But the experts that we spoke with over the last 24 hours are telling us some pretty remarkable things. And here are the notes that we have from Judge Cannon's ruling appointing a special master yesterday in the Donald Trump versus the FBI DOJ Biden regime case. And this is some pretty savage stuff. Let's start off with the top line. The top line is that this judge essentially said,

the FBI is a corrupt institution that leaks to the media that no one can trust, everyone hates, and you are not allowed to go and persecute a sitting president of the United States just because you don't like his skin color. You're not allowed to do it because you don't like the cut of his jib. Judge Eileen Cannon ordered an independent special counsel master appointed and destroyed the Biden administration in this ruling. Here's what we know based on the experts that we spoke with that we will be bringing on the show later in the week.

Judge Cannon established the scope of the special master's forthcoming investigation in the FBI's raid of Mar-a-Lago. This is the scope. Review all seized property from personal items, privileged materials due to attorney-client relationship or executive privilege that the FBI seized. The FBI did a smash and grab, okay? They broke in and they took everything they possibly could. They got their mitts on Trump's medical records. They got their mitts on Trump's tax documents. They went through Barron Trump's room and checked his Minecraft high score. That's what they did to poor Barron Trump. I think he's 16 or 15 years old. Yo, this is some sick stuff. We know that they went through Melania Trump's unmentionables and these people are monsters. The judge said the special master will now take all of that evidence and the FBI will

not have access to it. Boom. Stopping the criminal case against Donald Trump that they're trying to make cold. Two, this is going to entail that the special master established the actual parameters of the search warrant and seeing if the raid had exceeded the parameters, original parameters, and took items that it should not have taken. So this is really important. The FBI and the DOJ judge shopped. This is what was told to us by one of our dear friends in the legal profession yesterday. shopping is going around finding somebody who, I don't know, maybe worked for a serial, a serial pederast like Jeffrey Epstein, somebody who hates Donald Trump, some low information, uh, derelict Bruce Reinhart, a magistrate judge. It's not a real judge. It's like an intern judge. He's like

the guy who like mans the counter on the weekends. This is a paper pusher. This guy is like a sick anti-Trump sycophant, full Trump derangement syndrome judge. This guy is a absolute monster. He protected and defended Jeffrey Epstein and his pedophile network. This guy obviously upset that Donald Trump put Jeffrey Epstein in prison. And then Hillary Clinton finished him off.

for people like us okay for for the for the guys like us who are just trying to like figure out what's happening what this means is that the DOJ and the FBI cannot use anything, not a single thing, not a scintilla, not a toothpick, nothing that they took from Donald Trump's house. Remember the classified documents they threw on the floor last week? I'm not going to do the throw. I want to do the throw. I want so badly to throw all these papers.

I won't do it. They chucked all the papers. They chucked them onto the ground. They can't use it. Can't use any of it. This means that everything goes to the special master and the special master will be done with their report when they're done with their report. There is no timeline on this. The special master will be somebody who is not an FBI agent or an informant or a DOJ apparatchik will be somebody that both parties agree is an unbiased arbiter, probably somebody who's a judge, perhaps somebody with a security clearance. And if the goal was to charge Donald Trump in order to rig an election, well, they're stuck. They're screwed now. That's an exact quote. According to one of our sources, these people are

screwed. The Biden DOJ is been finished by this ruling. And the reason why is simply this. They will have to abide by the special master's timeline. When will the special master be done reviewing the documents? Will it be one month? Will it be seven months? Will it be 20 years from now? Nobody knows. They don't get to touch Trump until the special master is finished with their ruling. And if they appeal, then it is incumbent upon the Supreme Court to decide whether they even take the case, because this is then going to go to a district federal court and they're going to have to figure out if this case is something that they're even going to hear and that winds up under the auspices of the supreme court which y'all know who i'm talking about right yeah my boy clarence thomas my man the sweet sweet clarence so. She wrote, quote, A special master shall be appointed to review the seized property, manage assertions of privilege, and make recommendations thereon, and evaluate claims for the return of property. She continued, The government is temporarily enjoined from further review

and use of any of the materials seized from plaintiff's residence on August 8th, 2022 for criminal investigative purposes, pending resolution of the special master's review process as determined by this court. The government may continue to review and use the material seized for purposes of intelligence, classification, and additional security assessments. I want a gavel. I want a gavel. Royce, we must order a gavel.

I want a gavel. I want the gavel to say based and we go based. This is a based ruling. Good for this judge. This judge is saying none of this is going to fly anymore. No more. That's what the judge is saying. Done. We are sick of this FBI in the ruling itself. The judge cited the bias of the FBI and cited the selective media leaks. I mean, they really overplayed their hand. I mean, they said that the appointment of a special master would threaten national security. And the court was really sort of quite surprised in the oral argument and said, really? I mean, special masters are appointed all

the time. You have control of the documents. They're secure. You can get a special master with a clearance. How, again, is national security undermined? And they never really answered that question. Days after asking what is the harm with naming an outside neutral party to review the thousands of documents seized by the FBI, Judge Eileen Cannon cited unprecedented circumstances in ordering the special master, quote, to review the seized property for personal items and documents and potentially privileged material subject to claims of attorney-client and or executive privilege. The judge's order still allows the intelligence community to continue its risk assessment of the seized material, but the government for now may not use the documents for investigative purposes as part of the grand jury criminal probe. The judge noted those records include medical documents, tax-related correspondence, and accounting information.

The FBI and the Justice Department have become vicious monsters controlled by radical left scoundrels. Days after the search, Trump told Fox News Digital he will do whatever he can to help the country, insisting, quote, the temperature has to be brought down. The Justice Department in a statement said it would consider appropriate next steps, but did not indicate whether it would appeal perhaps ultimately to the Supreme Court. However, Donald Trump is sharing memes these days talking about Barron Trump's room getting raided and Hunter's not. I mean, I think we should just toss up the meme just to begin and get your initial reactions. Do you think that this is a fair criticism? Absolutely. Look at it. He's right. 16 year old Baron has his bedroom invaded, scoured.

Melania Trump has her closets rifled through and items of clothing are taken by the FBI in this raid that obviously have nothing to do with whatever documents they're looking for. You know, it's just mind-bogglingly unfair. I guess that's what it boils down to. Hunter Biden, you know, was a crackhead. He was addicted to porn and drugs. He was raking in millions of dollars from America's adversaries around the globe, cashing in on his father's name. There were all sorts of rules, at least, that were broken. There's so much criminal activity that you can see on his laptop and yet there's been a four-year investigation supposedly into him in Delaware from the Justice Department and the star witness Tony Bobulinski, Hunter Biden's former business partner who knows where all the bodies are buried

and is very willing to talk, he has not been subpoenaed to testify before that grand jury. So it shows you just how far they want to go. They want to go into Barron Trump's bedroom and look through all his toys, but they don't want to look into anything that Hunter Biden did wrong. Yeah, we have it on good authority that Barron Trump likes playing Minecraft. We hope that these scumbag agents like learn maybe a few tricks. They're bringing home to the kids something that we hope nobody brings home to their kids. Is your is the Hunter Biden laptop your most recent article here in the New York Post published on September 4th, 2022, talks about how an FBI agent now disgraced FBI agent Timothy Tibble hid the hid essentially this Hunter Biden laptop and this story. And you have it definitively. The article is on screen. Can you talk us through what your

reporting has shown here? So Timothy Thiebaud, and we have to pronounce his name like that because his pro bono lawyer actually spelled it out for us. Thiebaud, that's very important to Mr. Thiebaud. He's an FBI agent just retired last week, coincidentally enough, in the middle of a furor over the fact that Chuck Grassley has these whistleblowers, have come to the Republican senator and blown the whistle on Tim Thiebaud and said that he buried the Hunter Biden material before the 2020 election. And it wasn't just the laptop, which the FBI had had since December 2019. It was the material that came from Tony Bobulinski, this very credible, much decorated naval veteran with a top secret security clearance from the NSA and the Department of Energy.

He had been Hunter Biden's business partner. He was disturbed by what he learned about the Biden family and their influence peddling in some of the most hostile regimes around the world using Joe Biden's name. And he knew Joe Biden was involved. He said that Joe Biden was the big guy who was slated to get 10% of one Chinese deal. And he said so in a press conference. And then he went to the FBI. And this was in October 23 of 2020, you know, a good 11 days before the election. He gave a five and a half hour-half-hour interview to them. The young agents interviewing him, their jaws were on the floor

with all the material that he was telling them, and he handed over the contents of three of his phones. They told him that Tim Tebow was the point man, that he would be in contact. Bobulinski's lawyer contacted Tim Tebow. They were given his private cell phone number. And Tim Tebow assured them that he would be in touch, that they would be calling on them, that there would, you know,

likely be a follow-up interview. Radio silence from then on. Not a word. Did not hear from the FBI again. Meanwhile, there's this four-year investigation into Hunter Biden over tax evasion, money laundering, whatever, that's supposedly going on with the US attorney in Delaware. There's a grand jury convened last year

and we had numerous of Hunter Biden's business partners and former lovers appear to testify, but the star witness would have been Tony Bobulinski, and he never went before the grand jury. So what are they covering up? What are they hiding? Obvious the FBI is buried anything that was negative about Joe Biden, not only before the election, but after the election. You call it here in your article, FBI black hole. Can you expound on that? How is this legal? This seems to be the most damning bloody O.J. glove. I call it the bloody O.J. glove of our political landscape right now. This is three, as you detail here in paragraph four, three cell phones containing encrypted messages between Hunter Biden. How is it legal? How is it plausible that the FBI has not acted on this information? Well, it just isn't. I mean, the same way that they had had Hunter Biden's laptop since December 2019

with a whole lot of exculpatory information during the impeachment of Donald Trump over the Ukraine phone call. There was material on that laptop which explained why Donald Trump was asking President Zelensky for information on Hunter Biden, Joe Biden and Burisma, that corrupt energy company that was paying Hunter Biden $83,000 a month while his father was vice president. There was a reason that that was important and that Donald Trump was asking about it. And he was impeached by the Democrats, basically because he was asking true questions that were getting too close to the heart of the corruption of the Biden administration. And that material, that evidence was on the laptop.

The FBI sat on it since December 2019. Then a completely separate piece of information comes to them, and that is Tony Bobulinski. Nothing to do with the laptop. Some of his emails are on the laptop because he was CC'd into them because he was under Biden's business partner. So he could corroborate the material on the laptop and say that it was authentic, but he had more information. The laptop's not enough. Tony Bobulinski is the bombshell. And he came to the FBI 11 days before the election, five and a half hour interview. He gave them everything. He told them everything.

And his information went into the same black hole that the laptop did, never to be seen again. To this day, he has not been contacted by the grand jury in Delaware or by the FBI. They do not want to know. And, you know, if he wasn't such a credible person, wasn't a naval veteran with a top security clearance, they probably would have tried to smear him or destroy him in some way. I mean, they lied about this material. They called it Russian disinformation internally in the FBI. That was how this information was discredited. Because whistleblowers from inside the FBI, they say 14 whistleblowers have come forward to Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson and the Republican senators who, if they get control of the House after the midterms, they will be investigating this very, very strongly. I have a final question for you and a follow up, Miranda. Do you have any recommendations as to where that investigation should go? We have a lot of members of Congress that come on the show, senators that come on the show, their staff. We know watch the show. You are the world's expert. Am I wrong? You're the world expert in the Hunter Biden laptop and in the criminality of the Biden family. I think that is I think that is absolutely certifiable. Where would you take

this investigation? Were you to be asked? Well, you have to follow the money. So they will have subpoena power. They have the ability, as Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson have already done with to great effect, they have the ability to look at these Treasury Department suspicious activity reports that banks are required to file whenever there's a lot of money coming into American bank accounts from suspect sources, like in China or sanctioned people in Russia, oligarchs,

all the sort of unsavory characters that Hunter Biden and his uncle Jim Biden were carousing with while Joe Biden was vice president. And let me also say who Joe Biden met personally with in Washington, D.C., who he invited to his home when he was vice president, who he had dinner with in Georgetown at Cafe Milano. So this pretense that he knew nothing about Hunter Biden's overseas business dealings is just that, a big lie. He lied to the American people. And I don't say that lightly because I don't like to accuse the President of the United States of being a liar. That's a frightening thing to say. But I mean, the evidence is overwhelming. It's so obvious. Anybody who understands even a tiny

bit of this story knows that what he was saying is not true and that he was actually involved in this scheme. So that's what they have to do. They have to follow the money. Where did the money go? Who did it go to? We know a little bit from the laptop that Hunter Biden was paying some of Joe Biden's basically household maintenance bills on his mansion in Delaware, you know, paying for air conditioning and new shutters and a retaining wall and so on and we know that Hunter and Joe Biden um had joint bank accounts they had commingled finances they shared a debit card at least one um so you know the money that came into Hunter Biden he complained bitterly about having to give half his salary to pop which is the name that he gave to his father, the grandkids used to call Joe Biden.

So, and we also know about the 10% for the big buy email that Tony Bobulinski attests to. So there's a lot of avenues for inquiry that aren't open to just a journalist. I can't subpoena anyone. I can't force anyone to talk to me. They can and they should, and they need to be really focused. I get concerned when anyone to talk to me. They can and they should and they need to be

really focused. I get concerned when I see some, you know, Republican politicians appear on television talking about this. They're too loose. They're not on top of their brief and they're talking about drugs and sex. Who cares? Who cares about Hunter Biden? It's not Hunter Biden. It's Joe Biden. It's the idea that Joe Biden may be compromised by China, other countries as well. But China is our number one adversary. Millions of dollars came from China into his family's coffers. That is where the Republicans should go. Forget about the crack. Forget about the prostitutes. Follow the money. Mm hmm. I mean, listen, we we deeply hope that we deeply hope that those watching right now take that advice. Miranda is the world's expert on this issue. Is America a laughingstock? You do come from another country. You you love America a lot. You're a patriot. But I do wonder, we talk a lot on the show and we play these Biden clips and we go, oh, my God. Oh, wow. How can it be so bad? And I wonder, what does the rest of the world think?

I think that they look at Joe Biden and they think that he's senile and they worry because where America goes, the rest of the world goes. They're really concerned about the foreign policy in this country that's just gone right off the rails up to four years of peace under Trump, unprecedented. And now the whole world is going to hell in a handbasket. And Joe Biden and his team have no plan, no strategy. All they do is declare war on Americans, on MAGA, whatever that is, you know, make America great again. Is that is that a crime to want that? No, I mean, I guess not. We don't, we're not on TikTok because we don't like Chinese spyware, but Fox News covered this. So we went and found the original TikTok. This TikToker from California who identifies as a lib went to a recent Trump rally in Tennessee to see what kind of seething anger and hate there was at this rally. And this is what they found.

And I went to a Trump rally to see if there was common ground going in. I was expecting aggression, but I actually experienced a lot of kindness. Do you want to be friends? Of course. Loved everybody. Sure. I'm gonna get a hug. Sure. Yes. That last clip was Holly, and she invited me to a woman's Bible study. So Malika and I went. This is Samuel. What if Holly's friends? Again, we experienced incredible kindness. They're a fun group of people.

How cool is that? You ever been to a MAGA rally? You ever been around like a Donald Trump rally? It is the opposite of what the libs try and make it out to be. It is so filled with joy, patriotism, happiness, love, care for this country. They want you to lash out like their little minions. They want you to act like Antifa, BLM. We don't do that. You want to know why? Because we love this place.

We love this sweet earth. Do we have the clip, Royce, of the Donald Trump rally? The one we played earlier? The sweet love? Yeah, the Trump crowd? Everyone like hugged him and said they love him. He identified as a leftist and like Trump people came and like gave him love. It's super cool, man. We love these kind of social

experiments, but we know it to be true. That's why we do this show. It's the same thing you find on the show every morning. Sure, we can yell a little bit and sure we talk a little trash about Joe Biden. Who wouldn't? It's fun. But what we really have is an abiding love for our nation. And why? I love those little kids. But hey, listen, I care about your kids, too, because we're all going to if this place goes to hell, then it's going to be all of our kids affected.
