So it's a playbook that needs to die.

And it's a playbook that's obviously a lie. And you can tell, you can see it in her face. She's lying. None of these things happened, as Donald Trump says. Not my type. Not my type. The Department of Justice has reportedly launched a criminal. investigation into E. Jean Carroll. Former New York Magazine writer who accused Donald Trump of sexual assault, the probe is believed to be focused on whether Carol committed perjury in her civil lawsuits against Trump claimed he sexually abused and defamed her New York Times citing a person with technologist's situation. Prosecutors are specifically looking at a 22 deposition in which she made where she claimed that she

received no outside funding for her lawsuit, though it was later revealed that billionaire Reid Hoffen. Oh, Reid Hoffen. Oh, yeah. Okay. So he's the fat, LinkedIn whale who was on Jeffrey Epstein's Island, like 50 different times. ALX, surely we have the photo of Reed Hoffman on Jeffrey Epstein's Island. You know, if there are people who are guilty of doing nasty things on Epstein's Island, if you look through the evidence and you look through the architecture and ecosystem of who is doing what, well, Reed Hoffman's got to be way up near the top of the list of people that the DOJ should be dragging in in order to talk with.

Reid Hoffman is a complete and total slob, a degenerate, and somebody who's been funding effectively to get Trump killed. And he said he wanted to get Trump killed. He said at a conference that he wanted the bullet to hit Trump's head. We tried to take him out is what Reed Hoffman told Peter Thiel at a conference. Peter Thiel saying, you missed. Reed Hoffman saying we won't miss next time. That's what they said.

We have Hoffman. Whenever we get Hoffman at Jeffrey Epstein's island, literally sitting at a table with Jeffrey Epstein, looking them over at the island, throw it up on screen decline. So Reed Hoffman paid for the legal fees. Look at that. Look at that.

Yeah, it was a great event last Friday. President Trump came to Rockland County. First time president has come for that type of event in 50 years going back to Gerald Ford. And it was Memorial Day weekend. And in the middle of a Jewish holiday, and my district has the largest Jewish population of any district in the country. And so we had over 5,000 people show up. We had over 10,000 sign up. And it was just a great turnout, great event.

The president was, I think, energized by being back in New York and, you know, really getting to speak to his fellow New Yorkers. And you have some of the clips, some of the clips playing right here. Did you have any invitation to get up and do the Trump dance? with him on stage. Was there any instinct? There, Mike. No, I didn't get the invite to do, to do the dance on stage, though I did do an impersonation during my remarks when we, when we talked about the issue of salt. Maybe we can find those. So it's a critical seat that we have to keep. It's going to be down to the razor thin margins in the house. You don't want to lose the house. You can't lose the house because then,

You know, you lose the SAVE Act. You lose so much. You'd have to repass everything to try and, like, get any of it through, try and get the Trump agenda. It's perilous right now. We're seeing some good motion in various other states. How's your race looking? Well, I feel very good.

Right now there's a five-way Democratic primary on June 23rd. We'll see who comes out of that. The D-Triple-C is pushing hard for their preferred candidate, Kate Conley. Vote vets just dropped a million dollars to try and, push her over the finish line. But we'll see how that race turns out. Nobody has really run away with it. So it's really between her and Beth Davidson, a county legislator in Rockland County, who wants to make the county a sanctuary county. So that primary outcome will, you know,

impact November. However, the Democrats, you know, this is a top target. When I flipped the seat four years ago defeating Sean Patrick Maloney, the chair of the D-Triple-C, it was about a $25 million race all in. Last cycle, 2024, when I beat Mondair Jones by six and a half points, it was a $42 million race. This is projected to be about a $60 million race, one of the most expensive in the country. And, you know, it's really because it boils down to control of Congress. When I flip my seat, it was the New York seats that gave me. us the majority in 2022. And last cycle in 24, I was one of only three seats in which Kamala Harris

won that a Republican held. And that gave us 220. So, you know, if we, if we lose my seat, obviously, you know, chances of us keeping the majority are very slim. So we got to, we got to, you know, fight it out all the way through November. And I'm prepared to do that. So what was the energy like Trump being back in New York. A lot of big things happening in New York right now. We got the new Grand Central Terminal, new Penn Station, right? Just got the renderings for that up. That looks beautiful. E. Gene Carroll, that's a lawsuit that the president got a ruling against him in New York. Now she's under investigation. New York, man, always the center of everything. What should take on the DOJ investigating E. Jean Carroll? Well, New York is always.

he's right in the center, as you said. And I haven't seen the information on that, so I don't really have too much of a comment. But I think, you know, when you look at what New York has tried to do going after the president, what Alvin Bragg did, taking what amounted to a federal case and trying to make it a state case and weaponizing, you know, the criminal justice system meanwhile refusing to prosecute hardened criminals. You know, I think all of those things backfired on the Democrats spectacularly in 2024. And I think, you know, New Yorkers recognize that, you know, our government, our governor, Kathy Hochel, is among the worst in the country.

They've run the state into the ground. We have the highest tax burden, the worst business climate. So when you get over 5,000 people showing up on my country, Memorial Day weekend to see the president in a swing district, a district that Kamala Harris won by half a point. Obviously, the enthusiasm was high. People wanted to hear from the president. We talked extensively about the tax bill, as well as, you know, the president really bestowed a tremendous honor on Wells Crowder, the man in the red bandana, who died on 9-11, saved 18 lives before the South Tower collapsed and gave him the Presidential Medal of Freedom,

recognizing his mother. There'll be a ceremony later in the year, which is really a tremendous honor. And we had the Gorman family speak. Sheridan Gorman's parents, they're from my district. They live in Yorktown, New York, and they spoke about the devastating consequences of sanctuary policies. So what did Kathy Hokel do? She doubled down and passed the most disastrous and dangerous sanctuary state bill that prohibits all law enforcement in New York from cooperating with ICE, including on turning over murderers, rapists, child sodomous. It is shameful. So hearing from them, you know, was a very powerful moment during the president's remarks. Nobody, you know, nobody wants New York City to turn into, you know, Mecca, right?

We saw AOC in a hijab yesterday. Did you see those? No, I did. Yeah, she's in a hijab and she's fighting the patriarchy, though. It's like a really great look for her. Nobody, I don't think anybody, like, actually wants that, but I think that they have election rigging capacities and ecosystems. systems, and that's why they're like walking so confidently in L.A. right into this disaster. And the SAVE Act could fix a lot of that. The SAVE Act could eliminate and could wipe from the

earth, like decades of Democrats figuring out how to rig elections and how to be able to plow all of these votes out of these Section 8 houses and get their election rigging mechanism sort of ground down to nothing. And I think that it was. would honestly make districts like yours so much cleaner and less of an actual swing district if we had a clean voter rule. What's your take on this? Well, look, I support the Save America Act. I have voted in favor of voter ID. I believe in it. The fact is you need an ID for just about everything, including traveling across the country, including entering any federal building. So, you know, the idea that somehow voter ID is discriminatory, it is not. And, you know,

I recall when I was in the state legislature, you know, New York State wanted to give unemployment benefits to illegal immigrants. And in order to approve it, they had a process, and the process required photo ID. And if you had photo ID, to verify you were who you were who you, you were, that you would automatically bet, qualify for the unemployment benefits for illegal immigrants. And I remember in the debate, I said, so is photo ID discriminatory? And they go, no, of course not. You know, it's proving who you are. I said, so then why are you opposed to voter ID? And the whole place melted down because they literally just got caught and exposed. But the fact is, you know, proof of citizenship, uh, is, is common sense. If you are an illegal immigrant,

you should not be voting in our elections, period. And New York state tried to allow, New York City tried to allow illegal immigrants the ability to vote in city elections. And we sued and we won and stopped it. So to me, this is common sense, uh, you know, photo ID, voter ID. I also have legislation, you know, when it comes to the issue of, of partisan remandering and redistricting, I'm against it. But part of the, part of the reason New York and California have gotten away with this for years in states like Illinois is in measure because of what they've done on the census and they've allowed illegals to be counted for the purpose of reapportionment. And that's something that should change. They can be counted as part of the census,

but they should not be counted as part of the reapportionment. And that's why, why California and New York in particular are freaking out about any effort to require proof of citizenship to address the issue of, you know, citizenship when it comes to reapportionment. Where is that from a legislative standpoint? Because that's such a critical issue, Mike. I've introduced the bill. It's sitting in committee. But to me, these are key things that we should be advancing and moving forward in particular when it comes to reapportionment. The census is going to be coming up, obviously, 2030 is just around the corner. Yeah. And this is something Democrats know if the census doesn't go their way, they have a real problem because they're losing seats in

states like New York and California just because of the population shift. I mean, people are leaving these states in droves because they're unaffordable. the quality of life has declined. So you're seeing the movement to begin with. But if you, if you prohibited illegal immigrants from being counted for the purpose of reapportionment, they would lose significant power because they would lose more seats. This is as critical, I would argue, like on the level of the Save Act when it comes to the issues of who holds power and why and where. And so what's the bill called? I'll get completely behind. it. Well, this is, we brought it up last time when I was on. This was with respect to the Fair Map Act. It has to do with

redistricting overall, but part of it is to prohibit, you know, illegals from being counted for the purpose of reapportionment. Okay. Are you Knicks fan? I am, and unlike Kathy Hokel, I recognized that the Knicks did not win in 1993. Okay. Should Trump, he said he's going to go to a Knicks game? Should he? What do you think? Oh, of course.

Listen, I've told people, he may live in Florida. He's a lifelong New Yorker. He's a New York sports fan. You know, I went to Yankee Stadium with him last year for 9-11. You know, obviously he's gone to Knicks games for decades. So if he's inclined to, he should. And I don't know if we have it in the script, but I saw Hakeem Jeffries.

Man, so many, so many goofballs come out of New York. Hakeem Jeffries is using FaceTune again. He's constantly editing his Instagram, worse than a teen girl on SSRIs. And he's once again caught using using his face to you. Like, what's your, what's your recommendation to Hakeem Jaffre? Would it be a good house led by Hakeem Jepreys?

The U.S. officials claim that the Iranians later came back and said that they had necessary approvals and were prepared to sign. Iran has not confirmed that. The U.S. negotiator. Iran hasn't confirmed that. I mean, Iran said yesterday that they have

a peace agreement. U.S. negotiators briefed Trump on the details of the final deal. He did not immediately sign off. The president relayed to the mediators that he wants a couple of days to think about it. The flashback is that Trump and an advisor thought they were close to a deal several times earlier in stages. U.S. officials said the 60-day memorandum of understanding will state that shipping through the Strait of Hormuz will be unrestricted. A U.S. official said that this means no tolls, no harassment that Iran will have to remove all minds that it laid in the strait. Well, there you go. We'll see.

There's been some skirmishes. There's been a couple of spitfire, right? A little bombing here. a little blasting a drone out of the sky there. We don't want it to pop off.
