Monday, January 5th, 2026, Tim Walls has resigned. Not from his office, I think that might come next, but from the governor's race. That is breaking news as of right now. Tim Walls is out. We're going to cover it on the show. Somebody who we've become quite close with J.D. Vance, we were able to travel with him a little bit. A man arrested after using hammer to break windows at J.D. Vance's home. A 26-year-old Ohio man was arrested for smashing J.D. Vance's house. William D.4 is his name. He's charged with obstruction, official business, criminal damaging. and endangering criminal trespass vandalism according to the Hamilton County jail records. His first court appearance is Tuesday. He's like a psychotic, baby-faced loser.

Here, look at this guy. The Associated Press citing two law enforcement officials reported that Secret Service agents heard loud noises at the home, smashing of the windows, broken windows with a hammer, trying to get in the house. Dude was able to get right up to J.D.V.S.'s' house and enter his home.

Thank God, J.D. Vance wasn't there. He said in a statement on X. I appreciate everybody's well-wishes after the attack on our home. As far as I can tell, it was crazy, dude, trying to hammer out my windows. I'm grateful of the Secret Service, Cincinnati, please. Just call it what it is. Call it what it is. You're like, the guy was able to walk right up to J.D. Vance's window

and to enter his house by smashing a hammer through the glass. So that's a weapon. That is now, that is now like been inside of J.D. Vance's private residence. It's terrifying. So what if it was a gun? Again, what if you smash the window and then you had a pistol, right? You had a handgun.

They all have to go to jail and they should be purplocked, frog marched, just like Trump just did with Nicholas Maduro. You know it comes to the last 48 hours. You've like spent your entire life fighting for an America. That is as strong as what we've just witnessed in Venezuela. And there's so many things to talk about.

But why don't we just start there since I know that that is your cup of tea, somebody who's flown Apache helicopters. You've got to get you, you must have. have been freaking bursting when you saw those helicopters and fortunate sun playing in the background flying over Caracas as the bombs dropped. The floor is yours. Congressman, tell me about the last 48 hours. When it unfolded early in the morning, I was paying attention and I was watching it from 2 o'clock in the morning. I didn't go back to sleep. Monitoring the situation. Oh, my, and I was looking at my boys going there, going there, getting after him. I was like,

yes, please, go get some. This is the whole point of what it means to be. be America first. And I want people understand something. A lot of people that think that now we're getting an endless quagmires and endless wars, that's not what's happening. Let's listen to Democrats that we're talking so much trash about Iran and how we're going to get in a World War 3. And now we hear crickets. Now we see a strategic, precise operation that can only be done by the greatest fighting force that exists on planet Earth to remove Maduro and it was nothing short of majestic. I've never seen anything like this, this kind of precision basically in the history of the entire country. And when I watched Marco Rubio and I watched Secretary of War talk about

this, you know, F around and find out. If you don't know, now you know. If you think about the warning that he gave to Maduro months ago, Maduro should have taken the deal. But this is what America first is all about. If you've noticed, we're not going to be involved in the endless war. I am somebody that was involved in the endless war. This is strategic. This is positioning us as leaders in the world. And we're not going to spend trillions of dollars doing this. And in fact, you probably spent the equivalent of a pack of Newport's and some bubblelicious to basically remove a dictator. And then guess what? We get oil on top of it.

Let's go. If you're watching and paying attention, we are not going to end up in an endless war. This is positioning, positioning ourselves in the world to let everybody know that we are in charge. Look at us. We are the captains now. This is what it means to be America first. It means to lead from the front and not get an endless war. This is the message that's been shot across the bow,

and now the world's going to have to pay attention to us. President Trump is in charge. Daddy's home. And now you have to understand that this is what America first means. And I'll end with this, brother. A lot of people feel like, well, you know, why would we, you know, go and attack Venezuela? Why would we do that?

Why would we remove a dictator? You know, is this really the whole point of this? Hold on. This is America leading, and then you watch and see the fallout. We're not going to spend trillions of dollars in this quagmire. We are not going to spend our own treasure and our own resources. In fact, we're going to spend their own treasure. We're going to spend and use their oil to pay for this.

And on top of that, we are ending narco-terrorism. That's absolutely destroying the very heart and soul of this country. And guess what? That's what it means to keep America first. My man. I believe those, I have the right timeline, right? And Barack Obama or George W. But just George W. Bush. Okay. So with George W. Bush, you have 170,000 troops deployed and on the ground in Iraq.

You have nearly 5,000 U.S. casualties. It takes eight years to find and capture Saddam Hussein and Osama bin Laden. it takes even longer. It takes 10 years. And these wars with Donald Trump, in contrast, are over before you even get to decide whether you like the war or not. Right. I mean, like the Delta Force is out, is back having dominoes, you know, double pepperoni, back at base before Libs even get a chance to cry on TikTok about this.

So can you explain the contrast, please, Congress? You know, it's actually unbelievable. It's actually remarkable to watch. It's when you're looking at what happens when we use a strategic, precise operation to achieve an objective that's been identified and clearly stated. Let's get this job done, and then we could just move on. And by the way, this was done. I was up at 2 o'clock in the morning washing it. And by the time I had a cup of coffee in the morning, a Maduro was on a USS Iwojima.

That's exactly the point. That's the capabilities that we have when we have strong leaders. But here's the funny part about this. I am watching my Democrat colleagues and liberals have a complete meltdown over this. These are the same people that we're talking about no kings. This is the same people that are talking about President Trump being a king. We literally remove a ruthless narco-terror dictator and then now you're defending him? See, this is where we start having silly season in politics and silly season amongst us because these are not serious people.

At the end of the day, your Trump derangement syndrome should not be more important than your care for this country. guess what this was a righteous hit this was a good idea this is going to work out not just for us but for the entire world we warned this guy and he didn't heed the warning and then now you paid the consequences and under the obama administration how many times the president obama threatened somebody but then didn't take any action and then they just rolled over us that is not the america that we have today and watching my liberal colleagues have a complete meltdown over getting rid of moduro oh my gosh this is exactly the point and going into the and midterms, that this is a position of strength that we are leading from. And this is how the America First agenda needs to continue to be and then watch and see what happens, Benny. We're not going to be in the endless war. We're not going to spend trillions of dollars. We're not going to lose 5,000 soldiers. I mean, 14 of those 5,000 of some of my West Point classmates that gave their lives for this great nation. And by the way, their sacrifice was not wasted. Obviously, giving your life for this great nation is a way to die in honor. But let's make sure that we have

leaders that if we're going to use our greatest resource, which is our sons and daughters, that go into battle and fight for freedom and fight for our country, we'll use it for the right reasons. Not a helicopter was shot down, not an American life was lost. This is the definition of precision. We've seen it two times in one year. We saw it in Iran. We're seeing it here, and this is what we voted for. What I also voted for was communists getting black bagged in the dark of night thrown into the back of a helicopter, watching us lob a couple heaters into the Hugo Chavez tomb, and then frog marched through New York City as Zohan Mandami watches. I love this footage. I love the fact that is all happening in 4K and also signing away the waiver and variance for them to fly right over the Statue of Liberty.

What a elegant touch for President Trump. Talk to me about. this, Congressman, the footage of Maduro every single second chained and dragged through New York, a humiliation ritual. There it is. What? An unbelievable footage. Flying Maduro, the communist dictator over the Statue of Liberty, while Zohan Mandami and AOC sit there and watch, helplessly, learning about all of it on X. It seems to be also a political strategy and masterclass by the president. He was blindfolded, Madreira was blindfolded, and I would like to think that as they flew over the Statue of Liberty, they lifted up in the blindfold and said, look at a little lady Liberty right there, looking at their beautiful in our great state of New York. This is absolutely unbelievable. This is what freedom is all about. Welcome to America. Check out that perp walk on top of it. Let's perp walk this guy after you called us cowards. After you said, come and get me, you're never going to do that. America doesn't have that kind of might. America doesn't have that kind of power. And then I listened to General Raising Kane's description of what happened. we knew what you had for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

We knew where you were. We knew where your family lived. We knew exactly where you were going to be at any time, and we can get you whenever we want. That's exactly what we did. This is the definition of American strength. This is the definition of American might. And we don't have to get an endless wars when we behave this way,

because people will just simply respect us. The reason why, you know, you watch President Trump, you know, basically missling a boat, off the coast, narco boats off the coast of America is because of this. Imagine being your narco terrorist and you're sitting there trying to smuggle drug them through this country, you might wake up and eat a missile in the morning. See, that's called the ultimate act of deterrence. And people have to understand that there are people in this world that want to see the end of this great nation. They want to kill every last one of us. This is the kind of

strength that we have to display. That's the definition of peace through strength. And we're going to perk walk this leader through the streets of New York as a as a humiliation ritual, which is a great way of putting it to let everybody know that this too can be you if you don't heed the warning. You play stupid games, you win stupid prizes. And it's just how it's going to be for the next three years. So buckle up. Now real quickly, you understand sort of the geopolitics of all this in your many committees in the House. Some of them encompass these global affairs. But Venezuela wasn't really a true state. It was simply a proxy actor for Russia and Iran and China in order to wage and Cuba in order to wage biological warfare and chemical warfare

on America. This was a state actor that was actively attacking our nation. The biological warfare is obviously facilitating the criminal invasion of this country in hand and in league with Democrats. And then the chemical warfare is fentanyl and all the drugs, which of course need to be sophisticatedly made in order to be as lethal as they are. And so what does this say to China, to the Don Roe doctrine, I guess, we're going to call it now, which is the mastery of our own hemisphere. Can you sort of break that down for us, Congressman?

I mean, just like I said, we are now, we are now in charge. And China was fighting a proxy war through rogue nations like Venezuela to kill and harm Americans. And they've been doing it for the last, for the last few years since President President Biden was in charge. And we sat by idly and did nothing about it. And so again, they were given a blank check to arbitrarily murder and kill innocent Americans. And this has been an issue that popped up during the Biden administration because there was no respect and make no mistake about it, that this was purposely done to harm and kill our young people. Again, Fittinol's smuggling to this country and enough Fitton all was smuggling to this country to kill every single American five times. And we had a president that did nothing

about it. And as I stated earlier, Maduro was given a chance to cut a deal. He didn't want to cut a deal because he thought this was the same feckless leadership that we had during the Biden Harris administration. And then now he has found out, well, I made a critical error and a critical mistake. And again, this puts the world on notice. We are not playing around. But I can't reiterate this to you enough. This is not the beginning of a long, endless war. Again, the 82nd airborne. First cab, I don't see them deploying en masse to Iran. I don't see them deploying in mass to Venezuela. We are going to take care of this and handle this from an economic standpoint. We're going to use natural resources to fight these kinds of wars. This is the way you do it.

You strike fast, you strike hard, you get in, you get out, and then you use other levers to continue to control these countries and fight these wars, not the levers of occupation. This is brilliant. This is the way forward for all presidents in the future that I, and I hope J.D. Vance will be next to continue. you this kind of strong leadership. Yes. Okay, so real quickly, I'm just going to bring up one of your absolute besties who lost her vice presidential candidate just earlier today.

Tim Walls dropping out. Kamala Harris sounding off on Nicholas Maduro, a defending Maduro, which is make your enemies defend the indefensible, right? So Kamala Harris is sitting there saying like, how dare we go take out Maduro when her and Biden had a $25 million warrant out for the arrest of Nicholas Maduro, which again, this is, it's nonsensical. She's saying here that President Trump is putting troops at risk, spending billions, and destabilizing the region, and there's no benefit to America.

That's what Kamala Harris says of this action. Your response to Kamala Harris, Congressman. Well, first of all, you're putting troops at risk. This is actually what we signed up for, to put us at risk. ensure that we carry out the needs wants and desires of this great nation this is the definition of america first this is kind of the whole point of it and again this is not a long endless quagmire we're not talking about world war three we weren't talking about world war three like they were talking about after the iran strike here we are again round two of this i can't wait to see what

what what the third act of this play is going to be i'm here i'm here for it at the end of the day but to watch them have this bad taste of trumped arraignment syndrome instead of looking at them tipping the cap and saying this for four years we have 25 million million dollar bounty on this guy and we were able to get him and you mean to tell me in a couple of hours this guy is sitting on the USS iwojima flying over the statue of liberty and getting perked walk through the streets of new york hey that's good work this is kind of the point this is president trump doing what most presidents always talk about doing but they never executed they're all bluster they're it's all about getting clicks it's all about it's all about being on the

next show but there's no actual action and that's why we weren't respected until president Trump came back in office again. And again, keep in mind, where would we be right now with a Harris-Walls administration? None of this would happen. Keep in mind, President Trump has saved us from a complete and utter disaster.

Where would we be right now? You know where we would be? You know what? More young people would still be dying. We would not be striking these narco-terror boats. We would not be stopping fentanyl. We would not be stopping China having a proxy war through Venezuela,

King and willing to harm and maim and kill our young innocent people. Let me tell you something. Respect is back in this country because of the Trump administration. And kudos and kudos to General Raisin-Kane. Kudos to our Secretary of State Bronco Rubio, our Secretary of War, Pete Hanks-F, and God bless the President of the United States, Donald Trump. This is leadership at its best. We've got to have more of it.

And I know this is just a prequel to what we're going to continue to see for the next three years. But as long as Democrats continue to talk like this and not pay omnibus, much you give credit where credit is clearly due and to watch them defend dictators. This is how we're going to continue to win in the midterms too. Let them keep talking. I love, I love ex posts like this that expose how they really feel about this great nation. Yeah, ex post like this. I love this from 2019 Kamala Harris. What's happening in Venezuela is a crisis. That's why I support permanent protected status for all Venezuelans in America. Got it? The action is like, Let all the criminal aliens come into America.

Let's have more Lake and Rilies. This is what, like, this was Kamala Harris's solution. Thank God. Like, just thank God that we have President Trump in office. Somebody who has just fled office or at the very least dropped out is Tim Walls. And before we go here, I just wanted to get your take on this. Tim Walls, of course, his political career is over. I think he'll be lucky if he avoids jail.

And I'd like to have your thoughts on that. And also his partner in crime, Ilhan Omar, Boy, Boy, oh, Boy, it sure seems like the walls are closing in on the Minnesota fraud scams. So many of those scams were run by your colleague in the House, Ilhana Omar. What should become of her? What should become of Tim Walls? This can't be the end, certainly. We need to see handcuffs at the end of the day.

We need to see handcuffs. And this is, again, a derelict of duty of leadership of Tim Walls. And this is exactly where President Trump spared us from. And the fact that we have been able to end this guy's career without, the help of legacy media is what this country is all about. This is why Elon Musk bought Twitter. This is why we have people like you that are fighting the good fight. This is why we have investigative journalists that are willing to go to social media and expose all this crap, even though CNN, MSLSD, I mean MSNBC, and the rest of them are never going to cover

it. We were still able to get justice by to get this guy to not run for re-election. Now, obviously, I want to see the next step here because this goes deep. and there's a reason why he's resigning. This is just the very tip of the iceberg. You are right. Democrats don't ever resign. But where there is smoke, there is a five alarm fire here. This is just the beginning. We need to continue to dig.

We need to get to the bottom of this. I sit on the House Judiciary Committee. We need to have hearings. We need to have investigations. This needs to go to the Senate. This has got to be exposed. And again, this is kind of the beginning of the cratering of the Democrat Party. And this is the beginning of the America First Movement,

putting enough pressure on them without the help of legacy media to get this done. That guy could have been our vice president and said we have JD Vance. I would consider that to be a serious upgrade. What's going to happen with Ilhan Omar? I mean, this, you know, is a moment I spent a break on the horn, just my phone melting down calling administration officials saying you have to understand. I mean, we've missed a few moments here and there. you have to understand the energy of this moment.

There's never been of greater crisis for the American people than watching a bunch of off-the-boat Somali pirates loot and steal our children's inheritance in our faces and laugh about it. And then try and then that one Somali, you know, influencer claiming that she's going to kill Elon Musk. I mean, it's flagrant. It's in our faces.

And it's disgusting to people. There's like trending was like, I don't want to pay taxes anymore. because people are losing faith in the system. You have to restore faith in the system through handcuffs, prosecutions, denaturalization, deportation. You need to see action.

Like, there needed to be, like, full action. I think it's been good. I think they've been doing well. Nothing. It's better than nothing. Yes, you're right. But like, you're a member of Congress. You want to run for Senate.

Ilhan Omar is sort of the poster child of this. So now that Tim Walls, the pressure on Tim Walls is going to dissipate now that he's starting to retreat, right? He's just going to lawyer up. Yes, look like Ilhan Omar is now the face of this fraud. What should happen to your colleague in the House? She's a sitting member. I know this is hard to do investigations on sitting members of Congress,

but it's not unprecedented. What should happen? Well, pending the findings of an investigation and given some of the proof that we have already seen that we already know exists, she needs to resign. Period. We have a full investigation, and she does not need to be serving in the halls of Congress.

That's it. How, in God's name, is she one of 435 people who clearly hate this country, who behaves this way, who, again, you're right, robbing and stealing my children's inheritance, our hard-earned taxpaying dollars is going to a Ponzi scheme, something like this, from her area, from her state, from a district, it's federal money, this is criminal, and pending a full investigation, because like I said, we actually have to go through our process. This is a constitutional republic, and people have to get their day in court. She's to resign. And my guess and my hope is that over time, we see the full truth in a full extent and how nefarious this really was to see how deep it runs and then we need hedge two role. That's what has to happen. And again, the wills of justice churned slowly. It's not going to happen as quickly as we would like. But keep in mind, even though some people may be frustrated with how slow things work, we could have had Kamala Harris and Tim Wells running this country. The alternative is exponentially worse than what we have right now.

If they were president and vice president, we wouldn't even be hearing about this scheme at all. It would all be swept under the carpet. So again, let's get the investigations done. We must have hearings. Let's get to the bottom of this. Let's return the money back to the American taxpayer. And let's make sure that those are responsible for this pay for it. Just very quickly here.

Last question. President Trump, it's always an honor when this happened. We shared our reporting on Ilhan Omar's very strange net worth. You know, she entered Congress way poorer than even you and me. She entered Congress $65,000 in debt. In debt. I know you come from a military family. I know you're very working class, congressman.

But 65 grand in debt. And now she's worth $30 million in just six short years. And that's according, by the way, not, I'm not doing that math. the one doing that math on our own disclosures right and so maybe it's maybe it's significantly higher than that um i just wanted to get your take on like well that seems really in your face right this seems like extremely egregious and grotesque for a member of congress to enrich themselves in such a manner this is the point of service um that's just that's a massive problem and you shouldn't be enriching yourselves while you are serving this nation why you are supposed to serve this nation

To kind of give you an example, I made a pledge that I will not trade a single stock while I am a United States congressman and the next United States senator from Texas. This is not my job to get paid and get rich while I'm in this job. I could do that when I'm when I'm done. So to watch somebody's net worth a climb in that manner, basically from what I can tell and from what it looks like because of the American taxpayer and because of a potential Ponzi scheme, that again, we'd have a full investigation that gets done. but you are right to go from being to go from being worth you know 60 negative 65,000 dollars to 30 million of that should certainly raise eyebrows when you are quote unquote a public servant the one thing that I love about my family is brother you touched on it you know my mom that my excuse me my mom my mom served too while her family served but but my dad's retired colonel sister brother all of us me we're all westport graduates 60 years worth of military service in my family operative word service

when you choose to serve this country that doesn't mean you get rid of which why you do it. That's actually wrong. That's not how this works. And by the way, it may not be illegal, but it most certainly is immoral. So instead of just turning a blind eye and watching people and rich themselves in this manner, we need to really clamp down on this. And this is why people don't trust politicians. This is why people don't trust what we're doing up in D.C. This is why people like me are running in the age as a young man to ensure that I serve this country and, you know, someday I'll make more money later. But I cannot do it while I'm serving you and we the people in this constitutional republic again full investigation needs to be done and those

that break the law and those that break the trust of the american public they must resign or they must see time must resign and they must see time that's great it's something that you could say as a catchphrase you could also say this is a catchphrase uh congressman i'm the captain now oh my your team i'm this is getting posted all over my look at me look at me i'm the captain now look at me That's, this is, oh my gosh. You send this to John Cornyn. Can we make John Cornyn?

Look at me. I'm the captain now. There you go. That's right. I'll never like that guy. I don't care. I'll never like that guy. His little team attacked my team on social media.

Petty little bitchy fights. I can't stand it. You should never attack your own side like that. So he lost my faith entirely. Congressman, we certainly hope you are the captain of the Texas Senate. Can somebody investigate that? It's another $30 million from a venture capital firm run by her shady ass husband with a bunch of other DNC apparactics and Obama people that wiped their website clean

as soon as the Somali fraud hit. That's a matter of fact. Nobody can explain where the money comes from. Where's all their investment money coming from? What venture capital from, it went from $0 to millions and millions of dollars under management, like overnight. in 2022, when a lot of the fraud was occurring. This is just a matter of fact.

You know, if you look up their address, it's a we work location in D.C. You'd think if it was this really prominent, prestigious hedge fund that you'd have like a little building in Georgetown or something. Nope, we work. It's not even an office. It's like a rental desk. Something shady is going on here and there's a perfect person to talk about it. Somebody who's been such a champion and a fighter for immigration, lawful immigration, and thoughtful immigration from countries that,

well, will actually make America a better place and not a worse place, is the incredible Trisha McLaughlin, the assistant deputy secretary, the Department of Homeland Security. Joining us now. What tidings of great joy you bring to our program that Tim Walls has now resigned in disgrace. In part, I believe, to broken immigration policies and the federal government being incapable of truly understanding that when you bring in the third world to America, you become the third world.

That scandal really got out of control. something you've been worrying about for a long time. Yeah, good riddance, but this is certainly good news for the American people, good news for his constituents. This looks like generational fraud, rampant fraud, but I will say, Benny, we have surge federal resources to Minneapolis. We have over 1,000 Homeland Security investigators on the ground as we speak, as well as hundreds of additional ICE agents, and more and more are coming.

So far, we've had a thousand, arrests of criminal legal aliens just in the last few weeks alone, but then this is a three-prong approach as well. Our Homeland Security investigators are going door to door, following leads, going to local businesses, suspected fraud sites, whether it be daycares, health care centers, or other organizations that get taxpayer dollars. And then, of course, we also have had an ongoing immigration fraud, a really wide-scale investigation, Benny, about 1,300 cases, 40% of which we've seen that there's been some sort of frog going on. But I also want to talk about what's happening to our law enforcement there on the ground.

We are seeing a widespread campaign primarily by Hilton hotels to try and bar our law enforcement from being on the ground. What's happening is we were seeing that our law enforcement officers, when they were using their government emails, to try and get a government rate for their rooms, they were being turned away, told that they could not get a room at these Hilton hotels. And then they started using their personal emails. Benny, what they were doing and what Hilton Hotels has admitted to doing, and we will bring these receipts is the hotels were Googling the names of the guests,

finding out that they were involved with immigration enforcement work and saying that they couldn't stay there. So we will have more coming on that, but that is a concerted effort in the Minneapolis area by Hilton Hotels, which is, of course, owned by J.B. Pritzker's family to try and really thwart and stonewaller efforts to root out this fraud and root out these criminal legal aliens. This is remarkable. So Hilton and not, not Hyatt, the Hilton hotels? Hilton hotels. Yes. Okay. So this is, because I believe J.B. Pritchker is Hyatt. Please, producers, you check with that. Yeah, let's check on that. Yeah. So, so, so yeah, producers, please check that. I know that J.B. Pritcher owns the Hyatt Hotel brand. J.B. Pritcher does own the Hyatt Hotel brand. But you're saying that these are the Hilton hotels. Yeah. We'll share. We'll share the receipts with your producers after this. That's, that's atrocious.

This. We're going to blow this up because that's in its own way impeding federal law enforcement and a massive national brand trying to make our country less safe. Has Hilton, like, have you reached out to them for comment on that? Has anybody made contact with them? They're not letting your agent. They're not letting your agents book rooms. Yes. And this isn't one or two instances. This is a collective concerted effort. Not just our. law enforcement agents, but any government official affiliated with Department of Homeland Security. Wow. That's atrocious. We may have to start our own little boycott here for Hilton if they are indeed engaging in this kind of activity. That's awful. So please, yeah, send that along. We'll be happy to work with you and run a boycott against Hilton. I use Hilton hotels all the time. I had no idea that this was happening. Yeah, it's atrocious. And they're trying to thwart our work. They're trying to keep these law enforcement agents out so they don't have a place to stay so they can't do their work. And it shouldn't be, and Benny, as we've talked about before, this should not be a political issue.

Rampant fraud in stealing from the U.S. taxpayer, it should be a bipartisan issue. No one should want this. Yes, no one should want the fraud that we saw exposed by the small community in Minneapolis. What is your agents finding on the ground? I know that there were some videos, very pleasant agents, DHS agents, and home. Homeland Security Investigation agents going door to door. What have you been finding? I mean, have you shut down any of these fraudulent locations?

Have you found any evidence of mass fraud? I mean, it seems pretty self-evident, right? With the daycares, with no children in them. Oh, certainly. Nick Shirley, I mean, did remarkable work. And our Homeland Security investigators, I mean, this is a wide-scale investigation. So I can't get too far ahead of what exactly that they're finding as we're getting these warrants, criminal warrants and starting to make these arrests on the ground. But the American people should demand and they do demand that there's accountability and there's answers for

what has happened on the ground there. So we will deliver that. And like I said, we are surging resources really unprecedented on the ground there in Minneapolis. Okay. So we're getting reports. Another one dropped from CBS News last night about the kind of egregious wealth that was and has been created by. the Somali community, sometimes $50 million with a fraud per individual, $50 million. I mean, a lot of NFL quarterbacks don't get paid that. Somali pirate fraudsters can come here and steal that from the American taxpayers and from our children and the future of our children in this nation. It is something that is blackpilled. A lot of the American public,

and they just want action on it. Your DHS came out and said, you know, we're really considering denaturalization action against some of these major criminals. Can you explain that? I mean, I think that would really stick. A lot of people would say, wow, the Trump administration is really serious if they start denaturalizing people in this country. Yeah, under U.S. law, if you procure citizenship or a visa, a green card on fraudulent grounds, that is basis for denaturalization or removal of that visa or a green card. So, of course, President Trump has directed the Department of Homeland Security. We're doing a massive scale audit on these countries of concern, Somalia being among them. And so we're looking

at how were these citizenship procured, how are these visas procured. We know that the past administration, basic mechanisms were not being done, basic checks, we're not being done. And so we did see wide-scale fraud. We did see wide-scale abuse of our legal immigration system. And so It's really incumbent upon us to go back, see how this was procured. And if that means denaturalization, that's a route that's certainly on the table. Okay. So the legal process there, I mean, a lot of people say that Ilhan Omar engaged in immigration fraud as well. I mean, the White House is out posting articles about it.

What you're saying is that if somebody like Ilhan Omar was engaged in immigration fraud, that they could have their American citizenship stripped away, and there's a legal process for that. Oh, absolutely. That's under U.S. law. If they have procured their citizenship, this could be anyone, including Ilan Omar, on a fraudulent grounds. That could be revoked. Do you have success in those actions? I mean, we've read the New York Times piece. We've seen some of the buildup to this. We've seen the messaging on it. But are you seeing actual success? I know that this is a legal process, right? Absolutely.

This is a case-by-case basis, a legal process. This is something that President Trump has been very focused on. Secretary Nome has been incredibly focused on. But I do, Benny, if you wouldn't mind, I want to back up to also what we're seeing on the ground as far as some of these suspected fraudsters. What we're seeing, and I think that there has been some coverage of actually from you all, is that these people are really scrambling to cover. up their tracks and trying to create the illusion that there are legitimate business operations

and business practices going on when it's all a Fogazi. So that's something that I think we're going to see more and more of, and those viewers watching should be aware of. But our Homeland and Security investigators, our FBI and other law enforcement on the ground are also aware that this is going on, and they're not going to be, you know, rules, not going to be pulled over their eyes. Are you going to be fooled by the child actors who now have Craigless, Craiglist postings throughout Minneapolis where the daycares are asking for child actors to come in

and try and be staged at the daycare. I got the post up right here submitted by Liz Collins. She's a reporter in Minneapolis for Alpha News. Craigslist posts in search of child actors for daycare site to help hurry the state vetting process. We're looking for 20 child actors. Is this going to fool DHS? No, absolutely not. That is, that's the first. I'm seeing of that, Benny, and that is absolutely despicable. But I do have to say the media's culpability in this. I mean, we've seen the CNN reporting. We've seen other mainstream news outlets where they wanted really to cover for these fraudsters in Britain.

Don't believe your lying eyes. That this has not been going on. And it took an independent journalist and Nick Shirley to actually see and root out. And unearth the fraud that was right before our very eyes. Yes. Well, I mean, that's all positive. It's all well and good. We would love to see as many arrests as possible. It does seem to be incredibly widespread. Again, we have this super cut of independent journalists, dozens of them going door to door to these Somali daycares. And what's remarkable about this business, and I run a small business. And we want as many customers as possible, right? And for us, that's just like gaining audience, right? Building the size of the media company. There's every American business always wants. a customer, except for these Somali daycares, the first business in history that is impervious to having no customers and no children. And every time you try and sign your kid up, you get the door

slammed in your face. You got screamed at and the cops called on you. And this seems to be something that is happening around the country. And I guess I just want to talk your strategy, DHS strategy for how is this going to, how are you going to scale this? Because it seems endemic in the community. Washington State, Columbus, Ohio. How's DOHS going to approach fraud at a state level? Well, absolutely, you're completely correct. I'm from Columbus, Ohio, and we are seeing a lot of this is copy-paste tactics, similar networks, quite frankly. I mean, I think it does take that three-prong approach, though.

First of all, we had the immigration fraud nexus, of course, with USCIS. We have the immigration, actual illegal immigration and procurement of that. That is with ERO, Homeland Security Investigations. But we also have to look broadly at the federal government, SBA, the action that they're taking with HHS Treasury. Scott Besson has been fantastic on this issue following the money, but it's also going to take a degree of local cooperation. Of course, we're not going to get that out of Minneapolis. We are hoping we're going to get that out of Columbus. The mayor, Mayor Gunther has been anything but helpful there.

But it really is, it's all hands on deck with the Trump administration on this issue because we are seeing how rampant this fraud. It really is generational fraud that's being stolen from the American people. And they demand and will get accountability and justice. Are we going to see waves of third world migrants swamping the shores of America anytime soon? I've seen obviously Stephen Miller has been really hitting hard on that over the Christmas break and asking the question, like, has anybody ever made the case as to why bringing in people from cultures that are incompatible with America? And what I mean by that is child brides, cousin marriages, Sharia law, you know, zero women's

rights. Like these are things, these are societies that you probably don't want to live in, right? Like nobody would want Somalia to be a 51st state. You wouldn't, you wouldn't want the country to be attached to America, right? You wouldn't want to visit that place. So why would you be bringing people in from there? Tricia, can you like give me any explet? Have there anybody ever tried to explain why there are so many Somalis here in America?

Betty, I'm not the person to tell you, certainly, but I will say from a DHS perspective, of course, all the oxygen is so often around illegal immigration. I mean, about 20 million people come to this country illegally in the last four years alone. But what's talked about last night, I think that you and other independent journalists are doing a great job of speaking about is, happened the last four years with our legal immigration system and honestly probably even longer than that as programs like c hnv temporary protected status which was built to be temporary and yet it's being exploited and people are coming in for 20 25 years when we saw about half a million people come in from Venezuela alone using temporary protected status we're talking about uh hundreds of members

of trendaaaa who came in using that people with vicious horrendous rapture who came into our country legally using that program. It's a huge battle ahead of us for the Trump administration that we really have to go back. We have to look at who was legally led into this country, quote, unquote. And I mean, it's like they rubber stamped people in. They said, it's like legalizing murder and saying you got rid of violent crime. What's happened to our legal immigration system is really despicable.

So in closing here, Tricia, could you please talk about Nicholas Maduro because I don't think that people quite understand exactly how destabilizing Venezuela led to so much of the migrant crisis. Obviously, people are familiar with Lake and Riley and that story, but there are millions of Venezuelans who have flooded not just America, but a lot of other countries in South America and just how devastating Maduro's reign was there and how the immigration crisis was caused by a communist dictator. Absolutely. About 8 million people fled Venezuela. And that include hundreds of thousands, if not millions, coming to the U.S. illegally. What Nicholas Maduro did to enrich himself, really creating a narco-terrorist state, he is the world's largest dictator. We've all experienced friends, family members, colleagues we know who have been impacted by the fentanyl crisis, by overdoses. He is culpable. in that crisis. And I think that yesterday was one step closer to justice for the American people,

for American families. It's a day of hope for the Venezuelan people. But also, I mean, we talked before about temporary protected status. Those who came to the United States of America from Venezuela, they can leave the United States now, go home to the country that they love, and a day of hope that it's a much safer, more prosperous a country for them. We love it when you bring the receipts. Here's Trisha from back in May. Back in May. CNN pushing Venezuela dictator Maduro's propaganda,

calling house CNN. Deported mom says toddler's return to Venezuela was separation by U.S. authorities. It's a miracle. It does seem to be a full, like I guess the left doesn't quite know how to, doesn't quite know how to go after this one. So maybe you could write the headlines for them, Trisha, in closing here. What are the major immigration headlines now that we're entering a new year for the Trump administration when it comes to mass deportations, when it comes to stabilizing of South America, and when it comes to the immigration outlook for our country? Well, when President Trump entered office on January 20th, we had a broken ICE agency, just 10,000 officers.

Now we are up to 22,000 officers and 120% increase in our workforce. Americans can expect and they can demand an increase and arrest of criminal legal aliens around the country. You're going to be seeing our numbers skyrocket. I think we can certainly commit to that and you'll see more and more of it. What are the total deportation numbers? Is it around 2 million and 2.5 million with like self deportations? If you include self deportations, it's over 2 million.

think that that is such a bright spot and something that we probably don't talk enough about, is self-deportation, how it is a huge savings for the U.S. taxpayer. It's about $17,000 to arrest and deport someone. That's very much on the conservative end. So even with that offer, the CBP home app to give an individual in the country illegally $1,000 in a free flight home, that's still a massive, massive saving. So we're hoping that, you know, it's a virtuous cycle. The more people we arrest, the more people are going to self-deport because they see that's their only option. Well, it's been working. It is.

And we're, if you do two, if you do two, if you ramp that up and you're talking about 20 million criminal aliens, boy, you just might, you just, you just might really take a chunk out of that. here in Tampa, and the first thing that happened when I moved to Tampa was actually a march against Fidel Castro through these streets right in front of my house. It's like awesome. I was telling my wife, like, we have moved to a great place. We have moved to a wonderful city. This is the kind of city that I want to raise.

My kids in where there's anti-communist marches just randomly on Saturday mornings. My kids can sit there and want. Washington Trump on Mexico, saying that Claudia Scheinbaum, who is a total and complete asset of the cartels in Mexico, better watch your ass as well. And by the way, you have to do something with Mexico, Mexico guys to get there acting at it because they're boring through Mexico and we're going to have to do something. We'd love Mexico to do it. They're capable of doing it. But unfortunately, the cartels are very strong. to you have, and Claudia Scheinbaum, and he told me, I'd want to offer to send you a drug trafficking there.

didn't want other European powers. It was a really smart doctrine, and it is now being reformatted to the Don Roe doctrine. While it's not Europe that is colonizing the West any longer, it certainly is Russia, China, and emissaries of global Marxism that is trying to seize power and control in our hemisphere. Here we go. We got the largest oil reserve in all the world, and still the people wasn't able to get milk or eggs for their kids. So it was really a disaster. And the people of Venezuela are really crying right now because they are so happy that the President Trump took that killer out.

Yes. Maybe you could speak to some of the leftists. who I think get all of their news from teenagers on TikTok who are crying about Nicholas Maduro being arrested, saying that this is an attack on Venezuela. Kamala Harris included in all that. She, of course, ran for president as a Democrat, criticizing President Trump for arresting Nicholas Maduro. What do the people of Venezuela say about this? Look, Benny, 90% of the people of Venezuela wanted Maduro out, and actually, we vote for a regime change in Venezuela that didn't. happen because they began to kill people that were trying to manifest that we really wanted to change.

So they've been killing people by thousands for the last 20 years. They've been sending drugs to the United States. They've been sending criminals. They have been doing all this stuff in all the region. So, I mean, he has been the worst criminal that maybe this continent has half in the last 20 years. And we are really, really very happy that this nightmare is beginning to their end. Why are Democrats so upset about this? Because they are socialists also. I mean, there is no another reason. I cannot understand how anybody can be mad because anarcho-terrorism is in jail right now.

It's absurd. What about the socialists here in America, Alex Rohan Mandami, AOC, Bernie Sanders. They are all defending Nicholas Maduro and are very upset that he's being frog-marched through Manhattan. What do you say to them from somebody who had to flee Nicholas Maduro? Look, Wendy, this is something that we have to take care in the USA. I mean, you mostly are not going to find most conservative people than the key ones and the Venezuelan here in the U.S. The Venezuelan population, the Venezuelan Americans voted for President Trump, like 90% of the Venezuelan American voted for President Trump, is almost the same with the key ones. So the Hispanic

the Hispanic population are the most pro-conservatives, pro-Americans that you ever find. And we have to take care to, I mean, we don't want socialist in the USA. We live through this and we were running through this. And I mean, those people doesn't really understand what is to live in a socialist country. And I don't understand why if they want a socialist country, they don't move to Cuba or to Venezuela to really find out what is to living like that. in poverty without being able to buy food and with the government to tell you what can you what can you eat what can you say and how do you need to live your life yeah i mean i guess there are like socialist countries in the world why not just move to those countries if you love it so

much uh zohan mandami he's the flavor of the week he's a socialist now in charge of the center of capital in the world which is very strange uh in new york city who's very upset when Nicholas Maduro was being frog marched through the city. It happened again this morning, a humiliation ritual, for sure. Something that's got to actually make you pretty happy. What's your message to Zohan Mandami? I don't know how even I came again. I mean, they came for countries that was devastated by the same reason that they are voting right now.

And they are defending some policies that had never been implemented in the USA. If you follow what the fund and fathers established by the USA, we are a country here with freedom. We are a country that doesn't believe in collectivism. We're a country that doesn't believe in socialism. And they are really a mess. I mean, I think that the USA needs really, really, really to work and expel the socialists and the communities in this country.

Because if that doesn't happen, we're not going to have a problem. future here too. Yes. What is your message to President Trump in all of this? You know, is he's certainly being attacked by some. What is the message from Venezuelans to President Trump? You said 90% of Venezuelans support this. Yeah, yeah, 100%. Beni, look, the Venezuelas are really grateful with President Trump. The regime is still in charge in Venezuela. I mean, it's a long process. We have to spell every one of them. Because until that doesn't happen, we're still going to have this narcotrafficking crisis and all that stuff. I mean, it's not an easy job.

I mean, to take out Maduro, it was a huge thing, but I think that we still have some work to do. But we are super grateful with President Trump. He's a hero for the Venezuelan people. And I think that we are going to have some status of the President Trump in the main street of Caracas. There's going to be a statue of Trump in Caracas? Yeah. 100%. 100%.

You're going to replace the mausoleum of Hugo Chavez, the one that was bombed? It was already destroyed, so it will be hilarious. Hey, you're going to have to demolish it. Okay, so yeah, like just real quickly here, what's next for Venezuela then? Like, you know, what's what is the road back to being a functional democracy and a functional first world country? Venezuela was the richest and most profitable country in all of South America not too long ago, just a few decades ago before communists took it over and ruined everything. Yeah, for sure. Look, I mean, the Venezuelan people is a little bit concerned,

because as I was saying, the regime is still in charge. But we got Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, that we believe that is the best Secretary of State that the U.S. have in the last century. He's great. And he's going to take care of everything with the Venezuelan people. Actually, President Trump said yesterday that they are running Venezuela. So I think that we are in good hands. And I think that once everything is settled, we're going to have our leaders backs in Venezuela. We are going to be the best ally that the U.S. has ever happened. Explain that.

Would that mean just like economic cooperation, military cooperation, Obviously, these are like really, this is critically important because Venezuela is right there on the Caribbean, not too far from off the coast of America. It's really bad to have China, Iran, Russia, Hezbollah, being able to, you know, have operations inside of that country. They have to be in kick out. They have to be in kick out of Venezuela, for sure. We want to work with USA companies. We want to have like the best ally in our hemisphere. And we can work in every step, not only in security, but also in energy. We got all these minerals, we got oil, we have everything, and we want to work with the USA company

for sure. Okay. Looks like the future is bright. I'm glad to hear it. I'm sorry for what your family had to go through. I hope that people heed your warning. There are millions and millions and millions of Venezuelans who are celebrating right now. And I think that's kind of all that matters, actually.

I wanted to talk about it for the, you know, the top line of where the country's headed and why we are going to swing and fight so freaking hard for the future of this nation because I believe that we are at the precipice right now of something pretty remarkable happening. There are a lot of people who wanted 25 to end. And you're probably one of them. It was a tough year. I want to talk you through at the end of this show, which we always try and share positive news at the end of the show. And we are successful in that because we have our verse of the day. But I wanted to share with you some of the positive energy that we have going into 26 so that you're locked in for what we are fighting for. Here is where we're headed. Okay. Let's start. Faith is surging among young people. Right now, young people for the first time in history are going to church and have higher belief in gods

than their parents' generation. That's never happened in modernity. Hasn't happened. It's truly historic. Murders in America are at record lows because we've been locking up criminals and throwing them in prison for good. We've been arresting criminals, drug dealers, getting the filth off our streets. Thank you, Dan Bongino, who also is done at the FBI as of yesterday. Dan Bongino signing off yesterday from what I believe to be an excellent tenure at the FBI, good and bad and ugly. But nonetheless, an impossible job done as skillfully as possible by Dan. We're proud of Dan. Talk about a man who actually sacrificed for his nation. Life expectancy in America. is at an all-time high.

Suicide rates are plummeting. Overdose rates are plummeting. Give me that data. Give me the data. Jack, I know you got it. Life expectancy. At an all-time high, families are growing. American-child populations are up.

Native-born American populations are skyrocketing. Foreign-born populations are collapsing. Native-born jobs are skyrocketing 100% of the jobs. Last year went to native-born Americans. while foreign-born workers lost three million jobs in this country. Three million jobs. Native-born jobs up 2.7 million. All job growth going to actual Americans.

Historic manufacturing resurgence in our country happening in the United States of America. True, truly on-shoreing of the American dream back into our country. the restarting of manufacturing. They renaissance of our economy where we build things again. This is the year of the builder. Historic restoring of American jobs and reshoring of American jobs

from overseas. Inflation collapsing. GDP is skyrocketing, very healthy indicators for the economy. The border is closed. There were 2.5 million total deportations. Some of those were self-deportations. Some of those were forcible deportations.

yourself will be easier you'll make more money and there's been a resurgence in american identity and optimism primarily a young among young people primarily among young people pop it up there you go look at this we've decided not to kill ourselves anymore isn't that nice i mean this is partially closing the border and limiting the drug supply but it's also i believe people finding hope. You just decide you're not going to commit suicide. You decide you're not going to OD. Look at these OD rates. They're collapsing. The murder rates look exactly the same. Been on an absolute upward trajectory for your entire life, a parabolic upward trajectory, and it's now collapsing. Why? Why do people decide to not commit suicide? Why do people decide

to live longer? Why do people decide to get healthier? Because they actually believe that that they'll be in America left for them. They believe in something. They believe that the country is going to provide them some opportunity. They're not distraught. They're not hopeless any longer. They're not addicted to pills or alcohol.

They're not slobs. They're not obese. They can take care of themselves. They can stand upright and fight. And there's something to fight for. That is spiritual. That's something bigger than you or me. And that's something that is God's province for our nation.
