Welcome to this special episode of The Benny Show, where we're going to be highlighting some of the crisis on our border. Invasion is on the tip of the tongue for conservatives around the country. The reason why is that you can actually declare an invasion as a state, and then that will give you special powers in order to repel that invasion, a little known part of our Constitution that is absolutely constitutional. Why haven't states done this? Well, we're going to be talking to a border

state governor's candidate, Carrie Lake, in this episode. Carrie Lake has been very strong on the border issue, releasing recently an ad where she actually blows up cartel drones, cartel tunnels, and rebuilds Trump's wall. Check it out. Arizona is under attack. I'm Carrie Lake. As governor, I will issue a declaration of invasion, finish President Trump's wall, blow up the cartel's drug tunnels and surveillance drones, and deploy the Arizona National Guard to stop illegals from entering. Arizona is our home and I will do everything in my power to defend our families. Endorsed by President Trump, Carrie Lake for governor. Along with that badass ad is a major push by members of Texas congressional delegation to declare an invasion on the Texas border.

They want this so that they can repel the hundreds of thousands of migrants that are flooding across every single month, every day. It becomes repetitive, a new record. Chip Roy, a Texas congressman, was on hand in order to demand that the governor declare invasion in the state of Texas just this week. Check it out. We should declare an invasion. We should, as Texas, turn people away and do what is necessary to secure our communities, because as the judge said, we support our communities and protect our communities first. So what would happen if Republican governors got together and declared an invasion, an invasion of our southern border? It's hard to really classify or quantify it as anything other than that.

Foreigners from all around the world pouring into our country and breaking our laws. Is there any other term you can use? Joining us now, the person who wishes to build that wall and blow up that drone and blow up the tunnels and declare an invasion, which is exactly what's happening to this country. Somebody who's been clear-eyed on this issue for a very long time because she has seen both sides of this issue.

Former reporter, former reporter, media personality, and somebody who's just such a savage, Carrie Lake, joining the program. Carrie, thank you so much. I love that. Thank you so much for being on the program. The people are wondering, we're about a month away from the primary date in Arizona, and it really does seem to be a breakdown between the establishment or the populist movement, the MAGA movement. And that is what's at stake in Arizona. What's the state of the race right now? And what are we seeing in the voting month that Arizona has? Should be a voting month of Arizona. Well, it's what we've got. So we have to deal with it, but we will change it and fix it when I am governor. It's a voting month. It started yesterday, early voting.

So you'll be getting balance in the mail. We need people to get out and vote. It is the swamp versus America first versus Arizona first versus ideas that work for Arizona and make it a better, safer state. And that's really what it's all about. Are we going to go back the old way of doing things, kind of the McCain machine or the new way of doing things? And we have a movement here in Arizona. People want a change. They want an outsider and they're ready to go out there and vote. And I've got a rhino opponent who's trying to buy this election. She's married to a 95 year old billionaire. She's pouring a record amount of money into this election, trying to buy it with deceptive TV ads, trying to act like she's conservative. And she's really a rhino and, frankly, a liberal. You can look at her voting record. She voted for, she's pro-abortion, pro-gun control. She's voted to give illegal immigrant students a lesser tuition than American

students. That incentivizes people to come here illegally when that happens. And she's for an open border. And she's going to be a third term of Doug Ducey, but even more liberal if we allow her to win. And so we're going to go out and vote like our lives depend on it, because they truly do. Frankly, if we get the rhino or we get the socialist Katie Hobbs as governor in Arizona, then we've lost our country because Arizona is a border state. And, Benny, we got to protect our border and protect our country right now. Yeah, we played the ad in our open, your brand new ad where you're blowing up cartel drones and building the wall and declaring an invasion. This seems to be a big topic of conversation right now. So circling back to Texas, kind of on the fence about declaring an invasion, that seems

to be a large growing movement with hundreds of thousands of signatures for the governor to do that. Will you declare an invasion? And what would that mean legally for the state of Arizona? On day one, within a second or two of taking my hand off the Bible and taking the oath of office, we're going to issue a declaration of invasion.

And that invokes basically our Article I, Section 10, our constitutional right to protect our state and defend our state. You know, the Guarantee Clause, Article IV, Section 4 requires that the government protect us from invasion. It's a dereliction of duty. They're not doing that right now. Joe Biden is allowing the cartels to take control of our country.

And there's a remedy in the Constitution, Article 1, Section 10, that allows the states to take control and protect their people. We're going to do that on day one. And we will finish President Trump's wall project. We will get our Arizona National Guard down to the border to stop people from coming across. And we're going to start sending people back who have snuck across. Joe Biden wants to give them all amnesty. And he's in the process right now of basically letting them go. And that's why they come over here with a smile on their face, because they know under Joe Biden's regime, they'll be able to stay. And I have news for them. They can't stay.

We are going to be sending people back who have snuck over and come over illegally because we cannot afford to take on the world's problems. And we need a strong governor to do that. And what will happen is the cartels will get the message. They can't run people through our state anymore. They can't run people through our state anymore. They can't run drugs through our state. And they'll go to other states. And those states' people will pressure the governors to do the same. And we'll get a coalition of states together to finally, for once and for all, protect our border.

So news breaking this morning that Biden is going to finish Trump's wall in California, protecting California's collapsing economy. But let's say that Texas, let's say that there was a coalition of states that declared an invasion. What would this look like? What would this look like federally? What would happen next? We have an interstate compact where other states and it doesn't have to be border states. I mean, think about it. You know, if you're in Indiana, if you're in Wyoming, if you're in any state, you're feeling the effects of this illegal immigration. You're feeling the effects of the cartels funneling fentanyl in. People are dying. Our young people are dying at record rates.

And so we're going to ask every state to chip in, help us out, send your National Guard as we need them. And we will put boots on the ground and protect our border, stop people from coming across while we finish constructing that wall. We're not going to do this right now. We're doing this and we're going to finally start doing this and we can do this. And we're going to need to put some teeth in this. We're going to need to put a little bit of money into it. Hey, if we have to bear the burden, we will in Arizona, but I think other states and the people of this country would be okay if other states help us with that burden. And when we finally get a legitimate president in office, and I believe it will be Donald Trump again, we will send the bill back to the feds and say, you owe us.

Pay us back for what we did, because we did your job when you failed America, when you sold us out, and when you gave control to our border to the cartels. This is slavery and this is indentured servitude. These people come over, they have to work and they have to pay back the cartels. And they're not even free because they have to pay back money to the cartels. The fact that our government is allowing this to go on is outrageous and simply unacceptable. deeper on this issue. And I want to state unequivocally that as horrifying as this is from the news reports, you haven't seen anything until you go down to the Yuma sector. Myself, my team went down to the Yuma sector to the three-part documentary series. It was really, really bad. It is horrible. There are torture trees. There are rape trees. You can see the little child toys that are sitting there in the ditch. These people are truly being trafficked as slaves. You're right. And I think if people put it in that context, you'd understand that this is perhaps by numbers, the largest slave trade in the history of America being encouraged by our US government. I suppose I have to ask, since you're the strongest candidate on this issue, perhaps running in the country right now, currently, why? Why are we allowing it?

Why is this happening? You know what? You're wanting me to get inside the brain of Joe Biden. And frankly, I don't want to go there. I don't know why. I don't know if it's just ineptitude, if they're part of it, if they want to see our demographics in this country, our voting demographics change, if they want to kill our middle class. They've been doing that. Every policy Joe Biden's put in place has been another way of chipping across and chipping away at our middle class. And they want to weaken our citizenship and citizenry with the drugs that are poisoning us. And when you weaken the requirements to get in this country, then our U.S. citizenship means less.

And that's not for sale. We're not gonna weaken what it means to be an American. You can come here, you can come here the legal way. We're all for legal immigration, but what's happening on the border is an assault on America and we won't take it anymore. I don't know if Joe Biden's just completely inept. Well, I know he is, or if he's also got kind of a diabolical side to him where he's okay with this happening. He's okay with the destruction of America. Either way, I'm not okay with it. And either way, I will stand up and help protect Arizona

because he's trying to drag the whole country down. I think we all see that. We're not going to let him take Arizona with him. We will stand up. We have states' rights. The states created the federal government. We're not serfs. And we will not let this bloated federal government that's dead set with this illegitimate president to destroy America, take Arizona down with him. It seems like they're trying, however, speak about malevolence. It's hard to really think about any other motivation other than actual hatred of this country and true malevolence because nothing they've done has been. And they want to, they've got a globalist agenda. So you have to destroy America for their globalist agenda to

work. And we can see it. And I just wish people would wake up and realize what's happening. If you're a Democrat and you're starting to think, wow, this isn't what I thought it was going to be, wake up to what's happening. You're right. We talked about it being modern day slavery. These people coming over, if you really care about people, they are indentured servitude, their servants to the cartels. And we can't have that going on in America. We can't have it. So something that we can't have going on in America is not Americans voting in our elections is blatantly illegal and it would undermine and tear us under this nation in a single cycle. Yet the federal government is suing Arizona in order to ensure that non-Americans vote,

non-Americans vote in your elections. I believe the law states that you have to be a U.S. citizen, not even an Arizona, you have to be a U.S. citizen, living, breathing American social security number to vote in Arizona and Biden administration suing your state to get rid of that law. Yeah, we passed that law. People want that law. And this is what makes me think there is a level of knowing what's going on.

This isn't just Joe Biden being inept and kind of bumbling through it. This shows you that they want to change the voting demographics, that his DOJ would come into Arizona and say, no, you have to allow illegals to vote. You can't ask somebody their citizenship to prove that they're a citizen. I guarantee you every American citizen is okay. I'm okay if you ask me if I'm a citizen before I vote. I'm happy to prove that. This is an effort for them to try to steal an election. And it's already underway. We see what's happening. I mean, they're putting out fake polls in my election. They're trying to make it look like this rhino that I'm running against, this open borders globalist rhino

is close in the polls. Well, we've got the internal polls and she's not close, but they try to set the stage, set the narrative that it's close. So when they go to try to make their big dump of illegal ballots, the public will go, well, it was close. It's not close. We have a movement here. And if we get the RINO in office or the socialist Democrat that I'm running against, we will continue to have open borders. We will continue to have people pouring in across our border, drugs and cartels running the show because both of my opponents, the rhino and the socialist are open borders people. They do not want a strong Arizona. They want our borders open and we can't have that. It'll be the end of Arizona as we know it.

So as it pertains to ballot dumping, I did want to get your thoughts on a story breaking out of Arizona where a ballot trafficker is facing federal charges for trafficking in ballots. Her name, excuse me, I don't have the article directly in front of me. Yermina Fuentes. Okay. Yermina Fuentes.

Covered it on the show. She's being sentenced today. Okay. Germina Fuentes. Covered it on the show. She's being sentenced today. Okay. Can you enumerate for our listeners and viewers what is happening in this case? This is a case, I mean, you know, you always hear the Democrats say the Republicans want to disenfranchise minority voters. In San Luis, Arizona, where Germina lives and has been operating and doing the ballot, you know, rigging down there, this is 85% Hispanic community. And the people in that community thought that it was normal to take their ballot and just hand it over to somebody else to fill out.

For 22 years, they've been doing this. For 22 years, we've got the video evidence that proved it happened in the primary of 2020. They handed that over to our attorney general, gave video evidence of them taking ballots. They filled them out, telling people who to vote for, giving them a slip of paper, vote for these people. Then they would take a person in with them to prove that they voted for the people they were told to vote for. This was a big operation going on for years. And we had video evidence of it, handed it over to the AG before the November 3rd election. He did nothing with it. He did nothing with it. He finally went

to pursue charges against her. And what we found out is shocking. While they were given a lot of video evidence, our AG only showed a little tiny bit of that video evidence. He skipped the part where it showed she was signing and forging signatures. He skipped putting that in. So my campaign, along with Gary Snyder Garcia, who's running for state Senate down in that area, and he's the one who recorded the video, we put out that video in hopes that the judge would finally see it and realize that the attorneys did not give them all of the evidence and hopes that they will throw her behind bars and at least give her a sentence that is worthy of the crime she committed, which is election fraud. I mean, unless people start going to jail

for fraud, unless people start seeing penalties for this, it will continue and continue. Yeah. And somebody said, well, what do you want, Carrie? What kind of a penalty? And I said, I don't want to slap on the wrist. I kind of like to see her locked up minimum till past the election. So she can't pull this crap again in the next election. And then we need to start putting some serious sentences to these people who steal our election. Because this stolen election, Benny, has had deadly consequences. Ask any parent who's lost a 19 or 20-year-old to fentanyl poisoning. Ask anybody who can't afford their groceries and gas right now and is struggling. Ask the mothers and fathers and

family members of those 13 military men and women who were killed in Afghanistan through Joe Biden's bungling of a withdrawal of our military from that country. This election has had deadly consequences. When you steal an election, lives are affected, and we don't want that to happen ever again. That's why I'm vowing to the people of Arizona, whether you're Democrat, independent or Republican, we all want honest elections. And we're going to give you honest elections. So when we go to bed, we know the winner of the election really did win. And it's not some fraudulent circus.

So it is looking like you are odds on to win here. Real clear politics. Tom Bevin, editor, says new poll in Arizona GOP governor primary. Carrie Lake up five. Same poll last month. That's the fake poll. Two. This is the fake poll.

This is even after the sitting governor of the state endorsed your opponent. And so that endorsement seemed to have netted you popularity. Yeah. You know, I think a lot of people have said to me that endorsement she got from Governor Ducey is the kiss of death. People, he's not popular here. He's done some good things, but he shut our state down twice. He killed people's businesses. And it's unbelievable that they would throw those polls out. And this is what I was talking about earlier, the fake polls, these poll unbelievable that they would throw those polls out.

And this is what I was talking about earlier, the fake polls. These pollsters that they put out are part of the McCain apparatus here. So they put out these polls in order to make people think, oh, it's tightening. Our polls, our internal polling is showing we're anywhere between 15 and 20 points up. But that tells me they're going to try to do a ballot dump in there to try to, I don't know, rig the election again. But we're not going to let them have it because we are going to show up in droves and we're going to kind of flood the system with real voters and make sure they can't steal it this

time. That's why it's so important to vote in this August 2nd election. A lot of people think, oh, I'll vote in November. This one's going to be won in the primary. This one's going to be run. And we have a Trojan horse in my rhino candidate. She's going in there with her millions upon millions of ads, acting like she's tough when she's got a liberal voting record. She's donated tens of thousands to liberal candidates. And actually, the AOC of Arizona is Ruben Gallego. He's the most liberal congressman we have. And my rhino opponent was his top donor. Wrap your head around that.

It's, again, seems malevolent. We heard the Project Veritas tape talking about Democrats running as Republicans in order to destroy their party from the inside. That was happening in South Carolina. Seems to be a strategy across the nation. Mitt Romney, obviously, writing a screed against Donald Trump on the 4th of July, calling Joe Biden a good man. It does seem to be the fire and the calls are coming from inside of the House. It's the Uniparty. It's this Uniparty that's working against the American people. And, you know, Donald Trump gave it a better name, the swamp. And we saw it between Reagan and Trump. We saw the Democrat Republican Party kind of meld together as a uniparty. And they are trying to

fight for their existence right now. You saw that interview with Liz Cheney, where she's just basically almost in tears saying the party is going to end if Donald Trump emerges as the winner again. And what she meant to say is the establishment party is going to end. And I think that's a really good thing for the American people. Yeah. Yeah. As Trump told you, he's running. No, not really. I mean, he's we kind of see what's going on here though we we think he's gonna run right am i am i the only one getting those signals uh he hasn't made an official announcement i did talk to him yesterday uh for a quite a bit of time and he's keenly um focused on arizona and all of these states he's trying to do what he can to make sure that America first patriots get elected.

Speaking of weepy interviews, Brett Baer gave you a very weepy interview on Fox News. It seemed to be probably the most the most fireworks I've seen on Fox in quite a while. You're passing thoughts on that performance and, you know, Oh, I was drag queen friendships are clearly what, what the country cares about right now. I was excited to go on and do that interview. It was the first time I'd been on Fox prime time. I mean, I been in this race since January 1st of last year. And from day one,

we've been the front runner and from day one and, you know, from September, we had the Trump endorsement. I'm thinking pretty soon. I'll get the call from Fox, right? Nope, no, never comes in. But yet I watched my rhino opponent go on. Even when she was polling at 2% in the poll, they were having her on. Even when she wasn't even in this. So they finally bring me on and then they plan, you know, a hit piece on me, an ambush where they have all of the, you know, they're obviously going to go with some of the more salacious stories, the defamatory stories that the press here in Arizona have been pushing on me. And they decided to go that route. Rather than ask about my policies, I have a policy to end homelessness in Arizona and restore quality of life. I've got a policy to secure our border and defend Arizona. We've got a great education policy. We have a policy to make sure that we restore manufacturing in Arizona. None of that

was brought up. None of that was brought up. They talk about a drag queen. That's the story they choose. And it was really disappointing. I was told by many people that I, well, let me see, what were the words? You eviscerated him, you wrecked him, you exposed him for what he really is. It didn't have to go that way. They softballed my opponent, but I'm not going to back down from a fight because I'm a Trump Republican. I'm part of the new right. And we will not lay down and take a beating by the fake news. We will stand up and fight back every single chance we get.

Carrie, I know we're up against a hard out. So I have one final question for you. And I'm very excited to ask it. Speaking of eviscerating and destroying the CNN reporter, just brutal. Who came up with the CNN plus line? How did you, like, did you just walk in there saying, I am going to get out the flamethrower? I wasn't sure what I was going to do. We knew we had to

walk by them. They showed up uninvited and I'd already done an interview with her when she did an ambush on me several months prior. And she really did the typical CNN piece where they cut it up and try to make you look like a fool. But we had recorded the whole thing so you could see what we really said. And so I knew I wasn't going to give her a real interview. But the question was, do I stop and say something? And somebody said, oh, you should tell her it's going to air on CNN Plus. I went, that's right. CNN Plus doesn't exist. So I kind of made the call at the last second. I saw her standing there without her mask on, and I decided to kind of just toy with her a bit and throw that line out. I didn't know it was going to go viral like that, but these people need to be called out right to their face for who they

are. They are propagandists who are trying to destroy America. And I'm not afraid of the fake news media. I'll take them on every chance I get. Yeah. And we need far more of it. We are not fake news. Young people, I know they're on our team. They're with us. We need to get out and vote in this primary. This race, I believe, will be all wrapped up by August 2nd. We're going to know who the governor is because I don't think for one second a Democrat can win in 2022 in November. So we got to make sure we win this primary and get America first on the ballot.
