An enraging morning, ladies and gentlemen, as we face the abject and total cruelty of a society collapsed,
what does it look like to punish the innocent on behalf of the evil and the corrupt?
What does it look like to create a society that protects the 2% or less of society that rapes, pillages, and murders on behalf of the 98% that just wants to live peaceably,
create families and walk down the street or ride a bus safely.
It looks like hell on earth, and that's what we are seeing today.
We want to make sure that we do an entire show and stack our show in order to go as hard as possible against the scheme that is right now afoot to liberate Arenas Ostruka's murderer, a man who was competent.
enough to vote, competent enough to get welfare, competent enough to get EBT,
competent enough to get public housing, competent enough to get free bus rides,
competent enough to get a murder weapon, competent enough to slash a woman's throat in a single
stroke in an instant, competent enough to brag on camera that I murdered that white girl,
competent enough to stand trial 14 different times for 14 different violent offenses
and to walk free from those violent offenses,
competent enough to trick an entire judicial system into letting him free to murder again,
which is what happened. And we know the judges who did it. But suddenly is deemed incompetent.
by the psychopaths, psychologists, and communists
who run our justice system when he's facing the death penalty.
When he's facing an actual punishment
that would put him into the ground
in what I hope is a public execution,
De Carlos Brown Jr. is suddenly incompetent
and cannot stand trial
and cannot be held accountable for his crimes.
Suddenly, when the entire system is exposed
that liberates the murderers,
on behalf of a misplaced, sick and demonic ideology that says, we can reform them.
Nope, that's not human nature.
That's not the laws of God or man.
Mercy to the guilty is cruelty to the innocent.
We need more public executions in this country.
After trials, we need swift, swift justice.
after juries find monsters like this
guilty
of a racialized hate crime
where he targeted a white girl
and murdered her.
We need immediate action.
And that's what we're calling for today.
Thursday, April 9th, 2026,
Arena de Struca's murderer found incompetent to stand trial?
Hmm.
Seems a little convenient
for those who wish
to destroy our society
and we are going to go hard
today with Mike Davis, Representative Brandon Gill and Viva Frye joining the show.
Military leakers also getting mass arrested by the FBI.
My name is Benny Johnson, and this is The Benny Show.

We're going to talk to Mike Davis in just one second about Arenas de Struka's murderer,
potentially walking free or living in a state.
funded hotel for the rest of his life, never allowed to face actual justice.
What does it mean if this man faced justice?
If this animal was given the gallows or the firing squad, which frankly, we should bring back.
Honestly, we should bring back public punishments as a warning.
2%.
2% of the crimes.
2% of the population, forgive me.
commits 90% of the crimes.
I sent this here in the wrong chat.
Just one little piece of,
just one little piece of data here that we should talk about.
How do you reduce all of your violent crime in society?
I mean, all of it.
Look what happened in El Salvador.
In El Salvador, you simply started locking up
the worst offenders, people who have multiple violent offenses,
and all homicides are now affected.
at zero in the entire society. This is the homicide rate per 100,000 inhabitants. As soon as Buckelly
impeached corrupt judges, step number one, and two started locking up the murders, the rapists, and the
animals. Well, then, look at that. You can literally incarcerate your way into a paradise
in a society, and that is what we must do. Ladies and gentlemen, the FBI also incarcerating people
who are leaking. Very good. It's wonderful to see. I want to talk about both of these things with
Mike Davis, who's standing by in just one moment. Former Army employee and top secret clearance holder
arrested on charges leaking classified national defense information. This comes as President Trump has
called on the leaker who put the lives of our airmen in jeopardy who's stranded in Iran.
FBI and our partners have arrested a former Socom employee who supported a top level military
warfighters for allegedly transmitting classified information to members of the media.
says Cash Patel. Good.
Then out this morning, ladies and gentlemen, even more.
Cash Patel announcing that there are further arrests.
Department of War leaker arrested by FBI.
Tremendous work we have more coming.
Former Fort Bragg employee has been charged with leaking further classified information to journalists.
This is how you slowly erode the deep state.
Very good.
Mike Davis from the Article III project, ladies and gentlemen.
on to talk about all of this, some very good things, some very bad things.
How do we fix this country?
How do we ensure that we have a future of actual justice in this nation?
The right man to talk about it is Mike Davis.
Let's go.
Mike, what does incompetence to stand trial actually look like when you are competent enough
to get a free bus ride, to get a murder weapon, to stab a girl in the throat, a girl who is the white,
girl, according to DeCarlos Brown Jr.
When you're competent enough to escape justice 14 different times, competent enough to get
public assistance, EBT and welfare, and vote, but not competent enough to stand trial.
What's going on here?
Yeah, there's DeColos Brown.
There's a video of him slashing a young woman's throat.
And it sounds like the Democrats don't care about this.
This is the first Ukrainian in the world about whom the Democrats.
don't seem to care, right? And this woman was brutally murdered. The video shows it's by DeCarlo's
Camp. I think that's crystal clear. This happened on August 22nd, 2025, and there was a doctor who put
out a report from the Central Regional Hospital down in North Carolina on December 29, 2025,
that we're just hearing about.
This report by a doctor said that this guy is not competent to stand trial.
There is currently a motion pending before the state court by the defense counsel,
by the Brown's defense attorney using this doctor's report to try to delay the proceedings,
both federally and state.
There are federal charges for murder.
There are state charges for murder.
this animal is in federal custody.
He's not getting out of federal custody because of this.
Regardless of what happens with these state court murder proceed.
Now, again, the state court judge is not ruled.
So this guy has not been determined by a court to be incompetent.
It's just one doctor saying this guy's not competent.
And that will be challenged by the prosecutors.
Both the state prosecutor and the federal prosecutors
are pursuing death penalty charges against this animal.
And look, despite the headlines,
this guy's not getting out of jail anytime soon.
He's in federal custody right now.
He will face federal charges.
He will face state charges.
Even if Ben, even if this guy is found to be incompetent,
they're going to make him competent.
They'll give him drugs for whatever schizophrenia
or whatever the hell his mental.
disorder is they make him confidence. And the whole point of this is you make him confidence under our,
you know, under our case law that these judges have said that under our case law, that they have to,
that there are different standards than the fate different states, different federal standards.
But essentially under the case law, this guy has to be mentally competent to stand trial so we can
assist, he can understand the charges against him and he can assist his criminal defensive
attorneys with his defects. They need to drug this guy. They need to make him competent.
They need to go through the trial, find him guilty, convict him, and then give him the most brutal
death penalty that's available. So I'm worried about the state level because it is the state
level that released this man 14 different times. And we know some of the judges who did it, including the
last judge, after a promissary note saying, I promise never to murder again. Like, that's what he said.
He wrote that on a napkin. And the judge said, you're free, right? Way to go. You're welcome to go
into any of the clinics, of course, that my family runs that we get state dollars for.
The whole thing seems like a massive racket, Mike, to release as many violent criminals back
onto the street as possible. Seems like a Somali fraud level racket where these same judges
are involved in rehab centers that then take that,
that then bill the taxpayers for the rehabilitation of these animals
and then put them back on the street to murder again.
Can you speak to sort of the woke rot that is inside of these local level judicial systems?
Yeah, you see these with these Soros-funded prosecutors,
these Soros-funded judges.
They are left-wing.
They are Marxist.
They are anarchist.
And their goal is to create misery in our society.
They want our cities destroyed.
They want capitalism to fail.
They want America to fail.
They want the West to fail.
And when we have just absolute misery in our cities and across our country,
that's when they're going to use it as their opportunity to replace capitalism with Marxism.
And this isn't some theory.
This is what they've been doing.
the Marxists have been doing for the last 100 years,
100 million people dead over the last 100 years.
And this is their playbook.
George Soros is doing this.
You're seeing this in cities across America,
like in D.C. suburbs, where we have Fairfax County,
DA, releasing violent criminals.
The judges are releasing violent criminals.
And until you throw these prosecutors,
until you throw these judges out of office,
until we hold them politically accountable,
until we name and shame these bastards,
nothing's going to change.
These judges and these prosecutors need to feel the political heat.
They need to be named in shames.
They need to be shamed in their communities
until they have an attitude adjustment about this.
Because it's unacceptable that this monster was in jail 14 times.
I don't give a damn if he has schizophrenia,
if he's crazy.
Put him in a mental hospital,
but he should not have been on the street to slash this young beautiful woman's throat on a public transit system in Charlotte.
Yes. So that I think it begs the question. Like if they could rig the system this many times, if you wouldn't mind Klein, put that back up.
These are all of his mugshots, all of his previous mugshots. Many of them for violent crimes, Mike, 14 different times.
If they could rig the system this time, why not rig the system on this charge as well?
I mean, of course it's his lawyer sitting there saying, you know, just sit in the wheelchair
and drool and don't answer any questions, act dumb, and they'll declare you incompetent.
You'll be able to skate away from this death penalty charge, right?
Like, I mean, they're trying to rig the system again, Mike.
How do we stop it?
Yeah, I mean, let's be more controversial, Ben, because that's what I do on your show.
I'll be very direct about this. DeCarlos Brown Jr. is one of the foot soldiers for the left.
They love this guy. They are, DeC Carlos Brown Jr. is doing the Marxist work. They use people like DeCardos
Brown Jr. These violent thugs, they import Islamist from these third world hellholes, and they create chaos
in the West. They create chaos in Europe. They create chaos in America. So that's what's happening here.
You have these elites Marxist prosecutors, these elite Marxist judges, oftentimes white, who like to racialize everything.
And they use thugs like to Carlos Brown Jr. I called them the violent black underclass, which gets me in trouble, but I don't give a damn because that's exactly what we're dealing with.
And these monsters kill people. We don't hear about it when these monsters are killing other black people in cities every day.
when these poor black people are stuck in these fatherless homes, failed government school monopoly,
crime-ridden neighborhoods, intergenerational poverty, we don't hear about it, right?
And it's sickening that we don't hear about it because that's exactly what these Democrats,
these Marxists are doing.
They keep them trapped in these urban hellholes.
We hear about it when we see, you know, this beautiful white girl getting killed and it becomes a national story.
And it's, it's, it's awful.
This is part of the Democrats plan.
This is intentional.
This is their design.
They are Marxists who are creating chaos in our cities.
So can you please speak to the DOJ and what the DOJ must do here as it pertains to a hate crime,
as it pertains to justice for DeCarlos Brown Jr.
I'm not, I just, Mike, I'm just, I don't have a lot of faith in the local level prosecutors or judges
because they're the ones who gave us.
to Carlos Brown Jr. out on the street 14 different times.
And so the federal the federal DOJ coming in over the top here, leveling charges.
I hear that this is being worked on right now from inside of the DOJ.
I hear that they're running this case right now.
What must happen to deliver justice here?
Well, Pam Bondi has already arrested this guy.
This guy is arrested under federal murder charges because he did this on public transit,
which is a federal crime to do it on public transit.
So this guy's facing federal murder charges and the death penalty.
I think it's in the Western District of North Carolina.
And you're exactly right, Ben.
Charlotte has been overrun by these latte liberals, these white liberals,
and they're being duped by their Marxist politicians, right?
And so they're voting for these Marxists.
These Marxists are letting people like to car.
Carlos camp out 14 times, 14 times.
Again, if this guy is truly incompetent, if he's truly crazy, if he's schizophrenic,
he should not be wandering the streets.
He should be in a padded room where he can't kill people like he did to this beautiful
young woman.
This is part of the Democrats' design.
They want the crime.
They want the chaos.
They want the misery.
because when you create a miserable society,
it creates the political will to change that society.
And that's what they're trying to do.
They're trying to replace American capitalism with their Marxism.
And they're using these violent thugs like this,
DeCarlos Brown or whatever the hell his name is.
They're Islamists, their third world, Trenda, Ragua, MS-13.
This is part of the design.
This is what George Soros has done in Europe and what he's doing in America.
So what, if Mike Davis was the judge and jury, what must be done here?
Look, under the 14th Amendment, for these state charges, and frankly, under the Fifth Amendment
for federal charges, or Sixth Amendment, excuse me, you can't have cruel and unusual
punishments. And I want to make sure people understand it's cruel and unusual. It's not cruel
or unusual.
So what I would do is give this guy the most brutal execution that passes constitutional muster, right?
And if you look at our founding, and if you look at after the Civil War, we had some pretty brutal executions because they weren't unusual, right?
They may have been cruel, but they weren't unusual.
So I would deliver the same justice that this, this, this, this.
monster delivered to that young woman on that tray.
What would be your advice to the DOJ?
I want to use this show to give like to do probably what I didn't do enough of during
the Epstein saga, which is to like scream at the top of my lungs
that Americans need to see transparency here. They need to see justice here.
And they need to see this taken with extreme seriousness because this is just one of those cases
that has more prominence than most.
People care a lot about it.
Charlie's like last tweet,
Charlie Kirk's last tweet,
one of his last tweets on Earth was about Arina Zastruca,
and he was killed the next day.
And I'm not saying there's a connection.
I'm just saying that this is something of like deep permanence to our society.
It matters, Mike, because, well, we have,
we will lose all faith in society if this man goes free,
or if this man gets ruled incompetent
and can spend the rest of his days in a taxpayer-funded hotel, right, being pampered and fed jello.
Like that, like, we will lose, like, we will lose faith in the systems. So what must the DOJ do
to prove to fathers like me that my daughters won't end up like arena as a shruca?
Yeah, and just think of, I mean, we all think about this, been if the races were reversed here,
there would be outrage all over this country, right? But this is just a violence,
black thug who killed a white girl. So we're not hearing much about this case. I have full,
like I have full confidence and Pam Bondi, I have full confidence in Todd Blanche. And he's tough as
hell just like Pam was. And I guarantee you they will continue to pursue the death penalty.
You have, you have an interesting jury pool in Charlotte. So you're going to get some, you know,
blue-haired freak in Charlotte who may not go along with the death penalty, but they need to
pursue this and make an example out of this monster. And it's just totally unacceptable that you have
a young, beautiful young woman minding her own business on a public transit, because Democrats
don't want us driving cars. Only the elite liberals get to drive cars, but they're going to put
people on these public transit systems and let these violent thugs kill people.
No, it's totally unacceptable. This guy needs to be brutally executed.
We're out of time, Mike, but very quickly, impeaching the judges. Just a question I wanted to ask you.
How tough is that what must be done here to ensure that the judges that put this man out there?
I mean, they're probably as responsible for the murder as to Carlos Brown Jr., in my opinion.
Well, I think in North Carolina, I'd have to look at this, but I think they're elected down there, but I'm not certain.
but when you have a bunch of, you know,
liberal white women in Charlotte electing these judges who are freeing these monsters
who are raping and kidnapping and torturing and murdering women,
you know, what the hell can you do with these idiots?
So, I mean, this is where the state legislature can step up.
I think there's a super majority of Republicans in the state legislature.
Republicans need to do what the Democrats do,
which is earn power and use power.
Use that power to just eliminate these judge ships
and these in Charlotte and other left wing hellholes
and put responsible adults in charge.
Yes.
Okay.
Well, we'd love to see.
I mean, we'd love to, quite frankly,
like, to Carlos Brown Jr.,
going to get in trouble for saying this,
but like, he told us who he was.
He did, he screamed.
at the top of his lungs, 14 different times, I will commit a murder. I will be violent again.
I will hurt innocent people. He was actually the only honest person in all of this.
I'm trying not to get in trouble here, but follow me here. He yelled at the system,
incarcerate me for life. Make sure that I cannot do this again. He kept screaming it and nobody did it.
And on some level, then, the responsibility falls on the system to have not.
not listened, right? And we have and we have to look at that. Yeah, the responsibility falls on these
Democrat politicians who make it impossible to put these lunatics in mental hospitals. That's right.
Yes, that's right. The blood is on their hands. Reopen the mental hospitals. Yeah, they want to let
these these crazies out there on the streets to, to suffer and die and kill people. Hell no. The blood
is on these Democrat politicians and judges' hands who allow us. It's exactly right. Thank you, Mike.
God bless you. Everybody follow Mike Davis. You probably already do. He has half a million
subscribers right here on X. Godspeed Mike and the Article III project fighting for your freedoms
and fighting for this nation like no other absolute bare knuckle brawlers. Godspeed, Mike.
Thank you. Ladies and gentlemen, seize your American future. It's hard to do that,
frankly, if you're murdered on a bus, it's hard to do that. If you also are drowning in credit card
debt, if you're drowning in debt, I don't want you to be there. I want you to be out of that debt.
and I want you to be liberated.
I want everybody in this country to live free.
American financing can do that for you.
American financing helps get people back on track and out of high interest.
Credit card debt using the home equity that they have in order to consolidate
and get back below the Fed's funds rates and to get, well, more money in your pocket and out of debt slavery.
We're against it.
We're against people like living in bondage.
We want you to be liberated.
American financing can help American financing.
America's Home for Home Loans at 888-528-1219.
19. You can call today 888 528-28-1219, Americanfinancing.net slash Benny for liberation here.
A man who has, well, been liberating in Congress. It's a breath of fresh air to see Brandon Gill just absolutely blowing up.
We're proud to have been one of the shows that he started going on. I think when he was first running for Congress, big fans of him, his family and everything that he's doing.
He just rings like a bell and his voice for a different.
generation in Congress that actually understands these issues with extreme clarity. Welcome,
Congressman Brandon Gill to the program. Brandon, welcome back. It's good to be here. Yeah, thanks for
having me, Benny. Yeah, a lot of stuff going on right now, and I wanted to cover a lot of ground here,
but maybe if you, if you wouldn't mind, could we just like jump from the conversation we have with
Mike Davis about DeC Carlos Brown Jr. And what must happen in order to guarantee that fathers, young
fathers like you and young fathers like me that our children will not suffer the same fate as
arenas astruca what has to be done here because you you're you're going to have an atomized society
brandon if you if you don't show people that murderous animals like this will be punished and
punished severely and hopefully publicly um then you're going to have people checking out of course you will
and on on an abstract level it's an issue of just upholding the rule of law in the united
states, which should be a pretty basic and easily understandable concept. But what we have,
obviously, are these insane judges who are giving criminals a slap on the wrist, who are letting
criminals free to roam our streets because they're deemed mentally incompetent or for whatever
reason, because they just want, you know, at some point you wonder, do they just want criminals on
our streets, period?
Hey there, I'm Paula Pan. I help people make the smartest money decisions possible.
Do not ever worry about your salary.
You need enough to make sure that you aren't in a bad financial position.
Once you have that, your salary becomes moot.
What matters from that point forward, upside gains.
Any type of ownership stake or ownership potential, that's the money.
Remember, you can afford anything, just not everything.
Afford anything.
Follow and listen on your favorite platform.
Is that just the goal of this?
It's the goal just to rip civil society.
into and create an atomized America.
But I think we do have to start going after these judges because their job.
The reason judges exist is to uphold the rule of law.
And if they're not doing that, they ought to be impeached.
They ought to be removed.
I think, you know, Mike, Mike was mentioning maybe this judge was elected.
I don't know the rules in this specific instance.
But we have to start going after these judges in a legal way or in an electoral way,
if that's how this judge got to the bitch.
So talk to me about what should happen to DeC Carlos Brown Jr.
in a just society?
He should be executed swiftly, decisively.
He should, I mean, he should, of course, get a fair trial,
but it should be done quickly.
It should be executed after.
I mean, it's really simple.
And I think that, you know,
one of the problems we have now is every execution gets tied up legally
because you know, and it becomes a 30-year death row sentence.
And then there's all kinds of problems.
Is this, you know, cruel and unusual?
Is it not?
Just put them in front of a firing squad and be done with it.
I mean, you know, once somebody is guilty of committing a crime this painous, just get rid of them.
Yes.
Our ancestors had it right.
And what are you, what about the tricks that are used?
You sort of have made a cottage industry career here, Congressman,
at a calling out sort of the woke bag of tricks.
You do it often live during committee hearings, but it seems like they have in their basket a trick that's like, well, just drool in the chair in the corner, don't answer any questions, and you'll be able to avoid the death penalty.
And clearly his lawyers are advising him to do this.
And so one psychiatrist, I wonder how those, I wonder if that psychiatrist supports law and order.
one psychiatrist says he's incompetent and shouldn't be held accountable for his actions.
What do you say to that?
Yeah, I think that these psychiatrists should lose their license, lose all institutional credibility.
And at some point, the psychiatrist should be held accountable for this.
If you're taking somebody who is an absolute nut job, and frankly, I don't really care
if this is a person who has legitimate mental problems or not.
I just want them out off of our street.
But if this is somebody who actually is mentally capable and you have a psychiatrist who's
lying about it, they should be not only completely discredited, but should be legally
accountable for that, for the crimes that this animal is committing.
But the idea that we should look at somebody and say, well, you've got some minor mental
issue, therefore we're going to give you a slap on the wrist after you murders or rape
or do something absolutely grotesque and heinous is in.
insane. And we've got to, you know, return to first principles into some common sense and say,
I, you know, I don't really care about all of these sort of external factors that the left
uses to muddy up the legal picture. I just want these people off the streets. I, you know,
at the end of the day, I don't want murderers on the streets. I want them in jail or dead. That's it.
Well, that's where they belong in a civil society, El Salvador proved that you can actually create a
paradise. If you lock up about 1% of your population, your country becomes a paradise. The data is,
you don't even believe me. You just check and just follow the data. It was the most murderous country
in our entire hemisphere and now it's the most peaceful. And there's only one thing that they did
impeached, well, two things. Impeach the judges lock up the murders. You see it all over the country.
Now it's a small group of repeat criminals. I mean, open up the New York Post on any random Tuesday and
You'll see a new article about a random thug who was walking down the street and decided to just beat up a random old lady in a nice part of Manhattan for no reason whatsoever.
And he gets arrested and you find out this is somebody who has a hundred or more prior arrests for doing the same thing or for robbing a store or for, you know, urinating on the sidewalk.
Who knows?
You know, just somebody who has a complete barbarian who's been committing crimes over and over and over again.
gets arrested and is let out onto the streets.
It's the same pattern.
It really is just a small number of people who can make all the difference in the world
if we just lock them up and get them off of our streets.
Yes.
Okay.
Well, I mean, we hope we hope very much that this is something that doesn't become once again
another like black pill.
It's something that we, you know, I'd like to see some major wins from our Justice Department.
We hope that the federal government steps up here.
But final, final, you know, final question, as somebody who's very much a law and order,
Republican in Congress, and you're constantly banging on in these committee hearings and making
an incredible name for yourself in Congress and doing so.
What must the DOJ do here? Because again, I have no faith, congressmen in the local
prosecutors or the local judges. But the DOJ is something else. The DOJ is run by us.
The DOJ is run by a law and order movement.
What must they do?
Yeah, I think there's probably a few different angles and without getting into the specifics of this and how to, you know, I think that you can start looking at other ways to get these criminals off the streets.
One, but the DOJ should also start looking at discrediting judges who are releasing criminals onto our sidewalks, going after them in a professional capacity or, I think even more holding them legally and holding them legally account.
for the crimes that these people commit after they've been released onto the streets.
That's one thing that could go a long ways.
You have these judges, whether they're appointed, whether they're elected or however else on the state and local level,
who basically don't have any accountability for themselves at all.
So they release a murder onto the streets.
They go, you know, beat up somebody else, murder somebody else, and nothing happens to the judge.
And I think that those judges ought to be held accountable.
and that's something maybe the DOJ can step in and do.
Excellent.
We'd love to see more deportations in our country.
Yeah.
We'd love to see, and we love to see some of the numbers that are out.
For instance, this morning, there's a great graph.
I know that we have it right here, ALX.
Could you pop it up, please, a graph of what it looks like.
Let's see, right here.
Thank you.
The amnet, the, thank you.
There you go.
Thanks, guys.
This is spectacular.
Asylum grants from the administration to administration.
This is a massive win, doing our level-headed best to, like, chalk up the winds.
But this is going to be totally undercut Congressman if Republicans push an amnesty bill,
which I cannot believe, but this dignitad, dignity-d-bill bill,
is something that is actually being proposed by so-called Republicans in Congress,
voters asked for mass deportations, and Republicans are handing us amnesty.
Is that what's going on right now?
Well, we're going to make sure that doesn't happen.
The Dignad Act is a bill that's been introduced,
is actually introduced last year,
and it's been sort of resurrected this year again,
and there's been a renewed push for it.
But remember, it's a bill.
It's written that the name is in a foreign language,
because it's a bill that benefits foreigners at the expense of American citizens.
And it is plain and simple an amnesty bill.
It's a bill that would immediately, immediately give amnesty to about 12 million illegal aliens
who are in the country right now.
And then on top of that, it would handcuff the president and stop him from deporting
other illegal aliens who are in the country, effectively.
And then on top of that, it would bring more illegal aliens into the country
who have been previously deported under the first Trump administration, if those illegal aliens meet
certain criteria, meaning this bill says they shouldn't have been deported to begin with.
So this is a mass migration bill, and that's why I've been fighting this like crazy.
It is the biggest betrayal Republicans could possibly conceive of.
Whenever we ran last cycle on a platform of mass deportations, and we were given a trifecta,
and the president won the popular vote.
And to turn around and to take that mandate of deportations and then give voters amnesty
would be a gross betrayal.
I mean, it would rip our party apartment and we would deserve to see our party ripped apart.
So I'm going to make sure this doesn't go anywhere in the House.
It shouldn't get a vote in committee.
It shouldn't get a vote on the House floor.
We need to make sure the American people know what this bill is and what it does because it is rank amnesty.
Why are Republicans pushing this?
Like at this moment, at this time, it's like a pretty low point where you can't get the Save Act passed.
Right.
We then hand them this, but total and complete insult, this spit in their faces.
It's just like, do you not want anyone to ever vote Republican again?
Right, exactly.
You know, whenever we say things on the campaign trail, it actually needs to mean something.
You know what? You do so well in politics if you just do what you said you'd do on the campaign trail. It's pretty simple. But to your point, of all times right now, is about the worst time we could ever do a dynasty bill. We had four years of open borders under the Biden administration. 15 million illegal aliens come into our country totally rip our society apart. You have schools that can't function properly because they're four.
of children who speak foreign languages so our people are not getting educated. If hospitals
lines are really long and costs are getting out of control, in part because we're subsidizing
health care of illegal aliens who go to the emergency room and use that as their primary care
doctor. You know, you have more traffic accidents because illegal aliens are driving truck drivers.
I mean, 18 wheelers. I mean, I could go on and on and on and on all day about the problems with
with mass migration and what it's done to our country.
And to see that and to see the American people rising up and begging us,
begging us to secure the border and deport illegal alien so that we can actually have a
country again, a sovereign nation where our people are in control is grotesque.
I mean, it makes you sick to even think about it.
So it is beyond me why right now of all times we're contemplating an amnesty bill.
But luckily we have a president in the White House,
but I don't think would ever touch this bill with a 10,
I don't want to speak for him,
but I don't think he would touch this bill with a 10-foot pole.
But we need to make sure every single Republican in Congress will not touch it either.
So Republican in Congress,
put big air quotes around that because Maria Elvira Salazar has posted
in what seems to be an attack directly on you,
read the bill before you open your mouth.
She says. Calling the Dignity Act, amnesty isn't wrong. It's deliberate distortion. She's very angry
about you calling this an amnesty bill. In fact, she's quote tweeting you here, forgive me. Yes,
that's exactly what she's doing. Okay, so your response to Maria Salazar.
Well, I didn't read the bill. And you know, it doesn't matter if you want to use vague generalizations
or some kind of semantic obfuscation to claim that a bill that gives legal status to 12 million illegal
aliens is not amnesty. That's insane. And everybody can see through that. Everybody knows that that's
amnesty. And by the way, if you have to go on a massive media tour to convince people that your bill is an
amnesty, it probably is amnesty. You know, I don't know. What else do you call it? If you have
12 million people who are illegal aliens, who we all acknowledge should never have come into the
country and they're given legal status. If that's not amnesty, what is? I mean, seriously, what is
amnesty if that is not it. You know, and then, and then on top of that, to add insult to injury to bring
more illegal aliens into the country who are already deported to stop the president effectively
from, you know, let's just dig, she said, you didn't read the bill. Let's dig into this bill a little
bit. So what it does is it says, what it, what it does is it says that whenever immigration officials
have an illegal alien, whenever they have an illegal alien, whenever they have an illegal,
alien detained, they capture somebody. They cannot deport that person. That person is not deportable
if they came into the country over five years ago, basically before the Biden administration.
So the question is, how do immigration officials make that determination? These are undocumented
immigrants, as we're always told. There aren't documented. We don't have evidence here. They just go
off of whatever the illegal alien says. So any illegal alien who came in under the Biden administration,
who gets apprehended by officials can just say, you know, I've been in here for more than five years.
How are we going to prove otherwise?
How?
I mean, that's a legitimate question.
How?
And the answer is that you can't.
And that freezes deportations for that person for two years.
So this does, I mean, this is the absolute opposite of everything we ran on.
The absolute opposite of all of the good things the president is doing right now.
And that's why it's so, not only is it bad policy, it's insulting.
There are some really remarkable pieces of demographic data that are really impressive.
The birth rate in red states is skyrocketing the population rate in red states,
skyrocketing the population of blue cities.
And blue states is wholesale collapsing unlike anything we've ever seen.
Native-born births are skyrocketing, foreign-born births are collapsing.
There's some very good and positive signs.
There's like a rebirth, a literal resurgence, re-energization of what,
It means to be an American.
I'm not sure if re-energization is a real thing,
but it sounds right in the time.
But this totally undercuts it.
It makes me so angry how Republicans
can just like punch themselves,
you know, directly in the balls
every time that we get ahead a little bit.
And, you know, I think part of it is,
part of it is based on us having no will
to actually do anything about the evil
that is going on in our society.
One final thing I want to talk to you
about Congressman right here.
This happened down the street for me.
Here's a Haitian.
that came here under those exact same Biden policies you're talking about.
There's a Haitian, there's a monster
that doesn't belong anywhere near a Western or civilized society
with a hammer this monster,
attacked and beat to death a woman on the sidewalk
outside of a filling station.
The video is so horrific, I can't play it for you here,
it will get us gated.
But it's awful.
You can see it online if you wish.
It is the worst possible result and the most predictable possible result, the Biden administration flooding our country with every third world sub-70 IQ murderer and rapist and degan on earth.
And my question to you is this is not like, is this terrible?
Because we all know that it's terrible.
We all know that it's awful.
We've heard the lines over and over again.
My question to you is this, like in a perfect world, in a world where we had will to power, shouldn't we be dragging in every?
member of the Biden administration that allowed for this and charging them with the spilt blood
of Americans, shouldn't they be accessories to this crime? Every single one, including Joe Biden,
all the way up to Joe Biden, but certainly Mayorkas and everybody at DHS that wrote these policies.
The ink is on the paper. We can see exactly who did this to our people. Shouldn't we be charging them?
Of course we should. I mean, Biden, Mayorkas, basically his entire administration who
told us there's nothing we can do to stop millions of people from coming across the border.
By the way, we know that there's a lot. We can do because President Trump did that.
There's nothing we can do. We have to just let these Haitians flood your community and tear
your neighborhood apart and murder our people and rape our people. And I mean, I saw the video that
you alluded. It is incredibly disturbing how this woman was murdered by this Haitian.
So of course we need accountability. These are people in the Biden administration.
who deliberately did not uphold the law that are on laws that are on the books right now and were on the books then in order to create a what they believed to be a political environment that was favorable to that would be favorable to them long term.
In other words, they were importing voters and their goal was to rig our political elections.
And all of, you know, this murder, the little girls who are being slaughtered in our streets, the people who are getting in.
car accidents because illegal aliens are driving 18 wheelers, all of that. That's just collateral
damage for the left. And that's how they view the American people. It is grotesque, but yes,
we need accountability. And that's why we need mass deportations to get these people out of our
country. They never should have been here to begin with. And they have no right to be here.
You know, you talk about dignity or dignidad. The dignidad I'm worried about is the dignity of the
American people like this lady who was slaughtered on our streets because we let it because the
Democrats let in so many illegal aliens. Just a last quick question about the state of Texas.
I know that you love the state of Texas greatly. There's a lot going on there.
And while we could sit here and bang on and on and it's righteously so about illegal immigration,
there's been a lot to be made of legal immigration into the state of Texas.
There's like a new mosque built every single day. There's documentaries like this from a big,
YouTuber, 10 million subscribers, Tyler Olivera, where he goes to Frisco.
That Frisco is like soon to be a majority Indian city based on H-1B visa.
I would call them scams because of course you can find Americans to do these jobs,
but they've been able to rig the system and been able to build effectively the biggest Hindu temple in the world.
They're in Frisco, Texas with like some of the biggest idols in the world.
It's like it seems insane to me.
It seems suicidal for a culture and civilization.
Is this happening in your backyard, Congressman? I just wanted to get your take on it.
Yeah, well, first of all, the Dignidad Act would expand legal immigration by about 50%.
Legal immigration is already way too high and would flood our country with even more worker visa.
So just to put that out there first. But you're right, we've got communities like Frisco that have been
totally transformed, whether it's Islamic immigration or immigration from anywhere else in Asia.
I don't want Muslim prayer call.
I don't want to hear Muslim calls to prayer in my community.
I do not want the caste system socially and the schools that my kids are going to
because we've had so many people come to the United States who are not assimilating into American culture.
I want to live in an America that's actually American.
And if you go to some of these areas, you feel like you're in a foreign country.
And that's a problem.
You know, America is for our people.
We have a distinct heritage, a distinct culture that's really.
rooted in historical experience in the in the united states and that's something that we as
conservatives should seek to actually conserve and that means not flooding our country with
infinity immigration every single year whether it's because of illegal immigration or legal
immigration under the guise of you know you know economic interest or or anything else and the
reality is with with h1b and i think i watched some of the some of the clips that that came out
This is a program that has an enormous amount of fraud.
The idea that we would bring in a 7-Eleven worker from India or anywhere across the globe
into our country to work at a gas station because we can't find Americans to work behind the counter at a gas station.
I mean, that's asinine.
I mean, it's idiotic and we all know it.
So, you know, in my opinion, the H-1B program at this point should just be abolished outright.
We don't need it.
There's too much fraud in it.
You've got all kinds of issues, particularly in areas like Frisco, where fake businesses are popping up and they're being used to bring more people in with these H-1B visas.
And then, by the way, you've chained migration where once people come here, they start bringing their family to an unlimited degree.
After 19 years, they're back.
Frankie Munis, Brian Cranston, and the rest of the family reunite in Malcolm in the middle, life's still unfair.
After 10 years avoiding them, Hal and Lois demand Malcolm be at their anniversary party, pulling him straight back into their chaos.
Malcolm in the middle, life's still unfair.
A special four-part event, streaming April 10th on Hulu on Disney Plus.
It has to end at some point, and I think that point is now.
You just can't believe what you just said.
I really can't.
I've been doing the show for years.
I've been publishing on the internet for a very long time, for 20 years now, right?
way back in the old days with Breitbart.
And I've never heard a more clear and concise rings like a bell repudiation of third world open borders globalism and what conservatives should stand against.
Like this was that was such a refreshing answer, Congressman.
It was so incredible to just hear that.
And if that is the future of our party, then the future is going to be glorious.
because preserving American culture and our histories and not sacrificing them on the altar of
globalism is the only way forward, actually.
It's the only way to declare that you're America first.
Wow, that was refreshing.
Gosh, that's refreshing.
Well done.
Okay, everyone followed Brandon Gill.
I mean, that's the best endorsement you can possibly get.
Everyone followed Brandon Gill.
here's his congressional account. It's 300,000 followers. He has also a personal account. You should follow as well. And man, again, like, again, rings like a bell. Thank you, Congressman.
Thanks for having me on. Now is the time from World Clearly, we've, I mean, we genuinely, it's not just right. We have a country to save. Yes. Yes, that's right. That's right. And it is, the hour is late, right? So, thank you, Congressman. Godspeed. Thank you.
get like emotional here like listening to answers like that like the clarity to just say that
like no america's not about infinity immigration america's about america why is it okay for every other
culture to come and displace us somehow it's not okay for us to go displace any other culture
not that i would ever want to i don't i don't want to live anywhere else lives would lose their
minds they did oh the british they colonized india best thing ever happened in india but
whatever.
British, they colonize India.
Got to have the British out.
God,
he's such a good guy.
It's like,
it's like,
they lose their mind.
What is any other,
like the Japanese,
Japan is for the Japanese.
China's for the Chinese.
You can't go and impose our way of life on them.
Of course,
we should have infinity Indians,
infinity Chinese people,
infinity Haitians here,
never assimilate,
degrade every single community,
degrade our law,
our order, our society, to the point of atomization,
to the point that it does,
like if you dilute it enough,
if you dilute any substance enough,
then it becomes undetectable.
I mean, if the solution is,
if this,
if you add enough solution,
then you just atomize entirely
where you're trying to dilute.
Chemical principles, thermodynamics,
man, nice to hear that said so clearly.
Goodness, I hope that clip's going to be a bang.
Ladies and gentlemen, when you're listening to our show,

I'm going to call Patriot right now.
A Viva Frye.
Ready to join the show.
Let's rock and roll.
Aviva, what up, brother?
How you doing?
Nothing.
It's good to be called a patriot
compared to some of the names
I've been facing online these days.
But the world is going crazy.
It'll stabilize sooner than later.
Our show doesn't care.
We posted a New York Times article yesterday
that described how Viby Netanyahu lied to the president.
And that's how they described it.
And it goes into extreme detail
as to how that happened.
And the White House knew he was lying and our CIA knew he was lying and so on.
But like you catch so much hell by just like telling the truth, right, by just saying these things.
And by the way, like I'm not saying I'm not against anyone.
I'm not against any country, right?
I'm not against anyone.
I'm for America.
I want our president to get good information.
I also hate it, Viva, when Zelensky goes into the White House and lies and disrespects our president.
I also hate that.
So like, no, but we're living in this post information world now where people are going to accuse you for now relying on the New York Times.
They say, oh, New York Times is an MSM rag and now you're relying on it because it says what you want to believe.
When people don't really understand, MSM, you know, they lie, they're propagandists.
They're not always wrong and there is way of corroborating what MSM says.
When Snopes, for example, is a propagandist rag, when it's forced to acknowledge something that runs counter to the next.
narrative, you know, it can be more reliable than when they confirm a story that is just pure
propaganda. But the New York Times will not be wrong all the time. And sometimes when they have
actual sources and actual names, not anonymous sources close to the story, it's more reliable.
And you say something like this, Benny, you're going to start taking the same flack. Now,
Gerard from the Crowder Show, guaranteed he's going to start taking flack now that he proposed
that maybe Israel stopped bombing Lebanon in an attempt to allow the ceasefire with Iran to, you know,
create some fruits. He'll start getting attacked the same way.
Joe Kent has been lamb-based for the last month.
Like, listen, man, there's, like, there's empirical truth.
You have to be able to say true things.
You have to be able to talk about things.
Like, here's a truism if you care about this country.
And by the way, it's my only country I got, right?
I was born here.
My, I did a, I did like a 23 in me.
Like, I'm just like the mutt of like every, you know, everything in Northern Europe.
I'm just like the biggest mutt of.
I don't have a land.
I don't have some homeland.
I'm so far removed.
I'm like a seventh generation American.
I'm so far removed from any of any European ancestry.
Yeah, I think you're, are you still Canadian?
Well, I'm still Canadian.
Florida is my home.
And I do, you know, one day, one day, you know, I'll be the official American, American man or Florida man, you know, God willing.
I'll support you.
I'll endorse your, you need people to validate for you.
I'll vouch for you, Viva.
People need to understand this as well.
you know, like I left Canada after having run for government in Canada because the Canadian people spoke.
They wanted more liberal communist crap. You come down to America and people say, Viva, why are you
criticizing, you know, not everything. Why are you criticizing the government? First of all, when I came down,
it was under Biden. You know, if Kamala had gotten reelected, there was a very real risk that they
come after the likes of me for my support of the Jan Sixers and calling out that persecution.
Criticism is not always wrong. And sometimes it is, you know, the good advice from people who have
seen it happen in their own country, don't let it happen here.
And don't let constructive criticism within one movement be deemed to be disloyal.
You shut everyone up.
You shut everyone out.
And then lo and behold, no one is there to make sure that you don't make mistakes in real time.
And then what happens?
Democrats take control.
Democrats win 2028.
And then you're back to Kamala Harris on steroids, also known as potentially AOC or Gavin Newsom.
Totally, dude.
I guess the point I'm trying to, exactly.
The point I'm trying to make is like, I'm trying to help here.
The president needs accurate information.
We need to have allies that we trust.
You're like, these are critical things.
And you understand them in the context of Europe, NATO, Japan, China.
I wouldn't like Xi Jinping to come in and lie to the president either.
You know, you need to be able to have clarity on these issues.
And people's lives are at stake.
So that's all that we're calling for.
And if you're against that, like, screw you.
You know, honestly.
Like, if you can't, if you're so far gone that you're like my boutique interests of Trump,
the president, getting good information to keep Americans alive, well, F you.
Like, honestly, like, I share nothing with you then, right?
It's the, it's the juvenile perspective of criticism is fundamentally bad.
I mean, sheltering kids is how they grow up to be, you know, sort of defective adults.
Living in a bubble is how you make yourself more susceptible to viruses, not less.
So exposure, but conflicting ideas, open dialogue and open discussion, debate, even among the same side.
It's how you make sure that you don't make mistakes.
And if you're making mistakes, you get out of that mistake sooner than later.
Exactly correct.
Exactly correct.
And it's like amazing how you can apply that to your marriage.
It's amazing how you apply that to like friendships and your life.
Like you like the only the only way out is through and also admitting the mistakes that you made.
And that's it.
That's the only way you save your own soul, in fact.
Okay, speaking of saving souls, just really quickly.
Arena Zastruca is the top of the trends on like everything right now.
And this to Carlos Brown Jr., you know, murderer is, it seems like they're reaching
into their woke bag of tricks to try and get him out of jail.
Or maybe not trying to get around jail.
I'm not sure if that's possible, but definitely to save his life.
He's facing the death penalty.
What should have happened here, Viva?
It's interesting.
At the time this story broke, I took also a little bit of flack for, you know, being the
sissy Canadian.
It was being framed as black on white violence.
It was being used to promote a certain racial narrative.
On the one hand, the other angle, which was also being played, which I think was more
just, is the revolving door legal justice system.
you know, undiagnosed mental illness question. At the time, I said, it's not to downplay or minimize
the atrocity. It's an atrocity, full stop, pure and simple. It was quite clear it wasn't, you know,
racially motivated in the sense of a sane individual, having some sort of inherent racist beliefs
and then acting on those racist beliefs. The guy was clearly psychotic, schizophrenic,
whatever, mentally ill diagnosed for a long time, calling up for help, trying to effectively get
arrested even beforehand. That doesn't minimize anything.
And when people say now his defense team has filed a motion to declare him mentally incompetent,
that they've assessed him and deemed him to be mentally incapable to stand trial.
A, you know, the crime is so heinous.
On the one hand, I say anybody who does it has to be mentally ill schizophrenic in the first place.
But B, to the extent that he is in the legal sense and therefore not legally responsible
because he's in a dissociative state, he doesn't walk.
This dude's going to spend oftentimes just longer than the crime, but with this type of crime,
it might be, you know, the rest of his life in a mental institution, as he will be
definitively institutionalized if he's not incarcerated.
But, you know, it's, you know, the defense is going to do it.
In this case, there's going to be an argument to make that this guy has a long history
of mental illness.
Some people are going to say he knew right from wrong when he stabbed her in the neck.
You know, clearly there are cases where, you know, apparently he's calling from prison saying
that there's, you know, there's matter in his brain that made him do it.
If anybody's ever had any experience dealing with a schizophrenic, they're deletive
are a reality. It doesn't make them not responsible for their actions and they can't be
allowed to roam free if they have schizophrenic thoughts that allow them to spontaneously murder
people. But it is a legal issue that they're going to have to adjudicate. Is this guy unfit to stand trial
for murder? But what about the judges who've released him so many times? I mean, isn't, again,
I'm probably going to get in trouble for saying this. And I said it on the last hour.
But isn't DeCarlos Brown Jr. the only person being honest here? Because DeCarler Brown
told the judicial system and institutions that he was insane, that he was violent, that he is an
animal, and that he needs to be locked up like an animal. He screamed that at the top of his lungs
again and again and again. And doesn't it at some point, let's say this guy is insane,
and there are insane people in the world. And we did close down all of our mental institutions.
And that's what's led, frankly, to all of the homelessness and so much violence and crime is because
we shut down the mental institutions. It's total evil and banal things we do. But like, you know,
know, at some point, shouldn't we go after the judges who, like, didn't listen?
Isn't it up to then the adults in the room?
If this man is a child or an infantile, like, sub- IQ, you know, schizophrenic, demon-possessed, whatever, you want to call it?
Like, doesn't then the responsibility fall to the adults in the room to have performed and gotten them off the street forever?
You know, you're going to be dealing with these immunity issues of judges acting within reasons of, you know, the bounds of their practice.
The short answer to this question is going to be, no, you're never going to get a judge who released him to be held liable.
The last judge who released him, you know, and there was some question as to whether or not she had an indirect interest in a rehab centers where she might have been directing some of the people that she released easily, you know, without a severe punishment.
It is, it's structural.
It's, I say cultural to some extent.
We've gotten to the point now where involuntary confinement, other than being basically impossible, you get the suicide.
empathy, to quote Gad's sad, of these judges who say, no, no, no, even a man who's in a psychotic
episode because of PCP intoxication, voluntary intoxication, even someone with schizophrenia can be
rehabilitated and we need to try to rehabilitate and then they'll get cured. The reality is there are
some people, the revolving door criminal justice system, you know, no bail, rehabilitation
for repeat offenders, it has to come to an end. But then, you know, the issue is you can't lock
somebody up for life when they haven't done an egregious murder. You can't get into thought
crime type stuff, but they can be punished and institutionalized for existing clear and demonstrable
mental illness. This guy was let go over and over and over again, despite, you know,
say literally calling for help, because I believe there's some evidence he was calling into,
you know, first responders for mental health issues. It's a system that is focusing on other
issues and not treating institutionalizing the mentally ill and incarcerating repeat violent offenders
who are responsible for a disproportionate amount of the violent crime out there. Viva, I have a graph.
My team is efforting it right now. We'll see. I have a graph. Alx loves it when I do this.
Can you give me that one random graph from like seven years ago? But there's a graph of homeless.
I'm sorry. Homelessness graded against the closures of the mental.
institutions in our country. And there has been mass closures of mental institutions. I think,
quite frankly, because of Hollywood propaganda, like one flew over the cuckoo's nest. You can track it,
literally, back to the suicidal empathy of the 70s and a boomer generation that decided,
oh, mental institutions were so were mean because everyone was nurse ratchet, you know.
And then like what, what actually happened then was cruelty. What actually happened then was
then we loosed all, there was no place for these people. We loosed them.
onto the public. We loose them onto the streets. Some of them aren't violent and they just literally
live in squalor where at the very least inside of an institution they would be cared for.
Should we be mass opening mental institutions once more?
See, the thing is there is a balance somewhere in between. First of all, like Skid Row and you can
see the population growth of Skid Row. It is nothing more than an outdoor unsupervised mental
institution. That's what happens. And we always say like you're not doing anybody a service by saying,
Okay, no, no, we won't, we won't detain, what is it called, it's an involuntary confinement.
We won't confine you because, you know, free will.
The flipside risk, however, and I'm from Montreal, Canada, where we had the Allen Memorial,
which was the mental institution where M.K. Ultra was operating out of.
The flip side is, you know, mass forced confinement, mass forced institutionalization.
It's used and abused by communist regimes.
They declare anybody who's politically dissident, mentally ill, and institution.
And so there is the middle ground somewhere in between. What's quite clear and what's causing it is a separate issue.
Mental illness is out of control, Canada and America, whether it's drugs, whether it's micro, you know, whether it's other issues, which I won't delve into.
It's out of control. It's on the rise. It's untreated, undiagnosed. And it's not even clear that the treatments for some of it is not exacerbating it.
But you got to find the middle ground.
Benny, when I used to be a practicing lawyer, the firm that I was working with did involuntary confinement, motions for involuntary confinement.
Interesting. You go to court and you know, you get a file the morning. They stopped doing it because it was too, too complicated on the one hand, but also, you know, you need to have an expertise when you ask for someone to be confined, you know, involuntarily. But you get a medical assessment from a doctor that says, after 72 hours, we've deemed this person to be a risk to themselves or others, and you go get them confined and against their will. And, you know, I saw some cases where quite clearly the person was not mentally ill and was not a risk to themselves or others. And the system sort of, luckily the judge has got it right.
but there's a middle ground that has to be found in there.
What's quite clear is that shutting down the institutions
and not just tolerating in the sense of untreat,
not treating the mental illness,
encouraging it, valorizing it,
it's led to what we've seen right now.
We live in an era where literally mental illness
is valorized, glamorized, and rewarded.
It's treated as a protected class.
We're not only do you not treat the mental illness,
but you coerce the non-mentally ill
to feed into and confirm the delusions of the mentally ill.
We're seeing the runoff of that right now.
But in cases like the North Carolina stabbing,
the guy should have been institutionalized a long time ago,
institutionalized placed on meds,
and then may be released after some period of time
where the violent tendencies would not manifest.
But we're seeing it.
In real time, institutions should come back,
but there has to be some guardrails
because otherwise government will abuse
that which the government has access to abuse.
I can think of so many online commentators
that I'd like to get detained in a mental institution.
Too many to name right now, Viva.
We could start, but we'd have to go to the next hour.
No, but then you see how easily it can get weaponized.
We're like, oh, yeah, all I have to do is there's an act in Florida.
I know, I'm making a joke.
I'm allowed to make a dad joke.
I'm allowed to make a dad joke about influencers on X, Viva.
I'm allowed.
We still laugh.
We need to laugh more.
Yes, true, though.
It's true.
There's the graph.
There it is.
You shut down all the mental health stills.
and then what happened?
The prison population explodes.
And then you have these people that actually need mental help
that are then going into prison.
The prisons are not fit to actually serve the prisons.
The prisons have become the mental institutions.
But that's terrible.
I have a sister-in-law actually works
as like a mental health professional in a prison.
It's horrible.
Oh, my gosh, it's the darkest.
The darkest dinner conversation you'll ever have.
It's like listening to this girl's stories.
Oh, oh, it's awful.
And then you throw into it, you know,
the mass, I say mass,
prescription, the over-prescription of SSRI, is the mass legalization of marijuana. And people think
that, you know, because marijuana is legal now, it's somehow not a very powerful psychotropic drug.
I went into the liquor store the other day to get the reasonable drugs, like, you know,
martini, gin. And I didn't even know what it was, but I see this like, this bottle that it says
THC and it's got a certain 10 milligrams or micro, I don't even know what it was. I'm like, I have no
experience with this. So I text someone who does it. Like, is that a lot? And then, you know,
They say, yeah, you know, whatever.
But young people who have no idea what this is have episodes where they get basically
over-intoxicated on these psychotropic drugs.
Kids now have access to these gummies because they see their parents eating on them.
And then they O.G on them and they have psychotic episodes and have to be hospitalized
from schools.
And I mean, this happens all over the place.
These are things that are contributing and exacerbating the mass mental illness issue.
But undiagnosed, untreated, and empowered mental illness has.
consequences.
I want to touch on this story.
We haven't been able to get to it with our other guests.
The locking up, or at least the charging and arresting of deep state leakers,
Viva, you're an old salt like me.
And you've been around long enough to remember what a nightmare this was for President
Trump in the first administration.
Now, Trump just couldn't get anything done because everything he did got leaked.
And it was often leaked and weaponized for political purposes.
Eric Chiarmelah is like a great example with the Ukraine phone call.
And just like how pernicious that is.
And Americans' life was at stake in the mountains of Iran.
And Trump said he's going to start going after deep state leakers.
And now we see the DOJ locking up.
There have been multiple arrests actually in the last 24 hours, last 12 hours of deep state leakers.
This is a good trend, do you say?
Again, it's a fine balance between weaponizing the powers of government against political dissident
and punishing leaking of classified information.
Do you remember, by the way, Eric Charmiela,
however you pronounce his last name?
You literally couldn't write it on Facebook or on social media
without everything getting scrubbed.
You couldn't mention it in YouTube.
I'm not totally familiar with the allegations in this particular case.
I know that the allegations are over a long period of time.
This woman was leaking classified information to a journalist who then published it,
and she was actually concerned about the fact that the articles contained a substantial amount of classified information.
It is, it's the risk of the Ed Snowden,
Julian Assange phenomenon, where one person's leaker is another person's whistleblower,
and the argument always is that for them to be whistleblowers, they have to go to the chain
of command that they believe is breaking the law in the first place. But then there's just
egregious leaking of classified information, A, to cause harm to the administration that they
want to sabotage from the get-go. And, you know, every case is a case by case basis.
We'll see where this one plays out. I've seen the allegations, as we say in French,
on diagonal. I'm going to look into it a little more, but by all accounts, if there's admissions
that she knew that what she was leaking to the journalist was classified, yeah, you know,
there's got to be a damn good reason for which you do it and some precautions taken even still.
But, yeah, it's good. I mean, it's with the law here, Viva. I hit you with the law.
Every good lawyer is going to say it's yes with the end. 18 U.S. Code 793. You ever heard of it?
I memorized it. Yes. No, you know, every lawyer always says the answer.
You know, is yes with a butt or no with an end.
I forget the exact joke, but, you know, it will depend on the facts,
but yes, I'm very familiar.
Classified information and not going through the proper channels
and what appears to have been deliberate to sabotage an administration.
Yes.
We're going to read this, whoever, for the purpose of obtaining information,
respecting national defense with the intent or reason to believe that the information is to be used
to injure the United States.
But it is wild because this was the argument that people were raising against Snowy.
And Assange saying that they, you know, what they released, placed lies at risk.
And then others said if exposing war crimes places a government at risk, well, I mean,
that government shouldn't be basically able to stand on its own.
You know, but some cases are going to be more black and white and others are going to be more gray zone.
Oh, the gray zone.
Well, not to sit on the fence on this one, but and everyone is presumed innocent until, you know.
They're doing a lot of fence sitting, Viva.
Well, on this particular, this one just broke. I'd like to see more information. But, you know,
I would also like to see other, you know, arrests, which have not come, which we were told to
wait, wait, wait, wait. And then it took too long. And then after those, those who were complaining
were being called all sorts of names back in July. I'm not looking at anyone in particular,
but, you know, the likes of me saying, wait, wait, wait, Bondi's doing a great job. And
lo and behold, Bondi's out because she was, you know, taken too long. And now we're told it
might be too late. So, you know, it's good. Enforcing the law, no one is above the law,
it is true. There are some, however, who have broken the law more egregiously than others that deserve
punishment, but we'll keep holding our breath. FBI arrested Courtney Williams 40 of North Carolina
yesterday and federal grand jury indicted her in connection with transmission of classified national
defense information to individuals not authorized to receive it, including journalists. William violated
18 U.S. Code 793. Clearance holders accept a solemn obligation to protect the
classified information entrusted to them, said the assistant AG, that they do so is critical to
national security. Cleance holders violate that trust. National Security Division will act swiftly to
hold him accountable. So that's what's going on. And not to get too political, but, you know,
they alleged that Joe Kent, and this was either a smear or, you know, news, depending on how you view it,
the allegation was that Joe Kent leaked classified information. Everyone ran with it and made it
fact, despite the fact that there was no indictment, no nothing, no confirmation of an investigation,
nor any confirmation as to what that alleged classified information was, to whom it was leaked,
etc. This is a little bit more fleshed out, but people should reflect when they start repeating
these things in the absence of any actual concrete evidence. Well, I'll tell you, I like to see,
at the very least, a little bit of a chill to the leaking culture of the deep state and of these
employees that feel like they can do this. It was it was exhausting in the first Trump administration
to wake up every single day with a brand new leak of classified information. It's like how can you
function in the government? I knew so many people that were working in the administration and they just
couldn't function. They couldn't serve the American people. It kneecapped their ability to move or even
operate. True. And I and I wholeheartedly agree. Then the issue is, you know, there are still certain
departments that have not been sufficiently adequately or in any manner whatsoever purged of these
actors who are still there. That was one of the ongoing criticisms is that a lot of these people
who did this the first time around who participated in the Biden administration persecutions
still are employed within certain departments in the government and have not been adequately
purged. It needs to happen. It needed to happen. There's still time. But the longer this goes on,
the less justice you'll actually see because the bad actors and the bad faith actors are still in
there, bad faith acting.
Couldn't agree anymore.
Or acting in bad faith.
I'm speaking like Yoda.
Acting in bad faith.
I like it, man.
You do a whole Star Wars segment.
I do think, I do think that Barack Obama's new library does look like an ATAT.
I think you can bring Star Wars into, you can bring Star Wars into modern politics
very easily.

No, I'm going to get into another acronym.
It's the VISP, which was the vaccine injury support program.
And they've renamed it.
And now, you know, the government's taken over control of it because they were dragging their feet in paying out vaccine injuries.
Except now they've scrubbed all the data of all the vaccine injuries because it's under a new, you know, a new header.
So they get to scrub the data of all those that are injured.
It's ongoing torture up in Canada, but a lot of people are suffering from Stockholm syndrome up there.
It is very bad. God bless you, Viva. Thank you.
Thank you. You too, Benny. I'll talk to you. Yeah. Viva Frye, ladies and gentlemen,
with his fried, a very, very, very, very, very crunchy hair. I was a big fan, didn't know that he, yeah, our team saying, wow, he's not, you know, Viva Frye looking like this with his hair and not a fan of marijuana. Very interesting.
quite a contrast.
He's got a very crisp and crunchy look.
Also crisp and crunchy are my favorite chips,
Masa chips.
See how I did that?
I didn't like it.
I didn't like it.
It is what it is, though.
Okay, we just, you just kind of roll with it.
You do dad jokes here and there.
You get away with some of them, some of them you don't.
But I always get away with having Masa chips on the table.
They are the favored snack of the Johnson children and of the Johnson household.
They leave you with no crash, no bloat, no yucky feeling that you would get from chips that are made literally from motor oil.
No, chips with all natural maha ingredients like corn and beef tallow and salt, and that's it.

Ladies and gentlemen, let's go ahead and check the polls.
When will Trump announce the end of a military operation against Iran?
Let's go ahead and see.
When is the end of the military operation against Iran?
You've got multiple dates here, April 15th.
It'd be tax day.
That'd be fun.
April 12, May 30th, and June 30th.
Okay.
Got varying odds here.
Obviously, the later it goes.
the higher the percentage.
We want it to happen.
We need it to happen.
I want the refocused to be here domestically.
J.D. Vance, you know, according to this New York Times article.
And why are you citing the New York Times?
Look, sometimes people get it right.
And the New York Times has this extremely detailed breakdown of what happened
ahead of the decision to go to war with Iran.
I want my president to get good intel.
The New York Times says he didn't.
And how would the New York Times have all this information?
Well, I think they're getting it directly from the White House,
to be quite honest with you.
It's the way a lot of this stuff works.
Here it is.
This is the article.
Read for yourself and you can decide.
The article is unbelievably detailed by two stenographers who we know to be very close to Trump,
two people that have like that are like stalkers effectively.
Trump, Maggie Haverman is one of the authors, Jonathan Swan's the other.
And they, they do get it right.
And Trump does do interviews with them.
And Trump does have them in.
And Trump does talk to some of these reporters.
And so does it team.
And so if you go through.
the article, you know, what it said, has a couple of like big time takeaways. Big time takeaways
that our intel services said that the information that the Israelis had was incorrect.
Trump decided to go to war with Iran based on what he thought would be correct and what they
did assess to be correct, which was that we could do, we could kill the Ayatollah and we could
deplete severely their military capacity. But the rest of the rest of the Israeli intel was
faulty. It was wrong. It was called farcical and it was called bullshit.
by the CIA and Marco Rubio,
respectively. According to this, the Joint Chiefs of Staff
said that this information was incorrect.
And that the Israelis, like in his experience,
they overplay things and they have bad intel.
That's what the Joint Chief said.
Now, the White House, who is perfectly happy
to go hard in the paint against fake news,
and they have been doing this a lot,
has not said a word about this article.
And they haven't said a word about, like,
this being incorrect at all.
all. This article is so detailed, it goes into exactly where the seating arrangement was inside
of the situation room. So what does that tell you? Someone inside the situation room is like advising
the article. Sorry, this is what it is. Actually how press works, how media works. And so that's
that's what's going on. And so someone in, you know, so someone wants the story to be told.
And the story, you know, effectively went like that. Some other big takeaways from the story is that
J.D. Vance was venomantly against this operation in Iran.
That Pete Hegseth was generally for it.
That a lot of other people in the administration were sort of like, meh.
And that President Trump went with his gut.
And President Trump was saying he wants to bomb Iran for 40 years.
There's one person who's been like unbelievably consistent in all this,
has been Donald Trump.
This is what he said.
And so he went and did it.
It was a risk.
Does it pay off?
Does it like, does it, like, does it,
cost, I guess we'll have to see. We'll have to wait and see. We'll have to see.
But all I'm saying is that that that is what the report says and the report is extremely
convincing to me. Either way, it's up. You can read it for yourself and you can decide.
So there you go. Ladies and gentlemen, that is our show for today. It was a wild one.
That's a tight 90 minutes right there.
We're doing our best, ladies and gentlemen, to deliver for you.
And thank you for your continued support of what we are building here.

Ecclesiastes 317.
I myself said God will bring unto judgment both the righteous and the wicked,
for there will be a time for every activity, a time to judge every single deed.
You know, we're not guaranteed.
We're not guaranteed.
anything in this world and we certainly are not guaranteed a perfect world we're not guaranteed
in this sunken in this sunken existence uh to have justice in fact almost the opposite
uh there is a a virtual guarantee that's that well we live in a place that is not going to
get it right that's too bad but ladies and gentlemen
I just want to say this.
God's justice will be perfect,
and in the end, we will win.
It will be victorious.
And those who do evil on this earth,
those who do not have a relationship with Christ Jesus,
that we'll get theirs.
So do your level at best
