CNN has learned from multiple sources that a flurry of witnesses have provided testimony and more are expected to talk to investigators in the coming weeks. Tonight reports that the Justice Department's investigation into the tax affairs of President Biden's son Hunter is intensifying. Sources telling ABC News that in recent weeks, a grand jury in Wilmington has heard from a parade of witnesses about payments Hunter Biden received while on the board of the Ukrainian gas company, Burisma.

Multiple sources tell CBS News that the federal investigation into Hunter Biden's business practices is broader than previously known. The probe is exploring whether the younger Biden and his associates violated tax, money laundering and foreign lobbying laws. This is very, very bad for the president's son. Imagine you were in a relationship with a toxic person and you knew you had to get out of that relationship and you knew that toxic person didn't like you. You knew the breakup was coming and you wanted to get ahead of the disaster, the blow up. Everyone's had a bad relationship. So what the media is doing right now is getting ahead of something way, way bigger in the Hunter Biden crime family collapse.

They're getting ahead of something much larger that is on the horizon. They're trying to set the table, salt the earth as you would in a poisonous and toxic relationship to make sure that this doesn't come back to bite them. The media supports the Democratic Party and they support the Biden family in so much as it doesn't hurt their bottom line. They are absolutely as parasitic as the corporate elites. They have no loyalties. They have no actual pride. They have no spine. They don't actually really defend anything. Yeah, there's something going on there. There is a move against Biden from within the Democratic Party. I have no idea what it means, but it's obviously underway. What are you watching here? You are watching coordination. Coordination is something that people of the left do with regularity. Members of Congress huddle with lib journos in order to tell them the talking points of the day. This happens. I've watched it happen. I've seen it happen with my own two eyeballs.

Lib journalists walk into the White House in order to get their talking points. This happens. Coordination is real. These people are collectivists. They like to organize against regular Americans, against the interest of their political opposition. This is a coordinated effort to take down Joe Biden. Ladies and gentlemen, the federal election commission's fining Hillary Clinton hundreds of thousands of dollars. This is happening parallel to Donald Trump suing Hillary Clinton for lying about Russia, John Durham's investigation into Russiagate, and the Republicans going to be promising oversight for the Clinton campaign and their

co-conspirators, including many members of the Biden administration, vis-a-vis the Russiagate lies and also the FBI and federal law enforcement. This is all happening in parallel. So often we see, as we mentioned in the last segment, the left functioning in parallel in concert with each other in order to get a prescribed result in order to push the window. This seems for the first time, maybe in my adult life that the Republicans or that conservatives are actually functioning as a unit and moving toward an official goal. And now the FEC,

which of course is not conservative and is leftist by every measure. Remember, the FEC are the people who essentially oversee elections and compliance with elections. These are the people that think that Chris Wallace is a conservative and that he should be moderating a debate. But I digress. Hillary Clinton getting fined hundreds of thousands of dollars for lying to the FEC. Ah, that should raise some eyebrows, and it certainly did at Fox News. Check it out. The Federal Election Commission is reportedly fining Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign and the Democratic National Committee over allegations they violated federal law. They're accused of disguising money spent on opposition research on then-candidate Donald Trump. The Coolidge-Reagan Foundation published a letter

said to be from the FEC in response to the foundation's complaint. It says the DNC and the Clinton campaign agreed not to contest the findings, but did not admit wrongdoing. The Democratic Party agreed to pay a penalty of one hundred five thousand dollars. The Clinton campaign fine was eight thousand. The FEC is not commenting. So the answer to why this is happening is very simple. The FEC needs to see who you are paying campaign money to. You can only spend campaign money in very certain ways. You have to make sure you're on the up and up and you have to disclose where you're spending your money. You can't secretly pay yourself millions of dollars out of the kitty for people who donated to your campaign, for instance. Some people do and they often go to prison for that.

So the Federal Elections Commission's job is to ensure that that doesn't happen. And so when Hillary Clinton was paying a law firm in order to shop around her fake dossier to federal law enforcement, such as the FBI, Michael Sussman, Michael Sussman is just saying, oh, hey, hey guys, I'm just gonna go ahead and leave this right here. It's a dossier it says that

donald trump is a criminal and that he committed a bunch of crimes i'm just gonna leave it here it's a dossier for you you know you can look at it if you want maybe you don't want to who knows maybe you have a cup of coffee and you you read the dossier a lot of stuff in there. Where did it come from? Who am I working for? I don't know. I'm just like a guy. Just out of the goodness of my heart. And then as soon as he leaves the FBI building, Michael Sussman bills Hillary Clinton for millions of dollars for doing that. Well, that's called fraud. That's not legal. And you have to disclose those kind of relationships. Hillary Clinton did not. The Federal Election Commission fined the Democratic National Committee in Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign for lying about the funding of the infamous and now discredited Russian dossier used to smear Donald Trump for weeks before the election.

And it shocked the world in 2016. 16. The election agency said that Clinton and the DNC violated strict rules on describing expenditures of payments funneled to opposition research firms, Fusion GPS, through their firm. It gets convoluted, but the simple reality is this. Hillary Clinton, of course, paid for the dirty dossier, which is discredited and lies. Then she paid to have it shopped around, merchandised around through D.C. A combined $100,000 plus was paid by the treasurer of the DNC and the Clinton campaign to the law firm Perkins Coie for the Fusion GPS information. The rat's nest continues and continues and continues. The memo stated that the Clinton campaign for the DNC argued that they were correct in describing their payments for legal advice and services. That, of course, is not true. And they violated campaign law. And now they're having to pay $105,000 and $8,000, respectively, the DNC and the Clinton campaign themselves. This was a memo that went out from the Coolidge-Reagan Foundation,

saying this may well be the first time that Hillary Clinton, one of the most evidently corrupt politicians in American history, has actually been held legally accountable. God bless. Yes. The wonderful news keeps raining down from the sky. I'm proud to have forced the FEC to do their job for once. The Coolidge-Reagan Foundation provided with pluck and grit Americans who are standing with integrity and stand up to the Clinton machine.

Good for them. Good for them. Clinton has in the past defended her campaign spending for information and the work of her campaign lawyer, Mark Ilis, one of the biggest scumbags in human history, and Fusion GPS, compiled the dossier and hired a British spy, Christopher Steele, to dig further on Trump. And who did Christopher Steele use as sources in Russia? Various members of the Russian intel community and dirty Russian spies. So dirty Russian spies shopped Russian disinformation through the dossier

into our press about Donald Trump. In case you're wondering who was rigging the election on behalf of the Russians, it was Hillary Clinton. And now she's paying for it. And hopefully she'll pay much, much more. Donald Trump released a statement on this and said, well, where do I get my reputation back? Wow. Just out that 2016 Clinton campaign and the DNC paid, paid the FEC today for violating the law by failing to disclose their payments and legal services from the law firm Perkins Coie. In fact, a guise to hire numerous companies, all of whom are now defendants in my lawsuit. Donald Trump is suing Hillary Clinton in parallel. I have stated many times and is now confirmed a hoax funded by the DNC and the Clinton campaign. This corruption is only beginning to be revealed. This un-American, this is un-American and must never be allowed to happen again. Where do I get my reputation back?

That's such a good point. The point is pretty simple here. You voted for Donald Trump in 2016. Did you? I did. My wife did. Did you? If you voted for Donald Trump in 2016, you should have a class action lawsuit against Hillary. A trillion bajillion dollars. That's what we should charge Hillary Clinton and the DNC. Because what they did by inventing this smear against Trump, this hoax against Trump, is rob us of the president that we voted for. You know, we have a right as Americans to get the government that we voted for. Now, let's say hypothetically that Donald Trump sucked as president. Let's say that his presidency was a disaster. We would all have to sit there and go, shucks. Well, don't make that mistake again.

And then we don't vote for him in 2020. That's fine. Let's say Donald Trump was everything that he said he was going to be. And he was a disaster. And he led to World War III. And he collapsed the currency. And he collapsed America's standing around the world. None of that happened.

You know, in fact, in spite, Donald Trump deserves so much credit for this, man. I don't know how the guy does it. But in spite of the fact that he had every single organ in the federal government and the corporate press and corporate America turned against him and slandering him. In fact, libeling him in the worst thing that can happen to a president, which is multiple impeachments and special counsels being interned to investigate you. Dude, Donald Trump squeaky clean as a whistle out of all that. And it still had $2 gasoline, cheap groceries, best economy we've seen in my lifetime in America, a wonderful and peaceful world, a world where people were actually getting together. Middle Eastern nations were recognizing Israel. North Korea was, I mean,

starting to like play ball and be rational. Good world, actually. America was becoming strong and we weren't seeing this polarization now that we're seeing across the world into factions and camps, which will in turn end up destroying the sovereignty and the peace that we're seeing across the world into factions and camps, which will in turn end up destroying the sovereignty and the peace that we have on this planet. So the truth is you were robbed. You were robbed of an opportunity by Hillary Clinton. She was actually after you. Jesse Smollett, when he commits a hate crime, he's after you. You are the person who's the victim here. You, innocent Americans who just wanted to have America standing back in the world. You voted for Donald Trump because you liked what he said. You wanted to build the wall. You wanted a strong America.

You said, here you go. Here's my vote for Donald Trump. And Hillary Clinton said, I hate you. I hate you. And it's my job to make sure that you get nothing and that your vote is destroyed and your rights are desecrated because you have a right to vote for this guy and to get the government that you want. And because I didn't get my way, I am going to be a vile, venomous person and I'm going to shop for years this lie that I created. Man, we will never be made whole again, but it's wonderful to see at the very least small rotations in the wheels of justice. Slowly the wheels of justice turn and Hillary Clinton getting fined is a positive result. Another positive result would be

the federal mask mandate getting dropped all across the country. And that is happening right now, too. How many good stories can we have in a single show? I don't know. I'm through the roof right now. 21 states file a lawsuit against federal mask mandates on transportation led by Ron DeSantis. Look at that unity right there. Look at that spectacular map.

saying that it violates the Constitution and Violated Administrative Procedure Act. 21 states claimed that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, CDC, had not allowed for public comment for more than a year since the federal transportation mask mandate was first issued. They also claimed that they were negatively impacted by the mask mandate because it required states to expend resources to enforce the mandate. Absolutely correct. This harmed states' sovereign interests because many states have laws or policies prohibiting or discouraging mask requirements in the context of mask mandate applying. Well, that's a really

good argument there. It's a federalist argument, of course. While speaking during the press conference on Tuesday, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, of course, because of course, said that the federal requirement was not grounded in science. It's not something that's grounded in any science because if you have somebody sitting at a window seat and they're nibbling on peanuts for two and a half hours, they can have their masks down. Ron DeSantis, there we go. You have a person in the middle seat who's not eating, and if he just wanted to read a magazine without a mask, then somehow that would be a big problem. Well, that's the quote from the governor. That's the quote from the governor. The CDC says otherwise. Those are the two sides of this argument. Who's going to win? Well, ladies and gentlemen, I think that the states will win. And why do I think that?

Because federalism is actually really, really rooted in our constitution. You know, if you want to go live without paying taxes, join an Amish community. They pay like zero taxes. The Amish communities are taxed completely different. There are entire communities and sections of our society that just sort of live as they please. They get protections, they get rights, and they're able to go off and do what they wish. If you ever fly over America, like I do, we travel regularly for the show and so on. If you ever fly over America, you'll look down and see that, man, the vast majority of America is pretty much open space.

People live inside of these cities like rats on top of each other. You don't have to live like that. You can fly over America and look around and see, wow, America's like open and for sale and it's mass parts of this country are not inhabited. My brother-in-law right now is a cattle rancher in Montana. And what does he do day and night travel trails that have never seen an automobile tire mark on them, never seen a motorized vehicle go up into mountainsides that perhaps man has never even stood on before. He says that so vast and the wilderness is so expansive that you can pretty much guarantee that you're the first person, the first human man to ever like look out and see these vistas, vistages, these beautiful, beautiful wilderness

creations by God. We've been blessed with a massive country. We live on like our own continent. Essentially, most countries are teeny. They're really small. You know, Israel's like the size of New Jersey. It's a lot nicer than New Jersey. The size of New Jersey. Sorry if you live in New Jersey. But ladies and gentlemen, that's America. America has a big wild wilderness that where people can go off and make their own decisions and can live as they please. That's pretty much the promise of this country. And that's why people moved here for hundreds and hundreds of years. And that's why people continue to want to move here. We think they should do it legally, of course, not illegally, but nonetheless, that's the

draw. And so here we have a lawsuit saying from the states of Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia. If you live in those states, I wanted to give you all a shout out. Saying we as states can live as we please. And that's the promise of this country. And you're violating our constitutional rights, damn it. If you force us into federal mandates, which you have no constitutional authority.

We are sovereign states and we can do as we want. Wendy's most important deal of the day has a fresh lineup. Pick any two breakfast items for $4. You do your show in a red state. And neither of these states have any COVID restrictions. They got rid of their mass mandates like eons ago. This, these states have been wide open yet. I get on a teeny little aluminum can to fly from Tampa to Nashville in this little aluminum can and way up high in the

sky, 30,000 foot up is like Dr. Fauci, his COVID nightmare still exists. His like Fauci nightmare, like still somehow weirdly like is trapped in time. Like it was March of 2020 all over again. It's stuck frozen in time up in the air. It's totally psychotic. And we are very, very proud that Florida is leading the charge here. We are proud to be having our first Florida baby the next in this this next month. We are very glad to be adding plus one to Florida's population. And we're glad to be adding plus two registrations to Florida's Republican voter rolls. But it's not just us.

Now Republicans in Florida outnumber Democrats for the first time for over 100,000 voters,

both new registrant and party switches. Party switches is a thing. Party switches is a thing. I live in Tampa, which is a very light blue city. Light blue city. Got a Democrat mayor here. She was the one enforcing mask mandates, but then going and partying, right? Maskless.

Back in the day, right? This is a year ago, partying maskless at the Tampa Bay Lightning game. Such hypocrites, these people. I live in my Florida neighbors come up to me and they're like kind of JFK Democrats, right? Like cultural Democrats. I live like in the city in Tampa. And they all call themselves DeSantis Democrats. Never heard this term. Love this term. We're at cocktail parties and so on. You know, people throw up a

pool party, right? For a neighbor, 40th birthday party, whatever we, we come over, Kate and I come over, bring a bottle of wine. And the neighbor's like talking to me about politics. Like we love what you do. And we're DeSantis Democrats. We're Democrats. politics like we love what you do. And we're DeSantis Democrats. We're Democrats and we still like what you do. Come on, baby. Just switch parties. Hundreds of thousands of people are switching parties. A spokesperson for Ron DeSantis' campaign told Fox News Digital that the surge in Republican voters broke 101,000. There's no beating around the fact that the historic gains are because of Ron DeSantis,

the Florida Republican Party executive director, said in a statement to Fox News. Florida voters are appreciative of the plausible sense of freedom that he has created in our state. Unemployment is lower than the national average. Our schools are open. There is no lockdowns. There are no masks. Voters recognize that the governor is a champion for families and businesses alike. Beware all you libs who come and enter here. Beware Disney. This is not California.

This ain't the woke rodeo of some of these other broken states. Remember how you were locked down in California, locked out of your theme parks for a year or more? California locked Disney parks down. Florida was the best thing to ever happen to Disney. They should keep that in mind. Let me just tell you, I'm having a number of phone calls with people. There are some real moves in the state against Disney. They think that they can try and dive into woke policy. Dude, you run a cartoon

mouse company. Don't test the people here in Florida. Some bad things could be happening to Disney. They receive a lot of benefits in the state. A lot of really cush primo benefits are given to Disney in the state because they bring in a lot of people. Those benefits can be given and they can be taken away. Life can be made very, very hard for corporations that are seen as engaging in political activity, sticking their fat, mousey nose, cartoon mousey nose into areas where they should be let alone. These are sovereign states. It's called the United States of America, not the United Corporations of America.

By the way, Disney does, we checked, do numerous cruises and makes billions, maybe trillions of dollars off countries where homosexuality is illegal. Just remind people that when they bring up the so-called don't say gay bill, parental rights and education bill. But I digress. Florida Republican voter registration increased throughout President Biden's first year in office. It skyrocketed, actually.

When I got elected governor, DeSantis said we had 280,000 more registered Democrats than Republicans in the state of Florida. Wolf. Today, it will probably be fully publicized very soon. For the first time in the history of Florida, we have overtaken Democrats. There are more registered Republicans in Florida than Democrats. Yes, that's right. Internal numbers also show Republicans have gained on Democrats in traditionally blue Miami-Dade County. Democrats who hold the county with 500,000

registrants and vote Republicans, 400,000 registrants accounts for roughly a 100,000 registrant difference. Even Ron DeSantis, even Ron DeSantis is polling positively in the most Democrat county in the state. It's abysmal. It's why the DCCC, I'm sorry, why the Democrat Governors Association is not giving any money to Florida candidates. Did you know that? The Democrat Governors Association refuses to play in Florida because they know the state is lost for them. And it's a beautiful thing and a bastion of freedom for us. Several factors could be playing into the shift, including inflation, COVID-19 protocols, several controversial policies like defunding the police, critical race theory, as well as the state's population increase

during the pandemic. The Florida Democratic Party did not respond to Fox News's request for comment. Oh, man, this is a beauty. Ladies and gentlemen, good news all around.
