leaks of classified information. Officials are warned intelligence community professionals that Gabbard referrals will serve as a warning. Let's read. Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard referred two intelligence community professionals to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution. Two, two. She also said there's a third coming. Two. What's the Matthew McConaughey line? Those are rookie numbers. We need to pump up those numbers. Those are rookie numbers, okay? Let's go. Criminal leaking. Classified information. Fox News Digital has learned. An ODNI official told Fox News that the intelligence community professionals leaked classified information to the Washington Post and the New York Times. Classic move. A third criminal referral is on its way to the DOJ. The official told Fox News Digital the intelligence community professionals should take the move as a warning. because this is exactly where all of this is stemming from. Kash Patel, Pam Bondi. Pam Bondi was defending President Trump through all this. Pam Bondi was Trump's personal attorney through all this. They know the horrors of these systems when they're turned on innocent Americans. Turning a ship this size around is going to take some real maneuvering. Because the ship was sailing in the wrong direction.

Any intelligence community bureaucrat who is considering leaking to the media should take this as a warning. And these are exactly the kind of people that we need to root out, get rid of, so that the patriots who do work in this area, who are committed to our core mission, can actually focus on that. I want to read something from Dan Bongino's

executive producer who's been with Dan for years and decided to just snap yesterday. His name is Jim Verde. Doesn't have that big of a following, right? He's just one of those behind the scenes guys, old radio, salty radio dude who said something really profound about cash and Dan. I want to just like skim through it here so that I give you some perspective from the people that know them the very best. Because these guys, the people who've been near close up, right?

Like Dan Bongino has been much of a mentor to us and to this show. Cash Patel has been a regular on this show and could be found weekly on our programming up until, you know, up until things got really, really real. And it's just like rings like a bell, here we go. I have to address the trashing of Cash and Dan caveat.

I've not spoken to Dan since the start of the show. I only text him about things not at all related to work. This is going to take a minute, so bear with me. When we first started the show, I had two months to put everything together, the production elements, discussion, everything. We had a week of practice before going on the air. When we hit the air, it took months of angst and tinkering to make changes before we finally hit our stride.

And you know what we didn't have? A cabal of people lined up working against our success, trashing us at every single turn. That's something we didn't have to face. Then Dan decides to leave a highly successful multi-million dollar job. It's just like, let me just say this. Dan is a very, very good businessman. Dan Bongino is probably, based on a dollar amount,

the most successful businessman in the space right now. He'd been grinding and working in this for decades plus in this industry. He's very much the granddaddy of independent podcasting. And so Dan has built out something, built out something very lucrative. I don't think anybody quite realizes exactly how much Dan Bongino left to do this, but it's effectively like quitting a Superbowl, like you're the quarterback of a Super Bowl team and you quit after winning the Super Bowl and you're about to sign the biggest contract of your life

to go work at a nonprofit, to go work at a charity and fill soup bowls for homeless people. It's like the equivalent of what Dan Pongino did. Dan decides to leave his highly successful multimillion dollar a year job while launching a new network, taking a job in government,

giving up a lot of money, family time, freedom to do whatever he wants to do uh who does that i'll tell you a guy who's tasked who's talked about this problem for years and wants to stop it so why have you seen no results cash has been there for six weeks and dan's been there for a month ask yourself if you took the job what are the first things that you're going to oversee an organization of 40,000 people? Half of them are determined to sabotage everything you do. That video I just played for you, that guy was from the FBI. Mr. Sullivan, that guy was from the FBI.

Imagine an entire agency staffed with those people. Go read the comment section. Don't put it up. Go read the comment section, though. You'll find a bunch of people who work for the FBI who are either whistleblowers or who have direct knowledge, and they'll say, yeah, this is exactly what the agency has turned into.

There's one of these guys around every corner. They're trying to sabotage you. You have scores of investigations open, millions of documents and data to go through. You're getting emails and reports from so many people. You have to decipher what's real and what's not. And you only have less than a month. Does that sound like an ideal situation to jump into after you've run your own business the way you wanted to?

No. Do you want the agency to run the way that it was? Not paying attention to the rule of law and not having the evidence you need to prosecute somebody just doing it because it will feed the base red meat only to blow up in your face months later or weeks later or to have change that isn't permanent that's what's most important the changing of the culture and that starts with putting people in prison for real not the john not john durham cutesy time. John Durham. All these people did all these bad things, and nothing happened to any of them.

Does this sound like a recipe to have immediate action taken against individuals and entities that you've been waiting for it? If you want to assume, if you want to assume you should, this is what he took the job for, giving up everything he's had to give up. You're delusional. You really don't want to see any lasting change made.

How can I be certain of this? Because I know him. And I know the kind of person he is. And I know he's working to improve the agency, the government, and the country. But he loves it and is a real patriot who would not have taken this job unless he wanted real change.

Don't think he's out working every single day to just that and it's not for him because he didn't need this he's doing this for you this went viral it's been seen by a million people 7 000 reposts 24 000 likes um i think that you know there is a really important line that goes like this hold people accountable and then watch the work and then see the results right but don't sabotage do you understand how much sabotage is happening damn bongino and cash patel from the inside that's why that's why i play you mr sullivan because they're faced in their face with an army 40 Mr. Sullivans, around every single corner. Playing you this because there is a real operation that is happening right now. We have a lot of knowledge about what's going on.

And there's real movement that's being made. I mean, they haven't even begun to scratch the surface. Tulsi Gabbard has referred people for criminal prosecution. Letitia James has been referred for criminal prosecution. And from what we know, they haven't even tapped the very tip, tippy top of the iceberg. So we are going to do this. Trust but verify. And we're going to push and we're going to cheer on major successes and victories. We're going

to push as best that we can, like on behalf of this audience, what people want. We're the only people to ask Kristi Noem about the assassinations. We were the first people to ask Pam Bondi about Epstein. This is good motivation. This is good friction. Right? Good pushing for a result.

But we're not going to sabotage, right? This is what I think is absolutely most important. Because the sabotage is officially here. Man, you can hear. Oh no. Like he's insanely young to be a department, like, and he wasn't that high up in the military. He used to be in the D.C. National Guard. Oh, did you guys work together? And I don't know, I can go on and on about being accepted. But what do you think the intent is? Is it like, do they want to hurt America? I think they don't care who they hurt. To enact a change that they see making America a populist, conservative, film work. More traditional, even if that means being more sexist or racist or chauvinist. The same guy who tried to overthrow the election is just like truly setting us down on a path of dictatorship. He's illegitimate, he's purely immoral, breaking every law, and we're gonna resist him, everything he does.

I'm a very patriotic person, and I've never been less patriotic. What's your least favorite thing about John Lee? Oh, that he utterly lacks any moral principle. The worst thing about him is his utter lack of moral principle. The second worst thing about him is how stupid he could be. Department of Defense officials are handling the situation. Handcuffs. What you got to do? I mean, now you're talking military. And if we're going to be talking military, there's only one man we got to bring out to do that. A man who knows the American military,

has served honorably himself, who continues to serve in a district that is stocked with veterans and service members, somebody who loves the armed forces and loves American citizens and does more to rescue American citizens than I think any member of Congress in my lifetime or yours. He's the Representative Corey Mills joining us now. Corey, welcome back to the show. How high up is this individual who's talking about how he's going to sabotage Trump at every turn?

A department branch chief, Defense Department branch chief attacking President Trump. Can you put this in perspective for us? Yeah, it's very high. I mean, you're talking about something that's nearly like an assistant secretary of defense type position. You're talking about, you know, just below the criteria and thresholds of what you'd probably need for a Senate confirmation type hearing. So yeah, I mean, definitely could help to thwart efforts. Definitely could be a disruptor within the Department of Defense and certainly not what our secretary of defense, Pete Hegseth, needs. I mean, look, I hate to say it, but look, we're in the first 100 plus days. We're still having

to clean house from all the deep state rats. We're still having to go after those who are implants and who are career bureaucrats who don't want to see the America First agenda to succeed. That's within the Department of State. That's within the FBI. That's within the Department of Defense. And that's certainly across the entire whole of government. And so we're going to keep weeding these people out. We're going to Defense Pete Hegseth, whether it's the promotion of the America First Trump agenda, watch how quickly the fake media starts to attack guys like me, like Eli Crane, like Andy Biggs. We saw what they did to Matt Gaetz and others. I mean, the bottom line is, is that we have to keep exposing these individuals if we want to see America succeed. So what should happen to somebody like this? I mean,

there's it's one thing to have, you know, it's one thing to have like a bad FBI agent or we didn't like how we prosecuted the January 6th cases. It's a different thing when you're inside of a military command. Right. And you're saying that I'm going to actively sabotage the commander in chief. Well, first off, he should be immediately removed from his position and under investigation. There should be a hearing that is conducted with regards to armed services. There should be a dismissal of this individual who's admitting to sabotage or to try and thwart the efforts of defense who's done a great job going after our enemies like the Houthi rebels who's rebuilt the morale of the military and gotten recruitment numbers up who's ridded the military of diversity equity inclusion most divisive policy under the Obama and Biden

administration for meritocracy why would you want to do that unless what you're trying to really do is be that deep state in bed who's trying to destroy America. That's not patriotic. No. So again, as a military man and a veteran of how many years of service? I spent almost five years in the military and then spent another roughly five years with state department and then did a little work with the agencies and also with USAID. So little work with the agencies. We know what that means. So you are well familiar of what happens if you sabotage the chain of command. I mean, this should be some major penalties, right? I mean, there's certainly penalties that should come down on this. I mean, this should be something that could be potentially under a criminal charge and trial. I mean, this is an individual who's pled an oath, who's actually signed up and who knows if an individual is so willing to sabotage i'd be interested to know what his actual level of clearance is and what he may or may not have released i'd like to know whether or not there are certain classified information that he's been

willing to divulge and so there's so much to this and again this goes back to even the attempted assassination stuff right when you start peeling that onion back you never know what you're going to find and it just gets deeper and deeper and so i think that a full investigation into this individual his clearance levels the level of information that he has and how far he was willing to go could reach the levels of treason it's crazy we are the only people who have really pressed christy gnome who we think is doing a great job on the assassination. And she said, well, you know, we're not sure if he was acting alone. Hold up. What now? Well, the good thing, though, is that we've actually had some further meetings and we're waiting to get some information out. But myself and Eli Crane

did meet with Odi and I. We did meet with one of the head guys there who's looking into further investigations into this. I know a lot of people were thinking that since our initial report hearing that it's over it's not we've just been waiting on the administration to get in place so we can actually get access to the necessary documents information so we can continue to go ahead and get into this we are far from over from our investigation congressman crane and i literally sat in odni two weeks ago made requests for information and also from the ic communities uh our director of national intelligence has been very interested in trying to dig into this with tulsi as well as for joe kent who's an amazing american and patriot former special operations guy cia knows the information

in and out ran for washington three against herrera butler but we are far from over from digging into this and determining the iranian, but also those here in America who may have been a part of it as well. Yeah, perhaps you could answer just a couple lingering questions since you know a lot more than we do. And this is the time in the show where I tell everybody that the official assassination task force did nothing. And it's only Corey Mills and Eli Crane who are actually hitting the bricks. And yourself as well, Benny. Don't exclude yourself because you played a major role in getting the media hyped up on this and getting and exposing things and actually being on the ground at Butler before many would. I mean, the only people that actually laid where Thomas Crooks laid with all the blood splatter.

We were there so fresh, the blood was still. That's right. The blood they couldn't power wash off was still there. Okay, so answer me this question. This is not exactly where I wanted the conversation conversation to go but i have to go there we have these new this new footage of matthew thomas crooks speaking on his cell phone but doing a facetime call man we see him on his phone right before he shoots the president we know he has all these encrypted apps we know that the government can get into those apps we know they can get into his phone we have never never seen photos of his bedroom. We don't know what

books he was reading. We don't know anything about him. We know more about Shannon Sharpe's DMs with an OnlyFans chick than we do about the guy who nearly caused all a civil war in this country, right? And the end of Western civilization as we know it. This is like really critical. And it's starting to piss me off. Now we're starting to see a little bit of revelation. I just, I'm going to try and connect something here. I don't know if it works. Tell me if it works. We don't, we have little bits of revelation about Ralph and about other potential assassinations of president Trump that were in the works. There seems to be some major ties to Ukraine or the Ukrainian military. There seems to be some major ties to Ukraine or the Ukrainian military.

There was another dude that was just nabbed for killing his parents and then working with a Ukrainian number, according to the DOJ filing. This is a Wisconsin kid who's gonna try and fly a drone and kill Trump. And so we're starting to see this sort of coalescing of a connection

with this overseas influence trying to influence Americans to murder Trump. That's the pattern that's being created. Does that pattern apply to Matthew Thomas Crooks? Well, I think that it very well could. Again, what we don't know is what we don't know. And I think that if we looked back into it, you also had a Pakistani native who traveled to Tehran, who then traveled and crossed through the borders, and then also went into Houston, Texas, where he was questioned by the FBI and released, who had a hit list of not just President Trump, but others. And that was obviously an Iranian plot as well from the regime. So I think that we have to look at the fact that President Trump's

the most loved and hated individual in the world. You have the cartels who are seeing a rapid decrease in their revenue. You have a 600 600 increase in apprehensions you've got the borders which have been secured thanks to president trump you've got an expansion the abrams accord which is disrupting the iranian regime the ayatollah and the quds force and the irgc you've got people who are not wanting middle eastern stability which the president has been pushing for you've got ukrainians who don't want this peace deal you just heard zielinski make a comment about crime. And so you've got a lot of people who have ulterior motives to try and go ahead and cozy up to the president, but you also have those who have nefarious motives to try and eliminate the president. And so we have to do our job,

not only within the agencies and not just within our own government, to try and investigate these and prevent these and forecast events. But we have to find out who is truly behind all of these individual things and to your point on the cell phone that should be something which is easily obtained these are things that we requested from odni odni is looking into it they will come back to us i can tell you that the three special operations guys that we met with at odni and tulsi gabbard's office a couple weeks ago myself and eli crane they are digging into this this is not over. So I don't want Americans to think that just because we haven't released something that we're not still digging the pertinent information. It's just that so many people have tried to thwart our efforts, stonewall us, and block us

in hopes that we would give up. We're not giving up. You're talking about the President of the United States who was truly saved, had God's hand protecting him at 611. I go back to Ephesians 611, don the armor of God for the protection against Satan. And so we have to look at the fact that we are going to continue to push forward. I know I myself as an elected official, I'm tired of hearings. I'm tired of, oh, we just need more information. Oh, we just need more evidence. Oh, we just need to go. We need accountability and start going after people. But in this case, we truly do need to get the additional information so that we can find out which whether malign state actor or non-state actor was behind this. well what happens if it's found that ukraine according to the doj's own filings in black and white in the ralph case in the wisconsin case and also in the crooks case because the feds have admitted that he's working with overseas encrypted apps so what do you think that means

what's what what happens if you find out that there's an element inside the ukrainian military that was trying to kill trump well again i think this is something for our national security advisor for our counter-terrorism teams odni and the president of the united military that was trying to kill Trump? Well, again, I think this is something for our national security advisor, for our counterterrorism teams, ODNI, and the president of the United States to look at. I'm sure that there would be certain diplomatic channels and certain types of actions that will be taken with regards to sanctions, tariffs, other types of things of trying to attack a world leader. I'm not going to go and get ahead of my skis here and ahead of the president on what would

take place. I'm sure there's too many classified information pieces that I'm not privy to at the moment that would give me an indication of where we're going. But what I will say is that we know very well that this president takes action. He's not about talk and rhetoric. And so if we find that there is an actual state actor who's responsible for this, I'm sure there'll be consequences to pay. So what about state actors inside of the federal government? I just want to loop back here to this new video from OMG Media and James O'Keefe, where this guy is dead to rights. James O'Keefe, by the way, what an amazing guy on investigative journalism. Between him and Laura Loomer, I'll tell you, we've got two of the best within our side. Truly. And again, getting results.

I mean, what matters is actually the real world results and getting the bad people out and getting consequences. So if you have somebody who's this willing, who's like on a hinge date, right? And he's this willing to declare treason against the president, which is what he's doing. You know, at what point do you, do you have to just rewind the clock back and be like, of course they could create like a splinter cell and try and kill Trump. I mean, if they're willing to say this kind of stuff on a date then what are they willing to do professionally well and that's just one individual who's willing to speak how many are actually smart enough to understand tradecraft who are still trying to lay in the shadows how many are actually continuing to try and pretend to play the game wear the maga hat and

yet go ahead and wear that false flag operation where they're actually trying to impede in operations i mean i saw this in the first administration. I went in, I was originally supposed to be the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operation Low Intensity Conflict. And I can tell you that the Mattis crew who continued to interview me did everything they can to prevent that from actually taking place because they knew that I was very pro-Trump and pro-America first in the agenda. So he had people, even in the first administration, working diligently against him. There is no doubt that those individuals, especially this early in to the administration,

that there's enough of these deep plant bureaucrats. You know, look, I want to put this out. We talk about term limits for members of Congress, and I fully support that because we understand it's not meant to be a career. But I'll tell you, when you start looking at term limits for these bureaucrats who are unelected, you know, officials who are basically thinking they have actual lawmaking authority. We need to talk about the staffers on the Hill who bounce from one office to the next office to the next office, carrying their own ideological beliefs and their own political,

you know, kind of thought and process through. It's actually led to the continuation of insanity, right? Which is the definition of doing the same thing over and over and not getting a different result. So I think there's a lot of deep state cuts that need to happen. The only way we do that is to eliminate a lot of the bureaucrats here in DC, to eliminate the Department of Education, to return to the individual states, to go to the idea of a pre-17th, pre-16th amendment, where we go to the tariffs, where again, that's what President Trump understood from roughly 1780 to 1860. The federal revenue was supplied by tariffs by 90 percent of the revenue was just tariffs. And then we start taxing the American people so we could feed the greed and agenda, just like we did with the 16th Amendment or 17th Amendment, excuse me, in 1913 under Woodrow Wilson.

I'll bore someone for a minute. Our U.S. senators used to be elected by our state legislators. That protected our 10th Amendment state and individual rights because then the state legislator could say, hey, senator, do you like your job? Because if you vote on this, you're disenfranchising the states and individuals. We're going to remove you. Well, then they said, why should politicians elect politicians? And they allowed the we, the people to go ahead and elect our senators. And what did you see? A hockey stick like trajectory of federal growth on bureaus, agencies on departments there was no more checks and balance disenfranchisement of our 10th amendment rights that's where the deep state started to grow was under woodrow wilson we have to get control of that once again return the power

back to the states back to the individuals and away from the dc bureaucrats and the dc federal officials so final question here, Congressman, to that exact point that you just made. The only way to not have this system of a deep state that sabotages every administration, but certainly the ones that they don't like, is consequences. It's Tulsi Gabbard finally coming through with,

and we know this kind of stuff takes time. There's a lot of frustration with people, and maybe you can speak to that in the sand. And again, first 100 days, let's put it in the context of how early we are. That's exactly right. Tulsi, here's the headline, Tulsi Gabbard, we have final referral from the Intel committee, from the intelligence world for leakers for criminal prosecution. Tulsi Gabbard says, I'm going to see to it that they are criminally prosecuted. Good shackles, orange jumpsuits. We'll do a live stream about it, right? Everyone needs to see it. This is obviously the right move. There needs to be, I think, a lot more of it. You're from the Intel world. You've worked inside

of this world. Can you tell me what kind of an effect is this going to have? Well, it's going to have a massive effect. I mean, we're already seeing it where within Fort Meade alone, you're starting to see a lot of people who are resigning, who are retiring, who are going away. They know that accountability is coming. You're starting to see this even with Kash Patel and the FBI were right before he even stepped onto the job. You got so many people who are resigning. Let's not forget that Peter Strzok and Page, who basically were plotting against the

president for trying to utilize a crossfire hurricane. Look, there's a lot of deep state stuff that's going on, but it's being cleaned up. And I'm thankful we have people like Attorney General Pam Bondi, who's willing to prosecute. You've got Tulsi, who's going after it and making sure she cleans it up. You've got Kash Patel and the FBI. You've got Pete Hegseth, who's going to clean up the Department of Defense and get our armed services back to what it used to be. You got Marco Rubio, who's reestablishing America on the world stage to be the global world leader. And you've got President Trump, who's holding our adversaries accountable, strengthening our allies, and guaranteeing that our borders are secure so no more angel families and we can prioritize the America First agenda.

This is what we're talking about. Then you've got John Ratcliffe, who used to be DNI, who's in charge of the CIA, who's leading it. You've got guys like Joe Kent, who her true operators within the actual ODNI. You got Mike Waltz, a former special forces colonel who has led the way, who's sitting in the National Security Advisor. You see the cabinet that President Trump has put forward, and it is to eliminate deep state, but it takes time. And these individuals have been hiding for decades. They are not easily rooted out, but we are coming after them one by one. And we will methodically make sure

that we return the powers back to we, the people. Good. You just need a couple of baddies with hidden cameras. And I think you'd root most of them. That's all I can tell you. Well, we don't need all these task force. All you need is James and a couple of four to fives, you know?

You are fresh out of meetings at the DOJ and you've made quite a bit of news in my timeline going out and saying like everybody be patient. It's happening. Can you unpack that for us?

Well, first I want to say, if we go back to that picture and my gut is hanging out, I need to get on that Steve Bannon prison diet. Look at him. He looks good. He looks good. Look at him. That he's that guy's like 71 years old and he's more fit than both of us. So if we go to the Gulag, like Steve did, we can lose like 30 pounds. That's right. You have the Donald Trump mugshot photo in the back that Donald Trump has now said, I just I did the mugshot again for my official portrait, which I think is a very which I think is a really good sign, right, about what's to come, because it's like Trump hasn't

forgotten. Steve Bannon hasn't forgotten. And, you know, you damn well know, Mike, and you said on the show many times, Kamala wins, you're going to the gulag. We all are. Based upon that picture of me, I think I could use a little bit of gulag time.

Maybe less red wine and more prison time to get rid of that gut. Holy cow. Anyway, the viceroy needs to get his stuff together. All right, viceroy. What did you learn in the doj this week uh it was a very productive week i uh i've gone over to the doj in the white house several times in my during my vice reign here in dc and i would say this there are a lot of people who are concerned about what pam bondy is doing or not doing at the DOJ. I think the Epstein stuff got her tripped up. I would just say to your audience, justice is coming. I promise you

justice is coming. I went and met with the Attorney General Pam Bondi one-on-one. I met with her team in the Attorney General's office. I met with Todd Blanch. I met with Emil Bove. Todd Blanch is the Deputy Attorney General. I met with Emil Bove, who is his number two, the number two to the number two, the most powerful unknown position in the government. I met with Chad Mizell, the acting number three, and Pam's chief of staff. I met with Stanley Woodward. I met with Gail Slater. Harmeet Dhillon's over there. Kash Patel's over there. Dan Bongino's over there. They're starting to fire on all cylinders.

I promise you this. This is normal during a startup phase as you're getting people confirmed and staffed up. You're not going to have immediate results. But they've gotten a lot accomplished already publicly, for example, just firing a lot of the deep state, getting rid of these bad actors, chasing them out of the Southern District of New York, chasing them out of Maine Justice. They've closed a lot of these cases. They're opening cases. They're working on this. And I promise you that justice is coming. They're working with the FBI. They're working with these other law enforcement agencies. They're working with the fbi they're working with these other law enforcement agencies they're working with these agency heads they're working with the doj leadership justice is

definitely coming i i know it's coming so i you know we're doing the entire show based on tulsi gabbard's referrals for criminal prosecution criminal leakers from inside the intel agencies and we've sort of buttressed that with the all also the referrals for leticia james for criminal prosecution are these criminal prosecutions going to be picked up by the doj because the system is that they don't have to criminally prosecute these referrals well i remember ben what what day was it it was like the day after the election i came on your show and we talked about big Tish James. And I think we made some headlines. I got in trouble again, which is pretty routine on your show, which I enjoy. It doesn't bother me at all.

But remember I think I told big Tish that her fat ass may be going to prison and wow, who knew that we would have been Nostradamus that day because now there is pretty compelling evidence that Big Tish, oh, there you go. I dare you. There was pretty compelling evidence that Big Tish James lied on a Virginia mortgage application. She said it was her primary residence, even though she's the New York attorney general, so she can get a more favorable loan agreements in Virginia. And lo and behold, she was probably lying. And lo and behold, that's mortgage fraud. And lo and behold, there are prosecutors in the Eastern

District of Virginia who will probably indict Tish James. I mean, it's pretty compelling evidence. And she's the one, remember, who brought the bogus fraud charge against, civil fraud charge against President Trump for supposedly duping Wall Street banks, sophisticated Wall Street banks, paying them on time as agreed in full with interest. And Tish James said that Trump lied about the value of Mar-a-Lago. She said that Trump said Mar-a-Lago was worth, you know, like a half billion dollars and it's worth double that. And Tish James said Mar-a-Lago was worth, you know, like a half billion dollars, and it's worth double that. And Tish James said, well, no, no, no, no, it's only worth $18 million, because that's what the tax assessor says it's worth. Just go on Zillow,

go on Redfin and look at what property cost in Palm Beach, Florida, the most expensive real estate in the world. Trump has 20 acres of the most prime real estate in the world. It's, I think, the only property that touches both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. It's clearly worth at least $500 million, if not a billion dollars or more. And to say that it's only worth $18 million, a tennis court at Mar-a-Lago is worth $18 million. And Big Tish took Trump to trial in New York on this and got Arthur Ingeron, that nut job trial attorney, to railroad President Trump where it was a kangaroo court. There was no due process. Now, Democrats want due process for Trendyaragua terrorists and MS-13 gangbangers who beat women and traffic women and, you know, rape kids. But,

you know, suddenly they care about due process, but they didn't care about due process for President Trump. So I would say to Big Tish, when I warned her several months ago that we're going to put her fat ass in prison, I think that's actually going to come true. So you believe that the DOJ is going to pick up these charges and they're going to potentially they're going to potentially put big tish on a prison diet you you began this by talking about prison diets and you could you could potentially get that here maybe it would be a good thing we're not sure uh but you're saying that it could happen well either have to put her on a prison diet or we're going to have to increase the federal bureau of prisons food budget so one of the two but i would say to big tish uh if you lied on your mortgage application that's mortgage fraud you're very familiar with the fraud statutes because you brought your bogus

fraud case against trump to try to derail his presidential campaign and bankrupt him and i think they have big tish dead to rights on this. And so nobody's above the law. And if they don't indict big tish for this, they're giving her amnesty. So I don't think the Trump administration is going to give her amnesty. So I think they're going to indict her. And what about the Intel leakers? This is again, like you have to send a message. There has to be some level of deterrence. Otherwise you're going to get what James O'K'keefe uncovered yesterday which is just straight up traitorism inside of the ranks of the military this is happening throughout the federal government what kind of a message do we need to send to these people and like how harsh should it be because without the handcuffs and without the

perp walks man it's just going to be term one point up you know yeah remember remember they went after president Trump for having his presidential records in the office of former president in Mar-a-Lago, which he's allowed to have under the Presidential Records Act. And they said, oh, we're going to ignore the Presidential Records Act. We're going to charge Trump with espionage for having his presidential records in the office of former president, which is allowed by the Presidential Records Act. What Tulsi Gabbard may have here is she may have people in DNI, the department directorate of national intelligence who are leaking classified

information, right? That's definitely espionage. So if you're going to charge Trump with espionage, then guess what? These deep state anti-Trump forces, they're going to come after you. Good. Okay. So just, I know I'm not trying to, I know that there's only so much you can say about meetings that were privileged with various agency heads inside of main justice, but can you give us just the veins of when you say justice is coming, can you give us like a broad target area of what's being looked at right now? I don't want to go into specifics because I don't want to be called as a witness. And so I may or may not have had discussions with any or all of these officials about any or all of these matters. But I just get a hunch as a private citizen who's a very keen political observer that justice is coming. I would say, especially for Bic Tish, justice, I would, if I were a betting man, I would bet everything I own that justice is coming for you, sweetheart. So lawyer

up. And it's going to be so great. It's going to be so great. The woman who was pursuing Trump for non-fraud was committing mortgage fraud at the same time. So I just cannot wait to sit back and drink my red wine and put more weight on my big gut that we just saw in that picture that Ben put out there with Bannon and May before we missed our prison diet. And I just cannot wait to see Big Tish go through this process because I am very vindictive. And I believe that when you commit crimes like Tish James has, what Tish James has apparently done here, there needs to be justice. No one is above the law. That's what Big Tish posted just a year ago, Mike. I would say this, Big Tish. Retribution is an important part of justice.

It serves as a powerful deterrent and it serves to heal the victims. And I remember a video in 2022 that I just posted last night. I should have got it to your team, Ben. It was Tish going on. And that this kind of change doesn't happen overnight. Well, I mean, they've had a lot of change happen overnight. You have Emil Bove, who was the acting deputy attorney general who came in on day one. And it was like a political mass murder inside the Justice Department.

I mean, Emil Bove, he's a friend, he's an ally. I'll tell you what, if you think the viceroy is vicious, you do not want to get on the wrong side of Emil Bove. He is a total political savage. And I don't know if there's much left for people to do after Emil Bove was there for his three-week reign of terror. So no, look, there is a ton that's already happened. I mean, they went through and kneecapped the Southern District of New York,

which everyone called before the Sovereign District of New York that was untouchable by Maine justice. Remember, every federal prosecutor in the country reports to the deputy attorney general, who reports to the attorney general general who reports to the attorney general who reports to the president of the United States. That's how our constitutional order works. That's how you have accountability at the Justice Department to the American people. And before Amo Bove stepped onto the scene on January 20th at 12.01 p.m., the Southern District of New York didn't report to anyone. And I think Amal Bove changed that overnight. Just ask Danielle Sassoon or whatever the hell her name was,

the former acting U.S. attorney in Manhattan who got chased out of her job. I mean, they've already brought serious reforms to the Justice Department led by Pam Bondi and Todd Blanche and Emil and Chad and Cash and Dan and Harmeet and Gail and so many others, Stanley Woodward, they are doing a hell of a job every day. Remember, we are up against a deep state rot that's been in place for 60 years at the Justice Department. It went on steroids under Obama. We've had, you know, since Obama took office on January 20th, 2009, we have had a, every single day has been a, they've been building this deep state within the Justice Department. And even in Trump's first term, the political leadership over there was too weak to do anything about it.

And the Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein was their champion for the deep state. So, I mean, they've already accomplished so much at the Trump 47 Justice Department in just three short months. And we're just getting warmed up. We're just getting people confirmed to these key jobs. They can't do anything until they're confirmed. So just a real quick change of arena here. The John Roberts court ruling seven to that Donald Trump doesn't have the right under the alien enemies act to get rid of alien enemies. Seems like the court is effectively saying that they are the president. John Roberts saying that he was elected, that the will of 77 million Americans don't matter. And more importantly, that the will of 77 million Americans don't matter.

And more importantly, that the president has no wartime powers. The president couldn't. And this is something that we posited to Julie Kelly yesterday. Could the could Donald Trump get rid of the 9-11 hijackers? Like if the 9-11 hijackers were here and were ready to fly plane into a building, could Trump get rid of them? Or would there be a district judge saying, no, we should let these guys train, you know, learn how to fly Cessnas? That's it. It would be the latter. And then they, then you'd have Democrat senators having margaritas with them. Right. And that's, that is the problem. You have the president of the United States States campaigned on the facts. He's going to secure our border. He's going to deport these illegal aliens,

all of them. All of them are criminals under our federal statutes. He's going to focus on, first, on the most violent and vicious ones like Trendyaragua foreign terrorists who are clearly working with the Venezuelan government to sabotage our country. The FBI just made that finding yesterday, right? The president has known about that for a long time. That's why he made the finding under the Alien Enemies Act that these are alien enemies who are working with Venezuela, Trendy Aragua, MS-13. He's focusing on them.

There is not constitutional due process rights for illegal aliens. The only time illegal aliens have due process rights is when Congress provides it by statute. The Alien Enemies Act does not have due process in the statute, so therefore it does not exist. And I need to remind these judges, particularly justices i clerked on the supreme court i helped confirm justice the chief justice and justice alito and justice gorsuch and justice kavanaugh and justice barrett i know these people personally i know justice thomas right you wear you wear robes not capes right you are are a mere mortal. You have a very modest but very crucial role. You decide cases and controversies of the plaintiffs properly before your courts with redressable claims.

That's it. Nothing more, nothing less. You are judges and robes. You are not superheroes and capes. You are not flying around the country looking for people to save because you're not narcissists. You're merely judges. And what they did on Good Friday is you had seven judges who thought they were wearing robes instead of capes. They were narcissist superheroes. They actually were self-appointed generals with Chief Justice John

Roberts thinking he's the commanding general, where they think they can open up the Supreme Court and order the president and join the president. Maybe for the first time in American history that you have an injunction on a president, you can enjoin officers. You can't enjoin the president. And they enjoin the president and said that he has to stop a military operation to deport illegal foreign terrorists who are working with Venezuela to sabotage our country. That's not constitutional, girls and boys on the Supreme Court, right? So these seven self-appointed female, I will add, generals on the Supreme Court think that they can order the president not to

carry out a military operation even before the district court has an order, even before the Fifth Circuit issues a ruling, even before the Solicitor General puts in the government's position, submits the government's position, the government's brief in this case. This is lawless. This is unprecedented. This is extraordinarily dangerous. And the Supreme Court needs to back off of this cliff, just like Justice Alito warned them in this case. Just a real quick question as a follow-up to that, Mike, because you raised such an important point. Because as so many of us sat here and scratched our heads at how the Clarence Thomas, who decided rightly on this along with Alito, but as how the Clarence Thomas court could go this way,

you know a lot of these justices and you know them personally and you've worked for many of them. What's going on here with some in the constitutional powers and how they align. It's not Trump interfering. Trump is not creating the constitutional crisis here. It's the courts who are overtly interfering for the first time, as you mentioned, in American history and the executive power. Thomas went to school at a time where you didn't have the Marxist fully dominating these law schools, right? And then Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Barrett go to law school in a time where the Marxist fully dominate these law schools. And they taught a different type of law when Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett went to law school. They taught that judges are supposed to do justice. They're supposed to be wearing their capes and not robes. They're supposed to be narcissistic superheroes instead of mere mortals who decide cases and controversies. And so I would remind

the Trump justices that you wear robes, not capes. Your job is not to fly around looking for people to save. Not every perceived wrong in this world can be righted through the courts. There's not inherent justice and equity that you guys need to go find in every case, right? Sometimes there's just not a good legal result. And that's okay because you're dealing with national security. And if we send foreign terrorists the hell out of our country and they go sit in a Salvadorian prison for the rest of our lives, whether you think that's just or unjust, too bad.

You're not the commander in chief. Oh, the viceroy. What a barn burner, Mike. That one's gonna fly, man. I'm telling you, like I'm seeing positive results here. I just, we're trying our best to like it it's good to ask for it's good to ask for results it's good to hold people's feet to the fire but you can't say like don't sabotage right there's plenty of that going on and we want to

we want to establish a clear path for what this entire administration is about and what they are accomplishing and i think that i think that there's been a lot that's being done behind the scenes, is what we hear, that's going to come out and it's going to be pretty biblical. But I think that has a very good chance of getting done Just keep doing what they're doing we have a very good relationship with doorway great leader great people, I know many of the people in Norway and It's truly a it's an incredible country So all they have to do is keep doing what they're doing. I think is probably the best answer I can give How important is the NATO defense alliance is it sacrosanct from your perspective?

Well, it's a very interesting question. It's certainly very important for Europe. And I think without us, it wouldn't be as nearly as powerful. And as the former Secretary General, who did a great job, can tell you, we played, I played when I was there, a very big role in making sure that NATO is funded by the 28, at that time they had 28 countries, including us, because many of the countries weren't paid. And they ended up being paid, you would say. And the Secretary General was very, very nice about it, as far as I was concerned. Other presidents went in, they made a speech, and they left, and that kept going on. And, you know, in the meantime, they had no money,

and the United States was paying far more than its fair share. You could say that they were paying. I actually said sometimes it looked like 100 percent, and it was unfair. And the two of us worked very well together and we took care of the situation yeah please go ahead statistics are showing that the u.s actually has a trade surplus with the norway um are you going to be looking into that and see which of the countries are actually in a trade yeah well with the States, almost everybody has a surplus. It's really an amazing phenomenon. Now, there's a surplus of a couple of billion dollars,

I think you have with it. I congratulate you. That's very good. We've got to get a little bit of that for ourselves, maybe. But they do have a surplus. Norway has a surplus. Mr. President, in the current situation, analysts have pointed out that the U.S. actually means allies. Do you consider Norway as a possible ally in this situation?

I think Norway has always been an ally. They've been somebody we've been very close to, very friendly with, maybe more so now with me than other people but I think Norway's always been a great ally yeah Norway's been a friend your state and security center defense so this is a very strong tie. But it was a question about an ally in the tariff situation specifically. Tariff situation? Yes. Well, we're talking about a little bit different subject then. We're talking about a different type of ally now.

In this case, he would be very much inclined to be an ally of Norway because he wants to make the best business deal possible. And Norway and the Norwegians are great business people. They're great traders. They're a great, very smart nation, very well-managed nation. Has been for a long time and in particular now with this leadership. But we'll be talking about trade and other things, and I think we're going to come to a conclusion very quickly.

Mr Prime Minister, I was wondering whether you think that Donald Trump or his efforts in Ukraine and otherwise deserves to be nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize? Well, I salute President Trump for having been taking very important initiatives to get this conflict towards an end, which both parties deserve. We need to have a ceasefire and save lives and move towards something which is more secure for Europe, for the people concerned. And on that we work together. And I look forward to going into some details because we are at the critical moment. On that price, that is the committee taking care of that, which is completely working

Donald Trump going off on Zelensky this morning, going off also on Russia's President Vladimir Putin, who gave Donald Trump a painting yesterday, or at least we learned about it yesterday, of Donald Trump surviving the assassination attempt. So Trump badgering and then trying to pull both sides together into a peace agreement. The details of that peace agreement

has been sort of bricked out as exactly what you'd think. Ukraine lost a bunch of territory. They have to give concessions to Russia, and then Russia gets concessions with Ukraine not joining NATO, but maybe joining the European Union, and then there needs to be a big rebuilding process. Either way, we want peace. The reason why we want peace is not because we are pro-Russian or because we are pro-Ukrainian. I don't like either country. I think both countries are run by scumbag dictators. I just believe that this is a conflict that is designed to deplete the treasury of my nation and then potentially deplete our biggest treasury,

which is to embroil Americans in a war and get us all killed. That's the design of these kind of things. This is what they're doing right now. They're trying to do the same thing with India and Pakistan at the moment, and we set out against it. These forever foreign wars have never done any good for our country. Never. And so it's time for us to rid ourselves of them, as the founders warned. Don't embroil yourself in foreign conflict, George Washington lectured as his final words to the

American people in his inaugural, in his departing address from office. I'm not sure exactly what you'd call it, but his final address as president. He says, get the hell out of these foreign wars. So we want it to end for that exact reason. Now, obviously, you're slaughtering hundreds of thousands of people that shouldn't be losing their lives in this conflict, and that's also a moral evil. And so Donald Trump is immorally right here to do his very level-headed best to end the conflict. Hopefully, it does come to an end. Ladies and gentlemen, peace be upon you, right?
