And I know I talked a little bit about the gas prices on our way in. I just wanted to touch, just to pinprick, because we have so much to get to today. And we have a stacked show of people that like to talk about Democrat corruption.

And it's the lowest that's been in four years. It's almost like whenever the government spends money that they don't have,

that that causes a massive tax on you, that all taxation is simply government spending. In fact, most taxation isn't them actually reaching into your back pocket. It's government spending. It was the worst form of taxation. And here's President Trump. Look what happens when the government stops spending money. It's incredible. Massive wins on inflation. In

fact, on CNBC this morning, Rick Santanelli was hysterical over the inflation numbers that have come through. The core CPI inflation numbers have come through at record levels, much lower, lower levels than were even expected. And this is the first time that we've seen that in four years. It's always been higher numbers than expected. Here we go. On the headline, expecting up three tenths, up zero, goose egg, unched. Boy, that is progress. We haven't had a number that low. Well, we equaled it in July of last year when we had another zero. To find a lower number, you're back to October. October of 23 at minus four-tenths.

Strip out the all-important food and energy. Down one-tenth. Down one-tenth. That's four-tenths lower than expectations. Down one-tenth also equals July of last year. Find a lower number. You're going back to COVID times. April of 2020.

Everything's fake. We live in a fake world. I put up a thread on this this morning, and I just can't really compound or comprehend how special of a moment that we are currently living in. We've lived inside of a superstructure that has been built around making the laziest and most undeserving people with no actual talent forced into the top of your newsfeed, forced on you through corporate media and every single vector of control they have, and then forced down your throat through algorithms that have been controlled to stifle free speech and free thought. This means that meritocracy was gone for the better part of the last 20 years in media,

and the individuals, the icons, and heroes that the woke wished to create were shoved down our throats. It was really hard to get out of that matrix. They created entire fake dynasties for people. Remember hearing how popular Joe Biden was, how Joe Biden was the most popular president of our lifetime. The Kamala Harris was the single most qualified person to ever run for president. It was all fake. It wasn't real. to extend their control through choking out true voices on the internet and true communities by stifling your ability to find actual creators who earned through hard work and merit their audiences and by astroturfing. They astroturfed for political and cultural purposes their chosen famous people and influencers, and they built around them a book of fake audiences, an entire ghost world of fake influence and fake audiences.

And it's all come collapsing down in real time. It's remarkable to see it. The woke hate this because they believe in equity, which is equal outcomes, regardless of the fact that they have no talent. They have no work ethic. They have no skill. They have no discernible understanding of what they're talking about or utility for the platforms that they're using. They're lazy people at heart. They're spiteful. They're envious of people that actually earn and built things. You didn't build that. Remember the most famous Obama line, you have a successful business. You didn't build it. Barack Obama and his wife,

actually just his wife, Barack's nowhere in the picture, and we'll talk about that in just a second. Barack Obama's wife, Michelle, launched a podcast this week with what should have been a resounding chorus of beaming success, millions of views, dominating culture, the millions of people that follow Michelle Obama clinging to every single word that drips from her makeup shotgunned face. But it wasn't the beam. Because that fake world is collapsing and is collapsing at scale. We're realizing, they're realizing right now, and we think we know why, or at least in part, I'll cut to the chase, the money's dried up, but in part as to why it's collapsing,

the mask is off. The American public has never been on your side. It's always been AstroTurf's fraudulent audiences. You never had at scale support or influence. You are the 20% on every 80, 20 issue. And you're nihilistic, narcissistic, envious, spiteful, vengeful worldview is disgusting to all of us. And we're done with you. We're over it. And the easiest way to actually show that is in the true marketplace of ideas, a marketplace that was totally and wholly controlled by left-wing ideologues and corporate media up until this moment, where many of those companies have gone out of business, mass layoffs, total atomization, and most importantly, the reality setting in that you can't subsist forever off government slush fund money. You're going to have to actually make a product.

You're going to have to actually compete, which is, of course, like holy water to a vampire for the woke. This is what equity and DEI was all about. Gaining equal outcomes for lesser product. I know how much it costs to buy these ads. I know how much it costs to buy these appearances. They have lavished upon every corporate media entity has bestowed and blown from a helicopter with a giant air gun. Fame and money and free advertisement

for these people. And they've failed. Just a complete and total bomb. They've lost their power. It's a truly special moment. You can't get more astroturfed than Michelle Obama and Dylan Mulvaney on this stuff. You can't get more astroturfed. You can't. And so something's happening. Something incredible is happening culturally. Same thing with Al Green. They tried to make Al Green a civil rights hero.

They're trying to push the new woke race-swapped Snow White. Snow White, whose skin is supposed to be as white as snow, according to the original Brothers Grimm novel. That's literally where the name Snow White comes from. Disney retcons it. Hires a Guatemalan actor who's just insufferable. Destroyed their movie. And now it looks like it's going to be potentially the largest box office bomb in the history of cinema. This new Snow Woke movie. It's all broken. It's failed. They bought at the top and they didn't sell.

And now they're going down with the ship. It's glorious to see. And ladies and gentlemen, it may have something to do, potentially, with ActBlue. I want to establish something I think that is really important here, which is that ActBlue is a money laundering operation. We know that. we can prove it. We want to start by getting in our little time machine, jumping back to the day that Kamala Harris,

the original DEI stand-in for the hospice president, launched her campaign. Kamala Harris is someone that everybody loathed. Nobody liked her. She was not a liked person. To this day, there are humiliating videos of her just wandering around aimlessly in LA at basketball games and in grocery stores. Nobody even stops her for a selfie. Everyone's like trying to stay away from her. She's always been political toxicity. She was a DEI hire as a body double DEI body double for Joe Biden, who's in hospice. That's what it was. It was a hospice White House. Yet somehow in a matter of hours, Kamala Harris is able to raise raise $27 million on her way to $2 billion in 100 days.

It's very strange. Here we go. We just got word from ActBlue, the fundraising platform that's been very effective in supporting the Democratic Party. Remember I said at the beginning, that sound that you're hearing is the sounds of pens scratching on checks? Quote, small dollar donors raise over $27.5 million on ActBlue in the first five hours of Vice President Kamala Harris' presidential campaign. $27.5 million just on ActBlue, just in the first five hours.

ActBlue says, quote, grassroots supporters are energized and excited to support her as the Democratic nominee. Let's go ahead and check out some of those Kamala donors. They're so excited to donate to her. Kamala Harris was so inspiring. They reached deep into their pockets and they gave so many times to Kamala. Like Carrie Alberti, who's a 79-year-old living in Richmond, Virginia. Kerry Alberti is 80 years old. She lives on a fixed income. She's in government housing, you see. She lives in an impoverished area. She's never been rich. She's totally retired. And, you know, she just happened to donate 22,000 times to Democrats. Totally nearly a million dollars. So this person in rent-controlled housing has just a million dollars cash on hand to donate. Donated to Kamala Harris,

donated in very small little amounts, but a million bucks, $839,466 to be exact. How'd that happen? What exactly is going on with Kerry Alberti? It doesn't make any sense. And there's more. There's a lot more. Ghost donors all throughout the system with people who are on fixed incomes or living in government housing, donating hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars to Democrat candidates through ActBlue. There's something really interesting that happens here. And I can't wait for Chairman Comer to talk about it because he has a banking background, but blue doesn't require the ccv code on your credit card so as soon as they get somebody's name and address they can start funneling money based on that name and address to any person they want there is no verification for this this has been proven on camera it's not just speculation by me uh j O'Keefe went up to one of the donors, one of the mega donors, wait till you see this mega donors lavish mansion,

and asked, hey, did you donate millions of times to Democrats? Let's watch. FEC data shows that some senior citizens across the US have been donating thousands of times per year. Some of these individuals' names and addresses are attached to over $200,000 in contributions. We went and knocked on a few of their doors to corroborate the data that we received. We're wondering if these donors are victims of what appears to be a money laundering scheme. Cindy Ngo of Annapolis, Maryland, who in the year 2022 allegedly contributed over 1,000 times to ActBlue, totaling $18,849.77. That means Cindy would have had to donate three times a day, every day for the whole year. My name is James O'Keefe and we're doing a story on the number of people that have donated. You did donate to ActBlue,

right? Once in a while. What about $18,850? No, I don't think so. You know people are using your address? I don't think so. It's just money laundering. It's just fraud. And now the entire system is collapsing. The New York Times, ladies and gentlemen, ActBlue, the Democrat fundraising powerhouse, faces internal chaos. ActBlue, the online fundraising organization that powers Democratic candidates, there is no substitute, by the way. This is the game. This is the only organ for Democrat fundraising that exists, has plunged into turmoil with at least seven senior directors resigning late last month and remaining lawyer suggesting he face internal retaliation. The departures from ActBlue, which helped raise money for Democrats running for office at all levels of government, come as the group is under investigation by congressional Republicans. They have advanced legislation that some Democrats warn could be used to debilitate the party's lead fundraising operation. The exodus has set off deep concerns about ActBlue's future. Last week, two union representatives, the group's workers, sent a blistering letter to ActBlue's board of directors that listed seven officials who had left. The letter described

an alarming pattern of departures, eroding the confidence and stability of the organization. What prompted so many longtime ActBlue officials to leave is not clear. None of the former officials agree to be interviewed on the record. I can tell you exactly what is happening. They're being criminally investigated. This is what's going on. The lawyer, the last lawyer that was left

as counsel for ActBlue was locked out of his computer after sending an ominous email about whistleblowers and people having their NDAs shredded. There is a massive internal scandal that is happening here and we think we know where it all points to. This is not the behavior of a healthy functioning organization. This is the behavior of people that are fleeing federal prosecutors, prosecution, or potentially cutting deals.

Act Blue knows that its donations are fraudulent. They know where the money actually comes from, and they help source that money, sometimes from terrorist groups, sometimes from foreign nationals. They have committed obscene crimes on the hedge that Democrats will hold power forever. Let me explain how this all happens. And Elon Musk, Alex, if you wouldn't mind grabbing me that Elon Musk tweet that verified this is what he's finding at Doge. The reason why these people are leaving is the actual process of FBI

investigations and charges. The way that this happens is not typically in public. What normally happens is the FBI investigates and they do it in a sealed manner. They seal their charges. They are able to get courts to hear those charges in closed settings and to continue their investigations, eventually tightening around various individuals and then dropping the charges when the table has been completely set. Those people behave very much in a guilty manner if they are guilty,

and that's exactly what's happening at ActBlue. What are they guilty of? Check out this post from Elon Musk, who's the person investigating all of this. The original post that he's quote tweeting says, we're taxed. Our money goes to USAID. USAID funds a left-wing non-government organization. What we always use here is Build Schools in Kenya. Okay, let's call it the Build Schools in Kenya organization. That organ gets a billion dollars of our tax money. All of that billion dollars stays in Northern Virginia in the DMV. It goes to Bill Kristol or Samantha Power or whatever Barack Obama, Joe Biden goon that happens to be running it.

They pay themselves $500 million in salary for their troubles that year. And then they funnel that money through ActBlue. Now you might say, hold on, $500 million, like aren't there limits for federal donations? It doesn't matter who you are, how rich you are. You have like $5,000 limits. You have like a $1,000 limit. It depends on the race. There are limits, right? One person can only donate so much. That's where the magic of ActBlue comes in. ActBlue creates a system where they have ghost donors,

millions of them, potentially people who've just like donated five bucks at one time. They steal their data, they steal their information, and then they plow millions, maybe tens of millions of dollars through a massive tree of ghost owners. And they were able to then funnel taxpayer dollars from the government directly into the campaigns of people that keep voting for USAID money and keep voting for this fraudulence. Of course they would.

It's the self-licking ice cream cone. We believe that that's what's been uncovered. And ActBlue is really, really in a bad place right now. The New York Times writes, If ActBlue were to become severely diminished, Democrats running for office at all levels of government could face setbacks in their efforts to raise cash. Candidates for office ranging from school board to city councils to the presidency rely on the platform for their online fundraising. Republicans have

spent years trying to catch up. And while there are some alternatives to the platform, none of them are on the scale or reach of ActBlue. Meaning that none of them have been able to funnel more than $16 billion. How'd you get $16 billion? Democrats don't work. They don't donate. They're not particularly generous people. Really makes you wonder. Congressional Republicans have demanded answers from ActBlue about its security and fraud prevention measures, as well as how the group prevents certain foreign donors from illegally contributing to candidates. The letter from ActBlue unions warned the group was under increasing scrutiny and the target of bad faith political attacks in the hand of ill

intentioned operators. Oh, okay, sure. Got it. ActBlue has been called out and we believe that they have been caught. This is a massive grift and it's something that clearly is going to lead to wholesale collapse. Just one more fascinating little bit here from a man who's now currently in charge of USAID. He made a lot of news about a year ago. A guy named Marco Rubio, back when he was a senator, before he was Secretary of State, Rubio said, here's how the money laundering operation works. Let's go.

In the back of everyone's credit card, we get asked for it all the time. There's this code called the CVV code, and it allows you to track that account and where it's located. You can donate money, thousands and thousands of dollars, to ActBlue without your CVV code on it.

And so I want to pass a law that requires that all these online donations using credit cards require a CVV so we can make sure that that person is actually in the United States and eligible to contribute. Otherwise, you could have some credit card in China basically putting millions of dollars in small-dollar donations into political campaigns in America. ActBlue has become a money-laund and they are because they don't take the CVV. It's a deliberate strategy on their part. We should have a law that closes that. I've been trying to get it passed. And as you can imagine, the reason the Democrats oppose it is because

ActBlue opposes it because if they had to put CVVs, they had to use that code from their credit card. Their donations would go. I think you're onto something senator so that never really went anywhere but now republicans are fighting back and the more you look into it the darker and worse it gets one final little chart here uh an absolute stunner where did the usaid money go to you know that 40% of the GDP of Somalia, Ilhan Omar's homeland was USAID money. Do you understand the incentive here? Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Liberia, Uganda, some of the most corrupt nations on earth with some of the most unstable governments, literal warlords in charge. A quarter to nearly half of their economy was USAID money.

How corrupt was USAID? Man, how much of that taxpayer dollar went straight through to funding the opponents for, let's say, James Comer, chairman of the Oversight Committee. Ooh, baby. Jamie Comer, I know, is like a bulldog on this one. We call him the bulldog, and he's joining us live now. chairman comer i gotta tell you man this thing is just rotten it's just rotten i don't know if we have the direct evidence just yet but man you sure can put the pieces together and say that act blue must be one of the largest money laundering organs this side of the Biden family. And that's exactly how we're going to investigate this. The same way we investigated the Bidens. We're starting with the suspicious activity reports. These are the bank violations that

if anyone commits a financial crime, the banks will catch it. I come from a banking background and I can tell you there are extensive security measures in place. The banks have auditors, they have compliance officers, they have bank examiners. They catch suspicious activity. And especially if it's on a large scale and lots of different transactions. So what I tried to do, this was back during last summer, was request the suspicious activity reports from Janet Yellen in the Biden administration, and they would not reply to my request. We knew that ActBlue was getting just a ridiculous amount of money going through. Heck, my opponent that I beat by 50 points raised, you know, uh, you know, several hundred thousand

dollars on that blue. And she had zero chance. If you rank the races from one to 435, that wouldn't rank in the top 400 as a having the potential to win, but she was still getting all these mysterious donation. And you had, you had a house candidates that 80% of their campaign budget came from anonymous small dollar donors on act blue. So, so we smelled something, obviously that it came out what Rubio said that they weren't using the code on the back of the credit card that allowed for fraud. It just didn't make sense. Like the interviewer, like the woman that was interviewed on that clip that had $180,000 worth of donations.

So we requested these violations. They wouldn't give them to us. After the election, then Janet Yellen let a few of my staffers go in there, and they said, yes, there are several hundred suspicious activity reports from various banks. We got to go in and look at 12. And I can tell you they were bad. They were what we suspected. And we've requested to see more.

They cut us off. Obviously, they were involved in the transition and all that. Now we've got a new Treasury Secretary. We're supposed to go in there in the next week or so and examine them all. But I can tell you, there's enough that we've seen already from media reports and from the few bank violations that we've already looked at that a lot of our worst theories are going to be confirmed with respect to ActBlue. And that's why so many people are hitting the

exits right now at ActBlue. Really? So it's your investigation that is spurring on this panic? Because I've seen this organization, I've seen ActBlue operate for decades, and I've never seen anything like this. Everyone's left, all the leadership's gone, the lawyers are fleeing. I mean, listen, man, when the lawyers are fleeing and getting locked out of their computers and sending threatening messages about whistleblowers, you're cooked, right? We've raised $27 million. What a movement. You know, this goes back to the Biden investigation, where the people that were protecting Biden would collude with the mainstream media, and they would send them exactly what to say, exactly what to print. The headlines would come out any time we were about to do a deposition. And lo and behold, everywhere from the New York

Times to MSNBC would have the exact same headline. You know, they just all mysteriously, word for word, the exact same headline saying no evidence, the deposition was a failure, even before we would swear the witness in. And they got together to collude with the media saying, oh, my gosh, look at every Democrat in the United States is sitting at home right now on their computer making numerous hundred dollar donations to Kamala Harris and all the Democrats running in the in the purple seats all across the United States and in the Senate races that are competitive. And when you know the media all comes out of the gate at the same time, you know, saying the exact same thing, then that's collusion. And that's whoever's behind the curtain, whoever was calling the shots at the White House, whoever was colluding with the media to disinform their viewers about whether it be ActBlue or the Biden's finances. That's where the money is going to come from. And I think we know some familiar names that are probably going to be at the root of this

when it's all said and done. So what you're alleging here, Mr. Chairman, is that this is the largest money laundering scam in the history of American politics. Well, it could be. But I will tell you, it doesn't make sense. And if ActBlue, we've been requesting information from ActBlue for months now. If they were innocent, they would be going on TV trashing me. They would be calling me a conspiracy theorist,

just like they did in the Biden investigation. But they're not saying anything, and they're leaving, and their lawyers are leaving. And when the lawyers leave, that's a pretty good sign that something bad is going on there. So we don't need to speculate. We have the receipts. And I'd just like to read through just a single one of them, if you wouldn't mind, Mr. Chairman. Carrie Alberti, not trying to pick on this sweet 80-year-old woman from Richmond, Virginia.

She lives in a rent-controlled apartment, two grand a month. It's got to just be like a very humble little place there. Richmond's a nice city, nothing wrong with it. But hey, listen, you know, she just happens to be an 80-year-old on a fixed income, surely on Social Security, not living large. 22,619 donations in the last 500 days, Mr. Chairman, totaling $800,397. This is an enormous amount of money. We just rounded up to nearly a million bucks donated by this little old lady on the fixed income. How's that possible exactly?

Well, she would have to have a pretty big credit card limit to be able to do that because you do it through credit cards and or, or wire transfers or whatever, but you, whether it's through a credit card or whether it's through a wire transfer to act blue, there's a bank. It starts at a bank. That's the key to money laundering. It has to start out at a bank. Some bank has to do the transaction and some entity has to collect the money. So it's a bank. And if that bank,

if it's the same bank or numerous banks, they're going to catch suspicious activity. Here's an old lady that's, you know, her average credit card bill is $350 a month. But suddenly she's putting $15,000 a month in ActBlue donations on there. The banks will flag that. And all that information is sitting in Treasury. And you're like, well, what's it doing in Treasury? FBI's supposed to look at it, all this other stuff. So there very well could be an investigation by the FBI.

They could have started it long before the Trump administration started. But at the end of the day, I think what you're going to see here is there was a cover-up, just like what we found with the Bidens. It wasn't just the Biden crime. It was the government cover-up. And you and I have talked about it several times, Benny. What you're going to see here with Act Blue is that there were agencies in the federal government that knew that all this money was being laundered into Act Blue. It's not humanly possible to raise that much money. There aren't enough Democrats in the United States to make that many donations,

to add up to the billions and billions of dollars. It's not possible. So that right there is a red flag. And I think the sheer number of bank violations that have been submitted to Treasury is another red flag. Even though they, and polling shows this consistently over decades that the left is not a generous clan, that they are not generous people by nature. They like to fancy themselves as bleeding heart, but they actually aren't. When it comes to reaching in your pocketbook

and donating to causes, conservatives are twice as likely to donate, maybe because they're twice as likely to have the extra capital around to donate because they're more successful and talented but who knows the point is is that that they just don't don't that doesn't not this does not follow donation patterns and so to sort of hook into your last point what you're alleging here mr chairman is that the corporate media creates a fake story that gives the cover the illusion the magic trick to say that democrats are so

twitter-pated over over kamala harris that they're just forking over billions right it's a fake story and what that does is it it is a mask to cover the money laundering that's happening by maybe a few key individuals or foreign entities or who the hell knows, somebody in China, somebody in Iran that is actually funneling through donors. Am I getting this correct? Because I don't have a banking background funneling through donors, small dollar donors, all of these donations. Yeah, it has to start with a credit card or a bank wire. So hopefully we'll be able to start tracing and it's going to take a lot. It's going to, you know, it's very complicated to trace a laundering scheme,

a shady financial scheme. And we were just tracing one family and it took a long time because it went through a lot of those shell companies and this and that. I don't think you're going to find shell companies here. You're going to find credit cards. And again, because they didn't have that code

that Marco Rubio was talking about, it made it easier to do. You know, people say, okay, this is a credit card. It's in Benny Johnson's name, but it's really not in Benny Johnson's name but this credit card with a $10,000 limit on the first day it's issued

$10,000 gets charged to on the credit card all to the same entity in tons and tons and tons of $10, $25 increments. That is a red flag and the banks will catch that.

So that that's where we're going to go with our investigation. And, you know, we tried to do this before the November election, but the Biden administration would not cooperate with us. They would not cooperate with us. And by the media saying that, remember, when Kamala Harris, when Joe Biden filed for re-election, the Democrats wanted to get rid of Kamala Harris. They wanted to put someone else on the ticket because she was an ineffective vice president. Nobody liked her. She couldn't keep staff. You know, she had the highest staff turnover of anybody in the history of the vice presidency. And yet when Joe Biden, after the debate, they realized they had to get rid of him and they

couldn't get rid of Kamala because, you know, that would be, that would look bad. She was a female and she was a minority. And that went against everything that they said with DEI and all of that other stuff. They came up with this. Okay. Let's say there's just this mass movement of support for her. And in 27, you know, a billion dollars comes in, you know, over, you know, all this money or $27 million comes in just, just overnight. And, you know, there, the momentum starts and the media goes with it. Oh, look at this. This is a grassroots movement like we've never seen. People are giving every penny they have to see that Kamala Harris is President of the United States. There was no excitement for Joe Biden, but now everybody's

excited about Kamala Harris. I have seen this play out time and time again, where the media, the liberal media colludes with someone, someone, some Wizard of Oz character that was operating the auto pin in the White House, signing all the executive orders. Someone is telling them what to print to make it look like the Democrats have all the momentum and the Republicans are tanking. Right. And the easiest way to do that is to show record fundraising numbers that nobody could possibly track. Even though every time I go to a gas station that's on my normal gas station, my bank sends me an immediate text message. Is this you? Is this fraudulent? Exactly. The banks catch it. The banks will catch it always. Every time.

Final question on this topic and then one or two more places I want to go with this. Do you have any, have you asked Cash? I know you were very close with Cash. Have you asked him if there's an open FBI investigation into this? Yeah. Do you have any confirmation that there's, like, heavier federal force being weighed upon at Blue? Yeah. I promise, Cash, I won't talk about our conversations on interviews, but I'll just say this.

I have 100% confidence in Cash Patel and I am so excited. I just light up when anyone mentions Cash Patel's name because I've had to deal with Christopher Wray for the last two and a half years. You know, Cash Patel is a breath of fresh air. And I think that we've got the right guy in there. That's all I can say about that. Okay. So on a sort of broader scale, Mr. Chairman, could we see federal charges? I mean, is this the point right here? Because clearly these are huge crimes. Well, I'll tell you, we'll turn over a report once we go through all those bank violations. And again, you don't have, those aren't common, like the media would say about the Biden suspicious activity report the it's not common

for a bank to file those suspicious activity reports and when you get hundreds of them then there's a pattern of bad behavior there so we'll go through those as quick as we can once we get in there and like i said i think we'll be in there in the next hopefully within the next two weeks hopefully within the next week and we'll start going through all those we'll be in there in the next, hopefully within the next two weeks, hopefully within the next week. And we'll start going through all those. We'll issue a report and turn it over to the FBI and the department of justice. And, and we'll, we'll see what, what happens there, because there's just a lot of things, especially if it's foreign money, I can't, my subpoenas don't work overseas. If they did,

we would have gone a lot further in the Biden investigation. You've got to have the FBI and the CIA and the Department of Justice on board to crack the code of a lot of what's going on with the Clinton Foundation, with the Bidens, with ActBlue. I really believe you're going to find offshore accounts and things like that, that that no congressional committee. Once you get offshore, you don't have any juice. But but those federal agencies do. And unfortunately, you know, during the last two years, we've had the Merrick Garland Department of Justice. Now we've got the Pam Bondi Department of Justice in the Trump administration and a guy like Kash Patel and a guy like John Radcliffe at CIA. So hopefully we can we can get some answers here.

And if we do this, this totally takes down the Democrat parties we know. Not only are they lost in the wilderness, they have no issues or platforms other than they hate Donald Trump. If it is proven that they were cheating, cheating with these donations from bad people in bad countries, like the Biden family money, then I think a lot of people are going to, going to walk away from the Democrat party.

Cause there are good Democrats in America that, that do believe in what the Democrat party used to stand for. But I think this will be the final straw. You're cooked. You don't have any party anymore. You can't, you can't have, you don't have a functional Democrat. They'll have to rebuild. It'll be like a Hiroshima moment. They'll have to just rebuild from the ashes. If, if act blue goes down and if people go to prison, if there are frog marches for like hundreds of act blue executives and

accountants and people that knew about this, it's gone, you know, the data and the value of that it's gone. I mean, it's the value of that data and act blue alone. You know, the data and the value of that is gone. I mean, it's value that data and act blue alone. You get rid of that. The Democrat Party has no I mean, it's over. It's over. OK, so speaking of it being speaking of it being over, we had the White House tell us recently, Alina Haba say, you know, listen, power of attorney is a very important thing. And whoever signs a document better damn well be that person. If a president's running his entire administration through auto pen, then we really have questions about the legitimacy of

what happened in the Biden administration. There's some very damning evidence that all but proves that the entire Biden hospice center was being run through a auto pen. What do you say to that, Mr. Chairman, as this is something that is very much in your wheelhouse? I'm just glad to see the truth is finally coming out. I was one of the first members of Congress to suggest that Joe Biden appeared to be in the early stages of dementia. And people like Jake Tapper attacked me. And now Jake Tapper's got a book that I think is going to say what I said all along. But we'll see.

You know, at the end of the day, this auto-pin is a very serious thing. I mean, you do auto-pins on letters. You do auto-pins on proclamations like wishing you a happy birthday, Benny, or something like that. You don't do auto pens on executive orders or on pardons and things like that, especially if you've got a president that people have already, you know, they kicked off the ticket because of things like the her report and a debate where he looked like he didn't know where he was and things like that. I mean, this adds to the question, who was really in charge? Was there some unelected bureaucrat calling the shots? Was the person standing behind the curtain that tells

the media what to write, what to report, was this the person that was telling some intern in the White House, sign that pardon for this person or that person on the auto pen, sign that executive order? I mean, this is very serious, and I hope that we can get to the bottom of it. There's no explanation for why the auto pen was used in this. There's not a single person in the Biden administration that's come out and said, oh, this is the reason why, you know, nothing, nothing. Joe Biden on vacation, signing pardons when he's not even in the country. That's right.

It's so obvious that somebody was clearly at, does Joe Biden know? So if the president, the legal question here is, if the president doesn't know he's signing something, is it real? Is it real? And there's a lot of those executive orders that are bad, that changed the labor laws. They did all these executive orders with the federal employees.

It's given Trump, you know, to Trump proof, the Trump administration, all of these federal employees that Trump is firing and that Elon Musk is talking about getting rid of, they're going to sue. And part of their case are these executive orders that Biden signed on the way up, but he didn't sign them. It was the auto pen that signed them. And was he the one that, did he even know about it? I mean, there are so many serious things here that are in play because of the actions of Joe Biden and that auto pin in the end. And, you know, when you see the pictures of the speech, the last speech he gave

in the office and there's Hunter Biden sitting in there, I mean, my God, you think he couldn't cut a deal with somebody? Hey, you need something signed? I can do it, there. I mean, my God, you think he couldn't cut a deal with somebody? Hey, you need something signed? I can do it, buddy. You know, because he knew he knew what the world was going to look like today where, you know, nobody's buying his art. You know, nobody's paying his legal fees. I mean, they're going to come repossess his Porsche. I mean, you know, the life is really getting hard on on on the Bidens. And I think Hunter Hunter could foresee that. So was he the one running the White House?

I don't know, but he was always there. And who was? It wasn't Joe Biden. I mean, you know, he hasn't given one interview, hasn't done anything since he left office. And, you know, now that this is coming to play with this auto pen, I mean, this is a very serious piece of evidence that would suggest that he may not have had any idea what he was doing over the last six months of his presidency. Speaker Johnson was like, yo, I was one of the few guys that ever got to talk to Joe Biden.

And he didn't know half the time what the hell I was talking about. That's right. I'd bring up pieces of legislation he'd signed or pardons he'd signed. And he didn't know. That's right. He had no clue. So yeah, but Dan,

Mr. Chairman, Hunter Biden, totally Hunter Biden signing his own pardon with a little, with a little machine. I've seen it all out of that family. Nothing would surprise me, Benny.

Goodness. Great. Do you think Joe Biden signed that whole? I'm not going to run for president letter? That might have been an auto-penned deal that they slipped through there because, you know, I don't think Joe Biden wanted him to drop out. I know Hunter Biden didn't want him to drop out. And he apparently didn't want to drop out.

He never told anyone. From all the recounts of the interviews with Pelosi, with, you know, with the Obama people. Right. He never agreed to drop out. Then all of a sudden he drops out, you know, so I don't know. I don't know. I don't know.

OK, last question, because we have such a fun and storied history of talking about Hunter Biden and simply talking about Hunter Biden as a vector to the truth about Joe Biden. And you've never used this as you never use your position to like bully the guy it was just a simple through line because hunter biden was clearly the bag man as you've established in all of your extensive reporting with your committee now the the game is completely up man and that guy that that new filing that he has against marco polo like nobody nobody's bought my and what my dad's at office now nobody's bought my art i'm totally impoverished apparently my house burned down i've got no speaking gigs he was supposed to have a bunch of inspirational speaking gigs no one's bought my book yeah uh boy man it, it must be nice to have been so right from 2,000 yards, Mr. Chairman,

because you've been calling out this fraud for a very long time. Think about this. For four years, Hunter Biden didn't have a job. You know, the whole time Joe Biden was president, Hunter never worked anywhere. He lived in that big mansion in California. That was paid for by Kevin Morris. That was Kevin Morris's luxury condo. He drove a car that he didn't own.

The only income was the sale of artwork, and we found the only people that bought the artwork were big Democrat donors. And Kevin Moore. No one knows who paid his legal fees, and no one can imagine. You're talking millions, tens of millions of dollars in legal fees because we went up against that legal team every day. And who paid for the legal fees? So I don't care who you are, unless you're Elon Musk or, you know, or Bill Gates or someone like that,

you can't go four years without having any income and live that kind of lifestyle. I mean, there's no way to save that much money. So now, you know, let's say he had his money in offshore accounts. They don't care. I mean, those countries, you know, sometimes it's not a good idea to put it. You see movies all the time where people have offshore accounts

in these corrupt third world countries, and then they go to get it. They're like, no, it's gone. Sorry. You know, if you got a problem, you can go to the United States government and complain about it because you weren't supposed to have the account anyway. I mean, I think that there's going to come a time

very soon where you could catch Hunter Biden in a position where he would actually talk. And I really encourage the Trump Department of Justice to haul him in at some point in the near future and ask him some questions about, you know, do you want to tell us again, you did that deposition with Comer and a lot of what you said wasn't true. Do you want to try to start all over and, you know, just take a deep breath and answer some questions. Who was actually paying your legal fees? Who was operating the auto pen in the White House?

What about those classified documents that were mishandled? You know, how did they get there and who all saw them? I mean, there's so many questions that need to be answered. You know, if he gets desperate enough, maybe the Department of Justice and the Trump administration could hit a home run there. Hmm. Now that would be very interesting. I have a sinking suspicion that you might know something about that process and potentially about that tool that could be used by the Trump administration. And this is something that they used on the Trump kids. Those kids got harassed.

They'll scream to high heavens when they do this to Hunter Biden. But we know Don and Eric and Laura. Laura's on the show tomorrow. Those kids have been harassed within an inch of their lives for this. Eric Trump is the most subpoenaed man in the country, this side of Donald Trump. And it would really be nice to see that. And you're right. The leverage would be a really interesting tactic.

Okay. Final thing. I just got to ask because of Kentucky. Fine bourbon be a really interesting tactic. Okay, final thing I just got asked because of Kentucky fine bourbon country fine whiskey country. There's a tariff the French are going to put on your product, Mr. Chairman. And I know you live in the hills of beautiful bourbon country there in Kentucky. I don't know if you have any distilleries in your district. I'm sure

I have most of them. Most of them are in my district. Okay. Well, that's a great reason to go there and do a sit-down interview sometime soon. But I wanted to just get your take on that because damn those French, right? Yeah. We're concerned about it. It's a huge industry in Kentucky. In fact, where I'm doing this interview, I'm about two and a half miles, by the fact where I'm doing this interview I'm about two and a half miles by the way the crow flies to the Buffalo Trace distillery and you could probably hit a three or four tee shots and hit the Jim Beam old granddad plant from where I'm sitting so you know there's some pretty big distilleries you know within the I can walk

out the door and smell it when they're cooking that bourbon. It's a huge industry. I have an agriculture background. The amount of corn that's grown in Kentucky for the bourbon industry would shock people. So it's a big deal and they export a lot. Those two distilleries I mentioned, Buffalo Trace and Jim Beam, they export a lot and they're extremely concerned about that.

All right, feds opening up criminal cases even more. Ladies and gentlemen, a lot of arrests, a lot of very interesting force happening from Cash Patel's FBI, and now all of America is cheering along. Obviously, as larger scale investigations get going, it takes a long time to do these things. I just emphasize and cannot express enough patience. Patience. This stuff takes time. Feds open criminal probe into New York City migrant shelters, demanding staff turn over names of aliens housed at hotel. We were there with Christine Noem this past week, and the ICE agent there in charge of New York told us that there are seven million criminal aliens that they know of that could be deported today,

and they can't get to them. And so this is now the big question for the Trump administration, which, breaking news, has just invoked the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to quickly speed up mass deportations. Check this out. The Aliens Enemy Act 1798 says if you are here illegally

and you're trying to harm our country, we don't even need a judge. We're just going to kick your ass out. The Alien and Enemies Act of 1978 is a federal law entitled An Act Concerning Aliens as part of the Border Alien and Sedition Act, the administration of President John Adams. It remains in the books today, codified in 50 U.S. Section 21 through 24.

The law grants the president broad authority to detain, relocate, or deport alien enemies during a declared war or when there is an invasion or predatory incursion. Well, boy, man, that sure as hell sounds familiar. Customs and Border Patrol director faces charges for allegedly defrauding FEMA and lying to feds as well. Just major victories for the DOJ here. Here's the Department of Justice breakdown on that at the DOJ website. Director of Customs and Border Patrol charged with schemes to fraudulently obtain disaster aid and lying to federal agents. Here's the CBP agent defrauding FEMA after Michigan floods. Career federal employee Serena Baker-Hill charged with misusing disaster funds,

lying to investigators. Look at that. She claimed that her house was uninhabitable while working to collect FEMA rental assistance. Money bank records show it wasn't spent on housing. FBI Director Kash Patel called this part of a renewed effort to crack down on public corruption. Deliver accountability. The 55-year-old heads the Customs and Border Patrol's Center for Excellence. We're very excited to see this. Americans are sick of being defrauded by their federal government. It's nice to see some accountability. Well, I think, you know, this is what's unique about President Trump and Pam Bondi. They are promises made, promises kept. And what you have seen in the Trump administration with the Department of Justice in the last four weeks is remarkable. Joe Biden will sleep at the wheel for four years.

You have Trump, Bondi, Department of Justice working every day on this 24-7. And I'm privileged to be heading the task force to combat anti-Semitism in this country, which just simply got out of control and ignored by the Biden administration. Yeah, you don't have a right to come here and hate us. You can hate us for free in your country, right? Like, isn't that great? What a world. Well, I think, you know what?

What is amazing is America gives these individuals, these foreign nationals, a privilege to come to this country, learn from the best universities, and they hate us. They are anti-Semitic, and they represent not the best of America, but the worst. And what you have seen the last couple of days is an individual who made it difficult for Jewish American students to attend school at Columbia. And now we're saying we're going to use the powers of the government and revoke that privilege and have you deported? Yeah, I mean, it'd be really nice to see this level of focusing in on left-wing mobs all across the country, like the individuals who are burning down Tesla charging stations and Tesla dealerships. That's clearly an act of political terrorism. Left-wing political terrorism has gotten a total and complete pass in this country. I lived in Washington, D.C. for the last 15 years. I saw left-wing terrorists

take over the city during the BLM protests and during the Antifa protests and the COVID riots. It was horrific. It was worse than anything. I had to flee the city myself because of the violence and because of the defunding of the police. So it'd be really nice to see some justice for left-wing activists and terrorists. Well, Benny, I can't say this enough. President Trump received a mandate. He won the popular vote. He won every battleground state. He appointed Pam Bondi as our attorney general. And what you're going to see over the next four years, law and order. And the left-wing rhetoric, the progressive left, they're on the outside looking in.

And this country wants law and order. I recall the Black Lives Matter situation, which was horrific. And what went on the last year and a half with the schools, the universities, with this anti-Semitic behavior. And these individuals who are just basically taking over the street. That's all changing. Law and order. And look at what President Trump has done with the cooperation of the Department of Justice, Homeland Security.

We have a secure border. The American people understand that Donald Trump is going to require that law and order takes place. And Pam Bondi is the perfect individual to serve that purpose. So would you be in favor of potentially looking into BLM as an organization? Because clearly there's a considerable amount of fraud going on, $100 million. Nobody knows where it went. A lot of mansions that have been bought, zero Black people that have been helped. In fact, there are dozens of Black people who died in the BLM riots. I know that the administration is tearing up BLM Plaza right now as it stands in Washington, D.C. I don't know if

you've gone over there, Leo, to check it out, but your take on that. Well, let me be very clear. Let me be as consistent as I was when I was in my former job at Fox News. I don't know what Black Lives Matter has done for black people. I don't know. I know it raised over $90 million, and I don't know where the money was spent. It wasn't spent on improving schools of color. It wasn't used to improve housing conditions. And I think what the Trump administration is going to do is going to look at what Black Lives Matter has done. I don't rule it out that they're going to be investigated. I'm just simply telling you that Black Lives Matter

has a lot of explaining to do as to what it has done with not only the money it collected, but how they exploited the summer 2020 riots. They called it the summer of love. This country was wrecked in 2020. And I think what you have found with President Trump, and again with Pam Bondi, is to restore law and order. President Trump was elected on law and order.

And the person he picked to accomplish that goal was Pam Bondi. And I can assure you, being a member of the Department of Justice, I can tell your listeners that the American people will receive law and order during the Trump administration. Maybe, you know, I mean, we recall it because we lived it and we were there covering the riots. They staged a literal insurrection. They charged the White House. They burned down buildings that are on White House property, torched St. John's Church, and then threatened to kill Trump. The whole goal was to kill the president of the United States. And that was their stated goal. Yet there's not a single terrorism charge for any of

those protesters, Leo. Well, you know, that's the, go ahead, please, go ahead, because you're absolutely correct. I just, I find that, not only do I find it egregious, I find it immoral because what it says is that you can keep doing this. Well, let's also remember during the summer of 2020 riots, you had Kamala Harris funding a bailout program for criminals. You had a police department in Minnesota burned to the ground and celebrated. And then you had a left-wing media organization, I don't want to mention his name, CNN, claiming that there wasn't a riot and there was birdie in the backdrop. This is what the American people did not sign up for during the Biden administration. This is what the American people signed up for

by re-electing President Trump as our 47th president. And I'll tell you right now, you're right. Where are the convictions, the prosecution for those people who committed crimes, who committed violence? Nothing. It wasn't done at all. These people were looking at, to me, they were Democratic constituents. But what I'm telling you, Benny, is simply this. There's a new sheriff in town. He's in the White House, and there's one in the Department of Justice.

And this country is yearning for law and order. And one of the reasons why I'm here is because I want to work with Pam Bondi. When President Trump appointed me, I said yes, because country first, not my pocketbook for the elite. And that's why the Democrats are on the outside looking in without any direction or without any guidance. Everything Trump is doing right now is what he promised during the campaign. And the voters said, we want you, President Trump. Really quickly, Leo, because you began this conversation talking about deportation of people who are here illegally that don't like this country. There was this shocking revelation this weekend.

We covered it earlier in the week where AOC's top staffer was a criminal alien. And he had to self-deport back to Colombia based on the Department of Justice and Department of Homeland Security finally cracking down on this. Now, this seems this comes as a shock to me that somebody could rise to those levels while not being a legal citizen. There's a lot of classified information that's passed around. There's a lot of secure information, things you should know. Certainly, if you're not an American, at the very least, we should have a bottom for this. Do you think that there should be an investigation into why a criminal alien was allowed to be running the communications department for one of the most followed politicians in the country? Let me think about that. That's a tough question. Yes. Yes.

And I'll tell you what, let me see. You're pointing out a list of wrongs that took place in the old administration. The Trump administration, Pam Bondi, we've only been in office for five weeks. And look what we are uncovering in every aspect. This president works at warp speed. He requires Pam Bondi and every member of this staff to work at his pace. And to answer your question, thank God President Trump got elected. Because, Benny, we wouldn't have known this if the other side got in the office. We're going to expose this. This administration demands transparency.

And that's what you're getting from Donald Trump. That's what you're getting from Pam Bondi. And that's what you're getting from me as far as what I'm telling you. There are going to be investigations. There's going to be, the public is going to know. It's just going to take time. And I'll tell you right now, Trump is working at warp speed. We do our very best to say, to tell people these processes, they take time and it takes a while. So we get, you know, especially if you're building a legal case you want to win in trial you don't bring a case to trial you know you're

gonna lose and you win by getting all of the evidence and by making sure that you have a solid case not by standing up like a lunatic I did want to get your thoughts on this because AOC skipped President Trump's and joint address to Congress but Al green didn't and al green stood up and uh yelled and waved his cane um and made a fool of himself uh they they're trying to they're trying to cast them as a civil rights hero now um given the fact that you work for the civil rights division of the department of justice your thoughts on al green standing up and waving his cane at the president? Thank you for that question. You know, I've been a civil rights,

I want everyone to know on your show, I've been a civil rights attorney for 35 years. The Democrats play the race card. And I found what Al Green did at the joint session of Congress insulting, embarrassing, and the Democrats, Benny, always play the race card. Al Green has no right to play any race card at all. Al Green conduct was despicable. And I'll sit here and tell you this. The one thing the Trump administration is very important, concerned about, is to make sure there is an even playing field for all people, regardless of color, regardless of religion. That was not done in the Biden administration. Certain groups were targeted.

President Trump, Pam Bondi, wants equal protection for all. And this nonsense that the Democrats and the race card has been used to manipulate voters is not going to be used by the Trump administration because everyone is going to be treated fairly as as a member of the civil rights division. My ultimate goal is a destroy this big lie of systemic racism and make sure that everyone, regardless if you're a Republican, a Christian, a Catholic, a Jew, a black, you are going to be treated equally and fairly under the law. Yes. And I just want to I just want to sort of emphasize that here in closing with the final question, Leo, which is the people who have been bigoted against over the last decade and certainly over the last four years in this country with greater intensity has been white people,

conservatives, Christians. They've been the people who have been the most attacked, the most people who just protested for pro-life were thrown in prison. They just sat there and prayed. They were thrown in prison for praying. Catholics were spied on by the very DOJ that you currently occupy.

And so it'd be really, that seems like prima facie, a massive civil rights violation. You are 100% correct. The attack on white men in this country the last four years, outrageous. On Christians, the debanking of conservatives. I can't argue with that. But you saw what President Trump and Pam Bondi did.

They eliminated DEI immediately. That was a pretext to discriminate against those they did not like because they were white, they were Christians, they were Republicans. That's gone. And it's forever gone. And I can tell you right now, we got a lot of work to do, but we got the right people in the right office. We got President Trump in the White House and we got Pam Bondi as head of the Department of Justice. And then you got Leo Terrell in the Civil Rights Division. So so bring me on later on and hold me to what I'm telling you. I can tell all your listeners, everyone in this country is going to be treated fairly and equally. No special privileges. Forget that DEI nonsense. We are

going to restore American justice and integrity throughout the entire country. Leo, you're the man. And I know we're up against a hard out. Just a very fast question for you, because I know that you're very close with Pam. Is the story, is the rumor true of her ripping Joe Biden's portrait and Kamala Harris's portrait off the wall at the DOJ? I will never tell a lie and I will never, I will not answer that question. I'll let Pam Bondi tell the truth under oath. But I'll tell you right now, I like what she does. I like her work here from day one. Okay. a department-wide review of existing standards for each military branch, physical fitness, body composition, and grooming. We must remain vigilant in maintaining the standards that enable men and women in our military to protect the American people and homeland, the most lethal fighting force. Our adversaries are not growing weaker. Our tasks are not growing less challenging. This review will illuminate how the department has maintained this level of standards required over recent past trajectory. And these changes, there are not going to be changes in these standards. Unfortunately, the U.S. military's high standards of body composition and other metrics eroded in the recent years, particularly during the tenure of former Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley, who couldn't do a push-up. Have you ever

seen Mark Milley walk around? That dude couldn't do a single push-up. There's no way he wouldn't be able to actually get off the ground, if you know what I mean.
