Starting point is 00:00:00 Good morning. Today is Wednesday, October 28th, 2026. We are six days away from the midterm election, and we were rallying the troops in Midland, Texas last night. A thousand people showed up for an event that we were honored to speak at. The Life Center event in Midland, which is practically in Mexico or New Mexico or Oklahoma or somewhere crazy. And so we are flying back this morning. And ladies and gentlemen we have a slew of incredible interviews that we did in texas about a month ago with the governor brandon gill and with ken paxton and that's what we are going to be focusing on the show today the future of texas as texas goes so goes the rest of america i feel like we have it pretty much locked in in the state of florida but texas has some major races and
Starting point is 00:00:53 Trump was there last night. Well, maybe not the most, I mean, memeable thing. I love the meat. Ah, I love it. Look. Donald Trump. I love the meat. Ah.
Starting point is 00:01:08 I love it. Look. Making fun of James Tala Rico. Yeah. And don't mind us what we record here in the airport. We at least didn't have to brave the rain. It was beautiful in Mimbris. But everybody was happy in Lubbock where Donald Trump was saying daddy will be home for a few more years.
Starting point is 00:01:29 I want to tell everybody else out there. He's going to be daddy for a few more years to deal with it. Let's get it. He's got to be taddy for a few more years. President Trump welcoming Marco on stage to roaring applause. Marco Rubio has not made an appearance at a campaign event. Marco Rubrio got an massive ovation. Listen, we're going to say. Listen, yes. Is this something that's a signal for 2028? I guess we don't know. Let's be down now.
Starting point is 00:02:05 Man, boy, he was welcomed like a conquering hero at a massive rally in Lubbock, Texas, kind of at least in the neighborhood of where we were, but Texas is massive, and that is why it's taken me all day to travel back home. And so, again, we're doing the show from the airport. Donald Trump throwing out the MAGA hats. The energy unmatched. Unmatched. Donald Trump with a brutal Tala Rico impression, vintage.
Starting point is 00:02:37 There we go. Trump tosses more hats in Lubbock rally. Again, you can see the rafters are full. Donald Trump's got an arm on a cannon is what they call it. Okay, here we go. The crowd goes wild with President Trump putting the guns up, right? Did he do it? All right.
Starting point is 00:03:08 Well, anyway, ladies and gentlemen, Donald Trump going in hard and saying, you know what? You never know. Are you worried about the Texas Senate race? You never know, says Donald Trump. Brandon Gill told it like it is. This is a clip that's going viral, actually, from the event yesterday. Donald Trump called Brandon Gill the future of the Republican Party, and he says, I'm sick of Democrats trying to sell my country to foreign.
Starting point is 00:03:36 Sick of Democrats trying to sell my country to foreigners. And a massive round of applause here for a big time friend of the show, Brandon Gill. And we'll have an interview with Brandon Gill here in just one moment. So we appreciate everybody in this audience, all of you in the chat, for sticking with us as we crisscross the country, We are going to fight hard until the bitter end because the midterms, of course, are going to set up 2028 and 28. It's going to set up a census. And if we have a fair census, then we will have an incredible future as a nation.
Starting point is 00:04:10 That means that you could have a resorting of some 30 seats to red states like Texas and Florida to the south in general. You would lose seats in California in mass and Illinois, in mass, and New York, in mass. and all across the northeast, it would be an incredible thing for our nation. If you have a fair census, that doesn't count illegals. And so we have to fight for that, along with a ton of other obvious victories that we have to have, including a closed border. So, ladies and gentlemen, financial victory is what I want you to have. I want you to have advantage gold in your wallet, in your bank account.
Starting point is 00:04:49 The price of gold has dipped this year, and a lot of American investors, have hesitated China doubled down and they bought even more. So ask yourself, what do they know that we don't look around? There's a lot of things happening in national debts and in financial crises that seem to be brewing. So if you have more than $5,000 in the retirement savings, text Benny 2855545 and advantage gold will help you be able to flip those accounts backed by gold or silver, all physical tax and penalty free. Text Benny to 85545 now.
Starting point is 00:05:26 Text Benny to 85545 now for your free gold investment guide. Okay, ladies and gentlemen, here we go. These are a series of interviews that we've done, starting with Brandon Gill, actually, in the state of Texas, and then moving on to the governor of Texas, and then Ken Paxton. We did do these interviews in the summer, and we were waiting for a rainy day,
Starting point is 00:05:50 and sure enough, Here we are. And so God bless all of you. Here we go with our next guest, Brandon Gill. Yo, what's up, guys? We are here with the Texas Superman, I guess we'll just call him. Everyone says he looks like Clark Kent. What do you think?
Starting point is 00:06:12 Getting mob, I guess, getting mawed here at my own show. It's pretty embarrassing. We got Brandon Gill, Congressman Brandon Gill. In the flesh. We've never actually met, which is awesome. Been on the show like a million times. The audience loves you. Yeah. And they love you because you're like out here just like saying things that people believe. You're like saying what the chat says every single day. Why is that so hard for Republicans to do that?
Starting point is 00:06:33 Well, that's the question because I mean, we're at the Texas Convention right now. And the goal is to represent the people who are here. The people who are our base, the people who are our voters who actually send us to Washington or to Austin. And too often you've got guys who are terrified to say the things that you'll hear conversations every day here. I'm like, I want to preserve. America. I want to keep America America. I want to deport illegal aliens. Get out of my country. Get them out of my communities. I don't want Islam in my neighborhood. Those are like pretty basic things that most people believe, especially
Starting point is 00:07:08 on our side of the aisle, but it could be a lot more straightforward about. Texas did something remarkable that I don't, like, I keep talking about it because it keeps, I keep like, you know, James Hilarico goes to bed dreaming about trans kids. I go to bed, dreaming about being able to deport the
Starting point is 00:07:24 illegal alien about the federal government in the state of Florida, where I live. But you actually did that. You made that dream come true here. Yeah. I mean, it's, I'm going to Palo Rico. I mean, the one thing that, you know, he gets asked in a podcast, the one thing that he says he loves as trans kids. That's like what he thinks about all day. I mean, that's like his, it literally daydreams about it. And, but I mean, that's, I mean, that's literally what we're up against right now, whether it's Talarico, his obsession with, like, the most weird perverted things you can possibly think of, or like, Justin Brockett, who's defending this thug
Starting point is 00:07:58 who just went and stabbed a kid to death, and she seems to have some perverse idea that we need to feel sympathy for him. That's kind of what we're up against. But to your point, yeah, we're here to own
Starting point is 00:08:14 the libs and deport illegals. It's a fomper sicker. We're here to own the lives and deport illegals, and I'm all out of libs, right? Exactly. Yeah, okay. I've seen that Roddy Piper. They live. That's a crazy, man. It's a great movie. It's a great cameraman's on it. He's like, yeah, that's right. What? We got Jasmine Crockout saying some crazy stuff, man. Yeah. It was like out in the halls of Congress. Like, can't this family find any peace?
Starting point is 00:08:42 People are now pissing or at least posting photos, pissing on Austin Metcalf script. Like, what is that exactly? Like, it goes beyond party. It's not like really, like, it's really spiritual. It feels like good versus evil. I mean, I don't know how old you interpret it as anything other than good versus evil. I mean, this is a family who just had their son stabbed death at a high school trackmate. And you would think that both, you know, regardless of your political affiliation or your race or whatever, most people could look at that and say, I feel deep and abiding sympathy for you because what you just went through is horrific and something that no parent should ever have to go through. and yet you've got race hustlers like Jasmine Crockett
Starting point is 00:09:24 who are just turning this into a racial issue in a way that is that is so honestly just disgusting to suggest that Carmelo Anthony didn't receive justice because of the color of his skin is so contrary to what actual which had the actual facts on the ground but it's she's saying this stuff to stir up just tribal racial animosity. And that's the kind of stuff
Starting point is 00:09:52 that tears civilization apart. Yes. You know, the reality is Carmelo Anthony was judged not by the color of his skin, but by the content of his character and the jury found the content of his character lacking as evidenced by the fact that he murdered this kid.
Starting point is 00:10:11 So, you know, this stuff is, it's, you know, it's disturbing. I mean, it should be disturbing to most Americans. Everybody's thankful, though, for Texas justice. Everyone's like, okay, good. Like, at least, like, you can't stab someone. You can't kill someone's son and, like, have no consequences. Like, that's great.
Starting point is 00:10:28 Yeah. Yeah, we're not doing this stuff anymore. Right. If this was happening in L.A., if this was happening in the mayor's race in L.A., like, because there's a, there's something. There's a crime going on there, man. It's crazy. Why does California do these elections like this?
Starting point is 00:10:44 And why is it so different in Texas? You know, it's one of those things. It's like you just intuitively know whenever you see this. You know, whenever it takes a week for more ballots to start getting dropped off, that something is wrong. And you have one of the candidates who already put out a concession speech. And then a few days later, turns around and finds out that she's actually going to be a runoff. I mean, Betkerai and Matt Garrow.
Starting point is 00:11:06 Yeah, that's right. Yeah. Like, even they know something is off here. And, but, you know, whenever you have a state that as a matter of policy runs a, elections like they're the third world, like intentionally. I mean, this isn't that California doesn't have the resources to run proper elections or they don't know how every other state in the country does it. They just intentionally have this very open, maybe is one way to put it, or poorly run elections so that, you know, I think seems like there's probably a lot of fraud there, intentional fraud. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:44 And I think that, you know, there was probably a lot of people who thought from the very beginning we cannot let Spencer Pratt win this election. Well, be your advice to Spencer Pratt. You're a young man who ran for office. A lot of people, you know, didn't think that you'd win, right? And now you're, without question, one of the rising stars of the Republican Party. Well, I appreciate that. I mean, what he did, though, is kind of start a movement, which is, like, most, there's so many issues. that we deal with that Republicans talk about that most people, even moderate Democrats,
Starting point is 00:12:19 at least outside Washington, agree with us on. Like, I don't want some strung-out vagrant harassing me whenever I'm trying to walk down the sidewalk. I don't want to be worried about getting carjacked in America whenever I'm stopped at a stoplight as if I'm in like some drug-run Latin American country. Like, that's not America. And I think most people see states like California, which in California is a state that is endowed with incredible natural resources, beautiful state, beautiful weather, but is run by not just the most incompetent people, but like the most malicious people in the country, and who have turned parts of it into like truly a third world hellhole. Intentionally, again, as a matter of policy, but what he did is I
Starting point is 00:13:07 think he brought that message out to a much wider audience, not just conservatives to people in California, probably maybe they weren't going to, you know, maybe they don't typically vote Republican, but heard that message. And I think continuing to do that is how we're going to change the country. If only there was a, if only there was a bill, Brandon, if only there was some kind of like act that could save America. If only, you know, everyone's asking, what do we do in California? Boy, you know, shucks, it's like a great idea. Maybe like Republicans could pass some election security. Yeah, maybe we could do a bill that would stop the legal aliens from voting like 90% of the country wants us to do.
Starting point is 00:13:46 Like we passed out of the house twice already and it has gotten held up in the Senate. And, you know, whenever the Senate can't get bills passed that 90% of the country agrees with, you know, there are consequences. And you've seen a lot of primary elections reflect that. Yeah. Yeah, including this one, where you have the famous booing of John Cornyn. It happened right here. It happened at this convention, right?
Starting point is 00:14:12 convention here. This was thermonuclear viral a couple years ago, right? Four, four years ago. Yep. I don't know if you're there. I wasn't there at that one, but I had seen the video many, many times many people have showed me in the video. Very much. They're proudly showed me the baby. Very embarrassing. Can I was here, he's like, that's the moment I knew. I went, I took the stage after him. Yeah, okay, so maybe a final question. What is the, what does this mean about the state of Texas? Because this is like great, like if people got heard. 30 points. I got to, but you endorsed Paxon early and did so at your own political peril.
Starting point is 00:14:46 I mean, your career would be over in this state if John Cornyn had won and maybe, you know, like the people will always remember, you know, that you came out and endorsed Paxton. But you were right because you were falling in the will of the people. 30 point blow up, bro. That's wild. I mean, that is like unheard of. I mean, that kind of stuff rarely happens. But it's, you know, you've got a lot of people who have been saying over and over, you know,
Starting point is 00:15:08 I don't feel like my voice is being hurt. and watch. Visit BetMGM Casino and check out the newest exclusive. The Price is Right Fortune Pick. BetMGM operates pursuant to an operating agreement with Eye Gaming Ontario. yet and I don't feel like anybody's representing me there. And whenever that, that anger builds up, it's going to tip over at some point. And that's something that every congressman should listen to in Washington and realize if you don't listen to your voters, if you think that you represent Washington interests, or you think that you represent anybody other than the people who sent you there, you're going to have problems.
Starting point is 00:16:03 I mean, a lot of politics is actually, it's so simple. It's just do what you said you'd do on the campaign trail. And for us, it's fight the left. And I'm all out of libs. Yeah, I'm all out of lives. Oh, that's right. Okay, fun. The libs and deport the illegals.
Starting point is 00:16:21 Oh, how's it going to work with Tolerico? Last question. I mean, we're going to destroy that guy? We're going to destroy this guy. I mean, that sucks. I mean, he's not only, you know, it's easy to get focused on all the crazy things that, like, weird stuff that he says and to make fun of them. But this is truly a far left guy. This is a guy who genuinely wants to reopen our borders, genuinely wants trans our kids,
Starting point is 00:16:42 who's going to run away from all of that now that he's in a race and a general election, as he's trying to do now, because he knows that that's not palatable to most voters. Cowards. At least own it, like Trump does. Trump's like, yeah, I oppose that meme. Like, yeah, like, at least own it. Get a little cower, a little weasel words. If you really believe that, you know, let's debate it.
Starting point is 00:17:02 Don't run away from it. Exactly. Like, have the courage of your convictions, as perverse as they are, but we're going to have to fight. I mean, we're going to beat this guy, but we do have to fight. We're going to make sure everybody gets out to the polls
Starting point is 00:17:14 that they realize that the left is going to spend a lot of money in Texas. They want their, I mean, they're going to do everything they can to turn the state blue, and that's going to be worth to start. The challenge to eat barbecue. You win. Just do what challenge we eat barbecue without a little napkin,
Starting point is 00:17:28 the dainty napole, without putting their pinkio. Yeah. It's Brandon Gill, ladies and gentlemen. You can see why. We call him Texas Superman. man, because a guy is, well, shooting up like a rocket. It's a bird. It's a plane.
Starting point is 00:17:42 Spranda Gill. Oh, my man. Thank you. Scott's been here. It's a great state, Ann. We are here in the great state of Texas with Mr. Lone Star, the man who has guided this state through a lot of rocky times and who is looking at, well, one of the proudest states in the union. It's tough.
Starting point is 00:18:06 Me, I'm a Florida boy. So it's tough to say it. Man, Texas is doing great, the great governor of Texas, Greg Abbott. Great to be with you. Thank you for being it. Welcome to Texas. All right. That's right.
Starting point is 00:18:15 We're saving the union together. There you go. Okay. Too many Californians, though. I mean, I'm walking through the hallways. I'm like, whoa, everyone here is from California. Let me tell you a story about that. Please.
Starting point is 00:18:24 That's going to change your mind and help educate all these folks. So, yeah, there are a lot of people who move from California. Texas leaves with more people moving to our state from other states than any of the state. And more people come from California than any other state. However, where people don't know, there are people who move away from Texas. every year. The number one state they move to is California. And they're not, I know for a fact, businesses are not moving from Texas to California. If they're moving to California is because they like the government out there. So we have a big exchange program going on. We're getting
Starting point is 00:18:52 their conservatives. We're sending them our liberals, and Texas is getting redder by the day. So how do you think the California elections are going right now? I was amazed. I was like, wow, the primary, you guys can count millions of votes. You guys just had a big old primary. Right. You count millions of votes in one night? That's not. Nice. You can wrap it up. I got kids, you know. So people wonder what the word California means in English. It means election fraud. All that is is election fraud. Did you see what happened in the mayoral race?
Starting point is 00:19:20 In L.A. Yeah, in L.A. It just transformed all these late ballots that come in were one-sided, all baromet. And it's just crazy. And so you have that going on. Fortunately, Hilton made it into the runoff for the governorship out there. And that's the only thing that could possibly save California. I think we just need to turn California into a massive, big part for the United States to enjoy. You know, go out and enjoy the...
Starting point is 00:19:46 It is beautiful. It is a beautiful state. But just turn into parkland so the rest of Americans can finally enjoy it. Can you answer a question for me about why Texas doesn't look like California? Everywhere in California, piss-soaked, homeless encampments, needles, bums. But I'm wandering through here, you got... How many people live in Houston? Millions and millions.
Starting point is 00:20:09 So in Harris County, there's eight million people who live in the county that we're in right now. I don't see any homeless encampments. I don't know. The buildings aren't covered in graffiti. I don't see any, I don't see the city burning to pieces. Because in Texas, the state can override local governments. And so we pass a law banning homeless encampments. And we'll withhold funding from any city that fails to comply.
Starting point is 00:20:33 And so were the homeless encampments or lack of enforcement of law, whatever the case may be? So there was an episode you probably missed about two months ago where the city of Houston cast a vote where they were no longer going to comply with ICE requests. I said, oh, yes, you are, because I got a contract right here with the city signature on it, with the police department signature on it, saying they will comply and they don't. I was going to force them to repay the state of Texas $132 million. They said, oh, you know what? We will comply with that. Anyway, we're not going to be able to find that a little mattress. Yeah, we don't have that.
Starting point is 00:21:08 But largely, the state of Texas is a rule of law states. And by God, we're going to make sure that we're not going to have the chaos you see in Minnesota, the chaos you see in California or anything like that. That's right. Rule of law, man, you guys just passed a law. That's before, I think, was it, where you can deport your own criminal aliens? Whoa, Kavanaugh! By far, the toughest state-based immigration law.
Starting point is 00:21:32 I've never been more jealous as a guy who living in Florida. I'm like, well, hold on. Hold on. Every law enforcement officer in the state is fully empowered to arrest and to detain any illegal immigrant and to deport them. And to get this, so it has currently been through the legal cycle and the Fifth Circuit has allowed to allow it to remain in effect right now. So what do you think is going to happen there? Well, do you have your papers with you? Okay, so I'm out of here.
Starting point is 00:21:59 We're leaving early, actually. Yeah, sorry, I didn't bring my papers. It's been in it. It's just, it's been really neat to see the differences and the self-sorting that's been going on. There has been a ton of population lot. People love the law and order this week. There was the Carmelo Anthony. Speaking of law and order.
Starting point is 00:22:16 Right. You know, of course, that makes huge news. And I think a lot of people are like, we're like holding their breath. Like, someone can get away with murder because we're living in some type of woke, like era and juries and who knows what's going to happen. But Texas delivered, right? Well, you'll take on this. Well, listen, a jury listened to the evidence, and they found that evidence that evicted that evidence that deflated that fact, and they convicted the guy of murder and
Starting point is 00:22:40 sentenced him to prison. But equally impressive, no protests. That's right. There were a few protesters out in advance, but after the verdict came out, they all dispersed. There's always people that want to cause trouble. People cause trouble at Little League games, you know, like, yeah. There's always a heckler. Right, yeah.
Starting point is 00:22:59 Okay, so wait a second. How did that happen? How did you get no protests? in Florida. And, and, and, and, because everyone's like, Houston will burn, you know, Frisco will burn.
Starting point is 00:23:08 Right. Right. But actually that everyone's like, no, man, I got a hair appointment. Yeah, for, for one, that county is more law and order, you know, than a lot of counties, even in the state of Texas.
Starting point is 00:23:17 But, you know, we don't tolerate things like that. Let's go back in time. There was, remember the, the Palestinian process of two places on campuses across the country, they tried that at, in the blue city of Boston. And the, the minute, when some protests are, pulled out a tent where they were going to camp. DPS was on, and we had hundreds of DPS officers
Starting point is 00:23:39 on horses, on horseback, in riot gear, and the National Guard out there. We made sure contesting was not going to take place on a campus of instead of Texas. And so that's the law and order that we summon immediately anytime there's any uprising that's threatened to take place. I mean, that's what people like to live here, right? That's why people don't want to walk your kid and get a brick thrown, you know, in the stroller. And let's be honest about it. Public safety, law and order, it's not really a right or left issue. Everyone wants to be safe. A Democrat and their family and independent and their family,
Starting point is 00:24:12 they weren't be as safe as a Republican and their family. And so this reaches across any type of party or ideological lie. That's right. What about a secure border? I mean, obviously you have the biggest border. Biggest border in America with any foreign nation, right? It's been a mess. 1,250 miles.
Starting point is 00:24:28 You've been fighting it, man. You've been fighting it. And you did a valiant effort. Like, I don't know how to thank you for, like, what you did during the Biden era, man. But you guys, like, threw down, you and Ken threw down, put up the barbed wire buoys, which was my favorite. If you're talking about episodes, mine is the barbed wire episode. Like, hey, we have the boot, but we put barbed wire on it. That's my favor.
Starting point is 00:24:48 But now, what's going on? Well, so now under President Trump, but on the same open border, we had a mobility. That said, we have continued to make arrests. We have what's called Operation Longstar, and we still have both the National Guard and DPS troopers down there. by making arrests about people who are coming across the border, we will still have the cartels in Mexico trying to make their own money of bringing people or contraband into the state of Texas.
Starting point is 00:25:13 So we remain vigilant. But know this, we know that Trump has done a better job than any president ever in securing our border. However, we know he's not going to be there forever. Our job as a state is to make sure we secure the border of Texas, not just for the next four years, but forever. Yes. So that also includes the ability to deport.
Starting point is 00:25:32 I mean, that's just, again, I just... Yeah, the ability to deport, but it also means we have to maintain manpower down there, our National Guard down there, our DPS troopers down there. So don't come to Texas. Don't come to Texas. Even if you can sneak in, we can deport you. And also because of the barriers that we built, we denied illegal entry into the state. In fact, before Trump got elected, Texas had reduced illegal immigration into our state
Starting point is 00:25:54 by 85% just the state of Texas. However, so that doesn't saw the country's problem because they started going to New Mexico, to Arizona, to California, to California. Yes, that's Ryan. I can guard Texas, but it requires the president to guard the United States of America. Your team handed me, and I don't know if we have one, ready. I know Ryan probably has one, a Hot Wheels flag. Your team handed me a Hot Wheels flag.
Starting point is 00:26:15 I was like, you know, this is the coolest thing ever. Way to like, way to lean in. Most people would like, yeah, this is awesome. So they were handing out the giant Hot Wheels flag from the, when we were in front of an elephant that lives in your backyard. A couple of quick things here. One, how are you so good to leaning in on this, right? Because you're posting memes of you in a wheelchair dunking over Kathy Hokel, which is very impressive.

Starting point is 00:27:07 BetMGM operates pursuant to an operating agreement with Eye Gaming Ontario. By the way. But very easy, to be honest. And then Jasmine Crockett thought she was going to make you cry, but you made Hot Wheels flags out of it. She has no idea how fast I really go. It was the correct moniker for me. And there was goofy on her part. I mean, and that's why she, so Tala Rico's crazy.
Starting point is 00:27:33 Yeah. Jasmine Crockett is goofy. Yeah. And so crazy beat goofy as an office does in Democrat primaries. But she would say silly things, but that's a moniker that seemed to actually match. What I do is I speed around wherever I'm going all the time. And so we embrace it. I trademarked it so she wouldn't get any money from it.
Starting point is 00:27:54 So Jasmine Crogate, Jasmine Crogate is popping off. doesn't have any political future anymore. She lost, right? Talarico. She's gone. In Telarico? Any parting words for Jazzy? Thank you, Jazzy. I'm winning every single day. There you go. Talarico, I got to tell you, governor, I never thought I'd see a Texas Senate candidate that doesn't eat meat, that doesn't eat the barbecue. A vegan Texas Senate candidate. Right.
Starting point is 00:28:24 That thinks that God's on binary, that there are six genders, that Jesus is permissible of a and that he dreams of trans kids at nights, which is a strange thing to dream. But I think everybody can admit a little weird to be like, I go to bed dreaming of trans kids. What is that? What the hell is that guy? So he's from Austin, Texas, and he adopts Austin ideology. And he thought he could get away with saying things like that when he was a state representative from Austin.
Starting point is 00:28:51 It does not sell in the rest of the state. Candidly, it's going to be easier running against Tala Rico than would have been against Jasmine Crockett. Because Tala Rico has a worse voting record than Jasmine Crockett has. And wait until you see the contrast. Kim Paxson is able to show against Tala Rico. It's going to make Tala RICO look silly, and Kim Paxon will run away with that risk.
Starting point is 00:29:10 You've been governor while he was in the House and the Senate. You got any stories about Tala RICO? What they got on? We keep hearing little rumblings that, like, we haven't even seen the worst on this. Well, I don't have personal stories. I got votes. He voted for boys and girls sports.
Starting point is 00:29:24 He voted for transgender surgery. Listen, those are, as Trump says, those are 90-10 issues in Texas. And so he's going to lose on those issues. He was in favor of Joe Biden's open border policies. He voted for defunding the police. I mean, every issue that's a 90-10 issue, he was on the 10% side. So he's going to be very easy to beat. He's going to be toast.
Starting point is 00:29:44 Yeah. So the elephant, I guess part of what part, last question, the elephant, you just had a giant elephant. I just saw it. It's amazing. Does dealing with that elephant, you say you live with it, does dealing with that elephant, and there's the last question, I got it, does that prepare you for the work that you have to do with Illinois's Governor J.B. Prisker. Listen, Prisker, I can't figure out who's worse. Prisker or Gavin Nusser. And it hadn't crossed my mind, I'll be honest with you. It's a good one.
Starting point is 00:30:24 Okay, thank you. You gave it, you, I'll follow him. Quick follow-up, Gavin Newsom, he wants to run. He says he's going to run with Hunter Biden as his VP. What's your commentary? You've got to know Gavin. You've got to know a little bit of gadget. You talk to the guy? You know anything about it?
Starting point is 00:30:36 This one is easy. And that is in the history of the United States of America. We celebrate 250 years, yeah. But in the history of the United States of America, there's never been a governor who's had as many of his residents flee his state under his administration. There is no other America for people to flee to. There are reasons why people left California and is named Gavin Newsom. That's right.
Starting point is 00:30:57 So that's not going to be a great, how are you going to run with that, Governor? 2028. You think he's going to get smoked? He'll get smoked. Yeah, he goes to get smoked. All right. Smoke like the barbecue that James Salarico doesn't eat because he's a bitch. I can cut that.
Starting point is 00:31:11 Thank you very much. Veteran test. Awesome, man. Thank you so much, Governor. Sure. This is great. The man here, the man who kept Texas free and who fought a very, very lonely battle against Joe Biden for four straight years. You were the only guy fighting.
Starting point is 00:31:25 Godspeed, Governor. Thank you. Thank you. Barbed wire buoys. That was my favorite. This is awesome. Good. This was awesome. I'm glad you're here.
Starting point is 00:31:41 What's up, people? We are here with the great next senator from the state of Texas. The lone star himself, Ken Paxson. What's going on, man? How we doing? Mr. General. Hey, welcome to Texas.
Starting point is 00:31:54 Welcome to the Republican Convention. This is where it all happens. It's great. This has been rowdy. We were just talking about it. I know you, I know, I know, We're not trying to like sew any, you know, any, any, uh, uh, cry over spilled milk. But this is where John Cornyn was booed.
Starting point is 00:32:09 It happened. A couple years ago. It happened. I was here. And, uh, you know. The whole internet saw that video. And we were like, did you watch that and be like, there's a problem there? I spoke after him.
Starting point is 00:32:18 So I stopped. Oh, really? Yeah. I saw it. And you're like, well, maybe there's, uh, maybe there's a disconnect. There's a disconnect. And now the connections happened. Yep.
Starting point is 00:32:28 30 point landslide. Well done. Well, thank you. It was a great day for Texas. It was time for change. Yeah. And the spirit has been lifted. The people feel heard.
Starting point is 00:32:41 It's the best thing. It's the way it's supposed to work. You're supposed to listen to your constituents. You're supposed to have, they should have some say in what you're doing in D.C. And now we have it. We're going to have it. But Ted Cruz and me, it'll be a great team. I'm looking. Water into the bridge.
Starting point is 00:32:57 Yes, we're moving off. Okay. One last final little like, uh, uh, water-bubbbler gossip that I got to ask. It's going to be a little weird with John Thune. I mean, those guys spend a lot of money against you. Well, you're okay being an insurgency. You took on the bush. I mean, there's nothing scarier than the entire bush machine that you took on here in Texas, so it's not like you're going to back down from a fight. But that's going to be an interesting vibe. Well, you know, I've already been up there. I went up there the week after.
Starting point is 00:33:24 Little time to settle us down and met with him, met with Barrasso, met with Tim Scott, met with Tom Cotton's mothers. It was great. They were great. They were like, we're ready to go, and I'm ready to move on past the primary. Let's get this done. So the Senate leadership has completely consolidated with you to win this thing. It sure looks like. I mean, everything that I heard was positive.
Starting point is 00:33:47 I don't know every senator, but at least the leadership. Yeah, they're ready to go out. That's awesome. To what they told me. I believe them. That's amazing. That's just got to be strange. I just don't know how I would like, oh, you know, hey, I just,
Starting point is 00:34:00 spend $100 million against you, but like, we're cool now. We're bros now. Politics is weird, me. It's weird. You just, look, it's just the way it is. I mean, the primary is over. It's time to consolidate and let bygones. We got bygones and move on. We saw Trump do that, like with every single cabinet member. Like, every single one of these cabinet members ran against him for president. Yeah, they're serving with them, right? So it's like, that's just the way it go. Yeah. I mean, it goes back to what? Was it a grant that had a cabinet full of people that, you know, didn't like him? Right. Game of rivals. Yeah. Yeah. So I'm, I'm very happy where we're at. Okay. Very happy with, I think, the support we're going to get from
Starting point is 00:34:33 U.S. Senate, the Republican U.S. Senate. Yeah. It's good. Okay. So moving that along, Talarigo, President Trump says he is the single worst person to run in the entire country for any office right now. So that's a pretty great anti-endorsement. Well, I'm certainly not going to dispute what President Trump says. And it's probably true. I've never seen a candidate like this in Texas. It's very interesting. You took all these, what we would call radical positions that you'd think maybe California, you know, he'd be in California to say them. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:35:05 And now all of a sudden, now that I won the primary, he is running as if he never had these positions. I no longer believe this. I no longer believe this. I was misquoted this. But the problem for him is he said the, he took these positions.
Starting point is 00:35:20 And we could talk about those. He took these positions in committee meetings. He took them in interviews. Yes. He was bold about him and now running to the hills because he knows Texans don't. like his views. What, what a total bitch.
Starting point is 00:35:34 I can't disagree. I mean, it's, it's, it's, it's, I mean that like, like, because it's, you know, because we, we witnessed Trump for such a long time. And it's like, Trump says something. He just kind of owns it. And then he kind of like forces everyone to just kind of own it, right? Or he shares a meme. And to do what Tala Rico is doing is so dishonest and it's so cretness and it's so
Starting point is 00:35:55 immasasculan to just reverse stances on everything. you know, everything you've said in the past, you're just going to run from it and act like you never said it or like apologize for or try and like reframe it. It's weasel. It's weasel. It's what people hate about politics, right? They expect politicians to, to have different views from one day to have a completely different view. And he's fitting that. But I don't think Texans expect that. We are not going to put up with it. And we are going to hold Tala Rico to what he said. And make him explain not, oh, I switch. How do one? Why did you switch also? Why are all of your views different? Is it not? Because you're now in a general election and you know that the voters of Texas don't agree with your positions. You voted for things. Things he voted for. He voted. They tried to ban transition surgeries on children and we did it in Texas. How does he vote? He voted no. Now he says he's he's not for that. So he's literally changed from legislative session voting to saying he's completely changed his positions. What explanation do we have?
Starting point is 00:36:55 The people of Texas don't agree with him. Of course. What, give me like the top two or three. Give me like the, give me like the door hanger. Sure. I'm like, what are you going to hang? What are you going to hang on this guy? Is there something I don't know about?
Starting point is 00:37:07 Because we know like, God's not binary. We want to train. I dream about trans kids when I go to bed. Oh, okay. You dream about trans and kids. What, six genders? Those are the ones that a lot of people know. Yeah, are we missing something?
Starting point is 00:37:20 So the ones, yeah, I'll give you for you, the trans one we just talked about. But, you know, he came out and said he was running it in a mask because I'm running a vegan campaign. that meat is causing climate change, and basically we shouldn't move away from meat. Well, guess what? Now he's eating at barbecue restaurants, he's filming himself, and then he also wears a lone star flag because he came out and said that the American flag
Starting point is 00:37:42 was a complicated symbol, and, you know, it was just difficult to deal with. Well, guess what? Now he's wearing the flag, and he's not big, and he's eating barbecue. Another example. He was talking about how being white was a virus. You know, we have a virus,
Starting point is 00:37:57 and he was criticizing it and saying it's a bad virus that we spread around, we can't help, and he feels bad that he's white. Well, now he says he was taken out of context. He didn't really mean that. He's just against racism. Well, of course, we're all against racism, but that's not what he said.
Starting point is 00:38:11 So he wants to run from every single view that he has because he, again, he knows he can't get elected those views. The barbecue thing, I mean, there's so many at different angles here, but like the barbecue thing seems to maybe be like the striking of the very heart of what it means to be a Texan. What is going on with this guy? And now he keeps like hand-boning it up. Like he's like Fred Flintstone, every single photo.
Starting point is 00:38:33 Yes. Look, he's a typical politician. He's, but he's the worst because his views are so radical. His real views are so radical. Look at his entire record. Don't look at what he's saying now. Look at what people actually do. I'd always say this.
Starting point is 00:38:48 Don't look at the rhetoric. Look at the record. And this guy's record is extremely liberal. And, I mean, on immigration, now he says he's not for open borders. Well, guess what? That's not what he voted for me as a legislature. So what did he do? Not what is he saying. Yeah. I mean, are you going to challenge him right now? You're going to challenge him right now. Can you look down the camera and challenge James
Starting point is 00:39:07 Tallerico to a barbecue off? Let's do a barbecue off. Let's go to every barbecue restaurant in every city and let's talk about what it's like to eat barbecue. How about that? Not that many vegan restaurants in Texas. He could spend the rest of time in barbecue restaurants in Texas. Yeah, I guarantee you. He's not getting nervous. I'll have to teach him the first couple of days how to eat it. That's really, I did.
Starting point is 00:39:30 And the other thing is, you know, we've been a state since 1845. He doesn't know how to eat it. No. No, I'm sorry, but like he's looking there. He's like, he's holding, he's like handboning it. It's so embarrassing. You can tell he's scared of the barbecue. He's worried about getting dirty.
Starting point is 00:39:43 He's using a napkin to eat a rick. Yo, do you eat naps, do you eat ribs with napkins in Texas? No, man. Everyone's shaking their, everyone's shaking their head. Everyone's like, no, man, no. Since 1845, we've been a side. state. I bet. There has been no U.S. Center from Texas that didn't love barbecue.
Starting point is 00:40:00 I don't think you can get a little like a barbecue. Not loving tech and barbecue. Okay. All right. I know we're wrapping on time. Carmelo Anthony. Justice. You're the Attorney General. Now there's like an appeal and there's, you know, there's a little
Starting point is 00:40:16 bit of frictions in the street, you know, there's a lot of yass. Visit BetMGM Casino and check out the newest exclusive. The Price is Right Fortune Pick. MGM and GameSense remind you to play responsibly. 19 plus to wager. Ontario only.

Starting point is 00:40:53 That's our system. But it looks to me like the jury... found justice. There's no dispute about what he did. A Jasmine Crockett is complaining that he was stabbed with something that's not a deadly weapon, but by definition, she's wrong because it killed this crime, killed the kid, killed the kid, lost him. So, you know, I appreciate the fact that justice was served and I'm, you know, it's a sad situation for the boy that did it. Yeah. Because his life is affected for, you know, 17, at least 17 years, maybe 35. And of course, we have, we've lost a human life, a young kid that had great potential. Yeah. You agree with the
Starting point is 00:41:26 sentence. You agree with the length of the sentence. Some people saying, oh, it could have been 99 years. Look, the judge made it, made the ruling. The jury was involved in making the ruling. I think they did a pretty good job. And how's this going to go on appeal? Look, I'd be shocked if it got overturned. There's really no dispute. The dispute was, was it self-defense because apparently Carmela went into this Austin's tent, Austin tried to push him out, and he got stabbed. There's really no dispute about the facts. It's about, was that sufficient force? And I think it's hard to argue that killing somebody for pushing you out of their tent is sufficient force.
Starting point is 00:42:06 It's the right kind of force. Last question. Jasmine Crocket talking about the Metcalfe saying that, like, they don't know the pain of a typical black mother. What does that even mean? I don't think it's irrelevant. I mean, what's relevant, they know the pain of losing a son and a brother, a twin brother, who died way before his time. He shouldn't be dead at 17. I don't care what color your skin is, have been reversed.
Starting point is 00:42:28 I would say the thing, the same thing. If it had been done, I would agree that no matter what, it doesn't matter what color your skin is, if you kill somebody in cold blood without a justification of self-defense, then you deserve what you get for the jury. Yep. Yep. The general, the attorney general, soon to be senator of the great state of Texas, Ken Paxton. Thanks, man.
