Yo, what's up, what's up, what's up, what's up?
Oh, man, I feel like we have been estranged.
And I miss you, you, I miss you very much.
Thank you.
So much for bearing with us as we traveled crisscrossing the country all weekend,
Texas GOP convention to the UFC fight on the White House lawn.
Then yesterday, travel out of D.C.
It was nightmarish.
It was insane.
And we had to miss the show because there was only one.
flight that we could really get that works for us. And we didn't sleep. We literally were recording
through, we recorded it at 2 a.m. and then 3 a.m. in the morning. Ladies and gentlemen,
it has been a wild ride. It's been an amazing ride. It's been a ride that I think has changed
Western civilization and the trajectory is now completely split. The timeline has split.
Incredible things are about to happen. And I'm never been more energetic and optimistic and
delusional optimistic for our future.
And that's the precursor for success.
Delusional optimism.
And that is what we witnessed on the White House lawn.
We were honored to be there.
It was an incredible event.
It's why we have been a little,
it's why we were a little, frankly,
we couldn't do a show yesterday.
It was because the technicalities of all of this.
but we brought to you the sights and sounds,
and I just want to like off the top of the dome,
like just deliver white pill after white pill after white pill today.
Sorry, let me announce the actual date.
It is Tuesday, June 16th, 2026.
We're going to talk today about Gavin Newsom's wife and himself under federal investigation.
We have a ton of experts on to talk about that in researchers.
Also, just some miraculous sites.
and sounds from the UFC 250 on the White House lawn.
Senator Eric Schmidt, Jennifer Vanlar,
and Navy SEAL, Jared Hudson,
who's running for Senate and Alabama.
Join the show.
My name is Benny Johnson,
and this is The Benny Show.
We were there,
ladies and gentlemen,
we were there at the Octagon.
And I want to just, like,
I want to just pop off on what I think that this meant for our nation.
Alex, do we have like a B-roll stinger
of all the kick-ass moments here or not?
If we don't have that, then fine.
I'll just play stuff off the X channel.
But if you wouldn't mind, grab me,
grab me like what the White House put up.
Grab me, Bergam had a good, had a good, like, B-roll stinger.
Or like a White House, you know, sort of like crash down on like everything that we saw.
I mean, this was my perspective.
A couple of quick things.
A couple of quick takeaways here.
I don't want to like, let's play this with sound.
I don't think anybody.
Ooh.
Amazing national.
anthem here. I think people quite understood what this event was about. Come on, man. This is a perfect
time. Blue Angels there. Information. Look at my perspective. Look at this view. What do you see?
70% of the audience there, why is the ticket so hard? Why can nobody get in? You know,
like I couldn't bring any team members or anything like that. It was just me that was allowed in.
Like, because 70% of the tickets went to enlisted service members, active duty.
That was the purpose of all this.
The purpose of all this was to get military to serve our military,
to serve those in the military that serve us every single day.
And then to reconstitute, I personally believe, the accelerated,
purpose of all this
is to reconstitute
what it means to be an American.
This is my fighter.
This is my boy.
Bo Nickel, you saw Bo Nickel.
K.
You saw Boe Nickel.
This is Boe's knockout right here.
There you go.
Good night. Go to sleep. Boom. Boom. Listen to him. Oh, so cool. So, so, so cool.
And Bo told me he was going to knock his guy out. He's going to sleep him. And then he was going to jump.
He was going to jump the fence and go right over, go right over to Trump. That's exactly what he did.
Look at the service. Look at the service. Like, that's something that I don't think was translated correctly on television.
And there's so much on TV.
Here he is over there with Trump.
Is that this was a tribute to, like, the only people that were there were really, really close advisors to the president and his administration.
You can see Hegg Seth and Rubio right there in the frame.
And then serve active duty service members.
This was a, this was a tribute and a treat for them.
Is there to serve them?
Okay, so here we go.
What was this all about?
What was the purpose of all of this?
This event, the purpose of it was to refound and reform and to re-bedrock Western civilization,
which has always had to be fought for and forged by violent conquest, by combat, whether you're looking at the Grecian empires, the original foundations of Western thought or the Western thought or the,
Roman Empire or various empires signaling through to the founding of America,
you know, sort of the French and then the English,
and like the way that we think and the way that we have advanced and the way that we have been conquerors
has been through violent conquest, bravery, duty, honor.
It has not been through the longhouse.
There were two different perspectives of Western civilization on display over the last four years.
One is total and complete defeat.
The warm embrace of collectivism, communalism,
safetyism, taking no risk, having no masculine energy.
In fact, having the opposite.
Having a bunch of trunes and drag queens prancing around naked on the White House lawn.
Or the watchful rainbow eye of Big Brother, right?
the state-stained risk-taking of debauchery and ultimately suicidal empathy and in existence.
Open borders, Sodom and Gomorrah.
That was the path.
That was forged by the Biden administration on the exact same grounds.
No, Klein, keep it rolling.
What was offered as an alternative, I want the stinger.
from the White House. Thank you. What was offered as an alternative is what actually
creates accelerism, accelerates our Western civilization. And that is a patriotic embrace of
risk masculinity. Notice there were no female fights at this UFC. Of, of
extreme patriotism,
extreme violence,
and extreme victory.
It was the opposite of the perspective.
Get me Gaethe's walk out, please.
Give me that.
That's the one I want.
That's what I want.
It was a exact, it was a reformation,
a re-foundation of who we are as a people.
and what made us a people because certainly cozy and gooey,
inadverse, sanctioned collectivism was not what made us a great people.
And I think this walkout, ALX, let me know if you got it.
I think this walkout of the American fighter Justin Gaichi,
who was a six-to-one underdog who went out there,
and just battered and bloodied and destroyed his Spanish opponent in what is the single greatest upset in UFC history.
And it starts with him.
And we're slow this morning.
We're slow because ALX was actually,
the ALX was in the fan freedom was in the UFC fan zone as well and was there,
I think, and then took like a 5 a.m. flight.
Yeah, everyone, everyone moving still a little slowly.
And these things go late.
This walkout of Justin Gaichi staring at the Declaration of Independence inside of the Oval Office, the aesthetics of this.
I don't think people quite understand how cinematic, how tough this is to pull off,
how remarkable a moment this is.
This was, if you could properly frame it as the purpose of this moment,
this was the chance to establish who's in charge of culture.
Who's in charge of culture is who will determine the future of the nation.
All politics is downstream of culture.
And so if you're looking at why this is,
was so important. And while I'll stop yapping about this, but I just want to get this off my chest.
So I've been pondering. I've been thinking through this like, like, why was this so critical of a moment?
This was our movement, a movement of Patriots, proving that we are totally and wholly in control.
Now, they have tried to strip Donald Trump away from culture. Donald Trump was, of course, beloved by every singer.
There's plenty of photos of him with Michael Jackson, every rapper, every NBA star.
Every athlete and celebrity would love to be seen with Donald Trump when he ran for president and suddenly went against the state.
Then they stripped that power away from him.
It's a really powerful thing to have.
What Donald Trump was doing here was reasserting that we are in control.
because the ringside at this event were rappers,
celebrities, actors, actresses, supermodels, tech billionaires,
platinum, recording artists, rock stars,
the biggest influencers in the world,
biggest athletes in the world, some of the most powerful athletes on earth.
They were all there.
In spite of everything they've tried to do to the president, in spite of everything they've tried to do to like strip away his power, this was President Trump reconstituting that we control culture.
I don't think that we have the viewing data for this just yet, but it's got to be in the hundreds of millions.
I know the clips alone have done hundreds of millions, if not billions of views worldwide.
That was never the case with anything that happened in the Biden White House.
Were you proud of your country? Not once in the Biden White House. What do I mean by that? Of course, we were still patriots. We still loved America. We loved America so much that we took power away from Joe Biden. It's not like our question. It's not like we stopped loving our nation. What I meant was that there's nothing that the Biden White House did that inspired you to love your country more or that highlighted the glory of this nation. That's glorified and manifested how incredible this nation was.
That's what this was about.
And Americans want to be proud of their nation.
They want to have something to cheer for.
And this was President Trump saying, we own this.
And the left has literally no answer to it.
The left has no answer.
And so they will scream and shriek and cry.
And they will throw a fit over it like they did yesterday.
They called it racist on the view, whatever.
They're upset that Michelle Obama was called a man.
hilarious. Again, they had every opportunity to try and they had a full four years,
every opportunity to make Americans proud. And with every single move, they disgraced this
nation. President Trump in one event, reformed, refounded, and reconstituted how great this
nation could really be. And it's what makes me think that America isn't overseeing a peaceful
decline that actually we're just getting started as a country. We control all space technology.
Our military is bigger and better and badder than any other nation on Earth. The country is swinging
right wing. Our people are proud again. Our companies and economy are rip roaring and strong and are the
envy of the world. Every person from every World Cup team comes here and is blown away by how
amazing this nation is. Remember everything from Waffle House to Bass Pro Shops to our southern beaches,
to the mountain culture of America. The eyes of the world have traveled here and are astonished.
They are not left wanting. They love this nation. It's why people who hate this nation never leave
it. This is the best nation on earth. We've been tricked into thinking otherwise. Now, we are far
in a way living in the best nation on earth. And they're those who seek to destroy it. Gavin Newsom
is one of those people. That's why he must be stopped. We're going to get to our first story here.
After that little recap, I'm glad we got that off. Because it is important and historic moment.
I'm very, very honored to have been able to witness it. I just wanted to relay that to all of you.

Okay.
I want to start with a historic white pill.
Let's go.
Historic White Pill, Klein, let's go.
Oh, sorry. Thanks a lot, man.
I saw that it was already up.
Oil futures have collapsed through the floor.
We didn't even cover the fact that President Trump signed a peace deal.
Oil futures is now at $73.
Do you understand here?
This is six months.
You can see here over six months, President Trump announced a peace deal with Iran.
It is an excellent deal, although the text of the deal isn't out just yet.
So everything is just pure speculation.
But the peace deal has been signed.
What we know with the architecture of the peace deal is that Iran will not get a nuclear weapon.
That the Strait of Hormuz will be open.
That oil and commerce will be able to flow.
And that America will be engaging in good faith, the partnership with Iran to try and stabilize the region.
These are all wonderful things.
Look at this.
Look what's happened at the oil prices.
Here's one day.
Here's the last five days.
Absolute collapse.
I told you, I promised you we would have $2 gas by the midterms.
I promised you we would have it. Well, guess what $2 gas equates to. $65 a barrel means $2.
$65 to $55 a barrel is $2.00 gas range throughout the country. Look where we are right now.
We are seven bucks away per barrel to $2 gas. You are about to see your gas prices go down by a dollar per gallon.
Watch it happen. President Trump's going to sign this peace deal. Alex, when is President Trump's press conference today?
He's going to have a press conference.
I don't know if it's going to be, like, I don't know when it's going to be.
If it's during the show, we'll take it, ALX.
Here we go.
Ladies and gentlemen, look at this.
$73 a barrel, down 30% in the last month.
Boom.
Okay, these are good things.
I didn't like oil going high.
Right here.
Right here.
$59, $57 a barrel.
This is where we want to get it.
And this is where it was naturally.
before the war. This is where it's headed down to. You can see it pretty clearly and obviously.
So we will win. We will win again. Fifty-five dollars a barrel right there. That's where we want to get to.
But 65 gets you $2 gas. All right. CNN right now, another historic white pill. Can we do one more historic white pill, Klein?
I just, just, just want a two-for this morning. Democrats have a much smaller lead than we thought.
actually the Democrat blue wave is evaporating before our very eyes.
Democrat congressional lead across all fronts is shrinking.
The generic ballot is now shrinking.
It's just Dems plus 5.
It was Dems plus 11 and 10 back when they had their other blue waves.
And watch that completely evaporate and then flip to Republicans.
We're going to win the midterms.
I'm telling you.
Hey there.
I'm Paula Pan.
I help people make the smartest money decisions possible.
If you don't control your money, it controls you.
Yeah.
You're not in control of your finances.
is that you have to look outside of yourself to live the life that you want. You're not in
control. You're like, like, what is it that you actually want? Money should follow the dreams
and goals because sometimes we make the dream and goal the money and you've overworked yourself
and you've exceeded what you've needed for the actual thing you want. Sometimes we forget,
like, what's the actual thing you want? Afford anything. Follow and listen on your favorite platform.
CNN is already sounding. This guy, Harry Enton, it's a good dude. He's sounding, he is sounding the alarm.
And it's because Republicans are now fighting again.
Oh, look at this.
Okay.
Well, let me know what the schedule looks like, ALX.
I don't know.
It's because Republicans are fighting back again.
I mean, dude, Spencer Pratt has gone thermonuclear viral with this unbelievable ad,
ad or like non-concession speech.
It's not a concession speech, just a declaration of war.
This is Spencer Pratt.
10 million views, 34,000.
likes 166,000 likes 34,000 repost. Spencer Pratt saying that he has compromising information
inside from inside of Karen Bass and Nikki Rahman's campaigns. Let's listen here just a moment.
You have no idea how bad things are about to get for this city corruption. I know he's there.
Species burnt, commie animals and I will stop them. If you think we uncovered a lot of fraud and
evil in the campaign, just wait. We have some recordings of one of your exalted candidates doing and saying
something that would make her resign in shame.
I was saving it for the general election.
Go ahead and pick your demon, certify your choice, and then you get to see it.
So Karen Nithia, ask yourself, is it possible that one of your employees may have a recording
of you doing or saying something that would force you to resign and disgrace?
Hope you sleep well at night over the next five months because you know who hasn't slept well
at all for the last 17 months?
My mom.
I think they're cooking, baby.
I think they're cooking.
Spencer Pratt is declaring war. Gavin Newsom, who is still the odds on to win the Democrat nomination for 2028, now says that he's under investigation. Why? Because whistleblowers against him from inside of the state of California. I'll talk to an expert reporter on this in just one moment, Jennifer Van Laar. Gavin Newsom says he's being investigated by the Department of Justice. Trump is coming after me. No, dude. According to multiple reports,
There are several investigations that are ongoing related to Newsom, his taxes, and they're based out of Sacramento.
This isn't from Maine DOJ.
This is according to whistleblowers from inside of California, much like Spencer Pratt has the Institute, I mean, eventually, this Alexander Solson-Eason.
Eventually, these systems of corruption become so big that they collapse in on themselves.
Spencer Pratt says he has whistleblowers from inside of Karen Bass and Nikki Rahman's campaign that are going to destroy them and cause them to resign.
Now Gavin Newsom has his own staff turning against him, whistleblower, from inside of the Newsom ecosystem.
And what is that exactly?
Well, we know, where was it?
This is the, there is a Newsom.
Alex, do we have the Newsom pleading guilty, Chief of Staff?
Where is that?
I sent it into the chat this morning.
I'll go grab it.
There we go.
Gavin Newsom's Chief of Staff.
pled guilty to tax fraud.
Alex, you have that.
What could possibly be happening here?
Well, we don't exactly know because these are secret grand jury impaneled investigations and subpoenas.
But Gavin Newsom is scared.
And I have absolutely no sympathy for Gavin Newsom.
Because this bastard, who's now crying and telling Donald Trump to not attack his wife or family, attacked my family.
When we went to California to uncover and expose fraud, which we did, and then we warned everyone that this is exactly how they were going to rig an election, which they did, through the California fraud.
Thank you.
Pop that up.
Put that up, Klein.
Thank you.
Because I want to show you, like, the systems here are collapsing in California.
Newsom's former chief of staff takes plea deal.
Dude, they're wrapping them up.
They're wrapping them up.
You will get zero sympathy for me because when Gavin Newsom had an opportunity to attack my family, my wife, my children.
Gavin Newsom viciously spread lies about me and my family using his governor's account.
What was my crime?
I'm a dude on the internet.
I went there to uncover fraud in his state.
And we did.
Gavin Hussim should be thanking me.
Instead, this guy, I've never met him.
I don't know him.
Personally attack me in my family.
Now he's bitching and crying
about his own wife
who has been accused of some really demonstrable
and dark things
getting put under the gun by the DOJ.
And by the way, these aren't just like,
these aren't the dark crimes she committed with Harvey Weinstein,
her former lover.
She absolutely banged Harvey Weinstein for jobs.
That's a fact.
I know that because I've traveled to L.A.
I've spoken with the producers who worked with and for Jennifer Sybil Newsom and Harvey Weinstein.
She admitted it in court.
And the court found, she tried to say that she was a victim.
The court found she wasn't.
that she was colluding and cooperating with Harvey Weinstein, and it gets worse,
she was trying to shut down the women who were actually trying to blow the whistle on Harvey Weinstein's sick operation.
So Jennifer Sybil Newsom also has come forward and defended Gavin Newsom,
who was boozing and then banging his own secretary who was also married to his best friend.
Jennifer Sybil Newsom attacked the married woman who Gavin Newsom took advantage of in public.
And this is the man who's standing there saying,
Don't attack my wife. How dare you? How dare you attack my wife?
This guy went after Nick Shirley and called him a child predator.
This is what he did in Nick Shirley. This could get Nick killed.
What do they, you know, like, this could cause somebody to go and murder Nick Shirley.
Oh, and by the way, a man from California just pled guilty to trying to murder my family, threatening to murder my family.
using similar language in his murder threat against me and my kids and my family
that Gavin Newsom has used online to attack my family.
So no, you bastard, I don't have any sympathy for you at all.
Whatever goes around comes around.
You're going to sit there and attack the people
who are trying to rid your state of fraud, do your job for you.
Instead of fighting with us to get rid of the fraud, you attack us.
attack my family, call Nick a child predator, try and get us killed.
No sympathy, no quarter.
Dude, you can burn.
And I'm really excited about what the administration is doing here.
We're going to be following it very, very closely to understand all of the contours and what's going on here.
We are going to bring on an actual expert on the subject.
Her name is Jennifer Van Lahr.
and she is a writer for Red State, sorry, investigative journalist and managing editor at Red State, as well as a writer.
Perhaps you followed her work online, but nobody has done more of a deep dive into the Newsombs and their criminality or shady accounting.
And Jennifer, and it's an honor to welcome her to show. Here we go.
Jennifer, welcome to the program. What are we looking at here with the Newsom's? Should Gavin Newsome and his
family be worried about these federal investigations?
They should be very, very worried because they have multiple ways that they've been,
I think, committing fraud, tax fraud, unreported income because there's no way that the
lifestyle that they're living is funded by the income that they report.
So either they're getting more income that they don't report or they're getting gifts that
they're not reporting. Something really shady is going on.
And that's just when you're looking at their income.
real estate. So can you please unpack for us? What does their real estate look like? What are some of the
red flags that you've seen in their dealings that make you think that there's a fire where there's smoke?
So it started back in 2020 with a home that they still own in Sacramento. It was purchased for $3.7 million
cash by his cousin, Jeremy Shearer, who also does all of the legal work for pump jack companies.
So it was bought in the name of an LLC.
His winery.
Yes.
Then nine months later, it was transferred to Jennifer and Gavin.
And then they got a cash out refi on that.
So we don't know where the $3.7 million came from to start with.
The LLC never showed where it was capitalized.
So then they have that.
So that's about a $13,000 a month mortgage, which they could afford that.
Well, then they buy this other house, which I think everyone has heard of,
$9.1 million home in Marin County from one of the Pritzker people. That was also purchased cash
by an LLC that Jennifer Newsom runs, but that LLC wasn't even formed until a week after they got
the grant deed. And there's no financing shown on that. Then she takes out a $6.5 million mortgage against
that at 6.75% interest. That's a $42,000 a month mortgage. And the property taxes on that are
$118,000 a year. So Gavin is not named on any of that because her parents are on the LLC
with her. And they all had to sign personal guarantees for that. But basically, they end up
with what we know of their income. They end up about a half a million dollars a year in the
hole just based on those numbers. So you're saying that there is a auxiliary form of income
that has not been reported that would be able to service these massive real estate deals.
And nobody knows where the money's coming from.
There has to be.
And we don't know where it's coming from.
And obviously, the LLC has to make the payments on that mortgage because it's in the name of the LLC.
So who's putting money into that LLC so it can make those monthly payments?
That's something that that could be what's referenced when they say that they're looking into
Jennifer Newsom's taxes.
But the two of them filed jointly.
So if there's anything wrong on that, you know,
he's kind of in the danger zone as well.
What about Jennifer Newsom's nonprofit?
We've been hearing quite a bit about shady expenditures, but then also using state funds
in order to pad that nonprofit, millions of dollars, Indian reservations, kickbacks, quid pro
quos.
Can you sort of unpack that?
Yeah, there's a lot there.
And I'm not an expert as much on that part.
But she gets about $150,000 a year from.
that to run the nonprofit. But the nonprofit also pays her entertainment company. And then she gets
$150,000 a year to run her entertainment company. And I've only found about three movies that she's
made in a decade. So I'm not quite sure what she's doing to earn $300,000 a year. Yeah.
I mean, Hollywood really collapsed when they took out Harvey Weinstein. You know, it's a real wonder.
What would people find if they actually started asking questions about Jennifer Sybil Newsom and Harvey Weinstein?
The court documents, which I've read, are pretty bad.
Well, we know that she was going around and harassing people like Rose McGowan,
who were claiming that Harvey Weinstein had attacked them.
And then she came out and got on the stand and was crying about how Harvey Weinstein
raped her.
So who knows what to believe there.
What about Jennifer Sibyl Newsom and Gavin Newsom's personal life and some of the personal choices
that Gavin Newsom has made?
Because right now he's screaming, don't attack my wife, don't come after my family.
I'm such a great family man.
Wasn't he caught in an affair with a married woman who was working for him that would regularly show up drunk?
And then he'd take advantage of her.
And didn't Jennifer Sybil Newsom like a, like victim blame there?
And now they're trying to robe themselves.
I mean, do I have that story correct?
And now they're trying to cloak themselves in some type of morality.
Jennifer, do I have you?
Jennifer, can you hear me?
Yes. Gotcha.
Yes, okay.
So, Gavin Newsom has a very creepy personal life.
He does.
Now he's barking at the president to like stay out.
Like I'm such a family man.
I'm just here to defend my wife.
Like that wasn't the case with his campaign manager's wife, right?
Right.
And it's interesting how she's not the first partner anymore and she's now the mother of my children.
But, you know, the rumor is that it's some employees.
in Gavin's office who were whistleblowers and got this going. And there's been a rumor for a lot of
years that he's having an affair with this Lindsay Cobia, who's one of his political staffers.
Well, Lindsay's husband now works for Gavin as one of the cabinet members of the cabinet with
public safety. He's an attorney who used to be with the U.S. Attorney's Office. So wouldn't it be
interesting as if he were the whistleblower? This is very interesting because all the reports that
we have. We really have just very rough contours of what they're going after here with Gavin Newsom.
But the reports are that this is based out of Sacramento and that there's somebody on Gavin's
staff or somebody working and cooperating with the feds to expose what's actually going on here.
Do you have, does your reporting bear that out?
That's also what I've been told. And I just, just as I was watching you talk about Newsom before
we went live here, it hit me, you know, Michael Redding, who's the husband of Lindsay Cobia,
used to work in that exact U.S. Attorney's office.
So he would know who to contact there if he wanted to either hook up whistleblowers or be one himself.
I don't know if that's the case. Hopefully we'll find out someday. But to me, that's an interesting way to look at what's going on.
Okay. So like Gavin Newsom should be really scary. It looks like, and tell me if I have the landscape here, correct, that there are shady forms of investment and profit and.
money flowing in that hasn't been accounted for. There are purchases that couldn't possibly be made
without some type of other ancillary income that hasn't been accounted for. And he's the chief
executive of the state and he's living a very, very lavish life with wineries and multiple
multimillion dollar properties. How many does he own? Two multi-million dollar properties. So it's about
$14 million, give or take of real estate.
Goodness.
So, like, how does he do that on his governor's salary?
I mean, I guess is the question.
Yeah.
And, you know, I want to address that because a lot of people think, oh, he's, he's,
his dad was a getting lawyer.
He has all this money.
His dad died with almost nothing.
And the land in Hawaii that he, Gavin inherited, he donated, he donated to an
environmental nonprofit.
So he didn't make money off of that.
Gavin Newsom's, all of his business interests have been in a blind trust since 2018 that he
cannot sell any of them. He can't do anything with that. If the trustee chooses to sell some of it,
she has to reinvest that money. So basically, there's no way that Gavin is getting any more
than annual dividends from those companies. And then the nonprofit angle. So do I have the architecture
there? So a bunch of a bunch of lavish purchases, multi-million dollar properties. This is, of course,
how you always get flagged by the IRS, by the way. Exactly. You know. And then no, no,
no balance there of how any of that was paid for, plus a number of very shady questions about
his wife's nonprofit and quid pro quo pay to play operations with the state. Are I missing something
else here, Jennifer? You're not. And we still have a lot of unknowns because I got to the point in
my investigations where I couldn't, there was nothing else that I could unravel with publicly
available information. So I actually met with IRS criminal investigators back in 2022 for about two hours,
gave them my information and they too said,
hmm, doesn't really make sense.
You know, we'll look into it.
So they're not allowed to come back and tell me what they found or didn't find.
So maybe this has something to do with what they're looking at now.
Wow.
I didn't actually know that.
Maybe this is a good final follow up.
So you met with IRS investigator.
Did you initiate that or did they?
I initiated through a friend that knew someone in the IRS criminal investigation because
I was thinking, what am I missing here?
Right.
Why can't I connect these dots?
And people with subpoena power are the only ones that would be able to connect the dots.
Wow.
In conclusion, should Gavin Newsom be really, I mean, he seemed spooked yesterday.
Very strange video for him.
Normally his videos, he has that little smirk on his face.
He looks a little more like the Joker, plotting something.
But yesterday, he seemed very spoo.
It was like he is like pale and, you know, staggering in his speech.
Seems like he's shaking by this.
Sometimes when he's angry or when maybe he's had a stimulant or it seems like he has.
But he's definitely trying to get out in front of something.
He's definitely spooked.
And it makes me wonder if he knew this was going on last year.
Maybe that's why he started all this attack on President Trump because that's when his press office started really going after Trump and people like you.
And maybe there was a long game going on there.
So he positioned himself as this antagonist and then claimed victim.
Yeah. Interesting. I mean, we know that he's good at getting out in front of a scandal. If there's one thing that Gavin Newsom does, it's he, you know, he tries to, he tries to get out and manipulate the press before the actual scandal hits. And I think it's why he's been able to survive so long, given his background, which has been discussed. It would have taken down anybody else. Oh, yeah.
That in a willing press. And he doesn't have that anymore, you know, since X is not controlled by him anymore, then we can get out there and get the truth.
out. Yep. Last question, Jennifer, what about Spencer Pratt? What do you think? What's the next era for
Spencer? Next era for Spencer is just completely burning down the Democrat machine in Los Angeles,
and I'm totally here for it. And to help him in any way, I know you are too. I love it.
Okay, Jennifer, I hope we'll be out in California relatively soon. We have a number of events out there.
I hope that we can get together. God bless you. Everybody follow Jennifer right here. Her reporting is
exceptional. And she has hundreds of thousands of followers. And she puts out major questions.
She's going really viral right now with the receipts on the Newsombs. Godspeed, Jennifer.
Thank you. Thank you. Right to the great Senator Schmidt from Missouri, who was in misery the other night.
No, he wasn't. He got a game, not exactly a game saving save, but an unbelievable play at the Republicans versus Democrat.
congressional baseball game.
He busted up his nose.
Let's see what the senator looks like today.
Senator, how we do?
Oh, there it is.
Okay.
All right.
What's up, man?
It's good for you, bro.
It's not AI.
It's not AI.
Yeah, you look a little better than Ilya, though.
Yeah, that's true.
Yeah.
No, it was worth it.
The MVP award and being on Sports Center, it was definitely worth it.
I'm sure we have the clip, right?
And if we have the clip, right?
If we have the clip.
Alex, we got that.
There it is.
yeah let's go let's see it there he is yo senator come on and is that where you busts up your face
yeah i went right there face first in the ground yeah and that's the warning track so that's kind of
like gravel um it's not grass so uh i didn't really know i was bleeding until uh one of my teammates
told me i was bleeding but uh you know i just wiped it off my face put it on my pants and rub some
dirt on it and let's keep playing so and you kick the democrats asses
And what was it, 12-0?
11 to 2, which is our sixth win in a row.
It's my fourth game, so fourth in a row.
So we've got a bit of a dynasty established here.
And we want to, I mean, we want to win.
And we raised $3 million for charity and there's 35,000 people there.
But when you're on the field, you want to win.
And so far, so good on that front.
That's awesome.
That was amazing.
I can see why Trump loves golfing with you so much.
I'm not sure.
Were you at UFC 250?
No, I was going to go.
And then my daughter wanted to play golf with me.
and I said, you know what, I'm going to do that.
But I did see a lot of it on TV.
It looked awesome.
I mean, the images from that, Benny, I saw you were there.
The images of that are just incredible.
And I think, you know, I don't understand.
The left loses their mind over this stuff.
But this is what, I mean, American people,
we should be celebrating our 250th birthday.
We should be having those kind of matches like that.
We should be having the indie car race.
We should be having the rodeo.
We should be having the fair.
It's the greatest country in the history of the world.
Um, sadly though, you look at this polling about, you know, whether, you know, Republicans like 90% are proud or extremely proud to be Americans. That number is in the 30s among Democrats. And that's not good for the country. I mean, I as a conservative, you know, we could, you know, make fun of it all we want. But as a, as an American, that's not a good thing. But this, they've lost their minds on a lot of this stuff. Yeah. I think the easiest, I think the easiest thing, uh, to do for us at this point in the only solution that we have is to, to,
make them an extremist,
like make them, not like classify them
as an extremist group,
but just like they should be,
the way that it works
in like parliamentary systems
are like European democracy,
like they should just be like a 20%
right of the nation.
And we should win 40 states
every single presidential race
because we have the populist movement
and the people on our side.
Young men are extraordinarily right wing.
I think the young women will follow.
All available polling shows that.
And Libs will just turn into
sort of an ugly, sad, unable to have families, unable to procreate, miserable movement
of extremists and terrorists.
And that can be like 20% of the nation and they can like run the failing cities.
And that's it.
I think that's where we're headed, actually.
I think by the time I die, like, that's where politics will actually shake out in this nation.
Well, I think the long-term trends are certainly in our favor, right?
So anytime it's like polling, you look at a snapshot and you can think, you know, something
about it.
But what you're really looking at are the trends.
And you look at birth rates.
You look at patriotism.
You look at the seats in Congress and governorships.
And a lot of these things in state legislatures in the last 15 years,
it's all trending our direction because I really do think it's kind of this common sense versus radicalism that you see as a contrast.
I mean, when you can't define what a gender is or there's 50 genders.
I mean, this Tala RICO race in Texas, I mean, all this stuff.
This guy's, what's so interesting about that race is that.
is that they they don't even know what a dude like is.
So they have this guy come out of a woke lab,
this Tala Rico.
Oh, he's a pastor,
you know,
or this guy's,
you know,
whatever there was.
And he's got all these crazy positions.
And he's running a vegan campaign.
He's anti-meat in Texas.
And I just don't,
that dog won't hunt.
So they haven't figured it out yet.
And I don't think they've hit rock bottom.
But,
but I think we're the ascending movement.
Yes,
that's exactly right.
Maybe one final,
maybe one final word on this, given, you know, your bloody face and your save and the, you know,
combat, violent combat sport at the White House that people just loved.
I don't even see Libs really attacking it because they just, they know they've lost.
They have no answer for it.
And what does what does that mean?
And why is that, why is it so important?
I think at the heart of it, this country was founded on the idea.
And I think of my family that left everything behind and went.
as far west as they could.
This country's always wanted to see what's on the other side of the mountain.
It's always had this pioneer spirit, this sense of adventure.
And you mentioned it with young men right now.
They're tired of being told by the nanny state or during COVID that they had to wear a mask
or that they should be ashamed of their country.
We're over it.
We're over.
That experiment is done.
It's not 2020 anymore.
And people are really ready to embrace this American spirit.
in the sense that, you know, we can do great things, that we should celebrate physical accomplishments,
we should celebrate sport, we should celebrate these things that are inherently kind of things that
we always kind of have as Americans, but we've been told that that's toxic or something ridiculous.
And so I think what you're seeing is conservatism really is this kind of counterculture movement, right?
And when I came in here, I mean, very much kind of ran on taking on the establishment kind of
of machine that in many ways I think kind of was a perverse version of conservatism.
And so that's what you're seeing right now.
People want change.
They want to see people that are proud of this country.
I had a cop.
It's funny, that video clip there, it really did of the catch.
It went viral.
I had the widow of my grade school baseball coach reach out.
I had a cop say, man, it was so good to see like a regular dude bloody up his nose
in a ball game.
People just want people.
to be normal. And the Democrats can't figure that out. And I think we've got more of it. And I think
that's why, like I said, the trajectory is good for us. Our team has put together a side by side
of you and the, and Alia Tuporo, his absolute, his absolute face knocked in the White House.
Do the other one. Do the one. Do the ALX one. They climb pop the other one off. Yeah. This is good.
This is the refus. I would view it as a refounding of America, like a reconstituting like a total and complete cultural rejection of wokeness and weakness and safetyism.
Yeah. And by the way, like where the young men go, the young women will follow. Like I don't care if young women are like extremely leftist.
Like put a ring on the finger. Like have babies. Get a white picket fence and a property. And you're like, like women go right wing real fast.
So I like that doesn't bother me at all. I'm like really, really.
thrilled that this is the message that we're sending that you don't have to be ashamed
to yourself if you're a young man and you want to accomplish something or conquer something.
Yeah. No, I think this whole DEI movement CRT was meant to to separate people based on oppressor
and oppressed and this radical sort of racialization the Democrats have been obsessed with is like a
fetish. People like I said, they're over it. And I think that as you said, this sort of new founding,
you know, America 250. I'm, I'm so proud of this country and events like
Sunday night are just a further testament of, I think, what this country's all about.
So the people who have been pushing this, they're going to run for president. Gavin Newsom,
Kamala Harris, their top of the polls, it's like unbelievable and exciting, actually.
Gavin Newsom made huge headline yesterday saying, yo, I am under investigation. You're on the
Judiciary Committee. You know the ins and outs of what you're allowed to do and not allowed to do.
You've been a very successful attorney general. And you have a squeaky clean record. A Gavin
does not. And so maybe you could give me like your takeaway on what's actually happening in California.
What's your read on this? Well, I mean, I think that I don't know all the ins and outs of the specific
investigation. What I do know is that some of these actually were started like his former chief of
staff during the Biden administration. So I know that they're going to want to spin this about,
you know, political weaponization or something. At some point, people have to be held accountable,
right? Like at some point, you know, if you're, if there's something.
something like this going on, it needs to be investigated and people need to be held to account.
I think this is part of a broader effort in many ways.
You're seeing it in Minneapolis and Vice President Vance is kind of leading the charge
with the prosecutors involved, just the amount of waste and fraud and abuse that we've seen
in the system.
And it's been a talking point for a long time.
But what I hear over and over is people want those responsible held to account, right?
People should be prosecuted for this kind of stuff because I just think of the guy,
I look at my dad.
My dad worked seven days a week in the midnight shift at Anahezer Bush at the brewery.
And he worked his tail off, right?
And we got one week of vacation, you know, whatever.
We would go to Brancor or maybe, you know, be getting a car and drive somewhere.
He worked his ass off.
It just pisses people off to know that they're working overtime.
They're playing by the rules.
And then you get like the Somali cabal that ends up in Minneapolis to come here, rip everybody off.
Like, it's crazy.
So I just think people are ready for that.
that kind of accountability. And you look at California is just, there's so much, talk about a
textbook case of how to destroy a beautiful state. They've done it and they've ripped people off
and hopefully, you know, people are going to be held accountable. Yeah, I want prosecutions.
I want the people who are committing fraud to not be able to vote in our elections. But the
Save Act has once again been such a point of frustration for so many people.
And we've already seen some of the consequences of the Senate not voting for that and
the removal of Cassidy and of Corny or the loss.
And we've never seen anything like that.
You know, we've never seen these incumbent senators lose races in deep red states that's
never happened before.
So we're witnessing something quite historic.
What is that?
what is going on?
Well, I think, look, I'll just speak from my, my election in 22, which I think you're still
seeing this play out.
The Republican Party has been remade by President Trump.
And I'm here for it.
Like, this is like, this is the, I was joking at the convention when there was like Hulk Hogan
and Kid Rock.
I was like, this is in regular people up there, like normal people.
I was like, this is the Republican Party I always wanted, you know, because I grew up in kind
of a working class neighborhood.
And that's the base of the Republican Party now.
People who, you know, been lied to by the establishment in both sides of the aisle and sold out America.
And what you're seeing is that the forgotten men and women in this country are speaking out and they're rising up.
And so that was certainly fueled my election to the Senate.
And I still think that sentiment's out there.
They want us to take on the corruption.
They want us to take on quality of life issues.
They don't believe we have to accept the idea that you live with crime or illegal immigrants can take over neighborhoods or that you have abuse of our legal immigration system.
The Overton windows moved on that, which I think is a good thing.
So, you know, our jobs were shipped overseas.
People are pissed off about that.
We want a reindustrialization of this country.
And we also want people who play by the rules not to be replaced by foreign workers who like the H-1B program or the OPT program, right?
Where students are being displaced.
So there's a lot on the line.
I think Americans won fighters right now.
That's what I try to do every day in the Senate.
So tell me about the Judiciary Committee.
Obviously, you were, I think, inarguably the most successful Attorney General.
in the nation with the fights that you brought to the Biden administration. You deserve
great credit. There were so few Republican AGs that fought the Biden administration. It was one of
the only recourses we had during those four years. And you did spectacular work. You made
Dr. Fauci's life a living hell. Can you tell me, maybe give me some outlines about what's going
on in the Judiciary Committee and what can we expect? Yeah, there's a lot of things that are kind of
flying under the radar. Like, for example, you know, there have been 10 people alums from my AG office now that are
important federal judicial positions where the U.S. attorneys, like the U.S. attorney in the St. Louis area
that's taking on violent crime doing a great job, was my chief of staff at one point. There's another
federal district judge that was in my office. The new eights just yesterday, Justin Smith,
who's a brilliant 40-year-old lawyer who was my first assistant AG when we were taking all those fights.
He's now on the, he just got confirmed on the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, which of course
just next to the Supreme Court.
And so you're seeing now, like the first four district court judges that were
all in the St. Louis area, those were, that's, you know, where I'm from.
And you're going to see that place be a place where criminals are prosecuted and rule
of laws restored.
And as those cases make their way to the Eighth Circuit and the Supreme Court.
So there's a lot of kind of like those, the judiciary is being remade by President
Trump.
And I'm glad to be helpful with that.
I would say that last or two weeks ago, I guess, when we did the reconciliation on the
immigration on.
ICE stuff. I got a provision that started in the Judiciary Committee of $350 million
now will be used for ICE to go pick up criminal illegal aliens who are being released from
prison in sanctuary jurisdictions and deported. Think about that. Last year, Benny,
18,000 criminal illegal aliens were released into the community from sanctuary jurisdictions
because they valued not having people deported more than the safety of the people who would
be surrounded by a convicted rapist who's been released.
who should be deported. So we're supercharging these deportations now with that ICE funding that we had.
I think that's a good thing. So, you know, the Judiciary Committee has jurisdiction over
immigration issues. So we're working on that. We're confirming judges. We're confirming U.S.
attorneys. So there's a lot of work happening kind of behind the scenes there.
Excellent. What about the people who created the open borders? I'm constantly pushing for
Mayorkas or somebody to do a, you know, to like make it hurt, right? Like go after the people,
that facilitated this so it never happens again.
And I think that you could quite frankly bring quite a number of charges against the administration
for how they refused to enforce American law.
Where are we on that front?
Well, it's deeper than that, Benny.
Like, yeah, we've never seen anything like that in the history of our country,
maybe in the world where people schemed to let 15 to 20 people in here legally just to open up
the border, right?
But it goes deeper than just the elected officials.
There's a whole network of nonprofits that were funding this mass migration from all around the world, people we had no idea who they were into this country.
And so one of the things I'm also proud of in last year, I handled the first recisions package that we've done in 30 years.
What is that?
It actually claws back money that's already been appropriated to make sure it's not spent on stupid stuff like DEI and Burma, Guatemalan sex.
changes. A lot of these mass migration nonprofits that were funded by USAID, we effectively defunded
that stuff. And so I think these U.S. attorneys ought to be investigating some of the money laundering
that's happening with Act Blue. There's a lot of this stuff is intertwined in this kind of shadow
state of these NGOs. And I think that's the next wave of the conservative movement. And I've
told AG's this when I've spoken to them. Like if I were still a attorney general of a state,
that's what my focus would be on. It would be on helping fight crime and going after these
rogue NGOs that are trying to destroy this country. And they have the authority to do it and hope
they do. So the AGs can do it. The Senate could defund them entirely. Are we there?
Yeah, no, look, I've told them if like on this USAID stuff, this is, I think that's the mother's milk,
Benny, the money that was going, they know it. The Democrats know it's why they freaked out so bad
when that was the first thing that Doge went after. So I think from an appropriations process,
we have a role. But you also have to have really the law enforcement arm of this, the
prosecutors, right? The U.S. attorneys and the AGs. We can do oversight in the Senate.
We control the purse. Those are all things that we should do. But the actual like putting people
in jail and prosecuting, that's what the U.S. attorneys and AGs. And I think they need to be
aggressive. Yeah, I would love, I would love to see more aggression from that. You know,
it's just like, we have a moment. We have unified control. I think that everyone is calling out.
You got to go. Yeah, you got to go. I have an op-ed. I'll put it up today.
about look, this is the party that Trump, he gave us,
when no one thought he was going to win in 16,
and no one thought he could come back in 2024.
I mean, you and I did, we saw it, but the movement,
but a lot of, you know, the experts sort of wrote that off.
So what is the gift that the president has given us?
He's given us a different, more expanded base of working class Americans,
that those are our people now, which is great,
and an opportunity, a moment in time.
I get very frustrated up here when people don't have that kind of sense of
urgency. I think one of the keys to leadership, Benny, is kind of understanding the moment that
you're in. And we are in a moment where we need to be very active and aggressive and not passive.
Not everyone shares that point of view. So that's, that's my struggle up here, I guess.
Yeah. Yeah. It's a huge struggle. I mean, we watch the Save Act fail with Republicans voting against
it. And it's very frustrating for the base to see it because you just don't understand what time it is, right?
Yeah, that's right. You got to know what time it is. That's a good, that's a good way to put it.
Yeah. Thank you, Senator. So very much for being on the program for your contribution.
No, look at that. There's the cover image right there on X. The bloody face cover image. Thank you for your contribution. Yes. To reestablishing and refounding American violent combat and conquest, which is actually how you make a nation and keep a nation. Everybody follow. Senator Schmidt right here. He's got hundreds of thousands of followers.
God bless you, Senator. Thank you. Thanks, Benny.
Ladies and gentlemen, we have a big day today for elections in Alabama.
Alabama is doing their primaries today. We'll have a Navy SEAL, who's a Senate candidate in Alabama, joining us in just one moment.
Before we get to that, we have been traveling, crisscrossing the country. We will continue to do so when, in fact, in Texas,
We spoke at the Patriot Mobile Patriot dinner, and it was blast.
And of course, we were able to chill out with our favorite executives in the mobile phone industry, our Patriot mobile partners.
We're thankful for them.
We're thankful for them constantly supporting our program.
And more importantly, I would argue supporting us going out in the field and telling true stories reporting and doing investigations.
Patriot Mobile keeps us connected and keeps us locked in across the nation.
When we go out and hit a story and hit the field, it is critically important that we can upload and update you with all that information like we were doing at UFC at the White House, keeping you informed.
PatriotMobil.com keeps us locked in.
Go to Patriotmobile.com.com slash Benny or call 972 Patriot. Use a promo code Benny for a free month of service.
That's Patriot.mobile.com slash Benny call 972 Patriot to make the switch today.
And really speedily here, ladies and gentlemen, American financing, make sure that we are debt-free and that your future can be debt-free as well.
We want you to be able to embrace that great American future and our great American century.
I want a 1,000-year American empire.
It starts with getting our own fiscal responsibility under control.
That, frankly, starts at home.
American credit card debt is higher than ever, so I want to make sure that you are debt-free, called
a day. American financing, and they can help you out. 888, 528, 1219. That's 888 5281219.
Americanfinancing.net slash Benny, make sure you get out of that debt slavery right now.
Okay, ladies and gentlemen, a man who has fought for his nation, a man who wishes to continue to
fight in the U.S. Senate. Jared Hudson, a U.S. Senate candidate in Alabama, former Navy SEAL,
joins the show live right now. Jared, welcome to the program. How's today look for you?
I mean, it looks great. I appreciate you having me on, brother. It was interesting listening to your last conversation you had with the senator there.
But here in Alabama, it's looking great. You know, it's a rainy day, but our folks are turn out of the polls, and hopefully we can run across the line in victory.
The Lord's paved an unbelievable path for an unlikely candidate like me.
That's right. Okay, unlikely. Why don't you tell the people about your background a little bit?
Yeah, so I'm first and foremost. I'm a born-again believer in the person of Jesus Christ. I tell that everywhere I go.
I believe what John Chapter 1 says.
Secondly, I'm a seventh generation Alabama family man.
And number three, I'm a United States Navy SEAL sniper.
I'm a law enforcement officer currently as an investigator and SWAT deputy with Blunt County Sheriff's
Office.
And I'm a federal task force officer with Homeland Security.
And then finally, I'm the CEO of a nonprofit covenant rescue group that combats human
trafficking.
And those are the three things that define me.
My fate because it's eternal.
My family, because they're my most important job on this earth, my beautiful wife and three
little girls.
And then finally, the service I've been able to provide as a war.
fighter as a law enforcement officer still fighting crime in our communities or as a CEO of a
nonprofit that stands in the gap for those who can't stand for themselves. And that's just Jared Hudson
in a nutshell really quickly. Jared, I'm sure you could pick up from our conversation with
Eric Schmidt that the audience gets frustrated with establishment rhinos in Washington, D.C.
And that they get elected oftentimes from very dark red southern states, Republican states,
and then they go to D.C. and they behave like Democrats. And we're sickened by that.
Now, historically, you never lose incumbency in their Senate, but John Corny and Bill Cassidy
both lost in the matter of the last month. And that's an earthquake inside the U.S. Senate.
What does it mean for you? Will you be one of those people that tell your constituents one thing
when you're back in the hills or lakes of Alabama and then go to D.C. and do another.
No, and I'll tell you why. The front end of it, I'm bound by the blood of my savior,
who gave his life for me so that I could be sitting here talking to you.
and he bids me to be truthful and honest.
But secondly, I'm bound by the blood of my brothers
who gave their life for this country.
Every single deployment I went on, I had buddies die.
And they bled out in the sands of Iraq
or in the mountains of Afghanistan,
and they didn't do it for these stupid partisan issues
that everybody wants to argue about.
They did it because they believed in the American dream,
because they wanted to stand for their country,
for their state, for their families.
They died with love in their heart for their brothers
and for the United States.
of America. I'm bound by their blood. And finally, I'm bound by my family. My wife and my three little
girls that I'm raising here, this is where they'll stay. And oftentimes we see these career politicians.
They move their family to Washington with them. And I'm not hating on them for that. You want to be
near your family. But I'm supposed to be an envoy from Alabama to Washington and take the issues
of the people of Alabama to Washington and not bring the stupidity of Washington to the people of Alabama.
And the only way you can do that is if your heart, in my case, stays in the great state of
Alabama. And I can promise you this. My heart's going to be over where that beautiful blonde
headed woman and those three little girls are. And they're going to be right here in Alabama.
And I'm going to have to go back and forth to serve my country. But oftentimes we see these
jokers, they serve themselves, you know. You just saw your mission to say that earlier.
You've got these bootlicker screaming to the top of their lungs and everything we need to do
to pass the Save Act. Newt to filibuster do all this stuff. They ain't even got the votes to do
that. But what happens? They tack it on to a reconciliation bill. A 51 vote. We should be
able to get this thing across the line with Democrats that want to mess everything up for us.
And who's the holdout? It wasn't the Democrats. It was four Republicans that kept the Save America
Act from being passed. And by the way, we've got to have that pass now. Alabama already does it.
We require proof of citizenship to get an ID. We require ID to go and vote. I've got to show my ID.
When I go vote here in a little while, I've got to go show my ID to get a ballot and cast my vote.
the most important thing that we do in a Democratic Republic,
but California doesn't have to do it.
Minnesota, all of these places around our nation,
their federal elections impact every state.
Unbelievable.
80% of the American people say, hey, we want to pass the Save America.
Why in the world do we not have anybody that wants to knock on every single door,
both Republican and Democrat,
and say, what do we need to do to move this across the line for the American people
and secure our elections?
We saw what just happened in that mayor or election.
out in California, right?
I mean, how long do they count the ballots for?
And then all of a sudden, this lady that wins, she wins
by the exact amount of mail-in ballots that were there.
It's absolute insanity.
But it's not just the Democrats.
They're a big enough problem.
It's these career politicians.
It's these rinal Republicans that get up there
and they serve themselves as opposed to the people
they're elected to represent.
We get to sit here and have this conversation
because somebody gave their last breath
so that we could take our necks.
And that is what makes the difference.
I truly believe that, and I have to earn the right to call myself an American on behalf of the men that we stand on the shoulders of that gave their life for this country, on behalf of the women that gave their lives for this country, and gave their husbands and their dads and their sons for this country so that we could be sitting here and partaking in the great American dream.
That's why I'm running for the U.S. Senate, and I think that's the difference maker.
This might be the best answer I've ever received when I asked that question.
That's exceptional.
What's your message to John Thune?
You know, I saw John Thune partying it up at the UFC at the White House.
And so he was enjoying that fight, but he seems totally out of step with the American people
when it comes to the willingness to fight for Republicans in the Senate.
The problem is you get these pencil neck poindexers up there who are good at sitting around talking.
And they've never been in a fist fight, much less a gunfight.
and they go and they literally lick the fingers in the feet of the president in one hand,
and then they turn around and they don't help further the things that the American people voted for.
Let's set the president aside, right? Set that aside because President Trump is doing what he can,
but guess what? In two years, we're going to have another president. Why are we not codifying legislation,
the good legislation that's being pushed, the good executive orders that are being pushed now,
and do it away with the bad executors because you've got people like John,
who by the way endorsed my opponent in this race doing the exact opposite of what the
American people want right the mandate of the American people things that support us here in
Alabama even though we have to show an ID to vote this joker won't bring it to the floor for
vote anymore oh and by the way look at this whole catastrophe with FISA I mean I thought the
Constitution were God given rights not government given rights and then you have people wanting
to rein in on our Fourth Amendment right and our six and as a law enforcement officer
it's absolutely disgusting to me because I'm telling you right now that
now, it doesn't really help our ability to combat terrorists. We got terrorists sitting on our
borders right now. We have terrorist cells in the United States of America right now. And
surveilling Americans without a warrant doesn't help us in that process, especially when
you won't even push forward the SAVE Act so we can secure our elections. Frederick Douglass said
our freedoms rooted in three boxes, the jury box, the ballot box, the ballot box, the jury box,
and the cartridge box. I've been to a country where the cartridge box is the only answer. Secure
your elections first and then we can start dealing with the other things because our elections
impact the policy that drives our country and we're sitting in the position we're in today
because of 50 years of bad domestic and foreign policy.
Very bad.
People like John Thune of the problem.
Yes. Yes. And it was. It was, I looked over and I saw him there at UFC at the White
House. I'm like, this is what you're doing? You know, like you're out, this is what, like,
you're out here celebrating. Do you have any idea like how despise you are by the American people?
you, you know, he gets ratio to every single post, everywhere he goes because people just don't
sense the urge, he doesn't sense the urgency of the base and he never reads the base.
And man, I've just, I've never seen somebody like swing and miss as hard as John Thune.
Mitch McConnell, like, fully understood that he was there to defend the deep state and defend
the establishment and to be like a professional rhino.
I think John Thune is just totally in the wrong place, the wrong time.
And I, you know, I was, frankly, I was just disgusted seeing him there, partying it up.
I think it's going to be a very, very bad look.
I think that there needs to be new leadership in the Senate.
What do you think?
I don't disagree because, I mean, right now, look at what we're dealing with.
That's the whole reason I'm running for this.
I don't want to get in politics.
I'm really good at what I do.
I'm good at hunting bad guys.
I'm good at chasing bad guys.
I'm good at fighting bad guys.
The problem is, is the bad guys that are impacting affordability for Alabama families,
the bad guys that are impacting, sending our sons and daughters to war, the bad guys that are
impacting, not putting the people, in my case of the state of Alabama first, are those that are
sitting in the U.S. Senate that are sitting in the House that are sitting in Washington, D.C. right now,
serving and elevating themselves as opposed to the people that they're elected to represent.
So, yeah, I totally agree that we have to shake something up.
We have to change because here's the deal.
It's not that all of the ideas that all of these people have are bad.
It's that I wouldn't trust them to lead a kindergarten field trip, much less the greatest nation on the face of the planet.
These jokers have ramrodded us into the ground, and that's why inflation's at an all-time high.
And then all of a sudden we have to deal with the IRGC.
Why?
Because they can't have a nuclear weapon, but it's in the middle of extremely high inflation,
affordability crisis that's impacting families with energy, health care, housing, everything under the sun.
Here in Alabama, my family's farmers.
I got an uncle that's a specialty crop farmer, blueberry farmer, and he says, brother, we do this for the love of the game now.
The input costs for farmers and our nation are so high that they can't even make money on the back end.
And so when you look at those things that are going on and look at the policies that have driven us to this point, we have to shake it up.
We have to change leadership.
We have to change people and get back to what the founders intended.
You were supposed to go and serve in Washington, and then they wanted to return home to their families, to their farms, to their businesses, whatever it was they did.
We don't see that going on anymore.
And I believe one of the biggest issues is because they make money hand over fist.
Look at congressional trading right now.
Now it's insider trading for me and you, Benny.
But when they're up there, buddy, they make money hand over fist.
So that's why they want to stay there for a million years.
So there's two pieces to it.
We have to push for federal term limits.
It's term limits for everybody, not the symbolism without substance of people saying,
oh, I'll limit myself to so many terms.
Yeah, well, that's great, but that's no good.
You've got to get term limits for everyone.
So California doesn't have a senator for third.
30 years or so New York doesn't have a congressional member for 30 years, whatever it is.
We have to have federal term limits and then we have to take away the incentive for wanting to
stay there for a long time, which is being able to make money hand over fist, trading stocks,
which brings me on my last piece, transparency. I mean, they just had the drain the slush fund act
where your tax dollars are paying for the sexual improprieties of congressional members
with their staffers. Look what happened with Gonzalez in Texas. That young lady burned herself
alive in his front yard and she was pregnant with his baby. These are the things that the
taxpayers paying for. Why can't we at least make it transparent to say, hey, this is what this
individual did so we can vote him out of office. The very last piece of that is these interstate
packs. My opponent, who's a, he's a congressman, he's a career politicians, what I would call him,
but they spent $23 million almost on him alone from outside pack groups, Club for Growth,
crypto packs, AI packs. They try to come in and buy these seats in Ruby Red States with people
that they can own. And I think that that's one of the biggest problems we see. And then they're
not elected to represent the people. They're elected to rent whoever their funders are,
whoever bought that election. It is a real mess. And it's a mess that I think is going to take
something generational to fix. And I really look forward to seeing how this race shakes out today. I
I think you'd make an excellent senator.
You did start your career off as a Navy SEAL,
and so I did want to get in one question about President Trump and the foreign policy.
We've talked a lot of domestic policy.
And I would argue domestic policy is obviously more important than foreign policy
because nobody really cares about Iran if gas is $7 a gallon.
They can't afford to get to work or afford groceries or afford a home.
And that is ultimately America first.
But you've got to have like a pang, a little pang of jealousy when you're
watch the raid of Maduro in Venezuela or potentially what's going on, what might go on in Cuba.
What's your take on all of that?
Bro, it's 100% jealousy.
I had a buddy call me after the Maduro raid.
Like, bro, that was a sick op, dude.
And I told my wife, I was like, babe, I think I'm done with the Senate stuff.
We've got to go back to what we were doing.
Of course, I can't be in the seal teams anymore with all the medical stuff we had when we were getting out.
And she said, babe, you're 40 years old.
The SEAL teams don't need you anymore.
My 10-year-old tells me, Daddy, you're not a SEAL anymore.
You're a dad, you know, so it always hurts my heart.
But of course, we're jealous of that.
Man, dudes taking down ships.
Dude's taking out unbelievably, you know, evil leaders of countries in our own hemisphere.
That's what every team guy, every operator wants.
And so we've got a bunch of men who do violence so we can sleep in peace at night.
Thank God we've got them out there doing the work.
One of the biggest things on foreign policy, though, and you mentioned it,
right now with affordability where it's at and we see what's going on with the IRGC and ira
ran and trying to make a deal and somebody asked me on a radio show today they said well why are we not
going further obviously we want to you know we got to take down this regime but we don't want
them to have nuclear weapons nuclear weapons at the front end of it but the problem that we have when
we're fighting not just people we're fighting an ideology and the way we fight war doesn't work for
the way war should be fought the only way that we're going to be
able to conquer the IRGC is to wind up wiping the Persian people off the face of the map.
Now, I don't believe that's a right thing to do.
Otherwise, we get sucked into another GWAT like I fought in.
We cannot fight them in that way.
The only thing that we can do is lean on our partners in the Middle East to hopefully deal with
that effectively and make sure we support our partners so they don't get nuclear weapons.
And when everybody wants to talk about regime change, that already happened when we smoke
the Ayatollah that was in his 80s.
The problem is, is every time we smoke somebody,
we go down the list and there's an even, you know,
more of a hardliner.
So with that being said,
I think the deal that the administration is trying to work out now,
we've got 60 days of a ceasefire,
we've got 60 days of peace.
Hopefully, I think Friday we'll see more of what's in the deal.
And then opening of the Straits of Hormuz,
because this ain't the 90s going into 2001,
where it's, you know,
where everybody's motivated,
wanting to support the United States of America as we were attacked and we're going to war,
everybody's flush with cash. No, inflation's extremely high. We can't afford it. And the American
people are like, we just spent, and people in my generation, we just spent the last 20 years in GWAT,
and then look at what happened as we shifted presidents. We wound up losing men, we wind up losing
women, we wind up losing trillions of dollars, and then all of a sudden we pull out. And it's like,
what did all my buddies die for? Why did I have to kill people on every deployment I went on just to see
us say, oh, they're our friends and we're going to send the Taliban $40 million a week.
We have lost the initiative on that.
So I think what the Trump administration is doing right now is probably the best answer of
all bad answers because this didn't happen yesterday.
This is 50 years of bad foreign policy that led us to this point.
And so that's the hard thing.
It's not like there's any good answer.
But we can't let them have a nuclear weapon for sure.
Well, it seems like the right answer would be electing guys like Jared.
Hudson to the United States Senate. Jared, Godspeed today. Good luck. Some excellent answers there.
We need more veterans serving in office. We need more people that actually served themselves.
This nation, that's, I mean, I think we'd have a much better country if we had more veterans,
frankly, running things in Washington, D.C. Jared Hudson is one of them. Get out and vote today for Jared.
Godspeed, man. Thank you, brother. Have a great day. God bless.
God bless you.
Ladies and gentlemen, we'll be covering more from the Golden State as Gavin Newsom gets the screws put to them.
California, not so gold anymore, but if you've noticed as oil is crashing, as the stock market is ripping, as Elon Musk has made his second trillion dollars, I guess.
Jeez, man.
Now is the time.
Now is the time to invest in your future.
Advantage gold can help you do that.
Advantage gold has been in the business of making sure that your IRAs and 401Ks,
are stacked with things that have real value and hold their value over time.
Gold has been ripping.
It's been on a massive bull run, and I think it's going to pick up a little more than paper, if you know what I mean.
So gold has been money for 5,000 years.
It's held its value across empires, and it still holds its value today as the world is changing fast.

Okay, ladies and gentlemen, we are set to go.
We'll have the world changing before our very eyes.
President Trump will be giving a press conference somewhere around like, I don't know,
somewhere around like 4 o'clock, 5 o'clock, so we'll be covering that.
And we'll see you later today on, I guess we'll be doing Jesse Waters' show,
on a Daily Wire show. So it would be great.
Preaching the good word, speak in the good word, and we speak right now, the verse of the day for you.
Psalms 33, 12.
Blessed are the nations whose God is the Lord.
The people chosen as his inheritance.
What a wonderful way to end that verse.
The people chosen as his inheritance.
We are the inheritance.
Christians.
We are the carriers forward of Christ, his message.
I am the way the truth in the life.
Nobody comes to the Father except through me.
And the inheritance travels with those who have been chosen.
Christians, ladies and gentlemen,
create this nation, build this nation,
and that advanced God's kingdom on this earth.
And so let's continue that work.
It's your boy, Benny.
March with us on to victory.
See ya.
