They were also ordered not to wear law enforcement outfits or gear. They were supposed to wear polos and make it look like they were just people walking around Palm Beach.

and then proceeded to open fire and try and murder them all. And damn near almost accomplished his mission. Multiple helicopter medevacs. Do you remember that? Do you even remember the name of that man? No, you don't. Because your cucked Republican Party in Washington, D.C. decided to hold hands with Nancy Pelosi and the people who are radicalizing their base and encouraging that violence. Remember Maxine Waters, no Republican should be allowed anywhere, anytime, right? We should surround them at all times and scream them out of society. That's what Maxine Waters says. The true insurrectionists, the true violent left who mask off, it's been a mask off moment ever since Occupy Wall Street, obviously through like from the radicalization of the 1970s, the bombings of federal buildings through the Obama years, through the first day of the Trump administration,

because I was at the inauguration. I was at Trump's victory party in 2016 in Manhattan, and I was at Trump's inauguration, and I had to walk by the smoldering rubble on the streets. Oh, you don't remember that the radical left, when Donald Trump was swearing in on the Bible, even though we have the screaming leftist lib meme, and that's really funny, that they were burning Washington, D.C. to ashes, setting cars on fire, trash and rubbish bins on fire. These people are violent because young religions that are trying to gain a foothold or convert people via the sword are always violent. These people are part of a religion and it's important to couch it in that way. They have compete. There's a competing religion. There are competing religions, but they are part of a cult.

The modern day Democrat party are part of a cult and they see violence as a means to an end. That is why today we can talk about the assassination, how they'd be totally okay with the assassination of Donald Trump. This is what these people do. You could see their sacrament during COVID,

the COVID lockdowns. You can't stand next to anybody. You can't go out to eat. We're going to shut down and destroy your business. You're not allowed to travel anywhere or move. We're going to lock you in your house. That's their sacrament. That's what these people are. These people are, it's demonic. It's against human nature. It's their religion. It actually makes a ton of sense. The kneeling, the fealty, the tomes, the screaming, the rights.

It all makes sense if you couch it in terms of they're part of a cult and they're part of a religion and they see murder and violence and burning down your city as just part as as a means to an end and you know what they'll do it i witnessed all this violence in washington dc when i was a young reporter there and throughout the trump years i don't know young but i was in my you know i was in my 20s early 30s and i watched the violence on Trump's inauguration. I watched the violence as Republicans were shot to pieces by Democrats on baseball fields. I watched the violence continue. Madonna saying she wants to blow up the White House.

Maxine Waters saying that you should chase Republicans out of any time anywhere. Let's fast forward because there's too many instances to name. Fast forward to May the 20th, 2020, when Antifa stormed the White House. Antifa and BLM stormed the White House with the express intent of murdering Donald Trump. And who was the bad guy in all that? Donald Trump, because he secured the White House. They burned down buildings at the White House. They burned down St. John's Church. And they said they me, because I was there that day with a camera, they said to me, the goal was to kill Trump. That was their goal. They stormed the White House fences.

I think we even have footage of that from CNN. It was shocking that CNN didn't even broadcast this. They stormed the White House with the sole intent. Donald Trump was taken down into the secure location, the White House, because they were that close. They were one gate away from storming the White House. This is the left. They're modern cultist movement. And the more that you all of the news suddenly makes sense if you lock that framing into play. Boom. There it is. There's the framing. Oh, there you go. Okay. Was there any reckoning? Did any Republicans say, wow, we should defend

Republican voters. We should defend conservatives from this cult, from this violent cult, this violent terrorist organization, the Democrat party. Should we defend them? Nope. No Republican did anything. Paul Ryan, limp-wristed, simp Paul Ryan, held hands with Nancy Pelosi and sang Kumbaya. Instead of using this moment where a Democrat tried to target and murder Republicans to extract political pain from them, because the goal should be you radicalize this guy. We're going to now make his name famous and we're going to extract pain from you because you were okay with the murder of Republicans. That's what should happen. But nobody, nobody, nobody does that. Nobody defends us.

Uh, now we know that the FBI at the order of Merrick Garland, which is at the order of Joe Biden ordered the assassination of Donald Trump. Now this shouldn't come as a shock to you. Here's the footage from CNN of the Mongoloid orcs standing in front of the white house on May the 20th, 2020 trying to kill president Trump. They said this, this is secret service. There were hundreds

of secret service agents injured in this. There were hundreds of cops that were injured in this. They had to deploy special forces to protect the president. They had to take the president down into the catacombs of the White House, into the secure facilities at the White House. Look at these protesters. These are the White House gates that they're fighting over. The White House gates they're fighting over. This looks like an insurrection to you. Does this look like an insurrection to you? Yeah. Is this worse than anything that happened on January 6th? Yes. Do these people burn down buildings at the White House? Yes. Do they set churches on fire? Yes. You ever heard another thing about it? No, because they're part of the religion because they're because this is a sacrament of the religion. Violence is totally acceptable.

It's a convert by the sword religion. Violence is totally and completely acceptable. And so it shouldn't surprise you, ladies and gentlemen, the revelations of yesterday, as horrifying as they are. The FBI was prepared to use deadly force in Trump raid. Explosive new details in Mar-a-Lago classified documents probe are revealed, including where more documents were found. Ladies and gentlemen, Joe Biden ordered the assassination of his political rival. Here we go. The FBI authorized the use of deadly force during the Mar-a-Lago raid, this according to documents filed by Trump's legal team. Agents in unmarked polo shirts planned to bring standard issue weapons, ammo, handcuffs, medium and large size bolt cutters,

and even lock picking equipment as they prepared to go door to door at Mar-a-Lago. And they did, ransacking Melania Trump's bedroom along with Barron Trump's bedroom. The FBI also took extensive photographs of Melania and Barron's rooms for no apparent reason. Think about this for a second. Joe Biden sent men with guns to his political opponent's house and turned their bedrooms upside down. That's never happened in the history of the United States. And we've had some crazy presidents. This was the former first lady and a professional model. These people are sick. And Biden complains about his son's privacy, hunters. He had armed men rummage through Barron's bedroom. The FBI even allegedly had a medic on site in case someone was shot.

Despicable. They had plans, actually, of which hospitals to go to and how to triage when they presumably opened fire on Donald Trump or any of his aides. This is how sick these people are. It's a religion of death. And in case you're wondering who takes credit for this, who was proud of all this, Merrick Garland. Here we go on camera. There are, however, certain points I want you to know. First, I personally approved the decision to seek a search warrant in this matter. Second, the department does not take such a decision lightly. Oh, why did you need a search warrant? Somebody answer that question for me.

Donald Trump was cooperating with the federal government. Donald Trump was sending documents back to the federal government. The documents were at Mar-a-Lago because the federal government requested that they were stored at Mar-a-Lago. We know this now because of the releases. The General Services Administration, take a step back, every single administration has tens of thousands, if not millions of documents associated with it. They have to go somewhere, and the government doesn't just hold all presidential records into infinity, ad infinitum. No, they have to go somewhere. This is a problem for every president because it takes a while to build your little library. It takes a while to

build the storage units to put all this stuff in. Barack Obama famously kept all of his classified documents in a storage unit next to a McDonald's in downtown Chicago. It's like one of those container storage units. Totally unsafe. Same with Bill Clinton. Same with George W. Bush. So this is the GSA and the FBI materials into these documents and boxes and shove them into Mar-a-Lago and then get an illegal arrest warrant or raid warrant and then go there under disguise in order to create a shootout situation? Were they was this entire thing entrapment to get Donald Trump killed? Check this out. This is like a deep dive into the the order, the warrant. No basis to bring firearms, no basis to see seize records, no basis to raid Melania and barren Trump's room.

People are sick. Trump's lawyers claim that the former president's constitutional rights were violated. It was an illegal search and seizure. The FBI misled the judge to obtain the warrant and the raid was executed in an egregious fashion and in bad faith. Nor was there any basis for the FBI to bring firearms into Mar-a-Lago. What was life threatening about pieces of paper? The FBI improperly seized Trump's passports, tax and accounting information, and even medical records. Think about that. The Biden administration seized his political opponents' medical records. Do you think you live in a free country? They say so, but words are cheap. Talk is cheap. What are your actions? Go back into the scriptures. It doesn't matter what people say. What are your actions? Your fruits? What are they?

Go over the fruits of the spirit with my kids all the time. The actions of this administration is authoritarian tyranny. Ladies and gentlemen, the FBI has responded to this news by saying, oh, don't worry about it. We're perfectly happy to kill any president anywhere or you for that matter. We're ready to go to kill you at all times. If we if we can get a corrupt judge to say we're going to raid your house, we'll kill you, your children, your family. This is just standard operating procedure. Do you think you live in a free country? Check it out.

The FBI just responded to the bombshell allegations from the Trump team that the FBI was authorized to use deadly force during the Mar-a-Lago raid. Quote, the president has nothing to do with and had zero input on the plan. The FBI followed standard protocol, which includes a statement limiting the use of deadly force. There was no departure from the norm in this matter. Totally normal. Probably going in armed to the teeth into a former president's house. I think you live in a free country anymore? The FBI is proud of it. Oh, yeah, we'd be happy to shoot a president or any of his staff for pieces of paper where we're going to affix classified markings and covers to them and then stage a crime for a crime that we set up by shoving the documents in Mar-a-Lago in the

first place, and then forcing the angry blue-haired librarians to come after the documents, legitimately creating a situation for an assassination. You have to have a good memory, because news happens fast. This from the New York Times, ladies and gentlemen, very, very important piece at the New York Times, ladies and gentlemen, very, very important piece at the New York Times, which is, of course, the paper of record for the intel agencies and those who wish to apply outside pressure to those in power. The date on the date on this article is April 2nd, 2022. You're looking at an article over two years old. So this was before any charges were filed against Donald Trump. This is before anyone ever could have possibly believed that there would have been a raid of Mar-a-Lago. It's unthinkable. This is before a single

charge, federal, state, or otherwise, or civil, were brought against Trump. No grand jury is nothing. This article laid the groundwork for precisely what was happening behind the scenes. Check this out. Just a single line from the article. Very, very important. Talks about how Joe Biden is enraged that Merrick Garland has not moved to put Trump in prison. The attorney general's deliberative approach comes to frustrate Democrat allies of the White House and at times Joe Biden. As recently as last year, Mr. Biden confided in his inner circle that he believed that President Trump was a threat to democracy. Wow. Where have I heard that before? And should be prosecuted, according to people familiar. The president never communicated his frustrations to Mr. Garland

because that would be, of course, illegal. That'd be called obstruction of justice, right? We'll just tell them to the New York Times. So then every reporter starts asking Merrick Garland when he's going to put Donald Trump in prison. He has privately said that he wants Garland to act less like a ponderous judge and more like a prosecutor and take decisive action against Trump. Here they are telegraphing exactly what they're going to do to Donald Trump. Subtlety, really not their strong suit. Final thing here, ladies and gentlemen, and then we're going to have a very special guest, the architect of Donald Trump's first term in office, one of the smartest people we know, Stephen Miller, will be joining the show,

but you got to see this. You got to see this. The final thing. Joe Biden, again, subtlety, not their strong suit. Subtlety is never evil's strong suit, right? Joe Biden was asked in the same year, 2022, when Donald Trump had announced for president, Trump returning in a comeback and winning all the swing states and doing as well as he's doing right now. It was unthinkable, right? It was unthinkable. Joe Biden was asked, hey, what are you going to do to stop like Donald Trump from getting back into the White House? And Joe Biden's answer here is as blatant as that New York Times article telegraphing what they're about to do. Joe Biden said, we're going to, we're going to prove that he will not take power. We're going to ensure that he will not take power. Watch.

G7 conversation was tied to your predecessor who is about to launch another campaign. So how do you reassure them if that is the reason for their questioning that the former president will not return, that his political movement, which is still very strong, will not once again take power in the United States? Well, we just have to demonstrate that he will not take power by, if he does run, making sure he, under legitimate efforts of our Constitution, does not become the next president again. Um, going to demonstrate that he will not take power. He will not become president again. It's the way that like free people speak. Do you live in a free country? This is the way that like presidents speak in a free country, residents of the white house. This is not not how law enforcement acts in a free country. These are not the words of duly elected presidents. These are the words of tyrants. Bloodthirsty ones at that. He won't take power. We're going to demonstrate through force that he won't take power. you liked in Trump term 1.0. It is probably being too reductionist, but I got to, I got to tell you, I'm just a massive Stephen Miller fan. Stephen Miller is the brain behind every policy you liked out of Trump 1.0. He won't say it himself. He'll never admit it. But I know it to be true. I know too much. Ladies and gentlemen, Stephen advisor, Stephen Miller, the senior advisor to the president of the United States, Donald Trump and founder of America, Stephen? Well, they could certainly become the norm if we don't take action to reclaim our democracy from fascism, tyranny, and authoritarianism. Let me just say that working for President Trump

during his first term in office was the greatest and humbling, most humbling experience of my life. And it was my privilege to implement his policies and his directives every single day and put his vision, help put his vision, along with other very talented staff, into being. What you're seeing right now with this Biden White House is dissent into tyranny. Here's a fact that many people may not realize that my organization, America First Legal, uncovered. The Biden White House is the entity that authorized DOJ to seek the documents at Mar-a-Lago through what is known as a special access request. That special access request was unlawful. It is only allowed to be used to conduct the business of the presidency. So a simple example would be, if you want to know who was invited to the last state dinner with Japan, you can ask the

National Archives, hey, can you get us the list of who was invited to the last state dinner from Japan? We really need that. I know they're in the previous president's files, but we need to know that so we don't leave anybody off this year's guest list. They used it. They made that request in order to justify and legitimize a criminal raid of Mar-a-Lago. So this goes straight to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. So any notion, any suggestion that this is just an FBI op and the White House isn't involved is an absolute lie. It comes straight from Joe Biden's own lawyers in the White House counsel's office. So we are dealing with a president right now who is himself a fascist. That is true. And you see it not only with that outrageous lethal raid of Mar-a-Lago, but you see it with the censorship of speech, the jailing of political dissidents, the criminalizing of dissent. I mean, we know all the cases. A meme, a meme can get you put in jail today by Biden's Justice Department. We've seen the sentences handed down to pro-life activists that are longer jail terms than you get in this country for violent assault,

longer jail terms than you get in this country for robbery and home invasion. And of course, Black Lives Matters rioters, the enforcement arm of the left, don't even go to jail. They don't even go to prison. What message is that? The message is if you commit violence on behalf of the Biden administration and Joe Biden's policies, you're not even going to go to jail. All of this, all of this are the hallmarks of tyranny. And if you don't think it can happen here, it's happening here. It's happening here right now. Donald Trump is on trial fighting for his freedom and his life and our freedom with it in four criminal cases, all of which you can tie directly back to Biden's DOJ, all of them in every single case. So it begs the question, because you were presumably at the White House at this time, we have this clip that we'd like to bring back up. You never see this played again. You just mentioned BLM. Here are BLM and Antifa far left protesters attacking the building that you were working in at the time, fighting and or assaulting federal officers, assaulting Secret Service agents.

These special forces had to be called in. We were just we were just researching this this morning. Special forces had to be called in to secure the White House. Donald Trump was taken down to a secure location. I'm not sure if you were or not, but I know for a fact that you were working at the White House during this assault on the building where the stated intended goal was to murder the president of the United States. They burned White House buildings to the ground. They torched a church and they're there. The goal of the left here was to kill you. I'm sorry to put it in those terms, Stephen. I really like you as a person, but that's what they said on camera. They weren't shy about it. And they harmed hundreds of Secret Service agents in the process. A single gate actually is what separated them from you. Can you comment on

that? Yeah. So I was indeed there at the time. I remember that well. I remember the entire period of BLM violence quite well, when it was just dangerous just to drive home from work. But you had BLM rioters and agitators roaming the streets, blocking traffic, menacing violence, breaking store windows, but specifically with respect to that incident. And I've talked to many Secret Service agents afterwards. Agents were literally fighting hand-to-hand combat against those radicals to stop them from invading the White House, climbing that fence and through sheer force of numbers, invading the White House. That is what happened. It is the actual definition of an insurrection. Where are the prosecutions? Where is the national narrative

about the BLM insurrection outside the White House? Where are the discussions of how democracy barely survived that day? You don't see it. There'll be no discussion of it because the left instead wants to create a completely false and constructed narrative that normal patriotic Americans are domestic terrorists and threats to the survival of democracy when in fact it is BLM, it is Antifa, it is the radical left Marxists

that are and remain the threat to the survival of American democracy. I want to move on to what the president said on Truth Social about this assassination attempt. But just really quickly here, considering that Donald Trump is doing really, really well right now in the polls and everything that they're throwing at him seems to just increase his chances of becoming our next president. Um, since we're on the subject and since you brought it up, would you advise the president hypothetically in term two, uh, to potentially go after some of those pro some of those protesters for insurrection? Would you advise, uh, cause you're a parent, I'm a parent of young children. There must be consequences. Otherwise the bad behavior will continue. And this seems like the point, the point was there was never any consequence for leftist bad behavior, for leftist violence. Leftist violence is met with rewards and met with rewarding behavior.

None of those people were charged. As far as I know, not a single one of those insurrectionists that tried to take your life and the life of the president was charged. Yeah, ultimately, I don't know the disposition of all those cases, but I think it's safe bet that it was all swept under the rug by DOJ. And to my earlier point, and then I'll answer your question, again, they've built this narrative about how democracy barely survived on January 6th, that we were moments away from the end of American democracy to justify, right? They spread that lie to justify all of the repression and crackdown on political dissent in America over these last three and a half years. And my point is that when you have an actual case, far from even having that kind of histrionic rhetoric, when you have an actual case of a significant violent threat emanating from the radical left,

it's just all memory hold. It's just all memory hold. But to answer your question, I think President Trump has been clear in stating that he would direct the Department of Justice to pursue any radical organization in this country that spreads and foments violence, that spreads and foments social unrest, that uses terror and the threat of bodily harm to impose its agenda, and that he would undertake radical reform of law enforcement in this country to get back to the business of going after bad guys, not going after mom and pop stores, not going after pro-life activists, not going after memers, not going after people engaged in legitimate self-defense, not going after memers, not going after people engaged in legitimate self-defense, not going after conservative organizations and activists, but going after actual villains in this country who hurt, who maim, who harm, who lie, who cheat, who steal, which is what law enforcement is supposed to be doing, not a political arm, not a partisan arm of Joe Biden's administration to crush political dissent. Yes. So you talk about crushing political dissent. I mean, you can't get more

crushing than sending a bunch of disguised armed federal agents into with a order to kill into Mar-a-Lago, into Melania Trump and Barron Trump's bedroom, along with Donald Trump's office. Donald Trump saying, authorize the FBI to use deadly lethal force. Now we know for sure that Joe Biden is a serious threat to democracy. He's mentally unfit to hold office. 25th Amendment, your old boss here effectively saying that there was an assassination. There's an assassination order.

If Donald Trump fought, Donald Trump was at Mar-a-Lago at that time, then federal agents were authorized to kill. It's impossible to underscore how mad this all is. In other words, how mad DOJ's order is, how mad Garland's order is, how mad the White House's involvement is, and what a threat, as Donald Trump says it is, to American democracy. This was a paperwork dispute, a paperwork dispute. A president has the absolute right to take with him whatever paper he wants when he leaves the White House. This is a legal matter. It's a constitutional matter. We've written extensively about this in America First Legal. We've released a white paper on it. I don't have time to get into it all now. Just take my word for it when I say it to you. Constitutionally, the commander-in-chief can decide when he leaves office what are his

personal records or not, full stop. But if the National Archives wants to complain about that and wants to say, oh, this is our record, this is not your record, this is your record, this is our record, they want to complain about it. That is a boring, dull, purely administrative process where people meet and they discuss and they compare notes and they have conversations. That is all it is. That is all it ever could be. It could never legitimately ever be a criminal dispute, ever. Could never be. The Biden White House and the Biden DOJ not only criminalizes a paperwork disagreement, but to the point of this conversation, authorizes the use of deadly force in the context of settling that paperwork dispute.

This is unheard of. And I don't want to hear any BS about how, well, you know, the FBI all the time and conducting various raids has a section of their deadly force. Yeah, if you're going into the house of the Sinaloa cartel and you have 50 gangbangers, all armed to the teeth,

probably some even have grenades, and they're going to basically shoot anybody who walks through the door. And these are the most merciless mercenaries in the whole world. Yeah, it would make sense that there would be a section on using lethal force. You're going to collect a manila envelope from Mar-a-Lago, and you're going to have a section there on deadly force? Are you out of your mother-loving minds? Don't try to normalize this. Don't try to legitimize it, right?

Don't gaslight us. This isn't normal. This isn't okay. This isn't right or left either. This isn't right or left. I don't care if you're right, left, or center. We need to get back to having freedom in this country again, to having liberty in this country again, to having liberty in this country again,

to having democracy in this country again. We don't want spy agencies running our lives. We don't want censors running our lives. We don't want to have DOJ bureaucrats running our lives. This is about having a normal, free, healthy society, or basically having the mindset of these radical left crazies that you see in our college campuses, that you see in the White House, that you see in DOJ, trying to make all of us live under their thumb. And nobody wants that. Nobody who, I should say, nobody who is honest and ethical should want that or would want that. It's such an important point to couch this in religious terms. It's a cult. It's a cult that worships violence and power. And they're okay with violence as long as it gets them power. The ends do justify the means. And that's been proven again and again. And if you are committing

violence on their behalf, whether you're the FBI or whether you're a BLM Antifa college dropout, then you barista, then you, then it doesn't matter. You get, you get rewarded actually for that. And that system needs to end because it's going to end. It's going to end in civil war or worse. You can't run a society like that. I suppose like, so now identifying the problem, let's identify the solution. Uh, again, I can talk you up. You don't need to talk you up. The You're just such a brilliant mind inside of the Trump administration term one. Prayers up that you will be serving in Trump administration term two. You're very kind. Stephen, how do you get rid of it? How do you carve this cancer and this rot out of the very core of the federal government where it seems it has taken root? Well, the short answer to that question is the good guys need to be as tough as the bad guys.

That's the simplest way I could put it. If you want to have a country that is safe and serene and stable, where the blocks that our children play on are filled with happy families, not drug dealers and gang members and MS-13 killers, where people learn to love America and their schools, not hate it and hate each other, where law enforcement uses all of its considerable power to try to arrest cartels and robbers and murderers and not pro-life activists and peaceful Americans. If you want to be able to say what you think online and question government authority and express your own views and question the medical establishment and just live a free, happy life, then you're going to have to have people represent you who are dogged

and determined in going after the forces tearing this country apart. But unlike them, we will use legitimate means to do so. We will never, ever, ever be like the other side, who like BLM and Antifa, who resort to the lowest levels of violence, who debase themselves and who debase their families and their country with their conduct. We are going to pursue peace and harmony and stability through lawful and legitimate means. And that begins with everybody watching today, getting involved in the civic processes of your community and your city and your society at every level to say, I want a future for my children that is peaceful and just. I will not let this country descend into sectarianism and balkanization and all the kinds of horrors that you mentioned, Benny, where everybody is fighting everybody.

We need to be a country again in which people settle their disputes through proper debate, through freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, freedom of religion, not through the raw power of the state and not through the raw violence of the left shock troops. Yes. I mean, we're descending into a zero trust society. It didn't used to be this way. I was born in the eighties. We used to have a very high trust society. And I've, I've seen that you don't want to live in a zero trust society. Zero trust societies are collapsed societies that you, where you don't recognize or even speak the same language as the person on the street next to you. That's bad society. You don't want to raise children there.

High trust societies, there is more to life than just your job. That's an important part of your life. It's not your whole life or anything close to it. You want to live in a place where people feel secure and happy. They can trust each other. Your neighbors are your friends. The storekeeper is someone that you would trust. You can hand them your wallet and come have to go outside and put money in the meter. They hold your spot for you. All these little things, right? But they add up at every level of society to make it a happy and wonderful place to live. But if you let, as the left does, right? If you let somebody come in and just ransack a store, if you let somebody just slash your tires

and get away with it, if you let somebody try to burn down a police station and get away with it, then you become a low trust society where you have to have eagle eyes. You have to be looking every direction, everywhere you go. Is this place safe? Is this place secure? Nobody wants to live that way. But that's what happens when you invite anarchy. And that's the less current agenda, anarchy. And again, nobody who is sane, who is thoughtful, who is well-adjusted

wants to live in a society where you have anarchy at the bottom and you have repression at the top. Yes. So much of that is obviously not knowing who is in our society, not knowing where they came from or who they are. Obviously, thousands of people, as we've covered on this program many times on the terrorist watch list, have poured into the nation and are doing so at numbers that we've never seen before. These are people on the terrorist watch list. These are people on the terrorist watch list. These are people from special countries of interest happening every single day by the tens of thousands.

So how do we fix it? You were the architect of Donald Trump's border policies in term one. How do you hit the ground running? Well, President Trump has stated very clearly, very repeatedly, very emphatically that we need to have a massive, large-scale deportation and removal effort. And clearly that's true. There's some areas in life where there are a lot of nuance. We can debate, for example, the finer points of

architecture. There are areas in life where there is not nuance, where things are very simple and very clear. And in fact, you have to avoid the trap of falling into never-ending nuance. This is very clear. Joe Biden has brought, depending on how you look at it, something like 15 million uninvited illegal foreign nationals into this country. They weren't here as recently as 2020. They weren't here. Now they are. Simple choice. Do they stay or do they go? That's it. The answer has to be, can only be, they go. Because if they don't, then you are submitting as a civilization to lawlessness. You cannot have migration without consent. That is a fundamental principle of having a civilization. The people who live here decide who enters. And if you enter without the consent of the populace that is living here,

you have to go home. Because if you violate that fundamental aspect of the social contract, then what is the basis upon which the government asks everybody else to work hard, follow the rules, follow the laws, pay your taxes, follow the regulations? So that what? So that other people can break into your country and take everything you worked so hard for? Makes no sense. Because it's unjust. It's immoral. It's theft. It is theft. It is robbery.

You are robbing from the American people. So the only solution is to, yes, humanely, yes, responsibly, to remove all of the people that Joe Biden has through his invasion brought into our country. So many have come on this program, Stephen, and said that Joe Biden is the world's largest human trafficker. Ted Cruz was one of them. But the largest human trafficker in world history is Joe Biden and that there are penalties for human trafficking and that there may be some very heavy penalties for many of the things that Joe Biden's done. Presumably, we don't know even the half of it.

You have enumerated on this program a number of crimes, seemingly, just in this short interview. So given President Trump's holding of you in very high stature as an advisor, what would be your advice to sort of close the door, and this final question here, but sort of close the door on the Biden regime and the horrors that they have wrought to this country? Presumably, again, as a parent, and congratulations on your beautiful family, presumably, you would take the same tact that I do as a parent of young children, and there must be consequences to prevent this behavior again. The people responsible must face a spanking, a consequence in order to stop the behavior. If allowed to just peacefully go off into the sunset

and write books, then they're going to do it again. So just finally here, your thoughts on an incoming Trump administration, the Department of Justice, how do they administer justice and what to do next? Well, so two things. One, there's an enormous continuum of criminal conduct at every level of the human trafficking and smuggling across the border. I mean, all the way down to NGOs that are facilitating and involved directly in human trafficking up through the very large criminal syndicates that operate throughout this country that organize the human smuggling and trafficking everywhere in between. With respect to Biden, what I would say is that there's a very interesting irony here. Biden is fighting very, very hard in order to eliminate immunity for office holders. In other

words, the idea that a president, the sacrosanct constitutional principle, that a president is immune for the official conduct of his duties. So this is where the irony comes in. If the Supreme Court does not uphold presidential immunity, then axiomatically, Joe Biden is criminally liable for every single action that he took with respect to our wide open border and human smuggling and trafficking. And so the question is, is the left, and the answer of course is yes, so desperate to stop Trump that they would eliminate presidential immunity for Joe Biden? That is obviously the calculation they seem to be making, but that Supreme Court ruling will answer that question as to what criminal jeopardy attaches to Joe Biden. But

either way, there needs to be accountability across the board for the sponsorship and the engineering of this criminal invasion of our country. So we will prayers up for the next attorney general. Better be, got to be a strong one. And the next Trump general, uh, better be, gotta be a strong one. And, uh, and, and, and the next Trump administration, which judging by every, every available piece of data, Trump is running such a sharp campaign. I think there's such wisdom that has been learned in term one and mistakes that were made and have been corrected. There just seems to be very, it corrected, it seems like the rigging is very tight heading into the next five months in the election. Well, all I can say about that is that Donald Trump presided over four years of peace, stability, prosperity, security, a secure border,

secure communities, and a secure nation in a world that was riven before him by war and now is again. And we've seen under Joe Biden, a border invasion, a descent into anarchy in our cities, tyranny at the top, and a world on fire. And that is the reality that we are living with every single day.

In fact, we've never ever been closer to World War III than we are right now yes yes so we can change it if you don't like it you can change it something i tell my kids all the time yeah we can have kim jong-un clapping donald trump on the shoulder in the back welcoming into him into north korea which i i view as the zenith of the trump and his i think you guys the very peak it's peace instead of war and it's uh amen security yeah security and instead of the horror the real the real courage is the courage to find peace not to make wars that's exactly right that's exactly right uh god godspeed uh Stephen please everybody follow Stephen of course you know Stephen though but you gotta follow him look at him on his way

saw me the other day with that tie. And she said, get away from me, get away from me. I love it. I absolutely love it. So here you are in front of the court. Here you are in front of the court. I obviously won't make you rewatch your incredible comments. We'll simply put up the beautiful images of the tie. Can you please expound on your experience at the court with President Trump? What did you see and witness yesterday? Well, it was great to be there with the president. You know, we were only in there for, what, 90 minutes, and then they wrapped it up. So it was about 90 minutes, but I could see that Judge McCann, he's compromised. It's quite clear he was compromised. This trial's been going on for five weeks. Every time the Trump team, Todd Blanch, great attorney, would object to something, obviously he overruled it. He was

in favor. The judge is working, obviously, very closely with the prosecution, with the state and Alvin Bred to try to destroy Donald Trump. It was quite clear. Had an opportunity to eyeball some of the jurors. I looked at some of the jurors, a little bit concerned just looking at them. But we just need to find one. There's not going to be an acquittal here. No, let's be realistic about this.

But if we can get one or two that have a little bit of reason and common sense, we should be able to get a hung jury out of this thing, I hope, with what we saw last week with obviously the convicted liar Cohen. I mean, he's a bad hombre. He's bad. And that's the star witness for Alvin Bragg. Give me a break. So a little birdie tells us that you had a couple of private meetings with the president in New York and that you were able to sort of see him behind the scenes. How's the president, dude? I think he's doing fine. I think he's in he's in high spirits. Obviously, he's frustrated that he's had to spend the last five weeks in front of this kangaroo court with that compromised judge. But he knows it's coming to an end. Now we just got to pray for him and his family and not only just Donald Trump and his family, but the entire country, if not the world, that you can find one or two jurors in there

that will ask to say, we're not buying this, what we're being sold here, this bill of goods and hopefully come up with a hung jury and end this thing before Memorial Day. I mean, you can see it right there, clear as day, crisp in the front row,

It's gotta be really demoralizing to see this backlash and backfire on the left and the corporate left because they thought that this would destroy Donald Trump and would isolate him. And it's doing the exact opposite. That's a, that's a congressman. That's a big phalanx of opinion, wide range of opinions in the Republican party, all standing behind Donald Trump. Yeah, we had Don jr. There. Mr. Whitaker was there, the acting secretary under Trump. We had Pam Bondi there. Sab Gorka was there, a bunch of members of Congress showing

our support for the president. And we had an opportunity to do a little press conference afterward. And I said, this is election interference. You know, you keep Donald Trump cooped up in this courtroom for five weeks. You don't give him an opportunity to hold too many rallies. Joe Biden's out there stumbling, fumbling around out there. And you're just keeping Joe, Donald Trump off the campaign trail.

They don't want him on the campaign trail because you get tens of thousands of people to show up. And he just wants to reach out to the American people and talk to them and just say, hey, listen, I put you first. I put the American people first. This administration,

this corrupt DOJ, FBI, Alvin Bragg and all of them want to keep me locked up. They want to lock me up. And he's just fighting for the American people. And the Democrats hate it because he can rally people. Can he not? That's why I used the Pope yesterday. I said, I don't think there's another guy on the globe that can bring people into a setting like that other than the Pope. So Donald Trump is just the greatest thing to happen since sliced bread. And he's coming back. He's going to win this election. He really will. So there was and I just want to do a little fact check with you because I assume you were traveling with the president or right behind the president. I have no idea. I know that

the president really likes you. So maybe you were smoking a cigar with him inside of the limousine. I don't know. But there was a spat yesterday where on the Internet, left wing commentators were saying nobody's lining the streets for Trump. There's no support in New York for Trump. That these videos are fake of all the people like travel, like traveling through the street and seeing all the support will pop the video up on screen. Did you witness any of this? Oh, there were people. There's people all over people loving Trump. Even at our, when we had our little press conference out there, people just shouting, we love Trump, having Trump flag. So that's just a dishonest media again. So I don't, I tell you what they're, they're just, they are the greatest threat. I I'm concerned about China, Iran, Hamas,

everybody else, but the greatest threat to this country is the dishonest media we have in this country. But no, people love the president. I tell you, he's having that big rally on Saturday in the Bronx. It's driving AOC and some of the left lunatics nuts. I'm just glad he's out there. He's going to reach all everybody, the entire. He wants to reach every American, even in the blue states in the blue areas, because he believes that he can win them over because Joe Biden is a disaster and he puts America last.

that Joe Biden looks like Dracula. The Joe Biden looks like a corpse yesterday. Joe Bill Maher saying Joe Biden is a corpse. It's like a blood sucking Dracula. Must've seen some videos of Joe Biden with the kids, right? So here you go, ladies and gentlemen, Joe Biden yesterday in New Hampshire. Oh, do we have the actual clip? Donald Trump gets a win with crucial jury instruction session. All good news for Donald Trump. Ladies and gentlemen, here at the top line news. Let's go. Juan Mershon didn't provide a ruling or a timeline of a ruling about Trump's request to dismiss the case. Instead, today, after testimony from Bob Costello, lawyers on both sides debated about the instructions that will be given to the jury

after closing arguments and before deliberations begin when they will decide if Trump is guilty or not. Here's Trump leaving court tonight. This is such an embarrassment of a showing of prosecution that I imagine the judge wouldn't grant the motion to dismiss the case. You can't imagine it. There has been no evidence. There's no evidence. Brett, during today's afternoon session, Trump's team asked Judge Mershon to explain to the jury that so-called hush money payments are not illegal. Mershon said it came up several times at trial and another instruction would go too far.

Mershon actually sided with Trump's lawyers, though, about a key matter of the instruction. Prosecutors, of course, argue that Trump falsified business records to illegally influence the 2016 election. But the jury instructions will read, quote, if the payment would have been made even in absence of candidacy, payment should not be treated as contribution. So if the jury thinks Trump was motivated by his brand or his family, the bookkeeping charges could not be elevated to felonies. So whole thing's collapsing. I think the judge knows it's collapsing.

The judge doesn't like the pressure. The judge is breaking under the pressure and starting to like starting to lose his mind here. Bob Costello is, of course, the attorney for Michael Cohen, the liar. Bob Costello has all the receipts and he broke Judge Mershon, who ended in a screaming, raging tirade. Bob Costello detailing it here. And he basically debunks the whole damn fake news narrative and the fake prosecutors and their theory, their bogus theory, blows everything that Michael Cohen has alleged out of the water. Let's go through it.

He knows for a fact he was told by Michael Cohen that Michael Cohen said he paid Stormy without Trump's knowledge. Michael Cohen was suicidal after the FBI raided his home and office. Michael Cohen swore that he had nothing on Trump. Now, the suicidal part is important because, you know, they raided his home and office, the FBI. Can you believe that? The president's lawyer. He would do anything, anything, he said, to not go to jail or reduce his prison time. I love Greg Kelly. He's just great. I just, I like the cut of his jib.

It's a great guy, nice guy. And we had a show at Newsmax for like three years and we decided that it was time to like go build, right? Obviously this audience. And so we're really, really proud of that and really happy with that decision, but we love Newsmax. And I just, I have a warm place in my heart for hosts like greg kelly it's a great great dude greg jarrett over on fox news is one of our one of our sort of favorite firebrands and flamethrowers on fox sort of summarizing the entire case uh which will be

decided presumably next week right like alx am I wrong on the timeline there? It's going to be decided next week. You'd have to assume, right? Given the fact that the defense rested their case, Greg Jarrett summarizing the whole thing, cherry on top here. Difficult to know what the outcome is, but I do think that former President Trump

has a valid argument when he says this is a corrupt trial and a crooked judge. You know, it's true that Costello shredded Cohen's credibility, exposed him for lying to the jury. It is a transparently rigged case engineered to convict. Marchand allowed both Cohen and Stormy Daniels unfettered discretion and latitude to trash Trump with endless narrative sorted details. But suddenly, when the defense calls Costello, the judge shuts him down faster than a New York minute.

Almost nothing in this case, Sean, can be described as remotely fair. It is an Orwellian show trial with a preordained outcome.
