It was a very productive week. I've gone over to the DOJ and the White House several times during my vice reign here in D.C. And I would say this. There are a lot of people who are concerned about what Pam Bondi is doing

or not doing at the DOJ. I think the Epstein stuff got her tripped up. I would just say to your audience, justice is coming. I promise you justice is coming. I went and met with the Attorney General Pam Bondi one-on-one. I met with her team in the Attorney General's office. I met with Todd Blanch. I met with Emil Bove. Todd Blanch is the Deputy Attorney General. I met with Emil Bove, who is his number two, the number two to the number two, the most powerful unknown position in the government. I

met with Chad Mizell, the acting number three, and Pam's chief of staff. I met with Stanley Woodward. I met with Dale Slater. Harmeet Dhillon's over there. Kash Patel's over there. Dave Bongino's over there. They're starting to fire on old cylinders. I promise you this. This is normal during a startup phase as you're getting people confirmed and staffed up. You're not going to have immediate results, but they've gotten a lot accomplished already publicly, for example, just firing a lot of the deep state, getting rid of these bad actors, chasing them out of the Southern District of New York, chasing them out of Maine Justice. They've closed a lot of these cases. They're opening cases. They're working on this. And I promise you that justice is coming. They're working with the FBI. They're working with these other law

enforcement agencies. They're working with these agency heads. They're working with the DOJ leadership. Justice is definitely coming. I know it's coming. Then 24 hours ago on our program, haters on the internet said, oh, that's silly. Haters came for Mike Davis. Haters came for me. And they said, how can you platform such commentary when clearly nothing's happening? Nothing's happening. Remember, nothing's happening.

And I want to reassure the war room posse that they are very much on top of what's happening in our country right and just because you're not seeing criminal indictments right now does not not that does not mean they're not coming they are very much incoming just because you're not seeing the criminal indictments right now doesn't mean it's not happening. And it's happening. For the first time in this show's history,

we have visual proof of Democrats, high-level Democrats, Democrat judges, in fact, being arrested and put in handcuffs after an FBI raid. Klein, shall you put it up, please? This is the footage of a New Mexico judge, an elected Democrat, and his wife getting raided by the FBI, placed in handcuffs, and being frog-marched out of their home for criminal prosecution that may land them in jail for the next 15 years for heinous crimes, crimes against our country, crimes against humanity. And this is going to be a trend, ladies and gentlemen. You might call it a trend de Aragua. This is what we have been waiting for. And according to all of our sources, this is just the very tip of the old iceberg.

That opens up the aperture for an entirely new suite of federal charges, of federal resources, by charging them as terrorists. There it is, right there. Right there, right there. Understand what Cash is saying here. Pam Bondi has charged Enrique Martinez Flores as a high-ranking member of Trende Aragua, arrested on the FBI in March, indictment unsealed today. What was Mike Davis talking about? There are indictments you can't see. There are things that are under seal because we're doing it correctly.

We're building the house. We're building a physical home. We're creating something new. We're going to talk about that in just a second. The creation of something that is actually lasting, that actually has a foundation that you could live in. This is the line. This is the line that I saw and I like howled when I saw it. The Justice Department is officially charging him with support of a terrorist organization, as well as drug trafficking. I'm paying bondi these charges, a major step towards breaking up operations of violent gangs. Okay. What does this mean?

This means, especially under the Patriot Act and under federal charging statutes, that you get mandatory minimums. You now get military courtrooms. You now get military cases. This becomes like a national security case. You're able to bring in operatives from the intel agencies. You're able to bring in an entirely new suite of spying apparatus to come in. You're able to get much higher and ratcheted up charges, and you're able to bring these to higher courts. By making this a terrorist event and not a gangland event, you're able to militarize these charges. You're able to bring in much heavier forces and much harsher penalties for what's happening here. So getting a terrorist charge on the gang is the first step in breaking the

filibuster of the court systems right now. Because right now what is happening is judges are like, oh, I don't, I want to protect Juan. He picks my watermelons, right? That's what judges are saying. What Cash is saying is F off. This is, these are terrorists. And now you are harboring terrorists. You're ruling to protect terrorists. And you're not allowed to do that. This is a way to break the judicial blockade of the Trump administration. It's happening in real time. We've been hearing about it behind the scenes for quite a while, and now they've done it. Uh, former county magistrate judge, Joel Cano and his wife, Nancy Cano were taken into custody on Thursday following a raid of their home in New Mexico. The couple is facing charges of evidence tampering. They were allegedly harboring a criminal alien suspected Venezuelan gang member in their home. Homeland Security investigator Jason Stevens told Fox that the officers initially only intended to arrest Nancy Cano. But then they but as we started obviously conducting our interviews and looking for evidence, we subsequently arrested the judge himself.

He's an elected Democrat. Here, ladies and gentlemen, is a Democrat in handcuffs, an elected, powerful Democrat in handcuffs going to prison and his dumb ass wife. Ooh, baby. Here's a mug shots. We are cooking. Oh, would you look at this? Hmm. Interesting. Here he is. What is this? A Ukraine pen? It looks like a New Mexico flag pin. Okay, either way. Oh, wow. Looky here. What's going on here exactly? So this is the criminal alien, obviously with the face tattoos and everything, right? This is the individual who's being harbored.

after the migrant criminal alien was arrested in their residence. He now has a lifetime ban from the bench. He had to resign from the bench. Documents allegedly showed that Nancy Kano hired the migrant for home repairs. Remember that clip of the lady,

the Democrat in Boston with the Haitians? I love them. They cook for me. They do all my chores for me. How are these people not like just the, how are these people not like the sad extension

You got two days, okay, and you got two different judges in different parts of the country who

are seen as suspicious for questions on immigration, illegal immigration. The FBI arrested a Wisconsin judge, Hannah Dugan, out of Milwaukee for allegedly obstructing an ICE operation about a week ago. FBI Director Kash Patel writing this on X, quote, We believe Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested in her courthouse. Eduardo Flores Ruiz allowing the subject, an illegal alien, to evade arrest. Thankfully, our agents chased down the perp on foot and he's been in custody since. But the judge's obstruction created increased danger to the public. We will have more

A Milwaukee County Circuit judge has been arrested by the FBI for helping a criminal alien evade arrest, according to the FBI director, Kash Patel. Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested on obstruction charges. Here's what Kash Patel posted. The FBI arrested Judge Hannah Dugan of Milwaukee on charges of obstruction.

After evidence, the Judge Dugan obstructed immigration arrest operation last week. We believe that Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested in her courthouse. She hid the criminal alien in her courthouse. This lady who, well, I mean, definitely central casting here, right? Goodness gracious, you got a meth problem in courthouses in Milwaukee? Not sure.

I'll be Jamie's first donor. Flores Ruiz was still arrested a short time later. Thankfully, our agents were able to chase down the perp on foot.

Dugan was arrested early Friday at the courthouse. So she's like at her job with her stupid robes on. Give me the footage. Can somebody please find me the footage of her arrest? Tulsi Gabbard, following the referral of intelligence leakers to the DOJ. This was our lead story yesterday. Tulsi Gabbard has referred three criminals inside of the intel community. We don't know which branches of the intel community, but three criminals to the DOJ for prosecution.

Tulsi Gabbard followed up by saying she will work directly with them to ensure their prosecution, criminal convictions, and sentencing. Tulsi Gabbard is on a freaking war path. This is her first time speaking about this. It happened very early this morning on Fox. Tulsi Gabbard saying, yeah, we are going to protect the American people from the scum. Let's go. First of all, point out what we know has been the problem for a very long time. One of the reasons why the American people voted resoundingly for President Trump was to root out the kind of politicization and weaponization

of intelligence that has really undermined the trust the American people have in the intelligence community and the national security state, but really what also directly undermines our own national security. So I made it very clear to the U.S. Senate, to the American people, when I had the honor of being appointed to this position that we will not allow this to continue. We take this very seriously. It is illegal to leak classified information. And so what you're seeing here is me carrying out on the promise and the mandate the American people gave Trump. We conducted our own internal investigation. We have referred them now to the Department of Justice and the FBI for an official criminal investigation because these are crimes and people

need to be held accountable to put a stop to this. Oh, hell yes. Oh, man. Just inject it into my veins. We got to have the handcuffs. We got to have the handcuffs. and hauled off her bench and thrown into prison, thrown into custody. Oh, it's going to be glorious. This is great. What is the point of all this is something that I want to really like make before we play you like the judge's statement

and everything like that. It's a really quick point I want to make that I think is extremely important. PR, synthetics. There is a DOJ attorney who's been a longtime career DOJ attorney that I had dinner with in DC. He's on our side. He's a big fan of reform. He wasn't a Trump fan in the first term. Now he's a big time Trump fan after what they did to Donald Trump. And he currently works

at the DOJ. Let me tell you what we talked about at dinner, and I'll give you some insight into what's truly happening in the DOJ. Because he was there during the Trump prosecution. Now, the reason he wasn't fired is that he wanted no part of him, and he wanted no part of January 6th. He's like actually a good guy. He goes after criminals. This federal prosecutor talked to me about what life was like under the Merrick Garland reign of terror at the DOJ. And here's what he said. For his entire career, you were only supposed to ever bring cases that you could win, slam dunk cases. You're using federal resources.

If you can't get a conviction, it's humiliating. It's the federal government, for heaven's sakes. You must bring convictions or get out. If you don't think that you have a 99.9% rate of conviction, then you don't bring the case as a fed. That's what he said. That all went out the window when it came to Donald Trump. With Donald Trump, it wasn't about the convictions. And this is an exact quote. The process was the punishment. The point of the Donald Trump persecutions and the January 6th persecutions, which of course has virtually all of them been vacated now, was punishment. Dragging out these cases for years, locking up J6ers in prison for years,

getting headlines about Donald Trump. The purpose was PR. It wasn't about prosecution. It was about public relations. The entire DOJ was turned into a sick public relations manufacturing agency that didn't go after criminals and was obsessed. This is directly from the inside with just sliming Trump. Oh, a new indictment. Oh, you remember that season? We were all live for it, right? You, you were watching it with us. Oh indictments for trump every day every day some new obscene bullshit charge and i use that term correctly because these charges have been thrown out judge eileen cannon here in florida threw out jack smith's entire case against trump for the mar-a-Lago raid. But who cared? They had the footage of the raid, right?

Like, it didn't matter. Jack Smith got totally humiliated in Washington, in Washington, D.C. court. He got pee-pee slapped, punched in so hard by the Supreme Court. The most humiliating smackdown in Supreme Court history. Jack Smith. What happened with Letitia James? All of it in the trash. What happened with Fannie Wills?

All of it in the trash. Now Letitia James is getting it, okay? Everyone can get it. What's the point? The point of this dinner, and I really thought about, like, because I want to have these conversations and, you know, I want to be able to, like,

I want to be able conversations and you know, I want to be able to like, I want to be able to protect my sources, but I feel like this is too important. The purpose of everything that Joe Biden did was public relations. It was to slime Trump. They could never get a conviction. They couldn't even try. They were barely able to try before their cases got thrown out and right into the trash, but they succeeded,

and Trump's a felon. Trump's charged. One million indictments. Remember all the indictments. You can indict a ham sandwich, Alan Dershowitz would say. Anybody can get an indictment. Can you get a prosecution? And that's what's different. This is what he, like, dude, leaned across the table. He's very steely-eyed, and he's like, the difference between PAM and Cash and Bongino is that they're trying to do it right. They're building something that isn't synthetic. It's not a SimCity home. They're actually bulldozing real earth and putting in real concrete. They're laying real ground to put real people in prison. This dinner happened three weeks ago. And I was like, oh man, you know, I hope we get to see it. And he's like, get ready, get ready.

They're doing the real work and that work takes time. Indicting somebody, you can indict anybody for anything. The indictment, all those indictments happen under seal. The lawyers don't even get to be there to argue against. You just get, you get a rigged jury somewhere and you can get an indictment, no problem. Getting a conviction is something they could never get on Trump. Every case was burned. It was just, it was just PR job. It had no lasting matter. In fact, it backfired. This is real. This is what it looks like to go and get the find out part of the equation.

The now former judge says the allegations against him are, quote, sensationalized and without merit. He made those comments before the story became even more sensational when Joel Cano, up until March, a county magistrate in New Mexico, was taken into custody Thursday along with his wife, following these accusations that the couple had allowed

an alleged Trendy Aragua member to live in a guest house on their property. Cano resigned in March after Homeland Security agents raided the property and arrested Christian Ortega Lopez for being in the country illegally and for possession of firearms. Now, court documents claim Ortega Lopez had been doing odd jobs for the judge's wife and was then offered the guest house to live in. Prosecutors also allege Lopez is a TDA member, at least partly based on tattoos, emojis used in text messages and clothing. The Albuquerque Journal reports that Cano, in a 23 page letter to the New Mexico Judicial Standards Commission, argued that there was no real evidence that Lopez and two other Venezuelan men arrested with him are TDA members. Cano wrote, quote, I cannot help but feel that the capture of these boys

is just another unfortunate addition to the current nationwide effort to apprehend, detain and deport anyone not born in the U.S. Dude's facing 15 years. Now, what do those penalties turn into when you accelerate them and add superseding charges for terrorism? If he's harboring a gangland member who's a member of a terrorist organization, what happens to a federal judge if you harbor a member of ISIS? Terza also attacked Pete Hegseth and said the 44-year-old is insanely young and unfit to lead. Same guy that tried to overthrow the election is just like truly setting us down a path of dictatorship. We're going to resist him, everything that he does, says Terza. This is a dude who's in a very high leadership role at the Pentagon. So what does this mean? Like I am looking for a court martial here. Like at some point you've got to say, wait, like this is obviously traitorous. What do you mean resist the commander in chief? What do you mean the commander in chief is illegitimate? Bro, you get like a military salary. So in what, like in what universe do you think that you're entitled to commit acts of treason against the commander in chief and then have no punishments? great power so can we start with that like like where where did it come about where you were like well let's let's start here well sometimes we don't really chase we don't we don't i'm gonna go after the branch chief i didn't intend to do that you know the stories kind of find us you know we don't know who's gonna get caught up in our dragnet um but this is not a low-level person and you know with all the investigative work we do people are very narcissistic very egotistical and people say how do these people keep falling for this that's a common refrain it's they're not really falling for anything they're this is who these people are and no one holds them accountable for anything

so it's totally outside their experience that, that someone like me or someone that works for me could be sitting with them and they could be held accountable. They just don't think that way. They don't think like you and I do, but obviously this is a huge week for, a huge month for Hegzeth and everything that's happening with the leaks and people are claiming he's under fire. And now we're kind of fighting back. We're showing that there's insubordination. There's no chain of command. It is kind of anarchy happening. We're putting a face to these deep state officials. But no, Benny, we don't really say I'm going to target the branch chief with

this sort of investigative reporting stuff. The tips and leads and information come to me. I don't set out to obtain it. So I have a question for you because I'm not an attorney. I'm certainly not a JAG officer. And we're going to have one on next week. But at what point do you begin to charge? At what point is this treasonous? Because you're on camera saying you're going to resist the commander in chief. you're on camera saying you're going to resist the commander in chief you're on camera saying you're going to sabotage him you're on camera saying that he's not the commander in chief but he is and you collect a military salary which is different from a normal fit for a normal fed it's just it's bad but this is particularly egregious because in wartime this is the scum who's going to be like following orders from Trump.

That's the exact opposite of what people in the military are supposed to do. I mean, this is the exact opposite. I'm not an attorney. I can, I've spoken to attorneys. Is this a violation of the espionage act? Is this, is this a violation of, is it against the law? Probably. But the question I have, I'm not in law enforcement, Benny. And I think a lot of people in my audience constantly say, when are these people going to get charged? I understand. I understand. It takes a while to build a case. So the flip side is, unlike the left, who just like raids my home and takes my stuff, we don't I don't think it's good for us to for law enforcement to go after someone unless they've built the case. However, the question I have for Republican people in law enforcement is, do you have the political will to do the right

thing and actually enforce the law? That's not a journalistic question. Will they do anything about this? I don't know, because it requires a lot of courage to hold these people accountable in the law enforcement context. But this guy was a supervisor of a team at DOD. What we know about him is he managed a team of 15 people. Like you said, not low level. We'll see if people in law enforcement actually enforce the law. I think that I'm being, I think I speak for most people when I say that no matter the president, I wouldn't like to see this inside of my military. This means that there's like there's really some major breakdown happening in the military.

And this follows a thread of insubordination or just outright traitorism. The way that I view Mark Milley calling the Chinese generals and telling like snitching on what Trump's about to do or not do is just straight up traitorism. And then, you know, you bundle that together with the, you know, the people on bases who won't put up Trump's portrait and you start to create like a very disturbing kaleidoscope here of people that really don't respect the chain of command. Yeah. And it follows on the heels of another report we did exactly a year ago where a CIA official actually in a restaurant took out his badge and said, we weren't sharing information with Trump. We were collecting intelligence and not willing to share it. It's just a complete violation of the chain of command, as you say.

And he, too, was fired. I think what I have to do is clone myself, Benny, because the good news is they're getting fired. They're being held accountable, at least in that respect. So perhaps we just need a legion of people to catch these people on video. And perhaps that's the accountability that we're seeking to root them out. Clearly, there is a shame. They're being shamed.

They're clearly being embarrassed because they're being fired or resigning. So maybe that's the accountability that we need, if not law enforcement is just citizen, you know, citizen journalism on steroids. When when that story broke, you came on the show and I asked you about a Trump administration and what your work would be in the Trump administration. You told me exactly this. You told our audience that this is exactly what you'd be doing. You said, in fact, like we're not going, we're not going to ratchet down. We're going to ratchet up during a Trump administration. You know, we faced some headwinds because I think people who are fans of Trump thinks that everything's going to be solved, like, on the border. That's just not so.

And one of the things I've heard from, I'm not going to name names, but I'm investigating, I'm doing a massive story right now, a deep dive into corruption in DC. And what I've heard from people who run the agencies is they've got like, whatever it is, 50,000, 80,000, 200,000 people in there. And they can only like put in four or five people. And then they have this sort of mini deep state within their own agency. And even if they're a good person, like at the top, even if they mean well, they don't really have a lot of autonomy over what happens under their employee. So I hope that they don't view me as an enemy because sometimes I've heard that too. It's like, well, you're making me look bad because you're exposing bad stuff happening under my command.

It's like, listen, I'm trying to help reform these agencies. So there's, it's been a little tricky, Benny, um, in conjunction with some of these, uh, agency people because they view me perhaps, uh, you know, getting ahead of them. But I would hope that we view this as a symbiotic effort to root out waste, fraud, and corruption. Yeah. I mean, like if everyone is rowing the same direction down the river it really doesn't matter what boat you're in right as long as everybody's like we all want these people to be exposed and rooted out i mean this is a question that i think is more of a trade a tradecraft question james yeah why are these guys so bad at this these are america's spies these are

america's intel experts and you've caught now a uh a baker's dozen of intelligence experts that are that are gooning on camera? That's a really great question. I think what what strikes me is what if I was a Chinese spy? That's the concern, right? What if I was the enemy? I'm not. I don't have malintent. I'm not trying to blackmail anybody. I'm trying to report on the public's right to know. But what if I wasn't? What if I was the bad guy, a Russian, a Chinese spy? That's really disconcerting. And that goes back to that question, most frequently asked question is, how do these people keep falling for it? And I think it stems from their psychology. It's this part of the swamp, the soup that they swim in down there. They're just so egotistical and driven by the wrong things. They're not there to serve the country.

There's some type of psychological issues in Washington, and it's ripe for the picking. I don't think it's going to change, Benny. I think no matter how many of these I release, they're going to keep falling for it. And by the way, many of these I release, they're going to keep falling for it. And by the way, some of these I do myself. I'm literally sitting there wearing a wig and they're not even they're not even thinking about what they're saying. They're almost like they're confessing to somebody else. So it's it's really a deep rooted psychological issue in our government.

And we're just going to have to root them out one by one and dismantle the deep state brick by brick. So here we have the footage of James O'Keefe in the in you did it before. It was cool, James, having margaritas, having margaritas with people that wish to protect terrorists. And you're just here as James O'Keefe. This is how bad they are. If I'm correct, this is somebody who works in the National Security Council for Joe Biden. Am I correct here? That's correct. Yeah, you're talking about the guy from about a year ago,

the individual at the White House? Yes. Yeah. And you're just here as James O'Keefe. There's like, not even a disguise. You're just going as James. Not really. I mean, I had glasses.

I dyed my hair a little bit. But what's remarkable about this footage, Benny, is it was a really interesting moment. He's talking. This guy is not an idiot. He went to Harvard, although I guess that doesn't mean anything. But he's not stupid in the sense that he's an articulate man. And about halfway through this meeting, this White House guy, this is, again, a year ago during the Biden administration. He goes, wait a second. I know nothing about you.

He realizes that he's spilling all these secrets. And, of course, I'm pretending to be like I'm putting on a front like a date and I'm pretending to be a gay lover or something. And I go, well, you're like James Bond. You know, you're so fascinating. And he goes, oh, stop it. And he keeps talking. So this is a guy who works at the Eisenhower building, works with the White House.

And again, what if I was a Chinese spy? So we're kind of testing these, how I guess incompetent or compromised some of our people in our government are. And it's not a good scene. Goodness. I'm like, what about real spy? I mean, what are actual spies getting out?

Oh, I'm very concerned about it. I'm very concerned. You just need a grinder profile and the worst regimes on earth have all of our secrets. Okay, so James, tell me quickly, a follow-up kind of to our last interview. What are you working on now? What can you tell me quickly a follow-up kind of to our last interview. What are you working on now? What can you tell me?

And what is the attitude? You sort of touched on it with the Trump administration and that you don't want to be seen as an enemy. We see that Tulsi Gabbard is referring people for criminal prosecution. We see that judges are being arrested this morning, two of them, for harboring criminal aliens. What are you seeing from inside of the Trump administration? Are you seeing positive signs for the cleanup here? It really is to be determined. We're approaching 100 days. Again, I see both sides of it. On one hand, I don't know why people

within the deep state haven't been arrested yet and here's what i would say to you benny if kamala harris was the president right um what are the odds that someone like me or some i don't know someone on the right who didn't necessarily break the law what are the odds there being indictment 100 percent one 90 percent okay. Let's agree. It's a hundred percent likely. So I guess the question, and this is a rhetorical question. I don't know the answer to is why does that dynamic exist? Why is it that it's a hundred percent the case that people would be indicted or arrested? And the only answer I could think that's rational is, well, maybe they're just taking their time

and they're doing the right thing. I don't believe in political prosecutions. I'm against that. The ACLU defended me when the FBI raided my home, a liberal group defended me. I'm not about, I mean more, there should be equality before the law. And we know that people in Washington are breaking the law. We know that. I'm working on a massive story, not just a dating investigation, but a real big government corruption investigation.

I'm spending many months on it, you know, on the theme of Doge and some of the bigger graft and corruption. And I'm really building a case. I'm catching multiple people on tape, not releasing it right away. And it'll come out in the next month or two. And they're breaking the law so the question is does the u.s attorney in that jurisdiction have the will to actually enforce the law i think they will i think this one's going to lead to indictments and and jail time because without accountability our our notion of freedom is just an illusion if no one's held

accountable for anything then um you know then we're're no longer America as far as I'm concerned. James, I know we're up against a hard out, but I have to ask a follow-up to what you just said. This is something that we've seized on, uh, regularly on this program because president Trump on air force one is asked about Elon and Doge. And he goes, you don't understand. They just discovered something horrible. It's horrible. Then Carolyn Leavitt gets asked about that and she says, I'm not going to get ahead of the president, which is always a thing you say when something's cooking. At the very same time, Elon posts this quote, tweeting Chuck Schumer, putting him on blast saying you couldn't possibly be in on the corruption. Could you Chuck? No, that couldn't

possibly be the case. Do you know anything about this, James? Can you lay the groundwork for what's to come? Yeah, what I can say to the audience here, because I understand their desire for immediate arrests, but I can say this. As someone who's really involved in rooting out high-level corruption, I haven't released it yet. I'm talking about a massive bombshell. It takes time to build a case. If I just put out a base hit right now, which I can do, I can release what I have, but maybe someone doesn't get arrested because they're going to say it's an inchoate crime. They're going to find some technicality or whatever. So it does take time for someone like me as an investigator.

Again, I'm not in the government, but as an investigative reporter, maybe prosecutors do something with my material, I really have to get them dead to rights. So I can't just go out and spill what I'm working on yet because that's going to interfere with my ability to finish my investigation. So I will say that in fairness to the people who are probably trying to hold these people accountable, that's the other side of things. And I don't think we should just, you know, engage in political prosecutions and witch hunts, much like what happened to my team with the Ashley Biden diary. So let's give it another month or so, another two months, as we're a hundred days in and see the progress there. Okay. Well, we await your bombshell report. Obviously when James says things like this, when he, when James says,

when other people come on the program and say like the work I'm doing is going to lead to indictments. The vast majority of them haven't ever done that. James has done that. James did that. James has done this before. I mean, I've known you for 15. You remember the acorn story? There were like five or six tapes. We, if the work that I'm about to release, I'm talking about in a month, month and a half doesn't lead to indictments that I'm going to come on your program and I'm going to be pissed off because I have these people breaking the law and I got to get a little more. Um, so they don't, you know, come out some technicality.

But I'm going to be upset at these prosecutors. And I will hold these prosecutors accountable. I'll investigate them because, you know, we are a nation of laws. We are supposed to be equal before the law. E pluribus unum. That's what the United States is all about. And this is our opportunity. But I have faith.

but really it's a data operation on the left. This data operation is housed under something called ActBlue. ActBlue has very, very mysterious donor behaviors. Guys, you got to get me the Matthew tweets. You got to get me the tweets from Matthew yesterday from North Carolina. There's a creator from North Carolina who we've communicated with. We've used his content on the show. We know him. He's a really solid dude. First name, Matthew. Last name, something Dutch. Get it for me. He said, you know, I went and checked for my name on ActBlue And lo and behold, I've donated to a bunch of Democrats in Kansas. Now, how exactly the hell is that possible? Again, this is a legitimate person. We know him. He's found to have donated a bunch of times to a bunch of Democrats. He's never even been to

Kansas, he said. This is just a small microcosm into the horrible criminal enterprise of ActBlue. There we go. Thank you. An overnight investigation has found even more disturbing donations of fraud in my name. ActBlue, FEC campaign reports that I donated $2 amounts to a bunch of Democrats in Kansas. I've never stepped foot in Kansas. I've never donated to any candidate. I've never donated to any Democrat. I've never donated to any Democrat. This is his name. This is his address.

You ever seen the office space where the fraud was just like, we just take a couple pennies here and there, and we take the penny from the penny tray? You can only donate small amounts, very small amounts,

to federal candidates. $2,000, $5,000. Then you're maxed out. If you donate more than that, you go to jail. So this is the way to get around that, and they do so because they have no credit card verification system at ActBlue. So you just pump the money through. Once you get the name and the address, you just funnel the money through. Now, there are too many to play, and we don't have enough time to play all of the videos. All of the videos. From O'Keefe to James Comer talking about this, Marco Rubio talking about this, Jasmine Crockett's opponent talking about this. But here we have the White House announcement yesterday. Ooh, baby. Trump orders probe of foreign funding and straw donors on election Act Blue. I just cannot explain to you how this Act Blue is the battleship. It is the aircraft carrier inside of the Democrat Navy. If

you sink it, they're done. There is nothing else. There's no way for them to project power if they sink this aircraft carrier. President Trump signed a memo on Thursday ordering the probe of any illicit straw donors, a foreign funding that followed the federal elections, claiming that the largest Democrat fundraising platform accepted fraudulent contributions in 2024. The memo authorized by Attorney Panbandi to investigate ActBlue allowed dummy accounts or foreign nationals to donate to Democrat causes, as well as other suspicious contributions. These activities undermine the integrity of our electoral process, it stated in his report. Trump had repeatedly pledged to secure US elections

and his return to the White House. He signed an earlier executive order that took effect doing exactly that. ActBlue approved more lenient standards during the last presidential campaign cycle, and Kamala Harris was able to raise $3 billion in an afternoon. According to internal records obtained by the Post, which reveal hundreds of dubious contributions, including one from foreign IP addresses. Republicans should be investigating this like rabid dogs. One final little notation on all of this fraud.

Act Blue is in absolute chaos. This is according to the New York Times, not according to my desires. It is actually happening. Okay. ActBlue is in literal meltdown panic on fire mode. Seven of their board members have resigned. All of their attorneys have resigned. The final attorney that's left on staff has been locked out of their accounts after sending an all staff memo saying that they will be prosecuting whistleblowers against ActBlue. What does that say? That says that the feds are turning the employees of ActBlue against the organization. They're getting plea deals here. The Trump executive order yesterday is cover. It's an order. The president can't march

into the attorney general's office and order something, but he can give an executive order that says everybody in my administration should be investigating act blue. That's what he's done. Donald Trump is doing this to give cover and the feds are clearly already well down this path. The prosecution of criminal donors from the Democrat Party for foreign money, this will take down the entire Soros network. This will take down the entire DNC. Without ActBlue, I mean, they are in total and complete collapse. They've lost their aircraft carrier. This is massive. Absolutely and totally massive, ladies and gentlemen. Okay, very good.

And this is going to be amazing. I see in my notes here, Tulsi Gabbard did say, just a little bit of information, she did say that they have found evidence of foreign interference and corruption in the 2024 election. She said that during a cabinet meeting. Just one sentence. We found evidence of this. And we're going to be prosecuting.

I look at this place we find ourselves in the country right now that we have a window to do as much as we possibly can while we have the opportunity to do it. And that leads us to what you and I are talking about today with Homeland Security. So can I just tell you the story of how it happened? Please. Okay. So my wife and my 15-year-old son are part of a group where moms and sons, they go do stuff for people in the city. They'll do charity work and go help old people build their gardens and things like that. It's a really good group. And they got all the boys together and all the mothers together probably four months ago. And an agent from

Tennessee with Homeland Security came to speak to the moms and the boys about cyber predators online. And so the whole thing was showing these boys this. If you're on social media, this is how it should be set. If you have these apps, watch out because this is where predators are coming in. Just this whole download. And it was so astonishing to my wife and son. He came home and so did she and immediately started making changes. Immediately went in. Oh, let's see if my phone is set to that. Oh, my God. Turn that off.

Like they immediately started moving on it. It was so descriptive that the agent was even showing real time evidence that they had put into evidence of predators communicating with kids, showing the text chats back and forth between this monster and this kid to show these boys and these moms, this is how they talk. This is some of the cue words. This is what they're doing. They're trying to move you from playing Fortnite over to something that they control, like a social media app or a direct message chat or something like that. Anyway, Benny, it was so impactful. I told my wife, I said, this needs to be heard by every parent in America. Like this, this needs to be widespread information immediately. She goes, I totally agree. I said, well, did you get a name on this

guy? And she said, yeah, his name was agent Lyle's. So I just went on the internet and looked up agent Lyle's DHS and found an email address on this guy. And I just hit him up. And I said, this should be heard by everybody across the country. And he went, I can't believe I'm talking to you right now. Is this the country singer, John Rich? I said, yeah, man. And he said, well, this is above my pay grade. Let me send this up the chain. What an offer. So he sends it up and then it goes up again and up again. And it finally gets to the decision makers at DHS. And I said, I want to do a live stream. I want to host a live stream with your lead agent and put it on X where every parent out there can tune in and watch this. And I want to record it. So that way it's permanent. We'll stick it on YouTube, Rumble. You guys put it on your websites.

That way people at churches, schools, communities, whatever, can just hit click on a button and watch this. So it took a lot of time to put all this together, as you can imagine. But two nights ago, we did. We went live on X at 7 o'clock Central. I hit up the president. I hit up President Trump, and I said, I would love it if you would repost this live stream when it goes live on X. Now, that is a tough thing to pull off because it's not like, hey, would you do this for me at some point? It's like very specific, the timing of this.

Reached out to the president, reached out to some of his staff, and they said, we're going to see if we can make this happen. And sure enough, he reposted it. I think right now, if you look at it, it's over a million views on this thing. That's a million devices that were watching it. There were families gathered around. There were people sitting in churches that they had called in the congregations to watch this live stream. So, man, I just think it was a huge lick against the bad guys. I think the fact that it is now permanent, hopefully over time, millions of kids and millions of parents become aware of how to not become a victim of these people. Well, and then it also becomes a part of the forever for permanent federal record. Now, when you have a Trump retweet,

that's the voice of the president, right? So now this is nationally archived, John. Yeah. What a what a powerful thing. We have the we have the post up right? So now this is nationally archived, John. What a powerful thing. We have the post up right now. It actually has nearly 3 million views. And so tell me a little bit more about what you learned here. And as a father of four very young kids, I'm kind of all ears. Well, it's disturbing. So I'll just warn you right now it is disturbing and but i'll walk you through it um these predators will let's say they're on fortnight let's use that game a lot of kids play that also roblox also a bunch of the other games pretty much all of them at this point any any game that's connected to the internet where the kid's sitting there with a headset on and they're playing and some other

kid joins their team or whatever um this is where a lot of these predators go so they will go on a game like fortnight and they will say hey man you're a really great player let me send you uh a skin which is a way to change the way your player looks. And it normally costs the kid, you know, a thousand coins or whatever. And so this other kid will go, man, you're really cool. You're a great player here. Let me, let me gift you a skin. And then my son would be saying, wow, that's pretty cool.

Man, you're, you're cool, dude. We should play more. This is great. And they start little by little. They're grooming, grooming, grooming, grooming these kids. Once they get enough of a dialogue going on, they then will move them over to either some kind of direct message or have them download an app where they can talk to them or they'll look them up on Instagram. Here's where this gets scary. So once they can migrate them over to another platform, they then can geolocate, geotarget

where that kid is at. If they can get that kid to send a picture or even a text, they can actually go back and geotarget where the kid is, press that, and go drive directly to where they're at. That's number one. That's because the location services on most phones are on, even on like pictures. Like if I took a picture and if my location services are on and yours are on, Benny, and I took a picture of this room right now and texted it to you, you could swipe up on that picture and a Google map will show up, show where the picture was taken, what time it was taken. You then can click on it and drive directly to where I took that picture. Okay, so they'll use these tactics to figure out where they are. Then they will cross-reference where they are with their parents' social media. If the kid doesn't have social media, they'll go find mom's Facebook page. And then they will cross-reference that with everybody that she

knows. And they will find pictures of the kid that mom has posted. It could be the kids, you know, he's on a baseball team or his birthday party. They will take that picture, speed it into an AI system, create child porn using that kid's face, using your kid's face. Then they will take that video and they will text that to the kid that they've been grooming and tell this kid, here's what you're going to do now, or I'm going to post this video to everybody on your mom's follower sites, your dad's. Oh, by the way, I know your parents' first and last names. I know you live at this address, go to this school. And if you don't do what I'm telling you to do, I'm going to show up and kill everybody in your family. That's how they talk to the kids.

Okay? You following me here? So parents, including this one, was totally unaware that this is the tactic that they're using. That if you have pictures of your kids, and we all do this, they can take that and turn it into something horrific and use it against that kid. Last year, 36 million tips came in only in America, kids that were being targeted online. 36 million, man. That's 3 million a month. If you took every federal agent, every local cop, if you took all the volunteers you could get your hands on, it would be like throwing a snowball at a mountain.

It's not going to mean anything. It's not going to put a dent in that at all. So when I learned all this stuff, that's when I said, this is when the civilian shakes hands with the feds and we do something together. They're not, you know, they're not a marketing machine. You know, they're DHS. They're out here to get bad guys. And I said, we need to apply some marketing to this. We need to have a guy like me host this. Let's promote it. Come on and let's do this thing live and see if we can get some views. And man,

we certainly got some views. That's basically the whole process that happened. And I hope it inspires people to reach out. If you've got a platform, you've got an idea, they're listening. The Trump administration people, this is not Biden. They're listening. They're up for ideas, man. You can email those people. You can give them ideas. This is like all of us being stakeholders. This is all of us being shareholders in this country. So it's profoundly important. You can find all of this and I encourage you all to watch it on John's social media. John, I wanted to sort of expand the aperture here if you don't mind, because this seems to be something

that's in the news quite a bit. The preying on young children, we're seeing this sort of on all fronts. And right now, currently, there is a musician who is in prison, has been in prison. His name is P. Diddy, Sean Combs. And he's in prison for doing something kind of similar, kind of depends on the trials next month. So I guess we're going to find out what the feds can prove on the trial. But if the charging documents are to be believed, he is a horrific predator and a real true monster. What do you, what can you shed some light on

from the music industry's perspective on this practice? Is this regular inside of the music, corporate music industry? Is this how people are treated? This seemed to be like a kind of a known secret among the entertainment community. they will they will try to co-opt the big talent they'll try to put them in positions to compromise them get pictures and video on them basically as blackmail as extortion where then they can make that artist do anything they want them to do um it is the most sadistic, satanic stuff you've ever seen. I have never been in one of those parties.

I've never been invited to one, probably because they knew I would beat every last one of their asses into the wall if they tried something like that on me. I mean, there would be teeth and fingernails laying all over that room. And they knew that about me. And so I didn't get invited to those, but I do know people who have been invited to them. And they said, I walked in there and walked into a room and this horrible thing's going on. And I just turn around and just ran out and got back in the car and left. I mean, the stories about Sean Combs and some of these others, like after the MTV awards, stuff that's going on in people's houses out in California. I mean, this is not fairytale. This is real stuff. That's why the

guy's in prison. Thank God we have Kash Patel and Dan Bongino and Pam Bondi. And we got some actual patriots out there who are going to do something about it, who are not compromised by these guys. I mean, I think we know that the Epstein list, the Epstein files, the politicians that are compromised. I mean, this is a deep, deep, deep, dark situation. I know a lot of Americans. I would like to speak to this. A lot of patriots are very upset right now that they haven't seen the arrests. They haven't seen the Epstein list yet. You see it, too, Benny. I mean, they're just screaming bloody murder on social media every day. They're calling in Bongino and Cass saying, these guys are fakes. These guys are no good.

They promised us one thing. I would just like to say to anybody that feels that way right now, we are about 13 weeks into a 208-week term of Donald Trump. These men and women are walking into an absolute nightmare situation. Okay. And if you're going to do mass arrest and you're going to arrest all these bad guys, you better make sure you've got all your buttons tightened up as tight as you can. So the charges stick and they actually do wind up in prison for the rest of their lives. Okay. This is, this is important stuff. And I really take issue with anybody out there who after a few weeks is telling me Dan Bongino is a fake. Kash Patel is a liar. I will not put up with that. Matter of fact, any Patriots speaking like that about them is an idiot. I'll

just put it out there that you're a dumbass. If that's the way you talk, and that's what you actually think you need to calm down for a minute and let these men and women go to work. This is a massive undertaking. When they finally pull the trigger on this and the bad guys are actually held to account, it is going to correct. It's going to be a course correction in our country in a major way. And I'm patient for it. I'm patient for that. I want to see the country corrected. I don't want a bandaid. I don't want a bottle rocket. I want a firework show. I want Mount Vesuvius to go off in this country and end this once and for all. So this is the entire show, John. I'm so glad that you said that because we're talking about the arrests, multiple judges being arrested today. You have federal prosecutions

ongoing against deep state members from Tulsi Gabbard. You had mass firings inside of the DOJ of prosecutors on day one. You had mass firings inside of the FBI of agents on day one. And so this is a process that takes time. And it's also a process that you want to build. You don't just want it to be a PR operation. You want to do it correctly. James O'Keefe was just on right before you talking about you have to do these investigations correctly. They have to stick. If you get one your knowledge of the music industry, and you've been to the highest, you've been on the highest mountaintops of that industry. If you've ever been to John Rich's house, there are tours online. One of them's on my channel. Nothing but gold plaques on every wall, nothing but gold records on every wall. And the coolest freaking elevator

you've ever seen, an elevator with the only photo of Donald Trump and a cowboy hat. I think we have it, actually. But the point is, John, this is some shocking stuff. So you're saying that these Diddy charges, you're saying that this was ubiquitous, that you believe these charges and that this was a practice that you either observed or knew of inside of the corporate music industry. Yeah, I never observed it, but I did hear about it. And then if you look at who all is coming forward and leveling these charges, this is hundreds and hundreds of people. This is not like one guy or one girl leveling this against Sean Collins. This is hundreds of people. Again, they use it as a control mechanism. They use it for blackmail. These are not willing participants. I mean, if you read some of the some of the indictments right now, it's they were they were blacked out.

They were given something roofied, whatever. They were basically knocked out, rendered unconscious. And then horrible things happen to them. And then they video it all. And then they show them the video and go, you better do what we say. I mean, honestly, Trump said when he was running that he wanted to institute the death penalty for human traffickers. Remember when he said that? I think they should get the death penalty. He said, especially for child traffickers, death penalty. You can't rehab these people.

They should get the death penalty. I don't think that's actually happened yet. But man, I don't think that's a fate beneath what they deserve especially for kids if you're doing that i mean listen this trial is going to be it's going to be uh incredibly disturbing to people when they find out what's going on and sean combs is just one of them he's just one guy there's there's operations like that going on all over the place. That's what Epstein Island was. By the way, Epstein Island's not the only island where that happens. They're doing it in places all over the world where they co-op people

and do this. And then, of course, you do have some people that are willing participants. Like, they bring in kids, for instance, they're trafficking kids. Well, if you're a grown person and you're standing in a room and something horrible is happening to a kid and you don't stop it or die trying, you're complicit. You get to go down too. Enough is enough. Again, you see that look on Trump's face every now and then when these subjects come up, totally different look in his eye. You're looking at the granddaddy look. You're looking at what the father's eyes look like. He's thinking about his grandkids when he hears these stories and he gets these reports. Same thing with DHS. This live

stream that we did, that's what this was all about. There are simple ways that you can adjust the way your kids are operating online and keep the bad guys out. Benny, I know you and I share a lot in common, and I guarantee we have this in common. There is nothing I would not do to keep a predator from breaking in my front door or breaking through my glass and coming in and putting his hands on my kids. Literally nothing. If all I had was a spoon, both of his eyes are coming out. It's going straight into his throat. I mean, I will, I will kill this man with anything I have, including bare hands, whatever it would take. That's what I would do to protect my kids if this, if that type of person got into my space

where my kids were. But we'll sit here and let them into our homes silently through our kids' iPhones and tablets and even Chromebooks that they get at school. They'll silently enter your house and you'll never know about it until something horrible happens. That was the point of the live stream. I would urge every parent right now that's watching, it's right there at the top of my X page at John Rich. Get your family around. We edited this so it would be age appropriate, sixth grade and up. If they're under sixth grade, probably wouldn't show it to them. Say 12 years old and up. It's okay for them to watch this. And I promise you, you will never think the same way about it again once you watch this.

Man, John. So just really quickly, you're saying that if this is all to be proven against Diddy, then death penalty charges should be on the table. I think pedophiles should have the death penalty. Don't you? Yes, and that's why I live in a state that actually all but guarantees it. That's what happens in the state of Florida.

Jesus Christ thought they should have the death penalty. He stated so in Matthew when he said, you'd be better off to have a millstone tied around your neck and cast into the sea than to ever cause one of these little ones to stumble, meaning to mess with them at all, to mess with their innocence. Jesus Christ, the Son of God, said you'd be better off to die than to do that. That was his own words. That's probably the strongest thing he

ever said. I mean, the most brutal, aggressive statement of the man's life. I can't think of another one where he ever said you'd be better off to die than to do that. So yes, you can't rehab these people. There's a whole culture out there that I learned from working with the DHS, an entire culture of toddler porn, toddlers. There are parents in this country, one guy in particular, they were telling me about who was renting his two-year-old son to people who would fly in and drive in from hundreds and thousands of miles away. And for one hour, I'll give you my son for one hour. Okay. This is the level of depravity of satanic demonic influence that is in this country. So do they deserve the death penalty? Yes, they deserve the death penalty. And I hope Trump institutes that.

Good. I mean, I'm sorry to unsettle you. I'm sorry to say things that make people's stomach turn, but parents need to wake up and understand this is not a game. This is serious business. Revelation. You produced this song. It went platinum, gold, everything. It was top of everything. It's like you predicted this moment, John.

What was this? A couple months ago, you were on the show, and you're talking about this. And you're talking about this battle between darkness and light, and that this is what we're about. You're not born that way. You don't just happen to become that way. You have sold your soul to Satan himself. Satan is controlling you.

You are an empty vessel owned and operated by Satan himself. And you carry out the devil's will. That's what it is. And so on the other side of that, you've got the Christians, you've got the ones who are sold out to Jesus Christ, and we're supposed to be listening to what he's telling us to do. And when he gives you a command, you follow it, you go do it. And it's, it doesn't matter if everybody doesn't like it. That's the point. If everybody likes it, it's pointless. Spence riders be damned. Get off the fence. You're not helping anybody. Matter of fact, you're aiding and abetting the enemy by not being on

offense against them. They are on offense against us every waking minute of their lives. That's why I like you, Benny, because you're on offense. I'm on offense. Trump is on offense. This is an offensive moment in the United States for the patriots, for the God-fearing men and women who have been brutalized year after year. And this thing has festered into such a situation that it's now affecting 36 million reports in one year of kids being targeted online. OK, this is where we're at. Unacceptable.

We go on offense now. We take the fight to them. We make them retreat. We push them back. And when we knock them off their feet, we cuff them, drag them off, and you never see them again. They get locked up forever or worse. That is why Kash Patel is taking his time. That is why Dan Bongino is taking his time. Listen, if you can't trust Dan Bongino and Kash Patel, then you need to give up because those are the two most trustworthy guys you're ever going to meet. I know both of them personally for a very long time. So patriots out there screaming and holler

at them. Why don't you sit down and hold your tongue for a minute and let these men do their work? I just had to say that it aggravates me to no end. You said earlier in the interview, John, that they don't have the capacity to even speak on their behalf because they can't do so from a federal position. And so it's actually up to us. deported twice already, on good behavior and free him nearly a decade before he was supposed to be let out of prison. Many would argue, perhaps, that he should have never been let out of prison. Joining us now is the father of one of the deceased teenagers. His name is Paul Ahsokin, and it is our honor to have him on the show. Paul, thank you so much for joining us. I know this is going to be a tough topic, and this must be a horrific and wrenching week for you. We've read the news reports, but

I want to just give you an opportunity to speak. What was it like hearing that your child's murderer will be rewarded by the state of California for his heinous crimes? Good morning, Benny. It was horrible news to us, all of us. Actually, to me, to my family, and family, to Agnes' parents as well. And nobody even got in touch with me and told me about it. It was done somewhere without letting us know. Actually, Agnes' father called me and said, you know what, I just got a letter from the prison department telling us

he's gonna be released in a summer for good behavior. And I think it's horrible and it's unacceptable. I think he should be kept in prison and for at least the duration of his 10 year sentence and not after less than three years. We're devastated. We're crying. I'm so sorry, and this entire audience sends prayers to you and to your family. The White House, through Pam Bondi and other federal enforcement officials, has said that they will not allow this to happen,

that they will either put a detainer on him, take him into federal custody, charge him federally. Have you heard from the administration on this? I did not. All I heard is, like, over the news. That's all information I'm getting from the news. I don't know if you're getting more information than me, but everything what I'm hearing gets on the news channels every day in the last couple of days.

Okay. We have here the post from the attorney general saying is absolutely unconsciousable. So the state of California did not contact you. You had to learn this from the news that the illegal alien murderer of your child will be let out for good behavior seven years early. Nobody let me know. Nobody. Nobody get attached with me. Nobody called me. Nobody send me emails, nobody sent me letters, no one. What is your message to Gavin Newsom, the governor of the state who has instituted these woke judicial activist boards to oversee the prisons and who are making, who's making these determinations, making these decisions my message is like people who committed crime it doesn't matter if they from our country from any other countries they should stay in prison for the

duration of their time they should be there and all the families should know what's going on with them and my assumption was somebody will let me know when he will be going to the parole board or when he's going to be released. Nobody told me. I understand probably he wants to save the money that way and keep more money in California and let the

prisoners out, but I don't think that's the right way to do it. I think if he wants to save the money, send them back to Mexico, I don't know where they come from, and pay them money to keep them in prison in Mexico. It's a lot cheaper than keeping here. But I heard like keeping one prisoner here in California costs like more than $130,000, but keeping one prisoner in Mexico cost about seven thousand dollars. He can save a lot of money sending them there. So I'm doing two things at once,

like kicking them out of here and keeping his budget. Paul, I have a final question for you, and that is your message to the president. What would you like to see the white house and the administration do they're clearly monitoring this situation what is your message to them i think all the illegal aliens and criminals actually legal criminals and aliens should be kicked out of the country and they should miss should not be. They are not in our prison. They should not be here at all. Yes. Yes. We totally agree with you. Our prayers are with you, Paul.

We are heartbroken for you. There's nothing more that we can do than to help to make people see this story and to understand the horrors of it and how unfair and cruel it is to you.
