Today is Monday, January 27th, 2025.
Ladies and gentlemen, this week we will be covering live Cash Vettel, RFK Jr., and Tulsi Gabbard
with their confirmation hearings.
Arguably going to be the most contentious confirmation hearings.
I would argue that probably Cash will be the most consequential confirmation hearing of the entire administration.
You're going to be locked in and live for it.
We're going to set the table for you today with Trump cabinet members joining the program.
Donald Trump's FCC chairman, Brendan Carr, will be on the show along with the senator
who will be running Kash Patel's confirmation this week.
Eric Schmidt, the great Eric Schmidt of the state of Missouri, ladies and gentlemen.

and we're going to be live for them.

American Financing is who are helping the people get out of debt every single month. And there's crazy markets. I mean, you see the market today, like China launches an

to be big downs, ladies and gentlemen. But the last four years, I think we can all agree, has
been down for all of us. All right. A lot of people are not getting big raises. Expenses are
up and it's very hard to manage without grabbing credit cards. If you're a homeowner and you're

and then NMLS 182334, NMLSconsumeraccess.org. All right, ladies and gentlemen, we have so much
exciting news and so many things are happening in quick And that is hard to really keep up. So we got JD Vance, who's just departed to go visit a area of hurricane ravaged Virginia.
And if JD Vance is live or doing any type of press, we'll be live with JD Vance.
We'll also, you can see this.
Is this JD Vance?
Really? No, this is Is this JD Vance?
Really? No, this is from, this is, is it?
Is this, let me know right now.
Let me know in the chat right now.
Is that JD Vance flying in the helicopter?
That was Trump in the helicopter.
You put it back up, put it back,
now that I know what it is.
I mean, whatever.
It's awesome, it's fricking awesome.
Put it back up, put it back. This was what I know what it is, I mean, whatever. It's awesome, it's fricking awesome. Put it back up, put it back up.
This was what we did Friday night.
Friday night, we like sat back.
I wish I had known it was gonna be so awesome.
We sat back, we cracked some beers.
I would have brought beers.
And we watched Trump in the chopper.
So cool, I've never seen anything like it.
We literally went live into the heli,
we were live in the helicopter with Trump
because of the excellence of the production team here.
Live in the chopper, going to the chopper with Trump.
It was so awesome.
And so the capacity for us to lock in with pool feeds,
which is something that we pay for here,
lock in with various other streaming platforms,
local news, cable news, C-SPAN.
We can bring you these events live,
literally as they're happening every step of the way.
A super sweet is so awesome.
So this is what we were doing on Friday night.
And you and hundreds of thousands of other people
joined us live,
most likely watching Donald Trump fly around, followed by these military planes called Ospreys
and Donald Trump and Marine One surveying the damage. It was so cool. We were live inside the
car, the chopper with Trump. So ladies and gentlemen, this is J.D. Vance. He was walking
just moments ago, leaving Marine One, I guess Marine Two is what it would be this is J.D. Vance. He was walking just moments ago, leaving Marine 1.
I guess Marine 2 is what it would be called with J.D. Vance.
And he was on his first domestic trip.
Expect a lot more from J.D. Vance on this program.
Hint, hint. Ding, ding, ding. Ring-a-ling-a-ling.
J.D. Vance is going to Virginia to survey the devastation of the hurricane.
And we're very, very excited to be covering, again, the TikTok of all of this.
Also breaking this morning, Pete Hegseth going to the Pentagon, taking the chair.
We were live on Friday night with Pete Hegseth. Pete Hegseth putting up
his first memorandum to the troops. Check this out. DOD does not equal DEI. No exceptions,
name changes, or delays. Those who do not comply will no longer work here. of defense boom whoo in his own handwriting too not some guy like like not
some like godless corporate style email right that's been sent around this is him writing in
sharpie and his own handwriting pete hagseth taking the chair this morning early in the early hours of
the morning pete hagseth walking in and explaining what the
Department of Defense is going to be like under his leadership. Ah, this is what we voted for.
Let's go. And today there are more executive office, executive orders coming that we fully
support on removing DEI inside the Pentagon, reinstating troops who were pushed out because of COVID mandates,
Iron Dome for America.
This is happening quickly.
And as the Secretary of Defense, it's an honor to salute smartly, as I did as a junior officer
and now as the Secretary of Defense, to ensure these orders are complied with rapidly and quickly.
Every moment that I'm here, I'm thinking about the guys and gals in Guam, in Germany, in Fort Benning and Fort Bragg on missile
defense sites and aircraft carriers. Our job is lethality and readiness and war
fighting. We're gonna hold people accountable. I know the chairman agrees
with that. The lawful orders of the president of the United States will be executed inside
this Defense Department swiftly and without excuse. We will be no better friend to our
allies and no stronger adversary to those who want to test us and try us. So, Mr. Chairman,
thanks for welcoming me today. I look forward to serving the troops, the warriors of this department. It's the honor of a lifetime and we're going to get to work.
God bless y'all. I'm going to freaking get to work.
Isn't it nice to not have a DEI hire in that position? Isn't it nice to know that your military is not some type of freak show gender experimentation laboratory
for the uh criminally disturbed isn't that nice ladies and gentlemen to know that the pentagon
is no longer being run by woke Darth Vader. That was somebody that,
a photo that we have regularly made fun of.
A guy who was so scared of a virus
that the Pentagon created with the CIA,
funded by Dr. Fauci,
that he had to wear this.
Not only is he double masking,
all of the troops are double masking.
He's double masking.
What is this even?
What is this message to our enemies as a country?
What's the message here exactly?
That we're this scared of the virus that we created,
that we're going to walk around. Looking like Star Wars characters.
America's back baby.
Pete Hegseth is taking questions.
Early this morning.
And man it would be cool to do some.
Pete Hegseth press conferences.
I mean I think that would be.
I think those would be smoking.
But as he's getting settled in.
And by the way we are friends with Pete.
We love Pete.
We look forward to supporting him. I will tell you my deepest, darkest secrets, which is I want to fly. I want to do a redo of the George W. Bush mission accomplished. fly out in a jet to an aircraft carrier with pete am i his closest friend i don't know i don't know
are we close enough with him to ask for that yes have we asked for that yeah will we be doing that
you're damn right we will will you be coming with us live on the jet flying out to the aircraft
carrier oh yeah bro we were live inside of a military aircraft this weekend.
On Friday.
Can you put the footage back up one more time?
We were live.
We were the only show that brought you live inside.
And we pay for this.
And it is expensive.
But, like, we were the only show live inside of the military aircraft.
This is, how do you get this shot?
You're inside of the back of a military,
they're called an Osprey.
It's called a rototilt aircraft.
You can see there.
This is kind of like a half jet, half helicopter.
And this is where we were.
So you don't think we can pull this off?
Yo.
So when Donald Trump conquers Canada and Panama and Greenland,
we'll fly out with Pete Hegseth to an aircraft carrier
and we'll land with a giant mission accomplished banner.
Except for this time, it'll have like little,
it'll have like little meme, it'll have memes on it, all right?
It'll have like Chad, like Giga Chad memes and Doge memes on the banner itself.
We're going to do a re we can't do what George W. Bush did.
That'll be bad.
Bad juju.
We got to do we got to do a remix banner.
OK, but we'll add memes.
We'll add meme memes to it.
All right.
That'll be amazing.
We'll literally we'll literally we'll literally meme our foreign policy into existence. memes to it, all right? That'll be amazing.
We'll literally meme our foreign policy into existence,
as Trump did this weekend.
We'll get there, hold on.
We'll get there, ladies and gentlemen.
Sorry, we're just having too much fun today.
Okay, Pete Hegseth, answering questions.
There's something amazing that he did here.
So there's military bases.
In the great awokening of the last decade,
that is, we're finally breaking the spell and the hangover of right now,
military bases that were named
after Confederate generals were renamed.
Now, why were these military bases
named after Confederate generals?
Because the military bases are in the South
because unification,
because you want to have like a united country you want to uh acknowledge people's histories and like then mesh it all together into a cohesive country all right
and like that's called that's called unifying the nation into a high trust society.
The Great Awakening renamed these bases.
They thought it was too offensive to have military bases named after Fort Bragg's one of them, to have military bases named after Confederate generals.
Well, Pete Hegseth, which you will watch live here, Pete Hegseth just renamed them back.
Oh, it's just glorious to see see the curse is over here we go
this right here is uh jorge olivera he was killed in afghanistan he was asked about uh what i wear
on my wrist every single day it was a troop i served with a soldier i served with in guantanamo
bay when i was a platoon leader he was killed in Afghanistan, not in my unit, but when I was there.
It's these guys that we do this for, those that have given the ultimate sacrifice.
Do you expect additional troops to be sent to the border soon?
Whatever is needed at the border will be provided,
whether that is through state active duty, Title 32 or Title 10.
Because we are reorienting. This is a shift. This is not the way
business has been done in the past. This is the Defense Department will support the defense of
the territorial integrity of the United States of America at the southern border to include
reservists, National Guard, and active duty in compliance with the Constitution, the laws of
our land, and the directives of the commander-in-chief.
Are you just looking at the possibility of invoking the Insurrection Act, yes?
Those will be decisions made by the White House.
I look forward to conversations about anything we need to do to ensure we're securing our southern border.
Mr. Secretary, how are you going to change military training?
I'm sorry?
Are you going to change military training? Military training will be focused on the readiness of what our troops in the field need to deter our enemies.
More rapid fielding, more rapid opportunity to train as we fight will be something we want our units to do across the spectrum.
One more.
Do you have a sub-ship?
Joint Chiefs of Staff and other members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
I'm in with it right now. I look forward to working with them thank you ladies and gentlemen in a very rare rare clip l clip l and
l we'll get you the right clip with the bases we posted it just a second just a second still very
newsworthy there we're going to use the American military.
Yeah, ALX is saying it's like three minutes of Q&A. So here we go. We'll get it for you right now with the Confederate bases. He's saying there's still a ton of news being made there.
He's saying, yo, let me explain something very clear to you. It is constitutional for the United States military to defend the integrity of the American borders.
It is our singular mission, in fact, to protect America.
And so we're going to do that and we're going to answer to the lawful orders of the Commander-in-Chief.
Now, step number one for that is going to be sending thousands of troops
Down to the southern border
Now ladies and gentlemen
There's a list
Please grab it for me
There's a list of every unit that's been activated
Right now
Sent down to the
We posted it on Max
Sent down to the southern border
There's units all over the entire country
Are flowing right now to the southern border.
There's hundreds of units
that are probably going to be activated.
Here it is.
Click line.
This is what we got so far, though.
Look at this.
Goodness gracious.
What a country we live in now.
What an amazing moment that we're facing,
where we're like actually treating our nation, not as an economic zone for higher GDP,
but as an actual country with a people and a history that's worth protecting,
that's worth defending, that's worth saving, ladies and gentlemen.
And this is the incredible moment from this past weekend. That was so awesome, President Trump.
Ladies and gentlemen, Donald Trump, I'm going to play you a photo here. I'm going to play you a
photo. I'm going to show you a very, like a very quick clip of Donald Trump on his phone. And I'm going to play you a photo here. I'm going to play you a photo. I'm going to show you a very, like a very quick clip of Donald Trump on his phone.
And I'm going to explain to you the absolute miraculous significance of this moment.
Please observe.
Here's Donald Trump getting out of his golf cart on his phone.
Now, you've probably seen clips like this.
This is at Trump Doral.
We actually did a big documentary on Trump Doral and what a nice little place it is.
This clip, however, is absolutely significant in the course of human history.
Let's keep this cycling, Klein.
This is a moment where President Trump, from his phone, in between holes four and five at his golf course, changed international law, posted a gangster meme,
made weaker third world nations bow to us, humiliated the Marxist leaders of these nations
who are crossdressers and total degenerates and liars, broke, broke the policies of every American administration
in my lifetime that says, yeah, you can just invade our country. We'll just let you invade
here, and then we'll pay you to do it. Donald Trump breaking the cycle live right here. This
is the only footage we have of President
Trump from this weekend. So all we have actually from this day, you can see Trump on his phone
and I'm going to show you exactly what President Trump was doing. Ladies and gentlemen, the F
around moment is when the president of El Salvador posted on social media that he wasn't going to take back
repatriation flights from America. Now, these repatriation flights, of course, have criminal
aliens in them. These criminal aliens are the individuals who came from the prisons
and the mental institutions inside of Colombia.
They emptied all their prisons with the social contract that you will head directly to the United States of America
and you will go into the United States of America, directly into the heartland.
They emptied all their mental institutions and they do this because they hate Americans.
Well, ladies and gentlemen, the president of Colombia who did
this decided it would be a good idea to fight Donald Trump by announcing that he will no longer
be accepting any of the flights back into Colombia of the criminal aliens that he sent here.
The degenerates, the rapists, the murderers.
I mean, the people that are being sent back
on the first flights here
are the worst of the worst.
And so the president of Colombia
who created all this,
do we have the original tweet, please?
Do we have that, ALX?
If not, then please kick it to me.
The Colombian president, a man named Gustavo, Gustavo decided to say,
no, I'm not taking them back. Oh, I've just decided we're not going to let American military
planes land here with our criminals, with Colombians on them. Colombia will no longer take Colombians back.
Well, ladies and gentlemen, President Trump had quite the response.
Our friend Matt Gaetz said, this is not the time to F with the United States of America.
And hot damn, was he right.
I want to show you the Colombian president's post, please.
Hey, guys, kick it over to me.
It's a very, very bad, bad plan by Gustavo.
So Gustavo decided to take this moment and F around.
And ladies and gentlemen, he found out.
Here's what President Trump decided to post on Truth Social within moments.
I was just informed that two repatriation flights from the United States with a large number of
illegal criminals were not allowed to land in Colombia. This order was given by Colombia's
socialist president, Gustavo Petro, who is already unpopular amongst his people. Petro's denial of
these flights jeopardized the national security, public safety of the United States. I have also
directed my administration to immediately take the following urgent and decisive retaliatory measures. Emergency 25% tariffs on all goods coming
in the United States. In one week, those tariffs go up to 50%. A travel ban, immediate visa
revocations for Colombian government officials and all allies and supporters. Visa sanctions
on party members, family members, and supporters of the Colombian government. Enhanced customs and
border protection inspections for the Colombian nationals, and treasury banking and financial institution sanctions
to be fully imposed.
So effectively, Donald Trump just ended the nation of Colombia.
So the nation of Colombia is no more.
Gustavo F'd around and Gustavo found out.
Bad move, Gustavo!
No bueno!
Here we go, ladies and gentlemen.
The U.S. cannot treat Colombian migrants as criminals.
I deny the entry of American planes carrying Colombian migrants.
The United States must establish a protocol
for the dignified treatment of migrants before we receive them.
Do you realize that this is in the language?
This is in deep state speak.
This is in the language of the deep state.
This is the language of This is in deep state speak. This is in the language of the deep state. This is the language of the foreign policy that would typically take years and months
and interagency coordination and white papers and having all of the agency, having all the DEI hires sign off on it. Like this is the language of old, cancerous,
take advantage of the United States diplomacy.
This dude didn't update his programming.
He doesn't understand we're on a very different version
of the app now.
Those codes don't work anymore, bro.
President Trump literally destroys his country overnight.
Do you know that 38% of Colombia's economy
is dependent entirely on the United States
and that sanctions like these
would effectively take a third world
and toss it into like the fourth or fifth world
straight into hell, straight into the abyss?
Little Gustavo didn't understand that we are on a very different timeline right now.
And in order to punctuate all of this, Donald Trump posted a meme.
President Trump posted this on Truth Social, which is an AI meme of him in a Al Capone style gangster outfit with an F around and find out sign behind him with a little smiley face.
And Gustavo, ladies and gentlemen, found out.
Colombia caved instantly to this.
Following retaliatory measures announced by President Trump,
Colombian President Gustavo Petro is now offering his presidential plane
to help repatriate deportees.
Remember that old promise that Trump made?
We're going to build the wall and Mexico is going to pay for it.
This is the new version of that.
Not only are you going to take back your trash, Gustavo,
but you're going to pay for it.
We were nice enough to actually fly them to you.
Now you're going to pay for it.
Dude, this guy's been having a absolutely psychotic meltdown online.
The White House says,
Colombia has agreed to all of President Trump's terms
on the acceptance of illegal aliens deported back to their country.
Total and complete victory.
Statement from the press secretary of the White House.
The government of Colombia has agreed to all of President Trump's terms,
including the unrestricted acceptance of illegal aliens from Colombia
returned to the United States,
including the U.S. military aircraft without limitation or delay.
You'll take it and you're going to like it. You're going to say thank you, daddy.
At the very end of it. Man, ladies and gentlemen. Yeah, President Trump did all of this.
And he hasn't posted this meme yet, but we sure hope he does. We sure hope he does.
Very famous meme. this was my entire timeline
yesterday trump did this from his and this is why i showed you the video he did this right here you
can see him do it from his golf cart from his presidential golf cart that alx we rode on
they they took us golfing on trump's golf cart he has a specific golf cart we got to like ride
on it with his with his golf clubs on it was freaking sweet. You can go back and watch the clip. It was great. About a year ago,
we went to Doral and they gave us like the full Trump treatment effectively. It was a really fun
time. Anyway, the point is that this is like a new era in America.
And this isn't the era where you humiliate and embarrass the United States of America.
This is an era of weak leadership and a bunch of cringy diplomats trying not to offend everyone.
This is an era of masculine authority and daddy's home.
And it's good
because you know when daddy comes home
and takes off the belt,
you know that like there's going to be order again
in your household.
Ladies and gentlemen,
it's such a fantastic,
such an unbelievable weekend.
On Sunday, Petro, who initially said
he would not accept deportation flights
from the United States,
immediately changed course
and accepted all flights,
as many as we want to send.
In fact, it's amazing.
You could just straight up potentially send
every immigrant in America,
every criminal alien in America, just send them all to Colombia.
Trump's working on a deal like that with El Salvador right now. repatriation flights and cleaning up our streets and, ladies and gentlemen, taking out
those who are here to destroy this country, those who are here criminally. And as we've made the
distinction on this program again and again and again, this is about understanding that
when your first act coming into someone's house is to break their window, you're not there
peacefully. If your first act walking into someone's home is to kick in their door or to
graffiti their front step, then you're not going to follow any of the rules. There are millions of people here
whose first act taken in this country
is to break our laws knowingly and wantonly.
And so, pretty please, with sugar on top,
go home.
Do it the right way way because these people are not
effing around. A very short clip this weekend from Tom Homan, the director of ice on this front
where the interviewer nearly breaks down in tears when Tom Homan explains, no, no, no, no.
If you're here illegally, it doesn't matter if you're a nun, if you're Dora the Explorer,
or if you are Hugo Chavez or Fidel Castro's bastard child, Justin Trudeau,
if you're in America illegally, then you're going home. Watch.
If you're in the country illegally, you're on the table because it's not okay to violate laws of this country. You've got to remember, every time you enter this country illegally,
you violated a crime under Title VIII, United States Code 1325.
It's a crime.
So if you're in the country illegally, you've got a problem.
And that's why I'm hoping those who are in the country illegally who have not been ordered removed by the federal judge should leave.
While you are emphasizing that you go after national security threats,
you have said no one's off the table.
If you're in the country illegally, you better be looking over your shoulder. You go after national security threats. You have said no one's off the table.
If you're in the country illegally, you better be looking over your shoulder.
You should be afraid and start packing now.
Is that what you're doing to get hotel workers out or people in working on farms that they'll be so scared they just leave?
Look, I think if you're in the country legally, it's not OK.
It's not OK to violate laws in this country. We have millions of people standing in line, taking the test, doing their background investigation, paying the fees that want to come in the right way.
I can't believe that I can say this right now because the timeline is so unbelievably glorious.
Dr. Phil is doing ice raids with Tom Homan in Chicago. Dr. Phil is literally,
would you watch a 24 hour a day cops episode of Dr. Phil and Tom Homan busting ice cream? I would,
I would. Where do I subscribe to that? How do I help produce that? We are, trust me.
We will be bringing you our own special ice raids.
We're, I've, we, fine.
I'll just tell you, I'll just tell you, you're my family.
I'll just tell you, why not?
I mean, it's like, like we're gonna go
on one of these deportation flights.
We're gonna bring you on one of these deportation flights.
We're gonna travel with them.
We've already like put in the paperwork.
We're gonna be going on one.
We're gonna be the first program to actually bring you inside of the deportation flights. We had a big
conversation with DHS this weekend. It's going to be really fun. Yeah. Just got a photo. Here we go.
Really quick photo. And, uh, and then we're going to get to our, uh, incredible guest. This is the
top. Can we go to the Tom Holman photo? And then then we'll then we'll bring you this this uh this dork dorky photo of alx here's tom homan this is tom homan uh doing ice
raids himself and we have a clip of him uh with dr phil which is awesome ladies and gentlemen here's
alx on drawing trump's golf cart there you go look at Holy smokes. This is executive producer ALX riding on the Trump golf cart,
and I think it has golden rims.
Look at those. Look at that.
Man, what a shot.
So this is Trump's golf cart.
We were able to chill on it.
Ladies and gentlemen, we were able to chill with Donald Trump,
with our next guest.
Very, very exciting that our boy is in the chair.
Ladies and gentlemen, the man himself, the chairman of the FCC,
the man who's now ready to muscularly defend America's memes, America's communications, and the American people's minds, most importantly,
against propaganda, domestic and foreign, a man who loves this country and loves freedom of speech
more than I think any single individual alive. Somebody we've known for a long time. It's our
great pleasure to bring to you for the first time the new chairman of the FCC,
the great Brendan Carr.
Mr. Chairman, it has a great ring to it.
Man, it just rings like a bell.
Thanks so much, Benny.
Great to be with you.
You've been with me for a long time along the ride.
I knew you back when I was a merely a commissioner. And here I am now in the corner office at the FCC, the chairman's suite.
And we have wasted no time getting going. Actually, you know, longer story for another day.
But you and I were together actually down at Mar-a-Lago when I had the conversation with President Trump.
And he indicated that I'd be chairman of the FCC, and that was a really, really good night. And we've hit the ground running. And look,
President Trump has been knocking the ball out of the park. I can't believe it's been
one week, just one week, almost to the minute that he was sworn in. And he came in and knocked
out hundreds of executive actions. I mean, you've seen D.C. forever, right? Most people come in and
they hope to turn the ship of government one degree here, maybe two degrees there. And President Trump has just shattered that mindset. He's turned the ship
of government around already. And we were headed towards a great strengthening and golden age for
the country. And it feels really, really good to be in D.C. with President Trump just down the
street. Man, it has got to be just an absolute whirlwind
and possibly the most historic single week
of an administration in American history.
From your position here,
obviously you've been making quite a few changes
and something that we've been covering extensively
on the program,
but you were one of the first out of the gate saying,
yeah, DEI will not be operational inside of the FCC.
Can you explain that process to us, Mr. Chairman? Yeah, we were ready to go day one. I had been planning for weeks at this
point that the very first thing we were going to do was to be coming out of the box, ending the
FCC's promotion of DEI. And President Trump beat me to the punch, as he's wont to do. And he got
an executive order out on DEI first. And so we were able to come in behind that and the policies he articulated. The American people would be absolutely shocked if they knew
how deep DEI and this sort of invidious form of discrimination had crept into the FCC and the
alphabet soup of agencies all across government. We put out a release following President Trump's
leadership on this where we eliminated DEI. Look, DEI was
listed as the number two strategic priority at the FCC. Our job is to make sure people have
connectivity, make sure rural broadband is getting out there. And instead of doing that,
we were listing the promotion of DEI. We had a DEI advisory group that's now been shut down,
and all its members have been informed and thanked for their public service. We had DEI
in our budget. We were spending millions and millions of taxpayer dollars promoting DEI.
And thanks to President Trump, that is ending. Yes. And thanks to President Trump, censorship
is ending. And I know that this is something that is so near and dear to your heart.
Mr. Chairman, for years, you've been talking about it. Even before it happened, you said that the infrastructure is in place to censor Americans and to rob us of our freedom of speech.
Few listened to you years ago when you said that.
And boy, have you been proven correct, Donald Trump, ending some of the censorious aspects of the federal government.
Can you talk us through the work that you're doing at the FCC to put a stop to the destruction of freedom of speech?
Yeah, this is so important.
In fact, I think, Benny, one of the first times you and I crossed paths many, many years ago was I think when you got in trouble for some meme you put out.
I couldn't tell you which meme it was.
You've gotten in trouble for so many memes over the years.
But I was happy to have your back then, and we'll continue to do it.
You know, look, we're coming out of a three- or four-year period where there's just this massive censorship, both across governments, across C-suites, shutting down America's free speech rights.
And there's a lot of problems with that. I mean, look, but when you censor words,
you're censoring ideas. When you censor ideas, you're preventing innovation. That's part of
why I think people felt like there was this wet blanket over the country for the last four years
and why it feels so good in the country right now.
I think so many people are fired up from all across the country to get businesses going because they know that all of this is connected.
And the Biden administration played a big role.
They were pressuring Facebook.
They were pressuring other social media companies to block speech, to censor Americans. And President Trump came right out of the box with an executive order that said that type of jawboning of corporations to censor people is going to end.
And this is one of the top two priorities for me, ending big tech's censorship cartel. That's
job number one. And thankfully, we've got some good partners across government. The chairman of
the Federal Trade Commission, Andrew Ferguson, he and I are very aligned on this. In fact, we may do a memorandum of understanding or other activity
together soon to try to work together on these issues. But that's a big one.
And then obviously, media is an important one as well. Broadcasters are differently situated
than everyday Americans because they have this special privilege of having a license that not
everybody gets. And therefore, they're supposed to operate not in any narrow interest, but in the public interest itself. And the FCC has completely
walked away from regulating in the public interest when it comes to these airwaves.
And that's something that we're going to bring back as well. In fact, it's funny,
the first time I came here to the chair's suite, I may mess up my tripod here, but the FCC's chair
suite actually oversees, I don't know if you can see it, that's the NPR building right there, National Public Radio.
So the FCC physically oversees NPR.
And soon with me in this suite, we may be overseeing them in a very different way as well.
So I'm looking forward to that.
Yes, Mr. Chairman, I wanted to bring this up.
You made a lot of news last week. FCC Chair Brendan Carr
restores biased complaints by Trump against ABC, NBC, CBS for their campaign coverage.
If you wouldn't mind, because there are some major technicalities here, could you please
take a step back and explain to us what kind of goodies these broadcasters get, because it's not fair to compare them
to like our show or to independent creators.
They're given huge bundles of money and privilege from the American taxpayer and the American
government.
But there's an exchange for that.
And they've broken that contract.
It seems the floor is yours, Mr. Chairman.
Yeah, you're right. Broadcasters are differently situated. It's not a cable channel per se.
It's not a streamer like you are. It's not a guy on the street with a soapbox. Again,
they have this special right to use the public's airways. In exchange for that,
they have to operate in the public interest. In fact, when it comes to places like NPR,
it's doubly so. Not only do they have to operate in the public interest, but they have this special status because they're supposed to serve the educational needs of their community.
So they get benefits above and beyond even what regular broadcasters get as well.
And they may be hearing from me pretty soon on those issues as well.
But these particular complaints are interesting. So at the very last minute, the 11th hour, the Biden administration came out and summarily dismissed three different complaints that were one against ABC, one against
CBS, one against NBC, the CBS one having to do with allegations of news distortion related to
the 60 Minutes editing of the interview with Vice President Harris. These are not frivolous
complaints. At the end of the day, it's not entirely clear to me where we're going to land on the merits of these complaints,
but what it is clear to me is summarily dismissing them at the 11th hour was a mistake.
And so we had the bureaus reverse those dismissals. All three of those complaints
are now live before the FCC. And I'm asking the bureaus to move forward with their information
gathering and their process for treating these complaints
the way they should be treated, which is, you know, certainly something not frivolous.
And we'll be looking at that. Good. This is something that, of course,
caused an enormous amount of high blood pressure on this program, Mr. Chairman,
when we watched ABC News brag about how they had no plan to fact check Kamala Harris during the
debate. They were open about that. They were excited to tell you. And yet they fact
check Donald Trump's jokes live. And we're thinking to ourselves, wait a second, like ABC News is
running a rigged debate. This is clear, clearly obvious. And it's not in the public interest.
It's being they're taking the taxpayers goodwill, credit, privilege money, and then weaponizing it against the majority of the country,
which seems so wrong. Yeah, the complaint there does go to that debate. It does go to
David Muir's conduct during the debate. And we're going to take a look at it. We're going to
adjudicate the merits of it eventually, once we feel like we have a sufficient factual record.
But the NBC complaint as well had to do with the SNL appearance that
Vice President Harris and actually Senator Tim Kaine got. You may remember this. I was sitting
at home. It was pretty late Saturday night before the Tuesday election on November. And all of a
sudden I see sort of flash across X, this breaking news. Vice President Harris's plane is landing in
New York to do a last minute interview on SNL ahead of
the election. And what came to my mind immediately was, you know, SNL and NBC had publicly represented
that no candidate was going to get a last minute spot on SNL because they didn't think, in their
view, that they could let them on consistent with FCC's rules about equal time. And so I was very
surprised to see it and quickly sounded the alarm
on that. And that complaint also remains live again. It's not just President Trump and whether
he had his rights vindicated or not. Senator Tim Kaine was running in an election there against
Hung Kau. I want to make sure that Hung Kau got his rights. But there could be other candidates
as well, including RFK Jr., who was still on some ballots running against Harris in at least some
states.
Maybe he had some rights as well. So those are all issues that we need to unpack with respect to that NBC complaint.
Yeah. Many people on the right have regularly talked about how unfair it is that taxpayers have to fund media operations that that cut directly against their interests. And PBS and NPR are stations that are totally and completely
supported by the taxpayer and would cease operations, I believe, if the funding were pulled.
And so what is the metric to actually determine whether they are of public interest, whether
that's a good use of taxpayer dollars? What can the FCC do to either reset the table and ensure
that there's fair coverage or to make sure
that these goodies that are given to them by us to stop being abused? Yeah, there's certainly a
lot the FCC can do. And I'm going to do it perhaps as early as this week. We'll have some more news
on that to share. But the bottom line is, you know, when NPR first came about, if you looked
at, you know, the cross section of their viewership, you know, they seem to be making a really good
effort to appeal to a broad cross section of the country and appeal to the public interest. There's been a lot of
reporting recently about how, if you look at their viewership, where they're going right now,
it's a real sort of niche product at this point in time. That raises a lot of questions. And also,
remember, the reason why they have these special protections that go above and beyond
ordinary broadcasters is they're supposed to serve the educational needs of communities.
So, for instance, they're considered non-commercial, which means they're not allowed to run
advertisements. There may be some issues there that I'll be taking a look at and we'll
flag for you when you get the chance. But stepping back, years ago, there was a chairman of the FCC,
Newton Minow, and he gave a famous speech at the time, and it's become famous since then as well,
where he referred to broadcast TV as the vast wasteland. And it was taken as a big criticism of broadcasters at the time. In fact,
broadcasters reacted so negatively that if you remember Gilligan's Island, the TV series named
the boat, the SS Minnow, the sunken ship after the chairman of the FCC, Newton Minnow, after that
speech. From my perspective, I don't really refer to it as a vast wasteland, but instead,
it's a very different problem, which is this sort of great sheepdogging of the American public.
This idea that broadcasters are serving the public interest, that they're appealing broadly,
seems like it's been replaced increasingly over the years with just trying to push people towards
preferred political narratives. And so I think, hopefully,, hopefully eventually the SEC is going to come together.
We're going to look at this public interest standard.
But to me, that's one of sort of the biggest problems.
If you're just asking me the commentator as to where we are in media right now is just
this sheepdogging people.
I'm not sure it's been a good trend.
But look, I think the movement towards podcasts is great.
That's been helping a lot.
The movement towards streaming services has been helping a lot.
And so we're lucky in the sense we have a much bigger ecosystem when it comes to news
and information than we've ever had before.
I think that's why you see just massively declining audience shares.
I mean, you know, MSNBC continues to lose viewers and people like you are continuing
to gain.
Well, we appreciate that, Mr. Chairman, and we appreciate your work because without you helping protect free speech, we wouldn't have a show. We wouldn't have the
ability to do this. We would be censored within an inch of our lives. Many people lost over the
last four years so much of what they have built. And so we just we deeply appreciate you setting
the tables correct. And I want to move on to broadband. But very quickly here,
what are the maximum punishments that could be placed on an ABC and NBC, a CBS if they're if they are found guilty of doing this? I mean, could they get their
licenses revoked? Could NPR get their funding cut or eliminated? You know, what what could the FCC
do, actually, if they if they are found to be manipulating the American public like this?
Look, I think every single remedy needs to be on the table right now. When I speak about the
specific remedies, people sort of overreact to that. So all I'll say is all remedies should be
on the table. But with respect to NPR and PBS in particular, there is a big debate in Congress
right now about Congress continuing to fund them or not. And my own view, particularly based on
what I'm seeing, is that I don't see a reason why Congress should continue to fund them. And so I look forward to participating in that process and making my views
to Congress known on those issues at the right time. Yeah. So, Mr. Chairman, there was a lot
talked about. There's plenty of banging the drum about how they're going to connect in the Biden
administration. Broadband, Kamala Harris doing big events and everything like that. Huge controversies with who were getting those contracts and not having Starlink be part of
that. It seems like very underhanded movement against Elon Musk, somebody, of course, who is a
big proponent of free speech and who endorsed President Trump. It seems like they were taking
it out on Elon. And we have Starlink. We love using it on this program.
We used it during a hurricane, for instance, here in Florida and ran the entire show off it.
Anyway, the technology seems awesome.
It seems incredible.
Yet how many people were connected in given the available technology now to make sure that this actually happens?
Yeah, look, you know, you can step back. There is this 42 billion dollar initiative that President Trump, sorry, the President Biden stood up back in 2021.
And actually, Vice President Harris stepped up and said that she wanted to lead that $42 billion initiative and agreed to lead it. Flash forward to the end of the
administration over 1,000 days, and you don't need an abacus or you don't even need two hands
to count how many Americans were connected. The answer was zero. They didn't even turn one
single shovel's worth of dirt, $42 billion. Now, the way out the door, they tried to get some of
the money out there. But I think most of the most the money about all the money is still- with the government with the commerce
department some of it is probably gone to the states for planning and whatnot. But no money
actually gone into. Turning dirt they're doing things like spending potentially over a hundred
thousand dollars hundred thousand of your taxpayer dollars. Per household in some cases in
some cases that they're going to connect
whereas starlink can do it for a couple hundred bucks per household so so think about the
inefficiency there in fact when the commerce department under the body administration was
leaving they lamented that you know there's still a very big digital divide and too many americans
have been left connected it kind of reminded me of that meme of you know we're looking for the
guy responsible for that uh 42 billion, nobody connected.
They're kind of the ones that held us.
So when Lutnick gets confirmed, when he gets into commerce,
that 42 billion will be in his bailiwick,
and they'll have to make decisions there about how much to return to the Treasury,
how much to move forward, but fundamentally how to sort of reform that program.
That's exactly right.
I mean, again, we used Starlink.
We used it here during a Category 4 hurricane.
We were able to do the show. Why? The entire studio was shaking, we use Starlink. We used it here during a category four hurricane. We were able to do the show.
Why?
The entire studio was shaking and we were connected.
We had our Starlink up and out.
And it was incredible technology.
Well, this is a wild story.
During the first Trump administration,
we made an award about $800 million to Starlink to connect hundreds of thousands of rural Americans.
And the Democrats came in and they revoked it
in my own assessment, purely for political reasons.
They said, well, this is an experimental technology. We don't know if Starlink is going to work.
But meanwhile, the government itself, even the Biden administration, was using Starlink for life and death, mission critical level operations.
And so I thought that was a real shame. And what I've told everybody is they're going to get a fair shake from me at the FCC and I'm sure from the Trump administration. People don't like that, but the fact of the matter is when the government has been weaponized
to favor you and your interests, when the government turns around and gives even-handed
treatment to everybody, that may feel like discrimination to you because you're used to
being having the government weaponizing your favor, but that's just not how we're going to
operate anymore. This is a great point. You've been weaponizing memes. You can even
reference the memes off the top of your head. Here's the meme that you referenced in case anybody
needed it. This so perfectly explains the Biden administration. I know we're very hard up on
time here, Mr. Chairman, but very quickly, we're all trying to find the guy who did this. This is
Joe Biden in the hot dog outfit, right? TikTok, the TikTok ban.
We're all trying to find the guy who did this,
says Joe Biden, right?
We're so upset about it.
They did it.
Your thoughts on this ban. It's obviously very controversial.
There's very strong opinions on both sides.
Your thoughts on the TikTok ban
and how should it proceed?
Yeah, this one's pretty simple in my view.
At this point, President Trump is going to lead on this.
President Trump is going to call the ball.
He's made clear that he's the one that can put together a deal that's both going to safeguard
U.S. national security interests and hopefully make sure that the people that innocently
are using TikTok get to continue to do so.
So I'm looking forward to him now that he's been in there for a week, working with his national security team.
There's always been various rumors of different deals, everything from Mr. Wonderful all the way
on down. And I'm excited about the opportunity to see, you know, the deal that President Trump
can put together. I look forward to supporting where he lands that. Good. So as long as it's
in American hands, which is something that we care a lot about, then TikTok should be good.
Yeah.
Okay, fantastic.
A parting message,
I think it might be refreshing to reset the table,
perhaps a parting message to Elon Musk.
I know he engages quite a bit with what we're doing.
I'm sure it's gonna be refreshing to hear
that everything will
not be politically weaponized against him. What's your message to the owner of X?
Look, I mean, our agenda is pretty clear. We're going to sort of look at the big tech censorship,
bring that in. We're going to take a look at media regulations in the public interest. And then three,
I've got a whole economic agenda that includes space. So the FCC has a space bureau that it stood up.
And unfortunately, over the last couple of years,
it operated more like flypaper than rocket fuel in the process.
We're going to fundamentally transform that.
So whether it's SpaceX or hopefully Kuiper soon,
or even the small startups,
I do think the FCC is going to play a role
in making sure that we can get the thousands and thousands of satellites up there
and the launch authorizations that are needed
so the U.S. can continue to lead the world in space. And I think the FCC is going to play
a small but important role in that. And that's going to be one of the lasting legacies I think
we're going to achieve over the next couple of years. That's so awesome. And nobody talks about
it. It's so important. It's so unbelievably important. That's the next battle. The battle
in 2024, I think like the downward effect of Elon Musk buying X
and setting the tone for what free speech actually looks like. Now you're seeing the results in meta.
You're seeing the results at Google. You're seeing the results in Microsoft and Amazon. I mean,
it truly is unbelievable. I think it's the bravest. We think it's the bravest singular move
that's been made in free speech history. And so it's just it's got to be an exciting time to take over.
It is. It is. Look, I think there's a saying that I think was attributed to Thomas Jefferson, but I don't think he said it.
But when we attribute something to someone like him, maybe people pay more attention to it.
But there's a line about, you know, one man with courage makes a majority.
And when you see what Musk did with X and Linda did on X in terms of putting their foot in the ground and standing up for free speech when it very wasn't wasn't popular at all.
And to your point, now there's a majority.
Facebook has gone that way and others are sort of heading that direction as well.
I think it's a great thing for the country.
What an exciting time to be taking over, Mr. Chairman.
Thank you so much for your work here.
And it's so exciting to see you in the chair, Mr. Carr.
Yeah, joining us
live everybody follow along 150 000 on x you can also find great memes and replies and some of the

libs extremely salt man they're gonna oh boy go if you go for the golden cat if you go for the
golden calf of the leftist media ecosystem n. He's just on here talking about like,
hey, yo, like I'm in favor of defunding NPR.
Whoa, like it's like big words from the FCC chairman.
I'm in favor of major penalties for ABC
for rigging a debate against Donald Trump.
Oh, come on, come on.
Well, ladies and gentlemen,
it's a really, really exciting time.
Why not pop that up, Killer Klein?
We were very excited to be there on the night.
No, no, no, me and Carr.
We were very excited to be there on the night when Brendan Carr sort of went over and got the chair with Trump.
We were there with him at Mar-a-Lago and we were talking through all of this.
It was a great moment,
a great moment in American history.
Ladies and gentlemen,
we talk about the golden era.
We talk about being in the front row
and we're going to be on the front row
and we're going to bring you,
ladies and gentlemen,
the actual breaking news.
Oftentimes we cover the news here, but we want to actually
break the news. We want to be live while it's happening. We want to be breaking it on this
program. This show is now big enough where, get ready, the heads of major government agencies are
going to be popping on live in their streams. They're going to hop on the stream from their car or from their offices.
It's going to be great.
It's going to be really fun.
It's an amazing time to lock in.
I do have a video.
I have two videos that I promised you.
Ladies and gentlemen, we apologize.
We didn't have our blackout coffee.
We did actually have our blackout coffee. We did actually have our blackout coffee.
But we needed extra time to find a clip of Pete Hegseth renaming the military bases.
We actually have that for you now.
We wanted to stay on time here.
I have had my blackout coffee this morning.
Blackout coffee powers our show.
Blackout coffee. Blackout coffee.
Can you tell?
It powers our show.
It keeps us a little bit of a pep in our step.
It's coffee that doesn't come from Colombia.
All the libs are like screaming and crying like,
oh, my coffee.
My coffee is going to be more expensive
or flowers come from Colombia.
We can't be mean to Colombia.
Yes, actually.
I will forego not my blackout coffee ladies and
gentlemen but i can forego like flowers on valentine's day i really can't i'll like draw
something i'll have ai draw flowers for my wife don't tell her like i'll do it in order to make
sure criminal aliens are no longer in this country. And Blackout Coffee agrees with me.
Blackout Coffee is an American family brand. Every bag is packed and roasted here on purpose,
packed with bold flavors. They don't just make coffee. They make a statement, ladies and gentlemen.
Go to blackoutcoffee.com slash Benny and use the code Benny for 20% off your first order.
Taste the coffee that doesn't just wake you up. It fires you up. Be awake, not woke.
Blackoutcoffee.com slash Benny.
Let's freaking go.
Okay, ladies and gentlemen, here we go.
As promised, Pete Hegseth renaming the military bases.
Let's go.
Every moment that I'm here, I'm thinking about the guys and gals in Guam,
Germany, Fort Benning and Fort Bragg,
on missile defense sites and aircraft carriers.
Our job is lethality and readiness and warfighting.
We're going to hold people accountable.
The lawful orders of the President of the United States will be executed inside the Defense Department swiftly and without excuse.
Competency, meritocracy, war fighters
in charge of the Pentagon again.
Man, so awesome to be back, ladies and gentlemen.
So amazing to be back.
And as promised, Tom Homan and Dr. Phil
effectively running ice raids together,
recreating the cops show in Chicago.
Here's the first episode,
you believe that I immediately grabbed my phone
and screamed into it,
get me Tom Homan, I wanna go on one of these.
We must go on an ice raid with Tom Holman.
Get me on one of the deportation flights.
We're working on it, okay?
We're working on it.
I spent all weekend blazing, blazing up the phone.
I'm sitting here holding a newborn.
I'm holding my newborn and I'm on the phone
with DHS being like,
I wanna go on a deportation flight.
Send me on the ones back to Columbia.
I wanna see the guy, I wanna see deportation. Send me other ones back to Columbia. I want to see the guy.
I want to see the president of Columbia
bend over and kiss the wheels of the plane.
I can't believe it.
Libs are actually like screaming and crying.
This is really happening.
AOC is the dumbest one.
Like she came out,
but like a bunch of libs came out
and they're like,
enjoy your more expensive coffee now.
Enjoy your more expensive flowers because Columbia provides flowers for us.
Good job, Trump.
You just made coffee more expensive.
I will pay whatever for more expensive.
I will pay whatever the up charges for my coffee.
If criminal aliens are deported and if the people who are here illegally
that are committing crimes and killing Americans
are gone forever, okay?
Like, that's the exchange?
I pay a buck more for coffee?
Do it every day, okay?
I'll do it every single day.
I'm sure you will too.
Like, seriously.
And now the mask off moment, just in totality.
And then I'll play you this amazing clip of Dr. Phil
literally arresting a criminal alien.
What a timeline we live in.
The totality of this moment
where libs
are totally mask off.
A bunch of libs,
give them the AOC tweet.
They're a bunch of libs that are like,
we shouldn't be sending criminal aliens back home.
OK, they're actually siding with a Marxist dictator and his criminals.
Over the American people and our military, thank you for showing us who you are.
When someone shows you who they are, believe them.
These people are unfit for leadership of a serious and a moral country.
Very quickly here, here's AOC.
Just you got it.
You got to see this.
I mean, you got to see it to believe it.
AOC to punish Columbia.
Trump's about to make Americans pay even more for coffee.
Remember, we pay tariffs, not Columbia.
Trump is about to make inflation worth for the working class
Americans.
Are you kidding me?
Really?
Are you kidding me here?
It's a total mask off moment.
They support, they
they
they will trade your daughter getting killed by a criminal alien.
That's pretty extreme, Ben.
Oh, really?
Go ask the hundreds of families who have had this happen over the past few years.
Lake and Riley, of course, is a big one,
one that many people know, but there are hundreds, if not thousands of Americans who lost family
members due to criminal aliens. And AOC is saying, I'd rather your family member die than pay a
couple cents extra for coffee. That's what AOC says. These people are demonic. They're demons.
AOC sitting here crying.
Crying out of an empty parking lot.
Maybe this is what AOC would look like
when she's watching Dr. Phil and Tom Homan
deport criminal aliens live.
Okay, here we go.
What's your name?
Seda.
Seda what?
You have a person on that team?
Sam.
Seda Sam?
Yes.
Where you from?
Where I was born or where I'm from?
Where you born?
Thailand.
You've been deported before from the United States?
No.
Never been deported?
I've been in a citizen's car, B&B.
Yeah?
Yeah.
What have you been charged with?
Charged with?
Before.
I'm not the center. I'm not charged with my lawyer.
Yeah. Are you a citizen?
My mom's a citizen. Your mother's a citizen?
Yes.
But you're not?
Nope.
But you've never been deported before?
We got Dr. Phil.
Yeah?
How do you know me?
No, I seen Dr. Phil, you know, on TV.
Yeah?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Well, this is an example of sanctuary cities, right?
We've got an illegal alien convicted of sex crimes
involving children.
He's walking the streets of Chicago.
Again, the downfall, the problem with a sanctuary city
that people like us walk in the street rather than law
enforcement working with federal agents, this is what we're dealing with.
Yeah.
You've been charged with sex crimes with children?
Not really.
Not really?
And never been deported?
Nope.
Huh.
Let's take him in and process him.
Lock him up.
Got it, sir.
All right. Let's take them in process and lock them up. Got it, sir.
Imagine the last thing you see before getting deported is Dr. Phil.
You go home,
you get sent back to Thailand or wherever,
and they're like, whoa, bro,
like I haven't seen you in years.
I thought you were in America.
And it was like, no, no, man.
Dr. Phil got me.
It's like, this is the greatest timeline ever.
I want, I've never been angrier at Dr. Phil.
I've raged, jealous, green with envy.
I am.
Because I want to go on ice raids.
Why does he get to have all the fun?
He has a better mustache than me?
Yes, it's true.
He has better hair than me?
No, that's not true.
That's not true.
Tom Homan.
Let's hook your boy up.
We're already talking with him.
Hook your boy up.
We're going to make it work. Hook your boy up. We're talking with him hook your boy up we're gonna
make it work hook your boy up we're doing the ice raids and the deportation flights and it's
gonna be really fun and while we do it all while we make all this content for you because we heart
you this is what aoc is gonna look like there you go we'll do we'll tag her in every single
deportation rate in fact all i'll bring like an aoc i'll bring an aoc mask i'll wear it. We'll tag her in every single deportation raid. In fact, I'll bring like an AOC.
I'll bring an AOC mask.
I'll wear it so it'll look like AOC's deporting them.
It'll be fun.
We'll bring a cutout.
We have cardboard cutout of Kamala Harris.
We had a lot of fun with that in a PG sense.
And we'll bring a cardboard cutout of AOC.
It'll be great.
We can put AOC.
So inside of the military jet,
can you get the military jet with all them, everyone in chains getting loaded up? Inside the military jet, they're
called C-17s. We'll put a little miniature bar. We'll serve tequila and we'll have the AOC cutout
be the bartender. Think about it. That could be, guys, it'd be great. It'd be humane, okay It's probably a long flight
Maybe these guys need a little drink
And, you know
They are in chains
So, I'm not sure
Not sure
What would be the exchange rate exactly
Right?
What would be the exchange rate? Here's the photo
What would be the exchange rate?
We set up a little bar, and we have AOC be the bartender
inside the deportation flight,
and then we tag AOC in the content.
It'd be great.
Thanks, AOC.
You're back in action.
Look at that.
There's plenty of room for the AOC bar in there.
Maybe we invite AOC along.
We'll just reach out to her press team.
We've emailed them before.
Maybe we just reach out to the press team. Ladies and gentlemen them before. Maybe we just reach out to the press team.
Ladies and gentlemen, somebody who probably won't be invited to AOC's Christmas party will be J.D. Vance.
Doesn't matter. J.D. Vance in absolute spectacular form this weekend.
It's just like I never thought I'd see somebody as good as Donald Trump in with the press.
Facing off the press. But J.Dd vance is straight up like doing helms deep
okay where he like is rushing the ramparts of the enemy and like bulldozing in to the
corporate media and they're so freaking scared of him they're so scared of him. They're so scared of him. J.D. Vance utterly embarrasses CBS's Margaret
Brennan on immigration security and economy. Please pop up that article. Thank you.
This was a masterclass. I've never seen anything like it. The tactics of the left has been to take the to take weak, feminine, feline energy and to manipulate our country into committing cultural suicide.
Because we feel bad about it, because we make you feel bad because of your feelings, because feelings are bad.
Remember the whole child separation thing with Trump?
How they like tried to like hang that around Trump's neck
when it's been happening for literally decades?
J.D. Vance is the official line in the sand saying, no.
When J.D. Vance was selected as vice president,
I didn't know much about him.
So I called up his homies,
these guys that I've worked with,
Tucker and Don Jr., Charlie Kirk,
and they know J.D. really well.
And I said, yo, like, tell me, what's the, why the selection of J.D. here?
We weren't against J.D. Vance, but if you were watching live, we were like, wow, that's an interesting pick.
Right? He'd only been a senator for two years, so on and so forth.
And they're like, listen, this is what Don Jr. said.
He said, this will be my dad's secret weapon. J.D. Vance
will be the secret weapon of my father. And hot damn, did it not, did he not prove it this past
weekend? Okay, here we go. Margaret Brennan of CBS News going, why aren't you allowing like that?
Like we should just not be deporting vetted people they were vetted right do you trust
anyone that joe biden vetted do you trust anybody that joe biden vetted into this country remember
when they made you get the covid vaccine to keep working that's what they tried to do but yet they
there was no covid vaccine required to enter the country illegally do you trust those people
exactly they wanted to take bread from your mouths of your children yet they to
get the therapeutic they're untested therapeutic and then you you had to suffer everyone lost their
job there's thousands hundreds of thousands of americans lost their job because of this
had to be stopped at the supreme court and yet they allowed millions into the country illegally
and never forced the jab on them isn't that that strange? Is it strange that isn't it?
Ladies and gentlemen, strange that. Here we go, ladies and gentlemen,
the vetted terrorist question. This is what went viral this weekend.
When you talked to us in August, you said, I don't think we should abandon anybody who's
been properly vetted and helped us. Do you stand by that? Well, Margaret, I don't agree that all
these immigrants or all these refugees have been properly vetted. In fact, we know that there are
cases of people who allegedly were properly vetted and then were literally planning terrorist
attacks on our country. That happened during the campaign, if you may remember. So clearly,
not all of these foreign nationals have been properly vetted. No, but there are 30,000 people
in the pipeline, Afghan refugees. Do you stand by that?
But my primary concern as the vice president, Margaret, is to look after the American people.
And now that we know that we have vetting problems with a lot of these refugee programs,
we absolutely cannot unleash thousands of unvetted people into our country. It's not good.
These people are vetted. These people are vetted.
Just like the guy who played a terrorist attack in Oklahoma a few months ago. He was allegedly properly vetted. And many people in the media
and the Democratic Party said that he was properly vetted. Clearly, he wasn't. I don't want my
children to share a neighborhood with people who are not properly vetted. And because I don't want
it for my kids, I'm not going to force any other American citizens kids to do that either.
No. And that was a very particular case. It wasn't clear if he was radicalized when he got here or while he was living.
I don't really care Margaret.
I don't want that person in my country and I think most Americans agree with me.
We'll be back in one minute with more of our interview with.
Okay, this is now the meme.
I don't really care Margaret.
Frankly Margaret, I don't give a damn.
Gone with the wind, gone with JD. Frankly Margaret, I don't give a damn. I don't really care, Margaret. Frankly, Margaret, I don't give a damn. Gone with the wind. Gone with JD.
Frankly, Margaret, I don't give a damn. I don't really care, Margaret. I don't want these people
in my country, around my children. They're terrorists. As a matter of absolute fact,
we know that thousands of terrorists, people on the terrorist watch list, got into the country.
So I don't want those people in my country, Margaret.
So I don't really care, Margaret.
That's the meme.
This is it.
This is the new meme. J.D. Vance as the 1950s father
reading his Saturday evening post with his pipe.
I don't really care, Margaret.
One final one, ladies and gentlemen.
That is such an epic,
such an absolutely epic response.
It's our Salt That Lib of the day, and then we'll get to our great – fantastic senator, Eric Schmidt.
Very short clip here.
The last clip, frankly, should have been a Salt That Lib.
So dump extra salt on this clip, which is just the thug life, the thug life meme of the day.
Salting, salting, salting the very salty lib, Margaret Brennan on CBS, J.D. Vance putting it
very succinctly what the immigration policy of the United States is, ladies and gentlemen,
let's salt this liberal reporter. It's a very basic principle in American immigration law
that if you want to become an American citizen and you've done it the right way and the American
people and their collective wisdom have welcomed you into our national community, then you become
a citizen. But temporary residents, people who come in here, whether legally or illegally, and don't
plan to stay, their children should become American citizens.
I don't know any country that does that or why we would be different.
Well, this is a country founded by immigrants.
Well, this is a country founded by...
This is a very unique country, and it was founded by some immigrants and some settlers.
But just because we were founded by immigrants doesn't mean that 240 years later that we have to have the dumbest immigration policy in the world.
No country says that temporary visitors, their children, will be given complete access to the benefits and blessings of American citizenship.
America should actually look out for the interests of our citizens first. And that means, again, if you're here permanently and lawfully, your kid becomes an American
citizen.
If you're not here permanently, if you're not subject to the jurisdiction of the United
States and don't plan to be, why would we make those people's children American citizens
permanently?
Just because we are a nation founded by a bunch of people from a bunch
of different places doesn't mean we have to be dumb, Margaret. I don't really care, Margaret.
Don't really care. There it is. This is the meme.
This meme kind of reminds us of our next guest, ladies and gentlemen.
Our next guest, who is a senator who was actually joining from a car and then walked right into his office and we were very thankful for.
He's a senator who's been on the program many will be grilling Kash Patel in just a matter of hours. Ladies and gentlemen,
the great senator from the show me state of Missouri, Eric Schmidt, live right now.
Senator, thank you so much.
You're speedy.
It's amazing.
Oh, man.
Well, I'm getting ready to head to the airport.
So I was somewhere else and then I popped home and then I'm heading to the airport to head back to DC for a potential week.
But by the way, I was listening.
Well, thank you.
J.D. and I are good for JD and I are good friends and I told a lot of friends are getting ready to
watch that VP debate and I had talked to JD before and I was like you guys are
about to see what I already know which is this guy is incredible he's gonna
shine and I'm just so glad the country has gotten to see how skilled JD is it
just sort
of dismantling all these ridiculous arguments from the left. And he just does it with such grace and
such ease. It's just every time he does it, there's some new meme. So it's great. Yes.
Perhaps we can start with this. Like there is a major sea change in this administration.
You're part of it. You're somebody who didn't put up with this garbage and you sued, uh, you sued everyone over it and you went on offense.
We regularly praised you on this program for being the only attorney general with a set of balls to
go on offense and say, no, we're not going to allow this. Like we, we, I'm here to protect
the citizens of my state. And we're not going to allow you to do vaccine mandates, to censor our people. We're not going to let it happen here. And but but that that was pretty rare
when you first came on the show two years ago. Now, it seems like the entire administration from
the top on down is saying we're over this. We're not going to be cuddled and manipulated and abused and use emotional manipulation to have us pledge fealty to your
left-wing worldview that is total garbage. And that's like really refreshing, Senator.
So where does that come from exactly? Like, it is amazing to see.
Now, listen, the vibe shift is real my friend um and i i've
been talking about this because yeah as you mentioned when i was ag we brought the vaccine
mandate case the supreme court we won we brought this the student-owned debt relief case to the
spring court and won i sued 65 school districts in missouri for their mass mandates and we got
them to back off we had the missouri versus b censorship case. And when you're filing those, it was kind of lonely in many ways. Right.
And now the reinforcements have arrived. President Trump has completed the greatest political comeback in American history.
And this momentum, this America first momentum, whether it's on foreign policy or just eliminating DEI and sticking up for Americans and border policy, all this stuff. We have got a real
opportunity now to change the trajectory for this country for the long term. And you look at like
what's happening to younger voters are overwhelmingly voting Republican. That's typically
not the case, right? Typically you get more conservatives, you get older. So if you kind of
watch the, you know, how this tail might move here, we've got a real opportunity. And so that, I think, influences
how the Trump administration is handling their first 100 days, their first 100 hours. They're
not wasting any time. You look and see what happened yesterday with this Colombian president
who thought he was going to be like a tough guy and deny these flights. Trump was like,
just gets off the golf cart and is like, OK, well, that's interesting. How about a 25% tariff in no more visa applications
or embassy shuts, closes your appointments. And he's like, you know what? I reconsidered here.
We'll give you our plane. It's like a totally different way of handling this stuff. And this
is what people want. They want action. They want to know that people care about their country and
they're going to fight for them. They care about them more than they do than like drug cartel members who are
here illegally.
So I think it's,
we are really entering this golden age and we just need to make sure we
capitalize.
And I'm sure we'll talk about those confirmation hearings coming up.
That's a big part of it too.
Making sure president Trump's got his team in place.
Yeah.
I mean,
it's a meme now your friend JD.
I mean,
it's like,
I don't really care,
Margaret.
I really hope that more Republicans start speaking like this because this is how the voters approach CBS and ABC and NBC when they're these rigged questions and these manipulated, these emotional manipulation arguments, right?
To have you give up your civilization, to have you give up your safety and your security over the fields right aoc cried aoc cried at a like an empty parking lot somewhere
and suddenly we're supposed to like change all of american immigration policy because of a barista
like it's it's uh it's crazy and we're like we're over it bro like we're over it it's like yeah
thanks uh thanks but it's it's not 2020 anymore.
And you can call everybody every name in the book.
We don't care because we're doing the right thing.
And I think the fever broke, honestly.
I think the fever broke in November of 2024.
And there's just a lot of good things to do.
And I think there are arguments.
The American people, like, you've been doing this stuff you've been doing this stuff. You know, I was doing my thing. We were out there,
but the good news now is there is like culturally, there's a shift in politics. It's kind of
downstream from culture there. There is something that's happening, right? Like there is something
that's happening. And I think it's a, it's a pretty unique opportunity. It's a lot of fun too.
Just really quickly. Cause I, I really want to move on to the committee hearings here. But very quickly, since you brought it up, you
brought up Gustavo, you brought up the president of Colombia and the reaction, the antibody reaction
on the left has been remarkable. Here's this post from AOC saying, oh, yeah, well, your coffee is
going to get more expensive now. Great job, Trump.
And it's like so utterly out of touch with reality
and where the American people are right now, perhaps.
And I've seen other people on the left making this argument.
Oh, your flowers will go up.
Your coffee will be more expensive.
And most Americans are like, yo, I'll gladly pay a buck more for coffee
if my daughter doesn't get killed right you know out
jogging while she's in nursing school uh perhaps your your retort to the left side of the aisle
that's saying how dare you deport these criminals i don't think they get it yet i really don't like
i i think they've feigned this like uh effort to um look back and come to grips with what happened in November.
But I think their disdain and their loathing for like regular people just
outsizes their any kind of honest assessment of why they lost.
Like, cause here's the truth.
They're pretty much for any team unless it's team America.
You know what I mean?
Like it, it is, you know,
you can do this with like Ukraine funding or this thing.
Like it's always something else that supersedes the interests of the American people.
And I think for that reason, there still is this disconnect that exists. And I don't think they've hit rock bottom yet.
I don't think they can help themselves. I mean, this is like, it's like being out of touch meets Trump derangement syndrome.
I mean, I tweeted out on X last week, which is true,
was reporting that House Democrats brought in psychiatrists
to tell them and teach them how to cope with Trump coming back.
This is not a party.
I mean, this is not, it's totally insane.
This isn't a party that is ready to deal with why they lost
and the weakness and the wokeness on their side of the aisle. It's not going away. They just,
they're kind of scattered right now. They don't have a leader and they're going to fall into this
trap every time Trump does something that is supported by the American people. They're going
to be against it because Trump, they haven't gotten the memo yet. You know what I mean?
And so, so it's going to be fun to watch because I think we're just going to continue to build on success.
It's sad, but I think the country will be better off because most normal people now like recognize the common sense prevailed.
Like, you know, all of the things that we've been taught, they're just common sense.
The Republican Party owns common sense now, um, which is great place to be. We have the, uh, we have the post that you just referenced and I'm very sorry that I missed this
one. I cannot believe this. Can you please expound as much as you can here? Democrats in Washington
brought in psychiatrists, psychologists to help them cope with Trump being back in office. You
can't make this up. Was this happening in the Senate?
People like weeping and crying.
I've not heard in the Senate,
but there was reporting that the house Democrats had brought in during a
retreat, a psychiatrist that like how to cope, like emotional regulation.
It's totally nuts.
These are adults who've been elected to represent and they can't handle it. So, um,
you know, cry harder, I guess, but, uh, we got, we got a country to run.
Yeah, that's exactly right. Okay. So the different attitude summarized here with the
oversight, the oversight committee just posted this of your friend,
the official oversight committee in the
house. I don't really care, Margaret. So this is now the meme, Senator. You will have probably
plenty of memes created in your hearing of Kash Patel up this week. You'll get a chance to talk
to Kash Patel. He's a dear favorite of the show, a friend of us. And I deign to say that he's most likely the single most sought after and interesting
and kinetic of president Trump's appointments, many of which we know and love. But I got,
just got to say like the energy around cash is just something else. And that's why he got them
not in the position and why we hope he gets a really
fair shake in the Senate. So can you can you handicap for us? How is this nomination looking?
And what will you be asking? Yeah, so Cash, I think, is going to be fine and he should be.
He's very well qualified. He's served in a bunch of different capacities, high level positions at
DOD. He's been a prosecutor. He's been a public defender. He's a serious guy who is, I think, hellbent on coming in and reforming an agency
that's totally lost its way. It is really kind of the epicenter of this weaponization that we've
seen, whether it's going after Catholics or investigating parents who show up to school
board meetings because they objected to mask mandates or CRT. I mean, it's just, it's really crazy.
And I think Cash is somebody who understands that landscape
and has the ability and the credibility to fix it.
But make no mistake,
there are going to be fireworks in this committee hearing
because the Democrats are going to come for him.
It's interesting because Pam Bondi
was in front of our Judiciary Committee,
you know, about 10 days ago or whatever that was. And I think they've the Democrats have conceded that Pam Bondi is going to going to be the next attorney general and she should be. She's highly qualified and going to do a great job. But a lot of their questions were about Kash Patel. Yes. Sort of like showing their hand a little bit. And so, you know, I'm sure they're going to they're going to ask him about his book. I'm sure they're going to ask him about weaponization. was bragging about being Barack Obama's wingman. He was bragging about being his heat shield.
Loretta Lynch was meeting with Bill Clinton on the tarmac just before Hillary Clinton was being interviewed by the FBI
about the email scandal.
I mean, the Democrats have totally weaponized this agency
and specifically the FBI.
And so it's just so hypocritical.
And so I think Cash is going to come in.
He understands that.
He knows where the bodies are buried,
and he knows how corrupted it's been. And I think he's the kind of reformer that president trump the
hallmark of this all these picks is that they're all reformers and as much as you know when i was
a g we could take a shot in the court system and then the legislature we can we need to dismantle
the administrative state and we you know those are opportunities that we have but you also have
to have cultural change from the inside right and that, I think why all of these picks are really important. Cash,
Tulsi Gabbard, RFK Jr., who I've gotten to spend some time with on the campaign trail as well.
All of them are friends, all of them are qualified, and I think they all get confirmed.
Oh, fantastic. I mean, listen, we've heard quite a bit of headwind. Obviously, Pete Hegseth had to get the tie-breaking vote, which is quite frankly shocking and so utterly disappointing for us to have three Republicans vote against Pete Hegseth.
Is that trend going to continue with Tulsi and RFK, who are certainly perhaps more controversial than Pete Hags have? I think they're the most, I think they ultimately get through,
but they're also going to be the ones that Democrats focus on most.
And I think we just have to hold the line with Republicans.
Here's the truth.
Part of the reason why President Trump, I think, was so successful was he's a disruptor, right?
Like this cycle was, to me, less about Republican versus Democrat
as it was
disruptors versus the establishment. And part of that coalition he's built includes people like
Tulsi Gabbard and RFK Jr., right? And Cash is in a different category. But if you want to understand
how President Trump won the popular vote, if you want to understand why he swept the battleground
states, if you want to understand, you know, why I think the movement we have has gained such traction and why the podcasts are so relevant and why this sort of,
you know, all of this stuff is that we've pulled more people into our party. This is a good thing.
I grew up in a working class neighborhood. Like, you know, I love the idea. The Republican Party
had a convention that was, you know, Kid Rock was playing and Hulk Hogan is there and Joe
Rogan is part of the, I think this is awesome. Like if we are serious about being a majority
party, we have to pull in more people. We have them. Now, electorally, we have more low propensity
voters than we've ever had before. So we're going to have to really work and make sure people show
up to vote in every election. But the base is there now. It's a working class,
multi-ethnic working class party. This is a good thing. And so I think if you're a Republican in
the Senate, you should pay attention to that. And so all of these nominees should get confirmed
because President Trump is delivering on his promise to open things up a little bit with
reform. I mean, just think about, I just loved his press conference where he's signing the executive orders,
and he's being handed by Will Scharf, who's a friend,
all these EOs, and he's, like, just doing this, like,
impromptu press conference that he signs.
He's declassifying, you know, the JFK documents.
He's declassifying MLKs.
I mean, this is, if you would have been in it, like, 10 years ago,
tried to transport yourself to the stuff that we're seeing in the last week, a lot of people just wouldn't believe it.
And I think it's great.
Like, this is where we exactly should be.
It's what people expect.
And we have a president who's making promises and then actually doing them.
And so I think these nominees are a part of it.
And for that reason, I think it's really important that he get his team in place.
And one more point.
Historically, before the Hexeth vote, there were only three negative votes when you have a president and a Senate of the same party since Bill Clinton.
Not people who didn't make it across the finish line, but just three no votes altogether.
So it's exceptionally rare for us not to actually confirm a president of our own party
if we've got the Senate is fixed.
So I think there's a lot on the line, and we've got to have reform,
and I hope my other friends in the Senate see it that way too.
Yeah, I know you're new to the Senate, but man, that Mitch McConnell vote against
really set our blood boiling on this program.
Yeah.
It seems like total bitterness, vindictive, catty, feline sabotage just for the sake of effing with people.
And we're not there anymore.
To your point, we're not doing that anymore.
Right?
That's right.
That's right.
Yeah, that's right. Okay. We don't do that anymore, right? That's right. Okay. We don't
do that here. Wakanda. All right. Okay. So you sit on the Judiciary Committee. You just brought up
transparency and reshaping a trust in the American government again. Kash Patel,
obviously, this is something that must happen at the FBI. The Judiciary Committee is the committee that is holding up the release of Epstein documents.
Do you would you be voting in favor of that?
Would you be in favor of. Yeah.
Hell yeah. Open it up, brother.
Like I just think a government that doesn't trust its people is dangerous.
And we're a republic um and and we the
people are the source of any authority that the government has and i think this inversion that's
taking place um well of the experts know better um than regular folks is wrong i think covet exposed
all of that like power doesn't necessarily corrupt but but it does reveal. And I think COVID revealed that way too many people had been in charge of things for way too long that had no business being in charge of those things.
Right. They they they they viewed it as their opportunity to exert their will.
I mean, people were talking about putting people in camps because they weren't getting the shot.
I mean, you know, they had police tape around playgrounds.
It's totally insane.
And I only say that to say I think it was a watershed moment for most people.
They saw the excesses of government, and they don't want that.
They don't like it.
And so I think open this stuff up.
Release the Epstein files.
I mean, you know, open all this stuff up.
I'd vote for declassifying. And I also think that committee for a lot of the things that have happened over the last four years, this weaponization, the American people deserve answers of who was involved in all that.
And so my hope is that that will uncover more of that, because I think they thought they could get away with it and I think they thought they would just win again and that people would forget about it
and I'm not forgetting about it and I'm not going away so let's get some answers hell yeah let's go
it is it does like break people's moral we still have a moral nation we still a nation that
believes in God and the vast majority of us like want to live like moral and good lives and and want to hold ourselves into account and then our government's
protecting the world's foremost pederasts well and here's the thing diddy epstein it's like hold on
wait a second like this why this is demonic you know like right no i'll open it up and here's
the thing it gets down to a fundamental difference of a worldview. Like I trust people to make their own decisions.
Yeah. Oh, hey, you talk about the wrong subjects and the CIA just goes, boom, you're gone.
OK, the senator. Let's see if we can reconnect with the senator because he was getting ready to cook, ladies and gentlemen. If not, then we
appreciate the senator's time, although we would love to, again, reconnect with him to let him
finish his thought, and then I know that he has traveled today. But while we wait to lock back in,
isn't it nice to, like, isn't it nice to be able to even have these conversations,
right, with certitude? I mean, like a year ago, it would have been like, yeah, like that's never
going to happen. They're never going to release the actual Epstein files. Like, come on, give me
a break. Like, that's not, that's no way that's going to happen. Now, now, ladies and gentlemen,
we are officially, we are officially back. Okay, so while the senator is reconnecting, our team is efforting to get that connection back.
We assure you that, ladies and gentlemen, we will be connected and we stay connected with you.
We'll always stay connected with you.
It's just the beauty of being live.
You wonder if it's live.
Is this a prerecord?
I see people in the comment section.

Nope.

We were fired up.
We said it was the CIA, but now Ratcliffe's in charge,
so it probably wasn't. We used to say it was the CIA.
Now maybe it's China.
Now it's China breaking us up.
No, but my point is,
it's the difference between
trusting people to make their own
decisions here. You know what I mean? It's like masking, like it was all BS. There was phony stuff, but you know,
like if you want to, but it's a free country.
If you wanted to walk around with eight masks on your face, right.
You know, central park all day long, go ahead. Like, I think that's insane,
but you have every right to do it. I just think people should,
it's a censorship argument.
Like people should have the information they can make their own decisions,
but the excesses of government, I think particularly on the left, they're hell bent on
controlling all of that. So I think we're entering this new phase where people actually believe in
free speech. I know our side does. There used to be a time where liberals did too, like get it out
there. People form their own decisions. I think people are tired of the middlemen deciding what
they can say and what they can hear and what they're supposed to think.
The government shouldn't be involved in that.
And so let's open this stuff up, let people make their own decisions.
And that's what living in a free country means.
Just a final question here for you, Senator, because I know that you are traveling today, but we really appreciate your time.
Something that I know has been a thorn in your paw for quite a while throughout your political career
has been Dr. Fauci. You were probably his arch enemy. This side of Rand Paul, it's you and Rand
Paul who are like the greatest arch enemy of this little evil tyrant who we think is possibly one of
the worst villains in all of human history and committed crimes against humanity, quite frankly.
And this is really easy argument there. Apparently, he was absolved of
all these crimes with the wave of a wand from Joe Biden in the small hours of the final hours of his
presidency. Yet there may still be culpability for Dr. Fauci and certainly should be accountability
through subpoenas and through maybe the Judiciary Committee, maybe other committees
hauling him in to ask them real questions.
Would you be in favor of that?
What lies ahead for the evil doctor?
Yeah, no, I think there's still more accountability needs to come.
I had the opportunity in that Missouri v. Biden lawsuit
actually to take his deposition.
And it was all day.
And I think he said, I don't recall, like 176 times.
It's really interesting
for a guy who claimed he was the science and had all the answers he didn't have a
lot of answers that day but he knew very well that the Wuhan lab leak was a thing
he had funded it through the eco health Alliance to get around the prohibition
that existed on gain-of-function research he knew exactly what he was
doing he in an email and a private email we showed him when a friend asked him in 2020,
should I wear a mask on a plane? He said, no, those things aren't effective. Don't wear a mask.
And then he's out there forcing five-year-olds in school settings, uh, to wear a mask all day long.
I mean, the guy's a hypocrite. He's a joke. Um, and you know, but go back in time, there were
people who like put him like, he was like a saint. They had like Fauci candles. It was totally, it was crazy. Um, so I don't think we've, we've, uh, um, my intention is that we haven't heard the last Anthony Fauci. let's get let's get Fauci back up on Capitol
Hill. There's still a lot of answers because he put this country through hell and and he deserves
everything that's coming. So. Mm hmm. Good. Well, it's great. It's great to hear that there is this
attitude inside of the Republican Party is the the attitude era of the republican party and it's the vibe shift brother yeah the
vibe it's incredible this is the wwe attitude era and it's um it's amazing to see it's been so
it's been so exciting you've been a massive you've been a massive part of that and your energy which
you did few know but like what you did on the state level with Missouri set the tone, man.
And it gave us wins and like a position to fight from
that was aggressive and on offense
when everybody else was tucking tail and running.
And so we just want to say thank you again.
I appreciate that, man.
I do.
Thanks for what you do.
Everybody follow the Senator right here on X.
We got 100 and we got 200,000,
close to 200,000 Americans.
Can't be wrong.
Follow the great Eric Schmidt, Cardinals fan.
Ladies and gentlemen,
a man who actually truly does fight.
There's far too few of them.
So thank you, Senator.
All right, brother.
Take care.
See ya.
See ya.
All right. We ya. See ya. All right.
We are rocking and rolling.
We may have some live statements from JD Vance here.
Might as well just tease it.
I don't know if we...
Producer ALX, let me know if we have anything
like
in the works for that.
Because if J.D.'s live, then cool.
President Trump not live today.
J.D. Vance
apparently
got off the plane.
Let me look at this.
Okay.
Around 1230.
So if he wanted, yeah. So if he wanted, yeah.
So if he was going to do a press conference, it would have already been presumably done.
But producers, let me know if I'm missing anything here.
If there's any live feed of a J.D. Vance press conference.
He does it a little bit differently from Donald Trump,
right? Trump did five press conferences, six press conferences on Friday. Even we were like
neck snapping to actually cover all of it. And so it was a lot of fun and made us think,
man, we're going to have to up our game.
We're ready for it.
We're built for it, actually.
We're built for it.
Speaking of being built for this,
I want to just get to one other very important clip
from J.D. Vance.
On January 6th,
political prisoners and hostages being pardoned
fully by President Trump. A little bit of a brouhaha over J.D. Vance's opinions on that.
I want to give him an opportunity to set the record straight since we talked about it on the
show and we've regularly debated about it on this show with Mike Davis and Julie Kelly and some of
our favorites who said, no, you must pardon all Jay Sixers.
You must do it. And President Trump listened and did it to his credit, to his extreme and forever credit.
J.D. Vance was pressed on this this weekend, and his answer rings like a bell.
Here we go. Two weeks ago, you were on Fox News and you said, if you protested peacefully on January 6th
and had Merrick Garland's Department of Justice
treat you like a gang member, you should be pardoned.
If you committed violence on that day,
obviously, you shouldn't be pardoned.
Did you counsel the president against these blanket pardons
for 1,500 people?
Well, Margaret, I noticed...
Including those who committed violence.
Margaret, I noticed that you cut off the thing that I said immediately after that.
The full quote is that, of course, there are gray areas.
And here's the nature of the gray area.
Merrick Garland's Department of Justice denied constitutional protections in the prosecutions.
There were double standards in how sentences were applied to the J6 protesters versus other groups.
What the president said consistently on the campaign
is that he was going to look at a case-by-case basis,
and that's exactly what we did.
We looked at 1,600 cases, and the thing that came out of it, Margaret,
is that there was a massive denial of due process of liberty,
and a lot of people were denied their constitutional rights.
The president believes that, I believe that, and I think he made the right decision.
Daniel Rodriguez used an electroshock weapon against a policeman who was
dragged out of the defensive line by plunging it into the officer's neck. He
was imprisoned, sentenced to 12 years, seven months. He got a pardon. Ronald
McAbee hit a cop while wearing reinforced brass knuckle gloves and he
held one down on the ground
as other rioters assailed the officer for over 20 seconds, causing a concussion. If you stand
with law enforcement, how can you call these people unjustly imprisoned? Margaret, you're
separating. There's an important issue here. There's what the people actually did on January
the 6th. And we're not saying that everybody did everything perfectly.
And then what did Merrick Garland's Department of Justice do
in unjustly prosecuting well over 1,000 Americans
in a way that was politically motivated?
Is violence like that against a police officer ever justified?
Violence against a police officer is not justified,
but that doesn't mean that you should have
Merrick Garland's weaponized Department of Justice
expose you to incredibly unfair process, to denial of constitutional rights,
and frankly, to a double standard that was not applied to many people,
including, of course, the Black Lives Matter rioters who killed over two dozen people
and never had the weight of a weaponized Department of Justice come against them.
The pardon power is not just for people who are angels
or people who are perfect.
And of course, we love our law enforcement
and want people to be peaceful with everybody,
but especially with our good cops.
That's a separate issue
from what Merrick Garland's Department of Justice did.
We rectified a wrong, and I stand by it.
Man, it's like Julie Kelly... Julie Kelly did actually get on the phone
with J.D. and with Trump. Julie Kelly broke that news on our show. We love Julie Kelly. And she
did this. I mean, Trump did this. And Trump's administration actually took the action. But
Julie Kelly, who if you're a viewer of this program, you know, we love and we care about and has been actively advocating for pardons of all J6ers for that exact language.
The system was broken. The system was broken and people who have been in prison for years already have paid enough for their crimes.
And people who killed cops and killed Americans and tried to burn down the White
House to kill Trump. How do I know that? Are you a mind reader? No, I went with a camera to the
White House while libs were protesting Trump. And I asked them, what would you do if you got a hold
of Trump? And they all told me they'd kill him. That's what they said. They said it to my camera.
So that's how I know, in case you're wondering. Nothing happened to those camera. So, that's how I know,
in case you're wondering.
Nothing happened to those people.
You want to talk
about a real armed insurrection
when they tried to storm
the White House gates
like the Bastille
and murder the President
of the United States.
That's an actual insurrection.
So, brave,
ladies and gentlemen.
J.D. Vance, just, let's pop on over here to the live shot.
J.D. Vance is not speaking, but he is currently in Damascus, Virginia,
and he is surveying hurricane damage.
We've got no audio from J.D. Vance.
We've gotten J.D. Vance chatting with the governor of Virginia here.
This is live.
Governor Youngkin, yeah, I mean, why don't we just zip in here.
Here.
You know, you can hear ever so lightly the sort of technology of conversation.
This is JD speaking.
JD, come here. Take questions. You just looked at us. JD!
You just saw us! Come on!
Ah!
Ladies and gentlemen,
let's speed this up.
We'll see. We'll see
if JD comes over and takes questions
while we're
still live, but we don't have any schedule from them. They
did not release a schedule of what he's doing today. And so we don't have that. It just said
that he's doing this trip, but we don't have any type of line by line is what they're called.
And so we have no indication if he's going to stop and talk to the press, much like, you know,
President Trump has a different style than J. JD. I think that's very good.
His and JD styles are very complimentary,
but very different.
President Trump, like at every stop, spoke with the press.
JD is doing all business,
but we're monitoring, ladies and gentlemen.
So obviously an exciting and rolling time.
One final one, and this is something that I think means a lot to millions and millions out there
who share the Catholic faith with J.D. Vance, or the Christian faith, the overall Christendom,
the use of Christianity and the abomination of Christ's teachings to say,
oh, well, you should just let your country be invaded
by criminals and rapists who are here to commit murder and crimes
who don't share your culture and don't share your faith beliefs.
You should just let those people in because you need to be nice to everyone.
Tolerance is not a Christian virtue.
Tolerance of sin and murderers and killers is not a Christian virtue. Yet Catholic charities,
to the tune of hundreds of thousands, if not millions of criminal aliens, have been the main
nexus for the facilitation of the illegal border crossings. Catholic charities get government
dollars for facilitating more human bodies into the country. It's human trafficking. It's utterly
evil. I don't know a single Catholic who supports this, but there were some bishops that came out
and are like, we don't like the fact that the government's shutting this down because they shut down the gravy train into their coffers, which is evil. And again, a total and
complete distortion of the scriptures themselves. And so J.D. Vance was asked about this. J.D. Vance
is himself a Catholic, and his answer rings like a bell. Here we go.
But let me just address this particular issue, Margaret, because as a practicing Catholic,
I was actually heartbroken by that statement. And I think that the U.S. Conference of Catholic
Bishops needs to actually look in the mirror a little bit and recognize that when they receive
over $100 million to help resettle illegal immigrants, are they worried about humanitarian
concerns or are they actually worried about their bottom line? We're going to enforce immigration
law. We're going to protect the American people. Donald Trump promised to do that. And I believe
the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, if they're worried about the humanitarian costs
of immigration enforcement, let them talk about the children who have been sex trafficked
because of the wide open border of Joe Biden. Let them talk about the children who have been sex trafficked because of the wide open border of Joe Biden. Let them talk about people like Lake and Riley
who were brutally murdered. I support us doing law enforcement against violent criminals,
whether they're illegal immigrants or anybody else in a way that keeps us safe.
Ladies and gentlemen, our commitment to bring you all live news and make this the front row
seat to the golden era.
We have a teaser for you here.
It looks like J.D. Vance will be taking some questions from the press.
He's inside of a firehouse, much like the president was on Friday night.
Our DEI cameraman continues.
I think maybe it's the same cameraman.
We're not sure.
But it looks like that's what they're gearing up for.
So we'll see if that happens.
If that happens, we'll pop on over because obviously J.D. Vance is making a ton of news.
Glenn Youngkin was just chatting with the cameras there.
They have survivors of the hurricane there in Virginia.
But right now it's this very shaky shot, but this is live and we'll see this is the pool camera pay a lot of money for
this and uh we'll bring you uh everything that our dei cameraman uh will get turn the camera
the other direction there we go there you go okay here we go. Just in time. Here's J.D. Vance and Glenn Youngkin in Virginia.
Looks like they're taking a snap here.
And why don't we zip in on this, just for fun.
No.
Okay, so they're preparing.
Okay, so they're going to prepare to do a roundtable.
And there's the seal of the vice president.
So J.D. Vance will be speaking here.
Great job, bro.
So why don't we mute this?
Because it's just going to be J.D. shaking a few hands
and then heading over to speak.
And we can stay on the shot.
I just want to read to you guys some great breaking news here since we just talked about COVID-19.
The CIA suddenly has changed to say that COVID,
they couldn't identify with certitude
that it leaked from a lab.
Well, now the CIA has become the latest intel agency
to conclude that COVID-19 originated
from a Chinese lab leak.
Why would that be?
Well, because the CIA paid for that Chinese lab leak.
How do we know that?
Because Dr. Fauci was being paid by the CIA.
How do we know that? Because Dr. Fauci was being paid by the CIA. How do we know that? Because Dr. Fauci was brought into the CIA in order to blackmail the scientists who were
saying, no, this is clearly manmade. How do we know that? Because it's been reported. We actually
have the documents that prove it. How do we know that? Well, because we have the paperwork from Way back in the Pentagon days, after 9-11, in the Patriot Act, that said that Dr. Fauci is going to be in charge of bioweapons.
How do we know that?
Well, because we have the documents.
We have the actual funding.
How is Dr. Fauci the highest paid government bureaucrat?
Because he's being paid by the CIA in a cutout from the Pentagon through the Patriot Act
to develop bioweapons to create these type of viruses. And so, yeah, the CIA freaking knows
that they not only not only did they create COVID, but if you zoom really tightly in on the COVID
molecule, you'll see it has a stamp of the CIA seal on it. It actually marked their
territory. A little punch button right in there. So it was pretty obvious if you had the right
microscope. Here we go. To the strange credit of the FBI, even under Christopher Wray, the FBI
had been saying for years that this virus leaked from a Chinese lab. More like it was created
with American taxpayer dollars and leaked at the exact right moment to damage President Trump
and to stop him from being president. Although much like all suffering, I am very thankful that
we went through the last four years now that we're through it and we've seen the results.
Here we go. The Central Intelligence Agency has thrown its weight behind the lab leak theory
as the most plausible origin of COVID-19 in a low-confidence assessment.
Oh, really?
Well, the difference a new leadership makes.
Without providing details as to why the spy agency was changing its position,
the CIA informed reporters of its position on Saturday,
just days after John Ratcliffe was sworn in as new director.
We have a low confidence in this judgment,
but we'll continue to evaluate the all-available credible intelligence reporting
or open source information that would change the CIA's assessment, says CIA spokesperson
Toled Politico. On the way out, former CIA director William Burns had called the agency
to take a stance on COVID-19's origin instead of staying neutral. Under Ratcliffe's watch,
the CIA decided to declassify that assessment. Ratcliffe,
59, has served as the Director of National Intelligence under the first Trump administration
and has long favored the lab leak theory. Now Langley joins the FBI in the Department
of Energy, which runs a slew of labs and research facilities across the United States and the
US in this assessment, and agreeing the lab leak is the most likely origin. Four other agencies still back the zoonotic theory, which is insane,
and has no biological backbone at all. You actually zoom in on the COVID molecule,
you can see that human spike proteins were added to make it infectious to humans. So, how about Nair?
The highly contagious virus naturally mutated, they say, from bats to infect humans.
No, it is a bat COVID.
It is a bat molecule.
It is a bat SARS molecule that exists inside of horseshoe bats that is non-transmissible to humans.
They had to add a protein to make it deadly to humans.
So ladies and gentlemen,
here's JD coming out.
Anyway, I want to look at
what other,
what other agencies
still say this?
We got to flip those assessments.
Quick.
This is, again, Glenn Youngkin jd vance looking at the devastation
i see this is what everybody will come to this was this was the 27th so instead of normal times So...
Total homies. to receive. It's great to have leaders that actually care about this country. That's awesome. You're kidding me? Thanks for working with us.
Wow.
There's so much money. There's a lot of water.
So do you know when this was taken? Was this also the 27th?
This was how many days afterwards? You know, that's the same day. That's the evening.
The water has received. This is what we got.
And then what do you remember? What do I like here?
It was three or four days after maybe or it was a little bit longer.
About five days. It was five days. Right. Yeah. Yeah.
And the time went to work.
And it was amazing. You were here. Yeah.
I mean, it already looked way better.
You looked a lot better.
That's amazing.
There you go.
Yeah.
Let's wait for a second.
Okay.
Thank you.
All right.
Here we go.
So, ladies and gentlemen, the Vice President of the a lot of things with prayer.
Yep.
And I think there's no better place.
Oh, no.
No!
No!
No! What! No!
What's going on?
What's happening?
I'm sorry, guys.
Our producers are on it.
I don't know what...
What?
This happened the other day.
Why are they covering the round table?
Is it closed press?
I mean, this does happen, where they're like're like nope you're not allowed to cover it and they force the pool cameras out but our producers are
rabidly hunting down uh if there is a feed of this that isn't what we consider the pool feed
that is the uh you know the camera that is allowed to sort of follow JD everywhere that he goes.
For some reason, that camera was sent away. Can you see ALX? There's any local news or anything
like that? I know that people were probably interested in watching. It's what everyone has.
They kicked the cameras out. All feeds got cut. That's a crying shame.
Well, okay.
I mean, maybe there's going to be clips later that we can put up,
but that means that we can't watch it live,
which is what the show is all about.
So we did our best.
Everyone, my producers are telling me right now,
Fox News got kicked out.
Right Side Broadcasting got kicked out.
Local news got kicked out.
And so unfortunately, there's just literally nothing we can do
until we're in the char with JD Vance, okay?
Trust us, when we're live with JD Vance,
we ain't kicking out the cameras, okay?
It's gonna be amazing.
We've got some exciting things in the works.
It's gonna be, again, lots of fun.
It's gonna be lots of fun.
Here we go, ladies and gentlemen.
What a week we have ahead of us.
Trump's most vulnerable nominees, according to some,
but this is an article from Fox News,
RFK Jr., Tulsi Gabbard, back-to-back hearings with Kash Patel.
This is going to be an exciting time for all of us to lock in.
And we're going to be doing our part to make sure that we
flood the zone for our boy, Kash Patel. We also really like RFK. We met him. He's a super nice
dude. Okay. Hasn't been on the show. Nicole Shanahan was on the show. RFK coming on the show.
He's a busy guy. But we love ourselves from RFK. We love Tulsi. Tulsi is a friend. She spent a whole hour with us.
It was really great.
And so we are going to go hard in the paint for our men and our women who are here to save this country.
They don't like Tulsi because Director of National Intelligence is responsible for all intel agencies, and they are scared to death.
Scared to death. Scared to death because she is somebody who has
often spoken about the deep state and about the wickedness of these people and about the nexus
of evil run via Hillary Clinton and so on. This is why Hillary Clinton has so savaged her and why
she's perfect for this position. And so in many, many ways, ladies and gentlemen, we are going to
be locking in.
Expect us to be live early.
Expect us to have some awesome guests like Callie Means,
who's going to be on the program tomorrow.
He's somebody who's obviously like the founder, effectively,
of the Maha movement and the intellectual nexus
for saving our country and the health of our citizens. And we are really excited,
of course, to be broadcasting these hearings live. And so we'll be live. We'll be early
and we'll be ready to rock this week. Here's a preview, ladies and gentlemen, of these hearings.
President Trump is expected to encourage House Republicans to stick together
as they try to pass his initiatives.
House Speaker Mike Johnson, in particular, wants to leave this retreat with a plan on how to address the budget reconciliation process. Johnson has said he wants to pass one big bill in line with
the president's wishes, but that's a tall order for a small House majority. They have to stick
together. They got to stop looking at themselves individually and what they personally get.
They've got to get the job done together because really, they really have two years to make this all happen.
They can't be fighting among themselves because if one or two get upset, it all collapses upon itself.
And really, President Trump is the leader. He laid out the agenda. People need to work together to make sure they get it done. The Senate, meantime, is busy working to confirm Trump's nominees. A final
confirmation vote is expected for Treasury Secretary nominee Scott Besant today. Hearings
for Commerce Secretary nominee Howard Lutnick, Health and Human Services Secretary nominee
Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and Small Business Administrator nominee Kelly Loeffler are
expected on Wednesday.
FBI Director Nominee Kash Patel and Director of National Intelligence Nominee Tulsi Gabbard are appearing before their respective committees on Thursday.
Man, it's like when two movies come out that you really want to see and they come out on like the same night and you just like got to go to one.
Tulsi and Kash will be on the same day.
Why do you gotta do this to us?
That's all right.
We're gonna make it work, okay?
You're gonna be tuned in to the right place,
and trust us, here's gonna be our programming.
We are gonna take the Cash Patel hearing live.
We're going to, just based on the pure energy,
kinetic energy of the program.
We are just going to, we're going to take that live, um, as a priority feed,
and then we're going to be able to dip in and out, right. Um, based on what's happening with Tulsi.
And of course you're working with the best production team that exists on the entire
internet. We won't miss anything. We'll get everything to you as quickly and as fast as
possible. That is our guarantee, the front seat to the golden era. Ladies and gentlemen,
please join us. Please join our Benny Brigade. You can go to BennyJohnson.com right now. Join
the Benny Brigade and it'll allow you to ask questions. Soon to be asking questions of our guests. Soon to be the access portal for you to
actually physically ask questions to administration officials, to Trump himself someday. We'll see.
Join the Benny Brigade right now, $5 a month.
You can't even get a Subway footlong or you can't get any Subway, I think, for $5.
You can barely order anything off a Starbucks menu
or a McDonald's menu these days for $5.
Ladies and gentlemen, this supports our work
and keeps us going and hustling.
We're gonna be doing a lot of travel.
It's gonna be a very expensive year.
And so we just appreciate your financial support.
Just you watching is awesome. We thank you for watching. Just you watching is amazing and supportive of
us. And we are the fastest, the fastest growing independent streamer show in the world. And
that's us as a community doing this together. It's the honor of a lifetime to be able to do this
with you. And as ever, our verse of the day, to ensure that we leave you with absolute truth
from Psalms. Their children will be successful everywhere. An entire generation of godly people
will be blessed. You can really judge a generation by their children, right? You can judge them.
I'm not going to say anything about generations in the past, but I can say something about the
generation that I wish to raise, which is I want to leave this country better for them. I want them
to be locked into their faith, to be locked into reality, to understand the world around them,
and to be able to adapt and to understand the world around them and to be able
to adapt and to flourish. This is what I want for my children. It's what you want for your children.
And so that's what we're fighting for here on this channel. We thank you for joining us in this fight
