Ladies and gentlemen, today is Friday, November 19th, 2021.
And here is one thing you need to know to be smart today.
Self-defense stands.
America stands.
Law and order stands.
Kyle Rittenhouse is a free man.
Kyle Rittenhouse walks free from the courtroom in Kenosha, Wisconsin, breaking just one hour ago.
We waited until the jury was in and they read their results.
And it was this.
Not guilty, not guilty, not guilty, not guilty, not guilty, not guilty.
We cover today on the show.
My name is Benny Johnson and this is The Benny Show.
Kyle Rittenhouse has been found not guilty on all charges.
That's right.
Kyle Rittenhouse, a free man today.
This has been an incredible day, and certainly America is not done yet.
We'll take the small victories, especially in this moment,
and it is important for us to recognize what was on the stand here,
what was on trial.
What was on trial here is our right to self-defense. What was on trial here is our
right to be and live as traditional Americans. Now, what does that mean? America as a country
has always been a country of adventure. It's been a country where you choose your own adventure.
You choose to live the way that you wish to live. You go about your business. You live where you want to live.
Do you want to live in the forest or by the ocean in the desert?
Do you want to live up on the mountainside with the snow?
Do you want to live down on the beach?
Do you want to practice a religion or practice no religion?
You want to live as you see fit.
Yes, you can do so in America. And in fact, America's founding woven into its very
core is the principle of self-governance and the ability for you to enjoy your life,
your liberty, and your pursuit of happiness. Now, how do you protect yourself from being
one of those people who have their happiness or their lives or their liberty taken away from them,
taken from them? This is such an important question because the history of man has been one
of people having their lives and their liberty taken from them. Most of human existence is an
existence of slaves, an existence of a population of people who back to the very earliest biblical
times were enslaved by someone else. The history of man is the history of people's liberty being
crushed, their freedom being stolen, and their pursuit of happiness being ground to powder into
nothing. And so in order for our society to protect itself, woven into it must be your ability
to defend that life, defend that liberty, and defend yourself indeed from those who wish to
take your liberty. Now, how did the founders do that? Well, in our Bill of Rights, you can find
up near the top, you're going to have the First Amendment that says that you can petition your government. You can rally together.
You can meet in public. You can speak in public. You have the freedom of speech, the ability to
say what you want. And most importantly, the ability to redress grievances is what the
founding says. Your ability to walk up and tell your political officials what you think of them
and then rip them out of office. If indeed you so feel that you have been unjustly heard. Now there's the second amendment that comes
right after it. Your ability to arm yourself against those who may wish to do you harm.
Your ability to protect yourself and have a well-regulated militia, your ability to bear arms and the bearing of arms is purely
meant to defend against tyranny, not to hunt deer or not to hunt squirrels, but to defend against
tyranny. What happened to Kyle Rittenhouse was a tyranny, a mob, a mob of monsters, truly child
molesters, domestic abusers, dangerous communists. Those who survived Kyle's bullets
have been exposed as long career criminals. Gage Gruskiewicz is his name, and he is the man who
was shot through the bicep by Kyle after he himself pulled a gun on Kyle and Kyle shot him.
Two other men are dead by Kyle's hand in self-defense. We now know definitively
those two people are domestic abusers and child rapists, serial child rapists. So let it be known
these people are not good people. That doesn't mean, however, that they deserve to die. What it
does mean is that Kyle had a right to defend himself if he was being attacked by people who he thought were going to kill him.
Now, we've established that these people are cretins.
But what happened on that night and through the course of this trial was pretty plain to see.
These people attacked Kyle with deadly weapons.
They drew guns on him.
And so Kyle, well within his constitutional right to bear arms, to keep and to bear his arms,
he was able to defend himself.
And he did so.
Wisconsin law says that you should be allowed.
You are legally allowed to defend yourself when you believe that your life is in jeopardy,
when you believe that your freedom is in jeopardy,
when you believe that someone could act in a way that would strip you of your right to life. And that is precisely what Kyle
did. And when Kyle shot these men, when Kyle shot these men, they were attacking him. This is what
his defense proved. And they proved it. And when the jury handed down their verdict, they found
Kyle Rittenhouse not guilty on all accounts.
Full acquittal. Listen to this, a historic moment.
The defendant will rise and face the jury and hearken to its verdicts.
Dana Wisconsin versus Kyle Rittenhouse. As to the first count of the information,
Joseph Roosevelt, we, the jury, find the defendant, Kyle H. Rittenhouse, not guilty.
As to the second count of the information, Richard McGinnis, we, the jury, find the defendant, Kyle H. Rittenhouse, not guilty.
As to the third count of the information, unknown male, we, the jury, find the defendant, Kyle H. Rittenhouse not guilty. As to the fourth count of the
information Anthony Huber we the jury find the defendant Kyle H. Rittenhouse not guilty.
As to the fifth count of the information Gage Rosequartz we the jury find the defendant Kyle
H. Rittenhouse not guilty. At the end of that clip there, I got emotional.
I was crying.
We were doing a live and I was crying.
I got emotional.
I looked at this and I said, wow, wow.
We are witnessing history right now.
America ain't done yet.
Where Kyle Rittenhouse himself collapsed after that was read.
He collapsed into his chair.
He cried.
He hugged his lawyer, his mother sobbing behind him.
An incredible moment and a moment that we should all cherish because on the stand today was not
Kyle Rittenhouse. On the stand today was you. If you are an American, if you are a freedom-loving
patriot, or if you're just somebody who may be a Democrat, maybe you just
don't care about politics, but you believe that America is a good place to live, otherwise you
would have left it, and that America and the American system of government should continue on,
you should be happy today. On trial today was Kyle's right to bear arm, his right to a defense,
his right to a fair trial. On trial today was Kyle's right to defend defense, his right to a fair trial on trial today was Kyle's right to defend himself,
obviously, but also the ability for Kyle to be judged by a jury of his peers, which is written
explicitly into the fifth amendment and the right for Kyle to not be judged in the jury of public
opinion. No. And he, they tried, They tried. And they're now losing their minds
right now. We're going to get into that in the second segment of this podcast. But wow, what a
bombshell of a day. Ladies and gentlemen, we are so proud to support Americans. We are so proud to
support American values on this show. And we are proud to support the American and American people who make this country work. We always want to support
great Americans on this show, and that is why we are proud to support Good Ranchers. Good Ranchers
is your number one place to go, especially in times of supply chain breakdown and skyrocketing prices at the grocery
store. Have you checked the price of beef right now? Cattle feed is up 15, 20% right now. What
do you think that's going to do to the price of your beef? It's going to skyrocket, but not on
good ranchers. Good ranchers doesn't have skyrocketing prices because it's 100% American beef, American chicken,
American meat made here by Americans with the hands of red-blooded Americans and patriots.
That's why we support Good Ranchers on this show.
It's why we eat Good Ranchers almost exclusively as our meat provider in our household.
And I want you to join the Good Ranchers family. Good Ranchers exists in order to
support local Americans' farms and farmers who make great American meals. Together, they want
to restore the American ranch and your meals to their former glory. Get beef, chicken, seafood,
and everything that can't be imported or matched at good ranchers.com.
And for a limited time offer, our listeners get 10 free bistro fillets. When you enter the promo
code Benny at checkout, go to good ranchers.com backslash Benny right now. That's a $100 value
free with the promo code Benny. All right. So here's what we know now from the trial. The verdict is in after four days of
deliberation. And on the 15th day of the trial, we're talking over two weeks, 18 year old Kyle
Rittenhouse would have faced a mandatory life sentence if found guilty and convicted of first
degree intentional homicide. but he emotionally collapsed after
hearing the not guilty verdict read time and time again on every single charge. Jurors deliberated
for a total of 26 hours and found Rittenhouse not guilty on five counts, including first-degree
reckless homicide, two counts of first-degree intentional homicide, two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment.
Judge Bruce Schroeder had previously dismissed two additional counts related to his weapon.
The jury was made up of seven women and five men, including one male person of color. Schroeder
said Friday that jurors were allowed to speak to the media if they so wished, but none commented as they left the courthouse on
Friday after the verdict. Many left with masks on and put their hoods up as they exited. In a
statement, Joe Biden said that while the verdict in Kenosha will leave many Americans feeling angry
and concerned, myself included, we must acknowledge that the jury has spoken. Okay, so Joe Biden is
angry and concerned. That matches the way that the media has spoken. Oh, okay, so Joe Biden is angry and concerned.
That matches the way that the media has treated Kyle Rittenhouse
throughout this entire trial,
and it's why we are 100% in favor of Kyle Rittenhouse
suing the living crap out of these people.
They have no dignity.
They have no honor.
They accused Kyle Rittenhouse of murder in the public sphere.
Joe Biden even released an ad calling Kyle Rittenhouse without any evidence at all a
white supremacist.
Here's what that sounded like.
Are you willing tonight to condemn white supremacists and militia groups and to say that they need
to stand down and not add to the violence in a number of these cities,
as we saw in Kenosha and as we've seen in Portland.
Are you prepared to do that?
I would say almost everything I see is from the left wing, not from the right wing.
So what are you saying?
I'm willing to do anything. I want to see peace.
Then do it, sir.
Say it. Do it. Say it.
You want to call him?
What do you want to call him? Give me a name. Give me a name. White supremacist.
Would you like me to condemn? White supremacist and right.
Stand back and stand by. The rest of Joe Biden's statement, it is a disgusting display here,
a disgusting display. It ran on and on. It says that I ran on a promise to bring Americans together because I believe that's what unites us is far greater than what divides us. I know that
we're going to heal our country's wounds overnight, but I remain steadfast in my commitment to do
everything in my power to ensure that every American is treated equally with fairness and
dignity under the law. Garbage, trash, absolute garbage, truly. Even now they're talking about bringing federal charges
against Kyle Rittenhouse. Good luck with that. Jerry Nadler, Jerry Nadler wobbled over to his
Twitter account. Of course it wasn't Jerry Nadler. Jerry Nadler was asleep and drooling on the couch
in the back room with his belt buckle up around his neck. No, no, no. It was one of Jerry Nadler's woke-ass staffers went and tweeted that they should really do a federal review of the Rittenhouse case and
that federal charges should be brought, calling it a miscarriage of justice. Sickening. I hope
they get sued. Colin Kaepernick tweeted that Kyle Rittenhouse is a white supremacist and that the
entire system is upheld by white
supremacy. Oh, okay, great. Tell your white parents that. Legitimately, the left has lost their damn
minds on this. And I truly hope that they get sued into infinity. Joe Biden was at the White House
and he naturally didn't know what the statement had gone out in his name, had no idea what people had
written. The real president of the United States, Ron Klain, through fiat of Barack Obama sitting in
Martha's Vineyard, stewing angrily, dragging on a Marlboro cigarette as he overlooks the ocean
on his oceanfront property that he purchased in spite of the fact that he tells us
that the waters are going to rise. It's very interesting how all the people that are the
largest hysterics and global warming and the oceans are going to rise. They all own oceanfront
property. They're not living up on mountaintops. That's where you'd think they'd all go. Well, anyway, Barack Obama's sucking down Marlboros, glaring out at the waters and telling Ron Klain in order to send out the statement
that he's angered, that he's angered, yes, and concerned with the verdict in Kenosha.
Well, Joe Biden, on the other hand, doesn't know what the hell's going on and said this to reporters at the White House. Do you stand by your past comments equating him to white supremacy?
Well, look, I stand by what the jury has concluded.
The jury system works, and we have to abide by it.
So, yeah, Joe Biden, no remorse there.
Joe Biden mocked Kyle Rittenhouse as a white supremacist, labeled, slandered, and libeled him.
I hope that Kyle Rittenhouse has a defense
fund set up for the defamation lawsuit. I will gladly donate to it. And I hope he takes half of
the corporate media down with him. The corporate media has been downright criminally slanderous
and libelous against Kyle Rittenhouse. It has been a disgusting display by these cretins and hacks.
Go ahead and listen to this small segment of what they had to say about Kyle.
Rittenhouse is basically what you would have had in a school shooter. He's a 17-year-old kid. He
shouldn't have had a gun. He crossed eight lines to supposedly protect property. No,
he was going out to shoot people. You see the 17-year-old who was radicalized by Trumpism,
took his AR-15 to Kenosha and became a killer. A 17-year-old kid from out of state, a boy from out of state, drives up to the state with an AR-15 around his neck, shoots and kills a couple
of people, shooting wildly, running around, acting like a rent-a-cop. And it's not good that a 17-year-old
vigilante, arguably a domestic terrorist, picked up a rifle, drove to a different state to shoot
people. Inside of those clips was MSNBC. MSNBC was banned from the courtroom, by the way,
banned for the entire rest of the trial because they followed a jury bus home trying to dox the
jurors. This from Fox News. MSNBC was banned from covering the trial by the judge presiding over the
case of Kyle Rittenhouse. This happened on Thursday. MSNBC was banned from entering the Kenosha courthouse for the remainder
of the trial. In a brief statement before the court, Bruce Schroeder addressed an incident
in which a person who identified himself as an employee of MSNBC followed a sealed bus with
blocked out windows as it left the courthouse to transport jurors to an undisclosed location.
The man spotted
following the bus identified himself as James Morrison and told investigators that he was
instructed to follow the vehicle. Schroeder added, the judge said that Morrison claimed to be working
under the supervision of a producer based in New York. The Kenosha Police Department said in a
tweet Thursday last night, a person who is alleging to be affiliated with a national media outlet was briefly taken into custody and issued several traffic related
citations. Police suspect the person is trying to photograph jurors. The incident is being
investigated further. We hope that they absolutely toss these people in jail. The producer who's in
charge here at NBC has deleted all of her social media and deleted
her LinkedIn, and hopefully they'll be deleting their job and their bank accounts. Hopefully
Kyle Rittenhouse deletes their bank accounts permanently. This would be a very nice thing
to see. This is what the judge sounded like when he essentially chucked MSNBC out of the courtroom. MSNBC should be barred from all courtrooms heretofore into the future.
Listen.
Under the supervision of someone named Irene Bayan in New York for MSNBC,
the police, when they stopped him because he was following in the distance of about a block
and went through a red light, pulled him over and inquired of him what was going on,
and he gave that information and stated that he had been instructed by Ms. Bayan in New York
to follow the jury bus.
The matter is under further investigation at this point.
I have instructed that no one from MSNBC News will be permitted in this building.
Well, we sure do love ourselves some Judge Schroeder. What an absolute G. This judge is
very based. He loves his constitution. He loves his country. He thanked
the jurors for standing up for their two and doing their constitutional duty. This man clearly loves
his country. Coming up, we have some of the psychotic behavior of the left. They are melting
down over the ruling in this trial. And quite frankly, melting down is the right word for it. Melting
down is also the right word for what the left wants to do to our economy and our currency.
They want to light it on fire. Now you're seeing multiple trillion dollar bills slowly slog their
way through the D.C. swamps. Guys, this is not good. Do you think this is
going to help or hurt your inflation? Really? Do you think that more trillions of dollars
being shoved into pointless programs and worthless organizations in the studying of tree racism,
do you think that's going to help or hurt your economy? It's going to hurt. Having more dollars
is going to mean the dollar is worth less. It's going to mean your bank account is worth less.
Your 401k is worth less. Your IRA is worth less. Now is when you need to diversify your savings
into physical gold and silver, and you should do that with Birch Gold Group. Birch Gold Group is
the company that I trust with my precious metals. They have an A plus rating with the Better Business Bureau and countless five-star reviews and thousands of
satisfied customers, and they can help you protect your hard-earned savings. And right now, thanks to
a little-known section of the IRS tax code, you can switch over your IRA or 401k into precious
metals with no tax implications or penalties to get started on protecting your
savings with gold in a tax sheltered account to request a free info kit from birch gold group by
texting the word Benny to 989898. This comprehensive 20 page kit will reveal to you how gold and silver
pen can protect your savings. And you can move your IRA or 401k out of volatile stocks and into precious metals.
Zero costs and zero obligation. So why wait? Text Benny to 989898. Again, text Benny to 989898.
All right, ladies and gentlemen, so we have just some psychotic footage here of what's going on
outside the courthouse. It is nightfall right now in Kenosha.
We are seeing footage coming in of some of the chaos that's occurring. There was a scary medical
event outside of the courthouse where someone was screaming about F-America, F-America, F-America,
and then collapsed into a seizure. Here's what that sounded like. Right here! You say yes!
I am a monument!
I am!
I am a monument!
Fuck America!
Guys in the back, do not push.
We got people on the front.
Fuck America!
There is, of course, the other side of the, I guess you could call them revelers or protesters
or pro-Kyle Rittenhouse contingent outside of the courthouse driving around in their
trucks and honking horns and celebrating and saying free
Kyle. Here's what some of the pro Kyle group sounded like outside of the courthouse.
This jury got it right, boys. Kenosha is safe.
So, yeah, I mean, you like expect there to be some major upheaval there are planned
riots across the country we'll see what comes of it we'll see what comes uh out outside in Kenosha
pray for Kenosha pray for Kyle Rittenhouse pray for the people who live there the people who are
just minding their own business in the middle of the midwest I am from the Midwest. I know these towns very well. These are
nice places to live, filled with nice people. They don't want riots. They don't want death.
They don't want their shops or their favorite restaurants or their car dealerships to be burned
to the ground. These are not violent people. They're peaceable people. They're in the middle
of the country. They're in Wisconsin, guys. They're on Lake Michigan. It's cold there right now. People should be inside having a cup
of hot cocoa and the fire should be in the fireplace, not all around the building and
burning through your car lot, which is famously what they lit on fire in Kenosha. They lit an
auto dealership on fire among other places. What ultimately happens, we pray for peace
and even if this jury came down the other way, you wouldn't see people on the right calling for
violence or taking to the street or burning down or violently attacking their fellow American.
You would see people on the right acting peaceably and wondering how we can change or fix these systems that are causing extreme damage to this nation.
You really can feel the fabric of the country tear in moments like this.
And you can feel the fabric of the country tearing right now.
But it's the tearing sound is coming from the left.
The media wants the riots.
They want things to burn. CNN is coming from the left. The media wants the riots. They want things
to burn. CNN is openly advocating for it. CNN is openly trying to needle and press and push
Joy Reid over on MSNBC is having a meltdown, a like low IQ meltdown over MSNBC. And she wrote a headline recently and it's something to the
effect of Kyle Rittenhouse. It supports white supremacy. It really is remarkable. And truly,
it is remarkable. Any outcome that they don't want in society, they just call it white supremacy.
That's it. Any outcome in any realm of society, they call it white supremacy, and it's becoming
so tired. It's getting so exhausting. These people are so just absurd on their face.
And I kind of like it in a way because it makes the issuing of this ridiculous label, it starts making it worthless. It slowly starts to degrade over time
and the power of it goes away. They're going to have to find something new. They're going to have
to find something new. It used to be sexist, then it was racist, now it's white supremacist.
What are they going to ratchet it up to next? What are they going to ratchet it up to next?
They called George W. Bush a Nazi for his entire term. What are they going to ratchet it up to next? What are they going to ratchet it up to next? They called George W. Bush a Nazi for his entire term. What are they going to ratchet it up to next, huh? These people,
the words don't mean anything to them. They're defiling our language truly as much as they're
defiling anything else. But they tried to get rid of due process. They tried to try Kyle Rittenhouse
in the court of public opinion. It didn't work.
Pray for Kyle Rittenhouse. Pray for this jury. Pray that they do not get doxxed and pray for
the safety of those in Kenosha as we are watching sort of the tensions get a little hot there.
I can watch these tensions. I can watch my screen. I have been watching my screen all day
long at work because I have the right eyewear. I use the right eyewear for my eyes. I have bad
eyes. It's tough for me to see. And so that is really difficult in days like today where I'm
staring at a computer screen for 12 hours or earlier this week, the reason we haven't published our podcast earlier this week, I was out hunting.
You want to be able to know what you're shooting at.
Then you want to be able to see clearly, especially if you are on a hunt in the early morning and it's very cold.
We were pheasant hunting in South Dakota.
Both situations, inside the office or outside, you're going to want Better Spectacles.
Better Spectacles is the best pair of glasses I have ever owned.

Ladies and gentlemen, we didn't even get a chance to cover the fact that Kamala Harris was president today. Did you know that Kamala Harris was the acting president today for
like 85 minutes while Joe Biden got a colonoscopy and when I was under anesthesia, uh, this took
place while her polls are cratering and while her staff are fleeing Kamala staff are resigning.
Uh, the, her polls are cratering. And Kamala Harris was president
for 85 minutes. And Kyle Rittenhouse gets completely exonerated. So I don't know. Maybe
I should be for a Kamala presidency. This is relatively normal. This happened under George
Bush a couple times, when George W. Bush was getting a colonoscopy and was under anesthesia. He anesthetic. He essentially deferred the
presidency and the powers of the presidency to Dick Cheney for a short period of time.
Kamala Harris was again president for about 80, 82 minutes today. And yeah, not a not a not a real
great run, frankly. I guess you could call her our first woman president, and there you go.
Kyle Rittenhouse gets acquitted of all charges, the first thing that happens.
Good job, Kamala.
Maybe there's something to this.
Hey, these are the results you get.
There you go.
I hope you all enjoyed it, America.
It was a nice little run there, Kamala.
Thanks for freeing Kyle Rittenhouse. Really appreciate it. We appreciate you. We, America. It was a nice little run there, Kamala. Thanks for freeing Kyle Rittenhouse.
Really appreciate it. We appreciate you. We appreciate America. We appreciate our audience.
We appreciate how this country was founded, how it was tied and woven together by very smart men,
very smart, good patriots who wanted to keep us free and gave us the tools to do so. We thank all
of you for listening. We will be back next week. Again, we had a short broadcast week here on the podcast because we were hunting and
we wanted to enjoy God's beautiful earth.
We wanted to live our little American dream and go out and hunt some pheasants.
And we certainly did that in South Dakota.
We are back.
And this was some great news to end our short week on here on the Benny Show.
My name is Benny Johnson. See you next week. We'll be right back. overcome. Your mind is the most important tool you have in life. Be relentless. Keep charging. It matters how you talk to yourself, how you look at the world. That matters. We talk about that.
