It's really an exciting time.
Ladies and gentlemen, reports say that Joe Biden is about to pardon Dr. Fauci.
And why would that be?
Oh, man, we have the news for you today.
Kash Patel and Pete Hegseth gain support on Capitol Hill.
We'll be joined by Senator Mike Lee off the top of the program
and the great Sean Davis, the CEO of Federalist,
one of the best websites, news sites on planet Earth.
They'll both be joining the program live.
My name is Benny Johnson, and this is The Benny Show.
Ladies and gentlemen, I got to tell you, if there is a single clip that makes me
scared for what they're about to do to President Trump, it is this clip of Peter Hotez,
who is a Dr. Fauci ally and research scientist. I want to set this up very clearly and very plainly
because we're going to have Senator Mike Lee joining the program to give us an update on
cash, tell him he hangs up in just a moment. Everyone's saying, why would you pardon Fauci
if Dr. Fauci is just this unimpeachable scientific voice who did his best during COVID?
I'm going to explain to you why you would pardon Dr. Fauci, why you
have to pardon Dr. Fauci if you want him to remain out of federal prison for the rest of his life.
Let's turn the pages back a couple of years. The date is January of 2017, Donald Trump is on his way into office. Dr. Fauci is giving a
poorly attended lecture where no one's paying attention to him. You can hear everybody clanging
their silverware in the background. This is at Georgetown in Washington, D.C.
And Dr. Fauci lets the mask slip.
Dr. Fauci tells all of America what's about to happen.
That they are about to launch the largest biological warfare operation in human history against President Trump to destroy his term. I'm setting this up because I want you to see why Joe Biden is rushing to pardon Dr. Fauci and what they may have planned to destroy Donald Trump's
second term and what we must do to prevent this from happening again.
Ladies and gentlemen, here's the clip. This is the operation that they ran against Donald Trump.
Luckily, this program pays attention.
Here's your bloody glove. Go.
Is that there is no question that there will be a challenge to the coming administration in the arena of infectious diseases,
both chronic infectious diseases in the sense of already
ongoing disease. And we have certainly a large burden of that. But also there will be a surprise
outbreak. So there's going to be a challenge to the next administration. He says this
on the eve of Trump getting sworn in as president. Why such certitude?
Dr. Fauci saying there will be a surprise outbreak in the next administration.
He never said that about Barack Obama's administration.
He never said that about Joe Biden's administration.
He didn't say that about George Bush's administration.
This guy's been serving since Nixon.
Stop yelling.
So why would Dr. Fauci with such clarity?
Gary bang the table and guarantee there's going to be a surprise outbreak?
The COVID-19 task force
under the government oversight committee
released this report, ladies and gentlemen.
The COVID-19 report details
how Dr. Fauci used federal funding to create a Frankenstein virus.
Can you pop that up in the studio here? Sorry for asking for this on the fly, but it was very well
known. This report from the COVID-19 task force was just published this week.
It details how this was a lab leak or a purposeful release of a virus.
It goes actually into great detail in a 500 plus page report.
Dr. Fauci engaged in biological warfare
to destroy Donald Trump.
We know this.
We have this on the record.
And now, lo and behold,
there is a psychotic freak
named Peter Hotez,
who is a Dr. Fauci vaccine mandate goblin, who was the first
guy through the wall defending Dr. Fauci, defending his policies, defending the lockdowns.
He's one of those psychotic scientists, truly like a mad scientist, who was out yesterday
saying, Donald Trump better watch out.
We got a bunch of new viruses ready to roll on,
get a load of this,
January 21st, 2025.
Hold up.
You're saying that the day after Donald Trump is inaugurated,
you are primed and ready to release onto the world
unknown pathogens and destroy President
Trump once more. We better watch out. All the more reason for Donald Trump to get his people
in the chair so we can root this out and stop this sickness before it starts. Here we go. Here's
the most chilling video I've seen in a long time from yesterday. Hotez saying they're going to do the same thing to Donald Trump again. Go.
Here's the reason why we need to care about this stuff, Nicole, is that we have some big picture
stuff coming down the pike starting on January 21st. Mr. Bloomberg mentioned H5N1. That I'm
really worried about. It's all over wild birds
on the western part of the United States and going up in the north. It's getting into the poultry.
We're seeing sporadic human cases, no human-to-human transmission yet, but that could happen. It's in
the cattle. It's in the milk. And that's just the beginning. We have another major coronavirus likely brewing in Asia. We've had SARS in 2002, SARS-CoV-19 in 2019. And we know these viruses are jumping from bats to people
thousands of times a year. But there's still more. We know that we have a big problem with
mosquito-transmitted viruses all along the Gulf Coast, where I am here in Texas or expecting dengue and
possibly Zika virus coming back or a Poochie virus, maybe even yellow fever. And there's more
than we have all this sharp rise in vaccine preventable diseases going up because of in part
the anti-vaccine activism that's so prominent right now. We have a five-fold rise in pertussis
cases, whooping cough over the last year, 15 measles outbreaks this year. We have a five-fold rise in pertussis cases, whooping cough over the last
year, 15 measles outbreaks this year. We've got polio that's been in the wastewater in New York
State. All that's going to come crashing down on January 21st on the Trump administration.
We need a really, really good team to be able to handle this.
It's all going to come crashing down on the Trump administration
the day that Donald Trump is sworn in, is what they say.
Do you realize why Dr. Fauci needs a pardon now?
Ladies and gentlemen, this is the top line of the news today.
Dr. Fauci will allegedly be pardoned, according to reports.
Here we go.
Biden weighs preemptive pardons for Cheney, Schiff, Fauci and others.
Let me ask you a question just off the top here.
Why would you pardon someone who has not been charged with a crime?
Well, obviously, because, you know, they're a criminal.
That would be the only rationale for this.
The only rationale.
President Joe Biden is weighing preemptive pardons for his allies in Congress and current and former federal officials.
Senior Democrats familiar with the discussions told Politico reporter.
Receiving a preemptive pardon would indicate the admission of guilt.
Some Democrats claim the preemptive pardon would only be intended to block President Trump from cleaning up Washington, D.C.
If I deliver preemptive pardons, it would fulfill the request of Democrats and media allies who have been begging for pardons for people who haven't been charged with crimes but are clearly guilty of crimes.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is an admission.
They're telling on themselves here. What is our government doing exactly? Why would
senators ever defend this? How could senators vote in favor of people like Alejandro Mayorkas, Merrick Garland,
who've committed crimes, Jack Smith, who've committed crimes. Senate didn't actually vote
for Jack Smith. Okay. How can that happen in the Republican conference? and yet the same Republican members of the Senate who voted for
some of the most openly criminal. And let me explain very quickly what I mean by this.
You know, the Senate hasn't impeached Dr. Fauci, hasn't really opened an investigation
in Dr. Fauci. Here's Joe Biden rushing to pardon him. What about Alejandro Mayorkas, who's openly and with every
waking breath defying American law? 1964 Immigration Act. Just read it. Simple. Every single criminal
alien here is a felon by decree and by the letter of the law. And every moment they say here,
they increase that felony status.
Alejandro Mayorkas, who was voted on for confirmation by a bunch of Republican senators, same with Merrick Garland, same with Lloyd Austin.
These people have, you know, these people have done wantonly destroyed our military, destroyed our justice system, destroyed our immigration system. Alejandro Mayorkas, the single most successful human smuggler, mass human smuggler in world
history. Republican senators voted for them to their great shame and eternal shame.
And those same Republican senators are now applying great frictions to Kash Patel and to Pete Hegseth. Why?
Joining us right now is Senator Mike Lee to give us some insight into that important
question. We're honored to have him on the program, as always.
Senator, thank you so much for being on the program. I know we have a tight window here.
Can you please give me a landscape of the nomination process for Pete Hegseth,
Kash Patel, and are there other nominees that Donald Trump is putting forward that are finding
frictions inside of the Senate? What does the landscape look like, Senator?
Look, Pete and Kash are both making the rounds. They're both working this really hard. They're meeting with senators one-on-one, sometimes in
groups. I hosted a large group meeting with about a dozen Republican senators Monday night with
Pete Hegseff, and he made a great case for how the Department of Defense needs to be reformed.
And make no mistake, Benny, the swamp hates these guys for one reason,
because they're here to clean house. They know that both the Department of Defense and the FBI
need a serious power wash, followed by a scrub with a heavy gauge wire brush. They will stop
at nothing to make sure that the cleaning happens. That is why they're opposed.
And that is exactly why we've got to get them confirmed.
But as far as I can tell, they're making great progress.
They're meeting one on one.
They're going house to house, office to office.
And they're making real progress.
OK, there isn't a good reason not to confirm them.
And I think we need to get that message out there far and wide and have everybody encourage their senators, Democrat or Republican, to vote to confirm them.
Yeah, we're seeing some frictions, especially with Pete Hegseth over the last couple of hours,
over the last couple of days. We've seen some reports, anonymous reports, very Kavanaugh,
very Kavanaugh-like.
And you, of course, remember the Kavanaugh confirmations to the Supreme Court.
And those hearings, I think, quite well.
And it really does reek of the most despicable tactics in Washington, D.C., pulling forth years-old anonymous reports or anything else they can pull.
Everything from the guy's mother's email address, which I don't know how the hell you're getting the mom's emails.
It seems like such dirty tricks, such dirty operations.
And it tells on itself, doesn't it, Senator?
Yes, this is what desperate people do when they get really, really, really desperate.
They rush to anything they can find.
They come forward with uncorroborated allegations as salacious as they
can find them. And they make them over and over and over again. And you know what they say in the
media, if you repeat a lie often enough, eventually it becomes, well, journalism.
So let's talk briefly about John Cornyn, Joni Ernst, not specifically, but there are some of
the two that have come out to the press as of late and not said no on Pete Hegseth, but said, no, we're not convinced on Pete Hegseth.
Can you talk me through what that hesitation would be at the moment? There seems to be
quite a bit of attention on Joni Ernst, Lindsey Graham, John Cornyn.
Yeah, look, I can't speak for any one of my colleagues.
I don't know exactly where they are on this, and so I'm not going to try to speak to that.
What I can say is that there are a number of circumstances where members will want the process to play out,
and they'll want to make sure that somebody goes through the confirmation process to ask them questions.
That's reasonable. That's understandable. I think most of the time, most of those people among Republicans are going to get to the right answer.
All we need to do is get a simple majority and we get them confirmed.
Now, I hope I expect I wish I want all of my colleagues to vote to confirm both Pete and cash.
We need both of them. And I am- After all these years of brewing Coors Original,
we've learned one undeniable truth.
Any legacy is possible.
You just have to start.
Coors Original.
How will you start your legacy?
Celebrate responsibly.
Must be legal drinking age.
For all of my colleagues,
Republicans and Democrats,
to vote to confirm them.
That said, the fact that somebody isn't yet ready to say how they will vote, especially if there's
an interesting set of questions they want to ask in a confirmation hearing or prior to the
confirmation hearing, those two things shouldn't be confused. So I wish I could speak more as to
what their intentions are, but I don't know what their plan is.
Do you believe that Pete Hegseth will be confirmed by majority in the Senate?
I do. I do. One of the reasons is, you know, it's one thing,
separate and apart from whether somebody's just hesitating and whether they have a practice of allowing somebody to go through the committee process before weighing in. It's one thing for people to say they might have concerns
or they might be reluctant to vote for somebody. It's quite another to vote not to confirm a
nominee from your own president on a high profile, prominent cabinet level position or important
subcabinet position like FBI director. They're very different things. We've got to be very careful here not to allow any very small group of Republican senators to exercise a de facto
veto at the outset without ever having to go to the floor and man up, woman up, whatever you want
to call it, by actually voting no. Those are two very different things. And I think some of those
who may have expressed reluctance publicly or privately or both are going to find that it's much more difficult on a high profile, important, personally imperative appointment like these ones to vote no.
Yes. You know, Kash Patel, you just hosted Pete Hegseth. Can you talk me through the Kash Patel nomination? What are you hearing
in the background about that? Very optimistic there. There really isn't a good reason for
anyone, Republican or Democrat, to vote against Kash Patel. He's prosecuted more cases than Kamala
Harris. And we all heard about her prosecutorial experience on the campaign trail. Not a lot of
detail, but a lot of talk. But, you. But the leftist media obsessively, compulsively trashes Cash all the time, while completely
ignoring the Biden family enterprise, while completely ignoring the blatant abuses that
have taken place within the FBI, to which Cash Patel represents a real threat. Now, he's an outsider. He's got a unique blend of experience
representing an intriguing candidate for spearheading civil liberty reforms within the FBI.
His involvement in exposing the Russiagate hoax positions him really uniquely, really well to
address potential political biases within the FBI. And as Cash likes to say,
getting people back in the practice within the FBI of prosecuting and pursuing and investigating
actual criminals. His work on the Nunez memo, which criticized the FBI and the DOJ for the
way they handled surveillance of Carter Page, highlighted some really important issues
regarding the justification for surveillance
and the impartiality of actions within the FBI. So look, all of this stuff gives him a lot of
insight into where the problems are, where the bodies, metaphorically speaking, are buried within
the FBI. It also gives him credibility, push for the reforms that we really need FBI to have
to make sure that their operations are conducted properly
and without partisan influence. You believe that Kash Patel will be appointed? I do. And he will
be confirmed? He should be and he will be. That is my prediction. Look, when you listen to people
speak about Kash Patel, among those who who don't say I'm voting for him,
among those who start to express concerns, they're really light on detail for why they might have
reluctance. And this is because I think a lot of people are just reading headlines saying, oh,
Kash Patel is a radical. Kash Patel is a reckless pick. But they can't back
that up. This is a very thoughtful, smart man who understands the severity of the situation,
and that's why they hate him. Okay. So we move very, very quickly here to the Dr. Fauci pardon.
I know this is something that is near and dear to your heart. You've been on this program talking about Dr. Fauci, and I know
we're up against a hard out. What does this pardon signal to you from Joe Biden?
Look, one of the greatest hoaxes, I don't even know if hoax is the right word. One of the great travesties of our lifetime is what happened in 2020.
The American people were fed lie after lie about the nature of COVID, about the origins of COVID, about Dr. Fauci's own actions within NIH,
about his attempt to first continue to fund gain of function research even though it was
illegal to do so and he did it by renaming it something else as uh i believe it was um
mark twain who said that if you name the tail of a dog a leg the dog still has just four legs the
fact that you've named it a leg doesn't make it that. Fauci called gain of function research by another name
and on that basis continued it.
And it was that gain of function research
that ended up supporting activities
at the Wuhan lab of virology.
And that quite arguably contributed to our getting COVID.
So he lied about what he was doing with gain of function.
He lied about the origins of COVID. He lied about the nature of COVID. So he lied about what he was doing with gain of function. He lied about the
origins of COVID. He lied about the nature of COVID. He recommended all kinds of protocols
that proved destructive to the American people, not just to our economy and to our liberty,
but to our way of life, to mental, physical, emotional health in America. And it was an
incredibly costly maneuver. I find this whole thing very disconcerting.
The idea of pardoning him for those things is really troubling.
I just want to thank you for, and this sort of buttons up the Fauci question,
for being the godfather of Doge. In conclusion here, Senator, you are the godfather of Doge,
and those who have been following your work closely enough
know that a decade ago, you were speaking about Doge when it was just a twinkle in Vivek
Ramaswamy's and Elon Musk's eye. And so we just want to say here live, thank you, Senator.
Thanks so much, Benny. It's a pleasure to be with you, as always.
The godfather of Doge, the great Senator Mike Lee. Godspeed, sir.
So, ladies and gentlemen, we are now looking through a lens at the Republican Senate and
what they're doing, how they're approaching these nominations,
how they're looking at the greater overall landscape, and it's clear to see where the problem is. It's clear to see which senators are selfish, which senators are self-serving,
which senators are not at or owned and thoroughly operated by the machine and which senators deserve to
be primary.
And this is a important question, which is which senators believe that they are more
powerful than those who elect them.
Because we all elected President Trump.
We gave President Trump a sweeping landslide and that landslide needs to be executed on by the picks that President Trump has selected for his
cabinet and the deference that Republican senators in a majority must give to the president.
And so a vote against a Trump cabinet pick is a vote to say that you are more powerful than Trump
and you know better than the voters. This is why we find these actions despicable.
Now, this all ties very neatly together with the topic of Dr. Fauci. Dr. Fauci getting a pardon is predicated on Kash Patel being FBI
director. The reason why, and our show has been used to detail this time and time again,
is Kash Patel has talked openly about executing from a legal basis inquiries into government corruption. Dr. Fauci is one of them.
Dr. Fauci has an entire chapter in Cash Patel's book, Government Gangsters, along with RFK,
who wrote an entire book called The Real Anthony Fauci. It's like a 1500 page book about how corrupt this guy is. And now us pushing for Pam Bondi,
Kash Patel at FBI,
Pete Hegseth at the Department of Defense,
and a reminder, Dr. Fauci gets his funding from DOD.
Dr. Fauci's funding to create new monster viruses
that according to his strongest ally, Peter Hotez,
they're going to release
onto the world when President Trump is inaugurated. It needs to stop now. It needs to be stopped. It
needs to be killed in the cradle. They have these operations going. We've done too much research on COVID, man. We've done too much research.
We know how they funded the creation of that virus
and most likely ordered its release.
It's too perfect.
The timing's too perfect.
The motives are all there.
And in any crime scene, you step back,
you look at the suspects and you ask,
qui bono, Latin, who benefits?
Clearly, the regime represented by Dr. Fauci and his work is the one who the ones who benefited
the most from covid and its release. The person who lost the most in covid, I think you could
argue, is President Trump. Because without COVID, Donald
Trump will be ending a four-year term right now instead of starting one. That's a fact.
That's a bona fide fact. And so this is why it's so important to get justice here.
Without justice, they'll pull the same tricks over and over and over again. I don't want to belabor this point,
but no one has been charged for false statements
that they made to Congress about Kavanaugh.
If Christine Blasey Ford was thrown in prison
or was sued into oblivion,
then you wouldn't have that tactic played out over and over again.
We're watching it hit Pete Hegseth right now. Yesterday on the program, Steve Friend, an FBI
whistleblower, told us that a counterintel operation is being launched against Kash Patel
right now at the FBI, that they're scraping all of his text messages. We showed you all the memes
that we've been sending Kash, okay? There you go, FBI, you got text messages. We showed you all the memes that we've been sending cash.
Okay, there you go.
FBI, you got our memes.
We showed, look, they are now going to behave
in an antibody reaction against those who wish to reform.
If you kill the tactic by imprisoning,
destroying the career of, uh, investigating until someone's bankrupt.
These bad actors, then you stop the tactic. You must kill the tactic.
They didn't kill the Kavanaugh tactic. Kavanaugh got on the Supreme Court, but very damaged, right? And probably
forever, actually, truthfully, forever damaged. The tactic worked to a degree. So they're going
to deploy it now. They're deploying it again. Counterintel ops against Donald Trump worked.
They were able to put Flynn in prison. They were able to put all these guys in jail. They were able to hang Trump,
a millstone around Trump's neck for his entire first term.
So they're going to run a counterintel operation on cash.
They're going to keep these tactics up. And you know what? The release of a novel virus
that has no zoonotic transmission, that has no zoonotic origin, no zoonotic to human transmission,
that was literally created in a laboratory. Here's the report. I encourage you to read it.
Can you get me the summary of this report? It's on the coronavirus. It's on the oversight web
page. It's fine. I've memorized it. Dr. Fauci funded the laboratory. The laboratory created
Frankenstein coronaviruses. They pulled these coronaviruses from horseshoe bats that live
high up in the mountains in China. And they inserted spike proteins to make them
infectious to humans. They're not naturally infectious to humans. This was done through
grant money from Dr. Fauci and released most likely on Dr. Fauci's orders.
And that's why he needs the pardon. There it is. They want the game plan. They're at the game plan.
Now they're threatening to do it all over again. Okay. So this is why they're going to pardon.
This is why they plan on pardoning Fauci. CNN explaining that if they did the same thing
to Dr. Fauci that they've done to Donald Trump, that it would bankrupt him and destroy his life.
You can step back and obviously
see the playbook happening in real time. Here it is. Joe, if he's going to do it, let's make sure
that we do it as well, because we're going to be there at the end having to make up all this other
stuff. Adam Schiff, who is on the list, he said he doesn't think it's a good idea. He said it looks
defensive. Well, Adam Schiff, listen, the question is, will they accept a pardon?
Because if you don't think you did anything wrong, which they didn't, they might want to not take a pardon.
But I will say this.
You're talking about an unprecedented crew of people coming in there.
Listen, even if they don't indict you, they can investigate you into bankruptcy, torture you with FBI investigations.
Kash Patel is evidently going to be our next FBI director. Is that what you want to be dealing with?
During the time he was out of office, President Trump got actually indicted by
a grand jury. They tried to bankrupt him. They traded his house.
Same thing. They raided his house because he had he had documents that he stored there. I don't
think that Liz Cheney has any secret documents stored.
If she does, obviously, then she'd be raiding her house, too.
But look.
Oh, really?
Raid Liz Cheney.
Please tell me more.
A man can only get so excited.
Here's an absolute endorsement stamp of Kash Patel.
They're already saying on CNN,
this is the reason why we need all these pardons. Kash at the FBI will end the government corruption.
Let's do reductio absurdum, right? Reverse their argument. Okay, so bring it down to its base point and then reverse it. They're making the greatest possible argument for Cash.
These libs are.
My God, we need all these pardons because Cash Patel is going to investigate our crimes and we have to be able to get out of jail for free.
We must print our get out of jail free cards as soon as possible.
This really is something they're telling on themselves.
The man who's known as Joe Biden's lawyer in Congress,
one of the most despicable liars in Congress,
this side of Adam Schiff, they call him Adam Schiff Jr.
His name's Dan Goldman.
You probably remember this guy.
Dan Goldman says the same thing.
Because we are getting cash in the chair at the FBI.
They're sweating bullets. Here we go. I think the fact that they have to have that discussion
says everything about Kash Patel and Donald Trump's nominees. There is no reason why any president must consider preemptive pardons
because the incoming administration has made it so clear that they will go after political
adversaries. And Kash Patel has been incredibly vocal about that. And I hope that the Senate
Republicans who know Joe Biden very well and know he would not take something like this lightly,
really consider the fact that that's even part of this discussion about Kash Patel.
He is unqualified. He is unhinged.
He has made it very clear that he is out for retribution.
He is sending cease and desist letters and lawsuits.
This is a dangerous person to head up our top law enforcement agency.
And just the fact that this is even part of the conversation
says everything that the Senate Republicans should need to hear.
We'll be bringing you some very fun Cash Patel news. Cash Patel is going up to the Hill next week
and is going to be doing these
meetings. I'm telling you there's not a single senator that has announced that they will be
voting against Kash Patel. Kash Patel is getting that chair. Kash Patel is getting that chair. We
really like Pete Hegseth and we're praying for Pete Hegseth right now. We're doing everything that we possibly
can to make sure that Donald Trump gets his picks. The reality is that it's Trump and this movement
that won in a landslide. All seven swing states, 312 electoral votes, the national popular vote.
Donald Trump deserves the deference. Our movement deserves the deference from these senators.
We're going to go in hard against Senator Joni Ernst in just a second.
She seems to be really the problem here, which is of great annoyance to someone like me because I'm from Iowa.
I was where I was raised.
That's where I went to school.
I know Iowa politics very well.
That makes me very angry.
Iowa is known for honesty and decency and straight dealing.
And Joni Ernst is a liar.
She is deceiving the American public and she is sabotaging President Trump's picks.
She's not to be trusted.
And I'm about this close to openly announcing that I will be fully supporting a primary against her. We'll see. We'll see how she does, but I'm not ready. I'm not ready to get off this topic yet.
One more data point here. New York Times, Michelle Goldberg says, please, please pardon everyone right now because of Kash Patel.
How important is the Kash Patel pick when you read things like this?
And I think that there's, and I shouldn't say easy, but there's a way to do this,
I think, that would make the narrative clear cut for the American people.
It's not ideal to have an incoming potential head of the FBI,
Kash Patel, who has published enemies lists. But one advantage of that is that he wrote a book.
He has an enemies list in it. So we know exactly who he has threatened to go after without cause.
Just pardon everyone on it. Pardon everyone on it. Give a speech. Say,
you know, and this is one reason I wish that the president was a better communicator,
but give a speech and say, you know, I wasn't able to save the country from Donald Trump,
but this is what they've threatened to do. I think we should take them seriously.
I mean, and I think it's important to do that also just to give the
American people, at least those that can be reached by the president, some framework for
what's coming and saying, I don't know what crimes, because these people have not committed
crimes, I'm giving them blanket pardons because the list of potential, you know, kind of false investigation or
the list of potential investigations is kind of boundless.
But again, I think you can just keep going back to they have.
The contortions. And the twisting and the pretzeling of these so-called helmet-haired intellectuals, they haven't committed any crimes yet.
It's just that we need to pardon them for all the crimes that they committed.
Because now we have people that have been calling out their crimes for years, and they're going to be investigated and put in prison. So that's why we need the pardon.
And they say it with a smile and they expect you to gasp when you wonder why no one's watching
anymore. Wow. MSNBC's ratings are down by 65 percent%. They're about to be sold at auction. Elon Musk might buy the network,
turn it into MXNBC.
ALX and I are going to get a show.
Who knows?
Who knows?
I can take over for Chris Hayes, right?
Doesn't he wear a pair of spectacles?
That'd be fun.
This is the problem.
They have been trapped in a trap of their own making. Dr.. They have been trapped
in a trap of their own making.
Dr. Fauci has been trapped.
Dr. Fauci arrogantly went up on Capitol Hill
and spoke to a real doctor.
His name was Rand Paul.
I don't want to, again,
I don't want to belabor this point.
We have a bunch of other stuff to get to.
But there's just one more clip.
The reason why you watch the show is because we are archivists.
We're alive.
We pay attention.
Pattern recognition.
Man, you can tell when someone's a liar.
Killer Clown was talking about it when I got in the studio today.
He's like watching these Fauci clips.
I walked in.
He's watching these Fauci clips.
He's like, this dude's a liar.
You can tell by his actions.
There's these little ticks that people have.
One of them, the autonomous nervous system, is hand shaking.
It's actually why polygraph tests work.
Dr. Fauci was asked by a real doctor, Rand Paul, some very tough questions.
I want you to look at his hand here.
Have you ever seen Dr. Fauci in hundreds of thousands of hours of interviews shake?
Watch this. I want everyone to understand that if you look at those viruses and that's judged by
qualified virologists and evolutionary biologists, those viruses are molecularly impossible.
No one's saying they are.
No one's saying those viruses caused the pandemic.
We're saying they are gain of function viruses because they were animal viruses that became more transmissible in human.
And you funded it.
And you don't admit the truth.
And you implying.
Paul, your time has expired and I will allow witnesses who come.
Look at that.
Look at that. And what was Rand Paul talking about? How he added spike proteins and the spike protein. I'm not trying to jar and I
hate jargon. Okay. I'm not trying to jargon people to death, nor am I, nor am I a qualified
virologist, but we've done our research here. They snip out parts of the coronavirus
and they add a specific protein that allows the coronavirus to infect human
cells. Without that very specific protein, which is a marker, by the way, that proves that this
was a genetically engineered virus, duh. Without that, it is non transmissible to human beings.
There are so many people in China.
There are so many of these horseshoe bats in China.
There's no evidence of any zoonotic transmission.
Dr. Fauci created the virus.
We funded it.
Then they released it to destroy Donald Trump.
And now they're threatening to do it again.
So we must end this tactic.
And the way to end a tactic is to make the people that use the tactic pay.
That's what we're going to do.
That's why we got to have cash in the chair.
You know who else?
You know who else is someone who's getting a big position in the Trump administration?
John Ratcliffe.
Now, John Ratcliffe is going to pass the Senate with flying colors.
He'll probably get 79 votes. John Ratcliffe was director of
national intelligence. He's a former member of Congress. The big time Intel guy, right?
John Ratcliffe is heading to the CIA. Ooh, the CIA. CIA is, let's see, ALX, remind me here, a place where Dr. Fauci went to get his marching orders.
Dr. Fauci famously had lots of very secretive meetings at the CIA at the height and the launch of the COVID pandemic.
There's a couple articles on it.
We'll pop them up after this clip.
But here's your incoming CIA director saying Dr.
Fauci lied to Congress and deserves to be prosecuted. Here we go. Ratcliffe, do you agree
with Dr. Redfield? I do. Given what we know now, if you were in Dr. Fauci's position, would you
have denied that the NIH's role in gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab?
No.
Do you think that Dr. Fauci lied under oath?
I think that some of Dr. Fauci's testimony is inconsistent with some of the intelligence
that we have that remains classified, as well as inconsistent with some information that is
publicly available. Dr. Fauci lied under oath. That's a crime. Everyone knows the section
in the congressional code about what it means to lie to Congress. If you caught lying to Congress,
it's five years in prison. Plus, you can add on to that every single subsequent lie.
Dr. Fauci has lied to Congress time and time again.
That's the new CIA director coming in.
Dr. Fauci secretly went to CIA headquarters to influence COVID-19 origins probe.
Well, would you look at that?
You know, CIA is one of those places that should really know about secretive virus programs since they funded it,
right? The CIA, through their cutouts, fund the virus programs. This all goes back to the Patriot
Act, the worst piece of legislation ever passed in American history. And part of that Patriot Act
was to fund guys like Dr. Fauci to create new viruses. Now, shockingly, and I'm not sure if it's to his credit,
but he did do it.
Barack Obama shut down these programs
because there'd been so many lab leaks.
Barack Obama's like, hold up, wait a minute.
Something ain't right.
I'm not going to have my presidency destroyed
by these maniacs creating mutant viruses
that could be released and leak.
Maybe they just leak accidentally.
Barack Obama freaking shut this program down.
It restarted under Trump.
What do you know?
Them's facts.
We have the paperwork.
We have all the evidence.
This is true.
Dr. Fauci got all this funding from the DOD through the CIA, through the Patriot Act, to start making monster viruses.
Now, this is all under the pretext, as it always is, of American national security.
So in order to predict the next pandemic, we need to make all the viruses ourselves.
Hmm.
This is a very scary tactic, because what it means is that
we become the greatest biological warfare creator in the world
and then we can launch these weapons against let's say domestic enemies like donald trump
that's exactly what they did the cia still hasn't said where they think that covid came from what
do you know what are the chances the, weirdly, to their great credit,
said, yeah, it definitely came from a lab.
House Oversight Committee said,
yes, it definitely came from a lab.
Ladies and gentlemen,
I don't know why,
but for some reason,
for some reason,
there are senators who refuse to even give the illusion that they care about reforms
inside of the Pentagon, who funded Dr. Fauci, reforms inside of the CIA, inside of the FBI,
who were ground zero for every dirty trick launched against Donald Trump.
Everything from the Hunter Biden laptop to Russiagate, FBI, CIA, totally on board with it.
Some of these senators are trying to gum up or create false frictions against Kash Patel and
Pete Hegseth. There are 53 Republican senators. The vice president gets a tie-breaking vote. And so I guess you can lose
four senators on these nominations. But people like Joni Ernst, Lindsey Graham, John Cornyn
are creating, especially for Pete Hegseth right now, major frictions in the system.
Zero Senate Republicans oppose Pete Hegseth for defense secretary as he
vows to never back down amid misconduct claims. And this is the headline out of the New York Post
this morning. We covered yesterday how the Wall Street Journal was saying that Ron DeSantis might
get, Pete Hegseth might get swapped with Ronon desantis and we want to correct the record because in since the time of
yesterday's show it seems like everyone has doubled and tripled down on pete hegseth
ladies and gentlemen this is a very good thing. It's something. It's truck month at GMC.
Tackle the open road with added confidence in a 2025 Sierra 1500 Pro Graphite
at 0% financing for up to 72 months.
With an available 5.3 liter V8 engine, 20 inch high gloss black painted aluminum wheels,
off-road suspension with available 2 inch factory installed lift kit,
plus a towing capacity of up to 13,200 pounds. You'll be ready for anything this truck month.
Truck month is on now. Ask your GMC dealer for details.
That we teased on the show yesterday, Megyn Kelly was sitting down with Hegseth,
and that interview did not disappoint. It was published after we were live.
So here we go.
Just a short excerpt from Pete Hegseth defending himself against these Kavanaugh-level anonymous smears.
Go.
Do you think you're being Kavanaughed right now?
I had a member not 45 minutes ago look me in the eye in private, just he and I, and say that's what they're trying to do to you.
That's what they're trying to do to you. That's their playbook. Get ready for more.
And they're going to make it up just like they have so far. All anonymous, all innuendo,
all rumor, nothing sourced, no verification. And they're just going to keep doing it because you're a threat to them. You're a threat to their system. You're a threat to
all the things in washington dc
the swamp the things that people have rejected you're a threat to that and so they're coming
after you um and and and i know that he knows that and when you stand firm on that it's it's
it's not difficult to just continue to fight so yeah yeah, we saw what happened, but guess what happened? Kavanaugh stood up and he fought and he won. And hopefully Republicans have learned that lesson.
And Trump stood by him.
And Trump stood by him. What you're seeing right now with me is the art of the smear.
It is the classic art of the smear. Take whatever tiny kernels of truth, and there are tiny, tiny ones in there,
and blow them up into a masquerade of a narrative
about somebody that I am definitely not.
And what they never quote, and we'll get into this too,
are the legions of people from who I served with in combat,
multiple tours, from the multiple veterans organizations
that I very proudly ran, and I really want to get into that,
and my time at Fox News. They never asked the people closest to me.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is what Pete's talking about. There's going to be a hundreds, maybe thousands person, special forces, army rangers march on Washington, D.C. in support of Pete Hegseth.
That's going to kick some ass.
Here's Rick Scott supporting Pete Hegseth.
You know, we're big fans of Rick Scott.
We wish that he was Senate leader, although Senate leader John Thune, to his credit,
expressed deference to Donald Trump on this pick yesterday And sent some very positive messaging
On this pick
Will Cain is
Somebody who's the co-host
On Fox News with Pete Hegseth
Going to the mat for his buddy
And saying, hold on
You're going to believe that senators like
Joni Ernst are going to
And we haven't gotten to Joni Ernst yet
We're going to do a number on Joni Ernst today
Senators like Joni Ernst are going to, and we haven't gotten to Joni Ernst yet. We're going to do a number on Joni Ernst today.
Senators like Joni Ernst are going to believe anonymous sources in the New York Times
instead of all the guys who served
with and under Pete Hegseth,
his own mother,
his own credit and credentialed
military allies and coworkers. She's going to deny all of them
and say, oh yeah, this anonymous slime report is what I'm going to believe. It shows you,
it shows you so much about who these senators are. Self-serving, manipulatable, absolute pawns of the super state.
And there's a reason why Joni Ernst doesn't want the Pentagon to be reformed.
We'll talk about that in just a moment.
Here's his co-host, Will Kane, making the defense.
I'm up to over two dozen former employees of Fox or frequent guests of Fox who have testified that he never lived up to the
reputation painted by NBC News. Dan Bongino, Dr. Nicole Sapphire, Joey Jones, Guy Benson,
Carol Roth, but not just on-air talent. Former bookers like J.P. Decker, Kyle Becker, Brianna Morello,
people that appeared on the show frequently as guests like Alec Lace, Avik Roy. There are over
two dozen names and what they have to say right here for you to go look at. NBC News offers you
10 anonymous people. I offer you over two dozen who have worked with him over time.
One of the allegations put out by the New Yorker this weekend is, or the New York Times rather,
they got a hold of an email that Pete Hicks' mother, Penny, had sent to him in 2018,
telling him he needed to get his act together, that his behavior with his wife, his infidelity is beneath him.
I mean, I think there's a legitimate and interesting debate about, whoa, that's extremely personal.
Is that something that is newsworthy?
I think we know the answer, by the way.
What does this have to do with, A, who he is today as a man? But, B, what kind of job would he do as Secretary of Defense? Well, what do you do as
Secretary of Defense? And who is set to benefit from the same old systems? Why do we have a war
in Ukraine? Why do we foment wars around the world? Why do we
create these wars? Because when America spends billions of dollars in war zones, there is a small,
elite, demonic cabal in Washington, D.C. that gets filthy rich over the carnage and destruction and
bloodshed that they cause around the world.
That's good business for the very few.
These people truly deal in blood and skulls for their living.
They engage in the single only industry in Washington DC.
Why are houses so expensive in DC? You might ask.
Well because Washington DC has a sole industry.
There's no copper there, there's no coal there, nothing's getting mined, nothing's getting created.
There's no Silicon Valley. In fact that's where good ideas go to die, is Washington.
The only industry they have is war creation.
And then the bootstrap to that is inflation.
Inflationary policies, money printing.
The only real true industry of Washington, D.C. is creation of war.
And for that, some members of Congress, insider traders, people in the defense industry, fat generals,
they get filthy rich off that. And so why wouldn't you want that industry to continue?
The only people who wouldn't like that to continue are actually guys who go and fight the wars,
hold the guns and get shot at, have to deploy, and maybe never come home to your children again.
And Pete Hegseth's got like 20 kids
so major motivations there joni ernst is who we're going to talk about here our next guest has been
going pretty hard in on joni ernst sean davis but i want to set the table very briefly here's joni
ernst endorsing her vote for lloyd austin lloyd austin Would you look at that? Hmm.
Wow.
Today I voted to confirm Lloyd Austin
as Secretary of Defense.
Really happy about it.
I want him to curb spending.
And I want him to help
oversee sexual assault
in the military.
Okay.
Has he done any of that?
No?
Or did he just walk around
like woke Darth Vader
with a giant medal
around his neck?
We have that photo.
Okay, I'll actually
grab that photo. The hilarious mask Darth Vader with a giant medal around his neck. We have that photo. Hey, Alex, you gotta grab that photo. That's the hilarious masked Darth Vader, Lloyd Austin look.
This morning, while Pete Hegseth is saying that Trump supports him fully,
Joni Ernst was on Fox News saying, I'm probably not going to vote for Pete Hegseth.
Why would she do that?
What possible rationale would she have?
It makes no sense.
Here's Joni Ernst's post on Pete Hegseth.
Just to follow up, let's take her at her word.
I appreciate Pete Hegseth's service.
Today, as part of the confirmation process,
we had a thorough conversation.
What does that mean?
It's like half a tweet.
So the same senator who voted for this, the guy who wrote DEI into the military,
started multiple wars, got hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people slaughtered around the world,
is dragging America
into potentially nuclear war.
This jackass,
she proudly voted
for this jackass
and was so proud of it,
she tweeted about it.
Hey Alex,
you should go find that,
there's this photo
of Joni Ernst taking a,
we caught it ages ago.
Joni Ernst taking a selfie
with Kamala Harris. This would be a great time to dig that one up. Ooh, man, that's back in
the archives. It's got to be like four or five years old now. She went to Kamala Harris's house,
took a selfie with her. Man, boy, sucks to suck. What's going on here exactly?
Many say that this is because Joni Ernst wants to backstab Pete Hegseth and Donald Trump's
choice to insert herself into this position. But Joni Ernst has a sordid past in the American
military and is someone who, well, let's just call it like it is, has effectively given Joe Biden everything he wanted
while serving as a Republican senator from Iowa, including his nominee, including this guy,
including Darth Vader. Joni Ernst was proud to vote for Vader, for Merrick Garland,
for Alejandro Mayorkas. Let's go check our record.
Something doesn't add up here. Why would a state that goes for Donald Trump by 20 points
have as their senator somebody who clearly is acting against the will of the president
that just won in a landslide? Well, joining us now is Sean Davis.
Sean Davis is the publisher of The Federalist and is somebody who has really dug into this.
What are the motivations behind Republican sabotage of Pete Hegseth and potentially Kash Patel, right?
Those are the two picks that seem to be getting the greatest frictions. I don't think you're going to like the answer, but it's worth everything to speak
the truth here. Sean Davis joins us live now. Sean, speaking the truth is something that you
do professionally, and it's made you a lot of the right enemies and it seems like the rhinos
in the republican senate are very upset at you calling them out and calling out some of the
tactics behind the scenes here could you please elucidate for our audience what's really happening
with joanie ernst in this selection that's a really good question um and there's a whole
bunch of theories you know she supported lloyd Austin, bragged about it. She supported Merrick Garland, bragged about it.
These are two of the worst cabinet nominees and federal officials in modern history, maybe even full American history.
And yet out of nowhere, she just gets a bee in her bonnet about Pete Hegseth.
And in talking to people on the Hill, people in Congress, in and out of the transition, trying to figure out what's going on. There's actually some dispute about what her motivations may be. The, I'd say
the primary assumption is that she has been convinced by Mitch McConnell, um, who who's
actually running this operation against Hegseth on ideological matters, that if she can just knife
Hegseth and get rid of him, uh, by donning, of him by donning the uniform and saying she's doing it as a veteran, then maybe just maybe Donald Trump will want to pick her as defense secretary.
That's one main theory going around. military policies, that she just can't countenance the idea of a warfighter going in and ending the
stupid wars, ending all the nonsense. And then there's another whole bucket of allegations and
rumors that there may be some very personal, very nefarious reasons why she seems to kick it into
high gear whenever anyone wants to discuss reforming the Pentagon. I don't understand why someone from a state that has now voted three times,
double digits, for Donald Trump.
In 2016, it was 10 points.
In 2020, it was 10 points. In 2020, it was 12 points.
And this past election, Iowa voted for Donald Trump by 18 points.
Sean, how does a senator torpedo a Donald Trump selection and then justify that to the voters of her state that voted for this man in a landslide.
There's a weird thing that happens with senators.
I used to work on the Hill with a bunch of them, spent time with a lot of them.
And there's a big difference between your typical House member who's accountable to
the people every two years and a senator who walks in to the bathroom, looks in the mirror
and sees the president every day.
There's this sense of almost that they're members of royalty, that they're truly lords. And I can't explain it.
Something happens the moment they get their senatorial election certificate where they think
they are God's gift to governance and the earth, and they no longer seem to care at all about their
own people. So you end up with this dynamic where they pretend to be conservative and they pretend to actually care about representing their voters for about six
months out of every six years, which just happens to be the time when they are facing primary
opponents from their right. And then they go right back to representing the unit party,
representing their donors, whether it's Boeing or Lockheed or Raytheon, representing the demands and desires
of the military industrial complex. I don't understand it, but it's almost universal with
very few exceptions among people like Mike Lee. As soon as they get elected, they think they can
do whatever they want. The people be damned. Yeah, Mike Lee was just on the program and was
explaining that there is no rational basis to be against the Kash Patel
nomination or the Pete Hegseth nomination. Now, we have here the Federalist article
about a jihad that is being run against Pete Hegseth. Do you believe that this will be
successful? Maybe you could detail what people will find when they read this article. Right. So we reported last night based on pretty in-depth sourcing that this jihad against Hegseth from Ernst is very personal. She's been
extremely aggressive. We were told by multiple sources with direct knowledge that she's been
incessantly calling and nagging Trump, telling him to drop Hegseth, threatening that if he doesn't,
she'll get the Senate women
to vote against him. Over the weekend, we were told that Lindsey Graham was dispatched
to Trump World to go tell Trump and nag him incessantly, you got to get rid of Hegseth.
And oh, by the way, you should totally put in Joni Ernst if you get rid of Hegseth. But then
the oddest thing we found going into the archives,
especially given that so much of the campaign against Hegseth is driven by completely anonymous
and baseless smears about sexually inappropriate behavior, Ernst herself has been the subject of
pretty serious allegations and not even anonymous ones, ones made on the record in court filings,
that she had an appropriate sexual relationship with a subordinate in the military while on deployment.
And so, you know, allegations like that, they're really, really hard to figure out.
They're hard to confirm. And so I generally, you know, kind of dismiss them and ignore them.
But if you're going to play and swim in the waters of trying to nuke someone and destroy their career and their reputation through the use of anonymous smears.
Man, you know, turnabout's fair play.
And they say people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.
And unfortunately, it seems like every single person in the fetid swamp that is in Washington
lives in a gigantic glass mansion and has an armory of stones they're waiting to throw
at anyone they don't like. Has your reporting played out that, you know, that these would be some of the most
singular, unpopular moves that any senator could make and perhaps career ending?
Sean, I got to tell you, I'm extremely online and my entire timeline is filled with people saying
cash is a red line. Hegseth is a red line. How dare you vote for Merrick Garland, Lloyd Austin, Alejandro Mayorkas, Lisa Monaco?
These people who've terrorized your base and locked up your constituents as political prisoners.
You were proud to vote for them and hid the Hunter Biden laptop from us and deceived and persecuted the American people. And they squealed when they got
the privilege of voting for all of Biden's nominees. And now they're going to sit here and
gum up and friction Trump nominees. Like where's the effing moral basis of this?
There isn't one. I don't, I can't find it. It seems suicidal almost from a political standpoint. It is. And in fact, a lot of what
Ernst is doing right now reminds me of Liz Cheney's crusade against J6ers, against Trump,
you know, starting in 2021. And I think it would be helpful to remind Ernst, you know,
you don't have a lifetime appointment to the U.S. Senate. In fact, I believe she's up for
reelection in 2026.
Donald Trump resoundingly carried Iowa every time he ran there with far more voters and a far greater margin than Ernst ever had, who kind of squeaked into office there.
And if she thinks she's somehow going to be insulated from the same political forces that destroyed Liz Cheney and made her a pariah and a nobody and little more than a gadfly on left-wing
networks like MSNBC and CNN. Man, Joni's got another thing coming because the thing about
voters is once they've had enough, they've had enough and there's no stopping them.
And so she either needs to do the right thing on this and do what the voters expect of her,
or she might not be doing anything on behalf of voters ever again, starting in 2026.
Forgive me, Sean. I like to take reporters
and put up their work and journalists and people that run news outlets like you do.
But here's a tweet that we covered right before you came on the program, which is a photo of
Joni Ernst gleefully tee hee heeing. I think this post is still up at a Kamala Harris dinner.
And she's she's so happy about being invited to Kamala's
dinner that she's taken selfies with arguably some of the most duplicitous and dumbest
Democrat senators. Look how happy she is here with Mazie Hirono. If you if you would,
Killer Klein, can you please click on the first photo of the dinner?
Yep. And then you can see Kamala Harris. Kamala Harris is at the
table. There she is. Kamala Harris is at the table and Joni Ernst is right there, a couple seats down.
She was thrilled about this. She was so happy. You don't, you don't, you don't, we always say,
you don't have to post on social media about this, right? Like you don't have to post the
things that are happening on social media. Some things you shouldn't post. In fact,
most things you shouldn't post. Joni loved it.
Joni was so excited to be welcomed to this table of left-wing women and Kamala Harris hosting.
What does this say about her? Man, it tells you a lot, doesn't it? Birds of a feather flock together. And when people show you who they are, when they tell you who they are, you should
believe them. And this is the thing that inevitably happens in Washington, DC. People get there and suddenly they love being
there because they love the attention. They loved being called honorable. They love being called
Senator, having staff drive them around and carry their bags. That eventually becomes the point of
being there. And so when you see people with these grins like that, like the cat that caught the bird grinning like that, they're telling you what they actually value. They're
telling you what they treasure there. And I'll tell you, it doesn't look like what she really
treasures and what she desires and covets there is the approval of the voter she's supposed to
represent. As an Iowan, I can tell you that there's nothing more grotesque than this photo. There's not a single
Iowan. Every single one of these senators and vice president in this photo. Well, I can tell
you because Kamala Harris stood for election in Iowa twice. Kamala Harris didn't make it
through the Iowa caucuses in 2020. And Kamala Harris lost Iowa by ALX. Can you correct me here? Was it 18 points
off the top of my head? I know it was, it was double digits, uh, in 2024. And so Iowa has
rejected every woman at this table and their ideology yet. Joni Ernst is like, so, so,
so giggly to be included. It really does. It really does. A photo really does speak louder than,
than, uh, than the thousands of thousands of words you could write on it. So this photo really undoes it. It's still up.
She's proud of this. She's proud of this photo. I have a question for you about Kash Patel,
just quickly here. You're reporting as it plays out. Are there any senators that are actively
voting against Kash Patel or frictioning that nomination to the point
that we should be concerned? Right at the moment, it's hard to tell. You know as well as anyone
that when the corporate media starts running an op, they're focused entirely on that op.
Right now, they're focused entirely on unknifing Pete Hegseth. So they'll get to the point where
they try to destroy Kash Patel because Kash Patel
is the guy who destroyed
the Russia collusion hoax.
So they're going to get to the point
where they run the same op against him.
They were actually kind of
setting it up this week.
I think it was CNN that said,
oh, Iranian hackers
were going after Kash Patel.
And so I saw that and I was like,
oh, so the FBI stole his stuff
and now they need a believable pretext
for where it came from
when they start leaking it out in a week. But as of right now, I don't have a good whip count in my head about who on who in
the Republican Party will oppose him. I'm sure there will be some because it's the swamp and
Republicans always lose votes and Democrats never do. But as of right now, I just don't have a good
sense of who those people will be. Okay, fantastic.
Sean, we have here for your viewing pleasure,
the state of Iowa and the 2024 presidential results.
Yikes, that's a big yikes, right?
If you're gonna stand against the guy that won,
there's 99 counties in Iowa.
So it looks like Donald Trump won 94 of them.
So you're gonna stand up against the guy who won 94 counties and say, effectively, F you, right? Like, and your, and your picks.
Bad politics, man. I think it's, I don't think, it's bold strategy, Cotton. I don't think it's
going to play out well. All right. So very quickly here, The Federalist has done the best reporting
on Dr. Fauci. We just featured one of your articles about Dr. Fauci and his CIA meetings about what this actually means, this pardon.
Joe Biden, can we close on this? It seems like they're telling on themselves, obviously,
but all the news in my timeline is about the Biden pardon of Fauci. How's that going to play out?
What does it actually mean?
Are they actually going to get away with it, Sean?
Yeah, that's a great question.
And to me, it's a very different question
than the one about Hunter Biden.
Hunter Biden was charged with specific crimes.
He was convicted of specific crimes.
He was accused of a whole bevy of other ones.
Fauci hasn't been accused of any crimes.
He's not been charged. He's not been charged. He's not
been arrested. He's not been convicted. I have serious constitutional and legal questions about
whether someone who hasn't been charged with or convicted of any crimes can be pardoned,
because a pardon is different than a grant of immunity. A pardon is retrospective. It says,
hey, you were accused of these things. You faced
these charges. You are set to be punished for these crimes. I'm going to wipe those away as
a matter of mercy. But a pardon to me is a categorically different thing than a prospective
grant of immunity. Words mean certain things. And while the pardon power of the president and the
Constitution is absolute and nearly unlimited. I think there will be people
who ask questions about, wait, can, can you pardon someone who hasn't been accused of anything and
who hasn't been convicted of anything? Um, so that's number one, number two, I hope they do it.
I hope they pardon you, whatever you want to call it, all their corrupt little friends,
because then we can say from here on out for eternity, that only had to be done because
they were a bunch of criminals. You know, it, sets up the rhetorical ground for those of us on the right who were
screaming bloody murder about that little demon the whole time. It vindicates us. It justifies us
in what we said, because why on earth would you pardon someone if they hadn't done anything wrong?
There is no historical precedent for Hunter Biden's pardon. That's right. Right here on the
Federalist. I encourage you to go read it. It was fascinating. A pardon that's twice as big
and twice as sprawling as the pardon Richard Nixon got for Watergate. So that kind of tells
you something, doesn't it? Yeah. Ladies and gentlemen, Sean at the Federalist, Sean Davis
at the Federalist is, you must read the Federalist, you must follow Sean, though.
He is a bit of a bomb thrower on X, and his X account is one that filters to the top of my feed nearly every single day.
500,000 and 22, 522,000 Americans, can't be wrong, follow the great Sean Davis of The Federalist.
Thank you, sir.
All right, love your Christmas tree too, Sean. Thank you. That's what my wife's doing.
I can take no credit. Christmas maxing, my man.
Merry Christmas, dude. Take care. Thank you.
Ladies and gentlemen, we have come to the end of the year here.
And as we always say, there is a reason for this program and an anchoring for us.
It doesn't just happen in December. It does happen year-round.
But we predicate our show on truth, and the original truth is, of course, God's truth,
God's Son, Jesus Christ, coming to the earth to give us our Christmas holiday.

making an investment decision. All right, ladies and gentlemen, these are some very, very interesting
moments that we want to close out this Pete Hegseth chapter by saying that,
according to all of our sources, Pete Hegseth has the full and total muscular defense of President Trump.
I want to clear the record, obviously, from the show yesterday where we were simply reporting out what the Wall Street Journal had said, which was Donald Trump was weighing his options.
Now, it's not up for us.
We don't own the Wall Street Journal.
We didn't write that report.
We're just telling you that that's what was happening.
But it seems as though Lindsey Graham may be getting in line.
I mean, listen, Trey Gowdy, Lindsey Graham, who came out last night in favor of Kash Patel.
Do we have that clip?
Let's see.
Okay.
This is, these are very good actions.
And even Joni Ernst hasn't said hard no on Pete Hegseth. I think that'd be political
suicide. I think we've covered that enough on the program. But Lindsey Graham coming out in
favor of Cash Patel is a blinking beacon of hope for Cash's easy nomination inside of the Senate, right? Lindsey's one of those very unique characters
who has the capacity to really turn the knife, but also to turn the squish that would
potentially balkanize against Kash Patel, which would be the Murkowskis, Collins,
McConnell, like turn them in favor, right? All you need is simple majority. Who cares
if it's 53 or 51? I don't really care. I just want them in the chair.
Here's Lindsey Graham endorsing Kash Patel. Kash Patel, counterterrorism prosecutor,
understands the government. And if the FBI doesn't need to be cleaned out, what does?
So yeah, he'll make it out of committee. I don't know if he'll get any Democrats, but I think he'll get all Republicans. I'm a big fan of his choice
to be FBI director. I've known Pete for a long time. I served with him in Afghanistan. The people
over there said nothing but great things about him. The allegations against Pete are all anonymous
sources. I am not going to make any decision based on an anonymous source.
If you're not willing to raise your hand under oath and make the accusation, it doesn't count.
I've heard everything about all these people. None of it counts. No rumors.
But you were there for the Kavanaugh hearings. I've seen this movie before.
Yeah. Okay. Well, you know, honestly, we're watching that clip for the first time
together. That's stronger than I thought that Lindsey Graham was going to be. So good. Good.
Right. Strong. Pete Hegseth letting Pete Hegseth speak for himself this morning at time of
publication for this program. Pete Hegseth said, I spoke with Donald Trump.
He supports me fully for sect death. Let's go. Excuse me. Spoke to Trump this morning, a few minutes ago.
How are the meetings going? Great.
How did the meeting with Trump go? It was constructive, candid. Good.
Good.
Good.
It goes beyond my professional appreciation and personal friendships with guys like Kash Patel or my professional appreciation for people like Pete Hegseth.
It goes beyond that.
It's about principles in our nation, in our republic.
The president deserves deference on his picks.
Let the picks perform.
Like, if you're against them, explain why.
And kill the tactic.
The tactic has to be destroyed.
The tactic of character assassination and the destruction of guys like Cash Patel,
Donald Trump, Pete Hegseth,
we need to kill the tactics, all right?
Let them stand on their own two feet,
but enough of this.
Enough of weaponizing the corporate media.
And you know, I gotta tell you,
it does seem like they're in their death throes, doesn't it?
It does seem like they're throwing, it does seem like they're in their death throes, doesn't it? It does seem like they're throwing it.
It does seem like the RPG is sort of getting shrugged off the armored vehicle these days.
So we're really excited about muscling through these nominees in a day.
We will be at Mar-a-Lago.
We'll be bringing you reporting from Mar-a-Lago, having some special
meetings and, um, back at it. You know, last time we went thermonuclear viral by, by showing photos
of Donald Trump playing the January 6th defendants song are the only people to report on that. There's an important moment. We were there when Brendan Carr effectively became the
nominee for FCC commissioner. Very important position. And so I know there's going to be
historic things happening. So watch this space. We'll be here advocating for you.
We will be bringing, we will be bringing a Christmas ornament to the
tree at Mar-a-Lago. We're going to ask permission, okay? But we're going to be putting one of these
ornaments, just like we did in Trump Hotel Chicago, on the Christmas tree in Mar-a-Lago.
So Trump's Christmas tree will have the same ornament your Christmas tree has.
And we've had some amazing, amazing Christmas trees sent in. Ladies and gentlemen, we have so many,
uh, we have so many wonderful messages. We've shipped 32,000 ornaments. All around the world, actually.
And ladies and gentlemen, we promised you that we would be putting them up on the show.
And so we have some of them.

We're going to try.
We've been working late into the night, all day.
These ornaments are made in America.
They're made by veterans.
You're making jobs for veterans here in this country.
They're made right here in Florida.
Every piece of material is American.
None of it from China.
You can't do that anymore.
China makes everything.
No, they don't.
Not if you actually care about your fellow countrymen. you're willing to like we've done with these ornaments
take no profit we just want one on every tree so anyway it's the the shipping and the creation of
the ornament and that's it that's five bucks so head on out head on over to the benny store uh
is it we have a little disclaimer up saying it may arrive,
so please don't yell at us.
It may arrive after Christmas.
Well, we want to ship as many of these as we can.
Right now, we have orders for close to 50,000,
and we have shipped out 32,000 as of this morning.
And of course, you've seen the evidence here
that they are all over.
They are all over the country.
One more, one more one more can i do it
all right here we go one more uh here we go here we go killer klein this is so fun to do it while
we're live because people are emailing me live and we can just do it while we're live there you go
these are beautiful from drew dog oh yeah right there next a couple it looks like we got a couple right there right
there next to the beautiful red cardinal these are coming in live as we're on the program coming in
the lines of around the show how fun is that how great is that what a great audience what a fun
audience you'll never again we work so hard on this program to make this show you. We literally read the chat. We read the chat and we say, hey,
like that. We read the chat. We do polls. We say, of course, we're going to talk about that. OK,
the audience wants us to ask every member of Congress about the Didion Epstein list.
OK, I am your sword. We will ask every member of Congress we can about the Didion Epstein list.
We are you. I'm like a I'm just a dude. I went to community college. Okay. I worked as a waiter and you probably did too. So that's
me. I didn't go to any Ivy league. I, you know, there's no pedigree around here. And quite frankly,
I have this on my Christmas tree as well. And guess who else is gonna Donald Trump
and Mar-a-Lago tomorrow. We're who else is gonna? Donald Trump.
And Mar-a-Lago tomorrow,
we're putting one of these on Donald Trump's tree and ain't nobody can stop it.
I mean, we'll ask permission, of course.
But it's gonna be fun, all right?
We're gonna have a lot of fun.
It's gonna be very enjoyable.
Ladies and gentlemen, we love this audience.
Oh, look at them all coming in.
Everyone who's emailing me right now,
it's like rolling in like a waterfall now.
Everyone who's emailing me,
we'll put them up on the show and we'll put them up tonight on social media. We'll just do a big
thread of all the beautiful trees. All right. And we're going to spread joy and love and good
vibes to everyone. I'm so thrilled that you all have, that you received all these. I've probably
gotten 50 emails since we started the show. Maybe 100.
I haven't really been watching,
but it's like a waterfall now.
So they've shipped out.
They're real.
They're awesome.
And it's so fun to have this movement.
So great.
So many exciting things to look forward to.
And the only thing that really centers
and should center all of us,
especially in very, you know, especially in
very, well, very rocky times like we've been through. And then glorious times of like celebration,
which we are in right now, celebrating the future of this country, the salvation of this country
through a confluence of miracles. President Trump survived. We were going to save this place,
and it's by the hand of God alone.
And so to him, we give all of the credit and the glory. And our verse of the day from Psalms 27.
Though an army may encamp against me, my heart shall not fear. The war may rise against me.
In this, I will be confident. Man, it is felt like armies have camped out again.
And they always will.
It's always a sunken and fallen world.
It's a cruel world, unfortunately,
and the warm blanket, the comfort blanket of society
makes us think that it's not, but it is.
And you need God.
And so you should find God this Christmas season, right?
And you should proclaim.
You should proclaim it
and don't be ashamed at all.
The next thing we're gonna do is,
I should just tease this now.
We don't have it set up just yet.
Maybe we'll launch it tomorrow.
The next thing we're gonna do is set up nativity scenes.
I think there needs to be more nativity scenes
and we're gonna go around.
We can't do this at scale.
Maybe we'll do it.
Maybe that'll be the ornament next year. You're watching us like do this live.
This will be maybe the ornament next year is we'll go across the country and
we'll just set up a nativity scene in every single state.
And that'll be something that we do.
Christmas is about Christ and it's important to remember that.
And a fun thing to do is like just set up a little nativity scene.
And so that's the next thing we're going to do.
We're going to go around the greater area that we live in where we can,
and we're going to go set up.
I have one in my front yard, and we're just going to go set up nativity scenes.
Presumably for people, maybe they can't afford it this year.
Maybe they just don't have the cash.
A lot of people struggling.
A lot of people are struggling hard right now.
So maybe they don't have the cash for it.
Maybe their kids want one.
Maybe they're new Christians, and we're going to go set up nativity scenes in the, in the area.
We're going to do like 10 of them. That's the best that we have the capacity for right now.
But maybe we scale this up next year to do one in every state, do a hundred, right? We'll do a
hundred and we'll go, we'll go to your home and we'll set up a nativity scene. We'll meet you.
It'll be fun. We'll have to figure out how to scale that,
but that'd be great. That's the next thing we're going to launch. In case you're wondering if we're where the focus of this program is and where the focus of our energies are. All right. It's on
making this place, making this nation, the nation that it was designed to be, which is a wonderful,
beautiful place to live that is centered and focused on what truly matters.
And what we are doing on this program,
we appreciate you, we thank you.

We're gonna have a lot of fun this weekend.
We have some bangers booked out for the coming shows.
At the top of my head, Tom Homan, Alina Haba, Josh Hawley are all joining in the next three shows.
It's going to be awesome.
This is your grand central station
for what is going on in your country
and in this new administration,
and we are deeply appreciative for you.
God bless you.
March together.
You can't defeat an army of happy warriors.
