investigation we know has been going on for many, many months. The question is, does this late afternoon story in The Post signal a major movement in the case? Correspondent David Spahn has the latest information from the Justice Department. Good evening, David. Brett, good evening to you. A source with knowledge of the investigation tells Fox News it has reached a significant and critical phase. Also, federal investigators are no longer collecting evidence. It's moved past that point and is now

in the hands of the United States attorney in Delaware. The Washington Post reported that agents believe prosecutors have enough evidence to charge Biden, Hunter Biden with tax crimes, plural S there, and a false statement related to a gun charge. I am in Joe Biden's home state. I am down the street from Joe Biden's house. It is so exciting. The Washington Post talking with federal agents saying Hunter Biden is done for. They have enough

evidence and now it falls to a Trump appointee actually to charge him. Ladies and gentlemen, this story continues apace. Here we go. Federal agents investigating Hunter Biden believe that they have for months had enough evidence to charge the first son with tax crimes, as well as for lying about his drug abuse so that he could buy a gun in a new report revealed Thursday. The final decision as to whether to bring the case against the 50-year-old son of the president will be made by Delaware attorney David Weiss, who was appointed by the former president, Donald Trump. Sources say Hunter Biden has rejected a plea deal. So, much like the scriptures tell us, hubris and pride cometh before destruction. Hunter Biden had a plea deal set up with the

federal agents. He pleads out, he pays a couple million bucks and they walk away from this. Now, there is some gamesmanship here. There's some game theory going on through the thoroughly corrupted Merrick Garland. We're going to touch on that in just a moment. But let's go ahead and have a listen to Hunter Biden's plea deal rejection and exactly how this is coming around to bite Hunter Biden in the ass. Again, we don't want to see any more photos of Hunter Biden's posterior. We know we need no more photos of Hunter Biden's body. We need no more photos of Hunter Biden's crack filled physique as he runs around with foreign prostitutes provided to him by Vladimir Putin. We'll get there. Check out the clip. My source tells me that Hunter Biden rejected a

pretty sweet plea deal and they were going to have him plead no prison time, a couple million dollars in fines, and he turned it down. That was a bad idea because now I'm hearing it's about $15 million in fines and they're throwing more felonies that he has to plead to. We're hearing about whistleblowers that are coming out in the FBI. We're hearing about possible more whistleblowers who know and have done business with the Biden family, possibly coming out publicly. When the Republicans take the House, who's going to be Jim Jordan, one of these guys is going to have the gavel, and they're going to be calling associates of the Biden family to testify under oath on live television. They will be subpoenaing treasury

records that show these suspicious wire transfers from China and Russia and God knows where. They're not going to be able to stop that. CNN, MSNBC, they haven't seen this evidence, but you're going to have Tony B. You're going to have more people coming out under oath, answering questions. We are optimists on this channel. There's a lot of doomers out there, right? Harmony Dillon was on Fox News last night. Harmony Dillon, one of our favorite lawyers in the world. She was on Fox News last night being like, yeah, listen, man, like I am very bitter at this point. And I don't think anything will unfortunately come of this. We are optimists.

We believe in two possible theories. So this is what's happening. Two possible theories. We've been an advocate for one theory. And then last night we had a couple of calls with Jack Posobiec, Charlie Kirk, and so on. And they sort of pushed us in the direction of a different theory. Here are two possible solutions for what's going on. Unfortunately, none of them include the angels at the FBI or the DOJ. None of them include these guys actually wanting justice.

All right. So here's theory number one, protect the Bidens. Theory number one is protect the Bidens. So bring these charges, plea them out, pay the fines. There's enough people who will pay Hunter Biden's fines and then get this done with. Right. So get it swept under the rug so that the Bidens can simply be done with this millstone around their neck. They did this with Hillary Clinton. Remember when James Comey absolved Hillary Clinton of all of her crimes, right? Like a magic wand, like he was some type of like judicial deity and he just waved the wand and suddenly Hillary Clinton's crimes are gone. It's incredible how these people operate. The way that it works is that independent judiciaries and juries need to charge these people. But unfortunately, the charging has to go through the DOJ in this instance. It's federal crime. And so what they're going to do, Merrick Garland, who is the most broken, corrupted, evil attorney. This guy is so corrupted. This is, by the way, going to be an attorney, Merrick Garland impeachment article.

Obstruction of justice without question. He is sitting there trying to protect the Bidens every single step of the way here. And we believe that this could be a protect the Bidens solution. You charge Hunter, you pay the crimes, you make it look like you have an independent judiciary, you make it look like Merrick Garland is independent. He is nothing of the sort. But then you get a chance to essentially go through the midterms without this hanging around the Biden's necks anymore. And then Joe Biden can run again in 2024 without Hunter Biden. The Hunter Biden thing, he can just say, hey, this has been solved. My kid paid the penalty or my kid did the time or whatever. It's

been solved. So that's one theory. The other theory, and this is the theory that we believe, the other theory is that this is the destroy the Biden's solution. That Joe Biden was never in charge. That Joe Biden has been a Muppet the entire time. And that Joe Biden is being run by a cabal of people who are WEF, World Economic Forum funded globalists, who are just using him as a useless, diseased Muppet. And he has utterly and completely underperformed in a devastating manner in every conceivable possible way. And that these people are through with him and that they are casting him aside. And that this was the insurance policy. You see, the mafia will never do business with anyone unless they have leverage.

Here are the details as it is written inside of The Washington Post, which broke the story. People familiar with the investigation report that the agents had determined months ago they've assembled enough viable criminal evidence to charge Hunter Biden with multiple crimes. Bad news, not taking the plea deal, Hunter. Now they're throwing more charges at Hunter Biden. The News Review reported that the investigation, which started by focusing on Hunter's overseas business dealings, revealed in a series of reports in The Washington Post in fall of 2020 has shifted to whether he reported all of his income from foreign transactions. Hunter Biden himself announced in December that his tax affairs were being investigated by federal authorities in Delaware and said that he is confident professional and objective review of these matters will demonstrate that I handled my affairs legally and appropriately. Wrong. False. Hunter Biden is paying allegedly 15 to 17 million dollars owed to the government. And that's probably just scratching the surface. We know that he had deals worth billions and that

Joe Biden was getting 10 percent of those deals. We have to stop here and simply state if they are able to prove that Hunter Biden made this money from China, if they are able to then do just one more pull of the string, Tony Bobulinski, ALX, let's get that Tony Bobulinski clip loaded up about the Biden frauds. Let's get that loaded up. We need to play that clip. I don't think it's in the show just yet, but let's play. Let's play that clip that that broke. Nothing happens by accident. OK, this is too centrally planned. Tony Bobuliski on Tucker Carlson's show just two days ago, detailing the crimes of the Bidens and detailing the amount of money that Joe Biden was getting

from CEFC, the Chinese energy firm. Now, if they are able to prove, let's pull the thread one time, Hunter Biden lies on his taxes, gets multi-millions, if not billions of dollars from overseas business dealings with America's enemies. Okay, that's one pull. Let's pull the string one more time. All you need is one more pull of the string. If you were able to prove that, that Joe Biden was profiting off of these deals. Tony Bobulinski has the smoking guns, has the receipts and says that Joe Biden is the big guy that was getting 10% stakes inside of these deals. And so Joe Biden is then getting state as a elected official, one of the top elected official constitutionally, the number two most powerful elected official in the country when he was vice president,

is getting shares of Chinese energy companies in order to sell out America as a trader. That's a traitor. He's a traitor. OK, all it takes is two pulls of the string and the entire sweater falls to pieces. That's what it takes. So this is what's at hand here. People are in panic in Washington, D.C. over this. Trust us. We have spent nothing. We have spent nothing but the last 24 straight hours on phone calls with various members of the Trump orbit and of the former law enforcement orbit at the DOJ that we trust. So he effectively swapped out an entity that he owned 20 percent of to a business that he owned 100 percent of, which is fraud. The first thing, the first box that you have to tick when you buy a gun, and I bought a lot of them since moving to Florida, is I am not

addicted to crack. Essentially saying that I am not addicted to any substance. When you lie on that form provably, then that is a federal crime, of course. And then you go to federal prison, of course. And that's exactly what Joe Biden wants in his gun crime bills, right? So if Joe Biden is so concerned about gun crime, if Joe Biden wants to prove how concerned he is about gun crime, why don't you go throw Hunter Biden in jail? Here you go. Here's your own federal government saying that Hunter Biden's a gun criminal, how many times does Joe Biden yell in some slurry, slobbery, spittle jumping out of his mouth, dementia-edled rage about gun crime in America? Here, his son is a gun criminal, according to Politico. A copy of the October 12th, 2018 gun transaction form subsequently revealed that Hunter had answered no to the

question of, are you an unlawful user or addicted to marijuana, antidepressant, stimulants, narcotic drug, or any controlled substances? Hunter had been discharged from the Navy Reserve five years earlier for testing positive for cocaine and admitting in his own memoir that he was addicted to crack at the time he bought the gun. Lying on a federal gun purchase form is a felony. Rapper Kodak Black was sentenced to three years in federal prison in Florida in 2019 for falsifying information on federal forms to buy guns in a Miami store.

Excuse me. In written statements to the Washington Post on Thursday, Hunter Biden's attorney, Chris Clark, accused the investigators of leaking information of an ongoing grand jury investigation. Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss will make the final decision on whether to bring the case against Biden. David Weiss is a Trump appointee and in fact was the only Trump appointee that was allowed to continue in his role due to his investigation into Hunter Biden. So here we go. It is a federal felony for a federal agent to leak information about a grand jury investigation such as this one. This is this is Hunter Biden's attorney. So they're very upset about about federal agents leaking information when it has to do with Hunter Biden. But I mean, hey, listen, we might as well

have the Titanic might as well be the the inside hull of the Titanic when it comes to the Mar-a-Lago raid and federal agents leaking information and the corporate media gobbling it up like Tic Tacs. Mark Levin has a very special theory on this, and we think that this is utterly fascinating. Mark Levin, of course, our favorite legal expert as it pertains to these kind of questions. Mark Levin was the chief of staff for the attorney general under Ronald Reagan. He knows his stuff, unlike many people who simply pontificate about this, we, on the other hand, call our favorite experts to get information. And we relay that information to you because some of these experts don't want to talk on the record and some of them don't have the platform. But ladies and gentlemen, Mark Levin has the platform and the incredible record. Listen to what Mark has to say.

And my theory is this is old news. They could have indicted Hunter a long time ago. They're protecting Joe, of course, because they're not getting into any of the Bob Alinsky laptop information, which is ripe for the taking. Joe Biden is a Manchurian putative president. In my view, he's bought and paid for not just by the communist regime, but others. That said, I'll tell you what I think is going on here. This leak is numerous sources. For some reason, they mentioned Donald Trump twice, which has absolutely nothing to do with this matter. I think what they're trying to do is lay a predicate, lay a foundation, not a legal predicate, but a foundation for the American people, and particularly conservatives that go on, well, why don't they indict him?

Why don't they indict Hunter? It's black and white. They've got the goods on him. So then we can have people say, OK, fine. And then we have Merrick Garland say, you see, I believe in equality under the law. So we did X, Y, Z to Hunter Biden. And now we're doing X, Y, Z to Donald Trump. I think this is a complete setup. I think Hunter Biden is small potatoes. I think they're protecting Joe Biden, who obviously is more important. He's the president of the United States, and they have absolutely no interest in him. And by the way, neither do the media.

They keep writing books about Donald Trump, like Maggie Haberman and others. Who cares? So Mark Levin saying this, if they do not use Tony Bobulinski, and you remember Tony Bobulinski, of course, in that bombshell moment before the 2020 debates, he held up his cell phones and he said, these are the cell phones that I committed crimes. Well, that I have the evidence of crimes committed by the Biden crime family. Tony Bobulinski holding up his phone saying, I'm bringing these to the FBI. That FBI agent, his name was Timothy Tybalt. Timothy Tybalt was kicked out on his ass by the FBI for the mishandling of this investigation, probably in

order to cover up because they know exactly what's coming in November. They know that Republicans will gain the gavels and that they will immediately begin to subpoena and investigate. In fact, they've already started to send preservation requests about their potential investigations and where they're going to go with this. And a lot of them went to the FBI as it concerns Hunter Biden and the Biden crime family. They are trying to cover their tracks here. That's what's happening. This is the goal. And Mark Levin saying the litmus test here is going to be Bobulinski. Do they call him in? Do they let this man who has all the smoking gun evidence testify against the Bidens? If they

do not, well, then this is simply a cover up. So that is ultimately the question that remains the question here. Ladies and gentlemen, what will they allow? What will they let in if Tony Bobulinski is brought to bear and if his evidence is brought to bear and if his evidence is brought to bear and if his testimony against the Bidens is brought to bear, then somebody up the chain thinks that this is a serious matter and really actually wants to get to the core of the issue here. If they allow Tony Bobulinski to continue to just go on Tucker Carlson and to drop bombshells against the Bidens, but then do nothing with those bombshells. Tony Bobulinski had a seven hour interview with the FBI, according to Bobulinski,

with Timothy Tybalt, the guy who has now been accused multiple times credibly of essentially suppressing this entire story. If they do not use this evidence, then you know that it is not a legitimate investigation. OK, that is the litmus test there. Mark Levin essentially saying as much and also sort of parroting the idea that this is an opportunity to put pressure on Joe Biden. That Joe Biden is just a parasite, that Joe Biden is a Manchurian candidate, that Joe Biden doesn't have any operational brainstem, and that this is simply brought to bear against him because he has outlived his usefulness. That is what we personally believe. There are some that believe that this is actually to protect Biden and to keep him going.

And we'll see how it plays out. But that is the information we will see. We are living in biblical times. I don't expect these charges to be brought before the midterm election. Maybe I'll be wrong, but they try. And the FBI, you know, has a rule that says you're not supposed to bring between 90 days of an election. You're not supposed to bring charges against somebody. And they they they they that's why they did the announcement about Hillary Clinton's email 90 days before the election.

And it's actually why the Mar-a-Lago raid information broke 90 days exactly before the midterm elections. So they try and like get all of their dirty work done within this like little window. And then they're like, oh, we didn't we didn't rig any elections. We didn't influence any elections. There you go. This is also, of course, why when James Comey had to reopen the investigation into Hillary Clinton like a week before the election, that that was seen as such a incredible scandal and why Hillary Clinton went around for years blaming James Comey until he went to enough spirit cooking dinners with her or, you know, worshipped Moolah enough in order to

win himself back into the good graces of Hillary Clinton. But Hillary Clinton blamed James Comey for this because she opened up the investigation. Elon Musk said that this will be the first step in making the X app, which is an app that controls everything. Tesla, if you own a Tesla, you already have an app that pretty much controls your car and like where it goes and can like drive the car for you. And Elon Musk is unveiling robots and things like that. A lot of people, Elon Musk has a lot of haters. He has a lot of lovers.

We are in between. There's no such thing as a perfect person. We're not perfect people. Elon Musk does something that we totally agree with. Most of the time, we actually tend to agree with Elon Musk. He does some stuff that scares the ever-loving ish out of us, like his AI development and so on and so forth. And so what can you say? He's the Tony Stark of our day. He's going to rub a lot of people the wrong way. But we think on the whole, he is pushing the right agenda, which is the agenda of freedom for people.
