And there is a character on Seinfeld who reminds me very much of a member of the Biden family would probably have worked for Hunter Biden. His name is George Costanza, and he has a very impeccable line when he talks about lying and how he is able to deceive himself and all of those around him for so long. And the Democrat Party believes that Joe Biden is as pure as the white powder found inside of the White House that fell out of his son's pocket. We are going to talk you through what Republicans have announced this week and the backroom deals that are happening right now about the impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden, because this is heating up and this is going to better be prepared. So let us begin, ladies and gentlemen. Here is the helpful chart that you should know about how the Biden business was structured, because they're going to go after Biden for a very specific charge here, bribery, because bribery is in the Constitution as a reason why you can impeach a president. Article two, section four, memorize it. Article two, section four, bribery is listed. It's written down. It's not something that needs to be enumerated. It is literally there in black and white. OK, so the Ukrainian oil company that is paying Hunter Biden

goes to Hunter Biden and says your dad needs to hold up money from our country taxpayer dollars in order to get a prosecutor fired. That's looking into our our company and they pay Hunter Biden, Joe Biden a ton of money for that. And how do we know that? And FD 1023, here's the FD 1023. You can see it for yourself. This is from the FBI's own files with the FBI's own sources. And the source of this FD 1023 is now known in Congress and will be forthcoming along with Devin Archer, who will be doing an interview with Congress very, very soon, I believe next week on Tuesday. Oh, baby, it's going to be a hot time in the old town tonight. So you can see, ladies and gentlemen, in this FD 1023 that they even enumerate the amount of money that they paid the Bidens.

They said the Bidens were stupid. Hunter was as dumb as a dog, but they needed to get to his father in order to get this prosecutor fired. That's bribery. That's bribery. That's bribery. That is why Kevin McCarthy is correct in calling for impeachment, as he did for a third time this week yesterday. Check this out. We need to investigate.

And what happens, like you watched the situation yesterday, where the federal government says there's still an investigation of the Bidens. Well, the only way you'll be able to get information that way is to have the strength to be able to get the documents you need. I was concerned when asked a question that I haven't seen an administration act this way at the same time as Nixon did by withholding information. If we do not, if they do not provide the information we need, then we would go to an impeachment inquiry. Impeachment inquiry, which simply is an investigation and providing Congress

the power to do that investigation. This is the third time that Kevin McCarthy has promised an impeachment inquiry. Now, why is that important? Because you need to lay the facts out for the American people. The American people must understand that there is an orb around them, that there is no such thing as media any longer. There's no such thing as a press. There is a propaganda pool who is solely incentivized to defend and protect their communist overlords. Those people are Joe Biden, and they do not want to ask questions about these crimes. The entire

Department of Justice, the every law enforcement agency in this country, has been weaponized in order to protect and defend the system itself. This is a Marxist level of organization. This is called cultural Marxism. No need to get too into the weeds here, but Marxist ideology says you got to go and appeal to the true power, which is the working class. That's old school Marxist ideology. They realized they didn't need the working class. In fact, the working class, the people who drink Bud Light, those people are against Marxism in a society like a Westernized society that we have, an advanced Westernized society. They're against Marxism. So what you need to do as a Marxist is you need to then go of trying to convince the workers to be on your side, which doesn't happen, they've tried that for 100 years here in this country, you must convince the establishment

to be on your side. And that became very easy because the establishment were already Marxists in their sweet little hearts. That means the media. That means Hollywood. That means higher education. That means regulatory agencies. That means federal bureaucrats. That means federal law enforcement and the deep state. And they all said, yes, sir, Carl. And they all became committed Maoists and Marxists. And those systems must protect each other and then insulate each other. From who? Well, from us, from the actual rule of law, from us gaining power over them and deconstructing them. They've worked hard to gain all the control, and now they have to execute on it. Joe Biden has funded the deep state for 50 years. Joe Biden

never once even sniffed at signing off on more funding for the deep state, more funding for federal agencies, more security and surveillance power. Joe Biden has been there every step of the way, and now he's getting his dividend with his son. He's getting his dividend, baby. He's getting paid back. They're going to protect, or at least try to protect, his dumbass kid. And so that is why you must have an impeachment inquiry, because the entire system, we call this cultural Marxism, the entire cultural Marxist system, which is in complete capture of our of our corporate press. They will stop at nothing to keep the American people from understanding the true depravity of the Biden. Kevin McCarthy was right to call for impeachment earlier this week. Watch. We now have some of the most credible whistleblowers.

These 10-year IRS agents who have come forward said that the Biden family has been treated differently, that what Weiss has told us is different than what Garland and Weiss has told the public. And you're sitting here today where now you have found millions of foreign money, just what the 1023 alleges they did to Biden's family. Now we found that it has funneled through shell companies. If you're sitting in our position today, we would know none of this if Republicans had not taken the majority. We've only followed where the information has taken us. But this is rising to the level of impeachment inquiry, which provides.

Now, what I'm hearing from behind the scenes in the House of Representatives is and what we will ask Andy Biggs about on the show today is this is a tactic that has to be taken. It's this is similar. The deep state and the super state was effectively created by the George W. Bush and George H.W. Bush administrations and accelerated under those administrations.

Nonetheless, ladies and gentlemen, you cannot, the reason we ask questions about the death at Obama's house is because we have zero faith that any reporter or any journalist will ever apply even in a scintilla of pressure that will make a Democrat uncomfortable because they are all part of the same party. And that party includes some Republicans. It is a party, often a gerontocracy and an oligarchy that sits over us. Often the people in power are not, would never put their names on a ballot. They love having the power without ever having to do the dirty job of running for office. And they'll cling to that power. As of course, you watch Mitch

McConnell have a stroke on camera this week. The reason we ask questions about these things and the reason why skepticism can never be wrong is because they have broken the system and now we see who they are. We have peeled away the mask and you can see the lizard person underneath. For maybe a more classic reference, Toto has pulled the curtain back on who the wizard actually is. And we realize these people are fraudulent and they are here to lie to us. I wake up, there is another PSYOP. I wake up, There is another PSYOP. The circle continues for my entire life. And so here we stand, realizing that we have very little left to actually create a public consciousness and awareness that we live under a mob style, Sicilian mob style government. There needs to, we need, we need to break the glass and to find the moment.

We take the, we take, we break the glass and we need proper action to begin to like snap people out of the haze that has been created for them. And you can't hardly blame them because most people just want to go about their lives, raise their children. They got jobs to do. And they do not understand fully that they are being lied to. Jesse Waters has really nice explanation of this on his show saying, you know, the major issue is that the major issue is simply the obsession with not covering it. Right. It's not that the evidence doesn't exist. Show me the evidence. It's not that the evidence doesn't exist, is that you simply refuse to admit that it's real. It's not a lie if you believe it. The only way anybody can say that there's no evidence

is if they haven't looked at the evidence. So if you never look. The only way anybody can say that there's no evidence is if they haven't looked at the evidence. So if you never look at the laptop, listen to the whistleblowers, read the FBI informant document and listen to Joe's voicemail to his son, then yeah, there's definitely no evidence that Joe Biden helped Hunter Biden's business. When you read the email from Hunter saying the only reason China and Ukraine are paying me is because they want access to my dad, you can consider that hard evidence. But if you don't read that, you're right. There's not. If you don't acknowledge that Joe Biden flew his son to China on Air Force Two or acknowledge that Hunter took business partners to the White House when

Biden was president a hundred times or acknowledge that Hunter put his dad on the phone with his business partner dozens of times or acknowledge that Hunter set up meetings, lunches and dinners with his business partners, his dad dozens of times or acknowledge all of the pictures with his son's business partners or read the email saying Hunter's paying for Joe's monthly expenses with dirty bribes, then yeah, yeah, you're right. Joe's totally clean. You ever met someone from a cult, like somebody who is not living in the real world? You can see him regularly as you walk the streets of San Francisco, New York. We were just in Philadelphia for our show, and we have a documentary coming out this weekend about it.

We went to a place called Zombie Town in Philadelphia. It's a neighborhood called Kensington. Anybody from Philly watching? Anybody from Pennsylvania watching? Anybody seen the zombie videos of these people walking down the street? While you're there and you see these just sad degenerates who are in a state of zombie-like tranquilization. Some of them are mumbling to themselves about an alternate universe that they live in, where they are Napoleon, or they are some great commander in the Grecian navy. These people are just zoinked out of their minds. They refuse to accept reality as it is because it is so because it would be so disastrous to their fragile psyches.

This is a mental break that actually often happens. And if you have a member in your family, you don't need drug abuse to see it. If you have a member of your family that's gotten quite old and had dementia or or I've seen this in my own family, where they begin to lose grasp on reality. They maybe relive some time in their earlier life, but they're slipping. They can't comprehend they're slipping. Their fragile existence begins to be shattered. And the brain is a powerful tool and it cannot survive the acceptance of such a shattered reality. So it just cycles back in time. That's what you see when you bring this evidence forward in front of Democrats. You see people who seem like they're psychologically breaking,

people who want to script. This is happening now more and more on cable TV. CNN brought on a Republican member of Congress yesterday that wanted to talk about the FD 1023 that showed the Biden corruption from a person who the FBI pays money to, to give them proper evidence. This is a document directly from our own Federal Bureau of Investigation. Lord knows why we haven't seen it. They had it before the election in 2020. Well, we all know why. But look at this and watch this very special moment on CNN from yesterday, where a CNN host, well-known CNN host, it goes, I don't want to hear it. I don't want to hear it.

Please don't do it. These people are going to psychologically break. This is why impeachment is important. Watch. When and if it is, we will get back to you. We'd love to talk to you if you have the evidence to show. But at this point, we haven't seen the public hasn't seen any of this hard evidence that has been brought up. I don't know what you have. Ten million dollars coming from Burisma, a company, you know, they're accusing Biden. They accused Trump of doing what Biden actually did. Ten million dollars of bribery.

And they fired a guy. I mean, you can follow the money, ma'am. These are FBI informants. These are FBI companies. Right, but it has to be proven. There has to be some proof. You can't just say it happened. There has to be some proof, right? Well, what was the dossier on Trump?

There wasn't really any proof. It was all hearsay. And now here you've got an FBI document, an official document showing that. So, you know, we can sit here and argue about it. And I get it. You know, you've got your base. I've got mine. But I've seen.

I don't have a base. I'm a journalist. I don't have a base. I understand, ma'am. You work for CNN. But let's be honest. If you work for Fox, it'd be the right wing and you all are the left wing. And I get it. It's politics as usual, ma'am.

You don't know my politics, sir. You really don't know my politics. Nobody believes that, ma'am. You can say that and you can have your fingers crossed. But again, there has to be proof, sir. There has to be proof. I'm a journalist, sir. I'm a journalist, sir. OK, I don't have a side. Do you believe CNN doesn't have a side? Oh, CNN has a bunch of little rats running around Capitol Hill. You've never seen them ever ask a single question about Joe Biden's crimes to members of Congress. It falls to a very different outlet to do that. But the results are the same. They are hysterical.

Watch the mental breakdown. Watch the psychological snapping of the brainstem for these members of Congress when they are confronted with the destruction of Hunter Biden's plea deal, the admission of crimes, the admission that they were foreign agents, the admission that there are more investigations in the Bidens, the admission that our own FBI withheld evidence of Biden's corruption and that Joe Biden himself took bribes and needs to be impeached. Watch. Why do you think Democrats seem to not care when there's a Democrat in the White House about possible corruption in the Oval Office? The corruption that we're seeing is a corruption of the Republican Party. Why don't Democrats care about some of this stuff that has come out?

It's BS. There's no real evidence. Why would we want to impeach him when there's no wrongdoing? There's no wrongdoing. Why would we want to impeach him when there's no wrongdoing? It's not a lie if you believe it. Can we play it again? It's not a lie if you believe it. Can we play it again? It's not a lie if you believe it.

Joe Biden walking into the Senate with his hat in hand, begging for money, just begging, ladies and gentlemen, as he takes campaign photos and gets sworn in with his children in hospital beds around him in order to monopolize the pain of his own children. You wonder why Hunter Biden's messed up. Yeah. Turns out he's not actually the poorest senator. Turns out Joe Biden might be one of the richest people in our government through graft and corruption. Very stupid, blatant, egregious graft and corruption.

But nonetheless, Joe Biden has multiple beach houses. Joe Biden was able to pull in millions. And we got the receipts. Watch. Joe Biden bragged for decades that he was the poorest man in the Senate. Joe Biden's never had a job in the private sector. Number one, why would Joe Biden receive money through shell companies from his son? And why would Joe Biden have an offshore bank account? We're talking about pay your fair share. Amtrak, Joe, the kid from Scranton, has foreign bank accounts. That doesn't seem like the kind of thing that good old Uncle Joe Biden would have had going on. And why would any Biden family

members have offshore bank accounts? And how did the prosecutor in Delaware not touch that? Well, because he didn't touch the laptop or the $10 million bribe document either, or serve a single search warrant or interview a single member of the Biden family. Of course, he didn't touch the offshore accounts. They're worried about a moment, and they had this with Clinton, they're worried about a moment and they had this with clinton they're worried about a moment when the dam will break and the evidence will be so preponderance the preponderance of evidence will be so demonstrable so ubiquitous that it will wash over the american people and even the normies will wake up to this and people like black parents will say, wait a second, why were so many young black men put away for crack cocaine when Hunter Biden gets to walk?

Gun owners will say, why is Hunter Biden being freed of a firearm offense that would lock any of us up for a minimum 15 years as in the ATF regulation. Business owners will say, wait a second, I pay an enormous amount of money for IRS compliance. If I were to move money through my shell accounts, every single movement is a felony. So I would be facing felonies on top of felonies on top of felonies. I'd never see my kids again. And that's not just business owners, but anyone paying taxes in America or not paying taxes in America. There's going to come a moment where people start to wake

up and they realize that there's going to be a the feature, not the bug on Joe Biden, is that he is corrupt. So he is controllable. But that's only useful if you're the only one who knows he's corrupt. If everyone knows he's corrupt, then you got yourself a little bit of a problem. And you have yourself a lot more of a problem when the New York Times starts realizing how corrupt Joe Biden is. Peter Baker is a reporter at the New York Times. He let it slip yesterday at MSNBC. He could have helped himself. Like, wait a second.

We all thought, and this is an amazing clip, we all thought that, like, Joe Biden just had a wayward kid and that the kid was dumb. Now we realize Joe Biden was running the operation. Oh, should have said it, Pete. Go. Former Vice President Biden was able to frame it successfully in 2020 as a tragedy, as a son who, you know, got struggling with addiction and did some things that were wrong, but not necessarily, you know, corrupt. I think now, of course, it's been a few years since then.

More information has come out. More allegations have been made, many of which, of course, have not yet been proven or confirmed. But I think that that narrative is a little harder to make right now. And so for President Biden, it's not just about a wayward son, but about whether or not he himself had something to do with this wayward son's business dealings. So wait a second. Let me repeat that to you. Repeat the line, as Joe Biden would say. It's not just about Joe Biden. It's about what is the culpability of Joe Biden's activities inside of the criminal procedures of Hunter Biden that will now burst forth onto the public docket because Hunter Biden walked away from his plea deal that had been crafted for him by the deep

state to say thank you to Joe Biden for funding them for the last 50 years. Oh, yeah, that's a dividend, baby. That's a dividend. So what will happen now? Well, people are starting to get a little nervous. The press are starting to be like, OK, we're going to. Is it getting hot here? We're going to have to start covering this. And it's going to be a very, very bad day for Joe Biden, especially if Republicans gain the Senate, which they very well could in spite of Mitch McConnell. If Republicans gain the presidency, check this out from the Daily Mail. The Daily Mail. Hunter Biden's lawyers feared Trump would get reelected and revoke his probation.

New details reveal why the plea deal dramatically collapsed over the president's son being shielded from future crimes. Got it? Yes. Is this the major fear? Is this why they had bundled together this plea deal that would insulate Hunter Biden? According to the judge who sniffed it out, would insulate Hunter Biden from ever being charged again federally. First off, state AGs, grow some balls. Where are your charges against Hunter Biden? Hunter Biden could be charged in every state he ever stepped foot in. Go start ripping open the books and seeing what crimes Hunter broke in your state. What happened to all you guys? He was in Florida. He was in Louisiana. He was in Alabama. He was in all these different states. He was trying to sell oil from Republican states,

Pennsylvania oil, Alaska oil. Go after Hunter in your states. Bring state charges. The feds can't put their nose into those state charges. Constitutional barriers can be a beautiful thing. But more importantly, they're terrified that a administration that would be elected, a Republican administration that would be elected, would finally put in an attorney general who would have the guts to simply put people in prison for crimes. They're now going to go after Donald Trump and his security footage at Mar-a-Lago after letting Hillary Clinton skate for deleting 40,000 emails that were under subpoena. Trust me, we don't want to prosecute innocent people. We want people who deserve to go to jail to go to jail, period. And if those people are Republicans, I'm certainly not saying

that about Donald Trump. But if those people who are scumbags, you won't find someone who hates Republicans more than me. I hate Republicans more than Democrats. Clip it. Whatever. Like, I hate Republicans more than Democrats because Democrats stab me in the face. At least I know where they're coming from. Republicans will stab me in the back. And I don't like that. They will betray me. So I had no problem with that. Throw the Republicans in jail who are criminals. But the inability to do that with Democrats, Sam Bankman freed to Hunter Biden, creates a major problem for me and a major disaster zone for Democrats were Republicans who have a set of balls in their shorts rolling around ever to get back into power.

You got a major issue here. This is why they're scared. And this is why the plea agreement fell apart, because that little carve out, the paragraph 15, as it's been now called, paragraph 15, was kept from the judge the entire time. And that carve-out immunizes Hunter Biden from any charges into the future. Man, we didn't even realize how sweet this was. What it was was a presidential pardon. This was a presidential pardon via the DOJ in order to insulate the political backlash of pardoning your own son's crimes. This is why it fell apart. Jonathan Turley explains more.

Again, reading from the transcript, Judge Noreika, have you ever seen a diversion agreement where the agreement not to prosecute is so broad that it encompasses crimes in a different case? Leah Wise, again for the prosecution, responds no. Was this an attempt, Jonathan, to try to slide that past the judge? I think that's, you can read between the lines that the judge was unpleasantly surprised at the location and the language of this immunity agreement. At first blush, it looked like they were giving immunity for everything from original sin to a deathbed confession. And so I think that the judge threw a flag on that and said, where does this come from? But the admissions of Weiss that, no, I've never seen anything like this before, is really just floors you.

I mean, because you have IRS whistleblowers saying they've never seen an investigation like this with so much interference and special dealing. You have the Department of Justice letting crimes lapse when they didn't have to. And now a prosecutor is just shrugging away a judge's question saying, well, have you ever seen anything like this? He's like, no, like he's some pedestrian in that courtroom. Whoa, no. I mean, if you read the transcripts they won't let cameras into the courtroom for obvious reasons you read the transcripts it's incredible the judge is like wait a second wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait it's truck month at gmc tackle the open road with added confidence in a 2025 sierra 1500

And I keep reminding them, look, if you've ever prosecuted a case are going to tell you that it's valid to bring in circumstantial evidence, because as in all evidence, you get to determine whether the weight and credibility of that evidence. But when you have the mounting stuff that we have on Joe Biden and Hunter Biden and the entire Biden crime family syndicate, you actually have high crimes and misdemeanors. And by the way, I always tell them, that isn't what the founders were saying. The founders defined a high crime as being a public

official who commits a breach of the public trust and is going to do so much damage. You can't wait till their term expires to remove them from office because they're going to add incredible damage to the country. Are we not there, Benny? I mean, have we not have we not hit that that that milestone? It seems to me we have. So leader of the leader of the Republican Party in the House, Speaker of the House, Kevin McCarthy, has now stated three times. We can rack them up three times. There must be an impeachment inquiry. Can you talk us through that process? Is that a full green light now? Well, he's walked it back. Again, every time he'll walk it back. But what an impeachment inquiry would do, it actually gives a broader subpoena authority to, in this instance, the House Judiciary Committee, because we're the committee that has jurisdiction. So we could bring in more people. We'd have more authority. And also,

Biden would have more due process. His attorney would be able to be involved. So you actually have this broader investigative authority, broader due process. And then we would determine in the committee after that impeachment inquiry, the committee would actually take a vote. Do we recommend impeachment? And you'd send that to the floor. And it seems to me we've reached the point where, well, I think we're well beyond the impeachment inquiry stage for multiple Biden officials. But but certainly Joe Biden has reached the stage. And it's at the end of the day. That's why you do the inquiry. At the end of the day, you don't get the votes. You haven't convinced enough people on that committee.

Then then you're done and you pull the plug on it. But that's that's that's where that's where you that's where you sit with that is that you you you cannot you can't wait and just say, OK, you guys keep doing this investigation. At some point, you have to do the inquiry where where you have the process. And McCarthy said it on Hannity and then walked it back the very next day this week. So so is it going to happen? I doubt it. I doubt it at this point. I mean, I'm pushing for it. Wow.

I think Jordan is pushing for it. There are many on our committee that are pushing for it. And the reason that it's so important is it actually is the process that the Democrats ignored. So we saw some Republican senators this week saying, oh, you know, the Democrats cheapened the impeachment process and we don't want to be like them. You know how they cheapened it? They didn't go into an impeachment inquiry process. They went straight for impeachment. Exactly.

So we would do this impeachment inquiry process. They didn't let Donald Trump's lawyers come in and sit there and question witnesses and everything like that. We would let that happen. That's what the inquiry process is about. And then when you do that, you don't cheapen the process. You actually race it back to the level of constitutional authority and due process. And then the appropriate committees get to say no or yes. And then you refer to the floor and you continue on. But the point is, that doesn't cheapen the process. An impeachment inquiry would actually reinstate the process that was bastardized by those bastards in the Democrat Party. It shocks the mind that people still to this very day think that we can link hands and sing Kumbaya, that these individuals care anything about the institutions themselves, about any type of legacy inside of the institutions or decorum. They don't give a damn about any of that. They're looking to tear the Supreme Court down brick by brick every single time they rule

against them. These people don't care. They're cultural Marxists. They want to burn the place to the ground. And anything that doesn't have direct ideological conformity goes out the window in the pursuit of power. And you saw that with two impeachments of Donald Trump. And I just can't fathom. I mean, at what time do Republicans understand what time it is and that like the use of raw power is the only thing that these people understand?

The Democrats took everything in our institution, not just this institution, by the way, in every institution, DOJ, FBI, education, military, everything. They took it and they ratcheted it. And if you want to ever get equilibrium again, you have to bring it back and show them what it's like when Republicans actually fight it out and give you what you got. And once we've given them what they gave to us, then it becomes, oh, they hate that. We hate it. We don't, I don't want to do that, but you have to do it because if you fail to do it, you will never move back to equilibrium where, where the,

the institutions can be trusted and Americans rights and freedoms are protected. We don't have that. And we're not going to get it saying, well, you know, hey, hey, let's, let's come together with the Democrats. This is a bipartisan bill. This is a bipartisan effort. Now, I know people want to run against me. And that's that, Benny, I've got people saying, oh, Andy, you're outrageous. They want to run against me because I say you have to hold them accountable, like held you accountable because they say we can't be like the Democrats. I'm not saying you be like the Democrats. I'm saying you give them the same accountability that they deserve. And then you will get equilibrium. Until then, it's going to stay over here.

You guys are, you guys, you're in bed with the Dems. I mean, stop it. We, we, we promised that we would fight on spending. If we can't do any, any other thing, let's at least fight on spending.
