Starting point is 00:00:00 Today is Friday, July 25th, 2025. It's free for all Friday. Forgive the free flowing kind of like conversation that we're having here, but what up to the chat? Shout out to the chat. We'll be doing some more chat work today. Get ready. We've listened to you and we are going to take action.
Starting point is 00:00:17 It's the only chat probably in the history of the internet that can literally just straight up tell the creator what to do. Earlier this week, we asked, what should we do? Where should we go? What stories do you want us to cover next? And you told us pretty resoundingly where you wanted us to go. And so don't worry, we listened to you and now we're going to lock in.
Starting point is 00:00:38 Okay. Jelaine Maxwell has met with the DOJ. She's now carrying massive boxes of evidence in. Meet with the attorneys and the attorneys for President Trump, Todd Blanch, the attorneys for Jelaine Maxwell, have both said, these are great meetings. These are good meetings and we're getting places.
Starting point is 00:00:55 Okay, what does that mean? We're gonna talk about it. Former Biden Chief of Staff Ron Klain cooperates in health coverup probe. This is gonna be extremely interesting as Alina Hava F's over the embarrassing libtards who tried to screw her out of her position. She'll be joining this program.
Starting point is 00:01:14 Representative Pat Harrigan will be joining the program as well and the Texas land commissioner. Dawn Buckingham will join the show. I see we have some people watching from Texas. So shout out to the great state of Texas. My name is Benny Johnson and this is The Benny Show. Is that an all-timer for like the longest intro? Sorry about that.
Starting point is 00:01:32 I just like too much, too many exciting things to get to today. Let's rock and roll. You must rock and roll in locking in your financial future. Make sure that you are up and out of debt. There's nothing that can kill your financial future worse than a millstone of debt around your neck. American financing can help you do that.
Starting point is 00:01:50 You can delay two mortgage payments, ladies and gentlemen, if you are drowning in debt, as many Americans are sadly. And we have a graph in fact, to prove it. We have a graph that the Democrat party shared yesterday. That'll be so exciting to actually illustrate this point. But here we go. American financing can help you get out of debt. Groceries, gas bills, like the payments for your homes,
Starting point is 00:02:15 they're all piling up. They're more expensive than ever. And we can prove it actually. The Democrat party proved it yesterday in the greatest cell phone of all time. You're not alone. Most Americans are putting these expenses on credit cards. Get out of debt now.
Starting point is 00:02:27 Call American financing today before you get to the point where you can't make those payments. Their mortgage consultants can help you get out of debt and save you money. An average of $800 a month, in fact. Call today. 888-528-1219.
Starting point is 00:02:41 That's 888-528-1219. Americanfinancing.net slash. Okay. Just because it's funny here, just quickly, the Democrat party shared this graph yesterday. And it is hysterical. So this is what the Democrats posted. US grocery prices reached record highs. Okay. All right.
Starting point is 00:03:02 Now let's look at the actual data. Shall we? And that looks like a bad headline for Donald Trump. My goodness, this looks terrible. Let's zoom in, shall we? What does this actually look like? Well, you will notice that President Trump's administration, his first administration is right there
Starting point is 00:03:22 at the very beginning of the graph, the year 2019 and 2020. That's grocery prices under president Trump term one. Something remarkable happened in 2021. That would be Joe Biden's residency inside of the white house after a stolen election. And the prices skyrocketed for all of those years, 21, 22, 23, and 24. Joe Biden was 100% in charge. Ha ha ha, but whatever.
Starting point is 00:03:50 It's Joe Biden's fault. He's where the buck stops. And would you look at the numbers? Would you look at the graph? The Democrat party actually posted this. They got owned by president Trump. Here we go. Here's Donald Trump's rapid response 47 Biden.
Starting point is 00:04:06 This is Joe Biden. This is when Biden was president. You dumb asses. You can actually see here that the increases stopped with president Trump in this nascent second term. And I have a suspicion that they will come cratering back down, I think. Wouldn't that be a beautiful thing to see?
Starting point is 00:04:31 But ladies and gentlemen, since we were talking about your financial house in order, this is great. They deleted it by the way. They deleted this post, but it got roasted. It was a, nothing to see here. Yeah. Deleting it actually is a real problem
Starting point is 00:04:47 because it actually brings more attention to how stupid you are. Democrats shared this. Democrat Ted Lue still has this post up actually on his account, which is really funny. They added a 10,000 comment ratio brewing on this. Hey Alex, how fast did they delete it? Within the hour, I think?
Starting point is 00:05:03 Yeah, I think so. Okay. So yeah, good. These are the people who are running the teachers' unions. These are the people who want to, want to educate your children. Okay. Oh, did he delete it? Did Ted Lue finally delete it? All right, good deal. Ladies and gentlemen, it is free for all Friday and President Trump has, oh no, there it is. Oh, it's that personal versus the official. Friday and president Trump has, oh no, there it is. Oh, it's that personal versus the official. Every member of Congress has an official account and personal.
Starting point is 00:05:30 Here we go. Ted Lou, Trump impeachment, Trump impeachment manager, Ted Lou still has it up on his page. There we go. He calls it the Trump inflation. There it is. Woof. Mike Lee, nice try. You actually might be too stupid to insult.
Starting point is 00:05:50 Dude, do you realize this implicates Biden and not Trump, right? Uh, Democrats deleted it, but you still have it up. Why did they delete it? Ted as the retard finder right there. Uh, Ted, did your special needs intern happen to look at the data on the chart? All right. Just a good, let's just start the day with a little laugh.
Starting point is 00:06:15 Okay, President Trump was out on the White House lawn just a couple seconds before the show started. And I want to, I always try and apologize before the, if the show starts a little late, we were grabbing these clips and loading them up. Cause Donald Trump, uh, spoke about 10 minutes before the show. One of those, uh, you know, one of the press tools, you have to get the clips up and loaded and ready to rock.
Starting point is 00:06:35 And now we have them. The reason why they're particularly important. And we normally wouldn't delay any show start at all for this, but it's important because we were railing on this yesterday. I just want to show you one clip to set the table here. If you watched yesterday, this will be a rehash, but nonetheless, Kevin Spacey flew around the world
Starting point is 00:06:57 on Jeffrey Epstein's jet with Bill Clinton. Kevin Spacey in a moment that should be way more famous than it is on Piers Morgan's show, and we do Piers Morgan's show all the time. He's a great interviewer. And I don't believe that Kevin Spacey is lying here. He said, yo, I was really angry at Jeffrey Epstein because all these little girls came out prancing through the plane as soon as we took off. And you put Bill Clinton in a really bad situation. Well, Bill Clinton had already been on that plane a thousand times, right? Well, at the very least 28 times. And we think that this is quite damning.
Starting point is 00:07:29 Here we go. Because I felt he put the president at risk on that trip to South Africa because there were these young girls and we were like, who is this guy? So I will say this. There were young girls on those flights. There were young girls on those flights. Yeah. The former president he's talking about,
Starting point is 00:07:45 of course, is Bill Clinton. A bunch of photos of Bill Clinton and Kevin Spacey on these trips and photos of them on the jet, photos of Bill Clinton getting massages, and the jet photos of Bill Clinton inside of the Little Elite Express, so on. Testimony from the victims naming Bill Clinton.
Starting point is 00:08:04 The victims had no idea who Donald Trump was, by the way. There's hundreds of thousands of pages of victim testimony that's already been published. They didn't even know who the hell Bill Clinton was. Now, yesterday we learned that Bill Clinton wrote a letter to Jeffrey Epstein and was talking about children in the letter. It's particularly creepy and weird.
Starting point is 00:08:27 Jeffrey Epstein's birthday album included letters from Bill Clinton, Leon Black, and some of the other members of who you'd expect. Now, as we've said, we're gonna take this stuff with a grain of salt, but we were very frustrated as to why the Wall Street Journal wouldn't, if they were going to publish a letter from Donald Trump, which doesn't sound like Donald Trump at all. It sounds like nothing that we know of Donald Trump.
Starting point is 00:08:54 And guys, can you just, in this article, can you point me to where is Bill Clinton's actual commentary? Isn't it reassuring says Bill Clinton. There it is. Isn't it reassuring to have lasted so long across the years learning and knowing adventures of ineligible word. Okay, that's strange. And also have your childlike curiosity.
Starting point is 00:09:21 Okay. This is to drive the drive to make a difference and the solace of friends. Again it's very like even for Clinton this seems a little poetic. Was this all like penned by Jalane Maxwell? I don't know. Was it penned by Jalane Maxwell? Bill Clinton complimenting Jeffrey Epstein on his childlike curiosity. Okay. All right. Whatever. You know what? Whatever. I hope they publish the original source documents. That's what I hope. This stuff can be manipulated. This stuff can be used. It can be taken out of
Starting point is 00:10:03 contact. Publish the original source documents. Do it, do it. Ladies and gentlemen, Donald Trump's calling for it. President Trump on the White House lawn just moments ago saying, you should be looking at Bill Clinton, who went to the island at least 28 times. Well, wow, where's this change? Now this is how you actually shut down this argument.
Starting point is 00:10:25 Okay. Now they're cooking with peanut oil here, ladies and gentlemen. Now you're cooking shut down the argument by saying, I'm not the criminal. You can have all the evidence you want. I'm not the criminal. It's Bill Clinton. Who's the criminal here. He's the one who has something to hide.
Starting point is 00:10:42 Obviously he's the one who deserved to be subpoenaed and was subpoenaed yesterday. And you need to start looking into him because he has a pretty nasty record with this guy. Here's a Donald Trump. Let's go to the white house. Well, I don't want to talk about that. What I do want to say is that Todd is a great attorney, but you ought to be speaking about Larry Summers you ought to be speaking about some of his friends that are hedge fund guys they're all over the place you ought to be speaking about Bill Clinton who went to the island 28 times I never went to the island I don't even know what they're talking about now somebody could have written a letter and used my name but that's
Starting point is 00:11:24 happened a lot all you have to do is take a look at the dossier, the fake dossier. Everything's fake with that administration. Everything's fake with the Democrats. Take a look at what they just found about the dossier. Everything is fake. They're a bunch of sick people. Where did you see the people laying outside? Now like I'm sitting here in the studio cheering Because this is the first time that we've this first time that we've watched that we would just watch this clip together again This took it took place seconds ago at the White House. I'm sitting here cheering going that's the messaging. Thank you That's the messaging the messaging isn't Shut up.
Starting point is 00:12:05 Stop talking about Epstein because that's not going to work. Like, I'm sorry, I do this professionally. I'm on the internet for a living. That's not going to work. That's going to, that's, that's going to give you a nuclear Streisand effect. Barbara Streisand, stop taking pictures of my house. I'll sue you. Everyone wants to take a photo of her house, right?
Starting point is 00:12:20 That's the way human nature works. Don't walk on the grass. I want to touch the grass. This is the proper, you have a lot of choices for cell phone service with new ones popping up all the time. But here's the truth. There's only been one cell phone company
Starting point is 00:12:35 that stands in the gap for every American that believes in freedom and believes that freedom is worth fighting for and that's PatronMobile. The good news is you can switch to PatronMobile today without sacrificing quality or service. Wried about coverage? Don't be. Patreon Mobile uses all three major US networks. If you're stuck in a contract and you owe money on your phones, don't worry. Patriot Mobile has a contract buyout program, and that's how we win folks, by aligning our spending with our values. Starting point is 00:13:23 Switch today. That's PatriotMobile.com slash Benny. We'll call nine seven two Patriot. Messaging, thank you. Oh, okay. Epstein here, how about this? We'll go let Jelaine Maxwell tell you everything. We'll let her deliver boxes of evidence.
Starting point is 00:13:38 We'll sue to get all the testimony unveiled. We'll release everything. And then why don't you go ask Bill Clinton about it? How about that? How you go ask Bill Clinton about it? How about that? How about you ask Bill Clinton? And if it brings down foreign governments, if this brings down our ally shift with people who aren't actually our allies, then good.
Starting point is 00:13:56 Damn it, let the chips fall where they may. That's the messaging. Good. Great. The messaging that Donald Trump's always had, you know, the truth is the truth and you shouldn't be ashamed of it and you should lean into it. And there's some people who, you know, viewed it as an attack. The fact that we have a historic understanding
Starting point is 00:14:28 of President Trump and this issue. It's not an attack to bring up what Donald Trump has said about Jeffrey Epstein, how Donald Trump actually started his political career on Jeffrey Epstein to a degree. And we've said it openly and we're actually proud of it because it is a matter of fact that President Trump popularized and wove this issue, this I will destroy the pedophile elite into the fabric of
Starting point is 00:14:56 his campaign. Here's President Trump staying on stage at CPAC over 10 years ago that Bill Clinton was a predator on Epstein Island. Now is Donald Trump back in action. Donald Trump in the groove. Donald Trump where he belongs. This is the Donald Trump, of course, that everyone fell in love with. Here we go. Bill Clinton. Nice guy. Got a lot of problems coming up, in my opinion, with the famous island with Jeffrey Epstein. A lot of problems. He continued, by the way. Like just minutes
Starting point is 00:15:42 later, he told us about Prince Andrew. Here we go. You raised the question of Jeffrey Epstein in your remarks about President Trump. Well, I think he's got a problem. I don't think the problem will be- I don't know, but that island was really a cesspool. There's no question about it. Just ask Prince Andrew. He'll tell you about it.
Starting point is 00:15:57 The island was an absolute cesspool. This was Donald Trump, rightly understanding that this is a class warfare issue. This is the genius of President Trump. This issue is not an issue of Republican Democrat. It's not an issue of, you know, private islands or even like clandestine intel operations. Those are very interesting facts, but it is at its core and has very heart deep in the bone, a class issue where everybody in this country instinctually says, wait a second. So these elite pederasts were able to just abuse young women from broken
Starting point is 00:16:38 working class homes, which is where of course they entrapped them and recruited them and then discard them, obviously, as we just saw with Virginia Roberts, and nothing happens to them. The state moves in to protect them? No, F you. It'd be nice to see one of these elite predators for once in my life get busted and have their lives ruined instead of my life ruined.
Starting point is 00:17:04 I'm just the one who sits here trying to pay my taxes, trying to do something, build something. I'm just here trying to like have enough scratch to put in the plate at church when it passes in front of me. And these guys get to go and abuse and like kill women and like travel around the world on their planes. Kevin Spacey, the little girls come trotting out in the plane. They said it and they get away with it. And Trump like locked in on that and said, wait a second, this is a marquee issue
Starting point is 00:17:34 of elites versus the working class. It is a class warfare issue at its heart. And it's why it won't go away. And it's why it needs to be solved. Spoken so much about it. But a lot of people who push us one way or the other, you know, you talk, you talk about it way more. You don't talk about it enough, you know, whatever it is.
Starting point is 00:17:59 Like, we're proud that we've asked some of the major questions on this and like a dog with a bone, man, we're just not going to let go. And that's the point here. And Donald Trump had it right. And it's nice to see Donald Trump back on that bicycle, right? Because the targeting needs to be redirected here. None of y'all care.
Starting point is 00:18:19 None of y'all gave a damn about Jeffrey Epstein when it was Bill Clinton, who was the top of the name on the list. You didn't give a damn about any of these trafficked kids. In fact, you voted. Oh, you all voted for Kamala. You voted for Kamala for a continuation of the policies that leaves 500,000 little children trafficked throughout the country. And so now President Trump is doing exactly what he should have done from square one. And we're so glad that we're at this moment and redirecting and saying, no, no, no, you don't understand.
Starting point is 00:18:53 I'm innocent and Bill Clinton's guilty. So why don't you go start asking Bill Clinton these questions? Donald Trump said this again, by the way, in the White House lawn. I think he says, you need to focus on Bill Clinton with this list. Is that kind of hard to, hard to hear question? It's the best that we have right now. Again, this just happened. Here we go. Todd, Todd Blanch is a great gentleman. He's a great, great man. He's a great lawyer.
Starting point is 00:19:19 He's got a great heart, but he's over there now. I don't know exactly what's happening, but I certainly can't talk about partners. Can you trust what she's telling him? She's a convicted trafficker who's eager to get out of prison. Well, you know, he's a professional lawyer. I think he's been through things like this before. But, you know, you should focus on Clinton. You should focus on the president of Harvard, the former president of Harvard.
Starting point is 00:19:44 You should focus on some of the hedge fund guys. I'll give you a list. These guys lived with Jeffrey Epstein. I sure as hell didn't. Thank you very much. Perfect. Perfect. Rings like a bell. Turn it around on the guy who had an oil painting in a blue
Starting point is 00:20:01 DNA soaked dress in Jeffrey Epstein's mansion that he was leasing from the state department. What the hell? It's perfect. It's great. It's exactly how you diffuse these things. I love it. It's Donald Trump back in the form that obviously won him,
Starting point is 00:20:18 the hearts of the American people, the working class and populace. And it's the right answer. Now what's happening concurrently in our state, not too far up the road, couple hours up the road from where we are, in a federal prison in Tallahassee is that Jelaine Maxwell is for the first time ever
Starting point is 00:20:36 getting an interview with the federal government. I find this bewildering actually. Jelaine Maxwell is not an innocent party here. Based on all available evidence, she is one of the world's most grotesque monsters. According to all available evidence and many of the witness statements, she was sort of the recruiter for Jeffrey Epstein
Starting point is 00:21:00 and she was a known and willing accomplice in these crimes, she's not innocent. However, she has the key to everything and she does know what happened and what didn't. And she seems to be cooperating with the feds. I'll be very interested to see what comes of it, ladies and gentlemen.
Starting point is 00:21:22 Let's read just the top line here from the Daily Mail. Daily Mail, Jelaine Maxwell answered every single question during a secret meeting with Trump's DOJ amid Epstein coverup claims. Now, Todd Blanche is the one doing this meeting. Todd Blanche is the dude who defended President Trump in so many of his lawsuits. He knows President Trump as well as anybody.
Starting point is 00:21:44 He's a fine lawyer and he's somebody who is, yeah, got rock ribs. You know what I mean? Like he's a tough brawler of a lawyer. British socialite, Jelaine Maxwell, answered every question from Todd Blanch, the deputy attorney general, during a closed door meeting.
Starting point is 00:22:04 Deputy attorney general, Todd Blanch, flew down to general during a closed door meeting, deputy attorney general, Todd Blanche flew down to Florida to sit down in person with convicted child sex trafficker as the MAGA base demands answers of what she knew about Jeffrey Epstein. Not just the MAGA base, you dumb asses, everyone, but yeah, sure. The MAGA base. I'm like perfectly happy. Mike Benz says you can't un-MAGA this issue. And I agree with him. You can't un-MAGA this. You MAGA'd the issue. President Trump justifiably and righteously began his war path against our predator elites.
Starting point is 00:22:35 A war path that he won, by the way. He's in office with more power than ever. He won. He defeated the satanic elites. Trump should be deeply proud of that. And now they're gonna try and turn their sins around on him? No, damn it. That's why we keep fighting.
Starting point is 00:22:51 Here we go. Maxwell took a full day of questions. Ms. Maxwell answered every single question. She never stopped. She never invoked a privilege. She never declined the answer. And she answered all the questions truthfully and honestly into her abilities
Starting point is 00:23:05 as her attorney who was in the meeting. Blanche arrived to the federal courthouse at 9 a.m. Maxwell's attorneys were seen entering the building. She's 63 years old. She's serving a 20 year sentence at a low security prison in Tallahassee and the only person serving time behind bars for Jeffrey Epstein's crimes.
Starting point is 00:23:21 Attorney General Pambani announced that Blanche would be interviewing Maxwell to find out what she knows. I'm prone to say this is a very, very positive thing. I'm not in the meeting. I don't have any more information than you do right now on this, but I believe that the more sunlight, the more disinfectant.
Starting point is 00:23:46 And the fact that Maxwell has never spoken, has never even been asked for a meeting by the feds on this issue is a huge red flag. Here's what President Trump has to say about the meeting and how it's going right now. Right now. You're planning a non-planning adductorate meeting with Elaine Maxwell. What are you hoping, Todd, when it get out of this meeting with Elaine Maxwell?
Starting point is 00:24:05 What are you hoping Todd Winslet gets out of this meeting with Elaine Maxwell? Well, I don't know about the meeting. I know it's taking place. And he's a fantastic man. He's a great attorney. And people should really focus on how well the country is doing, or they should focus on the fact that Barack Hussein Obama led a coup, or they should focus on the fact that Larry Summers from Harvard, that Bill Clinton, who you know very well, and lots of other friends — really close friends of Jeffrey Summers — should be spoken about.
Starting point is 00:24:38 Because, you know, Jeffrey Epstein should be spoken about. And they should speak about them because they don't talk about them. They talk about me. I have nothing to do with the guy. You want to shut them up? You want to shut everyone up about this? Just drag the Clintons out. Yes. Drag them out one more time and say, yo, let's go ahead and look at bill. Let's go look at bill because if you look to bill, then you'd have to start asking questions about guys like Kevin Spacey. If you looked at bill Clinton, if you redirected here and said,
Starting point is 00:25:16 they're the criminals, just like he's doing with Obama right now. Barack Hussein Obama. When Donald Trump, you know, Donald Trump serious when he pulls out the Hussein, when you spin it around, ladies and gentlemen, they'll stop, they'll shut up. They'll shut up. Because you're gonna have to find the answer to this, to this question. Can we hear him? You're gonna have to find the answer to this. On that trip to South Africa because there were these young girls and we were like, who is this guy? So I will say this. There were young girls on those flights.
Starting point is 00:25:46 There were young girls on those flights. Yeah. With Bill Clinton, there were young girls on the flights? I doubt that you have a friend who has a private jet. I really highly doubt you have a friend who has a private jet the size of Jeffrey Epstein's. Jeffrey Epstein's jet was the same jet that Air Force One jet. It's a massive jet, size of Jeffrey Epstein's. Jeffrey Epstein's jet was the same jet that Air Force One jet.
Starting point is 00:26:06 It's a massive jet, private rooms and everything. It's an enormous jet. It costs $80,000 an hour to operate this jet. So I doubt you have, I don't have friends like that. Okay, maybe you do. I don't think so. But even if you did, let's say they invited you on the jet and a bunch of little kids came out. like a bunch of little girls come out in their
Starting point is 00:26:28 underwear and start dancing. What the hell would you do? I'm telling you I would reach for a parachute and like smash a window and jump. Like I would do, cause that's the end of your life. It's like, not only is it of course deeply immoral, I'd be worried about my soul and where I'd spend eternity. Not only is it deeply immoral, of course, stick and evil, but also clearly, something's wrong here. Not only about my soul and eternity, but when that plane lands, what photos are there of me
Starting point is 00:27:02 on this plane? Like what videos are there of me? Like what, this is going to destroy everything, my family, my wife. Everything's wrong. I'll do anything to get that plane to land and to get the hell off it. And then to call the authorities as soon as I could. Hopefully the authorities waiting there at the airport. There's a bunch of little kids on this plane. This jet took off and those little kids came out. Arrest that man, officer.
Starting point is 00:27:30 I don't want anything to do with it. I'm reporting it. Wouldn't you know what you would do? This Kevin Spacey being like, yeah, these little girls came out and started dancing. Like, we just thought it was normal. It would look bad for Bill, but like, you know, I guess that's just part of the thing.
Starting point is 00:27:45 No! What? What? So of course, a Clinton Global Initiative plane, you see. Maybe the little girls were from Haiti. If you know, you know. Okay. So this is the correct vector of attack.
Starting point is 00:28:03 Good, President Trump. Shalane Maxwell offering boxes of evidence. What is this? Here's photos, very blurry photos, but nonetheless, because they have to be taken from a very far distance away. Photos of Jelaine Maxwell carrying like entire boxes of evidence into her meetings with the Fed.
Starting point is 00:28:23 I don't know what that is, but there it is. That's Jelaine. There are the boxes. What is it? What is that? It clearly looks like documents. What are they? Jelaine Maxwell holds mysterious box
Starting point is 00:28:39 as she returns to Florida prison after meeting with Trump's DOJ. What does Jelane Maxwell have? The disgraced British socialite, wearing all brown, handcuffed in the front, was led through a barbed wire lace fence in the area in front of the prison. Two guard remained outside of the brick building.
Starting point is 00:29:01 Before the doors opened, the former girlfriend of the late sex offender was uncuffed and walked inside carrying her box with her. Maxwell had doors open, the former girlfriend of the late sex offender was uncuffed and walked inside carrying her box with her. Maxwell had been outside of the prison for hours as she had met with the Deputy Attorney General Tom Blanch inside of the U.S. Attorney's office in Tallahassee. Today I met with Jelaine Maxwell, says Blanch, in a post on X. I will continue to interview her tomorrow.
Starting point is 00:29:25 That's ongoing, that's happening right now. The Department of Justice will share additional information on what's going on in the appropriate time. Well, you can't argue that they aren't trying here. Axe will reportedly answer all of the DOJ questions, honestly. Okay, here's what a lawyer has to say. Her lawyer is David Oscar Marcus is his name.
Starting point is 00:29:52 And he said it was a great meeting. Well, I mean, if he's happy, what exactly does that mean? Again, I'm not telling you that Jolene Maxwell's the good guy here. She's not, but she does know. She is the key to everything. So here we go. Productive day today with the Deputy Attorney General, Top Lanch and Glenn Maxwell.
Starting point is 00:30:20 First, we want to thank the Deputy Attorney General for being so professional with all of us and for meeting with us. He took a full day and asked a lot of questions. And Ms. Maxwell answered every single question. She never stopped, she never invoked a privilege. She never declined to answer. She answered all the questions truthfully, honestly, and to the best of her ability. And that's all the comment we're gonna have today about the meeting. We don't wanna comment about the substance of her ability. And that's all the comment we're gonna have today about the meeting.
Starting point is 00:30:45 We don't wanna comment about the substance of the meeting for obvious reasons and we'll go from there. So thank you all so much. Will you guys be coming back for a second day? We're not gonna comment on that now. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you all.
Starting point is 00:31:02 I guess I don't know what to make of it other than do you know what we've been saying for the entire, what are we on like three weeks of this now? July 6th was when they dropped that infamous memo. Oh my God. Anyway, July 6th was when they did it. So yeah, now we're in the last week of July. Goodness gracious.
Starting point is 00:31:28 But same thing we've been saying. Clearly someone's lying. Clearly the government is withholding and out with it. Out with it. And if it destroys Bill Clinton forever, and if it destroys the Democrat party, or if it destroys evil Clinton forever, and if it destroys the Democrat Party, or if it destroys evil countries who are operating and doing crimes on American soil or Intel, then so
Starting point is 00:31:51 be it. Let it all burn. That's what I say. Jonathan Turley is a wise legal mind. He was on Fox News last night. He was saying, it's remarkable because Jelaine Maxwell has never had the federal government even try to get any information from her, which you'd think would, isn't that like the first possible rung of any
Starting point is 00:32:11 investigation that you like talk to the people who are the accomplices? This is what was so weird when we had that mobster on, Michael Franceses is his name, and he shared a cell with Jeffrey Epstein. He was in the same cell Epstein was in. And that dude was like, this isn't a RICO operation, it's a cover-up. The prosecution is the cover-up. They're not trying to charge any of the people who are actually in on the crimes. In fact, they're giving immunity to all of them. Same thing with Diddy. You can't charge a guy with RICO without having a racketeering offense without having a criminal network to charge. Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding. You charge the whole criminal network all the way up. That's how you run a Rico case. Dudes like I've been
Starting point is 00:32:54 part of like seven of them. This is a wrap up operation. The prosecution is the cover up. Feds never wanted to even hear from Jelaine Maxwell. Listen to this from Charlie. Well, a source says former Biden chief of staff Ron Klain even testified that by last year Hillary Clinton and national security advisor Jake Sullivan told him they were concerned about Joe Biden's chances in the presidential election, that he may not have been politically viable. That's according to a source familiar with Klain's voluntary interview,
Starting point is 00:33:25 who also said Sullivan told Klain that Biden was less effective in 2024 compared to 22. A spokesperson for Sullivan says he never spoke with Klain about Biden running again before the debate and also disputed the account of Klain's testimony before the committee. This is all part of the House Oversight Committee's investigation of then President Biden's use of the-
Starting point is 00:33:47 We apologize, ladies and gentlemen, ALX is grabbing us the right clip. How it works, we're live, got a great team, but you know, it's Friday, right? Here we go, here's Jonathan Turley getting loaded up right now. It's also a very interesting clip, and you know, maybe we'll get to it later in the show. Here's Jonathan Turley sounding off on why hasn't the federal government ever
Starting point is 00:34:11 interviewed Jelaine Maxwell? Here we go. Send the deputy attorney general to interview Ghislaine Maxwell. I think they want full control of this. This is what her brother is saying in a statement. She would be putting before a court material new evidence that was not available to the defense at her 2021 trial, which would have had a significant impact on its outcome. Is she going to get something in return? I mean, there's really uh... to talk with the feds unless she gets some type of deal what could that deal be right lines that's really the key question here there is a thing called a
Starting point is 00:34:53 five k one point one motion that the justice department can't file uh... for cooperation to reduce the sentence that's usually when someone is a key witness in the prosecution of a third party. The defense can also go to a court and ask for a reduction based on new evidence, but we haven't seen that. She was convicted and given 20 years. And so the question is, if there's something there, why haven't they revealed it so far? The third possibility is a commutation, more likely than a pardon, from the president maybe at the end of his term if she is a highly cooperative witness.
Starting point is 00:35:34 So all of those are possibilities for Maxwell. The question is what she has. I was surprised, speaking with a member of the legal defense team a couple days ago when they said the reports that she had been previously interviewed by federal and state prosecutors and investigators was not true. What? That she had never been interviewed. Yes.
Starting point is 00:35:56 And despite all of these past investigations in this scandal, I was really taken aback by that. So, if that's true, she could be an untapped source of new information. The question is, what is that information? Is it just salacious, or is it something more that would reveal criminal conduct? Jelaine Maxwell, 1961 to next week or so. Dark, it's gallows humor. It's gallows humor. It's Friday.
Starting point is 00:36:30 Ladies and gentlemen, you boy, those are the memes being shared. I don't know, man. I'm hoping for everything. I'm hoping that they actually let Gillian Maxwell speak, explain everything, talk to the American people, they release all the documents. I hope that the Clintons get a chance to actually answer for their relationship.
Starting point is 00:36:58 I hope that President Trump continues the wise and smart age old, decades old tactic of saying Bill Clinton has something to hide. Why don't you ask him? And before we get to our first guest, just a reminder that Bill Clinton has never been asked about this on the record. Isn't it obscene that the Clintons go on MSNBC?
Starting point is 00:37:19 They literally have a tent, a lean-to in the MSNBC green room that says property of the Clintons. They're so often on that channel or on CNN. They're doing interviews, they're pushing book deals, whatever. They're on NBC. The Clintons are often and regularly being interviewed and they've never been asked about that at 20 years and they've never been asked about this.
Starting point is 00:37:43 Nothing, nothing from the campaign trail. Hillary Clinton was running for president and available for questions and was probably asked hundreds of thousands of questions in 2016 and beyond. No one's ever asked about Bill Clinton and Epstein. Isn't that something? Bill Clinton was asked one time about it. His response is, um, Bill Clinton was asked one time about it. His response is, well, watch. Any comment on the alleged allegation of your talk with Jeffrey Epstein? No. Clinton looks back at the guy, look at that.
Starting point is 00:38:24 Clinton looks back at the guy like, oh, okay. All right, dude. And do you value your life? The evidence, by the way, is Bill Clinton in a blue dress hanging in Jeffrey Epstein's, this is the evidence. Here, the evidence is clear. The evidence is Kevin Spacey saying there was a bunch of little girls on the plane,
Starting point is 00:38:42 that Bill Clinton, Jeffrey Epstein loaned to the Clinton Foundation his plane bunch of little girls on the plane that Bill Clinton, Jeffrey Epstein loaned to the Clinton Foundation his plane with the little girls on it. It was on loan to Bill Clinton's Clinton Foundation. You know who's also in charge of the Clinton Foundation? Hillary Clinton. Hillary Clinton was once asked about this, just one time. One time that Hillary Clinton was asked about this,
Starting point is 00:39:01 Alex Rosen got physically beat for even daring to bring it up at a speech. Here we go. You want somebody who's going to get up every day. Hey, Hillary, why is your husband in the FD9 26 times? Is this really necessary? Is this really necessary? Do you see here? Is this really necessary? Is this really necessary? Have you ever seen anybody dragged out of a Trump event like this?
Starting point is 00:39:34 You ever seen anybody like libs go protest Trump every time he speaks live. You ever seen any of them like this? No, it's almost like you ask the only question you're not allowed to ask. The only question. The final little piece of evidence here. We don't have to play it because we've played it so many times on the show, but like Project Veritas,
Starting point is 00:39:56 Amy Rohrbach, ABC News. She says, yo, I had the Clintons. I had photos of them. Photos, videos, victims. I had them all and they killed it. You know the name she doesn't mention? Donald Trump here. I had the Clintons, she says,
Starting point is 00:40:12 dead to rights, all of them. ABC News killed it. So it'd be really nice to see the strategy play out and be a wonderful thing to see us muscularly start asking these questions, the questions that we've been asking for a very long time. And you know what? You have nothing to hide and then you shouldn't be worried about it.
Starting point is 00:40:33 The interesting thing is that the Clintons are acting very worried. All right, exciting Friday morning. You always love to see it. You always love to see it pop off like this. Uh, I love to see this show previewing the next day's news cycle. And it's nice to know, ladies and gentlemen, that the future looks bright and the future is very, very bright with representatives like Pat Harrington, who is, uh, joining our show live right now to talk about this and many other things.
Starting point is 00:41:01 Pat Harrington, congressman from the great state of North Carolina, is also a Green Beret. Here we go. How you doing, congressman? What's going on, man? Oh, look at you, you're at the lake. Look at this. I did, I added the lake and I promise I didn't do the black shirt intentionally, but so here we are.
Starting point is 00:41:24 Oh, okay. You're not at FC Island. Are you? Yeah, no, no, no. That's Lake Hickory in the beautiful 10th district of North Carolina. Love for y'all to come check. Okay. We plan on going there actually and doing a bunch of interviews at the airport. The people have got to know something, you know, and those little auxiliary islands.
Starting point is 00:41:42 Yeah. Okay. So Pat, Congressman, tell us a little something. What the hell is going on here in the house and what's happening when it comes to the Gillian Maxwell testimony that has been asked for by congressional oversight. Apparently there's now a subpoena out,
Starting point is 00:42:01 August 11th, James Comer's government oversight committee will be subpoenaing Delaine Maxwell. What say you to that? Think it's good? Yeah, I think it is good. And I think we should subpoena her. We obviously did. It'll be interesting to see that feedback.
Starting point is 00:42:18 I don't think that we can take it with 100% trust, obviously, for obvious reasons. But I think that the American people deserve a chance to hear her speak. And I think that they'll get that opportunity. So I think it's a good positive development for something that has been very, very cloudy and murky and incredibly difficult, if not impossible
Starting point is 00:42:40 for people to understand. Yeah, I mean, you have a pretty rich background in special forces and special operations. Do you think there's an intel element to this that has been woven in that perhaps the secrecy is buried deep somewhere in the CIA? I have no idea, I really don't. And it would be unfair for me to opine in that perspective.
Starting point is 00:43:04 But I could comment from an intelligence perspective. This would be a potentially great op because it gives you a lot of leverage over people. And because it deals with children, there's the element that you get all the leverage. And if the program would be blown, if such a program did exist, there's very little chance that would become public because it deals with
Starting point is 00:43:29 kids, right? And I think that's actually part of the issue that we're really dealing with, trying to be responsible with the information at hand, which is you have a lot of victims, hundreds of young children at the time, now adults that don't want to have their whole lives completely steamrolled by this. And so I think that's why as we look at potentially unsealed grand jury testimony, the relevant judges in the case are being extraordinarily careful in seeking that feedback from those victims. I think one judge said in August 1st deadline for that kind of impact statement and feedback
Starting point is 00:44:08 and what they want, because there is an element here that as we get to the truth, and let me be really clear, the American people deserve the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth here, that we also have to protect the victims. Good man. I love to hear clarity of statement like that.
Starting point is 00:44:26 And it's really nice to see President Trump sort of back into the comfort zone saying, well, wait a second. I have nothing to hide here. Like, what about Bill Clinton? You haven't asked him anything. He's a guy who, we have this clip. And we'll just play it. Because it's amazing that you can,
Starting point is 00:44:43 it's amazing that it even exists. It's Kevin Spacey saying, yo, I was on the plane with Bill Clinton and I was on this jet and we were traveling around the world and I thought it was really bad because there were all these little girls that came up, you know, on the jet. And I was like, well, there's no way
Starting point is 00:45:01 that this clip can actually exist, here it is. Because I felt he put the president at risk on that trip to South Africa because there were these young girls and we were like, who is this guy? So I will say this. There were young girls on those flights. There were young girls on those flights, yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:17 So what the, wait a second, what the hell, congressman? Has Bill Clinton ever asked, answered a question about this? I don't think anybody has. And I think that's the problem. And Benny, like, this is where, look, I'm a simpleton, right? I want to just boil stuff down to the very simplest baseline question that you could possibly get out of all of this,
Starting point is 00:45:38 because it's just unclear, right? But I think Ghislaine Maxwell is probably the only person that has been convicted, incarcerated for 20 years for human trafficking, right? Trafficking underaged girls to nobody. Yeah. And that's why the American people don't buy what's going on.
Starting point is 00:46:02 Okay, so, yeah, it'd be really nice. I mean, I hear that I know that the House, I know that your House Republican, the House Republicans have subpoenaed Bill and Hillary Clinton on those. Like, that's a great first step. Like, be nice, you know, it's a great first step. Because like, their own friends seem to be outing them. It's like a pretty bad defense, actually, when your own friends are going on national TV and saying these kinds of things about you. So yeah, that'd be good. You're on House Oversight. A quick question on Obamagate here,
Starting point is 00:46:33 clearly on the Oversight Committee, there's gonna be something that you guys are gonna be sinking your teeth into. You know, what happens next? There's a lot of people in our audience that are like, well, will anything come of this, right? Okay, so you've just revealed all this like demonstrable evidence of Barack Obama rigging the election and the administration and the Intel committee community against President Trump. Will anybody
Starting point is 00:46:57 be prosecuted for this at all? What's your over under a congressman? Well, Benny, first off, I'm actually not on oversight. I'm on House Armed Services and I'm on science, space and technology, but I'll still take the question and comment. Forgive me. But you know, the answer is I hope so, right? If this evidence is real, and look, I take General Flynn's perspective on life,
Starting point is 00:47:19 trust no one, not even your mother, particularly when it comes to Washington DC politics. And so I don't trust any side. Uh to see evidence. I want and those need to be abl court. Um, but I think i we have some very serious I said on on twitter ear
Starting point is 00:47:41 this being a bigger scand think is absolutely true prove to stand up um which i absolutely think that it can and so that's incredibly incredibly problematic and it does mean people need to be held accountable up to and including the president of the united states i think president barack obama is famous for saying no one is above the law and those words mean something. Yes. Certainly means something as the commander in chief. I know that you have a very distinguished service military service record. Two bronze stars. Not one, two bronze stars. Is this correct? That's correct. So it does seem to be really problematic when the commander in chief
Starting point is 00:48:26 is ordering the intelligence community to create fake information on his successor. I mean that seems like like at its core that seems like treasonous. I don't know what would you color it as treasonous, seditious conspiracy? What crime do you see here, congressman? Yeah, I think it's a mix mash of all of the above, right? I mean, there's so many different things that are wrong with it, that are absolutely anathema to the way that a functioning republic ought to operate. And I think it's exactly why, kind of tying it back to the entire Doge process, right? I mean, like part of Doge was not just fraud, waste, and abuse.
Starting point is 00:49:03 It was non-accountability. You had these agencies that just went rogue on the American people. They went rogue on the executive branch and to the extent that they colluded with a different version of the executive branch in order to ultimately influence the direction and trajectory of this country and all unlawful purposes,
Starting point is 00:49:26 people should be held accountable for it, heads should absolutely roll. And it's something that is sacred in this country and should never happen again. Yes. Well, we hope, I don't know if you have any interest in being on oversight, but we'll be happy to leave the campaign
Starting point is 00:49:44 for you, Congressman. Also, you know- Thank you, Benny. Thank you. You could set up the witness protection lighting for any Dateline 60 minutes interview. This is- I know, I'm sorry. It's so bright out here.
Starting point is 00:49:57 I really apologize. I like the cicadas. I like the ambiance. It's been, you know, it's been lulling me. It's been beautiful. The cicadas, the, I envy you actually, being able to sit there by the water. I hope you have an excellent day, Congressman.
Starting point is 00:50:10 Here's Pat Harrington's social media. You can see here, he's an absolute, he's an absolute freaking fighter, not just for this country, for our movement. You should follow him. And he's somebody who, I don't know, I was thinking maybe he's gonna run for I don't know, I was thinking maybe he's going to run for Senate in North Carolina, but it turns out that it's going to be Michael
Starting point is 00:50:28 Watley, our friend. I assume, do you endorse Michael Watley, Congressman? Ben, I'm with the president 100% of the way. I was very, very genuinely honored to have my name thrown in the ring and kept in there for so long. It was, it was pretty cool. I think it's proved positive of the work that my staff and I are doing up in Washington, the work that we're doing for constituents down here in the district. And I'm, I'm super stoked with the job that I have right now. I have much, much more work to do. And I'm just very, very honored and very blessed to be in the position that I'm in. Well, we're proud to have you up and fighting for us in Washington, DC. Godspeed, congressmen. Everybody follow Pat Harrington. Enjoy your day at the lake. See you, Benny. Y'all take care.
Starting point is 00:51:19 Tell the cicadas hi. Hi. Love it. All right, ladies and gentlemen, that was interesting. I didn't mean to dunk on them. The witness protect, it's just my producers are saying that it's witness protection lighting and it is. I mean, it was, whatever, you know, whatever. It's free for all Friday.
Starting point is 00:51:39 It's free for all Friday. We were at Hulk Hogan's bar yesterday in Clearwater and we have some interesting things to play for you from that, but also upcoming, ladies and gentlemen, Alina Haba in her first interview since destroying the deep state. I mean, she was able to beat the deep state. It's an incredible moment and it's not being celebrated
Starting point is 00:52:01 enough, so we're gonna celebrate it here, ladies and gentlemen, and also Donald Trump beating the fed state, Donald Trump roasting the fed to their faces. We have that very exciting. Before we talk about Donald Trump, trying to make sure that you have more capital in your back pocket. What if you had more capital in your back pocket? It's not good enough to bury it in a tin can out in your backyard.
Starting point is 00:52:23 Got to make sure that money's making money. Alio Capital, it is where it should go, ladies and gentlemen. Alio Capital is a fantastic app that ensures that your money is being invested and invested wisely. It's something that I use personally. The reason why is that I spend all day in this studio. And also I don't have
Starting point is 00:52:46 time to sit there and day trade, to fidget, to worry about how things are operating inside of my accounts. I need Alio. Alio uses an AI that adapts the way that this channel does to news about inflation or interest rates or global risk, to news about something political or social or economic, and it manages my portfolio from a macro perspective. It's awesome. You should download their app today in the App Store or Google Play. Text my name, Benny, to 511-511. This A-L-L-I-O, capital, text Benny to 511-511. Download the Alio app.
Starting point is 00:53:23 Text Benny to 511-511 today. Investingio app, text Benny to 511-511 today. Investing does involve risk, including potential loss of principal, past promises do not guarantee results, consult with your financial professionals before making an investment decision. Okay. Rocking and rolling, ladies and gentlemen, I guess let's go straight from that to Donald Trump. Roasting Jerome Powell to his face, one of the single funniest things I've ever seen. We all know that the world has become increasingly divided, politically, socially, and economically. But many of these divisions could stem from a deeper misunderstanding of how money markets and policy actually work. Wouldn't it be great if there was an investment app that was designed by people who understand the macro perspective of how global events can affect your finances. Now you can have that power in the palm of your hand
Starting point is 00:54:05 with the Alio capital app powered by Altitude AI, which helps identify shifts in inflation, interest rates and global risk, and then adapts your portfolio in real time. Alio is designed for hands-on or hands-off investors, macro investing for people who want to help understand the big picture. This is me.
Starting point is 00:54:27 I use Alio myself and it's done great for me. I'm very hands off. I spend my days in the studio and I check in and it's remarkable. It just adapts to the news and events that move the markets and make sure that I'm positioned correctly. You should download their app today in the App Store or Google Play. You can text my name, Benny, to 511-511. That's A-L-L-I-O, capital. Text Benny to 511-511. Download the Alio app or text Benny to 511-511 today.
Starting point is 00:54:58 Investing involves risk, including potential loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee results. Consult with your financial professional before making an investment decision. See terms and conditions at aliocapital.com. Message and data rates apply. This is a paid advertisement for Alio Capital. In my life is, well, this photo. This is Jerome Powell, a stubborn old mule,
Starting point is 00:55:20 as Donald Trump calls him. Jerome Powell's in charge of the Fed. The Fed won't lower rates. The Fed lowered rates in order to get Kamala elected. That didn't work out. And so now they've kept rates stubbornly high, even though the economy is doing spectacular. When you don't lower rates,
Starting point is 00:55:35 you make it cripplingly hard for young people to buy or afford houses. These interest rates of seven and 8% are like damn near criminal. It's so impossible to buy a house. It adds hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars to the house over the lifespan of a 30 year mortgage. Young people, old people, any people can't live under these rates for long.
Starting point is 00:56:00 And it ends up really kneecapping an economy when people can't buy homes and get their lives started. Something that is profoundly important to our program that young men and young women walk in and seize the American dream by getting married, having children, growing a family. And you can't do that in a one room apartment. You just can't.
Starting point is 00:56:21 I guess you could try, but it's very hard. I have four kids who boy would not wanna be in a one-room apartment with them. You need a house and a home. And there's lots of land and property in this country. It's a massive country. And we should have the ability for young people to get their lives started by keeping the interest rates
Starting point is 00:56:38 so astonishingly high, even though the unemployment numbers are cratering through the floor. The employment numbers are sky high. Revenue floor, the employment numbers are sky high. Revenue numbers for the federal government are sky high. The economy is doing incredible right now. There are so many blinking green signals in our economy. Anyway, I don't need to nerd out on this.
Starting point is 00:56:58 Not only that, I'm not trying to pretend to be the world's top economic professional. What I am trying to say is I understand this is just the basics of it because I'm a trying to pretend to be the world's top economic professional. What I am trying to say is I understand this is just the basics of it because I'm a relatively young person and I've bought houses before. And it'd be a totally different thing.
Starting point is 00:57:14 I bought my house that I live in right now. Humble little house in a working class neighborhood in Tampa. I bought that house with my wife in 2021 with the interest rates of like 2%. Would I be able to afford it today at a 7% or 8% rate? No way. It would have been, it would have made, it would have made a totally different calculus for us, right? Anyway, the point is, is that it's very bad and Donald Trump wants Jerome Powell to raise the rates. And so he's decided to go on a humiliation ritual by dragging Jerome Powell in front of the cameras
Starting point is 00:57:50 of the world and embarrassing him over the construction or refurbishment of the Federal Reserve. Now I've done home repair projects, they can be expensive, but what the hell is a two or $3 billion repair project? That's obscene. That's what's happening at the Fed right now. I don't understand how that's even possible. Two, three billion, isn't that what you pay to,
Starting point is 00:58:14 two, three billion dollars what you pay to build a skyscraper, right? Like what, how much did the Empire State building cost to build? How much? How much is that, how much does the Empire State building cost? How much did it cost to build Trump Tower in New York? What was the price of the Empire State Building?
Starting point is 00:58:38 $40 million? I mean, we'd have to adjust that for inflation. But okay, $40 million. And the Fed is spending three billion dollars on building their building okay so 600 million today that's the price of the empire state building so the fed this is the empire state buildings arguably arguably the most famous skyscraper on earth is built a hundred years ago. And they, the, the fed is trying to build four of them for themselves. For the cost of four empire state buildings is what the fed's doing for their building renovation. Insane. Guess when you own the money printers, you can just print all the money.
Starting point is 00:59:21 So here's Donald Trump. That's, that's the background. That's my take on the fed. Here's president Trump roasting drone's the background. That's my take on the Fed. Here's President Trump roasting Drone Powell to his face about the cost overruns that could well be a episode from the office. It's one of the funniest things that President Trump's ever done.
Starting point is 00:59:36 Let's go. Billion went up a little bit, or a lot. So the 2.7 is now 3.1. I'm not aware of that. Yeah, it just came out. I haven't heard that from anybody from the 2.7 is now 3.1. I'm not aware of that. Yeah, it just came out. I haven't heard that from anybody. The Fed. I'm not sad about 3.1 as well.
Starting point is 00:59:58 This came from us. Yes. I don't know who does that. Are you including the Martin renovation? You just said it's our entire capital. You just got you just added in that third building is what that is. That's a third building. It's a building that's being built.
Starting point is 01:00:13 No, it's been. It was built five years ago. We finished Martin five years ago. It's part of the overall work. So. So we're going to take a look. We're going to see what's happening. And it's got a long way.
Starting point is 01:00:27 Do you expect any more additional cross-over runs? Don't expect them. We're ready for them. We have a little bit of a reserve that we may use. But no, we don't. Expect to be finished in 2027. We're well along, as you can see. Nice to take these off every once in a while when we're not.
Starting point is 01:00:50 So we're going to take a look. So what Trump did was he said, you've done over the last five years, you've done billions and billions through over $3 billion worth of renovations here. So you have all these multiple buildings. Nobody even knows really what the fed does. They've done a horrible job. The dollar is worth like less than it's ever been worth. And I mean, it has lost like an obscene amount of its value even this year. I don't have the numbers in front of me.
Starting point is 01:01:20 So yeah, the fed's on a terrible job. They're crippling the future for young people in this country. President Trump is there on a humiliating force, dragging Jerome Powell into a humiliation ritual. And you know, you're in trouble when Donald Trump reaches into his pot. You know, you're cooked when Donald Trump reaches into his pocket and pulls out the paper, you know, you're done. You know, you're finished when Trump reaches into his pocket and pulls out the paper. I said, oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, hold on, I got it, I got it right here.
Starting point is 01:01:46 Turn the lights down, turn the lights down. Turn the lights down, grab me that clip and grab me Trump with the J6 tweets. Grab me those famous, those are the famous clips of Trump doing that, you know you're cooked. Trump was asked, what would happen if you were on a construction site and there were these cost overruns,
Starting point is 01:02:04 like what's going on with this building. And let me explain, this is costing again, four or five Empire State buildings to just renovate the Federal Reserve building. They're not even building a brand new building. They're not building a brand new skyscraper. They're just renovating an old building and it's costing $3 billion. I can assure you what's happening there. I know this because I lived in DC for a very long time and part of that ecosystem. The DC ecosystem is so cringe backwards.
Starting point is 01:02:35 They know that the federal government controls the money printer and they can just print more money. And so when you get jobs like this, like when a contractor gets this job, they're gonna bid the job, they're gonna get the job, and then they're going to cost over. They're going to use it as a money printing machine because they know that the feds control the money printing machine. So they're just good and they know they'll never get fired.
Starting point is 01:02:56 And they're all union workers. And so there's protections against getting fired. There's protection gets bad work. So they're not going to work. They're going to delay the job forever. And they're going to cost overrun. Nobody's going to do a lick of work. They're not going to work. They're going to delay the job forever. And they're going to cost overrun. Nobody's going to do a lick of work. They're just going to stand around and everyone's just going to get paid for doing zero. There's no accountability. There's no free market.
Starting point is 01:03:14 And that's what President Trump's doing here, is pressuring them. It's a beautiful thing. Here we go. What would you do if you had cost overruns like this, Mr. President? As a real estate developer, what would you do with a project manager who would be over budget?
Starting point is 01:03:30 Generally speaking, what would I do? I'd fire him. Do you think this issue, Mr. President, you'd- I'd fire him. And then the best part of the day, Donald Trump slapping Jerome Powell on the back. They call it locker room talk, slapping Jerome Powell on the back and saying, hey, hey, lower the rates, says a literal tough love here. I just got a long way to go.
Starting point is 01:03:59 Are there things the chairman can say to you today that would make you back off some of the earlier criticism? Well, I'd love him to lower interest rates. Other than that, what can I tell you? All right. Well done. Okay. Here we go. President Trump says he thinks Jerome Powell is ready to lower interest rates. Okay, we'll see, maybe it worked. I gotta pull it out. President Trump, I gotta pull it out. You know you're screwed when President Trump pulls it out.
Starting point is 01:04:35 Happened on that day. He did not say that. He has testified that, Mr. President. He did not say that. But you said you weren't very involved that day. You did tell your supporters to come to Washington. You tweeted about it, about that speech that happened on the rally. Am I allowed to say that?
Starting point is 01:04:47 When they went to the Capitol and they were breaking into the Capitol, smashing windows, injuring police officers, why did it take you three hours to tell them to go home? I don't believe it did. Oh, let me pull it out. I have to pull it out. I don't believe I can do that. I don't know how to pull it out. We just got to pause for a second.
Starting point is 01:05:05 This is CNN. This is CNN's audience. Trump's turning CNN's audience against the CNN host. Sure, I mean, maybe those are sure important kids, but who shows up for a live CNN taping? Typically not a bunch of like MAGA Republicans. Now I get it, that is Trump. But I'm telling you that there are many in this audience who are not
Starting point is 01:05:30 there to cheer on the president, but Trump's just too good at this, too enigmatic, and he turns the CNN audience on the CNN host. Can I do mine? I would like for you to answer the question. Okay, it's very simple to answer. That's why I asked it. It's very simple to answer. You are a nasty person, I'll tell you that. Very nice, very nice. Okay, ladies and gentlemen. Very good, and Donald Trump's done this before.
Starting point is 01:05:56 Again, you're cooked, if Donald Trump, Donald Trump whips it out, Donald Trump pulls it out. What does he say? Oh, I gotta pull it out. I want him to go home. I don't know if it's it. Oh, let me pull it out. I have to pull it out. What does he say? I gotta pull it out. I want him to go home. I don't believe it did.
Starting point is 01:06:08 Oh, let me pull it out. I have to pull it out. You wanna know why, you wanna know why Caitlin Collins is so angry? You wanna know why she's so vengeful and evil and ditter and nasty towards Trump? It's moments like that. Moments like that. And it's moments like that. Moments like that.
Starting point is 01:06:25 And it's moments like this. Ladies and gentlemen, here we go. Yeah, this is great. This is the president of South Africa. Over a thousand of white farmers and those cars are lined up to pay love on a Sunday morning. Each one of those white things you see is a cross. And there's approximately a thousand of them.
Starting point is 01:06:51 They're all white farmers, the family of white farmers. All right. And those cars aren't driving, they're stopped there to pay respects to their family member who was killed. I mean, it was an incredible moment. It's amazing. They did the same thing with Zelensky and so on.
Starting point is 01:07:06 And so, yeah, you know you're cooked when President Trump reaches into his pocket or tells him to turn the lights down. I wanna show you something. Ha. Remarkable moment. Is this other clip, this other clip, does this actually have it?
Starting point is 01:07:18 This is the famous line. There you go, okay. I just wanna hear the first couple seconds for it. I just want to hear his first couple of seconds. Our next guest is, uh, we're very excited to have on the program. This is a gentleman. Turn the lights down. Turn the lights down and just put this on. It's right behind you.
Starting point is 01:07:39 You know, you're cooked. You know, you're finished. When Trump started to whipping out the props you. You know you're cooked. You know you're finished. When Trump started to whipping out the props, you know you're finished. Turn the lights down, will you? I wanna show you something. Ladies and gentlemen, somebody who's joining our program right now,
Starting point is 01:07:54 very excited about it. Somebody who's never been on the show, but somebody who has something very interesting to say, is the Texas Land Commissioner, who's obviously a very powerful person in America's, I think America's second largest state. And I think it's because Alaska, Texas, we'll ask. And she has a proposal for the White House that has to do with the question we directly asked Trump at alligator Alcatraz. I hope we have it.
Starting point is 01:08:28 Because I asked, do you want to put crocodiles in the Rio Grande? You proposed that Mr. President. Trump answered. He said, yeah, actually, I'd really like to put crocodiles, really nasty, angry African crocodiles. He told me that on the tarmac. Well, ladies and gentlemen, somebody who could actually deliver for the president on that dream is Don Buckingham, who joins us live now, Texas Land Commissioner. Let's rock and roll.
Starting point is 01:08:56 Dawn, welcome to the program. Hey, great to be on with you today. So I was thrilled about this booking because this was the first question I had for the president at Alligator Alcatraz because he's, you know, he's been talking about putting crocodiles in the Rio Grande for a long time and never, never got around to it. But you are here with potentially a proposal for a Texas version of Alligator Alcatraz. This is fascinating. Please explain, Commissioner. Well, back last fall, we announced the Jocelyn Initiative. As you know, Jocelyn Nungri was one of our young ladies who lost her life so horrifically at the hands of some migrants who had come across illegally. And we just said, look, we're happy to partner up with the federal government
Starting point is 01:09:39 for detention and deportation centers. We had just purchased a property on the Rio Grande for the sole purpose of getting the wall up and stopping all the terrible crime that was happening on that property because the current owner wouldn't allow law enforcement on it. But we're here and ready, willing to go.
Starting point is 01:09:55 Texas actually has several deportation and detention facilities that are working really well right now. And so, but we just wanna be a good partner and we are so excited about the turnaround at the border which is of course mainly driven by the federal policies that we've seen, you know, immediately Trump takes office and we see a 98% decrease
Starting point is 01:10:14 and the people coming across the border and a 99% decrease in the guideways. So things are looking good at the border. That's incredible. So you can attest personally that this border is officially shut down. You know, we still do see some traffic over it, but in general, it is effectively shut down more than it has ever been, which is the perfect example of how we need to keep our infrastructure going.
Starting point is 01:10:37 We need to get that wall, keep the boots on the ground, the technology, watching everything, but it's the federal policies that really serve as the incentive that bring people here illegally, as we saw under the Biden administration. Yes, that's right. What about some of the criminal alien communities in Texas? I know there was a pretty famous story about a specific municipality that was allowing criminal aliens to buy houses
Starting point is 01:11:01 without being American citizens and so on. Has all that been shut down? We are making great steps in that. We've had a couple communities that have been caused for concern. One for the illegal folks coming across the border. Texas did just pass a ban on foreign ownership, although it's more geared at people mostly from China,
Starting point is 01:11:20 North Korea, Russia, things like that. But we also had a Muslim community going at that we've been in the middle of trying to stop because we believe it's inconsistent with our laws. So yes, we are in process on that as well. That's right. Could you perhaps give us an update on that? That's made quite a splash on social media,
Starting point is 01:11:37 the Sharia city they call it. Yes, believe it or not, parts of it had actually been in existence for 10 years, but there was a massive new development announced that, of course, you'd be under Sharia law and have to be Muslim to enjoy it, the Muslim way of living, and they have all kinds of great slogans. So we believe it's inconsistent with our state laws. We've got several state agencies that they need permits from that I don't anticipate them getting those permits, but we're doing everything we can to be sure that we don't
Starting point is 01:12:04 have, you know, if nothing else, religious discrimination in our communities. We're definitely not gonna tolerate Sharia law courts. Yeah, I mean, that seems totally incompatible, of course, with Western civilization, but also naturally with the culture of Texas, right? Which many people see as kind of the rich American fabric of the of the pioneering days and the cowboy days.
Starting point is 01:12:29 And like it's just like a way there's a Sharia city being built there. Oh, you know, like, I guess you could you could kind of scratch your head and look at like New York and Zorhan, Madami and say, OK, well, this is, you know, it's the Bronx. But in Texas and everyone was very confused about that. It is confusing, but it just shows you that they're persistent and ingenious and you have to be ever vigilant
Starting point is 01:12:52 to be sure we're watching out for these things. Yeah, okay. All right, so let's talk very quickly about this massive plot of land. This is the article here, a 100% on board, border state offers Trump massive plot of land. How massive is this plot of land, commissioner? Well, we run 10 point, we run 13 million acres.
Starting point is 01:13:14 We have hundreds of thousands of acres right on the border. So we just said, look, President Trump, Biden administration, Texas is united in anything you need, any property you need for detention and deportation of our illegal migrants. We're happy to provide. So, of course, Governor Abbott's been taking the lead on that, but we're all working together, all united, because I do not want one more parent to have to endure what Alexis Nungeri has had to endure. I mean, losing your child that way is horrific. And losing your child at the hands of someone who shouldn't have even been here in the first place is absolutely horrific. So we're gonna do everything we can,
Starting point is 01:13:52 especially with the criminal illegal migrants to get them off our soil. We want them gone yesterday. Yes, yes. I don't know, you know, if you actually cared about the people who live in your state and you cared about the Americans who reside in you, who, you know, fought for this land and who built this land and actually built this country, then of course this is the common sense opinion to have. Why do
Starting point is 01:14:16 people have the opposite opinion? Is there any defensible argument for waves upon waves of hundreds of millions of third world criminal aliens to be washed through a community. Is there any argument for that commissioner? I don't see any defensible argument. I do think in my understanding that Dozier covered the fact that the federal government under the Biden administration was completely funding and encouraging this to the NGOs with absolutely the plan
Starting point is 01:14:47 to have those people be voting in a few years and turn the tides of our elections potentially forever. So I think that was their plot. It's completely indefensible for the economic prosperity and safety of our communities. That crime has touched every corner of the United States, every community. And so, but we're gonna get it reversed. We're gonna get it better.
Starting point is 01:15:10 We're gonna get the illegal migrants off of our soil and get our communities back to being safe and prosperous again. I just wanted to play a very quick clip because we had a chance to talk to the president about Texas and about his dream of crocodiles in the Rio Grande. And here's the, here's the commentary that he, that he gave us. Mr. President, in 2018, you suggested putting alligators in the Rio Grande to prevent crossings
Starting point is 01:15:36 in Texas. Crocodiles, alligators. Is this a dream come true for you, sir? Well, I was thinking about that. I must say it was spent more as a joke, but the more I thought of it, the more I liked it. If you want to know the truth. And they were seriously, they were actually crocodiles. They were crocodiles from Africa. They are a step beyond. A step beyond.
Starting point is 01:15:54 But no, that was really meant as a joke, but a lot of people liked it and a lot of people think we should do it, frankly. Do you think we should do it? Like I said, like, you know, I know this is just, yeah, it's Friday, it's Friday. So why not chat about it? Yeah. Why not? Are there gonna be any crocodiles, are there gonna be any African crocodiles
Starting point is 01:16:14 released into the Rio Grande, Commissioner? You know, maybe not anytime soon, but there might be some alligators already there. We'll have to check. Okay. All right. But you are offering this massive plot of this massive property to the federal government
Starting point is 01:16:31 in order to ensure that these deportations can happen and happen with a great speed and it'll be right on the border, right? So it should be pretty efficient. Hopefully so. We're in process for working hand in hand. Of course, we just saw Christy Noem and President Trump down in Texas of our terrible flooding
Starting point is 01:16:48 that we've had all throughout central Texas. You know, honestly, the worst disaster as far as taking lives that we've seen. So we got to chat with them a little bit there, but, you know, Texas is super excited to have President Trump in office. We're excited to have a good partner on the border security and we're gonna keep working hard to be sure
Starting point is 01:17:06 that it is secure now and that it stays secure. Wonderful, just a very quick update. How is the rebuild happening after that horrific flooding? I believe that the death toll was beyond 100, is that correct? Yeah, I think we're running around 160. Of course, the rebuilding is just beginning. There's massive piles of debris, such a massive loss of life.
Starting point is 01:17:29 I lost several friends in that flooding. My daughter went to that camp that the little girls were swept away from. It's gonna be a while to rebuild, but you know, Texas is a community. And so we're gonna mourn together and we're gonna rebuild together and we'll come out of this stronger than we were before.
Starting point is 01:17:46 Stronger is of course the Texas way. I just wanted to put this up. I thought it was so fascinating. You sitting here in a historic pose after a historic deal here with the largest, what is the largest purchase? Is it a purchase of land in Texas history, or at least in the last 80 years in Texas?
Starting point is 01:18:13 What's going on here? I mean, this is like 350,000 acres, goodness. That's about half the size of Rhode Island, but Texas does things big. We feel like this was a strategic property for several reasons. One, we were blocking the Chinese from acquiring it because we've seen how they strategically acquire property adjacent to military bases. In fact, one of the first big pieces of property that they acquired is not too far from this one. It has a border component as well as it has some rare earth minerals. It has lots of opportunity to earn money for the school children of Texas because of course the 13 million acres that we've run is set aside for public education. So in the last two and a half years we've generated about five billion dollars. That's billion with a B for public education. So we steward our lands,
Starting point is 01:19:00 we generate revenue for the school children of Texas, we increase border security, and we block China from buying it. So it was a win-win all the way around. Oh, and we got a heck of a deal about half off. So, you know, I like a good sale. All right. Well, it looks beautiful. Can you show the plateau one more time?
Starting point is 01:19:15 Just absolutely stunning here. It is stunning. Look at that. I mean, that's just, I mean, just gorgeous. Just gorgeous. One more, one more. What river is the Canyon River here? What river is this, do you know, I mean, just gorgeous. Just gorgeous. One more, one more. What, what river is the canyon river here? What, what river is this?
Starting point is 01:19:28 That's the Rio Grande. That's the Rio Grande. Right here in this image? Yes. Gorgeous. Keep going, Clint. Keep going. Yep.
Starting point is 01:19:37 The other river that's on it is ironically the San Francisco river. Yep. That's the Rio Grande. Wow. Wow. Okay. It's thousand, thousand foot that's the Rio Grande. Wow, okay. So it's thousand foot cliffs on the Rio Grande. Mountains, a lot of the ranch,
Starting point is 01:19:48 you see mountains 360 degrees all the way around. It is a very special place. The Chihuahuan desert has many very unique ecosystems on it. And we anticipate doing some really amazing things with that property. Wow, well, congratulations. I love it when, I love it when Texas shows up to the program.
Starting point is 01:20:07 We have a ton of viewers in Texas and, well, they're very proud of their state. And you know what? The one thing that we got on you in Florida is we do have an alligator alcatraz and it looks like you're trying to take us over on that one too, so shucks. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:20:21 They can't get away with it. We can't wish y'all get away with it. All right. Well, thank you very much commissioner for being on. Everybody needs to follow Dawn. Here's her social media and they're in front of the Alamo with a big old steer looks like. That's a quite a Texas photo right there. Congratulations.
Starting point is 01:20:42 It looks like you are really holding it down for that fine state that you represent. Well, thank you. It's a blessing to be able to serve and thanks for having me on. Thank you. Ladies and gentlemen, in moments, we have Alina Habba, sounding off after just one of the greatest things I've ever seen in my life. Oh man, just an incredible master stroke. Everybody, there's like a meme. There's like a meme that's like, you didn't understand.
Starting point is 01:21:18 We were playing 5D chess, biatch. And there's a meme of that. And it's nice when that meme comes true in real life. And it just happened in fact. Trump picks Alina Haba to remain as acting U.S. I'm sorry, U.S. attorney for New Jersey. After judges reject her for the post, I don't cower to pressure. Let's read on what is 5D chess.
Starting point is 01:21:46 Ladies and gentlemen, Lena Haba, President Trump's pick to serve as the New Jersey US Attorney will continue to serve the Garden State top prosecutor, despite a panel of judges rejecting her for the post. Really? This is unique. Donald Trump is the 47th President of the United States.
Starting point is 01:22:03 Pam Bondi, the Attorney General, and I am now the acting US attorney for New Jersey. Habba wrote, I don't counter to pressure and I don't answer to politics, fight for justice and I'm all in. She was tapped for the temporary role by Trump in March, pending a permanent approval. She had 120 days to serve in that interim capacity.
Starting point is 01:22:24 17 federal judges in the Garden State, mainly appointed by Barack Obama and Joe Biden, opted against extending her tenure and announced an appointment of the first assistant US Attorney General in order to lead the office. Grace was subsequently fired by Pam Bondi, the second that she took that role, who said the DOJ would not tolerate rogue judges. A DOJ official explained to multiple outlets on Thursday that Trump withdrew Haba's nomination to be the US attorney, and that she was appointed to be the first assistant attorney, replacing Grace immediately, as that's how the mechanism works. And that makes Haba the now acting US attorney in New Jersey.
Starting point is 01:23:08 Oh, it's so great. Ladies and gentlemen, here she is back again, back at it again, the great Alina Habba, the New Jersey US attorney. Welcome to the program. Congratulations. Welcome back. And quite the masterstroke here. Could you please explain for our viewers what happened over the last 24 hours? The internet was lit up like a Christmas tree over this. Many people celebrating.
Starting point is 01:23:50 Alina, thank you. Yeah, never a dull moment, I would say. I think that it's kind of unfortunate for my state that any of this is even happening, I'll be honest with you. But yeah, I'm be honest with you, but yeah, I'm the acting US attorney. Obviously there's a difference between article two and article three and judges,
Starting point is 01:24:14 and they are missing a very important point, which is that the president of the United States picks the United States attorneys. We are part of the executive branch. And I guess they preempted and struck out, States picks the United States attorneys, we are part of the executive branch. And they, you know, I guess they preempted and struck out. But here we are. So I'm still the acting US attorney.
Starting point is 01:24:34 I'm ready to rock and roll and get back to work, which is what this is all supposed to be about. There's just a lot of noise. And it's unfortunate because I have a great office. I have roughly 300 people that work for me, you know, and I've got great prosecutors and people that it doesn't matter what your politics are, we're supposed to do our job, which is to clean up crime and to take care of the biggest, most important prosecutors in the state going after all of that. And instead, there's been this going after all of that. And instead there's been this political noise that really has no place in the Department of Justice. And it's funny because they used to tell me, you know, how do we know you're not going to be political? Meanwhile, their behavior is exactly that. It's incredibly
Starting point is 01:25:17 politically charged and it's unfortunate. Perhaps you could explain for our audience who was bewildered by this, Alina, how is it possible that rogue district judges would be able to usurp the power of the presidency? We've seen it happening so often, many smackdowns at the Supreme Court, but seems to be a real crisis. Perhaps the only major crisis for the administration has been the usurpation by the judiciary of presidential power. Yeah, to put it in really simple terms, it's a complicated mechanism what's happening.
Starting point is 01:25:52 And it's frankly, I think a broken one. There, let's say you're in a state and you become the US attorney, generally speaking, there is a tradition called a blue slip that would be passed so that the nominees, that was me, can get in front of Senate and then you can vote no or yes. That's your prerogative as a senator. Anybody can do it.
Starting point is 01:26:17 But it was tradition and it is tradition that you get a blue slip. Then you go in front, you put your documents, they question you, they can take rounds asking you things to make sure you're there for the right reasons. And then even if you don't want that person, you can then vote no.
Starting point is 01:26:38 What we're seeing is a systemic problem where they're using the blue slip courtesy, it's not a law, as a mechanism to block the appointed US attorneys for the Department of Justice by the president. And that puts those US attorneys in a position where they're kind of stuck and you're in this freeze and you can't get out. And then they'll run the clock on you.
Starting point is 01:27:06 And basically what ends up happening is, you know, they're attempting to thwart the president's powers. And it's what we saw in, unfortunately, with the Senate minority leader in my situation was direct instructions on Twitter telling the federal judges as a senator, as the Senate minority leader, to vote and block me because once it gets out of the Senate's ownership, the judges, if you're an interim, can vote to keep you. So I stepped down as the interim
Starting point is 01:27:41 and released my nomination and I'm'm now the acting US attorney. So there was a strategic error made here. Is that correct by Democrats who wished to usurp presidential power and try and torpedo your nomination? There was a critical error in timing made where the timing simply didn't work. They hadn't run their calendar correctly, I guess. It seems that there was a timing mistake.
Starting point is 01:28:16 I can't speak about politics. It's a very basic system. You have 120 days as interim. I stepped down the day before. Okay. Well, we've been a strong ally of everything that you're doing there in the state. You've been clearly delivering. You've even gone on raids yourself. I think one of your first days, you suited up and assisted in the catching
Starting point is 01:28:43 of some predators and some gang bangers and some- And I'll continue to, Benny. You know what's funny is I was criticized for it and people, you know, I see the comments and the nonsense and why is she wearing that and why is she, I have to because I have so many death threats. So I am not allowed to not wear a bulletproof vest if I'm going into a scenario and watching. Help support and praying is
Starting point is 01:29:15 what I do. Actually, I show up at 5 a.m. and I pray with my law enforcement agents, my local state federal. I love doing it. and it's frankly exactly what they need. They've had their wings clipped for so long, so I'm a major back the blue person. But I get out there not for anything outside of the fact that I risk my own safety, and obviously I have to listen to the United States Marshals when they tell me that I can only go if you put, and frankly,
Starting point is 01:29:43 that's the same reason that anybody has to do that. It's a safety issue. And we all do it. And then I pray with them, I let them do their job. And they know that I was there in the morning to support them. And I don't, you know, I was criticized, imagine, for supporting our law enforcement. I'm not sure what the anger there is, but it's insanity to me. And these are the exact things. I called balls and strikes with some cases that I wish had never had to come to my plate, but my job as the U.S. attorney is to consistently be a non-political person who looks at everything,
Starting point is 01:30:21 looks at evidence, and just calls balls and stripes. And if that makes somebody upset, I'm sorry. But it will not stop me from doing what I need to do, which is keeping New Jersey safe, making sure law enforcement can do their job, and ensuring that the people in my state, and I have the whole district. So in New Jersey, it's a little different. There's only one US attorney.
Starting point is 01:30:44 So for me, we've got 9 million, roughly, people that it's my responsibility to make sure that if you break the law, you are held accountable for breaking the law. And that doesn't matter who you are. It doesn't matter what you do. I took this job full well knowing that it was a complete shift from what I used to do.
Starting point is 01:31:02 And it's been the exact job and dream job that any lawyer could ask for, truly. And I hope I'm making a difference. I know in June alone, we arrested almost 300 violent criminals. And I'm going to continue to do so. And hopefully, this nonsense that's happening surrounding what is clearly, in my opinion, a separation
Starting point is 01:31:26 of powers issue is going to stop so that we can get back to the job that everybody wanted to do that ever became a US attorney or a prosecutor. Humbly Alina, we've been watching what's been going on in New Jersey and we think we've pinpointed what you did to pluck a nerve. And it was when federal officers were assaulted by a sitting member of Congress and other elected Democrats. You can see it here clear as day on the footage that the Department of Homeland Security gave us from a body cam where New Jersey representative, Congresswoman, LaMonica McIver, elbows, where New Jersey representative, Congresswoman LaMonica McIver, elbows, shoves, punches,
Starting point is 01:32:13 and assaults federal officers. And I've told many Republican members of Congress that I would disown you if there was ever footage of you behaving like this towards law enforcement. And that's just a matter of fact. Alex Padilla also in the Senate, in that body, In fact, Alex Padilla also in the Senate, in that body, bum rushing and charging and screaming at Kristi Noem and then crying on the Senate floor about how he was arrested. Well, this is just what gets you arrested. And it's humiliating, but it's also quite a trend, in fact, to see.
Starting point is 01:32:38 Now you were able to return three indictments, is that correct, against Congresswoman MacGyver? I can't speak about this case because it's open, but yes, it speaks for itself. Yes, there was an indictment. Yeah. Well, I think that this is obviously how, this is clearly what ruffles some feathers,
Starting point is 01:33:02 is accountability. It shouldn't be, Benny. Can I be honest with you? Please. It really, it should have nothing to do with it. And there was not a question that some choices I made were interpreted one way or another, but the truth of the matter is it's just for me,
Starting point is 01:33:19 very simple. Did you break the law? Did you break the law? It doesn't matter who you are, what your politics are. If you broke the law in my state, you will be held accountable, period, the end. Now, if you wanna interpret that and make it this, that, and the other,
Starting point is 01:33:37 and say whatever the noise is, well, you know, you're a politician. I'm not a politician, I'm a US attorney. My job, as I said yesterday, Well, you know, you're a politician. I'm not a politician. I'm a U.S. attorney. My job, as I said yesterday, is to uphold justice, to enforce the law. And that is all I am doing. And if that irritates people, that's not really on me. That sounds like a you problem.
Starting point is 01:33:58 But I'm going to keep doing what I need to do, which is to keep New Jersey safe. And it's critical. And you can't do it and look at what anybody's background is. You don't care and I don't care. It's the truth. It sounds like a lot of fear and noise and maybe that's a compliment at the end of the day. Yeah, maybe we can just zoom out 50,000 foot here
Starting point is 01:34:21 and we can put up the indictments right here. This is what you posted. But maybe just asking the question like, this is, I tend to agree, no one is above the law. And I heard that nonstop for the last four years. It just seems like some people do believe they are above the law. And not only that, there's this just stunning trend
Starting point is 01:34:40 of attacks on law enforcement, attacks on federal officers, attacks on our uniformed service members. And it's disgraceful. And the only way it stops is if people stop it, like people in your position. It has to stop. I mean, I'm not really understanding what they're so mad about.
Starting point is 01:34:58 And when I hear some of these people say, oh, they shouldn't wear masks or they shouldn't, why are they dressed to serve? Safety is number one priority. These people are sacrificing away from their families, putting their lives in danger to make sure we stay safe. And then you want to dox them. So what?
Starting point is 01:35:18 So somebody like me who has literally an indictment happened against somebody who's trying to kill me a couple of weeks ago. I have had numerous threats on my life since coming here. And then people criticize you when you just try and be safe and make sure that you're doing your job and the people around you that protect you are doing their job. I don't get what you stand for.
Starting point is 01:35:39 What do you stand for when you're pro crime? What is that? I can't get it. I don't get it. I'm not pro crime. You know what I am? Not pro crime. So if you have an issue with that, I mean, you can paint me any color you want. I'm, I'm just not for chronic. I'm not for people hurting our police and law enforcement and feds. And it's my job to make sure they know I'm behind them. And I will be behind them in the state of New Jersey. It's also my job to make sure New Jersey feels safer while I'm there. And that is 100% what I will not stop doing. It just, it might irritate people.
Starting point is 01:36:15 Maybe they wanna, you know, and it's just a lot of noise and fakeness, but the truth of the matter is every day we go to work, we take a look at every single case in the same way. Did they violate a law? How bad was it? The degree of it? What should we do? We make those decisions every day with
Starting point is 01:36:32 a great group of prosecutors that have worked in my office and do their job and it's got to stop. I don't understand. Why would you want criminals roaming the street? Why wouldn't you want our law enforcement to help us so that people don't get shot outside the GW bridge, right? Lake and Riley, like I could go on and on and on and then you want to hurt them? I don't think so. That's not happening in my state.
Starting point is 01:37:01 It's just not. Just really quickly here. And final question, Alina, is what is your message to people who are trying to stop you? We've obviously been covering your career and been excited to have you on the program through many iterations of you sort of standing up
Starting point is 01:37:16 against the machine, sometimes you alone on the courthouse steps against the mob, let's just say. I just don't think people know Alina Habba the way that we do on this program. They're trying to pull dirty tricks. What's your message? I'll share some information with you. I have never once spoken to Hakeem Jeffries.
Starting point is 01:37:40 I have never once gotten a returned phone call from Andy Kim and I've never once met Cory Booker. I would invite them to work with me for the state of New Jersey. That's my advice, because if you care about our people, put politics aside, and let's work together to make New Jersey safe. That would be my message.
Starting point is 01:38:05 I would invite you to do what you are supposed to do and that means you put the state first. Stop judging me because you don't know me. And instead look at the work, look at the amount of crime we've taken down, look at the cases, what we did in June alone, Operation Apex Hammer. Look at some of the things that people are covering and stop trying to make me an enemy I am not. I am truly a better friend than they would think if we work together. I mean,
Starting point is 01:38:37 the president always said this, could you imagine if politics weren't so divisive, and we could actually just work together to come together and take care of a common goal, which is to keep New Jersey safe. Stop with the noise. This is not part of your campaign. Let's get crime off the streets. Work with me. They have not even spoken to me ever. I reached out a ton of times to both of them,
Starting point is 01:39:06 and they would not return my call. The only time Cory Booker responded was an hour after my vote. Then he canceled it anyway. I really invite them. What? I am a force. I know that, but join with me and let's get cleaned up, let's do the right thing. That's what my message would be. It's not one of hatred.
Starting point is 01:39:28 I have no hatred in my heart. For me, it's let's work together. I've been begging them to do it. I think we should do it. And if we did, we could do amazing things. Just one quick follow-up on that, since you brought it up, working with Democrats, you have sued the state of New Jersey, I believe,
Starting point is 01:39:45 and we've been talking about that on this program over the voter rolls and having safe and secure elections, something that I think everybody agrees is a 90-10 issue, cleaning up your voter rolls, voter ID. Can you give us a quick update on the security of elections in the state of New Jersey? Sure, I created an election integrity task force, which again, you can interpret it however you want,
Starting point is 01:40:05 but that we should not have dead people voting. We should not have people voting that shouldn't be. It's something that I think should be rolled out. And I know that we have had a back in action and get them working on election integrity, which means that people that are supposed to vote, people that aren't don't, we don't have dead people voting so that we can clean up. And it's really something we should have in this country, generally speaking, I think it's very important.
Starting point is 01:40:37 Very, people need to feel like their votes count and people need to feel like they're not being outvoted by dead people or multiple ballots or that's just not, that's part of the federal government's job is to make sure that we're safe, secure, and that we're following the laws. So I think that's an important part of it. But like I said, it's their hand in hand with violent crime and everything else we're focused on. It's so refreshing to hear Godspeed,
Starting point is 01:41:05 US Attorney Alina Habba for the state of New Jersey. Congratulations, everybody go follow here. She's got a hundred thousand followers here on her official account there, and you're doing God's work Alina, we're so proud of you. Way to go, defeat the machine again. Thank you, thank you. way to go defeat the machine again. Thank you.

Starting point is 01:41:53 Sometimes we are doing hits like Alina was from her phone right there. Some, and that's just what happened. She did have, I think she maybe perhaps had a call and was, it went on mute for a second. Some of our comments are saying, yeah, I'd watch her on mute. Okay.
Starting point is 01:42:09 There you go. You can pop it. Just pop it up. I mean, why not? Good for you. You know, good for you. That's right. Good for you.
Starting point is 01:42:16 I'd watch her on mute. You know what? Alina Haba is one of those individuals who's been such a friend of the program and has been able to pop on the show and deliver for us and for the president in so many capacity. I know she obviously can't be political in her role,
Starting point is 01:42:33 but we don't have any such restrictions, ladies and gentlemen. She's always been fighting and she's been joining our show from all around the world. I mean, she is like in, whether it's Georgia, Manhattan, New York, DC, she'll be out there giving this defense of President Trump. Sometimes it's just her alone on the on the steps of the court in the darkest days. Twizzlers, keep the fun going.
Starting point is 01:43:16 On behalf of president Trump. And then she'd hop on, whether it's in the back of a car or wherever, you know, in an apartment and she'd like, she'd like tell this audience what happened. He's always cared about you. And ladies and gentlemen, she's always been able to connect with us, even when we're on the road. We're using Patriot Mobile

Starting point is 01:44:11 at the end of the show. It happened to be a mislabeled clip, but it was about how the Biden Chief of Staff is cooperating with the House about the coverup of Joe Biden. This is unique. I don't know if I believe it, but let's see the reporting here.
Starting point is 01:44:28 It's Ron Klain. He tells the House that Joe Biden was deemed not politically viable by Hillary Clinton. All right, here we go. Well, a source says former Biden Chief of Staff Ron Klain even testified that by last year, Hillary Clinton and national security advisor Jake Sullivan told him they were concerned about Joe Biden's chances in the presidential election, that he may not have been politically viable. That's according to a source familiar with Klain's voluntary interview, who also said Sullivan told Klain that Biden was less effective in 2024 compared to 22. A spokesperson for Sullivan says he never spoke with Klain about Biden running again before the
Starting point is 01:45:15 debate and also disputed the account of Klain's testimony before the committee. This is all part of the House Oversight Committee's investigation of then President Biden's use of the auto pen. Republicans have accused Biden and family members, Biden's staff and family members of possibly signing documents for a diminished president without his awareness. We've had, you know, we're about 50-50 with the Biden inner circle answering questions and I certainly appreciate the ones that are coming in and answering questions. So far Ron Klain has done that. Klain is the latest of several Biden staffers to appear before the committee. Others like Biden's Dr. Kevin O'Connor, Assistant Annie Tomasini, and Jill Biden advisor Anthony Bernal all took the Fifth Amendment.
Starting point is 01:45:59 Democrats highlighted that Klain was cooperative. There are times where he was asked about personal conversations he had with the president and he was forthcoming, even if he could have said it was a private matter. So it was a, I really appreciate his candor in the comprehensive way he answered every question. Klain also responded to a recent explanation from Hunter Biden that his father performed so poorly in last year's presidential debate because he took Ambien while traveling. A source familiar with Klain's interview says Klain told investigators that the president appeared tired and ill before that debate,
Starting point is 01:46:34 but said he had no knowledge of Biden taking Ambien. Over the next two months, Biden press staff Ian Sams, Anita Dunn, Andrew Bates, and Corrine Jean-Pierre are scheduled for interviews with the committee. So our former Biden chief of staff, Jeff Zients, counselor Steve Ricchetti, senior advisor, Mike Donilon and deputy chief of staff, Bruce Reed. All right. You know, it's a James Comer investigation. They're going to be really thorough.
Starting point is 01:47:00 Jamie Comer, friend of the show, and we'll invite him back on and get some answers to all of this. Obviously there are a lot of him back on and get some answers to all this. Obviously there are a lot of things brewing. President Trump's off to Scotland actually. He's already on the plane and out of here, President Trump will be in Scotland. He'll be meeting and doing a ton of different things there throughout the weekend. I'm sure it will be wildly entertaining. Check our channels for updates and ladies and gentlemen, it's time for Ask Benny.
Starting point is 01:47:27 Let's frickin' go. All right, ladies and gentlemen, Timothy Zinner. Zer. Zerrer, Timothy Zerhar. Would you be in support of deporting the illegal immigrants, illegals, including criminals, like Omar Garcia, going through alligator Alcatraz? Yeah, Kilmar Garcia, yes, but yes, of course. Listen, alligator Alcatraz is a marketing, it's a marketing scheme.
Starting point is 01:48:07 It's meant to be a deterrence. That's the point. You don't want to be there. It's worse than where you came from. No matter where you are, it's worse. You don't want to be there. You don't want to be banned from ever coming back to America. So yes, that's the point. The point of it is like, do you understand by everybody talking more about alligator, they're doing the work for us. So please keep talking about alligator alcatraz. It's why we do. It's supposed to be deterrents that helps you self-deport. And that's why it's on an airport runway, actually.
Starting point is 01:48:39 We tried to fly in there. It's on an airport runway. Okay. And the first thing they tell you is you can self-deport. In fact, I think the American taxpayer will pay you to self-deport, good. John Stettin asking, do you think it's possible for a DC grand jury to actually indict Democrat,
Starting point is 01:48:55 especially Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton? Zero percent chance, but it's why you can get very creative in where you bring these charges and in where is there standing. It's probably why Barack Obama kept a mansion in DC, actually, when you think about it. Why did Barack Obama keep his DC mansion so that any crimes that he committed there would have to be charged in DC where he knows that he could rig the jewelry pool, right?
Starting point is 01:49:24 Yeah. Can you interview Kevin Space jewelry pool. Right? Yeah. Can you interview Kevin Spacey? Choose Griffin. Yeah, of course we can. Yes. Absolutely. By the way, I don't mean to be a doomer on the Obama question. You can district shop and they do this all the time.
Starting point is 01:49:36 You know, it'd be very easy to argue that the Russiagate, that the Russiagate scam hurt President Trump in a district in Florida where he lives, that it was violative to Donald Trump since the entire world in a digital age was able to consume this hoax that it destroyed President Trump in his domicile in Florida. And so then bring it in Florida.
Starting point is 01:50:04 I mean, you can get creative on things like this. I'm no lawyer attorney, but plenty of them come on and talk about it. Where you bring the charges is critical, ladies and gentlemen. Can you interview Kevin Spacey? Absolutely, totally. I would love to. Maybe that's the next thing I'm gonna reach out for.
Starting point is 01:50:25 You told us to go to do a deep dive on Jasmine Crockett. Know that that is in process right now and will probably be executed next week. So that's gonna be really fun. Go do the deep dive on Jasmine Crockett. If we're off a couple days next week, you know where we're at. All right. We listened to the chat, we listen to you, we want to be the premiere show that is locked in with our audience, and we just cannot tell lot of breaking news at all like at all times
Starting point is 01:51:13 of the day we try and lock in and we try and make sure that we are completely able to be accessible for news and information. We throw ourselves into this and we're not gonna leave it. We're gonna leave it all in the field. It's just been a great and humbling week. We've been excited to be able to do this job and we're excited to do it every single week. Yesterday we went to Hulk Hogan's restaurant in Clearwater, Florida.
Starting point is 01:51:43 And just a quick update for you, so that we can bring you kind of what, some of the information that is our responsibility to bring you the information outside of the studio when we can and to do original reporting, like we're going to do hopefully next week. First off, the restaurant was just completely packed and it was awesome to see a lot of like positive,
Starting point is 01:52:08 great energy. We're gonna be releasing hopefully today, Klein, yes, today, more of our interviews, but there's one that just had, that was just profound. And it was the first time that I got emotional interviewing anyone. And it was this man, it was a first time that I got emotional interviewing anyone. And then it was this man, it was a sweet working class man,
Starting point is 01:52:29 who said that Hulk Hogan saved my daughter's life. And I wanna play you just a little bit of this interview right now. Estimate to who Hulk Hogan actually was. Here we go. Tell us what Hulk Hogan meant to you, sir. What Hulk Hogan meant to me? Yes, yes.
Starting point is 01:52:43 He saved my daughter's life. He did? Yeah. You didn't know the Hulk unless you knew the Hulk. The Hulk Hogan had a heart of gold and gave a new meaning. I've taken a shirt off his back and given it to you. That man saved my daughter's life about a year ago, and I can never repay him for it now.
Starting point is 01:53:07 Can you explain that? How did that happen? My daughter got a very rare disease when she was in Mexico and for two years she fought that battle and she finally overcame it. She had called me up, she said, Dad I need to come see you. So I sent for a plane ticket. She came down here for two weeks. We came here and she said, you know, I'd really like to meet that man. So I called him up and he walked right through this, right between these two buildings and he walked with my daughter hand in hand and he gave her hope and faith that she could overcome and survive. That was the Hulk.
Starting point is 01:53:49 That's what that man did. He didn't know her from Adam, but he knew she was hurt. And he walked that beach with her for hours and gave her hope. You know, words of encouragement. He saved my daughter's life. And that man, I love that man more than anything in the world. He was more than what this world knew. And he kept a lot of that to himself for good reasons.
Starting point is 01:54:14 But those who knew him knew how his heart was made of gold. If you didn't know him, you didn't know how true that man was and how much he loved his fans and how much he really f**king cared. What is your message to his family, his children, his wife? His children? They know he was the greatest man. I love you.
Starting point is 01:54:39 My heart's with you. My heart goes out with you. I send you all my prayers and there's anything you need You call Steve and we'll be there for you Your final message to Hulk Hogan. What is your message to the man himself? I'm gonna miss you brother Thank you for saving my daughter's life. Thank you for being my friend. Thank you for blessing me.
Starting point is 01:55:09 Thank you for giving me just a chance to be equal with you. I'm sorry. There's a lot of celebrities, a lot of people that have lived famous lives. You really can tell what kind of life you lived by what people say about you after you're gone. And that's actually the greatest testament. And that man really summed up who Hulk Hogan was. A heart of gold. And it was our, that clip's now since gone viral.
Starting point is 01:56:08 It's our honor to bring that man's story to people's lives. We've gotten an enormous amount of outreach from people now emailing us saying that they have another Hulk Hogan story. I have hundreds of them in my email inbox right now of people with their own Hulk Hogan stories. What a humble servant he was to his fans and to regular Americans.
Starting point is 01:56:36 Some of them were working class, some of them were struggling. Stories about Hulk Hogan paying people's bills, giving people the shirt literally off his back. What a great man. It was our honor to celebrate him and probably a great note to send everyone off into the weekend to live a life like that man. The real American, a great American, somebody who served his country and was unashamed of how powerful and how great this place was. In fact, he embodied it.
Starting point is 01:57:09 It's really neat to go out there today. We'll have more to come from those interviews. They were really neat, really cool. John eight 32, and you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free. Ladies and gentlemen, we know the truth in this program. It makes us strong. We march together. And in the end, we win. That's your boy Benny. Thanks for joining us this week. Have a great weekend in this, the greatest country on earth. See ya. Do you know who I saw? Jeffrey Epstein and Giseline Maxwell. Jeffrey, he shoved my face up against this glass.
Starting point is 01:57:49 Cigarettes, razor blades, sex. He was terrified. It makes sense that they would have haunted me because it's all true. But of course, nobody believes it, and nobody ever will, because that's how good we are at making things disappear Oh I'm not gonna lie, I'm not gonna lie I'm not gonna lie, I'm not gonna lie I'm not gonna lie, I'm not gonna lie
Starting point is 01:59:04 I'm not gonna lie, I'm not gonna lie I am you! I am you!
