Today, Thursday, January 17th, 2025,
confirmation hearings continue with Pam Bondi,
Doug Burgum, Lee Zeldin, and more.
Biden takes credit for Donald Trump's peace deal
and Joe Biden officially does a farewell address.
Oh man, it was so cringe.
I was talking with ALX, I'm like,
yo, do we go live for this?
He's like, here's what's gonna happen.
It's gonna be like 10 minutes long.
It's gonna be a disaster. He's gonna stumble and like 10 minutes long. It's going to be a disaster.
He's going to stumble and mumble over his words.
And everyone's going to just hate it.
And boy, was ALX right.
That's why we call him ALX AI.
Chairman James Comer will join the program today,
along with Mike Davis to talk Pam Bondi.
We're going to have another marathon of hearings today.
And I just want wanna say thank you.
I wanna say thank you on behalf of everybody
here at the team.
We do this because clearly there's a massive appetite for it.
Yeah, it's pretty brutal.
I mean, don't feel sorry for me,
but like it's, you know, our team's on
for like these set six and seven hours straight lives,
but we do it for you we lock in
for you because clearly people want to see this and want to see it broadcast without a bunch of
news anchors from left-wing networks blathering and talking all over it it's amazing we go check
in with msnbc nbc cbs even fox okay nothing but love but even fox it's like it's like, you don't get the hearings without interruption.
You don't get them without like people blathering
or having to flap their gums over the commentary.
You get a bunch of like people having to edge in.
No, baby.
We're gonna let the chat speak.
We're gonna let Pam Bondi speak
and we're gonna defend and support her,
ladies and gentlemen.
That's what we're gonna do on this this program a third day of hearings for us this is we're on our way to 20 straight hours
live and we freaking love you ladies and gentlemen from here to the moon all right here to the moon
love the chat shout you out my name is Benny Johnson and this is the Benny Show.
How do we keep up the energy for this? I'm going to
share something very personal with you about Pam Bondi, my personal experience with Pam Bondi.
And I have debated a long time about sharing this. I have been silent about something horrible that
happened to my family over the summer. I don't explain to you why I so full-throatedly and
muscularly support Pam Bondi because I have personal experience with who she is as a person and who she is as a litigator, a lawyer, and somebody who just has a soul.
And I'm really excited to share that with you, actually.
I've talked about it with my wife over the last 24 hours.
So we're up publicly about our experience with Pam Bondi.
I'm going to share that with you in just a second.
Ladies and gentlemen,
the way that we keep the energy rolling on this program
is partially caffeine,
but I'd be lying if I told you that I live on caffeine alone.
You have to have your greens.
You have to have fruits and vegetables.
You have to have other vitamins.
Field of greens is how I am able to get my healthy doses throughout the day of diet and nutrition.
Ladies and gentlemen, Field of Greens is a spectacular drink that I use every single day.
It's radically better than so many of the supplements that are on the shelf.
The reason why is that when you enjoy
a glass of Field of Greens, not only is it delicious, but it's also guaranteed to improve
your health or money back. Each fruit and vegetable in Field of Greens was doctor-selected
for a specific health benefit. There's a heart-healthy group lung. There's a heart-healthy
group lungs and kidneys groups metabolism and healthy weight. Keeps you all locked in,
ladies and gentlemen.
I love the energy that I get with Field of Greens.
It's how we're able to deliver these shows for you.
And we are thankful, ladies and gentlemen, for the capacity to do that.
I got you 20% off your first order, so get started.
Use the code Benny at fieldofgreens.com.
That's code Benny, B-E-N-N-Y at fieldofgreens.com.
Okay, ladies and gentlemen,
before we get started with Pam Bondi and the new hearing, I want to go over very quickly some news,
but I want to share with you something that we went up with earlier today before the show about my personal experience with Pam Bondi. I want to set the table here.
Pam Bondi is not my lawyer. I've never hired Pam Bondi. I've never paid Pam Bondi anything.
I have told you before that she is a neighbor of us here in Tampa, meaning she lives in Tampa.
She's lived in Tampa, I think, her entire life. She loves Florida. She's been the Attorney General
here in the state, and she was the prosecutor here in Hillsborough County. And so she has a lot of gravitas and sway here.
But to call me her best friend or to say that she would ever help me or do any outreach to me because of our extremely close bond and partnership, that's not it.
I mean, I freaking love her.
But ladies and gentlemen, I want to share something with you that came as a horrible shock to our family,
a father's worth of nightmare. Last summer, my family was swatted. Now, we didn't make a big
deal out of it because quite frankly, you get copycats and things like that happening and
you really don't want to, sometimes it's important to like, just lock it down to not go out for any
type of victim points or anything. And to quite frankly, not encourage cop, you know, copycats,
but my family got swatted and armed officers stormed into my home. And it's a father's worst
nightmare because I wasn't there. I mean, if that's going to happen to your pregnant wife
and three children, you better damn well be home as a man and be able to defend them and deescalate the situation.
The way that swatting works is a criminal, most likely, I would assume, a leftist who didn't like
what we were doing online, doesn't like our show, called in and made a false police report about an emergency at my house in order to send in
armed officers. And hopefully, from their perspective, something bad happens. Some
escalation occurs and people get hurt. It's the most evil thing you can do to people.
It's atrocious. It puts the lives of my children in jeopardy.
And it happened while I was at the RNC convention of all times.
Now, this was strategic on the criminal's part,
most likely the criminal leftist, who just doesn't like what we do here,
to call this in while I'm on live multiple times a day with the Trump kids, right?
With Kash Patel, with other people.
You can see that I'm clearly, you know, not home.
So they did this strategically
to cause the most damage and the most harm.
And my wife called me just terrified and shaking.
It's the worst possible thing that could happen.
It's very bad as a father to have this happen.
My first instinct was to call Pam.
And I only lay the groundwork here to tell you,
like, again, she wasn't on retainer.
Not paying her.
And we'd only been, like,
professionally friendly with each other.
You know, Tampa's a pretty small place.
You see her in and out of certain restaurants
and things like that.
You say hi and things, okay?
But, like, I didn't go to law school with her, you know?
I didn't serve in the administration with her.
And so she had no earthly right
to reach out,
to help me.
And also,
she was staffing Trump.
Trump.
She's obviously very close to Trump
and she was staffing Trump
for the RNC convention.
So she was quite busy at the time.
Pam Bondi picked up on first ring
when this happened to my family.
She immediately got the chief of police on the phone,
got state prosecutors on the phone,
got authorities inside of law enforcement
from local to state all the way up on the phone with me.
Protective crew police cruisers were sent to my block.
We were able to get private security
through a friend of mine,
but before then, we had protection.
Pam Bondi then made sure that a criminal case was opened
so that this could never happen again.
She told me on the phone, you are a father and a mother,
and your children should be safe in this state.
If you, a law-abiding family, is not safe in this state, we failed.
This should never happen again.
We will protect fathers and mothers and children.
And she did all of that for me,
in spite of having to be on board with Trump during Trump's RNC speech,
which is, of course, possibly the most important speech
of Trump's life at that point.
She was helping him write the speech.
She did all of this.
She paused all of that to help out a father and a mother
who she just happened to share a city with.
And so that is the kind of person that Pam Bondi is.
With Pam Bondi at main justice,
she will be bringing that energy to ensure that children are protected,
that mothers and fathers can sleep at night, and that criminals are scared.
Not the families that are scared, it's the criminals who are scared and prosecuted and locked up and punished.
Too often in these last four years, with such extreme regularity, it's actually the parents who are horrified of
woke agendas coming after their children, even defending their children, defending their families,
praying at their churches. Justice has been weaponized against the families,
manipulated to attack the children and to protect the criminals. So I have witnessed in my own life,
Pam Bondi defending the families,
reversing that sick and demonic trend
of attacking mothers and fathers and children
and putting the weight of the state
and the force of law on the criminals where it belongs.
Pam Bondi has been a godsend to me and my family.
I pray to God that every senator hears this, understands this, and knows that Pam Bondi
is what we need for justice in America, ladies and gentlemen.
All right.
That's my story. If you have your own story,
I encourage you to share it. But if you wonder why I'm going to go hard in the paint for my girl,
Pam, that's going to be it. Ladies and gentlemen, before we get to Pam Bondi's hearing yesterday,
some of the highlights, and then also a hearing today. As you can see,
we have a preview screen here. Let's go ahead and check. We have the preview screen. Pam Bondi
will be speaking, and we'll be there in a couple minutes. You don't have anybody seated just yet.
Yeah, just literally just started, but we're going to make sure that we go there. What's
going to be a hearing that's
going to be far more entertaining than Joe Biden's farewell address last night. Oh, man.
I just want to get to this. The single saddest mogging in American history because Joe Biden
did a full farewell address. Oh, did they did they use my did they use my tweet in this?
Because we were the first one that found this out joe biden uses pillow to give his farewell address so i was the first one who like i was the first
one who saw this photo from the new york times like hey biden sit on a pillow with a box of
kleenex under his desk what a freaking weirdo good i'm glad i don't care i don glad. I don't care. I don't care.
I just, I'm glad that the narrative is getting out there.
Joe Biden decided to, here's the post on X.
Joe Biden decided, there he is.
There's Joe Biden's butt on a pillow at the Resolute desk.
I voted for a president that doesn't need to sit on a pillow under a desk.
Has a cleanenex box.
Is it because he's going to cry?
Is it because he's so decrepit and old?
Why does he need a Kleenex box there?
Chat, let me know.
Ladies and gentlemen, Joe Biden gave a mewling, embarrassing,
just a 10-minute groveling speech where he barely thanked Kamala.
He didn't even mention his wife.
And all he did was scream and
rage about, you're not going to believe this. He spent his last speech screaming and raging about
Elon Musk and censorship on social media. You don't know why we're so against censors and
deep platformers on the left and the right is because these are the kind of people who cannot
and do not understand what it's like to live in a free society.
When you are in a free society, you have the opportunity to talk with people.
If you're a Christian, it is important to be able to do outreach to people who don't agree with you.
This is how Christ lived his life.
You must be able to have free thought, free opinion, and the precursor to free speech is actually free thought.
You must be able to think freely.
People are adults.
I trust you.
I trust you that you are an adult
and you have the capacity to think.
Your brain works, unlike Joe Biden,
whose brain doesn't work.
But this is why we're so viciously against censorship
on this program, deplatforming.
It's why the left uses these tools
because they wouldn't be able to win in the arena of ideas.
Listen to Joe Biden grovel last night, bitch and moan about how much more he wants censorship now as he's on the outs and as the era of censorship and deplatforming is dead.
It's 2025. Learn what year it is.
Here are the saddest possible end to Joe Biden.
We'll get to the mobbing in just a second.
Disinformation enabling the abuse of power.
The free press is crumbling.
Editors are disappearing.
Social media is giving up on fact checking.
The truth is smothered by lies told for power and for profit.
We must hold the social platforms accountable
to protect our children, our families,
and our very democracy from the abuse of power.
Meanwhile, artificial intelligence
is the most consequential technology of all.
When I asked Joe Biden ask Joe Biden.
Joe Biden's sitting there using his last moments to mule about social media.
I'm going to ask Joe Biden, like, have you ever sent a tweet?
Here's a good close-up in the article of the actual pillow that he's sitting on.
Incredible.
We have a president that's so weak, he has to use a pillow to sit on.
Can you scroll down to the, you have, he's going to sit there and talk about fact checking.
And then you have Hunter Biden literally right there. One more, Killer Klein. There you go.
You have Hunter Biden literally, you have Hunter Biden sitting right there.
Joe Biden has lied multiple times about Hunter Biden and his business deal. There are so many demonstrable, empirical lies
that Joe Biden has told.
I don't know about Hunter Biden's business.
I was never in business with my son.
There's laptops rushing disinformation,
51 Intel experts, so many lies.
So proud of my son, he's the smartest guy I've ever known.
So many lies.
And Joe Biden's gonna sit there
and talk about fact-checking?
The most venal liar that has probably
ever occupied the White House? His own degenerate son that he had to pardon
who's being federally prosecuted by his own DOJ he had to pardon he's gonna sit there
and he's gonna gripe and moan and mule about fact-checking look at Kamala's expression look
at that oh my gosh he didn't even mention Kamala. He was like, thanks Kamala. That's all he said. Look at Kamala. Oh man. Forced to be there. And the freaking ice queen, Jill Biden, who's now come out against Nancy Pelosi. Jill Biden is now ragging on Nancy Pelosi to the Washington Post. So it's all coming to pieces. It's all coming to pieces. And no one was down with this.
It completely farcical.
The entire speech, we were going to go live for it.
ALX was exactly right in his instinct.
It's like, you're going to waste everyone's time.
It's going to be a joke of a speech.
It's true.
So ladies and gentlemen, Joe Biden,
mogged by Donald Trump's portrait.
So this is a amazing, this is completely amazing.
This was released last night.
This is Donald Trump's official inauguration portrait.
I want to get this right.
This is not his presidential portrait.
He takes an inauguration portrait.
But this inauguration portrait was just fricking
a thing of beauty.
Trump steel, you know, blue steel, right?
Zoolander's Trump steel.
Look at that.
Trump first term versus Trump second term.
See the difference?
Look what you've done to the man.
Trump actually said,
I'm going to go with the mugshot aesthetic
for the portrait.
Look at this. Trump literally did the mugshot aesthetic for the portrait. Look at this.
Trump literally did the mugshot move.
He said, no, no, no, why not?
Why not?
This is what got me, this is what won me
all seven swing states and 77 million votes.
And so I'm gonna go with the hard AF mugshot aesthetic.
2017, look at what they've done to the man.
You've created your own monster, Libs.
You realize what you've done here. You've created your own monster, Libs. You realize what you've done here.
You've created the monster.
2017, 2023, 2025.
Like when Trump comes through
with a wrecking ball, a bull,
when Trump rolls through more powerful than ever,
understand you did it to yourself, Libs.
Everything's changed since this moment.
Trump even looks thinner, right? More fit. He looks younger somehow than he did almost 10 years ago. There you go. Look at that. The eyes are different. The steely resolve, ladies and
gentlemen. It's a thing of beauty.
Here's the official, correction right here.
This is the official 4K high def portrait. This was then released subsequently later last night.
Look at that.
This is your official portrait for the inauguration.
Ooh, man.
Beware.
Beware.
I'm having a lot of conversations
about what's going to happen next,
ladies and gentlemen.
It's going to be biblical.
We, as Donald Trump,
post this presidential portrait.
It's all anyone can talk about.
Nobody talked about Joe Biden's farewell address,
with the exception of this.
Okay, all right, hold on. With the exception of this, really quickly,
I had to be told Joe Biden's tragic presidency, ladies and gentlemen. Had he been told in 21 that Joe Biden would wind down the pandemic, ride over to a great job market, and guide us to a soft
landing, you would have thought he cruised to a second term.
And yet, libs.
These are libs.
Libs are now saying we've destroyed.
Joe Biden's a failure.
They're now totally and completely admitting it.
On the eve of Joe Biden finishing out
the most embarrassing, fraudulent,
humiliating term as president,
even his own party,
is disavowing him. Ah, ah, the energy. Oh, the energy is so great. Ladies and gentlemen, I believe Pam Bondi is back in the chair. We are excited for day number two. Ladies and gentlemen, yesterday we saw Pam Bondi just nuke from space.
These libs just absolutely scorched earth. And we're going to have the same opportunity to watch
that today. Watch for Adam Schiff, Adam Padilla, Sullivan Whitehouse, Dick Durbin, Pam Bondi, ladies and gentlemen, in the chair. Chuck Grassley gaveling in.
We have some great highlights from yesterday,
but I don't want to miss anything that we're going to see today.
So let's pop this up.
Described her extensive experience, outstanding qualifications.
Just got started.
Yesterday's testimony showed that Ms. Bondi is certainly experienced ladies and gentlemen. Just got started. Chuck Grassley.
Chairman of the judiciary.
And capable to serve as our nation's
chief law enforcement
officer at this
very critical time.
She is very well qualified
for the position,
serving 18 years as
prosecutor, 8 years as attorney general for the state of Florida,
Florida, the third most populous state in our nation.
She will enact desperately needed changes
at a department that has been politicized
and weaponized for partisan ends.
With almost 30 years of experience behind her,
she will restore both morale and law and order to the department badly needed
in need of strong leadership.
Her commitment to the rule of law emerged as a central theme of our discussion yesterday.
And as I made clear in my
opening statement yesterday, that is what I believe the department of this country desperately needs.
Today, the purpose is to hear from an outside panel of witnesses, and we're grateful that all
of you are here this morning to express your views on this nominee
i will go ahead and introduce the three majority witnesses before i turn over to
us ranking member durbin first is dave ehrenberg until just a few days ago. Mr. Ehrenberg was the elected Democrat state attorney for
Florida's 15th judicial district. He served in that role for three terms since he was elected
in 2012. Mr. Ehrenberg also previously served in the Florida State Senate, and as a White House fellow in both Clinton and Bush administrations at the Treasury Department.
He has known Ms. Bondi since 2010, when he ran to be the Attorney General of Florida,
a position Ms. Bondi obviously won. Notwithstanding their political differences, Ms. Bondi appointed Mr. Ehrenberg to be her drug czar to combat the opioid epidemic.
And through that work, he came to know Ms. Bondi very well second we have dr or mr nicholas cox who is florida's longest serving
statewide prosecutor he has served in that role since 211 in his capacity as statewide prosecutor
mr cox focuses on cases involving human trafficking, drug abuse, fraud, organized crime, gang violence, cyber crimes, and crimes against seniors. of Stetson University College of Law,
where he taught trial advocacy, consumer law,
counseling and negotiations and criminal procedure.
Mr. Cox has extensively experienced observing
Ms. Bondi's work as a lawyer and administrator.
Ms. Bondi began her career as an intern in his office while serving as Attorney General.
She pointed him to his current office.
Third and last, we have Sheriff Emery Ganey, a career law enforcement officer with more
than 40 years experience.
Sheriff Ganey has served as a sheriff of two counties in Florida. When Ms. Bondy served
as Attorney General, he served as her Director of Law Enforcement and Director of Victim Services
through his work as law enforcement officer in Florida. Sheriff Ganey is very familiar with Mrs. Bondi's work with state, local, and federal law enforcement,
as well as her work to address drug abuse, fight human trafficking, and victims of crime.
Thanks, all of you, for serving.
Senator Durbin.
Thanks, Chairman Grassley.
I want to take a moment to reflect on yesterday's
session with miss bondy there seemed to be a meeting of minds on criminal justice reform and
the pressing need to protect our children online those are good things there are still some
outstanding issues from yesterday's hearing that i'm struggling with. Let's start with a very important issue.
Who won the election in 2020? Why are we still asking that question? For goodness sakes, we've
moved on to a new election. You would think that'd be over. The reason why that's still a relevant
question is it gets to the heart of our democracy. The peaceful transition from one president to a new president by the will of the people without resistance,
without denial. Does the phrase hanging Chad have any significance to our witnesses?
It does to me and to every American. In the year 2000, Bush versus Gore, there was a contest that
went on into December and numerous court contests associated with it as to who actually
won that election. There came a moment when Al Gore stood up and said, that's it, it's over.
I've gone to court. I can keep going. All right, ladies and gentlemen, we're going to mute this.
So I'm going to explain to you exactly what happened. This is a production note.
This is something that happens regularly on this program. Here's what we were told the
entire day yesterday, was that this was Pam Bondi hearing number two. But now what it looks like is
at the very least, this is the beginning ALX is ravenously checking. ALX, I mean, obviously,
you know, Pam Bondi appears in Senate for confirmation hearing for Attorney General.
This is what the entire, this is what the committee says. So this seems like it might've been a bait and switch. I'm not
sure what they do. And then this is actually a regular course for the Senate and for confirmation
hearings is you, you bring in character witnesses, right? The, you know, one side gets three
witnesses. The other side gets three witnesses. This is something that regularly happens. And for the DOJ, this is an important, obviously, position that's going to be critiqued from this perspective.
They're going to have high levels of critique.
And, yeah, okay, so ALX keeps sending me, like, how this was marketed was Pam Bondi takes more questions inside of the senate uh so we just believed
the committee uh and believed the ap and pbs and just went and went with it that's okay we just
roll through but i'm not sure that i'm going to broadcast live i mean let's do this show is a show
that we do together right like i'm not sure i'm going to broadcast live a bunch of character
witnesses which i think are important right right? But I don't think
is something that's going to be anything more than what we already know.
Uh-oh. There you go. Okay. Well, ladies and gentlemen, our production notes have just been updated and here we have it.
A somewhat rare, but not totally non-existent swing
and incorrect assessment of what was going on
inside of this hearing room today.
So it is what it is, ladies and gentlemen. We saw what we saw yesterday for six straight hours.
We saw Pam Bondi absolutely dispatch Adam Schiff again and again and again and again
inside of this hearing room. And she did so with multiple other Democrats.
And we wanted to play you these
highlights anyway, so now I'm extremely excited that I get a chance to actually go through and
play these for you. Ladies and gentlemen, Adam Schiff was probably the most newsworthy
question and answer of the moment yesterday during Pam Bondi's hearing. The reason why was because,
well, Adam Schiff is disgraced. He's somebody who was censured. He's somebodyi's hearing. The reason why was because, well, Adam Schiff is disgraced.
He's somebody who was censured. He's somebody who's lied on multiple occasions to the American
public and to Congress. And he's never been called out for that. He obviously had a along the line
censure vote in the House that they all like screamed and yelled about on the House floor,
but he's never been called out to his face. Pam Bondi brought it yesterday. Here we go.
Has called for it publicly. You are aware of that, aren't you?
No one has asked me to investigate.
But the president has called-
We're also worried about Liz Cheney, Senator.
The president has called for this-
You know what we should be worried about?
Ms. Bondi, please answer my questions.
The crime rate in California right now is the word of the roof.
You are aware, Ms. Bondi-
Your robberies are 87% higher than the national average. My question is this. That's what I want to be focused on, Ms. Bondi, my question is this.
That's what I want to be focused on, Senator, if I'm confirmed as Attorney General.
And what you're suggesting today by your non-answer is you don't have the independence to say no to the president.
So let me ask you a different question.
It also requires you, if you're going to be a good Attorney General, to be able to tell hard truths to the President.
So my questions now are, can you tell hard truths to the President?
So let me start with an easy truth that you could speak to the President.
Can you tell us, can you tell him that Donald Trump lost the 2020 election?
Can you say that?
Do you have the independence to say that?
Do you have the gravitas, the stature, the intestinal fortitude to say, Donald Trump, you lost the 2020 election?
Can you tell us that here today? Senator, what I can tell you is I will never play politics.
You're trying to engage me in a gotcha. I won't do it. I won't play politics with any ongoing
investigation like you did leaking your colleague Devin
Nunes' memo.
If you could review hundreds of cases on day one?
I will look at every file I am asked to look at.
Of course you won't.
So will you advise the president?
Can I answer the question?
Well, my question is...
I would have plenty of staff.
You said, of course you want?
You'll be able to review hundreds of cases on Thursday?
I'm not going to mislead this body, nor you.
All right, let me ask another question.
You don't want to answer that.
Let me ask another question.
You were censured by Congress, Senator, for comments just like this that are so reckless.
It will also, it will also.
Boom!
You were censured for comments like this that were so reckless.
Also, your state is burning to the ground.
Your state is a garbage-infested hellscape with criminals everywhere i'm not saying
people deserve it but i am saying that the people of california should be smarter and not vote for
people like adam schiff who fell asleep gotta grab this clip who fell asleep so adam schiff for all
of his blow hardness and all of his bluster freaking fell asleep yesterday during the committee hearing crazy stuff we'll load up that
clip for you you got to see it and ironically it was exactly at the same time that he was
talking about sleepers that pan bonnie was talking about sleeper cells
incredible uh ladies and gentlemen we do have some breaking news And I think it's worth I think it's absolutely worth cutting into
Some of the greater overall
Commentary about Pam Bondi
Because it has directly to do with Pam Bondi
Because the person who holds
Pam Bondi's former office
Here in the state of Florida
Was just announced
As the new Senator from Florida, somebody named
Ashley Moody. Ashley Moody is the attorney general for the state of Florida. Ron Stamets just
made the announcement that Ashley Moody will fill the Senate seat, not Laura Trump,
who we kind of wanted, ladies and gentlemen. Corey Mills, who's also a friend of the show,
but Ashley Moody is also a friend of the show. So good news all around, I suppose.
Here's the article here from Axios. So this is breaking news seconds ago. This was published
five minutes ago first, right here. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis plans to tap State Attorney
General Ashley Moody to replace Senator Marco Rubio when
he leaves office and become next U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, according to a source briefed
on the deliberations. Moody is a DeSantis Donald Trump loyalist. Her appointment will set off a
chain reaction of office-seeking and Florida political drama heading into 2026. The announcement
is scheduled for a press conference on Thursday in in orlando so is that going on right now do we want to just listen in
i i don't know if producers help me out here did desantis actually do this live here we have the
press conference going on right now here here you go just just to show you how nimble we are
as a just show how nimble we are as a team let's just listen in and hear if Rhonda Sanchez is making...
...the targeted then-candidate Donald Trump. She took on Jack Smith for his politically motivated
persecution of the former president, fought back against the rogue Attorney General of New York
for her politicizing justice, led the Florida investigation into the second Trump
assassination attempt in Palm Beach, even as the federal government continues to try to block
her efforts. She's been a national leader in fighting the Biden administration on many
different fronts, including on immigration. She's not only filed more than a dozen separate lawsuits, but she's actually won against Biden with his reckless border policies. She's demanded
appropriately the impeachment of Alexander Mayorkas and the designation of Mexican drug
cartels as foreign terrorist organizations. In her role as AG, she has stood strong for law and order. She believes in putting
criminals in jail, not releasing them back onto the street where they will offend again. She does
not support soft-on-crime leftist prosecutors. In fact, we have removed prosecutors here in the
state of Florida, and she has stood with us every step of the way, and we have won those lawsuits as a result of her efforts. She's also rejected DEI, ESG,
gender ideology, and supported our efforts to ensure Florida's education is free from
impositions of the radical left. When COVID was raging, few were willing to stand up across this country.
We in Florida established our state as a beachhead of liberty, as the free state of Florida,
and she was with us every step of the way. We beat the Biden administration that had continued
to keep our cruise lines closed, and we liberated the cruise industry because of her lawsuit we also
beat biden on the on the employer vaccine mrna mandate which was going to have people lose their
jobs if they didn't take this shot that many people didn't want so her efforts were really
critical in achieving those success for medical freedom. She was also a staunch opponent
and helped us defeat Amendments 3 and 4 in the most recent November election.
He's talking about Ashley Moody here. Just FYI, he's talking about someone named Ashley Moody.
She's the current Attorney General of Florida. New Senate pick. She sued in the Supreme Court
against Harvard's race-based affirmative action discrimination admission process.
She sued Biden administration to prevent brutal transgender surgeries on these minor kids.
And she challenged the federal accreditor system to free university from politicized leftist accreditors. She's also fought to strengthen the security integrity of
our elections here in the state of Florida, which we treat very significant. She has led
prosecutions of voter fraud cases against illegal aliens who voted here in the state of Florida.
She's also supported other states as they attempt to secure their election systems,
including in Virginia, where
she urged the Supreme Court to uphold their removal of illegal aliens from the voter rolls.
When it was revealed that FEMA aid workers under President Biden discriminated against Trump's
supporters who were impacted by last year's hurricanes here in Florida, she filed a federal
civil rights lawsuit against those who were responsible and Florida still remains the first and only state to hold these people accountable for
their political discrimination. She's an outspoken proponent of the state of
Israel and has battled against anti-semitism in the business world,
academia, and even taken on the United Nations which she has pledged as a
senator to defund once and for all.
She has fought against overreaching federal agencies like the ATF, the EPA, and the FDA
to protect the rights of law-abiding Americans and to prevent bureaucratic entities from encroaching on our God-given freedoms.
And then when it comes to our nation's
foremost adversary, China,
Ashley has been integral in our state's effort
to defend Florida against Chinese influence.
She defended our laws preventing China
from purchasing land in the state of Florida.
She worked with the Florida Pension Fund to divest state holdings from China and Chinese companies,
and she opposed China's ability to spy on Americans through the use of social media apps.
So in every major battle we have had since I have been governor, she has been with us every step of the way. It's not just talk,
it's results. And these results are very, very important. And she understands the gravity of
the moment. We may not have an opportunity like this in the near future. This is a once in a
decade, maybe even once in a generation opportunity in this current Congress is ultimately going to determine whether we do usher in that
revival of the American experiment, or is it just going to be status quo, passing the buck,
and nothing ever changes. So I'm pleased to be able to introduce to you, for her first words,
as the senator appointee from the state of Florida, our Attorney General
and your next United States Senator, Ashley Moody.
Here we go, ladies and gentlemen. This is live right now. Of course, it's live right
now. We've pivoted here.
Thank you so much for joining us.
She used to have, Pam Bondi used to have this seat as the Attorney General in Florida.
In true governor fashion, he gave me a mere couple of hours to figure out what I was going to say to you.
Okay, here we go.
But that is because he is deliberate and takes nothing lightly and understands the importance of this role.
Governor, I want you to know I will not let you down.
I will not let the citizens of Florida down and I will not let
my country down.
It was just six years ago that I met this very eager,
passionate guy who wanted to be the governor of Florida and
said if we go in there and we implement conservative policy,
if we scale back, make sure if we return in there and we implement conservative policy if we scale back make sure if we return
this to a limited government we will prosper and look at what florida has done since we
we lead the nation and that in migration new business formation and law and order i can go
on and on and it has been at the leadership and direction with this guy right here. And I am proud not to just say I have fought alongside you for six
years, but I'm proud to call you a friend. And I am very honored with this nomination. Thank you so
much. I will bring the same persistence and passion and tenacity as a United States Senator
that I have brought as Florida's Attorney General.
If you have worked with me and fought with me
over the last six years,
you know I don't think of this as a job.
I think of it as a calling.
Every day I go to work,
every decision that I make, every person I hire,
I do so with the understanding
that the people of Florida gave me this opportunity
and I wanna deliver on what I assured them and that was we were going to protect their rights,
we were going to protect the autonomy of this state, we were going to protect our communities.
And I believe that we have done that and I think we have to take that same direction
to the United States Senate.
This guy used to be in Congress and he says to me and has said to me, I don't know why
anybody would want that job.
I said to him, I kind of agree with you, Governor.
I don't know if you can tell, but I'm pretty energetic.
I like to get things done, focuses on problems, solve the problems, deliver those to the people
that hire you, your bosses, the citizens.
And there's a lot of deadlock in Washington. And then I thought more about that. And I thought if
every person with the same energy, the same love, the respect for our founding principles,
the ideals on which this country was built on, if every person like that with that personality said,
I don't think I'd like serving in Congress,
then we'd never change that culture.
And so you're probably right.
I probably won't like it.
But I'm ready to show up and fight for this nation
and fight for President Trump
to deliver the American first agenda on day one.
This is Rubio's replacement for the Senate, the current Attorney General of the state of Florida.
What has angered me the most as Attorney General, as I've had to fight the Biden administration over
the last four years, when we have seen policy after policy, after rule rule after financial decisions spending out of these agencies
as the agencies have gotten bigger as they have taken more power as they have tried to tell the
states what to do more and more and more all that does is take the the will of the people the want
of the people through their elected representatives in congress and turns this into a country we don't
even recognize anymore. And whether it's agencies making these decisions when lawmakers should,
unelected bureaucrats, or whether it's international organizations making decisions
that our lawmakers should, we cannot stand for that. The only way to return this country to the people,
the people who govern it,
is to make sure we have a strong Congress doing its job,
passing laws, and actually approving the regulations that these unelected bureaucrats are trying to cram down
on the American people.
And I pledge to you as a United States Senator,
supporting the REINS Act,
supporting any effort to rein back in our
out-of-control federal agencies, make sure politics is pushed out of it, make sure we bring down
spending. I am all for that and I've got the will bring the influence of many things in my life,
my experiences certainly, but I am driven by my faith in God, first and foremost. I am driven by
the fact that I am a mother and I still have a kid in school. And whether it was protecting children from social media, from the dangers of fentanyl, the poison that's being pushed into our
nation as the result of a wide open border, whether it's protecting our soldiers, the oldest boy in
our family is a soldier. So whether it is supporting them while they are abroad or after they come home,
I have their backs. And last but not least, God has blessed me with an amazing husband who's with me, Justin.
When I told him I wanted to leave the bench, now mind you, I may be the first senator governor.
I don't know if this went into your plan.
He was most excited I'm a trained accountant.
So I can shrink the bloat of the federal government.
But I also served over a decade in the judiciary.
I have now served in the executive branch.
I may be the only United States senator
that is now in my third branch of government
and bringing all of that with me to the role.
But I have an amazing husband who has watched and been there with me while I railed on what was happening to this country as millions poured illegally into our country,
watching the devastation and crime and overdose rates in our country. He has stood by me,
never doubted when I said I wanted to resign from being a judge and travel around the state and be unemployed and get people to hire me
to be their lawyer. He said, I've got your back. Partly because he's my husband, partly
because he's a law enforcement officer and he knew he needed someone as the top cop that
had their backs. So to my husband, law enforcement officer, and my new family of law enforcement that
has been with me over the last six years, you better believe as a United States Senator,
I will work for you.
Those that stand on that thin line between chaos and order, between safety and crime,
I have got your back.
I've got your six.
And we will all work to protect
the American people and make all of our cities and states stronger and safer
together and so I have one message right now to President Trump and to my new
colleagues on the United States Senate America first let's get it done. Thanks so much.
All right.
Very cool.
And so she will be taking office most likely on the afternoon of January 20th. Wow.
I anticipate Senator Rubio to get confirmed very quickly after the inauguration of the 47th president, President Trump.
I want to thank Senator Rubio for his service in the United States Senate.
I think he will serve the country ably as Secretary of State.
And we need it because the last four years has been a total disaster under the Biden-Harris
administration.
That's true at the border.
It's true on economy.
But it's certainly true on foreign policy and national security.
So I'll have you take some questions.
What do we got?
Ladies and gentlemen, this is live.
I'll answer questions on this first. And then if you want to do it, does anyone have any questions on the Senate stuff or anything?
Yes.
This is live.
We have Mike Davis who will be joining us. specifically in terms of policies that should be passed in both bodies to enable Trump to
depend on immigration?
MR PRICE Well, I think as you know, we have called this
–
MR PRICE But I want to tune in here.
MR PRICE – as I'm authorized to do as governor for January 27th, so a week after
President Trump's inauguration this Monday.
And the focus of that is enacting policies so that the state of Florida, every city, every county,
and the state are working with the federal government to enforce federal immigration laws.
As I mentioned in my comments, you have these gangs that are in the country, and basically
Biden, unless they commit a serious crime, just lets them run wild. Once we identify them,
we're going to pass legislation that says if you enter Florida as an illegal,
that is an offense we can all get accountable for, and we'll immediately turn them over to the feds,
and then the feds will send them back to their home country.
We are also going to remove, and we've removed a lot of incentives, enticements,
for people to come to Florida illegally, but one of the ones that's still there from 2014
is giving in-state tuition to illegals.
That is wrong.
We got to put Floridians first,
make sure they're getting the tuition discounts.
And so when you do that,
we will have no enticements in Florida.
You're not allowed to give an illegal alien an ID card,
a driver's license, a county ID card, a private ID.
We don't allow that because we
understand how that can be used for fake employment, for voting, all these things.
So we've taken a very strong stand on that, but we are going to require state and locals to come.
Now, I think President Trump's going to have a bunch of executive orders that are going to
overturn Biden's executive orders on the border and immigration. So that's going to be very,
very welcome. But I do think the Congress, and I know the Attorney General as a senator will
support this, they need to overhaul the way we do immigration, period. No more asylum fraud,
people coming and they're just claiming asylum when they're just coming across the border.
It's been a massive fraud on the American people for many, many years.
We also need to make sure that we do have a border wall built to prevent people from coming in in areas where there aren't points of entry, which is important. And then the legal immigration
system. You know, there's some people that say as long as it's legal, it doesn't matter. I disagree
with that. When you have programs that bring foreigner workers in
that will work for less than Americans and the Americans get fired, that's wrong. That should
not happen in the United States of America. We need to focus on assimilating people instead of
having millions of people come, whether it's legal or illegal. We've got to get these numbers right.
We've got to create, we've got to promote a culture of assimilation,
and we have not done a good job of that over the last very many decades.
So I think Congress has some work to do.
I think the president can do a lot on his own.
We will be in Florida when we enact these policies working hand in hand,
and that'll be a force multiplier and people will say, well, well, why do it now?
Why not wait till May? And I just understand if you waited till the regular session, it would really not even be till July 1st,
because that's typically when these bills take effect. But why now?
Well, one, we have a sense of urgency. We recognize this moment is very significant.
I have heard Republicans moan about the border and the immigration for years.
OK, fine. Well, now you have an opportunity to do it.
So let's get up there and do what the people sent us here to do.
So we all should have that sense of urgency regardless of what else is going on.
But then practically, the president's going to come in.
He doesn't have a lot of resources at his disposal with what Biden's leaving him.
He's going to need to go to Congress, get funding for the border wall, get funding for more
detention beds, get funding for more ICE and other things. And that's just going to take time.
Even if Congress moves very quickly, that's going to take months to be able to get that done. And
then when the money actually gets put in, it's going to be very difficult. So Florida, if we're there a week after the president takes office and we're saying we're
in this fight, we're saying local governments have responsibility to work with federal to
enforce immigration law, we're providing funding so that they're able to continue to do their
normal tasks. Because sometimes people say, oh, well, law enforcement, they don't want to focus
on immigration. They just want to focus on this they have limited resources okay fine we'll give
you more resources but just understand if you successfully enforce immigration laws you will
have less crime it just go look i mean i was talking to grady judd like polk county you know
you'll have these people on a weekend a lineup and a lot of them are illegal legally in this country to begin with so it will save taxpayers
money ultimately to make illegal immigration illegal again and that's what we have to do
and i know and here's the thing i care about your record uh ashley moody as attorney general never
had any blemish on immigration it was always. She's never been a squish on any of these
issues. And it's important. I mean, that's the part of the problem. She'll go up there and she'll
be part of the enforcement caucus, not the amnesty caucus. And that's what we need.
Make illegal immigration illegal again. That's a great line.
So the question on facility. So I don't think the locals will. I think we in the state will probably be willing to help with that regard.
We're going to coordinate with the people either in the both in the White House and who's overseeing immigration to see what would make sense.
So so it's possible the state does it. I don't anticipate you're going to see
the locals necessarily doing that. It may be temporary and then immediate transfer to the
feds or to the state, but I don't foresee necessarily the locals necessarily doing.
Now, some of them may want to do it and will have funding. They can. But I think the main thing is forcing the law, working with ICE to remove swiftly people who are here illegally.
And I can tell you, we have, I mean, the hurricanes.
You know, we have Hurricane Helene, massive storm surge across the Tampa Bay, coastal Tampa Bay, Pinellas County, some of these others.
And after that, you know, we said, you loot, we shoot.
We're not going to sit there and let you do this, but some people would still do it. So they arrest Pinellas County, arrest 45
people for looting after Hurricane Helene. 41 of them were illegally in this country.
And I'm just thinking to myself, you know, what the heck is going on here? So those days are over.
We are going to work together and we're
going to be able to get this job done. And if we don't do it now, it's just never going to get
done. I mean, let's just be honest. This is our opportunity to make it happen. Yep.
You got to start with Spectrum News, Orlando and Tampa. Are you at liberty to say
when you actually told now Senator Moody that she was getting?
Yesterday evening.
So we were doing a press conference in Polk County yesterday about the immigration plans.
And I said, are you flying back to Tallahassee?
I'm going to do I got to travel.
I'm driving up.
When are you going to get in town?
She's like, well, sometime in the late afternoon. I was like, all right, well, give me a call.
Come on over and we I was like hopefully you can clear your calendar
tomorrow morning because we're it's go time so we're gonna do it and you know part of it was
you know we had a lot of great candidates I had mentioned publicly even though I think highly of
people like Corey Mills and I love Kat Kamak. She is unbelievable. But, you know, the issue is,
is we have currently, well, in three days, four days, we'll have 217 Republicans to 215 Democrats
in the House. So if I take Kat and put her in the Senate, who knows what could happen, right? I mean,
you could have deaths, you could have resignation. And so I just didn't want to be a part of potentially turning that over for there. And so even though I was impressed,
I just couldn't do it. And I didn't want to jeopardize the president's agenda by doing that.
And I know neither of them necessarily were happy with that, but that's just the reality.
And then we had some other great people that we that we talk with. I mean, you know, our secretary of state, Cord Bird, is very, very strong on election integrity.
When he was in the legislature, you know, he opposed weak immigration policies, incursions on Second Amendment when Republicans were pushing it.
And that's the type of courage, you know, that I want to see when we're talking about dealing with some of those folks. We had Senator Collins from Tampa. You know,
the guy has given limbs for this country and he's a warrior. He's only been in the state
Senate for two years and he's already amassed huge achievements. So I think they're all
going to do very well in the future. And so I was impressed. And we also reviewed many other people
too. Those were kind of the last five or six that I think were in the mix. But ultimately,
you know, I can get a binder on somebody. I can watch some of their interviews, whatever. But
I've also been alive working for six years alongside the Attorney General, and she's never
let us down once. Not one time in six years. And Attorney General and she's never let us down once, not one
time in six years. And that matters to me. And so she was always someone that, you know,
was near the top of the list. And so it was but that's but I also just understand, you
know, these things, you just gotta let it let it set, make sure you're comfortable and
then and then pull the trigger. Yep.
Replacements, a totally separate, but associated to what you said, will you bring back any Florida Highway Patrol troopers from Texas to Florida to deal with this immigration?
So the on the attorney general, you know, my chief of staff, James Uthmeyer, is kind of like Ashley.
He's proven himself in these fights.
And I think she's got big shoes to fill, but I think he'll do a good job doing that.
So you can anticipate that.
I'm not going to make the appointment before it's available, but I think that's something that will happen.
So, yes, we're going to use the resources to best benefit Floridians.
The reason why we've helped Texas
is because Biden wouldn't help Texas.
And so the states have to band together.
All right, ladies and gentlemen.
Just like Texas.
Okay, so there we go.
We appreciate you guys understanding
our hard pivot here today.
We had to do a hard pivot because of breaking news
and also because of some,
let's just call it incorrect reporting out of the Senate about Pam Bondi's second day of testimony, which is actually a panel of witnesses and not Pam Bondi herself.
Now, ironically, it's Pam Bondi's successor, Ashley Moody, who was just selected for the Senate. So I guess the wheel of time continues to spin.
Time is a flat circle and everything is connected
and seven degrees of Kevin Bacon and so on and so forth.
Ladies and gentlemen,
Rhonda Santus announcing live,
Ashley Moody, Ashley Moody speaking live.
She will be the next Senator.
And he says she'll be sworn into the Senate
on the 20th of January.
Here's a photo of Ashley Moody in our studio.
She came to visit.
She also is from Tampa.
So, wow, got to tell you,
the corridors of power run right through this show.
It's exciting.
We know Ashley.
We've worked with Ashley on pro-parenthood legislation.
We've worked with Ashley on law and order in this state,
making this state more livable for parents, families, children, mothers, fathers, and enforcing order in this state, making the state more livable for parents,
families, children, mothers, fathers, and enforcing laws in this state.
We've partnered with her in her office. And so it is very, I give it a resounding yes.
You know me, Laura Trump was on this program, announcing actually on this program that she wanted to be the next Senator from Florida.
So we were pretty full-throated behind that.
Laura Trump then said, I'm not gonna do that.
And so we say, we respect that decision.
Laura Trump's decision process,
slightly influenced by this show
and the love that she receives on this program.
And so we just want to say, obviously, we wish Ashley Moody all the best. She's a strong and
spectacular pick for this role. And she's been an absolute bulldog fighter in this state
for freedom in America first. Too many fronts to count, actually,
in the way that Ashley Moody's gone about.
But one that stands clear and rings like a bell to me
is her fighting Joe Biden and Maine DOJ
about the assassin that tried to kill Donald Trump
in this state, a man named Ryan Ruth,
who was posing and camped out
outside of Donald Trump's golf course trying to kill him.
And the state of Florida has been very, very aggressive in that case because it happened here
and the jurisdictionality is here. And so I loved seeing that fight. It was great. And we know how
much they've done to try and cover all this up. Ladies and gentlemen, so it is a good day for all
of us. We're proud of this. These are fantastic. This is fantastic as we gavel in the great Mike Davis, who's here with us
live on the program to talk Pam Bondi and what Pam Bondi is going to do at Maine DOJ.
Ladies and gentlemen, we're very excited to welcome Mike to the program today. This should
be a lot of fun. Here we go. Oh, Mike, looks like you got your inauguration haircut looking
sharp, brother. They went a little bit too short, but that's okay.
Yeah. I was expecting a feathered cap
for the Viceroy. I expected a long plume.
Yes. But, hey,
amazing times yesterday
with the Pam Bondi hearing.
Adam Schiff getting
completely bitch-slapped
and humiliated in front of the entire country.
We promised you, ladies and gentlemen,
Adam Schiff sleeping, and so
I'm not a liar. So I'll show you
here. Here's Adam Schiff actually falling asleep in his own committee hearing. This is how much
Schiff actually cares. Yeah, there were a lot of Democrats that got smacked around a bit yesterday.
Mike, I'm sure you were watching your former boss, Chuck Grassley, chairing committee.
And it was a great showing for Pam Bondi, at least as far as we were concerned. Your takeaway is, Mike?
Pam Bondi demonstrated that she is a strong, decisive leader.
She's unquestionably qualified to serve as President Trump's attorney general,
and she's going to go in there and bring much-needed reforms to the Justice Department.
So the Justice Department is no longer politicized and weaponized
to go after parents and Christians and other Biden Democrat political enemies. They're going
to start focusing again on real crimes in the Trump 47 Justice Department under Pam Bondi and Todd Blanche and John Sauer and Kash Patel and
Harmeet Dhillon and Gail Slater. President Trump's bringing in an all-star team. We saw that with Pam
Bondi yesterday. She's ready to lead immediately. She doesn't need to have training wheels. She was
the Attorney General for the state of Florida for eight years.
She was a longtime state prosecutor.
Before that, she's handled dozens of jury trials, hundreds of cases.
She is the perfect choice by President Trump to serve as the attorney general.
Mike, it was almost as though you were helping coach her
when we watched her responses to Adam Schiff.
We played them earlier in the program
when she said, you've been censured
and your state's a dumpster fire.
And you're clearly not letting me talk.
This is exactly why everybody in Congress hates you
and why your humiliation here.
You also leaked the Nunes memo, which is illegal,
which is pretty fiery. It's a different type of candidate for these positions. This is not the way
that Jeff Sessions behaved. This is not the way that Trump cabinet appointees behaved in 2016,
when so many of them were coddled and cowered by the Democrats, by the corporate media.
They had so much power to scare them. They were like kind of shaking like a leaf. Man,
there's a different energy, Mike. Yeah. I think President Trump learned his lesson
from his first term. And that lesson is you need to pick political appointees who are both competent
and loyal. And their job is to carry out the president's policy agenda. And the president
ran on this lawfare and election interference. The American people heard all of these
allegations and all this so-called evidence from all these Biden Democrat operatives in Maine Justice, in state AG's offices and local DA's offices and the American people rendered our verdict on November 5th.
And this lawfare is going to end.
This weaponization of intel agencies and law enforcement is going to end under President
Trump and Pam Bondi and Kash Patel. And they are going to bring much needed accountability
to the Justice Department, including the FBI, especially the FBI. So this never happens again.
Very interesting, Mike, that it was Pam Bondi there in the chair yesterday and not Cash Patel, because about 40 percent of the questions were about Cash Patel.
And that is a bit of a tell, right? It's like showing us your hand of who you're truly horrified of.
And I would like to sort of give you the floor and walk us through why. Why the obsession with Cash Patel?
You've heard them talk about Cash Patel in Pete Hegseth's hearing,
in the Department of Energy hearing, in Pam Bondi's hearing.
Is Cash Patel in the room with us right now?
Show us on the doll where Cash Patel hurt you.
What's going on here, Mike?
Well, I mean, if I these biden democrats who ran this
illegal criminal conspiracy against their political enemies including parents and christian
christians who are apparently the biden democrats political enemies which is just sickening in
itself i would also be fearful of people like Pam Bondi and Todd Blanche and John
Sauer and Kash Patel and Harmeet Dhillon, because this is not going to fly under the Trump 47
Justice Department that the FBI is sent after parents outraged by gender chaos in schools and the resulting rapes in high school bathrooms
because of the gender chaos. The FBI is not going to be deployed to go after Catholics who the FBI
thinks are too Catholic, right? So we saw that in Richmond. We're not going to have the FBI locking up Christians, including a 75-year-old
Christian, for praying at an abortion clinic while the Justice Department, including the FBI,
gives amnesty to their political allies and goes and throws the book at their political foes. It's
not going to happen. And I think that's why they're fearful. I would be particularly fearful if I were Obama, Biden, Hillary, Clapper, Brennan, Jay Bratsch, Jack Smith.
I would be particularly fearful of when Kash Patel uncovers Crossfire Hurricane.
He's already started to do that.
In the first term, he was the key behind uncovering Russian collusion hoax, Crossfire hurricane. He's already started to do that. In the first term, he was the key behind
uncovering Russian collusion hoax, crossfire hurricane. Remember, they got that declassified
and President Trump was going to release that the day before he left office. They declassified
crossfire hurricane the day before they left office. And then the FBI, the intel agencies ran
to Mark Meadows, the White House chief of
staff and said, you can't release this. You haven't done a privacy act review. You're going
to commit a crime. You're going to reveal sources and methods if you don't do a privacy act review.
So they said, do your privacy act review and get this out. Well, guess what? They didn't do the
privacy act review the day Trump left office and got that out. they did the Mar-a-Lago raid instead to go get that
crossfire hurricane. So I would be very fearful if I were any attorney, prosecutor, agent, witness,
Democrat operative who had any involvement whatsoever on a crossfire hurricane.
So you name dropped Barack Obama there. Do you think that
there is implications and culpability for the former president who seems to be very cozy with
Trump? Hey, hey, buddy. Hey, pal, let's make a secret handshake here at the funeral of Jimmy
Carter, possibly because he has so much to lose. Is that what you're saying, Mike? Well, let's just put it this way.
We know that there is an Oval Office meeting
where then President Barack Obama,
then Vice President Joe Biden,
FBI Director Comey, CIA, Clapper,
all of these officials made up the Russian collusion hoax.
They used the Logan Act, which is never used. That was
Joe Biden's suggestion as the predicate, as the pretext to open the Russian collusion hoax. And
they spied on the presidential candidate, Donald Trump, and they continued to spy on him as the
president of the United States. And they hobbled his presidency. They lied. They had Perkins Coie make up the Steele dossier for the Democrats.
They made up the Russian collusion hoax.
They got spy warrants from the FISA court on a presidential candidate.
They continued to spy on him as the president.
They lied to the FISA court.
This is the biggest scandal in American history.
This is why the Democrats did the Mar-a-Lago raid. This
is why they continued to do everything they could to try to bankrupt Trump, throw him in prison for
the rest of his life, throw him off the ballot and take off his head. It's because of crossfire
hurricane. I've been saying this repeatedly since the Mar-a-Lago raid nearly three years ago.
And this is what terrifies them.
And what really terrifies them
is you're going to have someone like Pam Bondi
and Todd Blanche, the AG and Deputy AG at Maine Justice.
And then you're going to have a highly skilled
national security operator with Kash Patel at the FBI.
So buckle up.
This is what's coming.
And the American people are going to see the biggest scandal in American history where our intel agencies and law enforcement were
politicized and weaponized to take out Donald Trump. And what it goes back to is Hillary
had her illegal home server as Secretary of State with our nation's most classified secrets. But more problematically is it had her pay for play foreign bribery schemes with the Clinton Foundation.
She was the Secretary of State.
The Clinton Foundation would take millions of dollars from shady foreign actors.
And was she doing favors as Secretary of State in exchange for those donations to the Clinton Foundation
that underfunded the Clintons' lavish lifestyle?
Probably. Maybe that's why she destroyed, she bleach-bidded the server, and she destroyed
the phones with a hammer, right? But maybe, just maybe, our foreign adversaries like China and
Russia had hacked that server and had a copy, and they were worried that was going to come out
before 2016, hence why they made up the Russian
collusion hook so they can say it was a campaign dirty trick by Trump. That's incredible. I mean,
it really is remarkable to go back. I mean, you are talking almost 10 years ago. You actually are
talking 10 years ago and beyond. So the memory of many people are about the length of a Nat's lifespan,
but this happened and it would be really nice
to have some actual reporting on it
from the Department of Justice.
Could that happen?
I mean, I know that statute of limitations,
I'm not sure if you could actually
throw Hillary in jail.
I'm not sure that there's an appetite for that.
I don't know,
but it'd be,
it sure would be nice to get
maybe an investigation
into what was actually,
like a fair investigation,
not one run by coverup artist James Comey on the Clintons.
It would be just to have transparency to say this is what happened.
Be great to see that.
Yeah. And remember, this is an ongoing criminal conspiracy. the statute of limitations hasn't even begun to start tolling because in order for the statute
of limitations to start tolling on a conspiracy, the conspiracy has to end and it's ongoing.
There's an ongoing coverup there. They are, that was the point of the lawfare against Trump. They
tried to destroy him legally, politically, financially, because of crossfire hurricane.
They know when he goes back into the
White House, he's going to finish the job that he started at the end of his first term. And he's
going to take those declassified crossfire hurricane records and make them public. And
that's what they're terrified of. This is some really, some really impressive moves that have
been happening here across the Senate and the House. Mike Rogers was kicked off the
Intelligence Committee. Payne Bondi, it seems like he's sailing through. Everyone's scared of cash.
Is this like, I mean, Mike, this is like your dream come true that's happening right now in
Washington, D.C. Have you pinched yourself yet, dude? Well, I mean, we're making it happen. At
the Article 3 Project, we're not dreaming, We're doing. We have tens of thousands of people contacting their home state senators and lighting them up and giving them an attitude adjustment.
Remember with with both Pete Hegseth and Kash Patel, when President Trump picked both of them,
the very smart people in Washington on both sides of the aisle said these nominations are dead on arrival.
And then the
Article Three Project did a shock and awe media campaign. We went on your show, Ben, quite a bit
and other shows, and we got people to go to our website, article3project.org and take action.
And then you just, it's very easy. You take action. Our website connects you to both of your home state senators, makes phone calls to them for you, sends them emails from you to them, and lights them up on social media.
And it's amazing that when you have around 30,000 Americans taking nearly 100,000 actions with their home state senators, other senators don't matter, really.
It's your home state senators that gets their attention. When you have constituents calling and emailing your office as a senator,
that gets your attention and that gives you an attitude adjustment. And so we have made the
Senate understand that both Pete Hegseth and Kash Patel are qualified. The president gets to pick
his own team. He doesn't pick Senate staffers and they don't pick his so long Patel are qualified. The president gets to pick his own team. He doesn't
pick Senate staffers and they don't pick his so long as they're qualified. And if someone's going
to say that Pete or Kash are somehow disqualified because of personal misconduct or other reasons
that makes them where they don't have the current, the present character and fitness to serve,
it's the burden on the accuser to come forward with clear
and convincing public testimony and other evidence to say they're disqualified, put up or shut up.
We're not doing the me too presumption of guilt. We're not having nut jobs like Christine Blasey
Ford make anonymous allegations, come publicly testify. And, you know, for example, if a nominee raped a woman five years
ago, they are disqualified, but that didn't happen. So, uh, and, and you need to, we don't
have the me too presumption of guilt. We have the American presumption of innocence. We're done with
that BS. I ended that during the Kavanaugh fight. So you're welcome America. I, I know I'm going to
be getting civil rights awards
for that from all the left, but here we are.
Yeah, yeah.
I very much look forward to your Women's March speech, Mike.
It's gonna be really fun to watch you take the podium
and to tell every screaming leftist in Washington, DC,
what's up, like you do on this program.
So in closing here, Mike,
what's going on with Pam Bondi, man?
Like, you know, Chairman Grassley really closely.
I think that she's going, I mean, everybody,
even the Democrats are saying she's gonna,
she's gonna, you know, sail through confirmation.
She's doing an amazing job.
It's going to happen day one.
And more importantly, given her testimony yesterday, talking about January 6th, saying that she's going to be reviewing, at the president's order, January 6th cases individually.
That was her answer yesterday.
Your take on that. What do you think some of the first steps should be for Pam Bondi? And then can you zoom in on the January 6th question for pardons? Pam Bondi is going to be outstanding.
As you saw at her hearing, she's strong, decisive, bold, fearless, very experienced. She's not going to take any nonsense
from anyone. She's going to follow the law and wherever the law leads. And she's not going to
politicize and weaponize the Justice Department like Biden has done to his. Pam Bondi is going
to bring accountability. She's going to bring reforms to the Justice
Department so the Justice Department gets rid of its bad actors, its political operatives who have
politicized and weaponized the Justice Department against political enemies, including the Biden
political enemies of parents and Christians. Let that sink in. Parents and Christians are the Biden
Democrats' enemies. There's going to be accountability.
And then the Justice Department is going to focus on what it should be focusing on, which is protecting Americans from violent criminals, especially illegal immigrant gangs.
So January 6th, where are you on pardons?
How should the Trump administration approach?
Look, I mean, what I've said all along is I think that the president, January 6th, was a lawful protest that devolved into a riot.
Right. And there are three categories of people who were there that day.
There were people who were there peacefully. And even if you think they're wrong or crazy, they have a First Amendment right to be there.
The rally was permitted by the National Park Service.
There were people who trespassed into the Capitol, and those people should have been charged with trespass.
And then there were people who were violent, and those people should have been charged more harshly. But the Biden Justice Department lumped all of these people together and said that they were insurrectionists, even though no one was charged with insurrection because it didn't happen.
How many insurrectionists go unarmed into a nation's capital, get to the Senate floor, walk through velvet ropes and not burn down the damn place?
It was a riot, right?
It was a protest that turned into a riot.
And people were politically persecuted by the Biden Justice Department.
And I say that not lightly.
It was the Fisher decision by the Supreme Court last June that said the Biden Justice Department essentially contorted, politicized and weaponized a post-Enron obstruction of justice statute intended for corporate fraud to go after political enemies.
So what I would advise President Trump to do, and I've advised this very publicly,
is pardon almost everyone. If the Biden Justice Department is going to set free and give amnesty
to the much more deadly and destructive BLM rioters, I don't want to hear people crying
about January 6th. I just don't give a damn, right? So pardon
almost everyone. And the people who were violent towards police officers should be punished,
but they should not be punished as harshly as they've been punished. No one deserves 22 years
in prison for what happened on January 6th. So you commute those sentences. But guess what? After Joe Biden pardoned his son,
Hunter, and Joe Biden freed child rapists and murderers from death row, I just don't give a
damn anymore what anyone says. If Trump pardons every last one of them, I'm not going to lose a
second of sleep. Just because you name dropped it. We talked about this early in the show, Mike.
I just couldn't believe this.
It's Hunter Biden sitting in the White House last night.
For Joe Biden's farewell address,
his criminal son,
who was facing maybe the rest of his life in prison,
who got pardoned by daddy,
and he's now one of the few people
that's sitting there in the office,
as Joe Biden mules and has the absolute bloody cheek to talk about law and order in our country, to talk about norms, and to talk about fact-checking.
He spends his last couple gasps of breath in the Oval Office talking about fact-checkers online when you have his degenerate son that he's lied about more times than I can possibly count sitting there. Just since you've gone off
on this program before, your takeaway when you see an image like this, the final note from the
Biden regime? I haven't been crazy enough yet, so I will go there for you, Ben. I would say
to Hunter Biden, you are like a 54-year- old man and you're a man child. You're hanging out
with your dad at work. It's like bring your five year old son to work day. This guy is such a
degenerate loser. He should be in prison. He was the bag man in every sense for the Biden family.
He was the bag man all around around but he was the bagman who
brought in tens of millions of dollars from our worst enemies to fund the bites right uh
clear foreign bribery clear honest services fraud clear corruption this doofus loser is hanging out
in the oval office with the president of the united States. Where are the other kids? Why is it just
Hunter Biden? Where are Joe Biden's other dirtball scumbag kids? It's just, it's unbelievable that
Hunter Biden is hanging out. This guy should be hanging his head in shame. And when he's not
hooking up with his niece, this scumbag is hanging out with his dad in the Oval Office. I
mean, what a freaking dirtball. My one warning, not that anybody heeds them, but my one warning
would be please, as soon as you possibly can, scrub the place for little baggies of cocaine,
because I'm sure that's I'm sure that's going to be the Russiagate 2.0. They're going to hide
little bags of cocaine all over the White House. Maybe that's what Hunter was doing, Mike. Have
you ever thought about that? Maybe that's the op this time.
It's lower in sophistication,
but they've already tried it once.
Maybe that's the op, right?
And pin that on Trump, you know, you never know.
You never know.
Preparing for this interview, Mike,
we have a photo of Joe Biden
with a secret tissue box underneath his desk.
So maybe Joe Biden, this is what Joe Biden has
when he watches your clips
from my show. He has a tissue box at the ready for all of the crocodile tears. He's also sitting
on a pillow. So don't know if you know anything about that, Mike, but looks like a rough go for
Joe Biden. I think I need a pillow here though, Ben. I'm a little bit short on this and my head
is a little bit short too maybe maybe a pillow

Okay, baby.
This is going to be a very, very interesting, very, very interesting
ride. I want to jump into a couple of things that we had no time to get to over the last few days.
And then Chairman Comer will be joining the program, which is freaking awesome.
I'm excited about it. First off, I want to point to something that was very, very exciting that I
saw this morning in my feed. My news feed this morning, I saw somebody in,
you know, consider the vessel here. It's Nora O'Donnell from CBS News, and she's just one of the absolute worst anchors. I'm not showing you this because of her at all, but she did show us
what Donald Trump is going to be looking out at during his inauguration and also what a totally
kick-ass podium that Donald Trump's going to be using.
And so we're going to hop on over here to this video posted this morning.
CBS News, let's rock and roll. Oh, my gosh.
Look at how incredibly majestic this is.
You're president-elect.
This is what you see right across the Washington Monument.
And walk right down here.
Wow.
Absolutely beautiful.
I'm already getting excited.
I'm already very excited.
This is what you would call VIP seating.
So lawmakers, Supreme Court justices, and also Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, and Jeff Bezos reportedly sitting together here on the inaugural platform.
Interesting.
Wow.
So right here is where the president-elect will take the oath of office sworn in by the chief justice of the Supreme Court.
And then there will be a podium like right here.
So I'm like, I'm actually like standing where the president stands
and right here looks out on this incredible view, the Washington mall to give
his inaugural address. And as you can see, there are the pool cameras set up right in the middle.
That's the shot that you see when you watch the United States deliver the inaugural address.
Now, that's a gorgeous view, but just take a look.
Come this way.
I just want you to see, looking back at the Capitol.
I mean, it's so stunning.
Capitol Dome is so stunning. Capitol dome is so stunning. And my favorite fact is that atop the Capitol dome
is Lady Liberty, a woman, the highest point in Washington, just a statue, but incredibly
beautiful. A woman. They can't help themselves. They can't help themselves. Still freaking awesome.
Are you getting excited? Look at it. It's already got it all all the chairs there and the carpet and everything's
been all set it takes them actually months to build this all the scaffolding and so on
and so it's uh we're very very excited about it members of our team will be at the inauguration
will i be at the inauguration i don't know i don't know got baby on the way
might we might sneak up there i might not be able to help myself we'll see we'll see we'll see we're
just it's gonna it's gonna be totally up to my wife all right it's gonna be totally up to my
wife i had this conversation with her it's gonna be totally up to my wife you never know with these
things but you can get you know you can get back and forth from DC in like 90 minutes.
So might be able to scoot up and lock it in.
It's just something, I don't know, man.
Very historic.
Very historic.
It'd be fun to do. I would do a video like this way better.
I do just way better.
Okay.
A lot less gasping.
Okay.
But we'll see. We we'll see ladies and gentlemen we've got some fun invitations to be very fun content uh to do up there and we'd be very very
interested uh in going given um everything except for missing the birth of my fourth child so not a
good man if you do that and so we're gonna that. And so we're gonna make a game time decision here.
Nonetheless, we will be live.
Just a reminder, we will be live probably on Saturday
and Sunday and Monday.
There's gonna be so much going on.
The schedule event's gonna be incredible
and you're just gonna be so sick and tired of winning,
ladies and gentlemen.
A reminder that James Comer will be joining our program
in just a little bit, just a couple of minutes.
And he's going to be speaking with us about what law and order will look like.
He is, of course, has retained his chairman of the Government Oversight and Accountability Committee and is going to be dropping the hammer in Trump term two.
Speaking of dropping the hammer,
we talked with Mike Davis about this and we didn't get a chance to really do
like a full rehash yesterday
of Pam Bondi's exquisite testimony
in front of the Senate.
And I wanted to take a moment
to break down some of her best answers and some of the moments that really made
us proud. Pam Bondi walked, obviously, a fine line because she does need to be confirmed.
And there are some hot button issues. One of those issues is going to be January 6th pardons.
There was a little brouhaha this weekend with January 6th pardons between
J.D. Vance and some other online influencers. And I think we've made it pretty clear what our
status is on this program. You cannot, in good faith, say that the systems of Washington, D.C. Lawfare that has been a absolute demonic meat grinder.
For so many innocent Americans.
Who were totally overcharged.
And who have spent some of them years in prison.
Some of them sentenced to 22 years in prison.
Jacob Chansley, who we've done interviews with on this program. the guy with the buffalo horns, such a sweetheart, such a nice guy, literally
just there to like give good energy to play his bongos and yodel. Jacob Chansley selected
by central casting to be ushered by police to the floor of the Senate so they could get a photo op
to say there was a violent insurrection
when all of the available body camera footage
shows Jacob Chansley following police orders,
being super polite, being a total and complete darling.
Never once fought cops, never once argued with anybody,
literally came and went when he was invited.
Jacob Chansley has spent years in prison, right?
Buffalo horn guy.
So this is just one example.
So when the system is corrupt,
when the source is corrupted of these prosecutions,
then you have to assume that every prosecution has been tainted by that same bias.
It should all be thrown out this is how it works by the way with judges when judges commit crimes this is how it
works with an ecoli outbreak it's like you know when when the when the source material is contaminated
and poisonous doesn't matter what grocery store you're buying it from.
The head of lettuce, I mean, it's all been contaminated.
The entire thing is rotted.
Okay?
The source of it's rotted.
And so that's our take on this.
We don't think anybody got a fair trial.
We will obviously carve out that people who,
when you fight and when you hit a cop,
whether you're wearing black block or MAGA hat,
you got to go to jail.
You can't be hitting police officers, right?
But also police officers can't be hitting you.
So it has to go in reverse.
And I really like to see some of the people like Michael Byrd, police officer who shot and murdered
Ashley Babbitt, who's unarmed,
without warning, literally murdered her.
I'd love to see charges for people like that.
I'd love to see some charges for the cops who were attacking peaceful protesters.
I think it'd be nice to have balance there as well, right?
Because there was bad behavior on both sides from a very, very small number of people.
Probably you could count on two hands. And so that's our take on all of this. Here's Pam Bondi's.
Do you believe that the January 6th rioters who've been convicted of violent assaults
on police officers should be pardoned?
Senator, if confirmed as Attorney General of the United States, the pardons, of course,
fall under the President.
But if asked to look at those cases, I will look at each case and advise on a case-by-case
basis, just as I did my entire career as a prosecutor.
You also advise the president on pardons as part of your responsibilities as attorney
general.
And so I'm asking you, do you believe that those who have been convicted of the January
6th riot, violent assaults on our police officers, should be pardoned?
That's a simple question.
So Senator, I have not seen any of those files, of course.
If confirmed and if asked to advise the president, I will look at each and every file. But let me be
very clear in speaking to you. I condemn any violence on a law enforcement officer in this
country. I think that's a great stance to take. And that's a genius answer.
It's very smart.
Here's the clip I was talking to you about, Jacob Chansley.
Body cam footage.
The footage doesn't lie.
Here's Jacob Chansley inside the well of the Senate.
The yelling is the cops.
Here's everybody leaving peacefully
thank you for your patience we really appreciate it
does this look like a violent unarmed insurrection to you
this is really what happens is this how it okay you've seen it you're a smart enough person you're
smart okay you're an intelligent you you are what you see with your eyes goes into your brain
and then your brain makes logical and rational determinations about the evidence before you.
Okay, so when you've watched BLM torch, burn down, fight cops,
burn cities to ashes and embers,
do they behave like this?
Have you seen,
is this what happened with BLM?
Is this what happened with Antifa?
I had my house burned down in Washington, D.C.
We've told the story
many times.
I don't like playing the victim. I'm not going to sit here
and ask for you to cry for me or feel bad for me.
But it did happen.
I have all the police reports and all the footage.
My house, these are great images.
Here we go, Klein. Just put up that, this search.
Just put up the search results.
Look at these search results. I think Killer Klein just typed in, like, Antifa. Right? There you go, Klein. Just put up that, this search. Just put up the search results. Look at these search results. I think Killer Klein just typed in like Antifa, right? There you go. Yeah. Look
at these photos that just pop up and all these photos are from corporate press or from corporate
media. So the photos themselves are censored. There was nothing like this on January 6th
do you think that guy standing beside the burning police station
is gonna just peacefully follow the cops orders
I'm just I'm just I'm just chewing on this one man
ALX could you grab that old Tucker breakdown
remember when it was like the
biggest shock of all the earth when tucker carlson went out and defended
jacob chansley and everyone's like oh you gotta take him off air and i think fox might
have actually taken him off air before this but like he defended Jacob Chansley.
There it is.
The lie of Jacob Chansley.
I've seen these people up close.
I saw BLM up close.
I was leaving the White House and I saw BLM activists
attacking and hitting Rand Paul in the head.
There's an entire video of it.
His wife, Kelly Paul,
Rand Paul's a freaking hero.
Freaking love that guy.
Kelly Paul sitting there and they're like beating him.
I saw a mob myself surround them and attack the Senator.
Nothing like that happened on January 6th.
Just that one experience that I personally witnessed
was worse than anything that happened on January 6th.
ALX, were you there too?
Were you there with me?
ALX says, I remember that night as well.
Ladies and gentlemen, here's Tucker Carlson
doing the, here's Tucker Carlson.
Oh, do you have the actual footage?
He was at Trump DC.
Do you have the actual footage?
It's on film.
You can see it.
Why not, Killer Klein?
Why not just pop that up? It's on film. You can see it. Why not, Killer Klein? Why not just pop that up?
It's on film.
This is Rand Paul getting,
there's Rand Paul and his wife.
Police have to come and protect them
as they try and like,
they're just trying to get back to their,
they're trying to get back to their hotel. They're just trying to get back to their hotel.
They're just trying to move.
Yeah.
And there's a mob.
There's a mob that's pushing and beating around them.
And then it starts getting really violent as they start to move.
It's horrifying.
And this is a man's wife sitting right there.
Yeah.
Do you think these are people?
This is a great example.
Okay, there he goes.
And then everything pops off.
Then people physically hitting.
There's people physically hitting Rand Paul.
So this is a great example.
Here's the cops asking the protestors.
I'm glad we found this.
Here's the cops asking the protestors to leave.
Leave the senator alone.
And what happens?
They get more violent.
You want to see the difference?
And none of these people were charged.
None of them were charged.
Man, it makes me so angry.
Oh, it makes my blood boil to this day.
Here's Tucker Carlson's bombshell report. Oh, it makes me so angry. Oh, it makes my blood boil to this day. Here's Tucker Carlson's
bombshell report. Oh, Rand Paul. Yeah, Rand Paul there saying, yeah, I was attacked by an angry mob
of 100 people today and nothing happened. No arrests, nothing. Here we go, ladies and gentlemen.
Dangerous conspiracy theorist dressed in outlandish costume who led the violent insurrection to overthrow
American democracy. For these crimes, Chansley was sentenced to nearly four years in prison,
far more time than many violent criminals now receive. What did Jacob Chansley do to receive
this punishment? To this day, there is dispute over how Chansley got into the Capitol building.
But according to our review of the internal surveillance video, it is very clear what happened once he got inside. Virtually every moment of his
time inside the Capitol was caught on tape. The tapes show that Capitol Police never stopped
Jacob Chansley. They helped him. They acted as his tour guides. Here's video of Chansley in the
Senate chamber. Capitol Police officers
take him to multiple entrances and even try to open locked doors for him. We counted at
least nine officers who were within touching distance of unarmed Jacob Chansley. Not one
of them even tried to slow him down. Chansley understood that Capitol Police were his allies.
Video shows him giving thanks for them in a prayer on the floor of the Senate. Watch.
Thank you, Heavenly Father, for paying the inspiration needed to these police officers to allow us in this building.
Contrast the reality of what Jacob Chansley did in the Capitol building on January 6th.
Isn't that something else?
Escorted in by the police.
Police who are armed to the teeth.
They walk Jacob Chansley in.
They clearly selected him as central casting because he was wearing a funny hat.
He's a shaman.
He's a eccentric individual.
We went out to the Arizona desert to meet with him.
He's a total sweetheart, and he was just there to get good vibrations on the vibration lines in DC.
Okay, whatever. I'm not here to judge. I believe in spiritual energy as well.
Did you notice the difference between the people trying to maul and kill Rand Paul and the way Jacob Chansley behaves here. Jacob Chansley had to do,
I don't know what, like years in prison. I think it was 22 months he did in federal lockup.
Notice the extreme difference here. Yeah. Pardon them all, ladies and gentlemen. Pardon them all.
So how about this? The people who've been locking up these J6ers at BI, they've been the ones hunting them
like dogs throughout the country.
Kash Patel was brought up time and time again.
And Pam Bondi was asked, what do you think about Kash Patel?
Here's her answer.
Senator, to cut to the chase, you're clearly talking about Kash Patel.
I don't believe he has an enemies list.
He made a quote on TV, which I have not heard.
I saw your sign or
Senator Durbin's sign about Cash. But I know that Cash Patel has had 60 jury trials as a public
defender, as a prosecutor. He has great experience in the intel Department, Department of Defense. I have known Cash,
and I believe that Cash is the right person at this time for this job. You'll have the ability
to question Mr. Patel when you do. And I'm questioning you right now about whether you
will enforce an enemies list that he announced publicly on television. Oh, Senator, I'm sorry.
There will never be an enemies list within the Department of Justice. I mean, we'll keep an enemies list, but that's fine.
You can you can call us up, Pam, anytime and ask. Yeah. All right. How about
Pam Bondi, the absolute and total fraudulence of Democrats griping and mewling at Pam Bondi about a weaponized Department of
Justice and then pushing and saying, well, you know, you shouldn't do that. And Pam Bondi saying,
oh, you mean like you mean like the Biden administration? And I have the receipts and
I have the names of people, Kevin Clinesmith, who altered documents in order to illegally spy on the president's team in the first administration.
You mean like that guy?
Oh, a glorious moment here.
You have said that Department of Justice prosecutors will be prosecuted in the Trump administration.
What Department of Justice prosecutors will be prosecuted and why?
I said that on TV. I said prosecutors will be prosecuted to finish the quote,
if bad. Investigators will be investigated. You know, we all take an oath, Senator,
to uphold the law. None of us are above the law.
Let me give you a really good example of a bad lawyer within the Justice Department,
a guy named Klein Smith, who altered a FISA warrant,
one of the most important things we can do in this country.
So will everyone be held to an equal, fair system of justice. If I am the next attorney general, absolutely.
And no one is above the law.
Under what circumstances will you prosecute journalists for what they write?
I believe in the freedom of speech.
Only if anyone commits a crime. It's pretty basic, Senator,
with anything, with any victim. And this goes back to my entire career for 18 years as a prosecutor
and then eight years as Florida's Attorney General. You find the facts of the case,
you apply the law in good faith and you treat everyone fairly.
She just nailed it. She just did such a great job. Pete Hegseth did an amazing job, but Pam,
well, I mean, Pam obviously getting multiple days of scrutiny here.
She has a panel going on right now. We're not taking it live because they're just character witnesses from the left and the right.
This was marketed by the Judiciary Committee as a second day of Pam Bondi questioning.
But Pam Bondi, according to my producers and according to our coverage of this, is not physically there today.
So we're not going to take that.
We'll bring highlights to you on our social media.
This was a highlight from yesterday. Oh, man.
Pan body talking about rigged and fraudulent elections.
And a phone call that President Trump made to state officials talking about the rigged election of 2020.
And Pan body with the perfect response here rings like a bell.
He said to the Georgia secretary of state, find 11,780 votes. Do you have the entire context of that call? I feel like it was long,
much longer than that. And they've been taken out of context. It was an hour long.
Right. You can certainly listen to it. I hope you will.
Oh, OK. So you're taking like you're taking one sentence out of an hour-long conversation.
Perfect.
Do you have the full context?
Do you have the full context for the very fine people quote for Donald Trump?
You ever looked at the full context of that?
This wasn't even fair, okay?
This wasn't even, this okay? This wasn't even...
This was like a make-a-wish situation.
It was really embarrassing with Maisie Hirono yesterday.
Maisie Hirono, IQ of 50.
She's just got to be a straight-up dumbest person alive.
She can barely speak English.
She's like someone who reads off her notes every single time.
She must have the most radical and psychotic staffers. She's like someone who reads off her notes every single time. She does her own read.
She must have the most radical and psychotic staffers.
That's how the machine really likes to do it.
They like to just take incredibly dumb people without the capacity for independent thought
and then just give them a script.
This is what they've done with Biden.
This is what they've done with Kamala.
And Maisie Hirono is definitely that phenotype.
And Maisie Hirono yesterday talking about the 2020 election. And again,
it was like shadowboxing for Pam. It wasn't even fair. Here we go.
Who won the 2020 presidential election? Joe Biden is the president of the United States.
Ms. Bondi, you know that there is a difference between acknowledging it and, you know, I can say
that Donald Trump won the 2024 election.
I may not like it, but I can say it.
You cannot say who won the 2020 presidential election.
Okay.
It's disturbing that you can't give voice to that fact.
Moving on to DOJ's independence from politics.
We have some more breaking news for you, by the way.
James Comer, Chairman Comer, will be joining the program, ladies and gentlemen, in just a matter of moments.
More breaking news for you from Congress, though.
Donald Trump inauguration will not be attended.
Maybe because it's icy.
Maybe because there's snow.
We're not sure.
And she's currently in a walker by Nancy Pelosi.
Nancy Pelosi will be on an Epstein Island somewhere with Michelle Obama.
Knocking coconuts.
She won't be at the inauguration.
Nancy Pelosi, who is wheelchair bound,
walker bound. We have these photos of her in a walker. She fell down a flight of stairs. She cracked her hip. We don't wish ill or pain on any fellow American. We do believe that we are the
greatest friend on earth to Nancy Pelosi in the sense that we say resign. Stop humiliating yourself. Resign now.
This is a painful and unnecessary moment for you, and you need to be gone.
So it's the time to resign, ladies and gentlemen.
But nonetheless, this is a little bit of a breaking news. Michelle Obama, for some reason, I'm not exactly sure if we've gotten an official reason yet,
but we've simply gotten a spokesperson saying that Michelle Obama will not be attending the inauguration of Donald Trump.
She also didn't attend the funeral of Jimmy Carter.
And there's some speculation that her and Barack Obama are on the outs.
We'll see.
They haven't had a video together.
They haven't been seen together since the DNC convention.
They haven't been seen together.
Michelle Obama, she loves posting these embarrassing cringe videos of herself online.
She's always alone.
She's never with Barack.
What's better than a well-marbled ribeye sizzling on the barbecue? She's never with Brock. for. Instacart has you covered. Download the Instacart app and enjoy $0 delivery fees on

call, right? That they clearly edited. They weren't in the same spot and there wasn't a real
phone call. Kamala Harris wasn't even using her phone the right way.
She had headphones plugged into her phone on speakerphone.
The whole thing was a mess.
So what's going on here?
Michelle Obama said she had a conflict in Hawaii
so she couldn't go to the state funeral of Jimmy Carter.
What a monster.
What a complete and total monster.
Ladies and gentlemen, speaking of Kamala Harris, Kamala Harris's replacement in the Senate,
somebody named Alex Padilla, who is just a perfect, I mean, just a perfect replacement for Kamala because he even uses her lines. He said, I'm speaking. Could you imagine being a grown man
and looking at Pam Bondi and being like,
I'm speaking.
Dude.
They're not sending their best from California.
Adam Schiff is sleeping.
Can we put that out?
Do we still have that?
Okay.
Adam Schiff fell asleep completely
during the confirmation hearing
while Pam Bondi was talking about sleeper cells.
And then Alex Padilla got smacked around by Pam
Bondi. Here we go. Senator, I'm here to answer your questions. I'm not here to do your homework.
Why don't you study these issues? Here we go. Your job will be, I'm speaking, your job will be to
protect voters and election workers, not to undermine and dox them. Now, I know that earlier you agreed that Joe Biden
is in fact president, but many of the president-elect's inner circle continue to spread
the big lie about the 2020 election. Then we'll move on to a different topic.
Senator, you were speaking. May I speak? You cut me off when I was speaking.
I hope you answered, Ms. Bondi. Now, I'd like to answer the previous one, Senator.
When we met yesterday, you did not seem to be familiar with the citizenship clause, the 14th Amendment of the United States of America, which was deeply disappointing.
I guess you didn't want to hear my answer about Pennsylvania.
After I gave an opportunity to study overnight.
So can you tell me in this committee what the Citizenship Clause of the 14th Amendment says?
Senator, I'm here to answer your questions.
I'm not here to do your homework and study for you.
If I am confirmed as Attorney General.
You're the one asking for a confirmation vote, ma'am.
Hey, you cut me off.
Can I please finish?
What does the 14th Amendment say?
Senator, Senator, the 14th Amendment we all know addresses birthright citizenship.
I have been a state prosecutor. I've been a state AG.
I look forward to even given your remarks today, working with you and the people of California,
if I am confirmed as the 87th Attorney General of the United States of America.
I didn't take your homework assignment. I'm sorry, I was preparing for today.
Ah, let that be the energy. That's why today we were so excited to have take two of Pam Bondi.
But it is what it is, right? We were we were rugged by the judiciary committee. That's all right, ladies and gentlemen. Somebody who called out blatant lies from our federal government was John Ratcliffe yesterday.
Now, there was so much happening yesterday.
Marco Rubio, Ratcliffe.
We still have Kristi Noem, Kash Patel, Kulsi Gabbard, RFK Jr.
We have so many bangers of hearings ahead of us. We have the inauguration.
We can only be in one spot at one time. And so we missed this from John Ratcliffe yesterday.
But John Ratcliffe, who was the director of national intelligence for Donald Trump's first administration, had this to say about the CIA.
And they're lying to the American people. Just an awesome commentary on the Hunter Biden laptop. Here we go.
In 2020, when a chairman of an intelligence committee misrepresented that a laptop owned
by then candidate Biden's son was somehow a Russian intelligence operation, and 51 former intelligence officials used the imprimatur
of IC authority to go along with that, I stood in the breach. I stood alone and told the American
people the truth about that. So I think my record in terms of speaking truth to power and defending the intelligence community and its good work
is very clear. And what I can assure you is those types of instances, if I'm in that position as
CIA director and have to do that again, as uncomfortable as that can be to be accused,
you know, the truth will ultimately defend itself. and I think that intelligence will as well.
Isn't that great? Don't you just love the reassertion of a government that doesn't lie to
you? In 2020, a chairman of the Intelligence Committee, Adam Schiffiff misrepresented a laptop owned by candidate Biden's son was somehow a
Russian intelligence operation. And I alone told the American people the truth. John Ratcliffe on
restoring real leadership at the CIA. Why is this so important? The CIA is the department of dirty
tricks that was used on President Trump in term one. The CIA and the FBI were the spawning locations for every dirty op that was ran against our president.
And we must have firm leadership there and not weak leadership that allows this to continue.
Here we go.
To confirm my leadership at CIA will focus on setting and communicating priorities and demanding relentless execution.
Above all will be a strict adherence to the CIA's mission. We will collect intelligence,
especially human intelligence, in every corner of the globe, no matter how dark or difficult.
We will produce insightful, objective, all-source analysis, never allowing
political or personal biases to cloud our judgment or infect our products. We will conduct
covert action at the direction of the President, going places no one else can go and doing
things no one else can do. To the brave CIA officers listening around the world,
if all of this sounds like what you signed up for, then buckle up and get ready to make a
difference. If it doesn't, then it's time to find a new line of work. We must be the ultimate
meritocracy. I will unapologetically empower the most talented, hardest working,
and most courageous risk-takers and innovators to protect the American people and advance
America's interests. And I will not tolerate anything or anyone that distracts from our
mission. It would be inappropriate in an unclassified setting for me to discuss in detail
some of my views on intelligence collection priorities, but I'm happy to do so
in the classified hearing that will follow this one.
Ladies and gentlemen, I got to tell you, it's been so unbelievably refreshing to hear that
and Marco Rubio say that the State Department is going to be focused on the United States, not in continuing and starting wars around the world. Ladies and gentlemen,
if we're going to get Greenland and Panama, it's going to be a clean deal. It's going to be a
simple price at a fair price. Ah, man, it's exciting to see. And I'm joined by somebody who's got to be really just over the moon right now.
He's somebody who's been on this program for years,
saying that the CIA is lying.
The FBI is lying.
The Department of Justice won't cooperate with me.
I am the chairman of government oversight and accountability.
And no one is accountable,
and I can get no oversight because no one is cooperating. They're lying to you,
and ladies and gentlemen, the truth shall set you free. James Comer joining the program right now,
I think with a little bit of an extra pep in his step. Here we go. Mr. Chairman, it's got to be a great day for you. I just want to give you the
table right now and say, man, Pam Bondi just killed it yesterday. It's got to be music to
your ears. And also, speaking of ears, they just can't help but ask about Kash Patel.
Must have their ears burning and every single hearing is always Kash Patel, Kash Patel,
Kash Patel. Oh, this is going to be a glorious day on Capitol Hill for you, sir.
It's a great day. In fact, later on this afternoon, I'm meeting with Kash Patel.
So I've gone from having to watch my back with the FBI and having to endure all their leaks of disinformation to the mainstream media to discredit everything we were proving with evidence about the Bidens,
to now having an FBI director that wants to meet with me and work with me and figure out how we can better get information to each other quicker so that we can hold people accountable.
I mean, and then to have Pam Bondi, we're in communication with her,
and you're going to hear about that within the next 24 hours.
I think that there's a lot of hope within the House Oversight Committee now that finally the day is about to arrive where we can hold these scandals
accountable and truly uh dismantle the deep state how refreshing was it for you to hear John
Ratcliffe call out the lie of the Hunter Biden laptop as Russian disinformation is just it's
just music it's like the Angels singing yeah look John Ratcliffe was one of the first people to come
forward he was on the
House Intelligence Committee. He and I served together when I was a freshman. And he said,
look, what Adam Schiff saying is not true. It is not true. They can't prove the validity
of the Steele dossier and that that there's no evidence, there's no real evidence that
Trump was colluding with Russia, which we
know was the narrative throughout the 2020 presidential election and all that. And then
when the laptop came out, he was one of the most vocal critics about the cover up of the laptop. So
he was, he was, you know, attacked by the media as being dishonest, as being a conspiracy theorist, but here he is today
fixing to be confirmed to be the director of the CIA. And everything he said about the media being
dishonest, about the deep state being dishonest, is true. And I mean it is a different feel in
Washington, D.C. right now when you've got people like John Radcliffe, Pam Bondi,
and Kash Patel about to be, about to be confirmed. That is daylight and dark from the deep state.
They are the anti-deep state and I just, I'm just tickled to death.
I had a feeling, I had a feeling you'd be in a very good mood, Mr. Chairman, today. So,
Pam Bondi, and I don't want to belabor this too much
but it was just too much it was just so delicious to watch you smacking around adam schiff you got
censured you leaked the nunez memo yeah you your state is a uh crime-ridden hellscape
for law and order adam schiff then falling asleep during the same committee hearing.
We have video of that. And so not a great showing for Adam Schiff, but it is so wonderful to see
these things reasserted. You've obviously talked about the censure and voted for the censure
yourself. This must have been really fun for you to watch. It is really fun. And in addition to
people like Adam Schiff being humiliated on national television, it's
also got to be humiliating to the mainstream media that tried to sell the American people
and indoctrinate the American people that our intelligence community was credible and
that they were fair and justice was fair and that Donald Trump was a crook and that the Republicans were colluding with Russia
and just all the stuff that is completely dishonest that now has been exposed.
And the media, through the course of the last few years, their ratings have gone down.
People are switching to the Benny Show and podcasts and things like that to get their news.
No one believes what the mainstream media is selling.
And I think that's proven by where the viewers are going.
The viewers are going to people like you now.
They don't get their news from the New York Times or the Washington Post anymore.
They get it from podcasts and from people they trust.
They find someone they can trust, and that's where they get the news from.
And I think that that's one of the greatest things Donald Trump's done, as far as
I'm concerned, is he's discredited the liberal mainstream media, and they needed to be discredited.
And I hope that we have a strong media. You know, we need a media to provide oversight. It's not
just about the checks and balances within the government. The media is supposed to be
one of those checks and balances too, but they're so biased
against Republicans and they turn a blind eye
to the obvious corruption.
I mean, who wants to argue that Joe Biden's family
wasn't influence peddling?
But yet they tried to say that the whole time.
When we proved that the banks flagged them
for money laundering, for taking potential bribes,
that they said that the money
wasn't coming from companies in these foreign countries. They were coming from the actual
countries. You know, they didn't care. If that had been Trump or any Republican, can you imagine?
They would have been screaming from the rooftop, this is the biggest scandal in the history of
America. So I think that we're seeing a change and the American people I believe
like this change and that's what's got to be the most frustrating to the media
is there's hope in America now. We've watched a decrepit, mental, invalid,
corrupt president for the last four years and now we've got someone that's
got energy that's putting in young people like Pam Bondi that have a
passion and they're not afraid
to debate.
They're not afraid to do interviews.
So I think that everybody in America is hopeful now.
Yeah.
We really thank you for saying that.
We liken it to a relationship, whether it's your girlfriend or whether it's your business
partner.
That partnership is not going to continue if you lie to them. That's right.
Every partnership must be established on truth,
transparency, honesty,
and being able to trust the other person.
And if you can't trust that person,
and if they constantly lie to you,
then it's going to atomize.
It's going to completely get severed.
And nobody can put up with being lied to again and again and again.
And we've seen MSNBC's viewership
drop like by 50 and 60%. And some of those viewers are going to fox a lot of those viewers are coming to
our program and so it's an important moment right now to say what you just said and we're really
thankful that you said it and we really hope that everybody if you're looking for truth that you
go head on over and check out james comer's new. And I have a couple of follow-up questions about that. All the president's money. Here's the cover. You've gone done it, Mr. Chairman. You've gone
and actually written the book on this. We've said this, I think, introducing you many times. This
is the man who wrote the book on Biden corruption. Now you've gone and done it. And lo and behold,
in Joe Biden's farewell address, who's sitting right next to him is Hunter freaking Biden last night.
So please, Mr. Chairman, what will the viewers find inside of this bombshell book?
Well, in the book, it's a forensic audit of all the money that the Bidens took in.
I would be given a platform.
I went on your show.
I went on Hannity's show a lot.
I went on Newsmax a lot to talk about the investigation.
But I would only have, you know, I would have a little more time on your show.
But on Hannity, you know, if I was on a four-and-a-half-minute clip, you know, Sean might talk for three minutes, and I would have about 90 seconds.
And you know how slow I talk.
I mean, it takes me 90 seconds to get wound up. But in this book, I had all the ink in the world, all the pages in the world,
and I talk about who the people were that sent the Biden's money
because I think that's important to know.
And, of course, they all have big foreign names that, you know,
a hillbilly from the foothills of Appalachia like me would have a hard time pronouncing on television.
They were all crooks. Every one of them either had been in prison or ended up going to prison
or were on the run from going to prison or under investigation and about to go to prison
potentially. Every single person that wired to Biden's money. And it shows where the money would go through, how it would start in an LLC that he would have a partner with, you know, a Devin Archer
or a Jason Galanis or a Rob Walker. And then their role, it looked like is if something
bad happened, they would be the ones to take the blame. And we saw that with Galanis and
Archer. Galanis, Archer and Hunter Biden were equal partners in a deal.
Jason Galanis is currently in jail. Devin Archer is about to go to jail. But Hunter Biden was never
even questioned. On the same deal, two of the partners go to prison and Hunter Biden is never
even questioned by the federal government. And what the book does is it shows how all the money was laundered
through the various shell companies and how it ended up in the Biden's bank accounts through
incremental payments. It also goes into great detail about the obstruction I faced from the
Department of Justice, from the Biden legal team, from the White House, and it talks about the
weaponized media. And I name names of people
in the media that we would provide information that would show bank records, emails, we would
we would have footnotes and endnotes to show where the evidence came from. And they would go on TV
and absolutely lie to the American people. No evidence. Joe is innocent. They struck out. And I mean, it
was it was therapy for me, Benny, writing that book because I was so frustrated. I mean,
you look at me two years ago when this investigation started, I looked like you. I had a good dark
head of hair and all this. And now I'm white headed and wrinkled and everything else. But
it was it was just we had internal drama,
all as Congress. I write about that in the book. You know, we had, you know, the
first week getting a speaker, that set us back almost a month. Then we had the
three weeks in the, three and a half weeks in the wilderness where the motion
to vacate to get rid of McCarthy, and I talked how that affected the
investigation, and you know, know it just there was a lot
of obstacles to overcome but none were more difficult than the media and it just talks about
how dishonest the media is and it's funny there's not a single person in the media or on the Biden
legal team that's disputed one thing about that book. And I mean, if you read the book,
you'll understand everything about the investigation, what we did right, some mistakes that were made, the people who obstructed, what the Bidens did. And I think
you'll conclude that it's the biggest political public corruption scandal of our lifetime. You began this interview by saying how passionately
excited you are to have the FBI, the CIA, Department of Justice cooperate with you and
your committee. And you are now saying that this is the biggest corruption in history
in our federal government. I mean, does this deserve another look in the Trump administration?
Yep. Using your book maybe as a roadmap for where to begin.
I hope the book is a roadmap. I had to write the book. Writing the book wasn't about
fame or fortune or anything like that.
It was about getting the truth to the American people because the American people didn't get the truth. I would give
90 seconds soundbite
tidbits of truth on what conservative media would have me. But the liberal print media would just
just indoctrinate the readers that the Bidens did nothing wrong or they couldn't prove anything.
That's complete bullcrap. You know, in the book it talks about we discovered that there were four
government agencies that had multiple investigations
of multiple Biden family members. Those agencies were the IRS, the Department of Justice in
multiple jurisdictions, the FBI, and the Securities and Exchange Commission. And in each instance,
when it got to the point to where they were going to have to talk to Joe Biden, because again,
everyone investigating Hunter Biden or Jim Biden, the
brother, knew that they weren't making this money without Joe Biden. You know they were selling
access to Joe Biden. So when it would get to the point in any investigation you've got to you know
ask Joe Biden because he's the business model. You know they're selling the Biden brand. That's what
we learned in the in the investigation. That someone in the deep state would say, no, stand down. You can't do that. And in the deep state, we found in our investigation,
when they wrote that letter before the 2020 election from 51 intelligence officials saying
this was Russian disinformation, when the FBI was going to Twitter and Facebook telling them
to censor the New York Post because you're about to get a story on a laptop and it's Russian disinformation.
The FBI knew all along that that laptop was legitimate.
They had possession of that laptop for months.
We also found in our investigation that when her or when the National Archives and the FBI raided Mar-a-Lago
for those documents they knew Joe Biden had mishandled documents. So the
crimes from the FBI are pretty bad. You know you remember the Smirnoff thing
that was something that never was a big part of the investigation but the FBI
two anonymous FBI agents you know know, gave it to Charles
Grassley and it was like, then they said, oh yeah, this is a credible witness, this is a credible
witness, we've used him and then all of a sudden you read in a newspaper one day they just came
out of the woodwork, all the networks just at 6 o'clock and one second a.m. they all drop a story,
oh he's been indicted for lying. And the media says,
oh, they're star witness. He wasn't our star witness. You know, you interview everyone.
We've interviewed some of the craziest people in this thing. We tried to, we were contacted
by people in Ukraine that wanted to be paid. I mean, you know, everybody we dealt with in Ukraine
was corrupt as hell. So I can sleep just fine at not, not sending them
American tax dollars. But, you know, in a big investigation, you don't leave any stone unturned.
And, you know, the FBI just did a lot of dirty tricks. Another person we were about to interview,
they, they indicted right before we were set to, to set up the, the deposition. I mean,
they did everything they could to obstruct.
But the most troubling thing the FBI did and the Department of Justice
is they would collude with CNN and MSNBC and The Washington Post
to write the story before anyone would have time to respond.
And that seed would be planted in people's minds that,
oh, this is a, this
investigation is not going anywhere. You know, the Bidens haven't done anything wrong. And,
and that's why I wrote the book. And I've, I've read a lot of political books in my lifetime.
I don't think there's ever been one that's been more extensive and more substantive and focused
on, on an issue. And the issue was the Biden corruption, and brings all the receipts.
If you look at the footnotes and endnotes in this book, I mean, it's a lot of pages.
The footnotes and endnotes are real small, but I hope everyone reads it because you'll learn what goes on in the investigation.
And a lot of people, Benny, this is the last thing, a lot of people say, well, why didn't you arrest Merrick Garland?
You know, like I could go in, bust through the doors of the Department of Justice and handcuff Merrick Garland and cuff him and stuff him like the Dukes of Hazzard, you know, and throw him in the police car and drive off.
That's not the way it works.
So we investigate.
Then we're supposed to turn it over to the Department of Justice and the FBI.
Now that we've got a Trump administration, I'm meeting with these people.
We've done the investigation.
Jim Jordan's done aspects of the investigation in judiciary.
They can hold them accountable.
I want to hold more than the Bidens.
I want to hold the people in the government accountable for the cover-up
because I think the cover-up is just as bad, if not worse, than the crime
because there are checks and balances in our system
to catch corrupt politicians.
They did.
They caught the Bidens.
They just never did anything about it.
Which is actually far worse
because this is the people who we pay billions of dollars to
every single year to administer justice in an impartial way.
And so it destroys the entire system.
The entire system crumbles from the top down, as it ever does, no matter what it is, whether it's
P Diddy or Epstein or Bill Clinton or the Bidens. This is how you lose and erode all public faith.
And there's zero public faith. This is how Pam started her hearing yesterday, saying there's
no public faith anymore in the Department of Justice. And we've got to restore that. And
that's going to be pretty painful for some people.
So I hope that news that you're going to announce with Pam Bondi is a continuation of this investigation
now that they actually have the tools and the resources.
And since you name dropped CNN, Mr. Chairman, we have a clip for your viewing pleasure here.
All right.
From 24 hours ago on CNN, your work actually making it work, actually making it onto CNN's airwaves.
They were talking about how the Bidens got their money.
And Kevin O'Leary goes, everybody knows how the Bidens got their money.
Talking about your work, Mr. Chairman.
Here we go.
Your triumphant moments.
All right.
Floating people get rich is about not letting rich people control the political process
and not having our politicians
captured by those rich people such as the Institute.
But I just really know the country common sense laws to make sure that the people at
the top don't abuse the people at the bottom.
And our system in Washington is broken.
That's fair.
It's all fair.
But half the country is still wondering how Joe Biden got rich.
Yeah.
OK, so how did he get rich?
But if Joe Biden got rich, okay so how did he get rich
kevin your question about joe biden's legacy and how he will be seen is actually extremely important because he wrote a book mr chairman mr chairman, he says, the country's wondering, like, how's, how's Biden become a multi, multi, multi-millionaire?
He wrote a book.
I wrote a book and they're not disputing it.
It came out, it's been out for 48 hours and they haven't said a word, even though they threatened to sue HarperCollins for signing a contract with me to write the book.
You know, they intimidated HarperCollins.
They intimidated Harper Collins. They intimidated
Fox News. They intimidated every platform I would go on throughout the investigation to talk about
the work we're doing. Well, here's the book. I mean, it is as detailed as anything. I mean,
it is a full forensic audit. And they, crickets, crickets. They just hope that nobody reads it.
But it's been the number one political book on Amazon for four days in a row.
So, you know, I think people in America are interested about that investigation.
I think people are keeping up with it.
I think they're curious.
And I'm real proud of the book, and I hope people buy the book because it explains a lot.
It answers a lot of questions I think every American had about the Bidens,
about our investigation, and about anything else pertaining to the investigation.
So it seems like the projection from the Bidens is that we got away with it.
Last night at Joe Biden's farewell address,
which was completely mogged by Donald Trump's inauguration photograph.
I mean, this should have been a time where everyone talked about Joe Biden.
Nobody was talking about Joe Biden.
It was a really sad address in the Oval Office,
but something stuck out to us.
One of the four people there physically in the room,
Hunter Biden was one of them.
This seems to be a message, right?
And Joe Biden really likes sending these messages.
Hunter Biden's hanging out.
It was like, bring your degenerate kid, make a wish foundation to work day, right? And Joe Biden really likes sending these messages. Hunter Biden's hanging out, Elizabeth, bring your degenerate kid, make a wish foundation to work day, right?
But here's Hunter Biden there in the White House, fresh off the pardon,
and they're saying, no, we're untouchable. Is that going to fly in the new Trump administration?
I hope not. The ball's in their court. They can go after you. The media is cocked and ready to go.
They're going to go after Trump the way they went after me during the investigation. And they're going to say, this is what they're
going to say. They're going to say, oh, it's retaliation. It's retaliation. No, it's justice.
It's holding people accountable. You know, all my investigation focused on were the financial
crimes. You can look on the laptop. There were a hell of a lot more than just financial crimes committed by that man.
I mean, you know, the sex crimes, the drug crimes and all of that other stuff.
But we just focused on financial crime.
The financial crimes alone should concern every person in America.
That man is sitting beside the vice president of the United States in the Oval Office. And, you know, I believe that if you research Hunter Biden, we didn't study this
part, but it's just an observation that he spent more nights in the White House over the past four
years than he did outside of the White House. So, in other words, the White House was his primary
residence even though his primary residence may have been this Sugar Brothers condo that burned
down last week in California. I think he spent more nights in the White House and this guy
is a criminal. I mean he is a criminal. He has taken eight million dollars from the Chinese
government. I mean there's no other way to say it. That was another thing that the book explains,
the money from China. Well let's be specific. Okay that's the way the media would say, the money from
China. Where in China was it from a company? They would say it was an energy company in China. There was no energy company in China.
You know, the money came from a company called HK Limited. They were domiciled in some slum
in one of these, you know, Chinese cities and we never could find anything on HK Limited.
But that's where the money came from. And then it went through, so it was
essentially a Chinese shell company and all the assets in that CEFC, which was the conglomerate
that Hunter was supposedly working for, once it dismantled when all of their partners started
going to prison, their assets end up in the Chinese government treasury. So it was always a part of
the Chinese government. It wasn't a private company in China. Now, Ukraine, now Burisma was
a private company. It was a corrupt company in Ukraine that needed a prosecutor fired.
But, you know, with Burisma, I said in the book, that's the only legitimate thing
Hunter Biden did. He shouldn't have been on the board. It was a conflict of interest. But
it was a real company. It was corrupt as hell, but it was a real company.
They listed him as a director and what he got charged for by Weiss was not paying taxes on the
money he made in barista. They gave him a W-2. He just didn't pay taxes on it because, you know,
he's above the law. All this other money that we found, the $27 million in the foreign wires plus the $8 million in loans, he never paid a penny
of taxes on that, according to the IRS whistleblowers. So Hunter Biden could easily owe another $10
million, maybe $15 million to the IRS. I mean, that's what that's what you was so shocking to
me that we never could get out there. The whistleblowers who investigated Hunter
for years said he the only thing he got prosecuted on was what was what was on
his w-2. He didn't list any of this other money that we found on his w-2. I mean he
owned his taxes. So criminals don't often do that Mr. Chairman. Criminals don't often do that, Mr. Chairman.
Criminals don't often go yelling to the authorities their crimes.
But I guess we're going to have to suspend some disbelief here.
Two real quick points that you brought up.
One, you said there were voluminous sex crimes.
Some of those were exposed quite dramatically by Marjorie Taylor Greene in your committee hearing. Nonetheless, we think this is some of the most important crimes because it shows it proves the absolute degeneracy of the Bidens.
Hunter Biden kicked out of ten thousand dollar a month sex club for acting like a spoiled child and doing things that I can't actually say live on the show.
If you go through this article, it's, it's sickening.
Do you think that there's a, I mean, I know that he's been,
apparently his dad pardoned him for all of this,
but what should happen next from DOJ when it comes to some of these heinous,
some of the heinous acts of the Bidens?
I mean, the sky's the limit, you know, we just,
the pardon goes back to 2014 and that the, the pardon goes back to 2014. And that, the reason the pardon goes back
to 2014 is that's when we requested the bank records. All of the evidence that's in my book,
all the evidence that was in the final report, and my book's a lot more extensive than the final
report. It starts from 2014. And most of the financial crimes were during the last two term, the last two years of the Biden vice presidency when Obama was president and Joe Biden was vice president.
So if you go back further, you know, there's other things he did prior to that, but we could only get bank records.
We were pushing it. No one but we could only get bank records. We were pushing it.
No one thought we would get any bank records.
We started in 2014.
The Justice Department could say, okay, you've been pardoned from 2014 to today.
Well let's look at 2013, just 2013, 2012, 2013.
We know he did stuff then.
We just didn't get the bank records.
We didn't talk about it in the book or the report because we didn't have the evidence. The Justice Cabinet could get that.
I mean, if they want to set an example out of Hunter Biden, they can do it. But, you know,
at the end of the day, I would bring Joe in. No one has ever questioned Joe Biden about this.
Sit him down. That's why, you know, there's some speculation as to why Joe should pardon himself.
He hasn't pardoned himself. I do not think he'll pardon himself. I think he'll pardon his brother
in the next few days. But at the end of the day, you know, ask Joe Biden, let's bring him in.
And then, you know, because he was the ringleader. You know, he lied to the American people,
said he never met with any of these people. He met with them all. He met with ringleader. You know, he lied to the American people said he never met with any of these people He met with them all he met with them all it so why do you lie about it? And then he said well
There was a wall
Between Joe Biden and his son. Well, they had we learned in the investigation. They had the same bookkeeper
In fact, Joe Biden never paid for bookkeeping
So that was a benefit from the from the influence peddling schemes. You know, the bookkeeper was being paid through Hunter Biden,
whose only job was selling access to Joe.
I pay thousands of dollars for bookkeeping services.
You know, not only do I have to do my own bookkeeping for my business and, you know, myself,
but I have all these financial
disclosure forms to fill out and that takes up a lot of time. He didn't have to pay for
anything. Then they had the same law firm. They had the same law firm. So you don't have
a wall between you and your son if you use the same bookkeeper and you use the same law firm and you live in the
same house, you know, I mean the house where your classified documents are stored, classified
documents that ended up in countries that were wiring you money, by the way, I mean
the whole thing implicates Joe Biden. And in our investigation at the end of the day
was of Joe Biden, not Hunter Biden, but Hunter Biden was a, was the main witness as well
as Jim Biden. Yes. It seems like Joe Biden might be preparing actually for a deposition
because last night he had hidden under his desk a box of tissues. He was sitting on a pillow.
Yeah. And it seems like he's prepared for a rough time. He's prepared to have a tough couple of years.
Yeah.
We'll see and we'll hope.
And we're not going to, I mean,
we call you the bulldog, Mr. Chairman.
We know you're a dog with a bone.
We know you're not going to let go.
And we really look forward to seeing some justice here.
Like this shouldn't just be like we won.
And so now we're going to wash clean all these sins.
We tried that with Hillary Clinton.
Yep. And it didn't work out great you know donald trump ended up with a bullet you know in the year and uh and facing 470 years in prison so i think that there's there should be justice
and it should be delivered um impartially and the way to prove that you actually have a justice
department is by prosecuting people whether they're famous and powerful uh or whether they're just low level i mean that's just right
so that's right we thank you mr chairman for delivering uh with this book and we very much
look very much look forward to reading it ourselves we're gonna go pick up a copy ladies
and gentlemen you can too here on amazon Number one bestseller right now.
Go follow the chairman, of course.
And I think he's barely even getting started.
I think he's going to have a fun run here in the next couple of years.
So please go follow James Comer.
220,000 Americans.
Can't be wrong.
Follow the great chairman.
Godspeed, Mr. Chairman.
Well, thanks for the great work you've done covering this.
Thank you. What a fun time. What an exciting day to be an American. And we're going to have a wild ride.
Tomorrow, Kristi Noem will be doing her confirmation hearing. And this is going to be
an important moment for all of us. DHS, many have been on
this program saying that DHS probably the most singularly important agency because that is
responsible for our border, human trafficking, ice, secret service. Democrats are trying to hold
it up. We mustn't allow it to happen. So prepare for us to be locked in tomorrow.
And of course, we'll be locked in with our verse of the day from James.
Just had James Comer on the show.
He's spit a lot of truth.
Here also from the book of James is some truth for you.
Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds,
because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.
Ah, yes. Oh boy.
You're about to watch a man who got shot in the head, got a mugshot, got sentenced to
200 and 24 different felony counts, right?
Just the other day.
And then somebody who faced down 400 years in prison,
you're gonna watch him get inaugurated in four days.
Perseverance, ladies and gentlemen.
God loves you and he loves us.
He demands action that we continue to walk through the fire.
You're not promised a perfect life.
You're not promised a life of ease and without trials. In fact, the opposite. If you read the
scriptures, you're promised trials. In fact, if you are a believer, if you are a Christian,
you're guaranteed these things and you're guaranteed the system and the process to make
sure that you are standing strong and even stronger after all of it.
And so, ladies and gentlemen, that played itself out in a small microcosm in this election.
It's been an honor to be live and covering this with all of you to see the audience grow and to see this profound joy that the country now has.
True joy, not Kamala joy, but actual joy that the country has with the restoration of truth
and honor and reality in our country. Have that restoration yourself. Let truth be your rock
and light, ladies and gentlemen, back into our golden era. One more time, Klein. I see you
have it up. The Donald Trump, the Donald Trump, the new inauguration photo. There's your new
mugshot libs. How you like me now? Look, it's hard. It's hard.'s hard it goes hard okay it's a rap album is what it is ladies
and gentlemen and we're here for you we'll be here for you marching alongside of you ladies and
gentlemen on to victory you cannot defeat an army of happy warriors let's go it's your boy benny see And got no gun, got no knife, don't you start a fight
D&D, fight, fight, fight, fight, D&D, fight, fight, D&D, fight
D&D, fight, D&D, fight, D&D, fight, D&D, fight, D&D What? D&D
Can it be one by one?
D&D
It don't fry in the kitchen
Things don't burn on the grill.
Took a whole lot of crying just to get up back here.
Now we're up in the big leagues, it's not turning back.
Don't be livid, it's you and me, baby.
Ain't nothing wrong with that.
We're moving on up, move it on up to the... All right. I'm saying, do you wanna dance to the rhythm of your heart?
We could take a chance, we're the only one we know
This is the beginning, the fire in the unknown
Tell me what you're saying, tell me where you wanna go
We can be anything
We can be anything
We can be anything We can be anything
We can be anything
