This is what a tire fire looks like Very few places on earth where you're allowed to burn tire fires. You take all these old used tires and you light them on fire. And it's like the kind of plume of smoke that astronauts can see from space. It's such a roaring inferno, toxic disaster. And that is what's going on. Dumpster fire doesn't do it. Sorry, dumpster fire. Nope. Tire fire, ladies and gentlemen. And that's what's happening in court today.

The tire fire of Michael Cohen's testimony against Donald Trump is I can't believe I'm saying this even worse than Stormy Daniels. And we've been following the tick tock out of this case. But I got to tell you, man, Michael Cohen has bombed. I mean, it is really bad. What's happening now. He's being, he's being slapped around by the judge, this Trump hating judge. The defense is in panic. Trump team is going on like effectively a victory tour saying this case is, is all but one now. And we are seeing the official turn of the key. Okay. In this trial in favor of Donald Trump. And it's really special. Everybody who's been in that trial and in the courtroom are saying like the jury is like the default expression of the jury is

like, what's going on here exactly. And you know know you never want to be a juror i don't think like are you an immoral person i mean are you a demonic person if you're an immoral evil person i guess you'd want to put an innocent guy in jail but if you're like just a if you have like a shred of morality to you then you don't want to be that person and no matter what it is you don't want to put innocent men or women in prison for something they didn't do. That's a stain on your soul. All right. And so here's hoping, right? Here's hoping is a lot of good signs out of the court this morning, as ever on this program. We have a tradition. We're to play you Trump's commentary from the court, and then we'll get into exactly how Michael Cohen was utterly destroyed. That guy's going to go back to prison. He's already

been in prison as a liar. He's already gone to prison as a perjurer. He's going to go back. But before we get into that, here's Donald Trump from seconds ago in front of the court. This was live just moments ago. Donald Trump speaking in court. Mr. President, I'm looking forward to meeting Biden. Are you worried about a conviction? Will you testify, Mr. Clark? Thank you very much. We are going to be working with a lot of people over the next couple of weeks. This is finishing up at some point. It will be finished.

Every single review, every legal scholar that I've been able to read said there's no case, there's no crime. It's a disgrace that that was allowed to happen. The judge, as you know, is highly conflicted, like nobody I've ever seen is conflicted. He should not be the judge. He should not be allowed to have anything to do with this case. He should be so far away from this case. Outside, if you take a look, it looks like we're Fort Knox. There's so many police and they don't allow people to come. You know, you're allowed to have friendly protests, but we're not allowed to have anything here. They have more police and more assistant DAs and DAs. I've never seen anything like it.

Over what everybody, Alan Dershowitz, everybody said there's no crime here. There's no crime here. There's no crime. Jonathan Durley. Every single person. Greg Jarrett. Andy McCarthy. Anyone you want to name. Mark Levin, great lawyer. All of them. Great lawyers, great legal scholars.

Every single one said there's no crime. The crime is that they're doing this case. This was a case that wasn't going to be done. And then when I announced I was running, they brought it up. They could have done it seven years ago. This could have been brought seven years ago, but they wanted it right smack in the middle of election.

These are very dishonest people that we're dealing with, but outside, it's like Fort Knox. You can't get within three blocks of this place if you're a civilian, and it's a shame what they're doing. What they're doing in terms of suppression and election interference has never been anything like that the good news is the polls are through the roof one just came out way up in north carolina way up in georgia way up in nevada way up in arizona uh overall way up leading by five, six, seven points. Crooked Joe Biden. Most crooked president we've ever had.

The worst president in the history of our country. We have a lot of congressmen and some senators down today, and they're all up in arms over this. They can't even believe it. We have quite a few congressmen. I guess you'll be talking to them in a little while. But I want to thank you very much for coming. At least we're getting the word out, but it's very unfair. I'd like to be in these various states where I should be campaigning like

anybody else. This is a Biden trial. This all comes out of the White House and the Department of Justice. This is all them. In fact, a lead person from the DOJ is running the trial. Libs were supposed to divide and conquer. That was the plan. Now it's not working. In fact, the persecutions of Donald Trump is bringing the party together. You're seeing it on all fronts. So if you have Speaker Mike Johnson, plus them, plus like Tuberville and plus some senators, right? I'm counting. I'm trying to keep track it's like dozens of members of congress now and a handful of apparently bp can't uh uh finalists who are standing beside and behind donald trump in the court oh you have opened up ladies and gentlemen you have opened up a can. So, uh, let's see, what did the, what did the photographers get? ALX is sending some, some photos from the

wire here. It looks like you can see a photo with, uh, Matt Gates there. And we got, uh, Annapolita Luna, who was on the show yesterday, uh, flanking Donald Trump. Strong, very strong, uh, presence in the court today and a unified front. This was supposed toanking Donald Trump. Strong, very strong presence in the court today and a unified front. This was supposed to isolate Donald Trump. The point of all this was to isolate Donald Trump, put him in an icebox and to break him away from his energy, the energy of his support, the energy of the people who stand behind him. And it's doing the opposite. It's having the backfire effect. But if you look at what's happening from the geopolitical perspective, there are people all across the country who are saying like, hot damn, like this makes me support Trump even more.

So for years, we've been talking to you about Chris Rock saying, hey, if you lock up Trump, this was years ago. Chris Rock said, if you lock up Trump, this was years ago, Chris Rock said, if you lock up Donald Trump, then you're going to turn him into Tupac. You're going to give him a mugshot. He's going to sell more records. You're dumb. Chris Rock said that to an audience with Nancy Pelosi in Washington, D.C. at the Kennedy Center Honors. I believe the year was 2022 before any of these indictments dropped and lo and behold uh he was right comedians like comedians that are centered and that like are actually rooted in reality and comedians have to be rooted in reality because reality is is really funny especially these days

uh and to make people laugh you got to like tell jokes about things they can experience they understand so so comedians are, often better at pun and tree than almost anybody, right? You want to like hear what's going on in the country. Like go watch the Tom Brady roast. Go listen to Joe Rogan. Go listen to Tim Dillon.

None of these comedians like can see it and can snipe these cultural issues better than anybody. And Chris Rock calling out exactly what's going to happen. You're going to turn Trump into Tupac. You're going to turn him into a gangster and he's going to sell more records. Hey Alex, do we have the clip from MSNBC in the show? Do we have that? Can you shout that out?

The one from them going down to Georgia and saying Trump's trial is actually making black Americans want to support Donald Trump more. This is an amazing, this is an amazing clip. The backfire is here. The more they persecute Trump, the more that Americans, regular Americans are going to see a rigged system that they believe has already been rigged against them and say, we actually support Trump now. Now we're supporting Trump. They're going to see the egregious humiliation that is the star witness for Donald Trump, who was brought to trial yesterday, Michael Cohen, this guy's lawyer testifying before Congress yesterday. This guy's lawyer said, his name's Robert Costello, that there is literally zero evidence that Donald Trump committed a crime here,

that Michael Cohen is a massive liar, that Michael Cohen is somebody who is actively lying to the court and they're suborning perjury right now in New York. Check this out. There through further cross-examination, Cohen told me that he knew there was money missing from the Trump inauguration. I see where you are now. OK. And then on the next page into that first paragraph, Cohen decided that while he didn't believe the allegation of the Stormy Daniels story, that he thought the story would be embarrassing for Trump and especially for Melania. So he decided he would take care of it himself. Absolutely. And that is contrary to what this guy testified to in court in New York yesterday. So what did he what did he testify to? He said that Donald Trump directed him to make

these payments. But he told his lawyer and his attorney and his attorney wrote letters to the FEC saying otherwise. Check this out. I specifically asked him because he kept on going back saying, I can't believe they're trying to put me in jail for these NDAs. So I said, Michael, tell me about the NDA. Tell me about Stormy Daniels. What did you do? He said, I got a call from from a lawyer representing Stormy Daniels who represented that she was going to testify that Donald Trump had sex with Stormy Daniels. Michael Cohen said, I didn't believe the allegation, but I knew that such an allegation would be terribly embarrassing. He said it would be embarrassing. He focused on Melania Trump. He said, I didn't want to embarrass Melania Trump.

He said, that's why I decided to take care of this on my own. I went back to that several times. You did this on your own, on my own. Did Donald Trump have anything to do with it? No. Did you get the money from Donald Trump? No. From any of his organizations? No. From anybody connected to Donald Trump? No. Where did you get the money? I took out a HELOC loan against my property. I said, why would you do that? He said, I didn't want anybody to know where I got this money. I didn't want Melania to know. I didn't want my own wife to know because

she's in charge, he said, of the Cohn family finances. He said, if she saw money coming out of my account, she'd ask me 100 questions and I didn't want to answer any of them. So he's lying. So the lying liar who lies is lying. We warned about this earlier in the week. We said that you must rid yourself of people like this. You cannot have liars in your orbit. Even if you catch somebody lying in like a little thing, you have to like, because they lie about little things, they'll lie about big things. So Michael Cohen by nature is a liar, is a dishonest person. Now the person who he should tell the truth to is his lawyer who is representing Michael Cohen criminally. Now, this guy, Robert Costello, is representing Michael Cohen. Michael Cohen is

telling this man the truth because that's what all the documentation backs up. Michael Cohen was not directed to pay Stormy Day. Michael Cohen did it. It was not an in-kind donation. This was not a violation of federal law. All of it's done. It's dead. It's over. There's literal documentation, by the way, about all of this. There's a letter that was sent to the FEC back in 2018. And this letter signed by the same lawyer is saying, hey, this payment came from Michael Cohen, didn't come from Trump, wasn't directed from Trump, wasn't reimbursed by the campaign, none of it. None of it. The letter, letter's right here. Put it up on screen. So just in case you're wondering if there's some major documentation to back up what this guy's saying. Here it is, ladies and gentlemen. This was sent to the FBC saying that Donald Trump had nothing to do with his payment,

that there is literally nothing wrong with his payment. This was made by a lawyer to settle a nuisance lawsuit, as is done probably a thousand times a day all across America. So what was Cohen angling at? Cohen did this, according to his lawyer, because he wanted to be either attorney general or chief assistant to the president he was trying to curry favor that's it the cohen was solving problems for donald trump which is what lawyers generally pay to do for people solve their problems because he's trying to get something out of it pretty common actually Here you go. It was clear after talking to him for several days after that, whenever we talked on the phone or in my office, that he kept on bringing up the subject

that he felt he was betrayed by not being brought down to Washington, D.C. This guy thought, he said to me, that he should have been Attorney General of the United States, or at least the Chief Assistant to the President. Ludicrous, but that's what he thought. And he was very angry about that. He wanted to do something to put himself back into the inner circle of Donald Trump. That's why he took care of this on his own. There had to be a motivation.

Michael Cohen is always working for things that benefit himself. And that's what he was doing here. That's completely different to what he said that he told the grand jury. That's completely different to what he's testifying to in New York. Get liars out of your life, man. Get liars out of your life. If your girlfriend tells you that she's going to the grocery store and she didn't go to the grocery store and she can't explain why, like if that might seem small, you can't do it. Get liars out of your life. Get people who are comfortable with lying to you who have a lying tongue out of your life. So what here, here, here's how this works. Once you find out that

somebody is a, is a liar a liar and is capable of lying and can do that with a, can live with a dirty conscience, right? And can live with that on them. Then those people can be manipulated and telling bigger and bigger and bigger lies, which is exactly the domino effect that's happening right now with Michael Cohen in court. And it's all coming crashing down. I mean, it was probably the result of Michael Cohen going back to jail. This is all a revenge tour, according to his former lawyer. The rest of the proof doesn't support Michael Cohen.

And by the way, one thing that you're not reporting yet is that besides making that statement, I swear to God, I don't have anything on Donald Trump. He also said more times than that answer, guys, I want you to understand I will do whatever the F I have to do. I will never spend a day in jail. And then he'd slam his hand on the conference room table. And what does that mean to you? That means this guy is saying I will lie, cheat, steal, do whatever I have to do. I'm not going to jail. Well, he did go to jail. And who do you think he blames for that? And why do you think he names his most recent book Revenge? I mean, quite frankly, he's using this to monetize himself because this is the only way this guy can make money right now, selling books and T-shirts and trinkets and being the ultimate anti-Trumper. And because he was doing that on TV and I saw that,

I said I can't sit by and let this guy tell the grand jury, tell the jurors now this false story when he told us the opposite story at a moment when he was desperately seeking a way out and was willing to kill himself. And certainly cooperating with truthful information is a lot easier, but he didn't have any truthful information. This is so unbelievably devastating. I mean, I hope that you're like sitting there and really internalizing the way that I am all of this. This is what happened with Chris Christie, right? This is what happened with a lot of these guys.

And it's pretty common, quite frankly, in the political world. The political world is a world of small dick energy, just a matter of fact. And these people don't have the capacity to handle like even the slightest, they do glass jaws, right? Like they cannot handle just the slightest criticism. They can't look past like the, the slightest affront to their own egos.

Pride cometh before destruction. Pride shall be thy downfall. So many of these people are bit and become embittered, uh, cottage industry manufacturers of hatred against Trump because they're small dick energy because they feel like they were passed over for this or that. That's Chris Christie. Chris Christie thought he'd be chief of staff. Turns out, no. All right. The White House wasn't right. White House floors weren't in the Oval Office, weren't reinforced enough. And so Chris Christie didn't get it. Here's the Michael Cohen explanation. I was supposed to be the Mr. Lawyer Man of the whole United States of America. I was going to be the top lawyer.

Mr. Donald Trump, please. You see, I paid off the porn star. Can you make me the top lawyer of all time please i want to wear the button i want to wear the hat i want to wear the little butt the little bell ding ding i'm the top lawyer this is this is this is michael cohen and trump's like you're an idiot no and uh then michael cohen becomes this embittereded jackass Who his entire life force As explained by his lawyer really perfectly there His former lawyer

His entire life force then becomes hatred towards Trump Trump's a big personality I think that's why you see this so much But you see it all across the political perspective It's a very vindictive arena Having lived in Washington D.C. for 15 years, I can tell you that these people have such egregious egos, such roaring entitlements upon themselves, such highfalutin opinions of what they are capable of. And the moment you slight these, the moment they

don't think they've gotten theirs, they'll run to the press, they'll slander you, they'll smear you, they'll take every screenshot, every video, everything. It happens a million times. And it's a wicked, wicked place. And it's It's corrupt. It's corrupted. And when you have somebody like Donald Trump with that type of gravitas and that type of big personality, and with so much attention on him, it sort of attracts these people. They're sick people. I don't think it's necessarily a knock on Donald Trump. It's just like who he is, uh, tracks these types of scumbags that try to like glom on you know you ever seen one of those big whales in the sea in like one of those discovery network things there's all these little sucker fish

like attached to the bottom of them you know trying to get a free ride that's what these people are scum they're bottom feeders listen listen to michael cohen's lawyer this is the clip that went thermonuclearized listen michael Michael Cohen's lawyer saying, in my meetings with Michael Cohen, Michael Cohen was being criminally prosecuted. I said, you need to tell me if you have anything on Donald Trump. If you have a scintilla of evidence, anything, a text, email, just Trump giving you the look and the wink, you got to let me know if you got anything on Trump. And here was the answer. But if you're saying he's lying now, who's to say he wasn't lying then when you first came across him? I'll tell you why I believe that what he told us in 2018 was the truth. Number one, as I said, he was suicidal.

He was desperately looking for a way out. The way out was clear, and that was to cooperate against Donald Trump if he had truthful information. He didn't take that way out. All day long, he said, I don't have anything, but I will do whatever the F I have to do. I will never spend a day in jail. Here's the other thing. Donald Trump, when he went to Washington, D.C., when he was elected, he took the whole Trump inner circle to Washington with one exception, Michael Cohen. They left him back in New York. Michael Cohen was very unhappy about that. As I testified yesterday during one of my conversations with Michael Cohen, when I asked him, Michael, what do you think was going to happen if you did go to Washington, D.C.? He said, I thought I could be attorney general of the United States or at least chief of staff to the president. Now,

as ludicrous as that sounds, I thought I was the only one that he had said that to until I noticed that during cross-examination of, I think it was Stormy Daniels' lawyer, Cohen actually said that to him. Now, this is your adversary. You're negotiating with this guy for an NDA, and yet you're telling him how annoyed you are that Donald Trump didn't take you to Washington where you could be attorney general or chief of staff. You don't think that's sitting on this guy's mind

when he writes a book called Revenge? He went to jail, and he's left alone in New York? I think that's his motivation now. when he writes a book called revenge he went to jail and he's left alone in new york i think that's his motivation now i told i was told i don't have anything on trump i don't i swear to god i don't have anything on donald trump cohen told his lawyer when he was about to go to prison because his lawyer was like, listen, you know, it's my job to tell you if you have something on Trump, now's the time to spit it out because this could save you from going to jail.

And Michael Cohen, who again is a rat, he is a bottom feeder. He would give up and he'd give up his own mother, throw her under the train, throw her under the bus. There's nothing that these people won't do. That's why you must keep them out of your orbits. This guy had nothing. And he told his lawyer, I have nothing. And he went to jail because he did have nothing. Jonathan Turley is somebody who we really like. He has sharp critiques. He's, again, there's no evidence that he's some type of like raging red MAGA hat wearing Republican, America firster, but he is somebody who has a really sharp intellect

and legal instinct. And he says something that really shocked us yesterday. Jonathan Turley goes, Michael Cohen is the worst, given all this preponderance of evidence from his own team and his own now the testimony in Congress. He said Michael Cohen is the worst star witness he's ever seen in 50 years of legal analysis. It's a strong statement. All right. From Turley. Let's go. I that Michael Cohen is the most compromised, unbelievable witness in the history of the federal legal system. That's hardly news. What we saw in his cross-examination was an evasive and rehearsed set of answers.

And he's going to likely continue that tomorrow. But here you have his own lawyer now saying that what he said on the stand is diametrically opposed to what he told him in an attorney-client confidential setting. Now, we already flagged parts of the testimony of Cohen that did not seem to ring true. For example, Cohen said that he surreptitiously taped the former president for his protection to keep David Pecker honest. That makes no sense at all. Nobody can make any sense out of how taping Donald Trump would somehow affect David Pecker. In fact, the call itself seemed to indicate that Trump had very little information about the deals that had been arranged by Cohen. It seems clear to most of us that he was banking insurance against Trump. So it's obvious that this guy is living out a rage grudge against his former boss. And just like, just like virtually

everybody, there is an entire cottage industry that has been created where if you are willing to turn on Donald Trump, there's going to be some cash put in your back pocket. And this is what's going on. It's despicable. It's disgusting. The smartest legal and political minds are now destroying Cohen for this. And the lawyer for Michael Cohen testifying before Congress and going on Fox News, Robert Costello, and saying this guy is a piece of human garbage. This guy is a living tire fire. He is a liar. He has nothing on Trump. He's suborning perjury. He's bringing forward false testimony against Donald Trump and the jury ain't buying it. The defense should call this lawyer, Robert Costello. Let's

see if that happens. Turley sounding off. So does the defense call Cohen's ex-lawyer to the stand and just blow Cohen's whole testimony up? Well, that would be something, wouldn't it? You would just have the president's former counsel testifying against him and then have his former counsel's former counsel testifying against him. At some point, this is going to get awfully strange. No, I don't think that they will. Look, I think there's a strong temptation to just rest. I don't think they have presented the elements of any crime. We still don't know what this other crime was. It was being concealed by Trump.

But they also haven't put into evidence any clear support for saying that listing these payments as legal expenses was somehow fraud or wrong. Many experts are saying, no, if you're paying your lawyer his fees and things, costs that he put out there, most accountants will just list that as a legal expense because it's going to your lawyer. It is actually a tactic to simply have all of us talking about these things. You know, I do realize that we do our best on this program to try and like avoid the PSYOP, right? But we're drawn into this case because Donald Trump is gagged and Donald Trump can't defend himself against this garbage. Uh, and so we feel like it is our obligation to have Alina Haba on, to have Brett Tolman on, Mike Davis, and to defend, uh, a and to defend a man who's innocent here by every conceivable measure and by all evidentiary data, all empirical and demonstrable data that's been

presented. And he is the victim, of course, of Joe Biden's DOJ. Now, we're not talking about Joe Biden. Instead of talking about the collapsing state of the country, we are talking about these nuisance lawsuit settlements. And so we are like deeply aware of that. That's why we want this case to go away. That's why we were very, we want it to be done. It's we want it destroyed. This is why we're like happy for it to be over. We want it over. Right. Alina Haba saying the case is already won on Fox News, saying this case is finished, right? And that there may be some major penalties for those who brought the case in the first place. Let's listen to the president's spokesperson and attorney, Alina Haba. If the defense can get Bob Costello on the stand to say that what he said yesterday, isn't this case officially over?

They haven't proved essential elements of the crime that is at hand. What they've done is created a lot of noise and a lot of distractions for the American people, given you some salacious stories. But don't forget what this is. This is about how they booked something at Trump Tower in the accounting department, whether they should have put legal expense. That's it. And you want to show me that Donald Trump, who was sitting in the White House, had any idea about that or that it was done incorrectly. Both things I haven't seen.

So while all of this, again, goes to credibility, which is incredibly important—and I commend Bob for what he's done and what he's said, which is the truth—I still believe, without him, the case has still not been proven. They're clearly about to rest their case. I think Michael Cohen will be their last witness. We're on cross-examination today, so we'll see how it goes. But like I said, thank you, Bob. I think it's great. Obviously, it's important for credibility purposes, but I don't think they've proven a single thing that they need to prove yet. Alina Hava saying they haven't proven anything. The case is over. It's over.

Star witnesses have come and gone. And speaking of coming and going, Stormy Daniels is leaving the country. Well, that's interesting. Super exciting times here, ladies and gentlemen. Stormy, it looks like, is going to be blowing offshore, if you know what I mean. So Stormy Daniels says she will flee if Trump wins trial. Oh, that sounds like a very innocent thing for people to do. trash can of sex jokes up on the stand. Everybody's going on CNN and MSNBC afterwards being like, she was a wreck. Okay. Lady was a wreck. And now she's straight up saying she's going on CNN and MSNBC afterwards being like, she was a wreck. Okay. Lady was a wreck. And now she's straight up saying she's going to flee America. If Trump wins this trial, not a great look. Okay. Kind of makes you look a little guilty. Where will Michael Cohen flee to? Maybe marry old England. I don't know. Maybe he'll go down to South America. Conquistador. Maybe he'll head down, you know, and pull a... The guy who chased the wind...

This is the Michael Cohen face. Hopefully, maybe he wore that into the court to prevent Donald Trump from chucking a binder at him. Ladies and gentlemen, it's all a disaster. It's all a mess. It's all a nightmare. I hope that they call this lawyer up to the stand. I hope they call Michael Cohen's lawyer.

The testimony would be absolutely devastating. There's no way that they will be able to rule, uh, against Donald Trump. If in fact, if in fact, uh, they get, if in fact they get, okay. Um, there are surrogates from Donald Trump that are going to be speaking in front of the courthouse and here they go, ladies and gentlemen. Let's pop on over. Let's make sure we expand this. And if you really want to make it a sham, you bring a couple of people in who have no credibility and you put them up as your star witnesses. And we saw it today firsthand. Mr. Cohen. Mr. Cohen mr.

Cohen admitted repeatedly that he lied he repeated he admitted repeatedly that he did so for his own personal interest that tells you everything you know about the lack of credibility of this case and then you add to that that you have a judge you have a judge whose daughter is making literally $100,000 at least because she's going around using this trial to raise money for Democrats. That is what's happening. That is what is happening. And so I think that it's pretty clear to us that this is a sham trial it's being done for political purposes and that just should

not stand in the United States of America my colleague from the House Oversight Committee in Florida point out that they're telling people that they can't have cameras in the courtroom, but if they had nothing to hide, and if they're truly being honest about this, why is it that you guys can't be in the courtroom and see exactly what we're seeing? Just because we're members of Congress does not mean we have authority moving you guys to know exactly what's happening in that courtroom. So just an update.

The president is doing well. he's in good spirits we're here today because we know that this is nonsense and should not be happening in the united states of america furthermore hey ladies and gentlemen we got a better feed with better audio. Here we go. Let's rock and roll. In Africa, the Middle East, and in South America, this is the type of country, those are the types of countries where they weaponize the judicial system against their political opponents. Maduro weaponized the judicial system in Venezuela against Guaido. Every prime minister of Pakistan knows if they lose to the other side, they're going to get put in jail. Is this what we want America to become?

This is what we're becoming. And then from the great state of Florida, let's talk about the judges. The judges in Florida in an effort to stay apolitical won't even attend an event. They won't even take a photo with a member of Congress so that the public believes they are objective. But yet we have a judge that's contributing. We have a judge whose daughter is making money. We have a judge whose family is enriching themselves on what's happening today. Any judge worth their salt would have recused themselves because they care about the people's perception of justice. This isn't justice. This is politics. It's political warfare. And we see it happening in third world countries all over the world. I never thought I'd see it happening in the United States of America. Now, my colleague from the state of South Carolina, Ralph Norman. You know, pure and simple, this is, as the sign says, political persecution. No man should have to go through what President Trump is sitting through.

A judge is his own daughter who's making millions. It should not happen in America. The fact that this trial, look at the timing of it. Before the presidential primary, before the conventions, having Donald Trump sit here, their whole purpose is to keep him off the campaign trail so that he can't do what he does best. You know what their intent is? This is their intent, to put him behind bars. And the American people are going to say no.

They're not going to put an innocent man behind bars. What kind of political fear do they want to keep going? This is a kangaroo court, pure and simple. My colleague Lauren Bovert from Colorado. The radical left wants President Trump to simply go away. And if President Trump just went away, this would all go away as well. They do not want him to be in this race. They know that he is the number one candidate for president of the United States for the 2024 election and they are doing everything that they can to interfere in yet

another election. Well, I got news for the radical left and the weaponized DOJ. President Trump is not going anywhere. He's coming back for another four years. And we are not going anywhere either. We are here to stand with him as he stands up for you, the American people. He has laid everything on the line to defend our great nation. And I'm so grateful for him sitting in that court today, seeing the lack of credibility from Michael Cohen, who has lied in front of all branches of Congress, of government. This is an issue. Someone who is an admitted liar, who has committed tax fraud, someone who has a podcast, who screams explicitness against President Trump, saying that it would be better for him, that he can't wait for President Trump to be locked up behind bars. Someone who wears a shirt with President Trump behind bars,

he said today in court even that it would personally affect him. The outcome of this case, the outcome of this case personally affects Cohen. Everything that he has done personally affects him and he wants President Trump to suffer. That is why he has done what he has done. That's why he has told the lies that he has. And we are here today to counter those as we stand for our friend, President Donald J. Trump. And I appreciate the millions of Americans who stand in defense of him while we have corrupt judges who he's not even allowed to speak of because of their corruptness. A corrupt judge whose daughter is making some $100 million, raising $100 million for campaigns against President Trump.

This is a scam. It is a sham. It is a show. And we are here to expose every bit of it. Mr. President, we stand with you. My colleague from the great state of Tennessee, Andy Ogles. two tiers of justice and if the American government was weaponized against its own citizens, you don't have to wonder anymore. You don't have to wonder. The American people are not stupid. There are patriots in this nation who want to know the truth. And we are here to support President Trump to do just that. And why we have a court with a corrupt judge and a convicted felon is the star witness placing a gag order on President Trump so that he can't be out here touching and winning the hearts of the minds of the american people, which he definitely has behind him. The american people definitely see through this. They're not buying it this time and we're here to

stand with President trump and to let them know that are trying to silence it that we will not be silenced. We will not be intimidated. him and Stormy Daniels. The American people know what's going on. You guys know what's going on. You guys know why President Trump is here. Why is he here? Right there, political persecution. They can't beat him. They can't beat him and everybody knows it.

The polls are showing it right now. They couldn't beat him. They tried to take him out with the Russian scandals. They tried to impeach him multiple times. And the American people also know that he could have retired down to Florida and lived the American dream. But he came back. Why? Because he sees what's happening in this country. And this is just one more example of it. And one more reason why we came up here, we volunteered our time, is because we represent good Americans that are tired of this crap too. Yeah, that's right.

She is too. And I know there's many other people that are tired of it. And they want us to fight for this country. They want us to make America great again. And they know that President Trump, that's right. They know that President Trump is the biggest obstacle in between them destroying this country and turning it into some totalitarian state. And that's what they want. Just like this judge up here. All right. We're not going to allow that to happen. I know President Trump isn't going to allow it to happen. And you are going to see come November, even people that hated President Trump's

saying that these undemocratic efforts must be stopped. They must be defunded. We must use our Article I powers to stand against election interference. We're here because we've got to defend him because the gag order that's put on him.

Have you ever seen it before where a gag order, instead of trying to protect, to make sure that the accused gets a fair trial, this gag order is to ensure that he cannot defend himself fairly. We're here to defend him and to tell the truth about this travesty of justice, this political persecution, this election interference, this rigging of elections, this collusion between the Department of Injustice and these crooked courts in New York City, whether it's Michael Colangelo, who went from the DOJ to New York City, whether it's Fannie Willis, his boyfriend, who billed the taxpayers of Georgia for time up here in New York City, colluding with the Department of Justice. We are President Trump's boys. We have his back. He will ultimately be proven innocent. Thank you.

What the hell is that about? This press conference was really interesting. That was like 10 straight minutes of flamethrowers, and Fox News cut away.

One big event that you're probably going to want to watch is the Joe Biden, Donald Trump debates. Now, sadly, these debates have been rigged in favor of Joe Biden. You knew this would be the case.

We covered it yesterday, but it doesn't matter. Donald Trump's bringing the energy. What do we mean by rigged? Well, they're going to be, they're going to be on CNN. They're going to be two jack wagon CNN moderators, Jake Tapper and Dana Bash. These are the kind of people who hate Donald Trump and have done everything that they possibly can do live to try and hamstring or kneecap Donald Trump when Donald Trump was on CNN airwaves. And we have a perfect example of that, by the way. Jake Tapper hates Donald Trump. Like what? Like why liars get this thing? I can't figure out why are liars? When liars get rewarded for lying, there's no incentive to ever tell the truth. So why, like why tell the truth in corporate media? Blessedly, the corporate press and corporate TV and cable news TV is just going the way of the dodo bird. It's all collapsing.

And when Donald Trump retires from politics, hopefully long into the, into the, in the future, but when Donald Trump does retire, I think that it will bring the implosion of the entire corporate media ecosystem, along with Jake Tapper. Here's what this guy is going to get a Trump debate. Here's how Jake Tapper has managed Donald Trump being live on CNN airwaves, a hysterical, bitchy, hissy fit, cortisol pumping, low T, full soy, meltdown. Watch this guy. As we watch Donald Trump attempt to turn his arrest and indictment into some sort of campaign commercial, the folks in the control room, I don't need to see any more of that. He's trying to turn this into a spectacle, into a campaign ad. That's enough of that. We've seen it already. Here he is right now under my voice.

You hear him repeating his anti-immigrant rhetoric. President Trump, now in quarantine, has become a symbol of his own failures. He is running the single most negative, sleazy campaign in American history for a major party candidate. If you were to open up a copy of Hitler's Mein Kampf, you would find the Nazi leader describing the mixing of non-Germans with Germans as poisoning. There's really no other way to say it. Donald Trump's language mirrors this directly. He pushes the government of the United States to use its power and credibility to justify his lies. The Trump is Hitler guy gets a debate.

See how rigged everything is? Does it turn your soul black? I hope it doesn't. We're not trying to be doomers or black pillars on this program. But if there is no incentive to tell the truth, and if liars get rewarded for lying and calling Trump Hitler and breaking away and having, uh, pushing the collusion hoax and so on and so on, every single hoax, Jake Tapper is a full-on rage filled, uh, roided out collusion hoaxer pushed every single hoax against Trump. Now he's rewarded with a debate that's going to be seen by, you know, 60, 70 million people. It's a terrible incentive. These debates should be done by Tucker Carlson. These debates should be done with Joe Rogan as the moderator. That's the way

it should work. It's a disgrace. It's a disgrace. It's such a broken system. It's such it's so fraudulent. It makes me so angry. Here's Donald Trump's reaction, by the way, to the Biden debates. I wonder whether or not he shows up because, you know, he also challenged me to golf. So I'm a very good golfer. He can't hit a ball 50 yards. He said, I'll give him three a side, but he knows he'll never play. This is sort of like that, I think. But I hope not, because I really think he has to debate. He might as well get it over with. Probably should do it early so that he can, you know, he's not going to get any better. Donald Trump saying, trolling Joe Biden fully, saying that Joe Biden won't be able to make it to the podium. That doesn't think Joe Biden's going to be awake for the debates.

What's Joe Biden going to do without mommy's little helper? Without being able to splice or clip all of his comments together? What's going to happen to Joe Biden? What are they going to put him on? They're going to put him on the stuff they put him on before the State of the Union. Ah!

Laura Trump talking about the debates and what the strategy is going into these debates. We thought this was really important because things are about to get spiced. Yeah, I love that ad. It brings the energy. Laura Trump, go. Well, he called their bluff. I mean, in a lot of ways, people probably saw that video, which you talked about with 13 seconds long, five jump cuts. They probably spent the whole day, Sean, putting that together with Joe Biden with a lot of heavy editing, obviously, to get that. And I think they thought, well, we'll put this out there and there's no way that Donald Trump agrees to do this. And he said, yeah, I'll do it because I said anytime, anywhere, any place he is unafraid.

And so while the scales are always tipped against him, this is not the first time. Think back to 2016 when Hillary Clinton and the DNC paid for the Steele dossier to actually collude with Russia to influence an election. Think about the former intelligence agents from the CIA who, of course, signed on to the letter to say the Hunter Biden laptop story was fake whenever it was real. The scales have always been tipped against Donald Trump. And this year, more than ever, with all the lawfare, with all we've seen against him in some crazy way, Sean, they've actually prepared him for this moment because he's not afraid of anything they throw his way. He's not a typical politician. He is not more concerned with protecting his image than he is with speaking directly to the American people. He's blunt. He's honest. And he is completely transparent.

They're ready to go, baby. They are ready to go, baby. It's going to be exciting.
