Ladies and gentlemen, good morning to you Monday, July 13th, 2026. A day of new life for me and for our Republic. A profoundly important day, July 13th, the date that we watched the Republic be reborn with President Trump surviving an assassin's bullet to the skull. No one will ever forget it. the single most profoundly important moment in Western political history, at least modern Western political history, everything changed in that day. Everything changed on this day, two years ago. And everything changed for me on this day, six years ago when my first

born child, Eloise, entered the world. And so it is a very profound day for me, a day of rebirth. And I can feel that. You can feel a different energy in our nation right now. I feel like we've had a massive reset and that some of the clouds have been cleared and some of the demons have been cast back down in the hell and that this is a time for Patriots to be in control and for us to take control of our future, for us to see with clear eyes what we are fighting, fight, fight, fight fighting for. And for me, I just need to stare at my, well, my children. and Eloise, who is six years old today, got her first present this morning. I had a little tea party for breakfast.

That's what she wanted. So she got a tea set. Maybe I'll share some photos of that before the end of the show. We have an absolutely incredible show for you. Lindsey Graham, just such a character. I totally disagreed with the vast majority of his neoconstances,

but that doesn't make him not a legend in American political life. And also, he died practically penniless. He was in office for 30 years and, well, certainly didn't take the Ilhan Omar Nancy Pelosi playbook. Something honorable in that. Quick, wit, sharp, and died suddenly. right after speaking with President Trump. What was his dying wish? We'll get to that in just a moment.

last week, well, Friday and Saturday of last week in Utah with Charlie Kirk's family and Erica Kirk. And I have some thoughts on that. But zooming out to what this date specifically, July 13th meant for all of us two years as we watched President Trump. Something that said, take a look at what happened. A moment that changed history forever. A moment that was an energy shift in all of Western civilization.

Failures up and down the line in the Secret Service. Catastrophic failures. Some may argue even intentional failures in so much as, at some point, gross incompetence and malevolence are indistinguishable. Have they ever been answered for? Well, not yet as far as we're concerned. But then something remarkable. President Trump bursting out of his Secret Service bubble, pumps his fist in the air defiantly. Crimson blood streaked across his cheek and ear, mouth and brow, and President Trump tells the country to fight, fight, fight. The power shift,

would be eternal as virtually everybody watching saw this as a miracle and it was this was the hand of God saving our president for this time.

Donald Trump one more defiant fist pump from the vehicle. Just please, please, if you would like relive this with me. He gets shot in the head.

Nobody knows if the shooter's down or dead. Nobody knows if there's multiple shooters. And maybe it wasn't advisable by the Secret Service. The Secret Service, this is the worst day of the Secret Service in history. But Donald Trump breaks out of his Secret Service bubble to expose his full face and head multiple times after being shot. Blood splattered across his brow and tells the American people, fight, fight, fight, not once, not twice, but three times. Once again, exposing his head, showing absolute and total fearless defiance to the evil that exists in this world.

And it is something that we should always remember. Why are we fighting? What are we fighting for? What is the end goal of this American experiment? And that end goal is pretty clear, the American dream. For your children, grandchildren, maybe future children, if you don't have them right now. What is the American dream? to live in peace, to live in a clean neighborhood where you trust your neighbors to be able to get married and buy a house and have children,

and have Labrador, to be able to experience a Christmas morning in safety and security and prosperity, to live a life that is our birthright. Many, many good and better men have sacrificed everything for you to have an opportunity at that life, and it's there for the taking if we simply fight for it. Now, to put some of this a little perspective onto this, we did a documentary in the days after Butler, and we're still extremely proud of how this documentary holds up. We were the only people to ever stand on the rooftop with the blood splattered across it from Matthew Thomas Crooks. And we stood there on his sniper's perch. We're the only people.

They've now effectively decommissioned that building. It doesn't exist anymore. The company's moved out of there. can't have access to the roof. And we were there so fresh that they hadn't even been able to clean up the blood splatter yet. And we saw it for ourselves. Something horrible and dark happened that day. I don't know what the full truth of it is. And there needs to be a full accounting for why this happened. There's also that work that needs to be done, which is the work of figuring out who was behind the criminal negligence.

I mean, you can put it up if you'd like. Yeah, go for it. Klein, if you want to load it up. We were the only people that ever got up onto that rooftop. We went there with a couple. I got a couple members of Congress, a couple of Navy SEALs that I knew in Congress and said, hey, like, let's bring your power to this place

and bulrush it so that we can get some answers about what's going on. And so that is what we did. And there it is. This is filmed from my cell phone, the sniper perch, and you can see the red barn right there. That's where President Trump was standing. Anybody, any shooters in the audience? Any shooters in the chat?

How easy is that shot? That's 100 yards right there. See where the cameraman is right there on the field? That's how far away Trump was. Anyone could hit a target. There are six-year-olds who can hit targets that far away. Total criminal negligence. And so there, we bury responsibility.

having watched this to understand why this happened, how it happened. I'm not sure we've gotten there yet. And it's extremely frustrating. But we've done our part to continue the fight. And that fight continued in a Utah courthouse last Friday, where Kate and I were invited by Erica Kirk to sit with her and the Kirk family in an extremely small courthouse in limited space and to witness the preliminary Charlie Kirk trial. And we went viral by explaining some evidence that the prosecution has that has not yet been made public, at least not in whole. ALX, would you mind grabbing the filmed version of some of the security camera of Tyler Robinson? It's made me extremely angry that we live in what seems like an upside down world

where the demonstrable evidence and empirical evidence against Tyler Robinson, who, by the way, I was in the same room as him, I was just a couple feet from him. Being in the presence of that kind of evil makes your skin crawl. I'm very rarely taken aback in this profession, but I was taken aback. Tyler Robinson pale, gaunt, never turned around, has never turned around. Erica told me he's never turned around once to look at the family in the eye. He's always in the courthouse before the family gets there. No eye contact.

And seemingly no remorse. I saw him snickering and talking with his attorneys and his counsel and very, very hushed tones. He refused to testify. And when the security footage of Tyler Robinson stalking Charlie Kirk was played, he refused to look at it. And this is why we went so viral that day is because we got an opportunity to see the full, high-definition enhanced video from the security cameras. And the evidence is demonstrable.

It is the most bombshell case that I've ever seen. And we've covered some of these things. We've covered some of these cases close enough, right? We just got off very close watch of the Carmelo Anthony case. We obviously covered an enormous amount of January 6 cases, President Trump's cases and so on. We're no stranger to coverage of criminal cases. And what they played for us in the courthouse,

atomized all theories about what may or may not have gone on that day. Gone up in smoke. Evaporated. Because as you can see, and as the prosecution has already stated to the court, there is high definition 4K video that they played for us and us alone. They told the media to turn off their cameras. This was just a presentation for the family. of the full state's high definition evidence,

all that you've seen right here. Go ahead and put up the Tyler UVU footage full. Put that up. Please, next to me when you got it. Thank you. So what you've seen is a camera that has a throw of about 100 feet. So this is a camera filming already zoomed in,

filming a screen that is not really a high definition screen. It's just a courthouse screen. It's already distorted because you're not seeing the full video, you know, You're not seeing the screen. Like, you're not seeing the asset play fully. And it's filmed from far away. And this isn't the high, the full enhanced or high definition.

And so this is what the public has so far. And I'm going to go through all of the evidence that the state has meticulously right now. But I just want to, like, explain to you something that you have to understand from inside of the dynamics of this courthouse. Erica Kirk sits just feet away from Tyler Robinson. When they played this video and when they eventually play this at trial, there will be no question. There already is no question. There are no alibis. There's no data.

There's no evidence. There is nothing that separates Tyler Robinson from this murder. It is my full belief with my full heart that Tyler Robinson committed this murder. Could there be other external factors that may have influenced Tyler Robinson? I have often asked for investigations into the radicalized Antifa groups, left-wing, violent transgender groups there in the area and across Utah. I have often called for the connections between them and perhaps the Cuban government, for instance. The Armed Queers of Salt Lake City is a organization that immediately wiped their social media. they had just been to Cuba.

These are things that we called for FBI investigations into, and the FBI has launched some radicalized investigations into left-wing radical groups. And so for that, we applaud them. So I'm not ruling out that there were other extemporaneous potential influences for Tyler Robinson here. But the question before the court and the question before all of us is, who pulled that trigger right now?

And that's a separate question from were there other influences. And I invite those investigations and I want them. Just as I have wanted the questions to be asked about this, murder, as it profoundly affects my family. What we do, the man who was going to be president one day, who was my friend, who I worked with for nearly a decade. I emceived his wedding with Erica. I, Charlie was a, on a professional level, a brother to me. And so we are bought in and invested in justice for this. And you should be too, as they robbed America of, again, a future president, a generational leader.

And on a moral level, widowed his wife and orphaned his children. And so as Christians, we should demand justice. So let me tell you what they played for us. Let me tell you what this footage looked like when they played it for us. and they rolled a screen right up to the family, and they played it in high quality. And this is why we went viral this weekend because some people just don't care for the truth.

But here's the truth. As the state has presented to the court, they have high-definition footage of Tyler Robinson's license plate, his wheelwells, his gray-dodge Challenger from 2013, rolling onto campus and stalking Charlie Kirk, not once, not twice, not three times, but four times that day. that same car can be caught on traffic cameras and on Google Maps.

You can check in on Tyler Robinson's movements. His entire cell phone tracks his movements. There's no question that Tyler Robinson was on campus that day. He's even wearing the same maroon shirt and hat as he was in a Dairy Queen video that was released by Candace Owens. So we thank Candace for that. So he was there at the time of the murder. What you see in the video is extremely high definition look at Tyler Robinson's face, mannerisms, motion through the campus. He went and ate at a chick-fil-A.

There's also a physical transaction there that would put a Tyler Robinson linked credit card to that chick-fil-A. These are things that are impossible to fake. Just like the metadata is impossible to fake. We'll get into that in just a second. But what you don't see or what you don't see enough of in this video, and I want to fast forward over here, and what is impossible to see, frankly, in what we have so far, which is the camera filming the TV screen 100 feet away from an angle, is the footage of Tyler Robinson, what I believe to be Tyler Robinson, what DNA evidence says to be Tyler Robinson, what all logic says to be Tyler Robinson, slumping onto the rooftop. running across the rooftop, getting into a prone sniper position at 12, 22 p.m. on September 10th, then taking the shot, because that's what happens. Then Charlie Kirk gets shot. That's what the medical examiner says. That's what all data says. Charlie Kirk then gets shot in the neck. So where did that shot come from?

Well, you can see on the roof. And again, I wish that it was forecast. I wish there was GoPro footage. I don't know. drone footage, I don't know. I'm not sure why we didn't learn the lessons from Butler, Pennsylvania about rooftops, but that's a separate question. Then you see the individual, who I believe to be Tyler Robinson, the state believes to be Tyler Robinson, and you can see in the footage running then across the roof directly after Charlie Kirk has shot jumping off the rooftop. Screwdriver left on the roof to assemble the firearm, the firearm hidden. down the side of Tyler Robinson as he walks with a limp under his shirt to his pants. And in that moment, when the shot was taken and you were watching in high definition,

Eric Kirk bursts into weeping uncontrollably falls into the arms of Charlie Kirk's mother. Both of them are embraced by Charlie Kirk's father, who's also there. There's gasps in the courthouse. and Tyler Robinson, pale, sallow, emaciated, bony. You could see it in, you could see his bones through a suit, stairs the floor. And as Christians, we are called to defend the widow. We were called to seek justice for the widow. We're called to provide for the widow, the orphans, in an upright way.

And it is our Christian duty to surround Erica Kirk in prayer to now that the evidence is out there, Okay, now that we have all had to wait for this moment. I have held my tongue, but now I will be using this platform and using our voice to ask a very simple question, which is, what would satisfy you if you don't think it was Tyler Robinson that day? And I am not, again, I think we can separate the questions of did Tyler Robinson have external influences? I would really love to see a full-scale investigation into far left-wing radicalized and violent groups. I would welcome that. I embrace that. I call for that.

But you must separate that from who pulled the trigger to put the bullet into Charlie Kirk and rob us of Charlie and his legacy and his work and his life. What would be enough? So that's what I witnessed that day. I'd like to hop on over and go through the... profoundness of this evidence here from Andrea Burckhardt, a prosecution's attorney and legal professional. Here we go. The gunshot was heard at 12.23 p.m. on 925. A screwdriver was found on the low sea center roof. DNA on that screwdriver with strong support for inclusion of Tyler Robinson and major contributor if Lance Twiggs is the minor contributor. Sniper pat on the roof.

UVU surveillance footage of the person on the roof showing activities at the time of Charlie's murder consistent with the shooter, as well as the person's subsequent flight with something in his hand. Chew impressions on the northeast corner of the Losey corroborating the video. Scuffs near the northeast corner of Losey Center corroborating the video. Medical examiner conclusion that Charlie Kirk's manner of death was homicide by gunshot wound to the neck. Bullet jacket fragment and four bullet lead fragments recovered from Charlie's autopsy. Jacket measured consistent with 30 caliber class bullet. UVU surveillance footage of the additional visits in campus by the same individual pictured at the time of the shooting, wearing different clothing, visiting an amphitheater where the shooting occurred, as well as the low C-central roof. Video surveillance also establishes a connection with the Gray Dodge Challenger. We watched all that in 4K.

Ring doorbell footage showing the Grey Dodge Challenger parking near campus after midnight video of the Grey Dodge Challenger attempting to turn onto Campus Drive at 1230 a.m. Trying to go and retrieve the murder weapon that was stashed. Report of the police officer who contacted the Greyrodge Challenger at Campus Drive at 1230 a.m. wrote down the license plate number and later traced the vehicle to DMV records to Tyler Robinson. You can see that license plate fully in the full video enhanced and high quality. Recovery of a Mouser 98, 30-06 rifle wrapped in a black towel in a wooded area immediately across from Campus Drive, the same area where the person depicted UVU surveillance footage was seen entering within minutes of the shooting and dropping off the roof. the low sea center. Engraved Remington 30 out six cartridge casing fired recovered inside the rifle.

Three engaged Remington 30 out six cartridges unfired recovered inside the rifle. DNA with strong support for inclusion of Tyler Robinson, major contributor to gun stock, grip up, place, trigger, trigger guard, bolt, force end, barrel, optical accessory, scope, and underside receiver of disassembly. DNA with strong support for inclusion of Tyler Robinson of the major contributor cartridge fired. DNA with strong support of inclusion in Tyler Robinson, major contributor, two of the unfired cartridges. The Dremel tool capable of making bullet engravings found in Tyler Robinson's home. A separate engraved Remington 30 out six cartridge casing fired, engraved with the words test shot found inside Tyler Robinson's home at top of a safe in a spare room next to the bedroom identified as having been fired the Mouser 98 rifle. DNA found on test shot cartridge, strong support for inclusion of Tyler Robinson. A Dremel pool bit found in Tyler Robinson's home identified as producing the Andravings

and fired cartridges of the Myleser 98 rifle in Tyler Robinson's home. Additional boxes of Remington 30 out 6 ammunition inside of Tyler Robinson's home. 30 out 6 rifle within Tyler Robinson's home. Text messages between Lance Twigs and Tyler Robinson, which Tyler admits to the shooting and discuss his location and activities, including statements that left the gun in the bush in a bush wrapped in a towel that accurately depends. depicted where the Mouser 98 was found by law enforcement, despite that information not being publicly available. Testimony that forensic extractions were performed both on Lance and Tyler's phones. Photography notes taken by Lance Twiggs found under Tyler's keyboard at the bedroom reference, Tyler's 11 p.m. text to Lance containing statements admitting to the shooting. Photograph of the note partially burnt in the garbage, not in the condition it was in when

Lance states he last sought. Statements by Lance Twigs that he saw Tyler the day after the shooting, Tyler cried and said he was sorry that he did it. Discord chat messages sent before 8 p.m. that identified Lance as being sent by Tyler in which he admits the shooting and described his intent and imminently surrenders. Testimony that Discord produced the same chat thread in response to a subpoena. Tyler's voluntary surrender to the Washington Sheriff's Office on 9 p.m., consistent with the chat messages. Statements from Mike Mitchell, the family friend who helped coordinate Tyler's surrender to. describing his involvement, testimony that Tyler's mother-father were interviewed at the time of Tyler's surrender, video footage from inside of the building showing Tyler entering the interview room, also with the same clothing on.

Sorry, I just had to go. Just had to, like, roll through that because now we also have the Google Maps searches that Tyler Robinson was doing. you know how easy it would be to blow a hole in this, for lack of a better term, prosecution. You would just need a single alibi, a single frame of a security camera, a single Google map ping, a cell phone ping, a Discord, you know, gameplay, log in live. You'd be very easily able to say that Tyler Robinson was not in the area of UBU at the time of the murder. He didn't go to school there. He lived three hours away. But they have none of that. And so I'll continue to ask the same question that I've been asking from the beginning,

which is if you have evidence that disproves the argument that's presented by the state, please let's have it. Out with it. If you're so smart and you're so wise and you're so clever, then go ahead and present your evidence or shut up and spare us all this charade because it is causing immense pain. and visiting pain, immoral pain, if you're a Christian, on the Kirk family. And it's time for truth and it's time for justice, ladies and gentlemen. On this day, a day where we watch the near assassination of the president,

It is, it's a crazy day, though. Literally, Benny, just listening to you, go through that litany of very obvious reasons that the pretrial hearing should have been 30 minutes. It's outrageous. And on a day where we're reflecting two years later on what happened in Butler, it all feel. is a little raw and a little, it's a bit of a downer. It's crazy. But I'm glad you went through that because it's appropriate for people to understand what's going on and just how ridiculous this has become. Yes, I, you know, like, nobody likes unanswered questions. And I think maybe if we could just kick off with the Butler experience for you and your family, like, are you satisfied with

what's gone on there? Do you have still lingering questions about what happened that day? It still seems to be such a mystery and something that would have, and did change the course of Western civilization, thank God for the better. Look, I do think that most of the country, most of the world has a lot of unanswered questions about that day. And you have to remember Benny whose FBI was in charge at the time of all that happening. It was Joe Biden's. This was not, you know, none of this happened under Donald Trump's tenure as president. He was running as a candidate, as everyone knows. And so look, I don't want to point fingers and say, oh, I know the answer as to why we don't have more transparency here. But yeah, there's a lot that has kind of just been left open-ended. I will tell you when you ask the president about this, It's very interesting because I genuinely don't know that he feels full closure here,

but it's a very hard thing, I think, for him to talk about. And so what he'll say is, hey, listen, I've been briefed. They've talked to me about it. I think they've done all that we are able at this point to do. Because, again, remember, there was this kind of six-month period between, or longer than that, seven months between the time that happened and the time Donald Trump got into office. And so there was probably a lot lost in. translation, a lot lost in between and maybe people were not doing their jobs as they should have

been in terms of collecting information or I don't know, disposing of a body that seems very quick to do. So there's a lot that has been left unended. I will say for all of us, we are incredibly grateful. Obviously, the entire world should feel grateful right now. If you look at what Donald Trump's been able to do as president, not just for this country, but for the world, that he turned his head at the exact right moment. But again, And it's kind of a raw day. It's kind of a reminder as to how close we came to everything being different and in the worst possible way. Yeah. I mean, you know, we were at Charlie's trial on Friday and to see the overwhelming and just completely demonstrable evidence that the prosecution in the state has against Tyler Robinson. We didn't see any, we haven't seen any evidence from Thomas Matthew Crooks, right? We don't have access to his cell phone.

We don't know what he was searching. How did he buy these things? How did he get these things? Who is he training with? Who was he talking with? Why was his cell phone pings? You know, why did it show his cell phone device in Washington, D.C.? That's been really credibly reported that he was taking a lot of mysterious trips.

You know, maybe it's not the right time to ask questions, but like, I don't want this to happen to our president. And as you said, as you said, like, well, why did they cremate his bodies seconds after he, you know, his head was blown off. Like he was like gone. And there doesn't seem to be like an authentic toxicology report. There's just, it seems to be a lot of gaps. It must be raw for you. It is.

And I think that it hopefully became a lesson learned for this country. We live in an age where people have access. It seems like at their fingertips instantly, Benny, to anything they want. And so for a situation like this to still feel, feel like we're just kind of all just so waiting on the edge of our seats for it, it leaves, you know, it leaves Americans feeling very uneasy. And it, and it doesn't have to be that way. And I hope that what happens on the other side of this, and I hope going forward, we never see something like that happen again. I understand what's been going on to some extent in this pretrial

hearing for Charlie. I understand that this judge is trying, this is, you know, this is kind of his first big foray into anything this size and of this magnitude and probably no judge ever expects themselves to find, you know, to be overseeing something like this. And I get that he's trying, it seems like, to do his best to make sure that we have all the, the T's crossed and eyes dotted. But we're going a little too far. So, so yeah, my hope is that on the other end of Butler that people never have these unanswered questions again, that we learned a lesson that, you know, the American people demand transparency. We demand answers and we deserve them, quite frankly.

At the very least, I think my father-in-law and our family does. What would you like to see answered? Because I remember at the GOP convention, you know, the GOP convention is the next week, right after Butler. And I'm sure you remember it well. I was getting into, I was going to a random, uh, going to a random dinner and out walks Kimberly Cheatel of the Secret Service, the lady who was in charge when your dad got shot, when your father-in-law got shot in the head. head. And she's like wandering around the GOP convention like she's big stuff. I was like, why aren't you in prison lady? Like why are you not in like why are you not in Guantanamo Bay right now

for what you've done? And she's like waltzing through the GOP convention. Donald Trump has the like bandage on half his head and it was her fault. And it's like, where's the justice? Sorry. No, I agree with you. How about this? I agree with you. And look, if you look at the current kind of climate of things where you have Iran, you know, threatening the president again. We know that, you know, if you go back to the end of the campaign, we had to take so many extra precautions for the president because Iran knew then that if this was a president who actually was successful at reentering the White House, the jig was up for them. They had, they did not stand a chance. And, you know, we see what's happened. So, you know, we've kind of unfortunately

had to deal with this sort of thing for a long time. But look, I just think that it feels like for a lot of people that, you know, again, the body being disposed of in the way it was and the quick nature of it happening, just the general setup there. And if you go, if you actually physically go to this location and look at how close that rooftop was to the stage, it's just crazy. The way it all transpired, I think was very upsetting. And I still don't know that we have full closure or full answers on all of that. But again, I'm just grateful that things have have panned out in the way that they have. And I have to give all glory for that to God. I do believe that he saved Donald Trump that day.

I believe that he had much bigger plans for this man. I believe that Donald Trump was made for such a time as this, for this moment in our country's history. I mean, my gosh, Benny, the 250th birthday of America just happened. We had the greatest president in the history of our country to oversee that. We have UFC fights happening on the white. House lawn. We have the FIFA World Cup happening right now. We're going to have the Olympics here in the United States all while Donald Trump is the president. And on top of that, I believe, you know, the things that he's been able to do for this country and the world have been historic

in the most incredible sort of ways and really have changed the course of history for everyone. So grateful, but it is a time that I think we all kind of remember. exactly what was happening, exactly where we were, and how we felt in that moment when we watched that happen. So you were R&C chair at the time, and it's been proven that the Secret Service critically underfunded President Trump's security detail, you know, at the very least. And so you're saying you had to take some major precautions after that, probably making these decisions from the R&C and from the campaign. You know, again, what would you like to see, you know, I'm sorry I stepped on your answer to the last question. What would you like to see

done? Like what would bring closure to you? I mean, I think at this point, it's probably too late. I think in the immediate aftermath of something like this, you would hope that you could have, you know, everything laid out and people really fully able to see what happened. Now, I do think that there were, there were a lot of people scrambling around to try to cover themselves. Kimberly Cheeto, you just brought up. I don't think she ever wanted any fingers pointed at her as the director of the Secret Service. I'll be it. You're right. Look, uh, the, the, the, the, detail leader for my father-in-law's detail at the time had asked for more security. They'd said, listen, these events are huge. We are understaffed. We need more resources. And for some reason,

that wasn't given. So a lot of answers like that have just kind of gone by the wayside. And people are kind of like, well, we just need to go ahead and move on. But the shooter himself, you know, that when what happens and you and I have seen it happen with this situation with Charlie. And it is disgusting and it's disgraceful. But the second you don't give people answers, all the conspiracy theorists pile on. All the crazies jump on the bandwagon. And whenever you leave things open like that, it allows them the space to do so. And so the things that I've heard about Butler, the things I've heard about Charlie, the horrific things I've heard about his incredible wife, Erica, it's outrageous. But that's why it's important this day and age to give us the answers, to tell us the truth,

to lay it all out, to let the American people see it. And then, you know, we don't have space for all the chaos and all the craziness. Yes. Just a personal question here. You don't have to answer. But like, has there ever been like a private briefing for the family as to all of the available evidence here? Like, because we know that he has phone records.

We know that there, you know, there are devices that were taken. The public doesn't have access to. Have you ever, has anybody ever sat you down and been like, okay, here's all we have? No. I know they did that for the president. And I know that he, you know, again, has told all of us, look, I feel good about it. I want to move on. But I get that from his, you know, point of view, this is a moment you probably don't want to remember. You probably don't want to dwell on.

Probably don't want to go back and relive that day if you can help it. But no, no, that really hasn't happened for us. I assume if we demanded it and we really asked for it, that could happen. But yeah, you would think that maybe that may have been offered to some of us, but no, it was not. Okay. Moving on, it hasn't stopped threats on the president's life. The president had to take a different plane leaving Turkey, had to take a secret military plane with no signal and no transponders. They had to go completely dark leaving Turkey based on Iranian threats on your father-in-law's life. How has this affected President Trump?

You know, he is one of the most unique individuals I think I've ever met. And I think people know that about him, even if he haven't met him. He doesn't let that impact him in any way. It's funny. He kind of jokes about it. Benny and you know him and you've met him, you know, numerous times and you know how he is. He likes to make light of things like this, but I think he realizes that if you spend any time worrying about things that are out of your control, then you don't have the time to focus on the

things that matter. And look, he understands that there's a finite amount of time left to do what's necessary for this country to set America up properly, to take care of the things that other presidents just kind of let go and didn't pay attention to. And so, look, for him, I'm sure somewhere in the back of his mind, it's there. But I got to tell you, he has this incredible ability to put it out of his head, to not focus on it. I don't even know that he thinks about it. He knows he's got great people around him and that, you know, the risk has always been high for this president. I don't think we've ever seen a president in our lifetime targeted in the way that he has or any politician for that matter,

any single individual human being targeted like Donald Trump has been since, you know, I'm a to say June of 2015 when he came down the golden escalator, things have just been different. And so he knows it. It's always in the back of his mind. But he's, he's going to soldier on. He's going to do what's necessary for this country. And quite frankly, I don't know that he even thinks twice about it. What about you as a family? Are you concerned for his safety? Things have, you know, have things changed for the better? I think things have changed for the better. Absolutely. Look, it is different now. it is different, first of all, when you're president. But things were significantly better post-butler.

There's no doubt about it. But of course, we're always all concerned about him. This is a guy who sleeps like three hours a night, too. I think about that all the time. My God, if I get two nights of, you know, less than the proper about asleep, I'm a mess. I don't know how he does it. But, yeah, you always think about that. But it's so crazy because I think for all of us in the family, we knew.

the day, again, he came down that escalator, that things were different, that things were never going to be the same for him or for any of us. And I can't tell you how proud I am to be part of this family, how proud I am to be his daughter-in-law to see the things he's been able to do and to be an effective person. I think that's the, that's, you know, when I think about him overall, when Donald Trump decides he wants to get something done, he is going to get it done. And we need more of that in this world. So I'm always going to worry about him. Eric is all. always going to worry about him. Our whole family always will, but he does have great people around him. And I think we all know, and he knows especially, it's what he's doing is so much bigger

than just one person. This is, this is historic stuff. And when the world looks back on the time of Donald Trump as our president and everybody, I just want you to think about this, we're living it right now. So soak it in. They're going to say, my God, what an incredible time that must have been. And truly it is. Just really quickly here, we saw some major earthquake in the Senate. We have Senator Dave McCormick coming up here in just a minute. But wow, Mitch McConnell finally broke his silence after going missing for a month. Lindsay Graham gone yesterday.

Huge, huge shifts in the Senate energy. John Cornyn, Bill Cassie, losing their primaries. What's the landscape looking like going forward into 2026? Good thing, bad thing. What's your perspective, Laura? Well, I mean, I think, look, the loss of someone like Lindsay Graham is huge. You know, he served the people of South Carolina for over two decades. He was certainly a friend of the president.

And he did have that unique ability to reach across the aisle when necessary, which not everyone has. That's a tough one these days because the Democrats are totally nuts. And so I think that we've seen how tough things have been with this very slim majority that have had. And the midterms, I can't overstate. As the former co-chair of the RNC, as you just pointed out, Benny, this is a time where people need to take it seriously. I need everyone out there to think about this midterm election as the 2024 presidential election, because it is that important. We know what the Democrats have said that they want to do. Should they retain or I'm

sorry, regain power in the House and the Senate? They have been very clear about that. pack the Supreme Court, eliminate the filibuster, Grant D.C. and Puerto Rico statehood. They want power in perpetuity. They don't care if they have to turn America into a socialist country or run horrific candidates like Graham Platner until, oh, wait, his polling shows he's not going to win anymore. They're hell-bent on power, and they don't care how they get it.

And so this midterm election, unlike any other maybe that we've had, is so, so important because Donald Trump needs two more years to be effective. That's what we were just talking about. What an effective guy he is. When an effective president, he has become, he needs those two years. And so I think this is a serious moment in our country's history. Everybody says, oh, you know, we know how it usually goes. Maybe we don't come out this midterm. Usually the White House team loses the House and Senate. No, we cannot afford to do that. We have to, you know, keep our eye on the prize. People need to turn out and take this as seriously as 2024. for. Well, here's hoping. I mean, the last thing Lindsay Graham said to the president was we should pass the Save Act. We're all set with the Save Act according to your father-in-law, right? Yes. Well, what kind of lunatics don't want the Save America Act pass, Benny? Who is crazy enough not to want to put that in place? I'll tell you who Democrats and Republicans who absolutely are doing a huge disservice to the future of this country. It should be passed. It's crazy that we don't

already have these rules in place. Yes, crazy. You should pass it in Lindsay Graham's name as his legacy, as a legacy piece of legislation. Because arguably, according to Donald Trump, this was the last thing that he was focused on. These are the last calls that he was making to the White House. I was not only there for when President Trump was shot, he had called me up on the stage. And he had said, you know, I got, I talked to him right before I was, I think I was probably the last person to speak with him before he went on the stage. And he called me up on the stage. And I got up there, sort of headed

towards the podium and he said, oh, hey, wait, I'm going to talk about the border. So I went back down. I was in the front row, probably 15 feet away from him. And I heard the shots. And I knew immediately what it was. And I hunkered down. And I looked up. I saw the president on the ground. I saw the secret service on top of him. I saw him reach for his ear. I saw him to stand up and say, fight, fight. Scrolling with Haley. I am Haley Karene. I scroll with the homies here in the live chat, because there's a lot to scroll through on X, on Instagram, on TikTok. Cutting through the clutter, one hot take at a time. I tried to jump in just a few minutes before to say hello. I love the chat interaction. Thank you for helping. I talked to him the next day and I said, And by the way, behind me, probably 25 feet was Corey Comptor. I didn't know who it was at the time, but somebody was hit, and first aid was being administered. And I talked to the president next day, and I said to him what I believe. I have seen as an army officer in Iraq and other places people get shot at. And it's a rare person, one in a million, who gets up. Most people stay in the fetal position. It's a rare person that gets up and says, fight, fight, fight.

And the president shows so much courage that day. And we are so blessed another inch. And it would have been a chastrophe for America and just a horrible ending to what now is a dramatic turnaround in America's future. That's exactly right. Winning an electoral college landslide, all seven swing states in the popular vote just months later, that nobody could have even imagined a success in 2024 like that. changed American history. The most profound moment in modern American history, that's for certain. But you say a funny story, please. Just a really funny. I'll be real quick. But as I said,

I call him the next day. And he was very sober about the whole thing. I peaked. I called him on his cell phone. I like one o'clock the next day in the afternoon. And he picked up to my surprise. And we talked about it. And at the end, he very sober. He said, Dave, you know, another minute. And you'd have been right up there with me when the, when the, when the shooting started. He was very, you know, I was worried about my family, worried about my, my, I have six girls. And then he said in a very Trumpian moment, he said, but you'd have been in prime time. You don't want this thing, no problem. It'd have been over already.

And I said, you know, Mr. President, I never thought about it that way, but I see your point. Yeah, you read, what an unbelievable way. This is what the Trump kids tell me that he like went straight to humor and was like joking about it. And it's amazing to just see that and then to see the miracle happen from your perspective. So wait a second. So you're telling me that like Trump was like,

well, wait a second. I'm just going to like go off script and talk about immigration. And then we just witnessed a miracle because he turns to the chart something that Thomas Matthew Crooks probably wasn't counting on. When he tells the story,

it's almost always on his other side. So he always turns the other way. So the fact that he turned at that very moment would have, you know, had he not turned, he would have been hit in the head, no doubt about it. And, you know, the, I heard you talking to Laura about the shooting, but, I mean, when you're there, I'm sure you've been there since, but you look at that shot. I mean, we're from Pennsylvania. You know, every deer hunting is like a national pastime in Pennsylvania. Very few people, that shot, that guy was, I don't know, 125 yards away with a scope.

in a prone position. That was not a hard shot. Most people would make that shot most times. And the fact that the president was able to survive that by the good fortune of just turning his head is a truly a remarkable thing. And I was, as I said right front, imagine it this way. Imagine you're standing next to the limo when JFK get shot. That was what it was like. And the fact that he persevered the way has is it was really remarkable. I want to I want to touch really quickly on some of the remarkable work that you've now done since you've been victorious in your Senate race and maybe not by the margins that Trump promised if you had been on stage, but still we're thrilled to have you in the Senate's made all the difference, quite frankly, now that the Senate is down by two members. Maybe

an opportunity to just talk about who Lindsey Graham was and we worked with Lindsey Graham on a couple of fun projects a couple years ago. I feel really privileged, first of all to be there. And, you know, there were seven swing states that the president won all seven. We only won one in the Senate. And that was Pennsylvania. And so I feel very fortunate. And every time you see J.D. Vance break a vote, we would not be breaking a tie, rather. We would not be breaking that tie had I not won my seat. And the president was a big part of that. Many people, you included were part of that. So thanks for the opportunity. You know, I had known Lindsay. In fact, I had a chance.

I was trying to think of the time. It must have been about 15 years ago where I was invited to join him and McCain and Lieberman on this European. They brought a bunch of business. I was a CEO at the time. They took a bunch of business people to the Munich Security Conference. So I saw the three amigos in action. And Lindsay was always the cut up. You know, he was obviously a patriot was, you know, you could agree with him or disagree with him,

but you never doubted where he stood. And he would fight like hell for America's interest in the world. He would fight like hell for freedom. He would fight like hell for President Trump's agenda. I mean, he was, I mean, those Kavanaugh hearings, which I was watching yesterday, just reminded me that he was fierce and would fight for what he believed. He may be, you know, I didn't always agree with him. I know the president don't always agree with him.

but you could count on Lindsay to put his heart on his sleeve and fight. And the second thing you could count on him for is he would fight like hell. And then, you know, 10 minutes later, he'd be standing over there making jokes and be able to, I guess, put it all in perspective and to some degree not take himself too seriously. And he had a great humor. He made fun of everybody. And he was on one in a million, no doubt about it. The last thing he spoke about with President Trump was the Save America Act.

Donald Trump said that he said that we're set for the Save America Act. What did Lindsay Graham mean by that? I'm not surprised. I mean, Lindsay was a strong, I mean, I have been on the floor many times. This is of my many frustrations of being in the Senate. This is probably the most significant frustration. And many, just to put in perspective for me, like literally, I lost my first election in 2022 by 900 votes. And I won my second one by 15,000 out of seven million.

So when somebody says, as the Democrats do, it doesn't, there's not that many illegal immigrants that vote. It doesn't take many to change the course of history. And in my case, in Pennsylvania, just recently we had this guy Mahadi Sacco who was arrested. For 25 years, he's been voting in presidential elections as a registered Democrat as an illegal immigrant. So this is something that I feel passionate about Pennsylvania is Pennsylvania goes, the country goes, we've got to get it right. And that's why it's so frustrating that an issue that's 85, 15, maybe 90, 10 can't get 60 votes in the Senate for what is basic common sense. Voter ID, proof of citizenship, no mail on ballots. Those three things, I think, would bring confidence back.

You know, I think there's a number of different ways. I'm for standing on the Senate floor and making them basically eat their opposition to it. I want them to explain to the Democrats. I like the idea of a reconciliation bill that has parts of the Save America, all the parts we can fit into it in there. That's what Lindsay, I think, was talking about. That's what the Speaker Mike Johnson's talking about. I like the idea of putting it on any of the many vehicles that we have coming down the path

and force the Democrats to stand up in front of America and be opposed to it. And I, you know, I'm more optimistic than I've been because I see. see, first of all, the president's been relentless on it, to his credit, but I also see people now talking about solutions. How are we going to get there? You know, let's problem solve this, and there seems like there's a couple different paths that might work. So I'll be steadfast. I won't stop. This will be one that I continue to talk about until we get resolution. Mitch McConnell finally broke his silence yesterday. Did you guys have any updates on that? Are you learning the same way we have? Because amongst absence is quite a long time, right? It seems like at

least inform the American people. I'm learning the same that you are. And so I didn't know anything prior to this. I mean, my basic view on this, whether it's whoever it is, it's not a partisan issue. I think it's a delicate balancing act because on one hand, the American people need to have transparency and know that the people they elected are in the job and able to do it. And then there's some very personal things that mental health issues or whatever. And how do you get that balance rate? I dealt with this with my colleague, John Fetterman, you know, how transparent was he going to be? And in his case, I think he erred on the right side of it. And this is how I would think about it personally.

You got to be more transparent, not less. So he was out there and said, listen, this is my issue. And I'm dealing with it. And I'll come back when I'm ready. And he came back when he's ready. And he's been a good colleague for me. He's been the one Democrat that's been willing to stand up for common sense against the crazy radicals, the party of Platner that's running the Democratic Party.

It's incredible. You guys are doing a joint fundraising effort now. That's like so awesome. So you're going to vote for the Save America hack? Can you get him to do it? Can you get him? Listen, he's been critical. He was the he was the only guy that voted for Kevin Warsh. You know, he was the only Democrat. He's been a big, he's been a he's not, make, make no mistake. He's a Democrat. He votes 85, 90% of time with the Democrats. But the thing that makes him different is he is willing to stand up and face down that crazy opposition. And what happened, a very conservative, very strong. strong support of the president. I won't say his name yet because it'll become public soon enough. But a very big donor for the president and a donor for me came to me and he said, I love what you and Federman are working. He's a Pennsylvania, working together for Pennsylvania. Would you mind if I did something for both of you? I said, heck no. So this guy's going to do it. It'll have lots of good supporters of the fact that we work together for Pennsylvania. I know that you've got to run, Senator, but I just want to ask really quickly about your summit for American innovation in defense,

the president's going to be with you this week and Wednesday, I believe. The president just said that, hey, we're going to just take over to the Strait of Hormuz. Like, we're sick of dealing with these people and we're just going to take it over. We saw, of course, major military action.

A lot of those munitions, a lot of America's defense backbone is in Pennsylvania. Can you give us a preview of what's going to happen this week? I sure can't. And, you know, the president has put his finger on it. We are at a moment where the world's getting more

dangerous with Iran, with China, with Russia, with North Korea, and the face of warfare is changing dramatically. We see that with drone warfare, hypersonics, autonomous weaponry, autonomous missile. It's quite a dramatic change. The face of military combat's changed. I served in the Gulf War in Iraq. From World War II to the Gulf War, there was less change than there's been from the Gulf War to the current moment. It's radical. How much is changing? So last year that we did an energy and innovation summit in Pennsylvania, the president came, his cabinet came, we had all the CEOs. It was an incredible event. And there was $92 billion of investment made in Pennsylvania. I talked to the president earlier this year. I said, I want to do the same thing in defense.

At the Army War College, Pennsylvania is at the forefront of defense innovation. We've got robotics and AI at Carnegie Mellon. We've got the Philadelphia shipyard. We've got all sorts of next generation weaponry. And we're one of the biggest, we have 190,000 people that work in the defense industry in Pennsylvania, if you define it narrowly. And so the president's coming. We've got every major defense CEO. We've got the biggest investors in the world.

We've got all sorts of next generation startups. We've got Anderall and Palateer as well as the big defense contractors, all about supporting the president's strategy of peace through strength and making sure that America stays. at the forefront of defense innovation. And I, of course, want to make sure Pennsylvania is the point of the spear. We think we're in the position. We got the best workers, the best technology. We want to lead the way for America. And, you know, it's so great.

I really appreciate the president. He's got a special love for Pennsylvania. So he's, I was just with him in Lehigh Valley a couple weeks ago for a big rally. And he's coming back for, to talk about defense and all the great things he's doing and all the great things we need to do. We do need Pennsylvania. The Keystone State is the key and Dave McCormick from that great state. Godspeed, Senator.

Thank you so much for your fight. It would have been, I'm telling you, you would have had a totally different inert Trump presidency without this man winning his seat. This was the ballgame. That footage again this morning, and you wake up to it, right? You check X and you're staring at what we all woke up to last year, two years ago, sorry. And I'll never forget. It's because July 13th fell on a Sunday, if I'm remembering this correctly, either a Sunday or a Saturday. It was the weekend. And I had taken my kids to the community pool around here. And I was like playing at the pool with my kids.

And it was a weekend day. And I got a text message from Charlie Kirk. News message from Charlie. You text me. The president's been shot. That was a person I heard from first. First about all of this. So to see it come full circle is maddening.

And President Trump is still being threatened to this day to be assassinated. Trump left instructions to bomb Iran at every level that they've never seen if he's assassinated. The reason why Trump's talking about this is because President Trump had an assassination scare. They actually had to swap out the Air Force one that he was using. There are multiple planes that can carry the president. This happened last week in Turkey. Now we know the details of it. Donald Trump said he's number one on the Iranian kill list.

And that it's one-tenth of one percent. No, it's 5.2% is you don't make it. You should have told me you're an excellent reporter. You should have told me that years ago, maybe I wouldn't have run. It's a very dangerous profession. No, I'm number one on the kill list for Iran. They're lovely people.

I'm number one, so I don't know. I can't tell you that, but I don't really care because I'm doing my job and I'm doing it. I hope better than anybody's ever done it, because we have a country that's hot and really, really successful. But I mentioned it only because it's on the list. I mean, it came out.

There was another list came out yesterday. And I'm number one on, I like being number one on TikTok better. But I'm number one on the list for killing. Well, President Trump saying that with a little bit of bitterness in his tone because Donald Trump had to take the old, you can see here, Trump disembarking the old Air Force One after the glorious reveal of the brand. a new Air Force One, Donald Trump hates the old Air Force One, the Perry Winkle Blue Air Force One. The reason why they had to do this and why President Trump's arrival was captured, you can see actually, look at this. Watch.

Look, here's Donald Trump on the old Air Force one. Look, here in the background, this is the new one. So they swapped out the plane because, and this is all that we know right now, obviously there's far more thorough details. There was a assassination plot against Trump on that. that plane. And so they had to very publicly make that swap and then not so publicly get Trump the hell out of there, which they did. How do they do it? Let's go ahead and read the breakdown. This is from the Wall Street Journal. To completely compromise any tracking or targeting systems, operatives may have established the U.S. Secret Service executed an abrupt unscheduled

aircraft swap on Trump's return flight to Washington, D.C. The presidential security detail abandoned the primary aircraft assigned for the trip, secretly transferring Trump to an alternative heavily fortified government plane. To further neutralize the threat and prevent hostile actors from monitoring the escape route over the highly volatile reason, the flight crew completely disabled the aircraft's public transponder successfully cloaking the flight path until it cleared high-risk airspace in the dark of night. So yeah, these are four real.

I think Trump flies old Air Force one out of Turkey, switches planes because of threats on his life. Donald Trump responded to that with, let's just call it fire and fury. You should have a little bit of fury in your coffee cup every single morning before we get to that. Blackout coffee is what fills my cup. It gives me the fury and rage and caffeine that pumps through my veins to do this show and to clock in every single day. And then he releases this photo with Elaine Chow, his handler, literally handling him. That's what she's doing. She's manhandling I'm like sitting him up straight.

A couple of questions about this. Why is Mitch McConnell wearing, like, if he's doing an extended hospital say, why is he wearing normal clothes? He's wearing jeans in this photo. He's holding a copy of what looks like authentically the Washington Post Sports section that day.

Okay. Because you can match it up. And ALX tells me it's real, so I believe him. But why not release a video? If you're going to go out with the media, why don't you just a really short statement

of Mitch McConnell talking? Mitch McConnell looks better actually now than we've seen him in the Senate over the last couple months, and we've been tracking this. Mitch McConnell can't speak anymore. He tried to speak in the well of the Senate. They had to actually cut his microphone

because he couldn't talk. He had to leave hearings early. He has to be constantly reminded by some little flack that's following him around. Like what he's doing? Yeah, thank you. Zoom up like Mitch McConnell.

Like there's nothing here that says Mitch McConnell is still with us. Like, do a short video of him talking. But it is funny how it's like proof of life. And it looks like he's being held hostage. And there's no explanation as to why his wife, here's what, it's the final thing, like final thing. So Mitch McConnell says I had a very bad fall and I crack my skull and I was unconscious because that's what happens. That's how you go unconscious. And that's what the EMT radio commentary was talking about. There's an unconscious man, potential cardiac arrest at the location where Mitch McConnell lives.

And they found him unconscious. So these are like really scary things for an 84 year old. And Elaine Chao goes to China. So they confirmed that Mitch McConnell had really bad thing happen to him. Even if he didn't have, even if he's not brain dead, even if he didn't have some major stroke, if you're found unconscious, and he was like unconscious for minutes on end and you're falling down the stairs, then, well, why is his wife fleeing? to China. Who cares who you're meeting with? Like, isn't that reason enough to stay in America? That still relieves some real questions. If Mitchell Collins recovering in the hospital, why doesn't he have any type of tubes or cords or monitors or anything like that? Why is he sitting

in his plane closed? I don't get it. I don't understand this. But more importantly, I don't understand the strategy of just being like, we're just going to stay silent for a month. Where's going to disappear for a month? Why don't you say this that after? afternoon. Lindsay Graham died and then his family said he's dead and they did it the same night. There wasn't some like month-long thing where it's like, where's Lindsey Graham? He's just disappeared. That's what they did with McConnell. So I'm not going to apologize for asking questions about this and we were right. Something horrible happened to Mitch McConnell. Is he brain dead? Well, I'm not sure.
