This is what the highest levels of the DOJ are saying now.

I find this fascinating because, well, I physically watched what happened in Chicago as federal agents. Yeah, this is good, boys, but I want to get like the full, yeah, get me the full lineup. Now, federal authorities are actually following the law and arresting. And I heard him say that. You know, as they were preparing to do this, if you interfere with a federal law enforcement agent, you get arrested. And this is what happened with a member of Congress, La Monica McIver, what's happening was happening with these duches right here you just you get a rat you just you get a right you can't do that when a federal agent is attempting to follow through and do their job and enforce the law you're not allowed to hold them back and you shouldn't do that you shouldn't fight cops you you shouldn't fight ice you shouldn't do it it's a bad idea Anyway, what I'm saying here is that they're weaponizing their little brain dead militant wing on the left.

And we've seen obviously the horrific results of this. And now the top party leadership is doing exactly the opposite of what they should be doing right now. Like this is the opposite. The letter, which is addressed to Governor Gavin Newsom, State Attorney General Rob Bonata, Nancy Pelosi, and Attorney Brooke Jenkins of San Francisco,

stressed that federal agents and officers are carrying out lawful duties in the interference by state and local officials are illegal and futile. The letter, after Pelosi issued a statement Wednesday threatening to arrest federal agents if they break California law. Well, federal law is the superior law of the land. Please understand something critical about this and grab me the electoral college map. What it's going to do in 2030, please. California is, Prop 50 is probably going to pass in California. They'll only be able to do that for two cycles. Because in 2030, California will lose five congressional seats. California is going to collapse. That's the translation to what Pam Bondi and Todd Blanche are saying, because if you think you're going to arrest ICE agents or interfere with ICE agents or docs, and endanger ice agents, they're going to put you in prison. So you don't want to play this game. Pam Bondi is tough as nails. If you think that she's some sweet lady, this sweet blonde, you are, you're going to be badly mistaken because she will put you in prison. So keep messing around and find out what Pam does to you. Please explain, Mike. How would it be possible for a San Francisco police officer to wander up to a federal agent and arrest them. How does that even work?

It wouldn't work. And it would be so dangerous because it would be an illegal arrest and it would authorize deadly force by these ICE agents. So does Gavin Newsom want a shootout between San Francisco police and federal ice agents? I don't think he wants that because then he could be charged for felony murder for doing that. So you want to F around Gavin? You want to become a prison, bitch? I think Pam would love to put you in prison.

So don't even think about it, Gavin or J.B. Or these other Democrats, slob politicians, it's not going to fly. We had this warning right after the election on Big Tish. But never once did you suggest that what should happen there is that we should fight the federal law, like, well, federal law enforcement

with local law enforcement. Yeah, I mean, it's outrageous. Even the Moralago rate, which was clearly an illegal political hit by Joe Biden on Trump. Did, I mean, what if, what if you had Governor DeSantis send in state troopers to fight with the FBI to prevent the Mar-a-Log. I mean, it's just insane. Well, people die, Mike. Yeah, it's suicidal. It's really reckless, frankly. Well, it's, it's outrageous. These Democrat politicians are playing a deadly game when they think they're going to have their state and local police officers go arrest federal ICE agents. That's going to lead to deadly force by ICE. It's going to lead to people dying. and it's going to lead to these politicians again getting charged with felony murder.

So can you talk me through the supremacy clause and would any state have any ground in saying, no, no, like we're totally sovereign and the feds have no power here? Can you extrapolate that to like this sanctuary city poison and cancer in our country? Can you explain, Mike, like how is that even? I think like it comes from California and Illinois because people lived in those states have bought into a lie that federal law doesn't apply to their states. Yeah. In the United States of America, the federal government runs our immigration system. Congress sets the immigration laws and the president enforces those laws. And under the supremacy clause, no one can interfere with that. So I realize these

Democrat politicians want to mass imports these illegal aliens from third world Marxist hellholes to bring these Democrat politicians more. money and power and frankly for the Marxist politicians to subvert our country to destroy our sovereignty to destroy our country from within. There's conspiracy. There's obstruction of federal law enforcement. There's assault on federal law enforcement. And again, if this leads to deadly force, these politicians can get charged with felony murder for causing these deadly clashes between state and local police and federal law enforcement.

Pritzker, the fat piece of garbage governor of Illinois needs to back down on this because again, same with Gavin Newsom, the little bitch boy in California. because Pam Bondi will definitely put them in prison. I think that what we're getting here, I mean, this is probably the correct time to put this up. against ice ages. Not only is she outing a ice raid. She must have gotten wind of a mass ice raid in the San Francisco area, so she's interfering there. But then she's encouraging, what seems to me, encouraging an attack on federal law enforcement here. I just, it's particularly rich from Pelosi who ran on, who like, who milked January 6th dry over the hype, over the attack of federal law enforcement. Your thoughts, Mike? I mean, this is, I'm just seeing this for the first time. This is outrageous that these Democrat politicians are trying to create an armed conflict with federal immigration officials with state and local police. I mean, these state and local police do not want to be an armed conflict with federal law enforcement. They have families, right? They don't want to get

shots. Their families don't want them to get shot. This is absolutely. insane. This is the most reckless rhetoric I've seen out of politicians in a very long time going back to the Civil War. I mean, these Democrat politicians are calling for state and local police to go into armed conflict with federal ICE agents doing their job, rounding up and expelling illegal aliens. And let's just remind these Democrats, it is not lawful. It's against federal law. It's crime for illegal aliens to be in our country. And if if you want to change the law, change the law. But the president is enforcing the law. The president campaigns on the facts that he's going to secure our border after Biden led in 20 million illegal aliens and flooded our country with

criminals and people who do not share American values. President Trump campaigned on the fact he's going to secure our border and expel these illegal aliens. And he got, President Trump got an overwhelming electoral mandate from we the people to do this. 312 electoral votes, all seven swing states, the popular vote. President Trump kept the House. He won a comfortable margin. And the Senate, President Trump is doing what he promised American voters he would do, which is enforce federal immigration law that Joe Biden and his team refused to enforce for four years and actually did the opposite. Mass-imported people into America who hate our country, including people from these third world Marxist hellholes. They tried to transform our country.

They're trying to change our populace. These Democrats are violating we the people's most crucial sovereign power, to control our border and control our populace. And President Trump is reversing that and fixing that. And if these Democrats are so desperate for these voters for their house seats for for reapportionment and for power that they're willing to go into armed conflicts with federal ICE agents, then these Democrat politicians need to go to prison. I did want to get to Arctic Frost. This is obviously something that is not getting the kind of attention that deserves just because I think it's been lost in a couple different news cycles. We talked about it with Rand Paul just the other day. The irony of all ironies that some of the senators that love spying by the federal government were the victims of spying by the federal government. Here's Chuck Grassley from this morning. Yeah, Senator Chuck Grassley, my former boss, both of our home state senator from Iowa, he's dogged, he's determined.

He's been the king of oversight for 60 plus years in Congress, and he really got the goods here. You have a memo from former FBI director, Chris Ray, to Attorney General Merrick Garlands, Biden Attorney General Merrick Garland's through Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco, where they, used the 2020 electoral, the presidential election challenge, which is totally permitted by the Electoral Act of 1887 and the First Amendment. They used that as a predicates as a pretext to open a criminal investigation on President Trump, his top aides, his allies, and they were stupid enough in the Biden Justice Department to actually do it on U.S. senators. I always say presidents and their team, come and go, but senators last decades. And the Biden Justice Department was dumb enough to spy on nine U.S. senators. And now U.S. senators who have not shown much interest in any of this

lawfare over the last eight years are suddenly, keenly interested and very outraged by this. And so you have senators who generally are pretty miltose are pretty fired up right now. And they are calling for investigations and calling for indictments. This is maybe the spark that we need it, Ben, to light a fire under people's asses to get these investigations going. I will also point out that my good friend, Jason Redding Kenyonez, got confirmed as the U.S. attorney in the Southern District of Florida in Miami, and I've been calling for a criminal probe for the last three plus years since the Mar-Lawks.

Raid for a grand jury to investigate conspiracy against rights under 18 U.S. C. Section 241 for these Lawfare Democrats, how they politicized and weaponized intel agencies and law enforcement, going back eight years to crossfire hurricane to take out Trump, his top aides like Steve Bannon, Peter DeVaro, Jeff Clark, his supporters on January 6th. I've been very publicly calling for that on your show and 5,000 other media hits for the last three years. There's now a special grand jury that Jason just motioned the court in the Southern District of Florida to open in Fort Pierce. That's going to be impaneled in January. I think that sounds like a great place to open up this grand jury on Crossfire Hurricane and against these lawfare Democrats.

And so when Mike Davis says, listen, we're going to impanel a grand jury. There's going to be a grand jury impaneled for Crossfire Hurricane. You should believe him. Cheers to Trump, U.S. attorney Lindsey Halligan and the Eastern District of Virginia. all the other pussy attorneys in the U.S. Attorney's Office said there was no evidence to support an indictment. And then Lindsay went in there. In about two days, she put together a grand jury indictment and then a grand jury of our peers in Alexandria, Virginia, and the suburbs of Washington, D.C. and deep Democrat Alexandria, Virginia, indicted New York Attorney General Tish James, Big Tish for mortgage fraud. It's the only property that touches both the intra-coastal waterway and the Atlantic Ocean A Tennis Court at Mar-Lago is worth more than $18 million. Mar-a-lago is worth more than a billion dollars. And for Tish James, to try to bankrupt Trump on a mortgage fraud theory as part of a lawfare campaign to bankrupt him, to throw him in prison for life, for non-crime, to take them off the ballot and take off his head. As you said, Ben, these are the appetizer indictments.

The main course, I hope, will be down in the Southern District of Florida when Big Tish is investigated and indicted as part of the criminal conspiracy against rights under 18 U.S.C. Section 241. Again, I've publicly called for that for the last three years. I will fight every day for the next three and a half years to make damn sure that happens because we can never let these lawfare Democrats do to our country what they tried to do over the last eight years. I think it's refreshing to have politicians that sort of talk like you and behave like a normal person. Yeah, they do, Benny, and you see that in your work. Look, so many people in Washington think they're smarter and more virtuous than the American people. and they think the American people are stupid.

Now, it's true that most Americans don't read Aristotle every day because they don't have time. They're too busy earning and living. They get up every day, they go to work, obey the law, pay their taxes, try to do the right thing by their kids. But they get it. And they've known for years that politicians in Washington bubble rapid, or in some cases, just like it.

cases just lie. President Trump came along and look, you know President Trump. I mean, he, he grows anxious when he has an unexpressed thought. Now, that is in politics, that's a plus and a minus. I've told him before, as Mr. President, I told him this early in his first term, I said, people hang on your every word. So you do have to be careful what you say. But on the other hand, I think most Americans find his transparency refreshing. I remember when President Biden wouldn't give a press conference. No one could ever talk to him. President Trump talks to the American people two or three times a day.

And he's very unique in that respect. He's also very candid. And I think he understands that candor is a mighty weapon. would never put myself at the level of President Trump, but I do think we have that in common. We both say exactly what we think. And frankly, we both don't get enough credit for the things that we don't actually say, but could say.

You brought up Joe Biden, and since now that we have the White House set here, and you are on the Judiciary Committee, so perhaps you know, perhaps you can illuminate for us, What exactly happened that cocaine in the White House? We'll never know, unless the Justice Department tells us. We'll probably never know who leaked a draft of the Dobbs decision from the U.S. Supreme Court. They've covered that up.

I'm sure someone at the Supreme Court said, no, don't go any further because they don't want to undermine the legitimacy of the Supreme Court. I think what they don't realize is that by not telling people about what they can see with their own eyes, that you undermine the legitimacy of the court. But the people, they're just, you know, they're just tired of the games. Here's what the American people see, Ben. They see too many people at the top getting bailouts, and they see too many people at the bottom getting handouts.

and the people in the middle who carry the country on their backs get the bill and and they they are sick of it and president trump came along and started talking about that and he hasn't stopped and i think our country is better for it you say it undermines the legitimacy of the supreme court and i can see i you know i can see the argument and the rationale from that from upity and scared of their own shadow, Supreme Court justices. I can see how that argument would hit. But it's something to undermine the legitimacy of the court. It's a totally separate thing to use the federal government spying powers to spy on senators. And that's what's happening right now. That's a wild scandal that's unraveling from your colleague and the man in charge

the Judiciary Committee, Chuck Grassley, and some of the people, some of the individuals who've been pro-spying actually by the federal government and pro-FISA courts like Lindsey Graham are the ones who were being spied on. And this seems to have, I mean, I think it should hit like a bombshell inside of the Senate. Can you explain, Senator, what's happening here? I'll try. I watched it happen. Let me go back to the Supreme Court just for a second, Ben. Please. Look, the American people saw the Dobbs decision leaked and for the Supreme Court not to tell the American people who leaked it and for the American people not to be able to see that that person is punished undermines the integrity of the Supreme Court. That's the point I was trying to make.

Of course. In terms of your question about the senators, it's just one more chapter in a disgusting saga. I watched Attorney General Merritt Garland make the decision to prosecute a former president of the United States on legal grounds that were iffy at best, who also happened to be the Attorney General's boss's chief opponent in an election. The press calls it law fair. It's just weaponization by your justice system. That's not supposed to happen in America.

That happens in countries whose powerball jackpot is 287 chickens and a goat. It doesn't happen in America. And that wasn't the only instance of all fare. Ms. James in New York, the district attorney in Georgia, Jack Smith, and it wasn't just directed at President Trump. It was directed at anybody who supported It was directed at many, many, many Republicans.

Today, we found out from Senator Grassley that Judge, Attorney General Garland and FBI Director Chris Ray authorized the subpoenas to get the phone records of the United States Senators. I've got to tell you, I was shocked at that. I just assumed this was Jack Smith, Smith going disco without telling anybody. But it was signed off by people at the very top.

Now, I don't know what's going to happen criminally. I know the Attorney General and the FBI is looking at it. I can tell you what's going to happen suddenly. The Justice Department is going to get sued by these senators and by everybody who was wronged. Merrick Garland is going to get sued. Chris Ray's going to get sued. The telecommunications. companies, the telephone companies that turned over these records are going to get sued.

There's something called a rule of law in America. And if I could make one more point, I don't mean to talk so much, Ben, but I watched when Biden did this and his people, Mary Garland could have stopped it. He didn't. I don't know why. But they unleashed spirits they couldn't control. They unleashed spirits they couldn't control. You just don't use the Department of Justice as a weapon to hurt your political opponents.

And it worries me. I mean, all we have in, well, not all we have in America, one of the things we have and shares the most is the fact that our criminal justice system has legitimacy and it applies to justice even-handed. And now a lot of these people are being called to account. than they should be. Senator, wouldn't this be worse than Watergate? Given the awesome power of the Justice Department and the technical capacity to gather data, you don't have to rummage through file drawers anymore

with a flashlight, holding a flashlight in your mouth in the darker night, a bunch of goofballs. At the Watergate, you can actually take some of the most personal, you can scrape some of those personal and private, and perhaps classified, all of it should be classified under the Fourth Amendment, obviously, from the U.S. Senate. Senator, how are you supposed to conduct business? How is any senator supposed to do their job if the wrong Justice Department can just illegally spy on everything that you're doing? Isn't this worse than Watergate?

Well, you're getting there if it's not there yet. And it's not just been, it's not just the U.S. senators. They did this to 92 organizations. They did it to Turning Point. They did it to apparently everybody they thought was a political enemy of President Biden or that they just didn't agree with politically. And what has surprised me today, it's really disappointed me, is that the Attorney General of the United States, Judge Garland, Justice Garland,

Judge Garland, almost a justice, signed off on this. And apparently, at least according to Senator Grassley and his whistleblowers, so the director of the FBI, Chris Ray. I never wanted to believe that. I really thought this was all Jack Smith, just being a cowboy. But apparently, everybody signed off on it. And I can tell you if the Attorney General signed off on it and the FBI director signed off on it,

President Biden signed off on it. You think an attorney general is going to do something like this? You think an attorney general is going to prosecute a former president of the United States who also happens to be his boss's political opponent without telling the president of the United States who appointed him. Dream Weaver, if you believe that, you believe in the tooth fairy. You believe in the Easter Bunny. You believe Jimmy Hoffa died of natural death.

Of course, President Biden knew all of this stuff. And they did it anyway. They did it anyway. They ought to put a bag on their heads, man, for what they did to the institutions of this country. Yeah, it's wild to watch the reversal, because at the top of the show, we were covering how Pam Bondi is herself firing off quite a few letters right now to members of Congress. Nancy Pelosi is one of them. Gavin Newsom's another. because there are Democrat governors and lawmakers

across the country that are now threatening, I guess out of total and complete suicidal desperation to arrest ICE agents. So they're going to take their local cops in San Francisco or Chicago and they're going to arrest federal agents. And this seems like a really stupid thing. You have a book out with the same title, how to test negative for stupid.

But this seems like maybe the dumbest thing I've seen this side of Merrick Garland signing off on a spy warrant for U.S. Senators that voted for them. Your reaction to this news. Well, if it wasn't for double standards in Washington, D.C., there wouldn't be any standards at all. The people who are doing this, they're the same people who watch a district attorney in New York. run on a platform of if you elect me, I will put former president, then former president Donald Trump in jail. And they didn't say a word. You know what they said? Nothing. Zero. Zilch. Nada. I mean, it's got to stop. And I do. I talk about it in my book. Some of the stories in my book are funny, that's true.

Some are bizarre, but they're all true. And I wrote this book for three reasons. I wanted to try to give the American people, tell them, use these stories to explain to them what the Senate in Washington is really like from the inside, to explain to them why in Washington normal is just a setting on the clothes dryer. And to explain to them why it doesn't have to be this way, if we just have a little return to fairness and common sense. And all this stuff has got to stop, but the only way to stop it is to hold people accountable.

And that's gonna be done. And the American people can then make a decision once they have all of the facts. Come from Louisiana, it's a very law and order state. It's not a sanctuary state. This is a state that's obviously trending in the right direction, a lot of common sense in that state. It's some guys like you to the Senate, so that's good. No, we believe in Louisiana that illegal immigration is illegal, duh.

You know, they don't believe that in some other states. What's going to happen? What's going to happen here? I know that you're a big fan of law enforcement. I know law enforcement backs you and endorses you. This seems suicide. These policies really scare. I mean, it does seem like civil war stuff, Senator.

These policies are really very desperate and seem, again, suicidal. But there are Democrats, J.B. Pritzker did it yesterday. Gavin Newsom, Nancy Pelosi. All three of them have now threatened to arrest ICE agents with state police. What's going to happen there? Well, the error of their ways, Benny, is larger and more significant. than just ICE agents, as significant as that is. These people believe that cops, ice agents,

law enforcement officials, National Guard, these people believe that cops are a bigger problem than criminals. They do. These people believe that if a cop has to shoot a criminal, it's automatically the cop's fault. But if a criminal shoots a cop, it's the gun's fault. That's what these people believe. And I remember one of them said defund the police, defund the police.

I was running for re-election at the time. I made a campaign commercial, got me in a lot of trouble. But I said, if you hate cops, just because they're cops, the next time you get in trouble, call it a crackhead. And I believe that. And that's really what this, they're just, they're picking on ice agents now, but this started way back under, under, under President Biden. And he watched it happen, allowed it to happen, encouraged it. They just hate cops. And once again, they think cops are a bigger problem than criminals.

Now, in terms of illegal immigration, the American people support. immigration, legal immigration. They don't support illegal immigration. They see the southern border like they see their front door. Most Americans lock their front door at night. They don't lock their front door because they hate everybody on the outside. They lock their front door because they love the people on the inside and they just want to know who's going in and out of their country. Or in that case, they're home. And that's how they see illegal immigration. But these These howdy duties that you're talking about, they think that if you support a secure border,

that vetting people at the border is racist. You're racist. You're not racist. It's not racist. It's prudent. Every other country does it. When it comes to double standards, something that is playing out live right now, Senator.

And I don't know if you have a confidence monitor and can see the screen, but it's really a delightful thing to watch. Watch. Here's the courthouse in Virginia, where Letitia James has been arraigned. She's currently in the act of being arraigned. I know you just mentioned her in your last answer. I want to get your message to Leticia James, given the fact that she's now being charged with potentially 30 years in prison for the crimes that she accused President Trump of. Seems to be God's irony. And it's hilarious. But your take, Senator.

No one is either above or beneath a law. The law applies to all of us. Now, here's what Ms. James is accused of. When you go to the bank, and you know this, Ben, and get a mortgage, that mortgage is guaranteed by the federal government, which means it's guaranteed by the taxpayers in America, every single one of them. And if you lie on the mortgage application to get a law,

interest rate by saying, I'm going to live in this home when you're really not. It's a second home or you're leasing it out or it's a beach house. But if you lie to get a lower interest rate, you're defrauding the federal government, but more importantly, you're defrauding the American people. You're cheating. You're stealing. And it's serious. And I know it happens a lot and it needs to be prosecuted more.

But if Ms. James did that, and she has the right to a defense, but if she did that, it's a crime, man, and it's serious. It's serious as four heart attacks and a stroke. And they can say, people can say, well, it's just political prosecution. She's going to have a right to prove that she didn't do it. But if she did do it, the law applies to her. And it applies to everybody, frankly, who, who commits fraud against the American people.

I agree. And there's so many good states, so many states that are moving in the right direction. We're talking about Letitia James. She's from New York. New York is not moving in the right direction. They are by every right weight and measure and every political prediction market going to be electing a communist as the mayor of New York City. This is, of course, the center of capitalism around the world. This is a bit of a strange dichotomy there. Obviously, AOC is from New York City. What's going on in New York, Senator? it breaks my heart man i think new york is the greatest city in the world and you've been to a lot of

other cities and i have too man i love new york here's what's going on um to win in new york as you know everybody's a democrat but this is not the democratic party that that of years ago the loon wing, the Bolshevik wing, the socialist wing of the party is in control. And the person who hedged that wing is Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez. And she has said elect Mr. Mamdani, who is a proud socialist,

who hates the Jewish people, who's promised to arrest Mr. Netanyahu if he ever steps foot in New York who believes in he believes in free rent and free buses and free food and free kittens and free sex and I don't know he wants everything to be free my experience has been that everything that's supposedly free

somebody else had to work for but maybe he'll maybe he's living on a different planet than me and it's because of the change in the the Democratic Party. It's the reason we're in a lockdown, we're in a shutdown. We're in a shutdown for one reason. Senator Schumer, who I know well, and I don't hate anybody, I really don't. But I know Senator Schumer well. And he wants the loon wing of his party to love him because he's scared he's going to get beaten in the next election. And they don't love him because Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez has told them not to love him.

And that's why he shut down government. And it's a total mess. And Chuck doesn't know what to do right now. He shut it down. He doesn't know what to do. He's walking around looking like a guy who lost his luggage. He doesn't have the slightest idea. But he has shut down the entire federal government.

And we're not going to give in. He says he'll open it up and we give him one and a half trillion, not billion, trillion, dollars. Now, as I've said before, I'm not going to do that. My mama didn't raise a fool, and if she did, it was one of my brothers. And every one of my colleagues in the Senate agrees with me. So we're just going to stay shut down. I hate it, but it's up to Schumer, and it's really up to Ocasio-Cortez. This is one of the main promises of Zohan Mandami, AOC,

and presumably, I guess, Chuck Schumer now, since he's from New York, lives in New York, so he'll be living under these policies right here. Here's his website, and I just, we seem to be the only show that really focuses on this, but I think it's worth focusing on. And it says that the main policy, the main platform for, Zorohan Mandami is going to be taxing white people more in New York. He says it right there in black and white. It's time to tax whiter neighborhoods more.

Not only is this patently legal, obviously. We've had Harmie Dillon on to explain that, but also it's just blatantly racist. Is this what Chuck Schumer is shutting down the government for? Policies like this, Senator? He's shutting it down because he's scared the death of the loon wing of the party, illustrated by Mamdani, Mr. Mondani, and Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez. Look, these people, you bring up race, many. These people are obsessed with race.

They're obsessed with it. The truth is, look, America is not perfect, but we're good. Like every other country in the history of civilization, America caught the disease of slavery. But we beat it back. And after we beat it back, we passed civil rights loss. In 1866 and 1871 and 1875, 1960, 1964, 1968, 1990, 1990, 1991. And the truth of the matter is, I know they're racist in America,

but America's not a racist country. Most Americans don't think that much about race because they understand that souls have no color. To most Americans, I mean, most Americans think that, you know, they think in practical terms, hey, black, white, brown to a bear, we all taste like chicken, man. This is America.

But these folks are obsessed with race, and they're obsessed with gender. And they think the American people, people are supportive. They think our kids ought to be able to change genders at recess. And somehow that's in the Constitution. I'm rather fond of the Constitution. I read it periodically. It doesn't say that. But that's, and you would have, you would have thought that after the last election, they would have learned something. Or at least they would have taken their meds or gone to therapy or put down the bog. But they, not so far. Now,

As a politician, as a Republican, I guess I should be grateful. If I didn't know better, I'd think that Mondami is a Republican plant. But it's bad. It's bad for New York and it's bad for America. Yes, yes. Senator, I really appreciate your time. You did talk about how you have a relationship with Chuck Schumer and how lost he is. In closing here, I did want to just ask you, since you know him so well,

what did he think about this sombrero meme like what what did he is he secretly like it is he secretly chuckling at this does he have a sense of humor or are they really that offended at this you know i i saw the i saw the meme um i knew immediately that it had come from from president trump i think chuck look amy you said again benny i don't hate anybody i look for grace wherever I can find it, man. And when I say my prayers, I ask God, don't let me hate. But Senator Schumer has been in Washington his entire life. And Chuck sees everything through a political lens. And when this came out, he may well have laughed, but then he immediately thought, how can I try to use this to my political advantage? And, you know, it is what it is.

I guess. I wish that people would talk less and more and less about memes and more and more about getting the government back open because President Trump is ready to go. I talked to him the other day about it, but he's not going to give in on this and he should. In Louisiana, I mean, you should take Chuck Schumer down to Louisiana. You should teach him how to grill an actual burger. I invited Chuck one time. I invited Chuck one time to come down to Louisiana, and I would take him duck on him.

And I said, Chuck, he said, something to the fact that we don't have many guns, you know, I haven't been around guns. I said, Chuck, I'll take the gun, and I'll explain it to you. The end with a hole in it is the dangerous part. Don't point that at yourself. But he hasn't accepted my invitation. You can tell him not to put the cheese on the raw hamburger when you're grilling it. This is like a bad idea.

this live shot of someone who I know is near and dear to your heart, PBD. And that is the Attorney General of the state of New York, who is exiting the courthouse live right now. This perfect time, PBD, you always kill it. The perfect timing. She's exiting the court, or hopefully soon to be exiting the court, after being charged with the same crimes that she accused Donald Trump of.

She's facing 30 years in prison. You love the state of New York. What's going on in New York, PBD? I mean, listen, one thing's first, the movie, I can't wait for an Oliver Stone type to produce Trump's movie. I'm being very seriously. I want somebody like a very big name director to make that movie. And even if it's a three-hour movie or one of these 12-episode shows,

we would be glued to it because there's never been a bigger story in the history of America for redemption than what he's been able to do. And then now the entire world moves to what he says, whether it's China, stop and not doing a deal with Russia, the two buyers that they had, where there's, you know, everybody else was paying attention to what he says. But New York is a mess. You saw the debate that took place on Wednesday night with Mamdani, Sliwa, and Cuomo.

I think Slewa crushed it on the debate. I thought Cuomo finally showed up. I thought it was Mondani's worst showing of the debate, of the two debates that they had. He was actually nervous. He was being called out a little bit by the guys, and he was being challenged by it. And it was tough for him when we're actually talking about policies. However, the problem with New York City is, 65% of their registered voters in New York City are Democrats.

The state is 48%, which means Slewa stands a bigger chance of becoming a governor of the state in a couple years than being a mayor. And the only person that can actually do anything to beat, Mamdani is Cuomo. If Slewa steps out, but he's not going to be doing it, there's a lot of different speculation that's coming up because that's a New York City for me,

the great city of New York City, the financial capital of the world. If this Mamdani guy gets elected, it's going to be a very interesting place, New York City. What happens? What happens in the state of Florida? You've obviously built an empire here. I know that you have the love of New York. You have ownership in the Yankees. So you are a, you are a house divided perhaps. But will there be a major outflow from New York of capital and resources, innovation, entrepreneurship? Will that actually happen? Or are those just idle threats? If they elect a communist.

Andrew Schultz said when he had Mondania, he says he doesn't believe anybody is leaving New York City. what he's saying. And he said he's okay paying that additional 2% that Mamdani wants to raise for New Yorkers as long as the people get the help from New York. I was at Watermill this summer and when I'm talking to realtors, everybody there was talking about Mamdani and they said, I cannot tell you how many people are already planning on selling their homes in Manhattan and are already looking at investing outside in places of Hampton and outside of New York City. Realtors in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, they're waiting for Mandarne to get elected, realtors in Nashville, Tennessee, in great areas of Brentwood, Tennessee,

nice areas, Franklin, they're waiting for this thing to be taking place because people will be leaving. However, as we say this, and we look at New York City, for me, I don't want to see this happen. I have a challenge long term. There's a couple things when you think about, you know, when you have kids, Sometimes as a parent, you're like, yeah, go let your kids fail because that's how they learn. Like, yeah, yeah, he needs to go through that. She needs to go through that. So as parents, we sometimes do that, our parents did that to us as well.

There are certain things we can't allow to happen. I think having people with different religious ideologies running for office, short term won't be a problem. In 30 years, it's going to be a massive problem. Pew Research came out, saying by 2070, Christians will no longer be the majority religion in America because of what's happening with them. And even though Muslims only have four million in America, I think that's the number that they're here. They're climbing much faster and Christians are declining. And the average age of a Christian in America, the 200 million Christians

that we have in America is roughly 54, 55 years old. The average age of Muslim is 35 years old, which means they have fresh legs. They're young. They're energetic. They're not going away. They're making more babies. They're, they're loud. They're, they put the fear in other people. God forbid, you say something about their prophet Muhammad versus us. We're a little bit more chill, easy going. You're seeing Christians rise up a little bit more and be tougher, especially after where Charlie Kirk, the great Charlie Kirk did with Turning Point USA. You're seeing the younger ones coming up, this generation alpha,

that's 13 and under that's kind of coming up, talking a little bit more confidently. But I think long term, if we kind of look aside and we don't see what's going on to Europe or what's going on to UK, and we're kind of like, yeah, it'll never happen to us. you may not be the beneficiaries of those negative policies and what happens to American politics, but your kids and grandkids will be. So as leaders, our job is to make sure we leave this country better for them than it was prior to us coming.

That's our job. That's what we're supposed to do as leaders. I'm concerned New York City could be a case study for everything else. However, on a bright side of it, if Mamdani wins, if I was a betting man and I'm going to Polly Market or Cal Sheet, and I'm betting on who becomes the governor, If Cuomo wins, I think the Democrats becomes governor of New York. But if Mamdani wins, I think Stefanik's percentage goes up 30% overnight.

Wow. That's very interesting. So you're going to be able to see a shift. You're going to be able to see an action reaction in this. And it's amazing that you brought this up because it's something that I wanted to ask you, PBD. Mamdani is only polling because of the foreign-born population of New York. poll after poll shows that without with just native new yorkers he wouldn't even be registering right now you 25% of new yorkers don't speak english what what is that exactly can you find

other nations capitals around the world where that's the case what is wrong with america and assimilation this i do not understand um and this seems to be something that is wholly and totally unique to the immigrants, to the mass migrant of today versus migrants of, let's say, the ancestors you know, back in the 1920s, 30s, you know, famously Italian and Irish and so on, gangs of New York, Martin Scorsese, maybe Martin Scorsese for the Trump video, Trump movie. I'm not sure. I don't know. I don't know. But what I'm trying to say is what's going on in New York? Like here's the poll, then we can just pop it up. You know, Andrew Cuomo wins if it's just New Yorkers voting. But it's not New York anymore.

New York is no longer New York. Well, if you think about the idea of them allowing 15 million illegal immigrants to come here, then you got to sit there and say, look, that was a pretty good strategy on what you guys were trying to do, because they can get their votes. And then if you can move them around to all over the country, maybe we can flip Texas. Maybe we can flip some of these places. Maybe we can do that. Having said that, there's two parts that I have.

my one side that I'm overly paranoid with us being a little bit too tolerant with what's going on. We're being a little bit too tolerant with yeah, you know, if they want to pray five times, you know, a day and you hear the Islamic prayer in cities like Dearborn and the citizens are like, listen, we don't want to hear these prayers.

It's too loud. It's disrupting my entire life. Listen, you guys do your thing, Mehdi Asan comes out and says, if you guys want to do it, we should be able to do it too. And some Americans are like, I don't know what to say. Maybe they're right. they're going to play that game so way till you see how offensively Muslims, many of them, are going to play in America.

Way till you see the more and more and more influence they get in politics, they're going to press and go like this. And then all of a sudden, everybody that's campaigning is going to try to make them happy because they'll be walking on X shows. Their challenge with New York City is a perfect case study of tolerance. You know, it's a perfect case study that lets you what happens. But the arrogance of thinking people won't leave, they have a short memory. They don't remember what happened in 2020, 2021, 2021,

during COVID, which two states lost a trillion dollars of money under management. Two states, one of them was California, a trillion dollars of wealth left California. And the other one is New York. New York lost a trillion dollars of wealth in California. When Cuomo was the governor, if you remember, Amazon Jeff Bezos, wanted to bring 25,000 jobs at an average salary of $150,000. Yeah. The Blasio and AOC said, hell no, don't bring it here.

Cuomo's like, what are you talking about? These are good jobs. No, if they bring it here, rent's going to go up. And we don't want those jobs here. Bezos's like, you don't want me? No problem. I'll take these jobs elsewhere. You're going to get that and then some with Mamdani if he becomes mayor.

Should we have a sharper acuity for assimilation when it comes to immigration in this country? It seems to be something that has been utterly and completely lost. And you talk about a Muslim majority community. I mean, you can see what's happened in Minneapolis. You know, I'm from the Midwest, man. And Minneapolis just ain't Minneapolis anymore. And they've been, it's now one of the most crime-ridden hellscapes. This used to be one of the cleanest, most pristine cities,

and nobody would ever dream of Minneapolis being someplace that's dangerous or scary. But now it's just become something that is unrecognizable from when I was growing up. Well, the good news is if there is a president brave enough to touch this subject, it's the one we currently have right now. I don't think we have anybody else that would be willing to touch that subject except for him if there is one. And if there's ever been a time to do it, it's him right now because it's a second term. You can be a lot more aggressive on your second term than your first term. You see, the challenge here, Benny, is when we allow people who come here who hate America, who hate the country, who hate what we stand for,

who hate the values that we have, who hate and bitch and whine about everything that we got going on. When you have that level of hate, what the hell you're doing here? Why don't you go back to Pakistan? Once you go back to the country that you so love so much more than you do America, go go back to Afghanistan. Go back to the countries that you're at. But if you come to America, you best love this place. The day we landed in America, November 28, 1990. I was the happiest young boy alive. I was 12 years old. I was looking for Rocky in the airport. I was looking for Gremlins. I was looking for, you know, Drago to see maybe they're still shooting another movie here. I was looking for all these guys when I went, came down here to

the States. We were so grateful to be here. I served the U.S. Army, went to the 100 first airborne division. I got out. I felt like I owed America. I. It's my response. to give to this great country that allowed me to become Hawaii. I may be born in Iran, but I'm made an American. I think we need more of that expectation on people that are coming here. Back in the days, if you wanted to come to America, it's like, what are you going to do for America? What are you going to bring here? What skillsets are you going to bring?

What are you going to create? What are you going to develop? How are you going to make this place a better place? Now it's like, nah, just leave it open. Come on in. And I think Bernie Sanders yesterday or two days ago, and Tim Dillon talked about, well, yeah, you know, we have to have a strong board. and Trump did a better job on the border.

We messed up on the border side. Biden should have done a better job. Now you say that. Now you say that with 50 million people here. So I think the simulation that's taken place, you have to hold them accountable to proving that you love America or else go back home. It's very, if you want to enunciate your citizenship,

it's a few thousand dollars. You don't want to be here. One-way ticket. Sign off. You will never be a citizen here ever again. You're giving up your right to ever be a citizen in America if you hated here. I would love to see that offer being made from the top. I literally would love to see for not illegal immigrants.

Illegal immigrants deport and do what you're doing according to the way that they're doing it. But think about some legal Americans that we have. What would happen tomorrow if the president came out and said, we are willing to pay $5,000 to anybody that wants to enunciate their citizenship in America if you hate it, and we'll pay you one way ticket to leave this country. We'll give you another $10,000. I would love to get rid of people that live here who are legales who hate Americans. America. Let's legally enunciate your citizenship and leave this place. If this place is so bad,

go to a different place. Completely base. By the way, just a word of advice, PBD, if you are looking for gremlins, then you should go to a no king's rally and look at the women. I can show you where actual literal gremlins live and exist. Beautiful. Okay. So what happens next? What happens next in our economy? I go to these young, I go to these young kids, man, and we go to these schools. And we're We're trying to carry the energy, you know, carry some of the energy, right? That was disparate, you know, that Charlie carried, right, for all of us. And we're giving these talks on these campuses and these kids are saying, I want to, like, I want a house and that's just not even in the cards.

You know, I can't even think about owning a home. And I'm going to take that as like a major issue for me. I'm going to carry that forward PBD. That's going to be like my life's work is to try and make homes more affordable. I'm not exactly sure what kind of policies we're going to craft or what. what we're going to suggest. We're in the early stages of this. But since you are such a sharp business mind and since you care so very much about young

people and the American dream, you know, you can't start a family in one room apartment. When you rent your entire life, you become kind of a nihilist and you don't actually have ownership of the land and the property and our forefathers understood this. Three bedrooms have gone like this, four bedrooms have gone like this. Well, a new starter home, I don't need four bedrooms.

I don't need to spend that much money. But developers are also in a pinch because to them, they're sitting there saying price of everything has gone up since 2010 till today. I believe the price of concrete has gone up 150%. So that's going up. They're trying to build. There is not an incentive. Companies like BlackRock are buying all these buildings and we're shifting towards

more a renting space where some people are just maybe even giving up. Why would I even want to buy a house right now? I can't even afford a buy house. How do I do it? And they're right. The younger generation is in the right of what they're going. through and on top of this. You have to also consider what what is happening right now with AI and the speed of things disrupting is going to be very quickly. Overnight, Google stock drops

2.9%. Why? Because ChadGBT launches something called Atlas. If you put Chad GBT's Google called Atlas next to Google's search engine, just search something together. Why would you ever go to Google? If you look at the two together, why would you ever go to Google? Google's sitting there, you had a couple years to get your part right with Gemini and combine it together. You didn't. And by the way, 60% nearly of Google's revenue comes from just ads from their search engines. They're about to lose that market share to chat, GBT, to Atlas. So disruption, speed of disruption is super fast.

Back in the days, newspapers will be disrupted. You had about a 10 year to prepare for it, 15 years. Radio, you had social media preparation. Today it's just going quickly. So some of it's going to be very nasty. To the young kids that were watching, the reality of it is the following. You know, when I was younger and I'm coming up and my parents got a divorce and had nothing going on, I don't have a four-year degree, I don't have a two-year degree.

I'm in the Army. I'm getting out of the Army thinking what I'm going to be doing. We have to redefine what the American dream is. What is the American dream? The American dream, to me, is the word equity. And I don't mean equity like, you know, ESG equity. I mean equity as in equity could be in a home. Equity could be in cryptocurrency.

Equity could be in stocks. Equity could be for a company you work for that shared some equity with you that's building valuation for you. Don't think one dimensional that equity only equals me having a home. I sit down and I talk to guys and when I worked at a previous insurance company, I told them I had a meeting with them. I wrote a long, long 16 page email and I said, look, I want to know what I need to do one day to be to CEO the company and I want to own equity in this company.

and they're like, that's not going to happen. I'm like, okay, cool. Six months later, I left and started my own insurance company, and we grew it, and eventually we sold it for $250 million. And when we sold it, 450 of my employees and insurance agents had equity in the company. $450, got stock options that they could activate it if they wanted to. And a lot of people's lives changed. Pursue equity.

Don't, these marketers many years ago, convinced us that the American dream was home ownership. It's not. It's equity. Don't just think you're living the dream because there's a lot of people that are living a dream that are not owning a house. Now, don't get me wrong.

Do I own a home today? I do. Do I prefer owning home? Of course. I don't need to call someone's permission to change a wall or do this or do that. But I think if you're younger, buckle down,

increase your valuation, increase your market valuation. People will be paying for you if you're willing to do that. And then if you work at a company that's giving you some opportunities on equity long term, solve for equity,

not just homeownership. Yes. I mean, I think that they are inexorably linked, right, to the, you know, human desire to say, I own something, right? I have something in my name. It's, you know, it's mine. And I'm, I'm earning it and I'm paying for it. And it's something that no one can take from me, actually, if I do the hard work. And so, you know, that's always been such a great motivator. I hope that people understand that. I don't know. I don't know what'll happen, man, in New York. I just want to toss up the poll here from

Polymarket. You mentioned Polymarket. Bro, this is dismal. Look at that, 94% to 6%. You're not going to sell your share in the Yankees, though. No, I'm not going to do that.
