It is Monday, January 26, 2020, and the left-wing terrorist networks have been exposed. This is precisely what we assumed was happening. We've been talking about it for weeks. He honeymooned there. He's been there like two, three dozen times. Tim Walls is not from Minneapolis. Tim Walls is an asset, an agent of chaos. He begs the question, like, why do you think that Tim Walls was brought on board? toward Kamala's ticket. I mean, he obviously didn't help her win. He's such a goofball, but there is one thing that Tim Walz helped with.

A lot of money poured into Kamala Harris. The second that she picked him, we think that Tim Walz is an asset, and we think that what's happening in Minneapolis is about as authentic as a $3 bill. What's happening in Minneapolis is now provable. Left-wing organized terrorism against the federal government. And we think what's going to happen next is there is going to be a massive roundup of conspirators who have been impeding and trying to kill our federal agents. And I also want to cover, obviously, President Trump and his commentary on this. And let's start with the most recent Trump Truth Social that was posted within the hour so that we can see kind of where Trump's head is here because Trump wants Minneapolis to be brought to heal. We believe that Minneapolis deserves the Insurrection Act. This is why the Insurrection Act exists. And we're going to prove to you beyond a shadow of a doubt on this program that is precisely what is happening. A terroristic, coordinated, funded, foreign insurrection against all federal authority actually using the power of the state. in order to insurrect against peaceful citizens of America and federal law enforcement.

And it's gotten deadly. And so it must be crushed now. I want to ask Cash Patel, actually, about the Insurrection Act. I wonder what he thinks about that. We've done a miniature investigation into Ilhan Omar's finances. We'll pop it up later today. She's making millions off of fake winery. There's a winery that just doesn't exist. It's gone, but you're going to be shocked about this. It was sued for fraud.

And it's a fraudulent winery. And Ilhan Omar is claiming that that fake winery that isn't real, we can prove to you it's not real. Phone numbers don't work. They haven't posted on social media in three years. You can Google map their location. There's nothing there. There's a fake winery that exists like a Somali daycare.

It's like a front. And Ilhan Omar is claiming that that's a asset in her portfolio worth $5 million. That's where some of her net worth comes from. It's so fake. It's so creepy. It's incredibly weird. We're going to release that later today. Maybe we should just play it here on the program.

The point is that Donald Trump taking these kind of things really seriously. And let's talk about this weekend because there was a shooting that resulted in a dead left-wing activist. And this is the blurred version of this in case, you know, it's something. not, you know, it's not horribly graphic, but I don't want to disturb anyone. What you see here is the Sig Sauer firearm that an individual was carrying when he decided to attack ICE agents. And what do I mean by that precisely? Well, listen, I don't know how else to explain this, because it is a tragedy. I don't want people to die. I don't want my fellow Americans to die. We say it all the time on this program.

We are a peaceful program. I want all my fellow Americans, even if they disagree with me, to live in peace. I don't want anybody to be shot in the street. I don't want my fellow Americans to lose their lives. I don't. However, there are activities that you engage in that all but guarantee that a bad outcome is going to happen.

Let's go through the list of guaranteed bad outcomes here. And oh, we've just learned that the individual who was shot and killed here by ICE, his name is Alex Peretti. Alex Peretti was part of this terroristic signal chat group that tracks and monitors and is orchestrated by the Minnesota Democrat Party, the leader. of the state of Minnesota, including the not limited to the lieutenant governor who was on these chats operating these chats. We're going to get into it in a second, but like the too long didn't read version of this is that there are very well coordinated militia groups that track federal agents that read their

license plates. How do you do that exactly? Well, those aren't publicly available databases. you need to have access to criminal file. You need to have access to databases, national databases of license plates and registrations. You have to be able to have access to a police force in order to run tags with such efficiency

as this group was showing. You have to have access to the governor himself, which the group does. And the lieutenant governor, who was allegedly on the group chats, this is why many Democrat activists are saying they're going to flee the state and potentially flee the country.

now because what this will prove demonstrably is that this isn't some organic protest. This is coordinated militia and military insurrection activity run by the state of Minnesota in order to attack the federal government and get federal agents killed. That's what is happening right now. There is nothing organic about this. It is orders from the top. It is a communist revolution and that revolution must be crushed. Now, this is what happened.

Alex Peretti went to a peaceful protest. He was armed with 60 rounds and a sig-sour handgun. Please put up the article. Thank you. This is as far as, and we've reviewed an enormous amount of video of this, and we've reviewed every conceivable video. of this incident. And I want to be very clear about what happened

because the left is saying that it's just an execution and that these I saw these border patrol agents just straight up killed a guy in the street for nothing. The right is saying, some on the right are saying that Alex Peretti went there in order to commit mass murder. I don't think that's true either.

I'm going to take this, given all of the available evidence, and we were going to give you a picture of precisely what happened and why this was a bad shoot, but why they are going to be absolutely no charges here, because given the circumstances, all of these federal agents are going to be given the benefit of the doubt by a judge and jury, I think even in Minneapolis,

here we go, if there is, you know, such a thing. So Alex Pready was at his peaceful protest with a fully locked and loaded firearm. It's a strange thing to do. He was also hounding federal agents, given this signal chat. He was on these signal chats. He was engaging and orchestrating in this signal chat in order to disrupt federal law enforcement. He was there as an agitator.

That is just simply a matter of fact. I've been to many protests. I don't go armed. I go to big events, right? And I go to events where things might get out of hand. You don't go armed to these things if you're there as a peaceful protester. It's a bad idea, but it's a far worse idea to go get in a confrontation with law enforcement while armed. Listen, man, I'm a Second Amendment absolutist.

I have firearms sitting on the wall in my studio. You can go ahead and see them. Check them out. Got some AR-15s in the studio. We are racked and stacked, locked and loaded and ready to go. I live in a wonderful state. I live in an open carry state. I live in a state where I got a refund for paying for my concealed carry license because they made it open carry.

I got a little check for 100 bucks because I had to pay for my concealed carry license. When I changed here, they changed the law. I live in a great Second Amendment state. We are locked and ready to go. I go to public. They're like dudes packing. It's great. You feel so secure.

People are sharp around here. The great state of Florida. Gun is life. Very polite. That's right. People are very, very polite, very polite society. Creates a very polite society. Creates a high trust society, actually. When you just assume that everyone is strapped and tactically loaded and trained. It's a polite, it's a polite society. It is. Clean, it's nice. People follow the rules. It's good. If I were armed and I saw a bunch of cops doing police work. And if I decided to then barrel into the middle of those cops and start throwing haymakers, which is what Alex Peretti did. It's not my opinion. It's on tape. Please play the tape.

You can see it for yourself. Alex Peretti decided to go Leroy Jenkins and go and engage law enforcement. They didn't come after him. He came after them. That's fully available on all angles of every videotape that we have, perhaps. Something will come out, but I don't see anything that's going to change this fact. Alex Paredi resisted arrest. Alex Paredi fought law enforcement.

Instead of simply getting arrested, facing the charges, going peacefully. He fought again. That is a massive mistake. The tussle went on for at least a minute you can. can see in the tape. Then one of the agents yelled, he's got a gun, which is true. That's just, that's empirically true. He had a gun. He came by he came with a firearm loaded, bum rushed federal agents, then fought them with his firearm. Great. So then what happened? Well, it's kind of hard to see. I don't know if these guys were wearing body cams or not.

I hope they are. But as best that we can tell, given the analysis, this fight, he was disarmed. The gun was taken by one of the federal agents. In a split second, the gun had a bad discharge. You can see the firearm here. This is a Sig Sauer handgun. The exact model.

Get me that. This model is known for, errant and false discharges resulting actually in a multiple law enforcement lawsuits, law enforcement engagements and lawsuits against the Six Hour Company. And so P320, six hour P320. This gun has a history of errant discharges. Again, pending loss, there are multiple pending lawsuits against the gun manual. manufacturer. And what I believe happened was that this firearm discharged. No one was trying to discharge it, but it had a round. This is how utterly reckless Alex Pready was. It had a round in the

chamber. He had already chambered around. And simply the handling of gun and the motion of the gun from the federal agent, as you can see here, him holding the firearm. The motion of the gun sent a round into the concrete that spooked one of the agents who were already aware that this individual was armed in the melee. One of the agents believed that this round was being fired in aggression by Alex Pready. And why wouldn't you? The entire sequence took five seconds from errant discharge.

to the agent firing what he believed was defensive shots when some when this left wing agitator who is already behaving violently resisting arrest bum rush the federal agents and this agent this federal agent this border patrol agent believed that he was now being fired upon so your training says once you're there you have to eliminate the threat i can think of 20 to 30 to maybe 100 different things that Alex Perretti and Renee Good and all of the rest of them could have done to have prevented a tragedy like this. Here's a good example. René Good. When federal agents say get out of your car, get out of your damn car. Don't resist arrest and don't try to vehicularly homicide a federal agent. After Renee Good hit a federal agent sending him to the hospital with internal

injuries and bleeding, she was shot and she died. Alex Paredi, after bum rushing federal agents and fighting them with a loaded fire. We know it's loaded. We know there was a round in the chamber because of the errand discharge. He was one pull away from firing that weapon. Did he run at the officers with the weapon drawn trying to shoot as many of them as possible? No, that is not true. The evidence doesn't show that. But is every single decision he's making up to the point of his death? What of some of the almost guaranteeing that there is going to be a bad outcome here? Yes.

Is he stoked on and put in this situation because he is part of a militia group chat, a left-wing terroristic group chat run by the leaders of the state of Minnesota, the lieutenant governor Flanagan, and Tim Walls. Yes, there are major connections there. Yes. Yes. And so was Renee Good. They were both part of this signal group chat that is intended to get them killed. and I'm saying that they made those choices to engage with federal law enforcement in a way that is so reckless and so endangering that federal law enforcement has no choice but to eliminate a threat on their lives.

And so this is what you would call a bad shoot in law enforcement. Given all of the evidence, there's no way that anyone would have to be. be prosecuted for this, that anybody would ever face consequences to this, because in what you would call the fog of war, given all of the evidence, what is the agent supposed to do? There's a gun, there's a gun, here's a guy violently attacking us, you hear the gun discharge, you have to eliminate the threat. You have to assume that he's firing upon you. Again, these agents don't have the luxury of super slow-mo, 4K, evidential.

footage filmed from five different angles. They have to make this decision in a split second. It's either their lives or the lives of every agent around them or the man who's violently attacking you. And Alex Peretti was violently resisting arrest. That's just a matter of fact. That's what all of the evidence shows. I think it's a tragedy.

I don't like it. It's being weaponized now by the left. I wish it hadn't happened. But let's remind ourselves, what's actually happening here? You know, who are these people fighting for? Kind of amazing that this is what the left, all the left is talking about.

They refused to talk about Ashley Babbitt. You know, Ashley Babbitt wasn't armed. Alex Prattie was armed. Ashley Babbitt didn't have a firearm. She didn't have a gun. She had a knife. She didn't have anything. They weren't able to find a single firearm

on any of the January 6ers. All of these individuals went unarmed into the United States Capitol and never being treated far worse than this actual insurrection. The left didn't cry a single tear for Ashley Babbitt. In fact, the man who executed Ashley Babbitt as named Michael Byrd, he was let off Scott Free.

He was allowed to ride. Michael Byrd killed Ashley Babbitt in cold blood without warning. Ashley Babbitt is a U.S. military veteran. She's a peaceful protester. I think you could argue if she has any crime is that she got caught up in the moment. went into the Capitol.

Okay. Thousands of people did. They've been pardoned. Ashley Babbitt was murdered in cold blood, unarmed, without warning by a federal officer. And the left didn't cry a single tear. They didn't care. They made fun of her. It's amazing.

Charlie Kirk is killed. It's a generational leader. Amanda would have been the future president in the United States. I believe truly in my bones shot. and murdered by a left-wing transgender, and no businesses have to be boarded up. There are no riots. Nobody burned down any cities.

In fact, conservatives got together and just prayed inside of a big stadium. That was this was our response. There is a difference. There is a definitional difference to the sides in what is happening right now. one of them is completely set on tearing, burning, ripping, ripping, and killing their way through the country in defense of what? You need to ask this question.

I want to put up some of the people I know I saw Klein you loading it up, some of the Americans who have been slaughtered by criminal aliens. Okay, let's put up some of the photos. I mean, we have a giant list. but the left doesn't cry a single tear for these people, not just Ashley Babbitt. You could say, oh, you know, the Libs would say, oh, she's an insurrectionist, she's thrown in the Capitol. All right, well, what about Kate Stanley?

What are some of these beautiful Americans? Too many to, I mean, too many to name. Lake and Riley, of course, is of note. Some of these beautiful little kids, what about Maverick, Martson? Left doesn't care. these are the lives that have been taken by illegal aliens. They've been slaughtered, some of them pillaged, raped,

some of them just run over by cars, some of them killed in drunk driving accidents that's happened just around the corner from our studio. The left doesn't lionize or make heroes out of any of these people. They're doing their damnedest in order to make heroes out of actual insurrectionists, left-wing terrorists. The left didn't even want to say the name of Lake and Riley.

He was assaulted, strangled, to death, and then bludgeoned with a rock, and a far more gruesome murder that anything you've seen anywhere out of Minneapolis, and the left doesn't even want to say their name. In fact, you know, it's what makes. makes me want to declare martial law and the Insurrection Act in Minneapolis, these people are fighting in order to keep the killer of Lake and Riley in our country. They want more of them.

That's who they're defending. They're defending the murderers, the rapists. That's how far we've sunk in this dialogue. So no, they deserve no quarter. They deserve no sympathy. I don't want, I don't want my fellow Americans to die, but that is why we have need to uncover these networks that are facilitating all of this. They are part of an evil terroristic network run by the highest levels of the Minnesota governing elite. Ladies and gentlemen, the man who exposed it all, Cam Higby, is hopping on our show in just a moment. And we're excited to have them. So that's my take on all this.

You know, I saw Bill Clinton and Barack Obama. They really think that they have momentum here. They really think that they can manipulate all of this. I call BS. You need to say it and state it clearly. These people didn't care about Ashley Babbitt. They care not about the, do you have that grok list? I mean, let's just go through.

Are there thousands of people? There's definitely tens of thousands of Americans who have been killed by criminal aliens in our nation. Yeah, not an ex-thous thousands and thousands of homicides. The left never marches for these people. They don't care about these people. They want them dead. The reason why Alex Pretti and Renee Good are dead is that they were fighting in part on behalf. They were fighting federal agents violently because that's what they were doing. That's what a resisting arrest is. Especially if you're if you have a loaded firearm or, If you're driving a vehicle, if you're punching the gas and driving your vehicle into federal agents, you're violently resisting arrest, attempted murder in the case, Renee Good.

And you're fighting on behalf. They're doing this on behalf of the murderers and rapists. It's indefensible. So it's happening at scale in Minnesota. And you need to ask the question, why is it just happening in Minnesota? I think we know the answer. The answer, ladies and gentlemen, brought about by Cam Higbee, who is a independent journalist, is that this is being all centrally orchestrated. Who's paying for it? Who's behind it? I think there needs to be a massive, wide-scale federal investigation in order to confirm what is

happening and who is truly behind this. Let me just say where my instinct goes here. Tim Walls is one of the single most compromised assets of the Communist Party of China. There's a reason why he got the nod to be vice president from Kamala Harris. And suddenly billions of dollars starts pouring in. More money raised when Tim Walls was selected than any other vice president in history. Some of it, obviously, is Somali fraud. I think some of it is the Marxist playbook at hand and in operation in our country.

What do I mean by that? If you go back to Marxist thought and then modernist Marxist thought, which would be Clowered Piven, these are two Marxist sociologists who were operational in the 60s and 70s, and who studied the best way to bring about the downfall of a capitalist society that had a welfare state. Well, the way that you actually bring about the collapse of that society is that you fraudulently engage that welfare state. You fill it with so many welfare recipients and so much fraud that is untraceable, untrackable, untrackable, you create so much deficit inside of the capitalist society, the burden becomes so heavy that it collapses the society from within.

The currency becomes worthless. The bills become unpayable. The obligations unfulfailable. That creates, of course, and stokes the underclass to rise up against the government that promised them these goodies and benefits, and you can bring about your communist revolution. I think what you're seeing at play here in Minnesota and Minneapolis specifically with the Somalis is a multi-generational operation to bring about a clowered Piven collapse. This is what the Somalis were brought in for.

The sole occupation in Somalia is pirate, theft, thieving. Minnesota has a complicit government that is run on fraud and that has been created and designed in order to facilitate this level of fraud and to collapse through these means the federal welfare state. And that is precisely what is happening. And the revelation of that had the ability to potentially wipe that system from the earth. You could have really done some major damage by investigating and putting in safeguards against that level of fraud. But this is the plan of the communist. And so now, in order to try and distract from Nick Shirley's reporting and some of the major fraudulent reporting, because that's actually, that's the op.

The op is to bankrupt America through welfare fraud. And then you can already see what's happening in Minneapolis. Once you start doing that, then you can create frictions with people. And you can create sort of the fight that you need between classes in order to start bringing about your revolution. You see that scale right now in Minneapolis. But I want to get through what has been revealed, the top line of what has been revealed in these signal chats. What has been revealed is that very close allies and agents of the Minnesota architecture and infrastructure, power infrastructure, have locked in and are operationally giving service and state resources

to these chats. These chats tell left-wing agitators. where ICE is, tracking them, stopping them from enforcing the laws of America, following them, stalking them, training left-wing agitators. In shifts, it is extremely sophisticated. You have units and wards, almost like a war zone that are blocked off, spotters everywhere. People that knew that James O'Keefe is pretty good at being undercover was in Minneapolis. They were tracking James's license plate and sending James death threats in real time. as to where James was. And James is one of the best investigative reporters on earth.

Ladies and gentlemen, this group chat has been exposed, and they were engaging in such insurrectionist and illegal activity, as we have said many times, the KKK Act, conspiracy gets rights. You're not allowed to conspire in order to interfere or rob your fellow Americans of their civil liberties. It's precisely what this group is doing. Now, some of the organizers are saying that they're going to flee to Cuba.

I can't get over that. He literally does have Mousy Tong's haircut. Here we go. They're reading plates. How are you reading license plates in real time and getting real-time license plate data without the assistance of law enforcement? They're using the police to do this.

You have council members that are on these chats. These are elected officials, Antifa members, Wall's strategists, Senate candidates. Of course, you have the lieutenant governor herself on the chat. Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan has been linked to the massive signal chat, tracking, harassing, and collecting plates of potential ice vehicles. The full extent of the behavior of chat is unknown. Still, initial critics have said that the actions of users constitute large-scale coordinated conspiracy

to promote illegal activity targeting ICE officers. That's precisely what it is. The revelation of Flanagan's presence, along with the activity in the chat, would constitute a massive legal scandal for the Walt's administration. Peggy Flanagan recently wore a hijab, just showing where her allegiance is, Obviously, Alex Peretti was inside of these chats as well. So were other reporters. You can see here, NPR reporters and Reuters reporters.

This is a full coordinated effort with the media. We do believe that the CIA and DNI, the CIA built signal, potentially have all of these logs and are actively conducting warrantless investigations into this active terrorist organization. They've also, they've said it in their own words. We are all effed. Rider signal chat was exposed after their internal plans targeting ICE agents. Now they're in panic.

I'm talking about fleeing the country. Multiple talks about fleeing the country, ladies and gentlemen. So let's go ahead and talk to the man himself. Manna broke this story in one of the most important acts of journalism in my lifetime or yours because it may have the capacity. This may well bring down one of the, the largest networked left-wing terrorist organizations in the country. Something we've been asking for since Charlie's death, since the riots of 2020, since BLM, well, now BLM activists are being charged with the KKK Act, and we hope there's going to be a lot more of that.

Please welcome independent journalist Cam Higby to the show. Cam, congratulations, bro. this is really remarkable work. The floor is yours. I want to just maybe perhaps you could start off by saying, did we give a good synopsis of everything that has been exposed in these signal chat leaks? I know there's been a lot. Yeah, there has been a lot. And I think he gave a pretty good synopsis. I've been pretty clear with my audience. I've been on the leaking massive amounts of information side, less than the identifying people in the chat side. I don't have the strongest confidence ever that Peggy Flanagan was in it, but I do have very strong confidence that Alex

Prattie was in it because he was identified as being in it by several members of the network as well as his neighbor. Not only that, he was engaging in the exact tactics that they teach you to engage in inside these signal chats. Same thing with Renee Nicole Good. She was also engaging in the exact same topics or tactics. And here's the other issue is that the only, so all of these incidents, these shootings, the clashes with DHS or federal law enforcement officers in general are not happening at the federal building so much anymore. They're happening at intersections. How do you know that federal law enforcement are at these intersections? You're in the signal chats. I've patrolled the streets of southern Minneapolis, which is where both of these shootings

happen, looking for interactions with federal agents. You can't find them unless you're in these signal chats. Once I joined the signal chats, I was able to track them like that. They call out the intersection. I go to the intersection. There's a federal agent, and here's a bunch of protesters surrounding that person. I was in the signal chat for several days before I felt an overwhelming obligation to make the public aware of what was happening. Like you said, there were a lot of other reporters inside the chats, and I just wonder why there weren't a feeling of obligation from mainstream reporters to leak this. Roiders, who I think people have identified, again, I'm not saying 100% certainty that they were in there because I just haven't had time to look into all the

names yet. I've just been doing info drops. There was a Reuters car behind us. I think for two days, they had a Reuters printout in their windshield right behind us, especially when I was following a bunch of protesters that were following Greg Bevino around. They dumped a bag of chips on him. He had to deploy that green tear gas. Everybody saw that video. That was that day. There was a Reuters car right behind us and we were right behind the convoy. So that's what's going on. And the signal chats did get nuked as a result of my reporting. They completely wiped the signal chats, but they've restarted. This is live right now. There they are calling out license plates and intersections as we speak. So wait a second. This can't be legal because what you're doing is you're

in collusion against federal law enforcement. You're obviously getting people put in harm's way. You're threatening the lives of these federal agents. Who knows what else are on these chats? So I have two follow-up questions for you, Cam. One, have you sent any of these chats to federal authorities? Do you believe that the FBI or DNI, CIA, or anybody is in potentially control of these chats

that they have been notified? Have you done any of that? And then what? There's an active effort to relay my information to federal investigative organization. I haven't gotten too far with that yet just because of busyness on both sides, their side and my side. So we're working on it. But here's the other thing is that these people get arrested all the time. I mean, there was thousands before the network got at about half capacity, maybe less now,

as far as like numbers of people in the signal chats there were thousands before and not only that there would be like so every day they launch a new chat so every chat is dated at the end of the day they delete the chat as soon as the new chat would drop maxed out immediately and people would cycle in and out all day so there's more than a thousand people a thousand is the max but they cycle in and out so there's more than that in each zone i can't i can't express that enough you've got a zone for the north the south down downtown, Whittier Park, et cetera, et cetera. There are so many chats and they're all maxed out. So the network was gigantic.

So somebody had to have gotten arrested with this on their phone. So I would hope that federal organizations had access to these chats before even I did. What I see is, and again, I'm not a legal expert. I do, you know, play a fair hand at debating pretty often. But I see a mass conspiracy at the bare minimum to violate 8 U.S. Code 1324, which is aiding and abetting illegal aliens, because they actively talk about protecting vulnerable communities and impeding ice. Yes. Yeah, I mean, listen, they put multiple people for January 6 that were on some group chats in prison for 22 years, for decades on end. They weren't even at January 6th, right?

Enrique Ataria wasn't even there. but he was in some group chats, you know, talking smack on the day of January 6th, and they said, that's enough to charge him with terroristic conspiracy to put him away for a considerable portion of the rest of his life. Do you see things, I mean, this is clearly worse than that. Yeah, yeah, I'm just wondering where we're going to get the select committee together and which on every single person is in the signal chats. This is, this seems to me, and I'm not a J6 expert, but this seems to be far, far more

coordinated than anything that happened on January 6th. And last night, you had a situation where they broke into a hotel where ICE were allegedly staying, destroyed the place. And by the way, attacked a lone guy who wasn't even an ICE agent. He was a federal agent with the Bureau of Prisons. He's a prison guard. But these people can't read because they're idiots. So they saw green and said Green Man Bad and then attacked him. You've been attacked. You were in some of those vehicles. We played the footage with Nick Shirley, I think and some others. And you had frozen water bottles thrown, smashed your vehicle, and you were attacked. Do you think that this chat was being used in order to facilitate your attack?

And how much threat are you in the streets of Minneapolis can? I think that that attack was, I think that their presence there was probably coordinated by the chats. I think that the, they might have identified me through the chats and then things escalated from there in person. and the attack happened, I think that I have a massive target on my back now. They're posting photos of me undercover on blue sky everywhere. And to be clear, I've been out on the streets every single day since I leaked Signalgate.

But there is a massive target on my back. I've gotten people telling me that because I leaked the signal chat, it's personal and they're going to kill me and put a bullet in my head. I was getting chased down and people were threatening me, that they had a gun on them and they were going to shoot me, even before I leaked the signal chat following the Jeep attack. Luckily, I had a security guard with me, and he handled the situation very well

through Brandon Tatum's Black Line Guardian Fund. But it is just monumental. And I just, I can't, I don't know how nothing is going to get done about this. Something has to get done about this. It is conspiring to impede federal law, the very least and massively attack federal agents at the most. They're very careful in the unvetted chats, and I'm not in the vetted chats. That's like the inner circle. There, no, don't do violence, don't do violence, right, but then they show up and they do violence. So you're telling

people not to do violence. It's very obvious. They're all on the same page that they're doing violence. They're throwing things at agents. They're arresting, which is what happened when Alex Pretti got killed. He was de-arresting somebody. Well, yeah, that's right. I mean, I guess I want to just like, and we only have a minute left here, Cam, but I wanted to ask, you know, what's your take on Alex Pretti? It seems really ill-advised to go run into a group of federal agents, fight them if you have a loaded firearm that clearly had around in the chamber and then to resist arrest. And Alex Pretti, you said, was part of these signal chasse. You believe that you're

he was being pushed into this role? Do you think that he was ordered to go here by this militant chat? Yeah, they don't. The issue is, is they don't, they don't like give individual orders. They just say we need people here now, like everybody come and then everybody shows up and they do whatever they're going to do. I will be honest with you because I've been so entrenched in Signalgate and I've been on the ground. Pretty much every moment has been spent on either Signal Gate or on the ground reporting undercover. So I haven't had a lot of time to do the replays of the Alex Preti shooting and come to a solid opinion on whether or not I think that it was a good shoot or not.

But definitely not well advised to violate the law, first of all, by something to de-arrest somebody, assault federal agents while you have a loaded gun on you. And there's a thing that people don't realize, too, is it's typically a modifier if you're committing a felony with a firefight. and I'm not exactly sure if this is a felony or not. And also, like, when committing a felony, life insurance doesn't cover you. This is not just a normal day carrying a firearm. You're committing a crime actively. Yes, that's right. Very quickly here, we have the FBI director, Cash Patel, coming up on the program in just a moment.

What would be your request to him, Cam, given the fact that you've broken this massive story? What would you like for the FBI to do? They are the number one investigative body in the world, please. I hope that the signal chats are investigated. I hope that we individually prosecute each person who is involved in directly impeding federal law. I want to see a witch hunt, January 6th style. When Biden was president, we arrested everybody high-ranking politicians. Any government official who's in this chat, whether they're on the Minneapolis City Council,

whether they're a state representative, whether they're in Congress, I don't care. need to be held accountable. Again, I'm not a legal expert, but there's not a chance there aren't crimes committed here. Yes, yes. The best that we could ask for is something that we have been paying our fists on the table for for a long time. None of this is organic. None of this is just because people are angry. You saw it with BLM. And I know that you were covering those riots and you've been covering riots and been doing incredible street reporting and on the ground reporting. And you've seen it yourself. I mean, just last night, the Autonomous Zone, suddenly all this material support shows up.

Suddenly all these hand warmers and food and it's thousands and thousands of dollars. This is clearly a coordinated infrastructure. And we'd like for the feds to take a crack at trying to get rid of this infrastructure the way that they approach the mob or other cartels or other terrorist networks, right? Absolutely, 100%. And again, they're still doing it. They're still doing it. Wait, you want to see something real cool? Please, please, real fast.

Cash, welcome back to the program. It's our absolute honor to have you. Boy, it feels you were on the show so much before becoming FBI director. It's just great to have you back, man. It's great to be back. Thanks so much for making time.

All right. Cash, you've been doing, and I saw some announcements just this morning, some major arrests of some of the left-wing terrorists who have been attacking law enforcement, attacking federal agents, stealing rifles, I believe it was an FBI rifle or a DOJ rifle in this January 14th attack. Can you give us an update on that? Yeah, absolutely. Look, we've always said that, you know, we are going to defend absolutely your right to peacefully protest under the First Amendment, and we're also always going to uphold your right to bear arms in the Second Amendment. That's never changed. We're going to equally protect all of those. The only thing we're not going to do is allow any of those amendments to be violated when you pursue a course of action of violence against law enforcement. It's that simple. That position has never changed. So on January 14th, we referenced a mob, literally rioted, and, and destroyed federal police vehicles. Of course, we jumped into action.

We caught and arrested four individuals responsible for breaking those vehicles apart and dismantling them completely. But I have an update for you. In that vehicle was not just firearms, which thankfully we recovered, but was information about law enforcement, federal agents and their personal information.

Individuals use that personal information on the ground to issue threats of life against not only FBI agents, but their wives and their children. So just last night, the FBI arrested one of the individuals responsible for making those threats to federal law enforcement. And we're going to have more arrest on that same matter today and tomorrow. We're not done. And that's the distinction. Do you want to go out there and peacefully protest?

Have that it. You want to go out there and use your second amendment right to bear arms? Okay. No problem. But look at the situation in Minnesota. This is not something that just happened overnight. They've been rioting recklessly, destroying federal vehicles, ramming federal agents, literally hitting them, striking them.

And as you just highlighted, using coordinated attacks to threaten their families. None of that is lawful, and none of that will be tolerated. You do not get to touch law enforcement. And we've got also investigations ongoing into the funding of this. We've made actual substantial progress. I just can't publicize it yet. But we've actually found groups and individuals responsible for funding it because it's not happening organically.

This is incredible to hear. And this has now been exposed with some of these signal chat leaks. The independent journalist who had done the exposing was just on right before you and wanted to ask about this. He says that he has submitted some of the information that was available. There are top level leaders inside of the political infrastructure of Minnesota who are on these chats. And obviously you can't conspire in order to attack federal agents. This is something that is at scale. They have license plate readers. They're able to identify these agents. They're able to docks them, find out where they're sleeping at night. Is any of this legal, cash? That's exactly what we're investigating. Look, again, the First Amendment, you want to go peacefully, protest, do it. You want to bring your firearm under the law.

You're allowed to bring it as long as you don't incite violence and or commit another crime in doing so. What we're asking people to do, what I'm asking people to do is on the ground in Minnesota is, Why would you bring a firearm in a situation that is so volatile right now where so many arrests have been made where so many people are coordinating to attack and expose federal law enforcement officers? That is just not smart. It is just not going to lead to a good scenario. And so we need everybody to tamp down obviously on that side. But you're right.

Some of the best reporting has been through you. And I think Mr. Higbee was just on before I was. And other individuals, just so you guys know, we look at all this stuff. As soon as Higbee put that post out, I opened an investigation on it. Just like any other case when we say, hey, quote-unquote, there was an attack in downtown Seattle. Does the public have information? We, the FBI, are looking to the public for information on these events.

We immediately opened up that investigation because that sort of signal chat being coordinated with individuals not just locally in Minnesota, but maybe even around the country. if that leads to a break in the federal statute or a violation of some law, then we are going to arrest people. You cannot create a scenario that illegally entraps and puts law enforcement in harm's way. Now, we will balance the First and Second Amendment constantly, but we have to let the community know that we will not tolerate acts of violence and an escalation and a violation of the federal code. there has to be a breakpoint and you've seen it broken in Minneapolis time and time again. Okay, so this is breaking news. So you are, you and the FBI and perhaps other intelligence agencies are fully aware of this coordinated effort to attack federal law enforcement to impede them and potentially insurrect.

And so there is now an open investigation into these chats and into this coordinated network. Yeah, what I can say. Some of them are fleeing. Some of them are very scared now. their chast. They're very, very worried now that they have been exposed. Well, they should be. If they broke the law, you should be worried. It's that simple. If you didn't break the law, there's really nothing to worry about on that front. And so, you know, we're going to continue, as I've said from day one, we will protect law enforcement. We will make sure they have the security and safety to do

their jobs. We will also ensure that civilians have the ultimate protection of the First and Second Amendment. But it is my job to adjudicate the difference when there is a breaking of federal statute or state law in the furtherance of a crime or violence against law enforcement officers. And that's when we step in. And you know, this is something that has been such a relief for us last week to see some arrests of violent agitators who attacked a church and they were BLM associated some of the arrest of three people. That's right. And many people said, well, wait a second, going back to the riots of 2020, that this is clearly not something that was organic. This is obviously a coordinated effort in order to engage in terroristic acts, burn down cities, attack people and law enforcement,

and that led to a lot of deaths. It was horrible. And so many people called for a more aggressive approach to that. Can you give us an update? Because we saw now in the filings, the federal filings, we finally were able to see all the data. They were preventing children from leaving Sunday school. they were they were attacking children inside of this church cash what's the update on this look what we did was we utilized the federal statute the face act the face act strictly prohibits the lawful um practice of freedom of speech you cannot impede that you cannot walk into a religious institution and say you don't have that right anymore people want to scream about the second amendment and the first amendment well let's not forget about the religious freedom it's equally applied in these

scenarios and you do not get to go into a church and impede an individual's right to worship freely and safely. And so we, the FBI, did make arrests, multiple arrests for FASC violations because that's what's on the books. Most people just want to read the first part of the FASC relating to abortion clinics. But there's a second part of that statute that Congress wrote and passed into law, which strictly prohibits the impediment of the practice of religious freedoms inside houses of worship. I mean, I'm paraphrasing, but you get what I'm saying. there's another part of the legislation and we used it. Cash, we have covered how there has been not only any assistance by Democrat leaders

and political leaders in Minnesota, Tim Walls and Peggy Flanagan, the lieutenant governor, the police chief. There seems to be actual impediments that they are utilizing their local law enforcement in order to fight the feds, to stop the feds from engaging in federal law enforcement from enacting federal law. And now you're seeing Bill Clinton and Barack Obama to jump in and try and take some of the chaos and utilize it for political gain. It's extremely dark. It's quite sick. What is your message to these political leaders? Look, our message is the same. And, Benny, I think you saw what we publicized over the holidays, whether it's in Minnesota, Seattle, L.A., Chicago. We went to these congressional elected leaders because they represent about

750,000 people per person, per seat, excuse me. And we said, hey, we've had a historic year in reducing crime across the country thanks to President Trump, brilliant leadership, and thanks to President Trump's resourcing of federal law enforcement. I mean, literally, we dropped the murder rate coast to coast 20 percent. And we put up slides in each individual district, to include Minnesota to say, we're reducing homicides, we're reducing children being raped, we're reducing the amount of narcotics by historic numbers that are flooding your streets. Do you want to help? And none of them reached out and said, yeah, I want to help continue the course correction that was the explosion in crime under the Biden administration to achieve these historic results that you have to continue them. We seized enough fentanyl to kill 150 million Americans. That's a 31% increase. We arrested 35% more espionage actors who want to rip apart our towns and our communities working on behalf of a foreign government. We found 6,000 children and identified them. That's a 22% increase. And we have a 4909. 90% increase on those, what we call an nihilistic violent extremist networks, that wish to prey upon our kids online and maim and utilize them and even kill them.

490% increase in one year. We have arrested more people this year under President Trump's leadership with the Attorney General's and enforcement of prosecutions. 200%. 67,000 arrests by the FBI law. 31,000 of them are violent offenders. That's double as much as last year alone. And we haven't even gotten to the top tens. Well, yes, we've been covering that the murder rate is at historic lows that has dipped, I think, for the first time in 100 years to levels that we haven't seen since 1900.

It is a huge compliment, obviously, to federal law enforcement. Since you are a January 6 expert, obviously somebody who worked with Devin Nunez on this, you know, many people are comparing what's happening in Minneapolis to an insurrection to force, you know, to political forces that are organized to impede, to attack, to. to go after federal law enforcement and doing so in a coordinated way. Do you see that? Do you see potentially any like January 6 level charges being brought in Minnesota? Look, my job is to enforce the laws now. I wasn't the FBI director in January 6, but I'm the FBI director now. And if you break a federal statute, you're going to get arrested.

In Minnesota and Seattle and Portland and Chicago and Houston, in New York, wherever you are. It's that simple. That's why our arrest numbers are so high because there has been an explosion because of the lax policy of the Biden administration, President Trump came in and said, we have to secure our citizens, we have to secure our youth, we have to provide safe communities.

And that's what we did at the FBI. These numbers that I just told you are just the FBI numbers. We've been working with our interagency partners. If you count DHS and ATF and everybody else, the numbers are even more. And so what we want to show Americans, and especially in a place like Minneapolis, is look, we have and can safeguard our cities.

And we can return to normalcy so that our streets are safe. But this type of rhetoric and escalation on the streets is just leading to too much violence. And we can't have that today. And if you break the statute, if you break the law, this FBI will investigate you.

Yes. A final question on that church attack, Don Lemon, there seems to have been some updates on that and, you know, potentially a grand jury indictment or going to another judge. Do you have any insights on? what we'll have in further with the church arrest? You say there will be further arrests coming this week in Minnesota?

Further arrest. Not specific to the church. Further arrests related to all the other matters going on to Minnesota. As to the church specifically, I can't comment on that right now. DOJ has a lot of things in motion on appeal. And so we'll let that process play out. But we haven't forgotten about the incident at the church. And we, the FBI, aren't done with it.

And neither are great partners at DOJ. And in the ultimate non-sequitur, Benny, I'm going to advertise the FBI's successful year on top 10 arrests. Of the top 10 most wanted fugitives, last year alone, the FBI captured four of the most wanted fugitives in the world. Put that in perspective, the Biden administration captured four and four years. And in the last week, I just went down to Mexico and picked up two more. So Donald Trump has captured six of the FBI's most wanted top 10 fugitives in the world in one year. In one year, these guys have been on the run for 40 or 50 years. And we went down and got guys like Ryan Wedding, the current Dale Chapo, who is the Olympic snowboarder for Canada, who's shipping in hundreds of tons of cocaine and other narcotics into our country.

Yeah, we went and got them. That's what it looks like when you put and prioritized federal law enforcement. And I just want to thank President Trump for his leadership and the Attorney General for willing to give us the resources we need to safeguard our streets. And oh, by the way, this one's for you, Benny. We are shutting down the Hoover Building. We're moving into the Reagan building. And we're going to maybe have a sale of the cement structures that are falling off. from Hoover for charity.

Really? Really? So that's as this is actually happening. That is one of the most hideous, brutalist buildings in all of Washington, a scar on the face of D.C. You're shut. So the building is officially getting shut down. Do you know when?

We already started the process. We're moving into the Reagan building. We've got to do some security work and upgrades over there. But yeah, and we're saving the taxpayer $5 billion and giving our workforce a safe place to work in. And we're preventing some of the people in Congress who wanted to give us a building in 2036 at the expense of 4.8 billion. So I think we did again under President Trump a great job in providing a safe, secure workforce. And yeah, when we close down Hoover officially, maybe we can

have you guys there. I will absolutely take a cement block off the side of that building. You're going to have to change your header on X cash because it is currently right now. I know. I don't know. You can move into the new USAID offices, the empty USAID offices in Reagan. The whole Ronald Reagan building will be the new FBI. building. Wow. Wow. That's incredibly impressive. Okay, just on a parting note, did you see the Jack Smith testimony? I was actually down in Mexico, literally doing the work that we just talked about. So I did not personally see, but I've been viewing clips. We have a photo actually of that work that you did right here. There it is. This is a major arrest. I think this was one of the top 10,

right? That's correct. Yeah, that's that's Mr. Castillo. he 10 years ago brutally murdered a 22-year-old first-generation American at the age of 22 and fled for a decade. The guy was down in Mexico. We went down there, continued our manhunt of him and Ryan Wedding and others, and we picked them both up and apprehended both of them in one trip. And then we flew him back in the same day, Benny, two top 10 captures in one day, two top 10 returns, one in Southern California and one in North Carolina, brought to you by Donald Trump and the Attorney General.

No other buddy you can do it. And you also did the Maduro of the FAA was intricate in the Maduro raid, yes? We've just had like one after another this morning, but we've made a lot of news, Cash Fetel confirming that the FBI, is now investigating these group chat leaks that prove that there's a major coordinated op

in order to bring about, I think, to terrorism, like an insurrection in Minneapolis. What say you on this? What can Congress do to assist? Well, thanks, many. I think your producer did a good job prioritizing the guest this morning. I was glad to see Higby on the guy that, you know, broke the signal gate and then cash on following, talking about how they are investigating, you know, what was going on in the signal gate. And, you know, for us in Congress, I think our job is going to be coming up this

week. We passed the Homeland Security Appropriations Bill. And now the Senate is saying that, you know, they're going to try and tank it. They're going to try and shut it off. And so our job is going to be making sure that ICE and the Department of Homeland Security moving forward as they continue, you know, to carry out these operations around the country, have the resources and the money to do so. This is going to be something that's clearly going to potentially shut down the government. I mean, what's going to be the impasse here? You're not going to strip DHS funding, obviously. The Democrats say they're not going to vote to pass anything with DHS. So what's going to happen there? I think there's a very real opportunity that we're going to see another government

shut down over this. We'll have to see, you know, what the Senate does this. week, but, you know, I want to applaud, you know, Speaker Johnson last time during the government shutdown. I think he did a very good job of holding the line, and I hope that Republicans, you know, do the same. And, you know, Benny, it's just wild for me to watch what's going on in Minnesota. And, you know, it's like, you know, I was reading in Isaiah in the Bible, you know, woe to those that call evil good and good evil. And that's exactly what you're seeing happening here in in Minnesota and I know that there are people around the president that are trying to tell them to back off and you know Minnesota and operations there and kind of capitulate to the

Democrats but I want to stand behind the president I know that the House Freedom Caucus stands behind the president he cannot police and federal law enforcement operations out of Minnesota you know, the precedent that that would set for the rest of these other states that are watching what's going on in Minnesota, it's going to be a real bellwether for the rest of the country. And we have to continue doing what we told the American people we would do, and we have to continue enforcing our laws. And if we're not a nation of laws, you know, we just, you know, start to deteriorate into one of these banana republics. And that's what many of these folks won.

And I thought it was interesting when I was. looking at some of the reporting of Higbee, Cam Higby, when, you know, many of the individuals in the chat realized that they'd been infiltrated and they were saying, we're busted, we're screwed, we got to go to Cuba, right? And it's just like, why would they be going to Cuba? You know, because these people are most, you know, many of them are Marxist, communist, socialist, that's why they would want to flee there. And it, you know, we're either going to win this fight or we're going to lose it and we're not going to win this fight by capitulating. We've got to be strong. We've got to be resolved and we've got to continue to, you know, not let, you know, this,

you know, agitation that's highly organized, you know, stop us from doing what needs to be done in Minnesota and other states in the country. I mean, Congressman, this is all about electoral power. this is about the people who have filled your state, for instance, and fled California. California is set to lose a half dozen electoral votes, other left-wing states. You can see a flip of potentially 40 electoral votes to the Republican column in 2030 after the census, making it virtually impossible for any Democrat to win nationwide. And this seems like a last desperate Hail Mary effort to try and stop that from happening. And this is why the criminal aliens have been brought into our country. This is why they're trying to rig the

census. This is why I think we need to pass the SAVE Act and we have to pass the SAVE Act in order to prevent this forever into the future. Are you in favor of perhaps shutting down the house like Anna Polina Luna says to keep the SAVE Act legislation alive and to force the Senate to act on that, perhaps getting rid of the filibuster? 100%. I've been in conversation with Ms. Luna before we left Washington last week. And I'm absolutely standing with her on that. But, you know, it's interesting, Benny, because we talk about all of these different issues, right? We talk about the open border.

We talk about election integrity. We talk about the fraud in Minnesota. And I think, you know, it's important for the audience to remember that the issue is never the issue. The issue is always revolution, right? That's what these people want. They want to fundamentally remake and tear down the institutions and the culture of this. country and, you know, revive it with some form of communism, socialism, et cetera. And so we have to keep fighting it every single turn. And capitulating to these folks, it will not work out well.

For you and I, it will not work out for our kids. And we have to be, we have to be strong. So how much of this do you believe is part of an election rigging mechanism? Again, I just, you know, you don't have to comment on this, but I, I think that it's a, You know, Arizona is such a Republican state, yet there's Democrat leaders on every level of government. None of it makes any sense to me. Joe Biden winning by 8,000 votes in 2020 winning by 8,000 votes. I just, it seems like Arizona was sort of ground zero for this. How are you fighting back?

Do you see this as really the battle nationally? Yeah, well, like I said, Benny, it's the issue. You can you can cherry pick issues like election integrity. You know, I was called an election denier for a long time because I don't believe that President Trump lost the 2020 election. I believe that our elections were rigged. But like I said, whether it's the open borders, the fraud in Minnesota, you know, these anti-ice signal chats, the issue is never the issue. The issue is revolution. We have to remember that.

That's what these people want. And we have to stop them at every single turn. The last time I was on your show, I was talking about, you know, radical Islamist, jihadists. Islamist, et cetera, that's just another issue. And it's like, are we going to conserve and protect, you know, this, the culture of this country, our laws, et cetera, or are we going to let it fall? And, you know, it's disappointing for me to see some of my colleagues that, you know, are trying to get the president to back off of Minnesota.

And like I said, if we do that, the precedent that will be sent and it will be heard loud and clear by all these other states that have similar, you know, issues going on in their states, you know, it will show them that they can continue to get away with it. We have to continue to push through and we have to do the hard work if we're going to save this country. So you've seen insurrection up close. You've deployed to war zones. You've seen people fighting, well, the American federal government. And now it's happening on our own streets domestically. you know, would you call this an insurrection? What is happening in Minnesota? It is, you know, certainly, certainly seems like it's, you know, it's on the level and that also the Insurrection Act perhaps could or should be deployed. What's your take on that, Congressman? Yeah, I do, I do think it's a communist insurrection. I really do. And I do think that the president should invoke the Insurrection Act. And, you know, the House Freedom Caucus is going to be, you know, you know, pushing that up the chain of command this week, actually.

you know, some of our proposals, you know, to the president. But like I said, I know he has many people around him that, you know, want him to take his foot off the gas and start hitting the break. And I think that would be a, I think that would be a massive mistake, especially as, you know, we've started to learn about how coordinated these attacks on, you know, um, you know, aiding and abetting these anti-ice protesters and impeding our law enforcement efforts there to get violent, you know, criminals off the streets. So you classified as an insurrection. You would support President Trump sending in the troops to Minneapolis.

Absolutely. Absolutely. I mean, you know, when you look at these federal law enforcement individuals, most of them are trained to go in and, you know, conduct law enforcement officers. Most of them, they don't get a ton of training on dealing with, you know, coordinated efforts to impede their investigations. And that's where, you know, the local state and local police that Tim Walts and their mayor have denied, that's where they're supposed to be helping out. And because the federal law enforcement officers don't have that ground cover so they can go in and carry out their operations, you know, I do believe the president should send in, you know, the troops to help in those efforts. We would love to see it. I mean, honestly, I don't want. I don't want to see people. I don't want to see. fellow Americans killed, right? Honestly.

And I'm not saying that these people are innocent. Of course, they committed attempted murder against federal agents. But I don't, I don't want to see the chaos because I think that the chaos can be used by our enemies in order to try and score political points and to, you know, switch the pendulum. They try and create these made for TV moments and then and then weaponize them and manufacture the outrage. And that's, I think, what's going on right now. So I'd love to have it shut down and shut down harshly. You can see, I mean, what's going on here is just wild. Yeah, I really hope that I really hope that Republicans stand strong on this.

I would love to see the Save Act. Do you think that that's going to pass? I mean, the audience is really, really devoted to its passage. We were one of the shows that premiered the Save Act and we've been stumping for it. The Senate, I suppose, would have to get rid of the filibuster for it to happen. But nonetheless, it'd be nice to see the household hold them accountable. So you will be joining APL in this. And then, you know, what happens next, Congressman?

Well, like I said, Benny, we're going to have to see what the Senate does this week. As far as whether I voted twice now to pass the SAVE Act as the rest of the House has. So we've already passed it out of the House. We're waiting on the Senate. I don't know what the Senate's going to do. And, you know, I'm not going to gaslight your audience. I don't have a lot of faith in the Senate doing what it needs to do. I just haven't seen the strength in the Senate.

There's not enough strong people in the Senate. And so I don't know what's going to happen there, but I would love to see them, you know, get rid of the filibuster so that we can not only pass the Save Act, but so we can pass, you know, the rest of the president's agenda. Even if, you know, even another reconciliation package to help, you know, pass the rest of his agenda, I'm all for it. I don't want to just be a Republican who,

you know, sits back and manages the decline of the country. We need to go on offense if we're going to save the country. And I just don't see, you know, just like a couple weeks ago, I tried to defund Ned the National Endowment for Democracy and 81 Republicans voted against it. So, like I said, we've got to play offense. You know, more and more, you know, representatives, you know, have to get on board. And that's going to take people that watch your show and other, you know, other independent media shows out there who can actually educate their members of Congress on why this is bad, why you can't just look at the title of a bill like the National Endowment for Democracy and think it's a good thing because it was started under Ronald Reagan. You've got to look at what it's doing now and you've got to play

offense. Yes. Final question here on playing offense. Your fellow Republicans voted, I think, for a package that sends $5 billion for refugee resettlement. A lot of that money gets used by Somali scammers. One of them is Ilhan Omar. A lot of that cash gets sent back to some of the radical Islamists who you fought. It's like incredible. You come here to Congress and then we vote to fund the people that tried to kill you when you were serving your country

as a Navy SEAL. And it's just must be maddening for you. Can you give us an update on the investigation, Ilhan Omar in Congress? I think that she's being investigated for four or five different things now. Obviously, a lot of them fraudulent. We've done some investigation. ourselves. First off, can you give us a status update on some of the Ilhan Omar financials

or immigration investigations going on? No, I, you know, honestly, Benny, you know, I haven't got a chance to look deeply into that. I do support an investigation into Ilhan Omar, you know, even her status in this country, I don't think is legitimate. So I know that that's something that the House Oversight Committee is going to be taken up. But, you know, My last couple weeks in Congress has been focused on, you know, these appropriations bills that we, that we just passed and some of the oversight, some of the other oversight committees that we're doing. So I don't have an update for you. I'm happy to get some of that information and come back and share it with you. All right.

Maybe just like taking a step back on some of the appropriations with the funding of the Taliban. That's still happening with the funding of some radical Islam. terrorist terrorist groups or the Somali fraud that sends money to Boko Haram. It just must be maddening for you because these are the people that are trying to kill you when you were deployed. Yeah, it really is, Benny. And it's one of the reasons why a guy like me who was, you know, in the military for a long time and then went into business and, you know, was kind of, you know, in a sense, living the

American dream, why I left all that to run for Congress just because I was so sick and tired, like many of your viewers, of seeing so many spineless representatives who either don't know what's going on or don't have the backbone to address any of it. And so it is maddening. It is frustrating. But, you know, that's why, you know, I ran. And it's an honor to serve this country. And like I said, to keep playing offense. Must be, you must make your heart swell and make you very proud to see some of your boys black bagging communist dictators in the dark of night. and bringing them back using the discombobulator to do so.

What the hell was that, Congressman? What is the discombobulator? Yeah, you know, we didn't have the discombobulator when I was in, but what a historic off. And, you know, I am proud, you know, to be part of the special operations community. I can't even imagine, you know, getting the call to go on and off like that. But it just, you know, showed once again that when you have, you know, leaders like Pete Hedgeseth and others who say we're not going to focus on DEI or

wokeness anymore in our military. We're going to focus on let our guys do what they do best, you know, what our military can actually accomplish. And I know it's sent a signal to the rest of the world, you know, of what the U.S. was capable of. And I know that a lot of our adversaries were pretty scared after seeing that operation. Yeah, I mean, the discombobody. I mean, yeah, we haven't covered it yet on the show.

I'd like to talk about it, but yeah, the discombobulator. What, like, it's awesome. This is great. As Trump says, we have, we will do things to you that have never been done before. The governor very respectfully understood that, and I'll be speaking with him in the near future. He was happy that Tom Homan was going to Minnesota, and so am I.

We had such tremendous success in Washington, D.C., Memphis, Tennessee, New Orleans, Louisiana, and virtually every other place that we have touched. and even in Minnesota. Crime is way down, but both Governor Walls and I want to make sure that it is better. President Donald J. Trump. The art of the deal, dude.

The art of the deal. What do the feds want in Minnesota? Well, you know, if you look at the criminal, the total criminal alien population, Minnesota is not one of the states that has the most criminal aliens. In fact, the vast majority,

It's not even in the top half of ICE enforcement and arrests. The reason why it is such a problem is because Tim Walz and a terroristic network of activated leftists are attacking federal forces every single time they see them in the street. And you're going to need the assistance and coordination with Minnesota law enforcement, the Minnesota National Guard, in order to bring the state to heal. Who can order that? Well, it actually has to come through the governor. Is Tim Walls going to do it? That's what must happen. Can Donald Trump negotiate that?

And then Minnesota law enforcement begins to actively patrol and hand over criminal aliens to ice so that we don't have, there doesn't have to be the kind of brutal raids that have been going on. I don't really like those raids, frankly, because it puts federal law enforcement in jeopardy. They're very dangerous. I've gone on those raids with ICE. it would be far better for law enforcement to just turn over the criminals. That's what should happen in Chicago, Portland. I went there with DHS. What should happen in Minnesota?

This would be the way to actually work out a deal. Hopefully Donald Trump can do it. It would be wonderful to see. So Tim Walls and Donald Trump now working together. Okay, fine, great. I don't want people, as I started the show, it's not good. I don't want people getting killed. I think that they wantonly behaved in a manner that almost

guaranteed a terrible outcome, Renee Good and Alex Prattie. But I don't want to see it. You know, I don't want to see it. I don't want my fellow Americans to be killed. I want all of my fellow men. I don't wish ill on these people. It's not Christian. I want all of my fellow Americans to live out their lives in peace. When Joe Biden got terminal cancer, we weren't sitting here like celebrating and singing and dancing. That's goblin behavior. So ladies, Ladies and gentlemen, very, very good. I want to see it. Turn over your criminal aliens.

Start working with federal law enforcement. This would be the correct result. And if Donald Trump can de-escalate this, he'll take a massive weapon out of the left's arsenal. The left wants to create chaos and death in Minnesota. They need that in order to, and we laid out the brickwork this morning, they need that in order to facilitate their communist revolution.

It would be wonderful to stop that and to stop the killing, it'd be great. It'd be good. I don't want to see it because, you know, eventually what's going to happen is they really are going to commit some horrible act of terrorism against federal forces there. Everyone can feel it. You can sense it.

A sophisticated, a very sophisticated terrorism act is going to really, really harm federal forces. It's going to harm, you know, maybe people that you know, military veterans, cops. These are the people that fill out these ranks, the DHS. And I don't want to see that. I don't want to see it. So ladies and gentlemen, this is a good and wonderful breaking news. Here's the reporting here, ladies and gentlemen, just in the Republican National Committee has voted on Friday to officially allow an off-cycle national convention. It will happen this summer. The RNC clears way for midterm convention later in the year. It's probably going to be in June or July. Exciting times, Republican National Committee Friday, voters to amend his bylaws to clear away for the GOP midterm convention ahead of November's election. The party conventions are typically held presidential election seasons, but they have often actually had mid-year conventions.

Friday's vote at the RNC Winter Meeting in Santa Barbara, California, removes procedural hurdles for the party to move forward. The measure passed unanimously. So there you go. Two cities are among being floated to host the convention. It would be Dallas or Las Vegas. That's fine. I'm fine with both those cities.

I got no problem with both those cities. I prefer Dallas to be quite honest with you. But I don't mind if it's in Vegas. I just think there's always, this is just my own personal gripe against Vegas. I always get sick when I'm in Vegas. I don't party hard or anything like that. You won't find me in a casino.

I'm no fun. No, like, you won't find me at the slot machines or the blackjack table. I'm no fun with that kind of stuff. Not a good gambler. Not a good gambler. That's right. That's right.
