Starting point is 00:00:00 Ladies and gentlemen, today is Tuesday, April 28th, 2026. Feds have raided the Quality Learing Center for all those who say nothing ever happens. Mass, Somali fraud raids are going on right now in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We're going to cover all of that. This is a big breaking news coming on the heels. Also, President Trump saying that peace with Iran is afoot that Iran is asking America to open up the Straits of Hormuz. We're going to cover that in a little bit. But we'll start off the show with Jimmy Kimmel, non-apology, and how we could of all expected this. This is the most predictable result for weakness. And that is what our side has shown when it comes to Jimmy Kimmel. I think it's an instructive lesson for all of us, along with new updates on the Trump assassin, some critical pieces of information that I think we've all missed why it is going to be so important for all of us. Hi, ALX. ALX, did you have something you wanted to say? Well, ALX, I love it. when ALX just randomly joins the program. If ALX, if ALX wants to deliver a monologue, I would, I would welcome it.
Starting point is 00:01:08 Because it is a stacked show today. Susan Crabtree from Real Clear Politics is going to join us for her incredible investigation and reporting on what is happening inside of the Secret Service right now, along with Representative Mark Harris, who's on oversight and going to be telling us what should happen for reforms with the Secret Service. Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Benny Johnson, and this is The Benny Show. Blackout coffee is what keeps us rocked and locked and loaded in the morning. It is what fills now my mug. Now that we are moving studios, again, we heard a couple of complaints about the lighting yesterday. Please bear with us as we are building out our own studio, our dream studio, frankly. We've been in that last studio for five years, and we've had partnerships like Black
Starting point is 00:01:58 coffee for five years. That has lasted us through a lot of caffeine moments where we were streaming late into the night, early into the morning, seven straight hours on election night, covering a lot of frankly highs and a lot of lows, a lot of tragedies from inside of that place. And so as we build out fresh and anew, be invigorated with the caffeine that pumps through our veins, it is blackout coffee. Ladies and gentlemen, blackout coffee. You can get their subscription pack today. They're made here in America by Americans who love America. Not too far from where we broadcast, actually, perfect for work, travel, or keeping in a go bag. Go to blackout coffee.com slash Benny.
Starting point is 00:02:38 Use code Benny for 20% off your first order. That's blackout coffee.com slash Benny. Support American jobs. Okay. I want to start with Jimmy Kimmel today because we've been covering this. And a very, very predictable result, which was last night Jimmy Kimmel did not apologize. In fact, he doubled down and attacked the First Lady again. And why did this happen?
Starting point is 00:03:00 This happened because of weakness. This happened because of weakness on our side and an inability to stand and fight. It is something that I view is one of the greatest betrayals that I've ever seen in this industry when Jimmy Kimmel stood on stage and told all of us that Charlie Kirk's killer, his murderer, his assassin, was a member of the MAGA movement. What he was doing is he was victim blaming. And he was saying that actually if you are a far left winger and you have a transgender boyfriend and you kill Charlie Kirk because you hate Trump and you hate Charlie, that Jimmy Kimmel will use the power of ABC News and taxpayer dollars, which fund him because ABC News has a federally licensed broadcaster. He uses billions of dollars of taxpayer-funded infrastructure in order to broadcast.
Starting point is 00:03:44 He used that platform in order to protect the left-wingers that kill right-wingers. And Jimmy Kimball is going to continue to do that unless we stop him. and we tried to stop him. I threw down as hard as I possibly could. I brought on Brendan Carr. The second I saw that clip, I said what Jimmy Kimmel is doing, he's painting a target on the back of every single MAGA Republican.
Starting point is 00:04:05 He's also saying that Charlie Kirk deserved his death because Charlie Kirk is a member of the MAGA movement, a strong member of the MAGA movement. He's future president of the MAGA movement. And Jimmy Kimmel is saying that MAGA killed him. So effectively saying that Charlie Kirk deserved it. So all of those things to get him, showed you exactly who Jimmy Kimmel was and his worldview. And in that moment, I thought that
Starting point is 00:04:29 we really had something because we were able to knock Jimmy Kimmel off air for a week or two. And it was perilous. You saw moving trucks moving up to his studio. Jimmy Kimmel was silent. People, you saw a studio effectively being deconstructed. You assumed that it was over for Jimmy Kimmel and that that would be the last line. And I want to just. state this very quickly and importantly here because I think that it is a distinction in cause. I don't care about Jimmy Kimmel's right to speech. Jimmy Kimmel has every right to grab a piece of cardboard, scribble on it with a marker, and stand on the street corner and yell like any bum.
Starting point is 00:05:10 I care about funding Jimmy Kimmel's right to agitate and kill my friends, and that is exactly what Jimmy Kimball does with his platform. And now he's doing it again. the exact same thing he did to Charlie, he's now doing to Trump. But instead of crying about it, because we didn't unite and get him ripped off air, because people like Ben Shapiro and Ted Cruz decided to attack me and decided to attack the people calling for Jimmy Kimmel to have a consequence because they played, they punched the ticket of the left will pat me on the head
Starting point is 00:05:44 if I turn against my own side, which is what they always do with the right. Because they did that. Jimmy Kimmel was able to barely scrape by with his job, and now he's doing it all over again. We called this out from a thousand yards. We said this is precisely what he's going to do, and now Jimmy Kimmel is declaring that Donald Trump and Melania Trump effectively deserve to die. Jimmy Kimmel is doing. And then blaming them. And instead of crying about it now, he's doing it bald-faced.
Starting point is 00:06:16 And I'm going to break down what Jimmy Kimmel said last night. Now, you know what Jimmy Kimmel. said initially he said that Mlani Trump is her first lady Mlani is here. Look at more so beautiful Mrs. Trump you have a glow like an expectant widow. Okay so I want to begin by parsing out what this joke is. Where do you come from? Where do you live? You live in a small town? Do you grow up in a small town like I did? I grew up in Shoeville, Iowa. In Shoeville, Iowa there was one bar and it was connected to the gas station and a pizza shop and a movie rental place where you could go in rent VHSs. That's the kind of town that I grew up in. He's like population 500 people,
Starting point is 00:06:55 maybe total. In that bar, townies would go and drink, farmers would go drink and they'd sit at the end of the bar and they'd have a beer with their wife. Maybe their wife would have martini, who knows. But the point is that if I walked into that bar, or if you walked into your towny bar, you're a dive bar and you looked at a couple and you looked at the woman right in the face and said, you look like an expectant widow, you'd get your ass kicked. There's not a single person that would think that you were joking.
Starting point is 00:07:26 Every person, everyone with dignity or an understanding of the English language or dictionary, would say, wait a second, widow means that I've been killed, me, your husband, you wish for my husband to be killed, and expectant means I'm excited for it. I want it to happen. That's what that language means.
Starting point is 00:07:45 And you would not only get your ass kicked out of the bar, you'd probably get your ass kicked across the road and into the field next door. Where I come from. If you said that to a farmer. How about where you come from? Probably the same. So, no, there is no parsing this out or explaining this away as just a joke. But Jimmy Kimmel does exactly that. But then he goes even farther and he attacks Melania Trump. You wake up in the morning and the first lady puts out a statement demanding you be fired from your job. We've all been there, right? You've been there right, Guillermo.
Starting point is 00:08:20 Yeah, sure. What is that? So he's demonically laughing with his little chode friend there about Melania Trump witnessing her husband nearly get assassinated again for the fifth, fourth, ninth time. Remember, President Trump has four or five assassination attempts against him that we know of. Butler, Pennsylvania on the golf course, the Iranian assassination plot. charged all this in federal court. There was a man who just stormed Mar-a-Lago with a gas can and a shotgun. And then this individual, right, Cole Allen, who says specifically that he's there to kill Donald Trump.
Starting point is 00:09:00 Now, remember that little piece because this is important. But nonetheless, if you have those kind of, if you have somebody who has that many assassination attempts against him, maybe it's time to chill out with the assassination attempt jokes. Maybe it's time to not demonically laugh about all of it. Like, we are human beings, after all. But here we go. Jimmy Kimmel is sitting there making a full joke. They had to cancel the White House correspondent's dinner in Washington on Saturday night after a man with multiple guns and knives crashed the party and may have shot a secret service officer.
Starting point is 00:09:34 Fricantly, the guy was wearing a bulletproof vest and is okay. They're not sure exactly what happened. But they got the guy who was charged today. No one was hurt, thank goodness. A lot of people were shaken up on a night that is supposed to be lighthearted. The White House Correspondence Dinner, if you don't know, it used to be an annual event before Trump showed up. But every year they'd have a comedian roast the room, the president, the vice president members of the press, everybody got roast. I did it once. I hosted it. It was a lot of fun.
Starting point is 00:10:00 But this year, they said, no comedian, we're bringing in a mentalist instead. So on Thursday, three days before the event, in order to keep that cherished tradition alive, I did my own version of the correspondence dinner on my show. I put on a tuxedo. We pretended we had an audience of luminaries. We used old footage of the Trumps of Pete Hegseth, Tadie Vance, Kid Rock, Vanilla Ice, all the members of his cabinet. And we made it seem like they were all together in a room.
Starting point is 00:10:30 We had a little roast. Again, this was Thursday, and there was no big reaction to it until this morning when I greeted the day facing yet another Twitter vomit storm. And a call to fire me from our first lady, Melania Trot. saying I should be fired because of a joke I made. Again, five nights ago, it was a pretend roast. I said, so I want to stop here and say, one, Jimmy Kimmel is pulling the Barack Obama skit here, the bit that Barack Obama did when we fully knew who the shooter was and what they
Starting point is 00:11:03 were planning on doing. Jimmy Kimmel doesn't in any way acknowledge the fact that the shooter wanted to murder Donald Trump. He said that on social media. He called Donald Trump Hitler on social media. He called Donald Trump a rapist, a pedophile, a traitor to his country. He said exactly the kind of things that Jimmy Kimmel says in a monologue every single day. It is indistinguishable from any, you know, Reddit brain rot thread or The View. Jimmy Kimmel is in part responsible for the thoughts in this guy's head because they are the same things that Jimmy Kimmel says every single day on air. Jimmy Kimmel glosses over entirely in describing this. He just says, a man with a gun, and I'm against gun violence, he says.
Starting point is 00:11:45 But that's not what the guy was there for. The guy was there to murder Trump because of the kind of labels that Jimmy Kimmel has placed on Donald Trump. That that's the, that this is what Jimmy, this is, this is how you, lying by omission is what this is called. You are not acknowledging the elephant in the room, which is that this isn't some psychopath who was like doing LSD on the street corner. and just snapped. This is some guy that was premeditated.
Starting point is 00:12:18 He booked his hotel weeks ahead of time. He planned his trip. He planned his trip in a way that nobody would check his bags. He took trains that doesn't have TSA. He was methodical. He wrote a detailed architecture of why he did this. And it's because of the language and because of the commentary of Jimmy Kimmel.
Starting point is 00:12:37 He followed left-wingers on social media. And he repeated the pablam that Jimmy Kimmel says on his show every single. Now, Jimmy Kimmel doesn't apologize for this. He doesn't even acknowledge. this. Lying by omission. It's a dirty trick. But then listen to this. First lady, Melani is here. Look at her so beautiful. Mrs. Trump, you have a glow like an expectant widow, which obviously was a joke about their age difference and the look of joy we see on her face every time they're together. It was a very light roast joke about the fact that he's
Starting point is 00:13:10 almost 80 and she's younger than I am. It was not by any stretch of the definition a call to assassination. And they... So, how about this, Jimmy? If you believe that this is a joke, make it about Michelle Obama. Michelle Obama's younger than Barack. Say that Michelle Obama has the glow like an expectant widow. See what happens to you at ABC News. What about Jill Biden?
Starting point is 00:13:35 Jill Biden's significantly younger than Joe. Say, Jill Biden has a glow like an expectant widow. I'd do the same thing to Hillary. Hillary's younger than Bill. Say Hillary Clinton has a glow like an expectant widow. And she should be widowed that Bill Clinton, Joe Biden, Barack Obama, something bad should happen to them. They should just be taken off this earth. That's what you're saying here, that they're the same.
Starting point is 00:13:58 You could make the same joke because one of them is younger than the other. No, of course you couldn't. Try making that joke. Try making that joke and see what happens. Jimmy Kimmel would be off the air, like, not after the show. He'd be off the air during that line. the feed would be cut if he said that about Michelle Obama. And I know this is going to put me in danger of being ideologically consistent,
Starting point is 00:14:26 but I would be in favor of that. Because, of course, you shouldn't say that about Michelle Obama. And you shouldn't say that about Jill Biden. And you shouldn't say that about Hillary Clinton as much as I abhor those couples and think that they wrecked the country. It's evil to say that about a woman that her husband deserves to die. And that she deserves to be a widow. That's an evil thing to say about anyone.
Starting point is 00:14:46 And so I'd be in favor of that happening to Jimmy Kimmel. Yet the left, and of course the left would, if Jimmy Kimball dared say that about Michelle Obama, the left would rip him off air. But it's perfectly permissible to say it about Melania. And then he goes a step further by attacking Melania. This is why weakness doesn't pay ever. I know that. I've been very vocal for many years speaking out against gun violence in particular. But I understand that the first lady had a stressful experience over the weekend.
Starting point is 00:15:16 and probably every weekend is pretty stressful in that house. And also, I agree that hateful and violent rhetoric is something we should reject. I do. And I think a great place to start to dial that back would be to have a conversation with your husband about it. There you go. So there it is, victim blaming. And so now the circle of life is complete. It's Melania Trump's fault.
Starting point is 00:15:45 It's Trump's fault that people that listen to me and that repeat exactly the kind of things that I repeat, that these people are wanting to kill Trump. It's Trump's fault. Now you've come, this is now the victim-blaming circle of life. And why? Why is Jimmy Kimmel allowed to do this? Because it is precisely the same thing that he did to Charlie. Exactly the same thing.
Starting point is 00:16:09 Let's look at the elements here. Lying about what happened, omitting what happened, a far-left-wing or trainee lover tried to kill Charlie. That's a matter of fact. Square knows that in hospitality, efficiency is everything. That's why their system lets you take payments. Track sales, handle inventory,

Starting point is 00:16:45 He hated Trump. He hated Charlie and wanted to kill him. Because Charlie was hateful. Same thing with Cole Allen. Jimmy Kimmel omit those facts. then blames Trump for his attempted assassination. Then he, Jimmy Kimmel, blamed Charlie for his own assassination, saying the MAGA gang did it. And then what Jimmy Kimball does is he signals to left-wingers,
Starting point is 00:17:11 you're going to be protected by me. Jimmy Kimmel with taxpayer-funded infinity dollars. So if you are a left-winger and you go murder a rightie, then I, Jimmy Kimmel, will use my platform to honor you and protect you, so go kill more. That's what Jimmy Kimmel is saying. And the exact same thing. We were right, the Ben Shapiro's and Ted Cruz's of the world
Starting point is 00:17:37 that woke scolded us, woke scolded their eternal shame on them, that woke scolded our own side. They did this when we got Jimmy Kimmel ripped off air the first time. And now that Jimmy Kimmel's back on air, saved by them, now he's doing it all over again. We were right, they were wrong. And we should learn a lesson in all that. The White House is hitting back pretty harshly. I'll reduce the statement from the White House here. And some of the ironies of what Jimmy Kimmel has done, because of
Starting point is 00:18:11 Reinder that when Paul Pelosi was attacked, that we are not in favor, obviously, of Paul Pelosi being attacked. But when Paul Pelosi was attacked, Jimmy Kimmel cried on air. Jimmy Kimmel cried on air when there was a shooting in Minneapolis. Man kept attacking ice. He attacked ice with a loaded firearm. And Jimmy Kimmel cried on air for him. So there's just certain violence Jimmy Kimmel will sob and cry and scold over, but not violence against our president.
Starting point is 00:18:41 Let's show you enough. Jimmy Kimmel is a shit human being for making a disgusting joke about assassinating the president, doubling down on a joke instead of doing the decent thing and apologizing, ABC needs to fire him immediately. and should be shunned for the rest of his life. Okay, well, they're not going to do that because we showed weakness. Because when we could have united
Starting point is 00:19:01 and gotten Jimmy Kimmel fired, we didn't. And people on our own side decided to use it as an opportunity to get a pat on the head from Libs, corporate media libs, and to get a little doggy treat and to be sent on their way so that Jimmy Kimmel could do this to us all over again. We were right, though they were wrong,
Starting point is 00:19:19 don't show weakness in these moments. And this would be my big request. to the Trump administration. There are ways that you can hurt ABC. There are deals that they're trying to get through, antitrust, there are mergers, acquisitions, there's broadcast licenses that you can go in and you can take from ABC.
Starting point is 00:19:41 And I'll say it again, and it's the last time I'll say it, I don't care. I'm not trying to cut Jimmy Kimmel's proverbial tongue out. Jimmy Kimmel has every right to, you know, bang out a post on X or upload something on YouTube. I mean, listen, try uploading something on YouTube and then calling for the death of First Lady or her husband. It won't work. It'll be against the terms of service.
Starting point is 00:20:04 You'll get your account deleted. So you couldn't even get away with this stuff on social media, quite frankly. But I'm not against Jimmy Kimmel's right to speak. And I like an offensive joke. I really do. Play them on the show all day and night. What I am against is paying for this man to constantly agitate. and make fun of the assassinations of my friends, my president, his family, and that's what he's doing.
Starting point is 00:20:31 And I'm paying for it. I'm forced at the end of a gun to pay for the broadcast license for ABC News because I'm an American taxpayer. So that is what I'm against. And that is what I'm going to fight. And that is why this should be repulsive to you. Jimmy Kimmel should be allowed to stand on the street corner, as he often does, actually, like this photo during a no king's rally. Jimmy Kimmel should have every right to stand on the street corner, looking literally like a hungover, degenerate, homeless man,
Starting point is 00:21:03 and hold up his little handmade sign and scream at the top of his lungs. That's free speech. It's not free speech that the American taxpayer, the force of a gun, will be made to subsidize your programming, attacking our friends, and killing us. So that is a distinction in kind. And I think it is absolutely critically important. On this topic, ladies and gentlemen, we have Susan Crabtree, who is one of the absolute all-time greatest reporters in Washington, D.C.
Starting point is 00:21:37 I don't actually know if she was at the White House Correspondence Dinner. We're going to ask her in just one second. First, our partner American financing can make sure that you are debt-free in this era of, let's just say, financial uncertainty. There's a lot going on. Starting point is 00:22:22 Okay, here we go. Susan Crabtree, joining us long. right now. Susan, good morning to you. It's nice to have you back on the show. That's wonderful to be with you. Okay. So tell me what did we learned over the last 24 hours? We've learned actually quite a bit about what happened with the shooting, the Secret Service Officer. There seems to be a number of different stories. And Todd Blanche yesterday said, well, someone was shot. Thank God. He's alive. He's actually out of the hospital, but didn't actually tell us definitively who shot the Secret Service officer. What do we know?
Starting point is 00:23:02 That's right. The key word there is was shot or the key phrase. Yeah, we, all of my sources are telling me from Sunday on. And I pitched the story to my boss. He was receptive, but he told me to be cautious that this could have been a friendly fire incident. And the analysis that I was putting out from directly from sources in the Secret Service community was that the middle guy standing the uniform division officer standing with. others, three in the back there on the side of the magnometer, which was being torn down. We can get to that in a second. But he was the one that was shot. And it was a crossfire incident from across the magnetometer shooting at this, you know, this suspect Cole Allen that was, you know, bum rushing this supposed checkpoint. So when will we know this definitively? It seems to be that the omission here, here sort of signals what's actually going on. They did say that yesterday that the firearm was discharged. The shotgun was discharged. Is that correct? Yes, they did. Yes, they did. But, you know,
Starting point is 00:24:14 they should know by now because the bullet lodged in the bullproofest, of course. It's identifiable. So the fact that they're not charging Cole, Allen, with attempted murder of a federal agent is key here because they either don't know or they're not saying. And my secret service, the sources that talk to me on a regular basis in the Secret Service community are saying, you know, this is ridiculous. They should know by now. And they're questioning it. And of course, we will let the investigation go on, but why don't we know whether that was a Secret Service bullet or not in that that was lodged in that bulletproof best? Right. So we studied the actual slug inside of that. pump action shotgun. And if you were to hit somebody with that, I think it'd do a lot more damage.
Starting point is 00:25:07 And also it not just be concentrated in one spot on the chest. You would be hitting quite a bit, depending on how far away you are, you'd get a lot of damage. And so it just seems like there's, there's no, I know he had a pistol on them, but there's no indication that pistol was fired. It seems like this is a friendly fire incident. The more that you look at the actual footage, the more you can almost, I think, see it, quite frankly, the actual incident where a secret service agent is trying to fire his weapon, but ends up missing the man running through, Cole Allen sprinting through. Does this make sense to you? Is this the way that you read it? Yep, this is exactly what my sources are telling me. And, you know, I did ask the Secret Service on Sunday. You can see the date and the timestamps on my emails that I sent to them. They stopped talking to me. The Secret Service used to be very professional. with me, at least they did have, after Anthony Gugliami basically lied to the American public about what I reported right after the 24 hours after Butler, after that incident, and I pushed back on that, they were working with me on a regular basis, at least would give me a statement,
Starting point is 00:26:16 even if it was a non-statement. When I reported in December of last year that the FBI had rated the Secret Service agent's house that was involved in an alleged. tax scheme that might implicate up to 30 other agents, a tax fraud scheme. That's when they shut down and they said they were going to give me a statement and then hours went by. I didn't get the statement. And so that's when they shut down. So I just put my, I decided after 24 hours of waiting for them to answer these friendly
Starting point is 00:26:49 fire questions that I had, I was just going to put it out on X yesterday with the timestamps. This is what I asked. They're not saying. So you be the judge, why aren't they saying this is, and if they classify this report, you know, they classified the Butler report, mission assurance report, the only people that get in a hold of that report, which I heard has a lot more details than the congressional investigations. The only people that can lay eyes on that report is members of the Intelligence Committee, committees in Congress. So, you know, they are the only ones that really know what happened.
Starting point is 00:27:27 all of the screw-ups at Butler. And now we're seeing this, once again, if they classify this investigation, that is key that you know that something is completely wrong and they're trying to cover something up. So what failures do you see here in the greater overall schematic of how this event was protected? Now, I always say that, you know,
Starting point is 00:27:51 my reporting is aimed at saving our continuity of government, saving our president's life. These agents are the best of humankind. They are putting their lives in the line of fire. And so I provide this criticism analysis based on sources talking to me who are in the Secret Service community, both active agents and retired agents and officers. that venue was ridiculously secure. I mean, it was not secure.
Starting point is 00:28:30 It was porous. And so they were using the 2023 Biden model for someone who basically broke the mold in terms of how many threats he has against him. Donald Trump is the most threatened person likely in the world. I mean, that's according to Dan Bongino. He should know. And so, you know, this is ridiculous to have that kind of magnometer presence, the fact that it was being broken down, where it was situated. I've been to these events.
Starting point is 00:29:02 I did not go on Saturday night. I was at an event with my daughter, a fundraiser for her school. But these events have, I've been to multiple times going back to the 1990s. And it's always the same model. But the Secret Service says they are threat. If they are threat-based, you cannot use the same model. Of course you can't. The blueprint comes in from the previous year. As you know, President Trump didn't attend these this dinner previously. This was going to be the first time. So you revised the blueprint. And as far as I can tell, they didn't. Now, of course,
Starting point is 00:29:43 they had all these cat agents come out, the counter-assault team, which is the elite of the elite of the Secret Service, and they did their job in an amazing way, thorough and jumped out at the right moment, even though I do think they scared everybody in the dinner because they didn't know quite what was going on. Terrorizing this many people, including Erica Kirk, there was no reason to do this. I'm telling you, this is a utter failure, a colossal failure for all of our enemies. around the world to witness us diving under the tables. It was unnecessary and it was entirely preventative. Tirely preventative, just like Butler. I like I wake up sometimes at night, fearful, frankly, because if somebody was organized and if somebody was truly operating at a level
Starting point is 00:30:43 of military and state craft, they could have murdered not just President Trump so easily in Butler, but you could have murdered thousands in Butler, Pennsylvania. You could have hit that event so hard, and you could have done it with drones. You could have done it in the open field that was right next to that anybody could walk up to with coolers, and many did. We're a lot, you know, what if there was an armed assault team yesterday with, with tactical, weapons that stormed this event and could have could have clearly gotten into this event like quickly you could have you could have slaughtered hundreds of people and many of them administration top level white house officials so like luck isn't a strategy uh susan i i i'm sorry that we have a heart out here
Starting point is 00:31:30 but i just want to ask one quick question about butler because it you know boggles the mind that we know so little about what happened there given you're reporting like have you have you seen adequate changes in the Secret Service. Have you seen what you need to see to know that Butler isn't going to happen again? No, to be blunt about it. Sean Curran has, he has provided more, revised the entire drone problem that we saw at Butler. The drones are working. They have training now for the Secret Service agents extensively. But in terms of the problems at the Secret Service that have been going on for years and were exacerbated during the Biden administration. You have a DEI situation mandates during the Biden administration, third percent women by 2030. And then you see it in the in the failures
Starting point is 00:32:27 and in the scandals in the Secret Service. We've had three sex scandals in the Secret Service over the last year, two that were uncovered by James O'Keefe and with a sting operation. And then last week, a week ago Sunday, an only fan's creator outed the Secret Service agent with his ID that she was having some kind of, who knows if he was in on it or not, it looks like he wasn't. But this is ridiculous. I mean, the fact that you also have a culture of corruption, people are unevenly disciplined in the Secret Service. It's been going on for years. And that creates resentment and low morale. And you have a hiring problem. A serious manpower senior agents because of the DEI, especially during the Biden administration, have left the agency in droves. So there's a talent drain going on there. And they
Starting point is 00:33:22 pop their recruitment bonuses from 45,000 to 75,000. That should tell you a lot. They are trying to to reduce the manpower shortage, but they're having a very, very hard time doing it. It's something that a very patriot should want. We criticize out of love here. We don't want our president to suffer all these assassination attempts. I'm sick of seeing it. I'm sick of seeing people kill my friends. And at some point, you know, something's got a break, right? Many people are saying they should just bring in like Delta Force and bring in like a military should be protecting the president. You agree with that? No, I don't agree with that. I think unlike a lot of people in Congress, they say, Republicans and Congress say that their Secret Service doesn't need more resources.
Starting point is 00:34:13 I don't believe that. I think they need more resources. I think they need to be able to be practicing more manpower. I think you need to be attracting people with the highest level bonuses you can possibly provide. I do think this is a, it needs to be completely revamped. Get rid of the DEI, evaluate every agent, make sure they're up to the task, do, constant trainees go out to the range. This is not happening in the Secret Service. You need to be providing college educated, and you need to look at their drug history and have extensive polygraphs and mental health tests for the Secret Service.
Starting point is 00:34:54 And they're not providing the mental health tests at all. And that's a whole other story we can talk about later, Benny. But this is, I'm worried about an insider threat, and so are the sources I talk to in the Secret service community. I mean, talk about the outside threat. We are not vetting our Secret Service hires as we should. And it's the lowering of standards. You can just see it. There's a guy who, there's two Secret Service agents. You probably know this, Benny, I reported on this last year, that got into a physical cap fight outside of President Obama's residence in D.C. There's another agent that fell asleep on the job and left his fully automatic rifle.
Starting point is 00:35:36 sitting in a chair in public view that anybody could snatch. And the NYPD turned him in. I mean, I can go on and on about the, this is like 3,200 agents. This is a small community. To have this many scandals happening, there was a guy just a few weeks ago in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, that was arrested for sending explicit material to a child. I mean, this is not normal for the Secret Service. We need to raise the elite standards that they once were.
Starting point is 00:36:09 We need to get it back to a zero-fail mission. And the motto of the Secret Service is worthy of trust and confidence. And they need to be worthy of trust and confidence. And it starts at a leadership level. If Sean Kern is not the right guy, if he's not a change agent, as Dan Bongino himself warned us, then we need to get somebody in there who is. And Mark Wayne Mullen has his work caught out for him. And I'm hoping that Congress provides some oversight because it was ridiculous that Rand Paul made that nomination hearing all about himself when there are these types of problems going on in the Secret Service and two assassination attempts.
Starting point is 00:36:49 That's horrifying to think about an inside job there from the Secret Service. Didn't you just didn't Jill Biden just had one of our Secret Service agents blow his leg off, right? Fire his gun. That's right. Yep, exactly. He hit himself in the leg. And that's a training issue. forbid like couldn't wait a second you're right next to the protectee couldn't that bullet have hit
Starting point is 00:37:09 the protectee i mean of course it could have right well he was i think jill biden had left at that point he had gone back what i'm saying is you he got back for his gun he forgot his gun in the tv by definition you know by definition he's should be he's standing he's within the protection zone of the protectee and his firearms going off and he's hitting himself but he could very easily have hit somebody else, of course. Correct. Correct. And not to mention there was a canary in the cold mind before Butler, two months before Butler, and female agent assigned to Kamala Harris at Joint Base Andrews waiting for her to arrive, Kamala Harris to arrive, had a mental breakdown. And I reported on it, and James Comer in the oversight committee was supposed to be doing an investigation
Starting point is 00:37:56 in Secret Service. From what I understand, he just did one briefing and that was it. There was a lot going on at the time. I understand he was all over the Hunter Biden investigation, which he rightfully was. But there are multi, Congress should be able to multitask. Rand Paul, Senator Rand Paul in charge of the Homeland Security Committee had to deal with ICE and all of the immigration issues last year and up until this point. But he has a responsibility to provide oversight to the Secret Service. And the only senator that has been really consistently on the job, two senators, I will say, is Ron Johnson and Marshall Blackburn. Those are the two senators that pair and deeply committed to reforming the secret service. I just, you just had to chill down my spine saying that this,
Starting point is 00:38:43 the biggest fear that you have is not an outside job, but an inside job. And that all these agents, with all the, with all the accidental discharges, fights, degeneracy, that one of these agents could just go haywire and they have a firearm right next to the president. You know, they're armed to the teeth and they're standing right next to president or VPOTUS or any other member of the administration. And all you need is one of them to either snap or to be paid enough money. You know, it's horrible to think about, but like that is imperative. If you love this country and you love our administration, as I do, it is imperative for us to reform this, correct? Yes.
Starting point is 00:39:23 Absolutely. Look about the Secret Service agent who celebrated Charlie Kirk's murder on assassination on Facebook. He's supposedly, I don't know what happened to. They won't tell me. I didn't actually know about that one. I didn't know about that. Goodness. Yes, right after the 24 hours afterwards. And so he's supposedly on administrative leave. But they don't provide mental health screening before they provide polygraphs. They should do that first. Most police departments across the country provide. mental health screenings to the Secret Service. And this is a topic for a whole other show. I have sources raising this, who have raised this issue for years in the Secret Service, they say that's going to hurt their hiring recruitment opportunities. I mean, that's the rationale that's been provided to my sources, who raise this time and time again.
Starting point is 00:40:16 I just honestly, also Jason Chaffetz, he's been concerned, he's been talking about this. And, you know, I will say that Christy Knoem's DHS told me that they were going to be providing reforms to the Secret Service. They were going to be providing oversight, a layer of oversight to Sean Curran. Sean Curran didn't like that. And he pushed back and he told Susie Wiles, hey, they're, you know, I don't really appreciate this. And from what my sources are telling me, Susie Wiles went and walked one of a DHS deputy. Chief of Staff out of the Secret Service headquarters earlier this year because he was providing
Starting point is 00:40:59 reform recommendations to the Secret Service. Now, Susie Wiles, the White House has pushed back on this. They say that my sources are being absurd. I don't believe so because they were telling me just two months prior to this. They, secret don't worry, Susan, Secret service reforms are coming. We're hearing you. Just hold tight. And then we have this incident at the White House correspondence dinner. If you like telling your buddy that he's had too much at the bar and you need to take his keys is an act of love. And being able to have this level of good faith critique because we don't want something horrible to happen to our president again and again and again.
Starting point is 00:41:48 I think is like one of the more righteous missions that you can have in life. And that's where it's based in, right? We just, we don't, we, we, we want there to be a continuity of security for the people that we elect in this country. And if we don't have it, then we don't have a country, right? If every president is just guaranteed, going to, going to die, then nobody's ever, no good person will ever run for president again. So, thank you.
Starting point is 00:42:16 Thank you, Susan. And it's horrible to think about. I hope this clip goes viral because it's something that people need to think about. And we need those reforms clearly and right away. The American people demand it. Godspeed. Everybody follows Susan. Her reporting is impeccable.
Starting point is 00:42:33 And she has 150 plus thousand subscribers right here on X. You should be one of them. Her prescient book, Fool's Gold, about California, of course, predicted many of the things that we're seeing in the once golden state. Thank you, Susan. Thank you so much for having me, Benny, and your interest in the subject, your focus on it. God bless. We know that there is something that is happening today that is causing a little bit of scheduling difficulty for us and a number of members of Congress that we're going to be on.
Starting point is 00:43:15 The King is going to be addressing the Congress today. See here that King Charles III and Queen Camilla got a royal welcome. from President Trump and Melania Trump at the White House. This happened yesterday, and, you know, all good. Everybody chill and having a good time, but the king's going to be addressing Congress. First time of kings set foot. A king of England has set foot in America in many years.
Starting point is 00:43:44 I think since 1923 was the first time, so nearly 100 years. Since a British king has stepped foot in America. The White House saying the British are coming. here and the king of England will be addressing Congress. And so what that is doing is causing some pretty aggressive security shutdowns all throughout Congress that is leading to some of the members of Congress that we had booked this morning to not be able to make it. So Susan Crabtree will be our only guest this morning. The White House stating, yeah, if we want to dip in, sure, When is the actual speech?
Starting point is 00:44:25 Is the speech happening now? Amazon presents Jeff versus Taco Truck Salsa, whether it's Verde, Roja, or the orange one. For Jeff, trying any salsa is like playing Russian roulette with a flamethrower. Luckily, Jeff saved with Amazon and stocked up on antacids, ginger tea, and milk. Habaniero?
Starting point is 00:44:51 More like habanier, yes. Save the Everyday with Amazon. I've been asking this. Nobody seems to have an answer. When is the actual speech to Congress? I'm not sure if we should be taking that. I'm not sure if there's... Okay, it's at 3 o'clock.
Starting point is 00:45:07 Got it. Okay, so we certainly won't be taking that during our live this morning. There is, however, an event that is going on right now at the White House. Let's load that up. You can see a pretty glorious procession. here taking place.
Starting point is 00:45:28 And the Marine Corps band is playing a tune. And it looks like the president and the king might actually be yeah, it looks like Trump is walking out right now. So why not
Starting point is 00:45:45 take this? This is fun. Why not? Why not? Here, this is from the White House right now. Why? Right now. Donald Trump has just walked out. Melania Trump is with him I do not see
Starting point is 00:46:02 the king of England I suppose the car maybe pull around I know these kind of things are corny fun
Starting point is 00:46:17 like they're arriving right now okay well we just happen to catch it just at the right moment that's what ALX is here for okay hit him with the hit him with the new angle here
Starting point is 00:46:45 There you go, Melania. Trump and the King. I didn't know this would be happening live. Okay, again, the King is speaking at 3 o'clock today at the inside of Congress, joint session of Congress. A bunch of members of Congress are going to be there, and it's messing with some of their hit times today because the security is, as you can imagine, immense
Starting point is 00:47:14 at the White House and Washington, D.C. and in Congress. Right now, it looks like it freshly rained there at the White House. Good spring day in D.C. In a little tune, the White House is surely done up. Now, looks like Trump and the King of England are going to take the presidential dais there. Podium. We'll see if Trump does what he did with the guy's mother, and what does it walk in front of him? Is J.D. Vance.
Starting point is 00:48:31 And Rubio. Bessett. And you can see Stephen Miller, back there, James Blair, Steve Whitkoff. These are like the negotiators with Iran, some dorks from England. I don't really know who those guys are. Here we go, we're alive.
Starting point is 00:49:12 Trump and King Charles III, taking the stage. Melania, stunning as always. Trump, power suit, power tie. Ladies and gentlemen, the national anthem of the United Kingdom, followed by the national anthem of the United States. Okay, there goes Trump. And King Charles.
Starting point is 00:53:06 What they call the inspection of the troops. Based. Revolutionary War troops, take that. Take that king. Doesn't Trump with a salute. Very strong. The inspection of every generation of American troops. There goes Trump again, leaving the royal in the dust.
Starting point is 00:54:49 You're going to get in trouble for that one. There you go. He did this with the queen. where, isn't it? Like, you're not supposed to walk in front of or whatever. Okay? A little walk around, a little walkabout. It looks like Trump's going to say some words here, maybe.
Starting point is 00:55:48 Here we go. Here's your president, live. Oh, here we go. Just doing everything we can to trigger the monarch here. Marching the Colonials. He's going to say, how they move. Moving like a colonial. There we go.
Starting point is 00:56:38 It's badass. Come on, it's fun. A triggering event for the king. Very much rubbing in his face. A little Yankee-Doodle dandy. All right? Take it. Let's take that.
Starting point is 00:57:58 Yankee-Doodle-Dandy. All right. Here's Trump's broken marks, I think. Or not. Ladies and gentlemen, the president of the United States, Donald J. Trump. There we go. Why not? Happening in live.
Starting point is 00:58:59 Let's hear him. Thank you very much. Everybody. What a... Beautiful British day this is, and it really is. Your Majesty's members of the British delegation, friends, service members, and distinguished guests, welcome to the beautiful White House. Great honor to have you.
Starting point is 00:59:23 Melani and I will never forget the spectacular honor. Your Majesty's showed us during our extraordinary visit to Windsor Castle last September. Now it is our tremendous privilege to host you, and you're going to have a wonderful short stay, but stay nevertheless. Then you're going over to Congress, and you're going to make a speech that's going to make everybody very envious
Starting point is 00:59:50 of that beautiful accent of yours. Very elegant. He's a very elegant man. Here in the shadows of monuments to George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, honoring the British kids King might seem an ironic beginning to our celebration of 250 years of American independence, but in fact, no tribute could be more appropriate.
Starting point is 01:00:17 Long before Americans had a nation or a constitution, we first had a culture, a character, and a creed. Before we ever proclaimed our independence, Americans carried within us the rarest of gifts, moral courage, and it came from a small but mighty kingdom from across the sea. For nearly two centuries before the revolution, this land was settled and forged by men, women who bore in their souls the blood and noble spirit of the British. Here on a wild and untamed continent, they set loose the ancient English love of liberty and the great Britain's distinctive sense of glory, destiny, and pride, and that's what it is, glory, destiny, and pride.
Starting point is 01:01:07 The American patriots who pledged their lives to independence in 1776 were the heirs to this majestic inheritance. Their veins ran with Anglo-Saxon courage, their hearts beat with an English faith in standing firm for what is right, good, and true. In recent years, we've often heard it said that America is merely an idea, but the cause of freedom did not simply appear as an intellectual invention of 1776.
Starting point is 01:01:45 The American founding was the culmination of hundreds of years of thought, struggle, sweat, blood, and sacrifice on both sides. of the Atlantic. Fate drew a long arc from the meadow at Runnymede to the streets of Philadelphia that ran through the lives of people born and bred on the British Code that no man should be denied either justice or right. American patriots today can sing my country tis of the sweet land of liberty only because our colonial and ancestors, first saying, God save the king.
Starting point is 01:02:32 We see today a living symbol of this century's old bond, just a few dozen feet to the left where I stand. There, her late majesty, Queen Elizabeth, an incredible woman who I had the privilege of getting to know, Queen Elizabeth II, very, very special woman who is very greatly missed on both sides of that mighty Atlantic. Long ago planted a young tree, it was a very young and beautiful tree, and look at it now. It's tripled in size and tripled in strength, very much as our nations have even more than tripled. like our nation itself, it was laid with British hands but grew in American soil.
Starting point is 01:03:28 Today it stands tall and proud reaching ever higher, and this morning it reminds us that the mightiest of trees, like the greatest of nations, must be anchored by the strongest and deepest of roots. In the centuries since we won our independence, Americans have had no closer friends than the British. We share that same route. We speak the same language. We hold the same values.
Starting point is 01:04:00 And together, our warriors have defended the same extraordinary civilization under twin banners of red, white, and blue. My wonderful mother, Mary McLeod, Mary McLeod was born in Stornoway, Scotland, the Hebrides. and that's what they call very serious Scotland. There's no question about it. Some places they say, well, it wasn't really Scotland. The Hebrides, that's real. Serious Scotland. That's where they had their greatest of warriors,
Starting point is 01:04:34 their greatest of warriors. She came to America at 19, met my incredible father. We loved him so much. We all loved him. We loved her. We loved him. Fred, and they were married for him. for 63 years. And excuse me, if you don't mind, that's a record we won't be able to match,
Starting point is 01:04:59 darling. I'm sorry. Just not going to work out that way. We'll do well, but we're not going to do that well. Sixty three years. And my mother, I just see it so clearly. She loved that I told the king this, she loved the royal family, and she loved the queen. And anytime the queen was involved in a ceremony or anything, my mother would be glued to the television and she'd say, look, Donald, look how beautiful that is. She really did love the family. But I also remember saying, very clearly, Charles, look, young Charles. Charles, he's so cute. My mother had a crush on Charles.
Starting point is 01:05:58 Can you believe it? Amazing how I wonder what she's thinking right now. But beneath those beautiful flags, eight decades ago, Prime Minister Winston Churchill and President Franklin Roosevelt famously met on a ship in the North Atlantic to outline a vision for the free world, after World War II, that understanding of our nation's unique bond and role in history is the essence of our special relationship, and we hope it will always remain that way. The ship where the two great leaders met was called the Prince of Wales,
Starting point is 01:06:40 the very title that His Majesty the King held longer than any other individual in British history, and he held it with great pride and respect. It said that when Prime Minister Churchill first met this future king many decades ago, he was so impressed, he made the statement, he is so young to think so much and so well, and the bust of your great prime minister rests proudly again. in the Oval Office. We're very proud to bring it back. We brought it back throughout His Majesty's life. The world has witnessed that same thoughtfulness which first struck Britain's greatest Prime Minister,
Starting point is 01:07:35 His Majesty's intellect, passion, and devotion have been a long, really a long a blessing, blessing to the British people, but not only to his own country, but to the cherished bond between the United States and the United Kingdom, and I am very certain that it will continue that way long into the future. In a few hours, His Majesty will stand in the heart of the United States Capitol as the very first British king ever to address a joint session of the United States Congress. So he's going to be addressing Congress, and I'm going to be watching.
Starting point is 01:08:25 I was thinking of going, but they said, I don't know. That might be a step two, I would love to go. It's not supposed to be protocol, but I would love to be with you. But there, the direct descendant of King George, the third, will speak to the direct...
Starting point is 01:08:43 There's something else here now. Something new. From exclusively on Paramount Plus. It's the series Stephen King calls Scary as Hell. Everything here is impossible, but it's also real. Sci-fi vision calls it the best show streaming right now. We're running out of time and we still don't know the rules. Don't miss what the movie blog calls something you need to watch.
Starting point is 01:09:06 Saving those children is how we all go home. From binge all episodes exclusively on Paramount Plus. successor of the very body that gathered in Independence Hall in July 4th, 1776. If John Adams and George Washington or the King's fifth great-grandfather could see that sight, they might be absolutely shocked, but probably only for a moment. Surely they would be delighted that the wounds of war healed into the most cherished friendship. Think of that very, very long ago, difficult war, and yet those wounds did indeed heal into the most cherished of friendships, most cherished.
Starting point is 01:09:56 They would be moved beyond words to know that the soldiers who once called each other redcoats and Yankees became the Tommies and the GIs who together saved the free world as brothers in arms and brothers in eternity, and nobody fought better together than us. If they could see us today, our ancestors would surely be filled with awe and pride that the Anglo-American Revolution and Human Freedom was never, ever extinguished,
Starting point is 01:10:31 but carried forward across centuries, across oceans, and across history until it became a fire that lit the entire world. So today we look back on 250 years, let us remember what has made our countries the two most exceptional nations the world has ever known. And together, let us go forward with even stronger resolve to carry on our sacred devotion to liberty and to the traditions of excellence that have been our shared gift of all mankind. Your Majesty's thank you once again for our very much.
Starting point is 01:11:11 for making this important visit. We are so honored. May God forever bless the United Kingdom, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and may God bless the United States of America. Thank you very much, everybody. Thank you. So does the king now speak, or is that it?
Starting point is 01:11:44 I guess that's it. All right, ladies and gentlemen. Fun and exciting opportunity. So just tune in live here to history, again, the first king. It's first British king to visit America in 100 years. Why not? Ladies and gentlemen, please rise if you are able for the conclusion of the ceremony and departure of the official party. Okay.
Starting point is 01:12:12 If you want to call a king or at least feel like a king when you're making calls, use Patriot Mobile. Patriot Mobile is, oh, you should let it play. You should let it play. It would be fun. Let it play. There he goes. Call like a king. Ladies and gentlemen, Patriot Mobile is who we call when we need a Patriot. Are the British Patriots?

Patriot Mobile is the only Christian conservative wireless provider. They back us up. When we are on the road, we will be in Texas this week again. PatriotMobil.com slash Benny. Call 972 Patriot.
Starting point is 01:12:55 I'm going to be visiting with Patriot Mobile in their studio in Dallas. While I'm there, use promo code Benny for a free month of service. That patriotmobile.com slash Benny 972 Patriot to make the switch today. Call yourself a Patriot. President Trump's going to be going back into that golden, gilded White House. It is, well, potentially some of the gold from our friends that Advantage Gold. I don't know that. I don't know.
Starting point is 01:13:22 But ladies and gentlemen, advantage gold is who you can trust. when you are going gold in the golden era. Alex, I don't know if we have the reporting on Trump and the Strait of Hormuz and so on, but I'd like to cover that. Some interesting updates there. Ladies and gentlemen, if you want an update on economic security, go gold today.
Starting point is 01:13:45 Gold smashed through $5,000 an ounce. Pulled back, and this is a dip where you should be buying, central banks are buying, billionaires are buying, the royal family buying, sure. The pound sterling used to be backed by precious metals. You can buy silver, gold, and other precious metals from my friends at advantage gold. All you have to do is text Benny to 85545 right now. That's Benny, B, NNNY, to 85545 right now.
Starting point is 01:14:08 But it ain't waiting. Text Benny to 85545 today. All right. I don't know. Alex, what do we got here with Iran? Let's see, potentially. We have some good news. What is President Trump saying?
Starting point is 01:14:26 President Trump is saying that Iran has made a fresh offer to reopen Strait of Hormuz as the UAE, United Arab Emirates, who, by the way, have a pipeline that bypasses the Strait of Hormuz, left OPEC this morning. Things are changing and changing quickly in the world. OPEC produces 40% of the oil, and it is like a oil cartel, like a oil cartel, like a mafia that controls the price of oil and keeps the price of oil artificially high, and the United Arab Emirates just said, screw that, we're out. They're a massive producer of oil. They're the third biggest producer of oil in the Middle East. And again, they own a pipeline that totally bypasses the straight of Hormuz. So just a million barrels of oil a day that can
Starting point is 01:15:12 hit the market. I want the oil prices in this country to collapse. I want them down. I want home prices in this country. Same. And grocery prices. That is America First. those are America First policies. Iran makes new offer to open straits, seek the end of a blockade, according to U.S. officials, although you saw Whitkoff there at the White House. He's one of the chief White House and negotiators. President Donald Trump is keen, not keen, sorry, on a second proposal sent by Tehran through Pakistan mediators on Monday, according to reports. An official told Reuters that Trump is unhappy with an Iranian proposal because of non-address Iran's nuclear program. He doesn't love the proposal, a U.S. official said.
Starting point is 01:15:53 Trump's held a situation room meetings with key members of his administration regarding the war on Monday. According to Reuters, they are working to bridge the gaps between the two nations. We'll see. I don't want Iran to have a nuclear weapon. I want world stability. I think that that leads to instability. I want a great new American century. And President Trump today on Truth Social, I don't know if we have that.
Starting point is 01:16:20 Do we? Donald Trump on true social saying that Iran is begging him to open up the straight of Hormuz. Make sure that we grab that and pop that up, please. I'll just wait. Iran has just informed me that they are in a state of collapse. They want us to open the straight of Hormuz as soon as possible as they try and figure out their leadership situation, which I believe that they will be able to do. Thank you for your attention to this matter. So we'll see, ladies and gentlemen. It's been a wild show, like a little bit of a breaking news break, and then a couple of members of Congress that had their own break in their schedules
Starting point is 01:17:13 as they try to get into Congress, obviously for the joint address by the King. That's going to be a wall-to-wall event. I don't know if we'll be covering it live. I doubt it. But either way, it was fun to see President Trump Mogg British royalty. What was far more fun was the lead of the show this morning that, we have again sort of trying to get to. But I've had a couple of things.
Starting point is 01:17:37 This is why you do a live show. You just roll with it. FBI raids Minneapolis child care facilities. Part of sweeping fraud investigation. Oh, baby. Let's go. What is happening today? Is it finally white pill time or everyone who says nothing ever happens?
Starting point is 01:17:56 Federal authorities rated 20 locations, including child care facilities in Minneapolis, on Tuesday as part of a sweeping fraud investigation into largely Somali-owned businesses, including the Quality Lear Rering Center, sources confirmed to Fox News. Today, the FBI with federal, state, and local law enforcement is involved in court-authorized law enforcement activity as part of an ongoing fraud investigation, the Department of Justice said. Authorities executed 22 different federal search warrants in Minnesota on Tuesday morning as part of an operation, which is not to immigration-related.
Starting point is 01:18:30 that I think is critical. Well, of course, I want these fraudsters and scammers deported directly back to Mogadishu. What I think is critical is that this is something that is happening in order to charge crimes. Now, if you are somebody who is newly naturalized to this country and you immediately commit crimes against the United States of America, if you read the immigration code, as we have, you can be immediately denaturalized and deported. We're not here to bring more criminals in this country. Obviously, that's been very invoked. over the last couple of years, but that's not what our immigration law says. And so I think it is critical that these are criminal raids and not immigration raids because the denaturalization
Starting point is 01:19:12 processes is something that has been unstuck. There were 400 denaturalization prosecutions that happened last month. That's the most in American history. This is not normally a body of law that is exercised by the DOJ. The DOJ is now starting to de naturalized people, criminals that were brought here and engaged in criminal activity broke our laws. And so that's what I think is absolutely critical about this reporting. Let's continue. The raid center on federal fraud investigations largely into small-y-owned businesses, including child care facilities that registered as daycares with the state, but were allegedly billing for care that was not provided. You can see here a photo of the quality leering center.
Starting point is 01:19:54 is it two three chicks with FBI uniforms walking out of the equality leering center look at that hit down the sign and everything but it's still there iconic jd vans saying the task force and the doj will be relentless in exposing these frosters wherever they may be hiding uh jad vance obviously has been pretty vocal about this we were at his first fraud meeting sort of like a fraud, crack team meeting at the White House. He had like the whole of government there. It looked like a cabinet meeting. It's just like awesome to see them taking this seriously.
Starting point is 01:20:35 Wheels of Justice turn slowly. I hate it, but at least they're turning. Fox News, two raids were conducted at the Quality Learing Center and the Baby Halamo Child Care Center. This is something that I think is going to really spiral if it hits Ilhan Omar. And I think this is the thing that is the most critical. Is this going to hit Il-Hamon Omar? Is this going to hit Ilhan?
Starting point is 01:20:54 You know, a lot of these organizations were benefiting from laws that Ilhan Omar was writing, feeding our future crimes. It's like a good example of this. Feeding our future is a fake daycare child services kitchen that was allegedly feeding all these meals, these hungry little Somali kids. Well, there were no hungry, smally kids, and they fed no meals to them. And how were they able to get all the federal thought? to do this because for every meal they charge the federal government like 50 bucks.
Starting point is 01:21:26 So they were able to charge the federal government millions of dollars and fake meals. By the way, there's 90 Somalis who have pled guilty to this. This is a bona fide, proven in court, absolute fraud that happened. And the way that it happened was Ilhan Omar. Here's how. Ilhan Omar proposed the Meals Act during COVID that lowered the threshold for the government to check fraud for meals to children. And then her friends, people that her literal business partners,
Starting point is 01:21:51 started using fake meals for children, the kind of fraud that was immediately, that's created by Ilhan Omar's legislation. Now suddenly Ilhan Omar says she's worth $30 million. I mean, where do you think the kickpacks go? The kickpacks from this fraud, you have to hide the money. This is what money laundering is.
Starting point is 01:22:07 You have to hide the money and you fake winery, your husband's fake business. This is what they were doing. This is what they were doing. This is why we need a full investigation here. Quality Learing Center received national attention, Nick Shirley. What also received national attention was us asking the vice president about Ilhan Omar and for fraud.
Starting point is 01:22:32 And the vice president not only said that Ilhan Omar did, in fact, commit immigration fraud, he talked about how egregious it is that the federal government doesn't even investigate fraud at all. Here we go. Well, what people need to see, I think that the fraud has been laid bare. We've all seen the leering center, right? Correct. The leering center is not an actual daycare. No.
Starting point is 01:22:53 The leering center was fraud, right? And we've seen the hospice fraud in California. And so I think it's been demonstrated that this is a problem. What people need to see now is like arrests. Yes. Deportations. They need to see that the federal government, the gears of justice grind against these people and they're not allowed to just continue. Yes.
Starting point is 01:23:11 So let me give an example. Something I just talked about upstairs, but I think it's worth reiterating for your viewers. So you take a program that exists within Medicaid. to help autistic children get the resources that they need. So you have a Somalian fraudster in suburban Minneapolis who says that they have three kids who are autistic. And maybe they don't even have three kids. And they certainly don't have three kids who are autistic. So it takes money away from the American citizens who need these services.
Starting point is 01:23:38 It defrauds the taxpayer. And you're absolutely right that the thing that we need to do is get real justice. So you know something I learned just in the past couple of months? I had no idea that we do not prosecute. fraud in this country if it's under $1.5 million per year. Okay. So think about that. Think of all the people who are $1.5 million a year. This is not chunk change. That is meaningful money. And by the way, sometimes by prosecuting the lower level people, you get to the higher level people who are collecting, you know, who have sort of the conspiracy to commit fraud against the American people. So
Starting point is 01:24:14 one of the things that we're trying to do with this task force is commit the Department of Justice to investigating all fraud and actually going after the people who were doing it at the small scale of $1.4 million, but also actually looking at the big conspiracies that are out there because many, I don't know about you, but I do not believe that what happened with the Somalian immigrant community in Minnesota, I don't think that happens without some cooperation from politicians, without other people looking the either way or maybe even being in the fraud themselves. Okay, so now he's taking action on that. We broadcast that.
Starting point is 01:24:52 We asked that question. There's approximately four weeks ago, and now we have the raids. Here from Bill Malusion this morning breaking this news. DOJ confirms to Fox News, FBI and Homeland Security investigation agents are currently rating 20 locations in Minneapolis, and this is in relation to the ongoing federal fraud investigation sources tell Fox. Locations are largely Somali-linked businesses, including the infamous Learing Center, and these or court-approved searches with warrants being served.
Starting point is 01:25:18 They are tied to fraud. Now, why is that critical and very important? The federal government, of course, Third and Fourth Amendment is not allowed to just kick in your door for any reason. Take your home or house a soldier in your house. You have to get a warrant from a judge. You want a country like that.
Starting point is 01:25:37 You don't want a country where they can just kick in your door. But what does a judge need to see in order to issue a warrant? They need to see probable cause. They need to see crimes. they need to, they're not going to judge's job is to not just like give warrants for anything, even though that happened, of course, with all J-Sixers and dirt throughout the Joe Biden administration and with a Mar-a-Lago raid. But nonetheless, the judge needs to see that there is evidence of a crime.
Starting point is 01:26:00 So now the federal government has provided enough ample evidence of a crime in these far left-wing blue districts that judges are signing off on warrants for the Somali fraudsters. And this is a great message to send to all fraudsters all across America. That's why this is utter, absolutely critical that the federal government is actually doing it. Because you want to end fraud. You need to frog march these guys out of their fake daycares, expose the entire operation, throw them in prison, denaturalize them, put them on the first boat back to Somalia. This is how you end fraud, or at least start to reduce it or disrupt it in this country. The court approved warrants, not immigration enforcement.
Starting point is 01:26:50 Fox is told 22 warrants were executed this morning. A DOJ spokesperson said, today the FBI with federal, state, and local enforcement is involved in a court-authorized law enforcement activity as part of an ongoing fraud investigation. Ladies and gentlemen, Homeland Security is saying that Homeland Security investigations are cooperating with law enforcement. enforcement partners to execute criminal search warrants in Minneapolis related to the ramp and fraud, the U.S. taxpayer dollars. You want to see it happen? Oh, baby. It's a sight to behold. Quality Learing Center raid going on in real time. A sweet sweet to the eyes. Let's watch. Breaking just moments ago now, large scale raids targeting federal fraud.
Starting point is 01:27:39 Currently underway, federal agents seem leaving the quality, learning center and Brooke Taylor has more on that and what they're looking for. Brooke, good morning. Hi Bill, good morning. Yeah, we have had a photographer there at the daycare since this morning, capturing video of those federal agents just going in and out of the building, collecting evidence as part of the DOJ's fraud investigation in Minnesota. Take a look at this video here.
Starting point is 01:28:08 Sources tell Fox that federal agents are rating about 22 businesses across the Minneapolis this morning and sources say many of them are tied to Somali-owned operations all of this comes after that viral YouTube video from Nick Shirley was back in December in that video he visited different child's care centers and you'll remember they were either closed or there were just no children inside despite receiving state child care funding now the location that you're looking at right now it's the quality learning center this is the day It went viral. It blew up on social media because of a sign outside with learning that was literally misspelled.
Starting point is 01:28:50 The Education Secretary at the time claimed that the daycare received $1.9 million while, quote, masquerading as a daycare. And then shortly after that, the Trump administration announced it was freezing child care funding to Minnesota and calling for a full audit of certain daycare centers. And just checking my emails now, it looks like we got a statement from DHS sharing, quote, Homeland Security Investigations in cooperation with our law enforcement partners executed criminal search warrants in Minneapolis relating to the rampant fraud of U.S. taxpayers' dollars. And as you could see, there are federal agents still outside one of those daycare centers where they have been the last few hours. And all of this comes as Governor Tim Walts is expected to deliver his state of the state address tonight. And it obviously comes with a lot of questions over oversight. Brooke, thanks. Brooke Taylor, watching that out of me. Poetic. Beautiful. Do it right on top of his state of the state address.
Starting point is 01:29:57 We would, of course, be able to conclude this story without a massive shout out to, of course, Nick Shirley, who began this investigation by bravely wandering in these communities that everybody wants to sort of ignore that they exist. And Nick Shirley did this. I did this originally, Nick Shirley's original video of the Quality Learing Center. The reason why this is so brave is that these are no-go communities. And it's time to acknowledge what has been built here in this country. We have brought in such a UN refugee camp, hodgepodge of disjointed and discongruent cultures that don't speak our language, that don't share our traditions, that don't share our religion, that don't share our values. Go look at Somalia. Go look at the coefficients for inbreeding and child brides and secretary and violence.
Starting point is 01:30:54 You'll see exactly that this is whatever it is, it's not a culture that you. want on your block because nobody wants a child bride on their block nobody nobody wants a bunch of cousin marriages on their blocks these are normal things nobody wants secretary in violence nobody wants an entire population built on fraud on your block they've been brought here nobody's explained why nobody's asked our permission to be I went to the shareholders of America and said you you should you should be doing this or shouldn't be doing this they just did it they did it for power and Nick Shirley went into the American no-go zones because if you go to these neighborhoods,
Starting point is 01:31:34 you'll be attacked. If you try and expose these frauds, you'll be attacked. Nick Shirley has been attacked on camera. Nick Shirley does face death threats every single second of the day. For doing this, these are American no-go zones. You've heard about them in Paris. You've heard about them in London. You've heard about them in Berlin. It always happens the same way. You bring in alien cultures that are there to be parasitic, not to build anything, because they didn't build anything, not in their homeland, and they certainly aren't going to build anything in Berlin, but they will build fraud architectures and ecosystems
Starting point is 01:32:07 to take advantage of the native populations of Germany or France or England or America. And so it mustn't be allowed. It must be cut out. And this is the way to do it. First, with NIC's brave reporting, and then now with the follow-up, ensuring that, that there is going to be accountability and criminal charges and that this parasitic ecosystem on our body politic can be ended. Ladies and gentlemen, speaking of ending, I didn't know that we'd go for 90 minutes on today's show, but here we are.
Starting point is 01:32:46 We have our markets for the day. will Jimmy Kimmel be fired or resigned by May 31st? We have some breaking news on this, actually. While the markets say there's a 10% chance of Jimmy Kimmel resigning, breaking news says the FCC may actually be launching an investigation today, as early as today. And this is going to be something that's going to be wild to follow. So instead of going on my show and talking,
Starting point is 01:33:21 about potential investigation. It turns out that the FCC is actually going to simply file paperwork as early as this afternoon that will challenge Disney's eight licenses. These are federally granted broadcast licenses for eight different stations. This early renewal move will be a major escalation by Brendan Carr at the FCC. breaking the FCC. And this is exactly what we called for in our opening monologue. The FCC is now preparing an order for an early review of Disney's ABC station licenses.
Starting point is 01:34:07 Now this, this is where you actually bring in the pain. It was like deja vu, Jimmy Kimmel said. Brennan Carr threatened ABC with wielding us heavy hand of government. in a way that most, this time, it was President Trump, first lady in the Lonnia Trump, creating an even more dramatic confrontation. But something is different this time around. The power dynamics seem to have shifted. Crucially, local TV station ownership groups that condemned Kimmel's liberal commentary
Starting point is 01:34:39 in September have stayed silent this week. And to their great shame, by the way, they should have spoken out. This is going to be a long fight. the FCC is preparing to take action that could be widely seen as retaliatory. The new Disney CEO, Josh DiMario, first big Trump test. It's coming at a time when Trump's political leverage has weakened. Last fall, Trump entered the first Jimmy Kimmel fight with political inertia this spring. His approval ratings are not in the blah, blah, blah, okay.
Starting point is 01:35:10 Consider the source. I'm reading to you from Brian Stelter here. But nonetheless, it's something that could. potentially really spiral out of control for Disney. Disney and ABC of course have hundreds if not thousands of cases and requests before the federal government you need these kind of things the FCC of course grants these broadcast licenses antitrust and so on and so like by keeping Jimmy Kimmel a guy who who is openly praising the assassination of Donald Trump and
Starting point is 01:35:49 for more of it, and that's what you're doing when you say that you want Melania to try to become a widow, what do you think that's going to do? So it's going to be a tough road. This is how you actually get done, though. And it would be a massive cultural victory for us. Be a massive cultural victory for decency in the country. I wouldn't like any, I would not like any Republicans speaking like this about somebody else's wife that she deserves be a widow. Again, I would disavow that as well. So at least we're ideologically consistent. Try saying about, try going on Jimmy Kimmel's show and saying that about Michelle Obama and see what happens. That's how you know they're liars and frauds. First Peter, 5-8, our verse of the day,
Starting point is 01:36:37 be alert and sober mind. Your enemy, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion looking for somebody to devour. Correct. Be of sober mind. I don't know if you're having a problem with drinking, but I can tell you that it doesn't solve any problems. I certainly used to have a problem with drinking. I used to be an absolute alcoholic, almost a non-functional alcoholic. And these are just like the demons of your younger years. And I would black out, right?
Starting point is 01:37:08 And just drink so much. It's like I think I got alcohol poisoning, quite frankly, a couple of times. And so I don't, I cannot express enough how you should be someone who is of sober mind. That's not going to help you. That's not going to solve any of your problems. They're going to accelerate all of your problems. And I'm sure that they're talking about in this verse,
Starting point is 01:37:31 like sober mind is in like just have clear thinking. But alcohol doesn't do that. And the more, the older I get, the more I realize and that it actually creates all of the problems you're trying to solve. So do have a sober mind. The enemy does try and take advantage of your vices. be sharp, be smart, be locked in with us on this program.
