Starting point is 00:00:00 Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. We have a very important show for you today. And I thought that I'd begin by just sort of setting the table for what we're going to try and do with this space in the future. We've been a breaking news and commentary channel for a very long time, and we're going to stay doing that. But there is a much deeper question that needs to be asked in our future. culture beyond just the what is happening. And the question that we need to start asking is, why is this happening? Is it the end of the world? Is there an Armageddon about to happen? What spiritual forces are moving in the world that's allowing for a bunch of women to surround
Starting point is 00:00:49 a child murderer and make her a hero? What happened with George Floyd or 9-11 or COVID or the Kennedy assassination or whatever, Pearl Harbor, Gulf of Tonkin, USS Maine. Name it all. Why are these things happening? What role do we have in history? How is this connected to the truth? Not a truth. The truth. Jelly roll is on jelly roll. Connecting jelly roll to the Gulf of Tonkin and CIA experiments, MK Ultra. But yeah, kind of actually it is kind of connected, isn't it? Jelly Roll this week trying to defend his Christian faith by saying, I'm going to speak my truth. No, pal. Okay?
Starting point is 00:01:40 No. And by the way, I'm going to stop using your preferred pronouns of jelly roll. You are now, and will forever be known as Olive Garden Breadstick. Or maybe French baguette. One of them. But the point is that let's. go a step below the what is happening into the why did this happen and connect that to the only thing that really ultimately matters, which is our souls. And what position do we play and what
Starting point is 00:02:12 role do we have in the kingdom of God and in the wheels that are turning right now? How do they relate to your relationship with the Great Beyond. What, you know, we have this de minimis, bleeding flash of a life that we get to live here. And we get to have to, we get to have a profound note that we get to play. If we can seize it that echoes into God's plan for mankind. kind. And the ultimate purpose of our lives should be to find that note. What is that? Well, we get an opportunity here. We have an audience. And we feel blessed for that every day. We're thankful for you. And we want to start having deeper conversations more than just the whole
Starting point is 00:03:13 flame thrower. And I love the flame thrower. Don't get me wrong. That's how we built the channel. we're never going to abandon it. But there are times where we need to like dig a little deeper. And today we're going to do that with George Floyd, one of the paramount mythoses of our time, and we're going to deconstruct it with two tau, a police officer who witnessed the entire thing and spent the last five years punished,
Starting point is 00:03:43 had his constitutional rights stripped away in order to favor the mob and mob justice antithetical to everything that this nation is founded upon, which is blind justice. If there's, I mean, if you could describe Western civilization in one sentence, what would it be? It's tough. But if you really put a gun to my head and you really force me to do it,
Starting point is 00:04:08 it would go like something like this. Justice to the innocent. Mercy to the innocent. Justice to the guilty. Punishment to the guilty. Something like that. that, some sort of permutation like that. Every system that we have, all of the rules, everything that is designed, the entire
Starting point is 00:04:36 architecture of what we live in and under, has been built in order to deliver a good life to innocent people, goodness and security to innocent people. We could get a lot better at that. But that is the tradeoff in society. that is why we trust a government to deliver those things. We're not going to have our lives destroyed. Or if somebody tries to destroy our lives, that they will be punished. And that will be a deterrent to evil people.
Starting point is 00:05:15 The government can have a monopoly on violence for that exact reason. And that is, I think, the bargain of Western civilization. There is no Western civilization without that. The other alternatives to that are blood guilt, tribal punishment, punishment by blood, punishment by genetics, or by past histories. That's how a lot of the world runs, certainly how the East, the Orient, the Middle East, all the way back to the Middle Ages. That's how people thought, and that's how they operated. But enlightened people look beyond that. You are, and of course this is based fundamentally upon Christendom.
Starting point is 00:06:06 And the Christian precepts of the Bible is why the founders ravenously studied numbers, Deuteronomy, and judges, and the laws of the Old Testament to try and figure out how to and of course Christ, how to establish a meritocracy, colorblind, and totally ambivalent to the sins of your fathers or mothers. but judging each individual as a soul that can make their own independent decisions and if you make a good decision that you'll be protected, if you make good decisions with your life,
Starting point is 00:06:40 you make bad decisions, you're with your life, you'll be punished. And that is, that system worked so well that every single human, if the gates were lowered on earth would flood our nation for the promise of that system. You can go to the majority of the world these days, China, India, the Middle East, and they still live in caste systems. They live under caste rule where you are born into your station.
Starting point is 00:07:19 You'll be judged by your station. You'll not be allowed to advance. You'll not be allowed to move. It is a system built on blood liable, and it's their system. And this is ultimately what we have to offer in our nation. Abandoning it, letting Lindsay Clancy go free, right? Like letting murderers walk free. Bastardizing what happened to George Floyd.
Starting point is 00:07:49 Punishing people that did not deserve punishment. Locking them away because the mob says so. Give us Barabbas is exactly what happened with George Floyd. And we'll prove it. And that's why it's so scary because it was a sledgehammer to the very basis of what we're attempting to preserve here, Western civilization. Fundamentally, it proved that we'd lost a lot. And we were at a scary precipice when Derek Chauvin and the other officers that were there that day were able to be severely punished. The officer who will be joining us in a minute.
Starting point is 00:08:34 Two Tao is his name. Spent five years in federal prison. We'll read you the charges. Just because he was there to witness a man who was overdosing severely on an enormous amount of deadly drugs, mainline narcotics. That man who had committed multiple crimes was a 30-time felon, had just committed a crime that day, had fought with the officers. The officers were attempting to restructing. him when the ambulance went to the wrong place. They were trying to hold him down. They'd called him an ambulance. The ambulance went to the wrong location. Therefore, they had to keep him in a hold for
Starting point is 00:09:18 much longer. But even the autopsy itself says that George Floyd was alive. When he got to the hospital, did you know that? Did you know that George Floyd was alive? That's according to the medical reports. Everything you know about George Floyd is a lie. And then we punished good men and good police officers who did nothing wrong, did their jobs. We punish them because the mom said we gave them blood guilt. We said, because you were wearing this uniform at this time, it is irrelevant that you have innocent actions. We are going to call you guilty in spite of the fact that you did nothing wrong. We're going to call you guilty because people who live miserable lives want to burn down our country, will keep burning the country down, and we're scared of them.
Starting point is 00:10:09 and so therefore we'll give them Barabbas. It was the, it's the worst thing that I've ever seen in my country. And that I think maybe is like the opening as to why this is so important and why we're going to keep talking about this overdose that happened, that changed the world near, that cost you your nation, nearly brought down the whole country. Why is this so profoundly important to continue to discuss? us. That's why. That's why. A sledgehammer to the foundation stone of Western civilization. And it's time for us to start talking a little more about it. Today is September 3rd,
Starting point is 00:10:59 2026. And it's precisely what we're going to do. Jay-D. Vance will be live, I guess, as the new press secretary at the White House. Very interesting. I guess we'll be live with him later today. So keep that in your calendar book. That'll happen at 1 o'clock. But ladies and gentlemen, two Tao joins the, we'll be joining the show today. I want to cover just a few very quick things before we jump to our guest.
Starting point is 00:12:26 And I want to just establish a few things as just a matter of historic fact and it deserves being said. And then I'm really excited to talk to Tutow. One, George Floyd died of a drug overdose. This is a matter of the historic record. You can see it in the actual autopsy. you can see that he had he had enough mainline narcotics in his bloodstream
Starting point is 00:12:51 in order to put a horse down. And George Floyd, based on the actual blood samples that they took at the hospital, arrived at the hospital alive. George Floyd also, and here is the actual Henamp and Pounde Accountant Medical Examiner's Autopsy Report.
Starting point is 00:13:13 You can read it for yourself and weep Hopefully you don't weep because there's nothing to weep about here. It's just the facts. George Floyd was put in a hold after he was attacking the police officers that were trying to assist him that day and save his life. The officers there were trying to save George Floyd's life. There's never been a greater inversion of truth and justice than in these cases. The officers were there to save George. George was a lifelong felon.
Starting point is 00:13:44 George put a gun to a pregnant woman's breast. belly. George Floyd was not a good person. He had a very long rap sheet. And by all intense, I mean, if my rules were in play, then if you've entered the prison system multiple times for violent crimes, you should just get a life sentence. I think this would solve 99. Data shows that this would solve 99% of the crimes. Enter the prison. Three, three strikes you're out. You just get a life sentence. You're going to be in turn for the rest. We're not going to allow you to continue to terrorize the rest of the population. Maximum sentences, life, I'm telling you, I'm going to fight for the rest of my life
Starting point is 00:14:21 to pass legislation like that. That just goes, three strikes, you're out. That's enough. Because what we know is that recidivists will continue to offend and offend and offend, and that the vast majority of crime is actually people that have just committed multiple crimes in a row. if you were to lock up one to two percent of society and throw away the key,
Starting point is 00:14:45 you would solve all crime. And so why should the rest of us live under the tyranny, not of the top 1%, but at the bottom 1%. George Floyd, in that system, you'd never have been allowed to walk, wandered the streets freely again, but what was he doing that day? He was committing crimes.
Starting point is 00:15:00 He was trying to pass fake bills and a store. That's illegal. Got called. And then he started to behave extremely erratically. I started to yell and scream at the police officers. We have some of the footage here, Klein, pop it up. And you can see it. It's all available on the body cams. And so what happened next?
Starting point is 00:15:26 Derek Chauvin put George Floyd in a approved hold because George Floyd continued to be a danger to himself. They called an ambulance for George Floyd. They were waiting on the ambulance. The ambulance went to the wrong location. And cost them many minutes. The ambulance was only supposed to be two minutes away. It took him nine minutes to get there.
Starting point is 00:15:49 The knee was not on George Floyd's neck, was on his shoulder blade. And all available medical examinations for the George Floyd died of an extreme stress to his aorta and to his arterial system based on the obscene amount of narcotics that were pouring through his body. This is what happens. You end up blowing your aorta in a situation like this, and if you are under stress, and if you are committing crimes, and what did this create? Well, it created the greatest social contagion we've seen in our lifetime. The BLM riots, of course, spreading across the nation.
Starting point is 00:16:34 We just witnessed COVID, and this isn't a map of COVID. This is actually a map of the BLM riots. But it was all a lie. All of these international protests, all of the convictions, everything was a lie. Derek Chauvin is now asking the state to overturn his conviction just based completely on procedural grounds that there was never even a grand jury. Ladies and gentlemen, Chauvin seeks dismissal charges in bombshell filing alleging unlawful and fraudulent to conduct. Derek Chauvin was stabbed at 22 times in federal prison by BLM inmate. It's a miracle that he's still alive.
Starting point is 00:17:17 Ladies and gentlemen, it's, uh, something that I don't think anybody is properly talked about and it's something that again we brought up last week which was that George Floyd was alive when he got to the hospital.
Starting point is 00:17:38 How can you charge somebody with murderer when the blood samples from George Floyd that were taken at the hospital proved that he was alive hours after he arrived. The entire story is a lie. And in order to perpetrate
Starting point is 00:17:56 and continue that lie, because of course they can't just admit that they lied, they have to put innocent people in prison. And this is how it always happens. Of course, it happens in major Marxist revolutions throughout the world. This is how it always happens. You lock up the people that were trying to help. Go look at what Stalin did to all the people that tried to, that helped him get into power. Kill them all, right?
Starting point is 00:18:20 It always goes this way. Former Minneapolis police officers, Tutow and Jay Alexander Kung, sentenced to prison for depriving George Floyd of his constitutional rights. Huh? What? This makes no sense. What do you mean constitutional rights? They were trying to help George Floyd.
Starting point is 00:18:43 They were the only people trying to help George Floyd. George Floyd's family wasn't there to help. His roommates weren't there to help. The guy dealing him drugs wasn't there to help. The people that spiraled George Floyd into addiction and into a life of crime weren't there to help. They were the ones who were depriving George Floyd of his rights. The people facilitating the destruction of his life. If anything, these officers were the ones who were there to help.
Starting point is 00:19:09 They were the only ones that were trying to help. And they were the ones punished. Officer Tutow was finally released from prison after 57 months, four years and nine months. His federal sentence was three and a half years for violating the civil rights of George Floyd. Both sentences ran concurrently. A two-tow walked out of federal prison not long ago. And he's been telling his story fearlessly.
Starting point is 00:19:47 He is a Christian man. He is someone who has shown enormous strength in the face of these heinous lies. It was our honor to have him on the program today to elucidate for us further. What comes next from how important this moment is? Please welcome Tutau. A Tutu, welcome to the program. It's an honor to have you. Thank you, Benny, for having me and having to courage to cover this and speak truth. Well, I wasn't there, but we all, every person in America witnessed the aftermath of this. And everybody said, something's not right here. And then when they saw what the justice system did to you and your fellow officers, it really made people
Starting point is 00:20:40 start to question, what is happening here? And now that you can see plainly, the full sequence and timeline of events, I view this as the greatest miscarriage of justice, certainly in my lifetime. And it is a blight on our nation. And so I'd love to have you on. I just, I wanted you on to clear the record, right? Maybe we can just start from the beginning. And you could describe to us what exactly happened that day with George Floyd? Well, we heard a call on a radio to rookie officers, radio that they're taking somebody out. That's just normal procedure for us.
Starting point is 00:21:21 It's just to go and help them out because you don't know what's going to happen. As we make our way there, we do understand that this is a well-known area for gang members to hang around. So it was important for us to continue on to ensure that these officers could complete their arrest and there would be any issues. So that's how we got involved. So the moment we arrived, they were already dealing with him and trying to get him to squat. He's resisting. So that's the scene that we're being set up as is we're going in there and we're seeing them struggling with a person.
Starting point is 00:22:02 and they're trying to arrest. And as officers, that's just our natural response, is to assist in whatever way we can. We're going to act in good faith. Of course. I mean, because if somebody, and I guess you didn't have a drug test at that point, but we've all seen the body cam footage.
Starting point is 00:22:19 George Floyd is not in his right mind. He's not behaving like a normal person. He's not complying. He's fighting. He's resisting. He's aggressive. He's a pretty big dude. And he's a threat to himself.
Starting point is 00:22:29 I mean, he's clearly injuring himself and those around him. Right. And so restraint is actually a way to help George Floyd, not to hurt George Floyd. Is that correct? That's correct. That's our department policy that's been taught over decades of what we're supposed to do. What we're dealing with is possible what we call excited delirium. And that is our job is try to restrain him and keep him restrained until medical, the personnel can get there and apply ketamine to the person to sedate. him because the last thing we want is for him to run around in traffic, fight with us, or even, God forbid, assault bystanders. So our job is to keep him restrained in that position until medical professionals arrive to sedate him and to keep him from going. Two and five Canadians will hear the words, you have cancer. That's why every step and dollar
Starting point is 00:23:28 raised matters. On September 19th, joined thousands in Toronto. for the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation Walk. Register today at pmcfwalk.ca. Going into a potential heart attack issue
Starting point is 00:23:54 or any other medical issues. We've seen just this week, a woman that was shot by office, in the middle of Times Square because she wasn't restrained and she was attacking the officers and those around her. She actually ended up killing a woman with a knife. And this is what happens when you can't restrain someone. And they're out of their minds. They can do horrible damage to people.
Starting point is 00:24:16 It actually saves. If she was restrained, her life would have been saved and they wouldn't have had to use deadly force. So again, you were helping George Floyd by trying to restrain him in that state. Yes, absolutely. We're trying to save his life, not kill him. anything. This is something that we've done with many, many people and law enforcement have done for years is to restrain these people so that medical professionals can come in and assist so that we can save their life and give them into the hospital as soon as possible.
Starting point is 00:24:50 Now, you called the ambulance. So it's like the officers weren't there to hurt George Floyd. You were trying to help George Floyd. The ambulance had been called as it has been reported by Alpha News, that is my source for this. And I know them to be very credible. The ambulance went to the wrong location and prolonged your time restraining George Floyd. Is this correct? Yeah, it sounded like the medical professionals, it took the wrong turn. And they just didn't get there fast enough. And we were essentially at the mercy how fast we can get there. We were expecting that there'd be there pretty quickly since you got a fire department that's nearby and the hospital isn't that far away. So there was kind of a strange delay.
Starting point is 00:25:40 So that delay, I'm not applying malice to that in any, you know, in any way, officer. I'm just saying that these are the kind of things that sometimes happen. It's too bad. But you, but just the action of calling the ambulance. meant you want that that intent is to help George not to harm him and then the hold itself on George that became quite famous. This was an approved. This was an approved hold by the official Minneapolis Police Department.
Starting point is 00:26:13 Is this correct? It's absolutely correct. I've had it done to me and I'm here talking to you today. We've done it to each other in training. So this is not something that was unusual to anyone who's been in law enforcement. And that is a hold that, of course, would not result in death for anyone who is of sound composure and sound mind and in a healthy condition, in a healthy state. Is that correct? That's correct.
Starting point is 00:26:47 It's the pretty much it's considered bodily force. It's the lowest form of fiscal force. when dealing with a person is bodily force. It doesn't get any lower than that other than giving up and walking away. And so you were, so George Floyd had to be restrained because he was behaving criminally and aggressively and dangerously to himself. The restraint was mercy to George Floyd to keep him from doing something that could have truly horribly injured himself or those around him.
Starting point is 00:27:18 The restraint was lawful and legal. your actions were to consistently help George Floyd by calling for an ambulance for him. And the ambulance arrived and there was no delay. You got him in for medical attention and assistance. Is this correct? Yeah, we did. We got him in there. Unfortunately, the, and I'm not going to fault the medical personnel.
Starting point is 00:27:45 They probably did the right thing is they didn't feel it was safe enough to be there to administer, medical attention to him because of the rowdy crowd and they felt threatened. So they had to actually move a few blocks away before they could even start medical attention on him. And there are reports of some of the potential, I think it's the defibrillator potentially malfunctioning, but there was some medical, again, I'm not attributing malice to any of this. It is just what happens. This is a high intensity profession.
Starting point is 00:28:17 Things do go wrong and it's totally unintentional. But the delay in the ambulance and then potentially some of the equipment malfunctions may have also accelerated George Floyd's passing. And that's just the way that it goes in these situations. And then also, of course, the drug use is something that also accelerates and causes real chaos in these kind of situations. I'm sure you've seen this before with drug abusers, yes? Yes, we deal with us pretty much on a daily basis, especially the area we worked as just drug abusers and drug dealing. So this was not anything unusual.
Starting point is 00:29:04 It's just kind of a normal call for us. That's why you see us as we're on the scene as we're all acting like this is just kind of a normal call. Correct. And final question before we fast forward into more recent. recent news, you were, you were simply present there that day and you were just there as assistance, correct? You had been called in as a reinforcement, right? As a supporting officer. We were backup officers to the primary officers who were their workies. And our job is just to assist.
Starting point is 00:29:37 And for me, I did not touch Floyd. And my job there at the moment was to deal with the crowd control. And the crowd was kind of building up a bit. So my job was just to be to deal with the crowd and ensure that the officers can do their work. So you didn't even touch George Floyd? Nope, I didn't touch George Floyd. And I just want to know a little bit. There is another officer who's across the street was basically doing the same thing. And obviously he wasn't charged.
Starting point is 00:30:11 So I think a lot of it is who was on the video and who the might. wanted. Okay. So now we fast forward. So I just want to establish that bedrock of the facts of what happened that day. Have I missed anything, officer? No. Okay. So fast forward, you get charged with depriving George Floyd of his constitutional rights. There was not a grand jury. The attorney general of the state of Minnesota actually sat in on these charges and brought these charges, which is very uncommon and extremely unusual. And I've read through the indictment. I've put it up on screen. And for the life of me, I can't make any sense of it. Because I can't see a single crime that you actually committed. Could you help me try and understand how anybody could rightly
Starting point is 00:31:16 not just charge you, but then indict you and then find you guilty in this scenario. Well, I mean, I'll just kind of back up a little bit and clarify a few things here is the state where there was pressure from Tim Walts and Keith Ellison and then Attorney General Mike Freeman. And apparently they all wanted us and they wanted to placate to the mob that we all. all needed to be charged. And so Mike Freeman, he gave the, the, uh, the power and authority to Keith Ellison and Keith Ellison took over. And of course, uh, both of them usurped at the, uh, and skipped at the grand jury process. Uh, because facts kind of got in the way of, uh, kind of getting a way of a good judicial and So they didn't want, in my opinion, they didn't want to present the full facts of grand jury because we would not have been charged.
Starting point is 00:32:27 Of course. The information that you just got right there, they would have given it to a grand jury and there would have been no charges. But of course, the fast kind of got in the way. So the county attorney and Keith Ellison decided they're going to just usurp the grand jury process and just. and just charge us, basically violating all our civil rights. Of course. Yes. It is why this is a black Sabbath on the American justice system, the inversion of justice,
Starting point is 00:33:03 the perversion of all that our system rests upon, which is blind justice, mercy to the innocent, and punishment to the guilty. This is the total and complete inversion of that. This is give us Barabbas. This is mob rule. Because what you, I mean, if we just established the facts, officer, like Tutow, what you did was regular earnest police work in the assistance of saving George Floyd's life. And you were convicted of that. How could any, I mean, just sorry for the grandiose question here, but how could any officer ever do police work ever again?
Starting point is 00:33:44 if what you did was criminal. I mean, I can't imagine if I were in the state or working in Minneapolis, I can't imagine wanting to work there. I mean, you have a mayor and a city council that is hostile to you. The mayor will play theatrics for a little bit, pretend like you're supporting you. Then we'll be more unhappy to stab you in the back when it's politically convenient. And then you have a city politics environment that just hates their police.
Starting point is 00:34:11 So it is almost impossible. you kind of have to be a little crazy to want to stay and work there, or you just must really love the city that you work in and want to help people, even though they might not want that help. You called this a high-profile lynching, which I agree with. And again, with the total Twilight Zone dark side inversion of what's going on here, you know, everybody else was claiming that what you did that day was racist.
Starting point is 00:34:49 In fact, you were the only people there to help George Floyd. You were trying to save his life. It's the opposite of racism. What they did to you was an actual lynching. Yeah. I mean, they didn't care about evidence.
Starting point is 00:35:03 The only thing they wanted was a bunch of scalps of four police officers so they can say that they did something and placate to the mob. and we know that was an election year. And so that's always going to be a race is always going to be brought up during those years. So then you suffered for this, even though they totally deprived you of your constitutional rights. You didn't get a grand jury. You didn't get a jury of your peers. We looked through some of the jurors who were openly bragging about how,
Starting point is 00:35:44 they lied to get on that jury, they were George Floyd activists and got on that jury to convict you. You have been completely railroaded by a system that was designed entirely just to punish you as an innocent man. Yeah. I mean, that was their whole intent is, you know, you have the media, you have, you have the state government, and then you have your own bosses. to stab you in the back.
Starting point is 00:36:18 And then you have the Biden DOJ come in and just the stomp on you as well. I mean, no one in that environment could possibly defend themselves fully. And that's what we had to face five years ago was to deal with that impossible task, having all our rights violated, having all evidence ignored, So one thing to have the state do this, Tim Walls obviously had aspirations for higher office. He ended up running for vice president. It's a totally different thing to have the feds come in over the top. The feds come in over the top when they draw on them in situations like this to make a political statement.
Starting point is 00:37:05 What is your experience? What was your experience with the Biden DOJ and how they handled this? I don't really have high views of the Biden, DOJ. it was just pretty much just piling on at that point. Their lawyers just basically lied the entire time and pretended like evidence didn't matter. And they're just dependent on the fear tactics to the jurors and having them fear for their safety in their life.
Starting point is 00:37:44 And as soon as the kind of recalled the federal trials, as soon as the body cams are being displayed and showed, many of them actually started, many of the jurors, the jury juror pool started falling behind a little bit and people started getting out. There was even some that said, I can't convict these guys or else I might lose my job. That's very interesting. I haven't heard that. We've tried to study this case. You're saying that jurors had crises of conscience. and said you're innocent and began to bow out? Yeah, there was at least one specific. I can't convict these guys. Wow.
Starting point is 00:38:28 And so they had to remove himself. That could have been the one saving... Two and five Canadians will hear the words, you have cancer. That's why every step and dollar raised matters. On September 19th, joined thousands in Toronto for the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation. walk. Challenge yourself, friends, and family to walk 21 kilometers in support of life-saving research.
Starting point is 00:38:53 Together, we can carry the fire and help create a world free from the fear of cancer. Register today at pmcfwalk.ca.ca.c.a. grace that we could have had in our trials, but, you know, a lot of them were just too fearful to acquit us. And some of them, at least one, at least one, was a George Floyd activist marching with shirts that say no knee on my neck all through Washington, D.C. And he served on those trials. And he openly bragged that he was able
Starting point is 00:39:26 to sneak himself onto the jury. So it just seems like to me, and I'm no lawyer, but I have been reading up on Derek Chauvin and how he is planning on how his lawyers have filed to fight this, it seems like you were egregiously deprived of your rights
Starting point is 00:39:43 and that you and innocent man were punished by a, system and the mob for political purposes. Do you plan on taking any action against those who did this to you? It seems like you have quite a legal basis, a constitutional, almost responsibility to do this. Yeah, I mean, I'll weigh my options on what should I do next, you know, but I don't know exactly at the moment what the option is. I mean, here in Minnesota, there seems to be some sort of like good old boy.
Starting point is 00:40:17 club and wish they kind of protect themselves. So it's a kind of a battle that we'll have to kind of analyze a little bit. Okay. It would, I mean, I read through Derek Chauvin's legal filings. I mean, it's these procedural grounds depriving you of a grand jury. Yeah, finding jurors who were clearly biased against the case and maybe intentionally biased against the case to deliver a result. And then the obscenity of just the charges themselves just seems like such a fertile ground for a mistrial or for a lawsuit against the state or the federal government, frankly. And you certainly have the people on your side. I mean, I will say, I will say that. People have woken up to what happened to you. Yeah. And I appreciate the support.
Starting point is 00:41:12 I know a lot of people supported. And now the truth is coming out. and I'm going to keep talking the truth and speaking the truth. They don't want us to exercise our First Amendment right to speak. That's something that I'm going to keep on doing. So they're terrified that you would get out of jail alive. They tried to kill Derek Chauvin in prison. I think they've done this a couple of times. I think that they're very worried that you're going to get out and start telling the truth like you're doing right now.
Starting point is 00:41:47 Can you tell me about your time in prison? Did you face the same style threats that Derek Chauvin has faced? Yeah, literally the first day. A attempt was made on my life. So it shows you that apparently somebody had tipped them off. Later on I talked to an inmate and they said, yeah, we knew months in advance where you came that you were coming, which is kind of a coincidence because I only knew weeks before. So obviously somebody had tipped them off.
Starting point is 00:42:18 And, you know, state, in my opinion, state actors likely tip them off because they want to eliminate me. They don't want me to exercise my first amendment, right? To speak out and expose all the corruption that occurred in the case. Can you describe this attempt on your life? Yeah, I was in my cell with a cellmate and he left. left and then and I before then prior there's inmates say hey just let you know that there's there's the we're kind of concerned for you there's talk about people wanting to take you up and so I was tipped off a little bit but I wasn't expecting it to occur that day and the first
Starting point is 00:43:05 literally first as soon as he left masked inmates come in and and try to fight with me and drag me out into a different room I'm pretty sure they weren't going to invite me to have a card game. They made it quite clear that they're going to take me to a different room and likely to eliminate me. So I'm not surprised that what happened to Derek. Did you call for help? Did somebody assist? Did any of the officers there at the prison intervene? This was kind of very early in the morning, probably five in the morning, six in the morning. So, you know, the guards were kind of far away. I'm kind of in a further cell from the guards there. So I mean, obviously, I fought and sustained some injuries. But I was able to offend them off. Did this continue to
Starting point is 00:44:08 happen to you while you were incarcerated? And you were in federal prison? And, please help me with this. Were you in federal prison or state prison? Federal prison. Yes. So I think the prison officials realized that they weren't able to keep me safe because this occurred literally the first day. So they actually, luckily, you know, by the province of God,
Starting point is 00:44:35 that I was in the hospital prison. So they moved me into the hospital side of the prison, kind of shielding me away from the, general population. Because the first day you were there, a mob tried to murder you in the morning. Yeah, essentially. Do you believe that that was an order potentially that was given? Do you believe that there was a higher up that said, we should not let these men get out of prison alive?
Starting point is 00:45:07 I mean, it's the first, literally the first day. Everybody knows that I'm coming before I haven't come. And then, you know, and I'll just note later on that Derek Chauvin's case, Attorney General Keith Ellison, a state official knew beforehand before anyone else, even Derek's family and his lawyer, that Derek had been, a temp was made on his life. So I find that kind of suspicious that Attorney General Keith Ellison would know this stuff. Yeah. Yes. There are too many very strange things that have happened in Minnesota to ignore. I mean, honestly, there are a lot of unanswered questions about murders in Minnesota with connections to Tim Walz that have never been explained. It doesn't, don't make any sense. But this, of course, would be a terrifying result for them if you were to come out and actually tell the truth about what happened or potentially even take. large-scale legal action against them. You're a huge, you're a huge liability. So in the commitments of any crime, you have to ask who benefits, and the state would clearly benefit to having you dead. Absolutely. You know, people often say, ask me, too, you're just an officer doing
Starting point is 00:46:35 crime control. How are you charged? I mean, none of you guys should be charged, but how are you charge. Well, it's because quite frankly, I was a terrible witness for the prosecutor and they needed somehow get rid of me. So is my belief that they, the only way they could get rid of me is one to eliminate me, to bribe me or to imprison me. So, you know, that's my belief is they charged me because they, they couldn't afford for me to testify in Derek Chauvin's, case. So it's because you refused to testify against Derek Chauvin or you weren't, you weren't willing to lie or get bribed on behalf of the state, on behalf of the BLM mob. You refused that bribe and that coercion. And so then they went after you. Is that how it worked? Yeah, I mean, so as soon as it happened, we, uh, we voluntarily, I did a voluntary interview with
Starting point is 00:47:37 Minnesota BCA, they're the investigating agency and the statewide. And a part of their questioning, as a police officer, I kind of have a good feel for how investigation should go and how these questions should be asked. And I could give feel for what they were asking. And obviously, it wasn't, they didn't seem very interested in fact finding. That's what investigation is fact finding. It was more a narrative questions. that they were looking for. And I wasn't answering the questions in the way that perhaps prosecutors would want it if they're looking to judicially lynch Derek. So they would, but then they would have a general idea of what I would testify to. And so being a witness
Starting point is 00:48:30 that is difficult for their case, they would need to somehow get rid of me somehow. And that's why I believe they charged me. I think that's pretty obvious if you just kind of look at the three or the couple original Henry County Attorney Generals that were on their cases. They stepped out out of the case as soon as we were charged. I guess I can believe what I'm hearing. But on another hand, I can't because it's so much. malevolent and it is so rotted and so corrupted. And it seems like it branched out into every agency
Starting point is 00:49:15 or every independent element that it was supposed to protect you. So the prosecution, realizing that you would give the testimony that you gave 20 minutes ago on this show, saying, hey, listen, this was regular police work. We wanted nothing to do other than to assist in the saving of George Floyd's life. None of this was. incorrect or improper. All of it was in the service of our uniform. And that would have been devastating to a jury and to the defense, or sorry, to the prosecution of Derek Chauvin.
Starting point is 00:49:54 It would have been very helpful to the defense of Derek Chauvin. So they took you off the board. Is that what you're saying? Yeah. I mean, they, you could just see in 2020 hindsight now is everybody in our police department, to testify to that this wasn't trained. I would have testified this was in fact trained. In fact, I have pictures in my academy because doing this.
Starting point is 00:50:19 So I would be contrary to what the official city of Minneapolis narrative would be. So in many ways, I would have to be getting rid of somehow. So they got rid of you by bringing these charges and then then, and then judicially lynching you as well? Absolutely. Profoundly. What do you do in the face of such evil? You have your faith.
Starting point is 00:50:51 You are a Christian. Is this how you survived? Absolutely. If it wasn't for Jesus Christ, I wouldn't be here. I mean, it was because of this is that I was saved. So this is for, forever going to be ingrained in my memory and is only by the grace of God that I'm standing here with you speaking to you and speaking truth.
Starting point is 00:51:17 Were you a Christian, were you a Christian before all of this happened to you? Or did you find your faith through all this? You know, I grew up in a Christian family, but I left the church as soon as I could. And I just was never really interested in religion. I was more interested in other things. And this is because of this, it brought me close to Jesus and to know him who he is. That is something that I can remember for eternity and be thankful for. And so this entire, this incarceration and then this process of vicious attacking
Starting point is 00:52:02 and malevolent attacking by the state, this brought you the closest you've ever been to your faith, this re-baptized you into your faith and brought you closer to Jesus Christ. Is this correct? Yes, absolutely. It shows that the faith I have in Jesus is genuine and I can, and having to endure through this and having him with me and guiding me and comforting me as we're going through this difficult situation. The promise isn't to remove us out of the situation in, but the promise is to be with us wherever we go. And that was the promise I held on to, and that's a promise I will continue
Starting point is 00:52:46 holding out to. What happens next for you, Tutow? Are you going to move to Florida and take the bonus for being a cop that moves to Florida? You're welcome here. Anytime. We would love to have you here in Tampa. They have a robust and great police department here. I've always thought about if I ever finished law enforcement, I would retire down in Florida. Perhaps it might be a little earlier than I anticipate. But at the moment, I'm just focused on being a father and trying to raise my kids, right, and give them Christian principles and teaching them to be good stewards and a good follower of Jesus. uses and that's what I'm focusing on right now.
Starting point is 00:53:38 How should we remember George Floyd? He doesn't get talked about much anymore because it's no longer politically expedient. You almost never hear. It's all you could hear about for a little while. And then as soon as it was unnecessary to talk about George Floyd, nobody ever talked about him again. How should we remember this time in American history? Yeah, I wish we could just erase this whole. thing and forget about it, but it's hard to forget about it. And it changed the direction of our
Starting point is 00:54:11 country and it changed the direction of the world. I know people often ask, what do you think about all the statues and marrows? And I often say, it's demonic. It's satanic that they would celebrate these people who weren't exactly the great contributors to our society. Yeah, he was, I acknowledge he was a human being, but at the same time, we cannot acknowledge that the wrong that occurred here six years ago. So he shouldn't, he shouldn't be lift up as some American idol or American figure as the, other side likes to remove our statues and our history and replace it with bizarre figures. I think we need to go back and embrace the history of our nation and how it was found.
Starting point is 00:55:19 It wasn't perfect, but it's the most perfect nation on this planet. venerating the lowest cast of society, which are criminals who die of drug overdoses, trying to harm themselves and others, that's a lost society. We should want for better heroes. And we have better heroes. And you're exactly right. It is, of course, and it always has been, the raising up of false idols has always been a demonic practice. especially if those idols are meant to sink the human soul, or based entirely on preposterous...
Starting point is 00:56:05 Two and five Canadians will hear the words, you have cancer. That's why every step and dollar-raised matters. On September 19th, join thousands in Toronto for the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation walk. Challenge yourself, friends, and family to walk 21 kilometers in support of life-saving research. Together, we can carry the fire and help create a world free from the fear of cancer.
Starting point is 00:56:31 Register today at pmcf walk.ca.ca. Lies, which is what all of this is based on. Everything that happened to you is a lie, all of it. What would be your message to President Trump? Would you like a pardon from the DOJ? Would you like for them to revisit this? Perhaps you're not going to bring some billion-dollar wrongful prosecution. lawsuit, but something can happen internally, right, like against government weaponization.
Starting point is 00:57:03 Would you encourage that? Yeah, absolutely. I think where we all love this, our criminal convictions to go. Yeah, absolutely. I think it needs to be revisited again. And I think there should be a investigation into civil rights violations. And who knew when and where, where, and what time. Because obviously, there was a lot of misconduct that occurred in this case.
Starting point is 00:57:37 And I think it needs to be revisited and investigated to its fullest extent. You know, you can't leave this case a stain on the history of our nation of judicial lynching of four police officers. Yes. The profound evil of all this and the signal that it sends that police officers should be scared to do police work, that no good man should ever want to be a police officer because this can happen to you, that the system is more powerful than justice, right or wrong, darkness and light. It is so important to tell the truth on all of this. I know that your team has encouraged us to put up this link. So let's put this up. It's called the fall of Minneapolis regarding the case of Tutau and his fellow officers. This is from Alpha News, an incredible website, news site in Minnesota. And the link is in the description here. And so they are so that and also they're lying the media of the left and the death of George Floyd.
Starting point is 00:58:50 And any parting thoughts, any parting perhaps uplifting? I'm thinking everybody's Christianity is an uplifting religion. And there have been a lot of great Christians and martyrs and people who've been persecuted for their faith that have gone through a lot. And they remain boastful in Christ through it all. perhaps like I'll get, you know, perhaps the final word here, uh, uh, to town. You know, I just, I just want to remind, uh, you know, all Jesus followers and, and all patriots really is our, you know, responsibility to, you know, ensure that the, uh, our nation remains, uh, fertile as far as the, how our children can
Starting point is 00:59:39 practice their, their faith and, and how it could mature. And I think it's, uh, important for, uh, all of us who are believers to continually not stay in a church in our holy huddles, but to go out in the world and serve Jesus by not leaving the places where he's put us, whether that be in politics or whether that be in the schools or whether that be in government or private companies. I would encourage all. Christians to be the light of the world in wherever God has put you. Yes, let that light shine.
Starting point is 01:00:24 Don't put it under a bushel. Don't hide it. Put it up on a stand and let people see it. And so many other people would be scared for their lives, scared to speak out against the state and the powers of the state, especially a state as evil as levelant as Minnesota. But you are doing exactly that. And so we're honored to have you on the show.
Starting point is 01:00:47 And we hope that you'll return. And we hope, of course, for Providence for you, your family. We'll pray for you and your children. Here is the documentary that I think you are featured in pretty prominently. The fall of Minneapolis. We encourage everyone to watch it. To hear more of a two-tow story and his fellow officers. And to pray for justice in this moment.
Starting point is 01:01:13 It's important for all this. It's important for the soul of the country. Thank you, Tutow. Thank you. Thank you, Betty, for having me. Godspeed. I would argue this. Probably the most important interview we've done on this program.
Starting point is 01:01:38 And we want to do more. We want this to be what the show is about. We want us to be what we are building here. It is a place to deconstruct the lies that we have been told, but also then to construct. a better nation. And we can do both. Ladies and gentlemen,
Starting point is 01:01:59 that's incredibly profound. All right. That's it. We have obviously a lot to think about when it comes to that. A lot to clip and get up. I think it's an important day to
Starting point is 01:02:19 tell the truth. Every day is an important day to tell the truth. Every day is an important day to tell the truth. man that was remarkable could you imagine like going through what they went to what what he what tutel went through and then maintaining your faith and maintaining your stiff upper lip and then coming out like a federal prison swinging they try to take your life oh crazy uh the power of Christianity right the power of christiandom the power of having like these kind of things break men that have nothing else to live for, nothing else in their foundation. And that is what we are going to reorient our show constantly towards as best as we can.
Starting point is 01:03:08 We will talk about the what is happening. We will be a breaking news source for you. We will talk about what is happening in the world. But we want to get down into the lower levels and the bedrock of why are these things happening. And that's going to be work that we're very, very proud of, with you gentlemen. Speaking of bedrock, advantage of gold can be a bedrock for you financially. They're a partner of the show, and they are a bedrock for us and our diversified accounts. Just a little bit of gold can make sure that you are set for whatever.
Starting point is 01:03:43 The wins of the financial changes have for all of us. A wild and accelerated time period we are living through. Things are inflating. gas prices are too high, grocery prices are too high. Diversify into gold today. Text Benny to 85545. Benny to 85545. Starting point is 01:04:09 Text Benny to 85545. Get your free gold investment kit today or advantage gold. Ladies and gentlemen, all right. This sort of comes on the heels of Minneapolis bloodbath, Minneapolis shooter who murdered to two before being found dead is pictured after bloodbath links impending eviction from apartment suspected mass shooter in Minneapolis yesterday you know people just glaze over because Minneapolis Chicago these cities never used to be like this Minneapolis used to be very peaceful probably like the most peaceful and harmonious city in all of America this is why they
Starting point is 01:04:45 airdropped so many Somalis into that place because they thought it could absorb them and little did they know that the third world is not a place. The third world is a people. Something important. I should put that on a t-shirt. Something important to understand. Three dead, including gunmen, three officers injured in Minneapolis shooting. Seven people brought to hospitals. Massive enforcement response launched. What's going to happen when you treat people just men this way in your city? This is what's going to happen. You could see how this is torn Minneapolis is under. God doesn't.
Starting point is 01:05:26 It's very interesting studying the Old Testament. God curses places. There are places that God curses. He puts curses on certain. I'm not sure that Minneapolis rises to the level of an Old Testament curse just yet, but he curses places. There are lands, cities that will get smote by God, be turned into salt by pillars of fire. sulfur from the air.
Starting point is 01:05:59 Now, it's very interesting. Make sure you are not living in an accursed place. Ladies and gentlemen. What will be the balance of power in the midterm? Some very uplifting. ALX, grab me those. I got it. Grab him the polls from this morning.
Starting point is 01:06:16 Very interesting polls. Goodness. Really exciting stuff. Here we go. This is the balance of power. for the midterms. It has now swung. Many polls showing it will, it is swinging in the direction of Republicans. This is a very interesting spread here, not exactly what I wanted, like, as a, as a poll, but fine. There's a, there's a, there's a 35% chance that you'll get a Republican Senate and a Democrat
Starting point is 01:06:52 House was pretty high. Democrat sweep is also high. But I'm seeing some recent polling here from Harvard Harris that is really positive. Alex, there's more to this, please. Would you mind digging down into? Like the Harvard Harris polling from last night is showing a potential congressional majority for Republicans. And this tends to happen. Republicans tend to go on vacation during the summer. They have lives.
Starting point is 01:07:24 they live out there like they have children they take us on they take them on vacation and they sort of like unlink and unlock during the summer we see this in our viewership trends and things like that the republicans live lives right and so the summer tends to be a run-up time for democrats to sort of like run rampant because this is all that they do and they don't have other things to live for and then republicans tend to lock back in and to absorb information during during the fall and then you start getting better polling results. I'm going to be immovable here. I'm going to want those Harvard Harris polls from last night, please.
Starting point is 01:08:09 That show Republicans up. There we go. That's a good start. Klein, my screen, please. Yeah, thank you. Republicans. New generic ballot poll. Republicans, 51%.
Starting point is 01:08:27 Democrats, 49%. Last poll with Democrats plus two. Ooh. Who. have seen a 15-point enthusiasm gap, closed, and increased. Ooh, shock poll, GOP trifecta may actually hold generic congressional ballot. Republicans, 51, Democrats. Never forget the traitors, the traitors in Mississippi, South Carolina, Indiana. Those are the ones that come to the top of mind. There are others who are
Starting point is 01:09:03 refused to redistrict. If Indiana had chosen to redistrict, we would have pretty much a flat 50-50 chance of keeping everything. This is a generic ballot among midterm voters. March was Democrats plus four. July is Democrats plus two. August is Republicans plus two. This is the first time pollster ratio in Republicans ahead in likely voters. Since October, whoa. Harvard Harris poll is a very prestigious and well-recognized poll for its accuracy. Harvard-Harris polls show that voters hate Trump's war with Iran, but they approve of mass deportations. Okay.
Starting point is 01:09:46 Well, what do we have this morning? We have reports that Donald Trump's just going to declare victory in the Iran war and do a big announcement and say it's over. So we'll see if that holds. But that's some of the reporting for the Wall Street Journal. I'm not sure if we have that or not. Very, very interesting. Just some white pills here at the end of the week.
Starting point is 01:10:18 Trump has cut the migrant population in the United States by nearly three million. It depends on the numbers that you go by. But there are respectable sources that say, official sources that say that certainly there are 10 million or more illegals in the country. But this would be a 30% reduction in the illegals in the country. A 30% reduction, well, Trump's not even two years into his term. So by the end of Trump's term, if you compound that, if you accelerate that, because you have to ramp up these operations, you absolutely could get to 10 million deportations if you put your pedal to the metal. White pill.
Starting point is 01:11:05 White pill. Here we go from the Wall Street Journal. mind finding me this? I don't know if we, I don't know if we actually, did you get this, Danny? Did you actually, there it is, the Wall Street Journal article. Oh, fantastic. Thank you, Danny. Such an incredible team of the show. Here we go. Yes, Klein, would you mind popping it up? Wall Street Journal this morning. Trump is now privately considering to formally declare the Iran war is over, and Trump's saying he strongly favors the idea. Iran launched a surprise attack on U.S. assets.
Starting point is 01:11:36 there were no deaths. There was no major damage. It's just like belligerent popping off at this point. The U.S. also has not responded to last night's Iranian attacks. The White House is concerned about oil prices. This is sort of a black pill to a way to look at this. The white pill way to look at this is that American forces continue to absolutely plund oil from this part of the world, restructured the entire oil market in the Western
Starting point is 01:12:12 hemisphere with the production of heavy, sour, crude from Venezuela and from Canada, and that the new Strait of Hormuz is probably going to be the opening to the Gulf of America. Given the fact that the largest proven oil reserves in the world, America just got the 100-year rights to them from Venezuela. This just happened this week. Hegseth extends Mideast deployment into 2027, excelling strain on troops. Trump has told AIDS privately that he believes the straight will eventually work
Starting point is 01:12:53 as 50,000 troops remain on hand to give them options. Oh, the strategy will eventually work. Okay. We'll see. But here's Prayan, as you know. I'm not a massive fan of this for a number of reasons, but most importantly, because the principle remains that we need to win at home and that this is all I care about. This home is all that I care about. This nation is all that I care about.
Starting point is 01:13:26 I'm sure there are other things happening in the world. I can understand that. Chew gum walk at the same time. But the malicious effects that this has on the distraction vectors for solving things that matter the most to a moment. Americans, which are gas prices, grocery prices and home prices, cost of living, the ability to raise our children, that puts our movement at risk. And so, therefore, I condemn it and I'll condemn anything and disavow anything that puts our movement at risk. This is what I fight for. So is what it is, right? Okay, ladies and gentlemen, very, very interesting, very interesting polling, very big,
Starting point is 01:14:03 big white pills there. Goodness. More polling, ladies and gentlemen, more up-to-date. More up-to-date TikToks for your life. Download the Polymarket app to track the midterms. Use code Benny when your downloads. And well, we use the pollings all the time. Very interesting to get the pulse and the heartbeat of what's going on. And it is our goal on this program to bring you the news, but then also like what's about to happen in the future. It's like our responsibility here. What will happen in the future? Well, we'll win. going to happen. That's our guaranteed victory. Our guaranteed victory is we're going to win. Our verse of the day proves that every single day. Proverbs 1715. Whoever acquits the wicked,
Starting point is 01:14:50 whoever condemns the just, both are an abomination to the Lord. I just keep going 10 out of 10. Keep getting 10 out of 10, no notes, Bible verses. This is exactly what we talked about today. Let us not be an abomination to the Lord. Remember, the Lord curses nations. God curses places. Like the land is accursed. You can see that in many places on earth. Like let us not be an abomination of the Lord. Let us strive for justice. Let us strive to acquit the innocent and condemn the guilty, not the other way around.
Starting point is 01:15:30 Carry that forward into your weekend. And this is the greatest country on earth. And remember, in the end, we win. You boy, Benny. I'll see you on the internet. And I'll see you at the finish line. We will win.
