and then pray to another country? I mean, I think it's worth asking, like, well, they pray five times a day to a different country. You know, that's actually kind of demoralizing if this is your only country, if this is your only land. Quite a few people who are in prison right now and facing federal charges for threatening to kill my family. No, I don't want to share a country with them either. Because that's not the answer. It never was. So Charlie Kirk dying the same way that he lived in peaceful disagreement. And, well, I don't think a lot of people remember this. I know that I'm just sort of ranting here. And maybe this is a good time to pop up some of our good news of the day. Maybe we can start with General Flynn.

I don't know. ALS, do you have that photo from yesterday? There's only one photo, but yesterday, you know, we got an award from General Flynn on, at the Mar-a-Lago event that they had. And then I posthumously accepted a Charlie Kirk, you know, plaque, honorary plaque there. And it was a wonderful, beautiful event.

But I want to talk about, like, what true, what is a true legacy? look like. I mean, there's not many of us who have like an actual true legacy. So in my very, very short commentary here, I just wanted to explain what like what does a true generational change in our nation look like. And well, this is it. For all the infighting, all a bickering and all the drama, all the bitching, you know, none of these people can really put up numbers. And here's the numbers, ladies and gentlemen, for Charlie. Today, you are witnessing a miracle. The miracle is a group of young people who are more religious than their parents. You've never seen

that, not in human history, not an American history, where church attendance and belief in God is higher than actually their parents' generation. You can see these numbers quite plainly, again, in purchases of Bibles, in adherence to particularly traditional churches, like Catholicism, is seeing a great increase in spike, and in belief in God, which remains incredibly strong in our party. You know, there was a time when this was waning in both parties, and it was collapsing from a secretarian at this like a very weird biop moment in like the 2010, 2008. you know like we need to just like liberalize the movement and we need to get rid of traditional values and social norms and social conservatism and charlie brought that roaring back uh linked

with that is that young men are more right wing than they have ever been in history now young women have some work to do that is for sure uh but you know what we believe here is when you get married to one of those strong leaders, one of the strong right-wing men, that things reset, right? You get off the SSRIs as, you know, I know what it would be a euphoria. I don't know. I'm not sure. Like you get off of sort of the SIOP train and you stop becoming one of those childless cat ladies that Taylor Swift was bragging about. And that's all collapsed. And men are leading the way there, and that is a massive positive and it can be attributed to Charlie's life. And the final thing is the motivation of those men. It's one thing that's like, you know,

okay, you have all these younger, more conservative people. What are they going to do with that energy? You're going to invade Venezuela, which I'm totally against. Invade Canada, I'm more in favor of that, frankly. But what are you going to do with that? Invade by peaceful means. I think Canada, you could just kick in the front door, honestly, and they just surrender. I think you could do that. I honestly think that would roll really easily. What are you going to do with that energy? Well, according to Gallup, so you have all these young people that believe in God,

they're believing in God in great numbers. They're more right-wing and conservative in greater numbers than ever politically. What is the motivation? What action are they going to take? They want families, dude. That's it. That's what all available polling shows is that the number one priority for young men, and specifically young men, but right-wing women as well, Trump voters who are under the age of 35,

who are men and women, the number one priority for men is starting families getting married. Never seen that before in history. That you've never seen numbers like that. It's incredible. For women, it's also very, very high for Trump supporting women. It's in one of the, I think it's in the top four. Okay, again, do a little work on that. it should be number one, both men and women.

But for the left, it's at the absolute rock bottom. The motivation to have families, to have children, is in the barrel for the left. It is the last priority for both for Kamala Harris voters, male and female, dead last. So that's like very positive for an outlook for us and our movement and who's going to inherit the nation as long as we keep the borders closed,

as long as we don't allow tens of millions of third world criminal aliens here in order to subsist off welfare, we win. We'll win. It's a literal demographic guarantee. It's a mathematical guarantee. We win. In the end, we win. We say it every single show, every single show.

Remember, in the end, we win. Because of this. Belief in God, conservative in our values, leads to more families, more babies, more children, and their lives lead to nihilism and depression and collapse and quite frankly, misery. And so we're happy, they're miserable, we win.

And that is the legacy of Charlie. Interestingly, that's what Charlie said he wanted his psychosity to be. I've never seen this. I know I've talked about a little bit on the show, but I've never seen anything like it. A dude who was in his 20s, early 30s, 32 when he died, talking so much about what his legacy was going to be.

What's that about? Never heard a 20-year-old talk like that. But he said it with absolute clarity. I want my legacy to be the advancement of the kingdom of Christ. Absolute clarity rings like a bell. I want it to be the advancement of the kingdom of God. that is it boom and then you can see these numbers you can see them shift you can see them change so this is what we've been here we have to keep it now now we have to keep that motivation

look at that for young male trump voters number one number one priority having children getting married having children right you can see this voters for harris having a career working at working at city bank working at city bank that's my number one that's the number one thing that i want a career yeah and females voting trump achieving financial independence okay you do that by marrying you do that by marrying a good man so this is what what we're fighting. The video shows an elderly worker, she's 72, going about her various duties as employee at Target,

when the woman behind the camera identified as a health care worker, Michiella Ponce, and also vicious and psychotic immigration activist, walked up to her and confronted her employee about the shirt with the freedom and Charlie Kirk emblazoned on it. Ponce, whose TikTok handle is mother of ballers, okay, appeared in the video, which was spread across social media.

She also called the target employee a racist and stupid for wearing the shirt in honor of the Turning Point USA founder. Are you effing stupid? Paul says TikTok has 1.1 million likes. And her profile picture features a woman with a hat

that states make racism great again. So Libbs loved this. Libbs loved some little woman in her 70s getting harassed and called a racist and screamed at while she's stalking baby clothes at Target. Here we go. Why? They let you wear that shirt here? Yes. Why are you taking my picture? Why are you wearing that shirt? You're working. It's a red shirt. I can wear any red shirt. It's not a plain shirt. It doesn't have to be a... To Charlie Kirk's shirt. Yes.

And they have posted a update. So Enlo Health was contacted about their psychotic employee going and harassing a peaceful worker at Target wearing a Charlie Kirk shirt and they say the Chino Police Department is investigating a social

media post in which a personal account of an unlaw health employee, we are deeply concerned about the tenor of this post and the response that is creating for individuals of all political persuasions. He served on what was called the, it's a submarine called the sailfish.

People need to go look up the sailfish. Just Google it. He was one of only two people that served the entire war on that submarine. All the other members of that of the Navy at that time that were on that submarine had to get off at different times because the submarine took so many depth charges. There's recorded over 500 depth charges that he's got. took. And this gentleman, you know, he is such a true believer. He's such a patriot. Bill Dillon, I met him a number of months ago. And so we invited him last night to recognize him as we recognize you as a champion for this country, for this beautiful country of ours. And I just watched

your first, prior to me coming on and prior to you showing Bill, Jeannie from Target, right, Jeannie from Target. I mean, I want the American people to know as we go into this holiday season, that we have so many different, just great, great people in our country that are patriots and that are just believing in the Christian values and principles that we are, our country is founded upon. And we have a president right now that has given up so much. And they've taken shots at them to try to try to kill them as they did to, you know, the great Charlie Kirk. And that was one of the things that we recognized last night. Thank you, Penny, for being there to not only accept a champion of America award for yourself for all the things that you do, but also we wanted

to recognize Charlie Kirk and the kinds of effort that he has done in his legacy. And so thank you on behalf of our team at America's future for being there to accept that as well. We had a great, great event last night. And for all those people that are out there in our country, I want you to know that what we do as a nation and one of the one of the people that we had speaking last night you know they talked about the united states of america and they said you know of the of those those words right united states of america the most important word among those three key ones is united and uh you know we say united states of america united we stand right so we are we are a much, much greater nation. We're a much better place. And frankly, the world sees us as a very

united, a united country, a united people. And it's, and it's crazy because, you know, we hear so much negativity sometimes in our media and in other parts, you know, from other, from other sort of parts of our country. But when I talked, we had about probably five or six different countries represented last night that came to our event because they really, support what we're doing. And to a national representative, they are so grateful for everything that President Donald J. Trump has done to unite and to bring people together around the world. I mean, he's, you know, this idea about peace and trying to fight for peace as much as we have fought in wars over the many, many years. And Bill Dillon's a representative of that.

I mean, just an incredible, incredible human being. Never mind. Never mind. a great servant of our country in uniform. But I just want to let people know that, but we're all really all about many. And as we go into the holiday season and we went to the Christmas season, you know, remind ourselves that this country is all about being united, united in a cause for freedom, united in a cause for patriotism, united in a cause to work for each other, for our families, our faith, right?

Our principles as a nation. And I think that's really what this season is all about. And I do hope, because I know the president is going to, to be addressing the nation tonight and i and i am i'm hopeful that in that address to the nation that he lays out some of the some of the important issues and and uh opportunities that he sees for the for this country going forward there's a lot of angst obviously you know when you ever whenever you talk to anybody right there's a lot of angst out there and i think a lot of it is because of the frankly the the the propaganda and the psychological operations that are that are fed

into our system. And, you know, we all know that. Everybody sees that. And so I am, I'm optimistic. I'm sitting here optimistic, very optimistic today. And I'm so glad that the president is going to address the nation tonight. And, and I believe he's going to really, really show a touch of leadership that this country is begging for. And he's the right guy at the right moment, the right time. So we're just, we're blessed, blessed to be part of a great cause. And I'm blessed to be, you know, be part of something that I think all of us as Americans. That gentleman, Bill Dillon, is a reminder of why we are the way we are in the United States of America. So thanks for being a part of last night.

And I wish you all the best here. I know people are going to have another great event coming up this weekend. And that's going to be another good opportunity to showcase what, America is known for, what being united as a nation, what being united as a country, what being united as a people that we are known for around the world, because the rest of the world is watching and they are praying and hoping that America continues to be the greatest country in the history of the world, which we are. So general, you're obviously, have taken over Mar-a-Lago and you've, you know, you've rented the entire property, you were at the pool,

yesterday and receptions and round tables and renting out the cottages and then the ballroom. And so it's a beautiful property. But just a few short years ago, the doors were getting kicked down by the feds. And the FBI was doing a full-scale raid of this property with guns drawn going through and ripping open the private quarters of President Trump, his office, Melania's bedroom, bedroom, bathroom, baron Trump's, fidget spinners, game. game boy or whatever. It's like they were rifling through everything. And now we find out today that the FBI said that there's no probable cause to actually do that. And that the Biden DOJ effectively said, screw you. We're just going to raid Trump in order to torture and harass him.

There are now details in emails that prove all of this. Now, given the fact that you're in Maralago right now, what's your take on this? Yeah. And you know, this is no surprise. I mean, my persecution after it was investigated by a legitimate prosecutor, they also determined that there was no probable cause if there was no crime committed, right? I mean, and my life and my family's life was damn near destroyed. And that's what they were attempting to do to President Donald J. Trump and his family. So, you know, you know, Eric, you know Don Jr., Ivanka, all of them. I mean, every time, and I always say when Trump got a subpoena, I got a subpoena, but those, that entire family, as my family, went through, this incredible level of deceit and, and, and, and a persecution, not a prosecution, not legitimate in any sense of the word. So what they did down at Marlago and what they're going to, what they've discovered is obviously there's no legitimate reason for doing that.

And all they were trying to do is destroy that man and make him, force him to say, you know, I'm done with politics. I'm going to walk away. I'm going to try to just, you know, fight for my family. So Trump did that and more. And one of the things that he did was he decided again to run for president of the United States. And our nation, if Trump wasn't the president right now, I don't know where our country would be. I probably wouldn't be on this podcast with you and you probably wouldn't have this podcast. That's the kind of, that's what we're facing.

That's what we're facing in this country. And that's what I want people to know. When they go after a former president of the United States, the way they went after, it's not just the Mar-a-Lago ring. It's everything, Ben. It's all this stuff that went up in New York and the J-6 to Fannie Willis and Fulton County District Attorney who went after him there as well. I went through all that.

I have personal scar tissue on all this. So I know. And so this issue of no probable cause, meaning that they really, they made the whole thing up, these, you know, I don't want to use language on your show here today. But they made the whole thing up to get after Donald J. Trump, to destroy him, to destroy his family, to destroy his legacy. And guess what Trump did? He stood his ground. And thank God that he did. And now we are where we are as a nation. And now, as I've always said, and I emphasized it last night, that the most important thing that people can do because everybody always asks, what can I do? The most important thing that you can do, now I'm talking to your audience is figure out what you can control in your life and go take control of it. Get involved. Get involved at the local level. I use this phrase local action as a national impact. If you get involved at the local level, you can you can stitch back the fabric of this beautiful quilt we call the United States of America. And that's what we're going to need every single person to do. Just like Bill Dylan. Bill Dylan stood up and served his country at a very young age and he served. it honorably, you know, and I know what that means. And now we, we have to remind every single citizen. You don't have to just serve in uniform, but you have a duty and a responsibility as an American to serve your country in some capacity, whether it's your church, your family, your local community, but now it's time to get involved. And I think that that's going to be the message from Trump tonight. It's going to be what, you know, what is it that you can do as Americans?

You can get out there, get involved, and get active. Because in order to save this country, in order to continue to have the freedoms that we have, we're going to have the sacrifice. And sacrifice means your time, it means your resources, it means your skills, whatever it is. But now is the time and people need to, and I think that that message has resonated. And it's because of all the nonsense that President Trump went through, withstood that pain, what stood the sacrifice that he and his family had to make. And now he's president of the United States again because the American people said so. And that's the beauty of this country.

What do you think about, and the final question here, I know that you have a very short time window, but what do you think about the grand jury and paneling for the grand conspiracy that's taking place right where you are, right now, there in the Southern District of Florida, there is now a grand conspiracy that is going to span, I think, years in order to try and rig elections against President Trump, Rigg, obviously, lawfare against President Trump and yourself, and people are, it seems like they're quite nervous about this one as we have been fed from some of the people inside of this process, teasing out like this is going to be the true main course for justice in Trump term two, your take general. Yeah, so for everybody, the conspiracy never stopped. So it wasn't like people go, oh, you know, there's a, there's a, I don't know, an expiration of whatever crimes they committed back in Russia gave. That conspiracy continued. And that's what we're seeing with this grand jury down here in Florida and the things that we're hearing.

I mean, all the lawyers are all, you know, like people are lawyering up, et cetera, as we have seen. So here's where I think we're at. I think come the new into the new year here, and we're gonna probably see, if not a lot of subpoenas issue, we're gonna see some indictments issue. I also think that the president, I think you'll talk about it tonight a little bit.

I think he's gonna talk about our elections and what has happened to our election system because this is all part of the same conspiracy. You know, if you start off with Russia Gate as the beginning right in 2016, summer of 2016, even earlier than that now that we know, But summer of 2016, and then you continue to follow the conspiracy to basically undermine the Constitution of the United States of America and undermine a duly elected president during Trump's first term. That was sort of Russia gate.

Then you had impeachment gate. Then you had the election. And I'm going to tell you, the rigged elections are very real. This is not conspiratorial. I think Trump is going to, he knows it. And we're going to see a lot more of that. So this conspiracy continued. And we just talked about the raid at Marlago, Jack Smith, right?

Geez, where did that guy? Where'd that name go? Well, believe me, we have a, I'm part of a federal case against him. It's a civil case, but we are working with the Department of Justice on that one to turn it into a criminal case, which they should do. So this conspiracy continued, I think what we're going to find is we're going to find that these kinds of things take time if they're done properly. I know people are frustrated. I'm not going to sit here and tell you that I'm not. But I will tell you, the way that it needs to be done, it needs to be done, you know, by the book, legally and morally, and they are going to discover because people will start to talk.

Once a subpoena's ever issued, and there have been some issued, I understand, through the lawyer network, that people are going to start to talk. And I've been on your show before and mentioned a couple of names of those people that I think are going to be the easiest ones to talk first, guys like Clapper, right? if he makes it to the next year. So I think it's good news. I think it's positive news. It's news that needs to come, and people are waiting for it. And I think those are the two areas that President Trump is going to have to deal with. And he has been, you know, in his own way and his own style.

And that's accountability, accountability of these people that committed this conspiracy to undermine the Constitution of the United States of America. And the other is our elections and making sure that our elections are fair. We have to get people. People will go vote if they believe that the elections are fair. Yes. And that's what has to happen. And people off cycle, off cycle elections like the midterms and all this kind of stuff, people have to go vote. And they will vote if they believe that there's been positive changes. And I know that President Trump, believe me, he's up to his eyeballs in that. I know that for a fact. And he's going to do all that he can to make sure that our elections are as fair as he can possibly make them. And it won't be easy because there's going to be a lot of people who don't want. them to be fair fighting against him. And that's where the American people, your audience, has to stand our ground and say, this is what we demand. General, do you mind a very quick

follow-up to that? I know that you're on a tight timeline. Very quick follow-up. You talk about secure elections, and there's been some considerable reporting done about your role in 2024 and saving our elections from being stolen by digital and electronic voting. And some of the capacities through Venezuelan companies, and I think some of what's happening in Venezuela, frankly, ties back to this. We have some good sourcing on that. But Venezuelan companies that can and do rig elections

around the world through electronic voting and that they can algorithmically just shift the votes. And it is a code and it is an algorithm and that they can deplete or increase based on the numbers and the pure margins, voting blocks across certain key counties and rig elections. Now, we've heard Tulsi Gabbard sort of tease this out

that there's a big report coming on this. And again, we've heard your name mentioned multiple times in our reporting about what truly happened in 2024 to save the election. So I just want to give you this big runway, since you mentioned it multiple times there in the last answer, to tell us, like, what was your role in saving the 2024 election? How do we fix this system?

Yeah, so a couple of things. One, our election system is all the above. It's mail-in voting. It's machinery. It's all of the different things. It's harvesting. It's all the different things that we know are just not part of a fair system. So it's not just, you know, one thing.

It's not one thing. That's not what wins the day. What wins the day is, you know, is a system that people can trust and it's fair. Now, in terms of overseas interference, because you mentioned like Venezuela, you know, there's all the, all the, the noise about Serbia and servers and such like that. So what I can 100% guarantee, 100%, if any, is that there was foreign interference of our elections, and it is very clear that it goes back to at least 2020,

possibly goes back further than that. And that's why Venezuela is such a key component of this issue because of what we know. And all that information came out right after the 2020 election, but nobody wanted to believe it. We didn't, you know, we weren't able to be as clear as possible. So it's taken years and a lot of hard work, a lot of sacrifice. And frankly, you know, it actually costs lives to get to where we're at.

And so 100%, Benny, there is clear, unadulterated evidence that we had foreign interference in our elections. And I know that President Trump is very aware of that. And I'll leave it at that. because it's really now up to the president, and I believe he'll make the right decisions because he's got good people advising him on this. He'll make the right decisions about this. But when people see and hear how foreign entities and countries

interfered in our elections to basically overthrow our country, but they did it in line with people here inside, that's what's even more egregious. And that's the one thing that for me, personally is I don't I don't fear China I don't fear Russia I don't fear Iran I don't fear any of these over Venezuela I don't fear any of these people you know that's I've been there done that what I am most concerned about is the insidiousness of people inside of our own system inside of our government that are trying to work

against our country that's what I am most concerned about and I know that President Trump is as well so I'm very very optimistic that he is being fed now the right information and he will make the right decisions what do you mean the decision like banning electronic voting banning malin voting i mean yeah he's going to have to make some decisions about about uh you know whether or not the u.s postal services involved in in elections which is unconstitutional as far as i'm concerned it's an executive member of the executive branch the machinery if if we find we discovered that machines or any part of a machine is made overseas or there are elements that are running through systems that are overseas, we can't have that. We

just can't have that. But yet we do. And he's going to get a lot of pushback from, particularly from blue states. We can already see some of it. So he may have to, he may have to go to a place where we just ban all machinery. And we go to, we go to literally, we go to, you know, paper ballots, and we count paper ballots, which is not, you know, even in this 21st century, that's not out of the question. I mean, it's not out of the question. And to do it properly, to do it correctly, to do it at precinct level. And that's why I've said, you know, in the past, that probably the most important person on an election day is a precinct captain, even in a presidential election, because those are the people that have to hustle and they know what their jobs are. That's why I say

local action. People got to get involved. You know, you know, there's so much that is at stake. And we cannot have a system, a election system, particularly the machinery that is made in another country or is capable of being subverted from overseas, which is what we learn. Well, we look forward to that report. We hope that it comes before the 26 midterm elections, obviously, right? And we just wish you a Merry Christmas, General, and Godspeed. Nonetheless, General Flynn's shot and Chip Roy's shot, which just seems like both of these men are like out on the road or traveling. not in studios, still clearer than any footage that we have of the actual mass murderer. I say mass murder. Two people were killed.

Twelve people were shot at Brown University. Timeline showing movements of Brown University mass shooting suspect released. It'll enrage you, frankly, seeing this. Because now we can see that the Brown University suspect walked by multiple police cars. After the shooting. Not sure where this clip is, ALX, hit it with Klein, but look at this. The shooter, the killer, is wandering past multiple cop cars after the murders. No, it's a clip.

Yeah, it's a clip. I saw this all over my timeline yesterday. And so what the hell is this? There are 100 different security forces at Brown University, full-time security forces, security police officers. There are a thousand cameras. The president's home has cameras. But now we can't get any shots.

No footage, nothing. It smells like a cover-up to me. People are speculating that this might be a left-wing student, left-wing staffer that's well-known to everybody involved and that this may be some grand conspiracy. It's obviously a rotund individual, a fatter individual. you can see like sort of a giant beerbelly portly and the cops instead arrested a very fit

military man and said that he he did it well what the hell is that exactly why do they arrest somebody who doesn't fit the description at all the cops had all this footage so here you go some people saying that this individual walks like a woman the authorities are saying that is a man. Nonetheless, this individual does not match the description at all of who they arrested and said they got the guy for 24 hours, and then they released him. So we had the wrong suspect. So this is now, again, not helpful footage. You get no shots of their face. He's kind of like the J6 pipe bomber. You can barely see like even the skin color. You could see like the path here from the uh from the fbi it looks like they've got even like some dash cam footage do we have

that uh the the police officer yeah yeah there you go so there's a police officer right there so they committed the mass murder and then just calmly strode by a police officer makes absolutely no sense it seems to many people that they are concealing the identity of the shooter. Why? The shooter also shouted, according to eyewitnesses, Alu Akbar, which of course is going to narrow down the pool, the suspect, and the motive for this crime,

again, they attacked the only conservative on campus and killed her, the only outspoken Christian conservative on campus and killed her. And now extreme far left-wing Brown University seems to be doing damage control and cover up for the murderer cameras in the hallway but they don't show the suspect brown is not releasing them uh or they're not releasing them to the media how does a multi-million dollar school not have cameras in the hallway correction how does a 10 billion dollar we check the endowment 10 billion dollar endowment how did they not have proper security cameras why are they withholding

their footage this individual went deep into the heart of the school into the building right in the center of campus and then committed mass murder what what authorities are now calling a targeted killing here we go cameras in the hallway but they don't show us the suspect or brown is not releasing them or you're not releasing to us how does a multimillion during the dollar school will not have a bunch of cameras in the hallway so so let me let me try to explain that so as president patson knows there was a a major addition put on that building within the last five years or so. That is a modern building attached to a much older one in the back.

So it doesn't come as a surprise to me at least, that there are cameras and the newer part of the building. And there is video footage, okay? So there's the back part of the building, old part, and front part, new part. The shooting occurs in the old part towards the back, up towards Oak Street. And that older part of the building, there are fewer, if any, cameras in that location.

I imagine because it's an older building. So as students are fleeing the area of the shooting into the new part of the building, there are cameras in that, in that brand new building that show that chaos. But the only, the only video of the presumed, anticipated, suspected, however you wanted to find a person of interest, you have it. We would release it if we thought it would be helpful in identifying this, subject because we are relying on the press and public to help get us there. There would be no reason for us to hold back. We're looking for the best image. Dan, kind of follow up.

I'm pretty general. Thank you for explaining that because it really clarifies it, although I'm sure some people watching would think a multi-million dollar school with a huge endowment could afford new cameras in an old building. That's my statement. Here's my question. Yeah, it's a great statement because they do have cameras. Here we go from Fox News. the Brown University academic building where the gunman opened fire and killed two students allegedly didn't have cameras because the structures age. However, officials have confirmed that the very old official residence of the school's president has plenty of brand new cameras strapped to it. You can see him right here. So what the hell is going on?

They stupidly made all of their camera locations public. And now, ladies and gentlemen, there are some major reports out of a known individual who has ties to Palestinian liberation movements and to radical Islamic movements, who is a well-known member of the Brown University student assembly. an activist, and their entire history is being scrubbed from the internet. Nobody knows why. Brown says they're taking down all of the public statements, images, photos, reports, publications, and articles on this individual who seems to, of course, match the body type, description of the shooter again we don't know innocent until proven guilty we don't know if the feds have even questioned this individual that we don't know but brown said in a statement that they're taking they're scrubbing everything based on doxing activity in the wake of the shooting well how about

instead say that the uh feds have cleared the police have interviewed this this person of interest let's just call it and then they've cleared them how about say that Instead, the president of Brown is just playing stupid and saying, oh, I don't know. I don't know. I don't know anything. Here we go. Leave some webpages for students or faculty have taken down. Is that a response to any external threats to anyone in the community?

We have been working very closely with law enforcement to provide them with all of the internal to Brown information that they need to do this investigation. It's their investigation. they're the professionals. So we're providing information. We're not in the job of reviewing it for them. I know nothing about web pages being taken down as part of this. It's the first I've heard of it. In the back. President Trump on Truth Social, why did Brown University have so few security cameras? There can be no excuse for that in the modern age. It doesn't get any worse, President Donald Trump. Here we go, ladies and gentlemen, speaking about this with great

authority and somebody who wants to obviously keep Texas safe place. There's been plenty of shootings in Texas, obviously. Some of them sometimes targeting schools. Nobody wants to see this ever happen again. The great Congressman Chip Roy joins the program live now to discuss. Congressman, what the hell's going on here? Brown University. To us, it certainly seems like a targeted killing of maybe the one conservative and Christian student on campus. And then it seems like that everything's getting kind of slow rolled here and nobody really knows what they're doing. Your take. Well, first of all, I could be on Betty. Merry Christmas. Merry Christmas. Merry Christmas. Obviously, you know, our heart goes out to the young woman from

Alabama who was the, you know, college Republican there at Brown, probably one of what, six or however many there are at Brown University. But, you know, it's a different. does appear that this was targeted, you know, my godson goes to Brown and was literally down the street and heard the shots and was there. I was texting with them that night. The response by Brown University has been, I think, nothing short of pathetic. And, you know, this whole notion that she's ignoring the scrubbing of the websites and trying to, you know, it seems like, you know, whitewash this whole thing and try to get rid of it is, I think, pretty extraordinary. but look I think at the end of the day it's because there's a narrative here right the question is what fits the narrative and you know we don't know all the details yet about who we're talking about but what we know is they have a very definitive idea of what they want the narrative to be or not to be right that's the deal and every time we deal with radical leftists in university and public in k through 12 anywhere in the country they're always trying

to figure out how to avoid people knowing the truth and I just think you you seek the truth wherever it may lead, right? And if this is somebody that, you know, is somebody that doesn't fit something that's like an Islam issue or something else, fine. Then we'll go process the truth, whoever it is, whatever the background is of that individual. But I tend to think right now, when you look across the country, we see the types of things that are happening. And there is an attack being waged against conservatives, against people who support Israel, against people if they're not, you know, in line with the radical Islamic movement. And we're seeing those attacks every single day.

And we had a hearing yesterday with, you know, witnesses talking about the Southern Property Law Center in the committee that I chair in the subcommittee on the Constitution. We had Tony Perkins from the Family Research Council. You remember a decade ago they were shot up by somebody who found them on an SPLC hate map. And we had Andrew Seifer, who was 10 feet from Charlie, when Charlie was assassinated in September,

Andrew testified about the extent to which SPLC's targeting of turning point and Charlie led to at least the climate and the environment that we're seeing unfold. And Tyler O'Neill is a great journalist on this. My point is we're looking into this in Congress, but what we're seeing out of Brown is, I think, the opposite. They don't want to seek the truth wherever it may lead. So you're running for Texas Attorney General. You'll obviously be partially in charge of making sure that,

students stay safe and that if somebody wants to commit a crime on a campus, that they're not able to, hopefully, or even if they do, that they're caught immediately, I mean, what would you do in this situation? How are you going to fix Texas schools, hardened Texas schools to make sure you don't have like a Yuvaldi situation and so on? Well, you've worked very closely with Texas DPS, with the governor, with the legislature there. There's a lot of efforts to move in the right direction to improve security. But obviously, and also we believe in making sure that our schools are fortified but also that there are jurisdictions in texas where teachers are armed and are able to respond accordingly and i think that we have to look at those options um but as the attorney

general the biggest thing i would do is be standing up for the ability of people to be able to defend themselves and to go seek out and root out all of the dollars flowing into these groups that are fomenting this kind of these kinds of attacks that's the deal and you know there might be one-off attacks but there's a coordinated effort that we're seeing unfold that has to be stopped the power of the attorney general is most strong in that regard we have law enforcement engagement we work with local law enforcement we work with dAs but we have a very strong ability to go look at these NGOs these nonprofits go look at the flow of the dollars that this stuff isn't accidental if you want to end this stuff go like cut the head off of the snake go look at what's happening with the soros funding with arabella with the uh you know funding coming in from gates from the united nations from NGOs from foreign sources go look at all the entities that have nonprofits that are moving people illegally into the country, what they're doing with the DAs and the Wren Collective. All of those things are a part of a vast network that we have to go root out and destroy.

That's where I think the AG can add the highest and best value while obviously working with law enforcement on the ground to make sure we're securing the people. So that's very interesting. Armed teachers and then making sure that schools are not gun-free zones so that if you're trying to find a soft target, you won't find one. you could expect to be met with equal or hopefully greater and better trained force. Yeah, no, that's right. And, you know, like I said, I've got school districts that I represent and others. There's one school district. You go back, go by the school, and there's a sign up that says warning, teachers aren't, right? And so I think some of that stuff is important. It's certainly important in Texas. But don't, but don't minimize, I think we shouldn't minimize the importance of stopping

the organized effort that is driving this attack on our way of life, that is fueling the radical left, that is fueling this hatred by a young generation that's being filled with the ideas. As we said in a hearing yesterday, go back and watch the testimony, it's all purposeful to say that Charlie Kirk is a hater. Charlie Kirk was talking about free speech and he was talking about, hey, come change my mind, right? Come, let's sit in town and talk. And, You know, that was the opposite of what they're portraying. When they do that, they do it intentionally to foment the violence. And we've got to go look at that.

Again, I'm not talking about interfering free speech. I'm talking about a coordinated effort by leftists that are doing it to terrorize and undermine our stability and our safety in our country. Yes. So, okay, let's talk about undermining safety in Texas. We got a whistleblower tip that they had the live stream of an Afghan national who's planning on doing a car bomb in Dallas and 4th. Worth and he said so on a TikTok stream. We were able to translate it. And sure, sure enough, Chip, that dude was like, yeah, I'm going to, like, use my taxi for the people of Texas.

I hate the people of Texas, he says. You know, they gave me refugee status here. I live here. They've given me welfare here. And I hate them. And I want to kill them. And I'm going to use my car to do that. And I'm going to go build a bomb.

And by Allah, I'm going to go kill as many Texans as I possibly can. He sets it on live streams, you know, it's like just patently evil. Like, how are you going to do? deal with that because we're seeing obviously the number of mosques explode in texas the muslim population in texas skyrocket um you know there's some real incompatibility problems when you're looking at the epic city development how are you going to approach that as attorney general well first of all in congress uh i've introduced legislation to pause all immigration legal immigration included because we need to reset we need to change our policies we need to adopt

policies that would make sure that people are adherent to Sharia law aren't coming in. We need to review all of them and stop importing people who hate the country, hate the West. Number two, as Attorney General, you know, we've got to use the legislation and the laws that we have. There are things that we can do to go after places like Epic City and these organizations and entities using the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, using the statutes that they passed, trying to limit the ability of Epic City and these other entities to grow.

But importantly, you've got to use the bully pulpit to go out and talk about and highlight what's going on and say, individual if i don't have original jurisdiction to prosecute that individual which i might not because the way our laws are written in texas you got to go into that uh individuals where the d a is and put pressure on the d a to prosecute that individual and then work directly with the feds and i'll be uniquely situated to do that to work with the feds to remove this individual to get rid of this individual and i don't know what his status is but at some point i don't really care and when somebody's doing that they're engaging in terroristic threats they need to be uh put in jail and or removed from the

the country. So we've got to work in a coordinated fashion with local governments, which, by the way, I don't think we're doing well enough. I think the attorney general can work with local sheriffs, local DAs to do a better job for 287G, which is a provision that allows us to coordinate with ICE, coordinate with the DHS, to remove bad actors, to remove people that are, you know, in conflict with our laws. And number two, we've got to pass even better laws in Texas to be able to drive this stuff out. And then as attorney general, use every law we have under the books to address it. How is the Paws Act doing it? Are you gaining support?

Yeah, the Paws Act is gaining support. There's more members that are understanding why it's critical. We've got to keep pushing through to get people to understand because what you have is the entrenched business interests here that say, oh, no, no, you can't do that. We've got to have labor. We've got to have, you know, certain people that. And I'm saying, guys, we have 51.5 million foreign-born people. We have a ton of Americans who are still seeking work. We want to grow the economy. America first means America first. The president is right. He keeps adding people to the, adding countries to the list that we shouldn't be bringing people in from. I think Congress needs to have a very clear message that says, let's pause and then let's

reset and look at all the things that are a problem. Diversity visas. People don't realize we give something like 50,000 visas a year to people from low immigration countries for the sake of diversity. We do that every year. And I don't know the day. from this year under this administration, but I can tell you the previous administration was ramping that up in full and chain migration where you can get in your cousins, your aunts and your uncles and whatever. And then you flood the zone with more folks. That's why we have a Somali problem in Minneapolis. That's why we have a problem in Dallas. That's why we have a problem in Deerborn. We've been importing the problem. So we should stop it. Like literally right now, stop the bleeding, support Tom Homan and removing a lot of people. And then let's reset the zone and change our laws so that we don't do this anymore going forward yeah i mean obviously we've seen how it works in a little mogadishu in minneapolis so i don't know if you how close you are in proximity to ilhan omar's office and but the white house is outposting that she married her brother multiple members of congress are telling me that uh there's a lot of truth to that including people at dhs and that

she may have certainly committed immigration fraud and in that case grounds for de naturalization and deportation. So your thoughts on that and your colleague, Yohan Omar. Yeah, I mean, I think that they need to pursue the facts on Omar. I think they need, by the way, look at Mamdani as well. I think, you know, my friend Amy Mekh, with Rare, who follows a lot of the issues with the Islamification of America, has looked into a lot of stuff on Mamdani as well as Elon. But, you know, look, follow the truth wherever it may leave. What are the questions about her, you know, status when she came here, what her age was, who she married, all of the stuff and look and see. out the truth. in this country that are getting leadership positions who literally want to undermine and change our country. This is not becoming, this is not a melting pot. This is not a simulation. The speaker's been trying to work through that. We need to codify the work of the administration. We need to do things like HR2. We need to codify a lot of the executive orders because we don't get permanent reform. home about this all the time, by the way, I'll say just take the issue of immigration and border security. If we don't codify it. If you don't, you know, seal the gate, then guess what happens if we get a Democrat in January of 29 or January 33? They will blow the lid off of it again, abuse parole, abuse asylum, and flood the zone, and we'll be dealing with that same problem.

That's just one issue, border security. But we've got to codify these executive orders and move forward so that we have permanence and predictability. We would love that. I just couldn't couldn't believe it when that news broke. The documentation seems really damning. First of all, let me say, Chip Roy is a phenomenal member of Congress. We're going to miss him. I'm sure he'll do great job as Attorney General in Texas, but we're going to miss him here. He's so incredibly knowledgeable and articulate. I've enjoyed working with him. He's one of the mainstays of our Wednesday night dinners House and Senate members where we try and get the conservative ball rolling here in the Senate.

But, no, I mean, unfortunately, I'm not surprised by the revelation. It should shock every American, but it's very frustrating for myself and Senator Grassley who've been seeking these documents now for years. Obviously, the Biden administration was going to be turning over something so incriminating, and it just shows really the tasks that Cash Patel and Pambani have on their hands just trying to get people to cooperate with them, identify these documents, and turn them over to Congress so that we can make them public. But I think we all suspected that there was really no reason for the FBI to raid President Trump's compound the way they did, Mar-Lago, a SWAT-type of raid, orders to kill if necessary, which is pretty standard fair for that type of raid.

But that type of raid never should have occurred. I mean, this would be something worked out between the former president and the archives. Not the FBI, not the Department of Justice. this is, again, this would be a little internal dispute here in terms, okay, what records that, by the way, you have full classification for, you're the one who classified and declassified documents. This has been an ongoing dispute between Presidents and the archives forever, and they turned this into a criminal type of event to show us the corruption of Jack Smith and his Archer Frost investigation. What's going on of the FBI? How have you, what's your take on how

the restructuring has gone. I know there's a lot of rumors right now that Dan Bongino may be departing. Do you have any knowledge of that? And what more work needs to be done there? There's obviously quite a bit of frustration. Do you share in that? Well, what you're seeing is the impact of the deep state and how difficult it is to get control of it. So obviously, the Trump administration understood some of the partisans. They fired him. A lot of the partisans just left They couldn't be part of a, you know, Department of Justice, FBI under Donald Trump. But then the lawfare that the left has engaged in, not just against Donald Trump or members of Congress, but, I mean, just ordinary citizens. I mean, we've got the prime example in Wisconsin, Judge Truppas, you know, probably the primary election attorney, agreed to represent President Trump after the 2020 election.

There were all kinds of irregularies that needed to be looked at. They were never adjudicated. They just, you know, cloak of lashes and they dismissed the case. But an honorable man kept the president's options open by having an alternate slate of your lectures, just like JFK did in Hawaii. Our attorney's general office said there was nothing improper about that to the Wisconsin Election Commission, and yet that a year later, that attorney general is trying to imprison Judge Troopers for life.

They're destroying him financially, probably a million dollars worth of legal fees. Completely bogus prostitution. here. They're saying that the Altona State of Electors was a forgery, a felony forgery. It's the open light of day. There's nothing nefarious about it whatsoever. So it's that kind of lawfare against ordinary citizens that make people very reluctant if you've got a legal career that you actually want to engage in after the Trump administration. We know that law firms will blackball attorneys that would help President Trump, which is why President Trump had a hard time finding attorneys to defend him.

Okay, so Department of Justice, FBI has the exact same problem. Terminations, people quit. They're having a hard time staffing up those organizations to do all the work that needs to be done, clean up all the messes left over by the Biden administration, and just get control of the deep state. That's why you can't expect one administration to do this in four years. We need to win election after election after election if we're going to defeat the deep state and limit the size scope and cost of government.

So what about blue slips, Senator? There's quite a bit of a debate over that right now. Many people saying that this is an archaic and outdated process of withholding or having the senators be able to withhold the attorneys that would oversee their state. Obviously, we might have slipped through the cracks, the ability to prosecute Letitia James or James Comey because of this tradition. Your take on that. Well, first of all, it's a legitimate debate and discussion.

I've used the blue slip myself to keep some pretty bad people off of the courts, okay? So we'll start there. The problem is, as is always the case, Democrats are pushing it well beyond the normal precedent. I mean, they're just not letting anybody through. And just like they were so aggressive and obnoxious when it came to confirming President Trump's nominees. During a normal first Congress of a presidency, somewhere around 1,000 nominees get confirmed. President Trump, because of the obnoxious obstruction, no nominee being confirmed by unanimous consent, everything had to be voted for.

He had to go through the whole time issue. He wasn't even to get 500. And so that obnoxiousness really led a conference or a Republican conference that really didn't want to change the rules, which is a mere 50 votes, to unanimously do. so. The same thing may happen with Blue Slips. So even though it's legitimate, as the filibuster. I mean, it's unfortunate Democrats break all these precedents and they destroy the norms, that they don't respect these precedents. They don't respect the rights of the minority. Thomas Crooks, Tyler Robinson has no social media, has no background in any of this, but they nabbed him and said he's the one who planted the pipe bombs. What do you think about this story? You've been such a champion and a crusader for J-Sixers and their rights.

this individual in his action was used in order to accelerate the charges against J. Sixers into, you know, terrorism charges. And so, you know, what's your make and take on the story? Well, again, we've been investigating this. We were told that the ATT data was corrupted so they couldn't use it. Now we're saying, well, apparently use that to find this guy. So again, I don't know what's true. I just have a suspicion that the Biden administration purposely, you know,

deep 60 investigation, didn't follow up on it for whatever reason. I don't know. None of it makes sense. I hope we find out in the end, like I'd like to find out more about Thomas Crooks. I can't explain why we're not getting answers and we're not getting answers out of quite honestly the Trump Department of Justice and FBI. Again, I've got a great deal sympathy with what they've, you know, all the messes they've got in their hands trying to clean up and just the problem of staffing. Again, people who do wrong. They cover. their tracks, those operators that are still in government, they're going to continue to frustrate efforts to find the truth and expose the truth. So that's true in the health agencies, that's

truth in the FBI and Department of Justice. So I wish I could provide more satisfying answers, but I'm probably more frustrated than any American when it comes to the fact that we don't know a lot that we should know. Yeah, we don't know so much of this. We do know that Dr. Fauci has been referred to the Department of Justice for lying to Congress. among many other crimes. And apparently that pardon is null and void now that Dr. Fauci got. Very strange thing to pardon Fauci, isn't that something? Just in conclusion here, I know this has been obviously something you care about very deeply

and the COVID cover-up. Can you give us an update on that, Senator? Pardon? Is he going to... Yeah, like, what's going to have... Is he going to be charged by the DOJ? Is the DOJ going to take any action against Fauci? Do you think there's ever going to be any accountable?

All these pardons that President Trump now is declared, Nell and void, that'll all be adjudicated. And they might have to be adjudicated individual by individual. Did Biden actually know about that pardon versus that pardon? And, of course, there were thousands of them. So it's hard to predict. What we do know is Anthony Fauci is a very bad person, okay? Bottom line, probably the nice thing you can say about him.
