Minnesota law,

as well as fraudulent. Later in August 2016, further investigations into legal documents and filings in Minnesota by journalist Priya Sampsondar uncovered evidence supporting the allegation that Ilhan Omar married her brother Ahmed Nursed Elmi in 2009. The 2009 marriage license to Elmi lists the same address as one filed for a Minnesota business three months later in May 2009. for one-to-one cafe by Hersey, the father of Omar's three children. That means Ilhan Omar was living with both her real husband, Hersy, while still married to her brother Elmi. Omar has continued to deny the allegations, dismissing them as baseless rumors and fake journalists

on bigot blogs despite mounting evidence. High school record evidence also support the claim that Elmi is indeed her brother and graduated in 2003 from Arlington Senior High School in St. Paul, Minnesota, with enrollment records that state he was born April 4th, 1985. The same birth date listed on Omar's 2009 marriage certificate to Elmi. As troubling details mounted against Omar, members of the Somali community were threatened into silence through intimidation tactics and physical violence. on themselves and their families still back in Somalia.

In an obtained Facebook live video from August 18, 2016, a woman identified as the Associate Chair of the Somali American Caucus speaks. And in translation, she states in plain terms that any Somali that talks about Omar's personal life including marriage discrepancies is an enemy of the Somali community. Credible sources in the Somali community have stepped forward and provided Alpha News with information in exchange for anonymity, along with members of the 2003 class, have also identified Elmi's father as.

As Nur said Elmi Mohammed, the same man who calls himself father to Ilhan Omar. Shouldn't even be, like, be remotely controversial to ask these simple questions of people who are collecting a lifetime tax pay. She's been in Congress long enough to collect a lifetime taxpayer stipend, we fund, we the American taxpayers fund Ilhan Omar's life. This is rooted entirely in public office decency, men like Donald Trump or men who aspire to higher office throughout the history of the country have always had to ask tough questions about their background. I mean, some some questions left unanswered, but nonetheless, everybody goes through a gauntlet.

And if there are these big, credible investigations into these members of Congress, it's worth asking the question. I don't know why everyone's so scared to ask the question, but we're thrilled to do it for you. We made international news for you, the Department of Homeland Security, the vice president, and the guy who's in charge of ICE and Border Patrol, Tom Holman, Mark Wayne Mullen,

and Vice President J.D. Vance have all told us that Ilion Omar is under-invest. that she did marry her brother and that there's pending action that's going to be happening against her and her family. Somebody who has a very important role inside of the federal government. His name is Scott Cooper. He's the OPM director. It's the personnel management director, operations and personnel management director for the federal government. As you can imagine, that is a pretty massive job because the federal government is the biggest employer in the world. And so there's plenty to manage, but also there are very good things happening in that management role. We're going to talk about them with our friend Scott, who's popping on the show for the first time. Welcome, Scott.

Hey, Betty. Hey, Scott. How are you? Oh, okay, there we go. There we go, all right. It's a morning of technical difficulties. It's no big deal. It's fine.

You're looking great, man. How are we doing? Yeah, I'm doing great. I loved that. That was a great montage of your kids there. That's quite awesome and quite exciting. I can tell you, I traveled a ton as a parent. I don't ever remember my kids, unfortunately, greeting me at the airport like that.

So you are super lucky to have that. So congratulations. We speak from the heart. It's like great to like actually experience it. And none of this stuff locked in for me. I've been doing college Republican activism and like, you know, like trying to fight for my country. None of it made any sense until I became a father. I'm a Christian as well.

And none of, you know, and there's so much in the Bible actually that doesn't make any sense. The relationship between God and man truly, I think is reflective of like a child, you know, child, a son and a father relationship. And it's often described as that being a father myself to boys and girls. I don't know if you got a, you know, I don't know. I have three girls. they're a lot older and I sound old when I say this, but man, it goes fast. So don't blink basically because it'll be gone before you know it. That's what we're trying to do.

And then also to encourage more people to say we kind of live in like a cultural cone of, you know, childless nihilism. And that's something that's constantly projected. And I think it's wrong. I always want to encourage young people to get married, start families. It's a great way. Maybe it's not for absolutely everyone, but I think it's for most people. It's a great way to unlock your potential. Yeah.

It's awesome. Well, congratulations. Well, you're unlocking the potential of, I think, millions of millions of employees inside of the federal government. Federal government is the largest employer in the world. Am I correct on that, Scott? That is correct. Yeah.

So OPM, which I run, we are responsible for the civilian side of the federal government. So that's just about two million employees today. Obviously, when you add in the military, of course, it's a lot more than that. So, yeah, it's a big job. It's a fun job. And we're trying to make some changes, quite frankly. So for a long time, you know, there's been a bunch of rules that, quite frankly, they haven't enabled us to either make sure that we're attracting, particularly early career people,

which I know you and I are going to talk about some more, and then as well to make sure that we've got an environment where when we have great people who do great work, we've got to find ways to promote them, to pay them, to recognize them. There's been too much of kind of lack of accountability on the one end and then lack of differentiation, quite frankly, on the top end. And I just don't think that's a great environment for doing the important work that obviously, you know, our people do on behalf of the American taxpayers. So two million, two, so over. over two million employees inside the federal government. But the Trump administration is hyping that those numbers are actually going down. And I want to put some of that up on screen. And it looks

like we are actually seeing by percentage of population, even though you are still the biggest employer in the country, we are seeing the lightest federal workforce by percentage of workforce in American history. Talk us through this. Yeah, let me give you some numbers. So at the started the Trump administration, there was about 2.3 million, roughly, federal employees. We're now down to about two million. So it's been about a net decrease of close to 300,000 workers. Now, as part of that, of course, also there's particular areas where we're hiring that are priorities of the administration. So as you can imagine, obviously, ICE has been a big priority for the administration, generally national security. And so what we're really doing is a

reshaping of the workforce, quite frankly. But as you noted in that graphic, the workforce is now the smallest that it's ever been in 60 years. The last time you saw anything even close to this magnitude of change was literally you have to go back to the Clinton board administration. But even that, the Trump administration has done orders of magnitude more in terms of reshaping and getting right sides of the federal workforce. So look, we've got to be responsive to the American people, but we've got to also be smart about it. So one of the things we're talking about is how do we be good stewards of taxpayer dollars? So let's spend the money in the right places. And when we spend, there's got to be a focus on efficiency and making sure that we're not just spending money for the sake of doing so.

So how is it that you're able to actually eliminate redundancies and shave down the federal workforce so efficiently? I mean, you just mentioned there. Was it 300,000? Close to 300,000 net reduction in headcount since Trump took office. Yeah. It's hard, Benny is the honest answer. So for a long time, the civil service rules have been very, very difficult. It's very difficult to actually remove people from government.

And so what we did, and this was a lot of the help with, you know, Elon Musk and the Doge team, was basically to figure out a voluntary retirement program. So we offered something called the Deferred Resignation Program or DRP, and that offered severance to people who decided, hey, like, you know, I've been part of the program for a long time. This is not what I kind of want to do. There's a new, you know, a new sheriff in town, a new way to kind of run the government. And we had, of those net 270,000 people who left the federal government, nearly all of it was voluntary. So there were very, very few reductions in force or anything else like that.

So this was a voluntary reshaping where we told people, hey, look, we're going to do things differently. We're going to care about efficiency. We're not going to just add headcount for the sake of adding headcount. And we were lucky to be able to actually kind of find this type of opportunity to reduce the headcount to it. As I said, it's lowest level in 60 years. So this is, though, seen as a massive net good by the American people. The American people want a lean and optimized federal government, not something that's bloated and not something that's, you know, effectively a welfare program for people. I mean, I've, I lived in D.C. for 15 years and have wandered through multiple federal buildings.

And it just seems like there's a lot of, there, there certainly is not a lot of, there are certainly places where you could increase productivity. let's just say. And Elon Musk did that, I think, and great. You know, he's run out of town for it. But he did, but he did that. And he took that on as a mission is like so incredibly noble. So is that is what you're saying here. This is the legacy of Doge living today. Is the ability to see these workforce reductions and optimized productivity? Yeah. The way I think about it is, look, what Elon and Doge did was a fantastic start. And look, we're trying. As you mentioned, we're trying to turn around, you know, a two plus million person oil tanker, basically. So you have to have some, like, drastic action to do that.

And Elon of the Doge team did a great job. What my job has been now and what we're trying to do across government is we've got to institutionalize this, right? So it's not good enough to say, hey, let's just do a one-time reshaping. Now we've got to actually figure out where can we use potentially technology to increase efficiency. Where can we use process changes? All of these little things that are hard, operational stuff, that's what we're trying to do now as part of, you know, kind of our leadership over at OPM. So yes, like it's a combination of the kind of initial work that Elon and Doge team, which was fantastic. And now what we're doing is going agency by agency

and saying, great, where are you spending money? Why are you doing it? So as you probably know, look, the way things work in D.C. since you've been there for a long time is we're very good about adding things to our plate and we're terrible about ever actually going back and figuring out are those the right things to stay on the plate. So the conversations we're having with every agency is, look, you're doing 20 things. Do all those 20 still matter? If not, stop doing them. If they're not kind of in line with what the administration wants, let's stop doing them. And when we spend money, are we doing it as efficiently as possible? And that means process change, organizational change, technology change, all the things that have kind of quite frankly been verboten in federal government for a long time.

President Trump has given us the opportunity to take advantage of this now. What does that look like from a USAID perspective? USAID remains quite viral. That is the decision to effectively liquidate it or move it under the Department of State to reduce it in the, in the United States. the extreme remains one of the more exciting, I think, Bobin, but also like shrouded and shrouded in mistrown. I mean, it was like, whoa, like that, but I talk about setting a tone change, like seeing the dudes up front with the chisel, like taking the name off the building. I mean, that is an aggressive. What, like, what was going on with USAID? Like, yeah, I mean, look,

I think what we've learned is that, look, there were, I'm sure at some point in time, when USAID was put in place, there were some very well-meaning intention behind it. You know, I'll assume good intentions here. And look, over time, it just became like every other government organization. It only goes in one direction, which is it gets bigger and bigger. Kind of the regulatory schema just always kind of grows. And look, it got away from its mission. And so I think what, you know, Secretary of State Rubio and others have done is to say,

look, let's figure out, are there things they're doing that are actually good and valuable that actually we think advance the interest of the United States. If so, okay, let's do those. But to have an entire organization who, you know, has been unmanaged and is off doing things that is an agenda of their own, that makes no sense. I mean, we've seen this throughout this administration. You see this even, you know, the Supreme Court has been very clear. At the end of the day, look, the president is the only elected member of the executive branch. And whether you like President Trump or you don't like President Trump, the reality is he was elected by 77 million people with agenda.

And so the role of the executive branch is ultimately to carry out the agenda of the president. It happens to be President Trump's agenda today, maybe in a different. time. It'll be someone else's agenda. But that's a lot of what you see with USAID and these other areas is let's stop doing things that are counter to that agenda. Let's focus on the things that we think, you know, actually make sense. And when we spend money, let's do it in a way that's actually maximally efficient. Yeah. What about the Department of Education? There's a lot of rumors that that might actually be diluted and returned to the state as it was for hundreds of, you know, 150 years, I think. Yeah. It's amazing. Yeah. And so they, and, you know, to their, to their, to their credit, the folks at the

Department of Education, I think they've reduced their overall headcount close to 50% already since the beginning of the Trump administration. And look, there's always this battle now, which is, hey, is there some statutory law which says the Department of Education, CWA department has to exist? And so I think they're going through that right now. But you're absolutely right, which is, look, it's just a matter of doing a hard operational work and saying, look, what do we the Department of Education to do? What are those goals? What is the right size of the organization need to do that? And I give a lot of credit to the secretary there and the team there. They're going through that. And yes, there are fort battles and it's, you know, none of this is easy, as you know,

having spent time in D.C. We like to think that, you know, kind of some things are not political, but everything in D.C. has politics, you know, infringed in it. But yeah, the Department of Education is doing this exact same process and they've made a lot of progress so far. But, you know, to get to the finish line, which I know that Trump administration has talked about, which is, do you really need that department? It's going to be a long battle. And I think we've got the right people in place to be able to lead that. What is the finish line for you? We're going to be doing an event at the University of Florida tomorrow. I'm excited.

And, you know, you want competent. I mean, I loved having the Doge team. We know a couple members at the Doge team, actually. Like we, you know, it's like, like we, you know, Big Balls is an American hero. He's still there, by the way. He's still there. Yeah, that's right. We asked, we, we got very few questions to ask during a press conference at the White House.

But we did ask if big balls could get. the congressional or the presidential Medal of Honor. And we never got full confirmation on that. Well, I would just like to see big balls inscribed into the back of one of those. And I think that'd be neat, good for the country and fun. And that's what America's about. But you want to attract, I get the point is that you want to attract bright young minds to work for the federal government.

And I think everybody should want that like a federal government that's far more efficient and better for the American people and smaller. and you're committed to the smaller thing, and we're going to try with the talent, you know. And so is that going to be your goal? And maybe you could like, maybe you could, you could architect for us. What's going to happen in the next two years

when it comes to federal government hiring? Sure. Yeah. Let me give you perspective for yourself and your listener. So let me just start with kind of some basic facts that everyone understands. Today, 7% of the federal workforce is under the age of 30. Now, if you look at the total U.S. workforce

under the age of 30, it represents about 23% of the work. So literally by a factor of three to one, the U.S. government is way under indexed on early career talent. On the other end of things, by the way, close to half of our federal workforce is over the age of 50. So look, you and I are both small government people. But if we did nothing, literally, you would have half the federal workforce that would basically age out from retirement in the next five or 10 years. And we've done nothing to actually recruit young talent into the government. Like we need something more than zero people to actually run the federal government. And so number one, we've got to solve this problem.

Two, to your point is, look, what I really want to see is I want to see people like, you know, big balls or, you know, Ed, as we call him colloquially. He does actually have a, he has a real name that his parents gave him, believe it or not. But like, we need people like that. We need people who are patriotic who say, you know what, like I care about this country. I'm willing to do something good. And I don't need people like, you know, big balls to give us 40 years of their life in the federal government. What the message that I want to bring that, you know, you and I are going to bring to Florida tomorrow. and I want to bring across the country is come for two years, come for three years, do some good

work for the government, develop your skill set. And then quite frankly, if you want to go in the private sector and that's where I spent most of my life, God bless you. Like there's nothing wrong with, you know, kind of making money if that's what your goal is in life. But I think we need more people, you know, like Big Balls. The other challenge you have with guys like that with Ed is, sorry, it's hard for me to say Big Bulls too many times on the show. But the other challenges, and this really drives me crazy, is so Ed's a great example. He never went, he went to college, he dropped out of college. He never had like, you know, substantive work experience before coming to Doge. He's now part of Joe Jebia's National Design Studio, the group that's kind of redoing all the websites.

And there was a famous quote from somebody in the federal government who said, we never would have hired Ed because he didn't have a college degree and he didn't have five years of work experience. And to me, that's just silly. Like we want people who are smart who know how to do good stuff. So one of the other things that we're doing, by the way, in OPM, is we are eliminating all of the job requirements that have college degrees as, a requirement for jobs. So I think I heard you say you went to community college in a cornfield in Iowa before the segment started. We want people who went to community college, quite frankly, we want people who are just smart people who don't go to college, right? That's fine. The whole question is, do you have the merit? Do you have the skills to actually help our country? If so, like come join the fight, basically. But we don't need to set up arbitrary rules and we don't need to

not be able to hire guys like Ed because somebody has decided a long time ago that some college of a requirement is critical if it doesn't actually have any real nexus. to the skills we need for the job. So that's really the message I want to bring out to folks. And look, I just think the world would be a better place if we had, you know, smart, patriotic people who would come provide some of their expertise to the federal government. And then the federal government, quite frankly, should go help them in whatever else it is they decide they want to do, particularly if they want to go outside the federal government. I think that's a perfectly noble thing for people to do.

You know, as I said, I did it myself. And nothing wrong with that. I'm a huge private sector guy. So let's just figure out a way to harness the talent that we have in this country. And then let's also figure out a way to make sure that the private sector obviously continues to be, you know, amazingly robust. I'll leave you with this. One of the biggest takeaways from living in D.C. for 15 years, and I don't live there anymore.

I live in Florida, so welcome tomorrow. It's a Dr. Grace Day, dude. Is that you think that there's a man behind the curtain. I think most of the country thinks, you know, oh, there's this deep competency core at the IRS or at, you know, the Department of Labor or Department of Energy. and they're very smart. It's got to be the best of the best.

And living in D.C., you realize, no, actually, frankly. Sometimes that's the opposite. And it's terrifying. And you do need good people. You want smart people. You want the best cops. You want the best people in your military. You want the best people running your energy policy, obviously, for the nation.

But too often, the best people skip that and don't serve their country and go off. And I think that it's, I think you can change. The nation, if you had like, you wouldn't have the moon land, you know, you wouldn't have NASA, right? You wouldn't have the military we have. If you didn't have patriots that were really smart and really talented, step up. And so I think that's awesome. And I think it's also how you, of course, change culturally. Because like it or not, you're going to have these departments forever.

Yeah. A lot of them. And so you have to, you should change into a culture of competency. Yeah. And skill instead of a culture of like welfare. I couldn't agree more. And yeah, if I could, I know we got to wrap here. But yeah, I think the word culture to me is super important.

So you're exactly right, which is we've got to do two things. One is we've got to convince great people to come to the government. And obviously, that's a lot of what we're going to try to do here with this college push. But then when they get into government, we have to have a system that actually rewards real competence. And again, this is not a knock at all on the, there are many, many, very good federal employees. But the problem is they're locked in this system where we don't hold people accountable. So you talk to any manager in the federal government, and they'll tell you, I've got people who don't perform in my group, and it's too much of a pain to get rid of them, quite frankly.

I just don't want to deal with it. And that's just a terrible system. And then on the high end, we have people who are really knocking the cover off the ball, but we don't promote them. We don't pay them. We don't recognize their contributions. We have this very kind of lockstep function. And so a lot of, again, the other part of what OPM is doing is in addition to this kind of top of funnel recruiting piece is we are changing that culture inside of government. So anything we can do by regulation, we are enforcing kind of greater differentiation among people. We want a system where disproportionate amount of the bonus pool goes to the very, very top people. So we're doing all these things to make sure that when performance does exist and shine in federal government,

we embrace that because that's the only way I think you create a real high performance culture over time is you've got to cater to the high end of the segment of the population. You can't basically kind of be a place where you allow people who are kind of not doing their day-to-day jobs not to be held accountable. So it's a combination of those two things. I think that's really part of what President's Trump's legacy, I think, will be for the federal government. It's a great preview. And I look forward to seeing tomorrow. And everybody wants a federal government that is, you know, small enough to drown in a bathtub, right? And that one, George Grover Norquist. Ewe said, efficient and skilled. And doing its job, right? Cool. Something cool that, you know, you didn't often get to see. Didn't we have a better country when we had like doge rolling through the federal government. And I, you know, something I probably, you know, something we should have talked about, but something that was so destructive for our nation and so smart. And I hate it when the other side is like really smart. with these things is Barack Obama really learned this. And the Obama administration just set like stone to ensuring that they staffed out these federal departments with hardened communists, Marxists, big staters, deep staters. And they flooded the federal government. They went

berserker mode in flooding every single corner and brevis of the federal government with extremists and with radicals. And it is critically important to get those people out of there. The Trump administration is doing an honorable job in that, but then to replace them with people who are there for the right reasons. And so, let's get about that. I think it's a critically important mission. Ladies and gentlemen, an important mission for us. We wanted to talk to Beau French about this. Bo French posted about this video yesterday.

Let's see here. Where's the actual post? There it is. Okay. So it's going to be a little messy because I've got a big winner here. So let's go to the original post. Okay. So here's what happened.

The University of Texas, put up this video that shows Texas winning Okay, winning a pretty thrilling football game this weekend. And you'll notice in this video that the entire student section are Indians from India. And it's important to be able to say these kind of things because it is what it is. That is what it is. All right. This is what the student section is. And this video got 20 million views and a ton of a commentary on it because everyone in this photo is getting deported.

Because there has been massive cultural change in Texas, which is also empirically true. You can see here from 1970 when Texas was 90% white, that 1970 was not that long ago. Many of you in the chat might perhaps remember the year 1970. In 1980s, there was some pretty massive Hispanic migration into Texas that has just not stopped. And you can see now to fast forward to today, and the number of Asians in Texas has, of course, increased six or sevenfold. It was 1% in 1970. the amount of Hispanics have quintupled, and the amount of white people is now at 39%.

So let's just look at these demographics alone and talk about why this video is so alarming to people and so frustrating why it's not like racist at all to just recognize what's going on. In fact, it is racist, but it's the natives of Texas. The indigenous population of Texas is white. people. Let me say it again for the clippers. The indigenous population of Texas is white people. For the vast majority of Texas's history, and I'm talking about Texas historically not as like

a territory that flopped back and forth, Spanish, conquistadors, Aztecs. I'm talking about Texas as Texas. With the boundary lines that look like it does today, with a partnership with the United States of America or statehood. That happened in the, so you'd have to go to the 1860s, I think, 1850s and 60s. So that Texas. That Texas has always been, had always been up until very recently. And we can show you up until the, uh, 2000 and 25, it looks like, 2025. Until now has been majority white and Christian.

What does that mean? That means that white Christian people are the indigenous people of Texas. Their indigenous culture built Texas and created the Texas culture that is renowned and loved. Cowboy hats, boots, spurs, and horses, and country music and football, oil, rattlesnakes, Waterburger, Dallas Cowboys, and so on. White people are the indigenous people that have now been replaced, colonized, and oppressed. And that is what's going on here. So, like, use the left's framework when it comes to mass replacement migration and watch them lose their minds. Because that is what's happening.

The indigenous people of Texas have been thoroughly and totally colonized by foreign cultures from foreign lands. and foreign people. Now, you know, it's amazing is that if I were to say that I want to go start a fully Christian white enclave where it would be just my Western European traditions, and I was going to go build that in an African nation or in China or even in South America. And it's just going to be Europeans and we're going to be like hardcore Christians. And we're going to live inside of this corridor and there's going to be millions of us. We're all going to move to this corridor in China.

And there's going to be millions of us. Or, you know, in China there's like really no voting rights. So let's say we go to a democracy where you could vote these kind of things, right? And so we're going to go to some, you know, Muslim country. But that practices, you know, whatever, their form of democracy. is. And there are those that exist. We move there. We'll move there by the millions, and then we'll vote as an ethnic bloc. If I were to explain that and say that I want to do that as a white Christian, I'd be called an ethnostator. I'd be called a racist. I'd be called a

colonist. I'd be called the meanest, nastiest names that they could possibly come up with. but that's what's happening to the indigenous population of Texas. And it's not wrong to notice that. And most importantly, it's certainly not wrong to want it preserved. And there's another question here that I think is critical when it comes to Texas, which is religion. Because in Texas, the number of mosques that have been opened has been alarming in the extreme and has been very much a hockey stick. There is a mosque seemingly on

every street corner. And that goes hand in hand with Texas becoming something wholly unrecognizable. It is antithetical. In fact, it is very damaging to the native culture of Texas. And this also goes for the extreme number of H-1B fraud abusers who are predominantly overwhelmingly Indian who come here and bring a religion and a culture that is wholly foreign to Texas. And that's what he's going to do for his actual home of Afghanistan, because that's the thing. These people don't actually ever assimilate.

You wouldn't have infinity mosques in Dallas if they were assimilating. They're not assimilating. They're bringing every element of their culture. They're just living in Texas. And the reason they don't assimilate is because we've allowed for something called mass migration, something that is so imbecilic, so wrongheaded, so suicidal culturally. that our ancestors would be spinning in their graves, would be so humiliated by the heartseller act.

And what does that act say? That act says that we now have no limits on the third world coming here. It creates chain migration for families. And it means that when you come to America, it's not just like the Muslim family that lives on the other side of town and their kids go to school with us and it's not a big deal. They speak English and they wear Western clothes. and eventually the power of American culture

just kind of like grinds on. No, no, no, no. We've created cultural enclaves that are wholly and independent of American society. And these cultural enclaves allow for mini Mogadishu to be built all over America. Or mini Hindustan.

And so people are rightly alarmed, when they see the native peoples utterly replaced by a conquering culture that didn't build Texas, that has no connection to Texas, that is in many ways fraudulent, how can you say that? One of the bankers was an Indian guy. Fine. I don't hate any people. I don't hate any with blood. Blood guilt is immoral and it is banned in my religion.

And so I said, what's up, dude? And we got to talking. I said, are you married? And he's like, no, I need to, it's very hard to find an Indian girl here. I said, oh, why is that? And he's like, well, I only want to marry an Indian girl. That's it. She has to be from India.

She has to be from my culture. I said, oh, that's interesting. And I said, like, the whole, you know, the rest of the team of bankers was white, you know, Florida, you know, banker people. I said, that's interesting. If any of these guys said, I only will want to marry a white Christian girl, they'd be reported to HR and probably be out.

Their box clean out your desk. Here's the box. Get out of here. You know, if they felt so bold, say in a meeting, I only want to marry a white person, I refuse to marry any other culture. I wouldn't ever marry another culture.

Then they'd be seen, they'd, again, be marched out of the building. But you can say that about Indian culture. and nobody even bats an eye. Everyone's like, yeah, of course. And I, like, I told the guy, I don't have any problem with you saying that. The issue I have is the double standard.

Of course, wouldn't you want to preserve your culture and like your people's tradition or whatever? Okay, fine. Most people have that instinct. It's only Americans that are constantly giving that up for some reason. Or we've been, we've been, Americans and specifically people of European descent have been shamed and boxed

and in a humiliation ritual after humiliation ritual that you're not allowed to want that. Well, damn it, I want that. I want the preservation of our culture. I want the preservation of Texas culture. Texas isn't Texas if the entire state is Muslims and Indians from India and Hindus.

That's not Texas. That becomes something totally different. The rocks may say it might still be some cactus there. You might still be able to say it's Dallas, but it's not Dallas, is it? If there are no more cowboys in Texas, well, what does it become then exactly? And so, no, like, and the same thing goes for, of course, any place. And if you were to say this about Chinese people in China or blacks in Africa or Indians in India, then again, if I were to say I want to replace all the Indians in India with another race,

then you'd be called the worst thing ever, or all the blacks in Africa with another race of people from a totally separate culture. You'd be run out of town, you'd be deleted from social media, you'd lose your job. But it is literally happening here. And it's just that we allow for it to happen. And I'm saying we shouldn't. It shouldn't be allowable for that to happen. It should be honorable to wish to preserve your people.

to wish to preserve your nation, to want the best for your country. So I don't say this out of hatred for any of these Indian students. I don't hate any of these Indian students. I don't know any of them. Frankly, I don't have no interest in meeting them. But don't hate it.

You know, good luck, I suppose. For you to not see the irony in this, that you have created a massive cultural bulkhead here for not America, but for India and Hindus, the largest Hindu statue in the world, I think, is in Frisco, Texas. That's a statue of a demon, by the way. That's a false god. Christians should not be okay with that. Freedom of religion does not mean freedom of conquest by false religions.

Freedom of religion, like, they were. were all, the founding fathers was always talking about different denominations of Christianity. Go read what the founding fathers had to say about Islam. No, I mean, I mean, but maybe that's, this is why. Like, maybe this is why this is so important to have this conversation. We have to see the world with open eyes.
