with details on this bombshell report. Alexandria. Well, Rachel, Pete, all of this was revealed within a potential conflict of interest motion filed by special counsel John Durham. It had to do with the defense team of former Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussman. Michael Sussman is among those indicted so far in Durham's probe into the origins of the Trump Russia investigation. Now, in this motion, under a section titled Factual Background, Durham reveals that Sussman paid an Internet company to infiltrate servers at the White House and Trump Tower in order to create a narrative connecting then-President Trump to a Kremlin-tied

bank. Durham says that Sussman billed the Clinton campaign after the Internet company that a person known as Tech Executive One worked for, quote, had come to access and maintain dedicated servers as, quote, part of a sensitive arrangement whereby it provided DNS resolution services to the EOP. Ladies and gentlemen, let us go into a time machine this morning. Let us travel back to 1972 and 1974. Many years before I was born, approximately 12 years before your boy Benny was welcomed onto this earth, There was the largest political scandal unfolding so far in the American story. It was a scandal called Watergate. The Watergate scandal was a major political scandal in the United States involving the administration of U.S. President Richard Nixon.

1972 to 74. It ultimately led to Richard Nixon's resignation. Now, what happened in Watergate? For those of you who weren't around at the time, or for those of you who need a refresher, this was about 40 years ago plus. The scandal stemmed from the Nixon administration's continued attempts to cover up its involvement in the June 17th, 1972 break in. Read spying of the Democratic National Committee's headquarters in Washington, D.C.. Its headquarters were at the Watergate building after five perpetrators were arrested. The press and the U.S. Justice Department connected the cash found on them to the Nixon re-election campaign committee. Further investigations,

along with revelations during the subsequent trails of burglaries, led to the U.S. House of Representatives to grant a Judiciary Committee investigative authority to probe certain matters within its jurisdiction, and the U.S. Senate created a special investigative committee, resulting in the Senate Watergate hearings that were broadcast nationwide. Public interest increased as witnesses testified that Nixon himself, the president, had approved plans to cover up the administration's involvement with the break-in. He had a voice-activated taping system in the Oval Office, and though he resisted the probes, eventually a constitutional crisis collapsed the administration. Several major revelations and egregious presidential actions against the investigation prompted the House to commence impeachment processes against Richard Nixon.

And the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that Nixon must release his tapes to investigators. Nixon eventually resigned. Obstruction of justice, abuse of power, and contempt of Congress. Time is a flat circle, ladies and gentlemen. And what we are seeing now is our modern day Watergate, the modern day break-in of a political campaign by the authorities and power of the federal government used to weaponize the agents and indeed the processes around which we conduct wartime espionage against the campaign of Donald Trump.

Lawyers for the Clinton campaign paid a technology firm to infiltrate the servers belonging to Donald Trump and later the White House in order to establish interference and a narrative to bring government

agencies linking Donald Trump to Russia. A filing from special counsel John Durham says. John Durham filed the motion on February 11th, focused on the potential conflicts of interest related to representatives from the former Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussman, who has been charged with making false statements to the federal government. The indictments against Sussman says he told then FBI General Counsel James Baker on September 2016, less than two months before the 2016 election, that he was not doing any work for any client

when he requested a meeting and presented the purported data and white papers that alleged that Donald Trump was a Russian agent. Durham's filing says that the factual background reveals that Sussman had assembled and conveyed the allegations to the FBI on behalf of at least two specified clients, including technology executive one, who we do not know, at a U.S.-based internet company, and Internet Company One, and the Clinton campaign. To my knowledge, we do not know tech executives. We do not know. We do know that we do. The tech executives have not been named.

Let's just say that. Durham's filing said Sussman billing records reflect that he was repeatedly billing the Clinton campaign for his work on the Russian allegations. The filing revealed that Sussman and the tech executive had met and communicated with another law partner who was serving as general counsel. The source told Fox News that that is Mark Eyeless, oh my, who worked at the law firm Perkins Coie. Durham's filing states that in July 2016, the tech executive worked with Sussman, a U.S. investigative firm retained by law firm One on behalf of the Clinton campaign. N, numerous cybersecurity researchers and employees at multiple internet companies assembled the purported data and white papers.

Let me unpack that. It is quite simple. It sounds complicated, but let me advise you how simple this is. Hillary Clinton's campaign, knowing that she was about to be investigated, as she was multiple times, for her illegal use of servers, knowing that she has used her position and her place of power in order to curry the favor of foreign governments and meddling in foreign governments around the world as she was secretary of state and as she was first lady and as her husband was president. You just have to go check the amount of money that communist China has sent the Clinton Foundation, that Ukraine has sent the Clinton Foundation. Those facts and figures are publicly available. The Clinton Foundation is a slush fund

for the most evil and corrupt, genocidal, human rights violating regimes on planet Earth to pay off the American ruling class of which the Clintons are the chief architects of. Hillary Clinton is guilty as sin for coordinating and colluding with foreign powers in order to disrupt the 2016 election. But I, she must cast what she is guilty of onto her opponent. But we know that the Clinton campaign brought this lurid hoax level information that nobody believed was real. Nobody. You can read the filings. Nobody believed that this real. Nobody. You can read the filings. Nobody believed that this information was legitimate. They brought it in to government agencies and said,

Investigate Trump. It's illegal to do this, obviously. And the goal was to take the tar that had been thrown in Hillary Clinton's face, that melted her campaign to the ground, that eventually caused enough erosion in the public's opinion of Hillary Clinton so that she would lose the presidency in 2016, fair and square. They wanted to throw the same tar on Donald Trump. Nancy Pelosi has a famous clip where many years ago, Nancy Pelosi explained this. It's called the wrap up smear, where you take something that is a lie that you created,

you smear your opponent with it, and then you leak it to the press. That is precisely what they have done here. But they went too far, you see, because there are no real laws against leaking false information to the press. I mean, it makes you look terrible, but you won't go to jail for it if you lie to a reporter. You will go to jail if you lie to the federal government. And many people in Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama's orbit will be going to jail. Mark my words. Much like the Watergate scandal played out over years, this scandal is just getting started.

What started as a little bit of smoke has now turned into a flame, has now turned into bonfire, and we are reaching now next level bombshell. There has to be some basis before we use these very potent powers. It looks clearly spied upon.

I mean, that's what electronic surveillance is. The people that they were taping denied any involvement with Russia, denied the very specific facts that the FBI was relying on. So what happens? The FBI ignores it, presses ahead, withholds critical exculpatory information from the court while it gets an electronic surveillance warrant. It also withholds from the court clear-cut evidence that the dossier that they ultimately relied on to get the FISA warrant was a complete sham. Their case collapsed after the election and they never told the court and they kept on getting renewals on these applications. There was documents falsified in

order to get these renewals and the question is, what was the agenda after the election that kept them pressing ahead after their case collapsed? This is the president of the United States. As far as I'm aware, this is the first time in history that this has been done to a presidential campaign, the use of these counterintelligence techniques against a presidential campaign. We have never seen the clandestine entrapment and espionage apparatus of our intelligence agencies turned on a presidential campaign. That is what Bill Barr just said. This should be one of the most watched clips in the world right now as Bill Barr states unequivocally what Donald Trump has said many times. We opened the show with Donald Trump saying I was spied on. That is the chief law enforcement agent in the United States saying unequivocally, yes, this happened

and it happened with Barack Obama's blessing and perhaps even at his order. You see, the federal bureaucracies are massive and large and many decisions get made without the president's order. But as it pertains to matters of extreme import, and most importantly, as it pertains to matters of politics and your political life, as Barack Obama was fighting for at the end of 2016, as his entire legacy hung by a piece of dental floss. He hyper-polarized and overheated

the American experience as it pertains to the identities of the dispossessed. That is precisely Barack Obama's game. When Obama began to fail, Barack Obama from academia was advised from academia to level up, to tribalized hatred in America. That overheating caused Americans to reject Barack Obama and his brand of politics. And so Barack Obama was losing politically. Bad. Paul Ryan was Speaker of the House. Mitch McConnell was Speaker of the Senate. They had strong and growing majorities. Barack Obama was a lame duck for the majority of his presidency. James Clapper, in an interview, I believe from 2017 or 2018, was brought on CNN and asked about Barack Obama, Russia, and spying on Donald Trump. Here's what he had to say. The message I'm getting from all this is apparently what we were supposed to have done was to ignore the Russian interference, ignore the Russian meddling and the threat that it poses to us. And oh, by the way, mowing off what the then Commander-in-Chief, President Obama, told us to do, which was to assemble all the reporting that we could, that we had available to us, and put it in one report that the President could pass on to the Congress and to the next administration, and while we're at it, declassify as much as we possibly could to make it public. And that's what we did.

It's kind of disconcerting now to be investigated for, you know, having done our duty and done what we were told to do by the president. It would be difficult for us to go to jail when we were just following orders, the intel community rats say as they scurry into the darkness.

That is James Clapper saying unequivocally that Barack Obama ordered our spying. We were following orders. And now you can see on your screen what those orders looked like at the very onset. You see, Hillary Clinton has left a little breadcrumb trail of precisely what they were doing. Hillary Clinton, you can see on screen, summarized, shows precisely what they were looking into and how they were spying on Trump and what they were attempting to create. The narrative they were attempting to create was simply that Donald Trump was a Russian agent. Computer scientists have apparently uncovered covert server linking Trump organization to Russian based bank lie. All of it was a lie facilitated in order to rig the election by our intelligence community,

working in coordination with the Hillary Clinton campaign and at the order of Barack Obama. The breadcrumb trail exists. And ladies and gentlemen, the crumbs get larger. Valerie Jarrett is Barack Obama's closest advisor. She's linked at the hip to Barack and Michelle Obama. She is their attack dog. Valerie Jarrett had this to say when she was asked by Maria Bartiromo about the spying scandal itself. She went on Fox News in the year 2020

and said unequivocally that this happened and that they were getting ready for something bigger from the intelligence agencies. Listen. I'm not going to direct any of this. That's not how it works. That's not how our investigations work. But we leave that to the intelligence community to bring forward information. And the dossier, I would imagine, would be one piece of a much bigger puzzle.

And so if you're saying, is it important to make sure that there isn't influence? And actually, the Mold report didn't conclude that there wasn't any wrongdoing. In fact, he was explicit in saying quite the opposite. And so I don't think we should read in where there hasn't been actually any conclusions to that effect yet. You're making statements that actually haven't been proven. Just to be clear, Robert Mueller said no collusion. Michael Horowitz, the IG of the FBI, said that the dossier was, quote, unquote,

an essential piece of all of this investigating of the Trump campaign. Essential piece was the word Michael Horowitz used. So you say it was part of a larger mosaic. We have no evidence of that. This is what is about to happen. Hear me now. What is about to happen is the Obama administration is going to say that the Intel agencies did this. The Intel agencies are going to say that Barack Obama did this and ordered us to do it. We're just following orders. The Nuremberg defense. Top Obama advisor Valerie Jarrett in flashback refused to answer if Obama directed criminal spying on Trump. It is about to be the world's greatest blame game, and it will end in the collapse
