The most dangerous place for a whistleblower to come forward against the Biden family. Where would that be? The IRS criminal division. This is a story that broke and shattered the world last night. Last night, late in the evening, the documents broke from a whistleblower's lawyer saying that he knows that the federal government is slow walking and breaking the law as it pertains to Hunter Biden. Now, we've hunted down exactly what we believe they are talking about here. Hunter Biden is currently under

criminal investigation by a Trump district attorney. Forgive me, a Trump federal attorney that was appointed and kept over. But now we know that the Biden administration is not only lying about their unpoliticized prosecution of Hunter Biden, but that they're also defying federal regulations and that that could get the career bureaucrats, Merrick Garland, in huge trouble. Janet Yellen, Ted Cruz is going after Janet Yellen now. Oh, man. So this expect this to turn into a true and total panic time in Washington, D.C. First off, ladies and gentlemen, what are the details? A man serving as the supervising agent on a high profile criminal tax probe has come forward seeking whistleblower protections while claiming

politics are improperly affecting the decisions of an investigation. My God, the latest Biden family member to draw scrutiny in Congress. The matter has been identified as being the president's son, Hunter Biden. Why is this important? Not just because Hunter Biden is a crackhead, because Hunter Biden is a derelict, but because Hunter Biden was the bag man for Joe. Have you ever seen Hunter Biden? You ever watched Hunter Biden? Have you checked out some of our reporting over the last like two solid years on Hunter Biden's laptop? Ladies and gentlemen, this man is not the brightest bulb. This is a dumb man. This is a stupid man. This is a venal man. This is a dirty man. He's a filthy racist. He's a womanizer, abuser, sex trafficker, a sick puppy. Hunter Biden is not the point. Hunter Biden is a degenerate, derelict goblin.

And we ain't looking at Hunter. Hunter is the through point inside of a RICO case directly to Joe Biden, because as American law states, the racketeering laws on the books say that the person giving the orders is actually the person in charge. And so if somebody is ordering you to behave criminally, who is giving the orders? You think you think 100 dim bulb Hunter Biden was the person giving the orders? Just a slightly dimmer bulb, which is pop, as he calls him, was the guy who was actually telling him what to do. And here we go, ladies and gentlemen, they're going to get Hunter and Hunter's going to squeal like a little piggy. Lawyer representing the unidentified whistleblower wrote senators as well as inspector general for

the Justice Department and Treasury Departments on Wednesday. People familiar with the matter told The Wall Street Journal that the probe is related to Hunter Biden, who just returned from a trip with Joe. We've been telling you this. They're softening up his image. They're trying to make Hunter Biden. They're trying to project this idea that Hunter Biden is innocent. He's in the public sphere. He's in the public eye. Look, he's innocent. He's standing there by Joe Biden's side. It's not going to work. It's not going to work. It's going to be a massive backlash and it's starting. Watch. Good evening. I'm Brett Baer. Breaking tonight, a potential bombshell in the Hunter Biden investigation. A career IRS criminal investigator is requesting whistleblower protection

to bring his information to Congress. It's being reported tonight that that information states that the Biden administration is improperly handling the probe into the business activities of the president's son. All of this comes on a day as another Democrat with a famous name, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., officially launches a primary challenge to President Biden. White House correspondent Peter Ducey joins us live in the North Lawn with the latest. Good evening, Peter. Brett, this whistleblower's lawyer says that he is a career official in the IRS criminal division, and he's alleging

that a political appointee at the IRS lied to Congress about the Hunter Biden tax investigation at some point in the last few years. And this whistleblower is alleging that politics and preferential treatment are interfering in the Hunter Biden probe. We are awaiting a reply from Hunter Biden's representatives. The chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee says they are going to meet with this whistleblower soon. Wow. So everyone's turning on Joe Biden. The IRS criminal division is the last place on earth that you want a whistleblower if you are president of the United States and you're trying to cover up for your dirtbag son. The lawyer for the whistleblower spoke on the record

and describes what his client is claiming. Go. He's been working diligently on a high profile case, and I can't even talk to what case that is. And for others to put that together. But he was concerned that that things that he would attend meetings in this investigation, and he was concerned about some statements by a senior political appointee from the Department of Justice that contradicted what he knew to be the facts of the case. So who lied? So this whistleblower is coming forward saying that top level officials are lying to Congress that is in and of itself a crime and that they are covering up and not following protocol in the investigations of Hunter Biden. Oh, man, you want Watergate 2.0? You got it here, baby. And it's dirty. And they know that once this avalanche begins, it's never going to stop. This is why I predict Joe Biden not running for president again. I think I think. Why hasn't he announced? Why hasn't this old, doddering, dementia-ridden fool announced?

Why? This makes no sense. You're the sitting president. He hasn't announced because they know what's coming. And we think we know who lied under oath, ladies and gentlemen. We believe that it's Merrick Garland, the top law enforcement, you know, the guy who arrests you for protesting in front of an abortion clinic. If you're a Christian, you'll get your door kicked in or you'll get FBI spies put inside of your church.

That guy, the guy who put terrorists watch list, packed it full of parents who protested their children, learning radical gender ideology, that guy. Ladies and gentlemen, Merrick Garland's the man who lied under oath. We have the proof. In last fall, he came to learn that two appointees of Joe Biden, two U.S. attorneys in two different cities, declined to bring criminal charges that were recommended by the investigators, by the U.S. attorney Weiss, and green-lighted by the tax division inside the Justice Department. So everyone's on board except the two political appointees. And their unwillingness to bring these charges have brought the case to a standstill.

In the course of that conversations, he learned that the U.S. attorney in Delaware had told his team, hey, I'm getting blocked and I've gone to the Justice Department and asked to be upgraded to be a special counsel, and I was told no. He then watched as Attorney General Merrick Garland testified before Senator Grassley a few weeks ago and said, Senator, the U.S. attorney in Delaware has the authority. He can do anything. There's no political interference. The whistleblower knew that that was a false statement. And he went to the Treasury inspector general, then to the Justice Department inspector general.

And today, his lawyer, Mark Lytle, who you just played some comments from from my interview, sent a letter to Congress saying he's prepared to give what he gave to the inspector general to Congress. This man doesn't just have eyewitness accounts. He has emails, government memos, summary memos. He has all the receipts chronicling what has gone on and what his own lawyer calls political interference and preferential treatment. So you have the details there from John Solomon, who's excellent on these things. They are being blocked from bringing this case. They are being blocked from bringing charges. They are being blocked from having a special counsel without political interference.

This is the very definition of political interference. So you have all these experts looking at this case. They're saying, OK, here's all of your tax violations. And we have actually the farra violations. We have actually the Foreign Agents Registration Act. This is what I believe is going to be the law that is going to be brought down upon the Biden's head. This is a brutal law.

This law that started in 1938 but was amended in 2016 essentially describes someone as a foreign agent that must be registered with the government if you are engaging in political activities in the interest of a foreign principal, acting publicly as an agent or political consultant in the interest of a foreign principal, you know, like China or Ukraine soliciting, collecting or dispersing money or other things of value in the interest of a foreign principal. All of this applies to the Bidens. This is an airtight law. This is a very strict law, a very dangerous law to get on the wrong side of here in the enforcement section. Violation of FARA are subject to criminal and civil penalties.

Generally, the person who willfully violates will face up to five years in prison and up to $10,000 fine for each violation. Now, we've been covering, of course, the Biden crimes for the better part of two years as it pertains to foreign countries and those countries that pay them. It is clear as day here in the way that the law is written. This, of course, directly from Congress. This is a dot gov URL. This is what the Bidens are violating. Guaranteed prison, guaranteed fines, five years in prison for each violation. Hunter Biden's going to jail for the rest of his life. So this is what the IRS is pointing at and going, what the hell, man?

They're also pointing at Merrick Garland saying he's not going to interfere. So we have the lie on tape. It's very helpful to have the lies on tape. Watch. This indicate that the Justice Department and the FBI had at one time over a dozen sources that provided potentially criminal information relating to Hunter Biden. The alleged volume and similarity of the information would demand that the Justice Department investigate the truth and accuracy of the information. Accordingly, what steps has the Justice Department taken to determine the truth and accuracy of information provided? Congress and the American people, I think, have a right to know.

So as the committee well knows from my confirmation hearing, I promised to leave the matter of Hunter Biden in the hands of the U.S. attorney for the District of Delaware, who was appointed in the previous administration. So any information like that should have gone or should or should have gone to that U.S. attorney's offices and the FBI squad that's working with him. I have pledged not to interfere with that investigation and I have carried through on my pledge. Have you? Have you carried through on your pledge? So here's what we know as of now. The whistleblower is saying that not only have the Biden family openly and egregiously violated our tax code, our foreign agent registration acts, multiple acts of Congress,

but also that Merrick Garland is a liar. They have been trying to charge the Bidens and they are being blocked by political appointees. The way it works in Washington, D.C. is there are bureaucrats that operate inside of a building. Now, some of those bureaucrats are political appointees. Some of those bureaucrats are political appointees. Some of those bureaucrats are career appointees. The career appointees are the ones who stay around throughout all administrations. They don't get replaced when a new administration comes in or out. The political ones are there acting as a fifth column to protect their political interests. And so what this whistleblower is alleging is that me, the guy in charge of the IRS criminal division, this is where the whistleblower comes from. Again,

a dangerous division to have a whistleblower in. Hard to argue that it's the most dangerous position for a whistleblower to possibly be in. This guy is saying that political appointees from the Biden regime are not only blocking us from bringing criminal charges, they are blocking us from setting up a special counsel to look into this. What the special counsel allows for is no political interference because the special counsel gets appointed independently. All right. So when they have a special counsel looking into Trump and Russia, blah, blah, blah, it's all independent. These are independent investigators. They are walled off from everyone, not political, not appointed by the president. And so this is, again, a Watergate level scandal.

It is clearly melting down the administration. They were not counting on this. You can sense the fear and cringe Jean-Pierre. This is our nuclear cringe for the day. An IRS supervisory special agent, our reporting is, is now claiming to have information about alleged mishandling and political interference in the ongoing criminal probe of Hunter Biden. That person is seeking whistleblower protection to share information with Congress, according to this letter obtained by CNN. Sarah Murray just gave our viewers that reporting. And I just wonder if the White House has a comment. Right now, as you know, we've been very clear to not comment on anything related to any type of investigation. So that is something that we have been very, very diligent about and

referring any referring that to the Department of Justice. OK, so let me tell you just PR 101 and comms 101. If if your comms person has to close their eyes to come up with like words in the English language, cringe jean pierre's off we call her cringe jean pierre because she's often like cringing to try and like activate her brain cells to speak english we do a show here where like we're like live for for like hours at a time and we just sort of like roll through the news and we love doing it you'll never find me going like this like try like like like you'll never find that. Cringe Jean-Pierre, her entire press conference is. It's so embarrassing. It's so bad. They know that

they are underwater here. They're being asked this by CNN. This is going to break the veil. This is going to break through the veil of the corporate press. Now, we have some dangerous stuff to show you as it pertains to the Bidens. First, a tweet from Ted Cruz from moments ago. Ted Cruz stating this morning, the U.S. Department of Treasury needs to release the suspicious activity reports related to the Biden family. If Janet Yellen does not do this, she's complicit in the cover up. Now, what does that mean? Impeachment time. Moving on to CBS News. Catherine Herridge of CBS News. Again, they're going to start panicking when this breaks into the public zeitgeist. What do we mean by that? We are the media, but Democrats rely on their only allies left, which is the corporate press, in order to silence stories about them.

When the corporate press turn on Biden, you can actually really torpedo the man. You saw that in the heat up during the classified documents scandal. CNN did an unbelievable segment, like a seven minute segment on how dirty the Biden family is. As soon as CNN started covering this, they're like, quick, quick, arrest Donald Trump for something, anything. Catherine Herridge saying James Comer, Catherine Herridge has been doing great reporting on this. James Comer says Biden obstructed justice by blocking efforts to charge Hunter Biden for violence. Now, this is interesting, and she circled it. And here's why. She circled this because obstruction of justice is the charge that they brought for Donald Trump to impeach him. There is a very important language

usage here in that specific circle, the yellow circle, if we may. Obstructing justice by blocking efforts to charge Hunter Biden. These are Joe Biden appointees that are using the obstruction of justice in order to try and stop the charges for Hunter Biden crimes. This is exactly what they were going to impeach Richard Nixon for. Richard Nixon was not impeached for a break in done by the CIA at the Watergate. Richard Nixon was impeached because he lied about it or because he tried to hide his knowledge about it. That's how they were able to get him. This is the classic impeachment. Bill Clinton, the same thing, by the way. Bill Clinton lying under oath, obstructing justice.

This is how they get you. So there's value in that language, and it's coming from CBS. Now, there's a long list of people who have turned on the Biden family. Actually, this is not a comprehensive list of people who have turned on the Biden family. Actually, this is not a comprehensive list of people who have turned on the Bidens. Your chickens shall come home to roost, ladies and gentlemen. The wise man builds his house upon the rock. And the dumb man builds his house upon the sand. And the Biden crime family has been built on those shady, dark, dusty, gray beaches of Delaware. Those grainy sands that kind of hurt. Man, those are the dirty beaches where the Bidens

have their house. I mean, they literally have a couple of beach houses. How did they get so many beach houses? Hasn't Joe Biden like been like a dusty old senator for the last 70 years? How'd that happen? Hmm. Well, ladies and gentlemen, everyone is turning on the Bidens. This is not the only whistleblower to come out this week. And by that, I mean the last seven business days. The end of last week, we had another whistleblower who was talking about being a stenographer for Joe Biden, the guy who writes down everything for Joe Biden as pursuant to his job in the Obama administration. What the hell? So you have an Obama appointee or an Obama employee, more accurately saying, no, no, no, you guys don't understand. Like Joe Biden is deeply, deeply involved in a criminal enterprise with his son. And I have the receipts. This guy

worked for Barack Obama. Now watch him. I went to the FBI and filled out their witness tip line. There's a website. You fill out all these tips, these web directions. I submitted it. If you lie to the FBI when you're submitting a tip like that, you can go to jail. I'm not lying. I'm telling the truth. Joe Biden is lying. Joe Biden is a criminal. That's the bottom line. I don't care if he goes to Timbuktu or Island or anywhere. He's a criminal. And I've got the evidence. If they put me in front of the grand jury that's right now seated in Wilmington with special prosecutor David Weiss, my testimony becomes the evidence that will put him in jail or will lead to his impeachment, probably lead to his impeachment first. You're so you're saying that Joe Biden wasn't going to Ukraine to fight corruption.

Joe Biden was going to Ukraine to help the natural gas industry. At the time, he knew that his son was on the board of the biggest natural gas business conglomerate in Ukraine. That's exactly right. That's exactly right. Now, this is the whistleblower from inside of the Barack Obama regime turning on the bias, the Barack Obama regime themselves. Had various cables sent from the State Department going, what the hell are the Bidens doing in Ukraine? There are major problems here, not trying to compliment Barack Obama, but my God, like blinking red light, red flags against the Bidens from inside of Barack Obama's State Department. I didn't generate that email. James Gilliard generated that email. And in that email, James Gilliard goes through intimate detail

of what each individual's requests were from a compensation perspective and how the equity in the enterprise would be divvied up. Very important. May 13th, that email was generated by somebody else to me. In that email, there's a statement where they go through the equity. Jim Biden's referenced as, you know, 10 percent. Doesn't say Biden, it says Jim. And then it has 10% for the big guy held by H. I 1000% sit here and know that the big guy is referencing Joe Biden. That's crystal clear to me because I lived it. I met with the former vice president in person multiple times. And I had been meeting and talking with Hunter Biden and Jim Biden and Rob Walker and James Kelly. That was Tony Bobulinski's first blowing of the whistle. This is the business partner. Of course,

you are probably familiar with who Tony Bobulinski is saying that this was all a criminal enterprise, all to funnel money up to Joe. And now the person who was in charge of all that money, a man named Eric Schwerin, is cooperating with Republican investigators and James Comer. Exclusive, Hunter plotted to betray key family business partner expected to cooperate in GOP house probe. My goodness. Well, the chickens have come home to roost. Hunter Biden plotted in 2019 to betray his family's top financial lieutenant, Eric Schwerin, amid a crumbling relationship built on an off-the-books business arrangement, text messages obtained by Breitbart News from Hunter Biden's laptop reveal. What this shows is a poisonous environment, of course, run by the Bidens, where they are turning on their own business partners, and now the business partners

are turning on them, cooperating with Republican investigators to bring forward the information about how this syndicate was all set up. They didn't want to pay taxes. They wanted to sell American natural resources and access to American politics and the American treasury to foreign countries. They did so while paying for hookers and prostitutes and crack. And now it's all coming crumbling down. Now, how do we know that there is absolute and total panic time? Two things. One, the bank records will reveal the crimes. We know that.

Follow the money. A good investigator will say that is what James Comer is saying. And now the banks will have no choice but to cooperate. Right. So when you have IRS whistleblowers coming forward, that is a blinking red panic warning to banks that you better start cooperating with this. The IRS is now turning on the Bidens. My God. Some banks have been holding out, expect it all, expect it all to drop like an avalanche on the Biden's heads. John, as you know, we went in to the Treasury assuming that there were four or five Biden family members involved in this Biden family influence peddling scheme. We assumed there

were about a dozen banks. We assumed there were a certain number of suspicious activity reports. What we quickly learned from going through the thousands of pages of bank violations that were this family was involved in, there are nine Biden family members and counting, Sean, there are at least two others that I would bet money on will be implicated before long. There are many more banks that were involved. There were many more LLCs that were involved. This was a family enterprise. But the LLCs, Sean, they don't appear to be legitimate businesses. So as somebody who operates a business, let me tell you, you have to start legitimate businesses. There's a lot of rules about them. You have to make sure that you are making an honest buck. The IRS can come down

on you hard and harshly. And as anyone knows out there who runs a business, you could argue whether it's good or not, but you better not be creating a shell game company where you are trying to funnel money and not pay taxes on it. The IRS knows a lot more than they let on, and they require you to be truthful. The penalties are harsh. Foreign Agent Registration Act. Get familiar with this act. Get familiar with this term. FARA, the Foreign Agent Registration Act. This is what they are coming for the Bidens over. This is this is bad stuff. And again, reminder of the iron law of our current moment. Whatever they have accused Donald Trump of, they themselves are guilty of.

They knew that they were working for foreign countries. They knew they were getting rich off that they knew that they worked with foreign countries in order to usurp american laws and now it's going to fall and it's going to collapse all down upon their heads the lord likes humbling the lord really enjoys humbling individuals who believe that they are God and believe that they are powerful beyond his measure and control. And so we look forward to pride coming before the destruction for the Biden family. Destruction looks like this. The final asset on this, is the corporate media being forced to cover this issue.

Ladies and gentlemen, our jaws were having to be picked up off the studio floor when we watched CNN air this segment a few months ago. Get ready. It's coming. Watch. Despite his denials, a CNN review of the laptop data, as well as other public material, shows that Joe Biden did interact with some of his son's associates while serving as vice president, though it's unclear exactly what was discussed. One example, the Republican site Miguel Aleman Magnani, a Mexican businessman and son of the former president who Hunter was trying to woo. In 2014, Aleman Magnani, a Mexican businessman and son of the former president who Hunter was trying to woo. In 2014, Aleman Magnani and his dad were photographed at the White House with then Vice President Biden. In a later email, Hunter Biden reminds Aleman Magnani of the favors he's

done for him. We have been talking about business deals and partnerships for seven years. I have brought every single person you have ever asked me to bring to the effing White House and the Vice President's House and the inauguration. Hunter Biden bluntly acknowledged the power of the Biden name in a memoir, writing that the Ukrainian energy company Burisma, which put him on its board, considered my last name gold. I don't think that there's a lot of things that would have happened in my life that if my last name wasn't five. Considered my last name gold. Yes, that is the perfect statement, actually, for this current moment.

This is what the Bidens were doing. This was the racket. The reason why reporters and people in Washington have been reticent to report on this is that this is how everyone makes money in Washington. Selling out America is the sole component to the economy of Washington, D.C. Selling out our country, selling out your hard work. That is how everyone makes money. I lived in D.C. for 15 years. This is what they all do. And this is why Washington, D.C. must be broken up and scattered to the winds. Trust me, you won't save this country without doing that. You need to break up D.C. That is where the cancer comes from. The the Bidens were just sloppy.

Some other people are far more sophisticated at selling out this country, and they're truly evil. Ladies and gentlemen, they're the people behind Joe Biden, and maybe they're the ones who want this to happen. I think there's an entire train of thought that says that there are people who just want the Biden family to collapse so we can get President Michelle. We'll see. There is no federal statute even declared. No, he can't even say how Donald Trump broke the law. They just copy and pasted the same charge 34 times to get the headline. These people are sick. They are venomous monsters. And so Jim Jordan is saying you use some federal funds by doing that. And in doing so, you now come under our purview. We are Article one of the Constitution. And tonight in court, a federal judge denied Bragg's request to stop the House Judiciary Committee from issuing a subpoena to one of Bragg's former prosecutors, the guy that wrote the book Mark Pomerantz. Now, barring any appeals, Pomerantz will be compelled to testify before Congress and for good reason. He doesn't particularly seem to like Donald Trump. And he recently worked under D.A. Bragg. Now, get this. You may not know this. He was working for free because obviously he had an agenda. who won't charge Hunter, they are now working and seeping like rats through the bowels of a ship. They are squirreling into various district attorney offices in order to charge Donald Trump. They're working for free. They're writing books about how to charge Donald Trump and then going forward and charging him. Man, boy, do you ever live under a corrupt regime? It's a regime that is wholly and totally acting against the will of the people. It is the opposite of democracy. It is total and complete

oligarchy. It's the reason we had a revolutionary war in the first place in this country, taxation without representation and the persecution, political persecution of enemies deemed by the state. A federal judge on Wednesday shot down Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's attempt to block former prosecutors in his office from testifying before the House Judiciary Committee. Oh, my. The committee and his chairman, Rep. Jim Jordan, have subpoenas. Ex-assistant General Mark Pomerantz to give testimony, DA's investigation into Trump. Bragg filed suit against Jordan, claiming that the subpoena was overreaching by the GOP-led House in an attempt to influence the state criminal proceeding. The judge, Mary Kay Viscoll, found the subpoena was

valid and with legislative purpose. She also said that Alvin Bragg, no one is above the law. Oh, it's delicious. It's delicious. So we look forward to covering that with great aplomb. We also look forward to covering Robert Kennedy Jr., a Democrat who should be making national headlines right now because he's actually polling quite well against Joe Biden. He announced yesterday his bid against Joe Biden. Robert Kennedy Jr., of course, had his father and uncle assassinated under dubious, dubious circumstances. Let's just say that. And now is going to go on a bloodthirsty, scorched earth, salted earth revenge tour. And we're here for it. Watch. This is what happens when you censor somebody for 18 years. I got a lot to talk about.

They shouldn't have shut me up that long because now I'm going to really let loose on them for the next 18 months. They're going to hear a lot from me. So RFK Jr. is actually polling quite well. This is insane. I cannot believe the polling that's out. RFK Jr. is commanding of the quote unquote Biden voters. Never met a Biden voter. Don't know who the hell these people are, but here they are saying that 14% say that RFK would probably be a better president.

My God. This is from a Suffolk University USA Today poll. When I say that we are preparing for the wildest roller coaster imaginable inside of this country's political history, I'm telling you, the pendulum has swung one way and is going to swing back. Eventually, it's going to snap and it's going to be crazy. So buckle up. 32% of Biden voters back another Democrat or undecided in primary. Oh, my God. So Biden, of course, can't win by can't win by losing even like a single half percent. He's going to have a miserable reelection campaign if, in fact, he does decide to do that.

He will be doing that under of course a special counsel looking into his handling of classified information he'll be doing that uh at multiple whistleblowers irs whistleblowers now my goodness and he'll be doing that uh with somebody running beside him or potentially to the left of him, RFK, who has confirmed. This is our RFK has tweeted out this segment from Tucker Carlson saying that the CIA killed his uncle. I just I just want you to I want to start to mentally prepare you for where we're headed in this country. What kind of a rodeo we're about to ride. Check this out.

This is the clip that RFK tweeted confirming that this was true. We decided to find out. We spoke to someone who had access to these still hidden CIA documents. A person who was deeply familiar with what they contain. We asked this person directly, did the CIA have a hand in the murder of John F. Kennedy, an American president? And here's the reply we received verbatim. Quote, the answer is yes. I believe they were involved.

It's a whole different country from what we thought it was. It's all fake. It's hard to imagine a more jarring response than that. Again, this is not a, quote, conspiracy theorist that we spoke to. Not even close. This is someone with direct knowledge of the information that once again is being withheld from the American public. And the answer we received was unequivocal. Yes, the CIA was involved in the assassination of the president. Directly from a source at the CIA, Tucker Carlson reporting an RFK Jr., the man running against Joe Biden, who is the dusty old I view him as like the

cryptkeeper, you know, the stories from the crypt. He looks like the cryptkeeper. He smells like the Crypt Keeper. He smells like the Crypt Keeper. He has the same animatronic motion of that guy. That's exactly Joe Biden. He is the Crypt Keeper of the super state, the deep state, the unelected state, the government that acts as a super government wholly and totally outside of constitutional bounds. You know, when I speak to the business roundtable and the muckety mucks are good, a lot of decent people, the very, all the business enterprises, they look at me like, hey guys, don't jump. Okay. Well, growing up, I didn't see a whole hell of a lot trickled down on our three bedroom house with four kids and my dad's kitchen table. How did that happen? I mean, deadly earnest. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure this out. How did that happen? Okay, well, guess what?

You're now paying $35 instead of $500 a month for that insulin. God love you, man. Eight, E-I-G-H percent. Sometimes you just gotta, sometimes you just gotta, you gotta sit back and say, well, you know, we certainly are living through the most entertaining times. Somebody who is probably not laughing about all of this is a people's champion inside of the United States Congress. Great man from Arizona, Representative Andy Biggs, who sits on oversight and judiciary and will be overseeing potentially the criminal investigation into Joe Biden. He joins the program now.

Congressman, thank you. We were not trying to throw you a curveball because we know you're a friend of the show. But can you please spell the number eight? Well, uh, a T E. All right. So we are loaded up this morning. We are covering this whistleblower. Talk us through, I want to just let you go, like talk us through this IRS whistleblower from our perspective. It couldn't be a worse place in the federal government for a whistleblower to come from if you are Joe Biden, the criminal division of the IRS. Yeah, that's right. I mean, you know, there's there's a confluence of things coming together, Benny, and not the least of which is you've got this new whistleblower who miraculously kind of out of the blue wrote letters to, you know, both sides of the aisle, the committee chairman who have jurisdiction here. So what he's alleging, this whistleblower, is that he's got a high-profile, controversial, notice the quotes, his client has been investigating a high-profile controversial figure, public figure, for the last three years, right? And so when he's investigating him, he makes certain allegations. And he says,

here's what's going on. First, and he's already given all this information to the Inspector General within the Criminal Division of Treasury. He's also given it to the department of justice inspector general. So they, they should be looking at this because he's alleging certain things is it, that he was the one overseeing this, but he said he saw, there was an attempt to kind of influence. They were, there was an attempt to, I want to make sure I get this right. He said they were trying to make sure that this individual got preferential treatment.

They said that there were conflicts of interest that they refused to disclose and deal with. And this is, I think, really important. He said his information will impeach the testimony of a witness, a high profile witness who was sworn in and who represents this administration. I think I know who it is, which I know I've talked with James Comer, the oversight committee chair, he wants to press forward with this. I think we will. We've got to provide that whistleblower protection. We need to do the back door, closed door interview. But what I think is going to come out of it is the fact that the DOJ is trying to protect somebody. And if it is who we think it is, it's going to be somebody in the Biden family. And you and I can probably speculate there, too.

But at the same time, Benny, that that's going on, that we're working with this whistleblower. Here's what else you got going you've got we finally have received access to the uh the sars the suspicious activity reports that treasury has been sitting on and has denied us access to we had several of those from a whistleblower indicating hunter biden and his family uh businesses looks dirty and so now what's happened, and I think this is a little bit old news, but, but, but it kind of, the reason I bring it up is because it can, it reaches this intersection with this new whistleblower. Now we're finding out that the Biden family was receiving benefits and money, allegedly, nine members of the Biden family from laundered money, looks like from China

and other foreign sources. There's now so many available documents. I was talking to James, Chairman Comer, and I said, look, you know, I'd like to see those myself. And he says, Andy, there's so much information out there now that they're making available that is taking us multiple staffers, multiple hours, multiple days, just to go through some, you know, a bevy of these SARS. And what we are finding is it goes deep and broad within the Biden family. And I'm just telling you, Benny, when you talk about this isn't the country we thought it was, it really isn't. There is corruption going on at the highest levels of our government today. So the Wall Street Journal, I can say it, you don't have to, you know, you have an obligation,

obviously, to your committee, and you must be careful. And it's very interesting to see you speak in this manner, Congressman, because you've been a friend of the show. And you often come on here with a flamethrower, but you are being very careful about this, because you've the flamethrower has been put down because now this is the real rubber hitting the road. No, that's exactly that's exactly right. We want this. I'm glad this whistleblower is going to to both sides of the aisle so we can say, look, both sides getting access to this because the reality is, and this is why I'm a little bit more guarded than usual, is I don't want to be accused of prejudicing an investigation that I think has really got deep and profound ramifications on the direction of this country. And we have a long ways to go to clean it up, Benny,

and a lot more investigation to do. But I'm really convinced that what we're seeing here is it's taken us a while to get to it i think it's going to take us a while longer to get through it but i think we've got we've got a biden crime family but i it doesn't stop there i think it's going to spill over to other other people as well and i think you're going to see people come in and try to cover this thing up and try to destroy documents. And that's why this whistleblower coming forward is so critical, because whistleblower and his attorney has been very cautious because the attorney understands, I think, also the ramifications and also the danger that his client is in from what I will call institutional uniparty Washington, D.C.

So so your chairman, Chairman Comer, and you're on oversight. He is obviously making the media rounds. He's obviously ubiquitous when talking about this subject. He is calling it in a statement to CBS, obstruction of justice. And that is precisely what they got Nixon for. You're talking about destroying documents. That is exactly what they were going to impeach Nixon for. This is the language of a prosecution. This is a prosecutorial language from Congress, obstruction of justice, for the executive branch. Of course, your Article 1, their Article 2.

What does accountability look like here? Accountability could be, since we don't have police power, we can't arrest somebody. But what we can do is we can refer it for criminal prosecution. But we can also, if it's an elected public official, we can impeach if it's a federal official. If it is an executive branch, Senate-approved official, cabinet-level official, we can impeach. If it is an undersecretary, we can basically reorganize that whole department so that person loses their job. There are things we can do. But the most important thing, Benny, and I really believe that it is the most important thing, if there's criminal prosecution has to be done, Merrick Garland is not likely to do it, right? So that's a problem. Impeachment, not likely to get the

impeachment conviction in the Senate. But I mean, we could if it is as serious as I think it is from seeing what I've seen. I would tell you that you might actually get Democrats to actually say, look, let's clean up our government for a change. Let's really clean it up. And if that happens, then that's impeachment. But if you can't go there, then the most important thing is to get all of the evidence out to the American people so they can see it, understand it. So that people who are consider themselves non-aligned, you know, independents, whatever, they can look at and say, all right, we're going to have to have a change. We have to get back to rule of law because, Benny, that's the threat here. The threat here is the very foundation of this country, which is freedom. And freedom doesn't exist without rule of law.

And so when they say, oh, we can't, nobody's above the rule of law. What my colleagues on the left usually mean is no conservative voice, nobody on the right side, nobody who disagrees with us should not be not only held accountable, but we should manufacture stuff. Here we're trying to say we think we've got stuff and we're going to bring it out and it should be considered on a bipartisan or nonpartisan basis. And you be the you be the judge. And I think when that happens, I think the Biden administration may be done. And that would mean Kamala Harris probably has to go to. Well, I would love to ask a follow up on that. What do you go because she's I think she's already violated her oath of office on a myriad of other ways. So that's that would we'd have to raise that up differently with different investigation. I don't mean to imply that she's caught up in what I've seen so far. I mean to say the last person in the world that you want to see there is the most incompetent person.

And we all thought it was Joe Biden. But believe me, it's not Joe Biden. I don't care how how how what his mental sagacity is. He's not the number one most incompetent person I've ever seen in public life. That that honor wearing the yellow shirt today, Kamala Harris. I don't want to get you in trouble with speculation. I can say it from my seat, in my position, the Wall Street Journal is saying that it is Hunter Biden. And then John Solomon is saying that the person who's lying under oath is Merrick Garland for saying he's not interfering. And of course, he is interfering.

So you don't have to make that speculation. That's being reported right now by two outlets that are that have high credibility. And so when you have the top justice official, law enforcement official in the country obstructing justice, what does that say about our country? Well, it gets to the point I'm making. I think we're in decline and on the point of disintegration for a lot of reasons, not the least of which is internal corruption. So if you study fallen civilizations, Benny, what you're going to see is there are a few things that are consistent in every one of those dissolutions of great countries or empires. Number one, they lose their geographical integrity. That is, their border goes away. Ours is gone. It's shot, both northern and southern. Second thing is, your currency is not worth a tinker's damn. Ours is not worth a tinker's damn. When you have countries like India, Saudi Arabia, Brazil saying, hey, we're looking for a monetary system to trade with that we trust.

We don't trust the dollar anymore. You've got a problem there. The third thing that is consistent with all of them, besides overextension, is also internal corruption and resistance by the populace to hold corrupt officials accountable. And that's why I'm saying we're teetering. And one thing we can get, we could get the border back if we had somebody different who wanted to secure the border. That's still doable. We could actually, if we had people who wanted to, we could actually bring our federal spending down and that would reinvigorate a dollar. I've got the gold standard bill trying to fix that. And when you get overextension, there are some of us in Congress trying to trying to fix that uh and and when you get over extension there's some of us in

congress trying to bring that back we've got war hawks that want to extend everywhere else but if people don't want to get at the corruption and i'm not talking uh corruption where somebody makes a phone call that you don't like you and you and you misconstrue because you don't like them politically. I'm talking about actually selling the country out for finances and not just all the big corporations that have said, we're going to go to China and we consider ourselves China, you know, China centric. Now, I'm talking about the cabinet level positions. And I'm talking about a Mayorkas who's selling us out on the border. I am talking about Blinken, who is, you know, incompetent on foreign affairs and has led us into one foreign affairs blunder after another. I'm talking about Merrick Garland, who is actually biased, hopelessly biased. He is still he is still crying in his in his coffee because he wasn't nominated to be a Supreme Court justice.

But thank God he wasn't. These people have got to be removed from public office. And Joe Biden, it looks like the corruption in the Biden family probably reaches right into Joe Biden. I know they're going to try to do everything they can to protect him. And this leads us to the police state apparatus. Christopher Wray, what the heck is that guy doing? How about your DNI, your CIA director? When you start looking at these and you start saying, we've got a massive, massive problem with our internal federal police state, you begin to say we are teetering into morphing into some kind of authoritarian abyss.

And that's really my concern. This stuff that we're seeing is the tip of the iceberg, Benny. And don't forget, you've got people sitting in jail for a riot that has been called an insurrection. And they're sitting there two years without a trial because DOJ is dragging its feet. They've overcharged. You've got corrupt federal judges who disproportionately sentence these people. And this U.S. attorney here needs to be investigated. Benny, there is so much to clean up in this government. And I'm serious when I say every institution I look at is corrupted by the far left, every federal institution. That should put sweat on everybody's brow. Yeah, we've certainly let the side down. We've

certainly let the guard down as a movement. We allowed the neo-Marxists to take over. Cold comfort for the audience, but a question that I regularly ask, especially if I have a member of the judiciary on or oversight, which is Hunter Biden is fine, but that's clearly small peanuts. Everyone is after Joe Biden. I know that your chairman, James Comer, said this is an investigation of Joe Biden. This is not about getting the piddlywinks of his family or his derelict, degenerate family members Joe Biden. This is not about getting the piddlywinks of his family or his derelict degenerate family members locked up. This is about Joe Biden. Can you please confirm that to our audience and then give us a through line there as to how your investigations and the knowledge that you have as you have reviewed these top secret documents and as you

have reviewed all of this material that is not public yet how does that through line work for accountability for Joe Biden so first of all to answer the first question this is an investigation of Joe Biden because the serious allegations have been made about him being compromised particularly with China but I'm going to tell you I think it extends farther than that with multiple countries and multiple amounts of money running through his family, you know, the Biden crime family. I think that is important. The through line is we have got to get everybody out there who had access to this because they've denied us access through the direct route. So we have to go around and go through the garbage cans and wander in the backyard. And I'm not I don't mean to be derogatory to those who have been providing us with information.

I don't mean they're providing us garbage. They're providing us real information because they're the ones who have been providing us with information. I don't mean they're providing us garbage. They're providing us real information because they're the ones who have the information because we can't get it from the DOJ Treasury Department. We can't get it from the Biden family. They're going to cover it up every which way they can. And so we have to go through and pull the teeth to try to build the line right to Joe Biden well I mean Godspeed the entire country behind you Joe Biden

I mean the story we covered right before you got brought on is that RFK Jr is polling like 14 points against Joe Biden who can barely crack 30% with his own base. So like a message from my audience to you and a message from us to you is this is the most unpopular president we've had in a very long time. This is a man who can't even bring his own base with him. Go impeach him. Like it's you're not going to have like you're not going to you're not going to have a cleaner shot on goal than right now. I agree. Benny, I agree with you. This should be grounds for removal in a more moral and sane time. But somehow that man is allowed to still serve in Congress. Fang Fang is a real person. There is real FBI documentation of her connections to Chinese spy rings. And Eric Swalwell was extremely excited.

He and American Two thought that he was really he was really bringing it down when he had a Chinese six or seven coming after him and handing him money. Nope. She's just a spy.
