And I've been briefed by, let's just call it, call it, top-level Pentagon officials about what the end game is. What's actually happening? What is the Iranian war about exactly? And what happens next? It's remarkable. It's a play that is so bold, so ballsy, so strategic. And so empress in its grandeur. So majest. So magistrate. So magisterial, you would say.

It's a huge gambit. Is it going to play out? It's going to pay off. These are the worlds of kings, lords and men. And I guess we're going to find out soon enough. These are the games that we play. It's a wild world that we find ourselves in. Is Trump reconquering the world?

and go to the people that actually understand the play that's happening here and ask them. And that's what we've done. And we're really proud of our work here. Because I think we've gotten to an answer. And, you know, it's funny

This is why. What are they quoting here? They're quoting Chamath. He's this tech billionaire from Silicon Valley. Saying Chinese growth is falling off a cliff. The CCP just announced its official growth target between 4 and 5%. This is the lowest growth in China in 30 years. At the same time, with Venezuela and Iran off the chessboard, with energy supply, they're increasingly challenged in getting the atoms they need to sustain themselves. American gliders and bombs have landed and have flown off course. And they all, they like crash land in some Kurdish field. Dude, the American military weapons all have Starlink on them. Do you understand? Do you understand?

Elon Musk incredibly important to our military industrial apparatus along with a lot of different AI. And whether that scares you or not, whether we're living through Terminator or not, it just is what it is. Okay. So ladies and gentlemen, check this out. Elon Musk says, Elon Musk says, the stage is being set for what is to come. What does Elon Musk know? What does Elon Musk understand about what's happening here?

Well, to truly understand what's happening in the present day, you have to go back a month. You have to go back to President Trump's World Economic Forum speech. A critical moment where President Trump explained what the Venezuela operation was all about. And he didn't exactly name names, but Donald Trump used this global stage in order to calmly explain why they black-bagged Nicholas Maduro. Obviously, he's bragged about the discombobulator and so on. And obviously, Trump is just one of these guys that loves to flex. But it's more than that.

It's more than the discombobulator, which, of course, Donald Trump has proudly described in many instances. It was about showing Russia and China what we are capable of. These proxy battles are, of course, the global superpowers squaring up without ever having to go to nuclear war. The problem with U.S. invading Russia, which I'm not advocating for, or the U.S. invading China, is that you spiral in the nuclear war quickly, and then you can obliterate the entire nation. and it changes it forever. And that's what everyone's tried to avoid ever since the first atomic bombs were dropped on Nagasaki and Hiroshima.

Everyone said, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, we don't want to drop these things ever again on each other. That would be bad. Let's try and fight proxy battles. Cuba proxy battle. Little wars in Afghanistan, little wars throughout Eastern Europe, these were proxy battles,

all of them with the Soviet Union. The Sandinistas, everything through Nicaragua, everything in South America, proxy battles. And that's what's currently going on right now. What is happening in Venezuela was America versus China. What happened in Venezuela had nothing to do with Nicholas Maduro. It had everything to do with us melting down the Russian and Chinese tech

that was purchased for billions by the Venezuelans, rendering it inoperable, showing the Russians and the Chinese that nothing that they do can stop what's coming. As Elon Musk says, the table has been set for what is about to come. And what is about to come? We don't live in a unipolar world anymore. Since 1945, when America emerged from World War II, richer, stronger, and better, and the only nation to do so. No other nation did this. Every nation was decimated. Every nation. Russia was decimated. Soviet Union, they'd lost half their population, all of their wealth. Russia was decimated, the UK was decimated, every European power was decimated.

Look, the globe was gone. The world was our chessboard. America lived like that and lived proudly like that until we created our own enemy in a reinvigorated Russia and China, castigating both of those nations quite building up and then castigating both of those nations, like stupidly, China was a third world backwater when I was born. Now it's a nation that rivals America in every sense and sets the terms around the globe or certainly within their hemisphere, but definitely sets the terms on our economy quite aggressively and dangerously. So President Trump and his team are remaking

the world, once again, in America's favor. And the only way to do that is through the end of a gun. I'm not arguing that we should go to war with all these countries all the time. I'm just stating the way the world works. And the way it's always worked, power emanates from the end of a gun. Not through treaties, not through international law. Not through any of these like silly obscenities of the neoliberal world order. No. No, no, no.

Hitler and every other world leader throughout all time have proven there's no such thing as a tree, there's no such thing as paper, there's only raw power. That's it. President Trump understands that and it's probably the first president in my lifetime, certainly, but maybe the first president since Dwight Eisenhower to understand that. That only through a fistful of hardened iron power, do you win? This is why President Trump sounded like this on the World Economic Forum stage. Here we go. Now our country and the world face much greater risks than it did ever before because of missiles, because of nuclear, because of weapons of warfare that I can't even talk about. Two weeks ago, they saw weapons that nobody ever heard of. They weren't able to fire one shot at us.

They said, what happened? Everything was discombobulated. They said, we've got them in our sights. Press the trigger. And nothing happened. No anti-aircraft missiles went up. There was one that went up about 30 feet and crashed down right next to the people that sent it. They said, what the hell is going on?

Those defensive systems were made by Russia and by China. Oh. So they're going to go back to the drawing boards, I guess. Say whatever you want about Trump. I don't care. You'll never get another one like him. You never get another one like him. He's just straight out saying it.

It's just mean smash talk. Just smash mouth. Just absolute smash talk. Oh. Well, hey, Grock, how much did Venezuela spend on Russia and Chinese military tech? Oh, oh, oh, $7 billion? That's a lot of money. Nicholas Maduro was protected by the best anti-aircraft, anti-personnel, Chinese and Russian tech that you can buy.

And it's state-level purchase, so you can buy these classified systems. The Chinese were no doubt running them. The Chinese were there. Trump did the raid while a Chinese delegation was in Venezuela. to meet Maduro. So they go out for coffee with the guy. They have a cigar. They go back to their rooms.

They hear a flash bang grenade. And the Chinese, like, run out in their bathrobes to their veranda in Caracas. And watch all of their billions of dollars of military equipment melt to the ground without a shot fired. A lot of single American dies. That was the play. Yeah, it's awesome. what's happening with Venezuela. This is great. This is what I was looking for. Sorry, ladies and gentlemen. This is what I was looking for. This is great. Look at this. U.S. and

Venezuela reached historic agreement to reestablish diplomatic ties. Tee-he-he-he. Yay. What is this? Raw power. Raw power. You are either the super state or the vassal state. That's it. There's no such thing as independent states. You're there inside of a hemisphere, of influence or you're not. Venezuela has just been, take it. Mr. Mr. Steele yo girl is what Trump is. Hey, Mrs. Stee, Mr. Worldwide,

Mr. 305, Mrs. Steelea girl. Pitbull wrote a song about him. That's what Trump is. That's the girl. This was China's girl. It's Nicholas Maduro's right-hand woman. She's like the subservient slave. This is like the Jolaine Maxwell,

like, Nicholas Maduro. Sitting there giving him foot rubs one night. He's black, black, Now she's sitting there given Doug Bergam a foot rub. Metaphorically. I don't think that happened. What I'm saying here is this is Mrs. Steelie girl. Venezuela was selling all of its oil to China.

Zero drops of Venezuelan oil reached America. Now all Venezuelan oil is controlled by America. Who has the biggest oil reserves in the world? Saudi Arabia, Benny. Shut up, you're dumb. It's not true. It's Venezuela. I'm sorry, I would never call anyone dumb. I'm like talking to myself.

This is my internal dialogue because as I was researching this afterwards, I kind of freaked out when like I saw Nicholas Maduro get blackbagged. And I'm like, whoa, there's a huge play going on here. This was a show of absolute total raw power and dominance. We stole China's girl. And now she's cooking us breakfast, wearing an apron. and we got access to her bank account.

And we're going to do the child payments now. That's what happened. President Trump bragged about it, bragged about it again and again and again. But I'm just going to play you a couple of examples to show you exactly where Donald Trump was on this issue. First off, President Trump really excited to tell the world about the style of weapons that we have.

This one right off the, right off the dome. Here we go. And we're very powerful. This country is very powerful. It's far more powerful that people understand. We have weaponry that nobody has any idea what it is and it is the most powerful weapons in the world that we... We have the most powerful weapons in the world.

Nobody has any idea what it is. Well, what is it? Well, here we go. Listen to this. Nobody even understands what it is, says Trump. What's in this? In Venezuela, there was a weapon used, a sonic weapon, that took out many of the Cuban bodyguards that were used to defend Maduro.

Lots of people saw the details about that weapon and were concerned. Is that something an American should be afraid of, something the United States is combating? Yeah, something I don't want to, nobody else has it. We have weapons that nobody knows about. And I say it's probably good not to talk about it, but we have some amazing weapons. That was an amazing attack. Don't forget, that house was in the middle of a fort, an army base, a big one, a lot of soldiers.

And they came in and they did their job. We had, we lost nobody. So President Trump is making a point. He's making a much larger point, not to Iran. Iran doesn't threaten Americans. What do I mean by that? They could. They could.

Venezuela could threaten Americans. Cuba could threaten Americans. Before I get to Iran here, I want to just talk really quickly. Let's take a quick detour to Cuba. Because at time of recording, this just happened. This just happens in order to buckle in the point here. Cuba, of course, was used during the Cuban Missile Crisis. Russia put a bunch of nukes in Cuba.

That's crazy. Castro wanted to nuke New York. Castro's own writings says that he wanted his legacy to be that he nuked New York City. He killed everyone. Remember, Castro was beloved by the lives in New York City. They greeted him like a hero. Justin Trudeau's mother went down in order to sire a child with him, you know, create a little demon spawn, Justin Trudeau. That story is real, by the way.

I mean, it's crazy when you look into it. Like all the timelines match up. You can see the photos of Justin Trudeau's mom, like hugging Castro around the waist, like how much in love they were. This dirty communist, they do actually like do selective breeding kind of stuff. Anyway, what's the point? The point is that that was a proxy battle. Cuba was seen as one of these proxy states close enough to America. You put a couple of missiles on there.

And you could threaten our country. You could do the same thing with Venezuela. You could do the same thing with Iran. Iran was always a proxy state for Russia and China to go kill Americans. I'm not advocating for war with Russia and China. I'm telling you that's what these, that's where these, that's what these countries are doing. And through their tech and only through their tech and funding, because they want a multipolar world, I don't think it's because they intrinsically in their bones hate Americans.

I don't think it's because they, I don't think it's because Chinese people wake up every single day wanting all Americans. to die. I don't think that actually, at all. I don't think the same, the thing about, I don't think that about Russians either. But I think they want their countries to be strong and to be able to control everything in their hemisphere of influence. And if they could get something in our hemisphere of influence, even better. Strength for your own nation. There was a time when Cuba was being used as a proxy like that. The time is no more. Russia can't extend that far any longer.

It doesn't have the strength. It doesn't have the will. Russia wants to control its own sphere of influence, hence the war in Ukraine. The China wants to extend its own sphere of influence. Obviously, hence what the Chinese naval vessels are doing all around the South China Sea. They're trying to establish that. They're trying to show America, look, we can play two. We can F you over in Venezuela.

We can F you over in Cuba. we can F you over in Iran. We can mess with you. And Trump's saying, no, you can't. In fact, we're Mrs. Steel your girl. And we just stole Venezuela from you, and now we're coming for Cuba. This happening at time of recording

literally happened minutes ago. President Trump saying Marco Rubio will be the warlord of Cuba. This is happening. Trump is making a point. Cuba also a vassal state effectively of China and Russia in a waning capacity, in a very crippled capacity,

much less so than Venezuela. But this is what's happening here. President Trump is reasserting absolute hegemony and dominance over our hemisphere and the world. He is reestablishing not a multipolar world, but a unipolar world where America is in charge. And where China lives by our terms, not the other way around. Listen to this. Here we go.

He's using it in his second. And then he quickly turned to Cuba. He said, without being asked, Cuba is going to fall pretty soon, by the way. But Cuba is going to fall. They want to make a deal so badly. And I asked how so. He said, they want to make a deal. So I'm going to put Marco over there. And we'll see how that works. But we're really focused on this one now, meaning Iran, we've got plenty of time on Cuba. more quickly. Oh, I'm going to put Marco over there. Trump at the White House just yesterday. Cuba, so it's amazing play.

Cuba is a vassal state of Venezuela. Venezuela was supplying Cuba all of its energy, all of its food, all of its financial resources. Venezuela was a very rich country. Venezuela has trillions of dollars in oil reserves, trillions of dollars, in mineral reserves. Venezuela was propping up a collapsing and failed Cuba. I've been to Cuba.

I've seen those streets. I've gone through them. I've been raided by government forces in Cuba. That's a fact. It's a documentary that we did a couple of years ago. Cuban government didn't like the fact that we were out in the streets filming. We were Americans that we were showing exactly how collapsed their society is, the gas lines, the destruction, the food lines.

They came in to try and take our SD cards, try and steal our cards. I had to go to the American embassy in Cuba. to effectively get evacuated out. They found a commercial flight for us and then gave us an envoy to the airport to just get the hell out of Cuba. It's crazy.

It happened. Cuba's a collapsed state. Now that Venezuela is no longer like babying them, babysitting them. They have at least 80% of the country has no power. They have no food reserves. They have no energy reserves.

What happens when Ignatian has no food? What happens when people are hungry? When people are hungry, they revolt. This is the truth. This is a truism throughout all human history. Food. Your food supply, more than your energy supplies, more than the supply of bullets,

is the most important thing. A hungry and starving population cuts the heads of kings. Happened in the French Revolution. It's happened all throughout Europe. It happened all throughout antiquity. hungry people stage revolutions. People that are fed and people that have food are fine, or at least stable.

Sleases is a lot easier to do. And so what's happening in Cuba is by plan. People are starving. It's bad. And now the government is begging for America to take over because America now owns a yo girl. This is steal your girl. Here we go.

Here's Donald Trump. Here we go. Listen to this. Now is, uh, very badly, failing. Cuba right now is, uh, to put it mildly, a failing nation. And I've been hearing about Cuba. I said before, since I'm a little boy, I've been hearing about Cuba and everybody wanted to change.

And I can see that happening. Marco Rubio is dealing on it. And at a very high level. And, you know, they have no money. They have no oil. They have no food. food and it's really right now a nation in deep trouble and they want our help. Interesting.

So what will happen next? Again, this is simply an operation for President Trump to reassert that America is the unipolar power in the world. And there's nothing that you can do to stop us. You might not like it. I certainly like it. Marco Rubio, what kind of a warlord of Cuba would Marco be? Let's go ahead and listen to Marco Rubio and Cuba.

Of course, his family Cuban refugees. Marco Rubio just needs one more job. Here we go. I'm just going to move on to a couple of other issues. Your comments that Havana should be concerned about the Maduro operation is feeling speculation that this administration will turn its sites to Cuba next. Will you make a public commitment today to rule out U.S. regime change in Cuba?

Regime change? Yes. Oh no, I think we would like to see the regime change. That doesn't mean that we're going to make a change, but we would love to see a change. There's no doubt about the fact that it would be a great benefit in the United States if Cuba was no longer governed by an autocratic regime. But you know what we mean by regime change. When we talk about regime change, we're talking about using the power of the United States, usually kinetic power, but often other kinds of coercion and

And I'm not even saying that that's always not in our interest. I'm just saying, I'm not asking you whether we would prefer a different kind of government. I'm asking whether you are trying to precipitate the fall of the current regime. Yeah, but that's statutory. The Helms-Burton Act, the U.S. embargo on Cuba is codified. It was codified in law, and it requires regime change in order for us to lift the embargo. Okay. It's like, duh.

Like, you don't understand. understand. This is why I had to do all these phone calls. You don't understand the chessboard. So let me show it to you. Let me show you what the actual operation is here. You want to live in a world where you make the rules. If you have to live in a world where a bunch of people make the role, like my household, I'm king. Christ is king. Obviously, God makes the rules. When it comes to the head of the household, and how the order and the structure is run, well, it's my wife and I. Frankly, we answer to God.

Our children answer to God, but us. And it wouldn't be fun, actually, if my wife made totally different rules than me. Sometimes we have misalignments in our parenting, and it's no fun. You ever been there? Of course you have. Sometimes there are misalignments.

That's not great. having a multipolar house of divorced households. Good example of this. And there's real structural problems with that. America is right now resetting the household and saying we are the head of the house. We are in charge. Let me show you.

So what's happening here in Iran exactly? President Trump just posted this on truth social. No deal with Iran. Unconditional surrender. after that selection of great and acceptable leaders we and many of our wonderful brave allies and partners will work tirelessly to bring Iran back from the brink of destruction making its economy bigger, better, stronger than ever.

Iran will have a great future. Make Iran great again. Miga. Oh no. All right. Thanks for your attention to this matter. You know, you're using laser weapons, right? Do you know it's like now they practice in humiliation, right?

With Iran. like they've used and we don't need to go into it but it's wild they're using they're using the iron beam we have that clip Alex yesterday we saw laser weapons being used from naval platforms just grab these clips quickly there is a show of force that's happening in the region unlike anything else. We've now used lasers to shoot their munitions out from space, to shoot their drones out from naval platforms, and to shoot down rockets and bombs using directed energy weapons. You can obviously understand how terrifying this is for an enemy that doesn't have these because these rockets take a lot of putting together and if you can blast it out of the sky for

for about a dollar a shot, which is what these directed energy weapons, no limiting principle, no reload, 150 kilowatts of directed energy that just blows the rockets out of the sky, then you're helpless. Not only are we doing that again from ground platforms, we're doing it from naval platforms. Give me the Navy one. Dude, it's so awesome. So this is allegedly the is the iron beam in Israel and then the naval platforms are stunning frankly.

The it's called the Helos laser. Super cool. That's been this has now been used. Oh guys. That's the one get that. The Helos laser has now officially been used in order to and there's video of it. These are just the images used to blow Iranian drones out of the sky. They launched their drones

and then they disintegrate after being launched and they fall harmlessly to the ground. What's happening? Well, I'll show you. And this is how it was explained to me. Check this out. How much of the Iranian military is funded by Russia and China. Iran's engaged in military for operations and armed deals with Russia and China for decades and driven by Western sanctions, limiting Iran's access to suppliers. The exact amount or total value is secretive. But with Russia, they've done billions of dollars of arms sales. The latest deal was signed in December.

Wow. Man, portable air defense launchers. Look at that. 2,500 missiles. Look at that. They have billions of dollars of other drones, missiles, other weapons, and technology platforms. Russia is pretty much running their intel operations. Same with China. China, Iran, military ties are limited. They're more cautious compared to Russia. But the key framework was a cooperative agreement, joint exercises, and defense sharing and intelligence sharing. China investing 400 billion.

in Iran for military operations. You know, it's the same thing with Venezuela. You can see here, Venezuela relied heavily on Russia and China. As an arms supplier, look at that, $11 to $20 billion in total arms purchases for Venezuela. What is happening right now is President Trump is fighting an actual war with Russia and China for world domination.

This is how it was explained to me. This is the data that I was sent. when I asked. And this is what's going on here. President Trump is taking, stealing the prom queens from the bullies in the high school and or from the competing schools, right?

Dayton the competing school's prom queen and is melting, melting down, flashing the tires of our rivals. proving that their air defense systems, technology, intel, that none of it's worthless. He's doing it on a world stage that everyone can see. He's doing it as a practice in humiliation that everyone, the world watches and goes, wow, China and Russia are really bad partners.

We should probably not trust them. They're untrustworthy partners. They cannot, they will not defend us. they won't be there for us. Their tech is garbage. It will get melted down and discombobulated. If Trump decides to snatch us. Watch Cuba fall.

It'll be the exact same thing. America's gaining territory. Grabbing up Greenland. Like rolling throughout the world. Like nobody's stopping them. And more importantly, Russia and China are not coming to the defense. of the people that they claim to be their friends, allies, and partners. That is what's going on.

And it is a massive play in order to test and to humiliate in a proxy sense, Russia and China. And the big one is yet to come. I guess we'll see. The big one's probably going to be Taiwan. This is why Elon Musk says the stage is set when it comes to China. A very ominous post from Elon here. The stage is set.

Reminder that Elon Musk posts this in response to what America is eventually going to do to China. So that's what's happening. And that's why Trump discombobulates people. And this has very, very little to do with China. I'm sorry. It says very, very little do the Iran, quite frankly. They're just pawns on the chessboard. And the kings are scared.

The queens are scared. Who's the king of the board? Ladies and gentlemen, well, you should want it to be America. I want it to be America. We should collectively want it to be America. And that's what's happening. So is it America first? Kind of depends on the way you look at it.

Ladies and gentlemen. America first, though, would be deporting as many criminal aliens as possible. Back to their homelands. This should obviously flow direct. directly. Mark Wade Mullen should be a man who does that. They should flow directly from the current crisis in the world. Also, President Trump, getting, like, resetting the globalist corruption that wrought out D.C., like the Joe Biden Autopin, that has now been, that investigation was now put on hold. Why? Well, Julie Kelly, our dear friend, this program, has done some

excellent reporting on it. And as she always has, nobody is better at like sort of understanding and decoding the left-wing ecosystem of judicial decay in Washington, D.C. And she has some bombshell reporting out for why and what may be the biggest legal hurdles for the Trump administration to enact America First policies here at home domestically, which of course is a critical, critical to maintaining this movement. Julie Kelly, front of the show, back after a little break. I'm excited to have her. Here we go.

Julie, welcome back to the program. And, man, it's been a while. And I just feel good to have you back. I felt like I was on a naughty list that I made someone upset, which, you know, would not be unusual. So I was very happy to hear. from you not around here are you kidding me are you kidding me julie please very sensitive flower i know that's right yeah very insecure oh yeah it seems like it when you get to stare down jack smith and all these other snive left-wing reporters in these dc courthouses okay so uh there has been

like i would like to like talk about two different rulings there have been kind of a positive ruling about deportations out of the Supreme Court, which has been positive. But then there's been the dropping of the Joe Biden Autopin. And you sort of had an underlying understanding of why that happened and the structural problems that the Trump administration is facing in Washington, D.C. when it comes to bringing cases to trial, what's going on here? So, Benny, as you know, more than anyone, really, because you had me on your show for four years when I was at that courthouse, maybe on a monthly basis, covering not just trials and proceedings against J-Sixers, but also the president's case brought by special counsel,

Jack Smith, related to the events of January 6th. So, Benny, I've seen probably more than anyone on our side exactly how these, well, old prosecutors, but more importantly, these judges conduct themselves. And their brazen partisanship, even Trump appointees, certainly Reagan appointees, George W. Bush appointees. The crisis in our judiciary is not relegated only to Democrat appointees. In fact, in some cases, arguably, it's worse from a Republican appointees. But Benny, and I'm going to have a piece up on my substack later today, declassified with Julie Kelly from a January 6th criminal defense attorney who has been working in the system for decades. And I spoke with a few J6 defense attorneys. They are somewhere between just

outrage, flabbergasted, and amused at what's. happening now in the D.C. courthouse related to D.C. grand juries systematically denying bringing a no true bill, that's the technical term, meaning they are denying a criminal indictment sought by the Trump DOJ and in this case D.C. U.S. attorney Janine Piro, but also then in the miraculous instance that one of these cases gets to trial, that individual who is charged by the Trump DOJ is acquitted and exonerated, especially, I should say, particularly in politically charged cases. We saw that with the subway sandwich thrower. Remember, they had to downgrade the charges, and then he was acquitted. So, but I'd like to take some time after you jump in here to explain

the grand jury process because most people don't understand it. I know I didn't before I started covering J6. And I think it's important. That is the biggest option. that I think Janine Piro and the Trump, DOJ, are facing in Washington right now. Yeah, of course. Please go there because it's something that you have to have to have a functional society. You can't have places where there are unique privileges that allow you to commit crimes and walk away. And if you have districts like that, if you have places like that, like If there is a place like that for a Republican, I would be completely against it. There shouldn't be any place where you can go and like the subway sandwich thrower.

It's like a hilarious video, but it doesn't matter. You committed assault, right? Like this is assault on a federal officer. This is worse than most of what happened during January 6th for most of the J-6ers. There's a worse assault on law enforcement than most J-6ers. Is that correct, Julie? I would say probably at least more than half because the statute, Benning, is interfering, impeding, or assaulting a federal officer.

Now, this could be any federal officer. In the J6 cases, again, they weaponized that statute to mean a police officer, including Capitol Police and D.C. Metro Police, which I'm not even sure they're federal officers, but no one bothered to really dig into that. Nonetheless, 300 plus charged with any variance under that statute. But I will say, comparably, you had J-6ers who threw water bottles at police officers that day, who were subjected to armed FBI raids, pre-trial detention, and then, of course, immediately convicted by D.C. juries, sentenced to years in prison, and in some cases, not necessarily water bottle cases, but others, to terrorism enhancement.

So that's why these J-6 defense attorneys, and of course, J-6 defense attorneys, and of course, J-6s. themselves, you know, are just stunned to see this very clear 180 degree pivot from judges and D.C. grand juries and trial juries versus what we saw for four years when it was the Biden DOJ presenting these charges and potential indictments. So how does this grand jury work? I mean, again, like, you put it on a paper, a, you put it on a paper, a, a individual throws it with the intention to hurt or harm a food item at a law enforcement officer. One American, because of their political identity, gets the book thrown at them and will go to prison. And pretrial detention, life destroyed, some of them commit suicide. This American that did the exact same crime gets off

free. Okay, so how does that happen? Well, how does it happen? Because you have a grand jury and then a trial jury pool made up of at least 93% Democrats. But let's kick back to the grand jury process. A grand jury process, number one, is completely one-sided. It is only the government presenting to a grand jury maybe 16 to 23, 24 individuals. The grand jury sits for 12 to 18 months. So again, this is the difference between a grand jury and then a trial jury. They operate in total secrecy, and it's one-sided in terms of the government presents the evidence. The government presents witnesses. The government can produce or suggest subpoenas that the grand jury can sign off on, but whoever their target is can't defend themselves until after they're charged, of course,

indicted and then headed to trial. The other difference, and I think this is a real problem, And this is a systemic problem in our judicial system, especially when you have one side that's so hyper-partisan that will weaponize any angle of the legal judicial system to target the president, his associates, and his supporters. Is there's no vetting of these grand jurors, any. So rather than, you know, in trial juries, there's jury selection, there's voir dire applications that the potential jurors have to fill out. they have to disclose any conflicts. They have to disclose, you know, any partisan associations that they have. Their husband works at the Department of Justice, although that was never disqualifying in the J6 trials, believe it or not. And then the judge in both sides can kind of vet out who's going to sit on the trial jury. That's not the case in a grand jury. They are randomly selected. Keep in mind, this is the D.C. Courthouse run by Chief Judge Jeb Bosberg. They are randomly selected. And the criteria to my understanding is that you're a legal resident of Washington, D.C. You're 18 years old and you are registered to vote. Now, what's the likelihood you're going to get a grand jury where the overwhelming majority,

if not all of them, are Democratic voters who voted 92% for Joe Biden, 93% for Joe Biden in 2020, 92% for Kamala Harris in 2024. Plus, you don't need a unanimous vote by a grand jury like you. do in a trial jury. You only need a majority of the members of that grand jury to either decline or sign off on an indictment. So this is the real, I think, detailed obstacle for the DOJ and for Judge Janine Piro in the Autopent investigation and previous investigations and indictments and then certainly any moving forward that have to do with conduct. within the city of Washington, D.C.

A couple of follow-up there. One, I voted for President Trump in D.C. So in the 2020 election, there was eight, there was like maybe two votes for Trump in all of Washington, D.C. That was my wife and I. We wore our MAGA hats to the polling location, just a fun. Oh, wow. You're great. We lived in an all-black neighborhood.

The aunties who were running the polling location took photos with us saying, wow, they're real Republicans like we're zoo animals. That all happened. And it was a joke. It was like hilarious to them. And, you know, we were endangered species. I mean, soon after that, we were run out of town, you know, obviously. And we got the hell out of there mainly for this exact reason, Julie.

You know, I watched January 6th and I said, if I spit out my gum, you know, on the sidewalk, like, I'm going to go to prison. Like, I won't be around for my kids. like that that's like we have to leave for our own you know if I curb my car you know if I if I park and like my wheels up on the curb a little bit like I'm going to prison like like not like these people they will be political it will be absolute political weaponization and horrors untold we we left for this for exactly what you're talking about so like it just I feel it in my bones Julie if you describe this uh my follow-up question to this is like how what the hell does the Trump administration do I mean it's not exactly breaking

news. It's terrible to hear it broken down like this. It means effectively a no-win situation. You also alluded to maybe coaching. Like there's like left-wing coaching going on in grand juries. Correct. So there's an organization, I believe it's called Free D.C. And I posted about this as well, that it has held training seminars to instruct DC activist voters on this jury nullification process, on how you question or confront the government as they're presenting the evidence or witnesses, how you can maybe coax others into handing down this no true bill, not signing off on the indictment. So this is an active, and I'm not even sure that this is legal, but again, where are you going to investigate this and then bring charges, but you have activists in Washington

bragging about this, doing interviews about how they are coaching potential grand jurors and trial jurors on how to decline and be, you know, frustrate this process for the Trump Department of Justice. I'm assuming this is happening in other areas as well, other cities. I mean, I'm in Chicago right now. The Trump DOJ also has a real problem here. We certainly saw it in Minneapolis. And you see the chief judge there, Patrick Schultz, who is a George W. Bush appointee doing everything that he can to put up a wall between the, Trump DOJ and the U.S. attorney there and any successes in those courtrooms in the city of Minneapolis. So this is a real pervasive problem, but nothing like you will see in Washington because those

politically cases of a political nature, the autopen investigation, for example, when any of the alleged crimes happened in D.C., I believe my understanding is that any of that's the proper jurisdiction. So you could talk to smarter people than I, what the options are. Change a venue. Judge has to sign off on it. Jeff Bosberg is not going to let that happen, nor is any other judge in Washington. So I really don't understand. And, Benny, this is why you and I talked about for years, defunding the D.C. federal

courthouse, we should not have a court system, legal judicial, investigative court system in D.C. that is only responsible for bringing federal investigations that happen in the nation's capital. There's no need for that courthouse, federal courthouse, to be in existence. But yet we see no movement by House Republicans or Senate Republicans to defund cut funding to the D.C. federal courthouse. Certainly no movement on impeachment inquiries into, say Jeb Bosberg or former Chief Judge Beryl Howell or anyone else. So of course, they're a rogue, they have been a rogue operation there and they will continue to be.

So because there were no consequences for what they did to the president, what they did to Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro, what they did to almost 13, 1400 J-Sixers in that courthouse. Now this is the revenge, the reverse revenge that they are getting. against the Trump DOJ and Janine Piro's office. What they did, what they would have done to me and you, if given the opportunity, and if we give them the opportunity again. This is why I know it's fashionable to turn on Trump right now.

You don't catch a clicks or whatever. Like, you know, I'm not going to do it. I actually, I've seen what these people are capable of. Yep. And oh, by the way, they also funded the war in Ukraine, which I think is like far more pernicious and far more deadly and far more murderous and evil than what I've seen Trump do. And I hate using that as a sliding scale.

But it's not like you're not going to get like unpopular or controversial wars with the left, but you're also going to get transing of children and you and me in prison. So this makes it pretty easy, you know, because you and I posted the wrong meme. Julie, we posted the wrong meme. They'll throw us in prison. We've seen them do it. It's not a joke. Try walking in the DC courthouse several times with security there and prosecutor's side.

We've been in that courthouse, Julie. We got lectures on our privilege. We got in that courthouse. People did death threats to us. People to death, people, death threats to my wife and I. And we got a lecture from the judge about our white privilege in the D.C. courthouse. I'd have to go back in the paperwork and check. I was on, I stood in like black jawed disbelief. I said, we must leave. And now like, you know, there's going to be a trial here in Florida, a federal trial for people that also

tried to, you know, threaten and kill my family. And the Trump DOJ is actually prosecuting it and putting the person, hopefully, behind bars. Right. So, like, you know, that's the difference. And I, you know, like, for somebody to sit there and be like, you know, America versus dead, burn your maggots. Nope. Like, I was like, I'm an adult, right? Like, I'm not a child. I'm an adult. see things for what they are. The world doesn't have to be perfect for me. Um, it's, it, it's not my world exactly. Like, I have to live in it. And we can like, we can push for the things that we want. You're not going to get 100% of what you want. You're not a child. So quit behaving like a child. And like, remember how bad things were. Like how quickly people forget. It's like crazy, man.

It's crazy. Yeah. For people that actually had something to lose and we're fighting through it all. I think maybe like it hits a little different. Yeah. Yeah. And sorry for the lecture. I mean, I'm sorry. It's just what you're talking about means a lot to me.

No, I think it's important because you have to underscore what your family has gone through in Washington and now in Florida. And the different handling, like I saw in the two cases against the president, the far different handling of the J6 case before Judge Tanya Chukkin in Washington versus Judge Aileen Cannon in Florida. Well, of course, they've tried to demonize who has. had significant death threats made against her as well. So you will see the big difference disparity there that I did. Now, I will say there appears to be a little hope, perhaps in Florida.

So you have the U.S. attorney down there, Jason Kinyones, who is working with at least one grand jury on what we're told is a grand conspiracy case. And of course, a lot of this prosecution handled in Southern Florida, the rate of Maralago, et cetera. So that could be the basis for at least something. And you're going to deal with a much more at least open-minded grand jury and open-minded trial jury pool. If something does happen, then you certainly will in Washington, D.C., because it's just not going to happen. And it's frustrating as to. especially for people like us who, you know, covered this and saw this firsthand and had different experience than others in the Washington legal judicial system. But look, people have to understand

the reality here. And you can't just throw stones at Attorney General Pambandi or Janine Piro. You have to understand what they are up against there. And I certainly do. And I hope that there's some remedy because of course time is time is running out yes i shared this meme i shared the meme is um the meme is like a dc federal judge overturns the killing of the iatola right like return his body to a rant that would be jeb boss it's a joke it's become a joke turn those drones around yep that's right it's become a joke or right like over yep yep makes them you know unalelalives him real lives him i don't know yeah it's a it's a total joke and um It would be nice to like hear it laid out.

Nigerians Christians, Christians throughout the world, quite frankly, under persecution. Christians always are the ones who get persecuted, beheaded, slaughtered. I fear and I pray for the Christians, obviously in the Middle East right now. They're always the ones who get trod under and nobody ever talks about them and it's evil, it's wrong. You're one of the few members of Congress, your man of faith yourself that is actually talking about it. You're focusing on Nigeria, but I'm sure all of like sort of ISIS, the ISIS Caliphate area of great concern to you. you, can you give us an update? Yeah, I mean, it's all a great concern to me. I was actually at just a Coptic Christian event just a couple of weeks ago. I think many people have seen it,

the 21 Martyrs short film that was made by Jonathan Rumi and some others. If you haven't seen it, I would urge you to go watch it. It's very interesting. But yes, I'm focused on Nigeria, but look, I've talked about it all over the world, Middle East, Africa, and not to forget, our own country because it's happening here as well. Thank you. Christians are the most persecuted faith in the world, and it's like nobody cares generally. I do, though. And so flashback to the last administration, Catholics are getting investigated.

They're right-wing crazies if they're going to Latin Mass and things like that. You literally had the FBI investigating people of faith under the Democratic administration. but Nigeria, there, in my view, is a genocide going on. It's a systematic killing of Christians in their ancestral homeland by Islamic militants, radicals. And it's in that middle belt of the country, and then up in the north, east and west of the country, which is up in the north is where you have ISIS, Iswap, and Boko Haram.

In the middle belt, it's these Fulani extremists down there. And that's where you're seeing a lot. lot of bad stuff going on that middle belt, but it's also up north as well. And ISIS just issued kind of a declarative statement just recently. Christians, you have a option here in Nigeria. You can convert to Islam, pay the tax, or you die. Those are your options. You got three. And so that's why, you know, this has been so important to me to do something and for the United States government to respond to our brothers and sisters in Christ. And president's Trump agrees with that. He asked me specifically, publicly, after declaring this country, Nigeria,

a country in particular concern, to go investigate. And so I went to Nigeria. I went to one of the most dangerous parts of Nigeria to investigate this with my other colleagues. And it's worse than what you read about. I mean, it is a real tragic situation that is going on there. And the president who does stand up for persecuted Christians is heavily focused on this. He certainly has his attention divided on other things that are existential threats to the United States right now, but this is something that does weigh heavy on his heart. And that's why we sent these Islamic terrorists 12 Tomahawk cruise missiles for Christmas. And it was the first Christmas in Nigeria in a long time that Christians had not been massacred inside churches.

It was actually the terrorists that were on the receiving end this time. So that's a lot of what we've been working on. And we continue conversations with the administration to get to a better place where we could try to work with the Nigerian government. There's some sticks and carrots involved in this. But if they don't accept the carrots, there's going to be more sticks. So I just want to say thank you for saying that Christians are the most persecuted, not just in the world, in here, like in this country, like in our country. And I'm so sick and tired of hearing the mulling and the complaining. about other religious persecution.

There isn't even close to the amount of persecution here, stateside in our nation. The number of Christian churches that have been under attack have been burned to the ground, have been shot up by either a transgender mass shooter, transgender former member. They were talking about Minneapolis or Nashville in recent memory. There are so many different attacks on churches,

and it's always a Christian church. Don Lemon was just arrested, along with 30 protesters, left-wing protesters for storming? What? A Christian church. If they had dared to do that to a mosque, if they had dared to do that to a synagogue, you know, they'd probably be deported at this point, right? They'd like figure out what Lemon patch did deport Don Lemon left. They dared do that.

There wouldn't even be a conversation about it, right? The left can only, they only stand up and fight Don Lemon, fight for Don Lemon because it was white Christians. that they were persecuting and attacking. That's it. If it was any other religion or any other group of people, it'd be indefensible. Because, yeah.

So, I mean, I guess my question to you is, like, why is it exactly that white Christians are the single most discriminated against group of people in America? I mean, I think it's all Christians, to be honest with you, in America. I mean, that Nashville thing. Sure, I'm just saying a black church, if he'd done it to a black, he wouldn't dare have done it to, like, a black church in the south where I am, right? Right. You know what I mean?

He wouldn't have made it past the aunties, you know, the front of the church, right. And I do want to point out, because you mentioned it, that massacre that happened in that school there in Nashville. Remember, they hid that manifesto. Yes. They would not release it. They wouldn't put it out there because they knew they would confirm what we know and that there's a systematic persecution of Christians and people of faith in this country by the last. and it's many times being acted out upon by these folks with mental disorders, these transgender individuals that see us as the existential threat to their realization of, you know, a man becoming a

woman or something like that because we stand on biblical truth and they stand on kind of abject misreality that they're living in. So yeah, I mean, that's why I think that it's happening. And what we are, you know, we're one of the pillars of Western civilization, Christianity is. Christianity is one of those pillars. You have Roman law, Greek philosophy, and Christianity. That's literally kind of the culmination of this whole thing. The United States of America, the pinnacle of Western civilization right here. So, of course, they're going to attack one of those pillars because they want the whole thing to fall apart. Yeah. I mean, listen, it's the only pillar that's left standing, actually. There is no Rome. There is no Greece. There are no empires left for Rome or Greece. They're a joke. That's all gone. The only thing that's left that has power, and we'll always have power is actually the Christian faith. And so that's what they're attacking. And it's like obvious.

Like the occult isn't worried about other religions. They attack Christianity. They attract Christians. No, and it's the same reason that the, you know, say the Islamists and others, I mean, attack the Christian faith. And particularly, and you've heard some of these folks talk about this. Islamic extremists aren't scared of Democrats. They're not scared of liberals. They're not scared of Democrats.

they know that they can kind of bamboozle those folks. They're scared of people who are Republican and are Christians because we have values and truths that we're willing to stand by. We are the biggest threat to them having some type of hegemony in the world as it relates to ideology. And so that's why I think it's another reason that we're attacked because we're the biggest impediment to their success. So I guess I want to like zoom out here.

Obviously you're focused on Christians and Christian persecution around. the globe official Iranian census government figures say that there's hundreds of thousands of Christians that currently live in Iran. Some of the other estimates are close to potentially one million Christians in Iran. We wouldn't want to see, obviously, a mass slaughter there of Christians. That makes them only about 1% of the population, 90 million people in Iran. Total. So we wouldn't want to see that happen. We've seen it happen, of course, in Iraq and in Afghanistan, and things go sideways, and then they just decimate, like, the Christian populations that are in these regions, like the most ancient, actually Christian populations, like the original Christians

live in these regions. Are you encouraging the U.S. government, obviously, to protect this precious minority there in Iran? I am. And the numbers I've heard is 800,000, but 800,000 to million, something like that, within Iran. And you are right. I mean, these are the most ancient Christian civilizations. I mean, this is, you know, literally it, Mesopotamia, right? So the, yeah, this is something that I've encouraged the administration. I've talked about publicly, and we're going to continue to push on. And look, you mentioned Iraq. That was a disaster for Christians. There was one and a half million Christians before we invaded Iraq. Now there's a few hundred thousand left. Yes. And so it was just an absolute disaster. And we can't have that same

thing repeated here. Now, some of those churches have been really underground, obviously. I mean, in the reign of the Ayatollah, they had to kind of really stay underground. Some people have been put in prison under that previous regime. So, yeah, I mean, this is something that we can't lose sight of, because a lot of people don't know that, that there was literally like a million Christians wiped out or pushed out of Iraq after we invaded that country. Yeah, it's awful. Oh, wow, we brought our Western values. No, we didn't. We made it more stable and safe and free play. No, we didn't, actually.

It's like worse than ever. And now they're attacking our embassies and consulates. The first time they get a chance, they did it this weekend. Oh, yeah. It's terrible. I mean, the ideology was so repulsive and so stupid. And it, and millions of Christians died because of it. And it's terrible.

And it's a horrible. It is a stain, a scar on the face of our country and neocom policy. Okay. Well, I really appreciate your fight for this. I really appreciate you saying it. with with certitude and it's really nice to see the DOJ maybe we could end on this because it's not all doom and gloom like it's awesome that the DOJ actually went out and prosecuted these left wingers that by doing that yes that protects Christians that's an action to send a message that you can go and your children can go to church and be safe exactly and you know they continue to try to do this stuff I mean like I just give you a person example here I had people protesting me outside of my church My family and I go and West Virginia.

Oh, yeah. Well, they drove in from wherever the hell they're from. From the other Virginia. Those lives. Yeah, we're best Virginia, the other Virginia. And so, I mean, but they showed up. They showed up from wherever the hell they're from. And, you know, me and my family were just trying to go to Mass.

And here they are. You know, I mean, no space is sacred to them. They don't care one way or the other. And so that's why it's so great DOJs take an affirmative statement. on this and saying, we're not going to take it anymore. Yes, good, good. Now we just got to make sure that James Talarico doesn't get into the Senate. I mean, that guy saying that Jesus loves abortion and loves transiting of the kids and that God is non-binary.

Like, I feel, I feel dirty, Congressman, just repeating his blasphemes and heresy on my show. I'm telling you what he says. It is antithetical to the Bible. It's actually anti-Christian. It's actually anti-Christ. Ideologies is straight up inversion, polar negative of the Bible. Totally. Yeah, I mean, I think he's evil. I think he is demonic. Yeah. And I think we need to keep a keep an eye on that, a watchful eye because there are other forces that work in my view. That's exactly right. There always have been, you know, it's kind of comforting to know that it's just the same evil. That's always, it's the same evil. That's all there's, you know, the reason that, like, image of Satan is transgender. You know, there's a, there's a reason for that. Right. Exactly. It's a defiling of God's order. It's a defiling of God's nature. Yeah. And it's pretty simple.

simple. It's nice. Even a, even a community college graduate like me can get it, Congressman. Yeah, but we appreciate your fight and we hope that you come back on and and elucidate for us how this administration is out like in protecting Christians. It's really good. It's like the first administration in my life that even like tried to. Yeah, exactly. Yeah, this is the first administration to do that and speak so loudly about it. And I'd love to come back on and give you some more updates about this. We're going to continue to work on this. And not just Nigeria here, the United States, we've got to stand up for our brothers and sisters in Christ. Well, I know you're a huge Nicki Minaj fan.

By March 31st, it seems like obvious. the United States is going to be backing a Kurdish although the market says there's a 43% chance looks like there's like a jump up in the market and down but like the United States is going to be announcing like they already Trump has already announced the support there's a huge Kurdish population in Iran Iran is a very complicated

very divided country, very tough country to control. That's why we would just pray for peace. But like the invasion of the Kurds, like over the border of Iran from Iraq, makes a ton of sense. We were looking at the maps the other day. Seems like that's obvious. Because these are, there's this huge region of Iran that's like 100% Kurdish, 100%. I don't pretend to know everything.

But like, this is how you remake the world. world. And this is what Trump's going to do. What happens in these crazy times is you trust in God, okay? From Psalms 20. It's a good psalm. I'm reading through the Psalms right now. Some, some trust in chariots and some trust in horses. We trust in the name of the Lord our God, Christ, Jesus, the Lord. That's right. That's exactly right. Some trust. Don't trust in any of this stuff. Trump is a man. Okay. He's a man. I do believe in Romans, and I do believe that God establishes the governments of the world and that God is in full control. But Trump is a man. Okay. Trust in God, ultimately. And you'll be set.
