Lock and load.
Man, it feels good to be back.
Here we go, ladies and gentlemen, after a week off plus Memorial Day,
and I hope that you had a wonderful Memorial Day,
took my family to the Great Out West.
We went to Yellowstone.
Alex, we got a photo.
We went to Yellowstone.
I know we do, actually.
And took my kids to see snow for the first time.
It was amazing.
And I appreciate everybody having patience with us of while we were still publishing.
We weren't doing the show for a week.
And we made that announcement, but there were some people who missed.
it. And so it is very, very good to be back in action. Obviously, we saw the destruction of Thomas
Massey and those who have used their position in the Republican Party to fight against the Republican
Party and against the prevailing political majority in the Republican Party, which is America
First and MAGA. And if you are serving constantly as a spoiler to the president's agenda,
expect to get wrecked, as we will see today with John Cornyn in the Texas primary. It is going to be a critical one. It is going to be a monster day for peace agreements with Iran. Ladies and gentlemen, we also have, boy, quite a lineup. Ken Paxson will be on the program, Chip Roy and Mays Middleton joining the show. We have both Texans vying for the attorney general position, a critical position, a critical position.
a critical state, a critical moment in time.
We are ready to rock.
Refreshed, rested, tanned because I was out with my children playing outside all of this past weekend.
We went from the snowy mountains of Montana to the sunny weather here in Tampa.
And it has been a wonderful refresh and reset.
I hope that you feel as energized as we do on this program.
My name is Benny Johnson.
and this is The Benny Show.
American financing, make sure your house is in order.
We're going to do some house cleaning as a Republican Party.
Today, American finance can make sure that you are debt-free.
This is what we want.
We want homeowners in this country to not be living under the slavery and yoke of spiraling credit card debt,
which, of course, is illegal.
It could be illegal as far as I'm concerned, immoral.
the rates of 20 and 30 percent.
Actually, this is something that Bernie Sanders and Donald Trump both agree on.
It shouldn't happen, but nonetheless, ladies and gentlemen, on average,
the customers of American financing are saving $800 a month.
That's real breathing room for you.
Start today, and you'll be able to delay two mortgage payments.
American financing is America's home for home loans.
888-528-1219.
That's 88-528-1219, Americanfinancing.net slash Benny.
Okay, let's see here.
How about here's me and my kids at Yellowstone.
Here's us in the snow, Klein.
You wouldn't mind here.
And there you go.
Great family trip at West.
It's incredible.
If you're watching from Montana, I just want to say thank you.
Or Wyoming.
We're in Wyoming here at Yellowstone.
I just want to say thank you for your kindness.
We spoke to the Montana GOP.
And we showed our kids snow for the first time.
They'd never seen snow.
They didn't know that snow was cold.
They thought that snow was like in a Santa Claus movie or the Rudolph cartoon or frozen.
They thought that snow was fun and fluffy and didn't get you wet and freezing.
And so they learned a lot.
And this is my one year old.
Look at that.
What is snow?
It's amazing.
It's May.
It's May.
They get a chance to see white fluffy snow.
knows this is awesome. And so we as a Johnson family thank you for your patience with us over the last
week as we took a chill out of the show. And ladies and gentlemen, now we're going to chill out
John Cornyn today. We're very excited to do that. We're very excited to have a packed show again,
ladies and gentlemen. So let's pop off on some of the first very, very good news, something that
We have obviously been covering as a program for a very long time, which is the end of the Iran war.
There's been so much that's been happening over this past weekend.
Donald Trump obviously skipping all of his planned travel, canceling all of his planned travel.
His son got married this weekend, Don Jr.
Trump wasn't there.
He had planned to go to his bed minister golf course.
He wasn't there.
He canceled all the Memorial Day plans for all of the administration in the U.S.
national security vectoring and Pentagon vectoring. He brought them all into the White House and Donald
Trump was in a bunker working all weekend long, getting us to a 95% done deal. It's probably more
like 98% according to my sources at the White House right now with Iran. This is a wonderful thing.
Obviously, the stock market is rip roaring on this. Another signal that, well, ladies and gentlemen,
It's just good news all around.
The market always knows.
These people ain't here to lose money.
The market always knows.
Here's the price of Brent crude oil has plummeted nearly 20%.
This is a very good thing from its all-time highs right here.
Crude down to $86 a barrel at $65 a barrel.
That's $2 gasoline at your pump, depending on if you live in California,
or a communist health scape, the taxes that they layer on.
But on the basis, $65 a barrel means less than $2 a gallon gas in places like Utah or Colorado or Texas or Oklahoma.
Obviously, the gas prices now are far too high, as are the grocery prices and home prices.
And we have encouraged in a good faith manner and a respectful way, the administration to focus on these things because we wish to win the midterms.
We just want to win.
We are facing a perilous future culturally, if we do not.
And so it is time to lock in for the American people and accelerate what the priorities are of the America First movement, which is taking care of us here at home.
And so we're thrilled about it.
There have been some back and forths.
But the president is saying that he wants Iran to join the Abraham Accords, the larger, greater Middle East.
to all come together and be at peace.
The Abraham Accords, of course, are the peace accords between Israel and seven other Arab nations.
It's an economic and technology partnership.
It's very good for the region.
Iran is going back and forth to Qatar, effectively agreeing to the framework of the president's deal.
Now they're going to get some money released as long as they released the straight of Hormuz.
Now, that was a little tough, actually, because what happened yesterday was a bit of an Oklahoma drill.
You ever play football?
You ever had two people beefing on your football team?
What will the coach do?
They'll round the team up and you'll do Oklahoma's.
The two guys will go and hit each other until the beef is settled.
And I think that's what's happening right now in the straight of Hormuz.
America blew some Iranian mine-laying ships out of the water,
killed a couple of Iranian soldiers yesterday.
They shot down a couple of our drones and shot at an F-35.
However, both sides are saying,
whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
We're just doing Oklahoma drills, okay?
We're just getting the last little bits out of the system, right?
And this is, of course, like, how you settle beef.
This is the honorable way to settle beef.
And so that's what I think is happening here.
Obviously, the fragile peace deal could get blown up.
We don't want it to get blown up.
We want the Strait of Hormuz to be open.
And there's very good news out of Hormuz.
Millions of barrels of oil actually transited the strait this weekend.
Nobody will tell you that in the corporate media.
They actually want Trump to fail.
They want Trump to succumb to the pressure here.
They want oil at $200 a barrel.
I don't.
And by the way, if you're following any influence,
that is against peace in this region or peace in Ukraine or peace, frankly, anywhere in the world,
then you need to reconsider who you're following on social media.
They are not in favor of MAGA.
They are not in favor of this president.
They are not in favor of our movement.
You need to seriously reevaluate who you're getting your information from.
So accelerate, ladies and gentlemen, the peace process here.
It has been a very, very newsworthy weekend.
Let's go ahead and look at what happened.
Here was a Karg Island.
Apparently there was a fire there.
Our destroyers shot some of their boats out of the water.
We lost a couple of drones last night in a skirmish.
Just just letting the boys get a couple hits in the Oklahoma drills.
The targets included missile launch sites in Iranian boats.
Says Sentcom spokesperson,
U.S. forces conducted self-defense strikes in southern Iran.
today. Okay. That's fine. Whatever. Israel has declared full war on Hezbollah in Lebanon. Yikes.
Obviously, don't want to get dragged back into this war. We don't want to get dragged back into
this war. The president, who you have to pray for peace. Also pray, he's at Walter Reed right now.
No emergency. He's just getting a regular checkup, but you'll hear some Trump health news.
You'll be hearing Trump health news throughout the course of the day and you'll get a physical from
the president and so on. But then where, where you're going to be?
Where's the president going to be the rest of the week?
Does this signal what's about to happen?
Ladies and gentlemen, a TFR is called a temporary flight restriction by the FAA.
I want to bring your attention to something that we discovered just this morning.
TFR is in place for people who are like a suit, let's say like a Super Bowl team is traveling to the Super Bowl.
there might be a TFR where they're landing.
If a dignitary or foreign head of state is traveling here,
you want the airspace to be clear and you want them to be secure,
you don't want anything bad to happen,
even if it's just like a pilot error.
You don't want anybody to be able to get close to VIPs
when they're on their way to facilitate something on behalf of America.
Typically, that would mean,
and in very, very rare cases as somebody outside of the actual executive branch,
Typically, this means somebody acting on behalf of the executive branch or the executive branch itself.
These are designated no-fly zones.
If you're in one of these zones, that means no airplane, no aircraft is allowed to be anywhere near you.
You'll get blown out of the sky.
And this is how they control Air Force One having a clean flight path everywhere that it goes.
nobody's ever able to approach that aircraft or the president when he's on Marine 1,
no planes or anything is able to.
And if something does go into that zone, you get a warning, then you get blown up.
And so this is how they're able to secure the areas.
And the wider the TFR, the bigger the TFR, the more important what's going on.
Sometimes, like for instance, there's a TFR here in Tampa when they're flying into or out of or doing drills at the Air Force base.
and they're going to be taken like really sophisticated or classified planes up.
They're going to be doing so you'll get like this very, very minimal TFR for them to do this.
You're not allowed to fly around the area.
Okay.
So this happens all the time.
But it doesn't happen over Camp David.
Why?
Because Trump doesn't really use Camp David that often.
But look at this from this morning.
Temporary flight restrictions over Camp David for 30 miles in every direction,
which is a massive TFR and up to 20,000 feet, which is a monster TFR.
And of course, this emanates from Washington, D.C., which presupposes that somebody like the president is going to be flying from Washington, D.C.
To Camp David.
This is for Wednesday all day for multiple block hours on Wednesday, the most severe and restrictive TFR that they can possibly place on this location.
Well, here it is right here on the FAA website.
So you can see the FAA has its own website.
You go to navigate the...
It's gracious.
Here we go.
Go to navigate the TFR map.
And you can see where the actual restrictions are.
And here they are.
Look at this.
You have restrictions over...
Here it is, Maryland for VIP.
Maryland for VIP.
Maryland for VIP. These are all days. This is all day. Then you have another one for Maryland right here.
This is for the, these have all been lodged on Sunday, and this is for the 27th. That would be tomorrow.
Also happens to be my birthday, which would be an incredible birthday present to have this conflict over with an peace agreement.
Also, there is a TFR here for Jamaica, New York for May 27th.
And why is this important?
Well, Jamaica, New York is where JFK Airport is.
And so if there's a TFR for JFK Airport, JFK Airport is, of course, where every international
flights is, the vast majority of international flights that are landing on the eastern seaboard,
they land at JFK Airport's huge international airport.
the number one way station for large international flights in America go through JFK.
Well, that means somebody who's on a VIP list, who's in a dignitary capacity,
is coming into JFK.
Now, it could mean somebody just going to the UN, you know,
I had a state just going to the UN.
Or it could mean somebody from Iran.
It just means somebody from a negotiator, potentially, from the news.
I don't know.
I don't know.
I'm just telling you that this is.
This is what's going down right here.
Temporary flight restrictions for VIP movement.
Flight restrictions for VIP movement that are going to take place for multiple hours,
effectively all day on May 27th, over Frederick, Maryland,
which is where Camp David is.
Why is this important?
Because, of course, the Camp David Accords are for real.
this is where the last great Arab-Israeli peace agreement was signed
and I think that this is what's going to happen.
I think that this is where we're going to, I mean, I'll give you,
why do you tune into the show?
Well, because we're autistic, because our entire team is autistic,
and because we are noticers, right, pattern recognition,
You could potentially, I mean, this is where Egypt and Israel signed their historic peace agreement with Jimmy Carter, which, by the way, Egypt and Israel have been like, this peace agreement have been totally like a-okay, frankly, since that.
You often don't have Egypt, like operating against Israel. Egypt is relatively peaceful.
So it's kind of worked.
I'm not trying to give Jimmy Carter any credit here.
But could President Trump pull off his own Camp David Peace Accords?
Well, he tried to, this was from September 10th, 2019.
Donald Trump has tried to do a peace accord with Afghanistan leaders, the Taliban in Afghanistan at Camp David.
He was attempted to do this before.
But it didn't work out then.
But obviously noting here, NPR noting here that if you are, if Donald Trump is using Camp
David is a the Camp David style negotiations has the power to summon hope.
It's a phrase and a place that is,
that is an emblem of serious commitment to diplomacy,
cooperation, and peace.
And they carry the cachet of success.
Okay.
So maybe this is what President Trump is doing.
We hope so.
Everybody's saying, whoa, have a look at this.
Pretty interesting.
notable because Trump notoriously never uses Camp David.
When was the last time he saw Trump at Camp David?
Never uses Camp David.
I think that Trump went to Camp David in the buildup to the war,
but he has never used Camp David for a peace summit.
So Wednesday morning, is this something to pay attention to?
Absolutely.
This or it's a national security threat relocation
because it's effectively a massive military base in the middle of the wilderness.
See here, and this is again, anybody who's flies,
tell you this is a monster flight restriction.
There's been a ton of activity into and out of this arena.
I really, really hope for the best here.
And we really would like to see the president deliver a piece deal.
I know that it's easier said than done.
And the region has been popping off.
But again, there's been some really, really good signs out of the region.
and obviously the markets, they always seem to know these things, right?
Somebody always knows.
If oil is collapsing, if the markets are ripping, then it's a very, very good sign.
The agreement has been largely negotiated, says the White House, subject to finalization
between the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran and other various countries.
All right, ladies and gentlemen, very, very big and good news.
Again, don't tolerate people that are trying to make this situation worse.
Don't tolerate people that are trying to agitate President Trump into further war.
It is unacceptable.
It is intolerable.
It is something that we mustn't allow, especially here on the precipice, for people to come in.
And, you know, really is, frankly, is really telling, to be quite honest, to how tough the president is that he can withstand all of this.
Because it's like when this was announced on Saturday, the attacks against him were not only coordinated, obviously, from the warmongers and neocons, but were very sophisticated and targeted directly at Trump.
So we truly do hope for the best here. Pray for peace. Marco Rubio talking about this on his recent flight. He's now, I think, and goodness, where is Marco Rubio? He just landed in Akhmedinjad or some other country, Azerbaijan, I think. But here's Marco Rubio talking about the nature of this deal. Let's go.
He's either going to make a good deal or no deal. I'm not everyone to be assured, but that may take a little while.
There will be a few more days.
Well, that was a really short clip and virtually impossible to hear.
Let's try the next one.
There's no country in the world that's in favor of the tolling system of Iran.
That's not acceptable.
That the straits need to be open, unimpeded.
All right, ladies and gentlemen.
We are waiting for Ken Paxton, who is, we are very, very excited to have back on the program.
We've been waiting.
Okay, great.
Okay, fantastic.
Ladies and gentlemen, we are locked and loaded literally just this second with the next senator from the state of Texas, Ken Paxson, who will be draining the swamp today.
And we're thrilled about it. He joins us live right now, the busiest man in all of Texas, the man who has President Trump's full and total endorsement that caused the Senate GOP to spiral into.
to a tantrum. Ladies and gentlemen, the Attorney General of Texas, soon to be senator from Texas.
Ken Paxton joins us live right now. Ken, how are you? Good morning. Oh, good morning. Great day in
Texas. And you're right. It did create a little consternation in the Senate, didn't it?
That little endorsement from Donald Trump. It was amazing to follow. These man children, I just can't
believe it, like how these grown men who are in their 70s and 80s can have their feelings hurt so much
It's like, do you think you were appointed for life?
Do you think this is some kind of kingship or lordship?
Why do they act like that?
Well, here's, I don't understand.
It's such a mentality to think that they should control Texas that we up in Washington
tell you, Texas, how to vote.
We do it with our money by having special rules for incumbents.
And we do it by telling the president who he should endorse.
And it's this mentality that they should decide, not Texas.
I don't get it.
It's a weird, weird mentality.
Yes.
You've won.
statewide by massive percentages, the people of Texas know you? What is your message heading into
this critical election? It's simple. I need you to get out and vote because only about five to
six percent of the registered voters will vote. We want to change something very significant.
A guy that's been in office for 20, 44 years, 24 years in the Senate, when I've gone to
meetings, Benny, I've met with thousands of people, whether it's one-on-one or thousands of people
in front of me. I've asked one question. Can you name? Let's give John, Cornwall.
in the entire 42 years that he served in public office, can you name one good, good being the
key word, accomplishment? And do you know that no one in thousands of people has ever answered
that question? No one can tell me what he's accomplished in 42 years. My message is this.
And take any two weeks I've been, Attorney General, other than Christmas and Thanksgiving,
and I guarantee you, and John can pick the two weeks. I've accomplished more in two week,
any two-week period than he's done in 42 years. We need a change. We need somebody that will go represent
us and not the swamp, not Mitch McConnell, not the Washington establishment.
This one really sent a shot across the bow to rhinos across the entire spectrum, but especially
in the Senate that has served as such a thorn in the paw of President Trump and his agenda.
What will you do when you get to the Senate, Ken?
Well, I won't sit back when he asks for it. He says in the State of the Union, I want to save America
Act to pass, it is the most important piece of legislation on my agenda.
And then no one says anything.
No one gets it done.
When I challenged John Corny to get it done, I said I would even consider dropping out if you would actually get something done.
I gave him a chance.
Do something, John.
Just one good thing for America, which is really important.
And guess what?
Even with the president making it his most important item and me challenging John to get something done in his career, just one thing.
And what do they do?
he was for it and yet a week later they go on vacation for two weeks then they come back for a week
they go back on vacation i never heard about it again they never talked about it again john never talked
about it again that is john corin that's the epitome of john corin i wouldn't have shut up about it
because i consider it i also consider it the most important piece of legislation because if we're
going to save america from bad elections we're going to lose this country if they get a few more
states once they control the elections it's over yes i and you've seen that obviously in texas
where you helped facilitate a new election security bill so you know this system well.
But there's no security against rhinos in our party and people that refuse to do the work
of the American citizens and what they demand.
Will you make it your mission to get the Save America passed, act passed once you get to the Senate?
It's my number one goal.
Obviously, I am one vote, but I will not shut up until we pass it.
And I realize we got a problem here.
The clock is ticking.
Because we passed it out of the house.
We could potentially lose the house.
I hope we don't lose the house because we need the house to stay in place to pass it again.
If John Corrin, even and after the primary, I'm not very optimistic about John doing anything good.
So there is this issue.
We've got a limited amount of time to get passed in the Senate.
And I'm not going to shut up.
I'm going to keep talking about it.
Yes, good.
What about leadership in the Senate?
Because, of course, this seems to be the ultimate problem.
We said from the start two years ago, we have.
all the tweets to prove it.
It's great to have the timestamps.
You can see it.
We said, this is just going to be a Mitch McConnell protege in the Senate.
And he wears the skin suit of I'm the Trump's ally.
But really what John Thune is, is a functionary of Senate institutions that say we're appointed
for life and we're above everyone else.
And so what's your...
Hey, I'm Chris Van Fleet.
Go behind the scenes and beyond the headlines with the biggest names in pro wrestling and
beyond.
You could pop up in WWE.
Tomorrow. Would Saraya be there or would Page be there?
Page, 100%.
So when you're setting up Logan Paul to frog splash you through the announce table, it's going through your mind.
This should make every headline in the world.
It makes sense, right?
In a jelly roll.
We knew we had that kind of a moment.
Mindset, motivation, and what it takes to succeed.
Insight with Chris Van Fleet.
Follow and listen on your favorite platform.
Your message is John Thune.
Look, I want to work with John Thune, but I need him to be on the Trump agenda.
I need him to push the Trump agenda.
I will push him to push him to push him.
the Trump agenda. Obviously, I can't make him do anything. He's elected by his own voters. They're
going to have to speak to that when he's up. I think he's up in two years. But the reality is,
I think they're going to expect some type of accomplishment and especially what President
Trump's agenda is, which is what the people of America elected. So I think he's got a responsibility.
The House is doing that. Now we just need the Senate to step up. And that's my message to him.
Please, we need to help the president. We need to get his message. We need to get his agenda accomplished.
we only have so many years to do this.
Yes, yes.
Would you be in favor of a leadership change in the Senate when you get there?
So I don't know about that because I don't really know who would lead in the right way.
All I would say is at this point until I get there, my message would be, we need to get these things done.
I won't be there until January.
I can't speak to leadership.
I can only speak to the people that are there now and say, please, listen to what the president wants, help him get his agenda done.
To me, it seems like the Democrats always help their guys.
get stuff done. Why don't we do the same thing? Of course. They passed Obamacare through reconciliation.
They passed Obamacare. They didn't get 60 votes for Obamacare, but they were able to get that
probably worst piece of legislation that's been passed in my lifetime done and because they had the
will to do it. John Thune just doesn't have the will. Well, there is a reality to that. There's
53 Republican votes. And there are things you can do in leadership to make those votes go the right way.
that's what leadership does.
And if you can't marshal your own team to get the president's agenda done,
and this isn't just some little tiny thing that the president want.
This is like as significant as it gets.
And if you're the Republican Senate,
you've got to accomplish the most important things.
Whatever else you're doing, whatever side shows there are,
I get that there's a lot of important issues.
But this is the number one thing mentioned in the state of union address.
I was there.
I heard the president say it.
I believe it's true.
Why can't the Republican leadership?
Why can't the Republican Senate get that done?
They need to.
They need to.
So, Mr. Attorney General, what is the major reason that so many Texans are breaking away from John Corny
today?
What message is this going to send today?
I think it's a great message.
It is, guess what?
You don't get to tell us from Washington, which they do with money.
$150 million to try to convince us that John Cornyn loves Donald Trump, which is not true.
He's fought on tooth and nail on his reelection, on his original election, on the border wall,
on all kinds of different things.
He's been a thorn on the president's side.
So they try to, you know, send us a message.
It's false.
Then they try to attack me with the false message.
And that usually works.
The message that Texans are going to send is you can't, John, you can't go up there and vote
with Joe Biden to restrict the second amendment.
You can't go up there and vote with Joe Biden to send Afghan refugees to our state without vetting him.
You can't go and fight the president on many of his agenda items and get away with it.
That's the message we're sending today.
Yes.
And then just one more little question about that endorsement because it was such a great victory for us last week.
How did you secure that endorsement, Ken?
Honestly, I really think it was my supporters.
I think it was people that listen to your show, people like you,
that got to him.
I didn't try to convince him.
I just tried to convince him to stay neutral and to wait till the end.
And I had made a pitch a long time ago back in August.
Wait till the end.
You'll need John's vote all the way up until then.
But after the primary, you're going to lose John no matter what.
He's going to go back to being the real John.
So you're not really losing anything by endorsing late.
That was my message.
Apparently, either remembered it or the message got sent through a lot of other people.
And I really think it was his supporters that convinced him
that this was the right thing to do. I don't think it was me. I don't think it was
the Republic, obviously the Republic Centers were not wanting to me to get this endorsement.
I think it was his base in Texas and his base outside of Texas that spoke to him and said,
this is the right thing to do to support Ken and not John Cornyn. That's such a great point.
And this, you know, it's funny. If you know how it goes behind the scenes, you'll realize
how powerful that is. And also what a compliment dude, the president and his team who constantly
listened to their base, who are constantly making a just,
and are making corrections or are going hard in the paint and running it back based on what
their base is saying and how loudly they are saying it. You're exactly right. And is that not what
you want? You want a president. You want elected officials. If they're going down a certain path
and it might not be the path that your voters want and they speak out and you go, wait a man,
we're going down the wrong path. My people don't want this. That's what you do as a representative.
you don't always know the right path, but a lot of times your, your constituents do.
And as you're getting all the noise from D.C. and all the politicians and all the establishment,
the bottom line is, what do my people want? And that's usually the right answer.
So your people are the people of Texas. And they've, again, voted for you in the multi-millions.
And you win your races for attorney general by, I don't know, double digits, at least, right?
Like, so you don't know.
Yeah, I've had three statewide races.
is the only one that was close in my entire, out of all my races, I think I'm at 19 now.
The only close one was when Ted Cruz had a really close race with Beto.
I did a little bit.
I did about two points better than him.
And I spent almost no money.
So I've done really well.
My first race was against a guy named Sam Houston, which is kind of a well-known name in Texas,
and I beat him by almost 21.
So this idea that somehow I can't win a general election, first of all, it defies actual facts of me
winning three straight general elections, spending a whole lot less than most of the other Republican
nominees who did about as well as I did. And then, of course, this idea that somehow John Corny is
polling better, it's not true either. John has to make that claim because he has no other claim
on his job. His claim is, vote for me. I didn't do the job for you. I don't listen to you. I
don't care about you, but I can get elected as a republic, so vote for me. And it's just,
he has no basis for saying that other than with $150 million if you keep creating the same message,
Some people start believing. And, of course, the media picks it up to help them.
Yeah, that's right. I mean, it is repulsive how much the Senate leadership fund spends in order to protect rhinos.
And they only spend to protect rhinos. They've never spent a dime to elect an America first senator.
They've only ever spent to save Lisa Murkowski who lost. Lisa Murkowski should not be in the Senate.
The Senate Leadership Fund and Mitch McConnell spent hundreds of millions in order to do a write-in campaign for her and
Alaska. And they've done this for every single rhino up and down the ballot. And they've never
have fought to protect seats like in Georgia or in Arizona. They are constantly sabotaging the base.
We should have four more senators. Georgia and Arizona should all be like clean slates for
Republicans. And they were just a couple of years ago. These guys have failed, man. And now we're
at risk of losing North Carolina. I mean, and that's obviously a bad thing for us.
The mission shouldn't be protect incumbents at all cost against other Republicans.
The mission should be let's hold on to as much of this map as we can and get conservatives who will support the president's agenda, not just any Republican who's going to join into the establishment that doesn't accomplish anything for the people of our states.
All right.
Well, Ken, I have a final question for you, which is that once you're done, once you make good clean work of John Corny.
here. You're going to move on to a guy that thinks that God is non-binary. It uses he, she, she,
her, zezer pronouns, which is like, I don't even want to say it. It's so blasphemous. It's so blasphemous.
You're going to move on to a guy that thinks that Jesus is pro trans, that Jesus is pro, that Mother
Mary is pro-abortion. And you're going to move on to fighting a demon is what you're going to do. Like,
you're you're moving on to now like like fighting a man who is, uh, anti-Christian because his theology
is is literally anti the teachings of Christ. And so how are you going to, how are you going to
handle that? How are you going to roll with that? Before I answer that, I just want to encourage
your people that are listening to go out and vote. They have until seven o'clock. I've got to take
care of this election first. So take a friend, take a family member. Do not ignore that we need your
vote. We can have great polling. Everything looks good. But if you don't go vote, you don't take
your family with you, don't take your friends, then we don't win. So please go up. To answer your
question, this guy, I mean, I can't even believe the Democrats put him up in Texas. They have this
love affair with this guy. The reality is he might, he might, might fit California with his radical
leftist views, his anti-religious views, anti-Christian views are not, I know he's claiming to be
some type of Presbyterian minister, but his views are antithetical to the gospel that I've
study and i don't care how he tries to twist that around which he is twisting it almost every issue
fundamental to our christian faith he opposes by twisting it around saying well i'm a christian
but this is how actually is don't believe thousands of years of tradition and and biblical teaching
go with my nuanced version that's up to date and that i have adopted are is tex is going to go for
that i mean this is this guy's way more radical than betto or rora
I mean, this guy's way more radical than Colin Allred, right?
Like, he's way more radical than Jasmine Crockett.
I mean, when you actually boil it down for sure.
He would be like an AOC type candidate.
He is as far left as we can go.
And I think if Texans can hear his views,
we just got to get those views out.
So, you know, starting tomorrow,
we're going to start getting those views out.
I know that my super PAC has already put out an ad,
just clips of him saying weird things.
And it starts off by Donald Trump saying, this guy is really weird.
And then it goes through like six or seven different clips of him saying really weird things.
And then it ends with Donald Trump saying, this guy is really weird.
And that's the message.
This guy is really weird and very liberal.
And he is not a, if he's a Christian pastor, he's a deceiver.
Blasphemous heretic is the way that I would describe it.
But yeah, good luck.
Good luck with that.
Read your Old Testament. We serve a righteous God. And the people of Texas are a righteous people. Get out and vote for Ken Paxton. Ken Paxton, ladies and gentlemen, is here and ready to go. He's got half a million subscribers pour into his accounts. Follow him and support the man who's going to make Texas, Texas again. Isn't that right, Ken?
That's exactly right. I appreciate it. And please, again, get out and vote. And thanks for having me on it. It's going to be a great day in Texas.
God bless you. Thank you for your time.

But even with a little bit of a sunburn, which I got playing with my kids outside on this,
on this spectacular weekend and this honored weekend, we honor the sacrifice of our service members
and do so by spending time with our families and in the America that they created
by the hand of God and Providence. Make sure that you are taking care of yourself.
Make sure that you were taking care of your help.

And brand new statement from the administration, the ceasefire is still on.
Everyone, chill out.

teeth okay it's totally offensive but anyway i you know
I'm of like a foot taller than him, so it all works out in the end.
Here's a Trey giving the update.
The ceasefire is still on, even though we were blowing each other up last night.
Hey guys, good morning.
Overnight, the United States conducted air strikes against southern Iran near the
Strait of Hormuz.
Sentcom says these strikes were defensive in nature and went after mine-laying vessels,
along with a surface-to-air missile position.
These were the first U.S. strikes that have targeted Iran since early May.
A spokesperson for Iran's armed forces said any new aggression will be met with a far more severe response.
The strikes come amid the backdrop of ongoing diplomatic efforts to reach an agreement between Iran and the United States.
Overnight, President Trump laid out a condition that he has, saying on true social,
the enriched uranium nuclear dust will either be immediately turned over to the United States to be brought home and destroyed,
or preferably in conjunction and coordination with the Islamic Republic of Iran,
destroyed in place or at another acceptable location with the Atomic Energy Commission or its equivalent being witnessed to this process and event.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
The other key issue has to do with the Strait of Hormuz.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio reiterated the Trump administration position on this critical waterway during a gaggle today.
The streets have to be open.
They're going to be open one way or the other.
So I need to be open.
What's happening?
It's not lawful.
It's illegal.
It's not sustainable for the world.
It's unacceptable.
That cannot happen.
The straight seat to be open, unimpeded.
We're also tracking developments in the conflict between Israel and Iran's largest proxy Hezbollah.
The Israelis have vowed to ramp up strikes on the group amid ongoing drone and rocket attacks launched from southern Lebanon.
I want to bless the residents of the North's resilience that inspires all of us.
But what this requires of us now is to increase the blows to increase the intensity.
We will smite them with overwhelming force.
A regional source told Fox News, more talks are scheduled for later this week between the Israeli and Lebanese governments aimed at increasing diplomatic relations between the two countries and getting rid of Hezbollah.
Guys.
All right.
Ladies and gentlemen, pray for peace.
Pray for peace.
As we've said, there is a big activity that is going to happen at Camp David tomorrow.
We hope we're right.
We hope we're right on this.
We'll see. Large TFR, total flight restriction, temporary flight restriction, 30 miles in every direction over Camp David for the entire day tomorrow.
President Trump at Walter Reed this morning for his annual checkup. President Trump getting fit, tanned, rested, ready.
Then there's also VIP movement from JFK Airport. We'll see what happens. We're excited about it. Pray for peace.
This gentleman, Trump flexes MAGA muscle in Texas Senate runoff.
Flash between Cornyn and Paxson.
Obviously, you saw the endorsement of Ken Paxson.
This was a joyous event and a joyous moment.
This happened last week.
It is time for those who back the president, the president's administration, and those who are fighting alongside of their actual constituents to accelerate within the party.
and somebody who we have always enjoyed having on the program,
somebody who is standing for office in Texas today
as the potential future attorney general of Texas
is Chip Roy, Congressman Chip Roy,
who is joining the program live right now
to give his election day message
to the people of Texas and to our great viewers.
Chip, today is the big day.
Let's go, baby.
Hey, Benny, how are you? Great to be on. I hope you had a great memorial day and just, again, you know, a great day to celebrate the sacrifices. And I mean celebrate, you know, as Patton Well said, those that would be willing to do that and stand up and defend this great country. And, you know, it's one of those reminders of what we're fighting for. And I'm glad we've got, you know, I often say on the campaign stump, you know, I'll ask the people I'm talking to about whether they're, you know, as excited as I am that the border is finally secure, that we're, you know, finally,
restoring order in the Western Hemisphere, but importantly that we've got enlisted.
I saw my friend on the other side of the street.
I was heading to school with the kids.
I let go of Mom's hand to wave.
I had already forgotten their lunches.
I ran over to hug her.
She came out of nowhere.
And then it stopped.

It's been set all time high in our United States military,
that people want to go to the academies again.
They're proud to serve their country again.
And that's the kind of world that this administration is trying to build.
And it's what, you know, called me to want to run for Attorney Johnald
to try to stand up and fight for Texas in the same vein.
Yeah, I, you know, it's like a lot of people,
it's like mixed feelings on Memorial Day, right,
for like the messaging and how to say it.
But my take is this, like, these men and women died so that I could raise my family here in peace and security.
I should be enjoying that.
I should be celebrating that.
I should be living that out and thankful.
The best way to be thankful is to continue that fight.
Like, continue to fight.
They're not here.
They've handed the mantle off to us.
So we must continue to push forward and not let, like, for instance, Texas become some type of Islamic jihadist epicenter for a universe that is not,
that's antithetical to America.
And it would be actually the greatest coup de grace in order to take Texas, which is like the
embodiment of Americana culture, and to turn it over to third worlders, foreigners, and
people who really don't share our values.
And you're fighting against that.
Yeah, Benny, that's one of the core issues.
In fact, it's probably the permanent issue that caused me to leave Congress in my fourth term now,
proudly serving the Freedom Caucus, probably, I think, delivering strong.
strong results, fighting for the big beautiful bill to be as good as it could be.
So much so, by the way, that we got the Green New scam subsidies pulled out and a California
PAC grant a million dollars of ads against me in my race for Attorney General.
We've been very effective in fighting alongside the president, but it's hard, right?
As one four hundred and thirty-fifth of one-half of one-third of that federal mistrosity,
I wanted to come home to Texas to fight for Texas because Texas is under assault by the red-green
alliance, the Marxist, the Islamist, they want to remake Texas, they want to destroy the crown jewel
that is Texas in terms of its leadership in this great nation and this great republic.
And, you know, I feel called that God has given me this moment in time as a former federal
prosecutor, former persistent attorney general, someone who's been in a courtroom, has been a lawyer
who's done the hard work, and as someone who's ready on day one to defend the state of Texas.
And, you know, the issues that are facing us right now, they're monumental.
These are, and when I go out on the campaign trial, I talk about, these are the most important
times we've faced in Texas since 1836 because that march of Islam is real right we've got people
in this country that are now wanting us to stop ringing church bells in favor of having Muslim
prayer calls pointing towards Mecca now this is allowing a political ideology to masquerade behind
the First Amendment while jihad is being waged against our way of life you and I've talked about
this before was the last conversation I have of Charlie Kirk this this battle against Islam
that is central to our existence, which, by the way, is tied to the Marxist effort, which is tied
to the open borders, all of the nonprofits, all of the NGOs that are well-funded, that I've been trying
to target in the Judiciary Committee, working with Scott Bessett and the Trump administration to go after
in DOJ. As Attorney General, I would have greater authority in the executive branch to be able to take
on that fight to defend this great nation and defend the state of Texas. That's the fight. That's what calls me
to do this. One other final point. This thing you were talking about, your, your
previous segment with Ken, this battle against the establishment, right, it's been waging for a while.
We go all the way back to 2010. You remember, we had Marco Rubio against Charlie Christ for Senate in
Florida. Now you've got Marco Rubio as our Secretary State. Why? Because people like me and others
sided early on, back with Jim DeMint, when we had the Senate Conservatives Fund, we fought the establishment
to get Marco Rubio over Charlie Christ. We fought the establishment to get Mike Lee over Bob
Bennett. We fought the establishment in 2012 to get Ted Cruz over David Dewhurst. We founded the Freedom
Caucus in 2015, which came out of the basement of a crappy restaurant on Capitol Hill, Tortoia
Coast when we were fighting Obamacare, all in this like group of people. I was there when we founded
it. There's a reason Mark Meadows supports me. There's a reason Ted Cruz has endorsed me.
It's because I've been in the center of those fights. This fight has been waging. And then, of course,
Donald Trump came in and took it, took it on better than anybody else has in draining the swamp.
And now we're 15 years into this battle.
And I think we're finally seeing it come full circle
where maybe we can get the Senate wrestled away from the clutches
of the old guard that's been killing us.
It's funny.
I know that filthy basement of Tortilla Coast so well.
I mean, that place is such a goofy place.
And it's such like a kind of scummy, like Washington, D.C., you know,
it's like the worst characters in D.C.
But it's the only place to meet.
It was the only place to meet back then.
The only place to meet back back.
You bring that up, you bring that up that you were fighting Obamacare there.
And it's like, you know, I'm reminded that our Obamacare, our version, and it's not even apples to apples, frankly.
It's just like, so Obamacare was this marquee bill that certainly left us and progressives wanted.
And that Obama at the time, that the president at the time had run on, this would be his marquee achievement.
And then their base rabidly wanted it.
The rest of the country, of course, did not.
How much easier would it be with the market?
achievement of Donald Trump, who's more popular than Obama, or certainly in his mandate, right?
And in the election, the election was more shocking and landslide than, you know, beating,
defeating this incumbent.
He's bringing forward the Save Act.
And now the vast majority of American people actually want it, unlike Obamacare.
So you have many things aligning, so much aligning.
And the Democrats were able to shove Obamacare down our throats through reconciliation.
they were able to just manipulate the system and they found the way.
They didn't have 60 votes.
They didn't have a filibuster proof vote for Obamacare.
No way in hell.
But they were able to get it done because they actually used their power, their will to power.
And Republicans just seem like they refuse to do it.
Am I reading this correctly, Chip?
Yeah, Benny, absolutely.
And of course, I lived through that time when they used the full powers of the Senate to jam through Obamacare using reconciliation.
Now, you know, last year we did a lot of great stuff with reconciliation.
I've already referenced it, right? Great tax cuts. We make great reforms. You know, reformed Medicaid,
got, you know, banned illegal aliens from having food stamps of Medicaid, got the green new scam subsidies.
By the way, only because some of us fought together. Like, we had to throw our bodies in front of the train to stop Markowski and Collins and Tillis and others from pulling those repeals out.
Remember, four of us Republicans had to stop the big beautiful bill for four days. Take arrows because, well, my God, you're going to risk the tax cuts.
And we forced us back to the negotiating table. We got those green new scam subsidies pulled out.
why that California Pax running ads against me. That's the battle we face on Obamacare.
They threw everything in. They all backed up, backed up the play. They all delivered. And by the way,
manipulated and worked the Senate through the parliamentarian to deliver it. Our guys hide behind the
parliamentarian to stop the policy they don't want. Let me be very clear. Let me say that again,
Benny. You hear them talk about the parliamentarian, not making things in order and so forth.
That's mostly bogus. All of us who,
know and pay attention, they're hiding behind that as an excuse not to deliver. They'll co-sponsor
the Save America Act, which I proudly authored, as you know. I drafted it two years ago alongside
a lot of allies for the president, Cleena Mitchell, great election lawyer, my good friend, who's
endorsed me. We drafted that bill, and now we've got it through the House three times, and the
Senate refuses to move it hiding behind 60 votes, hiding behind the parliamentarian in reconciliation
right now on Border Patrol and ICE funding. This is what they do. We know. We know.
that there's a path to passing it, they refuse to take it. This is the issue. And by the way,
it, you know, we point the finger of John Thune and we should. He should be doing more to drive it
through the Senate. No question. But it's also those handful of Republican senators that are jamming
up our ability to have 51. And we're talking about Tillis. We're talking about McConnell.
We're talking about Murkowski. We're talking about potentially increasingly Cassidy, Collins,
and, you know, falling shy of the 50 that we need at 51 in order to move it. So,
We're going to have to stand up and fight and demand that we deliver over the next six months because redistricting has been great.
But if we want to win in the midterms, we've got to deliver.
And we still have a lot left to do.
We got to get health care prices down to reconciliation.
We got to make sure we're able to give more affordability on housing, tax benefit breaks.
And we need to deliver on ICE and Border Patrol funding in the Save America Act.
So you're saying that is simply an act of sheer neglect and lack of will that John Thune is not able to pass this.
And so why, I mean, I think it's why it's obviously why the president endorsed Cornyn.
Yeah, I don't know where you are on endorse against Cornyn correction.
Like, nobody thought it was going to endorse actually.
So I look, that was shocking.
The story behind that I think is now well publicized that the president was so frustrated and angry at the U.S. Senate for failing to deliver for hiding, as I just described, I won't repeat it all.
And was so frustrated.
And by the way, let's take, for example, the fund that was the delay.
last week on ICE and Border Patrol,
by you following all that,
and your listeners and viewers are following that?
We were ready.
I flew back from the campaign trail.
I left the campaign trail,
canceled events on Thursday and Friday,
to go back to D.C.,
to vote to pass funding for ICE and Border Patrol.
The Senate wouldn't send it over
because they were irritated
that the president would create a fund
to make sure that those impacted
by the weaponization of government had recourse.
And we're talking about J-Sixers,
who were wrongly targeted.
We're talking about people under the FACE Act, which I've held hearings on, who were wrongly targeted for exercising their free speech to try to stop, you know, the killing of babies.
We're talking about abuses under FISA.
We're talking about abuses under ATF.
We're talking about Arctic Frost and targeting Americans.
And we think there ought to be recourse for that.
And if we want to put some parameters around it, fine.
But the Senate's hiding behind it and saying, oh, no, we're not going to pass ICE and Border Patrol funding.
because the president dares to create a system and a structure and a fund to try to compensate people who had to go hire lawyers to combat the weaponized Department of Justice under Joe Biden.
And for that, they're jamming up funding for ICE and Border Patrol.
This is what frustrated the president.
And it's, I think, why he took action.
You bring up such a, like, spectacular point there that the president's frustration with the Senate is ultimately what broke you.
and the inability to just get these simple things done or to show the effort to get them finished.
And it's something that has led to so much, so much anger and so much for, I don't think that
the senators realize it. Can you maybe speak to this because you have worked with a lot of
these senators? I know that you come from, you know, sort of the Ted Cruz ecosystem.
You started this conversation ship by talking about the work that you've done in order to elect some
great senators like Marco Rubio. You know, what is that maybe you can just put a button on that?
Like, what is that since you're leaving Congress?
Why not burn the bridges?
Burn it all down.
What is that sense of like entitlement that specifically the Senate has?
Some have it in the House.
But specifically the Senate where they like act as though they're lords and as though
they were granted this by royal decree and that they are not subservient or answer
ever to the base.
And they function almost as like this, you know, institution that is utterly outside of
democratic parameters.
What is that?
I think there is a, I'm just going to give you my honest answer, okay?
I haven't really thought through how to articulate this.
I think there is a level of corruption that isn't what people normally think about in corruption, right?
It's not so much like your kind of regular pay-for-play grift.
It's that there's this ecosystem in Washington that perpetuates the power base in Washington.
And once you're in the club, you end up in that bubble, the I know best bubble.
the I'm going to work through, oh, we're going to be the ones that are going to figure out defense.
And then you end up in these things about endless wars and funding them and how you pay for them.
And I know best.
And, oh, head pat, Chip, why are you talking about these things like debt?
Or why are you worried about warrantless surveillance?
Don't you know that there's bad guys out there we have to go kill?
Don't you understand?
We're the ones who understand.
We're the Senate.
We're the adults in the room.
You loud-mouth little Freedom Caucus guys that are rabble-rous.
You don't understand.
We're the adults.
and they get in their club and they go in their codels and they get comfortable in that little club of 50-ish, right, in just the Republican block.
It ranges from 45 to 55 in my lifetime, right?
That club, and it's a club, they get very comfortable being able to say we know best and we're going to just do the adult thing.
You see it all the time, right?
Oh, Chip, we're going to figure out how to fund government this way.
We're going to get FISA done.
we're going to get foreign intelligence surveillance done.
Oh, we'll give you some token reforms.
But you want an amendment, you want an amendment that's going to guarantee Fourth Amendment protections?
Oh, come on, you can't talk about that.
We're going to make, like, that's what they do.
They get in this endless cycle.
And the corruption I mean by that, it's the corruption of the influence of the town, the swamp.
When the President's city are going to drain the swamp, that's what it is.
It's all of the forces in town that are directed to write big checks, to fund big contracts,
for heavily the defense department and heavily health care.
The health care lobbyists have seven times as much payments as the defense lobbyists.
Defense and health care, they run the town.
And all of that money, they decide what happens with their big checks and their big expenditures.
And I think that's what drives it.
They're all in that club.
And then they say, we know what's best.
And it's arrogance.
And frankly, the founders knew that some of that would happen.
It's why they defused power vertically and horizontally.
Unfortunately, we put too much power in Washington and we put too much power increasingly in bureaucrats, not the president, bureaucrats in this massive executive branch.
Sorry, I could go on this for a long time, but that's all, you know.
Your point perfectly brings us to why we need strong attorney generals in our states because of the genius of our founders and diluting that power primarily to the states, which is how it was originally architected under the federal.
papers and why it is so critical your state elections. I mean, honestly, what could you imagine?
What would happen where I am right now in Florida if we'd had had a Democrat governor over the last
eight years would be a nightmare? Nobody would be moving here, but also we'd have a far worse country
and they'd be able to rig elections and so on. So these state level battles are truly the ballgame.
Your final pitch to the people of Texas for you as attorney general.
Well, I'm 53 years old. My family came to Texas in the 1850.
50s. I've devoted my lifetime to conservatism, limited government, and trying to fight to defend the
Constitution. That's what I've done. I've been a lawyer in court. I've been a federal prosecutor.
I've been the first assistant attorney general. I've been the chairman of the House subcommittee on the
Constitution, on the Judiciary Committee. I've got the background. I've got the experience to do it.
And all that should matter. My opponent has none of those things. And I think you're going to give my
opponent some equal airtime. My opponent has none of those things. And I think it matters. You can't just run
ads and buy them with inherited money to then go try to tear down somebody's career and make a
campaign all about that as opposed to the singular most important issue, which is that we have
someone who can be the Attorney General of Texas who has the experience on day one to fight and defend
Texas. And by the way, who has the number one voting record, the number one America first voting
record in all of Congress, number one out of 435 by any objective measure on the scores.
And the reason that is is because that's what I've always done. And I align with the president.
and I deliver alongside and for and with the president.
But I also have to acknowledge I put the Constitution and the people first,
and I'm willing to sit in the Oval Office and have a debate with the president about FISA
and his need to go after bad guys.
Yep, agree, Mr. President.
And my need to defend my people against warrantless surveillance.
That's what you need in an attorney general.
I don't just do what I'm supposed to do for political self-protection.
I wouldn't have challenged some of the, you know, people who wanted to create new federal laws on things you and I both support, right, like fighting to defend cops and other things, because I don't like to give more power to the federal government.
My opponent's attacking me on things like transgender issues because I thought we should make sure that the bill was structured correctly to make sure we don't overpower bureaucrats who can go after Texans like they did under the Face Act.
And then that gets used against you because you're trying to do the right thing.
The Constitution matters, limited government matters, the experience to defend in court matters, a background of being number one on all of the voting in total, on America First, the line with the president.
There's a reason the president said to me after Kerrville floods and I represent Kerrville last summer, the president came in and he said, man, I spent a lot of time with Chip last week on the big beautiful bill.
He's not easy, but he's good.
No better endorsement than that.
That's who you want is your attorney general in Texas.
The ball game will be fought and won on the state level.
Texas must remain free.
We must have strong law enforcement.
And the man running for the top law enforcement position in the state is Chip Roy.
You know him well.
You can follow him on social media here.
It's going to be a raucous day and the lone star state.
Godspeed, Chip.
Thanks, Benny.
God bless.
Take care.
Ladies and gentlemen, we have Chip Roy's opponent, equal time.
Equal time.
We have Chip Roy's opponent on a man who I met actually when I was doing a speech of CPAC a couple of weeks ago.
And he's super nice guy.
And we do our best.
We just like, frankly, like we're just trying to do our best for the state of Texas, a place that we love so very much.
And he'll be on in just one moment.
It is the lone star state.
I was just in gold country out in Montana.
And I stayed with my family that actually lives way.
out in a gold mining, old gold mining town called Marysville. And they actually have,
you could actually go out and if you know where to look, you can find little gold in nuggets.
You can still find them. And they had a little vial of them. It was the coolest thing ever.
Anyway, the point is, is that there's only so much gold that is made by the earth. It is very precious.
And that is why I encourage you to invest in gold. Maybe you don't come from a place where you can
pick little pieces of gold up off the ground.
I don't know.
You could move to Marysville, Montana, if you wanted to, or you could just go to my friend.
This episode is brought to you by FedEx.
These days, the power move isn't having a big metallic credit card to drop on the check at a
corporate launch.
The real power move is leveling up your business with FedEx intelligence and accessing one
of the biggest data networks powered by one of the biggest delivery networks.
Level up your business with FedEx, the new power move.
And that advantage of gold and you could buy today.
For your 401k or IRA, your allocation could be into precious metals whose values are skyrocketing right now.
A bit of a dip just like everything during this little Iranian excursion.
And now we are so very back.
But your portfolio needs to have solid value in it, invest in gold.
Trust advantage gold as America's top-rated precious metals company.
And right now, they're giving my listeners a free gold investment kit.
So text Benny to 8 to 55-4-5.
That's B-E-N-N-Y to 8-5-4-5 today.
No cost, no obligation, no pressure.

Consult your financial and tax professionals before any investment, obviously.
Ladies and gentlemen, we are investing in the state of Texas on this show.
A man who's invested a great deal in the state of Texas.
is Mays Middleton. He is also a candidate for Texas Attorney General. Again, I've met Mays.
It seems like a totally awesome dude. And we welcome him to the program. Here we go.
I welcome to the show, Mays. Nice to have you.
I appreciate you having me on this morning, Benny.
Hey, man. All right. I'm glad that we could lock this down and make this happen. The election day is today.
I believe that you are up in the polls. And so I want to give you an opportunity here on the show to talk about your vision for the state of
Texas, a critical state that the left would love to destroy. And how are you going to prevent that?
Look, the number one most important thing in this job for Attorney General is defeating the left.
And I've got a really simple rule. If you're an enemy of Texas, you're an enemy of mine.
And, you know, Benny, I know you have little kids like I do. My wife and I are blessed with four little ones.
That's my daily reminder. Same. For here. The left is coming for our country.
kids and they're trying to destroy Texas. And I've got that proven conservative record of
defeating the left. I took on the woke left and their radical gender ideology, beat them,
authored in past to save women's sports law, also the strongest women's privacy act in America,
which kicks perverted men out of women's restrooms and locker rooms. I took on the atheists
and defeated them and got prayer and the Ten Commandments back into our schools because we
are a Christian nation. We are a Christian state, period, the end. I took on our foreign adversaries
as well, stopped China from buying our land, tripled border security, designated cartels as terrorists,
and am now taking on one of our most growing and biggest threats, which is Sharia law and Islamification.
You know, Sharia law is organized crime, period, and I will treat it as such. I also changed the law to
stop these radical Muslim groups like CARE and Muslim Brotherhood from buying any property in Texas.
But there is a decision today.
There is an election today.
And it's funny when politicians like Chip Roy and Liz Cheney are surprised when their record of fighting President Trump comes back to haunt them.
There's a reason why Kent Paxton, our current Attorney General, said he is voting for me in this Republican primary runoff.
And he could not imagine Chip Roy on this job.
And I know why he said that.
It's because Chip's last day in the AG's office, he was told resign or be fired because
of gross insubordination and escorted out of the door.
And I don't know about you, but when you tell someone resign or be fired, you don't let
them back in the building.
That is a scorched earth answer.
I want to break it into multiple parts, please, because what you said there is
fascinating to me, Mays, and again, a very welcome voice on the program.
One, treating Sharia law as organized crime. Can you please unpack that? That's fascinating.
Yeah, so look, we've got to make sure that everyone understands this is not a religious liberties issue.
This is not a First Amendment issue because if they're faithfully adherent to their ideology,
I call an ideology for a reason in the Quran.
They see us as the infidel that they can commit jihad against.
This is an America first issue.
This is a Texas first issue.
This is a national security issue because they don't think we deserve the right to exist as Americans or as Christians.
And it's how they're undermining us with this red-green alliance that we have seen.
And Benny, I've seen it at the Capitol.
Ten Commandments, I mentioned earlier.
Guess who lobbied against that?
Cair did, right?
The radical Muslim terrorist group.
That shows you what they're going for.
They're trying to destroy this country,
and they're trying to destroy this state,
because the left is certain of this.
If they take Texas, they've taken this whole country.
We cannot elect a Republican president without Texas.
They're well aware of that,
and they're coming for us, like James Tala Rico, for example.
That guy is a lunatic.
This is a guy that says he's a pastor,
and I use air quotes for a reason, said there's a biblical argument for abortion. He said that God is
non-binary transgender. He said it's unchristian and un-American to display the Ten Commandments in schools.
So you know what my reaction to that was? I bought Ten Commandments posters for all the schools in his
district and donated them in his honor. Well, I would love to get to Telarico just really quickly,
though, to unpack the other part of your approach towards third worldism in Texas, which we all
all know why the left wants to import as many third worlders to Texas as possible. It is, of course,
to take the crown jewel of America and the 35 different electoral votes that you get from the state
of Texas and to flip them to Democrats. This is the main goal. The left has been talking about this.
They've been transparent about this for decades. This is their goal. It is absolute population replacement
and cultural replacement of Texas.
I think that is, frankly,
one of the top three issues
in the country right now, actually.
And you say that you are,
you said there was another part
other than treating Sharia law
as a criminal enterprise.
You're going to be stripping away
the power from these Muslim groups.
How are you going to do that?
That's right.
So I am the only one in this race
that has fought for
and changed the law
to stop Sharia in Islamification.
Number one, we met his second degree felony
to enforce Sharia law, I will make sure that that is enforced to the fullest extent of the law.
Number two, change the law to stop these no-go zones like you've seen in North Texas.
In Plano Islamic Center, Epic is one of them.
They've renamed it to the meadow.
They're going to keep renaming it.
But what this law does is it allows the AG to bring an action to deny public benefit.
And what is that?
Sewer, water, electricity, roads, management districts.
That makes sure that the meadow remains a meadow.
But the third that I mentioned earlier, probably the most powerful tool is stopping enemy entities from owning any property in Texas that includes critical infrastructure.
So we need to continue to add to that list.
Right now, care and Muslim Brotherhood are on that list.
We need to keep adding because what it does is it prevents them from owning any property in Texas.
And it allows the AG.
And I made sure that was in the law to bring an action to force them to divest and sell their property.
We cannot allow them to own one square inch in our great state.
Look, I'm never retreating from Washington, D.C.
because I'm never going to Washington, D.C.
I have always known that the fight is right here in the great state of Texas.
I was born here, and I'll be buried here.
This is it.
So, Mays, what are you going to do as Attorney General to assist the Trump administration in deportations?
We got outreach from DHS talking.
about a Afghan national in Texas and saying, you should check out this TikTok account. And it's
a TikTok account, this guy's like talking about how he's going to take his Uber that he drives
and use it as a car bomb to blow up buildings in Dallas. He's bragging about it with all of his
Afghan friends live on TikTok. Like, what the hell is going on here? Of course, the guy is here on
some type of relocation program that Joe Biden brought him in. And he's, Joe Biden's literally bringing
terrorists into Texas. How are you going to reverse that cycle? Well, look, this is simple for me.
You've seen it across America, right. Minneapolis, Minnesota, where they're blocking eyes.
They're blocking President Trump's deportation agenda. We just saw it in Houston, not that long ago,
in Dallas, in San Antonio, Austin. And what they are doing is they're getting in the way of President
Trump's border security and deportation agenda. And we have a very powerful tool to stop that.
It was a Freedom Caucus priority. You know, I was chair.
of the Texas House Freedom Caucus.
And what the ban on Sanctuary Cities allows me to do
and would allow us to do to stop this is three things.
Number one, I can sue for civil penalties.
Number two, criminal penalties.
Number three, most importantly, removal from office.
You get in the way of President Trump's deportation agenda.
You get in the way of ICE.
You get removed from office.
It is that simple.
And that is a very powerful accountability
that we need because this is what the left does, right?
They treat our laws.
They treat our Constitution as a suggestion.
And whenever you do that, you have violated your oath of office and you need to be removed
from office.
Wow.
You know, this is amazing.
La Monica McIver was up fighting ice agents and punching ice agents.
Senator Andy Kim was pepper sprayed yesterday fighting ice agents in New Jersey.
It's obscene to see these Democrat lawmakers behavior.
like Marxist revolutionaries, violent ones on the street. And so you're saying that if an elected
official does that in Texas, you will remove them from office.
Ban on sanctuary cities. It is a powerful tool. But not only that, I fought for the state's
deportation law. Senate Bill 4, we just had a big victory before the Fifth Circuit on that one.
And what it allows Texas to do is allows us to charge illegal immigrants with illegal entry
and return them to country of origin. And the reason why that's so,
important. What did we see in the last four years of the Biden administration? He opened up the border.
He put illegal immigrants first and citizen second. And the state has to have that backup ability
when the federal government refused to do its job like we saw in 2021 and 25. And it is a tool
I will make sure is enforced. So the state of Texas would then have the plenary power to take and
remove criminal aliens that are not U.S. citizens that are residing in Texas?
That's right, because, look, Texas has a constitutional right to repel an invasion,
both in our state and our federal constitution. And that is what we did with Operation
Lone Star. You all remember the buoys in the river, also where we surged our state troopers.
I was down there in Shelby Park during that. It was amazing to see. We actually locked out.
I remember going to Shelby Park, the island.
and it was only the state there.
We had state troopers from other states as well
and expelling illegal immigrants across the border,
making sure they didn't cross.
And that's the state's rights to do.
We have an ability to repel an invasion
and I will make sure that we use it
and use every resource and tool
to make sure that we put Texas first.
And also, more than that, even,
I've got to point this out.
I've been fighting to stop taxpayer benefits
from going to illegal immigrants.
Thank you.
Those are the magnets that are,
causing people to come here,
whether that's in-state tuition for illegal immigrants
or also we're paying for education and healthcare.
I've been fighting against that for years.
Most recently, the victory we had
was stopping in-state tuition for illegal emeralance,
where we were subsidizing college tuition
at our public colleges for illegal immigrants,
and we ended that putting citizens first,
putting taxpayers first,
making sure only citizen students
get those seats in our schools.
Mays. Mays, that was one of my favorite interviews of all time. Ken Paxton on the border
talking about the razor wire buoys that the state of Texas created and invented in order to
prevent the criminal invasion of your state. It was incredible. And it was the only state
that actually did anything about it. I know that the state of Florida, where I reside, sent some
state troopers over to help. But that was amazing, man. I mean, that was, that was, that was,
that's one of the greatest fights for the Republic that I've ever seen. And it'd be really nice to see
that border as secure as possible. Perhaps we could touch on that. What would you do as Attorney
General to ensure that that Texas border, which is the longest contiguous U.S. border with any
nation, what would you do to lock that sucker down? Well, the number one thing, we've got an
incredible president. President Trump is the greatest president we have ever had in our history,
the end. And I will use every resource and every tool in the AG's office to back him up in his
border security and deportation agenda because we've got three years left to do the job. And it's not
just deporting some illegal immigrants. We've got to deport all illegal immigrants. There is no middle
ground in that. We've got to enforce the law. Look, here's a contrast here between myself and my
opponent, Chip Roy, right? Chip Roy spent 10 years fighting the president. He gave a speech on the
U.S. House floor that said President Trump committed impeachable conduct. He cited Liz Cheney. Liz Cheney later
endorsed, endorsed Chip Roy for a leadership role in Congress. And you know, when you look up
Trump derangement syndrome in the dictionary, there's a picture of Liz Cheney right there.
And look, more than that in 2024 in the election, right? Chip worked for a large anti-Trump
organization that spent millions of dollars trying to defeat the president.
Thankfully, it was not successful.
And President Trump won overwhelmingly.
And look, that's why President Trump called me a MAGA champion and my conservative record,
second to none.
We've got to back him up and I will back him up in the AG's office.
And that's exactly what Ken Paxton has been doing his entire time in office, making sure
that we advance that America first agenda and put Texas first, put our Texas values first.
And more than that, put them into action.
Can't just talk about it.
You got to put them into action.
Final question here and a really nice button hook into your point that you just made about enforcing the president's rules and laws and policies, a brand new policy out of DHS talking about how if you are here on a work visa, which are all temporary, there's no such thing as a permanent work visa, you and you wish to apply for a green.
card in order to stay here, you have to go home. Get in line and do that with everybody else.
And that is causing particularly the Indian population, which has predatory migration policies
into U.S. tech firms and U.S. cities and now one of the fastest growing Indian populations in the
whole world is in Frisco, Texas. Something like almost the majority of Frisco, Texas now, has been
completely colonized by this foreign culture with a caste system and with temples, I think one of
the largest Hindu temples in the world. Actually, now is in Texas. That's a, that's change at an
alarming rate. Will you be assisting in the Trump administration's policies in order to ensure
that those who wish to remain in this country follow the rules and go home? You got to follow the law.
And more than that, we need to abolish the H-1B visa program and put Texas workers, put American workers first.
You know, I've heard it again and again and again where these spots are being filled, right, by foreign workers.
This is simple. This is common sense. This is putting our country first. But look more than that in Texas, right? You look at our state and you look at what the left is trying to do to it. We have something called Texas exceptionalism. No offense to Florida, but we are better than all the other states. We won our independence in 1836. At the Battle of San Jacino, you probably heard about the victory or death letter.
At the very end of that letter, it said something very important.
It said, P.S., the Lord is on our side.
You know what, the Lord is on our side in the great state of Texas?
But we have to see this through.
We have to have these victories put into action, into law,
then protected and defended.
And that is exactly what I will do in the AG's office.
Benny, there's a reason why I'm the only one in this race
has been protested at the Texas Capitol during this campaign.
They had these big ugly green signs with my face on it, and they called me the bathroom bigot.
Why?
Because I don't want men in my little girl's restroom or lock them or shower.
But there's also a reason why the two Democrats in this race, Joe Jaworski and Nathan Johnson,
they had a big debate between themselves.
And they said, the guy we got to stop, the guy we cannot allow to get elected Attorney General is this Magamaze guy.
And then there's also a reason why I've been threatened and my family has been threatened.
threatened. So the reason why I've been protesting, the reason why the two Democrats in this race
are saying, I'm the one to stop. The reason why they're threatening me and my family is the
left knows who their true enemy is in this race, and it is me. Mays Middleton, ladies and gentlemen,
he's currently a state senator. He's been a state house member as well in Texas. He's Texas
through and through, and he's got just an absolutely beautiful family here. You can see his
four lovely children in his bio on X, I encourage you to follow Mades. He's a Texas patriot.
And somebody who, as you can obviously tell from this interview, care so deeply about the
Lone Star State and understands what time it is. Thank you for understanding what time it is.
It's refreshing, actually, to hear your perspective here, Mays, and Godspeed today.
Hey, thank you, Benny, and God bless you. God bless Texas.
All right. Later.
What a fascinating show. What a fascinating moment in time. What will happen today in the Texas Senate. Come on, baby. Let's go. Look at Ken Paxson at almost 96, 97 percent here. According to Polly Market, we got a massive spike here after the President Trump endorsement and John Cornyn collapsing.
down into the floor.
John Cornyn is sitting at 4%.
This is the huge race.
There's other huge races.
Obviously, the Attorney General of Texas is going to be a big one.
So make sure that you lock in and vote.
If you are in Texas, you know I want you to vote for Ken Paxton,
longtime friend and ally of the program.
And when it comes to Attorney General,
what I say?
Follow your heart.
I think Texas has two fine candidates for Attorney General, and you've heard from both of them today.
So this is our role.
But look at this. Ken Paxson just skyrocketing here.
Well done.
Good and faithful servant, let's bring it home.
And then let's make a very bad day for the rhinos in the Senate who disgust me, frankly.
Let's lock in with our verse of the day today from Psalms.
When I am afraid, I put my trust in you in God, whose word I praise. In God, I trust and am not afraid. What can mere mortals do to me? That is absolutely true. But it is on this mortal plane that we are commanded to fight and to fight for righteousness and truth. And then we give it up to God, right? And so let's do that today. Thank you for this hearty welcome back to the show.
We are locked in and ready to rip, roar for the midterms.
It's going to be a wild summer.
And man, I've got to tell you, we ain't done yet.
So march with us.
And this movement, we are winning.
We are locked in.
We have, I'm very proud, frankly, of this team, of our team and what we built here
because we didn't crash out.
We didn't betray the president.
We didn't lose our minds.
didn't siddle or saddle up to some foreign nation and take the easy payout like so many people
did on both sides no no we stayed true and didn't do the easy thing did the hard thing i never regretted

Many people seem to be incubating a rage looking for
somewhere to go. Are there times when you think the country is out of control, you see all these
things and you wonder, what in the world is going on? It wasn't this way five years ago, 10 years ago,
20 years ago. Do we have the will or not? But we are Americans, and I believe we absolutely do have
the will. I do this show for you. And when you're not interested in anymore, I will just go away.
