This is a lemon. Some people might try to tell you that it's a serious journalist. They might scream racism over and over and over again. They might put their pronouns in all caps. You might even start to believe that this is a news anchor, but it's not. This is a lemon. You know, that's a throwback, and I appreciate it, ladies and gentlemen. What I don't appreciate is attacks on Christianity.

What I don't appreciate is attacks on our faith. What I do not appreciate are open and egregious hate crimes and violation of the Face Act. You might recall that this is the same act that Joe Biden and his Gestapo through pastors, preachers, priests, and little old ladies in prison for three and five year sentences for praying outside of abortion clinics. But now we have left-wing mobs. Storming churches in Minneapolis. attacking and threatening pastors and parishioners, openly desecrating the freedom of religion,

threatening children, all led, ladies and gentlemen, by disgraced CNN, former anchor Don Lemon, who was part of a mob attack on a Christian church yesterday. It all happened live on a stream, and luckily live on our stream. Today is Harmeet Dillon. Today is Monday, January 19th, 2026. Our producers, Harmeet is on a tight timeline here and, of course, has some very important work to do today, but she wanted to check in with you to let you know that Christianity is still a protected religion in our nation, as is all religions. Yesterday, and I want to just be just just just just roll through. Show, show exactly what happened. Because like a church where a Christian pastor is preaching the word of God in St. Paul, Minnesota, I said Minneapolis a second ago, twin cities, a congregation, whole congregation of Christians sitting inside of this church. and suddenly left-wing orcs storm into the church. Let's hear it. And start shrieking and screaming. Go shoot! The parishioners.

Don't shoot! No shoot! No shoot! No shoot! I am. The church is shaking, O.G. The church is an absolute Flock manner. The Christian started praying against these demons.

Let me go ahead and educate everyone here very quickly about what we're going to talk about with Carmine Dillon. Ladies and gentlemen, this is 18 U.S. Code 248. Freedom of access. Let's go ahead and read here what the law says. And then we will play you more tape and see if you believe that these individuals violated this law. prohibited activities, any by force or threat, physical obstruction, intentional injuries, intimidation, or interferences with or attempts to injure, intimidate or interfere with any person lawfully exercise or seeking their First Amendment right of religious freedom at a place of

worship. There it is in black and white. It is illegal to intimidate or threaten or force yourself into attempt to injure or interfere with any person lawfully exercising their freedom of religion. I have a couple clips for you. Let's go bearded man, streaking and screaming. Here we go. Let me ask, does this seem like, and I'm reading to you directly from American law here, an attempt to interfere with people freely practicing their religion go. You can see all these pretend Christians, all these comfortable white people who are living lavish, comfortable lives, while children are dragged into concentration camps. You're living real life, nice lives with your lattes,

doing absolutely nothing for your Latino and Somali brothers and sisters. You come here to a man wearing a suit is a preacher. Did Jesus wear a suit? Did Jesus profit off the words? No, Jesus would die within this. You do not touch me. Touch me again and see what happens. You are a fake...

Touch me again and see what happens. Does that sound like a potential violation of the fake... by force or by threat of physical obstruction injuring persons, intimidating or infeering to injure, intimidate or interfere with a person lawfully exercising their first amount of right to religious freedom in a place of worship. Christian, why are you not standing with your Somali and Latino communities? Why do I not see you out at Whipple every day protesting this attack on humanity? Where are you?

Your sinners. You're pretending to be Christians. But we know you live an easy life, don't you? a very easy life while people are starving. This is the predictable outcome of what the left has become. The left was always going to begin attacking Christians. They were always going to start at the church. Look at this. He's attacking. He's going after little kids, kids getting into their church vans.

He's doxing children. Living real comfortable while the people start. Living real comfortable while children are dragged into concentration camps. You're all living real comfortable, aren't you? Shame on you. These people are demons. They are monsters. They are now going to begin attacking churches.

We've been predicting this for a long time. We saw it during COVID where they locked down churches but opened up liquor stores, strip clubs, and casinos. the goal is always to attack the church. Marx writes the very beginning of the Communist Manifesto that in order to gain full control over society, you have to destroy the family and the church. These are the two things that must be driven to ruin.

The demonic Marxist left was always going to attack places of worship. Now ask yourself, what is the limiting principle here? What question lies before the Trump administration and the Department of Justice right now? The question is, are we going to allow this in our country? What kind of a country we want to run? Is this going to happen next to a synagogue, to a mosque? Is this going to happen to every single church in America?

Like at what point do you say enough? You have to say enough now, in this instance, otherwise it will continue to every single place of worship, to every private residence, to everywhere. It will not stop. These people are driven by evil. Evil does not sleep. you can see here Don Lemon looking directly into a van of a bunch of children who were crying and weeping.

Okay, my producer are telling me that harm meat is locked and ready to go. Show me that young boy. Show me that young child crying in the pews. It's a son crying in his father's arms in the pews. As a left-wing BLM Muslim mob storms a Christian church. And a little boy, little Christian boy is weeping in his father. arms. This is the United States of America? No, ladies and gentlemen, this is not what should be allowed in our country. Don Lemon telling us exactly what he intended to do here as little children

run out of the church, weeping and crying. Don Lemon stands there pointing at them saying, this is the point. The point is to make them feel uncomfortable. Here we go. I hear it. Look, hugging his kid. And, you know, I've just imagined it's uncomfortable and traumatic for the people. people here, but again, careful, it's very slippery right here. It's uncomfortable and traumatic for the people here, but that's what really careful, please, really slippery. Not kidding. That's what protesting is about. And so. Okay. So the goal here was to terrorize little children in the church. Don Lemon's straight of saying, the goal here is to make the little Christian children uncomfortable as we storm their place of worship and terrorize them. Okay. This is an important one, and we have so much more to cover on what happened yesterday. But this is the biggest question right now in the country, which is what is America? Is America a country that protects religious liberty? Do we follow the rule of law? Do the laws that say you're not allowed to harass and attack people? who are worshipping God? Do those apply to Christians in this Christian nation? To answer those questions, Harmeet Dillon, ladies and gentlemen, Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights joins the show live now.

Harmeet, I want to thank you for being on the program today, and I appreciate your commentary yesterday. It was, in fact, the first, I believe, member of the Trump administration to hop on and say this. The Civil Rights Division is investigating the potential violations of the Face Act. These people are desecrating a House of Worship and interfering in with Christian worshipers. And then you tagged Pam Bondi. Can you give me an update on this post, Hermit? Well, yes. Actually, I posted that from an airplane. And Pam Bondi and I, my boss had already been in touch about this incident, what we're going to do about it. And so I'm working hand in hand with her. We have sent federal prosecutors last night from my office in D.C. to Minnesota. They should be landing any moment now. We activated the FBI

and the U.S. Attorney's Office as well. And this has the highest attention. of the Attorney General and my Department of Justice team, because it is, as you said, in your intro, this isn't actually a question of whether we're going to stand for it. We don't stand for it in this country. And not every case that we do at the DOJ gets the headlines, but we've already prosecuted numerous attacks on churches so far in the last nine months since I took office under Pam Bondi's leadership. We are investigating multiple attacks on synagogues. It is evil to attack any house of worship in America. It is illegal. And what I saw yesterday made me ashamed, frankly, for the United States that we have we have an attorney general in Minnesota, Keith Ellison, a district attorney, Mary Moriarty, a mayor,

Jacob Frye, and Tim Walts, Tampon Tim, who absolutely refuse to enforce our state laws. Their own state laws prohibit this very conduct. Well, if they're not going to enforce their laws, we will enforce our federal laws, and we are already doing that. And so, as you know, and as people have said, the prior administration prosecuted people under the FACE Act for peacefully praying outside abortion clinics where unborn children are being killed inside. Now, that's protected by federal law. That's up to Congress. However, that same law gives us the right at the Department of Justice to prosecute the same kind of conduct vis-a-vis any house of worship. And there's been a lot of talk of the First Amendment thrown around. The First Amendment includes the right to pray without

interference. It includes the right of these people to not have so-called journalists and a mob of activists disrupt their sacred day of prayer. And so as far as I can tell, these very foolish people have already many of them self-identified online as to who they were. They posted who their accomplices were. Don Lemon has made numerous admissions online as to his participation here. and his intention and his knowledge of what was going to happen inside that sacred place. And so we're gathering the facts and there will be action here. I know people are frustrated. Where are the arrests, et cetera?

Let me explain that for you and your team, Benny, because state prosecutors could have arrested some of these people yesterday. They don't have some of the same hurdles that we do in the DOJ. In DOJ, we gather our facts. We go to a federal judge. A federal judge has to issue the search warrants. We all know what the federal. judges are doing right now in Minnesota. We will pursue charges in this case. I see I see various

crimes that have occurred exactly what they are. I'm not going to flag, but the FACE Act has been mentioned as one of the predicates there. In other cases, the Biden DOJ used the Klan Act conspiracy charges tacked on to the FACE Act in the case of protests outside abortion clinics to bring much longer sentences. So there are a number of tools available to us. Who funded this? What else, what other crimes may have occurred? Was there a use of the wires or the males in preparing for this event? Did anyone cross state lines to do this? All of those are potential predicates for additional federal charges. Armina, I've just pulled up the Klan Act because this is the first time that I've heard this mentioned. This is a act that was passed in 1871, correction there, to come out the

Ku Klux Klan and protect African Americans voting rights, especially. especially the Enforcement Act, which is known as the Force Act. So here's some of the information on screen. Would you mind breaking down for us? Because we have just read the Face Act and how this is an affinity to the Face Act, an obvious and egregious demonstrable violation of the Face Act because they were entering a place of worship, harassing and threatening. We just played a video of a man, a bearded man,

who was threatening to attack the Christians that were worshipping there. So it seems like an obvious Face Act violation. But the Klan Act here, it is on screen. First time I've heard it mentioned, can you unpack this for us, Harme? Yeah, the Klan Act is one of the most important federal civil rights statutes. And it goes back to the time when President Lincoln emancipated the slaves. And yet the Southern states, Dixie Kratz mainly, were refusing to give them equal rights. In fact, that you had sheriffs and you had law enforcement harassing the newly freed slaves.

So the Klan Act is a law that makes it illegal to terrorize citizens to, violate their civil rights to get together and conspire to violate the civil rights. It is often used against law enforcement, but is now used against others as well. So whenever anyone conspires to violate the protected civil rights of American citizens, the Klan Act can be used to bring a conspiracy charge. We in the federal law enforcement parlance call this 241 and 242 civil and criminal conspiracies. And so what the Biden administration did is if three grandmas got together to prey outside an abortion clinic for the souls of the people inside and including unborn children,

they would say, oh, that's not just a violation of the Klan Act. That's a conspiracy to violate the civil rights of women going in there to get abortions. And so we're going to add additional charges and punish that more and make it from a misdemeanor under the FACE Act to a felony under the Klan Act. And President Trump pardoned the pro-life protesters in those cases. I have recently defended successfully in the 11th Circuit, a case called Oropesa, a case of Jane's revenge, the pro-abortion protesters violently attacking crisis pregnancy centers in Florida, and we had the court uphold the Klan Act criminal enhancement to the FACE Act. I know this is very deep in the weeds, but the point is there are a number of things.

The FACE Act is just the start. Like I said, you have material support for disruptive activities. you have conspiracy to violate civil rights. You have potentially the use of other instrumentalities to commit crimes. And so some of these folks who did this have self-identified. Don Lemon himself has come out and said he knew exactly what was going to happen inside that facility. He went into the facility and then he began, quote unquote, committing journalism. And as if that's sort of a shield from being a part and embedded part of a criminal conspiracy. It isn't. And so, you know, we're getting our ducks in a row. We're putting the facts

together. And this is a very serious matter. Come next Sunday, nobody should think in the United States that they're going to be able to get away with this. Everyone in the protest community needs to know that the fullest force of the federal government is going to come down and prevent this from happening and put people away for a long, long time. So praise God. I mean, that's so wonderful to hear. I was thinking through and deconstructing this, Harmeet, and thinking, well, wait a second, what would be, you know, what would the left do if Alex Jones stormed a mosque and then started interviewing the imam up at the, up at the altar, right, or at the front of the mosque, right? Well, everyone screamed at Muslims trying to pray.

Of course, it would be the single biggest protest moment and offense, and people would lose their minds, the entire country would burn. There would be protests in every city in America. It'd be one of the biggest stories in the world. Why this is allowed to happen to Christians and why it is fomented and why is this giggled at? I'm so thankful for this administration for actually finally for drawing the line

because, of course, you don't want to see this happen at a synagogue. And no, it's not an act of journalism if I kick in the door of a synagogue and run up to the rabbi and start live streaming them as people scream at the Jewish people trying to pray. No, that's not an act of journal.

It's a desecration. It's a act of terrorism. Yes. One of the issues here is the people on the left that we're talking about, they don't even, they're not familiar with what goes on inside house of worship. They've kind of, a lot of them are godless people, obviously, because otherwise, you know, you're right, no matter what house of worship this happens at, this is illegal in America. The FACE Act is non-denominational.

We are investigating FACE Act violations against synagogues. And, you know, we have the same problem. They're godless people in this country who are terrorizing people where they are most vulnerable. That is a very last place that should happen in America. It should happen nowhere. Of course, no one should feel afraid. But we won't tolerate it. The Attorney General feels deeply about this.

We both spoke to the pastor last night who was so calm in the face of a threatening mob invading his sanctuary. He acted very, very bravely and appropriately. And we have given them some guidance on. on how to proceed here. But look, this will not be allowed to happen anywhere in America. And it's shameful. So wonderful, it's so incredible to hear. So you and Pambani called the pastor,

you spoke with the pastor last night. Everyone's praising this pastor for such his calm and peaceful demeanor and keeping his head here. Yeah, he's actually great. And it turns out he had a North Carolina accent. And I grew up in the same town as his wife. So it's a small world. And he's a great leader of his,

It was congregation. But I'm sure every pastor in America is worried is this crazy lunatic mob well-funded by the left going to come into my church. They better not. We are on it and we are putting all the resources possible into it. That was exactly right. I just wanted to set up a series of events for you. And I'm sure that you've already investigated this because Don Lemon is speaking out directly to you and saying that he had nothing to do with it. Except for, well, we can see that Don Lemon was delivering coffee to the protesters beforehand. In Don Lemon's own live, he said that he knows that the protest is about to go and pull up to certain locations.

He can't tell us where they're going to go. But the organizer knew because she posted on Facebook right here. Here's her Facebook post explaining that they were going to attack a church that day. She even tags Don Lemon in this. Then Don Lemon gives the organizer, who's some famous BLM, organizer from the George Floyd era, he gives her a kiss live on camera while Don Lemon is sort of leading the charge here into the church. Yeah, I mean, so it's a fire too.

Really. So it defies explanation, Harmeet, that they didn't know that he's such an he's an innocent party and that he's just journalisming. Really quickly, if you don't mind, he had a message to you and I'd like to play it here. he got your name wrong but um you know it's just an act of journalism here we go maga administration and the fake news magas are losing their mind over something that's not even true so let me just make it clear it's just uh a assistant attorney general i don't know um gosh what's something hammett um gillan or whatever so um thank you for joining the show

i had no affiliation to that organization i didn't even know they were going to this church until we followed them there. We were there chronicling protests. Once the protest started in the church, we did an act of journalism, which was report on it and talk to the people who were involved, which included the pastor,

members of the church, and members of the organization. That's it. It's called journalism. Okay. Your response to Don Lemon. Well, look, we have a presumption of innocence in this country, so I want to preserve my ethical duties here,

but let me just say that, you know, He's a journalist. He was a journalist. I don't know what he is now, but he, journalism is not a badge or a shield that protects you from criminal consequences when you are part of a crime. And I think the videos show how close he was to these folks. I think for other evidence will show more information about that. But he clearly knew and he stated before going into the facility, it's on his own video,

what was going to happen there? What was going to happen was a violation of federal law, federal criminal law. And I don't know what to say. I mean, the Face Act has been out there for more than 30 years. And there were lawyers involved in this so-called protest. And their purpose was to terrorize people of faith in a house of worship. They were targeting a different pastor, not the one seen on camera, who they got information was a ICE supervisor. None of that matters.

it's off limits to go into a house of worship to do your little protests. Protests can occur on public property. Protests can occur outside on a sidewalk, certain sidewalks, not all sidewalks. And this is like basic what you learn in the first year of law school. It is a time, place, and manner restrictions on the First Amendment right of protest, and they were violated here in this case. No question about it. The only question is who was involved, how many were involved,

and how many chargers are going to be brought here? Those are the questions. It's absolutely incredible here. Could you talk us through the last time that this argument was used, which was January 6th, because I tend to recall, and I know many of them, people who were there on January 6th, and they were filming, right? And they said, sorry, correct. Sorry, my phone was plugged in.

They were saying, I was filming. And so, therefore, I'm a journalist and I get protection from this act that the federal government said was criminal. And, you know, and they didn't get any protection. Steve Baker is one that's pretty famous at the blaze. But there were many others. And so that certainly did not shield these journalists on January 6th, breaking in the U.S. Capitol, right? You're correct.

Look, I've been practicing First Amendment law for over 30 years. And so I have represented many journalists, mostly conservative, not all conservative. And if someone were to come to me and ask me, hey, is it okay if I embed with a gang of criminals about to commit a crime and videotape it? I would say that would be a poor idea. Do not do that. let me call my criminal defense attorney friend and let's get you retained if you think you're going to do something crazy like that you need to get your bail money ready and uh i would advise against it that would be my advice neutrally just theoretically okay now i don't the leader of this

one of the organizers there who got the kiss from uh don lemon is a lawyer she's a lawyer for b lm she's a lawyer for the nbacp or she has been historically i think uh leader of a chapter there of the nbacp and a lawyer should know better because this law is well known. But forget the law. A human being should know better than to take their protest into an altar in front of a place where people are coming to worship. It is literally supposed to be a sanctuary from all kinds of distress and fear at a place to get comfort and solace. And this is just godless behavior to take that into a house of worship. It is, I don't know what we've come to here in this country that people are doing this willingly,

but it won't happen again with impunity. It won't happen in this case with impunity. And it's just not going to happen in America. We won't tolerate it. I know that you cannot comment on this, but just the richness of Don Lemon potentially being charged by the clan under the Klan Act is it is just going to be really something else. I wanted to give you an opportunity since you've,

since you're approaching this with such strength. to speak to this photo that's now gone viral, this young child who's being comforted by his father. This young Christian child, and he's what looks like either weeping or crying or terrified. This is an image from a lot, the live feed where the man was going row by row, this bearded man was going row by row, screaming at and threatening the Christians, calling them fake Christians inside of their house of worship and physically threatening harm. You can see the child here weeping in his father's arms. And then you can also see Don Lemon afterwards saying the purpose of this protest was to make these children uncomfortable.

He said it live on his stream. I'd like to perhaps you could give a message to these children in that church who experienced this. What is the message from the DOJ, Harmeet? The message from the DOJ is that the attorney general of the United States has a zero tolerance policy for this. What we told the pastor of that congregation is we are very. sorry that they had to go through that terrorizing incident and that we are sending reinforcements from D.C. to make sure that the crimes that occurred yesterday are fully prosecuted. And, you know, there was a racial element to what was said as well. The man you're referring to, who I believe is

a vet, a very disturbed looking man. He had recently just been arrested and catch and released by Minnesota law enforcement officials, law enforcement officials, two days earlier, I think it was on Friday. And that's why he was free to terrorize this child and his parents and this family, shameful, but he's shouting about them being white and privileged. And so those are additional things that we're looking at

is there a racial element to this church being targeted because, you know, that's also illegal in America, committing crimes on the basis of the race of the race, victims. And so I just commend this congregation. They are obviously godly people who were calm in the face of this. I mean, I see people calmly talking with Don Lemon, you know, sticking his little goofy mic into their face. And that's not what they came to church for. They prepared their minds. They came to receive wisdom and seek the comfort of their colleagues and hear a teaching from the pastor. And instead, this is what they got. Well, the lesson learned here is going to be the

lesson learned by these so-called protesters that their right to protest ends outside the church. It does not extend inside the church. They trespassed in a better run city and state. They would already have been arrested under state law, which can happen much more quickly than I can do for violation of Minnesota's version of the face act. It's also illegal to do this in Minnesota. And for trespass. I don't think anything's going to happen. I haven't heard a word from Keith Ellison or from Mary Moriarty, the district attorney in Hennepin County, where this happened about these violations. I haven't heard a word from Tim Walts about this. I haven't heard a word from the mayor of Minneapolis about this. That's a failure of leadership there,

but thank goodness we have a strong and dedicated DOJ and Attorney General Pam Bondi, who will make sure that we explore every avenue to bring the most charges appropriate to do justice in this case. We're just, we're just, we cannot emphasize enough how thankful we are with this leadership team at the DOJ. And here's why you have to make examples. There has to be red lines. There has to be lines in the sand. There has to be hills to die on. And you do not want this happening to your church. Think about your church. Think about what's happened in churches around America, but including in Minneapolis, where two young children died after a transgender man shot the church up 17 different bullets hit children while they were praying not too far away from this location.

The church is under attack. Christian schools are getting shot up and attacked. This is something that is growing. The left is attacking churches. It's godless. It's demonic. It has to end. And people need to be made examples of. And this is a perfect opportunity to do that at scale. And we're praying for you, Harme, and we're praying for the entire DOJ. And we're thankful for you standing up. This should not happen to any house of worship. A Christian or otherwise. And so my Christian children who go to church every week are thankful for you. This is what the left wants to do to North Carolina. The left would love this. There's actually an enormous number of criminal aliens in North Carolina. Representative Mark Harris of North Carolina joins us live now to talk about the state that is a bit of a bit of a lynch pin for the left. They would love to conquer North Carolina. The left is trying very hard to ensure that North Carolina votes blue. Republicans are fighting back. Representative Mark Harris joins us live now.

Congressman, how do we keep North Carolina from going the way of Minnesota? Well, good morning, Benny. Thank you so much for having me. I mean, when I watch those videos you're showing and we see the chaos and just really the riot spirit that has broken out all over Minneapolis in these areas, it causes all of us to recognize that we are living in incredibly tumultuous times. And if ever there's a time for those that are conservative Christians to stand up and speak up and preserve our communities, now is the time. And listen, how are we going to stop North Carolina from going down the route of Minneapolis? I think it's because we do have some leaders in North Carolina that are willing to speak up, that are willing to stand up, and are willing to continue to raise the questions that need to be raised.

Obviously what we're seeing in Minneapolis is not only just all the things that are going on with trying to destroy ICE agents and trying to kill them literally, journalists that are trying to report the truth of what's coming out are at risk, but so much of it is simply, I think, being done as a distraction for they got caught with their hand in the cookie jar. They got caught with more than $9 billion of fraud that's going on. And I think that this is a large part that all of the left has seemed to converge on Minnesota to try to create a diversion from the real issue is you had a governor and an attorney general and others that had all this going on right under their noses. So the left has decided that North Carolina is one of those states that they're going to flip blue. and they have brought in hundreds of thousands, millions potentially of criminal aliens. I don't know, but I know that the enforcements in Charlotte has been obviously pretty intense. You've seen sort of the descent into madness in Charlotte with the killing of Arenas Ostruka. We won't forget that.

And also some of the DEI judges that continue to let criminals onto the street. I thought that North Carolina was a Southern state. I thought it was a Republican state. I thought it was a state that was run by logical and sensible people. But it does have a Democrat governor and so on. And it seems like it's a state that hangs in the balance. How do you prevent Charlotte from becoming the next Minneapolis? What are you doing, Congressman, to make sure that that state stays strong?

Well, one of the things that we're doing is continuing to call out the reality of the situation we have here. Listen, we're standing with our police. In fact, just a month or so ago, the Fraternal Order of Police called. on governor, our Democrat Governor Josh Stein, to bring in the National Guard to Charlotte because we were running around 276 police officers below what we needed to adequately police this city. And so I joined along with a couple other colleagues from North Carolina, calling on the governor to bring in the National Guard. Unfortunately, he has not done that. The city leaders, we are under total Democrat control in this city. They have not done that

either. So we're continuing to try to bring to bear. One of the things that happened just this past weekend is the head of the Federal Transit Authority came down to Charlotte, met with some of the leaders here, and they're very clearly stepping in and threatening to withhold the federal funds if we don't get things under control on our transit here in Charlotte. And that's a big thing. We've got the Transportation Department, Sean Duffy, that is spoken up and has thrown up and has threatened to withhold $50 million because it was discovered in a federal audit that we had granted 54% of the CDL license that were granted to foreigners were granted illegally. And that's a real problem. And that just came out in the last two weeks. So I think we're trying to make sure that our

federal dollars are going to be withheld. That, of course, gets the attention of state legislators and they start calling to hold accountability. You made a great point earlier that though we are, when you look at our state red for the most part, we've got these blue cities, and we've got a Democrat governor and his administration. And we're seeing the results of that as well. And so I think it's going to be a matter of accountability,

ultimately that we've got to hold state government too. Congressman, you're on the Judiciary Committee, and that means that you are going to be impaneling Jack Smith this week for testimony. And what are you planning on asking Jack Smith now that we are obviously talking about federal law enforcement and trying to clean out the rot inside of the DOJ and trying to use the DOJ and the force of will of the American people to protect Christians, to not violate the law. Jack Smith is just. such an egregious example of somebody who was weaponizing and twisting the law for political purposes. What are going to be your questions to Jack Smith?

Well, I think you're exactly right, Benny. Our questions are going to be along those lines. Jack Smith is the epitome of somebody that was more interested in weaponizing the Department of Justice and going down this road, the things that he did, being able to work around the system, them being able to phone tap, use judges like Judge Boasberg and others to sign off on listening to or getting phone records from members of Congress and members of the U.S. Senate. All of these things and his Operation Arctic Frost are going to be fair game for questions that are going to come up. I think we want to hear his testimony.

We want to hear what was the thought pattern as they weaponized this. I think it's no doubt as you are going to listen to Jackson. Smith, if you watched him on the news. Here is a man that did absolutely the opposite of what you should do in his role. He wasn't just gathering evidence looking for a crime. He was simply deciding he decided in his own mind that somehow a person was guilty. And then he goes out and tries to create things and find things that build his case or build his idea that he's got. So I think that he's going to be called to question. I think that there's going to be a lot of different angles that we'll be coming at as a committee. And I think we're going to hear what he has to say because of the end of the point it's going to happen this Thursday, as I understand when we have this hearing with the full judiciary committee. All right. Well, since you are involved in these intersections in Congress, what do you think about Bill and Hillary Clinton refusing their subpoenas?

Sounds like they're going to be held in contempt this week. Well, I think they ought to be held accountable just like we saw Steve Bannon. Steve Bannon went to jail over this. Others have gone to jail over this. So I think it's going to be very important that we continue to say that nobody is above the law. And that's got to be more than just words that we say. It's got to be something that we enforce. And I think that they're going to need to come or they're going to need to be held accountable for not showing up.

The margin for Trump to win Oregon is like five points. I think there's only like two million people in Oregon.

800,000. So a third of the people in Oregon were fake or fraudulent. Can a Republican win the governor's position in this state? Yes. The answer is yes. could it be David Medina, our dear friend, ally, and compatriot here at this company? Oh, yes, it absolutely could be. vote rules being cleaned up we've been asking for a long time for our elections to be cleaned up we thank the president trump president trump's administration for helping us with that harmeet dillon thank you so much for helping us here in oregon and shining the spotlight here in oregon i will also say benny in 2022 the democrat current governor tina kotech won by only 67,000 votes in the state. 67,000 votes. Guess how many Republicans sat out of that election? 120,000.

I'm calling on those Republicans today to stand with us, stand with the Republicans here, stand with God, stand with our state, stand with all people, because if we can just get even two-thirds of those voters that sat out to vote, we could beat these guys. And it's not beating the Democrats.

We beat the Democratic and we can boot them, and we will beat them, Benny. David, people are sick of the way that things have gone in Portland. You can just tell there's fatigue, there's exhaustion. Portland and the state of Oregon is actually one of the most beautiful, naturally gifted states. It has the ocean. It has the mountains. It is a stunning state. But when I was just there with you a couple weeks ago, homelessness everywhere. Everywhere. You know, violence in the streets we saw when we were there with Christine Nome.

We had to be escorted. Yes, exactly. Home to, you know, very, very dangerous criminal aliens. and offenders, how are you going to clean up this state? Well, you know, we have a Democratic, a radical left-wing Democrat elite here. My beef, Benny, is not with a lot of Democrat voters. Actually, a lot of Democrat voters, my friends also here in the state say, hey, look, we can't register Republican. We can't be loud for you, but we'd rather have your conservative ideas than what the radical left is doing here in Oregon.

So I will just say this. We will clean this up immediately. The homelessness industrial complex is out of control here. There's been millions of billions of dollars, millions of dollars being funneled into the homeless problem by the radical left-wing Democrats while the homelessness increases, Benny. The homelessness is continuing to increase here in the state. And I'll just tell you this, we're going to bring back law and order. We're going to bring back respect for our police. We're going to bring back empowering our police officers to do their job and not look at them as the problem.

The radical left wing of the Democrat Party look at police as the problem. We're going to end that. We're going to empower our police. Yes, they'll hold accountable where there's police misconduct, but we are not going to demonize our police officers or our law enforcement anymore. We're going to let them do their jobs. We're going to let them clean up our homelessness. We're going to let them deal with criminals and especially the illegal criminal activity that's going on Oregon.

That is going to end on day one of my campaign or my race. Yeah, your administration. David Medina, you, many would say, like, are kind of young, you know, for this job. they'd say, wow, like, this is a millennial that is running for a governor. What do you say to those people? You know what? I say, get to know me, get to know my experience, get to know my track record of success. I've built a company from the ground up, Benny, and I appreciate the kind words that you said at the beginning of me, my work with you.

Here's the thing. The youngest governor in Oregon was 36 years old. That's exactly how old I am. His name is Mark Hapfield. He was a Republican. It's not about age. And if age is a requirement, if I need to be older and, you know, That's kind of one of the prerequisites for being governor.

I mean, look at what Tina Kotech's doing. Look at the other people that have run for not on the Republican side, but on the Democrat side. Look at our Democrat leaders in Congress, in the Senate. I mean, Jeff Merkley, Ron Wyden, they've been in office for decades. And they have nothing to show for our state. They continue to let lawlessness permeate our state. They continue to let chaos. And meanwhile, they're trying to tax us to death.

They're trying to take away our paychecks and make livability harder and harder. every single day, Benny. So we are going to empower all of the right people, put the right people in the right spot. That's what being governor is about is putting the right people in the right spot. And that's what we're going to do. We're going to put the best people in place here to bring our state back. I think for the people of Oregon are just kind of sick of being the butt of a joke. It's not like a state like California. It's not like a state like New York. No. There are so many patriots there. I saw MAGA hats in the airports. I saw MAGA hats at gas stations. People love their country there. They're true patriots in Oregon.

What's your message to them? What are some of the top line things you're going to fix on day one if you make history and become one of the youngest and the first Republican governor of Oregon in quite a long time? Absolutely, Benny. Well, I'll just tell you this. I'll say to those people that I've been felt forgotten here in Oregon that feel like they don't have a voice. Rise up. Now is the time. Now is the time for us to rise up and take our state back.

There's this oppressive kind of spirit over Oregon. And it just kind of it lays heavy on our shoulders. We can't speak up at work. We can't tell people who we're voting for. We can't even speak on common sense. We can't even speak and speak up for getting men out of women's sports without feeling the pressure from our jobs and the oppression from our government. That's going to change.

I want people of all backgrounds, whether you're Democrat, Republican, to feel comfortable speaking up about their political beliefs and about their personal beliefs. As long as we're not shoving it on each other like they're doing here, like the Democrats are doing here in the state. And so I just say to those people, let's rise up, let's take our state back, Let's get out of fear. Let's find our courage because after this, Benny, the fake news here, local media here in Oregon are going to smear me. They're going to make up things about me if they can't find things about me. They're going to call me every name of the book. They've been doing it for years, but I'm going to tell you right now, your words have no power. I'm talking to the fake news media right now and the radical left wing Democrats that think they can bully us further. Your words have no power. They were calling the moderate in 22 a hard right turn MAGA extremist Republican. Your words have lost power. People see through you. We're bringing this state back and there's nothing you can do to stop it. There's a wonderful thing to hear. And it's also something that's probably terrifying to the left in the state.

I know that there has been so many moments that have been embarrassing over the last couple of years for this incredible and beautiful state filled with Patriots. For instance, the land acknowledgement at the Christmas tree. They couldn't even do a Christmas. They couldn't even say the word Christmas at the Portland Christmas tree lighting. or recently there was a Trende Aragua shooting just two weeks ago in Portland where the police chief, David, was crying for the Trendy Arago gang members who shot ice. Unbelievable. Yeah. What happens under your administration for this, you know, to wokeness into some of the rot that we've seen overtake Portland?

Absolutely. Well, you know, the Democrats party is probably trying to get those two people are probably registering in the vote as we speak right now. These people have put illegals first over their own citizens. And look, we are compassionate. I'm a Christian, Benny. I'm a Christian conservative. I have compassion. I've worked with people from all backgrounds.

I have friends in the Democrat Party. I have friends that work in the legislature in Oregon that are Democrat. And I love everybody. But at the end of the day, this is about the rule of law. This is about putting Oregonians first again. And then let's take care. Let's see what we can do to take care of the rest of the thing. But our people are struggling.

Our people, we're living paycheck to paycheck, man. We have moms that are struggling. We have single moms that are struggling, single fathers that are struggling. Families that are struggling just to put food on the table. Meanwhile, our government gives billions. of dollars in health care to non-citizens and illegals that are naughty that may some just arrived here some that have been here some that have committed crimes you have people you have our government that are just prioritizing everything under the sun except its own citizens the government the left wing

radical left wing of the democrat party here in Oregon despises its citizens and on day one benny we're going to change all of that we're going to get rid of all the waste fraud and abuse within our government we're going to bring back the Oregonian first uh that our government, limited government, we're gonna shrink government. And we're just gonna build a machine that works for us again, man. Let's, you know, like you said,

our land is so beautiful, from the Oregon coast to central Oregon to eastern Oregon. Everywhere is so beautiful, and it's worth fighting for it. I'll just tell you, I'm not saying this land belongs to just us, but it belongs to all of us. It belongs to no matter what you believe, no matter what your political background, it belongs to all of us.

It does not belong to one political elite party who despises its citizens. Yes, you said, 60,000 votes was the margin there. I didn't know it was actually that close. That's wild. 67,000. What do you say to those 67,000 voters and some of the Democrats that might be just wanting to potentially take a chance at a Republican for the governor's?

Maybe they're just fed up. I think we were getting that a lot around the country. Absolutely, Benny. Well, I thank you for asking that question because that's a big thing. Like I said, we have a lot of Democrats that behind the scenes have come up to me in public saying, hey, I support you. I don't like the way that my party is going. I'll just say to this, I don't care if you're a Democrat.

You can stay a Democrat. This is an Oregon movement. This is about bringing the people together. Now, I'm a conservative Christian. I supported President Trump. I voted for him three times. At the end of the day, though, I have friends from all backgrounds, all lifestyles. And I love all of them.

I don't water down truth, Benny. But I'll just say, the way the state is going right now, the way they're managing our state is not sustainable. I mean, we have some of the highest taxes in the nation. We have our own businesses that were grown here that are leaving. We have Dutch bros and other companies that are leaving Oregon because we are so non-business friendly. And so I just say to those Democrats, hey, if you want a better Oregon, they're going to call them us a right-wingers and extremists and insurrectionists. They're going to call us all things racist.

You're going to hear all those buzzwords. But just understand the media, I'm just going to tell you right now, people see through you because the real people that know us, that know me, that know these amazing people, they know who we really are. And so every time you use those buzzwords, man, keep using them because it helps us because we know who we are. And we just, I want everybody to look at each other as Oregonians again, Benny, and as, as Americans. And as just people that can disagree, but get along again. That's what I'm going. I'm stepping out of my, you know, my base. And I'm, I want to bring people together.

So, okay, just final question here on that because I asked about the left that you may need to pull some of their votes. What about the right that wants to succeed to Idaho? We've been following the greater Idaho movement that wants to take. a couple of red counties from Oregon and actually secede. What do you say to those people, David? Well, the people of greater Idaho, great people, great patriots. Hey, look, I don't have any beef with them. They are, at least they're doing something, right?

At least they're trying to do something to solve the problem that we have here. But I will just tell my message to those people, to those people that are wanting to leave the state, thinking about moving out, just give us a little bit more time. We're going to bring the state back. We're going to, it starts today. We just pray, God is in control because, again, like I said, we're not going to bring the state back. is going to bring this state back. He's using us as vessels. We are just vessels. It's going to be

up to Almighty God. And if you don't believe in God, totally fine, but he's real. I'm just going to tell you. He's real and he loves you. And I just want to let you guys know, hang in here with us, support this campaign. And I'll just say to my opponents, Christine Drazen, Chris Dudley, and Daniel Bethel and others, you guys aren't my opponents. We're all in this together. I have pledged to completely support if this campaign isn't successful, I have pledged to completely support with all 100% of the backing here to whoever wins the primary. So we're already divided enough as Republicans in the state. I'm not going to try to contribute to that divided. All those are all great candidates that would make great governors more than the current one

that is destroying the state right now. David Medina is right here at his brand new campaign a site come together and heal Oregon. You're exactly right. Like God is real. God, God loves Oregon. God created Oregon. God made actually. God made Oregon. You know. You know, like he doesn't want to see descended into madness. It is one of the most naturally gifted and beautiful states in the entire country. I'm always struck at how gorgeous it is from the plane when I'm landing. But then I get down into Portland. I'm like, oh, my gosh, you know, it looks like heaven.

Well, I wonder what David Medina's polling is going to look like. It's exciting to see people who we've had kind of enough, you know, we've worked with them. David worked at this company for the better part of two years. It's incredible to see the Spirit of God moving to see, like, the energy out there and to see us all making a difference. It's exciting to see young people also, like, taking. taking charge and jumping in and having the desire to save their country. Really cool. Let's go ahead and check the polls.

We don't have a David Medina poll because, well, that news just broke. But we do have some Greenland polling. How will the U.S. acquire Greenland in 2026? Let's go. This is looking good. It's the highest that it's ever been. Will America acquire Greenland in 2026 and Polymarket, 25% chance? President Trump was making some big moves this weekend.

And in fact, Europeans are already surrendering effectively Greenland and admitting that they can't defend the island. There's this pathetic force that was sent to defend it like one Brit, one Norwegian, one Belgian, and 10 Germans. And then the Germans all retreated as soon as Trump said he was going to terror for every single country that sent their troops to Greenland. Greenland is necessary for the United States of America because it is in our hemisphere because we already owned it when the Danish were conquered without the Nazis firing even a shot. America became the administrators of Greenland. We should have just kept it then. For some reason, we were so cucked and stupid and weak. We gave it all back to the Europeans for absolutely no reason. We're the only ones that prevented Greenland from becoming a Nazi U-boat base to launch attacks and kill a bunch of Americans right on our seaboard. So we've already conquered this island.

It is something that is rich in natural resources, rich in exposure to the Arctic. It makes us surround Canada as a nation. And most importantly, if it's not us, it's going to be Russia or China that try to gobble it up in order to gain full control of the Arctic passageways, which will become the new shipping routes around the world as icebreakers plow new routes through the Arctic. that is going to be the way that goods and services move through the earth. And so Greenland, ladies and gentlemen, absolutely essential. And something that is worth buying, which I think is the role right now that Trump has put Marco Rubio and a number of other people from the administration and just come up with a deal. America has, of course, purchased its entire empire.

Obviously, there is plenty of conquest to be done, but most of American land was simply bought, bought from Russia, bought from European powers, including the Danish, which sold us the Virgin Islands. So good job, guys. $25 million worth of gold. America bought the Virgin Islands, I think it was 1917. So about 100 years ago. So just sell us Greenland. You can't defend it. You can't protect it. You can't provide anything for the people of Greenland. And you tried to kill them all. You know, you can go back in the 1970s. Like, there was a really pernicious thing that happened where the Danish government tried to implant sterilization devices into all the women of Greenland to try and just, like, decimate the population. There.

It's awful. So, yeah, like, like, America should own Greenland. This looks like a win. this bet looks like a complete win. Here's the European forces that were sent to defend Greenland. Look at this. Oh, my. Oh, my goodness.

Get me Stephen Miller, please, on Greenland and his defense of it. I know that we played it. I want a full, I want a full-throated defense of why America must have Greenland because I really do believe, guys, that this is going to happen. This isn't just something that's like a pipe dream, like America's going to own Canada. That'll be different. Hopefully that'll happen. my lifetime. That would be amazing. But this is something that isn't just, this is something that

they are going to do. You can tell, like listen to Stephen Miller here. The administration is dead set serious on this. And it makes actually a ton of sense. Let's go. It's been the formal position of the U.S. government since the beginning of this administration, frankly, going back into the previous Trump administration, that Greenland should be part of the United States. The president has been very clear about that. That is the formal position of the U.S. government. Right, but can you say that military action against Greenland is off the table? It would be military action against Greenland. The Greenland has a population of 30,000 people, Jake. The real question is, by what right does Denmark assert control over Greenland? What is the basis of their territorial claim?

What is their basis of having Greenland as a colony of Denmark? The United States is the power of NATO. For the United States to secure the Arctic region to protect and defend NATO and NATO interests, obviously Greenland should be part of the United States. And so that's a conversation that we're going to have as a country. That's a process we're going to have as a community of nation. So you can't take it off the table that the U.S. would use military force to seize Greenland. You can't take it off the table. I understand you're trying very hard to, which again is your job.

I respect it. It's great to get exactly the headline right. a catchy headline that says, that says, Miller refuses to rule out. The United States should have Greenland as part of the United States. There's no need to even think or talk about this in the context that you're asking of a military operation. Nobody's going to fight the United States militarily over the future of Greenland. One last question, Stephen. Not exactly the clip I was thinking about because he was on recently.

I think it was the fox, but it was perfect explanation. And Trump's explanation also is an excellent explanation. Trump's explanation at the White House last week. I've become obsessed, by the way, with Greenland. We plan on visiting Greenland. I've been DMing a member of the parliament in Greenland. They reached out. And they want to be,

I'm not sure that the people of Greenland are 100% ready to be all-American. Americans yet, there's only like 50,000, 30,000 maybe people of Greenland. They want to be liberated from European slavery. They want to be liberated from being a colonial property of the Danish. Could you imagine anything worse than that? 56,000 people. Okay. Do you know how much we spent every single year in protecting Europe?

Do you know there wouldn't be a Europe, the United States of America? The best investment Europe ever made was actually putting settlers on our continent. Because that protected European culture better than the Europeans protected European culture. We have been the protectorate of all of Europe for the last 150 years. We spend a fortune in protecting Europe. Look at this. NATO spending by percentage of GDP. Enough. Enough of this. Enough.

like Greenland should just simply be our tribute. European colonial properties that America wishes to administer, well, we already administer them because we're clearly the only ones that are invested in protecting them. So it should be an absolute no-brainer, ladies and gentlemen. A no-brainer. You should have a no-brainer decision when it comes to investing in gold. Ladies and gentlemen, California governor's race thrown into chaos as Eric Swalwell is accused of not living in the state. California is so expensive that the lead Democrat candidate, he is not the leading candidate, by the way. There are two Republicans, Steve Hilton and Sheriff Blanco, who are ahead of him. Also, like, I think leading Eric Swalwell is people that have no choice, right? People that aren't sure who they're going to vote for.

People who haven't made their decision yet. So Eric Swole was literally losing to nobody. But anyway, he's also losing to his own idiocy here. He, Eric Swalwell, like, is constantly attacking Trump and touting California values. but Eric Swalwell doesn't actually live in California. He's facing a major hurdle in his bid to succeed Gavin Newsom. Allegedly he doesn't live in the state.

The California Constitution requires that gubernatorial candidate has resided in the Golden State for the previous five years. But a new lawsuit filed by activists, claims that his home address elicited Swalwell's election paperwork is actually a lawyer's office. Claims that the Democrats' real abode is a $1.2 million-six-bedroom mansion in Washington, D.C. that he shares with his wife.

According to the complaint, this property was listed as the couple's principal residence when they took out a mortgage in 2022. Eric Swalwell was also being investigated by the DOJ for mortgage fraud, so this sort of blends into it. Swalwell, who considered one of the favorites to win the gubernatorial race, does not appear to own any property in California at all. Hillbrook claims in his five-page petition to the writ of mandate filed the California Secretary of State. He accuses the lefty congressman of perjury

and urges Weber to declare him ineligible to succeed the governor of California. Wow. Eric Swalwell has no California address. Goodness gracious. How are you going to get yourself out of that one? What are you going to do? How are you going to like reverse engineer that? Oh, look, I just bought a place. It's not going to work, dude. It's not going to work. Okay. All right. We'll see here.
